For us to do a little bit discussions around market sentiment.
Okay, we got all the guests up on the stage. Let's get it going and let's get started. Happy New Year's. I am feeling great about the market right now. You know, not to jinx or get our hopes up too high, but things are looking great.
We have a Bitcoin ETF that's currently in the works. Let's see what happens. I believe it's on January 10. We saw that India is starting to sanction crypto a little bit. But nonetheless, wallet activity on chain is reaching its highs. More people are creating wallets. More people are engaging with blockchain tech. And it's super exciting. I'll pass it straight away to Haven's Compass. How was your New Year's? What are you looking forward to this year?
Happy New Year. And thanks for having me here. It was, I mean, no one in the team had a New Year party or anything. We were just working through it. But, you know, like you said, the market looks good. The last one and a half, two years were crazy depression all over the place. I think everyone in the chat here agrees. But we're super excited with the ETF, with Bitcoin, with the whole market.
We're kind of refreshing. And hopefully everything, you know, 2024 is time for GameFi. And hopefully also for scale to really push the boundaries and always be number one moving forward from here.
And yeah, I'll leave everyone else to speak a little bit about their New Year and, you know, looking forward for chatting even more here.
Amazing. Love starting out the enthusiasm. Passing on to Bit Hotel. It's a revolutionary social pixel art game right out of the Netherlands. How are you doing? You celebrated New Year's a little bit earlier than us in the U.S.
Hey, Zara. Good to hear you again. Yeah, no, we had a great time. Our team went over to, well, one of the small cities we have in our small country, had some beers and just watched the fireworks from a nice balcony and went right back to work the next day. So that's been us for New Year's.
Glad you got a little bit of a break in because if there's one thing about Web3 is that all of us work over time. We're always online. We're always available and we're always going hard. It's happy to hear you got the break.
Mickey from Arcadia, the marketing legend himself. Amazing at user acquisition. Amazing at connecting people and networking. How are you feeling about the market?
Hey, Zara. Thank you so much for the very kind invite. Feeling pretty good. Obviously, the last 18 months have been sort of slow, I guess. But just like you said, everyone in Web3 works overtime, not because we have to, but because we realize what the space can turn into.
And it's just cool to be here now as, you know, markets are turning with all of the people who are building alongside when things didn't look so good. So I'm super optimistic and excited for 2024.
Definitely. We're on the same page here at Scale. We closed the year with an amazing metric. According to CoinGecko, I just went ahead and pinned it up. Scale is the most active gaming chain, leading with 230K.
So that's how we ended off for a year. We can only imagine what's in it for Scale in the upcoming year.
Tote from Magic Square, one of our Scale Ecosystem Accelerator partners. How are you doing? What's new?
We're doing here. For us, it's been a hefty days. We're running to the TGE soon.
And at the same time, we're growing the Scale Ecosystem, listing several of your dubs. Hopefully, we'll list more to help you to grow even farther this 2024.
And I think we have exciting times ahead after a long, long bear market.
Definitely. Love to hear it. We've got Sarvesh on the stage as well. Part-time big game hunter, full-time boss, full-time Web3 OG.
Sarvesh, I'm going to hit you with a different question since you're always so insightful.
How are you feeling about Web3 gaming coming into 2024?
I would say Web3 gaming's activity over the past one week is the reason that I preferred staying at home over the course of the entire new year.
And, you know, it was just, I would say, a lot of work and grinding.
So I'm really excited. I see a lot of markets, I would say, maturing towards GameFi.
And we have so many big releases and, like, even the investor community has been so active, like, across, like, the 31st to 1st.
Like, since I've been, I would say, shilling Scale shamelessly across India.
I had, like, given scales, what scales metric were across the past week.
I had so many people just call in to confirm, like, hey, Sarvesh, the scale that you shill, is it SKL?
Is it SKL? And they're like, what's the roadmap? Like, you know, what these guys are doing?
So everyone's just excited with the kind of growth that we have seen across scale as well and the entire ecosystem too.
That's awesome. For those of you who don't know what scale is, piggybacking on Sarvesh, scale is a zero gas-free blockchain.
