that is backing it with our art studio, right?

It allowed us to create, like, all the content as well as create this whole collection, um,
and then deliver it for free.
And it put us on the map.

So, the main intention was actually, um, to use it or utilize it in a way, um, where
we can highlight the talents of our artists as well as put our studio on the fucking web-free

Um, the artists are, are very excited.
Uh, we get, like, the platform and stage they deserve.

i've checked it was around 100 cool i think we can get things started then um we are at 75 percentage
minted and we've been preparing this for over one year so right now me personally i feel a lot of
relief and i think i can speak for the whole our team as well as the whole web 3 and discord team as
well we are like quite pumped and excited about this and the hype that we've been witnessing over the last
two three weeks has been absolutely mind-blowing man and we actually overheat everything that we had
set as as milestones at schools before mint so yeah man it's crazy like within four or five weeks on
twitter we've managed to get 33 000 followers the discord has 25 000 members the last time i've seen numbers
like these were actually in the previous peak nft bull run and even then it was very very very rare
but you were able to witness something like that so this is actually like really really crazy i think
the main reason is the art as well as the branding and just to touch on that real quick before we
explain a little bit more about our project art and branding are like so important when it comes to
collectibles or any business because it's the first interaction point between business brand and
customer or future holder right like when people see a logo when they see artworks for the first time
that's like the most crucial moment right either way wipe with it or we don't but if you manage to
create artworks that get most of the people um to to resonate with it you'll be you'll be able to to
return or convert a lot of people and then return them in your project right and i think that we
set a really really good foundation there and it doesn't come from nowhere because we've put in like
one year or almost one year of hours um into into the art as well right we have like 11 artists working on it
we have um two our locations here with our studio so we've used like our main resources over the last
six months to prepare that and yeah man like we're quite stoked about the output um we are quite stoked
about the hype that we are witnessing we are we are very happy to be able to give our artists the stage
that they deserve um and we're like also of course happy that we are like able to represent balinese
artistry in general right because all of our artists are from bali all of them are local artists so here
it's actually very very hard for them to get linked to um western clients to do for example commission work
and now we have a huge platform with sculpt with our studio to yeah showcase for talents and and that's
like the thing that makes me the most happy um because actually we were able to change 11 lives to a
better and that's that's like my biggest personal accomplishment right so very happy to see that and
yeah very very happy that you guys are all arriving as well with the artworks that you guys want to be
part of the sculpt um we have a lot of interesting stuff planned as well but yeah um we got a couple
of speakers up here as well we got um ray ray as well as stuffy and fossil the ruler from adsc who has
who have been long-term supporters so shout out to you guys you've been you've been um witnessing like
every single obstacle that we had to overcome to to be here where we are right now so you know what
we've been through and you know how much work we've putting into it how much effort have been put into

