I can't hear anything.
Should I be able to?
No, you're all good, man.
You're all good.
I was getting everything all set up, retweeting out the room, putting it in the Discord.
I'm on the run today, man.
I'm out of my house.
I don't have music.
But hey, we're going to kick it off right anyway.
Yes, we are.
How are you?
I'm good, man.
Well, if you're out on the road, safe travels.
And just, yeah, I know with the holiday, at least here in the States, I've seen so much
traffic out here on the coast.
So we're hanging.
I guess I'm not really out on the road.
I'm actually four houses down from my house because there's some work going on inside my
It was a little noisy.
I had to get out of there in a space where it's nice and quiet, where we can chat with
you guys and get to know what's going on with NARA FDL.
Yeah, definitely.
So you're getting some work done on your house?
No, we just have somebody in there helping us out with something that's a little noisy.
No worries to go into detail on it.
No problem.
No problem.
Good morning.
Good afternoon.
How are you, dude?
What's going on, man?
Doing good, actually.
I got my son falling asleep on my chest, so nothing better than that, man.
And I'm watching some Jamie O'Brien surf videos on the tube, so doing good, man.
Let's go, man.
So beautiful.
Nice to meet you.
My daughter's watching Scooby-Doo right now.
I don't know which one.
Oh, that's awesome.
Yeah, good to meet you, brother.
Good to meet you.
How old's your daughter?
She is three, so she turns four in October.
This one is What's New, Scooby-Doo?
So me and my wife, or my wife and I, we've been pointing out the differences between each
one and how we can tell what decade it came from and even down to, like, this was early
This was late 2000s, just based on the music and some of the pop culture references.
So pretty cool.
Pretty cool.
Love it, man.
I noticed that they keep coming out with Scooby-Doo's.
My kids love them, too.
My kid is, I have a son that's five and a daughter that's 12, and they'll both go back
and re-watch some of the more recent Scooby-Doo's, and I'm not mad at it either.
I'm a dad.
I like to watch cartoons with my kids.
I'm a huge kid.
Cartoons is about 95% of what I watch, so it works out really well, and we enjoy cartoons
in this family.
I already got a couple of tattoos from them, and I am sure to have a few more before my
time on this earth is done.
Yeah, I'm hoping my kids are like the 90s.
It's all about the Haybear right now.
Am I right, Obi?
What is that?
I said it's all about the Haybear right now.
Am I right?
Oh, I don't even know what that is, actually.
You can get on YouTube Kids and look up Haybear Baby Sensory.
My four-month-old loves it.
Oh, really?
Yeah, my boys are almost two months, so they've been pretty much just watching what we watch
right now.
Yeah, he started enjoying that around two to three months, I think.
Haybear is what it was called?
It's just a bunch of dancing fruit and funky rave music for babies.
It's kind of awesome.
The songs are pretty catchy.
Yep, we'll check that out here today.
We got some time here today.
Well, as we're moving through this, I see Shredding Sassy just popped up on the main account.
I believe it's Jake.
What's going on, Jake?
How are you?
Yo, yo, yo, yo, yo.
Yeah, I'm good, buddy.
Just, yeah.
Getting through the day.
Looking forward to a bit of a chat this evening.
Finally chill down.
Have a chat with Shredding.
How are you doing, man?
Jake, I need to know how many phone calls were you on today regarding Shredding Sassy?
Probably 10, 15.
How'd it go?
You're keeping better count than I.
Hopefully some sums off of it, though.
It'll be nice.
So, yeah, fingers crossed.
It's been a busy day, though.
But, yeah, it's been handy.
You've been on the same amount, to be honest with you.
Yeah, man.
It's been busy.
It's been busy.
But stoked to be here with you all, the Sassy fam.
Mondays and Fridays are my favorite because we just get to hang out, chill.
So, see what's going on.
Talk to different communities, different projects.
And that's what we're doing today.
I was hoping to have Keith come up when he has a sec.
I know Keith has some announcements that he wants to make that I'm super stoked about.
So, Keith, whenever you get a sec, pop up.
And, oh, there he is right there.
Keith, man, how was your weekend?
Yo, how's everyone doing?
Yeah, I'm stoked.
Great weekend.
Weather was beautiful.
So, we were able to kind of get out, do a bunch of gardening.
We've got a pretty big garden.
We grow a lot of our own vegetables.
Got some time at the pool with the kiddo.
Went down to the farmer's market yesterday.
They have a couple bounce houses that they put up every Sunday.
And my kid is a bounce house psycho.
So, yeah, we had a blast over the weekend.
Just kind of now managing the yard a bit.
Trying to mitigate and handle.
We've got a big tick problem right now because of all the rain and stuff.
So, other than that, yeah, great.
Made a couple good sassy buys over the weekend.
Struck some deals.
Sparked some interest for my boy, Ollie, which I know he just managed to sort something out
that he's been hoping to get his hands on for quite some time.
Was on the call with him for about an hour today just sorting out stuff on my end.
So, yeah, great.
Great weekend.
Weather's beautiful.
Looking forward to the fourth.
Yeah, no complaints.
How's everyone else out there?
Doing great, dude.
Dude, it's all.
It's a holiday weekend.
Doing excellent.
Spent some time with family.
Just went out and checked on my garden myself.
Now I'm just chilling with my son, my fiance, and her sister.
And ate some lobster for lunch.
So, life's good, man.
Gee, some lobster.
Okay, I'll see you.
Is it Casey on the Gnar account right now?
It's Caleb or Gnar Father.
I'm any of the ones.
It's all good.
Copy was one of my nicknames during high school.
Don't ask me exactly what it meant.
It was something my friends came up with.
And, hell, I just rolled with it, you know?
When you get nicknames, you just own them.
Love it, man.
So, I believe Keith's son is the same age.
Keith, your son is three, or has he turned three yet?
I think it's pretty close to the same age there, right?
He just turned four.
Oh, just turned four.
Okay, that was it.
There you go, man.
Those bounce houses for kids, man.
They live their best life in those things.
Bro, he's...
Yes, they do.
All I know is my kid's an addict.
Drive around town trying to find where a free bounce house is.
That's not someone's birthday party, so we're not at the party's.
I was just going to say, man, Aspen's not huge, right?
You guys can crash most of the parties and be okay, I bet.
Yeah, generally, you know one or two people.
Or, at this point, people know my son more than they know me.
They're like, that's JP.
Dude, I love it.
I love it.
Well, Keith, man, I know that you had a bit of an announcement you wanted to make today.
So, before we get in with Nari F. Dow, let's hear it, man.
What's going on on the athlete front from Shredding Fassie?
Yeah, man, we have been busy, you know, all hands on deck, Sickles, myself, Ollie, you
know, the boys.
Everybody's just been real busy right now.
But super stoked to announce we've locked in two more of our Paris snowboarders, Mike
Miner and Zach Miller.
Miner was on the Go Skate Space.
He's a big skate head as well and is on that forefront of the Paris skateboarding side of
He's done some stuff at Dew Tour, competed a few times, and just an absolute ripper.
And, you know, I've known Miner since the beginning of his career, as well as Zach.
So, super cool, super stoked that we finally got them locked in.
And Zach, I've known since he was probably like 12 or 13.
I mean, you know, they're both my teammates on the U.S. team for snowboarding.
And Zach is quickly becoming one of mine and Ollie's biggest competitors.
Absolute ripper.
So, we're stoked to finally get him in.
And he's actually up.
He's nominated for an ESPY right now.
So, for all of our U.S. folks, I'm sure you know what that means.
But for our EU folks, if you don't know, it's ESPN's version of, like, the Grammy.
So, but sports related.
So, he's been nominated for an ESPY for Best Athlete with a Disability, I believe.
So, if anyone wants to go out there, go to ESPN.com.
You know, ESPY's voting is open right now.
It closes on the 7th.
So, we're trying to get him a bunch of love and see if we can get him on that stage.
Yeah, I love it, man.
That's amazing.
Such a big accomplishment.
A big honor to even be nominated for the ESPYs.
I mean, I've been watching them since I was a kid, right?
You know, the best of the best athletes are nominated to win.
So, so freaking cool that he got a sassy.
And I'll be stoked to hear, you know, kind of an intro space for him in the future.
That'll be cool to kind of get him, get to know him better in more of a long-term term.
Well, a long-form conversation via Twitter space.
It'll be cool.
Yeah, super stoked.
We'll be announcing those spaces as we can lock them in due to everyone's schedules.
So, yeah, really pumped on all that.
And just, dude, massive shout-out to you as well for all your help getting everything locked in.
I cannot tell you how much I appreciate you, bro.
