I've been living in a castle made the same
I thought I knew my way around like the back of my head
Well, man, I thought I had it all before
Put the slippers on the marble floor
I traded all to have your own again
Cause even if the sky falls and the world crumbles
I don't think of my battles but I've got you
Cause even if the cannonball takes down all these walls
I don't think of my battles but I've got you
Burn the bridge and look the other way
Just know it'll never be the same
And I thought I had it all before
The golden ticket to see you go
I traded all to have your own again
Cause even if the sky falls and the world crumbles
I don't think of my battles but I've got you
Cause even if the cannonball takes down all these walls
I don't think of my battles but I've got you
All right, everybody. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome to the Polygon Perspective. Thank you, everyone, for joining. We got a great spate today. We are announcing the winners of the Voice of Polygon. Let's go.
I know I've seen you all out there working hard, hosting your spaces, speaking, throwing up those emojis, and it has been amazing to see.
But before we get started, if everyone could go on up to the very top part of the space, if you could hit that like and retweet button, it would be greatly appreciated.
Get some more people in here to see all of the amazing things that have been going on with this competition.
So let's get on over to Super Spaces. How are you doing today, Super Spaces? What are you feeling with the end of the competition?
You know, in the words of Bruce Buffer...
Let's get ready to rumble!
Oh, God. I stand corrected. This was actually Michael. How dare I?
But hey, no, we're absolutely enjoying ourselves here.
And I'm just so looking forward to, you know, doing victory laps with everyone.
That's always the best part of this.
Well, I know that I have seen people out there really doing their best, hosting a bunch of spaces.
I really believe that this competition just helped quite a bit to be able to develop the spaces culture on Polygon, which I think is so important, right?
To be able to have that shared experience and that town hall space for individuals within projects and individuals across the entire ecosystem, you know, just to be able to have a space to speak to each other, develop greater connections.
And, you know, we really appreciate, you know, you running this competition on Polygon.
It is definitely much appreciated, and I think that it was a huge success.
Yes. Well, look, you know, I think Sandeep will be on.
I am not exactly sure when he will be on.
So why don't we get started?
But, you know, first, I do want to check in with a couple of the people.
And, well, I guess, you know what, we can get started.
You want to get started with the prizes, Fred, and then we can check in with the people up on stage.
A lot of them, you know, maybe some of them might even be some of the winners.
Yeah, let's – I mean, should we maybe just do a round, get a vibe check from everyone?
I'd love to just integrate kind of how the month went for everyone, and then we can start soon enough and push out some of the tweets that we got prepared as well.
I know Ryland is working hard on prepping those.
And, yeah, I'd just love to kind of do a little vibe check in the beginning if that's cool, Smokey.
Well, let's check in on with Leslie throwing up emojis faster than anybody that I've ever seen.
How has this competition been for you?
I am so excited to be here.
And, you know, as a Latina, we have to try to learn how to do things 100% faster than the rest of the population.
So one of the best things that I learned is how to throw those emojis super fast.
Look at Stucky down there throwing them fast, too.
You know, it's like, as a woman, we have to be a few steps.
I love – I'm very competitive.
So I really enjoyed this month.
And, you know, I was a little stressed out trying to beat some of the guys here.
But I know that I had tough and great competition.
So I'm very excited to be here with you all.
Well, I definitely saw you all over the place, absolutely killing it with your spaces.
So we know that you are doing an absolutely great job.
So thanks for taking part in this competition.
But let's check on in with Big Nill.
Big Nill, how has this competition been for you, sir?
I'm always looking for a little additional motivation, a little fire under the tail to get me going.
And I think the best part about it as well was it encouraged a ton of collaboration.
I think that's everyone kind of realized, too.
Polygon is always somewhere that is forefront of collaborative efforts.
It's always a, you know, we all make it together, not just a me situation.
So when I had the ability to, like, jump onto spaces with other people –
I mean, like, some of the people that I saw just working their tail off –
like, obviously, Brandoff's on stage.
I give Brandoff enough digital flowers, but we, like, co-teamed a lot of stuff on this
and making sure that, you know, there was, like, a good spread of Polygon spaces around.
I think that's one effort that can't be understated.
You don't want, you know, attention drawn one way or another.
People having to choose one way or another who they're supporting that day.
Like, we spread out the love a lot very effectively.
Like, you got to give love for what he's – I see Tony's down there right now.
His effort during all this was absolutely insane.
Regardless of, like, win, lose, draw, what position he ends in, he holds the number one trophy in my heart for sure.
Dude works his tail off for the community.
And then you got somebody like Puke Rainbow coming in, right?
Like, totally external to the community at first, but also a ton of, like, good momentum in the Izuki, in the Garden, obviously.
And now he's pushing P super hard and essentially just onboarding effectively all these new people in the Polygon.
Hats off to everybody that competed.
Loved to – you know, I just loved the motivation I provided myself with.
And now I'm on, like, a super consistent spaces schedule.
I'm hosting, co-hosting two, three, four times a week.
It just really is going to solidify what we're trying to do here to make sure people know that we're always present.
Really excited to see what comes in the future as well.
I mean, it was really fun to watch, you know, all the people.
You know, some people, you know, maybe that had never even hosted a space, right?
And I think, like, the big thing is just to get started, right?
I think that there's a lot of fear, you know, in speaking in public.
But, you know, it's really nice once you actually get up there and you start to kind of manage the room.
And you really gain an understanding, like, pretty quickly of what it takes to run a good space.
And, you know, I think just for any individuals that are in the audience, if you're thinking about it, you're thinking about getting started, you know, I see a lot of people that kind of get stuck, right?
And they're like, oh, you know, I'm just afraid because, you know, there's all of these things that I want to be perfect.
But you're not going to be able to, you know, figure that out unless you start doing it, right?
And then over time, you're just going to get more and more comfortable.
And it's just going to become second nature.
So I think, you know, if you're thinking about getting started, you want to put out some content in, you know, in the way of spaces, then just get started, you know, have a few of your friends come up.
And then over time, you'll get more and more comfortable with it.
And before you know it, you'll be a big, big spaces host, just like Brandoff, who we're bringing up here.
But I do want to check in with Puke Rainbow.
Puke, you kind of came onto the scene, like, just absolutely killing it on fire with your Pushing P campaign.
So how have you been doing and what did you think about this Super Spaces competition?
So, initially, you know, when I joined the whole competition, it wasn't having that whole competitive mood in, right?
But every day when you wake up, it becomes like a habit that you go and check on the leaderboard.
And when you see that leader improvement, you know, you go up once, you go up twice.
Every day doing that, it gives you that whole momentum.
Ah, shit, I need to do more.
So I end up, you know, doing one week, you know, polygon spaces per week.
I end up doing two, which is Monday and Tuesday.
And then just see, you know, slowly climbing up up till number 19.
It has been there for the last two weeks.
I mean, the top 20, man, you guys are killing it.
No matter how long I do the space, how much people coming in, I can never move the number from 18 to 17.
And I'm like, shit, if I'm doing two spaces a week, you know, three hours each time, these guys are doing much more.
So I have to say, you know, kudos to every one of you guys, you know, that joined the competition.
Obviously, from the first to number 17.
You guys are crazy because no matter what I do, I can't beat you guys.
I mean, especially when you have like this kind of healthy competition.
And one thing that I see that's really different is that we all jump into one another's spaces, right?
You know, I jump into Brandoff's space.
You know, RagDog jumps into my space.
And it's just, you know, that whole 20 people.
It's not really a competition.
But we still have the bragging right to say, hey, you know, last month, Polygon, I'm number 18.
There's nothing wrong with a little healthy competition.
You know, Polygon definitely is super, super collaborative.
Everybody likes helping each other out.
But it is pretty fun to see some of that competitive nature come out from some of the individuals within the community.
But Running Pops, what's going on?
Like, man, it's hard to choose between these amazing creators.
Like, sorry for my voice.
But we went to all these creators, these Polygon speakers, man, spaces.
And, like, the big, the big nil energy, the pure consistency.
He's bringing something new to the space.
Like, general spaces in the morning are so funny.
Brandel opening his restaurant, his kitchen every day while on spaces.
