GM, GM, start the show
GM, GM, let's go, what through, we're through Stay in the know
TM, start the show wow i'm just gonna put that up there i'm gonna talk about this because this is not
it's gnarly man but gmgm what's going on everybody uh no no i said that wrong it's
actually what's going on my beautiful video for youtube um haven't said that in a while
gmgm it's rough it's a definitely an m it's it's something it's a mulligan of them working
it's more like it yeah tell me tell me about it. It's been...
Hey, wait a minute.
We just popped back up to 77K.
Is that good?
No, it's not.
I mean, I see people calling for 70 and lower now.
And, you know, look, I'm holding.
There's not much you can do at this stage like if you didn't
sell when it was up a couple months ago or whatnot then you can either take the loss or you can or
you can just hold through this until you know things change news changes economy changes
regulations something something good that that you know i think you're going for a lot of change there man
all right well first first foremost uh we got to get history bear to start saying gm said it
greetings but it's nice it's nice having some people here hanging out with us
I'm dude I'm not gonna lie I'm completely out of it this morning I'm like
what in the world is going on I posted last night uh that i was gonna go ahead and watch the markets all night um
obviously i didn't do that i went to sleep because i haven't slept in three days um
but things are wild when it comes to bonds like i know that we're talking about
hair like this terrafore but things are gnarly now that, you know,
China just sold off a bunch of us bonds.
Like you saw their markets going up,
And like what's happening once like it literally took two minutes for me to
figure out how they were doing that.
They basically liquidated a bunch of stuff.
Candace hold up.
Can we keep going this route?
Is it going to work?
Toki, Scott?
From my perspective,
I have seen multiple different articles
of either Chinese governments,
there's the smaller pieces within the government,
or Chinese companies that are reaching out to firms,
whether they hold gold in the United States
or they hold or held land in the United States,
and they're liquidating it and moving back to China for better rates and better deals within, well, China.
Interesting.
So that's the strategy that essentially Trump wants for the United States.
that essentially Trump wants for the United States.
He wants everyone to manufacture, bring things back here
and not rely so much on investments into China
and these manufacturing plants and things like that.
You know, I saw an interesting,
this was like a translated clip of Putin,
actually, in his opinion on China and the United States.
And he was,
he basically said that the States,
I'll try to find it.
This is like way earlier.
So it's like it already got recycled like in the tabs or whatnot,
but he was basically saying that the United States is,
is 15 years late at this point and try like China is,
is powerful.
They are advanced. There's's there's not much like
that the united like anything the united states does to try to hurt china uh with their economy
with anything else is ultimately going to hurt itself as much as much or for a while forever
like that's what people are betting on and i do have a clip i need to get my screen
sharing set up right here to find that um you can find that i'm gonna i'm gonna play something for
you guys i think this is very telling of where a lot of people are uh with some of these things
have you heard let me make sure it's uh audio sharing it's unmuted and here we go 104 percent
tariffs in china are not enough i'm advocating 400%. I do business in
China. They don't play by the rules. They've been in the WTO for decades. They have never abided by
any of the rules they agreed to when they came in for decades. They cheat. They steal. They steal
IP. I can't litigate in their courts. They take product technology. they steal it, they manufacture it, sell it back here.
Never has an administration.
American's just stand 400% tariffs?
What would that look like?
I want Xi on an airplane to Washington to level the playing field.
This is not about tariffs anymore.
Nobody has taken on China yet, not the Europeans, no administration for decades.
As someone who actually does business
there, I've had enough. I speak for millions of Americans who have IP that have been stolen by
the Chinese. I have nothing against the Chinese people. They brought great literacy, art, and
tech to the world. The government cheats and steals and finally an administration you may not like trump
you may not like his style or his rhetoric finally an administration that puts up and says enough
all right wait hold on a second the first thing there's a couple things to unpack here
the first is okay i gotta switch the screens so that we can see you we gotta see your face
then we know like he's saying he's fed up with china like look i don't disagree with
everything he's saying or agree with everything he's saying there but he's saying well you don't
you don't think this brought great literacy to the world hold on like gotta no with him saying
you don't think they have all the artwork all the issues all the issues of doing business in China and stuff like that.
Why is he doing business in China in the first place?
Because it's dirt cheap compared to anywhere else pretty much to do business for a lot of the stuff he's probably involved in.
So he's saying he's fed up with it.
And okay, sure, you're fed up with it, but you're fed up with it for cents on the dollar for your labor.
You could not be fed up with it.
Well, it's not just that.
It's market share.
Because he's losing market share because they're stealing his products
that he's taking over to China to get created.
And then someone is taking that design and then recreating that product
and then outselling underneath it.
That was the reverse engineering that has been going on for so long.
It still goes on.
They still steal it. But that's what he's stating. that's the issue because he's losing on both sides of it he's losing
the market share portion but he's also losing out because if he does have to pay more to get
everything created then he's truly losing on both sides he needs he needs one one side to give
it's either someone can hash down on the fact of, hey, there's a bunch of people stealing IP.
And so why don't we just raise up the tariffs as much as possible to stop that kind of act from happening?
Hopefully, not going to guarantee any of that by any means,
but that's kind of what he's working towards.
And then on the flip side of it-
People stealing IP and just making the products
for themselves in China and not-
They're doing that right now.
No, I know.
But you see pop-up stores all the time
of fake Apple stores and all this other stuff.
They just changed the law about IP over there.
The thing is-
Yeah, it doesn't matter anymore.
You can steal anything from any country in China.
China has to enforce that within China.
You can't, like, we can't enforce that.
And by doing anything with tariffs, I don't think hurting ourselves in the short term is going to eliminate that in the long term.
It has, like, we have, like he was saying saying decades of these things happening it's not slowing down and i don't see anything that we're
doing that we're going to be doing right now slowing it down except for shooting ourselves
in the foot in hopes that six months from now not only has it healed but now that i have steel
plates in my foot and i could run 10 times faster. You know, like he's not talking about six months from now.
Like the thing he wants is literally overnight, like jack up this thing and let's let's make sure that people start because I'll play the second segment of this because he actually explains like what China actually needs.
They need jobs.
And if you get rid of those jobs, they're in trouble.
400 percent tariffs tomorrow morning.
He'll tell you why.
Xi can only stay the supreme leader if people are employed.
If we wipe out any business there, because we are still 39% of all consumables on Earth and 25% of the world's GDP,
America is the number one economy on Earth with all the cards.
We will not have that forever.
It's time to squeeze Chinese heads into the wall now.
Well, I hear you, but hold on.
If we're talking about people, the average consumer, not necessarily the head honchos of businesses all across the globe.
Can they withstand the pressure of that sort of tax on the goods?
It's short-lived.
But, yeah, but what's your timeline?
You don't know the average American's timeline, what they can actually survive.
There's people right now who can't survive.
Can't survive that tomorrow morning.
