Hello, can you hear me?
Micra, we got you?
Thumbs up in the ground.
Micra, I have no idea what I'm doing when it comes to spaces, so I'm probably messing
up the music or whatever you're trying to do.
I apologize in advance.
But I appreciate everyone taking their time out of the day, Friday.
Nice crowd here.
Should be a good little evening.
Michael's prepared a nice little agenda.
So I can pass the ball over to him.
He can kind of get us started.
I think we've got a good crowd here.
We've got a Macy giveaway that we're doing.
We've got some updates on what's been happening in the background.
I know I've been a little silent over the last few weeks, but lots been happening.
And so super excited to be here.
It's May 30th.
We're rolling into June.
It's 2025.
So, you know, it's good vibes. Bitcoin is doing its thing. Ethereum is being a little dick, to be honest. I think we all can agree. But Micro, I don't know if you want to take it from here and set the stage.
What's up, fam?
I don't know if you guys could hear me at the beginning.
Maybe my roadcaster didn't connect.
I thought I was playing some music for you guys
and getting the room shouted out.
So apologies for my late start
if you guys weren't hearing me or the music.
Jace, appreciate you for getting us going.
Yeah, do me a favor.
Drop down, like, comment, retweet.
Let's get this thing filled out uh and yeah what are we gonna do
tonight um well we are gonna give away macy um we're gonna learn a little bit about some of the
milestones talk a little ip licensing from the team direct i know we've been talking about it the last few weeks. Potentially
talk about the Friends Token, TGE.
I don't know. Maybe if we have
time, we'll get into the builder a little bit.
Talk about on-chain games.
We'll talk to the team about that,
what they anticipate. If we get
a few more people to like
the original posts, I think we might be giving
away 10 random people,
75 USDC as well.
So let's get that up to 200.
You know what?
You guys missed the good song.
I'll play it at the end.
I had some ninja music for you guys.
It was hilarious,
but we got to do it.
I know it's in a Thomas space.
Let's get the come along with Nippy
and we'll be be back. Nippy, well, take it from me. And this little steady body paint, little kitty, look, look, she, see.
Yeah, Nippy's the magnet for mischief and havoc.
This kitty's who's having for snacking the savage.
For trouble, she's mad at the talent.
She got it so massive for breaking.
It's fast in the days to go smacking and whacking.
So if you don't see her snacking or reading or laughing or singing or dancing,
then she probably napping.
That's Nippy, you see?
Turn it up and sing it with me.
Come along with Nippy. Come, come, come along with Nippy, come, come, come along with Nippy,
come, come, come along with Nippy.
I'm feeling alone with Nippy in her favorite book, sing alone with Nippy in your baddest
look, play alone with Nippy in the cozy look, yo, let's go.
One thing to establish, ability to balance, the things that shield damage, on the head
shield manage, a face once lavish.
I play grill with salmon.
On plans, you happen to find in the attic.
It's Nippy who's crafted.
A crew that's expansion, 3,000 plus cats and friends with a mouse and some rabbits.
So believe me when I say Nippy's the kiddiest who's happy to be.
Friends with you and me.
Friends with you and me.
Come along with Nippy.
Come, come, come along with Nippy. Come along with Nippy. me. And I'm glad that we had this chat. Just despite the crashing and the split splat. She's just a kitty learning to become a cat.
And hey, there's nothing wrong with that.
All right, guys.
It's Friday night, friends.
Like I said, we're in here.
Keep liking, commenting, retweeting.
Let's get this thing filled out. We'll get a couple more people on stage uh we'll do some questions too uh so we'll be patrolling
the discord we will be watching the comments down below and um and in the chat so i appreciate you
guys for being here steve great to have you with us man um i think you bring a crowd i don't know if it's you or the macy but
uh this is definitely the most uh attendance we've had off the drop so appreciate you being
here how you doing man it's good he probably is the macy i mean let's be honest um but yeah you
know maybe i do our friend but uh or maybe that we kind of gave like a three or four days heads up and actually got to the space on time.
So, you know, all those things working for us.
We've got a good crowd here.
I appreciate you all showing up.
So, I'm glad to be here.
I think Micron and I aligned on a good kind of hour here in terms of agenda.
You know, I've got about an hour and I got some family that's going to crash in over of agenda. I've got about an hour
and I've got some family that's going to crash
in over the weekend.
Hoping to give it a broad stroke
update, talk about some things,
talk about some exciting things, give away some
free stuff.
We'll go from there.
Sweet, man. Love it.
While we get into it, just want invite jazzy uh up on stage appreciate
her she's always with us on the town square as well um steve i don't know if you can uh give
her co-host from the atomic account i actually can't do that or whoever's behind the atomic
account shout out to them um otherwise she can just stay a speaker and unless we get the the stage pretty full um but yeah yeah well let's uh you know
let's just get right into it we kind of talked about what we got going on um would love to see
some of your favorite chibi traits down in the comments too because we may be talking about some
of those but um dude mint it out what has been going on since the Mint?
Since the Mint?
Well, lots of conversations, lots of background, things happening in the background.
On top of that, I've also been just on the personal side, just been up in the air.
I've been traveling quite a bit.
And it's been exciting. It's been exciting.
We've since Mint, we rolled out some kind of soft deliverables
amongst the portal.
We migrated a lot of our Shiba data
over from the Shiba Mint site over to the We Are Friends portal,
just like centralizing everything, getting ready for kind of ultimately the token itself.
So it's been exciting. I'm super excited that we, you know, we were able to mint out.