Scale is limitlessly scalable. It's the world's fastest blockchain, according to Dartmouth.
On-demand network. And again, zero gas fees, which was absolutely insane when I found out what it was.
It allows for quick deployment of interoperable EVM-compatible chains without compromising security or decentralization.
And actually, Sarvesh, amongst others on this stage, are building right on top of scale.
We have a question from the audience.
We'd love to hear more about Haven's Compass. Any updates?
So, Haven's Compass, I'll pass it right on to you.
So, what's on your 2024 roadmap and what should gamers and community alike be looking forward to?
Awesome. I think the first thing coming is with Yoda Labs, our free mint on scale.
And that's, you know, some exclusive stuff and NFTs that will be directly playable on our game through Epic Game Store.
And of course, it's all for free.
I mean, we're trying to give back to the community, give them some things to actually play the game with it, play it together, of course, and so on.
So, that's kind of the first thing that's happening.
And that will be around the end of this month.
So, we're super excited on that.
And of course, exactly what you said, you know, gas-free, gasless, I would say, ecosystem and blockchain.
Again, that's a dream come true for everyone, right, especially for Haven's Compass.
And that's just one thing.
Of course, we have a great incubation with CD5, a token launch also around March, April this year, hopefully.
And a lot, a lot more coming.
But the good stuff or the most important part is that we are launching Haven's Compass fully Q4 this year.
So, there's not much weight.
You can play it end of this year fully with your friends, with whoever you want.
And you can also play and earn whether tokens, NFTs, you can also lose them.
So, there's a lot of work to be done, of course.
But a lot of the bulk work has been done the last two years.
And we're super excited to launch on scale, of course, with all the partners and especially the guys from Yodelab and NFTB.
So, yeah, that's what I can say for now.
But, you know, keep it simple and look forward to our updates and alphas in Discord on Twitter.
Definitely, we look forward to it.
I went ahead and just pinned up a tweet.
There is a free Mint, whitelist spots available, Haven's Compass, Mints, and Q1.
Looks like there's a lot of alpha there.
So, thanks for sending that over, Yodelabs.
And on that, let's pass it over to Yodelabs.
Yodelabs is a very good resource.
I definitely suggest giving them a follow.
The team itself, you know, hate labeling people as experts, but definitely Web3 experts.
They know what works in this space and what doesn't.
Yodelabs, how are you feeling about Web3 gaming for 2024 and what's coming up on your roadmap?
But, yeah, we're really excited about what's going on with the future here.
I've got to say personally, before I even mention Yoda, I've held a bag of scale since the beginning, you know, knowing about the blockchain and the potentials.
So, it's been exciting over the last couple of months to only really just come to learn about the gaming ecosystem being built out on scale.
So, it's been really great to have the chance to dig in and to be creating some content around some of these games coming out over the last month or so through Yodelabs.
So, yeah, we're really pumped about the Havens Compass Freeman coming up.
And that's with NFTB, who we work closely with at Yodelabs.
So, yeah, great big things ahead.
I woke up this morning pretty excited to see all the red charts for the opportunity to grab some, you know, buy the dip, as you say, right?
And, you know, I think we all agree and the future looks real bright and excited for what's ahead.
So, with Scale Network, you know, I know the scalability, decentralized, that customizable side chains are going to be so important for the growth of an ecosystem.
A lot of games are looking for that as an option.
So, I see wider adoption in the future.
I know I can't speak for everybody at Yodel.
And thank you for the kind words, really.
You know, I think we're always slow to call ourselves experts, too, because we're just learning so much every day on spaces like this.
So, thanks again for this opportunity.
I'm excited to hear more from Havens Compass, BitHotel, because we created all that content around them recently and have more coming up with other games on that scale ecosystem.
Guys, you have a lot of experience.
We love everything you guys do.
No downselling on this stage.
We are hyping up the builders, the people that are here every single day, regardless of market conditions.
And that passes me right on to BitHotel.
Tell us, what is on your 2024 roadmap?
What should gamers look forward to?
So, I think you guys hinted at it already.
We're definitely cooking something up with the team at NFTB and Yoda Labs as well.