Cheese on an airplane to Washington to cut a deal.
I doubt that.
If they jacked the 400, do you think he's going to be on an airplane within a day to come do negotiations?
I think he'll reach out at a minimum.
That destroys a multitude.
Didn't we go to 100?
I'm not sure what we started, but we went over 100, and then they counted it right away.
We started technically, I think, at 20% as the initial basis.
Then we added another 34 on top of that, coming up to 54%.
Now we've added all the way up to 104%.
And now, yeah, I think now it's sitting at 100.
Yeah, 104, 108 is where it's sitting right now.
I think he just said 104% in that clip.
So again, yeah, 104% is where it's sitting right now.
And what did china raise
back to us they just wrote it to the same amount we're now equal so this is like a game of chicken
in a sense and it's like basically kevin o'leary is like let's go all in and and go crazy and go
push this from 104 that we have matched to 400 and see if they're willing to come to the table and discuss this or
if they're going to push it up having like instead of having like two bicycles hit each other
he wants to have like two semi trucks hit each other and and see what happens
okay so i want to go back to warren buffett on this one because this what i'm seeing from you, Scott, is you're fearful here.
Fearful of what, though?
Of people losing their jobs,
of people not being able to provide for themselves.
And while all of that is true and it stinks.
I think that's happening right now already
over the last few years.
I don't disagree.
I'm just saying I don't think there should be more,
which we shouldn't really put more extreme pressure on people who are already having financial uh go big or go home dude
that's what i'm looking at like if you're gonna put your foot down you're not gonna back have
you read trump's book by the way i gotta ask the art of the deal the art of the deal have you have
you read that one okay um toki have you read that one i have. Toki, have you read that one?
I have indeed. It's worth it.
Okay. According to that book,
do you think that he should back down
right now?
I don't even have to read the book.
I don't have to read the book. I can probably answer that.
I think you out of the
three of us would actually
find it the most hilarious.
I won't lie. Because I think that you would stumble the three of us would actually find it the most hilarious. I won't lie.
Because I think that you would stumble into some of those segments and you'd be like, who let you write this?
Well, hold on a second.
Who let the writer write what you're dictating?
Who let you get away with this?
Hey, it could be a Ben Armstrong
AI novel, you know?
Well, that's Dave.
He would be there with
who's the guy who invented the internet back then?
Was it Dole?
Dole, that's a wow. That would have been a great
one. He might that's a Gore. Oh, that's a wow. That would have been a great one.
He might actually still be relevant.
So that's when they, then Trump had his AI done secretly when Gore was launching the internet.
I believe it. um no but look in that in that clip i think the fair the fair question is is how long is the short-term pain how long could people endure that and the thing is not even let's just put
aside how long they could endure that what's the time frame you know what are we are like
he said okay he'll come to the table within a day. Right. Does that just mean that this is shock value?
He comes to the table. They say, OK, well, we're not going to do this.
All of this is back to business. What do you mean?
It's a whole entire point of this. This whole entire campaign has been shock value.
I mean, he is a shock. He is a shock value person.
But I'm saying with the guys doing with him in China doing negotiations, he's saying a 400.
He's saying this is going to be short lived lyric saying it's
going to be short lived because within a day he's going to come to the table and they're
going to be like, no, no, no, we can't do this and come up with some other deal.
Or, or is there going to be some other weird possibility, which could be an infinite amount
of possibilities that this isn't a week or days it's months or a year or or something they don't even know when these tariffs
are going to go into effect well when it's in effect last night at midnight that was the that
was the whole thing like it was said no no they're gonna like beyond the point of what the numbers we
have now yeah beyond the numbers we have now like they're making no idea
if they're gonna continue pushing all of this type of stuff like yes it can go into effect
at midnight if he could wake up tomorrow and he could be like you know what 400 sounded a little
ridiculous 800 yeah you know what i mean like seriously we could wake up to that like you can
you could all of a sudden we could be getting notifications and, you know, our stuff's blowing up.
I could totally see Trump being like, Kevin O'Leary is weak, weak minded.
This didn't go out enough.
We're going for a thousand, thousand percent China, thousand percent.
Pay it or not.
Hold on a second.
There's one thing that we have to do.
We have to do this before any of this stuff really really kicks in
we got to hit up our homie tony at lc signs and we need to get our signs made before a hundred
dollar sign cost a thousand dollars but i'm just saying i think i think he should be exempt from
those those tariffs i'll be the first one to say that yo Yo, let's get Tony a shop here in the US.
Scott, set him up.
Set him up.
Yo, that's it.
I'll be like, yo, we're starting manufacturing here in the States.
You ever been to Houston?
Man, we get overnight.
You ever heard of crypto?
I'm looking for an 11th person.
I'll be like, here, I'll send him like $20 in Bitcoin.
I'll be like, we got number 12 here, Tony the
homie, with our
new Bitcoin sign. What's up, people?
I'm going to reach out to him.
I'm going to reach out to him. He's got a big
sales force now. I'll be like, how do we
get a sign? I'm paying no taxes.
We have no
That's amazing. That it's gonna be good oh shoot no this is what man he's been doing interviews and stuff and they haven't been all that good we need to buy a sign and get
tony on the live video chat here dressed as one of his characters. You know, I would hate to. Oh, man.
I want an LC sign sponsorship.
Call our homie Tony.
You can just go across the top of the screen.
I'll have one in the back.
That'll be that.
I need to get that infinite mirror sign
where you just see the outline of the letters
and it just goes to eternity.
Yeah, that's it, Tony.
Calling you you homie
yo i just don't understand how he gets away with half of those videos too
like because there's all those no the first few seconds is not his own content that what do you
mean how does he get away with it because there's so many people out there for like cancel culture and whatever and all he does with
like half of his clips start with him finding ridiculous stuff online like lgbt whatever q plus
stuff and then like they start saying something he's like don't give a shit and then like does
the sign like you know what i mean so he totally clowns on all these minority segments of the population, I guess you could say.
Okay, so I can prove.
In the States, you'd be canceled.
You mean he has dynamic marketing?
He's from China.
He can't get canceled on TikTok, right?
Don't they own it?
Are you telling me to double down and see if I can pull this off?
I'll do it.
I'll start it today.
Yes. Can action be tony part two what's your what's your key phrase gonna be you can't be like yo
this is tony the homie you know you can't be like what up homies it's action you need something
he doesn't have a catchphrase do you tony yeah from lc signs doesn't have a catchphrase
not like you're saying like it doesn't kick it off
with that what are you talking about like the first thousand videos he's done started with like
what up homie i'm tony and then he started doing it in all sorts of different characters yeah but
that's what i'm saying like what makes the his content unique is not him saying yo i'm you know
tony the homie like that's not it that's
how it started and then all the characters he's dressed up like mario he's dressed up like he
does have a lot of good characters but but but what takes off what goes viral and you're saying
he could get canceled for are the other ones i want to go yeah i want to go the edgy route like
i forget about the catchphrase i mean we that we, that's fine. I want to see if it gets canceled.