I don't know if I'm helping, but I love it when I get a DM from you at like 10 o'clock and I'm like,
hell yeah, I'm available.
What are we doing?
Pumps me up.
Pumps me up when everybody's engaged and everybody's super stoked to just provide value and grow this thing that we have going here because it's so fun.
And you're right, man.
Mike was on the skate day space.
It was cool to get to know him.
I'm interested to see if Mike's going to make it to Lugano because I know that there's some skate things going on in Lugano.
It'd be cool to see if Mike was doing some work over there.
Bro, it'd be so rad to have him over there.
And, you know, he's all about the community vibe in general.
You know, he's been a bit of a lone wolf throughout his career at times.
And I think he just really sees the value in an awesome community and super stoked to be a part of the Sassy.
Community.
So I'm stoked to, like, actually get a proper intro space going with him because I know he's really jazzed about it.
I had a great conversation with him last night.
And if we could get him over to Lugano and have him throw down, I mean, this kid will break himself to pieces to land a trick.
So, you know, he'll put on a show.
And, you know, he's stoked.
So he'd be a great addition over there.
Oh, he wants to confer.
Yeah, boy.
Mike Miner throws down.
I had a good bit of a, I had a good few days skating with him in Barcelona after we did World Champs.
And, yeah, just seeing his vision on stuff and skating.
And he's all about street skating, you know.
He just loves looking at spots and finding some crazy shit that you can do.
And so, yeah, I'm, I'd be super stoked to try and get him to Lugano.
Hopefully his schedule can fit with ours and we can make some of it work.
But, yeah, kid throws down.
So, so rad.
Just wanted to jump in as they are.
BMG, I'm all.
All right.
Well, we got that early announcement out of the way.
Super stoked for what's going on with it.
Do me a favor.
We're about to jump in with NAR AF Dow.
Please go ahead and retweet the room out.
We got 17 people in here.
Let's get 17 tweets on the space.
And let's do it, man.
I pinned your, your, your pinned tweet to the top, Caleb.
But you mentioned earlier that, that you have a lot of tattoos and you have a lot of cartoon tattoos.
So, I went to the NAR AF Dow website and, you know, your, your main image is a tattoo.
I was wondering, do you have that tattoo?
I don't yet, but it is on my agenda.
Where I live in Oregon, there actually is not a tattoo artist in my town.
It's very, very small.
So, I am planning on it.
I just haven't had a chance to, to do it yet.
But that is exactly that heart with the, the flames.
And, and that, that is going to be tattooed on me a hundred percent.
Heck yeah, man.
Super old school.
I love it.
So, for anybody that hasn't seen it, please go ahead and hit up the, the NAR AF Dow Twitter, Twitter page.
Head over to their website.
Can you, can you give me the website name, Caleb?
So, everybody can go check it out right now.
It's NAR AF Dow dot X, Y, Z.
Yeah, go check, go check that out.
That's going to be tattooed on Caleb's arm if space is available ASAP, huh?
Well, there's definitely space available.
It's just timing is the biggest thing to try to figure out of balancing between in real life, family duties, the multiple ventures and things that I'm juggling.
Cause most people are doing multiple things and I enjoy all of the work that I've been able to do and be able to leverage things that I've been doing in cannabis over the last 20 years into some new aspects of production, as well as the connection with web three and print on demand.
And the kind of counterculture, which fits in with extreme culture, it's all of these subcultures are now have this tremendous avenue to be able to build up their, their brands, their fan base, connect directly with their fans while being sustainable at the same time, because print on demand merchandise is the ultimate just in time inventory because nothing is made until it is ordered.
So that helps to ensure that there's not going to be a waste on designs.
You're, you're able to be super nimble and put up a new, new items and shift as, as new collections come out as well as just being able to expand out on, on product lines as well too.
So that's been really, really exciting for us on what we've been doing for under our AF brands.
We also, we also now, as I put up in the nest, we have, we've been supporting other projects in order to help provide the, the merchandise that they need to, so, because they don't want to handle the logistics of it.
I mean, that's basically what it, what it comes down to is we are, we are licensing an apparel company that helps support individuals, projects, businesses, companies, you name it.
It creates another revenue stream for the assets and clothing is a $14 trillion market.
It is huge.
So you don't have to get a vast percentage of that in order to be successful.
And ultimately it's about the marketing, the communication of what you're doing for your members and just really boiling it down to what is it that, that I'm solving?
Cause every, every company for to, every company needs to be solving a problem.
Um, this, uh, company, this project, uh, we are also a company.
We solve the problem of how do I monetize my NFTs or my assets without selling them?
What if there's no movement on the floor?
Like how, what do I do with it at that point?
Um, the arts fire, we can take it and develop it into a line of merch.
We could take that character, build it into a fully fleshed brand with values and missions, uh, and, and a vision for that story and create an entire universe.
Around that singular NFT that is, uh, that is a tangent or a fan fiction or an offshoot of what, uh, people have been doing with, uh, entertainment and stories since we've been people.
They all add their own personal touch to it and, uh, get their voice heard within it.
So it's, it's a really, really beautiful time that we're, we're in.
Yeah, for sure.
Caleb and a lot to unpack there.
I do have a lot of questions kind of based on what you just said.
Um, you know, I have questions regarding, you know, whether you primarily work with, um, you know, owners or collectors of NFTs looking to use their IP rights to, uh, to develop a brand or a story around a certain character.
Or, uh, do you primarily work with, um, NFT brands or projects that are, uh, you know, combined, um, you know, what is your primary target market, uh, in that sense?
But I also do want you to kind of maybe start from the beginning as well.
Um, you know, how did, uh, uh, NAR AFDAO come about and, uh, and, and kind of what was the goals initially when you launched it?
Yeah, definitely.
Definitely.
So, uh, I hit upon the idea for NAR AFDAO.
Uh, it is an extension of my very first project that I dropped called NAR NAR Walls, uh, that I was brand new into NFTs.
Uh, and I like to learn by doing, uh, so I went ahead and launched a collection of, uh, that's where I got the, the inspiration about, uh, NAR and NARLY and just, it really, it brought up a lot of really good feels from my childhood as well as it was in a creative outlet that I really needed at that point in time.
Uh, there was a lot of stuff going on in, in my personal life and I just, that was a tremendous outlet for me to, to work through things.
So I dropped my collection and, uh, it's, uh, didn't go as well as, as planned and my team dipped happens.
Uh, so what I did is I decided to then take that collection, go ahead.
Uh, I ended up launching it on Polygon as a version two, something I did entirely on my own.
Um, but what really hit me, uh, around January, February of 22 was, I think it was my fourth rug that had been down.
I was like, great.
I have this art.
What do I do with it now?
Like what's I, I, I, I can't sell it.
I don't want to just spend the money to get rid of it.
There was something that had me buy it initially.
So I, I kind of, I just did an inventory of looking of like, what is it about NFTs?
What is it about this industry?
What is really drawing me to it?
Uh, it was a collector aspect.
Uh, uh, I love to collect things.
I have, uh, rocks and basketball cards.
Those have been my other two, uh, in real life mediums.
And I am a huge collector and, and I just love to support others that are doing great work also.
Um, so I had all of these NFTs and I'm like, all right, what, so what do I do with them now?
And I was familiar with Maddie's.
I was familiar with a few other companies that were partnering directly with projects to where they were providing, uh, the, the merchandise.
It was all just directly from the NFT printed.
It was, there was no customization.
There was no, uh, no changes, nothing like that.
Um, so I, at that point saw, well, wait, okay, let's, how about we put together a company that creates print on demand merchandise using all of these assets?
Because so many of these projects have given me IP rights as well as to everyone else who's bought into it.
And what, what do we do with them?
Like the concept of IP rights in, uh, everybody's excited about that, of getting them because data is power.
Data is the most valuable thing in our current society.
Um, but, but what do I do with it?
Like I, they just, they either don't know or, uh, there, there might be, um, they just don't have the time to want to be able to, to really set up and structure one of these things.
So I saw, uh, that an opportunity to be able to pull member resources together to create an, a print on demand store that has collections, designs that can satisfy any individual.
So from your, uh, kiddos up to your, uh, grandparents, there's something, uh, that we have that will appeal to them.
And more likely than not, if it's not on our shop yet, it's in one of our wallets and it's just waiting to be made.
Yeah, no, I got, I'm following.
I love the idea.
Uh, I agree.
You know, print on demand is, it's critical in today's, you know, dynamic market where, where phases are coming in and, and projects are coming and going and you don't want to have a warehouse full of stuff.
Uh, definitely understand that.
Um, tell me about.
