we did it hello morning guys welcome back
are we gonna start doing the uh
we should start doing some sort of an intro play we're gonna have a really annoying theme song for
everyone be like a three minute intro yeah yeah it should be one of those ones that is so long
that every Zoomer is tortured
If they want the alpha, they have to
slog through it. They're dragging their balls
We could go the other way and have some super fried anime
in Taipei, we could film some dog shit anime opening
put some royalty free japanese music over it
wouldn't be bad wouldn't be bad at all so uh i think the the topic of discussion for today definitely is like probably going to have to start off with this thing.
I think this is the most important thing that's happening in our industry right now.
So this is not the original on Barra, right?
This is like a different one.
This is not the original one the fact that there's like
multiple crypto vapes is just so retarded it's unbelievable this is the one that doses you a
cyanide if it thinks that you're almost better actually than the other one like just the product
i mean it does their video like i know i know by everything that it's saying in this post that
this is going to be like this is going to cost as much as a mid-range cell phone yeah i think
it actually was like 600 or something i might be just completely making that up right yeah
it's like node cells basically what is the ai use case in it like does it talk to you uh i think i mean the thing is like i've
learned by now you can train an ai model for anything right like i can train an ai model
on a data set of 13 i've done it uh it's very it's very easy and uh low low compute intensity to run inference on a 13 person trained data set uh
but i don't know that that model would help anyone really right well i i i just don't know what what
that model would be doing in this product like oh yeah i guess what you're saying it's like like
like yeah what could it possibly be doing it's like It's like the only thing it does, it's like it helps you quit nicotine.
So is the AI dynamically attenuating the nicotine dose?
If I had to guess what's going on, it's probably saying like we're closing the airport and
you're not allowed to suck on this during certain periods.
Like they're going to gradually increase
the amount of time between puffs
Do you guys think anyone's ever
I've started nicotine through vaping.
That's another funny punchline.
I think no one has ever quit nicotine from it.
I quit meth and I started vaping immediately.
I don't know if anyone has ever quit.
I haven't vaped in three months.
It's like we've quit vaping like 37 times.
I'm like the meme guy now of like quitting nicotine is super easy. I've done it 19 times this year.
That DMT vape that you were pushing, pushing in my face during East Denver. That's like the only time I've ever vaped ever.
Yeah. That one was like, especially retarded. This was the one where we all hit it and we just looked at each other and we were like yup i was right like psychedelics make you retarded it's like the most dog underwhelming
experience someone should make a vape cold storage like a hard hardware wallet i feel
this is giving me hardware wallet vibes what if you have to vape to transact
you're like signing you're signing the transactions like instead of the little
two buttons on your tracer to like left right left left right left right left you have to like
puff suck puff puff suck yes yes there's some like konami style um sequence launch sequence
yeah yeah so this is like uh it's like, I'm imagining the ad right now, like
with the popularization of cryptocurrency, crypto users are being robbed left and right.
$1.4 billion have been stolen from innocent blockchain users at public gatherings.
The only way to secure your assets is through subtlety no there's a better word for that but
like and then the whole pitch basically is like no we can call it subtlety that's the brand line
subtle that would be like a lucas brand like hi like i'm lucas ceo of subtle like
it's like touch id but it reads your like lip print or something to authenticate you
but then when they kidnap you they'll just make you keep vaping for like hours like no i don't remember the sequence and they'll be like no you do keep vaping
like i can't anymore my lungs oh like it's giving me a headache like i'm so dehydrated
you know these things that people are always losing or is seeing vapes on the side of
the road and like left in uh left in booths and everything yeah you can store your money on there
now have fun dude the little the little like uh cigarette shaped vapes or like not see but the
little like uh you know it's like an extruded aluminum tube and then there's like a battery
and then you put the pods in the top or whatever those things are like designed to just
fall out of your pocket all the time like it's like the most perfect design i it doesn't matter
what pants i wear it doesn't matter how i'm sitting like i will lose it it will fall out
you mean the one uh is that how you left that one at my house yeah just fell out of the old pocket
yeah just fell out of the old pocket it's literally happened hundreds of times it's funny i know i
noticed it and i was like i need to tell him before he leaves and then i didn't yeah lucas
you wanted me up man my viewers are complaining they can't see my face
oh so true dms here no i deserve to be on top
hey juicer can i put the ox in the tank and withdraw it whenever i want yeah you can put it in olp and you'll be earning points 80 of points go to the olp 10 go to the strategy vaults
and another 10 will be for competitions. Yeah.
I did something really goofy the other day,
I actually staked some into the ETH strategy vault.
It's a good play at this price,
my idea was that I'm going to leave it there for like a couple weeks and then take it out before anything happens.
But that's been my idea before.
And historically what happens is I do nothing and then it blows up.
ETH definitely had a good pump today.
Yeah, it's up like 5% or something like that.
I think I literally just staked it like last night.
So like we already lost. five percent or something like that i think i literally just staked it like last night so like
we already lost we're already out of it for you or it's uh it's only if it doesn't move
you you basically want there to be like volatile okay so actually we should explain the strategies vaults to you sayuki this should be uh this should be what we're chilling now
you say okay this should be uh this should be what we're chilling now
so we have all of these things now just based on the aprs which ones are you thinking
uh the apr is not accurate yet uh of the olp it's because um
it's because we haven't included the rewards yet and that'll be today
yeah so it's gonna be even higher that'll probably boost like what like 20 or so percent
of the top one the top one is much higher than that it's like
um i mean obviously you got to go for the biggest one, right? A thousand percent. That was my thought.
So if I stake in the ETH player...
So the chart of this, you can see the historical performance of this strategy, which is not very good.
That's because ETH has not been in a range.
Well, I mean, the historical performance of this strategy doesn't actually matter really, right?
No, it's all about what happens in the future.
Like you're... Okay. So the idea with any of these is that it's a grid bot and as the grid goes,
or as it goes up or down or whatever, you're trading every tiny increment. So let's say that
pumps 5% and then the next day it dumps 5% back to where you were at.
And assuming no one else is staking in this vault and changing the midpoint, now you have just sold a bunch on the way up and you have bought a bunch on the way down.
And you have been earning the emissions from this and you have made money from the sells and then the rebuys.
So it's just like concentrated liquidity, basically.
But then if it goes up like 20%,
You're not fucked for sale.
Are you just like underperforming the asset?
Like you probably still have,
You just don't make as much to do
and just held the eth right
no because you're you're sticking nicely that may not be eth right you may be sticking like
fart coin or something yeah yeah so you can go around you down money on your because you've now
shorted either on the way up or you've longed on the way down gotcha basically you're basically
martin getting within a range and so you can make a lot like the bitcoin one is up a lot I think if you go to
lose if you click the PDC one I think that one has been yeah the bit the Bitcoin one looks uh
pretty decent this one is fine because the Bitcoin has been in its range so when it goes
lower and higher it's scalping the range plus you're getting rewards so it's um
yeah but this creates a lot of volume as well because the player vaults trade against
the olp because these guys are just like scalping another way down and up so yeah
yeah I mean it's a Bitcoin vault also like uh
I mean a big part of the performance is literally just like, are there people in the vault?
And post-Hefe thing, there were some people who left the vaults.
So like, despite the, like this, this would have had like a higher curve had there been
like an equivalent amount of people as we're in during this period, because, because Bitcoin
was ranging really well during this period.
So like if there's less people in the vault, the rewards are shared over less people.
Yeah, it's a fixed token emission into the into the pool.
So what tends to happen is as it's losing money the api actually goes higher because the nav is going
like the net value of the account is going lower but it's getting the same fixed token rewards so
new people come in and subscribe it when new people come in and subscribe and you get diluted
by those guys so if you put into the vault and then the market goes let's say down like 20
and someone else subscribes they've now locked in your loss because they are now
diluting you in the pool.
It's like if they're changing.
There's a lot of variables to think about here.
So the core idea is if you think it's going to be a range bound, then it's good.
Well, and then the idea also is that there's usually been one of these assets that's been
Like Seoul might be the range bound asset now, I feel.
It's trading, like, really, really tight ranges.
Yeah, I was actually, I put some in the Sol, too.
I put some, I already had some in Bitcoin, but I put some in both of these just to see
I don't, like, Sol feels really scary because, like like when it does, every time I start thinking
that soul could be range bound, it does the exact opposite.
Like soul is just historically like counter trading Lucas sentiment.
So I'm probably going to blow my ass out on that one.
I'll probably lose money.
But you can also go in like, if you have the thing in a vault, you can switch it to another
So like, if you think Bitcoin is going to stop being range bound and you think that one of these other two might be range bound, or you think that OLP is better, you can just switch it between all of these.
So like in theory, there's a way that you could play this and make a fuck ton of money.
I have not personally managed to do it because I mostly hear people going like,
oh, well, this one's been good for me for three months. And then I put it in there and then
accumulating for three months, then it usually goes up a ton and then I blow my ass out.
So probably don't do that. But yeah, it's not a problem.
So am I correct in thinking that if I think the asset's going to be range bound or crypto
is going to be range bound, I should be in the player vaults, but then if I think there's
going to be volatility, I should be in OLP?
Yeah, if you think it's crab market, you should be in the player vaults.
If you think OLP gets the majority of the rewards as well as the fees.
It's kind of like JLP that Jupiter has, where Jupiter has 75% of fees.
This doesn't have 75%, but it has about 30% of fees.
And then it's getting the points of our new season.
So OLP is kind of like you're backstopping the exchange.
So the market goes up a lot really fast.
I mean, usually clients are very long,
but they go long, you know, various amounts.
But, you know, right now they're long Bitcoin and ETH.
So Lucas can go and you can see the positions in it.
Lucas, if you scroll down, you can see it.
Is it like Hyperliquid where the liquidation is also going to OLP?
Or it's just... Yeah, yeah. Okay. Yeah, yeah i mean just everything goes in so so so olp is the biggest market
maker on the exchange there are some other ones but this is the biggest one and so you know it
tends to make money when the markets are nuking because the clients are going to get liquid on
their longs uh and they'll also trade all the new listings so sometimes it gets beat up on
new listings because everyone shorts it and this becomes trade all the new listings so sometimes it gets beat up on new listings
because everyone shorts it and this becomes very long the new listing so yeah it's it's kind of a
it's kind of like the generalized strategy so if you think market's gonna go up the best just go
long yourself yeah yeah yeah that's like I think that's the basic play is like uh if you think
the market's going down OLP is good if you think it's going to crab strategy is good if you think the market's going down, OLP is good. If you think it's going to crab, strategy is good.
If you think it's going up, just gig along things.
And we're going to allow OLP as collateral soon on 80% LTV.
So it's kind of cool in that you can put in OLP and then you can go along yourself if you want.
It's a bit recursive, but that's what we like.
That's what we're here for.
We're here for the recursion.
I don't know how the soul player has been doing PNL wise.
So this actually, seeing this actually makes me want to try now.
I mean, soul is just insane, right?
Because it went to 292, and then it went to 110.
So you don't want to be betting on races.
It just dropped 70% quickly.
Yeah, it's just a very uh scary asset to like like this is a this is like just a spooky
chart man like i've seen this exact chart in crypto like hundreds of times and like it it's
one of those ones where like i don't have like a predictive resolution of how this goes like
when they do this they can go very up or they can go very down,
or they can crap. This is the fuck you, no signal pattern to me.
And then it's still confusing on this one
everyone was getting mad at uh like everyone was getting mad at pump fun for like sending
like 20 million to an exchange or something no i did not say that yeah that's every that's every
week but it's like I actually don't understand.
Like, I saw somebody calling for like, oh, we should just make like, like the Solana
team should just make a pump fund with no fees or something like that.
And I just don't quite, I don't quite get it.
Like, it seems like, like, what is the financial incentive to make pump fun with
no fees uh i mean in theory you could have an official one right like slana foundation
they could make an official one um but they have like sort of a big uphill battle right like pump
fun actually has like enormous consumer like market share uh i mean okay i think if radium does it it's not easy to compete i think if solana itself
does it they actually could compete because solana is the chain and as of now solana is bigger than
pump fun that may not be the case in a year yeah i guess if they're gonna try it now is the time
to try it but it's like a zynga facebook situation right like like pump on
is zynga and solana is facebook so zynga eventually got de-platformed because slads didn't like it i
mean because facebook didn't like it but there's a world where zynga got so big that it became bigger
than facebook like that could have happened if they had a few more better games if they made their
own like profiles and stuff i mean like the foundation
is the only one that actually would have the uh incentive to make a b free one because it's still
driving activity to the chain anyone else it wouldn't make any sense because they'd be like
they'd just be losing money yeah that that would be uh and say insanely bearish on the part of the
solana foundation to just completely kick to just
like completely destroy a user of their oh yeah especially like a successful business yeah yeah
that like creates like a like they would have to just compete it's it's like oh here's our thing
it's like free or something like that it's and just like try and drop people even more
a little bit of like because now what you're like raping one of your success stories well yeah but
that's the only way that they could do it like otherwise it's like it's like they're all they're
i think their best incentive is just leave pump fun alone it's like yeah yeah because other no
otherwise you're basically making yourself out to be like asshole eco where you say like if you
build on our platform and you achieve a given level of success we will copy your product and
then use our influence to steal and vampire your business.
It's actually interesting because a lot of Ethereum people are saying this about, oh,
the Ethereum foundation should enshrine an L2 and they should make their own wallet and
kill the wallets and stuff like that.
That's actually on the other side.
They legitimately think that's a good idea to like socialize everything well ethereum does have
some unique incentives right now i mean ethereum i actually would say like they should just make
their own l2 because uh they have already it's like i don't know if they actually lose anything
by being assholes um i don't think no they actually lose anything by being um i don't think no they actually probably
they already like they kind of would gain stuff because right now they're getting screwed by the
l2s but it also feels like it's not a good look when like you're encouraging other people to build
a business on your uh base layer or whatever and uh then you just supplant them you know like no
it's not but it's also not a good look when your token price goes down like
60 in a yeah yeah right i mean yeah there's been a lot of bad decisions leading up to this point
let's just put it that way that's basically what i'm saying is like i think ethereum is in a
position where like uh they have to matter like they have to care a lot less about like the social
consequences of doing things that actually generate them revenue like at a certain point like people will just be euphoric if ethereum
starts making money yeah unique incentives like i said yeah so circle ipo is coming
um but apparently coinbase makes nine times what Circle makes off of USDC.
I think it's like similar for Ethereum too.
Like Coinbase is making more money than Ethereum.
They're just like flexing on everyone.
So what do you think the Circle IPO is a buy or?
I mean, on the one hand, stable coins are hot.
Maybe you'll get a lot of interest in buying.
On the other hand, the unit economics actually aren't that good for Circle because a lot of their distribution is subsidized to partners.
Like they're kind of playing the launch pool game a bit.
Like if you go to a bank and you say,
why don't you just tokenize your your your existing dollars and then we count this as part of our you know stablecoin supply
you know it's not clear how much of usdc supply is actually this kind of supply but they are paying a
lot of distribution costs so even though they get interest income they're paying it back out to the
guy who made the stablecoin right so it's not as pure revenue as tether is um and then also
like if interest rates start falling like i think if interest rates fall two percent circles making
net losses every year quite a bit because of their opx is very high so it's really hard to believe
like what could possibly be the high cost of running a stable coin i don't know i mean like
tether does it with like nine people or something right i think you have to deal with like on the regulation bro like i think it's like yeah there has more than
that now and then also like you have to deal with like conversion right like you have to deal with
like on and off ramping of like large like trad fi conversions because there's people like arming
that it's still very much like white listed like it's not easy to get a like a circle account
unless you're you know like as a individual i guess i remember hearing that like a year ago
and i assumed that it has opened up by now but i like that's just a retarded assumption that i made
because i said i would i would honestly assume it's been getting harder i think it's been actually
getting harder to get a circle on off ramp account rather than easier it used to be
easier you used to be able to do it as an individual yeah circle is good though uscc is a good product
um it is king made by coinbase so you're you're kind of very junior to coin coinbase in a way
as a shareholder of it um i do find it interesting that DeFi everywhere else is very Tether heavy.
And then on Solana, it seems like USDC is actually the dominant stable coin.
I guess maybe it's like an American network.
I don't know any other reason why.
That is one place where they won.
