Can you hear me
Am I here is in the power of sensory requests to speak
Let's give it a minute. I've sent a follow-up message. I think all of you that should be joining us
As good as I'm in this entity what you guys are building on
To see what the future holds for africa when it comes to building privacy is having that
Privacy is really important and i'm glad to question the narrative towards that
Okay, let's give it a moment while others join us
I would appreciate if you guys can share the link to call meeting members so they can join us
Okay, welcome everyone to today's uh space so today's speech is going to be different from many of these usually
All the every monday so today we'll be discussing about secret africa participation in
Why because you know, there's a special price proof for secret african category
There's two thousand dollars you want to be one
from african developers or african builders
And today, uh will be hearing from some of the builders about the products. They are building on secret network for africans
I'm really excited about what they are building
And of course, uh, we have some of the builders here
We have michael who is also one of the executive participants
Really a product for african. We also have
Xenopi those unipi is not from africa
But is working with some african community to build a dub
On the blockchain which qualifies him for each thousand dollars categories as well
So let's give it uh, maybe two more minutes for us. Join us
Ladies and gentlemen thanks to a request. We don't know if I use so many quests
We'll see about what you are building with other african developers
So here i'm going to give shout out to all our community partners in executes african category so a shout out to
Sorry guys, I got disconnected well i'm back. I hope you guys can hear me
Okay, i'm going to give shout out to an agong group for the active participation in execute shout out to
The community in gurna shout out to blockchain from those africa
In gurna also and china
So i'm going to give you guys a shout out to the active participation group
So i'm going to give you guys a shout out to the active participation group
Shout out to blockchain from those africa in gurna also and shout out to topia blockchain community who are also participating in execute
shout out to weapon glitch shout out to
Each and every community participating in execute and
Yeah, we look forward to the final section to see what you guys are building on
Okay, we have more people joining us
Let's give it a minute. Uh, please for those who are those really knows
If you are representing your community, please coming in question to speak
So I can accept you guys and come up to stage
Ray is on my team
Okay, okay, uh, we are just sent to you and invite to speak
I think uh, we still have some more people joining us. Uh, let's give it a moment. So
The cadre who they are starting immediately 10 minutes past seven waste of finger type
That's immediately 10 minutes past six p.m
We have sent an invite to speak
Uh, we have been an active commit and acting above stupidness of africa. He has been doing some things in kenya and
He's well recognized in care happy to have you on specially and i'm glad you have beauty with uh, zenupai
It's really interesting
Okay, we are ready
Okay, why we told us to join us, uh, I think we can pick up the space
Okay, two more minutes laser is for two minutes four. Kick off the space
And uh, I forgot to give a shout out to african blockchain institute, uh, there have been no supports
And uh, I think some of the developers are participating though. I don't know what their beauty and I did share this around open to
a developer participate on the space
I'm looking forward to the winners of the zakako
Well, i'm looking for everyone here. Um
Doesn't matter whether you are the winner or you know, whatever is your beauty. I don't believe it's up to that point
So we have black people in africa and globally as well. So you just have to believe what you're viewing and upon beauty
Okay, we have one more minute before we begin this officially
You're going to an adventure right
Yeah, yeah, i'm going to an event next week tuesday i'll be speaking at the call
Uh, who creates west africa?
Uh, so i'm working towards that resort. So it's going to be a busy week for me next week and of course, uh
looking forward to the
Secrets, uh finally at it's deva
It's uh, there's that other people participating, uh, in posting at the event
I don't know if you are going to is deva
I'm going to uh frictionless
I couldn't
All right, okay, uh welcome guys, sorry, are you going to frictionless?
Yeah, am I going to
Sorry, I didn't get a question
frictionless
Oh frictionless. No, i'm not i'm going to the event in africa. Yeah
Okay, uh, we can get cut in there so welcome everyone to today's space today we'll be discussing about secret network africa
I got to execute and we will discuss it with some of the builders to learn about the ability and how
And how their product or dApps could some realize them in africa and of course
So we are because we have we have because michael, xenopi, colibaj, mr. 10g
Mr. 10g. I don't know if uh, you're representing a dApp or sent to a request to speak. So, um
Today's uh, it's going to be very simple. It's going to be brief
We get here from those who are building and participating in the execute
What they are building and what we should expect from there and of course that is why they choose to participate in the academy
You know, we have several academy going around but we want to choose to participate on the streets network africa
They choose to participate on secret network. I can't execute
so now uh briefly, okay before i'm going to before uh, the
uh builders introduce themselves
Let me discuss briefly
What execute is all about
So execute, uh is an africa to be also called secret network, which uh,
Which is you know towards the growth of the developer community on the network
and it's been uh
The break line to trick at least one of which is building because changed up with
Service and of course, I believe everyone on this page understand
the privacy service
How it's going to be
Also people who are willing to build a native dapp on secret network, you know
Are some people who would prefer to build informative dapp on the network
whether they are integrating private privacy service or on a blockchain whether they're building full native dapp on a blockchain
Yeah, and also, uh, the third one which is the shape.js
Cataclysmic for those who are
Defy developer or who are
You know in terms of building tools to amplify your strengths while interacting with different applications
So that's the thought that's going for the accoutre and the accoutre began on 1st of february
And he's going to run till march 4th. No, sorry, not of march
And today we're discussing about those participating in africa cataclysmic
Um, you know three of our beauty and how this conservative in africa or
Nobody so let's start by introducing
small speakers
So, uh, let's start with mike mike
Can you please introduce yourself?