Uh, how your NFT project relates, uh, to, to the, uh, the print on demand store.
Yes, definitely.
So we, uh, so I, uh, created and, uh, founded, uh, brought together a founding council.
Um, in order to launch our NFT collection, we did it on Solana.
Uh, our launch was November 1st and, uh, we have sold through, uh, approximately, uh, 25% of the, uh, the, the token.
Uh, initially we were at a 3,333.
The members, uh, decided to, uh, cut that down to a thousand in the tokens or the NFTs that are part of the DAO.
Uh, cause what you buy and when you get that NFT is a membership in the DAO that licenses its IP to the operating company in order to produce the print on demand merch.
Um, so, um, we have been, uh, we've been growing very organically.
Uh, we're, uh, just got up over a hundred members that we, we have, um, and we're nimble to look at what are some other things that we can do in the marketplace as far as in, uh, omni chain.
Um, what, to be able to open that up to more individuals, cause there's still a lot of maxis out there that if we can help to give them a conduit to be able to come in, because we're chain agnostic.
The NFTs can be from any chain, uh, any collection provided that you have those rights and let's see what we can do with it.
I'm following, I'm following.
So, so I am familiar with how, how DAOs work, um, in Shredding Sassy, we do have a community wallet where we, um, you know, we'll, we'll put to get, put, put forth votes, uh, or proposals and community members will vote on them.
Anyone in the community holding a Shredding Sassy can put forward a vote.
Um, you know, we've used the DAO in the past to, uh, get ambassadors, um, gear, right?
Sassy gear, Sassy gear to rep during competition.
Uh, we've used it to get NFTs for prizes.
Um, we've used it to, uh, sponsor, uh, people to, you know, the Tony Hawk program.
We wanted to get, uh, one of our, our, um, our people, uh, you know, a skate with Tony Hawk and, and we donated money to that and the Tony Hawk foundation.
We donated money to, uh, skate aid, tons of, tons of different things.
Um, so we utilize, I believe snapshot is our voting mechanism for proposals.
Um, what do you guys use?
Uh, so currently we are, uh, using discord and, uh, just token gated channels within there.
Uh, that, uh, has worked the best for us as far as in, uh, with, with voting.
Um, I've looked into a few different Solana services, uh, and it just didn't make sense at the time, just given our, our size.
Um, so we, we have that, uh, in our, our roadmap as part of our transition with everything being fully on chain.
Uh, right now it's, everything is just handled within discord.
Gotcha. Gotcha. Yeah.
Can you tell me about some of the proposals that the community has put forward so far, you know, since, uh, since you guys kicked off in November?
So one of the, uh, proposals, which has actually been a, uh, big, uh, pivot and adjustment or not even a big pivot adjustment.
It's, it's helped us to expand out has been with providing support for sub collections.
So the treat groups and the, the brands that are being created within the brands, uh, cause that's, that's really what I, I see at first.
I didn't really get the trait groups.
I thought it was kind of like splitting people up within a, uh, within a community, which was like creating more tribalism, but actually it's just finding those, uh, aspects.
That really resonate with them so they can express their creativity even further.
It gives them that, that outlet for it because that's why we choose particular PFPs.
That's why we have the ones that are up because they, they're, they're conveying a message that we want to communicate.
Uh, and for, for us, like for mine with our logo is, uh, good times, uh, the sharing abundance mindset.
Uh, it just really puts you, when, when you hear the word NARS fuck, it just makes them smile and is like, yeah, like, let's, let's do this.
We can do this.
We can do it together and it's, uh, going to be an adventure.
There's going to be ups and downs and we're going to have one hell of a story to tell on the other side of it.
Yeah, for sure.
It's hard to say, you know, you, you almost have to say as fuck.
It's hard to say an RAF.
I don't know.
It just doesn't flow off my tongue yet.
Maybe I'll get there.
Um, but yeah, I did see you're on soul.
I saw it was a 1000 minted currently roughly.
Um, so one thing I saw on the website that really got to me, 95% of profits, uh, feed the DAO.
So I thought that that was pretty cool.
Uh, now is that profits off all of, um, your products that you're selling?
For example, you have an RAF coffee, you have an RAF vodka.
Um, is, is, is that those, those profits from that, um, pumping into the DAO?
Uh, yes, yes, it, uh, it is designed in that and all of the products that, that we sell to go into the DAO treasury.
We actually are giving back out of our mint funds as well.
Uh, so the DAO has voted 20% of mint funds go back, uh, into the DAO treasury and, uh, they voted to do a payout on the, uh, the last time that we, we hit that threshold.
So future payouts and those things are, uh, that's how the, the DAO votes, uh, upon that of how they want.
To, uh, utilize those, uh, funds, uh, so it's structured to where 50% of it goes to working capital for the operating company.
Uh, 25% goes to the holder of the NFT that, uh, has that particular image.
And then, uh, 20% is, is split based on the total number of NFTs that are staked, uh, and the amount that you have.
So we, we've minted out all 1,000 of our pieces.
We hold 750 of them in our, uh, DAO wallet.
Uh, that was a decision that was made, uh, by the community because Solana standards updates so quickly.
Uh, our front page basically stopped working with our mint side.
So, uh, we made that decision as, uh, as a DAO to, to mint those out.
Uh, we're releasing them in batches on Magic Eden, um, at just as, as they go.
Our focus is on, uh, the, uh, the merchandise and supporting the, uh, supporting collections and supporting, uh, individuals within our DAO that are part or either founders of another collection.
So that's, uh, how we are working with LabCenter, uh, Watsi is amazing, uh, and he's, uh, leading them up over there.
We are also working now with Kong Club and, uh, Emilio Escobar is another one of our, uh, amazing, uh, holders.
Uh, also my co-founder cups here in the, uh, the audience, uh, we're doing some things with him and his, uh, a mud FM store.
Uh, our head, uh, moderator, uh, has a store called Freniverse that we're also going to be, that we're also, uh, having some stuff to, to work together.
We, we support, and we want our members to, uh, to build their businesses.
Like that's, that's when we're successful as we know that they have gone from this idea up to, they have a revenue, uh, revenue pulling sustainable business that is, uh, that is theirs.
And that then frees them up to learn new skills in the new metaverse, uh, economy, the new things with AI, spending the time on those tools.
So you can gain those skills that is going to allow you to have more fun in the future because we know that that is where things are heading.
We see, uh, augmented reality, virtual reality, but that's going to, it's, it's an enhancement.
It's adding to our experience and, um, we're part of this transition with the, the assets that are going to be populating these worlds that we're going to see.
Uh, it's, it's, it's really, really exciting.
Yeah, for sure.
It's definitely interesting.
Um, I, Jake and I were on a call earlier this week, uh, with an AR, uh, AR company that was just so cool.
Uh, the stuff that they were doing and the technology that they had, you know, almost ready to deliver, uh, super stoked about, um, that in the future, uh, and merging that with shredding sassy and just seeing what, what's possible.
And, you know, in, in this Web3 world right now, you know, truly anything is possible.
And I, you know, challenge every person in this space to go out and learn something about this space or learn, um, you know, whether it's coding, whether it's writing smart contracts, whether it's trying pixel art or voxel art or, um, learning how to rig 3d models, uh, go out, try something new.
Uh, manage a community, uh, manage a community, mod a discord, you know, they're, the opportunities right now are endless.
Uh, the space is so small that, you know, once, once this becomes more and more mainstream, you'll have the skills necessary to, to continue to be successful.
Couldn't agree more.
Couldn't agree more.
So I, I want to get in a little bit to the coffee and vodka.
Um, uh, how did you come about, uh, you know, jumping on, uh, and building a little.
Vodka brand.
Um, I just, you know, I think this would be an awesome idea for Keith.
I think the Grizz vodka is like perfect.
And, and I need to know how, uh, how Keith can get them, the Grizz vodka, uh, running.
I love it.
Yeah, definitely.
So we partnered with a drunken ape social club, their, uh, Solana collection that they are a web three native
brand that is, uh, building a spirits and wine company.
And they have, they, they built it.
So we partnered with them in order to produce our NAR AF vodka, uh, that is, uh, currently available.
It's, uh, it's 45 bucks a bottle.
Uh, shipping is 30 bucks.
So it's a little bit of a hit there.
Um, but I do, uh, know that, uh, our partners are going to be transitioning to some new, uh, distribution partners that are going to help to bring those costs down.
And, uh, we are, um, also looking at ways that we can help our members with, with that.
Cause the first batch we did was 333 bottles.
It's just a limited, uh, edition, uh, of a way to work with another project and, uh, just doing something really cool.
So, um, yeah, did they do more?
Did they, did they, no, that is awesome.