USDC mogs on Solana and nobody else uses tether there like there's still like
tether liquidity and stuff but it's definitely second yeah yeah but like if you're gonna launch
a pool like nobody launches like a tether pool right like everyone will do a usd it's true
yeah i don't know if you're in there where you could actually arb that really well uh because like
usdc was like slightly more valuable on solana but it was like slightly less valuable on many
other chains was sitting there manually arving my stable tools back and forth between chains
I think the issue right now is that coinbase itself is only 44 billion mcap so
it's kind of just putting this giant lid over the entire market because it's like how much are you
willing to pay for circle you know circle was at six billion in the private markets let's say they
try to ipo at 10 billion you're now at 25 of circ at coinbase valuation while coinbase makes nine times what you do on on your own business so
that's where the mog is coming from um it's kind of a i mean it would be really good for
the internet if coinbase went to like 160 billion because then everything underneath
it can be valued properly and like higher but yeah well even that isn't because now you're
saying and it's like coinbase is valued at like
44 billion right and i'm just now imagining like it's like 18 of the eth valuation yeah i was just
thinking the same thing like yeah and now it makes a hundred times more valuations of large players
in this industry i become more bearish on the eth valuation aka the east the price
yeah value yeah valuations and crypto are are definitely just weird and untethered
from pretty much anything. Especially once you start looking at even companies outside of crypto,
just regular companies in the stock market and stuff. It almost feels like... It's just very
strange. Well, there was a long period where everyone was just like, oh, this is just how it should be. Crypto is just not traditional business. You don't have to have revenue in
crypto, right? It's the idea that you may one day have revenue. It's a speculation.
Right? And as the market matures, people are starting to say, well, it's like,
okay, I invested in this dog shit on the idea of revenue and it appears to
produce no revenue. So now I'm going to start like becoming more traditional with my investment
theses and maybe only investing in things that like have like more than an idea of revenue.
Like hopefully they're actually making revenue. Yeah. I mean, as rates go higher in general in
an economy, people have to look like more shorter term at like, how do you generate what's the quality of your earnings how are your margins when rates are zero you can say
this company will make money in 12 years and that's what i care about because you know like
a dollar in 12 years worth the same as a dollar now so whereas if rates are five percent like in
you know like the rule of 70 is it'll roughly double every 12 years at five percent so like your money
is already doubled while waiting for the you know for the so-called catalyst so the hurdle is just
way higher yeah money is just more expensive yeah so and tether bought 888 bitcoin this quarter
yeah oh yeah i just saw that earlier that was good
that could definitely be like another source of like flows i think if they start regularly buying
they make a ton of money they're making time and they stack a lot of problems in the bdc
yeah they're very like bitcoin very big maxi right yeah yeah tether moggs man i'm like a i'm like the opposite of like the tether truthers where they're like
dude like they're gonna get audited bro and it's all gonna be over like this whole ponzi's coming
down i'm like tether will get audited and they will succeed so wildly
that somehow it will moon to like $1.50 a Tether tour.
Like it's going to be the Tether moon that everyone's dreamed about since like 2015.
I mean, I think now that Howard Ludnick is in the White House.
I mean, now that Howard Ludnick is in the White House, I think, and he's obviously like
was Cancer Fitzgerald, which was
one of the biggest counterparties for Tether,
truthers have mostly stopped. I think they mostly moved on
to Justin Sunfud from what
I've seen on the streams, but
I think they've just given up
It is kind of ridiculous to still
They're clearly legit now.
Even if they weren't legit at some point in the past, it's like, come on, man.
They're like the number one biggest holder of US treasuries or something, or number two.
Yeah, but some people just FUD Tether because it's like like coronavirus where there are some people who will just always wear masks now.
There's some people on crypto Twitter who like their brain crystallized at the point at which Tether FUD felt legitimate to them.
And they will just continue doing Tether FUD forever, I think.
Yeah, like Bitfinex and all those guys, basically.
Just because they like made their personality fighting tether so what what
do they really pivot to after that yeah i personally like feel more comfortable holding
tether than usdc like if i'm cashing out i'll just swap it into usdc but bro i feel more
holding tether than us dollars like i ted i would replace my entire savings that i have in every
bank account with tethers if I could.
The stream brought to you by Tether.
Literally the best product in all of crypto outside of Bitcoin. There's only two coins,
three coins. There's Bitcoin, there's Tether, and then there's Oxcoin.
I do like gold, but it's just like such a pain in the ass to store.
But I mean, I guess there's like, I could do the PAX G or something.
Do you feel a little stupid having like practically zero gold exposure?
It's just as it's just like ripping upwards, but.
I actually have some, I have some in my, my metals account I guess but it's like it's not
enough that I'm euphoric and also the other thing with gold is like I feel like a loser if I'm
holding like a synthetic derivative of gold yeah like I feel like I should have gold bars under my
bed like that's the one thing in which gold is different than every other asset. I actually want physical custody of the gold. I don't care that it's less liquid. I don't care
that it's inconvenient to travel with gold bars. It's like, it just, I'm sitting here thinking
like, oh, like imagine. You know, also like the idea that gold doesn't have utility is
actually quite wrong. Like it's usage in jewelry. I think about 20% of all gold is in jewelry. So as an ornamental metal, it's actually extremely useful.
And that actually soaks up a lot of supply because India, Turkey, your merchant markets,
every wedding needs gold. It's like Dex printer pay. It's like gold buy.
needs gold like it's like it's like dex printer paid it's like gold like gold it's like a constant
foyd burn right like as long as there exists women there will exist a demand for gold
that's what they thought about diamonds though as well and that's kind of like dying because
nobody ever thought about diamonds maga too hard i i think it's forgetting about the electronics
industry like that that's never going to disappear gold is never going to stop the conductor like okay if they ever figure out like
alchemy and they can manufacture something like diamonds are not lindy at all diamonds are like
a meme that we came up with like borderline with a hundred Yeah, that's true. Gold has a lot stronger track record there for sure.
You can also literally make diamonds
by pressing like ash hard.
Like if you just say like, okay,
like I'm going to fucking squeeze the carbon atoms real hard.
that's what our viewers saying i'm buying fentanyl futures
that would be crazy if there was like uh illicit drug futures traded on exchanges
illicit drug futures traded on exchanges.
It would be funny, but it's like one of those things with crypto where you're just like,
how many different illegal things can we call it? It's like, you know the law about only break
one law at a time? Not the law, the rule about it. You become like the crypto exchange. It's like,
okay, we also run a casino
okay also we you can speculate on like illegal drug deaths we also run a hand service also you
can if you're a drug dealer you can hedge your support like
it would literally just be the silk road except you could trade uh crypto on it
you get you don't just buy it with uh drugs at Bitcoin, but you can also just trade coins.
It's just rough. It's just rough. I mean, that's the whole reason why I got into crypto
in the first place. Right. So it's like a return to the roots really, if we started
Yeah. I mean, that's why everyone got into crypto well okay sorry that's why everyone who didn't enter crypto this cycle
got into crypto this cycle people actually got in because of meme coins like this cycle people
actually got in because their friend was like dude like i bought dick and balls coin and i'm
up like 500x right uh which which is actually funny because i i got like bored of all the crypto podcasts
where everyone would be like so like tell me your crypto journey like how did you get into crypto
man and then the guy was like so there i was like as a 13 year old buying marijuana on the silk road
right and then at some point i realized like, every time I go to buy more weed,
it takes less Bitcoin. And then I was like, oh my God, Bitcoin is an investable asset. And boom,
derivatives trading. Then I lost all my money, but then I made it back. And it's literally this
same story every single time. So we need the Zoomers to come in and start telling us about how they got like
roped into it by their frat bro who made like a new house down payment
on some solana coin that was chilled to him by his uncle it's cool man i'll make the house payment
i could do with the new house what what are we what are we feeling about this coin chart here
boys what what does this say to you i'm still pretty bullish dude i've been long since like 79
and uh yeah i thought i was gonna be under 80 uh but i haven't made additional buys uh
more under 80, but I haven't made additional buys. I had another one at like 82-ish, but
I haven't bought any more and I'm realizing that I probably want to be more allocated
given how I feel about what this is going to do. This is painting an increasingly bullish
fractal as this carries out like here it
was looking super fucking bad right like this was actually like i don't know if i want to be like
buying hard in this area uh but again i'm a pussy i buy confirmation and to me this looks pretty
confirming like this looks pretty good yeah i actually in that bottom range there i was like oh shit i'm
gonna round trip this entire fucking long but looks good again so i'm like very certain actually
that btc is gonna make new highs but i honestly have no fucking idea about anything else like i
guess it's just gonna happen there are some other coins that might not yeah yeah oh this is just brutal like this when you see this candle and then like oh my god we're breaking
out and then it like makes a lower low than the bottom of the wick and then and then oh god finally
growing up and then it goes even lower and then even lower and then oh my god we're
even low remember how at the beginning of the stream saiki said that eth pumped today
like uh hey siri yeah what what siri what's that uh no dude but if you think about it on a
percentage basis like i bet if we switch to the log charts this is a huge pump for ether yeah
like this is like a five percent pump for
eath dude i did i do the same thing every time i'm like seeing eath pumping and i'm like getting
a little bit of fomo i just switch to the daily and zoom out like this and i'm just like yeah i'm
i'm good dude like i'm just gonna stay sidelined i'm no i'm no suzu but uh the log chart seems
like kind of a fud sometimes, especially on ETH.
It's like, no, you got to normalize it, except it still goes down.
You know it's bad when it looks bad on log.
That's when the asset's completely cooked.
Here's the logarithmic ETH view.
See, that's what I'm saying.
Look how big the pump is if you go to log view.
You go back to regular and it looks tiny.
Otherwise, it doesn't really change that much.
You gotta look at the weekly.
No, it looks exactly the same to me.
Well, the history's not here.
Because it only starts from uh exchange birth or whatever
the like the cope is always to like show the entire coin price action history in log
listen then then the dip down looks like you know yeah yeah yeah minuscule
dip down looks like you know yeah yeah yeah minuscule it's funny though it has positive
funding there's people longing this so we got some eath bulls some eath bulls in chat boys
every eath bull if you didn't sell on like december 1st or like jan like i don't know what
like it's it this dude's just saying like exactly when sold. Yes, actually. I sold near the top.
When Trump won, I thought, I can sell my ETH.
I never have to have ETH again.
And now I get to look at every other person on the right side of that trade,
and I get to say to them, listen, man, if you didn't sell when I sold,
You are a fucking retard.
You're a fucking retard. You're a fucking it okay it's just good just sell right now just sell right now it's gonna keep going down
we're getting to the point now the ethereum has become worth so little in my portfolio that i'm
comfortable round tripping it to zero actually.
Like I know in the same way here, here, let's put it this way in the same way that last cycle, everybody started saying like, you have to mentally count off your NFTs to zero. Like they're,
they're not worth anything. I now mentally count off my Ethereum holdings to zero.
Like I accept mentally that by the time i exit it could sell it please
just please sell it you know ignoring the fact that you're net short on eve but yeah
the stream brought to you by net short on eve
the last five minutes yes like you need a you need to buy tether you need a deposit
to a centralized exchange and you need a shorty
at this this three months sponsored by shorting with tether tether.com
i'm gonna like fuck my hair up so i look like that like it is it is moderately fucked up from
biking in but uh you need to go nuts on it with like mud and somebody's saying if you're bearish
on eef you're bearish on alt season change my mind i mean yes i'm bearish on alt season like
it's not gonna fucking happen we already had all bitcoin we already had alt season that's
what the meme coin season was. That was it.
Alt season happened and it's over now.
You just weren't in the right alts, bro.
It's like, no, it was Chainlink.
Chainlink actually did kind of start running a little bit at the end there.
The Chainlink's like, okay.
That was a pretty good signal.
It's like a real product. Yeah. It's obviously unpopular to be a real product in
crypto people are just funny with how they classify alts right um because there is like a nominal
if there's like a nominal definition for it right but alts are just not stables or majors like that's
it and we had an entire cycle of not stables and majors going insane.
Well, I mean, there's there's also this like there's sort of like a soft delineation in the industry between meme coins and alts, where it's like alts explicitly have like utility or like a product or service and memes are just things that like, they literally make no promises. The entire idea of the thing is that the founders have no responsibility
to do like anything. But like, as things, things have like converged now where it's
like you have a meme coin that is like being dev'd by a meme coin team that has to like
release some AI product or something like that. And we're now in a territory where it's
like, well, what is this actually? Is this like an alt? Is this a...
You're like an AI meme coin, but it's like, you're not really a meme. You're pretending
to have a product or maybe you really do have a product, but like, you know?
Yeah. It was kind of like at the end there, people were like, this is so refreshing. It's
like memes, but they actually do something.
Yeah. It's like we've we recreated alts from...
Who's to say whether or not the market cap of an asset
should be correlated to its revenue generating capabilities?. Did he only just decide to be gay?
I'm only just hearing this.
Dude, last cycle, Ethereum, even though it's still underperformed Bitcoin, but it was still
I mean, depending on where you measured from, I don't know.
Like, I didn't make new highs from the previous cycle, but I think from the bottom, it outperformed
BTC last cycle. Like, just in like X new highs from the previous cycle, but I think from the bottom, it outperformed BTC last cycle.
Like, just in, like, Xs or whatever.
Like, I mean, I made a lot of multiples on Ether last cycle.
I mean, I think really the main problem with ETH is, like, it's never had a real competitor before.
And, like, everyone just mistook that for like oh this is
lindy like no one can ever compete with ether when in reality it's just like nobody had actually
there was there never been nobody had gone to the point where they could try conceivably yeah
and now solana is actually well developed enough of an ecosystem it's like you're actually uh
you're actually going up against a team of like pretty
good builders like and they're actually like the big thing with solana foundation is they appear to
like look at how people are using their network and how crypto people actually use the chain and
say like optimize for that yes i'm bearish people are like well in in our dream like communist
utopia this is how people would use the chain. So we're
going to optimize for this use case. But it's like, if the rest of the world doesn't care about
like the autism communist use case, then like your network building goals are sort of misaligned from
everyone in the world. And yeah, that's why I said like the other day that Ethereum kind of
succeeded in spite of itself because like, they didn't really approach it from a business sense like, this is how we can be successful.
It was just the best product early in the market.
In reality, their values are very unaligned with the kind of hyper capitalist network that they built.
Like research super cycle Ethereumereum bull case right like the whole the the bull case for ethereum is that like in the
future like perhaps the crypto like market share like increases like a by like a billion percent
and ethereum just absolutely collapses relative to uh like like relative to every other product
but the market the crypto market is just so big that there's still more cases for it just absolutely collapses relative to every other product.
But the crypto market is just so big that there's still more cases
Which is clearly just wrong.
It's been 10 years, dude.
doing other things besides gambling.
no. Here, this explains it better.
You're getting ox credits, uh, which are not actually ox.
Uh, so yeah, it's not, uh, we're not currently minting for the rewards.
What, so what happens to my ox credits?
Does it ever turn into ox or
i don't know i'm not the guy with the fucking button bro
mine haven't so far i will say but uh who is the button guy what's his name and address i know dude
i try and i try and not know any of this shit what's this look he says it says you can claim
ox later in the docs i mean you sound like you know what you're doing then right you read the
docs yeah if you read the docs, you know more than me, frankly.
I think Sue was talking about this one before, but I don't know if it means instant death
for Radium, but it's like it's obviously a competitor in the space and it's a competitor
I think there's basically like a 0% chance that they don't take some market share from radium, right? Like that's something that
Yeah. Yeah. Like that's a pretty easy given. Obviously radium still has like volume and
all that from all of the existing coins. But now also pump fun has an incentive to say
like, okay, well like run the new ones up right like if i'm pump fun my
incentive to promote every single coin that is like uh listed on radium uh has gone down a lot
um unless it's like a one that got so big it's like listed everywhere and it's on like sexes and
there's like a pool on like meteor and radium and all this other stuff then it sort of becomes like a moot point but uh yeah i mean
it's like it's not great for radium but like i don't think radium just instantly vaporizes
yeah it's pretty it's pretty bearish for radium though i would say like in general
it's bad for radium i'm trying not to like mud radium but it's hard to make a case in which
this is something other than very bad for radium.
No sports gambling coin on it.
No, but that is the other thing.
It actually, because it has fudded radium so hard, you could reasonably make an argument that everybody fudded radium down to a lower price than it actually should be at.
And now the market can argue over what the fair value of a radium is, right? Because
whenever there's like massive amounts of FUD, that's usually not the top, right?
So like, I don't know. Savvy investor people i do commonly like saying like well you
know even if i think this product is retarded or it's fucked long term like there's simply too
much fud like there's a point sentiment hedging right your sentiment yeah yeah well i don't i
think sentiment hedging is like a different thing that's where you say like like if you tweet
something out that can be interpreted as both like bullish and bearish,
and then you can retweet it later. Like that's what I thought sentiment hedging was.
But I think in this case, it's more like there's a FUD bottom. There's like a FUD floor where
like, let's say an asset has been getting FUDded for like six months by everyone such that like
anyone who is willing to sell because of FUD has already sold.
You can actually reach a FUD fatigue. You can now safely buy just because FUD can't make the price go down anymore
because there's no additional FUD.
You could say that the founder of the coin raped some orphan.
