What's up guys welcome to the first Twitter spaces from mech.com of 2023. We've got undead blocks here with us today and I'm just going to go ahead and post this in a few places let everybody in discord know that we're starting this thing and we'll get it going in the next couple of minutes.

and web three gaming. I mean that's something that me and you have both been talking about on the spaces we've been hitting this year so definitely want to you know get get a few more of your thoughts because I know when we do the other spaces we don't put everything out there we definitely save some of the good stuff for when we host.
Yeah, most definitely got that right just trying to get the shirt out everywhere trying to get everybody settled in here. We actually pinned something new to the jumbo tron that was the post earlier about an hour ago. It's got a medium article attached. It talks about our alive earnings doing live.
with the Genesis and Apocalypse Weapons if I can talk here on February 28th. So we got a lot of things coming up with a lot of announcements. There's a VIP section that's going to be enrolled. That's going to be pretty cool. That's going to give you exclusive access to a few things and get you earning Z-Books and Gold Z-Books and maybe even some
other things in time. A lot of really cool things up in that article and that post to the top most definitely check that out read that for yourself. Got a lot of things coming up or Grant was on earlier on the zombie network news CNN that we were on Wednesday, me and you David talking about some things
things going over some really cool things about that medium article about what's coming out here for the year of 2023. Some more questions that were asked on multiplayer things like that. I believe he was on there for a little bit over an hour. He might actually still be on there at the moment, but I know he was on there for right now. I answered questions
in there as well with our discord as well as I know yours over there David that makes it up. Tom, just trying to do some really cool things and make it as fun as possible and deliver as much as we possibly can here not only in this first quarter but all of 2023 got a lot of cool things it's going to be coming out of course main use going
be a Miami trying to do something down there that we're trying to plan out going to get to have some more details hopefully next week on that but we're just full steam ahead you know how it goes oh yeah definitely do a lot of the guys over here they took the last week off and you know a little bit of the new year
and you know right now it's just what you said full steam ahead everybody back to work in game planning for 2023 I mean both of us where we are now compared to where we were this time last year oh my god it's like night and day I think when I found the mech.com company when I joined the community it was under
3000 people and look at where we are now. I remember when you guys minted actually I was one of the the first ones to get in get in on that because I've been into NFT gaming into the whole space since early this year and you get you guys have also grown and done so much in the past year it's it
it's really refreshing when you look at companies like us and then you see everybody else, well the majority of people going in the opposite direction, we're trending up and most most companies in web 3 are trending down and you know it's a lot of people like to blame the markets but I think it's just you know we're doing something
different, we're building something real and we don't fall victim to the same things that most of these other companies fall into. Like us over here at Mech, we know a lot about running a business, we know a lot about marketing, we know a great deal about this tech and that's why we're so confident in what we're
building. It's taken us this long to pretty much get this gaming engine to the point where we are nearly ready to start giving everybody that ability to do what we've been saying the whole time. I mean, we're going to be releasing these first few mini games incredibly soon. I don't ever say dates guys. I don't put that out
out there, but I'm telling you it's not mex soon. This is like real soon. Like Webster's dictionary, you looked that up, the definition for soon, that's where it's going to be. And you know, very, very possible it could happen this month. Um, Trey actually came in the discord and said it might happen even sooner. Well, it can't be sooner than this month, but in a matter of weeks and,#
there yet, but building this gaming engine is incredibly complex and something that this dev team just did. I don't know exactly what it is. Most of this tech mumbo jumbo stuff goes over my head. I call these guys transformers when it comes to that, but they made some really, really big breakthrough with that.
They've been celebrating these guys are happy as can be and I'm trying to get them to explain it to me so I can put it out here to the community and That's something that we're really gonna get into also very soon before these games come out Something that me and you both have been talking about Kyle is a really big educational campaign when it comes to the
the community. It's like telling everybody, don't click links, don't give out your seed phrase. I mean, yeah, those are the basics. Those are part of the 10 commandments of crypto. But we've been talking about taking it a step further, really getting into Web 3 gaming, teaching people more about the technology and the implication
that this technology is going to have on the industry. So I'm really looking forward to doing that, making a few videos about it. Something I want to talk to you about, like I want to know a little bit about what you guys are planning for the first quarter of 2023. I mean, give us some undead blocks, Alpha.
You'll be live earning your Genesis and Apocalypse holder. That will be live the 28th. Look forward to more tournaments. Some of those being in person, some of those being online, some of those being exclusive just to holders, some of those being also to everybody on earth as long as you have an email.
come out and participate. Going to be some really cool things that you're going to see such as possibly new weapons coming out. I don't know if all this will make it out in quarter one. So don't strangle me if not just talking about the year in general. We're going to have a lot of development coming out. We're still looking to hire two senior level unity.
Designers and animators to bring on to the team right now. I've got a few interviews next week that set up so hopefully get some more rolling there as well as we're trying to bring in some more development to the studio We're gonna be building out a few more of the team here coming out so that's gonna be really cool gonna have some more marketing push some more
business development, some other things to give, not only to the community, but our partners. And then as we go out like you always say and grab out the grab web to communities and projects and companies that want to come in and are foaming at the mouth to get in here. Because that's something that we're definitely focusing on.