We literally, like, in the last week integrated on scale officially.
So, we definitely have a lot more contracts to push on to scale, which is a big milestone for Q1 for us.
We're also onboarding a lot more guilds now that they are becoming more and more active again, because our game is already live.
It's currently in the hands of over 200,000 users, both on mobile and on PC.
We're hosting some large tournaments as well.
Had some calls with your lovely colleagues about that today, actually, Zora, to see if there's some interesting ways in which we can spice it up.
And a lot more coming later in the year as well, UGC content, where we will allow users to make their own items, make their own stuff for in the game.
Really make it, you know, user-led in some sense.
All in a seamless way without, of course, any gas fees.
And, yeah, keep an eye out on any announcements.
There's a lot more coming, including hackathons, in-game voice chats, even some token-related listings.
But that's all I have to say, I guess, for now.
And I'll hand the mic over to one of the other lovely guests.
I love how I've casually just dropped all these features that everyone in the space has been talking about.
So, often when you hop on these spaces or YouTube channels and they discuss why Web3 Gaming isn't reaching mass adoption,
one, gas fees are a huge part.
And it sounds like BitHotel, you're integrating a lot of features that actually make gameplay fun.
Like, this is what's missing is the social aspect of games.
And, Sarvesh, I wanted to pass this to you because it's something that we talk about.
The features that BitHotel are integrating, how important are these for Web3 Gaming to actually reach mass adoption for people to want to play these games?
So, the user experience that a gamer kind of perceives from the gameplay is very crucial
because that is, I would say, what forms the mere foundation of your content or anything that is being produced outside of your game.
So, I believe that with what BitHotel, I've seen, I would say, a few clips of their gameplay.
I don't really get the time to play a lot of games.
But, yeah, it does look promising.
And I do believe that, you know, games, like, a lot of the games that we have on scale
really appeal to that casual Web2 audience as well,
which is why, like, you know, a lot of these games have been successful in bringing a good amount of people over on-chain
as well as retaining them.
Did I get drugged or something?
I'm super excited for BitHotel's ability to communicate with other gamers in-game.
Like, social aspect of games, in my opinion, is what makes it so fun.
So, I really look forward to that.
So, I went ahead and pinned up a tweet.
Magic Square had a hot offer alert.
Earn rewards for purchasing a welcome package for PlayBitHotel.
So, for those of you that are interested in getting in, check out the tweet,
how to start with a welcome package.
And it's awesome to see our guests on the stage all working together.
This is how we're going to move forward.
Mickey, you have a very different perspective on the space.
You're not building a game, but you're always handling, you know, go-to market strategies for games,
the launching, the marketing, the user acquisition.
How are you feeling going into 2024?
And how's everything looking for the business?
Just for, like, a bit of context, we helped solve some user acquisition problems.
I don't want to take credit for anything that we're not, you know, responsible for.
We just work with really good gaming companies, and we've worked with top brands.
I, you know, one of my first gigs in the space was with Big Time Studios.
We helped block games, do their current minting process, and some other really big names recently,
And, yeah, while gaming isn't our primary focus, I would say that 99% of the inbound is from games.
And that's honestly because I think that as this market sort of turns over into, like,
bullish sentiment, green vibes, people are like, okay, where can I place my bets so that
when Web2 money flows into the space, I can reap the reward?
And I think gaming's the answer.
Like, we have not experienced anything that's fun to play, that's easy to access, and that's
I think some of the games that paved the way in the very beginning were a little maybe
People weren't playing them for the right reasons, and now it's exciting to see blockchains
like scale and power games that are fun first, blockchain second.
And I think that's the mentality that will crush it in 2024.
I want to come back to a few of your points, but I want to pass it to Magic Square.
To, what's on your 2024 roadmap?
What's expansion looking like for Magic Square?
No, we have many things for 2024.
We're going to have a fiat on RAM, a DeFi revenue share, and also a launchpad.
So we'll be able to help not only in marketing, but also with the fundraising.
So at the end, we will be one-stop shop for people that want to discover projects and,
you know, stay there to do everything else.
How's it going with funding?