You know, it's always crazy as a founder in this space because it just moves so fast.
It just moved so fast.
You know, I think overall, like the mint, you know, from, you know, from zero, right?
When you when you go from like preorder to, you know, minting out, you know, I think it was like two months end to end.
I'm super excited we were able to do it.
You know, we had to put together some mechanisms in place that, you know, just ultimately gave that like, you know, overall value, right? Like a total
investment value into why you would participate in that achievement. Beyond the amazing art,
you know, and the reveal was amazing. We took an approach of just like not doing like kind of like
a self reveal where you're like kind of cracking egg or open it up yourself.
It just kind of like, you know, we, we,
we flipped the switch and they started opening up.
Cause even some of the art that I hadn't seen, right.
Cause what was beautiful about this rollout is it was a,
it was a true collaboration amongst multiple individuals.
And we were able to do so successfully.
And so that was, you know, it was great to see.
So I was surprised by some things
that I didn't know were gonna happen or show up
and then people are showing off the art.
And then so that was exciting.
It was exciting to see that there was value,
you know, outside of just like before we got friends all hooked up and now there's like friends value tied to those tokens, which is easily findable through the API on Discord.
People were just valuing the true art that got delivered from the original artist.
And that was exciting to see. valuing the the true art you know that that got delivered from the original artist and um that
was exciting to see so you know it's been about uh what has it been about a month since reveal
i think um yeah i know what happened on a wednesday i can't remember which wednesday
you know i was in the air so i don't know if it was a Tuesday, Wednesday or Thursday.
That's right.
Yeah, on April 30th, I announced, guys, UV push the button and we revealed.
So, yeah, literally.
So, it's been 30 days.
And I'm excited.
I'm excited to see, you know, everyone's collections.
I know a handful of you stack quite a bit and we're
going to have opportunities for that IP. You know, that's a big piece of what we're going to bring
to the long-term, you know, obviously short-term all our assets are tied to our friend's token.
And that's something for you, for community holders to look forward to. But long-term,
you know, once there's the tokens out there, right? And then, you know once there's the tokens out there right and then you have this
entity system of course everyone's questioning like okay what's the value of the actual jpeg now
um and we want to bring that true value to place right you know we want to um we have a lot of
possibilities to well i don't want to say possibilities. I think everyone is smart enough in the space to realize
how the IP can play out, you know, in our ecosystem of education, of children, of parents.
I think I don't have to like go into a whole monologue on that. I think what we're trying
to really, really zoom into and focus on is just, you know, wrapping up execution and deliverables
and rolling into our next milestone,
which is the token itself.
Before we get to the token,
because that's obviously something we're all interested in,
especially if you stacked during the Chibi Mint
and had those posts and multipliers and all that fun
stuff. We could talk about all that too.
Because we've certainly talked about it
in a lot of the town squares, but it's great
to hear it straight from you.
In the release of the portal, there
contests up right now. Are we calling them
contests or submissions?
Some of them have USDC
Others will be friends token.
Tell us a little bit about that
and what somebody could expect if
their IP actually got
chosen. Where would they see it?
And how do those payouts
actually work over time?
Yeah, absolutely. Thank you for
keeping us on track, Mike.
So yeah, if you go to portal.wearefriends.com, that's We Are Friends is the foundation,
which kind of is ultimately, you know, 100% community owns, you know, it's,
and we have an IP, you know, if you connect your wallet, we have an IP licensing section.
You can actually see it without connecting your wallet.
And you can see that, you know, there's a handful, there's three tiles that are current.
You know, there's a couple, a handful more opportunities are going to be rolling out.
But things like Spark app, book licensing, app casting.
like Spark app, book licensing, app casting.
So what these represent is your IP,
the actual entity itself being licensed
in an actual product that's going to be used
by our actual customers.
So in the Spark app, for example,
we have two deals will be randomly chosen.
So if you have a Shibi with a pet on it, which is on the backpack, like on the back of the Shibi, you can submit your IP and two deals will be randomly chosen.
and you can earn 500 USDC for that license.
And you can earn, you know, 500 USDC for that license.
And so if you have the IP, like when you connect your wallet,
it knows what collections and, you know,
Friendsville you have, it knows, you know,
when you connect because everything's on chain,
it's able to basically say, you know,
you're able to submit your IP for this opportunity
and you can go ahead and submit your IP
and then, you know, we're going to run
a randomizer and, you know, it's kind of a little bit of a lottery. And each opportunity is bespoke,
right? So there's a book licensing opportunity for pink nippies. You get 150,000 friends.
There's a app casting opportunity specifically for a Sam character in the Nippy
collection. You get 500,000 friends. And so each one is kind of bespoke. The way it works is once
it's selected, it's kind of like soft staking, right? If you were to sell that asset or to
transfer that asset, you would be voiding
the contract. We aren't asking you the hard stake it, but it is time bound. So, you know,
again, each opportunity has a bespoke time constraint to it. Our physical opportunities
would be a little bit longer because obviously, you know, if we're doing like a book print,
I don't want to have to do a new book print every single month or predict how much I'm going to sell of that book print.
But if it's digital, there'll be shorter term opportunities.
Like in the Spark app, it might be a month or a quarter that is the quote unquote soft
And then at the end of the term, if you still meet the terms of the contract, you're getting
500 USDC. Right now it is a, like the
way the portal currently works in terms of its current state. It is a handshake where we want
to take it is into an actual binding contract so that you as a community member, but also as a
human, you know, can see that, oh, there's a subcontract that actually has the USDC in it.
So I know at the end of this contract, if I meet the terms, I will get paid.