Like, this energy, man, like, and Manny singing.
Like, Polygon is something else.
Like, everyone is pushing for Polygon.
But these creators, man, I believe, I don't know, they should be all winners in some way.
Or I don't know, Polygon.
And we will keep on pushing Polygon together.
And Matic Man, and Matic Man, and Matic Man.
Yes, Matic Man has been here pushing P since the beginning.
One of the first individuals that I got to be able to communicate with on Polygon.
Absolutely has been killing it for a very long time.
But I do want to check in with Crab Dad.
So, Crab Dad, you came over from the Reddit avatar community.
So, with spaces for you in the NFT community, you know, what has it been like for you to
see the development of the spaces culture on Polygon with this competition?
Yeah, it's been really cool to see spaces really take off within the Polygon community.
Because when I came to Crypto Twitter, it wasn't even that long ago.
It was just like end of October of last year.
There really wasn't much Polygon culture on Twitter spaces.
I remember like, yeah, coming and repping Reddit avatars and people being like, why are you
repping a Polygon project?
Like, what's on Polygon right now?
Because I think things were just like pretty calm and not a lot was going on on Polygon.
But over the last few months, things have like really developed.
The community's gotten a lot stronger.
And then, yeah, especially throughout June and with this competition, people have been
really motivated to host more Polygon spaces.
I've seen like Polygon spaces just about every time I've opened the Twitter app, which has
been really cool and exciting to see.
And I know a lot of us from Reddit are branching out into more collections, especially Polygon
collections, because that's what we're used to and comfortable with.
So it's really good to see Smokey.
Well, you know, we've got you and Fatty Bags, who are co-hosts with me on Tuesday nights.
And, you know, Fatty has been hosting spaces quite a bit.
You know, I think he's got Modelo time.
So that's always really good.
Been hopped into quite a few of his spaces.
He's a great spaces host.
And it's really been nice to see the engagement of the avatar community to be able to come
over and see what's going on on Polygon and what better way to do it than coming into spaces
where you can really engage and build stronger relationships with the individuals and learn.
I think I think this long form content is one of the best ways to engage with the NFT community,
So, yeah, you love to see it.
Well, let's get on over to Bass Buddha.
Bass Buddha, how has this competition been for you, sir?
Man, it's been tremendous.
You asked about the vibes.
The vibes are totally kosher right now.
And, you know, I've benefited from this month or I guess a couple months now, not not as a
host or a co-host, but really as a as a co-founder wanting to make my way through this
ecosystem and, you know, inform a bunch of people about my project and and learn as much
And it's you know, it's been tremendous.
The support structure and the support network that's present here in this Polygon ecosystem
right now is more robust, you know, than than I think it's ever been.
I'm coming up on my second year here in Polygon as a builder.
And, you know, the first time around, probably a full year of building from 21 to 22.
There were Twitter spaces.
You know, there definitely were.
I had a I had a Web3 for Positive Change series that I did once a month, but it just wasn't
you know, it wasn't this open, this open dialogue where anyone can come up and and say what they
We've got some champions in this space now.
You know, I think, you know, Matic Man was the first person to give me the time of day
back in back in the beginning of May.
And it it's only exploded from there.
I can't give that guy enough flowers.
It's like you you got to pass the Matic Man vibe check as one of your first preliminary
steps towards, you know, navigating your way through this ecosystem.
And that still holds true.
But there's you know, there's a lot of people who I, you know, whose input I respect and
I see them as subject matter experts.
And they've all taken that initiative to start their own space.
This this water is not too crowded by any stretch of the imagination.
A lot of the people up here right now and whose spaces I participated on in the past couple
months are are legends in their industry.
I want to hear more from you.
And it's it's awesome that this has given that that pedestal and that encouragement to
a lot of people who maybe wouldn't have otherwise done this.
So, you know, I didn't host a whole hell of a lot of spaces, but I was on a lot of spaces
and and I benefited from that directly.
And we've got to keep that going because it's only going to get better here as we transition
I mean, you know, what better way to get to know each other, you know, even further
Like some of these individuals that you've seen, you know, working here over the years
and then being able to to get on a space and have these one on one conversations.
I think that it's just wonderful.
But rec dogs, what's going on?
How has it been for you guys?
How's it going, everybody?
It's Manny from rec dogs.
The super spaces has been extremely motivating.
Not I think it's really made in creating awareness for everybody that not only is this an extremely
good platform to go out and meet people, but it's it's it's officially a synergistic
So I would like to say thank you, actually, because we had our spaces.
We had an idea, but I think when everybody in the neighborhood's going out and doing
something and everyone's tried something new and creative, right, it's it's actually
everyone's branched off into trying something new in their spaces, which is great.
I think it's a byproduct of it, but it's it's just created this awesome, you know, monkey
see, monkey do kind of mentality.
We call it dog see, dog do because we try to inspire that within our community.
But when you see other people do something, it's that icebreaker that gets you out to do
In addition, you know, it's got this really comfortable neighborhood environment where
you can go out and knock on doors.
So, you know, you can go out, meet another founder or another team member, and it's it's
There's a lot less gatekeeping because of it, I feel.
Appreciate you, wrecked dogs, and it wouldn't be possible without you today.
Some lucky winners are going to get a few wrecked dogs themselves.
So I'm really excited to announce those very soon.
I also want to give a shout out to Crab Dad finally rocking a proper well, your previous
one was proper, but this one is even more proper.
So, yeah, shout out to you.
Yeah, it's weird to be rocking the pink fur instead of the gold skin.
I guess I was a late bloomer and finally grew my fur out.
But it's nice and warm and the community has been been very warm.
I'm excited to start getting into some youth spaces as well, because I know Smokey hosts
a bunch of those and youths have been a big part of like helping the polygon culture really
like grow and get rooted on Twitter.
So, yeah, I'm excited to be part of it.
Well, I'm going to DM you about some youth spaces as well later, Crab Dad, so you're
Just because the campaign is over, guys, we're also leaving things open, yeah?
So just because the month has ended, it doesn't mean that we're going to stop with the polygon
We're just getting started.
In fact, that actually means that the leaderboard will reset with the start of the new month.
Our leaderboards restart every single month.
So you have a brand new opportunity to climb those leaderboards and do well for yourself
here in Web3 and on Twitter spaces.
Little caveat while we're on the topic.
Papa Elon has been a bit of a buzzkill, to say the least, since Friday.
And it's actually messed with our system a little bit.
And so we're experiencing some downtime.
But rest assured, devs are doing something.
So we're running overtime to really just offer a solution and just get up and running quickly.
But as if now, since that change last Friday, right on time as the month ended, by the way,
what luck did we have here?
And so, yeah, that's something to know as well.
Smokey, are we good to go, actually?
We went around the room, right?
We just have MetaRiders and Brandolf to check in with.
So let's check on in with MetaRiders.
How has this been for you guys?
I've been seeing you all over the place.
Yeah, we got a bronze trophy in the mail this morning.
So we're super excited about that.
Like, the recognition, I think, should be.
I'm actually moving somewhere where my service should be a little better.
So I hope that this helps.
The recognition, I think, should be for all of us.
And I kind of want to say this from somebody that's been in the space for over a year and a half.
When Twitter changes their updates and you've got to find different ways to search for spaces.
And then we went through a stage where we couldn't search for spaces.
So we would follow certain people.
I think that the biggest thing to me right now is that when I go in and search for spaces, it used to be search for NFT or Web3 or even a long time ago, shill.
Now I search for Polygon.
Polygon is my number one search for when I'm looking for a space because I feel like that's where I need to be.
You know, we're building on Polygon and all of that's great and everything.
But I think that the community that you are in, in super spaces, I know you're not just tied to Polygon, but I just really want to be clear that this ecosystem is growing rapidly.
I've said this in spaces before, inside Polygon spaces, you know, we've spoken to top 50 global brands.
As soon as you say the word Polygon, their ears perk up.
They really, I don't even know if they know what Polygon means yet, but they do know that it's the right place to be because of your efforts in signing the deals with the Disney's and Starbucks of the world.
So just understand if you're, if you can hear my voice right now, when you're searching for spaces, Polygon should be one of your searches and you should see, you know, big null spaces.