I know a lot of conversations that we all were having around this time last year is that,
you know, it was harder to get funding because, you know, investors and VCs and whatnot were
like maybe skeptical or concerned about the bear, but with market recovery, have you guys all
found it that it's easier to raise now?
Is there more interest in funding Web3 projects?
Fortunately, it's not hard anymore.
Like, during the bear market, it was tough for top projects to raise, but we managed to
close two rounds during the bear market.
And this last quarter of the year, we have seen a lot of interest from top-tier investors.
We onboard Emurgo Ventures in June and BlockCore Q4.
And now, like, we have tons of KOLs asking for, you know, a small allocation to be part of
the, of Magic Square, but unfortunately, we are oversubscribed.
So thanks to, you know, the market change, good price now.
Don't have such a bad time for racing.
Sarvesh, you're building 3XP.
I'd love for you to share with the audience what 3XP is and what is going into building
So 3XP is something that is, I would say, a bit of an aspirational project for me, because
where I come from, gaming is not just only a way of life, but it's, I would say, it
endues a lot of sacrifices to pursue anything around gaming.
Even it be, even it be somewhere like if you're spending three hours in a gaming cafe.
Anyway, now, having been in this space for over three years now, seeing two top 200 tokens
myself, I know the amount of consumer, like, you know, the gaming consumers or the early
teenagers or young adults, like, you know, if you have to just classify them as a demographic,
who are stuck with gaming tokens and don't really know what to do.
And here in developing countries like Asia, Middle East and Africa, we don't really have
a good amount of DeFi applications that are consumer friendly.
So with 3XP, I really want that gamer to have this mindset of play to live or rather than
just play to earn, wherein gamers are actually able to use the gaming tokens for real-time
Someone's like, like Shrapnel's doing big now.
Shrapnel has a good amount of retail investments, small packets coming from Asia.
Now, I want the kids who are playing this game to be able to use the gaming token, walk
into a gaming cafe and pay for their game time.
So when we last spoke Zara, we had 250 locations over the course of last 10 days.
We now have close to 459 locations signed up, willing to accept payments through the 3XP
So we ideally, and the reason we went for scale, right, is scale allows us to be selfless.
We don't really want these kids to be robbed of their tokens and we don't really believe
in those petty transactional or gas fees.
We really want to kind of, you know, bank the unbanked gamers that are out there and bring
So yeah, that's 3XP in a nutshell, guys.
I went ahead and pinned a thread on the pressing need for real world utility in gaming tokens
We also have some gaming audience questions that I want to ask to our panel.
By the way, the questions that we choose and that we post, we'll be sending you some
So go ahead and DM us your wallet.
But Joe is asking, can we play Haven's Compass on mobile or do we need PC?
So the current game is only on PC, but about Haven's Compass, it's based on a whole ecosystem
called the Compass ecosystem.
So if you have NFTs for Haven's Compass, the first person shooter on PC, after a while,
we will, our second team is already developing a mobile game, which can be played on mobile,
will not be first person shooter, but of course will be something for mobile.
And then we have team three doing also a different thing and so on.
So whatever you get, whether you mint or get a token or whatever in Haven's Compass,
this will be for the whole Compass ecosystem, right?
The game on Epic Game is extremely high quality, right?
Graphically, and it's nearly impossible to put it on mobile phones.
But in the near future, there will be other games from our ecosystem that can be played
Next, we have, can you explain how do I earn by playing BitHotel?
Asking as a complete beginner in this space.
Well, I want to first maybe start off by saying it's not about earning.
The game is actually built to last.
So what you do is you sign up either on mobile, you can find us in the iOS and App Store, or
on your browser at play.bitHotel.io.
And then, yeah, you quickly sign up.
You don't need a wallet to sign up.
You can just actually start playing without any Web3 native friction.
And you can compete against the other players in all kinds of mini games.
If you earn enough wins in these games, you grow up in the leaderboards, which reset on
And it's now start of the month.
And the top 20 of the leaderboard, but, you know, this is very competitive.
There's always thousands of games played in the top 20, like the users that end up in
These guys get a fungible token reward as well as item rewards.
