Sorry everyone, I'm not sure what happened there. Let's kick this off again. I'm going to bring a bike back up.
I'm fated king, wanted to chat and I think neither you are up on the stage as well if you're here and neither shoot me the request.
Sassamayuki, you shoot me your request as well, my friend, and we'll get some squares a few more questions in and close this one up. Yeah, sorry about that guys, looks like
Looks like we got rogged. I was doing so well there and then I don't know, come on A1. Be better. Alrighty.
I've got these requests. Yes, we do. Actually, I have a few more requests coming up now, which is good.
I'll just finish off the question that Sosam was asking. What was the question? He was asking, you know, with the Rene crossovers with other communities in the comic in the future. And I was just saying, yeah, like our first and primary goal is to
first developer, deliver a story that kind of resonates with anyone like outside of Web 3 as well. So we kind of like give the Peter mentions before we give like the artist and the writer the you know the artistic freedom to kind of put together
a story that fits. So I'm not if there are a few draw opportunities and like those, it kind of makes sense to have like other characters kind of start coming in and and servings having some overlap. We're definitely open to it but it's not something that we have like gone into too much detail yet or thought about because
We're primarily focused on this one first to see if it's actually any good because you know if we deliver something and it sucks and obviously there's no need to talk about what's going on in the future but I think we believe in the quality of this one and our first and primary focus is that is to make sure the story resonates with them but everyone.
That's great. Thank you. I think NATO you're up. It's all man. Yo yo, congrats guys. I know this has been in the making for a long time and I'm glad that it's getting out there and everyone's finally getting to see it.
gas prices have been super high. They're seeming to trend downwards. Just wanted to pick your brain and get your thoughts about where these will be minted. I'm assuming on layer one, but if you guys were thinking about layer two and how you guys were thinking about all that.
Yeah, yeah totally man fair points. I think I mean luckily it seems like we're coming out of the shit coin craze a little bit But we we are like, you know, I do a lot of activity at night and stuff So there will be we'll definitely count for that right people have enough time. It's not like you have
like a 5 minute or like 30 minute window to mint or whatever. So hopefully that will help a lot because people can just pick the time that they want to mint. Like we said, the spirit list is a guaranteed mint so you don't need to go and rush a mint right away or anything like that. So hopefully those things help. It is all on EflareWinter.
So yeah, hopefully I mean, it's not that big of an issue. I'm looking at gas right now. It's probably like 30, 40 away. So we're chilling a little bit more. But yeah, for sure, this is a lot of stringed chickline season. It would be a little bit of trouble. But I think hopefully we're okay for now.
Awesome, thanks.
Thanks, Aida. Love your work. It was expecting that to be a technical, related question from the man himself. Thank you very much. I think we have pretzel. How are you doing? What's up, fellas? Love you. Love you. Love you.
Thanks. Yeah. Yeah. What do you what do you go for us? Mike, maybe kind of answered it a little bit ago, but just wanted to kind of clarify was kind of what the direction of the comic is going to be is the first comic going to kind of be like a standalone story and just depending on how how the reception is.
And then, uh, damn it again.
I hope you guys get a 10-minute graded comic for the Dow and put a PPT in it and make it super special for you guys. I don't know if you guys have planned to do that, but I hope you do. That would be super cool to have in the Dow's collection.
Yeah, yeah, we uh, so first of all, yeah, good questions. I think uh, first things first like the the first issue of the comic like it has like a full-on story like by itself, right? So it can be read and it can be it's like, you know, this is not gonna be like a 10 page comic like there's a reason why it took us a long time and
to get the comic out because there's a lot of detail, a lot of artwork and a lot of time spent by Peter and his team and it is like a full-issue comic right so we're talking like you know think like 30 40 pages right so there'll be a full story in there they're being talked about work, a lot of artwork in there. To be honest like the doubt most of the down members haven't even seen the full
economy because we want to keep that surprise and wow for everyone that is able to keep it. So that's there and then without having too many spoilers or telling you how it ends, it definitely is open at the end too. And I think if it's a story that resonates and if it's content that people like,
Like our intention is obviously to kind of keep building out that story and you know, we're investing our time and our resources to do that. So hopefully people like it and we'll see where it goes from there. But for now like the issue one is a standalone story and you can collect it you can read it and I think hopefully people that you know
do buy it and enjoy it and enjoy the story and enjoy the artwork. Awesome. You have excited for you guys? It's super cool. I mean, a couple of conversations we've had. I know how much you guys appreciate, you know, long-term mindset and IP development. So I'm already really confident you guys are going to end up in a crush on it and there will be more issues after.
I appreciate it.