And, uh, do they do more than just vodka?
Do they do whiskey?
Do they do beer?
Um, that's a pretty, uh, pretty cool connection you made in the space there.
Uh, they do whiskey and they also do wine.
So they have, uh, two different collections, uh, their apes.
And then they also released their winos collection.
Uh, so they, um, are also set up with, uh, reward sharing based on, uh, your participation
in marketing.
So same kind of things.
It's, uh, you can get paid for your information is in your feedback and your advice and asking
and responding with questions.
Uh, but there, there is no passive income.
It's all, uh, there is an activity that you have to do in order to get that.
Very, very important.
Yeah, absolutely.
Uh, well, Hey, well, that's, that's, that's very interesting.
Um, and I know that, you know, Sassy and Sassy community members, some specific Sassy community
members are really interested in using their IP, uh, for, uh, things like alcohol.
Um, so what advice would you have to a community member sitting in a crowd right now that, that
has this killer Sassy IP, um, that, you know, maybe they want to start a, uh, hot sauce or
a surf brand or a soap, uh, soap brand, or maybe they're looking to do beard oil.
Uh, what advice would you have for them, uh, starting out and, uh, and, you know, uh, kind
of kicking it off?
Uh, first things first is going to be just reading about your market, getting an idea of
who are the players, uh, what's the size of the market, uh, is it something that I really
enjoy, uh, is it something I want to focus on?
Cause you, when you're starting a brand and launching a company, it's, it's your baby.
It's, it's treated in that way to where you're thinking about it 24 seven, whether you, whether
you want to or not sometimes.
So, uh, really, I would say the first thing to do is define your brand, create those values,
mission, vision statement.
What is your reason for being?
What is your why?
And what is the problem that you're solving?
When it comes to a new soap or new hot sauce or other things is that I want to bring a
new product that has this energy behind it because of the shredding sassy brand that you
can, you can have, you can have some fun with it, go a little more extreme on your, on the,
uh, the actual design.
And there's always a need for new products because, uh, I mean, tastes are changing and
we're, we're, we're always evolving.
I mean, I know that I don't like the same stuff in my thirties that I did in my twenties.
Actually, my taste buds have expanded a bit, uh, which was really weird.
It was one of those ketchup only kids growing up.
Um, so it, it is, uh, understanding your market.
So you didn't know what's the total addressable market, what size is it?
Um, and, uh, then, uh, then I would certainly recommend that looking if there are partners
that have similar ideas where you can share and win together and not be starting from the
ground, like basically starting from zero.
Uh, it's, is truly beneficial in creating those partnerships and those relationships and paying
the people who are doing the work that is solid and you share in the benefits.
Uh, that is the, the drop ship model.
That is the white label model to where, uh, you pay the people that do the work great.
And then there's the margin piece that is, that's from branding.
That's for marketing.
Uh, and that is the part where I put my focus in.
So marketing, marketing, marketing.
And if I could say it 10 more times, I'd say marketing.
Like it, that is the number one thing because it's an attention economy and, uh, get on spaces,
get up, talk, meet people.
Don't be afraid to reach out, direct message to somebody that you hear on space or you meet
on a space and say, Hey, I loved hearing your story, or I loved this aspect.
Um, and just reaching out and giving them a saying hello and saying that you enjoyed it.
Uh, that's how you start relationships.
Like I'd say more than half of my, uh, solid connections and in networking, even with projects
is because I asked, so I just went and said, Hey, let's do this.
Let's find a way to do this.
Let's see what we can do to, uh, to set it up.
Uh, we love to share.
So we love to split 50 50 always sounds beautiful.
Uh, and, uh, yeah, just, uh, it's, and the final thing on that is don't be married to the
absolute, whatever your picture in your mind of what it is, is not exactly how it's going
to be, I have so much strife in trying to push things in a particular direction versus
letting them flow the way that they needed to go.
So that would be the last piece of advice there.
That's a great bit of advice and a bit of advice I need to tell myself when I look in
the morning in the mirror every morning.
Uh, you know, I'm very specific, you know, and I have an idea.
I'm, I'm pretty, uh, I'm pretty, uh, like I want a straight line right towards that, that
goal or that solution or, or that outcome that I'm looking for.
Um, however, you know, that's not always the case.
So, uh, that's definitely something I need to look at, uh, myself in the mirror, mirror
in the morning and tell myself.
Um, so I know Jake's on stage on the Sassy account and this question is going to be directed
to you, um, Caleb.
However, it's something for, for shredding Sassy.
Um, you know, as a brand, I know that shredding Sassy and Jake, you can kind of touch on this,
uh, understands the value in community members using their Sassy IP outside of the shredding
Sassy ecosystem.
Um, how can shredding Sassy as a brand, uh, you know, promote, uh, recognize and, uh, engage,
uh, community members to utilize their IP?
Yeah, no, absolutely.
Great question, Sleep, actually.
No, I think, I think it has a lot of different ways to it, but, um, I think obviously at a
certain level, you have to understand like what people are going to come in at different
stages with regards to IP.
Some people aren't actually going to even understand that, that side of things.
So it's a necessity to sort of teach them, um, ways they can do it themselves, but also
then go out, reach out and work with other partners, other brands, um, including ourselves
and offering our own IP opportunities through our, our brand and lifestyle, because that's
really the base of it all.
Um, and I think just making sure that we're participating in that, that onboarding of
Um, do you know what I mean?
It's no, there's no kickback to it other than the branding opportunity that they're helping
So it's in everyone's interest to sort of encourage each other and teach each other along
Um, so yeah, we're, we speak to partners.
We want to do things like, um, IP opportunities from other brands that we're partnered with,
um, including, like I just said, ourselves, like us offering, um, opportunities for people
to have their sassies on a range that goes out for say shredding sassy and them having,
uh, an IP opportunity there.
That's a royalty that extends the value of their membership more than just the PFP or
even just the membership as a whole.
So I think if we're, if we're all focusing on this IP, we really need to work together
and work in as many ways as possible to, to educate, um, how to do that.
Because at the end of the day, the word's thrown around a lot, but no, there's very few
places you can look and actually understand, okay, well, how do I use this?
Like how, what's this?
What is this like IP?
But how can I use this in a way that becomes financially beneficial?
Cause that is a lot of people's incentive, obviously.
Yeah, for sure.
And it's a lot of work to go ahead, Caleb.
Sorry about that.
No, I was going to say, yeah, it is a lot of work.
So you definitely need to make sure that you have, uh, that level of commitment and you're
going into it, understanding it is going to be a lot of work.
Uh, hard work is good.
Perseverance is good.
Um, I definitely communicating with the founders of the project to communicate as far as on what
your ideas are, uh, that I have found has been the most successful for the, uh, kind
of sub trait groups is communicating again with, with the project.
Um, it doesn't necessarily need to be like, like that the project is involved, but they
are, they're aware, they support it.
There's, there's that, uh, uh, credibility aspect that comes from here's a trait group.
And then seeing one of the founders are the official account, uh, given a, the all clear
or a hell yes, or whatever the case may be.
Um, that connection, uh, has to be there in my opinion for the IP to truly be successful.
Um, because otherwise you run the risk of just, uh, I don't know, awkwardness, weird,
having to explain stuff.
Uh, it, it is, it's just best to, uh, keep it confidential in your plans, but, but reach
out to the founders and see, say, Hey, this is what I'm looking and thinking of doing because
they might already be doing it and saying, Hey, hell yes, we have a spot for you right
Yeah, I just want to, I just want to add to that.
You're completely correct.
Um, if you are reaching out at that close level, like the chances are not only are they
going to be able to help you sort of get to that point, if they have the knowledge or
the network to, to get that, to make whatever it is happen as a product.
Um, but it's much more likely like something we do, we're more than happy for people to
use the shredding SAS logo, as long as it's gone through a process where we can sort
of guarantee quality and service.
Cause we don't want to sort of just create a massive brand where suddenly things get
out of hand and do you know what I mean?
There's, there's bad principles being led.
Um, so even beyond the IP of just say you're sassy or you're just the PFP artwork that you
have or whatever's extended from that.
Um, the idea of actually going in and doing it from a close connection point, whether it
be the founders, the team, or even just the close knit, like that base community that
are really building underneath it all, um, and making it happen.
And like the opportunity is probably going to be a lot larger there and a lot more constructive
and, um, you're actually going to build part of, be part of that brand in a much more stronger
So yeah, completely, completely agree and think it's, uh, it's the best way to go around
it really.
I know I personally have ideas for utilizing my IP in like three or four different ways
right now.
