Thank you. Hello, hello, hello, hello.
Am I echoing, echoing, ing echoing did that sound good like i was actually
echoing or did that sound fake that was impressive was it
i thought i was like i thought i was so cool to do it. And then you're like, yeah, actually, that was pretty impressive. That's awesome.
It's like, do you remember whenever you would, do you remember like, okay, so for me, whenever
we spoke to somebody overseas, it had like a serious delay or like before the phone system got so cool like it is now we used to like
sorry i can't hear you because we're going through a tunnel right now you know what i mean did you
ever do that sorry i've lost connection i feel like you have done that before all men have done
that i'm sure it's not just men that have done that.
I'm saying when they don't want to listen to their wives talk anymore,
or I think typically that's what it was pushed as,
nobody can use that excuse anymore.
read the Wi-Fi or something.
Oh, and you have done that.
You should actually cop to that.
But babe, can you put our space up at the top, please?
How's it going today, Babs? It's going great. How are you? I'm good. Look at her. Awesome. How's it going today, Babs?
Just watching those synchronicities flow in.
Yes. It's good to watch those, right?
And I was just talking to my kids and we were talking about how it's down to 80 degrees today.
We had a really warm few days.
That's probably my max right there. So, but man, it's so sunny and clear and all the trees are
just smiling. I can feel it. So. I love it. Pretty cool. Sounds perfect. Yeah. Yeah. Cause
you guys get pretty warm in California, don't you? Where I am, yeah, we get over 100.
Like 98, 98 today, I think, 98.
And do you go outside in it or do you kind of stay out of it?
Actually, this morning it was probably in the upper 80s and I just was doing some of my work outside.
I wouldn't be too much in the sun because the sun in the sun you
bake because it's really dry here right so it's like super like like fries you it's better than
being humid like if it's humid then you just don't want to be out in it but if you can be in the
shade i still love it and the nights are beautiful yeah we get a lot of mosquitoes recently. Oh, no. Yeah, I'm not a fan of mosquitoes.
And they sure are a fan of mine.
I learned I take odorless garlic twice a day.
Because they don't like, like, they'll bite other people before they bite me.
Well, I'm huge into garlic garlic so is it just like a
tablet or something like a yeah yeah it's like a little capsule so yeah okay liquid liquid cap yeah
i love garlic like i learned it when i went to africa um but they actually eat the whole garlic
cloves every day yeah um because especially there they did it was to help prevent getting some kinds
of differences and stuff like that um but they you could actually smell they weren't eating especially there they did it was to help prevent getting some kinds of different diseases and
stuff like that um but they you could actually smell they weren't eating garlic but their pores
would just kind of they'd smell garlicky that people would um but you get the same effect if
you take the odorless garlic maybe not quite as a you know but i don't want to walk around smelling
i was just gonna say i feel like Papa would just be like even liking me more. He loves garlic so much.
Papa would be like, what's your new perfume?
Well, we've got to get some comments down there, you guys.
If you guys will share the room and make some comments.
And we will be so presently present with Babs.
I'm super excited to have you today.
Oh, I'm excited to be here.
One of my favorite things, energy.
And we did that great space with Creep Crew.
It's like one of my new favorite
spaces. Like just the, just the, the conversation. They're so smart. Those guys are like,
holy, because slowly they're smart. Like I just have some lived experience like with this stuff,
but I don't have like their brain smarts. Like their brain smarts are like insane. Yeah. Yeah.
They are really, I I know and it's
really great to hear all different you know perspectives and um but they've been talking
about this for years I mean that is like that is like their thing so yeah you should see them in
the um the team meetings oh lord have mercy talk about just trying to get a space scheduled and
we're there for a very long time and we're all off on rabbit holes.
And it's like, oh, two hours just passed.
I'm going to try and look to see what your mama's got now.
He's just got a normal PFP.
What's up with that, Joe Mama?
I mean, at least he's not scaring people anymore, right, Joe Mama?
I was playing around with things.
It's just a quick little template that I did so I can readjust it and get it better quality
because some of them went to shit.
But, yeah, just playing around with stuff.
Just saying, dude, a green circle around that would help it pop more, too.
It gets a little lost up there.
But maybe that's how you like it.
It's just so black all the way around.