And there's that full transparency. That's not yet where it is, but that's where we want to take it, you know, to know, that the idea of IP licensing goes back to the ethos of why you originally created NIPI.
And that was initially to create the largest tokenized children's book franchise.
And, you know, we successfully, quote unquote, licensed 180 NFTs, you know, through six licensed books and paid out close to $50,000 in USDC, you know, across over 5,000 plus book sales.
And so, you know, a lot of that was done manually and we're trying to automate things and build scale behind it.
things and build scale behind it but like a lot of that was proof of concept right now
But like a lot of that was proof of concept, right?
that we have a larger portfolio of not just like book licensing um but we have our obviously our
app we have some um tangential apps like spark app that are aligned with the overall ecosystem
but kind of live also in their own world um so those opportunities will exist and we'll continue to extend those opportunities as
they come about, as we're ready to go about them.
So once the opportunity is confirmed and it's closed out, it's the time bound on that.
So there's accountability on us.
Say we're saying, hey, it's a quarter term, but. So, you know, there's accountability on us say we're saying, Hey,
it's a, it's a quarter term, but the app actually like your IP actually never surfaces in that
quarter because life and, you know, we team on our side, we're not going to hold you accountable
to that. Like that's our accountability. Right. So, um, I think I saw a comment earlier, just
like clarifying some of that. So I don't know, Mike, grow up. That's if that's.
No, man, that was no, that was a great rundown.
And you know what I what I really like about this is that, you know, so much of the promise, whether, you know, it's it's any NFT project.
A lot of them early on were recommending, you know, these would be IP plays.
And when you have a 10,000 PFP collection,
it's really hard to get everybody involved.
And so I think you found a unique way.
And we've seen a couple other examples like Doodles
with their partnership with McDonald's.
And there were a few Doodles who were selected
to be part of that campaign.
And they probably got a portion of some proceed,
but it was a one-time thing.
And like you said, it was manual.
And so eliminating that part and the transparency and all the things that we look for in this space,
the automation that allows businesses to do really cool stuff like this,
but scale it and know that everybody's going to be covered at the end.
I mean, this is just one step closer to that.
And so it's pretty amazing
to see this um for anybody who hasn't checked it out definitely go into the portal um one i'm
keeping an eye on right now is the app casting for a sam character uh there's 74 of 100 uh submissions
so there's 24 left you'll get a half a million friends. You'll get a half a million friends. Three people will get a half a
million friends randomly. So you've got a 3% chance of winning. And there are some Sam's that you can
get relatively inexpensively. And they may even have a large allocation of friends with them. So
reason to go floor shopping, put in your Weeth offers for Sam and try to participate in that.
And then those pets and those pinks, a little bit harder to come
definitely worth it to get in and participate.
So, really exciting stuff on the IP
side, Steve, and just love seeing it come
to and be one of those promises
of, you know, actual IP, but not
you know, the only other way to do it is
go create your own, right? And so, this
is actually passive
and sticks to the ethos,
but also builds the lore and the characters.
So I love it.
I think it's brilliant,
and I'm psyched to see it.
It's passive, but at the same point in time,
you know, you got to know what's going on
to, you know,
it's first come, first serve in terms of submissions.
The first three are very, you know, for example, I think we're asking for 200 nippy, pink nippy submissions
and there's not that many.
Hopefully, as there's usage and interest and when people are posting about their rewards
from the IP licensing and people are like, oh, shit, I have one of those NFTs.
Let me get into that portal and try it out.
You know, hopefully it becomes a little bit more competitive, you know, so that we, you know, don't have to have like 200 submissions.
It'll be like, you know, 50 submissions so that we can, because like, you know, we ultimately, well, I love the idea of like, just like, hey, passive, you know, obviously as a founder of an NFT community, we want active participation.
We want people who are excited of what we're doing because that truly is what empowers us to continue to do what we're doing.
So I just wanted to comment on that word passive, you know.
Yeah, I guess.
The part I'm more referencing is just the back end, right?
The housekeeping that you don't have to keep an Excel spreadsheet.
Somebody doesn't have to pay attention and have 72 hours to claim
and they're on vacation and they don't have their cold wallet with them
or something.
Once it is automated to the smart contract level,
if you enter and you're selected and the event takes place,
then all those handshakes get done and it's transparent
and everybody else can see it too,
which gives them more reason to participate.
So that was more the passive part.
We want everyone active because we want everybody sharing their own IP,
expanding the brand.
That's the other beauty of Web3 is that we have these huge communities
that can go out and support in non-traditional marketing methods.
And we're seeing how much success that has on other platforms.
And we just need to carry that over with this technology.
So I love it.
We can wrap on IP there if you want.
I'm kind of watching the chats.
I don't see too many questions on IP.
If you guys have them, definitely get them in.
Jazzy, I don't know if you saw anybody throwing any up while we were chatting.
But we can talk about friends token if you want, Steve.
We got a TGE coming.
Sorry. I was just looking at the lowest
lowest price
seeing if there was anything I can snipe
watch out folks
go get your wallets ready Steve sniping
live in space
let me look at our agenda
where were we
uh we're still in our project update phase but
we've we're kind of going all over so i think um you know what we'll probably start to do the poll
in like 10 minutes um and then leave some time for any q a and uh anything else but yeah um just
you know we kind of tease talking about friends um the potential for the the tge now that the portal's up i know everybody's pretty excited
they can see uh the majority of their allocation right so that's pretty nice on the back end that
you can go in and have that all in one place um but where do we stand on the token and what you
know what will that represent for the um the games and the
project as we get closer to having that um available yeah yeah no absolutely um fair question
so i think um there's kind of three buckets that we need to fulfill to do our token.