You should see somebody else's spaces that might be, you know, have a purple PFP and the room's full of purple.
There's a reason for that.
This community is growing rapidly and it's growing in a way that is organic and it's going to be built to last.
So again, as from somebody that's been in spaces for a minute, this is Hermie behind the MetaRights PFP, just understand that we're in the right place.
And I told Nill this a while ago, you know, I told him that he was the right guy at the right, in the right place at the right time for starting this, you know, purple push, I'll call it.
I feel like we're all starting to evolve into that situation where we are the right people at the right time in the right place.
And that means the world to me, you know, when I saw that super spaces tweet where I'm on the podium with two legends, I just feel like, you know, we're doing something right in that regard, but just really, really want to throw out there to everybody that that should be one of your, you know, your go-tos when you're looking for a place to either share or even just hang out while you're working.
I think it's good, good to support as well, but I hope everybody has a great holiday weekend.
It's still going for us, but definitely wanted to jump in and just say hello and thanks for the recognition.
Nice. Yeah. I mean, it has been amazing to watch and you know,
the OGs have been here pushing it for quite a long time and they are still here with us.
And it's really nice to see that they are getting the recognition that they deserve.
But Randolph, for you, sir, how has this competition been?
I know that I have seen you all over the place, hosting spaces, speaking in spaces.
It's been a lot of fun, Smokey, and thanks for having me up.
Uh, I've, uh, definitely found some new opportunities out here from, uh, from this contest.
Uh, not the least of which is co-hosting with you and on Polygon account taxi on Thursdays and jumping in here on Mondays.
Um, but I got to say, uh, you know, this, this contest has been, been great, but it's also been really revealing that we didn't see a bunch of just grabs at, um, you know, a power play here.
What we saw was meaningful engagement across the spectrum.
And that's really how we're going to widen, uh, the foundations here as we move forward with this ecosystem is making those meaningful connections with individuals and projects and just connecting permanently with each other so that when we're ready to field a much higher level of volume, we have these preexisting connections across the spectrum.
Um, and, you know, yeah, some of my points, some of my points were kind of low, uh, but that wasn't going to stop me from hosting spaces, um, and encouraging new people to step up and speak and have their voices heard.
And so hopefully, uh, we see a continuation of this momentum, uh, even now that the, uh, contest is over, um, I'm certainly hosting, uh, two weekly Polychat spaces and, uh, coming out on Thursdays with on Polygon.
And then, you know, just jumping in wherever anybody wants, uh, some extra people.
And I think that a lot of us have that spirit out here.
Uh, I've certainly been following big nil around in a lot of the spaces and, uh, teasing each other about our, our, uh, position on the leaderboard has been fun.
I didn't get very high up, um, but I certainly enjoyed it.
So thanks a lot, super spaces for hosting this.
Well, one last person to check in with, and then, uh, we will get started with the award ceremony.
God, all my friends, man, following each other from space to space.
We cannot get away from each other.
It's like that purple has some kind of weird magnetism to it.
So I want to do two things.
I want to say this too, because I talked about this in a space the other day, but I don't, I don't think people are grasping the power of, of what is trending on Twitter.
And look, I thought about this because when I signed up for Twitter a year ago, right, I didn't know much about it and everything over a year ago.
And so it asks you, you know, your preference is what you like, blah, blah, blah.
And then of course, over time, the algorithm figures out what you like and what you're sharing and all those things.
And so, uh, you know, most of 99.9% of what shows up on my Twitter is NFT stuff.
Same for everybody here, I'm assuming, but there's another whole world out there that knows nothing about NFTs, Twitter, uh, spaces.
They don't, they don't, they don't know anything about digital collectibles, crypto, all sorts of subject matter.
We are reaching those people.
Because hashtag pushing P doesn't just trend for NFT people.
It trends for the entirety of Twitter.
And so those people see that stuff.
So what I like to do is I find out what's trending that day, Monday motivation, Wednesday thoughts, whatever, and add pushing P to it.
And we can get a whole lot.
I'm talking millions of people that get to see our stuff who previously had no idea what was going on, what we're about and what we're doing.
And I want to do this as well.
So I want to, I want to say this to super spaces.
The first time I found your site, I was terrified.
Because then you really get the reality check of how much time you're spending on spaces.
I saw that and I was like, ah, wow.
I got some terrible apps.
I just want to throw this offer out there.
This is an easy offer, guys.
So let's put action to words.
I know that there's projects that need to be minted out.
Big Nils heard this before.
Shut your face, Big Nils.
And so, and I know there's projects who need their floors raised.
I know everybody needs some NFTs sold, especially in this market.
So I have a lot of troggs because I bought into a lot because I love the project.
I want to give them away.
I want to push P, but I also want to move the ecosystem monetarily.
Anyway, if you guys go out and mint from another project on Polygon today or you buy from somebody's floor, DM me and I'll hook you up with a trogg.
Let's actually push P today.
Well, thanks for coming up, sir.
Really cool stuff that you're doing with the one-to-one, being able to give away some NFTs if you go and buy some NFTs.
Well, look, you guys, I think it is time.
But before we get started, if we could just do a little reset of the room.
There are a lot more people in here.
Again, this is the Polygon Perspective.
We are announcing the voice of Polygon winners, the people that won the Super Spaces competition that has been going on in the month of June.
But before we announce the winners, if everyone could go on up to the very top part of the space, you will see the Spaces link.
If you could just click on that, hit that like and retweet button, it would be greatly appreciated.
Be able to get some more individuals in here to hear about all of the amazing winners of this competition.
But look, you guys, let's throw it on over to our wonderful co-host, Fred.
Do you want to start it off and let us know who won these amazing prizes?
Let's get ready to rumble!
Can anyone tell that we're UFC fans?
No, because you sound like pro wrestling fans with that.
But if you were a UFC fan, you'd have it's time!
For those that don't know, and for those that are new in the audience, last month we had a first.
A first of its kind on Twitter Spaces was a campaign to find the voice of an entire ecosystem.
Hundreds of people rallied.
People hosted for the first time.
And we're just getting started.
And we're here to crown the winners.
We're here to celebrate not only the hosts, the speakers and the listeners, those who tuned in and showed up and out for Polygon.
And so how this is going to go, ladies and gentlemen, we have today a few categories whereby we're going to announce the winners, the top three of each category.
Those are, let me see if I can actually produce myself a little bit here.
In the categories for the day, we have the Iron Man, the person with the longest space hosted.
We have the Purple Wave Rider.
Those are the ones that tuned into the most spaces.
And we have the Super Speakers, those that spoke in the most spaces.
We got the Vibes Directors, those that threw up the most emojis.
We got the Hustlers who hosted the most spaces.
And finally and ultimately, the voices of Polygon, our top ten that are going to get honorable mentions and eternal glory.
So let's get it going, Kong, my beautiful monkey.
But before I pass it over to you, let me explain how it's going to go down.
These categories, we're going to get through them in about half an hour, 45 minutes.
It's going to be very dynamic.
We would love to have everyone who won or maybe wants to shout out a friend come up here and share their few words.
So we're going to rotate people in and out.
And no offense if you're getting rotated out.
That's just how we're going to do things today to get everyone's word in.
Now, after this, there's going to be an after party.
It's in about one and a half hours.
We're going to play some tunes.
We're going to just connect.
It's going to be a bit more relaxed.
And so that's going to be from the Super Spaces account later on.
And I think I've said my dues.
I think, Kong, you're going to start with the first category.
So the very first category that we have today is actually that Iron Man.
So the Iron Man, like you said, Fred, goes to the person who hosted the longest Twitter space here in the month of June.
Iron Man, currently taking home the prize.
Actually, first, we'll do third place.
We had Crypto underscore Junior at 11 hours for his space.
It was a Freestyle Friday with good vibes all night and live video stream.
That was the space that he ran with 11 hours.
In second place with 12 hours, we had Rival Bear NFT with their mint party locked in.
But just barely ahead of them with 15 total hours on their silent NFT share space.
Hashtag Shelby Exchange NFTs.
Shelby Exchange takes home the victory here in the Iron Man bounty.
If they're in the listeners down there, come on up.
We'd love to hear from you.