I'm super stoked on it, you know, but, uh, but it is a lot of effort and, and, you know,
it's, um, it's almost intimidating taking that first step.
It's, um, it's something that I'm like, all right, Hey, I'm going to do it today or I'm going
to do it tomorrow.
You know, I found some white label products.
All right.
I, you know, what's the next step after that?
How good is this product?
Um, can I test this product?
You know, there's just, uh, there's so many things that are, uh, you know, make, it makes
me a little nervous, but, uh, I appreciate the guidance and the advice from both you, Jake
and Caleb and, and I know that, that I will do something soon.
Uh, it's just a matter of when we'll be, uh, we'll, we'll remain to be seen.
You can get samples as well, too.
I would highly recommend that, um, on any vendor.
If it's a new one that you're working with, get some samples before it's going out to customers.
That'll help you to ensure quality.
Um, we are an open book and these are the vendors we work with.
This is who we found works well for this, well for that.
Um, cause we're just here to find the best experience for our members and support the
companies that are going, that are able to provide it.
I see Ash down in the audience now and Ash, uh, good morning to you, sir.
Thank you for waking up and, uh, being up with us this morning, Ash, uh, it's, I think
it's five 30 or five 45 AM, uh, where he's at.
So, uh, so Ash is a diehard sassy.
And one of our, uh, our surf pros, um, I know Ash has some, some ideas about utilizing
Uh, so it's just stoked to see, uh, to see that come out.
So glad that you could jump in today and, and hear this space.
Um, so Jake, I've, I've went through all my questions for Caleb.
Do you have anything else for Caleb and Nare Epdow before I kind of turn it over to him
to, you know, give us, uh, the down and dirty and everything we need to know.
Ooh, to be honest, I mean, you, you kind of covered it all.
I was just listening to the background.
I had a bit of a bad line at the very beginning, but you, uh, you came back, but no, you, you've
pretty much nailed it, man.
Like I'm definitely gonna have a little dig in.
Um, I'm fascinated.
Obviously I'm, I'm sure you could go into it in many more depths, but, uh, yeah, I do
love what you're doing with this like opportunity to, to allow people to basically monetize
their, their NFTs from that front, um, in very different ways.
And, uh, I'll probably actually have a reach out to you just to chat about a couple of
things, just, uh, bounce ideas and, uh, and minds if you don't mind.
Definitely.
I love that.
Like as I, I'm a teacher at heart.
I also teach cannabis business at community college because that's, again, that's part of
what I've been doing the last 20 years.
So I love to share, share knowledge.
Uh, so hell yes, dude.
I'm, I look forward to, uh, some brainstorming sessions and, uh, we're, we're, we're going
to make some, some awesome shit.
I can already feel it.
I love it, dude.
I love it.
I'll, uh, I'll, I'll hit you up in your DMS, uh, discord or Twitter better for you?
Uh, Twitter is better cause I can get those alerts.
It's my discord pings have been, uh, disappearing on me.
I don't know what the hell's going on.
No problem.
I'll hit you up on Twitter.
I appreciate it, dude.
So Caleb, my, my kind of last thing for you, uh, I know you hit on a little bit earlier
about, uh, you know, what projects and brands that you have been working with, uh, within
the space.
Um, can you tell me kind of your goals going forward?
What are you looking for in, uh, maybe a brand you're linking up with, or, um, you
know, what, what your goal is, you know, maybe one year from now, five years from now, 10
years from now.
That is a great question.
So, um, this is definitely a, a long-term plan.
Uh, so my, my goals are to be adding in the neighborhood of two to three projects or sub
projects a month, uh, to, as we continue to grow, uh, and then reevaluate those goals
in three months, six months, see where we're at there.
Um, the goal for NARS fuck DAO is that when you hear that you think of designs, licensing,
apparel, branding, whatever the product, whatever the industry, whatever it is that you're looking
to sell, we'll have assets that will fulfill those needs.
And if we don't, we have, uh, an amazing, uh, art team and an amazing co-founder night
man, uh, cups as well, too.
You're awesome.
I just love my team.
Um, we, we make it happen.
That's, that is what we, uh, are about is when people come to us and ask what we can do,
we say, yes.
So, uh, I, I want to grow, uh, over the course of the, uh, next, uh, 12 to 18 months to grow
up to the, uh, 500 member range.
So that would be about a five X of where we're at right now.
I think that that's right at that level of the core, the core group that we have to be
able to meet everyone's needs while also you don't want to get too big because then trying
to please everyone is impossible.
Um, and, uh, I think really as part of my own, uh, personal growth, it's going to be
of, uh, further developing my Narnar wall universe.
I love those.
They still make me laugh every single time I look at it.
It's just, it's so cute.
Um, so I, uh, and I have a couple other stories that, uh, I, I don't want to say too much on
I've got outlines in that.
I did mind dumps just being really fake at night and then you don't know where this
information comes from and you just type it out.
Uh, so I have full synopsis of about four stories, five stories that I, uh, am going to be
incorporating into, uh, stuff that I'm doing with NAR AF and branding and, uh, expanding
from there.
So, uh, long-term vision as well is that every one of my members has another aspect besides
what we're doing at NAR AF Dow that they have taken the tools, the guidance, the resource
to add an additional revenue stream.
Um, so that is, that is my three-year goal that every one of my members has taken this
knowledge, has taken the support and is able to, uh, put it into action.
All right.
So mint is, is now on magic.
Um, how many are available to purchase in this most recent drop?
Uh, so there are 23 left at 1.5 Solana.
Uh, we do them in batches of 25, uh, that is also, uh, we vote and we, we ask the community
as far as on, uh, uh, uh, ensuring of when we, we drop those, like we, we're true to that
spirit of, we are a Dow and there are the decisions that are involve everybody.
Uh, and then we are an operating company that is the executor that takes the action, uh, and
has a bit of autonomy on the sort of day-to-day operations aspect.
Um, so I think that this is a really great model for how to set this up.
It's very clear of what I'm paying my Dow numbers for, which is licensing.
Um, and that you'll never have an issue with licensing IP.
That is very, very straightforward of what you're providing in the consideration.
So I, uh, I, I, I would love to be a model for every one of my members to look at, uh,
setting something up similar and then we work together.
Yeah, that's perfect, man.
Thanks for that introduction.
And as Jake said, I'll probably reach out to you as well.
I have, uh, I have some ideas myself that, that I'd like to know, and I'd like to see your
product catalog, what all, what all you're working with.
Um, just great, just great to provide that, uh, that intro for your, uh, for your members.
Um, in Sassy, we have a lot of different subgroups.
You kind of talk about subgroups a little bit based on traits.
You know, we obviously have the Sassy Surf Club, which is the Hawaiian shirt trait.
We have the, uh, the Sassy Beer Club where you see a lead joker down in the bottom has the
beer can on her head.
Um, then we have x-rays, we have frost.
So, uh, there's just plenty of different trait groups that, uh, that, you know, that this
is an opportunity for them to go out and, uh, and build something, uh, you know, true
for their, their sub community.
I like how you kind of said that, yeah, I think sub communities are fun.
You know, I think, uh, a little competition in between the sub communities is fun as well.
You know, we had frost and pines going at each other for a while.
Um, and, and, you know, within our community as a whole, right, uh, Shredding Sassy, uh,
extreme sports, action sports, enthusiasts.
I mean, we have skiers, snowboarders, skateboarders, surfers, mountain bikers, climbers, you know,
we have a little bit of everything.
So we have, you know, our subgroups within, within the project as a whole.
So, uh, just lots of opportunity to kind of, uh, you know, brand in, uh, in different
So much opportunity.
It's beautiful.
All right, Caleb, uh, close us out on, on Nardau today.
What do we need to know?
Any last minute, uh, asks, uh, maybe it's, you know, go, go, go to the website.
Maybe it's, uh, you know, watch a video.
Uh, what do you got for us before we, we jump back into some, some sassy, uh, information
for the week?
So I'll leave everybody here with this.
So we have a, uh, contest going right now that, uh, one of my mods has taken it upon
himself to, uh, set up where you purchase an item from our store, take a picture of you
wearing it.
You don't have to show your face.
Uh, post it on Twitter.
You will get $20 in USDC.
The first five people to do that, uh, are going to get that back.
Um, I would encourage you to look at it from a dollar perspective as well.
1.5 Solana.
It has gone up.
It's about 30 bucks now, uh, is going to add tremendous value to every single other
NFT that you have.
Plus the knowledge base that you get with our group.
Um, and we also have metaverse plans in the future.
I didn't want to talk too much on them because it's not concrete yet, but I've already bought
So it's really as far as on what the community decides they want to do with it.
Yeah, that's great.