And when I say do our token, I mean launch our token.
And we're not a large community,
and we have to realize that that is a competitive advantage, right?
Because if we can just bring 10,000 new eyeballs to what we're doing,
and 20% of them are interested in the Web3 side
and get involved, that's great for all of you.
And so demand is key.
We've got to craft demand.
Demand is going to come from hype.
That's one way you can create it. You can go by hype, if you will, with your KOLs.
As many of you know, we're not going to go about doing that because I want to promise token to them
and allow them to dump on community and all kinds of stuff. Another way to drive demand is to actually have deliverables out there in the
world showing that you're creating demand like we did with our books. We want to do that with
digital products. And then the third way of creating demand is also with solid proof points.
And proof points come from impressive backing, right? So when we look at
the token, the element to me is not only a proof point to you guys all as a community,
but a proof point to Web3 and a proof point to Web2 as a whole is to have a, you know, a very public lead investor that is going to drive kind of help
us drive that narrative, right? And that might be someone that is in the education space,
that would be someone, but ultimately it kind of elevates our positioning there,
ultimately it kind of elevates our positioning there, right?
So that there's a trickle down effect to that.
So we're currently kind of in the pathways of kind of setting that funnel up, if you will.
About a year ago, when we did our pre-seed round, we went down the path of meeting,
I don't know, I probably spoke to about 30 potential investors.
I don't know, I probably spoke to about 30 potential investors.
We converted a handful of our interests did, but it wasn't a big enough pie.
There's all these things when it comes to raising money.
And we're basically going to attack that again.
And then once we have our confirmation on that piece, we'll be set to really kind
of go to market with our TGE because we'll have leverage in our position, if that makes
The alternative is kind of doing a high float, low FDV, organically build it you know over time like a meme coin but like
we're not gonna do that with friends right you know i think um uh so that's what we're we're in
the process of doing uh there'll be like a landing experience in which we'll be pointing with
investors towards for the token that'll would be like where we have an asset
that we've created that kind of explains
the entire ecosystem through animation with IP in 90 seconds.
I've shared like snippets of this to the treasury
in Discord on the server.
We'll probably share it publicly in a couple of weeks or so.
But to an outside investor or institutional investor, it's almost like an elevator pitch,
right? It's like 90 seconds and you totally fully get the concept, scroll down the page,
see some stats, understand the position and click if you're interested.
So that's where we're going to go. And then we're going to basically attack that for
three to four weeks. Once we start to lock that in, we'll start to communicate,
hey, I think we're going to launch this around this date. Macroscopically, we want to try to, as best as we can, align to a full cycle in the market,
just because that's just interest and hype, and it's just a lot easier to position yourself.
Can't always promise that. I think if we can get that demand piece ready, I think we'll be good.
Certainly back, I said there's three transits already for TGE. So like demand to me is, you know, demand on the financial side.
You know, there's also like, just like pure user base. So I mentioned earlier, like we're small.
So if we can create that demand and bring all these eyeballs, that would be great for everyone.
So we have to do that piece. Right. And for those that have been around for two years,
we all know that in our microcosm of Elon's algorithms on Twitter,
like just raiding is not going to get us 10,000 eyeballs to our ecosystem.
So we have to actually like launch some shit and put some shit out there
to Web2 to get them in here so they can get involved.
And not only just Web 2, but also Web 3, right?
And so we have an example of that will be our strategy around like the Spark app that
we shared, you know, line the lines of Shibi and that's where Shibi IP will play.
And what we plan to do with that whole piece
is launch that on the abstracts, right?
Looking at the market, looking at what's out there,
looking at who actually makes some strong investments,
not in a spec, like not James Wynn,
where I'm pumping like 50 X leverage on a, you know,
short term long, you know, like liquidation situation that we all see on like timeline.
I don't know if you guys seen that guy who got like liquidate for 80 million. It's crazy.
Yeah. But people who truly believe in the technology, truly believe in the culture and
truly believe in like what, what this whole eco, like why we've been here for like the last, you know, handful, you know, few years or whatever.
And so I do believe that audience exists on abstract. And so putting Spark on abstract natively where the game sessions are on chain, there is trustless because you can see like who if anyone cheated, right? Like everything's on chain. It's trustless because you can see if anyone cheated, everything's on chain.
And then we can integrate with the reward system. And we're going to do that airdrop
and all that kind of good stuff. And so Micro and I are working on that strategy and talking
with the Abstract team on where we can get integrated, looking at people who have done it well, like, you know, Frankie's with their game and then great on abstract. So
that is all to really, you know, drive demand. And then on like the deliverable front,
you know, obviously the Spark app shows like that end-to-end execution, but just with the Friendsville
platform, I have just recently, about 20 minutes before the space, just teased a quick 10-second
demo. It's been really exciting on the Friendsville platform front because as you all know with
the token, the We Are Friends Foundation that represents the community ownership,
We Are Friends Foundation, is going to have 25% equity of the Friendsville Corporation,
the whole platform.
So the platform success implicitly indicates token success.
If our business, our C-Corp, 4X, 10Xs, 20Xs in value because we are successful building it, so does your token,
Like that's how we're designing this whole ecosystem.
And that's been really exciting.
For those that don't know what I do for, you know, living from an IRL perspective,
to summarize, I'm a Fortune 500 technology management consultant.