That was not such a silent space after all, I bet, if you took it home for 15 hours.
Did you call other people in between?
I don't know how to do it.
I've never ran such a space, even though I'm super spaces.
I've topped out at three hours.
But yeah, are there any other marathon hosts in the speaker panel right now that can maybe
speak to those superhuman abilities?
Yeah, you sound more like super short spaces.
But the reality of it is, yeah, back in the very first spaces competition that super spaces
did, I was competing in the Solana competition.
And we did spaces for just about that amount of time, maybe a little bit more.
But we had co-hosts that would be in different time zones.
When you'd go to sleep, they'd wake up and they'd hold the show down and hold the room
And then you'd wake up and they'd go to sleep and you would just rotate for three or four
days and just grind your spaces scores.
All right, I've pinned up the winners up top, our Iron Men and women.
We don't know how to identify them if they're not up on stage.
But yeah, feel free to request up here and come hang out with us.
Otherwise, we're going to move up to the next one.
But I see a bass Buddha with the hand of what's up.
So I don't I don't see any of the marathoners up on the stage here.
But to answer how it was done, as someone who hung out with the rival bears for probably
damn near 15 hours or however long you said it was, that talent show, man, I wish it was
The amount of fun that was going through that space, you know, it didn't it didn't.
I started at like nine, went to work all day, listen to that whole damn space, listen
to some great singers, great artists, great music playing.
And it just yeah, it didn't feel like work at all that that time flew by.
So shout out to rival bears.
That was one of the cooler spaces I've ever been a part of.
I've sang some Sinatra for those guys there in the in the beginning.
If you're ever trying to marathon it, it takes a village, have a whole bunch of people up
who can sing because that was so fun, man.
Sounds like we need to get in touch with the rival bears because we're also hosting open
I think that's that's an amazing thing.
Who do we have next up, Kong?
I think it's my turn and I'm going to go with the purple wave riders.
Now, without further ado, this tweet has already gone out, actually, sort of an alpha leak
But I'll pin it up top here.
We got number three, the wave riders are the ones who joined the most spaces in the
So those are the real supporters out here.
Without you, nothing's happening.
Now, number two, Leslie Mata, the Latina Queen with 256 spaces tuned into.
Those are all polygon spaces.
And the number one supporter, actually, by far, it is Shadow Pumpin.
He is pumping up those numbers up to 307.
Send wallets and come up on stage to hang out.
Leslie's actually already up here.
So let's ask Leslie really quick.
Leslie, how were you able to listen in to that many polygon spaces here in the month of
Because you also host your own spaces as well.
So it's like, I know you're busy and you've got a lot going on with Gokstein Media.
How were you able to do that?
Damn, I don't want to spill my secrets.
But it seems like I was able to join that many spaces and I have no life, right?
But I have a lot of devices.
So however I was able to join in, I know I was co-hosting and hosting some spaces and
I would be in some of the other polygon spaces.
And I had to tell one of my hosts one time, I'm like, you know, I'm just resourceful.
I know I'm in other spaces, but, you know, there's a purpose.
And I know he's in this space right now, so I hope he understands when he would see me
in other spaces and he would be like, what the hell, Leslie, what are you doing?
I'm like, there's a method to this madness.
But I think as a community and as we continue to build with one another and collaborate, it's
very important for us to support one another and just show that engagement, that support
and continue to build, you know, with one another.
You show up for people, they show up for you.
Leslie, maybe next time we might have to bring back the engagement farmer bounty, because
it sounds like with all your devices, you would have been a shoe in for that one this
Catching strays out here.
Rylan, or well, I keep on doxing you, Kong.
So we're going to move on to the super speaker bounty.
I see Shadow actually in his superhero cape joined up on stage.
And I don't even know that I'm on the wave rider, but I'm really surprised.
I'm really grateful for the gun committee.
And be sure to Bigney and Ima Tima.
And be sure to Super Space.
And everyone here, I'm really grateful to you.
That was a prepared speech.
You know, you did expect it.
Let's move over to the next one.
We got the super speakers.
So that super speaker bounty is going out to the people that joined the most voice of
Polygon spaces and then joined the speaker panel and was a speaker on those spaces as
So currently taking home that third place position, we had Dup with 91 spaces total that he's spoken
Then in second place, we had Click.
They had 99 total spaces spoken in in the month of June.
And then rounding out that first place spot with 118 total spaces spoken in during that month
So if any of the three of you are here, come on up to the stage.
We'd love to hear from you.
I was unaware that I won until this morning.
I was unaware there was a competition until this morning.
He's just pushing P on his own.
They do it in a completely natural state of flow.
They don't care about incentives.
They just wake up and go about their day as if nothing else is happening.
So brother, this is not the first time you're winning a super speaker bounty.
No, I think I won all three platforms.
That's a lot of Ethan and Polygon, which I think is funny.
Yeah, I think you got to let me know so I can try to get one because I mean, it was
only a few spaces away from getting one.
But honestly, it's just fun.
And I mean, the Polygon spaces are just so great to join and talk to.
There's so many great people, so many great creators and just conversations being had.
And I mean, yeah, the award is a testament to the Polygon community as a whole.
So yes, you too, Big Mel.
Yes, he said my name, guys.
In the beginning, I was just thinking that Dup is just following me across all chains.
You know, I met him on Solana and then went over to ETH.
And now we're on Polygon together.
But hey, I think that's Web3 and that's the beauty of multi-chain.
So if you want to look at a multi-chain person, that could also be the case, right?
Follow the best talents out here.
Speaking of best talents, Click, you won, buddy.
I knew there was a competition going on.
I didn't know that I was, yeah, it's pretty cool, I guess.
Maybe I need to find more hobbies or something.
But yeah, no, no, it's good.
I like, I'm a big fan of like the analytics and stats and stuff like that.
I didn't realize I was in such an elite territory.
Like the platform you guys have built.
I mean, the reality of it is, is the super speaker one that you won here is a really great bounty to win.
Because obviously there's a lot of really great spaces hosts here in Web3, but the spaces hosts are really nothing if they don't have, one, an audience to present to, and two, a panel of speakers to bounce ideas off of and conversate with.
So it's really important that people like yourself continue to join spaces, continue to join panels, and really share their ideals and values with others in the space.
Yeah, yeah, I've, I don't know, I really enjoy talking and learning from everyone, and I think most of the time I spend on spaces is pretty productive, with some exceptions.
Hey, Fred, I do think we have another, another bounty to give away.
I think you're up for Vibes Director, if you want to tell everybody what the Vibes Director is.
So in any single space, who has reached most emojis, right?
And who's given out most emojis?
And so we're going to go with the amount, which is going to be an absurd amount.
And we're also going to go with the type of emoji.
So that's going to indicate what kind of person are they?
Are they the funny-dovey ones, the lovey-dovey ones?
So we're going to see that in a second.
Now, without further ado, on spot number three of the Vibes Director category, we have Astro Snoo with 6,139 emojis during a polygon space.
And very fittingly so, that emoji was a purple heart.
So shout out to you for giving out the purple hearts here, as deserved.
We have the second spot with 6,750 hearts, and this time black hearts.
So I don't know if that person was really pushing P, but they came in second.
We have Crow over 9,000 with 6,750.
And the number one spot for the Vibes Director, by far, is actually Web3 Pingu with 7,624.
And, yeah, they just threw the laughing emoji all the time.
So I guess they're fun people over there.
Yeah, I need to join a few of those spaces here coming up.
Apparently, they've got a lot of good laughs to be had.
And I'm due for a laugh or two, that's for sure.
But if any of the three of those people that Fred just announced, whether that be Astro Snoo,
Crover 9,000, or Web3 Pingu, are here, come on up to the stage.
We'd love to hear about your guys' experiences, how you get those emoji fingers ready.
Maybe do you have to, like, give them a massage at night to get them ready to go for the next day?
So I'm just a little curious how you're able to do it.
Leslie's got the emoji finger going, too.
She's trying to catch you guys, but I think she might be using an Apple Watch.
I think that's the hack there on that one.
You can emoji on an Apple Watch and you can spam it unbelievably fast.
I see we got Pingu up in the building.
Pingu, what's going on, brother?