of people still think that we are an art studio or art only project which is not the case right so
maybe it's a good opportunity to get all of you 400 people that are in here introduced to the sculpt
because obviously there's way way more behind it than you have been seeing so far in timeline
so yeah i'll start with myself my name is john i'm the co-founder of skulls i'm our web developer
as well as branding and art director and i've been like the front face of this for the past six
till eight weeks communicating in public and just representing um our studio as well as our general
brand and trying to give our artists the platform that they deserve so yeah that's me and talking
about skulls we initiated skulls around one year ago with the vision to inspire and to support people to
accomplish their dreams skull itself is the shortage for skull culture and our character actually aims
to display your afterlife personality and remind you that life is short we have been working on this
ip as well as character brand over the past year and these are going to be delivered as a freement to
the community and right now we are at 80 percentage minted which is absolutely mind-blowing everything
you can see so far from character design to memes animations every single content on our timeline as
well as discord website has been produced by our in-house art studio that has two our locations in bali
and currently employs 11 local artists so right now i'm speaking from one of our locations
i'm in the small office here um hosting the spaces while the artists are in the big workspace and working
on some content but it's going to be rolled out um during the raffle as well as postment so we're like
preparing that content schedule as well as other plans but yeah we've been locked in here for the last two
days um mainly i've been here for the last week i think i haven't been home at all um yeah just like
preparing all this shit our art studio team has worked with over 800 clients so far and it's a
profitable business so that is the main reason that allows us to roll skulls collectibles out as a
free mint and to utilize it to promote our art studio as well as explosive growth currently
we are at the mint phase before we have been building our community which we of course want to
continue building and curating and our community plays a huge role in our plans of creating and shaping
our identity because the collectible approach itself i would say it's a community empowered character
brand that we are trying to build um that is yeah like very heavily aligning on the models of
plainer source as well as pudgy penguins but obviously we don't have only collectibles we have been
also working on our web platform explosive growth over the past months which automates the processes of
brand building and parts of content creation this aims to support content creators personal brands
and businesses to build the brand within seconds and all these features on the platform are empowered
by ai tech also the platform itself has a solana infrastructure integrated which allows us to monetize
it via subscription models as well as pay per use the platform explosive growth will be accessible for
everyone sculpt collectible holders will be able to use specific features that help them to build a brand
and create content around our collectible ip also we will have free access to our media library which is
built into explosive growth so the media library is basically a huge content pool where our studio has been
contributing a lot of media that can be used for personal or commercial use by our collectible holders to
yeah continue building our brands creating content around our collectible ip uh we have general content
ready as well um that might be attractive for general people that don't have anything to do with the
collectibles themselves right the pilot project has been running with eight ira companies so those are
basically ira studio partners and companies um that have been using explosive growth to either overwork
or brand or create a new brand identity and the feedback has been very very great and with the next wave
we want to onboard personal brand and content creators to the vita version so basically we are focusing on not
feeding our holes with fish we want to teach them how to fish because we believe that this is a way more
sustainable approach when it comes to collectibles nfts and building a community we want to get all of you
closer to your dreams by providing a tech infrastructure a supportive community as well as inspiring content
and we think that there's no greater utility than getting people closer to their dreams and this is what
scald is about and you will hear me you will hear me um talking a lot a lot about our vision because
again the vision of scald is to inspire and to support people to accomplish their dreams and literally
everything that we have been planning designing and building serves this single purpose and we have been
doing a quite outstanding job in my opinion um managing this and i'm super super happy to roll this out
with the team over the next weeks and make this a huge success i think people still think that
it's it's a freemint and that means that it's like a deacon mint some pump and dump
shit but again like if you just look at the artworks themselves if you look at the branding if you look at all
the memes that we've been putting out if you look at all the animation videos that we've been putting out
if you look at our collectible website and our skull studio website and everything like how we've been
running it so far pre-mint this is not a fucking deacon mint and i want people to know that and i
don't want anyone to say that skull is a deacon just because it's free i mean we're like all of course
deacons at our hearts but we are delivering quality here and me personally i would love that our art
team gets the flowers for that and they get respected for that despite being a free mint right so that's
just like something i want to highlight there and yeah i think other than that people were having a
lot of fun so far and again jared just said it the mint doesn't mark the end it actually marks the
beginning of a project right so um we have a lot of stuff planned that are going to we have a lot of
plans that are going to be rolled out over the next weeks um leading up to certain events um everything
is scheduled in phases with our own content schedules and tech drops as well as um community features
and giveaways and events um that we think are are pretty pretty cool so very very stoked to yeah
get this journey started with all of you guys so that's basically it i mean i think we're like a lot
of questions regarding skulls i think there might be like a lot of questions regarding the mint as well
so we can just open up um the conversation here and you can yeah let us know how you feel about it um
give us some questions um let us let us know your thoughts and your feedback on the journey so far
and what you are expecting to see in the future and yeah we can just talk about that