Right now
Let's see, you always give out lot of crazy and good content out here, and your followers
are so much in love with what you do, and they want to reward you.
So they can also reward you on the platform through using our tweets to get to get the
content out of the platform, so that's the process of blocking your freedom.
And it doesn't begin the video, so begin the video into the question space.
All right, thank you Mikey for that. I don't know why I was unable to hear you clearly,
probably need the English from Twitter. So over here is no point, so tell us a little bit about
that. So, yeah, I'll wait for you once as well.
I'm, you know, by Braden is my real name. I am on a team with Ray Allen and Ernest
and Cockpo. I believe Africa is a place that can choose the winners of the web 30 adoption.
And that's why I'm excited to be partnering with them to create an on-chain ID. I'd prefer
if they spoke about it. I just want to introduce myself and listen to what they can do.
Awesome, awesome. Okay, Ray Allen, I don't know if you've seen anything before with our details
into what you guys are doing. I don't know if you would like to introduce yourself. I think people
would like to know where we are.
Ray Allen, I don't know if you can hear me.
Also, Pablo did join me.
Hey, Ray.
Yeah, we can hear you.
Can you confirm if you can hear me?
Yeah, we can, we can.
Okay, so let's dive into today's discussion.
Hello, can anyone hear me?
Yeah, we can hear you.
Okay, can you invite Pablo to be a speaker too? Because he's on my team as well.
Yeah, we can hear you.
All right, I think after taking the internet's collection down, probably we'll join the space
again. Okay, please, if you would love to speak, or you have to just request to speak,
and I'm getting you up to the space. So, talking about ACESecrate,
second topic of category, we've seen several applications from African developers,
some people building some, you know, mice that are on security, so why so much is the
security privacy service? So, now let's dive into the details of what each and every builder or
founder is building on ACESecrate, or if they're expecting into the existing DAP or new VM chain,
let's get you up on the DAP, and why they're expecting privacy services?
So, I don't know, let's start with Xenophyte. So, Xenophyte, so can you tell us what you're
building, and how do you think that these apps could really be of use or value to African
community or global? Okay, we are going for the DAP route, not the privacy as a service route.
So, we're going, we're creating an app on secret network that matches you with your ID,
and then can publish that on chain to make sure that only one person can have one account.
We're doing this because we want a network to reward users on an equal level. So, right now,
secret network and all the other networks reward people based on their staking rewards, right? So,
if you stake a lot of money, you get a lot of rewards back. We want to create a network that
rewards people equally, and it's owned by the people. So, it's more like a government,
and they will own the network, and then it will reward the people equally. So,
that's what we want to create. That's our dream, and yeah.
Yeah, this sounds really interesting. So, African, one of the ways to really captivate
in the African community through a system that actually rewards users on the blockchain,
and this is something I think it's really good to drive a lot of world adoption in Africa.
I've seen several African iterative server ecosystem like Solana, like Oligon,
Kalano, and ABN Cheezer as well, and of course, even the Bitmap, why because of the world it needs,
and this is something that is going to really drag a lot of African on board,
millions of African to the ecosystem, depending on if it actually is a friendly app. Of course,
mobile friendly as well. African mobile-faced teaser. So, whatever it is, you should always
have it in the back of your mind that it has to be mobile friendly. Of course, looking forward to
seeing the products and activities and where it goes. So, over to you, Michael.
Michael, if you can hear me. So, thank you all for coming to us in detail with what you have
viewed it, and how do you think this could help solution to Africa as well, the world at large?
Yeah, can anyone hear me now? Yeah, Michael, we can hear you. Hello.
Pope, can you hear me?
Yes, Michael, we can hear you.
Okay, okay, great. I just found out that the last time I spoke, no one can hear me. So,
yeah. So, my name is Michael Tigger. So, we're building a product through the app secrets.
So, we're building a decentralized medium platform. So, I believe we all know the application or the
social app called Medium. So, for those that doesn't know, so, Medium is more of like,
likely it's the upgraded version of Facebook or just like Facebook, but for content creators,
most especially technical writers and content writers. So, this time, we're building a platform
whereby we're bringing Medium into the Web3 space and into the blockchain space. So,
there are four benefits attached to the product we're building. So, we have the app vote. So,
the app vote is just like Medium whereby you can give your content writer a club. So, the club is
like giving them a thumbs up or giving them a like. So, now, our platform is replaced with
app votes. Then, we also have the down vote. So, the down vote is probably the content is
not good enough or there are some errors there. So, you can give them a down vote to let them know
we feel this content is not good enough compared to your previous content.
So, we also have the third platform, the third benefit.
Yeah. So, we also have the third aspect of it, which is the reward system. So, for the reward
system, you can also reward your content writers or you can also reward them through a network.
