Thank you. leave it to me to post that I'm going to be in a meeting and show up late and leave it to me
to have my space start late how the hell's everybody doing today it's good to see you
good to see you what's to see you. What's up, Scrappy? How's life?
Just hanging in.
You get more stuff done for your trip-ready trip. I can't even imagine.
I did some more cleaning today to get ready to move out.
That's crazy.
I showed my son those things that you made.
He's like, dude, that's so dope.
Yeah, that's pretty cool.
Kids suck.
Yeah, absolutely.
But you had a pretty good day.
I talked to AJ earlier and he told me it was 112 where he is. I was like, I spoke to AJ earlier and he said it's 112 degrees where he is today in Houston, Texas.
They say it's in Arizona or out that way somewhere. Yeah.
Look, it's hot, bro.
Look, it's hot, bro. I know you're about you're about ready for that, though, right?
I know you're about ready for that, though, right?
Hopefully by the time I get there, about mid-October, it'll be a little bit cooler.
Probably, you know, high 70s, low 80s, maybe.
Yeah, a little bit more mild.
That makes sense.
Because I'm going to be building a cabin first off, and I definitely don't want to do it in 120 degree heat.
Dude, that's so cool.
So not only are you, you have the land that you bought, but you're going to build your own cabin to live in?
It's probably going to be like about 300 square feet or something like that.
Somewhere in there.
It's not going to be big.
It's just me.
No, that's so cool.
Me and a couple of cats maybe or something like that.
But I think I'm going to take about three quarters of the two and a quarter acres that I have
and make it into like a natural wildlife area to put you know put plant stuff and put some old trees down and uh maybe dig a small
pond or something you know and just uh see see what crawls up you know i'll put some like some uh
some metal tin down so so the snakes and the scorpions and stuff will hide up under there
you know just have fun with it
oh that'll be awesome though so it's not like you're gonna go buy you're just gonna create a
space for them i love that dude that's dope correct that's cool what is your favorite animal
like what do you think that what would you like to watch that'll come out there to you
i've always been a a reptile person.
I walk, like I say, when I walk in the morning times around the park up here by my house,
and I catch toad frogs and bring them back and let them go around my house.
So they'll catch bugs and stuff like that.
So something about toad frogs first
of all they can be huge i don't know if that's a bullfrog but my mom um moved to washington state
before i had yeah are they really big and so she um anyway she had no friends when she had first
moved here and uh so at this house my her husband at the time was in the military.
He was gone all the time and she actually found a toad, but I guess it was a bullfrog.
And she said it was like, she could barely hold it in two of her hands together and it
would come back every single day to see her.
It was really cool.
She had like formed this whole friendship with it.
So that was a trip. Yeah, they're cool.
Yeah, when I was a kid, me and my cousin used to ride around with our granny and would pick up
turtles on the road, would bring them home and paint their shell with like a fingernail polish and let them go. And there
was one turtle that stayed around for like 15 years or stayed around the house because it would
show back up every now and then. Dude, turtles are so cool. I love turtles and it's cool how
many different kinds of turtles there are. There's ones that are out in the, you know, out in the
desert. And then my favorite are the ones definitely that are in the ocean.
Oh, dude, that shit brings my heart happiness.
One day I'm going to go watch them, you know, when they come out of the sand and they're like fighting to get to the water line.
But the problem is, is I, I have to try really hard not to intervene because if I see birds trying to come and, you know, eat them, I will probably mess with nature and I'll be killing the birds or shooing them away at least.
Arizona has a adopt a tortoise day.
That's amazing, dude.
Yeah, I just I think turtles are so dope.
And it's crazy to me how long they live. I saw this video the other day.
God, I'm all on turtles now.
Where this turtle actually had like a bunch of barnacles all in its mouth.
And this human actually kind of pulled it up on the side of their boat.
And they were just pulling them out of their mouth.
And this poor turtle was just like, you could just see the relief on its face.
I'm like, dude, I need a turtle friend.
I was always, people always told me not to fuck with them because they said they carried salmonella.
And I didn't want my boys to get sick from it.
So I was always in fear of that.
Otherwise, I probably would have had a big-ass tortoise.
That would be cool.
That is false.
They don't?
I mean, I don't know. My my grandma she had freaking one of those big
old tortoises growing up and did she oh yeah she's a little bit i mean not really i love my grandma
but this is so cal california i'm like three acres yeah it has like ponies turkeys oh yeah dude that's the life right there koi fish pond oh dude koi fish are so dope too
they are they are really cool yeah there was someone in california who stole a bunch of koi
fish and apparently made like close to six figures off of it but i was just gonna say they're very
expensive i've seen koi fish that are over a
hundred thousand dollars oh yeah i know that sounds absolutely ridiculous but it's actually
true so mom is like what yeah no seriously boy fish i can buy a new computer exactly bro no i
mean it's fucking serious my boys um i remember they jacked someed some fish one time when we were at the, we were somewhere at some beach.
I don't think they were koi fish, but yeah, you can make some money for sure.
Yep, Jomama, we need to get into the koi fish business.
Jomama did not find that one funny.
I didn't see his reaction.
I wasn't looking at my phone.
He did not have a reaction
to that. He was like, this freaking guy, Ebo,
dude, I'm going to go troll his
comments again tonight.
I've been having a hard time
with texting lately,
just so anybody knows. If I'm not, like,
responsive, I've been dealing
with this crazy dizziness.
And I'm trying not to look down at my phone,
so if you have your papa
and joe mama it's all you guys today if somebody wants to come up bring them up and if they have
their hand up please because i'm just trying to make it through by the way papa bear how's your
day i haven't talked to you today my love i almost went with my uh my's Papa Bear from Presently Presented.
He was going to go in your space the other day and intro that way.
But we didn't have a weed on Soul.
We didn't have a coin to push.