hype on a level that we were not expecting right so we were we we needed to pivot a little bit and
make adjustments we're like a lot of botters trying to get in right so we needed we needed to um
implement new security measurements there as well the purge was quite intense but it was needed
apparently um but yeah like we've been communicating all of this for
like all the time we've been saying that this is going to happen this is going to happen we've been
telling people to read as well to be careful there's like a purge and whatever and i would say like
i'm confident to claim that everyone who has following the rules or who has been following the rules
is on here right now happy or we have for nfts in the wallet right but we need to be strict
because there was a huge demand we're like only 666 collectibles so yeah um we're not able to
onboard everyone apparently but that's also what of course increases the value of the project right
if you have 30 000 people wanting to get in but you're only able to to allocate to 666 right so
yeah we've been doing our best i think the whole team has done like an outstanding job um there were
like a lot of complaints but again we just needed to be strict and yeah we've we've just we've just

props to you guys for that appreciate that og yeah man we we've been yeah like i'm
still kind of mind blown by like the whole process from where we started with the character design to
its final execution and image that is going to be displayed as a collectible because as you say
like the artworks is outstanding um really really great and it attracts a lot of people right and i'm
pretty sure that we will see a lot of people changing their pfps and losing their blue check marks
for scott collectibles and that's fucking buddhist as well right so for for the next um six or seven
days um that's like the phase that we call manifestation we are mainly going to focus and
appreciate the art we're like 450 trades within the collection we're like more than 50 one by ones so
your chances actually to mint a one by one out of the collection are one percentage which is absolutely
crazy right so uh we're just going to appreciate the art we're going to see a lot of people flexing
on a timeline what we've been minting we are going to see a lot of new trades on the timeline that have
not been revealed at all yet in our marketing campaign as well as in discord so yeah i'm really

have it on on on my wallet right so like that's like i still remember that and like you know the
source that artworks are are not um something that you would like to wrap as a pfp when it comes to
like a cool collectible project and that being your first mint on any chain i think you will have like
a special relationship to that and i can speak for um or i can tell what you've been saying the ruler is
very very true because we have a lot of people from hbar joining we also have a massive influx from eve
people coming in as well uh that are saying that we are the first solana project and we are of course
very very happy to be the gateway and first interaction point for all of those people on solana
and to represent solana here as well um and also just to touch on that i'm very happy for the solana
ecosystem in general as well because if you look at how things were looking in one year a bit one year
ago with all the ftx drama and where we are right now this is like really really great and cool for
the whole community that has been going through the worst right and right now solana slowly receives the
flowers that it's just better deserves and it's being recognized by a lot of people and we if we can
um carry something to that like we are of course happy to do that and i think we've already done it

with john and his team of artists in studio um for quite a while and some some of the art that you

beginning things were like very very rough like very very rough and very very different to what
we are today and yeah man just like seeing solana evolving so fast over the past two years is
definitely mind-blowing and we are we are definitely happy to be able to build on solana the whole
platform um explosive growth has again a solana infrastructure right and we want to enable um paper
use for example or subscription models where people are able to use a smooth user experience uh with
low transaction fees that are going almost towards zero um yeah to to utilize and use our application so
yeah solana for us was a no-brainer but again it it wasn't always like this a lot of people have put a
lot of hard work into getting it to what it is right now yeah and that's that's like the thing
about communities right so again like we are not trying to build a business here the business is
already running like we have our our art studio that is already running that is already profitable
that helps us to back um what we are doing with the collectibles the collectibles are to build a community
and by going for a community-empowered brand like you guys are the ones that are important and we
want to um offer you an infrastructure that you are able to utilize um to to build like your own
personal brand for example to create content around skullt or even if it's not skullt you will be able
to use those platforms and tools that we are developing to create i don't know like like any personal brand
that you want to create to so if you want to be like for example a football content creator
or a fitness a person personal brand or whatever you can utilize explosive growth for that as well
but when it comes to collectibles and again this is like why why we think community is so important
looking at the solana ecosystem it was shaped by its people right like obviously there's like a solana
foundation developer team as well as people who are working with with the labs themselves right but the
whole ecosystem as well as like all products that we are able to use today and that bring a lot of
joy to the people are delivered by actually community members that decided to stay on solana and to
participate and to contribute and to build right and same applies for the scouts so we want to
be like the infrastructure provider right we want to give you a certain setup and then we want to
motivate you to use that setup and infrastructure to thrive our ecosystem and community in part
character brand right and that's like a very similar approach that um pudgy is running very successful
and um same approach applies um on solana right now for clanosource so that is like the general
direction where we are heading for collectibles and again a community super super important for our

