is Vlad CEO I'm the CEO and founder of Sonic DAO which is a music five project coming to the base network exclusively we do have a fair launch coming up
today in about five hours from now five hours from now it is a low cap fair launch uh then from there
that is the last round we will launch on uh the base network uh then get to work uh we're going
to start with concerts uh bar nights so then within a few months we'll be able to get a

Yes, please Yeah, okay. So again you guys my name is Vlad CEO. I'm the founder and CEO of sonic doll
Which is a music five project coming to the base network
Exclusively we are launching our fair launch today
And around five hours, uh, it's gonna be a low cap fair launch
And uh from there once we release we're gonna get on chain again on base in around five hours. It's going to be a low-cap fair launch.
And from there, once we release,
we're going to get on chain, again, on bass.
Then we're going to start our live marketing,
our concert shows, our bar nights, our club nights, as we're working on our beta.
And we should have a beta out in two months.
But right now, we have a lot of momentum.
There's a lot of excitement for the project.
You know, the biggest thing with us
is that we're bringing memes and music onto the bass chain.
We're trying to find ways for artists to get paid, for you to pay artists and incentivize them.
And we'll have, you know, some DeFi options on there for artists as well so that they could earn more money from their music.
And we're going to have stream to earn.
So let's say you have a uh like a favorite cd you
know you listen to that cd you earn points or you earn s3 or ethereum or whatever have you
so we're really trying to bring a consumer facing friendly music app onto the the base network we're
not looking to do anything super uh complicated we'll leave that to the big brain devs in the
industry we're just trying to make sure that we bring memes and music to everyone and on
board as many users as we can thank you what can you please explain actually i i'm very sure most
of the people here they don't know what is music fi and maybe give us more details about
the upcoming pre-sale about stoning down sure so music by technically breaks down to musical
like music finance which could be a play on words from like defy so that could just essentially mean music fi would be like defy but for the music
industry so it could be a set of defy protocols anything from let's say stake with your favorite
artists because you believe in them and you could stake with them and possibly uh earn if you stake
with them right uh it could be as simple as uh sending uh c CD music rights or just money to another artist because you respect their work.
Then we'll also, oh yeah, we will have, part of the MusicFi is that we'll have NFT minting for artists.
So we're not going to really invest too much into it, but NFTs are creative in a way for an artist to express themselves and build communities.
So they could mint these NFTs, give it out to their community, and then their community could come back and go to their shows or get exclusive music, etc.
So MusicFi is basically, it stands for music like finance, but it's basically like protocols, like DeFi protocols working into the music project.
protocols uh like d5 protocols uh working into the music project uh and in regards to the fair
launch so we are fair launching on gempad it is a low cap and once we hit the low cap we are for
sure doing that tge um we're ready to get on chain and the minimum contribution for that i believe
is 0.01 something like that like 30 bucks so if you have 30 bucks you know take a chance on us
um then if you do invest uh i think it was 0.07 eth which is like 200 bucks you do get a 20 bonus
so again there are early investor bonuses so if you uh join us on the first few days of the fair
launch uh there are purchase uh bonuses uh again
there are no vcs there are no big cabals or anything else like that uh danny you know we're
a very small team we're very individual so um i'm hoping for good luck on this and i think the chart
will hold up really well because again um we have less hands uh at the table and we're building
something really cool here we're all working really hard.
And yeah, so the fair launch is going to run from today till August 22nd or 23rd, something like that.
Just like two and a half weeks.
We give the people to close the weekend on a Sunday.
And yeah, then like I said, we're going to start doing some live streaming, some live marketing concerts, bar nights, everything else like that.
You're going to really see us out there.
You're going to see a lot of IRL, in-person things, you know, not hiding behind the PFP pictures.
And for music, you know, you need a team that's really ready to get out there for live shows and put themselves out there because music is live.
It has to be experienced
live and if you're trying to build a project and it has nothing to do with live music
i don't i don't believe in it so that's why our project has live music in it um so yeah i mean
ultimately uh join our telegram and go on our twitter and find out more information about the