But over the last, I would say, almost a year now, just very heavily invested on the AI side of things and what enterprises are doing with that and been taking a lot of those learnings to Friendsville. I think you've seen maybe some pieces of that come through with, you know, maybe it's like
a meme or a piece of art or even something you might interact with.
And it's very exciting because, you know, we've always built Friendsville around being
resourceful.
The team very well connected to like artists or just like creators. And,
you know, even going back to the books, just like we're able to produce really quality product
on the cheap because we knew the people who knew how to do it. Right. But as we all know, people,
you know, life is life, right. People move, you know, people get busy being dependable on that quote unquote, volunteerism work is just not
the way to go. And this whole world of AI has really opened up a whole world of opportunity.
And I'm fortunate enough to be connected to an, you know, a lot of people spending,
you know, we're not talking hundreds, like millions of dollars investing in ai and seeing like
what it's capable of and then being like how can i bring this into our little
you know microcosm here to really elevate us um and and it's exciting you know at the same point
in time like i was saying you know we've always built a bound around the resources that we had with this whole new world of AI with boundless resources.
There's a whole world of thinking around like, well, let's not think too small here.
Let's not constrain ourselves just based on our capabilities that we have as a team
now that we have access to pretty much anything and everything.
And so a lot of that strategy has been coming around.
And I think we have some really exciting that we're building towards and is a real fit in
the market.
You know, we have a good range across the team in terms of like us just having kids and being
parents and, you know, being consumers as parents of our children, seeing
what they're buying and just being able to, you know, relate. And I think that's where
the real power is going to come to when you guys start seeing what we're producing, we
start rolling it out. Because you're going to be able to help inform that, right? We're
building in a way that's scalable where it's not finite we can keep
adding on to it um and we plan to you know bring that community you know bring you guys along with
that um and and so that's what i'm like really excited for i'm rambling a little bit here my
crow so like no you're good you know what you know, I mean, this discussion kind of started with the friends and, you know, the founder answer that I think you gave was soon, which all DGens love to hear. But I like how you told us why, right? Because so many reasons there isn't a purpose for the token. Or it doesn't lead to other things.
It's just an event to raise floors and create speculation.
In this case, there will be a lot of utility.
That utility has to be built in.
The right partners have to be assigned and aligned to help promote that.
The active users have to be there.
And so all these opportunities need to stack and they need to stack in a certain order. As long as we're clear about what those are and we're pushing in that direction, there is a maturity and a patience to this project.
And I think that we've seen so many tokens launch and whether the intentions were good or even the products were good, if they have the typical chart 48 hours up and then
a year and a half down, sentiment gets terrible. And so what's the benefit of that? A quick exit,
a quick flip. There's so many other places to do that. Why do that here with something that does
tend to benefit the future and is a longer term place? So I'm glad to hear where the update is.
I'm glad that it's still on the map,
and I'm glad to know all the reasons why we're taking it
at the pace that we are.
I don't know if we were going to go here.
You mentioned it, so I think we should talk about it.
Shabby Mint, originally going to be on Abstract,
switched over to ETH,
but there is an aspect,
we talked about through the games for there to be participation
with Abstract as a chain.
And, you know,
we have a couple of,
we had a giveaway last week
for some Frankie Go tickets.
I saw some metrics talking to Maha.
They've had 20,000 unique wallets
and 40,000 plays in two days.
That's crazy.
They don't have that many holders in their community, right?
So the abstract chain brought them attention, brought their character to life,
has new people looking into it and learning about it.
And then if we want to participate with a token on abstract,
we've also been selected for an allocation with the grind token
and everything that Pons is doing and the communities he's trying to pull together.
So there is touch points with us, or even today,
with Abstract and Chibi and the Atama.
But, you know, just quickly, because I know people are waiting for us to announce
who, which Chibi Hold won this this macy but like how do bringing our games
on to you know an l2 such as abstract or or creating that opportunity how does that
sort of leverage and why is that a part of you know the conversations you and i have been having
um more recently yeah you know i think everything know, a lot of our strategic decisions ever since,
why did we acquire BBF?
Why did we acquire Atomo?
It's all always been about just trying to keep on expanding in ways of garnering reach,
in ways of garnering reach, right?
And attention and sizing.
And, you know, because with all the noise out there,
the true cost for acquisition, you know,
when you look at like BBF, when we acquired it
and it had 2,800 holders,
you know what the cost of acquisition would be
to actually bring on 2,800 active holders to a project? You couldn't do that, right?
And so, again, strategically, when I look at Abstract and we're pretty clear, obviously,
Steve Ashman, Coffee, who's been a part of our team, who works for AppTrack.
You know, like we're close with the team.
But with all relationships, you want to make sure that like you're bringing value both ways.
Right. You know, they have leverage and really, you know, they have a platform.
They have an audience.
You know, we have our we, they have an audience. We have our community, right?
So we wanna bring a really solid product.
I think Spark can be a really solid product
on that platform.
I don't see anything very similar to it.
It'll be unique in its own way.
It's fast paced, mobile optimized,
which I know is just a strategic push on the abstract team just to get into more mobile hands.
And again, when I look at the core founding group behind abstracts,
because if you know the history, like before, when we initially talked about launching our frenzy sacks, like the traits of BBF, of the frenzies, it was going to be on frame, which ultimately became abstract.
So, you know, we've been like talking with this team for some time.
this team for some time. And so I do believe they have a really good crypto native audience that
if they saw our end-to-end execution, we captured their data, we'd be able to see their wallet
address, get captured their email, it's AGW, and you'll be able to interest them in our token race,
right. You know, at the public side.