Yeah. on soul we didn't have a coin to push yeah i i tried yesterday with the uh you know with done
but it's not it's not the same and it's not real yeah get her done you know what's funny about that
i bet somebody in their crazy mind thinks that because we bring this up every once in a while
that it's an actual coin and that it's actually ours and that we're just subliminally dropping it into their ears so we really have to stop talking about this
seriously actually make one but no yeah exactly make that liquidity pull it 125 000 locked
fuck that shit no or unlocked sorry it's's unlocked is how you pull it, right?
I don't know.
It's good to see you, baby.
You had a good day?
No, I'm so tired.
I could fall asleep right now.
Well, yeah.
I had a hard night, too.
I was talking to my therapist about that, how I woke up all night, like, yelling at you.
Maybe that's why it's waking up.
It's because I'm used to a certain way.
And then when there's different things happening, then, you know, you shouldn't have brought those chicks home from the bar.
And I wouldn't have been up all night. That's the problem's naughty by the way hi jill mama whoa i was just waiting
for you to chime in there and go like uh where am i here papa there you didn't share
it was it's always the redhead it's always you, what's actually funny is my daughter-in-law's mom is here right now and she has her hair red.
Papa, you should come see the view.
She's standing out back.
Sorry, Papa.
I'll be over there in about 20.
Hey, Joe, mama.
How's it going?
How's your day?
Oh, it's going. It's going. How's, yeah, it's going.
Yeah? Are you having a better day or not, really?
Yeah, can't complain.
Oh, good, good. Did you get anything figured out with your computer?
Oh, hell no.
So is it just, like, cooked? I shouldn't ask about it anymore.
No, I don't know. I can't figure it out.
I have no mouse movement.
Like when I go to try to finish the setup,
but I do have mouse movement.
Like when I'm in DOS and keyboard movement and whatever,
when I, when I'm in the computer itself, like, I don't know, just weird.
I don't understand it. I don't know what the hell I did.
Papa, I think you should
take control over his
computer and tell him how
pretty his eyes are. Is there a
reset button anywhere, Jemama?
I wish it was that easy.
Just dumb it down. Yeah, that's what I need, dude.
Dumb that shit down.
I could never
work in tech. Oh, can you not hear me, Evo? dumb that shit down. I could never work
Oh, can you not hear me, Evo?
Evo's going to have to take a lap.
I got a screwdriver.
We know that.
Scrappy's ready to scrap it.
Scrappy is ready.
You know what's actually funny?
I had a dream about something with scrapping metal last night.
So that must have come from our conversation yesterday.
That's awesome.
But yeah, today's just been kind of, oh, I really need to put this space up at the top, you guys.
I am doing a space with quack. And we're going to be, oh shit, I
thought she blocked me for a second. I was like, oh fuck, never mind, I'm not going to that. I put
in a W instead of a Q, because anyways, so we are doing our space that we always do, the mindful
wellness panel, so I'm excited about doing that. It's always cool to do a space like that. So I'm putting
that up in the top so that you guys can see where I will be in 45 minutes. And babe, we don't have a
Spooky Boys meeting tonight, right? No, we do not. Okay, good. I'm like, fuck. And you know what else?
By the way, I just need to put this bug in your ear because I'm remembering it right now. I didn't
even put the treasurer's report in there.
Remember you read it and you're like, oh, it looks good.
Well, I need to remember to put the treasurer's report in there because that's like a major
You might want to know a few numbers.
Numbers are important.
Numbers are so important.
So, okay, Papa, I have a question for you.
Who in your life has shown up for you when you needed it most, and how did it change you?
This is a long pause, you guys.
Papa may have fallen asleep.
Yeah, that's a really good question.
I don't know what kind of answer to give to that.
Shows you guys we have problems in our marriage,
if the man can't even think of a time I showed up for him.
Well, therapy and getting hit in the gut all at once.
Fuck yeah.
No, really, babe. Can you think of that?
I'm going to have to take a pass on this one.
Not because I'm trying to
insinuate any kind of
Lack of support but
My brain is just so fried right now
But you said it was a good question
It was just a good question
One that I don't necessarily have
The answer to right now
Are you smelling smoke or
Burnt toast right now because you kind of sound like you're
Stroking out on me
Are you doing alright?
Maybe no Poor Papa burnt toast right now because you kind of sound like you're stroking out on me are you doing all right me maybe no poor papa he's so sleep deprived fine uh computer scrap guy i'm going to you
um who in your life has ever has shown up for you when you needed it most and how did it change you uh um
damn this is a bad question bro
okay so let me see
my mom I guess I can say my mom
has always been there you know
that's good
so what I'm hearing is that all the men on the
stage are the only ones who do for
others and maybe that's why it's hard So what I'm hearing is that all the men on the stage are the only ones who do for others.
And maybe that's why it's hard.
It's a hard one.
Joe, mama, you agree?
Fuck, dude.
I'm slacking.
How's it going, Bitcoin?
What's up?
What up, mama?
It's nice to see you.
I have a question.
Who in your life has shown up for you when you needed it most?
And how did it change you?
Actually, the answer is March people.
There's a couple of people that normally shows up.
And I met him on this X.
His name is Yannick. He always shows up for me I met him on this X. His name is Yannick.
He always shows up for me.
He turns up for me.
And also, he must have heard of Max Stay On.
He's the second guy.
He always turns up for me.
That's dope.
So you've actually met people on X who have shown up for you
and helped you change.
Yeah, yeah.
That's dope.
Yeah, yeah.
Actually, my originality, I'm not actually a Latin or a white person.
I'm from Africa.
So I just came up here, built a name for myself, and found a set of people who I could just get logged in so I could get educated
more about the crypto space. Though I know I'm from a funny and weird origin though, but I'm used
to the lifestyle out here and I'm really learning and trying to make a good name for myself with
time that's going to work out. I don't think you sound funny or weird at all, and it's nice to meet you.
