Good morning, good morning, good morning, good morning, good afternoon, good evening,
wherever you are in the world, it's good, it's good.
All right, we are getting set up over here, it's, we're still a couple of minutes early before the
official start of the 10a, right? This is, I am getting a set up on Metaverse radio, hopefully
we will be able to stream this out across the globe on every smart device around the world.
This is a recorded space, anything said here is, you know, of the thoughts and opinions
of the speakers alone and does not represent Metaverse radio in any way, not represent
Hexodize in any way, even my own personal opinions do not always represent me, just kidding.
We're going to get group in here pretty soon, we've got a lot to cover for those of you listening
to the recording, this one, whenever you listen to it, we've got a lot to talk about today,
we were at South by Southwest, we were, pardon me, we were at South by Southwest and in that time
at South by Southwest, we got to discover a lot of different use cases for augmented reality,
extended reality, mixed reality, all the different types, we played with a lot of different
platforms, we were able to collaborate with people that build on the different platforms and
have what all that looks like, how the different platforms react to different things, you know,
what, you know, where should you be, what's the best spot for me kind of thing, are you a business
or you're a game, what's the purpose and the drive behind what your goal is, right? What's
the goal, the why, why are you doing what you're doing and where should it be, so it was a lot of
fun getting to work with so many different types of builders, right? Even in the ones that, you know,
use Unity, maybe they use a specific version of Unity or a specific version of Unreal, so it's
not as basic as just we'll learn these tools and here you go, maybe some of them have their own
types of scripting and so learning those types of scripts and going over those types of things and
discovering the ease of creating and designing and building and then really one of the coolest
things that we discovered or that I personally discovered is how many applications are out there
and what is that really going to look like for this open metaverse side of things, right? So
if everyone, let's pretend everyone has their own app per se, right? Where's a good spot for all of
those to be a hub because you're not going to want to have to maybe want to have one app
loaded that has access to all of these things, right? And so we kind of looked at, you know,
the different ways that people can portal in and out, you know, how easy it is to go from one
place to another and so I'm really excited to dig deeper into those things, not just today but over
the next few weeks. Today it is Super Saturday, we had a super week, it was incredible. Again,
as I said, we are getting started here, we are about to go live, hopefully this all works here
and the connections stay clear when three, two, it looks like everything's good for us here as
we are going live across metaverse radio. So good morning, good afternoon, good evening, wherever
you are in the world. We are here in the X on the X in the Twitter spaces, in the X spaces,
on the X spaces, however that's going to work, whatever that needs to be said, we are here
and it is a great stinking day. I hope everyone can hear me and that it's not just complete silence,
you know, but it looks like it looks like the audio is going through so it looks like we're
still good, we're groovy. I see a few familiar faces in here, I see 8043 honeycomb hydro and
Derek, welcome to the spot if you have something you want to say, if you have something you want
to share, by all means, request the mic, it's usually an open pretty, a pretty open room.
Look at that, I see Apollo came in.
I felt it because I had to do some tablet types on the screen here,
but I just came back up to the stage, Apollo, my friend, how's it going, my man?
Yeah man, how's it going? Super Saturday, we're talking about April. What up, what is up,
Hex, uh, fellas, uh, Miffy, I'm down there, who else is here? Derek, honeycomb hydro,
um, 843, you know what, I don't follow you, I'm following you right now.
Oh Hex, Hex, I'm, dude, I am so happy, check this out, Derek, right down over here,
he's uh, one of my best friends here in uh, Harry Connecticut, and he's finally getting into
NFTs, and he's uh, gonna be dropping his first party, so you guys need to follow this amazing
artist, like seriously, um, so yeah, he, he uh, he followed me on um, on X, yeah, he followed me on
X, just uh, just a few days ago, and um, a couple days ago, and so you don't understand how happy I
am, he's, he's an amazing artist, you gotta check out his work.
Oh yeah, no, that was like an instant follow, really, any time you say, hey, you need to
follow this person, so like, okay, like twist my arm a little bit more, so let's check this out,
oh brand new to the X spaces, brand new to the X, like brand new, who, the only person
following you, other than me, is a follow, that's cool, so I'll make number two,
not number one, I'll take number two, but that's cool, artists, this is your work, it looks like
that's pretty groovy, I can get into this, I like the little cyber eye thing going on there with
the headphones, and the glued, and the, and the like, I don't know if those are tears,
or sweat, or snot, or just like, like human ears, just like, it's like rotting at the screen,
staring at the stuff, but I'm, I'm into it, I'm into it, I like it, Derek.
So y'all already know, y'all are the next door neighbors, huh?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, we've known each other for, wow, it's been some years, 2016, and we used to do
events together in Meriden, Connecticut, and yeah, yeah, we've got his own studio, he's a barber,
he's doing some big things.
That's what's up, bro, we just had Stu Kwon, the legendary, I want to give away his age.
If you go through YouTube, you might find some like 90s videos with some Stu in there somewhere,
not to, not to like, date the guy or anything, but what is up Stu, how's it been way too long,
I see you got NFT NYC Pigeon stuff coming up, like right around the corner, how's it going, man?
Yo, it's going great, I just, just woke up, just got up, I saw a hexadeye, my brother Apollo here,
what's good? Stu, what's up? I'm excited, man, I got, I got, I'm the headliner for the NFT Pigeon's
boat party on April 5th, and it's gonna be pretty dope, because like four of the people
on that boat, it's gonna be a pretty crazy thing party, so kind of excited at the opportunity.
Like, I want, I didn't want to go to New York, just because, well, New York, like,
no offense to all you New Yorkers, but, but I like my green trees that are all around me
down here in East Texas, but the boat party out there, like, they're playing, there's so,
everybody's having, like, bang, bang, bangs is kind of making me go, dang, if I was going to go to NFT
or NYC one year, if I was going to go to NYC at all, I'd want to get on the boat that DJ Stu is doing
the DJ, you know. I appreciate it, man, I would love, I would love hexadeye's, Apollo, gang up in
there, chilling, but we, look, I just, we just do what we got to do, um, I love their project,
I like what they're doing, I like how they bring them together, um, the real life stuff with the
utilities to the NFT, so they, they all do, you know, holding a pigeon, man, doesn't hurt, man,
if you held a pigeon, you get a, you also get a swag bag on the boat, that's what they told me,
I don't have a pigeon myself, so I'm trying to get my hands on one right now, so, but, um,
but the key is they, they, they're doing stuff where you're actually holding the entities,
you get into a lot of exclusive events, it covers the, the missions to a lot of these places,
so it's like, it makes you feel more, you know, accessible to the communities itself,
instead of just having a little PFP, you know. No, I can dig it, honestly though, they would,
they, I don't, I don't know that the pigeons are ready for someone like me on a boat,
like, I kind of, like, once the music kicks on, it's, it's over, Stu, like, all bets are off,
it, boat or not, my pitch is starting, it's happening, ask anybody.
Oh, I got, if you, if you're ready to party, Hex, I'll, I'll fly your way out here, man,
I'll chip in, Apollo, let's go half and half, man, get up, get Hex out here.
Right, dude, we, oh man, I would love to have Hex come over on this side of the,
this side of the country.
Yo, and everybody's raving about that AR you did, Apollo, that, that Stu Kwon won,
I got the stickers, stickers coming in next week, so they're, they're raving about it,
I wish it popped up bigger, it kind of pops up a little smaller, but maybe I,
I can, I can get right back into the, into the, into the code and I can make it bigger if you want,
so you let me know, I'll hop right back into the code and make it bigger for you.
Let me get the stickers first and let me see how it looks when I, when I lay it down
or put on the wall, so yeah, so I know, I know Hex, man, Hex is killing it, you're,
you're using all the AR stuff, that, that AR, using OVR is just, it's just insane,
I see those events you do and you got that, that AR assets all around,
it's just, it's just amazing how, how it's taking up, how is, how's the OVR thing going?
Yo, so all of the platforms are kicking off right now, all, so OVR is doing some pretty cool,
don't get me wrong, like they're with, they've done a lot inside the fashion world, okay,
they've got, they, they, they've done a lot to connect inside the fact, like they are,
they're, they're doing pretty good over there, which is really cool to see,
then there's, I mean, just, but all of the AR everywhere, like this is the year,
I'd say this is the year, but I'm going to say this is the year for the next 10 years,
so just hand, just get with me, like be ready for the, this is the year, right,
because this is the year for the next 10 years, okay, because it's going to constantly get better,
you know, like as the glasses and the contacts and all of the hardware really starts to get
more accessible, it's only going to continue to get better, so a lot of these platforms right now
really are watching those speak to 3D creation stuff or the type of 3D, because if you can
type it, you can probably speak it, okay, so a lot of these platforms are really watching
and seeing who's got the best ones, you know, what creator does, you know, they're building their,
their databases, right, to build things with, per se, maybe, okay, yeah, it's going to,
we're about to, it's going to be stupid, people are going to be walking around and go, man,
I want to see, I want to play the Pac-Man game, and boom, the Pac-Man game is going to pop up
in an AR type situation, because somebody's already kind of made it, yeah, it's going to be,
it's about to get wild, not, that won't happen this year, this year, we're still talking to the AI
Metabot 8, you know, like, that's going to tell you to go over to Nifty Island, so you can get
another Metabot 8, so you can get the Legend, so you can get, what is it, the Golden Banana Relic,
okay, and every time, you can ask it anything, you'd be like, tell me what 2 plus 2 is, it'd be like,
I can tell you, but you should really check out Nifty Island on Metabot 8 Island and go,
you know, discover more about the Golden Banana Relic, it's crazy, love it.
Love is what somebody was doing, he did the AR, the menu I was talking about, you remember
Paulo, I was talking about the menu, so our boy did the AR, the menu, and it popped up,
and it pops out of the QR code, it looks really, really, really advanced and sophisticated,
the way it's set up, and just imagine seeing the 3D life of the plates on your table,
but what's cool about it is that, if you're home, and you want to kind of yelp review
and check out this restaurant, seeing like 3D, AR, seeing the actual dishes on your table at home,
and being able to see visually how it looks, probably most likely it'll be a selling point
for a restaurant. Who built that already? We got something there built up.