well i have a question for you um and i'm sure this has been a pretty crazy experience i mean
we've built it for a while but it feels like things have really got you know picked up pace in the last
week or two and i wanted to ask like what you know what do you have any big takeaways from this
experience you know free mint is a lot i think a lot of people think that like free mint is a
guaranteed mint out and you know salon is pumping a lot of activity but uh i'm wondering if there's
anything that's stood out to you as you know something maybe something you do better or something
that you're happy that you did do yeah i would love to hear about that yeah that's a great question
i think both both things apply right like we had lessons that we have learned and also we had um
great accomplishments that made us really proud um when it comes to accomplishments i think like i
cannot talk about what things were going on in my dms but there was like some really shady
going on that was actually bullish uh that me personally as well as the team like the core team
who who have seen the screenshots uh was was very happy about um so we're like we're like things
like that but when it comes to accomplishments that we're like able to talk about um that's
definitely the interest from ethereum right so that's that's like very very cool um to be able to
attract so many people from there and be the first solana project right so uh we're like very proud
about that um also the projects that have been requesting from eve are like the biggest projects over
there right so we have like a lot of pudgy people we have um a lot of azuki beans people um the biggest
eve one by one and alpha dows requested for collapse as well um and like the the requests that we've
been getting from there have been quite overwhelming um we've been also in touch with a lot of great
people over there that really liked um our artworks we have been shouting us out on the timeline
we got mooky up here or down here for example who has been very supportive um ali i think is not in
the space here right now but he has been chatting with me in the dms quite a lot has been showing a
lot of love has been supporting us a lot as well so shout outs to to a lot of guys there and while
this is being our biggest accomplishment i think this is like where we had the biggest issues um
regarding whitelist collaborations so most of the whitelist collaborations on ethereum are handled via
alpha bot and that is a bigger headache than on solana for example with server and atlas and the biggest
mistake that i've made personally was hiring a cross-chain collaboration manager without vetting him
appropriately and what happened is we had a certain max allocation per collaboration manager and we've
allocated him x y sent x y set amount of whitelist spots to allocate to eve communities and he went ahead
and yeah just just screwed it basically and he allocated like oprah like you get whitelist you get whitelist
you get whitelist and whatever and we ended up like having um a huge spreadsheet where our actual
number was um overextended by far so it was a huge headache to get all the peoples involved um that had
let's just made raffles and colorations going on with that cm but yeah we've tried to onboard everything
and everyone that we were able to onboard um we're like still some communities that were apparently missed
out so very sorry for that but that goes on on my head um for not vetting team members properly so
that's something that i want to pay attention more in the future um most of our team has been vetted very
very properly right because i know those people for a long time or we're coming in and referral and we
just want to keep it like that right um that's that's very crucial and that was definitely a learning
experience here as well um but yeah at the end like we're like happy to have all those eve people
in as well we were happy if you've made it we're happy if you have your collectibles in the wallet
as well and we are happy to be um your first to honor project so that's that's a really cool accomplishment
there thanks for sharing that's a that's a cool perspective you don't hear very often from uh
uh someone who's just minted out they actually you know what that's that actually makes sense
event met your team sorry to hear about the collab manager uh hey morning i wonder is there's anything
that you was there anything that you did uh you know especially well regarding like the culture the
community you know that something that you did i was very impressed with the website and the discord
i think a lot of people were and i'm wondering you know is there anything that's that you've got a lot
of compliments on that you feel like really made a difference in cultivating the vibes
yeah that's that's not a great question i think i think like the most important thing for for most
successful businesses as well as web free projects is having a clear vision because if you have that you're
like able to derive your whole business identity and everything that is tied to it um from that right
um again our vision is to inspire and to support people to accomplish their dreams so of us whenever
we make a business decision or try to create like a moral compass for our brand we are referring to that
brand vision right and um that was one key the other key is of course communication right like if you want
a cult to be taken over by the people you have to be out there and communicate it to the people right
and you have to tell them that this is like the way we want it to be right if you with this this is
this is what you have to do or this is what you can do to contribute to it and to help shaping it right
so what we always do is um of course you want to give our our community and members uh freedom
but that freedom needs to happen within a certain context that aligns with our brand vision right and
that requires communication um a lot of communication and i think that we have done a great job there
um and we had like we had like a lot of simple slogans so we try to keep it simple on the promotion
side of things as well right whenever you read embrace the skull that was like one of our campaigns
we had joined the skull that was one of our campaigns now we have manifest the skulls right
that is like one of our campaigns so we've tried to keep it as simple as possible for people as well
right um so i think easy user experience is key as well so if we recap it um clear business and brand vision
communication as well as what was the last one i already forgot sorry man i'm so tired actually
uh as well as the last one that i've been talking about for a second ago so those are like the free
keys that i would say um helped us to create this cool culture at its very early beginning obviously
this is going to be shaped even more in the future