We have lots of people in our community.
We have lots of people in our space that show up all the time that are from Nigeria.
So it's nice to meet you.
You see Poe down there throwing up hearts.
Poe's actually...
That's my elder brother.
That's your older brother, your younger brother.
For real, Poe is my older brother. Your younger brother. For real.
Poe is my older brother.
And Tricky is a friend of mine.
Tricky is a... Hey, Tricky, what's up?
I see you.
Tricky's not on stage today.
I didn't get to go to Tricky's space because I was in a meeting.
It was a fun meeting, let me tell you.
But we did that.
We did that.
It's nice to meet you, though.
You know what trips me out though
cedrics is that your picture actually changed while you were on stage so when i looked you up
you had a different image and i looked back on the phone and there was a whole nother person on the
stage and i was like what the hell is going on here so that was pretty slick yeah it's very nice
to meet you though anybody who's uh family with po is family of ours so yeah it's nice to meet you though anybody who's uh family with poe is family of ours so
yeah it's nice to meet you poe is laughing a lot if i find out that you don't know poe you're in
big trouble i'm just joking um what's up tricky buddha it's tricky buddha from defy Space Donkeys, powered by Weed On Solana, get yourself a bag of weed.
What is good, Tricky? How's life?
It's good. It's good. I'm still in a daze. I think those brownies were amazing.
I think that you did the absolute longest space.
So I woke up and I saw you start. I went in there. I was doing things,
meetings, day, blah, blah, blah, Sunday, or was it Saturday? I can't remember. You know,
normal weekend things. Then left for the space or for our space, came back to your space,
and you were still going. And I actually fell asleep in your space. And you were still talking.
still going and I actually fell asleep
in your space.
And you were still talking.
That's pretty awesome.
Did you have a...
17 and a half.
I think I fell off.
I think I fell off somewhere around 14 and a half
and I wasn't even there consecutively.
Did you have a nice birthday?
What did you do?
It was good.
I got some chicken wings.
I got a bottle of tequila.
I smoked through like two-thirds of the samples that I got.
Not like all of them, but I tried two-thirds.
There was no way I was going to try 45 types of weed.
No, dude, that's too much.
Yeah, I was going to try 45 types of weed. No, dude, that's too much.
I was pretty annihilated.
I made some edibles, like some brownies, and I think I'm still high from that, honestly.
You sound high, bro.
You always sound high in that you need some water.
Tricky Buddha here needs to drink his water.
That's what I'm going to start saying to you.
I keep losing my drink, yeah. I have a nice tea right now. I can always tell by people's talking. I'll get on the phone with Papa or I'll hear him. I'm like, babe, go drink some water because I can hear it. You can
hear it in people's voices for sure. No, it's good to see you. I'm glad. I was actually telling
Papa about that. So my daughter-in-law is actually gluten intolerant i think is the word
um but it's nothing like what you have to deal with when i heard you talk in the spaces about
how there had been a cross-contamination in the um in the kitchen so you couldn't get your pizza
dude i felt so bad for you i've never thought about that before so how like will you go into
anaphylaxis or how does that work if you don't have to worry about
anaphylactic shock or anything it's just um you'll get sick it makes my yeah it i'll get i'll get
sick i'll throw it up and then also probably if i digest any of it it'll like in inflame everything
in my digestive system so i'll be like passing blood for like
that's that sounds actually worse than anaphylaxis to me it feels worse oh my god damn i'm so sorry
that you have to deal with that so it's any kind of gluten is that what it is um any kind of wheat
protein oh wheat and also milk proteins so casein or wh way so i can't have like most processed foods and most
desserts right god dude i was watching this thing the other day too where this chick she was
drinking um an iced coffee and um she actually went into anaphylaxis anaphylactic shock on um
on her video and it was because, she didn't know that there was
peanuts in the powder that they had put in there. And I think how frustrating that must be because
there's so many different, um, I don't know, additives, I guess, to our food now. It's like,
how are you ever certain that you're not going to be poisoned? Yeah, they have to have a, like,
for me to get gluten-free, like, perfectly safe stuff, they can't have ever had flour in the
building. Oh, shit. That's wild. Now, I do have a question. Papa and I were talking about this
because he's had friends with this experience, and we've heard of many people saying this,
but have you ever been able to, or have you ever gone overseas and tried how different
their food is? Because Papa thinks there's something about it in the United States specifically.
Yeah. Well, it's the genetics that we use crop, but not even that as much as the way we grow them and the sprays we use
on them and then the nutrients that they get.
It's completely different plants as well.
But yeah, I've heard that in Italy there's gluten-free pasta that's supposed to be really
Yeah, there's a lot of celiacs in Germany and Italy, apparently.
So that's a pretty regular thing.
They know that shit.
And then they would be like, what, that and milk?
Well, you're being ridiculous.
Yeah, it's kind of like, oh, yeah.
As a gag, everyone has a goof.
Next time you go out to eat, tell the waitress or waiter that you're allergic to milk and wheat.
And look at the look of dread on her face.
And then you can say, just kidding.
Just kidding.
It's just a joke.
But I mean, I assume that you've established relationships with people based on where it is that you eat because of the fact that you are basically putting your health in their hands.
You know what I mean?
Like, have you found people who are like safe places that you can eat from?
Like, I would assume that's like a whole ass lifestyle, bro.
That's crazy.
I mean, yeah.
So it's like Thai food is good.
There's certain things that are they don't use milk anyway.
So as long as I don't like a specific wheat product, then I'm probably okay.
And that's how most Thai food is.
It's all rice.
And they don't use butter.
Because they use ghee, right?
Is that what it's called?
Ghee is just refined butter that doesn't have any milk, like, solids in it, like, protein solids.
It's just the lipid.
It's just the lipid from the butter.
So, but, like, there would still definitely be cross-contamination.
You can't get it 100% pure, pure.
I mean, it's very, very close, you know.