What are my boys did that? Yeah, they did an AR menu, so right off the QR code.
Yeah, I'm actually working over here with the local, with one of the restaurants down the street
for me that I showed it to them, I was showing them what I was working on, and they're interested,
so we're in the talks right now, trying to see what I can do for them and everything.
It's expensive, man. You got to charge them like 10 grand, man.
You got to charge a minimum 10,000 for that at least.
Oh, yeah, it's up there. It's up there, but yeah, right now we're just talking about
the possibilities, and they're already asking about pricing, so I'm working on some stuff.
Yeah, hopefully, probably by the summer, they'll have something going.
Gio's getting really good at it, too. He's been learning.
Gio is doing some cool stuff. I love what Gio's doing.
You know, the guy's a worker, man. He's always trying to learn, man.
You got to see him, and he made my party sitter AR asset.
You did the Stu Kwon Entertainment, that's Stu Kwon One, and he did the party sitters.
Everybody talks about it, man, and somebody yesterday inquired about the one you did,
so if he wants to buy one, I'm going to send him your way.
Sounds good, bro. Appreciate it.
Of course, of course.
Bro, honestly, some of the best assets have come out of Apollo.
I might be a fan. It's everywhere, bro. It's all the platforms. You want to go real deep?
You want to get high-def or go into the heavy platforms? You want to keep it super lightweight
and just sprinkle a little bit of like, I got a spinning logo kind of thing?
Okay, you can do that, too. You want your own app? You want your own
stinking app? How deep do you want to go inside of all this? Yeah, I'm ready for it.
Honeycomb, you were out there at South by Southwest with us. What's up, my friend?
How's it going? How's the morning look? I'm bringing fellas up, too, so just go ahead
and honeycomb them fellas up. Nice. Yeah, grand rising, guys. Glad to be here.
Apollo, your ape's awesome. Glad to be a mecca bot owner myself.
I appreciate the gifts that you provide to this industry, man.
South by Southwest was unbelievable, but I do think it was because I got hexedized.
The experience through an individual like Hex at something like South by
South, I don't think I'd ever want to experience it in a different way. So much things going on,
unbelievable activations. We had so much tech to play with that it was literally organizing the
days of, you know, where we're going to drop a, a metabolic and where we're going to get
discover the world and be, how are we going to empower these artists? And I don't know,
just the internal brainstorming and that in-person collaboration of promotion and how we, you know,
as we're building it, as we're doing it and critiquing it, it was, it was unbelievable.
That part, I think, is going to impress more on me than than the amazing music, the amazing food
and all the greatness of South by. It was exactly the, the, the reason that it was there. And then
Hex, you're fucking wild. So you're probably one of the funnest people anyone could have
be blessed with as a host at South by for sure.
It was always hex's fault, always hex's fault. I'm always going to blame, I'm always going to
blame hex's fault. It's cool. Hex is the part of the animal, man.
Not even. No, it's a, it is a good day though. It was a good vibe. It was, it was, it was South by.
Belins, you joined us out there and there is, there's, there's so much to do. There's so many
different options. It's, you know, it's kind of like most major events where you just have,
you know, people from all around the world. I mean, you got just in the, the main conference,
you know, map of ideas, you have the UK house, the Irish house, the Brazil house,
the Canada house, the, you know, I mean, every, everybody comes in and it's, you know,
just all these global cultures just coming in and just slamming. And it's so, you know,
who do you want? Do you want to hear somebody from, you know, here in the United States and
it's all up and coming stuff. You're, you're going to see some big named artists coming in,
but the majority of what you're going to find out there at NFT and like, or at South by Southwest
is going to be what's coming next, right? What's the next thing? This is what's happening
next kind of stuff. And how do you know? Well, because these are the startups.
So this is your, here's your startups. These are the people that are wanting to do something
and some of these are going to win. So it's, it's always a good time getting to discover
what people from other parts of the world are doing in their startups, where their startups are,
what they're doing, what's the robots they're making, what's the AI they're making,
what's the augmented reality they're making, what are the apps they're using, you know,
what is the music industry on that side of the world look like, right? So
Flins, you actually went out to a couple of talks. I think you went to the ATX DAO.
One of the, the super secret exclusive behind the door. God knows the password kind of meetings.
So can you, do you want to kind of talk about anything you heard? What happened? How was South
by you were there for like the whole week, really, you were just about from start to finish.
So you experienced the kind of like the swoop of people coming in a little bit,
like at the beginning, there's the education and the tech and there were people there.
But then like towards the end, that last, that last little bit, they were like,
there were really people there for the music. Every venue had something going on. There was
not one empty spot. So how, what's your take? How was it? Welcome to the stage. Good morning,
GMGN, all those fun, fancy little things. Oh, wait for it. Wait for it. There it is.
That's all I can say.
Honk. And no, so here it is. South by Southwest or South by was literally and figuratively,
a contact high, you know, and so I just had a major eye opening.
Definitely South by is so much more than a convention, so much more than a community,
you know, city experience. There are people and projects that are just super inspiring.
Just spending the time with the core group. Hex, you know, you facilitated such an amazing
exposure to everything there. Meeting Honeycomb. I mean,
I mean, really Munster, Heidi Little, I mean, the whole crew from
Velox, of course, Paul and DreamCollab, just the names keep on coming. I just really enjoyed myself
and was overwhelmed at times too. And so the main thing was staying in, you know,
in contact and relationship with the team and just letting it come.
It, like I said, it was overwhelming at times. And so I really appreciate you all,
you know, letting me go through it. That's kind of the thing about,
you know, what South by really is. And so in a nutshell, otherwise,
the ATX project or presentations, they were way over the top technical talking about AI,
LLM, just really beyond what I needed for, you know, the South by experience.
I went to the Marshall Tent. That was extremely disappointing. And just I needed to get out of
there as soon as possible. And I walked down the road and sure enough Realtor.com was having a
recruiting event. And, you know, I walked in and well, there was free food and alcohol.
So what the heck? And otherwise, Rich's art, I can go on. But the biggest highlight for me
was Purple Bee Studios. I just could not get enough of it, having such a professional,
amazing studio, soundstage streaming slash TV. It's, you know, Purple Bee TV. I mean,
being a streamer myself, I just, you know, stood in awe, let alone on chain records coming in
and doing live recording, not only there, but Rich's
gallery just really blown away. So thank you for giving me that experience and,
yeah, facilitation, participation. That's what it's all about.
Yeah, it was a blast, though. The Rich's art gallery, honestly, like it, I will
purposely plan something there again at some point in time. So many places for people to take
photos. So many places for people to take photos. Oh, did I forget about the AR installations?
Holy shit. And that did happen too. In fact, I'm actually glad that you said it like that,
because that means I can lead into this real smooth like this. We still have some soul to
give away. Check this out. So if you haven't already, go download the stupid XR hub app.
It's right there. And when I say stupid, I mean, it's not stupid. I'm really saying like,
the amount of time it's taking you to download the app is stupid, not to call you stupid,
just the situation that we're all in right now, because you haven't downloaded the app.
But it's cool. We don't have to stay in the situation. That's the best part about situations
is it's just for a specific amount of time. So by now, we've had plenty of time to go and
download the XR hub app. Isn't that amazing? It's check that it was like that amount of time. So
it's not a long amount of time. It's a short amount of time you can download the XR hub app,
go in there, take a picture there's in and when you go in there's actually a link I probably have
it there's a link tree. Okay, link and probably pinned up in my profile somewhere and it's
probably gonna tell you something like hey, go download the XR hub app. But then once it's
loaded you can go in there and choose from all of these different experiences that you want to check
out there's all these different scenes there's crypto scenes in there and we're gonna you're
gonna start playing this game throughout the it's really it kicked off it's out by it's gonna carry
on for a little while we're gonna see how how well this thing goes right um because there's
lots of events like we got a pigeon hunt coming up maybe you'll find some pigeons in New York at
NFT NYC floating around in augmented reality who knows it could be a thing it could be a thing
there might be some talking pigeons they can tell you about the pigeons and who's the main DJ at the
party during NFT NYC coming up you never know you it might be this little hunt thing where you
just like walking around New York with this one single app open and you don't have to load
multiple experiences it's if you open it and you just walk around and then it automatically loads
all of these 3d assets as you're walking around you don't have to reload every 30 to 50 feet it's
pretty amazing um or you can check things out remotely pull it up right there in your face you
can talk to it so you can learn more about it so if you are a project you want to use the AI you
want people to top in just walk in just check in you can do the link tree thing so go in there
check it out there's spotty wi-fi there's a globe that you can talk to just to discover
more about the globe right talk to it about the world learn things maybe if you want to you don't
have to it's just out there if you want to use it if you want a free tool there it is it's available
you don't want a free tool don't use it won't hurt my feelings but it's there it's good there's
a meta bot ape where you can discover more about the meta bot apes okay right and go to NFT island
and purchase your own meta bot ape so you don't have to just talk to that one you can have your
own that you can run around with as well pretty stinking cool uh there's lots of things out there
to discover uh i will hand the mic off here pretty soon i see we had monster come in we had bean come
in we got south by southwest xram blah blah blah walk stuff came in um we got virtual fitness
just came in the room we can go in a couple different directions with this hopefully that
whole time that i was running my mouth about the xr hub app one or two people download the xr hub app
so that we can go in there and then so you just go ahead if you have to jump out of the room and
go and get it and then take a picture and then come back i get it i understand we got lots of
soul to give away we're gonna have a good time it's not the end of this space yeah i see a hand
what's up man about a friend this is this is what i mean when i say this is all hexa's fault
he's using his magic and he's using his his power of persuasion to get us all into into this
i love you i'd love you bro i love you see this is what i mean when when when honeycomb hydro
says that we've been hexa guys i'm over here like i gotta download the app now now i gotta
now i gotta go and i gotta oh i gotta get this app it's all he's a dice ball i already have the
app but i gotta go get it i gotta get another phone so i can get them get the app again i feel
like i don't have enough of the app i can't get more app how do you get double can you double app
i don't know but you should you should at least try you should at least try
it's all good i love it uh so stew check this out since we talked about obr and i just talked
about the xr hub app and everybody should go get that app download it so you can win some
soul because we're giving away some soul towards the end is so and who doesn't love some soul i got
so you got so do you have so you want so i'll give you so we can all get a little soul uh so stew
with obr one of the key differences that i notice and this will be fun just like when you're
planning out ar stuff right so let's say you have a pigeon on the xr hub app it is continuous you
open the app one time you don't have to upload multiple experiences fluence and i got to witness
walking around the convention center boom every things were you know they were just popping up
right uh but on over the reality you can stream into the experience okay you can have a live stream
going in right and you can have multiple people inside where you see the bodies like we used to