So when you look at our three transit transit of raising against the token,
it's going to be private with, you know, and then it's going to be citizen,
which is going to be this community, right. You know,
you guys will all have an opportunity on a presale and then there'll be public,
you know, which is going to be people that are,
people who bought our books,
people who engage with our apps
like Spark App, CMCG,
and giving them the opportunity.
And so that's really the strategy there.
I'm not looking to build a whole new ecosystem
on abstracts.
It's a channel, right?
As if you were a brand and you said,
hey, let's go set up a pay-per-view channel
as a way of disseminating your brand.
I'm not saying like,
let's go build a whole business model around pay-per-view
or around the abstract chain.
I'm just saying there's a good audience on abstract
that is active in the world of Web3.
We have an active activation coming up
in regards to our token raise for outside participants.
And so it's our hypothesis.
If we're showing end-to-end execution of an app that they can engage with,
win with, get some rewards on their, you know,
home chain via badges and we, we, we are,
we're tied to that,
that they would show interest in what we're doing regardless of chain,
right. Just purely based on brands. And so a-winded way of saying that's the strategy.
I think it makes sense.
It tracks.
I mean, there's other components too, like the streaming.
I could see Jazzy having a little story corner and running a stream and other participants,
other ways to do it.
So it's nice to have that all in one place.
I look forward to, you know, that part continuing to grow.
So thank you for that quick breakdown on that.
And we will obviously keep you guys updated along with all the other things
But Steve, do you want to just give us a little rundown of,
if we're ready to pull the winner,
of what the criteria was, just so they know,
and then let us know how you plan to select them.
And then I'm going to put Jazzy on the spot while you go ahead and do that.
And I'll let her do the roll call and say hello to all of our friends who have been patiently
listening, give you a couple of minutes to figure that out, and then we'll come back
with the poll.
So can you just hit us one more time with the criteria just so everybody knows what's
happening?
All right.
So we have a Macy giveaway.
currently in its current state at 9.47 PM Eastern time, a $5,399.94 asset.
I don't know how to change OpenSea from, if anyone's gone through their new onboarding,
I accidentally selected USD and now, oh, wait, I just figured it out. Sorry, crypto, it's a little toggle.
Okay, we're back.
All right, 2.16, figured it out.
All right, rules, one unique Shiby holder.
You minted, you pre-ordered,
or you happen to also get this token ID on the slot machine where we minted to your
wallet. The random token ID that is selected from 1 to 4,444 is going to be still minted or
pre-ordered or minted to the wallet that it was originally sent to. Now, I did make a comment.
I know that some of you guys have hot wallets and ledgers and you might have transferred things
once, you know, 30 days ago, once we were revealed. Obviously, the chain doesn't lie.
We're a small community. I know most of your wallets. Sorry. So if there is, you know,
if there's good intent, it's not sold, it's not transferred over the counter, we're still going to allow you to win.
Shibis from the slot do count.
If you are listed, that's not conviction.
Alas, not a winner.
And again, this is supposed to be a fun thing, right?
Let's make it a fun thing.
I'm happy to do this for the community. winner. And again, this is supposed to be a fun thing, right? Let's make it a fun thing.
I'm happy to do this for the community. We gave away seven good vibe clubs throughout
the Sheepy Mint. I bought them when they were like 0.2. The last one I bought was like 0.5.
So anyone who got one of those made some money good good stuff um you know and there's
amongst other things that we you know we gave away throughout that she be men i couldn't i didn't
want to i don't want to like add up the amount um but kudos to the community thank you again for
participating jazzy off to you and then we'll do the poll all right while you're while you're doing the poll before jesse
goes i just want to mention that the raid post uh you put in the discord a couple days ago for this
space now officially has 204 likes so um are 10 other people grabbing 750 away 75 to 10 random
individuals. So if we pull
a token, you already won $75.
We are going to just roll over to the next
person. We do want
more holders to win.
We appreciate our whales.
Thank you all again for your
whale support. Awesome.
All right. So there will be multiple
winners tonight, but everybody wants to know about the big prize. So there will be multiple winners tonight,
but everybody wants to know about the big prize.
So you do that.
Jazzy, you got roll call for a minute.
And then, yeah, just throw your hand up, Steve, when you're ready.
Just kidding.
Well, I guess that is the official mic pass. So glad to finally get a word in. No, thank you for joining us, Steve. It's been a little bit and we've definitely missed you, understand life happening. But let's shut out the room because there's some legends and I've been scrolling up and down and I've been seeing all of, you know, our friends showing up to support and I love it. I don't care the reason. It could be the Macy.
It could be Seed.
It could be a combination of the both.

I knew all those names
that's alright no I love it
alright Steve's got his hand up
Steve what's your hand up for there's no hands I love it. Alright, Steve's got his hand up. Steve, what's your hand up for? There's no hands. I'm just kidding.
We ready. We ready. We ready for y'all.
Uh-huh. Uh-huh.
Alright. We have a winner um
for really more suspense so i'm just going to create my own suspense i was like hoping i would
pull a number and it'd be someone that like sold and it would be drama. Unfortunately, this person like really showed support in the mint and
they minted like two worth of shibis. Um, so they do have a good size bag. And so the
number that we pulled randomly from one to 4,444 was number 4181, which goes, is owned by Affinity Stables. If you all know him, I believe he's in Australia,
so it might be an odd time for him to be on. Or not, I don't know. Everyone's world's different.