How did you get so many emojis thrown up, sir?
Well, yeah, Fred knows what I get up to, right?
I host a seven-hour-a-day space with King Garth.
We've been doing that for today was our 52nd day.
I also host a couple other spaces, a couple roundtables and stuff like that.
So, yeah, I spend a fuckload of time in spaces and, yeah, we have a good time, you know?
Like, obviously, naturally with a seven-hour space, like, we normally talk about, like, everything that's going on across most chains.
And then because it's seven hours, naturally, we're talking about a lot of just general life stuff, you know?
And having a good life, you know?
Speaking of which, Pingu, you came up in the rankings on two different categories.
You can only win one category, so that's a bummer.
But there's going to be a runner-up for this one.
So we're going to reach out in the DM separately to Xensi.
So, yeah, to distribute the prizes as much as possible so that not one person wins all the stuff.
Maybe we can get someone down.
I'm going to put Ring Runners down for a second.
I think Chaz won the super speaker bounty and wasn't up here.
I just opened up my notifications and saw this, and I was like, that's funny.
Did you know that you were speaking in so many spaces?
I'd spoken a lot, but I didn't realize it was that bad.
You know, I was like, I'm not surprised.
Like, why are you speaking in so many spaces?
Which gospel are you spreading?
I'm on, like, seven different platforms.
I've been doing this for, like, almost three years.
I got a bunch of collections out there, a bunch of stuff that's sold out,
stuff that's still available.
I just like being in spaces.
I like talking to people, you know?
Spread the word about art and things like that.
Like, find other opportunities to, like, get people to, like, submit their art.
I've been doing a lot of submissions to, uh, IRL events around, around the world and been displayed, like, everywhere.
I was one of the feature artists at NFT NYC, um, on the billboards and the, the digital tickets and on the ticket wall.
And, like, ever since then, I've been, like, just submitting, like, crazy to every IRL show and, like, every platform that I could, like, get my art to display, like, in IRL in real life.
Like, the galleries and stuff.
And it's just been, like, it's been this whirlwind this last, like, three or a few months.
Like, uh, really, like, focusing, constantly on, like, getting, even though I can't be there, like, just having photos and videos, taking up my stuff and, like, having it shot back to me in, like, DMs.
And, like, having, I think I've been, like, everything, like, Eat Boston to, um, like, to, uh, Lisbon, the Lisbon NFT convention.
Um, there's one in Brazil.
So, you're just, you're basically not only speaking on Twitter spaces so much.
But also just traveling across the world.
Well, Polygon can count itself really lucky to have someone like you.
And so, ladies and gents, just hit them with a follow.
And, uh, yeah, the art community has to be supported, especially in times like these with really low volume.
Yeah, things have been, like, crazy this whole, that whole shitcoin season kind of messed everything up.
Like, um, it's kind of, like, crazy, you know?
Like, I tried to, I just, I had to drop on foundation.
And I did, I went when I thought the gas port thing was over.
And that was just the wrong time.
It got no attention because I'm just, like, scrambling right now.
Things are coming back, though.
It's starting, definitely the volume's starting to pick up a little bit.
I've noticed that, that, like, people are starting to buy NFTs again.
I don't, I don't just, I don't just make art.
But I collect a lot of stuff, too.
I own, like, almost, I think over a thousand pieces now.
Well, let's hope it comes back with full force.
And with people like you on board, it will, I'm sure.
Let's move to some of these next winners up here.
I think this one was just the Vibes Director Bounty that we announced.
For all the winners, just send us your wallets, please,
so we can distribute the amazing prizes that we have.
We have over, I think, 18 winners.
And there's over $1,500 in NFT bounties alone.
And then, of course, there's the internships that we're going to talk about in a second.
Now, let's move to the hustler.
Kong, this one is for you.
The hustler is a good one because it's entirely about all of the people that hosted the most
spaces here in the month of June.
They were getting as many spaces in as they could.
In third place with 53 total spaces hosted, we had General Riggs.
Then in second place with 56 total spaces hosted, just three points ahead there.
And then in first place with 68 total spaces hosted, one away from that magic number, we had the Rizzler.
So, definitely some good stuff.
I don't know how even speaking in that many spaces on a month-to-month basis is a lot to ask of someone.
But to then curate content and to host that many spaces within a month is a lot to me.
And so, definitely want you three to come up and share your experiences over this month and tell us maybe how you did it.
Maybe a couple five-hour energies or a few monsters deep and you guys just put an extra battery pack on and went to work.
So, I'd definitely like to hear about it, y'all.
So, Pingu, you said you're at 56, I think, for this category.
That is definitely more than one a day, right?
Yeah, I mean, we have the daily space, which is like seven hours.
And then every Tuesday, I host a roundtable, which is like topic-focused.
And then I do a couple of odd ones as well with some projects that I work and collaborate with, you know.
When you put a number to it, it sounds absolutely crazy.
And I can't even believe in myself.
But, yeah, that's when you know it's a good time, you know.
Because I don't even, like, even the other day when we were on the phone, Fred,
I didn't realize the amount of hours I'd done on spaces until you actually told me, you know.
Yeah, Pingu, there's 30 days in the month of June, just to let you know.
You had 56 total spaces hosted.
So, you almost had two a day for the entire month.
Which means if there were days you weren't doing spaces, you were doing three or four on other days, which is crazy, man.
You've got to also take into account that sometimes Elon likes to rug me, and then we have to restart a space.
Sometimes this happens like three times in a goddamn day.
General Riggs, over to you.
You're also in this category.
How are you doing, and are you surprised with this, or did you expect to have hosted this many?
Hey, what's going on, everybody?
Yeah, I mean, honestly, I've just been grinding, and I've got to shout out Shan, and I've got to shout out everyone who really taps in and, you know, comes up on stage.
And really, like, this is more of like a group thing.
So, I want to shout out everybody who's coming to, you know, our spaces, really.
It's been more of a chill space, right?
So, personally, I, you know, I came to Polygon about three months ago, four months ago, and I instantly fell in love with the vibes, and there's so many, so many great people.
And I'm just coming up to launching a project in about three weeks.
I've been keeping it under the wraps, but I've been working on it for over a year.
So, I wanted to set a foundation and just get, you know, just get the vibes going.
I want people to get to know what I'm about, and it's pretty fitting that I got placed in this hustler category, because I've always been a hustler.
And, you know, and I say that in the best way possible, you know, I'm a grinder.
So, to say that I'm surprised, no, but, I mean, I'm definitely appreciative of it, and I think that the vibes are great.
And I just want to shout out everybody again.
There's so many people I see here who's just been having a great time with me, and, yeah, it's been awesome.
Thanks for coming in and taking the trophy, doing a little victory lap with us.
And I love that you shout out, you know, the close ones, the ones without which it wouldn't be possible.
So, yeah, I think that's very much the truth.
No one is doing this alone.
We're all standing on the shoulders of giants.
Actually, Fred, speaking of shout outs, do you want to go ahead and shout out some of the other people that we had that were in the top 10?
I think we're actually moving towards the main category, guys.
It's the voice of Polygon.
Who are the ones that represent the Polygon ecosystem?
Now, there's 10 that we want to shout out here.
And I do want to give just a little heads up that we really looked at, were you in this and were you talking about Polygon?
Is this something that you do?
Are you cross-chain or do you only say that you're Polygon?
And there was a few people that we, you know, had to not consider for a few of the other categories.
But for this top 10, I can really say that, you know, this is a great representation.
And, yeah, we just want to give honorable mentions for, you know, spots 10 to 6.
And then we're going to hit it with the top 5.
Those are the ones that make up the winners here.
So, number 10, we got Alpha NFT with 49.73 of a score across the entire month.
I think it's a staple for the ecosystem.
And also, you know, people behind the team that really work on several projects and have a profound impact from what we see.
Now, number 9, we have Hellcats NFT with 49.79.
Number 8, we have him up on stage.
Mech.com, David, 50.97 points.
Number 7, Mr. Mint NFT at 52.5.
And number 6 goes to the Polygon Labs account, their very own, with 52.57.
Yeah, so, congrats, David.
I see you're up on stage here.
Do you want to speak to that a little bit?