But it's, you know, it's not perfect.
Right, right. Well, I'm glad that you had a nice birthday. I'm really glad that you did that space.
I was blown away. So congratulations on that. And yeah, I hope that you had a nice time.
It was great. Good turnout. I appreciate everyone who showed up, everyone who participated.
Heck yeah.
Hopefully a lot of people want some good shit.
Right now I'm trying to work out, like, the shipping on the coffee looks like it's ridiculous.
Dude, yeah.
People want coffee, but it's like, well, fuck, if it's that much for shipping, shipping costs more than the coffee.
I was going to ask about that.
Is it majorly in the United States?
I think they've got distribution around the world.
I think they can print those bags, I think, on demand.
And then they can use, based on the different regions, they have different popular coffee.
So it's not something you physically hold.
No, that totally makes sense.
I mean, they sent me 10 bags.
But that was, you know, for IRL events, for making some content, and for me to try.
That's awesome.
That's good to see you.
I'm glad that you had a nice time.
I see, I see Cedric's is still trying to connect.
I don't know what's going on with you, dude.
Bad connection for you.
I've tried to let you up here a couple times.
There's nothing I can do to help you either.
He's just in the void.
Papa, are you still awake?
Are you asleep?
I'm on autopilot.
Autopilot.
How did that work out for you with your,
your trading?
I almost said,
you're coding being on autopilot today.
I was a little spacey.
I don't know.
I feel like you got as much done as I would like, but it's all right.
It is all right.
Tomorrow's a new day, my love.
Tomorrow is a new day.
I know it's going to be another rough night tonight,
but maybe I'm thinking since you're so tired that maybe you'll sleep really
good tonight.
It's a hope, babe.
It's a hope.
I was going to say something too I had like a whole idea and then I lost it so it is what it is guys keep putting in the work because eventually you'll get to the point where everyone will just
start to do your work for you you know if you do it right and you support other people you get to a
point where you can put your account into a room
and they'll show you in your project before you even get to speak.
It's amazing.
That's true.
How long have you been at this, Tricky?
For a while, huh?
Yeah, this is year four.
Yeah, it's like OG for crypto.
Yeah, yeah.
And so you've seen a few cycles.
And have you always been into crypto?
Like, have you been accumulating and all that good stuff?
Yeah, since 2016.
Dude, that's so good.
If I didn't give so much stuff away, I'd probably be rich.
Rich is a state of mind.
No. Exactly. Well, I'm rich in a lot of ways i think
me too but um it's also like i said this to someone else the other day that's kind of it
sounds kind of tripped out but it's like now that i know like who i am and like what i'm capable of
i'm like way more interested in like the journey than the final destination.
Yeah. No. And I think some people are just able to tap into that. You know, we talk about
understanding energy and, you know, where we are in life and all these different things.
It's not only just getting to a certain age and understanding it's about putting people around you that are like-minded and then, you know, you grow from it instead of, I don't know. Yeah. Yeah.
I think it's good. It's good to grow. I was talking to my therapist about that today, about how I,
um, tend to, I want to make everything okay for everybody, but I also have to accept and
understand that I don't have control over them and that their journey is their own. And, um, thinking about people that are around me,
maybe that's part of their journey as well is their experience with me. And I'm able to then
mirror to them what, you know what I mean? Like how things are better and in a different way,
because that's all we can do really.
We don't have any, we don't have any other choice.
You know, we don't have, we just don't, the control.
And I wonder always what it is about humans and wanting control.
And the only thing I ever go back to is I think people make it seem as if it's a safety issue.
You know, if you're in control.
It's fear for sure. it's fear and concern for your
loved ones like that's what it is it's like it's just it's completely fear because um i i think
like i've gone through enough situations where there's like there's like really no fear around
anything yeah you know like what what like what what would I have to go through a surgery
or like what? Well, it's also your experience, right? Because I mean, I'm not trying to say
anything negative, but it sounds to me like you've had a lot of health issues for a very long time.
So to you, it's like, so what, what am I, oh, big deal. I'm going to have a surgery,
like you just said. And to me, I've had a lot of life experiences.
So I find it very interesting when somebody wants to kick my ass or say something rude to me because I'm like, shit, I've already dealt with the devil, motherfucker.
Do you know what I mean?
But I've had to change my way of thinking with that because I just choose not to give that my energy anymore.
I choose not to be a participant in that. And that
is something else we were talking about today too, is it's very hard. I can only say this.
It's very hard when you raise children and you see them as adults, even though they're young
adults and choices that they make and things that they say and do. And you know that you had a part
in that. And that might've been a way that I thought back then. It might've been a way that
I was participating at that time, but I am no longer now, but I still have that choice to
not judge them, but mirror to them kind of not playing the game anymore. Does that even make sense? Or am I like losing people? But yeah, it's, I don't know. But it's cool because now I know that
I don't want to be a part of that game. I don't want to be a part of that negativity and that
demeaning of others. And it's just not something I find interest in. I just want to move in the
manner I want to move. And I want to be a person people
can go to and be like, shit, I can trust her. You know, I can, I can, you know, vent to her and
she's going to be like, oh, let me hear it, honey. I'm right here. You know, I think everybody needs
that. Yeah. I want to focus on just the creating the things that I have ideas. Like, I just want
to see some of these ideas through the execution. Yes. mean doing a couple seeing like for example the first one I did was the led
grow like like seeing that from like complete conception through manufacturing to delivery
storage distribution um you know seeing your own product on a shelf is fucking is amazing oh i can't even imagine and so i want to like i want to see
all my friends like that succeed and then be able to get everyone so rich that they can have a guest
house so i can just fly around the world and stay in the guest houses and not even have my own house
i love that digital nomad and just show up at your house cook for a week solve a couple of
your problems and leave oh my god my God. That would be amazing.
No, but it's cool because like did you ever think that that was going to be part of your journey?