Like a horse or something yeah yeah yeah
this stream brought to you by horse raper coin
okay so enzo you actually can't do that because like they'll launch that
like they'll launch that and then they'll blame you yeah i just did
here's the address let's watch this let's watch the chart
here's the address let's watch this let's watch the chart
so the total supply is increased actually saiki you left last night like as currently but uh i
think oh shit just talk you just got to talk over lucas otherwise you're going to get a word in
edgewise you got to like talk louder and more left last night well yeah that sounds that sounds like it's not going to be a uh like a
linear uh mint like the ox supply right now is like yeah i think he's doing it on purpose now
what am i doing this is actually funny our chat is schooling us on the economics of the ox uh
points this is kind of like a role reversal here yeah
this is why this is why it was funny when like don was like getting mad at me like lucas like
you did this like you did you did heff it out and it's like you made me lose everything bro
okay no i want i want to hear what enzo's saying here. Last night, you left about five minutes before some guy posted a deck screener
a coin that he himself had just
minted with like $80 of market
we got to watch the chart,
tried showing Lucas, he just
Googled it in deck screener,
and he found another coin with like the
same exact name that had also
just minted and it it appended like five zeros on uh or a pre-pended like five zeros onto its price
it lost like 99 of its valuation between when we pulled it up between we pulled it up and when we
ended the stream they were were both like Ash.
Like, you know, that black guy that's viral on Twitter
for doing like the daily morning routine thing?
It's one of the worst charts I've ever seen.
Dude, it actually got two more zeros 30 minute candle dude i'm actually glad that i left because i probably would have bought the top on stream again
saving myself money here pull up the other one it was like also action yeah yeah yeah it's the same
the other one might have a higher market cap at this point i mean at that point you're like so
extremely late to the meme as well like you can't make a coin off this like a week later like
there's already like been like there's like routine and like saratoga there's been this is like this one if there's six derivative of wait no this one was just launched recently
no this is it this is it i'm certain that one looks no no no this one was launched literally
20 minutes ago yeah and then they pulled they pulled the liquidity you can see it's this guy
just is this guy just relaunching the same coin?
This is like, if there's a, if there's a ticker, like 32 teams will have launched the ticker.
Like if a ticker has run once it must run again is like what the, like, this is what they believe.
I don't necessarily believe it myself, but like, uh, that's what they say. If you look up any given ticker, like you can see just how many, how many Ashton
haul coins are there already?
I think it's less that they think it's going to run again. And it's more to like,
they're trying to trick people into buying the wrong.
yeah yeah yeah or they're just like spamming deck screener with like okay here's our fraud link
Yeah. Yeah. Yeah. Or they're just like spamming deck screener with like, okay,
how many 50 market uh 50 market cap ashton hall coins can we make yeah
but i swear it's the same one like i'm looking at all the ashton coins on deck screen right now
and there's only one with that amount of of like even that close to that amount of liquidity
I don't necessarily hope they get
actually on deck screener though
I guess liquidity applies to less than
I have not been a pump swap token It's so funny. This needs to be...
I have not been a pump swap token.
Yeah, I bought and lost money on that token
because I fell for the retarded shilling.
Like, oh, this is an Easter egg by the team.
I was like, oh, this is clearly not true,
but I think I'm early enough that more retarded people
I have 5% of supply of after buying early,
and now I'm going to give you the opportunity to buy after me.
It's just the name is PumpSwap.
So when you Google it, it's like the SEO goes there.
It's not like I really doubt that was like intentional by the team.
I already like took my loss on that coin.
What if it was actually like it's like a Book of Job thing where you just have to have faith despite getting raped.
Yeah. If you had held. No, I'm notoriously bad about that. Like if I'm getting raped,
I I'm out of there, dude. I don't hold anything. If I'm getting raped on it,
I'll cut the loss. I only hold assets that rape.
that rape me i'm trying to maximize absolute rape in the markets i just don't like getting raped
I'm trying to maximize absolute rape in the markets.
you know i think that's like a pretty common sentiment but yeah no i i actually sort of like
uh i've stopped caring if it's like oh well like what if what if this like extremely uh
unlikely thing happens in the future and it's actually how they deployed their
official governance token.
They deployed it on PumpFun eight months in advance so that they could let the supply
redistribute through various-
And on top of that, I don't want to own a fucking governance token anyways.
Even if it's the real governance token, would I buy the PumpSwap governance token?
No, I wouldn't. I don't know if I would I buy the pump swap governance token? No, no, I wouldn't.
I don't know if I would ever buy another governance token ever again.
It's like, I'm not sure. I'm not sure there's any amount of governance.
You could tell me that's going to go on. That would convince me that I need to buy the token.
The last time I bought a governance token, what happened? And I, I used,
this is the mistake that I probably made. I used it to attempt
to enact governance, right? And every single proposal, I'm not going to name, I'm not going
to name the platform. They're still good friends, despite the fact that this is what they did to me.
But every single fucking proposal was like, should we give more money to this founder or to this founder?
Or like should we give the treasury?
Should we give 50% of the team treasury to this guy
or this other guy he's friends with, right?
And it's like you have the ability to choose between the two.
Like democracy is amazing.
The crypto is doing communism.
It's just like um it is kind of dumb though because everyone's like oh well like
dow governance doesn't work because like the team controls most of the token supply
so they can just choose the votes but isn't like it's pretty much just shareholder governance on
chain isn't that like the exact same thing like generally the company or whatever owns the majority of the
voting shares like it seems like it only really doesn't work if you actually try to do like a
truly decentralized dow where like the people are responsible for choosing because like people are
fucking retarded right like yeah especially in crypto like the there's actually like a thing where in other
industries like having money sometimes is correlated with like business literacy and in
crypto that's just like giga wrong right like yeah it's almost it's almost never been more wrong like
study the people saying that like pump fund is evil because they sold like five percent of their
like revenue like that's insane well i think they sold a little more than
five percent but regardless like that's i mean like yesterday they sold like five percent or
something but it's like whatever like you should be able to sell 100 of your revenue sir like you
made the coin yeah that's your money like yeah like they're yelling at the running like you
should have i didn't know that when i used your platform and gave you guys fees you were going to
you were going to sell them into real money oh my guys fees you were going to you were going to sell
them into real money oh my i thought you were going to burn all the it's like no they weren't
going to burn all the fees they would have done that like outright i i don't understand uh it's
just like this it's just like a carryover from old times where like people thought that like these
are all just going to be public goods and it didn't matter about cash flow and stuff like no like in order for people to come on chain like they have to be able to make a
business that makes money like that's i don't know i don't even know if it's a carryover from
that old sentiment like i think with the solana thing specifically it might literally just be
that people are sitting there looking at this chart and then they're looking at the Bitcoin chart and they're saying, wait, Bitcoin is up 2% and Solana is, it's down 70.
That's because the pump funds, it's because the pump swaps, like they're fucking up.
When the price is going up, it's like, oh my God, Elon is a genius.
Like he's making so much demand for soul.
Like look at the price of soul.
It is just really dumb. Like you have to let businesses make money. Look at the price of Seoul. It is just really
dumb. You have to let businesses make money. Otherwise, this whole thing doesn't even work.
We're trying to make a separate economy. Unless you can make a business and make money without
everyone talking shit to you all the time, it's just never going to work.
Yeah. They do this also now with billionaires too though, right? Somebody makes a company and it starts being profitable enough,
they just start getting fudded. Open AI is getting fudded because it's like, dude,
I don't know, man. I don't agree with that. You're just making too much money. You should be
doing something different with that
It's weird because I think they're actually... I'm not even sure they're profitable yet.
I think they're actually hemorrhaging a lot of money. Because training these models is
Okay. I don't know if they're profitable, but I do know that their revenue is massive.
You said, I don't know if they're profitable, and I said they're making a fuck ton of money.
Especially with the open-air.
They're almost certainly not profitable, I think.
I'm pretty sure they're not profitable.
to really try and rationalize
this, just like a feeling.
Think about how they price their models.
Remember when 01 first came out
Everyone's mind was fucking blown.
push the envelope as far as they possibly could because uh they're probably trying to
like a lot a lot of the sorry what was that pro still cost 200 like it's still 200 yeah exactly
and then you get like an unlimited subscription for 200. But like if you're using the API, I think you can still whack up on the limit there.
But it's like if you're using the GUI, you'll probably be fine.
The point I'm making is that like a lot of the meta of like...
I've never heard anyone say GUI like that.
Sorry for interrupting you.
Ui, GUI, GUI. Oh my God. my bad i love gooey things um ooey gooey gooey oh my god but um a lot of the meta of like open ai
is like business dealings and maneuverings is the fact that like they want to go they like want to
go for profit right so there's a like like nominally like they don't have to like they're
like oh like non-profit xyz but you can tell that Altman really wants,
I mean, you don't have to tell,
but you can tell that like a lot of what they're doing is literally just like trying to bait investors into it.
It's just like, look what we can do.
It's just like the old Silicon Valley,
like market dominance tactic, right?
Like they're just, they're losing money right now,
but their goal is to just like corner the entire market.
And then they can turn the money flood on.
Look at the potential of our product.
Imagine what will happen once we finally go for profit.
And then what will happen when we IPO, like imagine that.
But like underneath that is like the fact
that they're not profitable.
Like it's, it is such an old story well like as we know in crypto that doesn't really matter for your uh asset price
right so there's a uh there's a friend i have who's been playing around i think you were in
the same group chat but he was saying that like uh he's he's trying to make like an image generation
model that he's running locally and he's running into the same thing with the fingers yeah like he doesn't know how to uh he doesn't know how to
make it not generate six finger hands like he's trained his own model or yeah he's doing it
completely that's pretty cool i mean i'm running a bunch i have no fucking idea how the open ai
guys did it there must be some secret sauce there i mean just use different
uh i mean i guess if he's trying to train himself it's a little bit different but
there's definitely open image models you can just run locally that
solve that issue already he's very much uh like a like an auto die that kind of personality like
he wants to do it on his own he wants to figure it out yeah that makes sense
fellow mountain programmer yeah he's really smart he's a great guy
one of the few people from that group that doesn't make me want to kill myself
he's an enzo chat alumnus
He's an Enzo chat alumnus.
On a long enough tale, all group chats
become the same group chat.
Long enough tale, they're all like 2019
Man, this was a crazy week huh
this one this one here the 170 yeah that was 90 candle that was the trump trump week
this was a crazy i'd sold uh everyone sold like a bit before that at like 220 ish
which I thought was awesome.
I sold the rest of this level, and I was like,
that was such a good, responsible sell.
It was in here or something.
even if we go higher, it's like, I'm fine with it.
But then it did this also, so it's like, I can still rebuy. Now it's like i'm fine with it and then just like instant uh but then it did this also so it's like
i can still rebuy now it's fine yeah no i i sold in like that first hump like to the left
like after the peak as it was kind of going down i'm like this looks like like i'm out of here
and i felt good for quite a while like i i felt good for quite a while because it went down to
like what is that like 180 or something
and then yeah trump happened then i'm like fuck this shit's going like straight to a thousand
dollars isn't it but i almost always uh i almost always sell retests of old all-time highs or of
the recent high on lower volume like that's almost always how i get out because like it almost always
goes there and it almost always
has lower volume than it did the first time.
And if that's the case, then it's like, okay, goodbye.
I pretty much always like wait for it to go.
Like I'm usually selling on the way down.
Like, uh, like I never tried to preemptively sell as it's like ripping.
I'd rather just like check price action out after it kind of stops going up and then decide,
even if I'm not like selling the Pico top, I don't know.
I've tried to force myself to sell green more and more because like I did naturally sell red.
Like I would usually do that same thing that you did where it's just like, okay,
they clearly made the high. I missed the high and now it's going down. And like,
you just sell it the first sign of weakness.
I mean, as long as you panic quickly, that usually works out.
But it's like I actually will be liable to sell things that aren't the top because of how quickly I panic.
You have to have a well-calibrated panic instinct.
have a well calibrated panic instinct. I'm too panicky. I just don't know about trying
to calibrate for the top. Honestly, it's like, as you get better, you will get better at
kind of intuiting it, but I don't know if that should necessarily be your intention.
Well, I mean, yeah. The thing is that you don't actually have to sell the top. You could
have sold here and you would be profitable you
could have sold here and you would have been profitable you could have sold here any any of
these points right like there's a big range in here and all of your cells would have been profitable
with regard to where the price is now so like the idea is that you want to sell exactly here
and do everything but like just in practice there there's one guy who did that, and there's 300 guys that are lying about having done that.
Anyone who is selling probably here or above this level, I think did real good.
That does look a little rougher today than yesterday.
That one looks a little trickier. Oh!
Yeah, this just honestly looks really, really solid.
oh Where is my fucking OI?
Hmm. What are we scouting here exactly
i was trying to see if i could pull in the oi on this one instead of doing what i normally do
to find oi which is google bitcoin open interest and then click through like three links explain
how little i actually know what i'm doing uh but this is also exposing how little I know what I'm doing.
It's like how much total leverage is taken out in the system.
It's not really like total leverage.
It's just like how many open contracts there are.
I mean, I guess it's sort of the same thing.
Yeah, it's basically how it can be used to say how many Bitcoins are longer shorted on leverage.
Okay. This just looks giga bullish, man. I'm like-
Yeah, man. I don't know how you're not just all in BTC at this point.
Yeah. I don't know. Are you?
Yeah, absolutely. Well, I mean, in my crypto portfolio, yes.
crypto portfolio. Yes. Yeah. I might actually just have to go market by a bunch.
Yeah. I might actually just have to go market buy a bunch.
That was, yeah. I, I added exposure last time I was like dumping below 80. I was like,
this, even if it goes lower, like, I still have like 20 to 30% of like all in Bitcoin
right now. Uh, which is like, it's not all,, like, it is enough that if it giga-ripped right now, I would still be very happy.
Like, that's the problem.
That's the problem about, like, completely stabling out, I think, is, like, you realize, like, when you're all exposed to all of this shit, like, it doesn't actually feel that safe and then when you like
reduce your exposure a fuck ton you're like this just feels so much more comfy like i feel like a
huge pussy but like it's just so much more comfortable who could have thought yeah having
money in my bank account actually feels pretty good like Like no, fuck, fuck bank accounts. I have my money in tethers.
How do you spend, how do you spend tethers though?
Like, don't you spend money or no dude?
You've seen how I live, dude.
I think I will continue living like that, completely irrespective of price forever.
Just like sleeping on the floor and eating rotisserie chicken.
When I was dead-ass broke, I was like, I'm going to keep doing this until I make this
at every milestone I had,
I just continued doing it.
I just had to start forcing myself to spend money.
Because what is the point otherwise?
that you can live like a poor fag
I'm not going to be around forever.
I think the issue is that there's very few cases where like spending a lot of money actually makes
me more comfortable. Like I will spend pretty readily on anything that I actually like, uh,
anything that I actually like or need. Like I actually wanted like, uh, a first class and
business flights to fix the issue of flying for me,
The thing that makes it much better is actually those credit card lounges
where you can go and eat like a fuck ton of salmon in like the Amex laundry.
That is a big value add to me than I really,
I feel like it's kind of overrated.
I feel like the lounges are super overrated.
I fucking love something about just like not having to deal with like the normal people you see in an airport.
I can actually sleep in the lounges too.
That's the other reason they mog.
I actually enjoy people watching at the airport.
I'm like fascinated by people at the airport.
It's a very interesting place to just like sit and watch people for me.
That's just horrifying people watching that's fucked up dude you're not a people watcher lucas that's surprising i i love people watching but there's like it's like once you've made a
model for like a specific demographic of person well i no longer that's like the great thing about
airports is like it's i don't think you can really
build like a specific model because it's like all different types of people at the
I don't I don't really know if it's necessarily a modeling thing in this case.
I think it is like it's it's like going to the movies.
You're not a movie guy either.
Actually, it starts to make some sense.
Like I'm definitely not a movie guy either.
It's really about the style of it.
Like, yeah, there's only so many types of people,
there's some types that never get old.
You find the weirdest guy in the crowd,
and chances are i can just watch
him for like hours and i'll never get bored just something about like the energy of the airport
like it's just interesting to me i don't know i get that too there's a weirdly desperate energy
in airports because uh people typically just want to be. They just don't want to be there.
The boring people at airports are the ones that are comfortable with it
and who clearly travel a lot.
The ones who are happy to find us,
not really the lounge people,
but the people that are happy to find a spot
that they can just spend an hour or two in.
There's nothing interesting there, obviously.
It's the people who clearly are new to the hour or two in. There's nothing interesting there, obviously. It's the people who clearly
are new to the experience
The people who are too familiar and the people
The people who treat it like a second home.
Yeah, I am definitely the second one now.