things that are definitely needing to be built out. The metaverse, some other things you see, Annamoka working with some big people. You see a guy from Blizzard coming in, you seeing some really large things. We're talking to some really large people as well to try to get some more of those companies and very talented people in here. Get some things that are built out that
We believe it's going to bring a lot more mass adoption, a whole lot more players here in 2023 and get it all ready for 2024, 2025 as the entire world starts to roll into here when we're actually getting a larger percentage of 5 or 6% of the world actual population. When we jump up to something that's
things that's coming out. The biggest thing right here that we're trying to push out in quarter one is the live earning, which you got the medium article earlier February 28th. We're still trying to finish get a complete date. They try to make sure that we can push out mobile in quarter one. Still trying to make sure that still happens.
something that's really huge on our calendar is well working with Google and Apple to make that happen as fast as possible with the same exact quality that you have a most on PC and Mac of course. That's something that's really really huge that's our next step and stone after that and then you're going to be seeing some more maps.
this one up in quarter one, excuse me, it'll be a little bit further out some more maps and possibly you might see another level ball sharing quarter one if not hopefully in quarter two, get some more development out with maybe some more zombies as well, we're working on that as well right now as a speak I seen a few earlier today about two hours earlier that
the team was working on that was really cool some new designs some new characters there is another level boss that they were working on as well that will be closer to quarter through quarter four probably on that one because it just started some design but there's all kinds of things that we are doing working on to improve what we already have to
build out more what we're going to continue to build where you've got maps that are coming that's just started. We've got our mall map that is being worked on tremendously actually just put two more people from the team. One of those senior level designers will be going to that team as soon as they're picked up get brought into the company warmed up and kind of get the
flow of everything and give them some time to get into their position. The extra another big thing that we're going to be building out is the maps coming up more maps, more fun places you can reach out and touch people, more places for more tournaments, different style tournaments, something to keep it fun and interactive for everybody.