You know what I mean?
Like was that going to be part of your journey?
Yeah, right?
Because you said you had gone to college.
And what did you go to college for?
Did you have a whole other, you know, trajectory?
Well, so I was going to be a CFA.
I don't know what that is.
A certified financial advisor. It's like a CPA
dealing with people's portfolios.
That's the route I would go if I was
going to be a hedge fund manager
because I was trading and stuff.
I was very into it. I won some competition
in high school. It kind of sparked
some interest.
But then I got a bachelor's in finance.
Then I got also another degree, another bachelor's in management and entrepreneurship.
And then I got a minor in real estate.
Oh, that's right.
I'm asking the wrong man.
You have like so many degrees.
Fucking A.
Tricky, I remember now.
Yeah, I went to like seven or eight colleges or something like that.
It was like, yeah, it was crazy.
I have an aunt, and I'm not being rude to you in any way, but she was a professional student.
And I shit you not.
Like her parents had endless money, and she would just go from college to college to college,
but she still never knew what it was that she wanted to do.
And this is actually kind of, it's really neat, but it's crazy how shit changes so fast.
But she became a naturopath obstetrician.
So she delivered babies naturally, would do the entire pregnancy on a natural route.
And her practice blew up. Like
she got so big. She was delivering all the Seahawks players' kids. I mean, it was just this
huge, you know, she was so sought after. And it's crazy how quickly things can change because
she didn't know that she had ever struggled with any kind of substance, but decided to dabble her,
you know, put her toe in the water. And she ended up getting addicted to pain pills,
to the point where she was, you know, hopping from clinic to clinic, and she lost her license.
She blew up her entire life, just in a you know and now she you know she really struggles and
we go and you know I see her and she doesn't even look like herself and she's still struggling
with that but I don't know dude I just feel like in life we live so many different lives
they're almost like chapters but I don't I know. When you get older, you'll understand that
because you have to live a little in order to understand how much things can change and
different parts of who you are. Because I know that like me being a mother was part of one of
my chapters. Do you know what I mean? It's just, it's so weird. I feel like I've lived so many
lives. You change every 10 to 15 years, your hormones change enough that you're usually a different person.
Oh, taste buds do too.
But you're like everything changes.
On a cellular level, you change every six years except for like part of your eye.
But yeah, every 10 to 15 years, your hormones change enough that you could have new allergies, new food allergies.
to 15 years, your hormones change enough that you could have new allergies, new food allergies.
You could have like your hormones could be completely different as far as like your sexual
interests, your creative level, the amount you want to like read or like relax, like
all those things change.
And then like if the person you're with doesn't change with you or like at least accept those
things, then like you grow apart.
So it's really crazy that like when
you can find people that you change with, that's one thing. And that doesn't even have to be a
partner. It can be a friendship. I've heard of so many people who've been, you know, friends for so
long and, you know, they grow apart, they grow into doing different things. And, but it's those
really strong connections. And I feel like men have an advantage on that. I'll be straight up with you. I think that men are much more resilient when it
comes to that. Because in my experience, females, earlier on relationships, they aren't the same.
You know, men, they can beef it out. And then next thing you know, they're so good, you know,
oh, let's meet up and hang out.
You know, it's just, I don't know.
I've always admired that about men having like those true good relationships where it ebbs and flows.
And going from like my son, he's got two best friends.
And it makes me happy every time I think about it.
He's got, they've been both known him since elementary school. You know what I would do
to know somebody for that long and to have such a relationship with? I don't know. It's cool.
It's really cool. Yeah. I wonder what that's about though. Why men have so much more success in that.
But you only need really a couple of good friends in life, I believe, you know, and my friend is Papa.
And I think that's probably hard for him sometimes too. But I do think it's really
important for people to be friends that are in a relationship. I do. Yeah. Because, you know,
you base it off of that. So yeah, and eventually you're going to retire and you're going to spend
time with each other and you better enjoy each other's company. Exactly. Yep. And something that Babs has taught me is not to have expectations of
others. Because sometimes, you know, if you have a unrealistic expectation from somebody to
make you happy or to be part of something that maybe they're not interested in,
I think that can be really difficult because that person,
that can help create a real division when really you can find that within
yourself or then go find your people and still have that relationships wrong.
So I don't know.
That's why I love these spaces.
I've met so many amazing people.
Like it's been so cool.
What a ride, you know, I've met. And all over the world, it's been so cool. What a ride, you know?
And all over the world, that's one of the coolest things.
People who come up here and they're like, sorry for my accent.
I'm like, oh, your accent sounds beautiful to me.
Because I do.
I admire the different tones and the different ways of people saying things and learning things.
Like, shit, I love that.
That makes me happy.
Yeah, there's that German lady that came in the other day. And she's oh I'm sorry for my accent and I'm just like you sound wonderful my grandma lived
here for 40 years and she still sounds like she's sending me to a training camp every time she calls
me what's going on here yeah no it's unfortunate and I and I do I encourage everybody to come up
on stage say what's up any, any space you're ever in.
It's a great way for people to hear your tone and to feel your energy and to get to know you.
If you can just kind of look past any numbers, I never look down.
I still don't look down.
I don't look at people's emojis because I used to get really self-conscious about it.
And the more I look at it, the more I worry.
And there's always a 15-second delay. And yeah, it's very hard. We have somebody with their hand up.
Serge McMuffin. I don't know if I said your name right. How's it going?
Is that a pretty good one? You got it pretty close. You got it pretty close.
Okay. Tell me what it is. I fucked it up.
McGuffin. McDuffin. McDuffin. McDuffin.
Oh, I like that.
M-C-G-U-F-F-I-N there.
Like when you're golfing, you have a McGuffin.
I don't know the golf.
I don't know that, but I'll learn it.
That's okay.
People figure it out.
Is that when you golf with a McMuffin?
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
It's when you golf with a McMuffin.