I think you would be a funny airport
so what do we think of the tariffs tomorrow are we scared i don't know man i have no idea what's
gonna happen it's like so far out of my depth to like model what what it's going to do i feel like it's got
to be like mostly priced in at this point but what that means i have no idea i bought some vix yesterday
it's probably that's probably a good play sue uh when this question was asked like last week sue
said it's like i the people are pricing it in so if it's kind of like uh if the tariffs aren't bad
then it's going to be neutral but like uh otherwise it's probably gonna it'll go down if the tariffs are bad yeah also like trump
has just like been going back and forth so much about how bad it's going to be yeah like my my
theory uh like my meta theory on like trump's strategy with the tariffs is that uh he just
wants to like secure it as like a tool of like u.s like foreign and economic policy um yeah that's what i thought too but like then he was like
ramping it up and it seemed a little counterintuitive to like that sort of
strategy but not necessarily if you're just trying to establish uh if you're just trying
to establish them as like a tool that the US will
because that's like the yeah you have to
like I guess you have to like
it's like poker face or something right yeah well
it's just the thing about like having a weapon it's
like I have a gun in my hand but like
there is genuinely a type of person who
is not dangerous with a gun in their hand
because they just won't yeah right it's like nominal and that's i think i think that's just been america and trump is like
well it's like okay like i can threaten this thing and everyone assumes i won't do the thing so he
probably has to kill someone with the thing right yeah exactly like you have you have to you have to
shoot someone before anyone believes that you're willing to shoot anyone if you haven't shot anyone
in 20 years i'm pretty convinced that's the meta of it so i mean if that's true then it's definitely should be uh like a long i guess right
uh long uh long long after he shoots somebody yes basically it's it's like i don't really think
anyone's been shot yet i think a lot of it is like, I'm going to sit back and trust the process.
I have tried to make like acute predictions on like Elon and Trump and
like whether the things are doing or like a good or bad.
I'm now at the point of just like,
I'm just not going to counter signal either of them because it like,
there was a period in Trump's last term where he like did a lot of retarded shit but like i've been consistently wrong on elon's actions and they've all wound up
being much better than i thought so like and i assume pretty smart like they're right you can't
much higher level than where you've been capable of yeah like it's just goofy for me to sit here
and like criticize the geopolitical actions of like trump and musk
right like it's it's frankly retarded uh there's very few people who wouldn't be retarded to do so
yeah yeah like me as a professional gambler i'm uh you know shit i'm actually i'm actually more
qualified that's what makes me qualified i work for doge yeah it's like well i i am a i am a i am an institutional
professional gambler and i go to a bunch of conferences in other countries and this makes
me realize that actually the european strategy should be x right it's like you just feel retarded
saying that or you should you should yeah you really should institutional investor
with 80 dollars of institutional funding on superCycleStream on Twitter.
They're going to, like, send us a cease and desist if we keep saying that.
They're just going to, like, 20 companies that are going to send us a cease and desist at this point.
Every time we get a new cease and desist, this point we just keep every time every time we get a new cease and desist we start promoting another company like we eventually run out of all traditional tech
and finance companies and we start promoting like local like lawn care and shrubbery companies
like yeah they can't even like afford to send us a cease and desist so we're probably in the clear
there yeah it's like well these are companies at a certain level they don't even have websites
right like they're they're completely run by boomers where the only way that you can get there yeah it's like well these are companies at a certain level they don't even have websites
right like they're they're completely run by boomers where the only way that you can get them to service your lawn is by like they distribute a flyer and then you have to call
the boomer's number but it goes to his wife right yeah yeah oh my electrician is like that
you literally have to schedule with his wife i don't know i had a period like wave of zoomers
starting to try to do like landscaping companies and stuff it's like a like a tick tock meta now
yeah yeah i i saw a ton of what i mean i think i realized the same thing because i made a lot of
the equipment that like uh not a lot but it's, I made equipment for people who do like tree care. Like they're taking down like trees, they're chipping them up, stuff like that.
Uh, and like, you learn a lot about like the local business model for this stuff. And you
eventually realize like, it's highly unoptimized. Uh, and at the end when I quit and I was doing
some consulting for my company, I was like, I could also consult for some of the like lawn care
companies that I knew. Uh, but it was this weird thing where it's like, you're consulting for them and you're just realizing that like, uh, they actually
just don't care that much about like increasing their profits at a certain point. Right. Like
there's like, ah, like I'm chilling, dude. I don't want to like run a database and have to do all
this other stuff. Like, uh, yeah. So like, there's a certain like income level where like people do actually sort of just like um
fuck off you know yeah they don't fuck off but it's like they're like i'm fine maintaining this
uh and like i naturally have like a like i'm naturally like you should scale everything like
that was how i started like dealing drugs in the first place because i bought drugs and i was like
wait if i buy more then it's cheaper and i can get and then i was like well what do i do with all this drugs like that's too much drugs uh and then it was like well i have
and then so it's like it was literally like just me being like oh i can get this cheaper if i do
this in this way and then at some point you become a drug dealer and i think this is how like a lot
of people wind up becoming drug dealers that aren't like the traditional drug dealer phenotype
up becoming drug dealers that aren't like the traditional drug dealer phenotype uh this explains
a lot about your like costco uh addiction as well yeah i'm like looking at the car and i'm like oh
my god like if i just if i just opened 370 000 costco accounts and then i go and i buy these
package deals and i resell them for a seven percent profit margin like i could i could be a billionaire
like i have to like stop my brain from thinking things like and it's like no no no lucas you're doing the thing again like this is retarded this is what you did when you were 16
there was um what was what was his name here i bet i can find him most generous billionaire
there was this um warren buffett blah blah blah blah no no no oh oh where i was going with that
too though was like uh the the landscaping companies that i was like consulting
for like uh it's like you you suggest like super basic things like it's like have you considered
like making a website and then they're just like they're like ah like dude i don't know man like
computers are kind of gay bro yeah i mean how do you really go good like they're right they're completely right
that's the problem like i eventually wound up being like well it's like there's a there's a
series of options that are available to you here but like uh i think all of them are going to make
you less happy so it's like i don't think you actually need any services from me I think you're fine. And then it's like, I don't know, like you're doing, you're doing good, man.
Lucas, have you ever heard of Chuck Feeney?
He is a, or was, I should say, he's since passed into the, into the ether, the Ethereum.
He's passed into the decentralized markets beyond.
His soul has been distributed across the validator nodes.
He became a billionaire off of duty-free shops and airports.
That was literally his entire strategy.
I'm pretty sure it's a dead meta now. I don't like really think anyone's doing it. I think that
like the airports themselves are doing it. They kind of figured it out. Um, so like, there's no,
like, dude, there's no more like duty free, uh, retailers because airports just do it themselves.
Like I said, or like they like strike deals with the bigger retailers. Um, but like that was his
entire strategy to just like. Just take advantage of
and airports and then just sell
basically with crazy arbitrage.
born in the 60s or something, that's what you would have
done, given your proclivities.
The problem now is that like sales tax
makes it really really hard because like you have to be making more than like a seven to like
11 margin yeah on any sort of like ridiculous skimming you're doing but like duty free does
get around that it seems like they kind of just killed uh retail as like a means of getting rich honestly like i
i i'm no uh i'm no genius in the retail space i don't understand it that well uh but whenever i
think about like if i if i were like the waltons or something and i was running walmart or i was
running target or something like that it just fills me with dread maybe it's maybe that's just
my own temperament my own inclination speaking but um it seems like a really really dog shit business right now i mean retail has gotten
increasingly the reason that software sale is nicer is because like you just have to deal with
a lot less like skibbity shrinkage issues right like now if you're going to sell a product brick
and mortar like on site uh and this is becoming more and more the issue with like mail stuff with mail fraud but uh you you just literally have to deal with
the fact that like somebody's going to walk into your store and fill a cart with like four thousand
dollars of like beef and then they're going to walk out and you don't actually like have any
like real way that you can deal with this because like your employees aren't allowed to touch them
and like you're you're sort of like you don't have enough visibility on the situation yourself
that you can go in and like whack him with a stick yeah so uh until the law says like okay
we've decided it's illegal to like shoplift again uh it's just like a rough space to be in like this
actually squeezed a lot of people during
covid because like the increase in shoplifting and theft like pushed tons of businesses out of
like their operational margins yeah like they're now just unprofitable in syc areas cvs and it just
it just killed them and it wasn't even really it like it was a combination of like the intrinsic
just like uh like uptick in in crime and everything but like like corporate
really doesn't have any recourse aside from just like kind of like trying to like min max or like
managerial staff basically so if you're running a store that isn't doing well um like uh because
of shoplifting like regardless of like the law like and this is in uh southern california by
the way like probably like the worst place ever for this um if you're running a store that's like really suffering because of uh
because of shoplifting and everything you will just get fired by corporate
because there's really nothing else they can do so like hopefully they can like find someone else
who can like i don't know like their rationale is probably like really like magical like just
magically fix the problem well i yeah like i think they're just hoping that they're gonna find someone
who's willing to like break the laws enough that they can actually stop shrinkage yeah and by
shrinkage i mean like uh loss like loss is due to like theft like that is the term for it but uh
you who's doing yeah it's really i mean who indeed i don't know i mean there's videos of people
doing this stealing you can go look up uh the shoplifting videos and see who it is
uh there's a big push in there where they were trying to say it was all white girls but that
wasn't really who i was seeing the videos you can see which color of makeup skid locks get locked
up uh at the target i think those are always the funniest do you remember those posts
they would like regularly go viral it was like a every one month from the period of like 2017 to
2021 there would be like a monthly viral post of some like uh some girl from black twitter posting
about how like yo it's racist as fuck that like they're only locking up the black skincare products
and the white ones are unlocked up i wonder why they're doing that
yeah do their do their profit margins on those products go up do they sell i know it's like
it's just to do that it was this really ridiculous uh really ridiculous idea that like there's a store manager who's sitting there and he's just saying you know based on my pure speculation i
think that these are going to be stolen more it's unrelated saying you know based on my pure speculation i think that these
are going to be stolen more it's unrelated to any actual data on shrinkage that we have like we just
we don't have the numbers there's no way to know like they always saw it as racism it was always
it was literally it was work it was even stupid it was literally just store managers are just
sitting back and like and like twirling their mustaches looking forward to like cratering
their store's profitability by just like capriciously pricing some people out basically.
It was literally, I mean, pricing some people out, right?
It's like, how are you pricing someone out by requiring them to lock us or requiring
them to like go like pay money, Lucas.
I mean, it is like, that's what I'm saying.
Like it is pricing them out, but it's like i'm saying like it is pricing them out but it's
like the mechanism by which it's pricing them out is sort of dubious yeah
yeah that was ridiculous uh
there were a lot of those posts during that period that were just like uh
just total and it was really annoying also because like that was during the period that were just like uh just total and it was really annoying also because
like that was during the period where like you just watched that and like the average like uh
dad like actually would be like roasted if you like commented and tried to explain this system
like he would get like uh it was yeah dude it was such an insanely capricious time in like
internet history like the entire culture but
like everyone was on the lookout for it like it was actually like genuinely a tyrannical time to
like be white on the internet there were so many boomers this was also the period where like
boomers even were realizing like oh no like facebook isn't safe and they eventually came
around to thinking like i just shouldn't post on these websites because like no matter what i say i'm breaking some rule that i
didn't know existed yeah right like i've accidentally made myself yeah i accidentally
turned myself into public enemy number one just by saying that uh they lock up the products that
get stolen more and they don't really
think about it. And then you have
tweeting you talking about how evil your dad
J6 or boomers were getting
dark time in American history.
I bet there actually wasn't a single other time in American history where a story like that existed.
A story so similar to Soviet Union, East Germany anecdotes.
It's like, oh, remember that thing like families were informing on one another yeah
we're doing that here now no you can't change it back actually you can just vote for trump
congratulations we did it
yeah i mean we're at the point where i'm like honestly okay if like all my financial assets
nuke just because we're getting away from all
that bullshit yeah the country is like the country is willing to accept it than it's
ever been in like the last like probably 50 years at least okay i'm back well yeah i dropped i dropped out at some point there but uh i was basically saying that yeah
they had people who are coming in and like defending the shoplifters like they were like
putting like and and then if you if you were the guy who was like uh who were saying like
these shoplifters are bad everyone would would be like, dude, you're defending
corporate interests over the do-gooders, the little people, the little man. You're just like,
yeah. I own businesses. My friends own businesses. I'm absolutely going to defend
people from just having their entire profit model raped by random people saying i'm going to
steal the thing well it's not it is it's like it's in my long-term interest it's incentivized
people who sell things lawfully it's just a retarded premise too because like if you're
like a franchisee and you're running like a cvs or something it's like nah bro like just let the
homeless guy like steal all your shit he's stealing from cvs bro it's like yeah okay man then my store goes out of business because i'm not profitable
to cvs anymore like holy that's what that's what insurance is for bro like yeah what's gonna happen
to cvs insurance premiums you fucking dumb animal yeah it's like an army of people who have never
filed a legitimate non-fraudulent insurance claim come in to lecture you on insurance claims.
white girls that are doing it.
Like even the white girls were kind of complicit in that because there was
actually like a local top thing for like,
for like for like black people worship at the time.
And people thought it was like just resultantly cool to like shoplift and
I very specifically remember like during like the summer of Floyd and shit,
like in the gym, I have never, ever, ever seen so many white girls with like black, like black or at least brown guys as I did then.
Like it was actually like startling.
Not even like in a necessarily racist way, just like in terms of out of the norm.
of out of the norm not that i'm not saying it not racially but i think i wasn't uh i wasn't living
Not that I'm not saying it, not racially.
i wasn't living in any places that had black people at that time so i like uh never had any
visibility on that one particularly it was pretty overnight like you could you could tell that like
there was uh there was a local top that the uh the white horrors were buying in. There definitely was.
I will say that the girls definitely have
a kleptomaniac tendency overall
And it's like sometimes the berries
are lip gloss. Sometimes they're eyeliner.
make a product small enough,
the women gather the berries, right?
There was definitely an archetypal shoplifting white girl with a heroin habit at the time.
Definitely interacted with a few of those.
So nurses are actually really consistently kleptomaniacs
like they will people yeah interesting that's probably not great
nurse girls uh lifter girls very similar archetypes by the way teachers all of these
people they all tend to be really big shoplifters regardless and
it's another thing that's sort of like income independent right like they could actually be
making like uh totally enough to buy the thing uh but they just they just do it they just do it
yeah it's a very it's a very thing is also like a social mean thing What are you eating, Lucas?
I'm eating some granola bar that I found over in the snack bin.
Wish I had a snack bin someone else filled up here.
I mean, you come to Taiwan, there's a snack bin.
Yeah, you're making a good case for it.
Sometimes they have a lot of the seaweed snacks.
I was eating those yesterday.
I do a very like, I have the little tray of the seaweeds.
I stick my tongue out like a frog and then I eat them like they're a bug.
Seaweed snacks are really good.
Yeah, I do like the seaweed that's like my main
source of seed oils is like those costco seaweed snacks that are just like they have sunflower oil
on them uh do they have like the rotisserie chickens you like at the taiwanese costco
yeah they're better they're taiwanese chickens down here too. I will say they cost about 30 cents more, so I'm getting skimmed by someone.
I mean, I guess the stuff like cost of basic food doesn't really change that much, maybe.
There's not a lot of margin there.
I think the thing is that America is actually very good at producing inexpensive slop food.
is that America is actually very good at producing inexpensive slop food. If I want to get the
cheapest dog shit eggs in the universe, it's still America, right? Going and getting their weird soy
slop, just giga bullshit, the Walmart 60 pack of eggs, that is still probably the cheapest eggs
in the universe. However, they're obviously cancer, right? The eggs themselves are probably
40% microplastic. They're fed entirely like soy to the extent that the isoflavone content of the
eggs has been hyper-concentrated to just instantly grow breasts in you. many other problems. So like you can, but like the cost of like the lowest,
the lowest tier of like actually edible food is much more inexpensive in Taiwan.
Yeah. They still have like USDA beef or something, but it's like, why am I like, why am I going to be buying fucking USDA upsell beef
when I have Australian or Japanese beef
that is more inexpensive and better?
It's a hard sell to make to me personally.
That is interesting that they even have it
because the logistics of getting
it there probably quite a sense.
I think people in Taiwan just really like America and American shit.
So like there's a lot of, I mean, this is true for a lot of Asia actually, but it's
like you go to Japan, which is where like everyone in America soy jacks over like Japanese
jeans and like raw denim and all this stuff.
And then you go to Japan and there's like everyone wearing Levi's. Uh, so I don't know. It's not Levi's as much anymore.
I think they've moved on to, uh, I think the new like soy Jack thing that like the up and
coming soy Jacks are wearing is Wranglers now. Yeah. Wranglers are pretty huge wranglers they actually kind of mog like that's another
one of those things where like the american economies of scale has just been like so optimized
um you can go and get like a perfectly functional pair of jeans for like 20 bucks yeah Yeah.