for the sculpt but um but when moon
soon brother soon moon soon moon we have a lot of exciting things planned um pretty sure you're going
to be stoked about that again for the next days we're going to to drop uh certain informations out

has just started um to highlight artworks as well as branding as well as the art studio as well as the
collection with its 450 trades and 50 one by ones right so we'll see like um us on a timeline for quite

want to focus on for the next week while teasing other things of course
ray you had your hand up as well uh yeah i just wanted to say that you guys were really tapped in
like something as small as hand drawing memes uh in the in the form of sculpt it goes a long way
yeah memes are very powerful and that was like one of our uh one of our main focuses creating the
marketing campaign we wanted to have cool memes that are basically replaced with our characters
right and the feedback that we've been getting on those has been pretty pretty cool at the same time
we're like able to um evolve our character brand and character brand ecosystem up towards memes as well
i think anyone who remembers um before we actually witnessed all this hype we had a fake meme coin launch
campaign as well where we've utilized three or four memes of our content tool and we were like able to
i don't know like get close to 2000 followers within 24 hours just by by using the memes so those are
like very very powerful um another thing is that this guy what is his name andreas pompliano uh one of
the biggest crypto traders out there he tweeted two or three weeks ago that you don't need any marketing
budget if you're able to create cool memes or funny memes and he was absolutely right about that so
yeah memes are definitely our go-to move for sure and we have a lot of memes um in the pipeline that
we haven't revealed yet so those are going to be fun as well and those are going to be revealed uh
within the next days actually
so yeah actually i would like to say if you want a meme um just hit up skull studio but right now we're
like so busy with things but please don't hit us up uh we'll be quite busy with this for for uh one
month um and then things are easing up in our schedule and then we'll be able to produce for
other people as well as projects in the space that are interested

morning for me i'm on the east coast uh in toronto canada and this is my first uh solana mint in
probably two years three years i i can't even remember it's been that long um fun fact i'm an eth maxi but
i actually started with nfts on solana um and yeah it's crazy it's crazy time has flown by i uh that was my
first ever nft experience on solana and then i became an eth maxi after that uh sadly unfortunately
but i'm back i'm back baby and this was a great way to be back and the the art is it's it's wild it's
wild um you know one of the the things is i i i won't lie ali was one of the people that uh kind like
that's kind of how i saw this this uh project to be quite honest because he's a friend of mine i met
him and all that stuff in london um but then the more i saw the the art after that i was like yo this
is crazy the art here is absolutely bananas and one of the things that people forget about nfts um
there's a there's a cool sense of tribalism too right and a lot of that is is kind of very similar i was
talking to my wife the other day and it's very similar to the way that we uh treat fashion you
know like um you go and you wear a brand because you want to associate yourself with a brand like
why would somebody buy a gucci bag as an example because other people are buying a gucci bag and you
want to be like oh i'm a part of that crowd or somebody that's wearing jordan shoes you you might not
even play basketball but you you want to be a part of that fashion style and stuff so sculpt gave me
that vibe because i was like there's the the tribalism here is built uh differently and a lot
of the stuff that i was seeing oh and by the way the discord was bananas it was bananas that discord in
the sculpt discord made me feel like yo the bull run this is it's back it's back and this is the last
thing i want to say guys um my brother has been away from the nft space for probably um two two years
like he just literally just left and this project kind of brought him back so um he had whitelist um
he won from a giveaway and um he was the one that was in the discord and he was like bro what's going
on i feel like the bull run like this is this is like what the last bull run felt like and i was
like yeah bro this is is heating up um we're here so congrats on all the success um i'm super happy
to have minted um shout outs to everyone that is here for the ride and yeah i can't wait