But there's a lot of other ways in which you can get some monetary value in the game by
trading yourself or like trading your items in a smart way, similar to how you would do
If that's your goal, if extracting monetary value from a game is your goal, then I would
suggest doing those things.
And of course, that Magic Square offer, I believe it just ended, but you could get yourself
a little cash back if you were to sign up using their link.
And yeah, the rest I would leave up to you.
PaleHotel, do you guys also have a Telegram or is Discord where they should go to get started
Our Telegram is actually also very active.
It's linked on our website as well.
There's a lot of fake groups.
So just use our website to direct yourself to the right groups.
And we have a Discord with, I think, 50,000 people in it as well.
Flexing on us this early in the morning.
Next, Katana Inu is joining us a bit late, but nonetheless, let's give him time.
First of all, congratulations, Katana Inu, on celebrating your two-year anniversary.
That is an absolute eternity in this space.
You guys have a wild community.
Anytime there's a tweet that Scale does with Katana Inu, your community is just going nuts
What's coming up on your 2024 roadmap?
Thank you so much, Scale, for being here.
And also, very sorry for my late joining here.
I had some issues, so I hope you don't mind that.
And also, I would love to explain, of course, our roadmap, what we asked it for, and what
we are doing so far, if you give me some minutes.
So, I would love to explain everything on that.
And also, sorry I missed some speakers here as well.
I would, of course, listen to it later again and would love to understand more about our
Of course, we love to be collaborating with Scale.
We will use, of course, ScaleChain in our game as well, and Leaderboard, and Kill and
Death, and many, many more things, because it's a free use chain, and it's something that
So, thank you so much for that Scale.
So, Katana Inu is an NFT PC game.
It's a focus on fun to play.
We want to bring the method option.
We want to bring a lot of gamers, like Web2Gamers, to the blockchain space.
How are we going to do that?
It's, of course, first of all, we will make a game that's focused on the fun.
And it's a free-to-play game as well, and the seamless integration with wallet addresses.
So, a lot of things in the roadmap in the next, let's say, 12 months.
Have a lot of beautiful partnerships coming up.
Open beta will be, of course, this year.
So, close beta we are right now, but open beta we are currently working on.
So, Roadmap is also getting a lot of guilds, a lot of more, let's say, hubs, and bringing
a lot of players from Web2 to Katana Inu to play, to make esports, to make tournaments.
So, tournaments, you will start very soon.
We had some development delays.
So, because of holidays and COVID for developers, and it is how it is, we are human beings,
and things happen like that.
So, but it's not a problem.
We are still on the line.
So, we will develop this game to the end and make a really huge buzz in the space.
So, also, for working with scale, it's also something we really appreciate, and we will
work very much, and also in the near future, and implement everything with scale to the
So, currently, we are still an off-chain game.
So, but soon, we will implement everything, and that, yeah.
So, this is a very short direction.
I don't know if I can speak more.
I don't want to waste all the time.
So, that's why, if you guys have more questions so far, I would love to ask and to answer that,
and love to discuss with you guys.
Thank you so much, Skel and the other guys.
If you guys have questions for Katana Inu, go ahead and drop them in the comments of
this space, we're choosing the best ones, and we will be sending you some SKL tokens.
I wanted to pass it to Mickey.
Similar to me, he is chronically on the line and always in the know.
So, Mickey, I'm curious, with your predictions, what is the meta for Q1 2024?
What do you think it's going to be?
That's a fantastic question.
And I think, you know, if I asked you the same question, we'd both have similar answers.
And I think it's products.
I think products are going to win.
In 2017, 2018, or when I started this company in 2020, it was almost like a meta to invest
in something before it came to market.
Maybe if something had big backers, big names, big founding teams, whatever it might be, it
was like, let's pick the buzzwords and run with it.
And then you saw some crazy, you know, token movements and some speculative assets.
I think with the bear market, we flushed out a lot of speculation.
And the people who remain are the ones who are actually building tangible products.
So in, you know, Q1 and the rest of the year, I think that especially with an ETF approval
coming, the money is going to pour into founders who have something to showcase it besides just
a bunch of buzzwords and a vision.
I like the games who actually have something that will be playable.