Mike, too much. Everyone's favorite jeans, guys. What are we going to be sponsored by this street? This stream brought to
you by Levi's next one will be Levi's. I'm banning? This stream brought to you by Levi's. Next one will be...
I think Levi's are like the Uniqlo of jeans.
You just used a word I don't know.
if you're correcting me on pronunciation,
I don't know. I'm asking. you should just assume that it's not you that's wrong.
So whatever the company is, they're the ones that the Reddit people always recommend.
Oh, these are so cheap and so good.
And if you're ever traveling, just rebuy your wardrobe from Uniqlo or whatever.
But that was true like 10
years ago but now the quality has fallen off and they've actually marked prices up such that i think
h&m is a much better like a bullshit clothes store like if you need like the bare cheapest
quality shirt like one that it's like you know it's like if i'm if i'm going and rebuying a
wardrobe in like another country i don't really give a shit about it
lasting 10 years. I'm not doing buy it for life on my fucking black t-shirts. The H&M shit is
totally fine. It's like $4 or something for a shirt down here. I'm not going gonna go for the 20 uniglow shirts because oh they have an air mesh technology
that like uses microplastics to wick the sweat away from it like fuck you dude like uh i don't
really need that much technology in my shirts i just need something that prevents me from getting
arrested when i'm walking around the street clothing is a kind of a uh it's a difficult
industry to like meaningfully innovate in,
in terms of like feel and everything.
Cause it's all materials.
or I should say it's easy to,
unless you actually like care about the fact that like you're putting
microplastics and shit and think in which case becomes very hard because
like most every like magical material property you can take advantage of in
like clothing feel or like breathability or whatever is uh basically all through like uh synthetic
materials yeah i mean under under armor is like an entirely like plastic like rubber company
basically yeah like this is why uh this is why polyester was thought of as like the revolutionary
material right is because it can like
more closely mimic the feel and look of silk than anything else but now it's like
most things are polyester so when you see the look of something that is silk you just assume
it is polyester yeah and it's been like devalued uh aesthetically as a consequence
like on on suits too like actually silk just kind of gets mogged by
polyester as like a suit lining like i don't want this to be the case obviously but like uh
if you have a if you have a silk suit liner that shit's probably gonna need to be ripped out and
repaired on like uh like a two to three year rotation if you wear the suit at all and like
if you have a polyester liner you're probably going to be good for like 10 years uh and you're also it also sort of doesn't
matter because like the suit jacket liner isn't going to be touching your skin so i can like quell
my i can quell my worries about the microplastics uh i did see a new fud about this from nagolo the
other day about how organic fibers and their like moisture content, like they form some sort of like an electrolytic, like capacitive, like EMF something or other.
And like, if you add in, if you add in the polyester, now you're changing the real resonance or something.
So that one, that one was disappointing to learn about.
But I also like, I'm not making fun of that like i genuinely believe basically everything that
nagolo posts i love nagolo
he's honestly one of the coolest guys i i he was one of the early guys who i met in like uh the
remilia chat thing and uh I just expected a totally different thing
than what I wound up getting.
He's just a different archetype of person
than I had initially typecast his account as
Follow him on the Ox account.
Now he's been a great account for years it's like uh like a lot a lot of um i don't know if it's exactly appropriate to call him a niche account um but but accounts of that type right
like they've most of the times they wash themselves out because they just like kind of lose interesting
stuff to say like i have said all that i wanted to or something like that and then they kind of just become like timeline normies in some sense
like a lot of like old heads from like like 2015 2016 are basically just like timeline normies now
like for you page rightists but nagolo are you are you commenting on anyone in particular enzo um
should i are you are you taking uh taking a little stab at lucas here maybe
no you you're uh your style hasn't changed that much like you're pretty consistent um
there's a i i think probably the most pronounced one i'm thinking of is like comrade stump
he's like huge like during 2016 and now he's just like i mean even he himself says that he's just like a timeline normie now uh for you pay for you page rightist um yeah there there is a very big like pull of uh
like normification as you like increase followers and uh at a certain point like you get you you get
to watch every account go through the thing where they either like accept or reject it right yeah
like at some point you you have to say like i am will a lot of it is like are you willing to just
have on your feed that like gets far less likes than usual because it's like you think that it is
something that is like a fairly like uh you know it's like a new thought that you've had recently or you're just putting it out there for fun
and if you can't wow this is amazing
well i forgot about the i forgot about the jimmy neutron picture
oh the oh the soy jack one, I totally forgot about that guy.
Yeah, Nogolo, like how old is his account?
Like he's been going strong for years, like a decade at this point.
I thought it was older than that, actually. actually even so i suppose that is almost a decade
bro i'm driving the incel wagon the Hyundai
is it a Hyundai? The Ioniq
the very first time I saw that car
we're just like hallucinating incel everywhere
we're bringing the incel the incel we're just like hallucinating incel everywhere yeah that's like the incel the incel
perspectives on markets the incel market perspective what's the what's the incel speculative
bubbles say the incel the incel market like you could say say that the chud market is peaking, but definitely the in-sell market is not.
I was about to say it feels like we're getting close to a local top in the in-sell market.
I literally think we're at 50% of the in-sell market cap right now.
still has a lot of room for growth.
How do you get financial exposure
What should I be buying now?
Financial exposure? Yeah. Buy giga. in the incel trend what should i be buying now financial exposure yeah
by giga maybe i don't know i think uh i think at some point the incels are going to learn that
like all of the asian women and other women are using like uh ai boyfriends and they're going to
develop like models uh that are just the ultimate like they're just going to
because like incel gender theory is like largely just correct right if incels were to design a
model and iterate a model towards being the optimal ai boyfriend i think they're going to do
it better than many other people actually and uh there's there's a way like you can, if you have something that like,
you know, again, women, primary spenders in almost every country,
if you make something that all of these people are convinced they're dating,
you're going to move product, bro. Like you're going to move a lot of product.
That's an interesting business proposition, Lucas.
Yeah. I wonder if I've ever thought about that myself or done it.
I wonder if we've spent hours talking about this before.
I love, I love giving everyone else like the ability to like front run everything that
I think it's already sort of happening, like not with AI boyfriends, but like the incels are starting to create fake,
like OnlyFans type accounts.
It's like a farming incels.
I'm pretty sure that AI boyfriends are gonna go like they're
gonna go so hard that they're just they're basically gonna reach like total market dominance
like basically instantaneously no one will notice it will just instantly be taken as normative
and then like five years after the fact like once uh like ai girlfriends start really popping off to the same degree um that's like
going to be like the whole like uh like uh like public moral fixation like these incels and their
ai girlfriends i mean i've noticed that women are already using like women yes like i was being
oblique about like it actually has already happened. Not explicitly AI boyfriends, but what amounts to it. Women are already using all of the AI models. The autistic tech bros will be like, I've been testing the three leading AI models against each other to see which provides me more accurate code. But girls are using them for a totally different purpose. Girls actually talk to these things.
are using them for like a totally different purpose girls actually talk to these things
like girl will girls will ask it like life problems or say like i had a fight with my mom and like
this is yeah yeah like girls are actually using it as like a replacement person in a way that i
don't know any guys now who are and these aren't necessarily like these are actually like normie
girls like it's not like some hyper online like fem cell freak the guy the guy
i've definitely had this happen where you like get in an argument with a girl and then she'll
later on like show you like look ai says that you're being a fucking like psychopath or something
and then you look at the way that she prompted it and it's like here i'll prompt it i'll prompt
this neutrally let's see what it says and then you can mog her way that she prompted it and it's like, here, I'll prompt this neutrally. Let's see what it says.
And then you can mog her, right?
And then your main argument is over the neutrality of the phrasing.
And it's always easy to say like, okay, yours was clearly like, it's like, we know this.
Like I can change the results that it gives me by like implying that I want X or Y answer, right?
Like this is a very known like AI thing.
But yeah, like I've already had this argument like it's not even necessarily just ai explicitly it's
like women are like i'm certain that women are using that are using ai for that more than men
are but like women in the way that they they like attach themselves it's like um my favorite
anecdote for this is like,
when you ask like a random guy,
like who's the most beautiful woman you've ever seen.
Every guy will say like some fucking girl I saw on the street,
Every girl will say like,
it's another example of like the void validator consensus note operations. Yes,'s it's it's like um they like i said like the what i was
saying obliquely earlier was like it's already happened we just haven't noticed and like now
we're talking about like ai girlfriends like what an like what is the platonic form of an ai uh
partner let's say, right?
It's literally just parasociality, you know?
Women have an infinitely more parasocial, infinitely more like a collective social model
that basically intrinsically conforms to like the archetype of an AI boyfriend than men do.
And they've been doing it for years and years and years and years um and uh i i'm pretty sure that like at the point
when ai boyfriends become a thing when like that becomes like something fashionable or what and i
mean it's really fashionable i think that women are going to suck up that market share like
basically instantaneously but like the underlying meme here is that like women have been doing the parasocial sexuality thing uh for basically as
long as they've they've existed um if you want to be if you want to consider it like uh if you
want to just think about in modern terms like groupies are like groupies are all uh they'll
partake in ai boyfriends in some sense.
Like the easiest example is just that like,
if you have 10K or more followers on Twitter,
it's like impossible for you to not have like girls trying to like meet up with you.
Like it literally doesn't matter what you look like.
Like I have seen completely random,
like completely hideous guys
that are still like arving this.
Yeah. Right. The, um, I'll, I'll like, I'll prefigure a rebuttal to this because the rebuttal
undoubtedly is going to be like, Oh, but like, you know, if you're just, if you're like just any
girl on Twitter, you're getting like trillions of DMS from guys. It's like, that is like genuinely
a different phenomenon. Like guys are just like sprayers and prayers. Like they just shoot.
There's no like identification.
Guys are actually more likely.
Like if you look at follow-up premise request,
guys are more likely to DM girls with like smaller accounts.
like an ick if they have a lot of followers.
And I'm saying this like purely on a per capita basis, like someone with a like an ick if they have a lot of followers yeah and i'm saying this like
purely on a per capita basis like someone with a 100k account that's not even that's not even
really my point like my point is more that like the the the ideation that a guy has when he dms
a girl like we're got like yeah but like put aside the follower count of like because they're
even though there is something like very interesting in like the the the follower count dynamic um the
the the difference in the ideation between like when a guy like the the the follower count dynamic um the the difference
in the ideation between like when a guy like shoots his shot with just like a girl or whatever
and when a girl begins to like parrot what like parasocially like link on to like just some like
like uh some like celebrity or like big account or whatever like they are different things like
there's an infinitely there's a much greater amount of like emotional like parasocial
identification um on the part of the woman on the part of the girls doing it i think it's it's
completely different like guys just they don't really affect too much uh about it it's just like
i shoot shoot my shot bro the follower count thing is kind of interesting
though because it's like almost uh there's like an assumed um if you see a girl with a thousand
accounts you know she's blown yeah exactly it's like she's blown out and digitally ran through
yeah it's like you talk to a girl uh like i don't know if you've ever like uh
if you've ever like uh like bed obnoxious like
dming some girl with like 20k followers no i've never done that she's gonna brag about how many
guys she has talking to her i would never man happens to the best of us yeah no there's a lot
of very common like affectations that you see if you just like stay online long enough the like uh constantly talking about the infinite like uh you know and
it's like there's also certain guys that it's like if a girl doesn't know that like this guy
just literally dms every girl she will always brag about this guy dming them uh you know if
they're gonna be like if they're like a name dropper girl, you're going to hear like, oh, X and Y and
Z are all in my DMs. It's crazy. And you're just sitting there like, I've literally seen
screenshots from 150 women who these people have hit. The other one is like the oh like i never actually do anything with the guys in this sphere
and then it's like you like dig into it and it's like you're like well what is actually doing
anything with the mean and then you're like well it's like doing anything everything until yeah
yeah it's like either having kids or like uh doing anal but it's like it's like they'll still
have like dated or had sex with them or something. There's always, I don't know.
The virgin e-girl turns into mega blown out whore on the drop of a hat.
The problem with the e-girl lies is that I don't think they,
nobody ever calls them on it, right?
Nobody ever says, listen, the last 72 of you all said this exact same thing
and I know it can't be true because here's screenshots of this happening, right? Nobody
ever does that because the point of talking to these people is either to have sex with them or
to get them aligned such that they can be a marketing affiliate for you, right? And so in
neither of those cases, does it benefit you to say, I know that
you're just lying to me right now. You just ignore it. Nobody notices that they're doing the same
lies that everybody else in this exact position has done, which makes them extremely, extremely
noticeable lies. The more times you've seen a given lie story the more it
gets ingrained as like this is a very obvious lie yeah and then from there i think the uh the
recourse that this the the social like immune system functionality there is just like the
preference cascade it's like it's like girl is like a girl is like perfectly like pure and sweet
xyz or whatever until every guy
realizes this realizes it
and like enough drop off or like one
guy like makes a joke about it
and then yeah it's like one guy will make
a comment about it assuming that everyone else already
knows and then it gets like seven like laugh
reacts and then everyone instantly realizes
wait like she did this to all of us like there's uh i mean this is usually the way that like uh i think
this is like actually the pathway we were discussing before about how like e-girls tend
to have like a five year or less lifespan online because uh at least under a given persona like
they can respawn under a new persona and pretend
it wasn't them and then like hide their face and stuff like that but uh like in general they will
they will like construct sort of like if you just continue doing what works best uh with like no
regard for whether it's like true or not you construct like the e-girl house of cards such
that like uh it's working very well for you until
this preference cascade happens and then suddenly everyone now knows that this is like what you're
about and it like somehow comes out on the timeline and like the disparities between like what you're
doing and what you're saying come out and like uh and then the whole like the whole facade is just
like instantly exploded and uh every lie is a dead truth.
and then it's very difficult to like keep track of all the lies,
especially if the girl is presenting herself as like a somewhat like,
like a somewhat innocent,
And then some guy who, guy who like thinks this gets into
it with her and then like finds out that she's not, he actually basically experiences like a
full like reality shatter, like a light switch tilt out on her because he feels like he's been
lied to. And now like, if enough of of this happens there will be one that goes on like
an autism digging campaign to find like everything i'm not saying it's hard for other people on the
outside to keep track because obviously there's a record of all that but like as you're constructing
this like web of lies it's yeah yeah yeah you like you see that they often don't remember the
stuff that they said even like six months ago.
So they'll make a rhetorical defense.
And then they come up against this 700 follower incel who just has a screenshot of them doing the exact opposite of what they said, no matter what they say.
And then this person basically just has to go around poisoning.
They're like, no, don't listen to him.
He's trying to manipulate you against me.
The wicked demon and pursueth.
Yeah, what is he doing to manipulate people against you?
And it's usually just like, oh, he screenshotted things that I said.
No, they're AI generated.
You can tell from the artifacts on the text rendering.
You can tell by the lack of JPEG
artifacting. It's too clean a screenshot.
Yeah, the e-girl social dynamics.
I'm just looking at the Bitcoin chart getting more and more bullish.
What if we just get a giant green candle straight to 200K, guys?
It's funny because I was just thinking the exact opposite.
I'm like, man, this is starting to look less bullish.
But I mean, in this time frame it's fine but
i'm i'm just zoomed in taking stems you know cracked out on like the one minute
you zoom in on the biggest candle on the chart
i mean i could i could definitely down to like 72 or something i really don't want that to happen
but it is what it is i guess like
i would i would not have a problem being short right now uh on like the entire market in like uh
some amount that is like less than my spot exposure the straight brought to you by enzo
being long on bitcoin right now but, of all the things to short,
Oh, no, I wouldn't short Bitcoin.
That's probably the strongest asset in the market.
When I said the entire market,
I meant the entire market,
Oh, yeah. The one real thing.
Just short all the fake bullshit.
I don't have a lot of like
conviction that we're going one way or the other in the super short term here so like i don't have
that much of a problem being not hugely allocated you know like it's one of those times where it's
like we're at a level like but it's like i don't know which way we're going from the level. Yeah, I've never been more fucking confused, to be honest.
I love the level meme so much.
Like, that line alone, like, we're at a level.
I don't know what it's going to do afterwards.
Like, there's, like, absolutely no difference between that and anywhere else on the charts.
Like, it could go up, could go down, but we're at a level right now.
There's a few classic, crypto memes right and uh one of them is like
making a post where the whole post can be summarized like well we're either going to be going up or
down from this position based on and then you like post a chart that has like ta right and uh
another one is like the crypto girls just saying like, oh, like crypto guys are all
like incels and they don't know how to talk to women or something.
And, you know, like at some point of hanging around crypto Twitter, you realize that most
of the like common crypto tweets are basically just a derivative of some other tweet.
It's similar with like the relationship stuff, but
Crypto Twitter actually has... Unique dynamics there.