you know how we all used to go in there and like you could see the other people that were in there
right so if you wanted to do like a stream thing where like you have people pop up you want to see
them in the experience with you kind of thing over the reality top boom they have it also their
geolocation is is pretty good like it's it's pretty stinking good for what it is it's pretty
stinking good you do have to load every 30 to 50 feet and i think that may be one of the reasons
that the other one's off is because it's loading all of the things right so it's trying to load like
you know the whole city all the ones kind of thing where obr is just loading you know 300
square meters so it's uh but you can live stream into it so you can have somebody hooked up to a
suit or something and then have them deejaying and it's all moving and stuff so pretty cool i think you
showed us that a little while back i think we did a demonstration when you had the room and we were
able to see like the tv's on the wall um so you could play you could you could program to whatever
you want to come out of those tv's on the wall or on the stage and stuff like that right
yeah well but now so like say you're set your your pigeon set you wanted people to jump into
the experience right and you could see them in it you could have it live streaming in just the same
as you do for youtube you can just have their little player open and you stream straight in live
you can even have like your avatar connected so instead of just a video like the whole character's
picking up all the movements to everything it's dope they're only gonna get better because i
remember it was cool before so if it was if it was cool a couple years ago when i first started
on these spaces now it's it has to get better it has to get better it's only gonna get better
speaking of things only getting better the pizza party okay so if you are not throwing a bitcoin
pizza day pizza party in your area where you're not going to one and you're not getting the free
pizza from the pizzas out from the pizza party from the pizza people because it's pizza
well you're missing out because it's pizza right so definitely uh yeah you should if you're not
already doing it like it's a thing and i feel like new york should have pizzas right aren't
you all known for some sort of like you fold your pizzas new york that's where we fold it
new york is you fold the pizza it depends if you like i've had a lot of toppings i try not to
fold it that i want you try not to yeah if it's a lot of toppings on it you know got the
over overloaded toppings okay so how do you eat is there is there like a new york way to
eat a pizza like what's a new york pizza like what i don't i don't really know a regular new
york slice is usually a regular regular plain cheese pizza most people fold it most people
fold it right down the middle just shove it out of your mouth i like to enjoy
if you use a knife and fork is the whole thing like probably no no in new york i'll probably
look at you really weird if you got a knife and fork eating a slice so so so it is a thing like
you kind of you do squishy you almost fold it to like a sandwich and it's like three bites and it's
gone it's just because new york is always in a rush we're just trying to like we're not even
like you're trying to we're not even trying to enjoy meal we're just trying to scarf it down
and run you're like i've got three minutes to get to the building right across the street but it's a
lot like you understand there's a lot of people i got to get through to get there give me give
me my slice i don't even care what it tastes like it's so sad man it's sad hex it's like you go you
you work your whole you work the whole work day the only lunch break you got like an hour break
you gotta wait for your food i can't hear uh speak so i'm gonna drop down come back in
oh okay yeah it's basically you can't even enjoy your food because you don't really have a lot of
time in a day you know when you're going when you got a crazy work day it's just like you're
running non-stop me personally i'm dj and sometimes i i just totally forget to eat because
i'm like here just filled up on liquor it just filled up like i i've got so much
sugar in me i don't need any more calories i'm good to go i'll be wasted hex i got like
plastic bags in my book bag just in case if i got to throw up in the middle of the middle of my set
yeah i mean we've all we've all been there you know it happens to the best like anybody
that's been in the business understand and you can try you can be like look i'm not going
to drink anymore you know it's going to show up all over your your tables like there's going to
be like 50 shots just sitting there you'll be like so and so over there bought this one it's
like damn why they could have just tipped i would have been happy if it's just fucking tip
just take that same money put it there's a jar in fact there's a cash app logo somewhere somewhere
somewhere it's definitely man but definitely yo my man hex man i can't i i can't you back up here
i'm glad you're still running hustling and bustling doing doing your thing man it's
good seeing you up here and anybody else up there man i think you got to share and
share on saturday over here right yeah man dude this is this is happening every saturday morning
super saturday's right here uh yeah we'll we'll be doing this little wait what time you start this
uh it's 10 a.m my time so 11 a.m your time okay oh not not nothing i just got i got in
like four in the morning so i'm free i was freaking exhausted i just woke up and i thought i saw a
notification so jumping in i saw Apollo and Hex together and i was like yo where you been at
Apollo where's guys at it's like guys have you have you been in nifty island yet soon have you
gone in there and i'm not uh i'll be honest i've been so busy i don't think i i don't think i
open up over your and probably probably over years i've just been so busy i barely i barely have
a lot of time like to they just sit there and like you know i love to play my play some phone games
and stuff uh and play my monopoly or whatever my scrabble but other than that i'm like i'm very
just tied up running with it's what the kids are working it's all it's either or you know
either doing doing events or watching my kids so it's old i never get time to sit i swear the
only time i sit like right maybe late at night when the kids about to go to sleep i take a
little nap i knock out on the couch i went straight from south by southwest got off the bus
ran straight home uh it's opening day party for you know the the little league baseball for my
son's baseball we get there monday he's got two back-to-back headers then my daughter's got
volleyball dude i i like and to be honest with you i'm not complaining like this isn't like oh
man i got no it's like like i love that part to be honest everything else i do like all the other
stuff that's in between those things right like all that south by like all it's really just so that
i can go to like the opening day stuff right you know i mean so that i can go to the terrible
like that's my favorite like oh i gotta do all this stuff yeah but i do all the other things
that i can do that i i know a lot of people probably polo feels the same way you probably
got the little ones running around it's hard it's hard but you know what at the end of the day man
that's the life we chose man so we gotta roll with it not like serious sir did it did it on
purpose you you chose you chose to be um to be uh have a family so if you chose to be a family
you gotta be responsible you gotta you gotta take care of business you know a lot of people
out there they forget that it's not like you know i tell my tell my son if you have a kid
it's not just a kid this is your life the entire lifetime like it's not like you get like maybe a
couple months down the road you could be one of those guys that kick them just leave and disappear
and never come back but you know if you got a heart it's it's for life so you gotta take you
gotta make sure you plan plan for this yeah yeah man no it's it's it's kind of my favorite
part though right um speaking of some of those banger dads out there that are doing the real thing
and still living the dream doing the same thing monster down there was at south by southwest i
hand i tossed them to michael to come up because they did two live straight to vinyl recordings
back to back days with on chain record so i think they're the only group that did
the double like the bam bam so they were at purple b studios that was actually their connection
they connected everybody so everything that happened at purple b like i was just there
sitting on a couch with some cameras just like running my mouth about some just some loaded
lies about how cool you know i am because i got to be there with munster but they connected
everybody at purple b studios hooked on chain records up got the live to vinyl recordings there
then the next day that friday went over to richard's art gallery did another one
live straight to vinyl recording which is cool uh for anybody that really understands like recording
live vinyl it's not no editing right stew you can't you get there's no there's no editing that
vinyl there's no melting old you know plastic bag game be like oh i'm gonna cut this part
and like redo you know hey can you hit that snare again it's like gonna happen um oh man i
messed up that line yeah and we all get to remember that now so it's really cool how
how clean their runs were and that they did like i think each album has a front side like an
a and b side so super cool congratulations to you um they did a lot of other performances out there
and are doing some really cool things over on the wax blockchain they have a whole project
everyone should definitely check it out much division the goat project is going i believe
that's what's going on right now you should really take out they got all the merch to choose
the backpacks to everything there's yeah when they went down there they showed up like they
showed up correct it was pretty cool uh i see natalie's coming up here my old and one of like
one of my favorite people in the space so what's up natalie good morning jim give me this mic not
good morning friend how are you doing hi everyone good morning i'm just here to cause havoc and
chaos hey tell it tell everybody about the food because it actually surprises me that people don't
know of how to get involved with the piece but like i think this is the third year fifth year
sixth year seventh year i've been doing this for a long time um where it's like a feed the world
with pizza kind of thing and which is a really cool concept when people actually grab a hold of
and go wait a minute we could feed like all we have to do is just let them know and then you know
boom and then here it is like if we could you know it's not you know it could be rich poor doesn't
really matter if they just you know we just have to know or somebody if not me i'm not involved i'm
not like i'm not backing like i want to be involved i'm going to be involved in like my own little
like i'll bring 20 friends kind of involved kind of way right natalie you and the team y'all can
handle all the involvement other people can contact you to really get involved but it's really just
that simple pizza party pizza day third year fifth year how many years uh we've been running
this for three years which is a long time in this space it is a long time in this space like
that's the that is the we made it i think that other people that are saying they're uh they're
like oh jeez like they got their their their three-year stuff is that right so you know
maybe you can maybe you can start to claim it'd be like og pizza parties don't do it
we're actually one of the og food project remove space um and then after that came bento box
which is a bunch of um jap like prolific like japanese artists had decorated bento boxes
if you don't know what a bento box just uh kind of milk calmly served like i guess during lunch
um in japan and you can find them at japanese restaurants in the states
are little japanese stores um and they have like different little um they have like rice
and they like different um kind of little food things um it's kind of like a little buffet in
a box so yeah we've been running this project for like three years um we raised like 1.5 million
dollars via nft like and that was a lot of money at that time um and we just found each other in
like a clubhouse room we all kind of knew each other most of us um and we we just ended up talking
about pizza and then the the project like organically spun out of that uh then we started
rear pizzas aka pizza dao and we basically raised some money to throw pizza parties across the
globe um you know our i guess our thing is that like the best way to onboard people is to like lead
with fun and culture and if anything we lead with at pizza dao is planned if you ever been
here at pizza parties or usually like ninja turtles um in ecember i think we bought like
nine thousand dollars worth of pizza um it's pretty it's pretty uh wild world at pizza dao so
um no that's the so i've been to a couple of the of the pizza pizza party kind of things
um both virtually and ira specifically last year with the web three texas crew that was pretty it
was that was a lot of fun it was kind of fun bringing people in and it was it was an easy
like intro for people into the like what is this what does it look like um everybody loves food
right you say there's food like it just and then you tie it in and there are people like oh and it