That's awesome.
So that was a community member that, that drove that, the, uh, the initial plan.
Oh, that's cool.
Very cool.
So everybody go and check that out.
Uh, and, and that was in the discord is where that's posted.
Uh, that is actually only alpha that has been released on spaces and to holders.
So, uh, I'm releasing it to everybody that's on here now as part of, uh, thank you for coming
and, uh, listening to me speak and ramble for a bit.
I know I jumped a bit.
Um, but yeah, that's, uh, all you would need to do is then just open a support ticket and,
uh, reference that, uh, with your tweets and what you're doing, uh, shipping on coffee
is super fast.
Uh, it's usually ships like the same day, if not the next day.
Um, our coffee is amazing.
You're looking at about 19 bucks a bag for some amazing, amazingly NARS bought coffee.
It is so delicious.
It's all I drink.
Um, I'm not just blowing smoke.
Like that's literally all I drink now because why would I get coffee anywhere else now that
I make it?
I love it.
Um, so, uh, do that and then just first, first five to do it are going to get those, uh,
to get that reward there.
And then you're in the Dow, you have value to every single other NFT that you own.
King NAR father say, here's my ideas.
Let's set up time.
I, I am, I'm, I'm here to help my members and I'm going to steer you right.
Heck yeah, man.
I love it.
Um, so, so got a little exercise for you.
Uh, NAR father, look down in the audience.
Um, there's a sassy down at the bottom there, uh, uh, tie dye shirt, uh, SSE cap, purple
circular glasses.
That's Mike minor.
That's one of our, our new athletes.
He just, um, I guess he's been with us for a while, but he just got that sassy PFP in
his wallet over the weekend.
What do you think, uh, of that PFP?
And what product do you think that would be perfect for?
Did you hear me, Caleb?
I was on mute.
Sorry about that.
No worries.
No worries.
I was looking at it.
So I think that that could be a, uh, that could work really, really well with, uh, like
sage sticks or as incense.
Um, I also think as, uh, as like a hat or a company, obviously with, with those traits,
there's the potential there.
Um, and I would also say that that would look pretty sweet on, uh, the bottom of a, uh, a
snowboard, uh, or on the top of a snowboard, or also getting it on some of your, uh, your
boots, uh, or even on, uh, one of the, uh, uh, parkas that you're wearing.
Um, lots of different directions we can go with that.
I love, uh, I love tie-dye shoes, man.
There's a pair of tie-dye chucks.
My, my dad has them and my, uh, my daughter has them.
I think they look pretty sick.
Um, but anyway, Hey, I appreciate you coming on again, Caleb, getting to learn more about,
um, Nari up, down, what you guys are doing over there.
Uh, you know, really cool idea, uh, bringing products to market faster for, uh, people
wanting to use their IP, uh, but then also helping them grow their IP, uh, you know, maybe
a NFT that was in their wallet that, you know, they thought was, was maybe useless to them
now is something that they can, they can build on.
So, uh, appreciate that, sir.
And, uh, I'm sure people will be reaching out to you, um, to kind of see what opportunities
they have with theirs.
So, uh, I joined my personal campaign.
My account as well, too.
The Narfather right there, uh, is, that's my account.
Um, Caleb Tice, you can find me that way too.
Uh, you can hop in discord, ping me.
I'm, uh, hit me up.
I, uh, I love to share and I'll tell you if I can help you or, or if I can't, I mean,
that's honest, direct opinion comes from my, uh, years in consulting.
You just, you gotta be direct.
Awesome, sir.
Well, I love it.
Uh, we'll hang out if you can, uh, if you gotta go, uh, we appreciate it.
Have a good 4th of July and, uh, we'll talk soon.
I gotta dip.
Much love.
We'll talk soon.
So, uh, for all the sassies in the room, I know one thing that we wanted to talk about
a little bit today was Shred It.
Um, with Shred It right now, we are about to drop the second ever Shred It.
Is that correct, Jake?
That is correct indeed.
It'll be dropping this week on, uh, on Thursday.
It will go live, but, uh, yeah, your voting will end, uh, tomorrow at 12 moons.
So voting will be from Tuesday to Tuesday from now on, and then the new mints will come
on a Thursday.
So get your votes in tonight and then, uh, tomorrow, and then we'll start fresh.
So, so a little reminder with the Shred It, the top we voted, uh, seven videos of the
week, uh, are, are what's going to make up the Shred It.
I know this one has been a little bit longer than the week, so it'll be, uh, you know, the
top seven voted videos since the last Shred It was minted, um, are, are what it's going
So you're able to kind of go in there and have an idea of what, what videos are, you
know, gearing towards the top and which ones are not.
Uh, but also, you know, put your comments in there, provide feedback to, uh,
to these athletes, uh, these enthusiasts and these people just, uh, you know, going
out of their way to make content and hopefully get paid for it.
Um, yeah, that's great.
I, I, I'm, I'm super stoked about, uh, where Shred It is now and kind of the direction
it's going.
It's been an amazing response, like some serious content going up, like the quality.
So it's, uh, yeah, I'm going to have to go and up my own game at the park.
Um, yeah, me too, man.
I, that, uh, I don't know why Ollie hasn't posted his kickflip video on there yet, man.
Seeing Ollie land that kickflip, uh, yesterday really got me stoked.
Uh, I've also seen Keith.
I don't know if Keith's ready to, uh, start posting his skate videos yet, but I've also
seen Keith, um, pretty much as, as good as I am at doing kickflips and, and I have both
So Keith's, uh, getting out there and, uh, and crushing it as well, man.
Um, so Keith, man, I hope, uh, I hope you're getting some videos on there, uh, soon as well.
Um, another thing that we wanted to go into was the lodge or that I wanted to go into,
um, a, uh, you know, uh, an item that's been a bit, um, interesting lately is that people
are, uh, listing their items, their Sassy assets while they're still in our state.
Making mechanism to lodge, um, that is one thing that you definitely have to do, uh, beforehand
is you need to de-lodge, un-lodge your, your Sassy before you list it or nobody can buy
Um, so I, uh, that was one kind of bit that I wanted to kind of talk about today.
Um, if anybody does have any questions on that, you know, what that means, you know,
what, what is even lodge, what is un-lodge, please hop up to the stage, uh, let us know.
Um, but, but what we recommend is leaving that Sassy in the lodge, collecting Squatch
and, uh, be ready for when the marketplace opens, uh, hopefully here in the next, uh,
next little, little while.
Jake, any, any other?
Yeah, go ahead.
No, I'd love to say if you, if you are out there and you have it lodged and on the listing,
please, please, please take it down.
But no, yeah.
So if you, um, yeah, I think what's happening is as the floor's been rising, it's been catching
up to ones that where people haven't realized that, um, we've started a few things that
we can do on the back end to try and, um, solve this, but yeah, it's very much become
a hot topic of conversation.
Um, yeah, both, both in the community and amongst us a little bit, actually, um, just
with regards to how this can be solved.
It does, it needs a permanent solution, but we've, uh, we're just thinking of a few temporary
ones, uh, that might be a bit of fun that can get people hunting for these people.
And if we can find them, because we basically spend a lot of time on the back end, basically
chasing these people around on Twitter or through their addresses and then asking them
or telling them exactly what's happening and that their sassy can't sell.
Um, so yeah, for the moment we need to find some temp solutions, but, um, yeah, it's, uh,
you can't literally sell your sassy if that's what your intention is, unfortunately.
And if you do want to sell your sassy, just let me know and, uh, we'll work it out, man.
I'm, uh, I'm all for it.
I know these sassies are going places and, and I need to get more.
Man, I have my number in my head.
I have my number of how many sassies I need.
Um, I know ultra said, uh, it's unlimited.
Is it ultra that always says, you know, the number doesn't exist.
Maybe it's rabster, but, but, but I got a number, I got a number and, uh, and I'll get
Probably need a couple more months to get there unless, uh, unless we skyrocket and then maybe
I'll never get there.
Um, but yeah, just, uh, good, good weekend of, uh, of, um, volume on sassies too.
That was, uh, that was pretty cool.
It's been a load of volume actually.
It's been really nice to see.
Um, I hope no one's been bitten by any floor sassy.
But yeah, man, it's been great.
And, uh, wonder where it's coming from.
Hopefully it's the new website and thread it and just, uh, a bit of momentum.
It's lovely to see people coming in, especially with the bloodbath that we've been watching
in the big boys.
Speaking of the new website, Obi, have you checked out the new website yet?
Uh, so I actually haven't.
When did it go up?
Two days ago.
Yesterday?
Yeah, two days ago.
Two days ago.