Yeah. They've applied it all to market terminology.
It's like how we keep bringing up the validator node thing so we can still call ourselves a
crypto podcast. Yeah. Everything is a validator like the foid the foid consensus network like ethereum into the like consensus
ethernet ethernet in ethernet is a good one just saying they're all they're all taking the little
you know like women all carry the little six foot ethernet cables around in their purses so they can
plug it in link up with the girls that's how they sync their cycles i never knew that that's
interesting i mean girls you
think they'd have like wireless syncing by now they do oh no it's it's still uh it's still cat
five yeah they've still it's it's cat four bro they haven't updated their ports in a long time
neither of you know this like girls actually do wirelessly sync up their peer their periods
like this is an actual thing oh yeah yeah i mean yeah we're we're memeing uh it's funny they don't
even necessarily know that it's euthanet cables either no they don't need to be even in the same
like uh vicinity like if there's if there's uh like girls in a group chat and they're all like vibing together somehow like
you can actually have like menstrual sinking over like a group chat despite like thousand mile
differences between them uh like my girlfriend and her best friend like wound up uh like they
were going through like a similar period in life and at some point one of their cycles just skipped
off like two weeks such that they could match up and then another girl that they were friends with who
was like uh in a similar but like also had like a skip so it's like you just had this weird and
like they were all traveling a ton at the time women are terrifying yeah i don't know there's
some there's some clear this is this is the thing like people may look at Nogolo's profile and say this is all, like, ridiculous mumbo jumbo.
But, like, I don't know, dude.
Stuff all is observably weird shit happening.
I don't know if I agree with this.
This post is bullish on me.
I mean, bearish on Miatas.
The total inner volume in the car, the better your mood.
No, because you haven't read far enough here.
what if I don't want to put the,
If you live in like a crappy enough area,
like Seattle or something, where it's raining all the
time you just get a limo just get a limo to maximize i don't know why you would ever not
want to put the top down honestly like isn't that the whole point of driving a convertible
i mean i've never actually owned a convertible the one that i rented in uh in california the
miata i kept the top down like all the time but the thing is you generally just don't drive
there's something there's something that is giga lindy about playing the music that you like grew
up to in high school uh in in like a convertible and just cruising around on like a spring or fall
day at night or like sunset sunrise like there's it's just it's it's genuinely like uh unbeatable
shit man it has like a specific aura as well where like
people will interact with you while you're doing it because they're like excited
lucas yeah like you're like radiating good energy exactly such that other people will come in in
an attempt to step into your psionic bubble and let it shield them from their dreary days
lucas a hypothetical question like asking for a friend unrelatedly uh what how much would
you ask for that miata that you own which one uh the 94 you're trying to sell them yesterday 94
one no they did no this is the completely different it's not not related to any of that
here let's go look up on kelly blue book we'll look on kelly blue book right now
you're gonna give them ke Kelly Blue Book pricing, man?
You're like trying to rip your friend off here.
I've never bought a used car.
You've only ever bought new cars?
They've banned me because of my Taiwanese IP address.
My first car, my parents straight up bought for me in high school
and then um i traded in one because uh it was uh i i basically got like a brand new like 2021
ford ranger for like 15 grand with a trade on bad yeah yeah i don't know i i don't particularly like
uh yeah i'm mostly like just trying to get rid of the miata if i'm honest so it's like it probably would be like not that much uh and so you need to be like this thing otherwise
i'm gonna end up trying to buy it and i already have enough piece of cars everywhere it's probably
it's probably gonna be somewhere like 5k range ish i just have to know what they actually go
for at some point it's an na i would say probably like in the 10 to 12 range if it's in good shape
but oh see this is the thing you were saying that I was trying to rip him off.
And now you're doubling my price.
Who's the real bastard now?
So this is like a pristine old man owned NA.
However, it has about 120 K on it because the old man did drive.
He literally like all the vacuum under the hood are all like brand new.
Body, very good condition.
It had a new soft top on it when I got it and I've kept it parked in a garage.
I admittedly, I admittedly have burned like 400 batteries because in the winter, I always forgot to fucking flip the lights down and uh it just kept dying but
i'm like uh bring a trailer you can see the auction prices you ever browse that website or
bring a trailer yeah yeah by the way i meant to tell you this like you were completely right
about the drive mode thing on the mt09 like it was in complete retard mode so i decided to turn all that
shit off and it will just like rip the front wheel off the ground like if i just breathe on the
throttle now i was gonna say man i was gonna say i think you're getting cucked by the electrical so
you did you have more fun with it yesterday yeah yeah i turned it off and took it out and like
uh it definitely is pretty wheelie happy
it just sucks because it's like like, still rainy and cold.
Like, I got, like, two hours of sun to take the bike out.
If you scroll down, you should be able to see, like, the sales history
of, like, all the different auctions.
They're this expensive now?
Yeah, I mean, they're definitely going up.
Like, if they're nice ones, especially if yours is stock.
Mine's totally stock, no rust.
Just give it to them for free, dude.
25 years old. It's a fucking classic.
popular classic car. It's over 25 years old it's a fucking it's also like a very um very popular
classic car it's pretty it's like all the jdm stuff from this era like the new muscle cars for
boomers right like everyone our age it's like just starting to get money and stuff they're
these things are just like getting bit up like crazy so am i supposed to just sit on this thing
i don't know man it cars are as an investment is really tricky because like So am I supposed to just sit on this thing?
Cars as an investment is really tricky because they're really a huge pain in the ass to store.
Yeah, and they're very reflexive.
They have a lot of space.
I don't like cars as an investment.
I personally think that if you're not driving it,
someone should be enjoying the thing.
Cars are meant to be driven.
It's a really shame when someone gets a nice thing.
This is the only car that anyone might enjoy driving
I think if you scroll all the way down
there's a nice graph you can see.
Can you sort by mileage? Maybe not. Maybe if you click on one, you can see. Can you sort by mileage?
Maybe if you click on one, you can see the sales history.
That's a really good idea.
I can't believe you've ever browsed this one.
Supercharged Miata and now it makes 130 horsepower instead of just 100
we want like the nice graph the sales chart history
what the fuck where is it at i don't remember how to bring it up
people are just dming me car deals now. By people, I mean...
Damn, he has all of the... A BMW M6 2010.
It's not exactly in the same vein as a Miata, man.
I'm just kind of allergic to BMWs as well.
This isn't a bad- bad looking car but it's not
my thing i'm i'm gonna say no like uh never own a bmw like just never yep yep yep you don't have
to sell me on that i'm sorry i'm sorry to fudge sky out of the beamer sale but like dude like
all of the bmw vehicles i've owned were actually worse than the fucking Beamer memes.
Like I, I mean, I told you about the bike last time, right?
Where it's like it had like 30 recalls and the final recall was one that said,
this is literally unfixable.
This shit is going to literally like explode, bring it into the shop.
into the shop you will die if you don't get rid of the spike yeah and then like they do this just
You will die if you don't get rid of this bike.
goofy stuff where like they don't just use torx bolts right they use like inverse torx bolt heads
so i i was like out here like 3d printing socket designs just to like fucking take like the oil case off you're like what like none of this is
necessary like i don't know the super is a bmw and it's actually like it's been great and it's
really you were saying it's like the best bmw engine of all time yeah yeah yeah there was a
period the main thing the main thing with bmw is i don't think it's like the engines themselves
necessarily but it's like getting to the engine
right like if i were to take the fairings off of they've definitely had some issues with with
engines as well they've had their fair share of engine issues like uh like when they first started
getting into inline six turbos like the n54 and stuff they're like absolute time bombs like the
okay this is this is going to literally
like blow your mind man when you take these side fairings off you actually need two egg cartons
because there are more than 12 different lengths of bolts holding this on like it's like you'll
have like this one will be like 37 and a half mil this one will will be like 40 mil. This one will be like 41 mil.
And it's like, they don't even use consistent increments.
This is why I stick to Japanese bikes, man.
Yes, Japanese bikes will use two fucking bolts
throughout the entire thing.
And then when I got this thing,
I don't know if this was the previous owner
or if this was like how it came from the factory.
The fairing bolts were fucking Loctited, bro.
I feel like that's probably just a BMW thing, but maybe not.
What happens if I google best motorcycle best motor cycle for indian no it's
it auto filled with helmets indian for years that's still tucked mumbai cycle world top 10
motorcycles that's what about the royal i do actually want to see which the new ones coming up are.
I hate it when they do that to you.
Watch this fucking video.
I'm 5'2 and weigh 48 kgs.
I'm looking to buy a bike.
This isn't even the video that they're like...
We should just bike post.
I said it's a good topic. i said it's a good topic i could
talk about bikes all day this is so funny the first one's the busa i mean it's kind of it's
kind of a given i guess right although it's a little bit of a meme isn't that like this one
dude this thing was fucking mean this had a this had one of the only leader bike motors that like
It's funny because I'm actually...
That's what I'm doing with the cappuccino.
I'm putting a GSXR1000 motor in it.
You say it was like an 0504, I believe.
That one had a really good motor, too.
Yeah, it's an 0506 motor, the one that I got.
It's new enough to be good, but without all the gay electronics.
Yeah. I never liked these honestly a lot of the like triumph like brit bike shit it's like okay dude like
ah like this this to me is a is a quite gay aesthetic i don't like the way this looks
at one point i had a uh old yamaha xs 1100 that was i knew they were gonna have the 05 jixxer on here too
yeah that's a good buy that's the i got the motor out of that one to put in my
tiny ass little mini me out a thing yeah this one this one was just uh i mean this one has
so much fucking torque down low it's gonna be so funny like revving that thing to like 11k and it
sounds like a sport bike dude and it's like a dude yeah everybody everybody on the road is gonna be so confused by you for the audience that is unaware
uh he's engine swapping a cappuccino and putting in like a gixer uh like gixer engine and drivetrain
okay this is retarded yeah i'm kind of like not liking this whole list they're like very like super sport bias and well i i just like there's there's honestly no 600 cc race bike that should be
on this list they're the worst bikes the worst unless you're tracking them if you're tracking
them they're very good but if you're just driving them on the road worst bikes okay i can get behind
this shit bro oh fuck yeah the concourse mogs
probably pretty comfortable bike this is also so true the rsv4 is just like a god to your engine
but they have this at like ninth or something right number one was the busa so we're getting like
did you know um like honda made a factory turbo motorcycle at one point?
The Kawasaki H2 Plus, I think, or something.
Can you imagine hitting a boost spike or something on a bike?
That just sounds like such a fucking bad idea.
Wow. that just sounds like such a fucking bad idea yes here uh
wow like all the all the like drag race bike guys are nuts that's like serious death wish like even more so than just riding a motorcycle in general yeah
there's one video where there's like a
flyby video that literally has like a sonic
there's no way they got it up to like 500
it's not like an actual sonic boom but it's just like so
fucking loud that it's like oh my god
we need to figure out how to get...
Can we not get sound out of the videos?
Maybe there's just no sound in the video right now.
No, I think every time we played a video, there's never been sound.
StreamYard is cucking us. Oh yeah, there's never been sound. I think it's like stream yard is cucking us.
Oh yeah. You should hear him now.
Somebody says planning to get a boost as a first bike. Good luck, dude.
I'm pretty sure that is an unserious comment, but if it's not, it's based.
It's pretty based. You should do it. Make sure you have your will uh written up with your lawyer okay these were good this is
another good one bmw does make some nice okay the list is getting good bro they're fixing it
see i like the look of these things the fucking next transformers uh
very cool like it's sort of soy
jack of me but it's less soy jack i think than liking race bikes or liking the like cafe racers
putting this on the list is just silly
why is it true this was a machine that kawasaki absolutely did not need to build
more an engineering exercise than anything the h2
superbike of 2015 was the most extreme production motorcycle kawasaki had ever released and it did
so with two versions the street spec h2 pictured and the utterly bonkers 300 horsepower track only
h2r three holding a supercharger onto a super boat super bike motor is the kind of yeah yeah
yeah anyway like uh is fucking retarded yeah that's like triple your meata dude yeah i don't
these i never liked honestly these are too fucking heavy for like you know like kind of looks like it
has like almost like a dirt bike suspension or something though yeah yeah no like it's meant to be like an off-road like adventure bike but it's like 700 pounds or
some shit so you're like yeah the problem with all the adventure bikes muscle it around when
you're off-road i took one of i took one of these off and even on like gravel and stuff it's like
on gravel it's fine you get into like a little bit of a wet area and you're like i don't know dude
uh yeah all the like adventure bikes are actually completely fucking terrible if you're doing any amount of
You should have a 250cc single stroke, and you're just going to feel so much better than
you will on any adventure bike ever.
If you're doing a long multi-terrain ride, you really just want to build a dirt bike
and then make it street legal.
That's going to be much more comfortable than trying to fit a a street bike the super moto boys already did this they already studied it
they already figured it out this i will say this is actually a goddamn great bike this was the
next iteration after uh so like i had i had this one and uh it went jesus uh they they then went to the k1300 gt which was just a really slight
update and then after that they were like no we need bigger and they went to the k1600 and this
thing really came into its own it's it's a very uh it's like the pinnacle old man boomer bike
great touring bike it has it has one of the bmw like uh inline sixes also inline six on a bike
yep yeah it's uh it's like just giga smooth uh everything that i mean it's like my bike had like
heated seats front and rear so like you could have a heated passenger seat it has like heated foot
pegs it has like a like goofy built-in like radio
tracker and there's like air adjustable suspension but like this one has even more like nonsense on
it like it has like uh oh my my bike actually has like a reverse like if you want to like pull it
out of the parking because like it's heavy enough like you may be you may be if you park downhill
like you're now trying to pull a 700 thing out of a parking spot and good luck uh wow this is this is a fun bike to have on here
a little bit of smaller engine representation yeah this is gay fuck this scooter
no this is just wrong i'm sorry it's just wrong what is this this list is someone harley davidson
yeah harley davidson started trying to pivot into like electricals because they realized like
wait our entire consumer base is people that are about to die yeah you know
and it's like not only that but it's like we're helping
them die like they're dying like on the products that we're selling them because the the the torque
curve is just like so monstrous with the electric or whatever like i really known absolutely nothing
about it like why is this so horrifying uh no no it was just that like am i the gayest person alive that i kind of like
i mean rumors just like the antithesis what harley used to be bad riders i said because you you can't
like learn to ride that well in a cruiser because the rake angle is so long and your seating position
is such that like it it precludes you away from like uh actually like getting on it right like you can't you can't like turn that
well because if the if it's so fucking raked out the turning radius is like screwy you know like
your wheelbase is so long uh you obviously don't want like a straight down rake because now you're
just it's too twitchy but uh there's a level of twitchiness that you do want like you want to be
motorcycle uh and it gets harder and harder on harleys you can do it and whatnot but like
you know it's like if you're riding a like a ninja 250 or something you can generally turn
it around in like a two two lane road pretty easy uh and then good luck trying that with a harley
you're gonna have to do like a 13 point turn and like a 13 point turn on a
motorcycle is much more annoying than on a car because you're like waddling the
thing where you're backing up.
Like you can't just reverse.
every Ducati I've ever ridden has been pretty good.
But they're also like, you're're just gonna get raped on maintenance and like i don't have a ducati dealership by any of
my houses so it's like uh now now it's like you're trailering into a ducati like every 6 000 miles
and 6 000 miles is like half a season for me so i just don't want to be doing that oh this is 2021 ducati multistrada is their uh their
favorite pick oh so we were counting down to one okay that makes me reassess the list a little bit
yeah i don't know i could i could see an argument for this. For money and maintenance, no object,
I could actually see there being a very decent argument for the multi being the best motorcycle
of all time. Boo says first bike. The Yamaha Roadstar Warrior. Let's see. If this is one of
those copies, if it's a japanese cruiser
i'm gonna be very sad ah see i had a feeling it was gonna be something like this
i will say the japanese people make better cruisers than the American people.
Looks cool as far as cruisers go.
Yeah, it's fine. It's fine aesthetically for a cruiser.
i think this is the motorcycle i've owned that has the biggest exhaust
i'm trying to find a yeah you can kind of see like so you don't realize but this bike is already
pretty big outright this thing is straight up like a missile launcher when you're uh actually
looking at it we should review the Ducati website.
Like you zone into the landing and it just immediately starts throwing dirt in your face.
They have such goofy names.
I read that as X-David for a moment.
The Desert X. It's like a gun name uh the monsters are pretty fun monsters were the ones that like inspired like the uh the suzuki like sv650 that looks like
that looks pretty classic like even not being a motorcycle guy that just like looks like a classic
motorcycle the uh i. I think it was
like... I might be thinking of a different
company, but I think the story with the monster was
that they were basically on the verge of bankruptcy, and
they had like... They just
needed to combine a bunch of
parts that they had. Someone just combined
a bunch of spare shit that they had into
bike and said, let's just see.