But great, great, great participant of the ecosystem he's a great big
whale over on the quirky side uh he showed a lot of participation on on chibi i'm glad that
it went to him and who knows he is the type that may weave it and just go sweep the floor so
it may just benefit you all in the end um That's exciting. Awesome. We have a winner.
It's Affinity.
Someone tagged.
Congratulations, Affinity.
Let's just get some massive
tags out there.
I think it's sometime Saturday.
Hang on. I've been working
with this Australian team,
so I've switched my watch.
It's noon. It's noon in Sydney right now.
So, might be awake.
He's working.
He's working.
He's working on Saturday.
He has no idea.
I'll tag him in Discord.
All right, well, congratulations.
That is amazing.
Steve, you are a legend for putting this together for all the wins that so many people had on the wheels throughout the entire raffle and mint. And yeah, man, thank you. Not a lot of projects would do that. They might use it to generate some hype, but in the end, you know, doesn't always get given away.
So that is amazing.
You're one of a kind.
I see Jay Wells got his hand up.
Jay Wells is on stage.
Jay Wells, you're rocking to Macy.
Welcome to the show, man.
How are you?
I don't I don't know what the Macy has to do with it, but I do just want to give some major love out here to Steve.
I mean, this guy has been full transparent throughout this whole endeavor over the last few years.
And, you know, the market's not always went with his plan.
It's not always went with what our expectations were.
But let me tell you, man, if you want to bank on a founder that has knowledge in what he's actually doing here and on the raising side, man, I don't want to be in bed with another founder other than this one right here.
be in bed with another founder other than this one right here.
Steve, man, I just want to tell you from the bottom of my heart,
brother, I love what you're doing.
I love the transparency.
You know, it's okay to take time with your family.
It's okay.
Life happens.
Like this community understands that.
You know, that's what I love about this community.
We're a little more educated.
We are a little more understanding. We get the idea behind the big vision. And you've done a
great job over the last few years of like, you know, rolling out the ideas, executing on those
ideas, but communicating with your community on, okay, we need to pivot here.
And this is why we need to pivot.
And, you know, I'm looking forward to like, just seeing where this final product product
ends, because like, that is what it is.
At the end of the day, this is a full fledged business. And I know you got your heart behind it. My heart's behind it. Micro's heart's behind it. Jazzy's heart's behind it.
And that's something very unique and special that you find that you don't find in Web3 very often.
So I just want to pop up and say, Steve, man, I love you from the bottom of my heart.
Man, I respect what you're doing here. I know you're not a money grab.
I know you're a businessman and I love how you're executing your plan.
And I believe in the vision with you.
Appreciate you do as you know i
do let me know if you're up here in a few weeks or nftnyc we'll grab a drink and you know it's
been an annual tradition i don't know if you can miss it again if you aren't i'll come down to you
we'll figure it out but i appreciate you yeah it might be a little challenging this year for me for the dates, but if I do, it'll be a very one day trip.
I'll just say that I'm trying to figure something out, but not 100 percent sure that I can.
But I got a lot on my plate here in Webb, too.
Just doing some exciting moves for me.
I am in the background. Just understand. Like I'm, I'm reading the, I'm reading what I need
to read. My girl is keeping me abreast to what I need to know. Um, but, uh, yeah, I've been a
little absent and I totally understand it. Um, but I'm going to try to sneak into New York,
but it'll be for very small window.
And hopefully I can pull that off because it has been a tradition and it's
something that I'll look forward to every year, Steve.
So hopefully we can do it again this year.
Absolutely.
Absolutely.
Appreciate you, G. Wellss thanks for popping in man
i know you're crushing it in the irl but uh we love you in web 3 too bring us uh bring us all
those good wins ken got your hand up what's up man yo gm everybody uh i was i heard affinity one
i was actually dming with him last night randomly. And so I texted him here,
shot another DM.
So his exact words are,
I'm at work here in Australia.
That just made my day brother incredible.
So he's got the news.
He's completely pumped.
He's working away.
But, you know,
great win for somebody that really deserves it.
So I know he appreciates it.
Awesome, man. Well, thank you for passing the message. And thank you for somebody that really deserves it. So I know he appreciates it. Awesome, man.
Well, thank you for passing the message.
And thank you for being here for the conversation.
Luke, what's up, my brother?
Yo, what's up?
Yeah, congratulations to the Macy holder.
I don't know that I know them, but W.
Yo, I wanted to ask, just because I came into the space right as that part of the
conversation was wrapping up um when i heard the go from you know the token and then talking about
abstract the atomic chibis were going to be on abstract right and then they ended up being on
eth and were you saying that the token might have something to do with abstract or what was
i didn't know if there was something there
or i didn't catch it exactly certain token abstract and i was wondering if
it was possibly coming to abstract or not
no that's a great question appreciate you bringing it up um as of today you know as of today
we don't plan on launching the token natively on Abstract.
Not saying it won't be cross-chain possible, but natively on Abstract.
What we plan on doing on Abstract is we have a product called an app called Spark.
It's like a fast-paced memory game.
And we're going to be launching that product on,
on abstract on chain,
with their team.
that was the piece around abstract.
thank you.
I'm long time.
but congratulations as the ecosystem seems to be thriving.
Appreciate that. Appreciate that.
Appreciate that.
Have a dig.
Awesome, Luke.
Thanks so much.
I see we have one more friend on stage, Lazer.
Saw you trying to come up earlier.
Appreciate your patience until we got to the questions.
How are you doing tonight?
I'm doing great, man.
I heard New York City NFT.
I'll be speaking as well.
And it's going to be great to meet all of you guys, whoever's coming.