You have a great subscription already on your YouTube channel.
Like, don't get it canceled.
If you're going to get it canceled on purpose,
at least it's like, give it to one of us and we'll use it.
Well, okay.
I'll trade you.
I'll trade you.
And then you can cancel mine with all like 70 subs on it.
I'll test, I'll test the waters on X first then.
Because nobody gets canceled there anymore.
Not really.
So speaking about canceled, didn't you mention about Joshua Jake getting canceled on? I need you to be careful with how you say this on TikTok.
No, I'm not going to say much.
With like the reason why.
No, no, I'm not not gonna say the words or whatever it was that overall he saw that that he was saying that there's certain
content that's on tiktok that's allowed to go on and other content that's essentially the opposite
of it that you wouldn't deem as bad that's on there and dangerous violent violent and one is getting pulled pulled off and
he got his channel canceled bro like he has permanently canceled on a reaction video just
saying this look at all this video yeah like he was he was like he had a he was in a voiceover
and like showing people what you know like a comparison i believe of the of like there's this
one there and there's this one there and what's going on here? This is what they're allowing people to go through, allowing people to say on that platform and he got canceled for it, like permanently banned.
It makes no sense because it's like the content's living on the platform on its own and just on there and getting thousands and tens of thousands, maybe millions of views and even people subbing to those tiktok accounts and then
he does a reaction video saying how how is this sort of stuff allowed i mean and they're just like
get out of here it makes no sense um i hope i know i know you look confused take a look at a private
chat yeah when you see the private chat you know we don't want to say what the topics were, but you can go over on X.
Go to Joshua Jake.
He posted yesterday probably.
And so just scroll through his stuff and check it out and see.
And I know that there's a lot of people that retweeted and commented and maybe some way it gets out to TikTok people that he gets his account back.
I know that over the last year, he's been really grinding.
He's been doing live streams on there.
He's been getting a ton of following.
He's got a lot of traction on YouTube.
And, you know, he's been killing it.
He's been doing really awesome.
And to see somebody who's just putting in all that work, and it wasn't like he made an original video that could be deemed questionable.
It was that he just reaction videoed it.
It makes no sense.
I could see YouTube doing something like that well before these other platforms and all
i've seen lately on youtube is tons of reaction videos of all these streamers that are getting
arrested and doing bad stuff and their videos still stay up there so i think um i think he
would have a good chance of getting his count back if you get in touch with the right person.
It seems like it's how it works.
Or they want the division to be there.
Like anyone that calls attention to the division.
But the problem is that he's calling it out, Toki.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
It's the people who are calling out the division are getting wrecked.
Not even the division.
It's more of like how is this legally staying up like that's
the biggest concern because that's not not true and he's like this is messed up like this is wrong
straight up wrong and yeah he shouldn't have said that so talking about things that are wrong then
here's a little weird curveball transition not really has anybody caught a live feed on PumpFun since
they started streaming?
No, I haven't.
Because you're not allowed then.
They're only allowing you for
5% of their peoples.
I'm wondering.
I thought it was a select
view that could actually put it out,
but anybody could view those select
views streams.
You know what I mean?
Like out of say the four of us or three of us, four.
I'm like counting myself and the three on the screen, which is me too.
Now the three of us, you know, like one person saying ends up being allowed, but all of us could view it.
He is me. We are in. That's that's that's no be one reference right there
oh man i just watched that movie last night with the kids
so no feeds no live feeds
i'm looking for them you're looking Let me try to find one
See how bad it is
I'm trying to see what's going on
If they're still there
If there's actually
We have three live right now
Yeah, really
So PumpFun is back with feeds
Alright, so what tokens do we have
Doing some live
DGN stuff this morning?
Super Trucker 2.0,
RealCoin, and Ragwell.
Ragwell sounds a lot
like Rugwell.
I bet Super Trucker is just
a crazy guy who hopefully has a
deep-end project, and he just drives his truck
cross-country, and he's making his truck cross country and he's making
his bands. Let's hope
it's that.
We're not clicking on it though.
This guy's
launching a token called Truck Stops
filming live
streams on PumpFun
of exchanging tokens at these
truck stops. I'm not here for it for services
and that's part of the five percent that will have their stream taken down quickly
oh action did that one go over your head there i didn't even pay attention i'm listening to this trucker so a couple of things um he's been
he launched his token on pump fun uh five four days ago um still not doing so hot has not bonded
uh mark cap went no it hasn't no it went up and then back down let me see where we're at it's like three thousand five hundred it's like five thousand four hundred and twenty five dollars you want you want to move that you want to we can move that to like a hundred
k no problem yeah and he definitely has a a trucker's mouth is what i'm gonna say um there
he is and he's not even yeah he's in a he's in a pickup truck is that a pickup truck oh yeah he's
not even in a semi yeah it can't he's just driving
around in a truck he's like yo i launched the token because i like to drive and you know what
i like to talk to myself so here we go we're gonna launch token all you need is a dash cam
that's it just yeah i mean that's where he's going wrong i mean obviously this site is not
set up for
vertical video you got to go horizontal a couple of things going on here if he really wants to get
those views he should have front facing camera be streaming both front and himself so people
like the full back we can definitely improve the stream he should be getting a he should be going
out getting a tesla truck and then joining some kind of service where he goes and drives people around
and basically the whole entire token is just his drives while he does like uber or lyft
yeah that would be way more entertaining way way more entertaining what was that on
oh it was the show based in like new york city or something like that cash cab oh yeah cash cab
where they he would go into a cab and then they would light up
and then he would ask them random questions and instead of them paying for the ride they would
ask they would potentially win money and if they got it wrong he would just be like all right get
the fuck out you see the interview with that with him about doing that show no he was like yo it's
he was basically said in in kinder, he's like, man, it sucked.
He's like, sometimes you pick up people,
they didn't want to participate or some other stuff, you know, like all thing.
And he's like,
it's actually really hard because you're trying to drive around in New York and do all this stuff.
So he was saying like,
he was saying all the different things that happened and people interrupting
at times. And yeah, it was, it was kind of funny, but I remember that show.
Like you sit in the whole roof.
I can just imagine.
Yeah, I can just imagine how many times
you probably got like sideswiped
while trying to ask someone a question.
More questions?
I got questions.
I got questions like...
We could change. i don't want answers
the thing's got a three thousand dollar market cap bro like i muted it because he's dropping
the f-bomb and like you got to buy this slowly that's it that's it we're just gonna drop a
random like gml coin and we're just gonna every day that we stream we're gonna broadcast it through pump
fun too i bet you we can get over 3 000 march as long as you guys don't sell and rug it on me i'm
down i actually still owe you money action from when we got rugged in uh in denver oh yeah we
did get rugged in denver put the video out and then i'll pay you do it i like that
that's the better way i'll pay you when you put the video
i've been trying to pay action for like over a month
Find my token and I'll learn to not play the violin.