I want to ask a few people this today. I mean, what do you think is going to happen in 2023 for Web 3 gaming? I mean, what do you anticipate happening? What kind of companies do you think will be here at the end of the year?
I don't know if he's there or not. Alright, yeah, we'll come back to you, but I mean, why don't you go ahead and tell us that, Kyler? It might be Twitter, I've actually sent a few invites up and not many people are seeing them. Twitter's still glitching, but
Eventually it'll get up and running how it should. What do you think, Kyle? I mean, what kind of companies, what kind of games do you think will be doing better than they are now at the end of the year? Like, who do you think is really going to take off? What kind of games?
I mean, I think everybody that's really building will have more development things like that. But I'll tell you something that I'm looking forward to is a badass racing game. I was involved in the high-performance industry and still am a little bit drag race, circle track race, and do some truck pulling when I had the time.
I love racing always have that was one of the biggest things that I really wanted to see coming to the space I know there's quite a few that are being built I can't wait till we get something amazing to where I can race you David or we can race on spaces or we can get people to come up and have thermics things like that I think first person shooters most definitely are gonna do it extremely well
Well, of course I am a little biased. It's what we're building and what we are continuing to build out. That's what we do here. It's what we do good here at Wagyu Games. I think that some chess games, there's a pretty cool chess game that has come out. I like playing chess. I know that's a very, very world renowned sport. I think that that will do very
well some things like that. I was even told there's a few board games it's going to be coming in possibly. Don't want to give that out yet as an alpha or anything because I want to make sure and let them confirm it as a company before I say that but I think that would be pretty cool. Just giving an example here like monopoly life something like that mouse trap, you know the games that we played as a kid.
I think that that can really get involvement from pretty much intergeneration. Also, cord games. I don't know if you or anybody in the space knows exactly who Fendora is or Fendora blockchain. They have some really cool things that they're building on that can bring security into gaming and a little bit of privacy into gaming.
So might be having a little more card games might see some blackjack things like that possibly some run me other things it's gonna be really cool. I've been talking with some people hell you know as well as made like dark horse. I think that people that's building in that spectrum is gonna do very well as well, especially
they can get the following and get the presence that they need and people really like playing the board game online. We'll just have to see an experiment with things like that but there's a large spectrum here for a lot of people to grow. So excuse yourself, you're building your own game in engine. There's nobody else that's doing that. Me, I can't wait to be able to come in and build my own game. See how
going to have all kinds of things that come in I believe in 2023 I do think that money will be coming back. I don't think that it's going to be anytime soon. It probably will be about summertime which will be here before we know it. But I do believe that you will have lots of categories of games that are going to thrive.
me personally, I see RPGs also, that's something that's going to be huge. I know they're like World of Warcraft and a lot of games like that. There are a few that's being built out. I don't know if they'll be completed here in 2023 where some of those maps and some of the development for those games are so huge. But if they're so, I think that that's something that'll really take
off. I know we've got a few partners or sales that are building some RPGs and things that are doing some really cool things. Those games take fucking forever to build. I mean, they take forever. All the quest and things like that, like I got a friend that used to work on some very prestigious projects and do some things and like, the
amount of development and things and resources it goes into that it takes a very long time even with the large team so really trying to see if somebody can get something that really cool with RPG this year with some really cool content. I know also there's going to be a lot more live events for gaming that's something that may use going to be for-fronting we're going to
doing a lot of things ourselves, but I think there's going to be a lot more conferences that you see about gaming and not just gaming in general, but blockchain gaming, Web 3 gaming, trying to row Web 2 into Web 3 gaming. I think you're going to see a larger presence at Twitch and Comic Con and a lot of places this year. So I mean, I'm really bullish. I'm bullish as hell.
I know exactly what we're building. I know exactly what you're building. I know exactly what 20 or 30 of our other partners, if not more, is exactly building. Some of them have even gotten to play and help back on the back end or do something on the development side. So that's been pretty cool as well or at least help them and advise them. So I am very bullish like I can't tell you how bullish I am.
We know David yourself how we are and what we know is going to be built out. But just it's going to be amazing. And I want to see those few genres of racing, RPG and chord games, like strategy games really start to develop. Oh yeah, me too. Excited for pretty much everything that you
set up there. I'd love to see a really solid Web 3 need for speed kind of game. That's something I'm looking for. We're going to have everything inside of mech.com to be honest, but what we're doing is it's browser-based mobile game. That's not going to be the same as these.
enormous studios that are making Call of Duty that are making Need for Speed at least not in the beginning I mean hey guys and Sky's the limit when it comes to the possibilities out here and down the line I can see Anything and everything coming from either of these two companies up here, but yeah, I mean I'm pretty much excited for the solid games that
Everybody's going to look at and be surprised and almost shocked when they realize that they can actually own something inside of that game You know aside from that I'm really really big on what's gonna happen to the music industry over the next few years But I think gaming is where it's gonna make the biggest impact so this year
is going to be the year that really, it's a make it or break it year for most of these companies out here. After last, a lot of individuals are starting to tighten up on their spending and actually do the kind of research that they should have been doing, but just ended up trusting the wrong people, trusting the wrong sources.
So education like I was saying before that's going to be huge. Really getting in touch with the community on a deeper level is something where we're going to spearhead over here, going to go really big on that. And you know, I'm getting everything out there. I mean, for one of the first things I said is getting these games available for everybody to play.
I'm hoping that I can get out there and do it with the community. Like you said, over here on Twitter spaces, we're going to start making some videos as well. And you know, we're going to have some fans in there, some members of the communities in the videos with us down the line. That's something else I'm looking forward to.
I mean, that's something I've been getting a lot of questions about and yeah guys, that is right around the corner too. I never give any dates, but you know, we're planning to have that. We were telling everybody it's going to happen in January. So, you know, just make sure that you're paying attention and discord. We will keep everybody