Yeah, I mean, it was awesome.
As soon as I found you guys, I was actually super interested in the platform.
And, you know, couldn't be a bigger fan.
I mean, it's really important for all the speakers to be able to have some sort of analytics like this.
Because it's what drives us to improve.
That was the other account that I'm up here on.
Setting up these types of competitions.
Like, as soon as I found it, that's literally what gave me the motivation and drive to try to improve on it.
And, you know, being able to see the listeners, different things that you can do with marketing campaigns and community.
Couldn't be more excited to see where this goes and where you guys are going to end up in the next two, three months.
So, really hope you do another one.
I've already got a lot of plans for it.
And I've got to get me an Apple Watch now so I can rank higher with that emoji thing.
If there's anything you take from today, it's that.
Let's wait to see what we can get with the Vision Pro and how fast we can do the emojis on that thing.
That's an expensive emoji hack.
That was ranks 10 through 6, Fred.
What about, like, obviously 1 through 5 or 5 through 1, whichever direction you want to go in there.
Hit me with that X Factor music first.
I want to set the stage a little bit.
All right, ladies and gents.
We are at it with the Voice of Polygon.
Winners for the month of June.
Spot number 5 goes to Collector NFT.
Round of applause for you.
We've got Skirpy Social in the building with 54.2.
Number 3 is the man himself, Frank D. Gods, with 2 Spaces Hosted and 55 points.
And number 2 of them all, we have them on stage, is Web3 Pingu with 57 points.
The number 1, clearly on spot number 1.
Mech, hurry up and swap accounts.
Damn, I always forget to turn the volume down on the other phone.
Well, I'm going to have a bigger problem with that because I got two more phones coming in today.
That's why I was hoping you'd do another one of these.
But, yeah, I mean, love Spaces.
I was really hoping to do something more with Mech, but Spaces got a lot more competitive once you guys really put this competition up.
I mean, we had a lot going on.
It wasn't that difficult for, you know, to get a few hundred people in the Spaces with all of the activity in the Manifest Labs ecosystem.
But, you know, definitely appreciate it.
Almost feels like it wasn't fair.
So, you know, I'm not a sore winner.
Better luck next time, everybody.
But, yeah, just looking forward to see what you guys do.
I mean, this was awesome.
I feel like I won an Oscar or something.
What are we going to call these?
But, yeah, I mean, like Twitter Spaces, it's part of the job, part of Web3.
And if you're a project or just someone looking to further your goals in this space, like, you need to be up here in Twitter Spaces.
Don't be shy to jump up on stage.
I used to sound like a boring accountant at an earnings report when I first started doing these.
And, you know, now people think I have a split personality half the time.
And Web3 wouldn't be Web3 without these spaces and how much in touch we can really get with the community as a project
and also as a community member.
I mean, you guys are really putting those first and giving us the tools we need to get through the bear market.
I mean, Polygon, Super Spaces, every other big entity or protocol out there who's doing something for everybody else
rather than just trying to make a bag themselves.
I've got nothing but respect for everybody like that.
And if there's ever anything I could do for you guys, any other projects out here, just hit me up.
I've got four jobs, a prescription of Adderall, 48-pack of Monster, three gallons of coffee in the fridge.
So I'm ready for whatever.
Not one single thank you to the Academy.
You guys, too, didn't mean to leave you out.
But, Kong, you raise a good point.
I mean, and, you know, David, that was an awesome acceptance speech, so to say.
And we're going to move to the others in a second to Collector and everyone else who's up on stage.
But, David, just for a moment, obviously, we're basically bringing games and playing long-term games into the realm of Twitter spaces
so that together we can be really meaningfully motivated to stay in this and weather the difficult times.
That's the whole purpose.
And we're going to add more games to this.
The leaderboard is just to start as the months progress.
If you follow our journey, we thank you.
There's more come and rest assured.
Second, we try to include everyone, but sometimes maybe there's a bias in the data.
Maybe something got missed.
So do you have any honorable mentions from your side that you want to just give out in the month?
Maybe someone was not reflected in rankings that you saw, you know, should get a shout-out.
This is kind of the time to do that.
And maybe, you know, also to Smokey and Randall, my co-hosts.
And this is a shout-out time, so to speak.
So, yeah, David, why don't you take it away?
I mean, honestly, there are so many hosts out there on Polygon who really push this project,
push this blockchain and the entire ecosystem harder than anybody I know.
I did jump in a little late.
So I'm just going to read off a list that I personally made that, you know, like I've seen people grinding.
I'm in a lot of these spaces.
I mean, Smokey, without an MFing doubt, one of the faces out here of Polygon representing in the spaces.
So much respect for that guy.
He does a lot for all the other projects out here.
The Matic Man, when I first really got in here, oh, my God.
He was someone that you want to get up there on their spaces.
Like, if you're on Polygon and you haven't talked to the Matic Man, I don't know what the hell you're doing with your life.
Bro, as soon as Voice of Polygon started, they came over here, started pushing P, jumping in spaces, getting everybody together.
They got big spaces coming up this, oh, I almost said next month.
In less than a week, I'm excited as hell for that.
We're going to get everybody piled into that one.
Yeah, throw those sirens off again.
Bro, hosting with Sansa, doing his own project all over the place, always willing to lend a hand.
So much respect for that guy and everything he does.
I remember when you started that.
It was just a Twitter group chat.
Oh, man, and they're going to do big things, too.
Like, I hope you do your own projects so that I can max mint and sweet, bro, because you're a huge asset to the space.
Like, the people who really try to help other projects find their way and navigate the waters, that's something that we have here now.
Thanks to family and everybody else in that community.
So, we are lucky to have that as projects and as people building on Polygon.
You don't see that in other places.
Fatty Bags, representing the Reddit community and just a beast up here on Spaces.
I could listen to him talk for hours.
Always a fun time to hang out with.
And Maeve, Puke Rainbows number two.
He's co-hosted with me a few times.
And they just have, like, good attitudes.
Like, they bring the vibe here that we really want in the ecosystem.
There's people who just rally behind builders and try to get everybody involved, give projects a podium that they can't get on their own.
And that's what I really respect.
When you're doing something positive, when you're building on Polygon, trying to progress the entire space rather than just yourself, I mean, that's something that I personally get behind every single time.
Some other projects, and I don't want to just shout out only people, but DG Pals, I remember Ty over there when he first started, wasn't even hosting Spaces.
And now he's a beast at it.
Abhi from Boomland, same thing.
Me and him actually have been doing Spaces for a while.
And we were just talking earlier, like, bro, we need to come up with some extra fire and, like, put a spin on it because everybody's doing Spaces now.
Like, it's hella competitive.
Twitter itself is an MMORPG.
If you're in here in Web 3, it's a video game.
Twitter Spaces are, like, the expert level of that.
So, get ready for something coming from the gaming spaces.
I think that's going to start being more fun.
I wrote down their Twitter handle.
I didn't even write down his name.
But those are projects that I've personally seen out here every day, day in and day out.
Like, that's something else.
Like, nobody is just staying in one place.
Because everybody is further along now, has learned more now, has worked harder and done more at this point than we were a month ago.
And that's also something else that I love about Polygon.
Everybody out here grinds like there's no tomorrow.
We all work like the rent is due, even if you don't got to pay rent.
And, you know, like, everybody here, like, we're ready for what's to come.
Everybody else is running away, and we're running straight through the bear market.
So, hats off to everybody.
Have a respect to all the builders out here.
I asked my guy to give shout-outs, and the motherfucker came prepared.
Smokey, what are your thoughts?
I think this was, you know, this was a testament to the Polygon ecosystem.
We're absolutely grateful that you guys have been such an absolutely amazing host community to do this with.
And, yeah, many of the people that you shouted out, David, we're actually talking to right now for the paid internships, which are the main thing of the Voice of Polygon, is can we get people careers?
Can we get people sustainable jobs and meaningful paths to make a living here on this platform, even during a bear market?
And there have been amazing companies, Boomland Games, one of them, Dormant, Ye Sports, too many to name, that really are here and offering this opportunity to a set of hosts.
And so, we've reached out in the back channels.