and it leads into the story of like this pizza on the day of the you know like the crypto and
the pick coins and then look at it now you know kind of thing and people are like oh you know
so like as they're eating something they already love they're like oh look at how it grew um
and it's free food it's free food so uh i'm i'm all i'm i'm all about it uh much to his laughing
at me because he's he's yeah we had some pizza out there and i want to say some people from
you know the pizza party pizza places were involved the logos everything looked real similar it was
really cool but i have a question third planet studio said that pizza dao is working with them
at nft nyc so there's like a whole pizza dao party at nft nyc coming up as well so there's two
right what's going on what do we know about pizza parties at nft is there free pizza
at nft nyc because again give them food pizza show up people show up you give them food pizza shows
up one of our biggest events that nft went nyc every year and so i don't know about uh her but
um so i uh so we usually have like a humongous party you have again the ninja turtle i don't
do we get the ninja turtles i don't know i think we just got a few of them because one of them has
something to do um they gotta go fight crime and so um we are having a racket nyc um this year
uh we're gonna do the official y'all got kind of like the alpha alpha um we're gonna announce it
this week um well this week coming up um in terms like all the details and like how to like RSVP
as soon as it comes out y'all got a RSVP if you're gonna be there because that that list
gets slammed very uh in a very short period of time and so we just invite everybody can come
like it's free um you can eat some pizza there'll be um all kinds of other stuff happening at
east ever they had like skaters jumping over pizza boxes and all kinds of um debauchery and
so uh you never know what you'll get but what you will have is a good time and some good pizza
we only support local pizzas places which was our other kind of mission um because uh chain pizza
i mean well some of us eat it sometimes but it's it's typically trash and so like we want to support
local mom and pop stores especially in the pandemic when a lot of business small businesses um had
to shut other doors we just want to support and we're in new york city like the home of the
best pizza in the world i don't care what anybody says we always have a battle who has the best
pizza there's no pizza like new york city pizza i don't care um even the dollar pieces
i look i don't even know i tried to find a dollar pizza the last time i was there and i was i stuck
at two dollars um but that's here and are there um so yeah we just want to support local mom and
pop stores we also support communities throughout the year and brings pizza to their parties we
have a few parties at nftnyc that will have pizza there um just as a kind of partnership
between pizza down themselves and so we we just want people to have pizza is a food is a great
onboarding tool um the food is also a great community tool breaking bread is as
ancient as we all are on this planet and so um yeah and it makes me happy it makes all of us happy
it does make us all happy good food makes everybody yeah i've never seen anybody cry eating pizza
yeah uh yeah pizza yeah it's uh it's uh it's fun it's fun when you're giving pizza out man
people will show up man you're right hex when there's free food involved i'm in there
so are you gonna have a party are you gonna have a pizza day party
are you gonna wish the village day pizza day party is onboard like thank you guys all your
all of your friends all just all your closest friends be like look guys crypto is about to pay
for pizza so you can like just let's go learn it's like the simplest tool you know
i can't wait to do it all the time they're like they i still get that stuff in the mail they're
like hey come get a free steak all we're gonna do is talk to you while you eat it
that sounds like a good deal man imagine that like we keep sending you free food
send you free food and just talk about your food i'll do that all day
my feet are already fat because of the space um i so we have these pizza parties in like 115 cities
um last year um and people just self-organize we provide um over 600 and free pizza plus tip
well no that includes hip and so um they and so people could just buy all the pizza they want
and most of the local parties get their own kind of partners if they need to cover their costs like we
provide the pizza and we've had parties like in gana we had parties in like nigeria we had parties
in like um i think we had uh denver again last year um we do a bunch of like festivals and
events throughout the year too i specifically lead social impact so i partner with a bunch
of local organizations and grassroots projects to bring them pizza so they can give it out
so it's just really it's a it's a really fun project and i look forward to to the march may
swing when we're like in full effect planning um this wild monstrosity of a project which is
and so it's it's just pizza from here on out and so yeah it's it's gonna be amazing if you are
anywhere in the world and you want to throw a pizza party you can via me and i'll get you
situated on the discord and the different um kind of avenues that people are planning
and you can meet other planners and so it's just it's just a good ass time and so there's no strings
attached we're not asking you to like submit your firstborn child or any organs or no shit
like that and we just want to throw pizza parties and you don't have to get workshops or nothing
just give out free pizza um that's it that is crazy i love it
i'm gonna have to do one every week man you can have to do whatever every week i'm gonna
call natalie i'm gonna blow her for dm i need more pizza more pizza that would be that would
be pretty i i actually i would love to see like a week that would be cool um one you don't you
actually it's a great idea because because like you have somebody like knowledge does like a
bi-weekly open mic uh performance uh show that he does in brooklyn in mehattan so like you know
somebody like him implement something like that and offer free pizza and then be able to to live
experience that event uh that he's doing it also helps him um drive up his um you know the number
bring up the numbers because of the free food and the pizzas and stuff so it's a good way it's
like everybody win absolutely i've got to jump in in here real quick
stew natalie michael camp here honeycomb hydro um are you guys familiar with united empowerment
party no i'm not all right um how do you feel about cannabis i'm not really familiar what is
canvas can we have cannabis cannabis oh i'm good with that proper i'll go with that clature canna
a-a-n-e-h but we'll get into that later cannabis how do you feel about uh i'm i'm going for it
all right sweet so united empowerment party is a fe c recognized political entity founded on
cannabis and de-scheduling it the founders are safita artist mills uh who's the president
and her co-founder brother reggie noble aka redman um new york brooklyn tie-in levels way too much
synchronicity of things that hex you're brilliant with pizza um yeah pizza and votes that's the
level of where i'm leaning at if you guys are interested in that type of concept um would love
to talk with you on it because natalie with uh there's an organization called head count
that's something like you're talking added to it oh holy cow and they're going to have like 3000
events this year through what they do on the purpose of uh voting aspect and raising awareness
empowering people so they all love pizza but uh capabilities to leverage some other events and
things going on like national cannabis festival they're in dc and some other crazy awesomes love
to uh chit chat with you guys about yeah feel free to reach out um we um mostly at the different
parties like it's like a whole other beast um last year i think we gave out like a few pounds
and so we we're already on the um we're on the same page you're yeah you were yes
yeah i think that's what the teaching chong project well i don't friends have something
uh i can't remember because too early one of our brains like still like revving up um but like yeah
we um some parties they will give out like elves or whatever um and so yeah that's up to the
individual party planner but i know there's some people that definitely probably be interested in
talking to you we've already partnered with a bunch of um canada when that was a thing uh we've
had beard out participate uh and so we're always welcoming like collaborations and partnerships
um that's how we people talk all this in all in here um like people talk all this stuff about
like mass adoption which i don't believe in i believe in sustainable adoption and the one of
the ways one of many ways we get there is like partnering with each other to like skill our
communities in ways that actually is beneficial to like the people who already exist here and kind of
the essence of the space and so that and part so a big part of like what we do is not um saying
onboard to the blockchain insert jargon it's like here's some pizza we're not hitting you over the
head like just come have fun and you can know that not everybody encourages like a dickhead so
and people really appreciate that and so like and a part of that has been like people from
canada or the teaching um teaching chong with their project um partnering with us like bring
merch or bring um other things to folks that can just simply make them happy when people
are happy they'll join they're more likely to join the fold and not think they're we are
all crazy like um crazy enough to believe that we can actually build something um that looks
different from the shit we came from and so pizza's a part of that and like i welcome anybody
who wants to partner with us i'm happy to put you in contact with snacks and the rest of the crew
and we also have like a community discord um thing it's kind of we kind of wild in there
just to like plan everything and it's probably like wild to be able to watch like how we plan
like 115 cities uh pizza parties um but you're all more than welcome and it's with open arms so
you know there's Natalie i love the whole idea of everything how does this um what what benefits
do you get from for you enthrall notice like what what comes back to you guys
so we so we obviously like i said earlier we raised um we have an NFT project um and we don't
necessarily like come by our NFT project it but it sustains and we sustain off of partnerships
mostly um and some of us in the dow like who are heavily involved like we obviously get paid
um to do like certain like i lead social impact like um that's like my jam um there are other
people to do like merge and so they all get contributions we also had like 300 artists
um they got paid um to do like the we have so our NFT is like a pizza but each has like mad
toppings and they're individually drawn by like um like these 300 artists um the other thing is
like i and hex knows about me like even if i didn't get paid to like do whatever and it's
actually not a lot of money but if i didn't get paid like i pizza dow like the weirdest shit ever
that i've been a part of in the best way possible it's so damn audacious and not and crazy that like i
i literally am not a morning person and i'd be up in the discord on sundays when we have our
meetings like mad early because i love the i just love the fucking craziness and so um and the
people that have been able to meet and the projects that we're pumping out and it's it's
just it's altruistic but it's also been super beneficial like in terms of my growth is this space
and like how i approach community and so it's just yeah it's it's it's hard to explain it's
something you got to experience um and so as far as like individual people like people find their
own kind of um benefits it's not like here's a road map blah blah blah like you got it you
get in where you sit in you find like what makes sense to you and i found that people um ironically
have found whatever that is and the people who don't they they just sit on the sideline they
watch and live their best life or don't you know so i i'm there because it's just a crazy
ass shit that we were doing and i really feel like we've made um some hedge way in this space
and i hope that people can find their own kind of jam you know no i totally understand you know
a lot of times the reason i say this a lot of times like people we do things because we're
passionate about it we love what we do but at the end of the day we have to we have to find
figure some way to keep the project going so you so time is is money because we have to
we gotta support ourselves you know we can't run a project on straight love
because at the end of the day we gotta we have to bring in some numbers
yeah we like i said we get paid um and berry and kind of whatever um to do like our specific job
and like again like whatever passion about people you do merch like you can get paid to do that so
like me like i just like to organize the social impact parties
and uh lately i've been uh kind of helping a lot of the party planners out
which i don't plan on doing that but it just happened um and so i and i thoroughly like enjoy
that shit it's not like a job it's just it's just something i wake up in the morning i do my
thing and that's it and i'm i really like love what i do and so um well ultimately like yeah
we all need to like get paid and i believe in the space can like fight the current like labor