I was doing shit outside, man.
I couldn't get the stupid freaking space to get sound on my phone.
I'm going to do some productive shit outside.
Productive shit sounds good.
It's not cooled off for you today, either, I assume. Fuck, some productive shit outside. Oh, yeah. Productive shit. Sounds good. It's not cooled off for you today either, I assume.
Well, it's good to see you.
I figured since my account's cooked, might as well do some shit outside.
Maybe it just needs to cool off.
How many days have you been
cooling off uh just recently i barely barely did it yeah try to keep track of it because i always
forget and then i go back in and i get super pissed so i try to even just mark it on my
you know my phone and be like all right try back in four days or something like that so
let it get a nice reset and also you know locking it and
unlocking it yeah you're like i've already done all that yeah i was trying to figure out how to
do that color shit too man like and that's a whole other reason why i i went and tried to get on my
phone to to log in so i can listen to the space but also try to change the skin color yeah did
you can't even figure that shit out okay so you are you on the phone right now or no?
Yeah, I can be on. Yeah, so if you're on the phone,
I'm what you do is go push the heart plus, you know, like where you would go for the emojis and
then mine pops up and it'll show like my
My hand or my thumb down and so if I hold on to the thumb down it shows my different
um you said i i just changed it to that it shows the different shades
when i push it it just shows like a picture of it okay so i'm like i'm gonna share it or some
shit some weird shit okay so when you push it it doesn't show like the laughing and the surprised
and the sad it doesn't show all that yeah yeah no when i push it shows all that but if i push the thumbs
down and hold it it comes up with like a picture of it and asking me if i want to share it same
photo or copy oh that's what happened to me on the on the damn computer what the hell? Are you running through the app?
It wants me to get the goddamn app.
It always wants the fucking app, bro.
It's going to make your account.
I'm just saying hi to you real quick.
Oh, it's going. Are you still my friend today?
Why would I not? I don't know. You sounded
very questionable about your friend.
You just drugged. Oh, that
My brother tried to call me.
Every time my brother tries to call me lately, you guys, I'm in, like, meetings or something, and I can't.
I'll message him right now.
What are we doing here I'm excited we're we're talking about the energy between us about energy and good things like that
but mama bear if you need to go talk to your brother you papa bear and I can handle this
it won't let me it won't let me but I sure appreciate that no it's okay it's it's it's
something I've timed it before and it's like 20 seconds and then it'll lose the space um so it's okay. It's, it's, it's something I've timed it before and it's like 20 seconds and then it'll lose the space. Um, so it's okay. I can message him and I can let him know exactly when I'm going
to be off so he can call me back. So we'll be done by five. I try and keep us on, on track
pretty much. You do, you do a good job of that too. Yeah. Yeah. So we're going to talk about the energy that exists between people
and is all around us. It's not something we can touch, but we can feel it, which is kind of an
interesting thing. So there's a lot of different doorways that people feel it. And we're going to
talk about like different doorways that people can feel this kind of energy.
And we'll do a short meditation.
And so I want to just talk about like and I want to get other people's whoever's up here speaking.
Feel free to kind of talk as we're going.
So one of the ways that like one of the ways that I kind of can sense energy or sense like that sense it's like it's really hard to put words onto it but um it's this feeling that I get let's say let's look at
the first one of the first gateways is nature so nature like when I'm in a moment with in nature
with with someone or doesn't even have to be with another person. It can be with myself.
And I can just picture my mind just watching a sunset
or feeling the wind on my skin.
There is this sense of quietness that often comes over me and different people experience energy in
different ways. But let's see if I'm with someone, especially you can feel that you're connected with
that person. If you're both in this same kind of space of watching whatever nature is unfolding. I don't know if anybody else has ever felt that with
anybody. Like if you're, like sometimes when I was with my kids, I can remember just being with
them at the ocean and just, we weren't saying anything, but there was this tangible sense of connection this sense of it was more than just being in that
moment but it was just like something extra it's kind of like it's kind of like your aura
right like if you're in a good mood you're gonna have this vibe you know vibrant aura
think about it as like blue if you're in a bad mood, it's going to be red.