And what are some of the main cities that you're looking at trying to host another one of these tournaments in this year? St. Louis, of course, you're hometown there in Sweet Miami. We've been invited to San Diego. We have been invited to Sacramento. We have been invited to
to pick a Kansas. We have been invited to Cincinnati. We have been invited to New York City right around the Manhattan area might be doing something there with a Web 3 gallery. That might be even closer to NFT and YC. Can't wait, wait, a little laugh of there maybe for you.
We have been invited to consensus of course, might be doing something there in Texas, maybe a couple of places in Texas. We know people in Fort Worth, Dallas area, Austin and Houston and also in El Paso. So we have been invited to a lot of places right here in America but also international wise.
I've got about eight to 10 locations starting at Dubai from Indonesia to Argentina, Brazil. We're going to be able to travel the world and really bring gaming to the world just through these tournaments. Wow, very excited for that. I mean, these events, I mean,
When you're just looking at the communities, when you're hanging out in the Twitter spaces, that's one thing. But going to some of these live events, these conventions, I mean, you see everybody else who's into the same stuff as you. You get to check out the gaming tournaments going on. I mean, this is starting to really get
the whole industry a lot more attention. And they were happening last year, they were happening the year before. I think in the bull market, people were telling me that it was a completely different vibe. But you know, these things are still really popular. And I think this year, they're going to be bigger than last year. I'm excited for later this month in January. I mean, there is
the Web 3 Gamers Awards, that's going to be like almost an award show for gaming. That's something that you've been nominated for. There is one option to pencil in a vote. Pick your, you know, the most engaged community. So we're going to see if we can get the Mech community to vote for us on there.

I believe it's the best EA sports game. We're nominated for three categories. I believe we are the only game that's nominated for that many categories. Believe it's what gamers told us. There might be maybe E.D.I or Big Time or also, but it's very short category.

I mean, that's something that if a lot of games aren't already doing, I mean, that seems like it's a crypto thing to do. I mean, own your assets. So I'm kind of curious to see what might happen
with that in the industry. Also with gaming. I mean, I want to see which big players continue to grow. I mean, you know, there's a lot of the other popular games that we both talk to. There's big time. There's a Louvium. There's Shrapnel. I'm pretty my pet hooligan partners of yours. And, you know, I want to see some of
these games actually go mainstream. Something we've been talking about here is that, you know, because of how most people game, they're all using their phones, we're thinking that, you know, a mobile game is going to end up being one of the most popular ones this year. And you guys are coming on mobile. You're going to be able to build mobile games over here with us. I mean,
Some of the biggest games and biggest companies building in the space, it's everything right there on your phone. So that's what I think is going to happen. I think it's going to be some, you know, maybe hyper casual, some really fun, maybe a first person shooter mobile game that really gets everybody to open their eyes to Web 3 gaming.
Yes, sir. We believe the same don't want to be too biased because of course, it's what the hell we're building We believe it's going to be some kind of lure as well. We all know that everybody loves Halloween getting scared things like that I Believe that makes most definitely a way to shock
the world and the most humble way I guess you would say and leaving them find out on their own or just from like a friend like hey have you been playing this game or hey have you checked out this like I think that's the point of when it clicks like when you can go download start playing especially with the NFTs move from PC
in Mac, two actual mobile back and forth if you wanted to, like things like that. And having the cases of interoperability, people can see other projects, things that are happening. You're like, oh man, like you never see like Blizzard throwing in like Abilance or like Blizzard throwing in Riot and stuff like that. But when people see this, that these companies are working together,
together and actually doing things together in these in-live events, things like that. Like, oh my God, you're going to see, I think, a revolution happen. And I think that if Blizzard riot, avalanches and some of those don't step up their game, especially at that moment in time, we're going to see a lot of people shift over.
Yeah, I couldn't agree more. That's going to be huge. Something else that I think we're going to see a lot more of is these companies taking a bigger notice and putting a bigger focus on the ease of implementation. I mean, having this process that we have now where you're connecting MetaMas, having to verify
every transaction click here click there you don't know what could happen in between the clicks and it's just it's a little nerve wracking for people who aren't already deep in the industry. I want to ask you a little bit about that. I mean what what Polygon did with Reddit while it's in the back end. How do you guys do it? I know you have your own take on it and
and you're making it really easy for new players to get into your game. Yes, we actually made it to where you do have to connect anything at all. We are full of the caliber with 16 different wallets. I'm not asking for a wallet of course probably being the largest.
You can't access that at any time. Say that you go out and get educated about it. Say that you get curious. Things like that. It needs to be there so you can pick it up at any point.
We do think that it needs to be hidden almost for everybody. We don't think that anybody likes the friction of going and signing the transactions, doing the things that you have to do to actually get on chain and start working on the blockchain with that wallet. A lot of people are lost. A lot of people are lost.
people get scammed when they do first learn and start clicking links that they probably shouldn't every single link that maybe might be sent to them. That's something also we're going to start working on such as education. You know that as well as me we're going to be building out something. You're going to be involved there as well and doing something really cool to get some people to where they can understand that.
In the meantime, I think that you are exactly right, that there has to be something developed. And I have a few things in mind. I am working with a few companies. If you do not know, I do online solutions, which is a blockchain solution company here that has been established since 2014.