extraction that we've experienced here um ultimately like i can never i'm just this type
person like i i can get paid like whatever but i need to actually like the shit that i'm doing
otherwise i mean i could be spending my time doing a lot of other things and so um i'm i hope
that people find their passion they find the things they do love um so it doesn't feel like a job
when you fucking wake up um but again like we also have like party planners they get paid um
for doing like the east ever type events um we also have other kind of three ways to like support
people and we have like our athlete channels and like all that other thing and like people just
get in where they fit in and you will find like whatever not you specifically you have people
find like whatever um is meaningful to them because i mean i can reel off all the things
um that people benefit from but like ultimately like the individual will decide
what is the value to them absolutely it's a it's a hustle you're gonna because at the end of the day
you know we we do a lot of things for the love but then we go back home and like damn these bills
don't love me you know like it's it's like it's tough you got it uncle san don't love you either
my money always says my money always says goodbye to me so you know never really says hi so uh
it's it's just a it's a challenge for everybody out there that you you know at the end of the
day if you have a passion project you got to make sure that you're able to support yourself
because no project is going to last if all the members are putting time and sweat and tears
into it and not and not able to pay their bills it's they're eventually going to quit and everybody's
going to go their way to get a get something regular j ob so you always got to if you got passion
project you got to make sure you have something to keep you steady and stable because stability
is the key wake it up in the morning not knowing where i'm going to get my next check to pay off
these bills that's that that puts a lot of strain in your in your creativity and in pretty
much your whole your whole passion for a lot of stuff because it's always in the back of your mind
get that money but do things you love exactly what you said if you do what you love um it's
not really a job that's why like uh it's funny and people ask me i'm a full i'm a full-time dj
entertainer uh it's i get paid i'm like a human jukebox that's how i feel like i think they give
me tips and and i play what they want to hear and it's like i'm like a human jukebox i should just
make you don't want a halloween i should just dress up as a jukebox i think that would be the
hilarious thing what do you think about that yeah i love that idea actually um there's a
dj her name is dj sirasa and every she's from japan every year um she's a friend of a friend
every year she dresses up as like a um as a record vinyl for is my connection here what the hell i
hate twitter um as a record so for young clothes vinyl and so um she was like a tribe call quest
um midnight marauders like one year she was yeah she um i think she was like miles davis um
i can't remember the album was one of the million albums that put out um so yeah every year she
would dress at that but you should dress as a jukebox i should be like a karaoke machine
walking around i swear yeah you have people saying for uh you want to hear this natalie i'm
over there dj in the club you're saying this person came up to me and and and said hey i think
you should what what's your vibe tonight i'm like um whatever you guys are vibing to you know
like what's your vibe so he came up to me and gave me a whole game plan for the whole night i just got i
just got in the door you say yo i think you should start off with a little disco you know throw some
happen there jump in from there hit then go until i can do a leap do some do we and then do like
90s hip hop after the 90s hip hop set throw a couple 80s track you know 80s always banging
and we go to edm get a little fist bump yo he gave me the whole set for now look me in
a security guy looking at him just just entertaining with a smile this is what i deal with every night at
the club i i i'm i'm a very people person so i i take it to mind if it's your birthday i try my
best to accommodate people but sometimes man they throw wrenches all over the place
are you an open format i'm a hundred percent open format like you can literally just scream
an artist play some taylor swift i'll freaking do an entire taylor swift mega mix right in front of
you and then like and now mix it to stevie wonder i'll do old stevie wonder set then i can mix anything
at any time any genre i'm very diverse in 50s 60s 70s swing motown blues big band music to disco to
hip hop afro beat reggaeton edm house like i'm very efficient in all of it even country and rock
i'm great in 90s alternative rock and regular old school classic rock and roll
and i don't just play the music i everything is blended scratched to put together mashed up
and uh everything i do is live i hardly ever play recorded mixes unless i gotta run to the bathroom
that's it okay this is amazing the pigeons project if you want to see me live in action
get your tickets to the pigeon the pigeons of new york april fifth it's gonna be uh i am i'm
excited because i haven't djed a boat party in years so and being able to headline such a
great project like this with that many people it's going to be absolutely fabulous so if anybody
gets there if you got a ticket bme and send me your music and i might play it
that night too so i'm hoping to help people get their get their music out there
a boat party is very new york it's crazy sometimes you get on like damn what happens
if you want to get out you can't get off you're stuck you're stuck with us you're stuck with the
you can get kicked off they they would like you can you can get you can get kicked you can
party too hard thank you hex for letting me take up some time and nice meeting you as to us
i think we talked before um e-bro shout out to you dr data mosh k-bot honey follow for us yeah
of course that that i'm a dmu dmu my contacts let's definitely connect uh let's let's see what
we could do uh because new york city libraries i i work alongside with them and these guys are
doing events like left and right so i'm sure they want to add i'm sure they want to add
probably you to their to their uh party party going abilities there so we'll figure something
out uh dm you definitely let's connect uh you know um i was called i have a nickname for him so
like what the fuck with ira what the fuck is my fungal act's real fucking name i cannot remember
right now um i gotta think about it because i haven't he's our friend and i've always called
him now i'm like what the fuck do y'all call him he he works with the um he was uh he was a speaker
at the pitch and sing last year and i know he fucked with them he rose i'm like my brain
this is funny uh-huh
don't tell us that either
don't worry went in went out that our basil nothing did our basil
not in a team i heard it or basil one oh one it's one i was like my brain is like
yeah peace everybody
but yeah i think one one's doing something with um well the story timed out with bio
and um metadre they're doing something um nftnyc on the third um it's in lower east side
let me find out the exact location but um pretty much the same vibes from the art basil event
basically you know um streaming into the metaverse showcasing music showcasing artists having people
just come together um i know that pushes heavy um heavy on the streaming side just to make sure
that everyone's included so pushing for like an inclusive way for everyone to just have access to
content right so i know we've been pushing for a lot of metaverse integration whether it be
through spatial but you know our favorite thing right now for a lot of uh streaming is voxels so
looking forward to being able to put together another event or at least help out i know since
my last event in uh december i've been just kind of chilling um helping out where i can but
i'm definitely about to get back active after nftnyc so what's up everybody
yeah shout out to the pieces of new york too man they came to dc um did an event down here
linked up with them good people's good peoples and i met them um i linked up with them and um
basil too so hell yeah you you're in the right crowd so natalie what's up hex what's up
polo dude are you coming to nftnyc bro i think so i think so i literally um wasn't planning
on it but i think i want to just because it's like why the fuck not you've been working hard
all year there's no reason to just sit in the house there and uh see your friends weekend so
i swear so anybody here is planning a joint joint and join me on that boat with the pigeons
in of new york hell yeah i don't know i got some trick i get triggered by being in the boat
y'all can thank the jamaican boat parties second two thousand i don't know
i know that's true if you get motion sickness that would that would really suck
like what do you it's not the motion sickness the sickness you're gonna get from
smelling people's underarms all right so we'll have a record we'll probably have like a guy at
the door checking we have some dogs sniff your armpits make sure you smell and rub them off
i'm gonna bring a basket of deodorant y'all could just take one
hey that's a thing i'm starting deodorant down for web 3
i've seen a lot of festivals start reaching out and being like where's our deodorant sponsors
why is this not a thing like why is this not a thing at checked at you know just like as you
enter like with your ticket boom you get a free little like boom at the at the gate bam here you
go walk around with it i don't care it can melt i don't care good here you go great idea great idea
that's true but you know what um the boat party does have the open windows so sometimes you get
that nice breeze you're gonna be in the water i think uh hopefully hopefully we get a we get
a good day but you know it's two indoor floors and one outdoor floor so they do have the open
windows so you get the nice breeze from the water look if i make it up to new york i'm on the boat
but hey are the pigeons is that the same project that came into one of your twitter spaces a couple
years back and took everybody's pfps and like pooped on it um no this is uh i don't know what
thing that is who the hell was that i am not really sure it was some pigeons they came in and
they and they and they stood on everybody's shoulders that wasn't that wasn't i wasn't
there this is the smarts world and jim um they're working right now with jay connects um formerly
one of their founders of the grem girls but he they he part of ways with grem girls because of
some issues and now he's working with the pigeons but i met them personally so the pigeons smarts and
jim they're definitely cool people i look forward to meeting jim in person by speaking with smarts
on the side and they sound like like you know real people like you and i man we just we're
all about our business you know we do good business together we work together you crap on me you never
hear from me again you know it doesn't doesn't really matter so look these guys sound like they
have a valid project they're giving utilities out to the people and things like that i'm
looking as far as more i'm looking into their project i i see they're doing a lot of iro stuff
which is cool for their holders so you know you're holding you're holding something digital
but you actually have a lot of access to physical stuff
no i like it i like the i like the the real world stuff uh i see datamash in here with
on-chain records and since we're talking and we were talking about the real world stuff with
munster where he did the live to vinyl recording and it's on the blockchain and datamash is the
on-chain records people that did the the live recording at south by southwest and it was really
cool watching and seeing all of that like take place like this is going through and spinning and
just cutting the plastic and as it's happening you know they put the little sticker on there so like
all of it's like tied to the but it's just kind of cool uh they're they're actually tied right now
one of the cool things that they've done okay multiple cool things um beyond having on their
website the direct to vinyl shipping type stuff so if you are an artist you want um instead of
having to pay up front for like 20 to 50 vinyls you can just go on there and say here's the track
boom and then you can just send people you're like hey you want a vinyl boom go get it and then they
cut it and send it directly to whoever purchased it it's right there bam um which is a really
cool thing for artists because it saves all that upfront cost so you can just have like a
you know a recurring type of system setup kind of like a shopify store with a t-shirt only this time
it's vinyl um so that's a really cool thing but one of the things that they did or they are doing
is they have this little avatar on-chain records avatar character that showed up during
south by southwest and ar you could ask a question to learn about on-chain records but
because of the blockchain ties they have with the vinyls everybody that's holding that vinyl so
so if you have a specific vinyl from on-chain records they're air dropping that avatar to that
like straight to the vinyl so you can use it and if the islands you have the on-chain records
avatar you run around as next to the metabot eight avatar that you run around as you know
all these little characters that showed up at south by are like usable and you can run around and use