Bro, I play violin better than that.
Is it a violin or viola, though?
That's what I'm curious about.
It is irrelevant because it still sucks.
So on a random thing, do you guys uh why is this screwed up how do we do this
i'm like trying to go to i'm trying to switch the screen at the same time
but it won't work what do you need what do you need all three you want to put you up look at this oh just the two of us there we go amazon is inventory orders are canceling i also
heard yesterday about how apple was loading airplanes full of iphones and stuff and flying
them over so they just had tens of thousands hundreds of thousands of iphones in the country
and not having to pay like
tariffs on them or anything so there's stuff going on this stuff is temporary they know it so if they
can get away with it for now why wouldn't they so but but that's massive news this is these are the
ones where now now it affects the jobs now it affects very very much so the people of china amazon canceling orders
for their inventory yeah so it's not even it's because they you know amazon with all the plants
and everything they have or all the uh warehouses they're stocked up they're like logistical
geniuses on how to uh how to move inventory around all over and obviously in a good timeframe.
So now they're going to start putting this out where, hey, we're not going to stock up as much.
You're right. It's going to hit the workforce. And then it's also going to hit us where there's going to be delaying shipments unless more companies. So back in COVID, here's an example
from when I was doing a lot of skateboard stuff. One of my pad sponsors right before COVID hit decided to do the opposite of what everyone
where they were cutting back.
And he last minute just brought in everything he needed for the manufacturing for knee pads,
like containers and containers full.
So when other people couldn't get any inventory for those like couple years he even though he had to pay a little bit
of storage on the front end for that he had supply of everything throughout he just overstocked in
anticipation and the company made more money during the time that all these other shops and
everything had lost uh just direct to consumer too so i mean people needed something to do right
like that's why airbnb's
in like remote locations did so well families were literally going you know what sure we can't go out
but we're gonna go out with us and have a good time we're gonna you know do sports we're gonna
go outdoors we're gonna do all this stuff so yeah i mean some some you know industries definitely
did really really well i think crypto sat home used their their checks to buy nfts
they did they did that's exactly what happened but you know on that same token um i will uh say
that amazon is the biggest um player when it comes to stealing ip somebody launches something on their
site has a nice brand name to it and give it three months they look at the stats like oh that's a product is selling really well well we now have a amazon
basics version of this happens all the time so um i there was part of the problem oops amazon
basics i'm part of the problem is that what you're saying? I am, unfortunately. And I say that while I'm using a headphone extension by Amazon.
Yeah, I got the same one right here.
The Amazon Basics?
The six or ten foot extension cable.
Because you know what?
It's the same as the other one except half the cost.
Come on. Come on. Focus, focus, focus, focus, focus. More pixels. Bigger pixels. Hold on. you know what it's the same as the other one except uh half the cost come on come on focus
focus focus focus focus more pixels bigger pixels hold on can i do different pixels
still on me yes have you heard of like holding up your hand behind it whatever this is dumb
that's what i was doing you guys get what i'm saying we have oh it just doesn't like your hand
what did we do i do failing all right here's the facts jack we don't have enough chip foundries
in the u.s we need shenzhen which is true and uh with a yeah yeah i don't want to talk about an option so we're kind
of hosting so wait hold on this also brings in where was i talking in chat with someone about
or a few people about earlier this morning uh semiconductors because they were talking about
china and taiwan isn't taiwan like the first or second uh largest producer of semiconductors
yeah that's what he's talking about that's the foundry foundries are the people who print chips but you're saying in china it's really tight it's really in taiwan
oh we're gonna get into the talk about is taiwan part of china or not well taiwan doesn't think so
and and and here's the here's another thing if china decided because let's just say they are the second
biggest producer they are linked into just about all these prices what if china just decides to
say hey you know what because there's all this rumors of this for years and they decided to
you know take control is the united states going to do something even under trump do you foresee us stepping in that potentially even in a
physical conflict all the way on that side of the world yes you do
yes because people uh like to double down on things
you think we would go to war over it if Do you think we would lose one of the most important technologies?
Well, they're bringing semiconductors to this country, for example.
How about in the sense of the United States, over the past, I think, four administrations, has had a plan set aside as far as how much money they're willing to offer every single one of the researchers and
scientists in Taiwan to leave the country. And they also had a different plan. If there was
ever to start a war between themselves and China, how fast could they get to Taiwan to destroy those
plants and get the people out of there? Well, I know that there's a plan in place right now to
bring heavy production here but
it's not gonna it's gonna take like two or three years there's five to six foundries already in
production basis but to get to states but to get to we already we already took scientists out of
shanghai and south korea but i'm saying our production is not where we are. The two and three leading semiconductor places in the world.
Just saying that we're not nearly where we are today.
All right. We're a couple years off.
You keep going with the, I'm just saying, I'm just saying, I'm just saying.
I know that you're just saying, but I don't care about what you're just saying.
I want to know what the facts are.
That's why I like Suburban.
I asked some facts for you, okay?
Trump says he told TSMC it would be 100% percent tax if it doesn't build in the U.S.
And here is SMC.
I gave him no money.
Great company.
Most powerful in the world.
Biggest chip company in the world.
They're spending two hundred billion dollars in Arizona building one of the biggest plants in the world.
And that's without money.
All I did is say, if you build, if you don't build your plant here you're going to
pay a big tax 25 maybe 50 maybe 75 maybe 100 maybe 400 maybe 400 so if you're asking about facts
those are the facts right there my initial question is do you think that we would go to war if China decided to take over Taiwan?
Do you think we would?
China already says that they own Taiwan.
So in that essence, if you're saying, do you think we would go to war if China said that we were no longer allowed to access semiconductors out of Taiwan?
I think, no, we wouldn't go to war over such a thing. I think we would just be like, oh, you're saying we can't have the semiconductors out of Taiwan? I think, no, we wouldn't go to war over such a thing.
I think we would just be like,
oh, you're saying we can't have the semiconductors?
Okay, we're just going to take the scientists.
I think they would take everything,
not only the scientists,
but they would ensure that manufacturing...
We're already obviously prepping for it.
We're just not...
We're just not at the level we need to be yet.
So that's why this conversation has been such a big deal over
the past i'd say eight solid years because like it got brought up during trump's admin
first administration because even then he saw it as such a big power constraint for the rest of the
world to have number one and number three both be associated with the ccp number two being
in south korea because sony that's fair they're just they do their own thing congratulations
sony but having taiwan and shanghai like that's that is such a big command of the market. I will say Sony does seem to skirt under the radar pretty nicely.
Number four, UMC, United Microelectronics Corporation, also in Taiwan.