Obviously, the jobs are not placed yet, but we're organizing interviews as we speak with some of the people that reached out.
If you've been in the top 20 for this month, you have received a DM with some ask for information.
So, please fill that out.
If you've been part of the NFT bounty winners, send us your wallets again.
Is there someone from the top five here on stage that we didn't get to yet?
I think Collector hasn't had a chance.
How can I even top that speech?
That was like a fucking Oscar nominee.
But shout out to Polygon and Super Spaces for putting this all together.
It's a little bit of gamification, a little bit of fun.
It does help keep people consistent, making sure people are doing spaces regularly, sharing alpha, the whole gamification bit.
I guess people are putting extra effort into their spaces.
But the fact that you guys have this platform and it puts eyes onto creators that they might not have the opportunity before,
whether they get the internships or not through Polygon.
They've now got their analytics to see how well they do in spaces individually.
They can show that to other brands.
They can show that across the ecosystem.
They can compare that to other influencers and stuff and see kind of where they rank within like Web3, Crypto, Twitter,
because it really is the Wild West.
Yeah, just wanted to say like shout out to you guys for putting this all together.
Congrats to everyone that won and like dominated the charts and stuff.
You guys are the real builders, like not stopping during a bear market as well.
And yeah, so thanks for the opportunity and shout out to the whole XFAM.
I see you guys maybe throwing your Xs.
How many charts have I dominated now?
But I come consistently within your top five, top ten.
So shout out to the community.
I appreciate you, Collector.
It brings up a really interesting point though, because if you don't win one of these bounties or one of the internships,
that doesn't necessarily mean that you didn't win something because you won all the analytics.
From doing all the spaces over this month, you have so much analytics and in-depth analytics, that is, to be able to do exactly what Collector said.
Go out and find opportunities for yourself and use those analytics to advocate for yourself and say,
here's why you should sponsor my show.
Here's why you should hire me to host your spaces.
Here's why you should do this.
Let's do that kind of thing.
And you have the data to back it up and show that those people could get a return on investment if they choose you versus choosing someone else.
And so you can really use all this stuff to leverage yourself in this space.
And a lot of this is about just, like you said, gamification.
It's supposed to be fun, but it's also supposed to help educate people and help teach people what is possible in this space.
While we got the awkward silence, I wanted to jump in here really quick.
And someone else I can't believe I forgot to mention, I feel so guilty, Johnny from Magic Eden.
Happy MFing birthday, another Polygon soldier.
And yeah, I just wanted to give Johnny a shout out.
I felt like I got hit in the nuts because I forgot to mention him in the first one.
But he's at the top of the list.
Like, Johnny really goes hard for everybody out here, puts people in projects above himself.
So keep killing it, Johnny.
Hope you have an awesome birthday.
Well, look, I think that this has been an amazing competition.
It's been really fun to watch.
And, you know, just for me as somebody that was able to find work, you know, in the space, you know, through hosting spaces.
I really like to see that Super Spaces was able to, you know, get some partnerships with Web3 companies, you know, to be able to provide employment opportunities for individuals in this space.
You know, I didn't think, you know, from from hosting a space, you know, back in September, you know, my first space with four people that it was going to lead to a job at Polygon.
And and I think, you know, just for individuals wanting to get out there and just get started, it's really important to just try it.
You know, push push out some content.
You never know what opportunities will be able to come your way and being able to get professional experience in this space, you know, before there are, you know, a lot of employment opportunities.
You guys are going to be so far ahead of the game, you know, when when individuals come in and they want, you know, professional spokespeople to come and represent their brands, represent their projects.
I mean, you see it, you see it now.
With with projects coming and hiring spaces host to be able to to represent themselves throughout all the different spaces.
And, you know, I think that that's only going to grow, especially, you know, if Elon, you know, comes in and makes spaces and even more immersive experience.
Like spaces are here to stay.
So, you know, really cool to be able to to see the the ability to provide opportunities, you know, for for others in this space.
But, you know, I do want to check in.
We got Astro Snoo up here.
Hey, good time of the day, wherever you are.
I'm super stoked today to see the notification from Super Spaces host.
I was nominated to the top three emoji spammer.
Here is like one more heart and super excited, like to see such metrics.
And I do remember that space.
It was a fatty bags idea.
He's like, you know what, guys, like everyone's doing like world records.
As we're going to set today, our new world record.
And even though I'm still on the number three, I'm super excited to see that there is someone who tries harder.
Altogether, we are getting to the results.
So a big, a big, a big, a big shout out to every single host that is coming here regularly and doing these spaces.
Shout out to fatty bags, to Mr.
Min, to General, to everyone else here.
Like, absolutely love you guys.
As Smokey said, the space changed a lot for everyone.
And particularly for me, I tried to do a couple of spaces.
It's insanely complicated and a very hard job.
The moment you're getting a DM from someone while you're speaking, you are completely losing yourself.
Like, what the hell is happening here?
Why are people writing me?
Don't they see I'm speaking?
And it takes a little bit of time and a lot of practice and it eventually gets better.
I know we are mostly speaking here English, but there are lots of communities that are still untapped in other languages.
And perhaps altogether we can learn and we can provide something for either community, whatever the language they speak.
So again, guys, it's a big, big celebration today.
Thank you so much and let's this day be remembered as a host today.
I will say, no matter the language you speak in spaces, you can still go on to Super Spaces and track your spaces analytics and everything.
So if you speak Spanish, if you speak Arabic, whatever it might be, whatever language you might speak in your nation,
you're still welcome to go on Super Spaces and gather data and analytics based on your spaces experience.
Astro Snu, that was an amazing speech.
Thank you so much for coming up and sharing that.
And yeah, we appreciate you.
Before we head over to the next hand, we got the Rizzler, the Hustler up on stage.
I want to just give a moment, a brief moment here because they deserve it.
And without them, the Voice of Polygon would not have happened.
Now, if you've not interacted, engaged with any of the tweets that were pinned up in the Jumbotron, if you want to do it on one tweet, this is the one tweet where you want to engage because there have been amazing sponsors that made this possible,
that provided the bounties for the winners.
And I'm going to go through them one-on-one.
So please retweet, like, and comment the shit out of this one.
And we want to thank OnJoyRide, RektDogs, DrillClubNFT, RektGang, PsyDelve, BillionaireZombiesClub, RokoroNFT, and CryptoCrewNFTs.
Thank you so much for making this possible.
Rizzler, over to you, my friend.
Super Spaces, it's your boy.
Call me the Hustler if you want to, or you can call me the Rizzler.
Who's hosting more spaces, you heard?
I know every time you tapped in, you laughed your ass off when you came into the spaces.
You know what I'm saying?
I ain't got a project behind me, but I do have a diligent squad of homies.
Couldn't have done it without them.
You know what I'm saying?
We tap into spaces every day, 10 a.m. Eastern Standard Time to 12 p.m. Eastern Standard Time.
But usually, we go over the top because we be chopping it up about everything.
We talk about the scammers.
We talk about the project fails.
We talk about the who's who.
We talk about the razzle-dazzle.
We go clickety-clacking, talking to smacking.
That's what we do on Rizzler Radio, baby.
We also promote the most fire musicians out there.
You know what I'm saying?
If you ain't heard of Jed XO, you better find out.
My man's out there killing it with the music NFTs, man.
So if you don't know, now you know.
I want to shout out to all the regulars that always be tapping in to my spaces, man.
Y'all always make my mornings fun.
And that's what we do on the Rizzler Radio, fam.
We spread the positivity.
We talk about it all, man.
But one thing that we don't do is cap.
We ain't capping out here at Super Spaces.
We always spreading the truth, man.
We got to get to the bottom of this.
We got to get these bad actors out of this space and get the real ones the stage they deserve.
You know what I'm saying?
So shout out to you for providing the analytics, the analyticals.
So shout out to you, brother.
Dude, we had a pleasure coming into your spaces over the course of the last month.
Definitely a bunch of laughs were had.
The wild Wednesdays were something else, that's for sure.
And we appreciate you welcoming us with open arms.
And we look forward to coming back into your spaces again in the future.
I've never seen a place like Twitter Spaces where you get exposed to all sorts of energies from all over the globe.
I think that is the most amazing part about this.