And first of all, man bullish on the, you know, Tommy Chibi.
I was listening and learning.
And I'm like, wow, man, how did I miss this mint?
And I'll be honest.
I'm not going to lie.
I missed it.
I was out of the country.
And I came back.
I was in Dubai.
And I'm just like, damn, I didn't have a good connection.
I was pretty much busy the whole time, you know, with family and whatnot.
But I'm very, you know, very excited to learn more.
And, yeah, I mean, good ups to that.
There's so much to do when it comes to building.
And I always tell this to people.
You can onboard a lot of people, right?
But what really matters is who adopts, right?
Who adopts that vision? Who wants to create it better? Who wants to, you know, provide that extra flavor, right? But what really matters is who adopts, right? Who adopts that vision? Who wants
to create it better? Who wants to, you know, provide that extra flavor, right, to that vision?
And it's not easy, but I'm glad that, you know, just what I've heard so far for the past 30 to
40 minutes is just a lot of great stuff, man. And like you guys said, a lot of new projects do
end up dying. But if you keep that passion and you keep that
dream that dream will out beat all of those obstacles so big ups to that I can't wait and
when it goes for sale definitely want to purchase one so yep uh you got you got a buyer awesome well
thank you for the words thank you for your patience yeah hit me in the dms uh hit up jazzy uh we'll
get you onboarded we'll teach you all about edutainment platform,
what Friendsville has,
the opportunity for the community,
all the different IP
and how that kind of plays into it.
There's a lot.
There's really a lot.
So we touched on some.
Steve always has a great way
of explaining kind of what's going on,
but there's even more.
It's one of those projects
that the deeper you go,
the more sense it makes. And it's pretty special. one of those projects that the deeper you go the more sense it makes
um and and it's pretty special so appreciate you for hopping up steve i know we said an hour we're
at an hour 10 i appreciate you the extra time do you have a couple more minutes as we just wind down
here yeah yeah i can close out in a few minutes so okay cool well um i just want to thank everyone
for being here i know typically we kind
of leave time at the end when it's more town square and let everybody kind of have their
final thoughts i think just because there was so much excitement we gave away the macy we got a ton
of alpha and updates um let's just take it to the server if you guys have questions or things you
want to add to tonight um let us know uh Jazzy, I'm planning to be back next Friday
at a regular spot in the town square.
And I'm sure we'll have
a bunch to debrief on by then
and kind of go over all of that.
Just want to encourage
you guys to follow everybody
who's up here. They're all legends, all contributing
to the project. If you're not
already, get behind the Atomic Chibi account
so you don't miss any more opportunities
if you weren't able to.
And yeah, I think that's really it.
Steve, I'll just let you add anything else
that we didn't cover
or anything you want to prepare for next week.
And then since Brian was here,
I want to play his favorite, The Cheese Made Me Sneeze, to close us next week. And then since Brian was here, I want to play his favorite,
The Cheese Made Me Sneeze,
to close us out tonight.
There's so much to add.
But I think we really want,
we're trying to launch the builder this week.
I think it's going to get pushed,
obviously, to next week there's
a couple last minute you know last couple tweaks there have been community members who who have
played with it and tested it so it is a very much a real thing uh we're excited to bring it to launch
um similar to how before we roll out the portal we gave it to the treasury to test and give us feedback. You know, we will get feedback and it's going to be rolling out. That's something in the short
term that you can be anticipating. And then also in the short term, some more IPT licensing
opportunities will be rolling out. So that's just some closing statements there. Really do appreciate everyone's support. Congrats again to Affinity.
Well-deserved.
Thanks, J-Will's, for the flowers and Luke and Laz and Ken.
And all of you guys have always been super supportive of our vision.
And we do really appreciate the trust and the support.
You're out.
Awesome. Steve, thank you so much.
Thank you for putting this on from the official accounts.
I think it's great. I'd love to do this with you
more often,
outside of the town squares or even with the town squares.
It's great when you drop by, but I think
the crowd tonight has certainly proved that
when we do official things,
people come to listen too.
It's great having that agenda, some talking points.
A little bookkeeping.
The other 10 winners, are you just going to let them know in the server?
You're going to pull those later.
I'm sure people are curious about that too, and then I'll play us out.
Yeah, yeah.
How are we going to do it?
Maybe we'll do a channel.
I'm just going to do it maybe we'll do like a channel i'm just like a random it was just like
randomly show the 10 numbers i will figure out but 10 people will be rewarded mike you hold me
accountable to make sure that that money shows up in their wallets by sunday uh all right and
we'll make sure we get it done awesome appreciate you man guys thank you for coming through we'll
see you next friday in the town square. Appreciate it, guys.
I true. Well, that's new. Thought, girl, did you get that too? No, Drew, just you. In fact,
the itch that made you twitch and sneeze Could be an allergy
I, Drew, bless you
From what? The cheese?
Quite possibly, you see
Sometimes, mistakenly
The things we please can turn to allergies
When our bodies get spooked and freeze
Thinking, hey, aren't we enemies?
Wait, stop
Why the sudden swap?
Well, your body's job of playing cop
To keep you tip-top.
Can go flip-flop.
Now instead of cheese, it's season four that disagrees and attack.
Oh, so now what?
I can't ever eat cheese?
Not necessarily, but sometimes maybe allergies are tricky.
Whether you itch, sneeze, rub your eyes, or struggle to breathe, you have to do what
your body tells you, Drew. It's the only one you get, so don't forget it.
What if I can't eat ice cream?
Oh, that's not scary.
There's always non-dairy.