So again, actually, I think that's the one that the U.S. was talking about fully taking in.
Then you have number five, Global Found which is uh the one the good thing the good thing
though is if there was pressure from mainland put on them i believe that they would a lot of people
would you know flee especially in that businesses would would come to the states more so you know
before it escalated too quickly but so at six Six out of the top ten are based in China.
How many are specifically based in Taiwan, do you think?
Out of the six?
Shit, I don't know. Four?
So if you think for a moment that we're going to be like yeah china you guys can do whatever
you want with taiwan no yeah that's why i was asking i mean i'm not saying that i don't think
that we would go to war we're going to take everything but that's like the the the let's
say the worst possible situation is an actual war over it but do you think that things could escalate because of
a semiconductor business in the next you know let's say in this presidency because we aren't
up to par with production yet if we were then yes we would try to take him with whatever but we would
still are like we would have influence ourselves we would have more control especially if we're
trying to bring manufacturing back on top
what do you think this is all been about yeah when when we're looking at the top 10
six are in china four specifically in taiwan then you have one in california you have one in israel
you have one in um south korea and in South Korea.
And maybe there's more than that in China.
So number one is
TSMC, which is Taiwan.
I thought Samsung was bigger.
No, TSMC is the largest wait based on what
uh revenue or what are we talking about here
uh revenue market share everything no i thought literally no no samsung was higher as far as
revenue was concerned, no?
I thought, okay, let me pull this up.
I'm pretty sure.
I'm sending this to you. Sorry to take us into the weeds, everyone.
Feel free to check the private chat real quick
so you can see exactly what I'm talking about.
But when it comes down to it,
why don't you just share my screen for this one,
which is so weird.
Here, I'll just...
Let's see.
So we're going to go here real quick, and then we'll do that.
Okay, I see that you're saying the top 10 in the world.
Samsung second.
So right here.
When we're looking at this list, by far, by far the number one tsmc destroys everyone revenue market share there's
wrecking people they got it they're on lock that's why it's such a big deal that they're going to
arizona to put in what is it like 200 billion dollars because it literally is such a big deal
at how well and how efficient they are at producing semiconductors.
Okay, so I get how these guys are trying to pitch that.
But let's look at an analysis based on people that are looking at money.
Here's mine.
Ten biggest semiconductor companies.
Number one, they give it to Samsung because they –
Okay, so you guys gotta remember market
cap doesn't necessarily mean how well or good they are it's how many people are investing in
that company so don't take this number out of context so revenue 202 billion dollars like
that's a lot um which is weird because their net income is just about 15 billion okay um nvidia
net income is just about 15 billion okay um nvidia we got 79 almost having you know almost 80 billion
dollars as far as far as revenue and income but their their net is just so bad it's like look at
that i know it's incredible so i mean their their their cost completely compared to what they pull
in like i mean that ratio like right there it's amazing it's they're
making more than wait what was samsung how much is samsung net what was it 14 yeah yeah so
technically in actual revenue and like for like a stockholder you know like in profits you're
looking at you know not your your leader there like well here's the thing though nvidia is only manufacturing nvidia chips samsung con like they
they contract so much like i've i've had chips sent to samsung myself so like uh it's not just
samsung chips they're literally making chips for everybody i will also say samsung has the better
chips out of all these manufacturers uh when it comes to people they can actually use because uh you know
csm here great wonderful their chips overheat especially when you're dealing with asics
samsung has a much better product than they do um so there is that and there are different asic
manufacturers i know i was going to talk about asics in here um they're asic manufacturers
that use samsung versus these guys.
And some people that were using Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing and then
switched over to Samsung because of the overheating issues with their ASICs.
So some, you know, not all chips are made the same is all I'm saying, but I get it.
It's okay. We can, you know, dice this up different ways and, you know,
come up with different answers essentially. You know what I mean?
It's just how you, how you look at it because um yeah uh intel dude poor intel they've been they've been hurting speaking then of intel i mean maybe they should make a better
product so it says someone uh suburban crypto said then why is intel cutting staff production
and vendors and vendors you can you can argue that they're the largest in the U.S. and they're shrinking.
Also, remember when the ice storm hit Austin?
Yes, I do because I was in Houston and my power was out for two weeks and it destroyed our state.
We couldn't take it.
And we had no connection to anyone else's power grid, so we couldn't even borrow power.
Thanks, everyone.
Took us a better part of a year to catch up from a one-week weather event.
We're so far behind.
Yeah, well, they moved tons of tech to Austin.
Everyone's there.
I mean, Dell, Apple, I mean, you name it.
Yeah, Tesla.
Essentially, there was a two-week shutdown there was a solid week shutdown
but the state was pretty much like crippled for two weeks and then there was multiple areas in
places where there it was longer than that so yeah but intel is cutting their staff production
vendors i mean yeah a weather event set them
behind but even if there wasn't the weather event i don't think that you know they'd be
neck and neck with anyone else at the moment right now i mean their new gens just
just aren't nearly as good by a long shot so i i struggle with anything intel if you're gonna
tell me that they're gonna to be like a leading chip
I'm just saying about raw goods to other suppliers.
this is where,
this is where we have to like,
think about the go down the rabbit hole.
We'd have to go down the rabbit hole because you,
we need to,
you got to see who they're supplying.
And I don't know offhand i wouldn't i wouldn't know enough to to really fully comment on
on intel's business in the states but um
yeah i mean i wonder what raw goods offhand there's unless they're they could be having control on raw
goods sending to the suppliers that they're manufacturing for their own stuff like if intel
owns or has partial control of the supply the supply from from country or like out of country
into manufacturing like if they have a specific metal or some sort of mine like that
where they have the raw goods and they're sending it.
I'm trying to find any info on it right now.
You know what really blocks my chain over here with Intel?
The fact that they still haven't fixed their chips
and the fact that they're overheating and those chips are burning
one little tiny, tiny processor at a time.
So what are you running?
What chips do you run?
Do I have a choice right now?
I got an Intel. How many fans have you run? Do I have a choice? Right now I got an Intel.
How many fans do you got now?
I also have an Intel family.
That one I have 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7.
4, 5, 6, 7.
Oh no, plus the 2 for my
I got 8 plus my GPU.
Yeah, I got 7 plus the 2.
And I still worry about this running hat
wait do you have any heat sinks do i what's your heat sink method uh i have a liquid cooled version
so yeah i have a liquid cool version just on just on the the heat sink not the whole system
oh okay yeah yeah the hell what is that hey oh sorry show and tell with What is that?
Show and tell with action!
Is that hooked up right now?
Let me pick up my computer, boys!
No, this is not. That thing's as big as you.
What kind of Autobot you got right there?
Is that an Alienware?
Oh, so it's a Decepticon.
Decepticon.
This guy's struggling.
And yes, down on crypto, you're right.