It's going to be dark, right? Yeah. Yeah. That's definitely, definitely part of it. And I think as we're with other people, we can sense that and we can feel that energy that moves in between us
and with us. So next time you're in a beautiful setting, nature setting, take a moment and just,
and if you're with someone, especially, just see if you both can appreciate the beauty that you're
watching. And see if you see it without words, if you guys can kind of sync up, it's kind of an interesting, an interesting
experiment that you can do. I was just gonna say, I think that Papa and I do that all the time,
but I think it's just become from years, right? It's, and I'm sure you've seen this with your
husband too. It's like, oh, I was just just thinking that how did you know that um you ever
just have those moments but I do think that it's hard for us as humans exactly how you started it
and you said that we can feel energy but it's not something we can touch or make sense of and I think
that's why people have such a not an adverse reaction but they're a little bit more afraid of talking about it.
Yeah. There's no tangible, tangible. Yes.
Exact words that, that kind of fit with that.
But it's also kind of like nature and beauty kind of go the same thing.
Some people have it. I've never done this, but you know,
when you've seen and I've seen it in different places, actually,
I have experienced it, but it was in a different kind of a, anyway, I'll share that in a minute, but like
when you're standing in front of a picture or a painting or something like that, and people,
you can see them, they're just mesmerized by the beauty of the painting or the intensity of whatever it is that is being portrayed.
So like for me, I went to the, this is what came to my mind was I went to the Holocaust Museum
in Washington, D.C. here in the United States.
And you could just feel the energy of that place.
And it was beauty, but in its most bitter, bitter portrayals. And you could sense
that when you're walking with people through the, through the different rooms, and you could tell
when people were really with what was being portrayed, or when there were other people who
were really closed and were just like, like the people,
some people were joking and I was like, Oh, what the heck? You know,
but then there was other people who I didn't even know,
but we would sit there and we'd be there together in that.
And I think that goes back to comfortability and maybe if somebody's more open versus not.
Because I know a couple people, even in my very direct family, that they make jokes and make, I don't even get angry about certain things.
And it's just a lack of understanding and being open.
So that totally makes sense, Babs, if you're in the company of somebody with an intense energy setting like that, you know, because I'm sure there was a lot of hurt and a lot of sadness and just like a deep.
But I'm sure, you know, I can just imagine how kind of heavy that would be.
But, oh, God, I definitely would not like to be hearing, you know, some trash.
Yeah, and it's just interesting.
So, like, you walk into these places and you can feel the energy of the place.
You can feel the energy of what the artists who were portraying what they intended to give out.
to give out, which is kind of crazy that like, you know, you look at a painting and you can feel
the emotion or the intention behind it. And that also is energy. Like everything is based on
vibration. And when I talk about energy, it's also the vibrations because we're all, I guess,
because we're all, I guess, vibratory beings.
I don't even know if that's a good word.
We all are at our atomic level or even subatomic level.
We are these small particles moving, which is energy.
You know, small particles moving is, you know, if you think about that,
that's, that's energy, that's energy in motion. And that's, we, we come to, we come to think of
ourselves as these solid beings, which we do have some solidity to us, but we're actually more in
motion than we are a solid being. Right. Yeah. We're not like a steel beam.
Yeah, for sure. But I think a lot of people have never learned that. You know what I mean? Like
that's not mainstream from kindergarten. That's not the way that things have looked, but I can
even tell people's energy and spaces. I'll be up on a stage, actually it happened today,
and people have different tones with the way that they speak, or you can just kind of feel the
energy that they're putting out. And sometimes I'll observe and I'm like, oh no, okay, don't be
judgmental. And then I'm like, oh no, I know where this is going. And then I'll just completely disengage. But I do that for myself. And I do it because it feels
off to me. And I do think that that going with your intuition and that gut feeling
is also feeling of energy that a lot of people don't realize.
Yeah, 100%. I think so, too. And I think it's also very interesting that, you know, there's different ways and different in Eastern philosophy, there's different hand mudras, like what they ways that you can hold your hand, which kind of, they will say, actually keeps your own little energy, your own, like Ivo was talking about your own little aura field field kind of protected when you're in places like that.
So it's so interesting to think about these different things that people have been talking about for thousands of years,
thousands and thousands of years. And that's a lot of what the Vedic religions and a lot of Buddhists and all of that.