So that's where I'm placing my bets.
Great products and playable games.
You didn't hit us with the Moonboy alpha.
So it sounds like you believe that the Bitcoin ETF will be approved.
Yeah, I think it will be approved.
I mean, we saw some like FUD today, which was kind of crazy that a firm can post that they
are speculating that it won't be approved and it caused like a 10% downturn.
I don't really understand that.
I'd like to know who was behind that.
And, you know, they probably had some shorts.
So good for them, I guess.
But yeah, I think it'll be approved.
I think it's a, you know, a no brainer.
And yeah, I'm excited for it.
You bring up a very good point.
And I actually want to pass this question to each of our guests on the panel.
How do you guys feel about more regulation coming into this space?
Haven's Compass, I'll start with you.
I mean, as a game, we're already heavily regulated, right?
So in our case, it's pretty good, right?
It will stabilize the markets for sure, but also give it more, let's not say security,
but trustworthiness all in all, right?
Of course, the moon stuff will go away once it's fully regulated.
There won't be those huge bull runs and hundreds of thousands of percents and meme tokens and
But of course, it will grow up.
It will be some actual thing, especially with the ETF stuff that you were just talking about.
Yeah, but regulation makes sense.
Regulation at the start doesn't make sense.
But at the, you know, near the end or I mean, it's not the end, but kind of once it's maturing
is the real move forward, right?
So same thing that happened with penny stocks.
I don't know how many years ago.
So I think regulation will boost the whole market forward.
I would say give us the face that we need, like as games on Web3, people will start, okay,
yeah, those are actual legit games.
Of course, you need to have legit game, but that's kind of how I see it.
We're welcoming regulation with open hands.
That's kind of how we look at it.
Yeah, I hear you on that.
I see a lot of, you know, Web3 company builders saying that they're ready and excited for regulation
because they want that market stability.
And they see that as being a key component for mass adoption.
You know, while on the other hand, some people, mostly the traders, love the volatility
and they think that's a critical part of keeping people interested.
But all of us are building on, you know, different sides of the chain.
Yodelabs, passing it to you.
How do you feel about regulation coming in?
Haven's Compass really had a great answer there.
You know, regulation is a big word.
You know, so as a general consensus, I think the people who are building rather than the
people who are betting are in favor of seeing some sort of stability come to the market.
There'll always be some volatility to trade and long shots to take.
So I think we can all win with some strong regulation.
You know, these kinds of questions I can't even answer on Yoda's behalf.
I'm Bobby Kunta, the Kunta MC.
You know, that's my personal opinion.
And yeah, I think most agree with us here.
I see a lot of, you know, I got to say also while I'm on the mic here is like I see a lot
of consistent community from the scale folks.
You know, the people who've been commenting on the posts we made are in here now.
And I dig that, you know, A-Bud throwing up emojis for everything everybody says.
Let me just, you know, Blue and D and St.
Like these are all people who've been commenting and active in the community.
And that's going to be important for your continued growth, regardless of regulation.
I just got excited seeing all these folks in here.
Well, thanks for acknowledging them.
Scale has the best community, the best community on the world.
And what's amazing about our community is they love to engage with our ecosystem partners.
They love to engage with the DApps building on scale.
Oh, my gosh, you're going to get me really like hyper now.
But we do have Hamza from Katana Inu joining us.
And I'm very excited to be here.
And also, Marwan is here with Katana Inu's ID.
He's the CEO of Katana Inu.
So he's here with us, too, today.
Hamza, I'm going to put you on the spot, since you're just joining us.
Which region of the world have you found to be most interested in Web3 Gaming?
Where is a place where games should go and focus on user acquisition?
Well, I've been to multiple countries for Web3 Gaming.
I think the places that need to be focused, like it's Indonesia, it's Turkey, it's Japan.
People, if you provide them with good gaming and good experiences, they will jump in.
In Indonesia, the age is like they're mostly young age.
They want to do something.
And I think Indonesia can be a very, very good market for everyone.
Hitting us with some of the alpha.
Wanting to pass this on now to BitHotel.
How do you feel about regulation coming into this space?