You mentioned some
live streaming some concerts
Where around the globe those will be awesome yeah so that's going to be
europe middle east and southeast asia so the cities that are mine that are music centric but also
cost affordable for the project i think warsaw poland will be somewhere we hit. I think Istanbul and Turkey will be somewhere we hit. I think Dubai will be somewhere we go to and probably Italy. And yeah, so kind of focus around there. And then once we could do bigger shows or whatever, we'll go to London. Then we'll move to uh america now keep in mind i am american so there is a chance that uh one
weekend we're doing a big show in poland then next weekend we come back to new york city and do a
show that's always a possibility it's not my focus uh i'm looking to do again smaller shows that we
don't blow uh like all that money like if you try and throw tomorrowland brother that's going to
cost you like 20 like 10 million you know so we're trying to keep these uh shows small and uh so in order
to do that we're going to europe uh thailand like i said oh yeah i forgot to mention for asia we'll
do thailand maybe australia as well um but we're going to focus on the other side of the road and

for pretty big djs uh chain smokers carnage uh borgias i've played on the undergar undercard of tiesto uh i've released
music i've been on labels i've helped other artists release music get on labels remote shows
so i've kind of done everything you know uh then once you kind of hit a peak if you don't have that

we're gonna take a lot of uh well not take a lot we're gonna be inspired a little bit by some of the Floki marketing
so we'll have you know billboards and marketing events uh across famous places like Dubai airport, Istanbul airport,
billboards across Italy, things like that.
And then we'll also stick to in the beginning,
some of the more traditional crypto marketing base
is building a big family, kind of like how you with BNB,
I'm starting to see the same beginnings of base.
So we're gonna work with a lot of base storytellers our
biggest thing is storytelling uh because we're not purely a meme project so like to just share
it and shill it and trade it and like like as a shitcoin it's not really going to work so we're
really trying to make sure that we storytell i mean we have some aspects of me but we're also
here to bring music on chain we're here to music on chain. We're here to take care of artists.
We're here to take care of investors.
And we're here to create a fun app that gets a mainstream name.
So, yeah, in marketing, we're going to keep it very diverse.
But for the first few months after launch, we're going to stick to the traditional crypto channels,
some call channels, building relationships with you or base fam in Elenin and stuff like that. Then on the background, we will have those live events,
billboards in Dubai, billboards in Istanbul and stuff like that.

Yeah, so the main beta should... With these things you always want to be careful because you don't want to like over promise under deliver or under deliver over promise, whatever. yeah i think within two to four months we should be able to have a uh a web 2.0 beta so you're
gonna have your own uh digital music player on your phone as a beta as a beta again um you'll
be able to upload your music create your profile uh connect with other people like that then uh
once that does well and we see how many people download it then we're gonna move and connect
the web 3.0
aspects of it on the back end which will be you know wallet connection artist staking nft minting
things like that so uh short answer to your question uh anywhere between two to four months
for a closed beta of the music aspect of our app uh then after that maybe another two to four months
for the web 3.0 then you can start staking with your favorite artists or sending uh people money with our app hopefully that that's
that's the goal how do you see the potential of bass actually the next few weeks and why you are
building on bass i mean i also see good times coming for base next week so should be good and what do you
think why yeah i agree i i mean i think base it's it has some of the positives of solana of being a
fast chain uh of being a little bit effortless and permissionless and but it's a little bit more
flexible like solana
you always hear things about like they try to put like a tax and it messed it up the
the liquidity or anything else like that so i do like how builder friendly it is
and honestly just like the community behind it is like super positive um as i've been shilling
and meeting other people in the base family like I haven't really received any like negative energy.
You know, maybe not everyone was a fit, but I never felt like ostracized or teased or anything else like that.
So I think for me, it's like I'm American.
It's Ethereum.
It's like Solana, but not as buggy.
And I think it has potential.
And, you know, it's still got a lot of room to grow you know so
if you start right now and you survive and you build you're gonna grow with the ecosystem because
it's been around now for like I think like a year and a half or two but technically speaking we're
still gonna be an OG project when we launch you know maybe not one of the first first ones but uh we started marketing
when base was new and um we'll definitely be an og coin on base so i look forward to that and like
i said if we do it right and we continue building uh not only should the next few months be bullish
for uh investors who participate in the fair launch but if you stick with us you should see
the plan and we should have a bullish uh next three years to be honest with base thank you what uh where do you plan to list after this
spare one June gempad is it will be only on decks or you're planning some cex as well yeah so we're going to uh launch purely on decks
at first we want as much volume to that dex you want as much people to see us on chain as possible
uh within the first month we'll have a cex though uh that's the goal um i don't want to just like
go get like um a lower one which i'll respect to anyone uh but i mean i think dex has
such good volume uh you know and i don't want to spend too much money i think the project would be
better off launching also on bnb rather than you know doing spending this money for a cex so uh if
we get a cex like let's say mxc or gate or anything like that, those would be the ones that we'd be looking at.
But yeah, we do plan on getting on a CEX
because we do know that not everyone is on base.