I've been even studying this for thousands of years. And we in the Western mind just think, oh, that's kind of woo woo.
But it's actually like been studied for, for, you know, a very, very long time and how to care for that energy and how to protect and nurture your own energy fields.
So all of these different ways that we're talking about, these different gateways.
So all of these different ways that we're talking about, these different gateways.
Another one is kind of like when you when you sense when you see love and care in action.
Have you guys ever had anything like where someone did one small little act of kindness for you?
And let's say maybe beforehand you were feeling really low, but somebody did something
for you or you saw somebody doing something for somebody else and it just lifted your,
your energy, like your, your emotional being.
What have you guys had that that's been that kind of experience of anything?
I mean, most of the time it's like this false sense of reality that we create in our own heads.
And then whenever we see that and get that affirmation, like, oh, okay, people actually do care.
Or that thought process that I was just having, you know, kind of gets at you like, yeah, that's maybe not good, you know?
I think a big thing these days is like, people think that
people see one bad thing happen and they're just like, oh, society's
dead, society's over with. It's like, okay, I mean
just because a branch on a tree is dead doesn't mean the whole tree is
dead, you know? Just because one fruit is dead doesn't mean the whole tree is dead. You know, just because
one fruit is rotten doesn't mean the rest of the tree is bad and you can't eat it. You just got to
cut it off. Right. So it's almost like you got to cut that off from your life so that it doesn't
poison your mind and get you sick. Right. Yeah. Thanks, Evo. Yeah. And, and yeah, creating safe boundaries for yourself,
creating ways to protect yourself and, you know, are super important. I mean, that's so important.
Yeah. Yeah, for sure. For sure. For sure. I remember for me, I remember going at a friend
who had a surgery and I just went in and I i i said hey let me let me give you a bath
you know she was a really close friend and just you could see her whole countenance
um change in just one small little thing um
and for her i think that that was a moment that she kept with her for a very, very long time. Um, just the simple act of caring for someone, um the smallest gestures. And that can even be,
you know, me needing to calm down and refocusing and me seeing all of a sudden there's like a
family of, I don't know, raccoons that I've never seen in my neighborhood before. And that brings
me joy for a moment. I feel like we're sent little things. And whether that's from another human being or from the universe, just to lift our spirits and help us refocus and realign. So
I just like to pay attention to those things. Because like Ibo said, the more we focus on the
energy that's being put out of everything's shit, everything's negative. When we focus on that, we see more of that. So in a way
that is exchanging energy. So that's why I like to really, especially on my hardest days, I like
to focus on any little thing that I'm grateful for, because then I'm putting my energy into
gratitude and what it is that I want to see. So yeah.
it is that I want to see. So yeah. 100%. I am. Yeah, there's this whole, you know, there's that
that analogy kind of like what what you feed gets stronger. So if you're feeding the the negativity
is just going to keep getting stronger in you. And if you're feeding the positivity, that's that
also will get will get stronger. And it it's interesting because sometimes we don't think
of like um emotions as energy and i mean if we think about it we can feel that within our body
um we can feel the even when i say words like heaviness sadness. You can feel that within you. And then, but when I say things like
joy and love and beauty, you can feel within your own being, at least I can. I don't know if other
people can. Tell me if I'm just totally crazy, but I can feel it just when those, with those words of what they were saying, you know, and,
and how you interact with that. And I think Papa bear,
I saw you come on mute. Were you going to say something?
Yeah. Yeah. I was going to say when it comes to emotions,
it is energy in motion. So that that's, well,
I don't know if that's where it came from, but that that's well that's where it came from but that that's you know how I
remember I remind myself that is energy or you know emotions or energy and the
other thing I was gonna say I'm like I think the other thing when you're
talking about those those words when you speak those words that's when you start
feeling those words and and like the you start feeling those words. And, and like the, you know, the feelings that are associated with that word.
And so that that's probably also a good way to kind of, um, get yourself
into that state is thinking, you know, if you're, if you're wanting to feel
Think into, and, and practice words like actually sing those words and you can feel
it, right? Yeah, I can definitely feel it. I think then also, I wonder if that also is where that the
whole thought about doing positive affirmations comes from. I think that that's probably part of
it. And sometimes if it's a hokey positive
affirmation, sometimes you just have to fake it till you make it. I've heard that before too.