Is this something you look forward to or is this something you want to not have come in?
Just quickly to touch upon Hamza's point.
We also see a lot of interest from South America and all the Spanish and Portuguese-speaking countries.
Maybe it's because we have a social game and they really like these types of games.
But we do think that the economy's use states as well as the people from South America and all the Spanish and Latin countries, they're also very much involved in these games.
Regarding the point for regulation, I think there's a lot of founders that due to the very loose rules over the last five years have lost a lot of money in crypto and had to cancel their projects.
We've had a lot of partners that went belly up because they put their treasuries in the wrong spot and those, including, for example, Terra and those companies are now not around anymore because there were some grifters.
And I do think that regulation, if done well, and that's a big asterisk, will reduce the chances that very good people, very motivated, strong founders basically get unlucky and get wiped out in one go, even though they had such promising projects.
So that's just a little personal opinion and a little anecdote on this front where I think it could indeed bring a lot of stability and security to the space, which I think most people will appreciate.
So that's my take, I would say.
Definitely. It looks like all of us are in agreeance on that.
For me, the best there are regulations we'll bring is the money inflow.
Institutional money will come to the market.
This is something that we really need because we're talking about trillions of money.
But in the end, I believe that in good, it's not going to be possible to regulate everything.
You will still have meme coins, rug pulls and everything.
Because you can regulate the United States, you can regulate Europe, but people from other countries will be able to keep on, you know, doing these meme coins and these rug pulls.
So I don't believe that regulation will come to every single one in the world, but mostly the Western world.
And this will be great for the money inflow, as I said at the beginning.
I really like how Yoda Labs categorize it.
It's like the betters versus the builders.
I think those sides of the spectrum will see different sorts of regulation.
In our last 15 minutes, I just wanted to go around and have each of the guests, you know, say anything to close off the space.
How can people start playing your game?
Do you want to share some alpha that you haven't said anywhere else?
I'll just pass it to Sarvash first, and then we'll move from there.
Well, to play our game, you need to hold NFTs and tokens because we are on close beta stage.
But we are working soon that you'll be able to play our game for free.
You can have a taste of the game for free.
But when you want to earn and when you want to grind, then you'll have to be part of the ecosystem by having NFTs, by having tokens.
And I'm very excited for it.
Everyone who wants to play our game, please follow our socials.
And play.katanainu.com is the website.
You can download the launcher.
You can download the game.
Yeah, I would love to add maybe some seconds on that.
Yeah, currently we have a news built.
We will today make a post about it.
So tomorrow you can download it.
And tomorrow we will also be live and play the news built with the community who, of course, having NFTs or tokens.
So the thing is that the game is currently in a close beta stage.
But soon we will have open beta and everyone can play it for free for sure.
But right now, just go to website.katanainu.com and you can just press play and then download it.
And if you have NFTs and tokens, you can directly play the game, of course.
Yeah, that's from my side.
And again, thank you so much for being here, Scale.
And everyone, I appreciate that.
As soon as this space is done, I have a few more meetings.
And I'm going to jump right into Katana Inu.
Sarvesh, what's something you want to leave the audience with about 3XP?
I would say, like, watch out for us.
We are coming to kind of help gamers in the developing nations to access that complete suite of DeFi functionalities in the real world.
And the reason we are bullish on this is because compared to other ecosystems, right, people need to create things from scratch.
It's like we are taking something that we have built in Web2, a very successful business venture that pretty much builds every known publisher on this planet, a gaming publisher.
And now take that complete infrastructure and put it into the service of gamers.
Now, this is going to take some time.
So while we do that, right, I would also want to request the audience, like, any beautiful game that you see that you would want to see on the scale blockchain.
We have some beautiful folks down here in the audience, Benjamin, Dante, Amre.
Feel free to follow them.
Send them whatever best games that you want on scale.
And they are the best people to make this happen.
Like, you know, let's try and make scale, like, the blockchain that is the beautiful product for gaming and try and get more and more games for us on the network.
I gave you a moment to make it about you, and you brought it right back to scale.
Going to make this guy the co-host all the time.
But definitely, we do have the scale team in the audience.