them you can build with them you can make them have their own little it's yours you can do whatever
you want to with it it's yours now go play with it it's a really cool but it's how it's all tied
to the vinyl so if you are an artist and you drop a vinyl and you want to drop other types of
things beyond just music but these 3d assets and things you can do that with these vinyls
so it'd be cool if monster or datamosh or k-bot or anybody else wanted to jump up on stage here
we are a little bit 13 minutes past the hour sometimes we go over and that's cool we're doing
the little soul giveaway thing but we were going to maybe we still can who do we got we got eight
four t three eight forty three hang on bring you up here oh no wait no cancel hands
how do we do this requested i am going to bring you up here approve this is one of those
spheroid people i've seen the profile you know i'll go say that what's up
eight forty three you got what we call you did we call you eight forty three
yeah you can just call me eight forty three okay how's everybody doing this morning man
living living my best life what's happening man hey this is my first basis with you guys um
you know i was listening in uh checking out the stuff your guys were doing over at south by
southwest um but i did have a couple of questions man um i'm kind of new to the i'm kind of new to
the ar space and i was just wondering what platforms is uh everybody using i've been doing
a lot of homework ovr was the project that actually brought me into the space but um
i i noticed a lot of conversations about the uh ar menus and you know a lot of different things
and i'm always looking to monetize my art because i do a lot of promotional material so i was just
wondering if uh maybe you know some of the guys can run down some of the projects that they use
and what they use them for you know if it's okay yo uh these are some of my favorite questions
e-bro apollo i'm so glad you're both up here on the stage uh y'all have been doing this thing
for quite a few years e-bro like you said yeah i know that his ears perch up like he went beep you
saw those little osu vox ears start to glow a little bit this um when you said oh i think
what did you say over or ovr you know like well i'm like jake what'd you call it i usually say
uh over man okay okay we yeah i know he's he's all in it i i know he's he's got some
he's got some of those little location overlands is that what they're called overlands
he's a fan apollo's been around the world on different platforms i know you said so
i'm called sir but overlands right that's what i'm talking about uh maybe yeah let
me know from answer that question in regards to like what we do with the ar stuff uh at least
on my perspective and it's just it's funny because i'm actually about to uh start working
on this new on this new ar kind of project i would say think about ar as a way to extend your
marketing reach right think away think of it as a way to um add a little bit more flair to
like whether it's an event uh content that you're creating or if you want to gamify some stuff um
and one one example is simply like i know you have seen pokemon go right so there's a lot of
speakeas in dc um i have a homie who does small little intimate events um for like
up and coming artists in dc and that i actually want to talk to you about this on the side
but he um is looking to do some ar content just for um people to do some type of like hey
as you come in every time you come to my event you collect these this through an ar filter you're
able to after your fifth one you get a free drink or you can invite a friend to come in because
it's invite only so not everyone always has access simultaneously and i know you asked about ar but
simultaneously if you take it over to like the vr component if you have an event you can always
simulcast or stream that into um a parcel or into a virtual space that other people can actually
visit and for me because it's so like normal when i reached out to the homie and showed him what we got
doing or what's possible he was like yo this is on some futuristic shit but i'm like in my
mind like that we've been doing this for about three years now four years now you know we should
do this we should push this envelope a little further because this is very low hanging fruit
for us because it's like you know we're not working with a design studio we're just using the
cpu power that we have but overall uh think about augmented reality as a way to add value to
the content that you're trying to create because at the end of the day everyone a lot of people
consume through their phone a lot of content through their phone and it gives you that option
to emersify people and i hate that that's not a word that you could probably understand it gives
you a way to bring everyone together off just one platform if that's that's the best way i
would describe it because you're able to hyperlink stuff you can geolocate so if you have an event
specifically in south by southwest for example understand that you can geolocate to a specific
street to a specific building to a specific location but you could also do that in different
places so let's say you're going on like a walking tour in a city you can do historic
preservation through augmented reality so let's say you have already existing videos of videos or
content or images of what a place used to look like before something changed right you can always
use that as um as a way to show future past or future with the future which is probably let's say
you're working on future development you could say what's coming you can show what's existing
and you can show what's in the path so it's like storytelling you know so hope that answered it i
know i probably talked a little around around the circle but that's the best way i would answer
that for you you know all right thanks man any other platforms me and you amongst the group
oh yeah i know i use adobe arrow that's adobe's ar platform there's over the reality um
hexi i saw you mentioning that's the sphere um sphere something uh i forgot uh sreroid universe
say that one more time sreroid universe yes sieroid yeah um what else
um if you're doing if you want to make like filters for instagram and uh these small these like uh
these uh like snapchat there's snap filters for snapchat so that's snapchat ar filters they're
spark ar for instagram filters and like facebook filters um and i would say those are like good
places to start um at least well that's that's where most of the work that i do is over the
reality and adobe arrow um there's also uh damn what is that what's the joke it was a joke that
we use uh nad before it's another geolocating wand it's almost like spatial but um
yeah i would say stick to those for now
there's so many and it's and it's kind of like what's the what's the overall mission what's the
goal right if you're if your overall goal is like to have a bunch of people use it like
you don't even care what it is you're just like i just want a bunch of people to use it
snapchat tick tock instagram you go on there you you just make some stupid stuff you just go on and
make some stupid uh make it make a hand thing with a jump with like a bouncing picture of a rabbit
right you know and call it easter so i have to say happy easter happy easter happy easter
and there will be so many people that use it right um if your goal is to have
like more of a game type thing and you ultimately want it to be tied with a crypto back asset you know
blockchain back assets then definitely spheroid super world over the reality um there's i mean
there's a whole bunch of millions of others now you've got things like you if you're if you're
really into the bitcoin side of things i would definitely start watching what's happening with
the bitmaps and they have some world maps over there as well they're they're starting to break
things down into different things into blocks and there's different ways that things can
happen over there because everything that really can happen in one spot can probably happen in
another right um it's just kind of like the engine behind the machine uh so they yeah so
there's there's lots of different avenues um yeah tick tock instagram all of them everywhere
apollo's done some stuff over with eighth wall and niantic which there i believe you can really get
deeper into it so your and this is one of things that spheroid and niantic both have in common
is you can build your own apps on top of their platform versus just using the geolocation you
can do that but you're also using that you know you you can build your own app or app that found so
it kind of sorts through you know so uh apollo if you want to kind of talk more on the what because
it is a little bit different because there is web browser web base so you don't have to have
and have to open it over there you can just like have it qr go bam and it just opens and
that's kind of like the same thing with adobe is it just there's no app it just boom opens
yeah yeah yeah um that's i use um eighth wall primarily for um augmented reality business cards
and um a merch line that i'm that i'm working on right now for like clothing stickers um uh what
else oh my gosh anything anything you can put an image on you know mugs cups pillows um backpacks
and stuff like that um because it uses a qr code so once you scan the qr code it automatically
opens up the camera and then once the uh the experience or while the the camera recognize the
image then it'll open up the ar experience um with eighth wall you have to know how to code
and um that's i see that as a limitation um with eighth wall but it also opens up avenues
where you have more customizability and uh and you're able to kind of custom tailor the experience
based off of the code that you write um there's other other platforms i mean it all depends on how
what you want to use the ar for so like you know like some of the other platforms like obr and
um uh some of the other ones that you can use like geolocating or geo tracking i mean you can
do the same thing with um eighth wall it's just everything has to be done all writing and code
there's a lot of trial and error there's a lot of testing when you're creating these experiences
um but i like eighth wall because it it actually allows me to custom tailor each uh each um experience
and yeah it's just a really great way to learn you know how like the back end of all these
you know all these uh web apps and everything um i believe you could actually build an app
uh and actually create an actual like app that you use to access the eighth wall eighth wall
um but um but yeah that's what i use it for uh you know it's it's actually a really great platform
there's other platforms that you know that are similar to eighth wall that don't use coding
um one of them i think is called uh oh my gosh what was it called my web i think it's my web ar
i think it's called um but some of these platforms actually you know yes some of these
other platforms actually you know they come with a you know with a fee um based off of how many views
you get i think my web ar is like that um it gives you a certain amount of views what's really
good about eighth wall is that you have unlimited views um but you are charged like fifty eight
dollars a month to use their platform um but you can create unlimited experiences and you get
unlimited views um some of the other platforms like uh oh my gosh what's the name of this one
artivive uh that's that one is another one but you're limited as to how met how large the
experience is so you're limited to a certain amount of like gigabytes um and then you're
you're only allotted a certain amount of views uh you could always buy more views but it kind
of gets to the point where you're you're actually spending a lot of money if you know your experience
is is getting viewed by hundreds and thousands of people artivive wouldn't be the platform that you
want to look at um it's more like be like you know my web ar or um you know uh eighth wall or
some of the other you know some of the other platforms that allows you a larger um a larger
audience to to you know to actually view uh the uh the experience and then you can always you know
open you know create your own you know ar experience and actually build it from the
ground up but with that you need a server and um and then that kind of gets really involved
but um but yeah other than that i mean you know eighth wall is my go-to i love using it and
i don't think i'm going to use another platform to actually build like these ar cards you know
um i'm i'm starting to get into uh spheroid you know all because of hexadize so um you know
like i keep on saying it's his fault he keeps on getting me into these platforms that i can't get
myself out of because it's so amazing but um but yeah you know it's the way they all connect
together it's it's that that at the end of the day it's how easily they all connect together
that's the that's the problem see if if it didn't flow with what you were already doing
then it would be like nah i'm not going to do it but because it's like oh you know what i can just like
plug that into my workflow it just you know what i mean like and that's the that's the problem
that's the problem is it just is it goes with the flow and the and it just kind of like it almost
makes it a little bit bigger right the flow a little bit wider it's like bam you know now i've
got an ai metabot ape out there telling people like wait a minute oh and i can just place these
anywhere and they're all going to automatically i could place these all over new york with like