But I think also it's important that you believe them. So like for me, my practice of gratitude
was like when I was at my lowest points, I had to find something that I was honestly grateful for.
One time it was a little beautiful little flower growing up through a
sidewalk. I remember it specifically because it helped shift my thought process from a very dark
place. The second time when that very in the second darkest darkest part of my life um I remember the
one thing I could truly be grateful for was my comforter. Um, he said a really nice comforter.
Um, and so those were two things that I think is important that you can have things that you are truly, that, that works. But I think when you truly are grateful, it works better, but I think
you can also fake it till you make it. And then Evo, I thought I saw, I saw you unmute. So what were you going to say? Yeah, there's an old Indian saying that each one of us has a white wolf and a black wolf in us.
And whichever one you feed is ultimately going to grow stronger on the day to day.
And that's one thing that I go about on my day to day.
I'm also religious and follow Jesus.
So it's either like the Holy Ghost or, you know, what are you really feeding into?
And like a word of affirmation is like every morning, every night, I just tell myself,
I believe something good is going to happen to me.
And if it doesn't, it's okay.
But your mind starts to change and like you start to notice things and it's like, oh,
like you start to find joy in these things that normally you would just be like dragging on about basically.
Yeah, for sure. And, and sometimes the, the interesting thing that I've learned is I try
not to judge, like when, when I don't see something that's nothing good has happened to me,
quote unquote, I'm putting it, you can't see it, but I've got a little air quotes going on my
fingers, the good, um, that, that we don't know the, some of the things that we think that
happened in our day that could have been not so ideal, actually turn out to be like one of the
best things that happened to us because we don't have the big enough perspective of our life on the day to day, sometimes to see what is good. So I just,
I just assume that the universe is conspiring for my good versus for my bad. And that is,
that's kind of what I have believed and have found to be true for my journey,
have found to be true for my journey, that the universe is conspiring for good in my journey.
So, and something else, I think for me, the more that I push for something, the more it goes the
opposite way. And I think that goes back to how you always talk about flow, right? Understanding
it is going exactly as it's supposed to be. Low stress. Even the way that you
talk, Babs, is so inspiring because it's how you have gotten from your journey. This is where you
are. And teaching others that, you know, not, I don't know, when we trade out of desperation,
right? We just, we need that, we need this to 100x,
you know, I have to pay my bills, I have to.
We're doing things with desperation.
That can be with relationships, with money, with anything.
The more you push, the more I feel like resistance we get.
So if you just have that mindset of,
if this is meant to be, then it will be, you know, and if it is meant for me, if these things all align and it works out for me, then it will be. So I think there's something really powerful about that. And I think that that's something that just on an emotional level, that's something that I have witnessed, not only of myself, but other people.
something that I have witnessed, not only of myself, but other people.
Yeah, I agree. I think that, and sometimes the caveat with that is because I think of one of
my daughters who would be just, oh, I'm just going to let it, she doesn't do anything.
Yeah, you got to do something to get something.
You got to do a little bit, you know, the car has to be moving in order to get some of that
guidance. You got to do a little
bit you gotta gotta put your part in yeah no i've met people like that totally they're like i don't
know why i'm not getting a job i'm like have you put it in the applications no but somebody has to
know how fucking awesome i am well if it only worked that way yeah yeah yeah yeah so like one
of the one of the things they talk about in the 12 steps is
they talk about like, I do my footwork, but I leave the outcomes to my higher power. So I just
do the footwork, you know, and I do what I think is next, the next right thing for me to do. And
then I try and rehold really loosely to the outcomes. It doesn't mean that I don't work
with integrity and work with intention and work well. But I hold loosely to the outcomes because there's a lot in life that I can't,
I'm not, I'm not in control of the vast majority of what happens, you know?
Totally. And I think, and I think when we do that too, we expect for me,
it's been hard for me not to expect others to treat me as I would treat them.
And that was a hard lesson for me to come to realize because
nobody is me. Nobody moves. You know what I mean? Like, it's just the reality of it. So
those putting those expectations on others just weren't advantageous to me either way,
because then I was pissed off that they didn't move the way I wanted to. And then I didn't get
then I didn't get what I wanted in the first place. So then it was just, you know, not good.
what I wanted in the first place. So then it was just, you know, not good.