Can you explain us how this revenue sharing will work
and how this stream earning will work?
Yeah, sure. will work and how this stream earning will work yeah sure so the revenue sharing uh will be i i don't like saying easy when it comes to stuff but revenue sharing could be a little bit more
um direct so we could have you staking with your artist so let's say you got dj dj tiesto right
and let's say we able to convince tiesto to get on our platform and he creates uh let's say you got DJ, DJ Tiesto, right? And let's say we able to convince Tiesto to get on our platform and he creates,
let's say a thing called a totem, right?
So he creates a totem,
which would represent revenue from certain albums or certain music or certain
concert tours. It could be anything.
It could be concert tours or anything else like that or, or music revenue.
Then his fans stake it. concert tours or anything else like that, uh, or, or music revenue, uh,
then his fans,
stake it.
And then they earn a percentage that he sets up himself.
So that would be how you could,
revenue share.
And again,
whatever totem that DJ,
like whatever plant he plants and you stake onto it,
he could choose what he,
what he,
you earn with him.
You could earn his revenue from one song.
You could earn his revenue from his whole album,
or maybe it's revenue from a concert series or whatever, you know?
So that's how you would do it.
And then in terms of Stream the Earn,
that will be also like another kind of straightforward experience.
It will be kind of like partnered, sponsored.
I'm guessing an artist probably
comes to us. We help them get more eyes on their project. And how do you do that? You spotlight
their project and make it stream to earn. So yeah, and it'll be, you'll be on the web 3.0 app
of it. You stream it. We got to make sure it's unique listens like you can't just press play
leave it on loop and leave for a run you know so we're gonna have to find a way to take care of
that um but yeah stream that's what it'll be like you know you want to promote your new album all
right uh you you put some uh liquidity for it we'll put some liquidity for it and we'll do a
promoted uh album listening party where you stream to earn

So we just need to make sure that we really solidify our brand, our community.
Then once we have that and we have our separate like music labels for these
artists, then yeah, I mean, I think it's off to the races, you know,
but, uh,
one thing that we're going to have to make sure that we do is that we're going
to have a, uh, kind of a dichotomy between, you know,
our crypto marketing of Sonic Dow that's the crypto project, Sonic Dow,
other than the music platform is going to be Sonic one. that's going to be purely music you know there's no need to mix talking about
bitcoin and a music group you know so we're gonna have a little bit of mix so uh yeah that was a
little bit of a long answer to your question so yeah we definitely can't have bigger signings
but we need to uh solidify our community and brand a little bit more

yeah so utility of tokens will be something uh fairly standard i would say uh practice but it
will be used uh as a payment uh as a means for the whole ecosystem of Sonic Dow
of the music app.
So it could be governance.
It could be staking again for you stake with Tiesto, you earn some of his money.
It will be voting rights.
It will be concert tickets or exclusive music.

and then of course with our uh with the project everything will be um a lot of our products will
be required to use the s3 token that will uh do that and i have the sorry let me pull out my notes