Most of the time, if I am going to be looking at computer parts in the future,
AMD is definitely a good route to be going.
Especially if you want high memory.
Or you can take Dabitola's way of getting want high memory. Or you can take
Dabatola's way of getting
some high memory.
Wait, how is that?
There's several ways.
There's a preferred way.
Then there's the ways
when you have no choice.
And then there's other people's you have no choice and then there's other people
ways which you go along with
trying to like show and tell his computer
no I was trying to see if this was
looking cool inside too so it is
this is what it looks like
GeForce RTX I love to see that
this is where I should rock you with the outro that would have been funny GeForce RTX, I'd love to see that.
This is where I should rock you with the outro.
That would have been funny.
Ten minutes early, it wouldn't have worked.
I got Toki last time on your channel.
That's true.
That's true.
It's just like showing how do I grab one of my computers on the floor here and just start opening up? Look at this one from 2016.
Don't you have a cool one that you were doing all your nodes on?
Next door I got...
No, I got mini PC next door for a couple nodes.
And then I got a stack here that I should be doing for something.
But I don't have anything special except for yourself no um yeah no the only cool tower a really cool tower i have that i'm
held on to is uh the old mac tower the cheese grater style which is like it's probably like
25 years old or or something about that It's not that old. Come on.
It's at least 20.
Apple made a resurgence around 2000.
iPhone came out.
About 15 years, 14 years ago, they came out with little trash cans.
So yeah, it'd be 15 years plus.
Apple, I don't even know what the fucking models.
Sorry, models called Apple cheese grater. You're almost as bad as I did on pump fun, the fucking models... Sorry. Model's called Apple Cheese Grater.
You're almost as bad as I did on Palm Fund, the trucker.
No, I'm...
Can I talk...
Oh, all right.
There's no...
No, yeah, yeah.
All right.
That's 12 years ago?
There is no way. Yeah, 12 years ago was a must be a redone hold on pro series which is a professional since his initial release in 2006 there we go yeah makes
sense i remember that it was right out of high school for you it would have been something else
scott yeah it would have been like if i kept going to school it would have been like if I kept going to school, it would have been like whatever's after graduate, like medical school.
Whatever's after graduate?
Meaning that I would go for four, which means five years of normal college, then a couple more years of graduate school and then medical school.
Meaning that I'm 10 or 15 years way older than action and then I'm a fossil.
That was what I was getting.
I'm old. I feel like you forgot some of the ways that school works, which is more interesting.
I mean, I don't know the progression that you're making there. Cause you're like,
yeah, I went to school for business administration. I got my associates. And then, you know, I went and did like a four year bachelor's and now I have a four year. And then I went and did a four-year bachelor's.
And now I have a bachelor's in science.
Technically, you wouldn't do a four-year bachelor's.
And then I went back to school.
And I did a graduate program.
And now I have my other thing, which is just above.
But it's not that one.
And then I went for my other program so I could become a master's.
No, I'm sorry.
And then I went for my master's to go get my PhD.
You missed it.
You missed it because when he was leaving high school at 18,
he was trying to say that I'm like 30 something years old.
I was 17 when I graduated high school.
Mr. Smarty pants over here, graduate 17 or,
or born on like the last day of the cutout.
No, I skipped seventh grade. Cause it was boring.
Now we're getting into technicality.
Anyways, I neededity anyways I needed to
add enough post education after high school
together to equal like 20 years
when I got here from Brazil they put me
in 5th grade I didn't learn anything
new until 8th
that's how
amazing the education system is in the
US that's what I'm trying to say
oh so you're saying
we should destroy it
no we should make it better we should allow parents that actually care to help their kids
and give the instructions that they deserve that they need that's what i think we should do but
let me talk to y'all about credit real quick because we got like five minutes and i i'm just
curious about other people out there um and this is kind of personal, but I'm putting it out there either way because I don't know what's going on.
And I want to know if anybody has some insight into this.
Why is this credit 450?
No, not even that, dude.
My credit score dropped 30 points on the six.
30 points out of the blue.
But you're not the only one.
No, but I'll go go i don't even care like like
my available credit went down um six thousand dollars my total balance went up four thousand
uh credit usage went up uh but 30 freaking points my credit score has not been this low
since well i have data up until you know may of 2023 and yeah it's never been this low over the last
few years at 773 and i've been looking it up and other people have been getting some of something
like it's similar so i'm curious if this is a toki a toki line here so i'm curious if uh
this is happening to more people because is there something across
the board that's just like going yeah everybody needs to um you know get their act together so
we're just dropping um credit scores because this is not normal not normal at all i mean the the big
three could be you're right could be uh pulling the, I don't know what you want to call it, requirements or whatever it is to calculate it.
And everyone scaled back a little bit and then it put certain things out of reach.
Right before we went live, even I was showing action, I dropped 55 points.
And yet all my balances have been going down.
The amount of debt that I have has only been going down.
I've been paying off my mortgage.
I have my truck payment and I have my credit card.
And all of those balances have been going down.
And the amount of available funds that I have has been going up.
So I literally don't understand how I just lost 55 points.
It makes no sense.
It could be something across the board.
They don't even give me a good reason for it.
No, it could be like action was leading to,
like an auto-correction across the board where, you know.
That's what I'm wondering.
If they're really tightening everybody's belt.
And then all that ends up doing is like, okay, for us,
last I checked, I was like right on the 800 thing.
I was trying to pull it up early.
But even if I dropped down to 750, 770, pretty much all the stuff that I would use my credit for, loans and different things, within reason, are going to be approved because of showing income and all those other things.
income and all those other things. You know what I mean? But the group of people that are in that,
You know what I mean?
let's say five 50 to seven 20 or seven, whatever range in there, if you're at like a six 80 and
that correction dropped you to like a six 30, that definitely can mean a huge difference on
if you're going to get approved for your house, that mortgage or not. And I'm not talking about like, Oh,
your dream house,
just the house just to get by,
or other things,
auto loans.
whatever it might be,
even people on the lower end where it's like that have to,
can't pay a big electric bill and they have to make payments toward it.
Like it could affect how,
how scheduling of that.
my electric bill is almost seven thousand
dollars and it just became due i love it and that's what solar that's 32 panels man 32 panels
this is where you put a wallet address up on the screen here for power donations because you're
testing everyone's miners out instead of you see that commercial with the animals it's action with miners on the ground
he's just playing with them and the wires yeah yeah he's like by the
he's by the outlet but he can't plug it in he's like
can't do it he goes and plugs one in and the rest of the power of the house goes down
everything goes black
it's the right action 70 cents a kilowatt you got that no problem The power of the house goes down. Everything goes black.
It's the right action.
70 cents a kilowatt.
You got that.
No problem.
I really don't got that.
I really don't got that.
I would have moved out of state.
I would have moved already.