We have Emery, Dante, Ben.
Definitely shoot them a DM.
Also, Sarvesh is a great connect to have.
He knows a lot of people in this space.
Same with Yoda Labs, Bit Hotel specifically.
I'm very familiar with them and what they do in terms of marketing and user acquisition.
So, we got a lot of great products and builders up here joining us.
Passing it on, Bit Hotel, what is something you want to leave the audience with?
Yeah, thank you so much, Zara, for the time today.
I just, because it's the start of the year, want to implore everybody to start experimenting, start building.
Just, you know, find a couple YouTube tutorials and string together some code or whatever you want to do.
There's also no-code tools these days, AI, that can help you with this.
And try and build your own little depth, maybe on scale, maybe somewhere else, whatever you want.
I think that's a very powerful thing to do.
So, don't worry about anything being saturated.
That's all just excuses in your head.
And, yeah, maybe we'll partner with you someday or there's some value to be shared.
So, big proponent of that.
Bit Hotel, passing it to Yoda Labs.
Thank you for the call out.
That was such an inspiring message to leave people with, Bit Hotel.
I don't know how I could top that.
All I got for you guys is the alpha.
We're going to drop our videos maybe a day, two days in advance on TikTok, Instagram.
So, jump onto the Linktree link on our profile.
Follow us on those other socials that we're really just getting rolling with our content.
You're likely to see some of the things we release a little bit earlier there.
We are free to play because, really, we're just pumping out content for you guys to all make the most informed decisions possible and enjoy the games that we're enjoying.
So, thanks again for taking the time.
We're pumped about scale.
So, I'm personally very excited to see what's going on because I really didn't even know there was games being built on scale until a couple of months ago, like I said earlier.
So, I've been doing my own research.
My God, Yota Labs, where were you hiding?
I mean, this is, I'm talking about myself personally.
I guess hiding under a rock.
Just, we get so, there's just so many new things every day, new shiny things, you know, and we go down these rabbit holes.
And so, it's great that there's a new rabbit hole opening up for folks to go down the scale network and see what's going on here.
Because, apparently, you guys had to chain, what, 230,000 active users in a month or a day?
I'll go ahead and re-pin it up.
I mean, that's why you have Yota Labs that aggregates this information for us, hands it to us on a platter.
But, yeah, we'll continue to have these spaces so we can learn about, you know, different games and products.
So, Tote and then Haven's Compass, what would you like to leave the audience with?
I want to say to the audience and all the scale builders that if they want to build a great community, yes, ping me, DM me, or in Telegram or on email.
I will help them with the Microsoft Store to build this community and marketing efforts.
I think I'll DM you, Tote, to build our community together.
So, that's an awesome thing.
From our side, one very nice alpha, I would say, is, you know, Haven's Compass is free to play.
You can download it from Epic Games very easily.
You don't need your own launcher or whatever.
And the real, real important stuff is play it well, level up your weapons, unlock some attachments and skins, and get ready to mint.
Because once you mint some NFTs, you will be qualifiable to the tournaments.
And those tournaments will have thousands of dollars worth of scale tokens to win if you're good at playing.
So, good luck and looking forward to see you all, guys, playing Haven's Compass.
I'll be in the game and, you know, super excited on this.
And, of course, thanks for having us here.
Super, super cool spaces.
Would love to be on the next ones, of course.
I'm super inspired for the next one based on Katana Inu and BitHotel's discussions around user acquisitions, the regions where we see the most Web3 gamers and players and areas that are starting to, like, grow and build more interest around that I think would be an amazing topic for a space.
For scale, we have a lot going on in 2024.
Chain pricing is going live.
We are seeing an increase in the diversity in our DAP ecosystem, including AI and DeFi, and a lot of big brand partnerships coming up.
Just to drop that in there, stay tuned on our Twitter for more updates.
Everyone in the audience, thank you so much for joining us and joining these amazing projects that are building, have been here, and will continue to be here.
Make sure you give them a follow.
Hop in their discords and their telegrams to figure out how to get more involved with their ecosystems.
I hope everyone has an amazing new year and looking forward to seeing what Q1 brings.