a pigeon sitting on the shoulder like a metabot ape with a pigeon sitting on the shoulder
and they're like the whole time like this whole all they're all trained to say something about
the boat part and i didn't even see it and then whatever else it can be anything else but
you know like it's just it's just and it's too easy exactly exactly and the thing is is that
i build avatars so it only makes sense so when i when when hexadeye came up to me he said
hey check out nifty island and when i finally got into it after after he twisted my arm and
and just like shoved me into nifty island um i realized that i can actually the avatars
that i was already building that are already rigged that are already set up to be in the
metaverse can actually be in this metaverse and then i built one specifically for him and then
he put it spheroid and i'm like oh wait a minute i mean it just makes sense because i'm already
building these might as well use them on all these different platforms um so yeah like he said
i mean it makes it easy it's just common sense i mean it's just it just makes sense to to actually
build all of the you know build everything i'm building and this is like this is like the
beginning of like interoperability between like different metaverses and different platforms
is where you're actually able to build these assets that can actually be used in all of these
different um platforms where now once interoperability between the metaverses
themselves comes into play everything would actually start working seamless
and uh and and then that's that's like the ultimate goal right there
it is the ultimate goal and it's been it's yeah it's just it's just the way it all i just love it
i just love it i remember back one time there's this one time where baboski and a few other
people got together and they're like hey we're gonna connect all of these spots together
like this little treasure hunt type thing this arrow treasure and people did it they went through
and there was like all these links that as you clicked it it opened up another experience it
was pretty cool and it's all just that flowing and connecting the end you know just the way
it all works together i'm excited for it feliz you were down there at south by since we're talking
about the flow of things you're the one that really had you know like the i i get to play
with these things i've played with a lot of these tools so sometimes i feel like i don't have like
first timers experience anymore and i i wish i could get that so it was there's a lot of fun
to see you you know getting like these first time like this from a these are the issues that
you had these are the problems you had but these are the things that you did find that you did like
and blah blah blah blah blah what was your experience with the different platforms because
you tried a few different platforms there at the conference center and stuff we didn't have
just one we tried several uh you want to kind of give your opinion there
well yeah and again just like apollo i blame you yeah uh no really this was one of those moments
where i aped in after a uh what was it tech tuesday or you know web three wednesday uh just talking
about uh spheroid and the whole concept of you know splattering excellent ar through uh south
i i mean spheroid definitely was the number one platform for me um i bought i don't know
six spaces uh maybe seven or eight um essentially taking up the front uh the north edge yeah of
the convention center as well as on fourth street uh along that uh walkway and so you know i got
to see you uh and you kind of gave me the overview on how to uh install uh images and
everything else in spheroid uh we definitely did you know look at some uh ovr installations you
pointed that out for me but that was just a glance uh the biggest thing that i took ownership
was putting the flyers out you know for the the event monday uh for the web three artists
at shiner saloon and so i grabbed taylor alexander's flyers assembled them all as a glb and then
installed them in that space that i have on the front entrance and so you know the big thing
for me was getting in contact with taylor facilitating that side for his event and of course meeting
everybody uh in irl for the first time you included i mean it was just such a you know
heartfelt moment i mean i had so much fun and so with that the the effort to convert
you know uh pd you know jpegs and whatnot into glb's let alone your help to
convert a vrm 3d avatar to a glb enabling it to be animated in the space definitely inspired to
get more experience with blender and you know the whole concept of using these avatars for ai
and just being blown away by you know how much these uh these tools can actually facilitate
understanding and communication about products services communities everything
so that was on the ar side killer
and other than that i've got so much freaking you know footage that i'm overwhelmed trying to
sort it and you know okay okay so do me do me a favor because i know you have you have i know you
have so much footage so it would be cool and it doesn't i don't it all it can be unedited it can
be raw it can be anything it can be a picture it can be anything just anything just post anything
if you'll post anything from this past week just anything i don't care what it is and you
have to be ar it can be something you know just it can be absolutely anything right before we close
this space that way you know we can we can have something to look at from your time there honeycomb
you were there do it you were there during the art walk i'm gonna call out altered real quick
before you speak honey home honey i almost just called you honey but i was like dang i ain't
gonna do it i ain't gonna go that far bro like we go over really that cool honey uh i used to
put an emoji in the front so then all it was emoji and then honey and honey but it got weird
like i well yeah i mean i'm picturing Winnie the Pooh and you know just like this pot of honey
it's like you know just chill with me like paw and this pot of honey it's like there's gold mines
there's all the bitcoin and all the other things you're about to be rolling in throughout your
uvp years altered man the the monsters around austin you went hard with your ar as well you
went with super world and did some things with super worlds doing the whole nyantic thing as
well using their geolocation stuff and all that jeez just doing the web browser thing
which is a very cool concept because it's again no app downloaded you can run it just straight
through you also hosted created organized curated designed the south by southwest spot on spatial
once again i believe you've probably done it like every year which is very cool but anybody can
probably still check out that spot inside of spatial there's going to be links in there if you
want to go look at anything do anything you want to search around the ar stuff you might see who did
what people like alan walker who designed one of the spots on over the reality which was thinking
banger had the track in there from dreams the overt track from dreams and at the very end of
that track if you make it all the way through you're going to hear a bunch of names people
like ebro babolsky shouted out inside of those track people like alter i believe is also shouted
out i think apollo might be in there somewhere i know for sure the dream collab uh guerilla
and quite a few others like carman and different digital fem a whole bunch of others are shouted
out into the end of that track but it's very cool it's all experience you can take a picture
and do the whole thing again with over the reality you get to see the other people in there
so maybe maybe maybe one of these days we'll all hop in like we used to we used to do this thing
altered remembers he was there stu was there once follow was there once um where we all jump
in we see each other we snap our pictures inside these things we're like i was there right boom
we had like 50 people show up and crash in the surf that never actually happened we never had
50 people show up crashing server but we did have five or ten which is really cool to see
when you see 10 people show up in your living room from all over the world that said honeycomb
you were there testing out the different experiences on the art walk and throughout the whole time
you were inside the ar like everywhere we went you were in the ar at purple b you were in the
ar over at rich's art gallery i don't think we caught any pictures of red man and we were at we
we were there we watched ti okay we watched ti's kid okay we watched some dude on the finger drums
we watched jazz there was i mean we watched all these other people and we don't have any with red
man and the ar what's up with that we need to call him tell him bro down to the gas and do it
for battery backup battery backups i'm trying to tell you everybody make sure that you have
multiples because one two or three because here's the thing you're gonna have a bunch of friends
that didn't bring battery backups and you're gonna run out real fast um but that's cool it is what
it is happens to the best of us but honeycomb what was your week like how was your experience
all that bunches you did stuff you each be living the green dream go for it mike yours no absolutely
um yeah battery backup everybody i don't know should there be like a pair of pants or a hoodie
that like comes with one like so then when you're standing there you just plug yourself in or some
shit i because even with preparation and chords and you know you when you get into the front row
you don't really have anywhere to plug shit into so back with solar panels why didn't we just do
what are we doing with our lives man is there a remote charger yet man that would be amazing
uh connect to wi-fi and charge your phone at the same time it's gotta be coming soon
anything right on my nose robot right um my background of ar level came through the spatial
aspect i like to build a lot in there host some fun events and then would just flip a switch throw a
you know i like putting like an x on the ground in the virtual and then you could go there flip
a switch on throw show different types of assets in the augmented level but it was a lot of
navigation a lot of bandwidth to really take that share it expose it record through it all
that crazy spheroid universe um holy shit you know uh with proper placement we're able to have
like with hex and your brilliance of the uep rep and you want to go learn about the uep
that giveaway has uh it's one of the links you can go click on and take a picture and
you know interact with learn a little bit about uh any of the individuals on that
link tree so it's an amazing opportunity to learn about who's in the community with you
wherever you're at right for south by southwest it was the capability i came a lot of my background
was driver development dirt bringing dirt racers and nascar so this in your face crazy
amount of advertising that damn near causes a psychological overload can be implemented in
ways that doesn't interrupt interrupt the actual event itself right but you're able to
bring with your sponsors you know bring with the other creations from within the community and
and place them with you know physically with a level because that's what the recording shows
right so it's got to be real and but being able to bring those others with you and power through
it you know special k glass is a huge sponsor i love their glass and i love his purpose chris is
unbelievable been in the industry and is a pillar of it but his forever bong and the level of
embracing this new tech being able to take something of a creation and put out and show
the bongs and and show the branding it's it's priceless right because you can literally take
people with you and and then the content itself speaks speaks about leaps and bounds of
what is here now and what the near future holds for us so i don't know with with the level of
augmented and just the playing with the toys that you know uh even in it i got to experience
like you like you said that that first timer feeling it's unbelievable to be playing around
in this world and still get that feeling so uh i'm excited for the future and if you guys haven't
looked at checked out augmented reality uh you're missing out big time
so he's being kind of modest he actually brought in uh quite a few people that are building projects
on spiroids specifically so um as heidi littles is building out this globe you can go in and talk
and learn about you know and discover specific things towards her global project so it is the
it is the heidi little global project okay so it may be specifically geared towards heidi littles
global project okay so if you wanted your own global project that you wanted to do you could
probably do your own thing but this one is an AI that you can go and learn about the heidi little
global project and have what they're doing to reach and have on specific days of global
activation and global activities and how they're using these global apps to do that that said um
he so he brought in people like that and several others like seba which is first lady seba sabez
uh sepita uh i mean just some women and just really just some people that are doing things right
real people doing real things living real lives and still doing real things right all those things
we were talking about stew you know it's like hey like we've got our real things that we really
do right like the the baseball games and the volleyball and the homework and the extra credit
projects and the and the you know the little like oh hey you've got some performance thing