My electric bill, with the amount of electric I use,
that would be over seven times what I pay. Holy smokes. I mean, my electric is head right now. No. And I'm so, I can't even imagine because I'm like, I probably pay like
six grand in electric already. I've been paying like $40,000 a year in electric already i've been paying like forty thousand dollars a year in electric
or something all i can think is that if action you're saying your top end rate was 70 cents
your average is like 45 50 right yes something around there it's like on average on average
you're 10 times more expensive than I am.
Well, some of us got goods to show for that.
Look, I don't care how many chickens you have in your house and how many eggs you're selling.
During peak, it gets so much above that 10x factor where I'm like, I don't think that I could commit.
With what I currently earn, I don't think that I could commit to living in a state
where I would functionally not be able to.
One thing.
The power is only on in his studio right now.
Like the house, everything else is off.
My kids are freezing right now.
The kids can't do anything.
I gave him extra blankets.
They're playing with the chickens.
They play with chickens and cardboard, actually.
They're really good at making things out of cardboard
you think I'm joking
that part I'm dead serious about
his father-in-law keeps the fire running at all times
bingo that's it
I will say this piece though
if you think about it
things are a little bit backwards here
people are getting their drugs from the store
and getting their eggs from
the black market
it's really odd but yeah that is kind of how california sounds right now i mean i'm i'm
i'm moving some eggs not gonna lie i just i'll say i do know a farm where they stopped
selling one thing to sell another thing and i was like you did what now he's like it was
it's somehow worked out for me i was like no way
he's like yeah dude it's kind of weird it takes less time and i was like i don't know i don't
know what to say to you right now he's like i'm still growing but like you know i just sell eggs
now i'm like action you need like five x on the amount of chickens you have to offset
yeah i i really really do Because right now, I'm getting
I would never do it. I'm getting around 20
eggs or so a day,
roughly. So,
I'm selling about five dozens,
five dozen eggs a week.
And I consume the rest.
What's five dozen
go for now? Like six grand? 50 bucks.
50 bucks. Yeah. I mean, I'm not the price gougers i should
start telling people that tariffs are up so it's more expensive because that's what you're going
to be seeing all over the place people doing you know surcharges for tariffs they're just looking
for excuses to charge you more money like that's what you're going to see left and right is people
literally you know price gouging and using it as an excuse
that's made in america and they quote tariffs as the reason for a price so you can be like
so it's not made in america huh but it happens every time it happens every single time people take advantage of the system they change it to designed in america that's the word yeah
that's what apple did that's an apple thing they're like
at least we got to put america on it you guys you guys saw the private assembled in america what
yeah assembled in america that's the other one yeah but the thing with assembly in america
i don't and it's been years since i've known the actual real information like the accurate
percentages and stuff but in But in trade ports for assembly
is where there's generally the tax breaks. So that's why you get that like assembled in America,
because what they'll do is they'll have their warehouses or their assembly stuff happening in
this proximity of land in the trade port areas and stuff. So I don't know if that's still a big
thing, but i've seen because
i was in the auto industry for a while i saw some of that shift with like hyundai for example
where they were doing stuff uh at the one port but now instead they have a huge huge plant and
i think it's in alabama or something like that oh yeah okay so so half yeah so like half of their
vehicles now,
or more than half that in the United States aren't just like assembled,
but they're claiming now it's more manufacturing and everything else.
and whatever.
but the trade ports was a good way to skirt some of that stuff.
I don't know how that,
I don't know how that's going to come into play when with tariffs,
maybe they'll use that as leverage to get those companies to actually set up physical shop here and move more towards a manufacturing base.
There are so many different, quote-unquote, sneaky ways of going about doing that, like a big one, especially for ASICs and miners.
I consult people with this.
I consult people with this.
I literally made six figures with some of this stuff, but I'll tell you all anyway.
So if you have the right people at UPS, you can actually get bulk shipments into the country at a lower rate.
And then from there, what you can do is actually get those guys.
They will repackage and ship direct to consumer for you so you send pallets in from china and when it gets to well
ideally you want to get you want to get on the plane because things move so fast as far as
our asic world is concerned but they will repackage it all and send it to individual customers for you
like they have that as part of their offering which is kind of wild that people don't take
advantage of um but you know how i told you guys I was going to do the,
I was going to do the,
what's the sign guy again?
I just want to hear you say it.
the homie.
I'm going to,
I'm going to,
I'm going to use at 12 o'clock.
It's 12 o'clock.
So no one's going to really speak much here.
Toki and I don't want to get rubbed.
It's near.
Did you guys see the private chat?
Take a look at the private chat.
That is important guys.
I got to repeat part of what you said in private chat in private chat.
He's like,
don't run yet.
For anyone who's first time tuning in here it just started with action you know the last person you don't know who it
is could be a guest could be one of us and it cuts to the outro i'm surprised that hasn't happened
right now and uh and then stream in so right in the middle of what they thought was going to be
important to say and And it's gone.
No, but I don't know.
We don't know.
It's Russian roulette here.
Any of us could do it at any time.
But action saying we got actual good things to talk about.
Some more stuff.
So don't run.
Real quick.
Real quick.
Real quick.
I just want to like, I'm going to do that.
The, you know, the, the Tony video. I'm going to use this one here instead.
Oh, no, no, no, no, no, no. The homies. know the tony video i'm gonna use this one here instead uh yeah we're gonna we're gonna do that
crowd wasn't uh wasn't too impressed i don't think but i don't think anybody was he's he's a good
dude doing some funny stuff and if you don't if
you haven't seen his con some of his content uh like that he has tons of other stuff that dates
back a bit that he goes in the mime and just takes as much pain as he can without saying anything
i forget there was one with like fluorescent light bulbs and all sorts of other stuff.
So it's floating out there.
But I was on America's Got Talent or not America.
Canada's Got Talent.
It's the lower.
Even though he's been staying in the States the whole time for like the last year now.
That was Jakey.
Yeah, that was Jakey.
Okay. Okay. yeah okay okay they probably couldn't do a close-up on on it actually hitting because
all the logos that he has tattooed on him would probably they'd probably need to blur them out
or get permission it's got like mtv logos and all sorts of silly stuff that is yeah
yeah so that's why we weren't rugging yet i mean that So that's why we weren't rugging yet?
That's part of why we weren't
rugging yet.
Toki has been doing his job,
I guess is the other piece.
Toki, you've been dying to share something.
I know you want to put it on screen, right?
That is true.
You want me to do it?