all we try to accomplish um and to manage and and we've we've done it right so i'm i'm very stoked
about that when it comes to like a long-term long-term vision like how i see the community
i call it the mr b's community approach because we want to communicate our vision over and over again
inspire and support people to accomplish their dreams and we want to like we want other people
to take that over as well right and like ideally what would happen um if we're like able to to provide
the infrastructure that we've been designing and building for a long time we want people out there
creating content in a mr b style right so we are for example going out and going to the orphanages
or schools and just i don't know like getting people or kids like bicycles or toys making content
under the brand of skull right just like um just like creating some stuff and content for for that
culture that we are like trying to to establish right at the same time of course like and this
is like why this vision is so powerful right because anytime we are able to get someone closer
to their dreams or help them to actually accomplish it with either the infrastructure or the community
that we are like providing that means that we are like the main reason for them to have actually
accomplished their dreams which is actually very powerful for us to create further content from
that right and it also builds a closer relationship between um holders to the actual brand right because
anything that we are trying to accomplish we are trying to accomplish it together where it's like
a supportive community where it's an infrastructure that helps you with defining for example a dream
committing to it building a personal brand around it and then just go out there and
fucking pursue it with our infra as well as the community and when you get there bro it's going
to be like a fun party every single time before within our community and that's what what i envision
for the community side of things that i would like to see maybe unfolding within one year from here
where we're like able to recap and look back at 2024 and see actually like who we were able to
to either get closer to the dreams or have them actually to accomplish it right so
that's how i'm envisioning like the community side of things specifically
and yeah again happy to have you on board man

people that would like to go from project to project right just go mint flip and go to the next one
and we're just like do it over and over again and i don't think that this is like the way to go to be
successful within the space and if you look at the people that are actually successful within the space
all of them have their fucking home base we have their communities we have their networks right they were
like interacting providing information and knowledge and then of course um using informations and knowledge
within those communities as well yeah to i don't know go hunt alpha check out new communities or whatever
right so if you stick around one place and if you contribute and participate in my opinion your chances
are higher to actually make it while at the same time having way more fun within the space right so

we just kind of started talking and um and and one thing led to another you know and i'm really grateful
for uh you know for the opportunity to be able to kind of uh you know steer john uh very very little
uh through through this whole journey uh but um it's it's been an absolute blast and um just super
proud of you man and uh you know just really looking forward to uh what's what's to come