That's awesome.
And you drop it and you go, oh, Guffin.
Oh, Guffin.
So actually the truth of the, that's not why I chimed in, but I go into lots of spaces to support and I just kind of lurk in the background.
If I don't have anything useful to contribute, I just keep my mouth shut.
But so the truth of the profile name is a lookup MacGuffin. You'll see it's a crutch used in movies and
stories and whatever. Basically, it tells you there's a twist coming. A MacGuffin is a twist
somewhere in the storyline. And I'm not here to pitch my product, so I won't.
But that's why I chose that name
because everything I post is related to my project,
which has twists and turns every flipping direction you go.
The reason I chimed in, though, is because I came in,
I got to, I met you, Mama Bear, for the first time in a space. I want to say it was on
Friday. I don't have it up here now, so I'm forgetting the guy's name that was running the
space. It was just really a good space. And you guys were so gracious to me in that space and
actually gave me a lot of time to talk about my project. And I wasn't even there for that either.
Was it Salt? It was Salt. Oh, we love salt. Yes, yes.
Say it again?
No, it wasn't.
Was it him?
Not salting.
Or CryptoStone.
Or CryptoStone.
Anyway, so the reason I jumped in, though, is because of the conversation you're having.
And during this conversation last week, people were like, join Mama Papa Bear Space.
Just join and listen in, you know.
And one of the things that you said really hits home because the having expectations of other people, you're bound to be let down.
It's just the nature of life, right?
And I have the highest expectations
of myself of anybody in the world and i expect nobody to live up to my personal standards of
myself because that's me they should live up to their own standards and hopefully that that's
you know sufficient but the uh i found that in myself that when i have high expectations of people that I often am let down because
maybe they don't realize how high my expectations really are.
And so I try to set the bar at a attainable standard.
I used to teach classes for time management and HR and all this stuff.
So I had to figure out how to teach
people how to, how to manage things in a way that's attainable, not overly, uh, overly difficult
to reach, but not overly easy to reach either because you set the bar too low and you miss
the bar while you still miss the bar by a lot. It's like shoot for the moon, but if you hit the
stars, you're okay. Anyway, I just want to chime in on that concept you were talking about with the, you know, having expectations of other people.
So I've come to the conclusion, especially in the crypto space, that what I really expect is if someone says they're going to do something, they're going to do it or make their best efforts to accomplish what they said they would do.
That's it.
I don't ask for anything more than's it. I don't ask for
anything more than you offer. I don't expect anything more than you offer. But if you do offer
it, I kind of feel like you did it of your own choice. You weren't coerced into it or anything
like that. So you should at least make a good effort to try to deliver that. So that's kind of
where I landed with my expectations of people. Just do what you say you're going to do or give
it a pretty good shot. And if you can do that, I can still my expectations of people. Just do what you say you're going to do or give it a pretty good shot.
You know? And if you can do that,
I can still be happy with it. Totally.
Anyway, that's my two cents. No, yeah. Absolutely.
Yes. I actually distinctively
remember you. It might have been 25 cents worth. I'm not sure.
25 cents. Exactly.
Under promise, over deliver.
Yep. Yep. My grandma always
used to say, showing's better than telling.
Yeah, no, it's awesome to see you.
I'm glad you're here.
Who room got muted?
Making coffee.
Can anybody hear me?
I'll take a lap real quick.
I hear you.
Yeah, I heard you.
Can you tell him that we can't hear him
and if he can take a lap?
I don't hear anybody anywhere.
All right, sir.
Well, yeah, you can just remove his microphone and send him an invite again.
I didn't know that.
Thanks, Tricky.
Just don't remove from space.
Remove microphone and then send him another invite.
And he'll be like, oh, there we go.
No, I hear it again.
And then I'll send him another invite see i never do this part hell yeah thanks
tricky uh i sent you another um invite mcguffin now he's gone no he's down there shit fire and
we just had a technical issue for a moment i thought maybe it was me um yeah you know for a
second he sounded like matthew mccon So, yeah, I like that guy, though.
Good to see him.
I hope he comes back up.
I just saw Mankind join us, though.
What's good, Mankind?
How's life?
I just wanted to show a little love.
I was really listening to McDuffin.
I was about to say Nick Lovin.
But listen to Nick Lovin.
It's okay.
I like that, too.
Nick Lovin. But listen to McLovin. It's okay. I like that too. McLovin.
No, I was just listening to him when he was just talking.
One, I wanted to hear his little pitch because he just, he sounds so passionate about it
that he wanted to throw his little two cents in, two cents in pitch.
I wanted to hear him say that.
And I'm going to go over that.
And when he, his expectations for this place
oh my god when he said that it struck a nerve i bet i knew as soon as i saw you come up i was like
well i know why he's coming up here that's what's cool though you know we get to know each other and
we're like all right this one i i can get babs on energy i can get you on fucking real shit. So, yeah, I love it. Yes, yes.
As soon as he said that, I said, oh.
I won't plan on saying anything with jumping into space.
But when he said that, I said, oh, I got to put my...
Cue mankind.
The expectations of the space, to even give them that much is too much.
I mean, you got a is too much. Yeah. I mean, you've got a point.
Seriously, I wouldn't even give them that much.
If we can give them 5% of expecting anything from them, that would be a little too much.
I did a round trip and came back in.
I don't even know what happened. You guys round tripped me. I round and came back in. Thanks. We did. I don't even know what happened.
You guys round tripped me.
I round tripped back in.
I think I was maybe on stealth mode down.
I could hear you guys talking after you round tripped me, but I couldn't get back in.
So I just exited back out and came back in after I reposted the page.
Anyway, I didn't mean to interrupt you, Mankind.