Maybe we can make a street fighter that
they like and then i think people liked it and then it like uh turned things around i might
but that might have been suzuki that did that also
this i think is their like cruiser knockoff uh
this is a fair this is a fair torque figure there actually this is a big daddy torque this
is a big daddy everything figure actually that bitch is going hard yeah that screams
wonder how high it revs oh i bet this one is fun as fuck oh my god like 80 horse, like 45 foot 330 wet weight. Oh man. I don't know what the difference
between these two is other than a thousand dollars, $2,000. Something is clearly better on the rve i don't know what it is
this one's probably real fun
but i probably would go for the little one like i probably would go for this guy if i was going to get one of these you want to be able to like throw it around on a bike like that? Yeah. You really just want to...
There is very few things in life where bigger isn't always better.
You almost always want to be at one end of the curve.
You always want to either be getting the biggest or the smallest thing.
It's very rare that the optimization is something that's the right size.
If they made this thing two inches bigger, I would buy even more.
I would say, wow, that's fucking awesome.
Like I've already figured out how to basically hold the tablet on my hand.
I just want more screen and more battery.
So like, as long as you can give me that I'm all fucking game.
And there's very few people who that isn't the case for.
Like you remember when Apple brought out like the iPhone minis and they killed them in two
years because nobody fucking buys them because like small phones are like, uh, it's like a meme. You're like, Oh, it
looks so cute in my little hands. And it's like, but you actually use your phone. Like
if you actually want to use a smartphone, you never want like the mini fucking girl phone,
right? Even girls are now getting the hugestest phones like you'll find like a five foot two woman who weighs like 80 pounds and she'll have the biggest iphone it'll be the
pro max it'll look like a tablet in her hands yeah because like you cannot argue with like two
times longer battery life no the battery is like once we get better batteries then it might be like more of a consideration but like it won't because even with better batteries you're still going to
have bigger ones always going to be more on this one yeah yeah that's true
this looks like kind of crazy that they can call it a lamborghini like is that like uh
they definitely did a collab
yeah yeah i was gonna say that's definitely a special edition the street fighter you want to
collab bro what do we think is the difference here the v4 versus the v4s the v4s costs much more weighs slightly less yeah it's probably just the performance version i bet
they have uh yeah yeah they just got the gold forks the nice race tune suspension in there
probably like nice wheels yeah they got the nice alloy wheels okay we figured it out um
do you think the v4 the v2 cost more v4 man it's high wow the v4 cost enormously more it's like damn near like uh 40 markup
it's probably like a two-cylinder versus a four-cylinder right no it is but like uh i mean
i'm gonna be honest dude like the v4s are very cool and stuff and they sound uh you know
and there's something about the the way the impulse like pushes the tires they have better grip on the
ground because the crank pattern and like the the ignition pattern allows you to have more consistent
like blah blah wheel turning and whatnot but uh i really like i really like v2s. I really fucking like... Yeah.
These, I think, are just always going to be bad.
It's just so uncomfortable to ride a soup like a super sport anything it's like
this is very silly this makes 110 horse 70 foot pounds of torque for this is actually like giga
underpowered what is going on here like this is their street fighter making 200 horse with more
torque at like the same weight at less weight what the fuck
is going on here okay so this
clearly is debunked as a motorcycle
category nobody should buy this ever
I'm sure there's probably some like
I think it might just be like an old product
line that got like left up on the site
that's the way that I'm like explaining it to myself.
And this appears to be the same thing.
But with different colors. This is like an instance where I think, like, I would not say Panigale, but now I'm thinking you're actually correct on this one.
Yeah, I think you're right.
Because the alternative is like Panigale, right?
And that doesn't sound right.
It's definitely Panigale. But yeah, it's Italian, so. Panigale, right? And that doesn't sound right. Or like Panigale. It's definitely Panigale.
But yeah, it's Italian, so.
I didn't look through these.
Still, yeah, these are all a bit heavy.
I'm going to say after reviewing all of these, the optimal choice here is probably like one of these guys maybe or this thing. That's my conclusion.
This thing. That's my conclusion. So for all those of you who watched this cryptocurrency
markets update for advice on which new Ducati motorcycle you can buy, I hope that we've helped
you. This stream brought to you by Ducati. This stream has been sponsored by Ducati in many ways.
The Ducati validator nodes have reached a consensus on which bike you should buy
so this guy is saying what do you think of the honda grom are you guys
so the hondas are actually kind of fun yeah they rock uh i was i was gonna say like i get it they're
kind of like a soy jack bike but like they just fucking mog so hard. I actually really want to Grom for Taiwan.
A lot of people swapped the 150cc engines in there as well,
which would be pretty terrifying.
They still use the paper filters is the one thing.
It's like a paper filter for oil that you have to change every 600 miles.
But yeah, there's a ton of...
People really ball out modding them in various ways.
People stunt them all the time. They're extremely fun little bikes.
It's not probably the thing you want to use as you're doing.
You can also work really well in Asia.
Like you can pick them up for three K basically anywhere.
They're like, they're essentially free.
Uh, and they get like the newest model, I think literally gets like 180 miles per gallon.
Okay. I'm slightly wrong. Uh, oh, so the new one has 155 miles per gallon. So I was only off by like 25, but like, I remember when I was looking at them, when like the
2023 came out, I was like, did I get the new version? It has 20 more miles
per gallon. It'll pay for itself, right? Yeah. I'm like, I'm like doing the like, okay.
Well, like with, when you factor in like depreciation on like a newer vehicle, but then also, but
it was like, it was like $2 and like a 60 cents. Like the whole thing was just totally irrelevant.
Is, how is gas over there?
Is it like expensive or compared to the States or?
I've never bought gas down here
because I don't drive a car.
I'm either walking or biking everywhere.
I would honestly recommend,
like you shouldn't be having a car in Taiwan.
Well, I just mean for like a bike, like if you were gonna buy a Grom or something, just
I haven't, yeah, I agree.
It's one of those things where at 150 miles per gallon, you sort of become like price.
Like no amount of Judaism is gonna be able to make me care that much about the
like gas could double and you're like, okay, well now it's going to be like, instead of
$30 a month, it's like 60. They also have a, I've seen more Z one 25s down here than Groms actually.
They're basically a Grom, but like a pointier looking.
Like imagine how mean, imagine how mean you would be on one of these. these are making them look bigger than i remembered like these this must be like a
very short rider yeah it's like a tiny dude yeah that's a funny ass dance on that thing
here this is what they normally look like
wow that guy must have literally been like four six i think a lot of the like product shoots they they do they pick like an undersized driver
when it's like in actuality the american markets want to see like a six foot four man on the grom oh yeah there we go and they're so small and quiet like people kind of don't care
if you ride them on sidewalks like you know if you're riding like a full-on like harley on the sidewalk
people are gonna be like okay dude like fuck off you're an asshole but like at this size they're
like i bro like uh or something yeah yeah this does not look like a man
that's not a six foot four man on a Grom.
The guy looks like Bruce Willis in the back of your truck.
Bruce Willis's favorite bike.
Yeah, this is just like a normal
The guy just sprawled out over it
like wingspan. Oh my god!
I love motorcycles so much.
I'm going to stop now because I feel like nobody else loves motorcycles as much as I do.
But at least nobody watching.
They commented on the SK Japan China Tariff Alliance.
The answer to that is that it's probably fake.
You think the alliance is fake?
South Korea said no comment.
And Japan categorically denied that it exists.
So I like that all of global politics now is just like
we're doing false flags but sometimes the false flags are like uh so false that like
uh they're just disregarded entirely i'm pretty sure that china is kind of specking into u.s
market manipulation um like i think that's kind of stepping into sir china has been manipulating our markets in like
900 ways and in uh like you know this was china is the original scammer who would say like we're
gonna we're gonna ban bitcoin i mean is this not what i is this not what i said they're specked
into it they're doing it no no but you were saying specking into as if they haven't already
been doing this for like their entire existence oh poor uh that was my disagreement
bespoke um yeah no they've been doing this fucking forever but it's like you have you
you really have to look at like most of the things that come out of china as like an op
at some level or another i think like even deep seek like deep seek was like kind of an interesting
technology at some level but like nowhere near what um the the, I forget the name of the firm, the hedge fund
It was nowhere, the actual infrastructure that they used to create DeepSeek was much
more comprehensive than they advertised, right?
And the, but the effect on the market did not reflect that.
The effect on the market reflected the hype because it was supposed to.
You start talking about China
and I just start thinking, DJI,
Have you fucked around with drones any either of you uh years ago um but uh it didn't stick honestly not really my thing they don't really interest
me that much to be honest it's like um the issue is that like if they could fully fly themselves and just follow
me around and replace tripods in some positions that would be awesome but like uh i don't actually
enjoy when it's like i have to fly this now yeah i i don't i don't really live in an area where
there's like a good use case for them nor do i really like film anything so it's just like not much of a use like i i am kind of fascinated by like a drone coordination like i think it'd be
like a fun project to like you do like you know the the chinese uh the chinese like massive drone
formation thing but uh drone they're they're too expensive for that it's not it's not a cheap hobby
yeah much funner ways or much cheaper ways to have fun with code.
I will say it is pretty cool looking when the guys put on the VR headset
so you can fly in first person.
Oh, yeah, like the FPV drone footage.
That seems like it could be pretty fun,
but not something I've experimented with, really.
experimented with really.
One hour cinematic dreaming drone compilation.
I have seen some pretty crazy
stuff like this where they're filming
There's some really nuts ones
Like crazy like drone parkour and shit.
There's like tiny drones they're running to.
It'll probably do this one.
The way that they take off
is pretty cool you can see on the right the insane fpv racing drone launch
yeah they just like rev the two back uh the two back motors differentially. Yeah. Yeah. Launches it up and then.
It's a pretty cool little thing.
Oh yeah. This guy does seem like,
Like something I could probably nerd out on.
you're insanely clearly something that is like actually cool to me.
Is it something that I would ever get good at or like spend a lot of time on? No, but it's like I
will sit here and soy Jack over this guy doing what he just
did. Or like if he's gonna try and like thread the needle on
this, like, uh, I thought he was gonna go down the ladder. I
thought he was gonna go down the stack.
Well, I think if he goes down the stack, he's cooked like that
was pretty. So how do you reverse direction at the bottom of the stack yeah i guess you're right
that was pretty sick yeah these guys are uh
it would definitely make me like motion sick though to like be in the headset when it's doing shit like that like that'd be pretty brutal i think the funniest example is like a zoomer
like piloting one of these and doing like a 720 like backflip uh and then like dropping like a
missile on some country like and then he like and then he just like uh spins the thing out and like uh regains stability just
to say like uh haha like he's like teabagging you he teabags you with a drone it's definitely
scratching some like mega autism gamer itch in my brain yeah especially the like little twitches
like when like that one right there where it's like that was uh there's like a major like
source like b hopping vibe to this whole video yes like oh edge bug
zero to 120 miles per hour in one second. That's, that's, I don't know. That's pretty cool.
Someone saying like, are you into guns? Like, bro, we're all American. Of course we're into
All of us are like huge gun enthusiasts, but none of us have ever purchased a firearm.
Yeah. I personally really liked the AR platform. I't i i guess we shot you too all of us
recently did shoot but uh like i don't know i was like oh my god i don't even remember how to
hold a fucking rifle anymore so it's like i don't know if i'm good at guns now uh i was once
they're so fun man you definitely got me wanting to buy a scar with your rifle dude yeah man that's one of uh
that thing was sick it was so easy to shoot as well like yeah man it's a that's just feels like
it was exactly where you shoot it i put about 6200 into that gun and uh i'm usually like mega
jewish frugal like i don't like spending money but uh i don't regret that purchase at all or any
of the other purchases that went into making it even more autistic it's the it's the softest shooting 308 i think you can ever find uh i'm
sure it's like possible if you put like a thousand hours of research into uh various like buffer
modifications and shit into like an ar uh an ar-10 to maybe make it kind of competitive
but um the the scar was more or less built from the ground up to shoot
softly yeah it was a pretty pleasant gun to shoot and 308 is also like the only round that i like
uh is like commercially available that i trust to kill anything if i'm being honest i mean like i
guess seven seven six two kami also but there's very few guns that like shoot it well well 308 is like you don't think 556 is good
556 is like i i hate the round so much man i hate 556 so much it's just like so available though
like no i know it's like i love the ar platform but the fact that it shoots 556 is like the biggest
fud of all time like if you've ever shot animals with like all of the different calibers and then you compare like the killing of 5.56
versus the killing of like 7.62 commie you're just like god damn this is a huge fucking scam
of a round like this is a round that like you actually feel bad unless you're shooting like a
40 pound coyote with it it's
everything bigger than that you're like this was not meant to take this down well it's it's not
meant to be shot in that way like it like the round does not function in combat that way like
the it was designed with like economics and attrition in mind like it does it does have
like interesting and like potentially like very dangerous ballistic behavior but it's still like a 55 30 200 fps when it frags yeah yeah yeah it's it's still it's still only a 55 grain
projectile like usually uh like yeah like c7 depends but like um the the reason why the round
is the way it is is because they is basically the the the the perspective meta that the nato
was imagining back then was something along the lines of like, oh shit, like we can like
we can take our old guns and we
can replace them with weapons chambered in
these and we can basically have
cover fire, bro. Most shooting is just
cover fire. But what if you actually need
So it's if you're actually like um if you really are shooting to kill especially if you're like a civilian
marksman and like you're like think about any uh potential like a domestic scenario you're trying
to kill animals like you want you want like a uh a full-size cartridge and 308 is like materially
dangerous like it's uh like it's an engine eight is like materially dangerous. Like it's
a, like it's an engine block dangerous round. Yeah. Three Oh three Oh eight. It's just a big
old fucking boomer. Uh, and like there's all the autists that are saying, Oh, but, but creed more,
but creed more. And it's like, okay. Yeah. You, you've got a point, man. It has a better ballistic
coefficient at 700 meters. Uh, am am i gonna hit anything at 700 meters ever
no like i'm just gonna be honest with myself i'm not
yeah if you're uh again like back to the ballistic scenario thing if like you're
if you're not five five six three oh eight or uh seven six two kami or or some hunting round if
you have like a like a uh like a remington 700 or something hunting round if you have like a
or something like that and you're looking for like some 300
Winchester like a short magnum or
not going to find it. It's like
I have a Creedmoor in my gun
any guy who cares that much about the ballistic
characteristics of his uh of the rounds he's putting in his semi-automatic weapon he uh
he's not going to be he's not really going to find any of those in a post-apocalyptic fallout
scenario see that's what goes so much into like my uh gun selection with what rounds they shoot
is like i just want what's easily available that i
can buy in bulk the majority of my handguns are nine millimeter yeah nine my rifles are five five
six like it's not the best ballistically but i know i can always like find ammunition you know
like i don't want to be shooting some weird shit that's like three dollars around i will say i will
say what i did find during covid was that like uh all of the rounds that went out of stock were like the common rounds like five five six and
nine mil were like instantly out of stock during covid well it's not a stock issue it's like uh
okay all supply lines are dead and like basically these are the only rounds that exist now well so
the only the only rounds that i could actually get
consistently to shoot were like bizarro fucking uh like wheel gun cartridges that i had so i i
became a cowboy for like a period there because oh is this like i didn't want to i didn't want
to shoot my like nine mil because it's like these are the guns i'm actually like trained on like if
anything if you know if we actually need this shit uh like that's the ones that i like will be very pissed off at myself
uh for like burning yeah but like weird like just just weird mag cartridges uh like all of the shit
that you can go to brownells and just be like who would ever fucking buy a gun in this caliber and it's like it's me it's me
is this so that actually made me like a giga bull on because everything that i had owned up
until that point was either uh it was either 308 556 or nine mil uh yeah that's like pretty much
or like i got some 22 lr rifles and stuff just for flinking you also just want to select a round that you can like find a
train on yeah yeah and that isn't like gonna put you in the poor house exactly uh shoot it all the
time like that's actually everyone's like hyperbole on like 10 mil but it's like two dollars a
fucking round like yeah exactly i don't want to spend 300 every time i go to the range i do that
every yeah it like totally fucking kills the mood when you're shooting and you realize that like every single time you run a drill it costs 24 yeah there's an
interesting argument for a 556 from a training perspective because like any ar you can put a
conversion kit in and you can train on the thing with 22 and uh handling characteristics frankly
aren't that different i'm not really that much of a fan of that though i feel like you should be
like training with the round you're gonna shoot it's like it does it does
make a difference like you you would you would think that but it's like you can you can accrue
like massive uh like massive alpha from just like dry firing you know like like basically any guy
who's learned to shoot a pistol competently has probably dry fired that handgun like at least
like a thousand times and like that's typically how like the average guy learns to stop flinching the fucking thing that yeah yeah yeah like the
main thing to learn is literally just like uh mitigate flinch reflex yeah like almost everything
else is like okay well like can you reload in like a uh like you know you don't have to be like
fucking uh like seal team six with your like 0.2 second model to like sleight of hand pro mode. Like
it's unnecessary. Yeah. Yeah. Like you, you kind of just need to know how to like work the controls,
clear jams. And especially, especially like you want to talk about learning to fear jams, sir.
