Where have you been right these people have been around the Dallas music scene for? It's 19 since like Mike Zimmer's the older brother of Mathuzela, okay? So if he's not Mathuzela the reason Mathuzela was the oldest man in the Bible was because Mike Zimmer never died right so
He's still here. He's still kicking. He's still making things happen. And that's why we have the So What Music Festival. He said he wanted a place for local artists, for upcoming artists to have a place, to have a stage that really had a crowd, not just because they, you know, everybody says here, like, no, but because
they need the opportunity, they need the chance and that's what he did. He made a place for all the upcoming artists to have that chance. So thanks to people like Mike Zamor, all of these upcoming artists have that place. I can't say anything. What is so what is so what is about the
up and coming artists. Last year, just last year, you take a band like Polypia. Polypia is great and magnificent as Polypia has been playing since 2008 or so. You have this band since 2008.
but then last year they played the so what stage and then they went and sold out like every show that they went and played okay let's just think about that so they went and played boom so what and then bam they go and sell out a US tour like a North American tour and then boom they go on this you
And then they come back dude breaks his arms and they don't even get a chance to play back here in Dallas and then like the first one of the first shows they play again boom East Denver, okay East Denver, Polyphea plays a secret super secret show band shows up out of nowhere. That's
So you already got these bands. If you know me, I'm in the crypto NFT Metaverse space. So bam, hey, you've got this band that just out of nowhere. Boom comes up, plays so what sells out all their shows, goes and plays Eat Denver, and that's not even the best of it. That's just one, just one of the artists.

up and coming artists. They're young, they're ready, they have the fire, they've been putting in the effort, putting in the efforts, selling out their own little shows, right? Going out, hitting the streets, making sure that they have that kind of fan base, that like when the fans show up to the show
shows, they show up to the shows. They're all decked out in the merch. They're all decked out in the gear. And that's what we love to see that real fan base. Not just the ones that are like, "Oh, look, we're gonna go because the popular." No, they're going because they have that connection. There's something about them.
It says I'm going to get with that band. Right. So all that said, I feel like I've run my mouth enough inside this space. Maybe next time I'll start bringing some people up to the stage, we're going to bring in some artists in here. I really want to get Lancet blue, slow polls.
