Hey folks, welcome to the second SBS Twitter space. Looking forward to getting everyone on board. I think a couple people are getting promoted to speaker status at the moment. If you have questions for the AMA portion, which we'll get into, feel free to tweet them out.
Here and we'll try to get to some questions from people. But we have a few amazing speakers. My name is Alan or on the internet sometimes I'm red. I'm the head of Falcoing Green, which is Falcoing Sustainability Initiative and we organized the Sustainable Blockchain Summit, which aims to get together people
with a deep understanding of Web 3 and deep curiosity in Web 3 and deep understanding and curiosity about sustainability and conservation and bring them together to build better solutions for realigning the economy with the natural world. So we have a few people here. We have Aaron and
Nick from Topple who are sponsoring SPS and doing some great work in Web 3 based proofs of both sustainability and things beyond sustainability, so like sustainable development using Web 3 tools. So really excited to hear from them. We have John from Conservation International and
Serenom who's going to be talking to us about their conservation work, both specifically in Serenom and in Latin America more broadly, and is also going to be speaking at SPS. And we have Sage here from the RECIDE network who is going to be talking to us about this thing that's really, really crucial that we
I think we talk some about, but we haven't done enough about yet, which is we want the world to be more sustainable, we want to build tools in order to align the economy with the natural worlds, but our understanding of our impacts keep evolving, right? And our understanding of when we do good work
how that good work impacts the natural world that also keeps evolving. And so the RECI network is right at that intersection, trying to take decentralized science and apply that to action. So it looks like, see, I think the topple is still a listener. Nick or Aaron, are you on? Can you speak?
Maybe not yet? I think we need to request that someone...
someone gets a turn into a speaker. I think maybe what we're doing that, could we just get quick intros from the people who are here and also going to be speakers at SPS. I'm excited if you want to start and talk about the RISI network and where you are, what you're doing.
Hi, hello everyone. Pleasure to be joining you today. I'm currently in Colombia and getting calibrated to the land here, getting excited for Bogota. I've gone through a lot.
over the past few weeks and very excited, very, very excited for this coming week and very excited for the opportunity to co-found Resign Network with MedHorning, who's currently at Goat, the Gathering for Open Agriculture Technology.
Resight Network is a community, first and foremost. So I think scientific collaboration, you know, we oftentimes want to go to tooling as the first solution. We want to focus on tooling. We want to focus on product. But before we came
and build the products that will serve our core community. We need to first rally a core community. And so RECI network is intended to serve as a landing place and a collaboration zone for the scientists who are
to the regeneration of land. It's intended to be a heart-centered community, a place where people can connect empathically over very important issues because we're going to be proposing a lot of different methods.
for measuring various aspects of nature and eco credits and that could be something that stirs up a lot in us and to be able to have a container that can hold that in a loving and kind way.
is what we're aiming to do at Resign Network. So I hope that is a good overview. We are a community first and foremost, and we will keep building from there. Alan, let me know if you have any clarifying questions. Yeah, what you're saying?
I think we'll get into a lot of that, but I love hearing that. It's a community dedicated to understanding this really important intersection. I think that's something that we really can embrace.
And what we're doing is, and what we're doing is, and what we're doing is, and what we're doing is, and what we're doing is, and what we're doing is, and what we're doing is, and what we're doing is, and what we're doing is, and what we're doing is, and what we're doing is, and what we're doing is, and what we're doing is, and what we're doing#
