the Stakers Leagues. Exactly. So today we're doing this special session where we are introducing
the Seoul 20 Stakers League. It's a nice little contest we're running here at Metapool. And today we have Swayam here to introduce this contest to everyone.
And I think it's going to be in two parts, right?
It's going to be an introduction to cricket.
And also an introduction to the contest.
Introduction to cricket because a lot of people,
especially within the Met community, do not know much about the sport. So as Swayam is from a very big cricket nation,
we thought you would be the right person to make this presentation and to share some some uh some info about that

Yes So, hey everyone, thanks for being here
In this month, we are doing something really cool
called the SOLD T20 Stakers League
The SOLD T20 is come from T20 men's tournament from ICC
The current tournament T20 means 2020 so if you have a soul then you are on the halfway already so we have combined the excitement
of cricket with the rewards of Solana so it's easy it's rewarding and I'm going to show you how it works and how one can win up to
$250 in Solan.
So first of all, because of its high energy, we are focusing on the version of World 320.
Its religion for millions in South Asia.
Think about its spirit.
Each game gets 20 overs and each over is just 6 balls.
If you are new to the game, here is all you need to know.
One person throws a ball which is called baller and another tries to hit it which is a batter.
The batter is out if the ball hits those three wooden sticks behind them and called stumps they are also out
if the ball hit high and someone from the other team catches it before it touches the grass
this is just simple game this in this game there are 20 overs in one over there are 6 balls. So there are total 120 balls are played by one team and 120 balls played by other teams.
So if we are talking about deep in cricket then it is a hotline for South Asia like India,
Pakistan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka and Afghanistan.
And currently the most favorite team to win this tournament is India.
In 2023, India vs Australia in the final, there are over more than 500 million spectators.
Even the biggest rivalry of cricket is India vs Pakistan.
Like India won eight matches against
Pakistan in this tournament while Pakistan won only one match against
India and this tournament is played every two years 20 nations participate
in it while only four are in the semi-finals and only one will be champions.

Imagine a stadium so big. This is the Narendra Modi Stadium
which is the biggest stadium in the world for cricket. This is where the
final drama happens. We are showing you this because our league is not just a
small like side. We are aiming for that big stadium
energy for everyone who participates next slide please i just want to add something to that
and is that that's everybody that uh stadium is located in in the city Suayam lives. So that's in Ahmedabad, right?
And that stadium can fit up to 135,000 people.
That's how big it is. It's huge.
More people than Camp Nou in Barcelona and many of the stadiums, obviously.

so much yeah this is the best part usually when you play a game like this you have to bet your
money and you might lose it but we don't do that here this is a win-win situation for participants
you just restack your Solana that means your money stays yours
and it stays safe and it still earns you rewards with 8.6% APY but by doing that
you get a free chance to against the winners if you guess right you win the
share of $250 and if you are wrong you still have your Solana and 8.6 percentage APY means this is the
win-win situation for all there is no way to lose from here next slide yes we are currently in this
tournament we are down to super eight and for the final four english is already qualified and from group a south africa is
also qualified so still there are two places uh for the final four and the for final four there
are two strong teams one is india and west indies if you uh watch a cricket then today the drama happens
that uh west indies lost against south africa so there is a still chance for india to qualify
like uh cricket uh cricket is for us like it's a top of all the games and uh if i predict then england south africa india and new zealand will be qualified
for a final four for the semi-finals yes now it's your turn guys just pick who you think will be the
champion who will be the runner-up and the final score might be like it's
depend on the team if suppose one team is going to betting first then winning margin will be
decided by runs like how many runs they will uh secure and the if the team is going to bowl first then the uh winning margin will be decided by wickets
which we have already dropped in google form so you don't need to be a pro just follow your guts
and feelings next ones
so here is just tips we won't leave you guessing in the dark we will be sharing tips to help
you out we will look at the stats and the less likely surprise so you can make a smart
choice we want to see our community win that winning prize so we are always here to help
as I mentioned earlier you will need to predict uh final four who will
win the tournament who will be runner up who will be on the third place and on the fourth place
sixes so about sixes uh you can predict uh from the previous
tournaments like they are average for 500 to 600 success per tournament so you can guess
it easily the next one so here is the twist that if you take point 75 soul
then you can win point 75 extra soul if you put two soul on stack then you can win 0.75 extra soul if you put two soul on stack then you can win two soul extra to
win the pool is predict you can predict five results and you can fill the form three times
the date is that submission from start from 21 and the end date is 28 February so guys please
spread the words and bring the participants so they can also win so how
to enter so you just need to restake your Solana plus you need to just fill
out Google form of prediction but the main thing is that stake must remain stake until 9 march because we will
announce the winner on 9 march on 9 9th march there will be a final of this tournament so we will be
announced a winner after the tournament so winner if type if multiple perfect entries comes then the earliest submission wins please
clear the rule uh maximum entries means three person three transaction id and three forms
even if you don't win this is the our main thing that if you don't win your soul keeps earning
earning 8.6 percentage a b. So you will never lose anything.
You will always earn it.
Yeah, exactly.
I think this is an important thing to mention to everyone.
Of course, the minimum restake is 0.5 SOL and up to three Sol.
Now this is to validate your prediction.
That means you're not betting anything.
There is no betting involved because there's no, you are not risking any of your assets.
What we want to do is invite you to stake and if you stake we also invite you
to make a prediction and if you get the prediction right of all of it and of course there's only
going to be one winner that's very important but if you get it all right Metapool will
give you the same amount of soul that you've restaked.
So if you restake 0.5, you're gonna receive 0.5 more.
So you'll have in total one.
If you do, if you stake three, then you'll have another three.
So it'll be six in total, right?
And of course, and the staking contest is very short-lived.
You're going to need to keep your stake until the end of next week, after the final.
So, we've done other contests before where we actually require you to hold your stake for at least a month.
This is under two weeks.
So, anyways, yeah, we invite you all to take part.
You know, it's super easy.
I don't think it's that easy to win because, of course, there's a few options there.

you may know you're cricket or you may get a little bit lucky i mean there is there's four
there's five different fields to choose from right and also we aim for someone who gets everything
right but um if there's no one gets it all right it'll be the person who gets
most things right including the winner
yeah and what's that why i am says is that during that time you're staking and so you're earning 8.6 APY.

In cricket, they do not play a match for third and fourth place. There's only a final.
So third and fourth place will be defined by the ranking of the tournament.
Yeah, so there is no third and fourth place match before the final.
It's the final and then you'll see, we'll see the results also of like who's third and who's fourth in the tournament.