So, this has to do with a form of monetization. And we also have the space system. So,
without the space, you can organize your space just like we are experiencing right now on
Twitter, which is the Twitter space that we are making now. So, we are having the space platform
on the products that we are building. So, these are like the four key features of what we are
building on sacred network. This is really interesting.
Hello. Can you hear me?
Hello, pop.
Yeah, Pablo, I can hear you.
No, it's not Pablo. It's Ray. I was having a track issue. So, I couldn't...
Oh, really? I can hear you.
Yeah. So, I'm also from Brandon's team and Pablo is also with us. Yeah. I just wanted to add
the reasons why I think having an idea on the blockchain, something that can represent your
ideas in the blockchain is significant. I think, you know, like especially Africans,
because real life Africans might lack the amount of U.S. dollars to take for some
and also some control in some networks. Yeah, that's a certain number of applicants might lack
that. But if... and also control over a certain network, they might lack a certain amount of
tokens to work for specific changes in a network, which might mean that they don't have many
contributions to how a certain network is going to operate. So, having a system will enable them
after it is released. And then, I also think, okay, I'll talk from the perspective of Kenya
specifically. Acquiring a national idea, okay, it's good and they eat, but there's a level of
cost they choose, like acquiring a national idea. And then also, the national idea,
I think, as a medicine, it's not really advantageous, because you don't get access to
certain things, especially in the blockchain space. Yeah, and also being being charged as a
person. So, it's important to be charged to the person. You're tracking levels and then,
like, when I cut this person's identity and market to real life, like, trust them on the blockchain,
who are they? And in real life, what they... sometimes you might have criminals in the
blockchain, in their blockchain space. And since they don't have real life identities,
tracking them to the real world might be difficult. And, you know, the criminals in the blockchain
space are the people who are causing a bad reputation to the entire blockchain space.
Yeah, so if their ideas are on the blockchain space and marked to their national ideas
to whichever countries they are, it's easier to track these people and arrest them for their
crimes. So, this will help prevent things like money laundering, which has been a major concern
to most governments. You'd hear every once in a while this government talk about money laundering
and think and talk about how it's affecting their nations. Yeah, so if we can track identities in
real life, then that can prevent money laundering. It's also legitimizing these people. Like,
they're actually people. You'd want to know that someone who is using a certain blockchain is
actually a person and not about executing some transactions. Yeah, so that's what...
that's the problem with solving using art network. And other than that, I think we can even go further
because... think about it. If you are issuing an identity on the blockchain space,
it's easier to participate on other things using that identity on the blockchain space.
When it comes to certifications, like for example, if people are being certified for things,
then we'll need an actual identity that we're going to satisfy using the blockchain. So,
I believe having an identity that's marked your real world identity will ensure that that identity
belongs to... if it's a certificate issued on the blockchain using your identity, it will ensure that
that identity belongs to you truly in the real world and even on the blockchain space. Yeah,
so it's actually bringing that person, the person in the real world, into the blockchain space.
Yeah, that's what that identity is doing, meaning you can easily mark this person.
Like, let's say if you are... if I have my... if I have my identity, you can easily mark it to the
real world identity. Yeah, I know one thing someone might say is doing something close to the same.
People can talk over domains, domains like let's say Ethereum domains, etc. That's what people might
choose to talk about, but you realize domains don't mark your identity to your like real world
identity. It's not tied to that. So, we can't tie it to your real world identity and that's why
this is different from the domains. Yeah, that's why I think it's different domains and I think it's
important. Not only for Africa, but I think it's important for everyone. Yeah, especially if
blockchain... if blockchain has to attain a level of legitimization and has to have people who are...
who are actively viewing it as something that is of significance. Yeah, then we really have to have
real world identities. The reason why you're using secret network is because of the privacy features
that it does offer and that's because, you know, secret offers a level of privacy where
it's kind of... I'll talk of specifically the way they are known NFTs to work. Their privacy is kind
of you can choose which part you want people to see and you can choose which part you want people
not to see. So, that kind of privacy where you can choose or not choose, you know, that makes
you feel like I'm truly the one who is owning my ID because no one will just access my ID against
my world. I can share it with them if I want to. Yeah, and I can show them what my ID is if I want
to and if I don't want to I can also keep it as my secret. Yeah, so I think that privacy is also
very significant for IDs. If this is done on a blockchain that is not private, your identity
will be everywhere and, you know, you know the implications of that. Things around cyber
security related issues that might be caused by just your ID being somewhere that can easily be
seen or by everybody and somehow people can just view it. You know what might happen that's related
in relation to cyber security. Yeah, so I think secret network is safe on that angle.
Yeah, I think that's what I'd like and about what we're building and why it's significant. Yeah, thank you.
Hello, can you hear me? Yeah, I heard you. Yeah, again.
Yeah, I'm done speaking. I was wondering why no one else is speaking or it could have been
if you guys can hear me. Yeah, we can. We can hear you perfectly.
For black, we can hear you.
I think he's having some network issues.
I don't know if you guys can hear me. Yeah, we can hear you now. It's good now.
Hey, guys. I see you hear me. Yeah, all good. Yeah, I hear you.
Hey, guys, can you hear me?