Well, I mean, yesterday actually, off the top of my head.
I lose days at the moment with how they flow together.
Um, no, I think it was two days ago.
It was two days ago.
And then, yeah.
And is it different?
Oh, sorry.
I was going to ask.
Is it different on a mobile as well?
Or is it just on, on desktop where you can like really notice the difference?
Um, it's, yeah, it's different on mobile.
It's built for mobile and desktop separately.
I can say, but it's the same layout, same sort of information, the same sort of a flow
of information.
It's not only for the UI.
It's way, it's way different than it was.
It's, you know, than it was three or four days ago, man.
It's sick, dude.
They, uh, they did an awesome job.
You're the web developer.
The team, uh, did an awesome job.
It was really cool seeing all the photos from the sassy events up there.
There are photos from Shredfest.
There's photos from Lisbon.
Uh, there's photos of Mayel summiting hood, man.
Uh, that, that, that the communities in there that engaged the videos, there's videos in
I think I saw a video of chances was chances in the, the video, um, at the beginning,
Jake, of the, of the shredding, you mean?
No, not the shredding.
Uh, the video, the video at the very beginning, when you open up shredding sassy webpage, it
pops up a video where, you know, it shows a bunch of athletes.
And a couple, and a couple of those athletes, I thought a couple of those videos were, um,
sassified videos from SMAZE or, uh, or something like that.
Maybe I'm wrong.
No, some of them have been sassified actually.
They may, he may have used them.
We gave him like a whole load of like, um, content to be used basically like in folders
of just that could be put together and then sort of asked them for an idea and it came
together like that.
So, uh, yeah, very likely I'd have to pick past it though and make sure if I wanted to
confirm it's one of them.
No, you're good.
You raise your hand.
Um, the topic's gone past me now, actually.
What was I going to say?
Um, oh yeah, I was going to give a heads up actually on the, on the website.
So if you scroll to the bottom of the website, you see the little, um, uh, like Instagram photos
of everyone from the events and things like that.
So they're coming in from, uh, Instagram.
Um, so if anyone's like where they're, they're basically shoppable Instagram ads.
So if you're wearing anything sassy, like hats and t-shirts and stuff, like post them
tag shredding sassy or like just hashtag shredding sassy or sassy.
Um, I'll pick them up on this end.
And as long as they're like, as long as they're in high luck, they're trying to be a decent
quality and stuff.
Um, we'll throw you up in there.
We'll put you in the line.
So you'll just, that'll continually update with people around the world.
Um, yeah, building the lifestyle, you know, so that's a quick heads up.
We will be enough.
We will put that out there for everyone to know, but I'll let you guys know early while
we're talking about it.
Is that the section where, um, where there's the photo of JBM with the pants, the hoodie
and his dog.
Is that what you're talking about right there?
So you got JBM, I think Obie's boarding his t-shirts in there because I thought that was
quite a nice little photo.
So, um, you've got Ash up there, wrecking the shaker, uh, who else is on there?
Uh, I believe Horsie's on there actually.
If you go across a few, where is that one?
Yeah, you're right.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
Um, I'm not looking.
All right.
I'm going to stop now.
Oh, you can look on your phone.
I'll be able to pull that, pull that up right now, man.
It's great.
Oh, is it on the phone?
Cause I, I like am notorious for not using my desktop.
I just like literally, and I have a, or my laptop, but I have it a nice one too.
So I should probably use it.
I will pull it up now though.
All right.
Let's see.
Yeah, for sure.
It's sick, man.
While you're pulling it up, I mean, we're going to have to get live feedback while you're
But, uh, um, I wanted to say, so poker with, uh, yeah, you network, uh, we didn't end up
doing it yesterday.
We had, um, we didn't get a lot of engagement, uh, which is okay.
It's a new site.
Um, understand that, uh, that there is some, some nerves going to a new site and connecting
a wallet to a place that maybe you're not, uh, familiar with, or, um, you know, you're
just not comfortable with yet.
So, uh, we'll get there right now.
Hi, Hugh is working on some optimization, um, opening it up for mobile right now.
They're, they're, they're poker can only be played, um, via, uh, laptop desktop.
Uh, they're, they're working on, uh, uh, optimizing it for mobile.
So, so once it gets to mobile, we'll definitely, uh, look to integrate them back in.
Um, uh, but they'll get there.
They'll get there.
Um, they've had issues with lag and, uh, servers.
I know that they're, they're working to improve that.
Um, but you know, it's, uh, it's the ground for floor, uh, for, for this type of service
for, you know, connecting a wallet and token gating poker.
Um, so, so we're excited and, and we're happy for them.
And when they get to the point, uh, that we believe that, uh, it's ready to go, we'll
be all in.
So, uh, what we'll do in the meantime is we'll continue to use, you know, services like club
Um, we've had, uh, some great times playing poker on club GG and we'll continue to do that.
What we'll do is, uh, set up another poker event for next Sunday and, uh, and we'll do it
So, uh, we'll, uh, get more information out in the discord.
I said next Sunday, I meant this Sunday.
Uh, we'll get more information out in the discord and, uh, and we'll see you Sunday for poker.
All right, Obi, you got it pulled up yet?
Yeah, this is sick.
I'm watching the video and I saw the pictures at the bottom, but you're, you're talking about
the website, right?
The new website.
Yeah, man.
That's awesome.
The, yeah, the editing on this is next level for sure.
This is awesome.
Heck yeah, man.
I'm, uh, I'm super stoked about it.
I know the team was stoked about it.
It's, uh, if anybody has any feedback on it, you know, hop in the discord, provide feedback.
Um, not that anything will be changed, but, uh, but, uh, let's know what, what your, what
your thoughts are.
Um, and you know, along those idea lines, right.
If you have any ideas on how to improve the website, how to improve user experience.
Uh, we do have the ideas channel on the discord.
That's, uh, that's, that's a holder chant holders only channel where you can go in and
give us your ideas on how to, uh, grow the brand, how to, uh, maybe utilize our IP.
Uh, maybe it's an idea about, um, meeting up for a special event and we have a special
meetup section as well for that.
So, um, please get in there, use the ideas channel, use the meetups channel, uh, and use
the proposals channel.
We've talked about, uh, utilization of the Dow.
I believe that we probably have over two ETH right now in our, uh, SASE community wallet,
uh, that we're able to use.
So, um, please, please, please go in and put your proposals in, um, allow everybody to come
in, provide their feedback.
Uh, if it's something that, that you really want to go forward with, we'll, uh, we'll go
ahead and write up that proposal and put it out in a snapshot for a vote.
Um, we'd definitely love to see us, uh, utilizing those funds, uh, that we have in our community
Jake, man, what else, what else do we got this week going on?
Oh, what have we got on our end?
There's a lot going on.
There's a lot going on.
Anything you can give us some insight into or is it all for another day?
Oh, I think that's no.
Yeah, it's all for it.
It's, it's, it's for another day while we, uh, we get ahead, but no, we've, uh,
yeah, we're working hard in the background.
So we're just, um, yeah, hopefully some, hopefully some exciting stuff in the, uh, in
the coming, coming week.
We're always building.
Main thing I think is, um, credits on Thursday, obviously go show some love to everyone and
the athletes, like gets your favorite videos.
Like you don't have to like everything, but obviously like show your support and stuff.
We want it to work as a way that, do you know what I mean?
Like the love, the followers, the, uh, the people that are putting the effort in and
stuff, get, uh, uh, get, get, get their recognition and, and their opportunity.
So yeah, exciting times.
Everyone have their opportunity to sort of mint their own shred it soon.
So if there's anyone you're following and want to, want to create, go and make sure you
show them some love on there.
Give them a like.
And, uh, hopefully they get into, into this week's credit coming up.
Um, and yeah, I know you guys are always working in the background for everybody in
the crowd.
I ping these guys all the time.
And every time I ping them, I feel like they're all on the phone.
Hey, I'm on another call now.
Can, uh, can I get back to you?
Hey, I'm on a call with this person.
Can I get back to you?
So, so these guys are always grinding, probably all work 80 hour weeks.
Um, just shout out to, to you, Jake, Ollie, um, uh, to Rab and to, to Josh, man, we appreciate
We know you're grinding for us.
It's, it's awesome that you guys can pop in these spaces and, and hang out, uh, though
you guys are, are, are working so hard.
So I just appreciate you.
Now, and likewise, right back at you, bro.
Like I can't list everyone right now, but who I can see on stage, I know like obviously
you, please, uh, um, OB, like, yeah, again, Dom, the whole, the whole community
sickles, again, can't list everyone right now.
So if I've missed you, I love you.
But yeah, same right back at you guys.