that how uh and it's going to be inspiration your answer is going to be an inspiration for a lot of solana
projects who are looking to launch in future how do you manage to grab attention of uh how do you
manage to grab the attention of eat folks uh like us and how the cross-chain marketing really works
because a lot of solana projects what they're missing on is actually getting people from other
chains to participate in their mates so i was the one who was uh uh targeted by a project as well
through different alpha channels so your cross-chain marketing really worked well so i just wanted
you to share more insights on how sculpt managed to do this cross-chain marketing thank you i appreciate
that gandhi thanks for coming up and speaking and thanks for bringing like the whole pudgy fam in as
well so really appreciate that we've been talking in dm squad as well a very nice human being as well as
very skilled person so happy to have you in the community as well um regarding your question that's
a very great question and actually i think again um a lot of that um goes back to the artworks themselves
which are quite powerful in attracting people combined with the memes right so that is like basically like
the base foundation that we have set um it sets like the the floor value of our project right by having
great artworks and branding um when it comes to actually reaching those people on ethereum
we in our marketing like when we were designing the marketing campaign and plans
we had the idea to focus on eve as well as on bitcoin so what we have done
is um hiring a cross-chain coloration manager right like we've messed it up there a little bit with the vetting process
vetting process but we had like one person who was in charge and just reaching out to um eve projects
and getting their attention since it was a free mint combined with the great artworks it was very easy
to attract a lot of people there right and raise your interest right so that was that was very good as
well and when it comes to general marketing um what we have done or what i have done quite frequently
is personal outreach and dms so what i would do is um we we created an animation video uh invitation
animation video right and i had like a small introduction and i would just send it out as dm to
a lot of people and we also focus a lot on um asian communities and people and a lot of them are actually
involved in ethereum right so what we have done is um just looking for especially japanese chinese
as well as taiwanese and people from hong kong in the in the web free space send them dms and get them
on boarded in the community and actually all it needs regarding marketing is always to to um to attract
like the one single person that has a huge network or influence within a certain network right and we're
like able to give you a shout out and um on board a lot of community members and you can increase
the probability for that to happen by just sending out those dms to a lot of various people and i think
the the trigger event for us that actually started all this hype was ali tweeting about it on the timeline
right so that's that's basically like the trigger moment that um caused a lot of uh influx from eve
people eve projects requesting to get white spots for our communities so yeah um definitely artworks and
branding as well as personal outreach that helped us a lot but again like we focused heavily on getting
those eve people on board as well and i don't think that a lot of solana people or projects are actually
doing that because we are like like struggling with um raising attention within their ecosystem
at all right um especially if you have a pavement it's very hard um for us it was like very easy to
operate by having a free mint and great artworks amazing thank you so much man for your answer