See, that one was easy. That one was easy. Can yeah see that one was easy that was easy can't watch that one
i'll take mcmuffin mclevin whatever you want yeah no we're just feeding off you and your
and your energy we love your energy right now i was just announcing about just just the percentage
of uh the expectations from the space it was just like uh yeah we we we struggling with that and we don't
need to ask for much to ask for a like it's too much and that's crazy you can't you can't just
do it like it's two two taps like and retweet it's not hard it's not hard yeah it's like it's like
when you're asking just for a like it's important pulling teeth. But let me tell you one thing. When they ask, they won't.
And they like give, give, give, give me.
But in return, you ask for a like or a tweet or anything like that.
It's like pulling teeth out of somebody's mouth.
It's crazy out here.
And so I don't even expect nothing from nobody else.
When the niche becomes so small, like even within the GPC,
like I narrowed it down to the ones that I can actually touch bases
or touch hands with.
Like I can rely on you.
I don't even ask, but you know I don't ask nothing.
I just look for what you're going to post, what you're going to say,
and I'm just going to do my part and just keep on moving.
And it's not hard and we expect
for everyone to be able to do that, but
I just don't understand
people right now.
In a Web3 space, not in real life.
That's just a whole other
horror right there. Oh, Lord.
You're so right. I swear.
Nick Muffin,
Nick, Mr. Man, that's the twist Nick Nick Guffin
how many do you have
yeah he wants us to tell you your pitch
we haven't heard it
I will give you the short version
of a very long story
I've been working on this for
five six years.
And it's an immersive universe.
I bought my home with crypto.
I bought my business.
It's a 12,000 square foot business complex that I use for event space with crypto.
And I figured if they could do it, I could figure it out too.
And so I spent a lot of time learning how to write code, which don't need anymore which sucks i spent a lot of time energy learning right
code i don't even need it um but so i figured if they can figure it out so could i so i started
developing this universe i had my head for long before crypto ever existed and you know you go on
a long drive your brain just kind of wanders you know and so i had this universe i was building in
my head and i thought well i'll start putting it down anyway.
So we're working on currently has got to believe because every space you go
into, you hear it.
You got to believe to succeed in real life.
You hear it.
You got to believe everywhere you go, even outside of crypto,
they hear you got to believe.
So I thought it's a good way to onboard people to what my real project is.
I got to believe it's not the real project.
It is a project.
And it's on a slow brew,
CoffeeCoin.
I give credit to CoffeeCoin
every time I say slow brew
because they gave me the term.
The whole idea, though,
is to onboard believers
who will come into the ecosystem
and then see the expansive ecosystem
oh, holy shit.
This is the real story.
What I found is if I give people the whole story. Their heads just spin sideways. And, you know, in real life too, I've had, you
know, one-on-one meetings with people locally. I live in Sacramento, California, by the way,
that's where I am. Um, people who understand crypto, people who don't understand people,
people who understand VC, you know, business
people, and their heads just spin sideways because they're like, they don't understand
even where to jump in.
So Gotta Believe was intended as a midpoint to jump into the storyline, to kind of get
a handhold and go, okay, I can believe in something and I can see that, you know, we're
really building something so I can get in there and believe.
And if nothing else is positive reinforcement.
You know, the mama and papa bear, you guys, from what I've seen and heard so far, you're
very much about the positive reinforcement and I'm big on it.
I'm big on positive reinforcement.
If you read my timeline, you will never see me say a bad thing about anybody ever. If I have something to say to you, I'll talk to you personally, privately. It doesn't
have to be public. There's no reason for it. So if you don't mind, I'll post the link to our
website. Actually, I've got 30 websites, but I'm only going to post one. I was just going to say,
I put something up at the top, but please do. Cause I just want people to, Oh yeah, please do though. I, I, one of my biggest
things is people listen to spaces or they listen back and they go to the wrong place. Right. And
then they're like, I swear he said it was like, believe something. And then they get, you know,
hurt. And I'm like, no, no, no, no, this is where you need to go. So that's why I always make sure
if I get somebody up here, that's the actual page. So yes, please do. We did, we did a project last
year, which did really well. Um, it was Elon Musk with hat when the whiff hat was really running.
Yeah. And so I looked at that and just went, okay, what could we put a hat on that gets attention
immediately? Like Elon Musk and no one else had done it yet.
We were the first ones.
But we made the mistake of going on pink sale
and doing a pre-sell for two weeks.
So by the time we were live,
there were 12 other copycats
that literally copied all of our artwork,
pointed out to our websites.
Everything looked identical to us,
except for their contract address.
And so before our official launch, we changed our entire website, all of our artwork and
everything to differentiate ourselves from the copycats.
And this was over a year ago, maybe it was two years ago now, just two months ago, somebody
relaunched a token called Elon Musk with hat using our artwork.
Ran it up to a hundred thousand and rugged it. Wow. And that just pisses me off to no end because we, you know, we built a community up and basically, you know, we, I held the floor. I put $10,000 into it and just held the floor and made sure that all of our, you know, everyone who got in could get out safely and so on. And then when the project was basically wound down, then I recycled the money into something else but the the energy that our community put into it and they just were so
deflated because there were so many scams out there and we'd be in live streams and or spaces
like this and people go oh my god i just bought the wrong token like sell it right now like
immediately sell it before they
get a chance to rug your money right right and then they buy the right token but it was crazy
wild fun time and we learned a lot though about what not to do what to do and all those kind of
things so um this one um is on a like i said a slow brew because we're really just developing it out and building community. In fact, I just hit 1,000
followers during this conversation and I was at, oh, 1,001. Thank you for whoever was at.
But this is a curated list. I've got a different website or a different profile that has almost 3,000 followers,
but I don't know who's real. I really don't. Pretty much everyone, almost everyone that's followed me, I've engaged with them first. And anyone that I follow, I've engaged with in some
way, just to make sure they're real people. I want to be connected to real people. And I enjoy
that interaction with real people and that energy. so I've been looking for those those positive spaces to get into like like this where you can
feel a positive energy it doesn't mean things are gonna go sideways sometimes okay you have to you
know real life is real life but I do enjoy those spaces where there's positive energy not just
people yelling at each other and screaming at each other and calling each other names and all
kind of stuff and and making fun of people for their accents, for example. You were talking about that
earlier. It's just not okay. You don't need to do that. People, they know two or three languages.