Like you guys put a lot of time in, I put into helping this all grow.
And so without you, this, uh, this idea doesn't, doesn't become a reality for us
at all, you know, so it's all lovely.
So, um, for the rest of the week, this week, uh, trying to work out a space, a collab space
here coming in the next couple of days, either Wednesday or Thursday with, uh, Dog Sanctuary
Uh, they're doing some cool things, integrating web two and web three.
Uh, their target market is, you know, a good portion of the world, uh, dog owner.
So it's, it should be a pretty cool space, uh, connected with the CM over there.
Uh, so stoked that we can get that set up for later in the week.
Uh, if we can or we can't, what we're going to do is we're going to have a rumble in the
sassy discord for Squatch Points, uh, this week.
Uh, and that rumble is going to be held on Wednesday at 5 30 PM Eastern Jacoby.
I know that time will work for you because all you have to do is go in and click a button.
Uh, so we'll do the rumble in the, in the discord on Wednesday, uh, evening Eastern time.
Um, then Thursday will be the, the sassiest space on Twitter.
Uh, this, the space with the sassy founders at 10 AM Eastern coming in Friday.
We'll be right back here with, uh, the sassy summit, uh, on Friday, uh, we'll have,
uh, I don't know if we've seen the shred it yet.
Will we have seen the new shred it yet on Friday?
Uh, on Friday.
It'll be just let me make sure it's 12 PM midday.
Will the edit be done already by Friday?
Um, oh yeah, yeah.
It'll be done by Thursday, but we'll actually drop and go.
So the drop will go live on Thursday, 12 PM EST.
That's like five PM our time over here in Europe, roughly.
It will take depending on where you are.
So on Friday, we'll get to watch it.
We'll get, uh, we'll get to chat about it a little bit.
Um, so it'll be pretty fun.
I'm, I'm stoked to see who gets in there and, uh, and definitely get a minute, um, a minute
to, uh, to help the athletes and, uh, to get those squash points, right?
69 squash points for each mint.
Exactly that.
Exactly that.
And you get some more, uh, you can get five voting points as well when you, uh, when you
mint as well.
So obviously the more support people give the, the more they, the weighted vote they
get as well.
So it's handy.
Rabster is going to need to start buying a bunch of, um, a bunch of shreddits.
I know, I know Keith, man, uh, Keith bought 10 this last time around.
You can go in and see that he's the biggest holder and, and Keith, man, people are going
to start coming to you to, um, to get some of those.
So I've had a couple of people reach out to me who didn't get to mint, uh, the shredded
that, uh, that are interested in buying another one or buying one.
So, uh, we'll have to link up if, if they're for sale yet, maybe you're holding them to
sell for a little bit higher at a later date.
I'm always interested in looking at, at what people are interested in buying and selling
for, no matter what we're talking.
So, um, yeah.
Send them my way.
Let's talk.
Heck yeah, dude.
I'll tell you what, when, uh, when I was going back through, I only bought one initially
and, uh, I'm kind of bummed about it.
I wish I would have bought more.
I know this second time around, I'm definitely going to buy more, um, because you never know
as this space grows and as shredded grows, as we know it will, um, there's going to be
a way more people interested in that shredded zero zero one dude.
So, uh, stoked.
You had the foresight to go in and grab, uh, quite a few of them.
Uh, wish I did, but, uh, but happy for you.
I, uh, initially when, when we were first talking about the mint, I was looking at maybe
two, three, maybe four.
And then I just got to think and I was like, you know what?
I want to show love to the project.
I want to show love to shred it.
I want to show love to everybody who's making, making the content at the end of the day.
And I was like, let's get them paid.
Like I can't preach to get people paid if I'm not willing to put something up myself.
So that was, that was my thought behind it.
Not flipping these things or anything like that.
Like, um, really, I just wanted to, wanted to help out how I can.
Sometimes it's with a little bit of coin.
I love it, man.
No, thank you for that.
And, uh, and yeah, great, great thought.
And I couldn't agree more.
All right.
Well, uh, no, it was a great space today.
I enjoyed having, uh, Caleb on, uh, they're doing some cool things.
Uh, you know, Josh or, uh, Jake, I was thinking it kind of sounded like a call we had a little
bit earlier in the day today.
So, uh, it'll be, uh, it'll be interesting to touch base with Caleb a little bit later
on and, and, and see it kind of at a deeper level, uh, what he's doing.
No, exactly.
That's, that's kind of what triggered me to say, like, I want to kind of reach out and
have a little chit chat and just see where things are at, you know, just, uh, yeah, bounce
some ideas.
So yeah, really appreciate you coming on and taking the time Caleb to, uh, tell us what's
Um, I'm going to take a little bit more of your time in your DMs.
Well, uh, let's close this thing down today.
It's the day before 4th of July here in the States.
We got to get all prepped up, uh, get the barbecues ready, uh, celebrating, uh, America's
independence from those crazy Brits.
Uh, I'm glad that we don't have any in this room.
So, uh, you know, we're, Oh, sorry.
No, uh, all good.
Um, let's go around the stage here.
We got the three of us, Keith, man, any, any closing thoughts today?
Uh, well, yes, let's be honest.
Uh, just super stoked to, um, you know, hear the info that I heard today.
I love the idea of being able to personalize, um, some of this stuff and utilize it, uh, you
know, in, in areas that people are a little more familiar with sometimes.
So, um, stoked on that.
Super stoked.
Um, just on, on Sassy as always and much love to all the boys.
Like you said, um, you know, rap Jake, Odyssey, yourself, Ollie, uh, Sickles, uh, who am I
thinking here?
Obi, just everyone, massive love.
I know everyone's working around the clock.
Kind of what you were saying earlier.
Like I could, couldn't be more proud.
Look, I'm getting a little choked up.
Couldn't be more proud to be a part of a cool project.
And, um, you know, happy to help how I can.
And so, um, stoked on everyone.
Cause it really is a team effort at the end of the day and nobody's, doesn't seem like
any one person is doing any one thing.
It's like one person is doing 10 things always.
So, um, which is awesome because that means it's just love and family working together.
So much love everyone.
Happy independence day to those Americans out there.
Um, yeah, no tea for me this weekend.
Thank you, Keith.
Shout out to you as well.
Uh, Jake, what do you got to close us out today?
Well, I don't know if I can top that, Keith.
That was a, that was a good exit.
I'm not going to lie.
Um, I'll second that.
Um, but also, you know, like, yeah, like much luck to everyone in the community.
We appreciate everyone's time and effort and energy.
Like we know that nothing, uh, just happens out of nowhere.
So yeah, I love you all being here.
Um, always appreciate the chat sleep.
You hold this down.
Um, appreciate it.
Um, but yeah, other than that, get out, have a skate, have a snowboard, shred something,
enjoy your weeks guys.
And, uh, I'll see you on the next space.
Much love.
Hey, thanks Jake.
Thanks Jake.
Uh, for me, uh, you guys are going to have a, a whole bunch more spaces coming out from
Sassy in the near future.
Uh, Keith, myself, Sickles, Ash, we got a lot in the works and it's going to kick off
next Tuesday, July 11th, uh, with Ash hosting a special, I don't know what it's going to
be called Ash.
We're going to need to come up with a good title.
I've been calling it Sassy Surf Sessions, uh, you know, Sassy Surf Social.
I don't know, man, but, uh, it's going to be a surf specific space.
So any y'all surfers out there want to come in, vibe with us, talk surf, love of the water,
love of surf, uh, hit me up, hit Ash up.
Um, you know, we're going to have a little fun.
Um, and then, uh, we're going to have a couple of spaces here in the future hosted by Keith,
uh, super stoked about, uh, uh, a mental health space, a physical health space.
Um, we have, uh, one-on-one athlete, uh, you know, kind of introduction type spaces coming
that, that Keith is going to host with another party.
Um, just, just so much content coming out, uh, another skate day, uh, type space.
So, uh, just, you know, our, uh, our, our opportunities right now are endless and, and, you know, we want
to share it with you all.
So, so major shout out, shout out to Sailor of Fortune, OB, uh, Ash, Mirhoff, Sickles, Rancho G,
Shreds, Ollie, Mayo, um, Baller, Nightman, uh, Blake McCakes, Jeff, Corey, and, uh, and Globetrove.
I appreciate you all.
Thanks for popping in today.
Have a good rest of your week.
Uh, hopefully we have a space a little bit later in the week on Wednesday or Thursday with, uh, Dog Sanctuary.
We'll have the sassy space on Thursday at 10 a.m. Eastern and then back here on the summit Friday, 10 a.m. Eastern.
So see you then.
Have a good week.