Awesome. Thank you, pretzel.
we have faded or fade king up on stage fade. I'm not sure if we spoke to earlier, but if you have something to ask far away. Thank you so much. GM obligatory GM, regardless of what time zone you're in everybody and thank you for bringing me up. I just had actually, so some of you
and pretzel still a little bit of this under, but I guess I'll expand one last time. I guess there's a lot of interest around what's coming next. Even though the first issue has not been released yet, I feel like there's a lot of questions about what's coming after that first issue, which is probably a good sign for things to come. I'm a new member
of the Garden via a being purchased as of a week or two ago and so just getting to learn a little bit more about the ecosystem. But I'm curious, the question I guess ties into the traitability aspect and you mentioned the physicals, you mentioned the NFTs. I'm curious if you guys have thought at all about
about utilizing sold-bound tokens for something like this for the NFT side and leaving the physical versions to be obviously traded. I know it kind of goes against the world that we are all in these days in Web 3 and NFTs, but curious at all if SBTs or sold-bound tokens work
Considered if that's something that would be considered for maybe future issues Hey, thanks for the question first of all welcome to the garden man I always love to hear new people joining hopefully you're having a good time and you're getting a good welcome In regards to your question. Yeah, I know everyone wants to you know think about what's coming next and
And obviously, we have our heads thinking that way, and we would love to continue working with Peter, continue working with Phil. But first things first is we gotta deliver this first issue to the comic. And those of us in the data that I've seen it, think it's good, and we think it's high quality, and we think people will love it, and we hope people will love it, but we still need to see it.
that comes to fruition first. So I don't want to make any big promises in the future without crossing that first hurdle first. I'm not really like a counter-chicken before the hatch guy. I come from finance and that's my background. So naturally I'm very, very like, you know, think prepare for the worst and hope for the best type of guy. So
that's towards your first question. With regards to Soulbound tokens, it's something that has been talked about and not just in the DAV but within many other settings. I think we wanted this first issue to have some tradeability for people that want to collect or people that they want to multiple or people that they want to
have multiple and I wanted to be given to a friend or trade to a friend. I myself have minted five and I'm planning on giving them away to family and friends. For example, we want to have that transferability there. Also, because there's a little bit of a lag between when we do digital mint and when we deliver the physical, we want it to have that
like cool trading aspect there. But again, this is not really going to be a product for someone that tries to man and flip and do all the stuff. That's not really the type of consumer that we're trying to build for. We're trying to build for like, you know, our community, right? Our community are filled with collectors that want to collect cool shit. We just kind of thought like, hey, what would we want as collectors? As hardcore
in the garden as believers of the brand, believe that IP, I would love to have this video comic in the background when I'm on work or just to have it to flip and to read. So that's really the type of customer we're trying to target and the type of holder and type of collector. And hopefully they enjoy the experience that all the down members enjoy as well.
Cool, I think we've got one more request. With GFM, we'll bring you up if you have another question or comment. Last call guys, we'll wrap this up in a couple of minutes if you want to ask any questions about the main player's
Otherwise we're gonna shut down shop. Yeah, I think we have Jeff and we have Carl. Oh, I love it. Just another question in regards to like factoring. Have you guys locked down who will be producing your comics? Are you able to share that?
So ice is in charge of all of that stuff. I don't I don't know if we have the exact name, but like yeah, it's already like we already have like everything like kind of lined up. So that's why like we kind of waited till now is we wanted to have our stuff lined up. We have all our work done. We had the comic done. We have
the prints we have, we're setting up, we have the mid-side up, we're setting up the physical claim later. So yeah, everything's ready. We're just kind of going step by step to make sure we do each step correctly. Awesome. I can't wait to see how they turn out.
Thanks man.
So I'm 1 billion percent behind the spirit down whatever's happening here and I think you guys are leaders in the space So yeah, I missed all space, but so I'll come up and say a word of encouragement for you guys. Thank you, Janice
Thanks Carl, appreciate it. We've got a one last question from Moinshirt Web 3. It's a shocking French accent, but he does my friend. What do we got? Don't go to shocking French accent basically.
It's a hot pond. I love seeing builders in this space. Thanks for seeing this guys and thanks for continuing to build. My question was just around the access to the Discord and apologies that this got brought up during the space. But having one of the comics give access to the Discord, I'm thinking of like proof collective as an example.
once someone had a moon bird, they're able to join the discord. Maybe it's gated into which channels they can access to. But is there any intention of opening it up to the public? No, not at this stage. It's something we discussed. Mark, I'm not sure if you want to elaborate on that, but... Yeah, I think...
I mean, the point of this comic is really just the collectability of it. The Spirit Dow discourse itself is only locked down to members. And there's a reason for that because just for obsec purposes, and we have a lot of cool partnerships with some people that come in.
We have that tight community of six people, but the only way to be in that discord is to actually be a down member. But we felt like this is like a cool way to deliver Adobe's content that has people like feel connected to us without actually being in the discord itself. So yeah, that's really why.
But there is a cool thing that we have coming up. Well, you'll see more. We have a couple of cool surprises for people that do hold the comic to even feel a little bit more included. But yeah, for the discord itself, it's close and always will be for the foreseeable future to members only.
Alright, on that note, before I get rugged for the third time today, let's wrap this up. Thanks a lot, Mike, Konga, everyone else for your questions. I appreciate the support from the community, you guys are the best, you keep us going. Everyone in the spirit of our
Thank you, you are a great group of people and we're very excited for what else is to come. We're running this space station for our tweets. You know, we'll be reviewing some of this detail we're talking about today. Tomorrow, so stay tuned. Yeah, thanks, Beats Out.
Thanks, guys.
Thanks, man. Tiddy, guys.