22 conversion kit will teach you a lot about clearing fucking jams.
Yeah. It's just, and there's also something to be said about just like acclimating yourself to
the acclimating yourself to the thing in like a soft state basically um because that because
it's just the it's it's just the flinch reflex but like for handguns it's especially important
but it does apply to rifles um because you can kind of like fudge yourself if you're scared of
how the thing is going is going toudge yourself if you're scared of how the thing
is going, is going to react if like you're overcorrecting and everything.
So it appears the military has actually, uh, switched or they're saying that they're going
to switch their cartridge. Yeah. To the 270, this thing, this is a fascinating cartridge
actually. Like it's like, it's a genuinely interesting development in ballistics. They've,
uh, yeah, yeah, yeah. This is the one where they increase like they have like a steel
like uh or something so they can just really hammer the PSI in the cart yeah it's like a 50
higher PSI or something like that like it's an it's an insane it's insane these things are barrel
rapists though right yeah they are there but uh the xm7 is designed with that in
mind it has like a super modular barrel um so like you you can you can you can replace the barrel
uh by field stripping it it's actually pretty interesting whoever is doing sig's growth has
just been wrecking this last uh couple of uh decades yeah like getting getting the p320 contract
despite the fucking like you you remember the trigger issue yeah you could like getting getting the p320 contract despite the fucking like you you remember the
trigger issue yeah you could like bang on the back and it would go off so the military the
military has a bunch of drop tests where it's like if you drop the firearm from given positions it
has to not go off it has to not be able to go off however uh the positions they chose are retarded
yes yes and so you can actually make this thing
fire if you drop it from the right angle and the way in which it fires was because the trigger
group was so heavy that the momentum when it came down and dropped would like when it hit the ground
the momentum of the trigger would just slip past the triggers here it was literally just too heavy so the way that they
fixed it was literally just making a lighter trigger like not like a lighter trigger pull
but like they reduced material in the trigger such that it weighed less which is actually a
really good fix because uh just any like jarhead can do that himself with a file yeah yeah somebody
saying should they take steroids yes yeah i saw that and i said
i said like unequivocally like no i think they're like the worst drugs of all time
uh i was on steroids for like a little under a year when i was like 18 or 19 ish
uh and just every single like pro and upside was like debunked by some heinous downside. I think we had another stream where I like went super in-depth on this, but like, uh, it's basically just like it, it doesn't make any
sense. Uh, unless you're being paid either as an athlete or like to flex naked, it doesn't make
any sense at all. It actually just like ruins your life in a variety of ways.
like ruins your life in a variety of ways i think it kind of depends also on like what he means by
steroids and then how old he is but oh yeah sure ship it this is another good comment he's his
first bike is a busa his first guns a 50 cal this man knows how to live yeah there's many
americans out there who could who could study this guy he could study sky and they would learn a lot
about how to enjoy life the barrett is an interesting weapon that thing uh was literally
like a garage project on like an amateur garage project and the guy uh ended up just making
something really really interesting yeah this guy says after graduating
from e-girls where do i go from here it depends on what you mean by graduating from e-girls right
because it's sort of like puberty right like everyone assumed that there was like one puberty
but there there's actually like three or four puberties uh so like it's the same thing with
e-girls you don't really have one graduation i think you have like three or four of them uh
maybe more honestly like who's to say any given person has actually explored all of the graduations
from e-girls uh i don't know if you can ever really like fully on that graduating
it also presupposes that like uh either there's like this classic meme it's like oh i'll just
like fuck like the blue-haired trash sheeps when i'm young and like get out of my system it's like
you're getting it into your system i think yeah it's like i'm going to immunize myself against
the snake venom but now you're like addicted to snake venom i can't get enough of it bro
the rattlesnakes they run away from me so what what is the gun it was
like the it was it the xm7 or x7 uh the xm7 yeah which is the that's the military it's like the end
the sig mcx sphere uh spear the xm7 is the like the military uh variant of it because you can like
buy you act you can buy a weapon chambered in uh
277 fury uh civilian markets like a 12 000 rifle or something like that
mcx spear msrp they did pretty decent on the way thousand dollar rifle man
no it's it's a genuinely like great weapon i think uh i'm it's uh i mean it has to be like
literally 40 years edging every gun manufacturer like it's like oh we're gonna we're gonna get a
new gun like imagine a tasty government contract you could be the one that's applying the u.s
government all of our weapons hit over supply chains like unlimited capital flows for you if
this like just make one that doesn't jam and suck ass in these variety of ways and then they were
like okay well we've reviewed all four of the applicants to our latest military test round
and all all have failed they all suck literally the one that got by was the scar it's like uh
in like 2005 or something it was like the
scar like was good enough but uh too expensive and the use case was too limited like there's
just no reason for the 16 to replace uh to replace any kind of uh meaningful uh standard issue
application because it just what the 16 isn't really anything special over just like a standard
a uh like m4 platform or whatever the 17 is the interesting one and then
uh yeah it's just it's until this what it took until this thing to like dethrone the m4 really
and its variants this uh this program also signals like a widespread adoption of the lpvo
in the uh us yeah yeah yeah standard issue, honestly, this is the thing that people didn't realize at the time.
Every single person was like, well, like the three gunners shouldn't be using these because the military doesn't use them.
And it took a while for people to realize that like the three gunners will actually lead the military.
Like the three gunners will adopt faster to like useful new technology than the military does.
Yep. lead the military like the three gunners will adopt faster to like useful new technology than the military does yep the lpvo is like genuinely like an incredible uh innovation with the civilian sector really really great technology i remember when i when i got my scar i was like agonizing
over what lpvo to get for it and i almost got um the trijicon one uh which i think would have been a
huge mistake too much get the fucking hollow suns bros i know i don't know but that's for red dots
uh the vortexes are very good man no no i you you saw i got the one that the vortex one to ten for
it so yeah i did like the optic you had on it yeah it's a it's a it's a really yeah yeah the
one to ten really does well on that i might
honestly have gone with a one to four one to six just because i don't actually see myself like i
don't like long range shooting that much uh mostly because i don't have great long range ranges around
me but like uh yeah i enjoy long range shooting it makes much more sense like you feel really
stupid having a max high end of four on a uh on like a 308 who's like legally blind
i'm gonna have to have you send me like your uh research file on what you did with your scar
because i kind of want to buy one yeah i can put it together there's actually some stuff i don't I'm going to go grab it now. So can we buy like a...
There's some stuff I haven't done.
Is there a non-military version of this gun yet?
Oh yeah, the civilian variant of the XM7 is the Sig MCX Spear.
I literally just want to see a ballistics comparison of these two and
it's like it's pretty crazy uh i remember looking at it like years ago it's uh especially in terms
of the chamber pressures it's like a super mega mega charged 556 with like a higher uh with a
higher mass yes sayuki there's like other stuff with the scar that like i wanted to do that i just like decided
wasn't worth at the time that i'm like probably going to do soon now like there's uh there's
like these really nice uh aftermarket magnesium lowers uh that you can get that uh have like
better like uh they have like better like tensile characteristics than the standard polymer ones
and they come equipped with p mags because that is like one of the big uh fn scams yeah yeah yeah
they block you into their fucking 90 magazines yeah it's it's unreal you uh there's aftermarket
scar lowers that you can get that uh take p mags how much how much weight does the magnesium add
versus like the polycarbonate oh it takes away because it's magnesium does it yeah yeah is there like a risk of it like lighting on fire then because i don't know magnesium doesn't
actually ignite unless you like give it into like really fine things and uh okay yeah i mean because
i've lit magnesium on fire before is the only reason i was asking like it's uh yeah there's
other ones that aren't magnesium
too that take p mags it's primarily the p mag value prop but i think the magnesium ones are
interesting technologically yeah that is pretty cool yeah this is a little bit based this is not
a bad chart i would love to see chamber pressures it's literally if i remember correctly it's like literally six uh like 50
higher like it's unreal how much because already m855a1 those rounds they were really fucking
giga loading those to the point where they were like genuinely raping the military's barrels
yeah uh so something something more than that would be kind of cool this is like another one
of those things uh kind of like the
baseball bat thing we were talking about yesterday that it's like actually it's pretty incredible
that we're still making improvements on uh cartridge design yeah well i mean it's been
like hundreds of years not the best cartridge design like you want to get really into cartridge
autism and like there are many better ways they could have uh done this actually but what's what's
so interesting you still have to to factor against cost as well.
That's still an important factor.
That's actually why I'm saying that is because there's a lot of value engineering ways.
If the US Army wanted to value engineer, I think they could have done...
Yeah, they really could have done something.
I think actually had this deal been conducted under like dog like elon trump era uh the deal would
have been very very different probably yeah that would be quite interesting actually like say you
see the picture uh second row all the way uh the second to last one on the right yeah so you see uh
the one on the left yeah the six yeah six eight that's a steel case head uh like the
issue with the chamber pressures that they wanted out of this cartridge is that it was literally
blowing out the back blowing out the ass of the cart design yes yeah it would the the extractor
would literally just separate it from the rest of the cartridge and then it would just it would
just fuck the uh fuck the rifle um this is a steel case head so it can actually take the internal
pressures it's like actually it's kind it's like a really really interesting innovation there's
like a washer it's like a three it's like three components as well because there's a steel case
head and then there's a washer that uh that connects the uh the brass and the steel yeah
it has to seal yeah so the other thing the other thing, the other thing, like the reason that these, these cases are all brass is because brass is very like,
it expands and contracts well.
when the cartridge blows the ignition off and the whole thing,
it basically seals it up against the rest of the chamber.
and then extracts easily because it doesn't it doesn't
bind against the chamber because like steel yeah steel will actually seal the chamber as well but
it binds against the chamber and it's really hard it really uh grinds the chamber yeah but you want
you want it to seal because uh i mean brass also seals better like if a big thing is like you want
this to seal such that gas can come out and it doesn't just get lost coming back behind the chamber.
And with steel cases, they usually have some degree of loss.
It depends on the cartridge.
Some of them, there's actually no difference.
But I think it does matter for 5.56.
Remember correctly, you actually do get some loss.
But for the most part, it's actually the extraction and not necessarily the gas seal itself is that because it like um it expands and then but it contracts more quickly
or no steel and track more quickly yes yes exactly it's uh so why why does that extract
better it's because of like the softness of the brass yeah it's it's softer it doesn't cling to the inside of the chamber as much yeah this guy says should i learn an asian language
how much of like an asian fetish are you should we give saffy 60k
Safi has like 10 times more money than I do.
In the last 24 hours, it's all gone.
But the problem with that is you're buying a 600 a year uh
bill to keep renewing that i think that is probably pretty good at these like i i would uh
i would assume that this is saffy alpha but like i do i i am naturally skeptical right it's like
you're buying the right to pay 600 to renew a domain that you don't want anyway.
But again, my instincts on this are much worse than Safi's historically.
You should listen to everything he says.
listen yes you should learn you should learn chinese and then you should move to taiwan
Yes, you should learn Chinese and then you should move to Taiwan.
this is another one of those situations where i can't actually click the link because it's the
ui on stream yards but i'm sure it's good
it's in super cycle if you care i'm looking at myself
it's all been a super cycle i'm still confused oh it's
because you're running the stream so you can't copy and paste this guy's a god i'm following
this guy did he make a good site well it's it's really i i i don't i can't tell yet but i'm sold
on it i'll re i'll read it to you transcended market efficiency by reverse engineering a
hyperbolic shrimp cultivation database while you're still learning python i vibe coded a hyper paralyzed hyper parallelized
soil analysis demon that correlates aquaculture microbiome help with regional stability indices
across geopolitical fault lines rendering n-dimensional warpiece tensors with quantum
precision to make your digital traditional analysis look like excel we're computing on
fundamentally different ontological
planes i'm sold just optimize my maritime tracing system to detect piracy risk vectors with
impossible latency across shipping routes while architecting a hyperdimensional prediction
tends to the process diplomatic communicate sentiment vectors through a brutal terminal
that makes vip users question their existence simultaneously feeding all data through a non
utility and network that calculates exact coco futures before market microstructure
informs while you're still trying support lines
i do like the shot at vim users there vims for tryhards
That's how it always is, though. The guy
who's going to tell you that he's a Vim user will be like
me. It will be like some guy who
know how to code, but he has some
like, I will learn everything from
first principles from the ground up, right?
And it's like, no, you need to learn to make a
fucking basic website. You need to learn
to actually ship a single project ever.
There's a lot of Vim users on the complete other opposite of the spectrum
where they're just like giga autists and they end up getting so sucked into
building their own editor that they get distracted by that
instead of just shipping code.
In a corporate environment, I have been exclusively pissed off by our Vim devs.
It actually got to the point where I was like, you will use an IDE.
Well, it's still an editor.
I'm not going to lie. I'm all for
talking shit to the Vim users,
but if anyone tried to mandate
to use, I would be very...
Our company literally banned
Vim and Emacs and all of this other
just as a filtering mechanism for specific
see where you're coming from i think they just wound up with like a bunch of new hires who were
like ricing out like arch linux desktops all day and they were like we can't get these people to
code anything that we need they just keep adding different shortcuts and macros and key bindings
to their emacs yeah i mean everyone goes through
like the arch linux phase and like eventually you grow up and just start using ubuntu and then
you grow up some more and you just like give up and use mac and then you grow up more and you
use fedora because it's the most easy analog to red hat which all of your co-workers use
i don't know red hat is like uh you don't really use that unless you're like working for like a
government contract or something where it's required you know i don't know i don't see a
lot of people meaning that was the company that i was referring to i guess uh yeah i don't know
i actually i actually don't super love fedora compared to uh the rest but like
I actually don't super love Fedora compared to the rest,
but like shit still breaks more than I would like.
I was like a Linux user from the time that I was like,
I started using Linux as my main OS when I was like 13 years old.
That's like probably why I got good at programming and stuff.
Cause I was just so used to the Linux terminal for like years,
but eventually I just like, it just like gets old man like i just switched to mac it just works all the time
i still have bash i'm not gonna lie like every time i i hear the oh like uh
apple just works all the time and then i switch to apple thinking like imagine how nice it would
be if it just works uh and then it's like, you get the iPhone and then you install the iPhone's
first fucking software update and then it breaks everything. And it's like every single time,
like I, it's like probably 80% of like iPhone software updates that I had used every phone.
And it's again, usually I switch off of iPhones within the first month of buying them.
So this might be a mitigating factor.
But the software updates, you just have to disable them.
But they put the button, the pop-up for like, do you want to accept right where the keyboard is?
So literally while you're typing, it will pop up and you will accidentally hit it.
And now you're scammed into installing the update.
Yeah, he's definitely an Android user, he's a huge android user very outspoken he's an android himself i'm i'm like yeah like i'm basically like the android uh
like the king shill of androids like i will be out here promoting androids against all odds when I'm fucking dead, man.
He's like Tim Cook's validator node network is still promoting androids.
I'm Tim Cook's arch nemesis that he doesn't know exists.
A lot of it also is just on principle, right?
Because if you release a bunch of women
into a field you ask them to find which phone they would prefer to use they pick the iphone
so i just have to on principle say like it's the girl choice like what are you gonna you're gonna
tell me to use the girl phone i don't know man look at how rounded the fucking corners are bro
that's like a one inch radius on the corners of your phone you're actually so radius that you're
losing usable screen space it's like prey physiognomy or whatever yeah it's like it's the
negative canthal tilt of uh of industrial design.
Well, we're about three and a half hours in. I'm thinking it's
Yeah, we can end it. We did good.
We're finally back to normal viewer counts.
fucking off for three and a half
viewers on mine. Yeah. You actually
beat Sayuki, which is interesting. Yeah, he did. Like I'm actually amazed at how many
I pulled in. I think everyone is just like, like how much do you do vocal appearances?
So Sayuki Enzo is secretly like an incel philosopher, Prince's respawned many times.
He's one of those people that has posted things that are now
screenshotted and reposted by
He's one of the fabled lost
accounts. I had an entire subdirectory
on the internet. The incel saints.
So his account probably pulls outsized to its Yeah. Yeah.
So his account probably pulls outsize to its like a follower account at the moment.
This is what I tell girls before I crash out at them.
Well, now that we've revealed the secret incel prints,
we're going to end everybody follow the secret incel prince and sayuki and also sue i guess if you don't
godspeed follow all of us thank you guys take care guys