Yep. They say expectations are a down payment for resentment.
I like, that's a good one for me. Expectations are a down payment for resentment.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. All right. Okay. I got a couple more things to talk about and then we'll get into our meditation. So a couple of other ways, other gateways into, you know, experiencing energy with ourself and with others.
Has anybody ever felt really close to somebody without speaking? I know mama, mama bear, you said you do that with papa bear. But anybody else ever felt super close to somebody without speaking so ghost do you want it you want
to unmute and tell us about it all right um good day guys good day everyone good day mama beer
good day papa beer and every other attentive listener out there all right so yeah i've actually um felt this closure this um
not affection per se but then yeah it's on this pace where i get to like talk to people every day
i get like i'm born with people and i mean there's some people that i've never seen i don't even have
the picture i don't know what they look like. But then, you understand, we've bonded to an extent.
I tell you, when we speak, sometimes I see an elder brother in them.
Some I see the junior brother, you understand.
So it's just about keeping it clean and pushing for transparency
whenever you are doing anything regarding
the whole thing we call relationship and also yeah it's all nice that I have good friendship
yeah I'm building it and I'm building a name for myself yeah for instance computer scrap guy I've
never met him I don't know what his picture looks like. I don't know what it looks like, but I tell you, I see someone I want to be liking him. I see someone I would, uh,
love, um, to roll with. You understand too. Yeah. I think I answered your question, Babs.
You did. And I hadn't even thought of that. And I just think that that's lovely because you know what? This space is a ton about energy.
It's a ton about feeling this connection without having seen people.
So that is so super interesting.
There's different people.
Like I just see people who have popped up and people who i know and people down there and who are listening i'm just like oh
oh my little heart my little heart opens um because yeah and i haven't like you said i
haven't met them so 100 i think that that's that's beautiful yeah okay all right and then
yeah a couple other two more things and then we'll do our meditation. There's just, and we'll actually, we're just going to do one because we're going to do the breathing in our meditation.
I even feel this with my dogs.
Like when my dogs and I are running together
there's this beautiful sense of harmony.
I'm not a fast runner or anything,
but I picture myself kind of like
with that little golden light you see.
It's really funny because we're just so,
we're just so in sync. But I'm sure other people don't necessarily see it's really funny because we're just so we're just so in sync um but i'm sure other
people don't necessarily see it but maybe they get some because i see a lot of people laughing
and smiling when they see me running with my dogs um but there's other times when when me and my
dogs are out of sync um and we're moving our movements are are like not good together. So that's another interesting way is like dancing.
Babs, have you ever, I'm sorry, have you ever been to a place where you literally are walking
and you almost walk into each other over and over and over again? Has that ever happened to you?
It's like, oh my gosh. And it's so, and you both kind of get a chuckle out of it.
And you're like, I am so sorry.
But you're literally moving the same,
trying to get out of each other's way.
What do you think that's about?
I wonder if that is like, okay, so now I know we're doing those, the synchronicity thing,
but I wonder if that's somebody
who you're actually supposed to be talking to.
And your energies are drawing you together.
Oh, I like like that if you look
and it's a good and you feel that good energy and you're laughing together then maybe it's a moment
to say hey who are you i'm i'm you know so and so or hope you're having a great day or whatever it
is um but if it's like that repelled energy then maybe you guys your energies are repelling each
other away i don't know so interesting so yeah and hi moonbeam
i don't know if you can speak moonbeam hi hi i was getting ready to post but then
no hi why is my hand up i don't know crazy hi i like this face this is gonna be so cool
super excited okay well it is it is time for us to get
started with our meditation because we're trying to get out of here by five because I know Miss
Mama Bear's got something she got to go to. So, all right. So we're to start with a, just kind of a reflection that will help us kind of set the,
set the stage. It's going to be a little different type of a meditation than we've done before.