drop with their wallets how it was done that way, but even in a more simplified way to where if you was to go out and show this to a seven or eight year old kid, or if you was to go out and show this to a 67 to 70 year old old person that they might be able to figure this out. I've seen it happen first thing because my mother that is 62 rungs

talented people in the same room but we're much definitely working to do that. Yeah, I mean 2023 is going to be about continuing to build what you've been doing and learning as much as you can from everybody that I've talked to 2024 is supposed to be the big year and you know that's what I'm personally

Anybody who's really doing something in the space doing something impressive that's who I want to talk to you that's who I want to surround myself with that's why I want to bring over to the community to you know talk to them as well that that's a huge thing and that's why I love these Twitter spaces we're gonna have all sorts of different experts on here a lot more games coming on
as the year moves forward and you know something else that I'm really looking forward to. Everything that we did last year, everything that we learned from, we get to try to do it better this year, try to do more of it, figure out what worked, figure out what the community liked best and that's what we're going to double down on. I mean you know I
All of the complaints everybody that has an issue everybody that likes something that's what we're really going to look at anything that didn't go well We're going to make it better anything that went well We're going to double down on it and you know, that's what that's what collecting data and actually paying attention does that's something that we always do have always done and you know, we're going to continue
you to do the same thing. Being able to identify those key metrics is incredibly important, not only for marketing, but for community development. I mean, when the community likes something that you want to do more of it, I mean, it only makes sense. So, you know, something that I'm looking forward to doing. We've gotten a lot of
just getting back into the groove of everything. Everybody take some time off and you know you got to get re accustomed to it. I know not everybody's like me who can just go 20 hours a day and not stop and on a vacation the only thing that changes is I sleep five hours
instead of four. But now is the time where things are really going to start moving how they should be. We're over here starting the year with 100,000 people in the Discord server. I keep saying it. The sky's the limit. What we're about to do. I know me and you've been talking about ways to replicate
I think that's one of the main reasons that everybody's so interested in mech because everybody can build, everybody can play. Once you have a chance to play, you can play.
have that that you can just download an app and all of a sudden you're gaming with your friends. I mean, you can't beat that. That's what we're doing day in and day out every single day. So very, very excited for that. I can't wait for you to put it on the app store. I'll be one of the first people to download it. But, you know, back first space.

We're going to show you a little bit more about what you can do over here in Mech with these creator tools. One thing I'm excited about. I want to show everybody how to make these upgrades to the weapons, upgrades
to the armor. I want to have some competitions and contests and get the community voting to see which one looks cooler. That's something else I'm looking forward to.