I'm more rugged. on screen right that is true that is true you want me to do it i'm gonna do it uh oh it's real we're good no outro no you messaged this and i and i are you uh tweeted this and i go oh no lol and you go oh yes oh yeah so as far as i'm concerned this is crazy news um justice department actually
moving forward and disbanding their crypto enforcement team whether for the good or the bad
as far as what we can see right now i'm still not sure how to take this news this is hilarious
this should just read like u.s justice department gives all cowboys revolvers loaded
and dump them in a a flat this is why uh scott has not had a youtube channel guys uh because
he's tried 17 times and they all get canceled because of the stuff he says am i allowed not to say that
it's not even bad it could have been it could have gone south real quick no i mean i could
take it really bad i'm not gonna say how it's done and what they're gonna do and you know get
you have in the past though oh but not on youtube you just don't think about it it's just like
it's just stuff we
say dude i get it i get it that's it i'm launching a pump fun stream i'm gonna join that trucker guy
because i have a trucker mouth let's go let's see if there's any more live ones right now
let's see refresh no no but no no no stay on this for a second because okay
this is actually really crazy trucker's gone by the way just just fyi
zoom in a little bit because we can't but we got a paris blockchain week token i believe that
so here's one of the biggest portions uh as far as what they're saying is part of the order that Trump has put out for them to basically be following.
They believe that less focus is needed on the cryptocurrency enforcement and more focus needs to be put towards the drug cartels and terrorist groups that are actively participating and forming around the United States.
participating and forming around the United States. So it feels weird to a degree to hear
this being the reason. Focus less on the cryptocurrency investigations at the same time.
It also means that they're not focusing as hard on the regulatory framework of certain aspects as well. They're also not focusing on, let's say, like certain mixers or tornado or certain things
where before we were very confused on like how the people that necessarily didn't do
anything wrong, they were just providing a service.
They didn't know who was using the service.
They knew, of course, that sure, there's a chance that someone could use this as their
methodology but again most of the time and like you can have someone trace it out in the end it
is on the blockchain but for a lot of this like it's a very weird change in stance i don't know
i still don't know how to take it i don't know if this is a good thing or a bad thing i'm wondering
if it's like you you strip all of this away so that you could
move forward with trying to create proper framework or as close to, you know what I mean?
Like if you have all these different, let's say different cases or letters out to people
and some is like a tornado cache, even though I know they reversed that a while ago or whatever.
And, and others are individuals that maybe are using, you know, some things like a tornado cash, even though I know they reversed that a while ago or whatever. And, and others are individuals that maybe are using,
some things like that.
Like it's not like a pressure supplied evenly legally to all these people.
so maybe this is something where it's like,
we're not doing any of this.
And then at some point you get that framework,
that regulation, this is how it's going to be. This is the kind of business that we're at some point you get that framework, that regulation,
this is how it's going to be. This is the kind of business that we're, that, you know,
we're going to be looking at, or maybe these are the type of businesses need to register.
Who knows what it could be. Right. And then people navigate how they use their crypto or
do their business. So I was thinking about it in a similar stance initially
from like, especially when I made that like,
oh yeah post, I was thinking like,
how often have we seen companies like Coinbase
where they're like, yeah, we just got told
that we're getting a letter and they want us to,
they want us to tell them all the companies that we have their securities.
But there's no framework on what securities are.
Yeah, but we don't know what the security is and we don't know how to tell them because
the regulatory framework that they sent us literally doesn't tell us what it's going
Yeah, it doesn't outline any of this for us.
We've seen that time and time and time and time and time again.
And a lot of money is dumped into resources to go after on both sides.
Look, the government's not going to care how much the company is defending themselves or whatever is going to pay.
They don't care about that.
But if you have a lot of these going on and there's more projects, more blockchains, more things popping up that are doing the same or similar things as other ones that are going after, there's a lot of resources that need to be dedicated.
That's a lot of money.
That's a lot of taxpayer money.
Yeah, that's – so –
I have a question.
I have a question.
Am I safe?
Am I safe?
Because I saw this pump fun thing that was going on.
And the dude that was streaming for Paris Blockchain Week,
I basically bought it.
And then his connection was shaky.
I'm like, he's about to drop.
He's about to disconnect.
So I bought it before.
He lost his connection.
And then as soon as he disconnected, I sold.
Would they come after me?
They don't have the time.
Okay, great.
So let's do some more of these.
It's the other thing is, is if we have people doing scams or doing this stuff and they're not even from our country.
Like, well, this guy is in is in france like the
resources right like what could you do you can block you try to block your own citizens like we
do and then there's vpns and then there's whatever but you know like at the end of the day you're
gonna put up a lot of resources on maybe these people will come into the country. Maybe a country will work with us.
What if you have one country that's got, you know, a thousand people immediately that are in violate?
Like, what are you going to you're not going to round them all up?
Well, again, that's that's genuinely how it felt. Memo from the Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. He is stating and basically accusing Joe Biden's administration of pursuing a reckless strategy of regulation by prosecution.
And it's hard to argue.
That's genuinely how it felt across the board.
Like no one was safe.
They had no idea how blockchain, how crypto worked.
They saw Silk Road.
They had their eyes focused on some stuff like that and didn't realize how there's so much upside to it or whatever.
And they didn't have their pockets full early on to get in on the action too.
So it was, well, there's no laws made up about this but you know what we're
gonna just sue you because we can and we're you know and hey not just put loans from other countries
you know you know that speaking about maybe money we don't have now so wasn't there something not too long ago about elon trump or whatever wanting to go
into fort knox and like see the gold gold yeah i guarantee you you go in that place
you open up one thing and it's full of iou slips
it's just the amount of i i'd have to check this but probably the amount of gold that's supposed
to be in there doesn't equal what we say we have anyways you know what i mean like like you couldn't
it's like iou slips or there's like an ipad in there that's plugged in and it's just like running
the total balance of like what we owe various people on the flip side of that the conversation
about gold is that the united states has actually been secreting away more gold than we've ever actually announced it's not there
that'd be funnier hey guys remember that gold that we secretly mined it's under the denver airport
sorry through a curveball let's really let's really get conspiracy with politics and put it
all together i mean if you want to get really conspiracy how many times have there been where
people have said that they found gold treasures or past um past different things whether it's in
arizona or new mexico uh the one was in virginia there's another one here in Pennsylvania that was supposed to be national funds.
The treasure hunt of all treasure hunts.
I don't think they've – please tell me they found something.
That show has been on for like, I don't know how, like the curse of Oak Island.
Yo, what the – yo, are you guys going to find something?
Are you going to prove something?
They found something.
It was that – They probably buried like effing two seasons ago. Yo, are you guys going to find some real? Are you going to prove something? They found something.
They probably buried like effing two seasons ago.
It was like, what, six or seven years ago when they dug that one hole and then everything collapsed and they pulled out that piece of paper.
That piece of paper was super old, dude.
They just scanned the pyramids.
They found stuff under there that's super old too. but they can't explain that one well we can't explain the other one either man and so
like a post so hear me out hear me out hear me out the world before it looked super different
and the water levels were way lower and so you know oak island oak island the the whole
it wasn't necessarily an island at the time
what was it it was hey what's up but it's not something genzio is afraid of if you want to
survive you got to build a house
thanks so much for joining us today