So if you're, if you want to kind of, kind of get a full experience, if it's available to you and
you feel comfortable doing so, just kind of get yourself in a comfortable position um a place where you can just kind of really just be present
and be here in this moment um yeah and so and then afterwards i'll go ahead and close us down
because i know mama bear actually papa bear will have to close us down fully but um feel free to
just kind of just go off the space if you feel
very comfortable if you want to speak if you want to say something afterwards you can um and there's
nothing you can do wrong that's that's the other beautiful thing um there's nothing you can do
wrong in this kind of a meditation so all right we'll begin the quiet between things.
There is a space between things where the world breathes.
Light rests softly on a branch.
A breeze curls through unseen paths and even the stillness hums
if you lean close enough to hear. The air is not nothing, it is a river carrying Carrying scent, sound, and the quiet pulse of life.
Even here, even right now, we are not apart from it.
Even here, right now, the ground holds our feet.
And the air holds our skin and something unseen flows
through it all. Pause and you can feel invite you to just settle in, make any adjustments to your body So you feel comfortable and supported.
If it's safe for you to do so, gently close your eyes.
Notice your feet on the floor if you're sitting.
Feel the weight of your body where it's supported,
without any judgment, just here.
Allowing your mind to settle.
Allowing your awareness to begin to watch your breath.
and out Let each exhale be a softening, a small opening for presence, a small opening for that quiet in between things.
Letting go of anything that doesn't serve you. Just breathing together in this moment. And slowly begin to notice just the space around you interacts with your body. Maybe you can sense that the air is not empty.
It holds temperature, sound, movement. You're beginning to listen for sounds that are around you.
Feeling the aliveness. It's all around.
that you can feel or imagine space around you as a gentle current.
It's like a river that only you can feel. You can sense it.
With each inhale, you breathe in that current, the air, that space, just let go.
Let go of what no longer serves you.
Just feeling and sensing the air around you, the energy as you exhale, letting go.
the air that is all around you,
and giving it what you no longer need,
where it can be transformed.
Beginning now to allow your sense of awareness to begin to expand out beyond the space right around you, allowing your sense of that flow of energy, the aliveness, allowing
your awareness to expand and to sense that energy further and further away.
Further and further away.
Allowing maybe your sense of hearing, if that's helpful,
to get a sense of that space of sky that is above you.
Getting a sense of that larger field.
Getting a sense of that larger field.
Allowing your awareness to extend out as far as feels comfortable to you.
Knowing that your awareness is part of this space as well.
It's also within that flow of space and energy.
And all of us are connected within it
no matter where we're at.
Just allowing yourself to be within this space-ish energy.
That silence and spaciousness.
You find that your mind gets caught up in a thought.
It's okay. Just gently bring yourself back. Bring your awareness just allowing what is
this beautiful dance and flow
the earth, just present to this moment. Stay here just another few breaths.
Begin to feel that hum, that space that connects us, that energy. Slowly move our way back, allowing our awareness to come more and more gently back towards bodies.
Sensing the gravity of our body, the space around our body, a sense of aliveness, maybe even within our bodies. Take a moment to see what your body feels And maybe bringing a little bit of movement back to your hands and feet.
Take a slow breath in together.
And out. allowing yourself a moment to be fully back in the here and the now
before you gently open your eyes.
Knowing what this energy feels like. Thank you, my, it's yours.
I hold a space so you can encounter your own self, your consciousness.
If you didn't experience anything, that's okay as well.
If you didn't experience anything, that's okay as well.
Because it's your intention to want to be present to this energy, to yourself, to the unfolding of your life that makes the difference.
I'm so very grateful to be able to be here with you. I appreciate Mama Bear and Papa
Bear for the opportunity and just to be able to to be here and to create these little beautiful beautiful moments and I thank each of you because I truly can feel your energy and this beauty that
we create together. I have these little tingles in my hands and feet that I can still feel.
It's because of what we create together. It's not something that I create. It's what the shared being, the shared whatever it is.
I don't even have words sometimes for it. I'm just very grateful for each of you.
And Papa Bear, I don't know if you have anything you want to say to close the space

And that's in the Jumbotron.
So if you guys will set those reminders and intentions, make a comment, bookmark it.
You don't have to read the book to be present.
Have a wonderful rest of your day.
And we'll be back again tomorrow, 4 p.A Standard Time, 7pm Eastern. Until then, do something kind for yourself, take a moment, and as always, move with intention.
And we'll see you tomorrow. Thank you.