We know one. Well, I know one. And I get in there and go, you know, more power to you. How many
languages do you know? And they're like, oh, man, I know one, two, three, four. I knew like five
languages. And then this other dialect. I'm like, yeah, I know one.
Thank you very much.
I appreciate you learning languages
that I can communicate with.
No, I totally.
Even learning English as a second language
is so hard because phonetically,
it doesn't make sense.
It's one of the most difficult languages to learn.
And that's what blows my mind
is when people come up and they're like,
sorry if my English is broken. I'm like'm like bro you literally are doing laps around the world
right now so you're fucking i'm totally there with you yeah no it's good my grandmother used
to joke that that uh if if english was spelled the way that it sounds your grandfather would be
would be a genius that's a good one i. No, actually, I was going to tell
you too, because I heard you did the day on the space. Sometimes you sound like Matthew McConaughey.
He's one of my favorite actors. I just love that guy. And so Papa and I, I know he did check out
your project the other day. And I just messaged him. I'm like, babe, we got to go check
that out somewhere. So, um, I always do that. You know, if I, if I like somebody's energy and tone
and, you know, I'm, I'm all about being a supporter. So definitely, uh, yeah, it's good
to have you in the space for sure. My, my, uh, PFP there is, is, you know, obviously it's
mechanical, but there's a, it goes back to the, the larger end of the project. It is, you know, obviously it's mechanical, but there's a, it goes back to the larger end of the project.
It's, you know, obviously it's a robot, but it's me holding the world on my shoulders.
And I'm going to skip, I'm going to skip to the punchline now.
The real project is called Metaphase World.
So when you start seeing Metaphase World, you'll know that we're, that's what we're building in the background.
And so Metaface World, that's why we have the robot holding the world on his shoulders, the globe on his shoulders, all those things, because it's Metaface World.
And when I went to reserve that name, Metaface, Metaface World, with what was then Facebook, it took them three weeks to approve my name.
I didn't know why. I was like messaging, messaging, messaging. And finally, somebody that's in my
real world, my real life community was a moderator for Facebook. I was like, hey, I know you don't
know my product specifically, but any idea why they would take three weeks to just approve a
name change? Because what's the name of the MetaFace world?
I would have flagged it too.
Facebook is becoming meta.
I'm a trailblazer.
So they did.
They didn't have an approver for me.
interesting.
I'm glad you got it approved. I'm glad you're over here. Yeah, that. Huh. Well, I'm glad you got it approved.
I'm glad you're over here.
Yeah, that's awesome.
I did just see Babs come up here.
Babs is a person you need to know, too.
I adore her.
You want to talk about good energy?
Hello, Babs.
Thanks for chatting with me, too.
I appreciate it.
Absolutely.
Hello, love.
How are you?
Good to hear you. I just wanted to jump up because Mr. McDuffin or whatever it is. Mr. How are you? Good to hear you.
I just wanted to jump up because Mr. McDuffin,
whatever it is,
Mr. McDuffin, call him Mr. McDuffin.
Oh, that's good. Mr. McDuffin.
Mr. McDuffin, on it.
Because here you can only see Mr. McDuffin.
Yeah, you can.
Your name is cut off, so I'm going to call you Mr. McDuffin.
I'm in Sacramento also.
Oh, cool. I should pop up call you Mr. Mick. I'm in Sacramento also. Oh, cool.
I should pop up and say hello.
So just to
la la la la la.
So you know where Placerville is.
I'm actually in Placerville. I live up the mountain.
So we get into Placerville proper
and then go up the mountain half an hour.
But people around the world know where Sacramento is, roughly.
Yes. Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I'm close down towards the Elk Grove
end of Sacramento. Cool.
So, yeah. Placerville's beautiful.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Every time you come
down the hill. But, yeah, Sacramento's
lovely and Placerville, I love.
Such a cute little,
like when my parents lived next door
to me, I would take them up there and there's just such
cute little places up there. So,
I love that. We bought in, you weren't here earlier when I said, we bought our, to me i would take them up there and there's just such cute little places up there so yeah we uh
bought in uh you weren't here earlier when i said we bought our well we didn't buy the house we've
got our 20 down payment on the house with crypto um and it's also paid for our mortgage every month
from that since then but we uh you know just bought in low and sold at the cat at the top and then i actually went and
bought it back when it dropped to you know all-time lows again and so i own the same amount of crypto
as i did then with you know having a house to show for it my business to show for all that kind of
stuff so we you know we have a nice place up in the mountain and we get to we have three lakes
that surround us and uh if you happen to be, you know, I generally work till between 4 and 6 a.m.
to take a nap and start over.
Oh, my gosh.
I post good morning posts on my back patio where, you know, I can see the lake
and the bears sometimes and the deer and, you know, all the nature and beauty and stuff.
I just love it out here.
Yeah, I'll check out your good morning posts.
It's very fun.
Yeah, if you ever find your way down here, we can grab a coffee.
I'm in Rancho Cordova all the time.
That's kind of halfway between here and there.
Yeah, we used to live right there on the American River.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
And not in Gold River, but in Sun River.
Yeah, it's lovely.
Babs has a pretty dope post she does every day, too.
She's very mindful.
I haven't done that.
I'm going to put my notifications on for Babs.
Babs is lovely.
We love Babs.
Of course, you guys were having a terrific space and so many people showed up and I wanted to say thank you so much.
But I'm running late.
I have another space that I'm co-hosting and that is for Quack. I did put
it up in the top in the Jumbotron. And this is something I do every Monday. I co-host for her