You have the most hilarious moments.
It's the most energetic, ambitious people.
I just can't get enough of it.
Drill Club, I see you with the hand up.
Hey, sorry I'm late, guys.
I had to pay a gig for another project.
He's been a fan for a while.
And glad to be here finally.
Thank you for sponsoring this, guys.
Honestly, let's move over to some of the hands of people that we didn't get to yet.
I see Mr. Mint connected.
I wanted just to hop in and congratulate all the winners.
Obviously, I saw David laugh me.
So I wasn't able to make the top five.
But as long as we got someone representing us in the top five, I'm happy.
Congrats to you and grinding.
I couldn't stay awake that long.
But amazing competition you guys put on.
And I think it's really good for the creators and people looking to get their voice out there.
For a while, I was trying to climb that chart.
But I just don't got the bandwidth.
David actually showed me up.
But shout out to everybody that's in the top five, obviously, and the people that were nominated and did really cool things.
And just came in here to say hello and see all the faces that we were just.
It's been an amazing time here on Polygon.
And I think this community has grown tremendously over the course of the last 90 days, really, from when I actually got into the ecosystem.
And I think there's so much more in store for everybody here.
So I just came in to say hello and congratulate David for running a good race.
And for all the people that were nominated in the top five or super hosts, man, it was a great competition.
Yeah, of course, we try to just really spotlight those that deserve.
And we hope the space did it justice, I think.
The amount of shout outs.
And I think we really must have covered all of the ecosystem.
But I would love, you know, in the audience, if you know someone who hasn't been shouted out today, who deserves a spotlight, just tag them in the comments.
Tell them to come up and hear.
We love to hear from everyone.
Now, Mebes, you got your hand up.
I just wanted to say congratulations to everyone that won today.
It's honestly very impressive when you look at the numbers on the leaderboard.
And then I also wanted to say thank you to you guys and Polygon and the community itself.
And also all the projects that took the time to, you know, hop in my spaces.
We did a Polygon spotlight.
Started a little late in the competition.
But honestly, it wasn't even about the competition at one point.
I was like, man, I'm really learning about this space.
Learning more about Polygon.
Because I was always from Solana.
So, this experience was great.
Got to meet a lot of amazing people.
And really just fully understand more of how amazing this community is.
So, you know, thank you to everyone that supported that.
You know, back in April, I would be sitting in a space alone or just with one person.
And I think in these past 15 days, I've had more listeners than I've ever had.
So, that was just amazing.
And that's just a lovely thing itself.
So, yeah, much love to everyone.
David, while people were speaking, I actually just thought of, can you give any tips, right?
Because it's not an easy thing to do, really.
To score a 64 as an average over the month, that's a sight to behold.
And so, what would you tell others?
Maybe one growth hack, growth tip that you can share with everyone.
Yeah, I mean, well, we had a lot going on.
We've got one of the most incredible communities that, you know, you could hope for.
So, they're really the reason that we won.
Every time there's something going on, they jump in to support us.
But I do have a few pro tips for everybody.
I mean, one thing that you want to do, set up your spaces link, pin it to the top,
let people know a few days before you're going to do it.
Like, start getting the link out there, come up with a topic, come up with some questions,
get a few guest speakers, have a nice graphic.
And, you know, everybody posting it, everybody retweeting it, usually that's going to pick up the listeners.
Something I just started doing, since we've got a few weekly or consecutive spaces,
for when your first space is ending, what you want to do is pin the upcoming spaces link to the top.
Let everybody know to, you know, set their reminders and alerts, try to get some retweets going for the next one.
But, you know, most importantly, you got to let super spaces know what's going on.
I mean, these guys, their name is super spaces.
So, reach out to them, try to connect, utilize their platform, and jump into a lot of other spaces, too.
Like, that's something that I also do.
We host our regular spaces all the time, but one of the most important things that you can be doing right now
is getting out into other ones, letting people know what you're doing, learning about what they're doing,
and just trying to be as supportive of this entire Polygon ecosystem and community as possible.
I did say Polygon, but, you know, you other blockchains out there, take a few of those tips from the beginning,
and then think about doing your next one on Polygon.
I'm taking your advice here, David.
I'm pinning up the link of the after party, the official after party of Voice of Polygon.
Later on, in about half an hour, if you guys want to come by, it's from the super spaces account.
We would love to see you.
It's going to be good vibes.
Now, Smokey, what do we got?
Well, you know, we do have somebody up on the stage that we have not heard from.
You know, I want to check on in with Fatty Bags, you know, get his idea and perspective on this competition.
He's somebody, he's a Reddit avatar artist.
You know, he hosts spaces out here on Twitter.
And, you know, what has it been like for you to watch the development of spaces culture, you know, on Polygon, especially with this big push over the last month?
It's been really cool to see, dude.
The community building aspect of all of this is really important.
I think it differentiates Polygon from other chains, which is really, really awesome.
I apologize if you hear my little dude screaming in the background.
He's giving my wife hell.
But nonetheless, it's been a really good experience, man.
It's shown who wants to show up and who's hungry and who wants to eat.
And on top of that, I got to ask Super Spaces, do you guys have any metrics on the number of thumbs down that were thrown in a space?
Because we got that shit in the bag, baby.
And I think I can get that to you next week, Fatty Bags.
No, just all jokes aside, not joking on that one.
We absolutely crushed the thumbs down game.
You know, we may have tried to game the emoji system, full disclosure.
But, you know, next month.
No, grateful for what you guys are doing for this space.
This is good community building.
Big shout out to Smokey and everyone up here on the stage, man.
Continue to push the way you guys have been pushing.
You know, you have my support and all the communities that surround me support.
This is a sick, sick movement that's happening.
And I'm really looking forward to what the next year brings, man.
A lot of excitement to come.
Well, you know, we see you putting in the work out there, Fatty Bags.
And, you know, we appreciate everybody that participated in this competition.
You guys did such a great job.
And it was really fun to watch, you know, the competitiveness.
And I cannot wait to see, you know, the individuals that come in and get some of these paid internship spots.
And to see where that leads those people, you know, in the Web3 space over the next year or two.
I think it is going to be really fun to watch.
But look, you guys, I think that is it for this space.
Fred, do you have anything else for us or Kong?
I would say, you know, come to the after party.
Crack open a cold one, a water or whatever you like or a beer or something else and join us.
Let's celebrate this moment in time.
That's what spaces are for us, special moments in time.
So, yeah, that's why we're so grateful that we can log them for you guys and really make them available for, you know, after 30 days and more for eternity.
And so that's all that I wanted to say.
If there's anything that you have in terms of feedback, you want to see something different that we haven't provided, like the Fatty Bags category of negative Nancys with the thumbs down.
However creative it gets, it can't be, you know, it can't be enough.
Like we want to have the most fun with you all.
And so if you have an idea on that, come hit us up in the DMs.
And other than that, I think that's it.
Kong, do you have something else?
I wanted to say thank you, obviously, to Smokey and the rest of the Polygon team for allowing us to help push P this month.
And then also thank you to all of you guys down there in the listener panel as well as down there in the speaker panel.
It means a lot that you guys were able to dive in headfirst into this competition and that you guys really gave it your all this month.
And we really appreciate all the valuable feedback that you guys were able to give us over these last few weeks.
And we look forward to hearing more really valuable feedback from you guys as we continue to build out this Super Spaces platform for all of you.
Well, look, you guys, I hope you all go on over to the Super Spaces after party.
It's going to be in about a half hour and the link to that space is up at the top.
So definitely go up and set those reminders.
I think it's going to be a great time.
But I appreciate everyone that came out to the space.
We host these spaces every single Monday at 10 a.m.
Pacific Standard Time, rain or shine.
And, you know, I want to thank also all of the listeners for coming out.
You guys make this space possible.
All of the speakers for coming up and contributing to the conversation, contributing to this competition.
I think it was very, very successful.
And, you know, I cannot wait to see what things look like over the next six months or a year with such a strong foundation of spaces.
Well, look, you guys, I hope you all have a good one.
And we will see you all in the very next space with Super Spaces.
I'll give you some closing music.
I'll give you some closing music.
I'll give you some closing music.