and i want to ask a few questions okay if it's possible uh firstly okay how did you assemble your
team so i know that working on an nfc space is a bit hard and finding the right team is the hardest
it is the make or break of the project so how did you find the right balance and how do you do
conflict resolution that's a great question um for the web 3 team that we have set yeah i know most
of the people for a long time so um i'm i'm entrusting them with a lot of things right because i know
um out of experience that we're like capable of being in responsible positions where we are leading
other people or organizing stuff that is important right so um that's that's how i wetted like the core
team basically um and moderators as well as collaboration managers we came in on referral
only only so for one of our collaboration managers um gap attack for example he was referred by stuffy
who is one of our close friends and um we had like very very great experiences there um so we are
listening to to like other friends as well as advisors when it comes to onboarding people to the team
and make sure that that um the people are like capable or someone is like there that can whoosh for
them when it comes to the art team itself that's um actually very different because i'm actually from
germany but i've moved to vali two years ago and i started traveling to indonesia around 10 years ago so
i already had a lot of friends here and um with one of them we've met up at his bar opening around
one and a half or two years ago and we were basically just yeah getting up you know talking
about life and and and all that nonsense you know and he was telling me that he was having a hard time
with finding clients for commission work um from europe as well as from america and looking at his
portfolio you know like i knew that this guy is is fucking talented right and um he needs to be
on a bigger stage and gets like the flowers that he deserves right and we were just like brainstorming
ideas on um how to get it done and i thought that it might be the best idea to to ensemble all the great
artists and get like a studio started because when we're like able to work on bigger projects together
but yeah when it comes to like assembling the art team i had like one close friend of mine who
introduced me to his close friends who were like all artists as well and that's how we managed to
assemble our art studio team oh like one and a half year ago yeah we started with like four people
and right now we're like 11 people employed so yeah a lot of a lot of um either for me it's either like
working a long time with people and trusting them and then onboarding them to the team um or coming in
on referral from other people that i trust okay amazing story and really great answer moving to bali
right now is such an underrated win especially for like uh long distance work but uh moving on to
my second question how do you plan on keeping sculpt relevant like i know because i've worked uh in a
couple of projects so minting perfectly and doing execution perfectly is a big part but keeping it
constantly relevant is also a big part that's overlooked so what are your takes on that yeah that's that's a
great question and that's of course like the biggest challenges that web3 teams are facing right like
you can hype things up as fuck before mint um what matters and what determines like your long-term success
is of course um being relevant and staying relevant and sustaining the project over time right that's like
the biggest challenge that all of us are facing or trying to solve right um when it comes to skulls we're like
pretty good setup in my opinion because our vision is clear right and we've been preparing a lot of
stuff for over one year so we're like a lot of things that are going to be um revealed over the next next
weeks that have been in works for a long time so we have like final products we have final content we
have appropriate infrastructure where people can set on and they can build um where content where personal
brands for example create content by utilizing our ip as well as tech right um staying relevant over time
does not mean that we're like able to sustain the hype that we had pre-ment because that's nearly
impossible right like pre-ment it means that we're like 30 000 people wanting into a project that only has
place for 6 666 right um after that what we are focusing on is delivering the infrastructure that we have
built to the holders that are in there communicating our vision clearly and often to the people that are
in there making sure that they align with it and make sure that they wipe and fuck with it as well
and that way believe and entrust us with what we are doing in the future right and when we're talking
about the future i'm not talking about things that are like months away because if if we do it like
that it will be like very very hard to stay relevant because the biggest hype and awareness around one
project is always around mint date for most of us right so you need to to feed in that hype around mint
on secondary market launch as well as days after with some products or some things that can maintain it
up to the final product launch and we have that prepared in five phases actually that are going to kick
off with the manifestation phase that we're like in right now and we're going to lead up towards the
final product explosive growth which hopefully and we're like very confident that it will um will keep
us relevant for a long time and it will create great value for our collectible holders and it will also
attract a lot of people that are not into nfts at all because the way we've built it is that it's
accessible and attractive for anyone and i'm talking about like here like anyone who wants to build a
personal brand or a business brand right who wants to become a content creator or even if you just have
a dream we are like able to help you with defining it with committing to it and then drafting a personal
brand out of your dream helping you to monetize it we are creating content and if you want to you can opt
in into using our collectibles as well right so explosive growth itself can like like the way it's
designed it's designed to work without collectibles as well but we've also have like a lot of great
features for our collectible holders that can be utilized on our um explosive growth website for them to
yeah um improve where brands utilize the ip that we're providing even better and get the word of
of sculpt out there on the timelines by having the pfps by being a cool content creator for our brand
you know so we're like a lot of a lot of cool things planned but for the first week after secondary
again as soon as the art collection is out with its 450 trades and 50 one by ones that is going to
sustain hype regardless because people will flex what we've minted on the timeline people will change for
pfps and people will just appreciate and and celebrate the art for at least one week that's
what we have said in the manifestation phase and after that we are moving on to the activation phase
and that's where we are feeding in our products um slowly into the community and um try to stay
relevant from there okay again amazingly put my final question because i don't want to hold up everyone's
time uh who's a founder you look up to as like is there a tactic here like adapting to or like maybe
just using it as a waypoint um great question i've never thought about it but i'm like definitely
i'm influenced by a couple people and founders within the space um for sure um i think and a lot of people
on solana might not like this when it comes to marketing as well as communicating um i think like
like frank is definitely the one person that is goated in that regard right um a lot of a lot of
people will of course argue about other things that have been going on there but when it comes to like
communicating hyping product reveals and um being like the number one topic on the web free timeline
frank is like definitely someone that i'm looking up to and he has influenced some of our marketing
strategies as well in that regard right um yeah when it comes to other founders within the space
i cannot get one out of my mind right now when it comes to to web free founders to be honest we're
like a lot of great founders within the space but most of them are um like like builder founders that are
like very dedicated to their communities um as well as building products so um we're like definitely
great people out there as well but when it comes to like like my personal approach or like how we are
running things for scott for example um on the side of marketing that's very much um frank when it comes
to the community side of things that's like our own our own pure intentions that we have as a team
right um we want to help people we want to support people we want to create good value content with
what we are doing right we want to change the life of people that's like personal motivation that all of
us and i can speak like for the whole team here um have set in their minds mindset right so uh that's like
another main influence that yeah shaped this this project and its identity and everything that you're seeing