or some meeting at six p.m because you know that's just when you know everybody's out of school and
probably eating dinner but you know that's when everybody's free right because they're obviously
eating dinner so you know let's interrupt that and have a meeting kind of thing so we all have
those lives and these people are still doing things like changing legislation and standing up
for a specific thing so it's really cool to see how all that works you can go in and talk to the
uep rep in ar using the ai and learn about their mission and how you can get involved as well
so i want to say this may be one of the first political parties to use the ar and ai at the
same time in this way what's up stew nothing much i gotta run out here i gotta take the
fam and it's pouring rain cats and dogs out here but i just want to tell you guys have a great

you know like oh it's just so you kiss they will for a hat a hat a good one yeah don't do it
don't do it i did i did it i was there i was walking around the street i've got the hat it's
like i have the everybody saw me you and tom saw me i had the hat you know anyways um that said
we're coming up we're like 10 minutes from the two hour mark we are still live across
metaverse radio i gotta say thank you because they were out there at south by southwest as well
we've got some content of some people out there dancing and moving i'm not sure if we should
share it out yet honeycomb i feel like we should should i keep calling you honeycomb what should
i call you on these spaces i just don't know because we're gonna be doing this a little bit
on tuesdays and wednesdays and i i think friday's heidi's gonna start having some spot she did
there was her and what was that other lady's name um who was it who was who i was there that
was penny lane that we had penny lane penny lane was there what who was penny lane again
i met penny lane out at south by which she was she was pretty cool she was pretty chill i gotta
admit she was she was all right she was okay yeah penny lane's another one of them uh female
powerhouses out there uh cannabis background had phd an attorney used to do things with sony you
know these people that do things she's stupid she's one of those people just does things like
she does things what i love right now and then what she's a writer for an interviewer and whatnot
is fat nugs magazine uh unbelievable magazine another you know family culture driven uh communities
so it's just great to be involved in uh so many empowering uh communities purposes businesses
you know all tying together in this web 3 ecosystem to actually make a difference so
you know it was cool i i enjoyed meeting fenny it was in the backyard of a house inside of a tent
which is really cool so it was like you know how many people can you actually fit inside of a
tent this is good that you know so it wasn't a whole bunch of people it was a really good
good show time um and enjoyed the casual conversation that we were able to have because
you don't always get that when you're at south by a lot of times uh you're in that like what
do they call that on moon you know um but it was very cool it's very cool i'm shot in pocket too
you know the hexadise performed so um i had been holding that one i haven't shared that video yet
i'm gonna have to decorate it a little bit you know but of all the amazing music and things like
that hex i'm still with you you're uh this little video i got might be the most uh powerful
performance that i experience so can't wait to share that out no uh i i yeah it's gonna be it's
gonna be uh an interesting because i i don't remember half that night inside the tent so i'm
gonna say part of it might be ai just in case i don't like it everybody heard me i'm in this
recorded space it might be ai so it might not even be me it might just be really good ai it's
gotten pretty good now everybody saw will smithy spaghetti but we are live on metaverse radio i
want to say thank you to them thank you for being there at south by southwest and being supportive
it was a great pleasure meeting the whole you know i want to say it was a good chunk of the
team if it wasn't the whole team um we were out there everybody showed up for the web3 music
showcase which was really cool to see uh the amount of people that showed up that early in
south by southwest south by southwest music had not really started um and so it was cool to see
everybody show up and get down um and just have a good time it was it was a really good time with
the shiner saloon balloons did an amazing job uh getting down to the tee the exact location
of where those ar posters were lining up on the wall so it is possible on that platform
spirit platform to adjust today you just have to right now it's really you really need to if you
can be there on site doing it you know you can have it done pretty quick right um you're gonna publish
and and republish and republish like a million times right but you're always gonna have uh but
you can edit it to that to the tee and it will load up to the geolocation you just got to see it
first right so the maps are going to be a major upgrade if they ever get to that over the reality
makes it pretty simple and it loads up in the same place every time with spirit it kind of
you know depends on how you load your phone if you move too much it just loads kind of funny
but all those things are those things thank you metaverse radio for letting us be here today
uh all the opinions and things said here on this show are the opinions of the speakers and those
on the show and they do not reflect those of metaverse radio specifically if you want to learn
more about all of those things you can check it out on metaverse radio and go through their links
and there will be more details on the rules and the regs and all those fun jizzies saying
is that we talked about on how to say this is not legal advice okay this is not medical
device all of those things are of like no one here is it's professional right we're all
just normal people doing normal everything everyday things we're just talking about what we are doing
okay that's it we're sharing our own thoughts and opinions and it's really all we're doing
okay so i thank you everyone for being here this morning this has been a super saturday
there was a lot to talk about there was a lot we did talk about join us on tuesday for tech
talk tuesday where we will dive deeper specifically into the tech right here on techs you can join us
live or you can join us on web three Wednesdays where we go into more like the web three specific
side of things why branding the business all the all the juice all the things you want to know
about the web three someone in that room over there on a Wednesday is going to be able to
answer your questions or at least you know maybe it'll give everybody else a good question
that start asking too right if not so we can all learn together um then we'll be back here super
saturday's Fridays we will have Heidi little Heidi little Fridays is going to be a thing um she's
going to have to start hosting her own spots it'll be the exact same time 11 a.m p.m on
Fridays other than that if anybody else wants to say anything else now it's the time if you don't
you don't have to you just be like deuces if you do want to i mean you might say whatever you
want to say and uh you got a few minutes because it's just that time how we feeling who wants to
say nobody polo you got anything to say anything else you got going on today you any more spaces
you give anything away where we at with the nifty island stuff what's happening
um nifty island i am um i'm still working on a couple avatars i'm going to be giving away
some more banana body because i really really want to have a whole plan i want to have a i want to
have a world an entire world of just a bunch of banana body so worshiping the the golden banana
run but um but yeah i'm actually working on some new avatars as well that i'll be dropping
but um yeah other than that just man just cooling it just doing the stuff that i do and and hopefully
i'll be going live more um you know with some more builds uh in blender and some blender tutorials
and uh then you might see uh you know net about eight uh irl you know walking around and i like
just some videos doing that oh that's right you've got the mask the actual mask and everything
going on um oh this is going to be this is going to be pretty groovy and i you know i i'm
really excited to see the world aspect but the actual meta bot eight island right i feel like
people might collect certain assets out of a meta bot eight island specific right that'd be kind of
cool yeah anybody that holds a meta bot eight i'm always going to be doing you know three giveaways
and airdrops that go to anybody that you know that holds a meta body um whether it's a meta body
or mecha body or hunter body or whatever other body that i'm going to be building um yeah if
you hold it you you're always going to receive some free some free stuff from me whatever i i build
and i throw it out there it'll be yours it's it's going to be go ahead fill in go ahead
okay so that is just amazing if all i am looking forward to seeing some more of that and in the same
vein i uh i had a party for the release of top down a animated music video and that is actually going
to to go forward by the end of next week and that is a commitment what of course is related to ar
having topper the animated driver he became animated hopped out of the car
and well turned into a vrm with the amazing help of brandon manus uh and so with that
uh the nft will feature a gold shirted uh topper vrm which uh when you uh install it in a
well unfortunately not in nifty island but in like hyper phi and other uh similar uh virtual world
world when you talk his hair flashes and it's just going to be so incredibly cool
and so look out for that and along with that i am so stoked to go to nft nyc not only to share it
there but i acquired a couple of uh spheroid spaces and three of them covering the atrium
of the jabot's convention center and so i invite people to dm me to uh you know set up some some ar
there and whatever i can do to support i'm thinking about putting one up for lease but
uh that i don't want to go to you know uh ape on that yet but it's definitely something i want
to check out so very excited to continue the the learning process on ar take what i learned from
um south by so more later
did i rug no you caught me in the middle of posting no you caught me in the middle of
going through all the comments down here uh and going through all the pictures that you just posted
uh from south by in ar i wish i had seen all these sooner i hope everybody else actually goes to see
these because you've got some pretty good ones actually you've got the whole pork out there
you've got i mean you just you you've got you you've got some pretty good that easter egg one
from vanessa i gotta shower out i love vanessa um so everybody listening in on metaverse radio
we're probably about to cut out that's totally cool i'm okay with that but this has been real
anybody still in the space you might be able to still hear this what's up fellin yeah i forgot to
shout out callin uh it's spelled c-o-l-l-i-n he is just an amazing artist he was the one that
took over some of the spaces inside uh the austin convention center um making yo uh you know the
pork and the salona recirculating image and of course uh correct me if i'm wrong uh
did he also do the motorcycle with the uh the moving well speeding motorcycle going past the
palm trees he did he did all of those things he did a lot of things so all of the crypto the
ethereum the bitcoin all of the polygon the salona all of those things were were the hg nft uh aka
collin if you go inside the telegram um yeah so he he created all of those and those are actually
going to carry over and continue into all of the other events much like we've done in the past
before where an alter's done this he's done this continue that he will i feel like he's
going to continue doing this he's just going to have like ar at all of the events he's been doing
for what three four years now i mean why stop now it's just kind of crazy you made it this far
you're going to continue to sprinkle stuff out so uh especially inside the spatial realm i think
they have the the names for quite a few of these events on several of these platforms so
uh yeah yeah that's what i'm saying like let's let's fucking go um that's it for it for this day
uh we are going to to wrap it up here thank you for everybody that joined in i'm gonna go do
my family things and the things i love to do the most which is gonna go i mean it's saturday
right uh in fact this morning or today the that little thing that i talk about over here sometimes
which is this little uh non-profit thing we're celebrating i think it's like seven years man i
can't believe it seven years going seven years so it's a big cookout grill out thing that i mean
it's been my day doing seven years of doing nothing but keeping a door open when it's cold
that's crazy that's all that's the only thing that this place has to open the door when it's called
that's the craziest thing so seven years of opening doors let's go see the change keep
being the change do all those fun jazzy things the gms catch them every morning except on the
weekends you won't catch them on the weekends since they're lazy they only gm monday through
friday but you can be there and they're going to tell you where they're going to be listening
to who else that's going to be going on across the spaces and what to tune into and where to be
all that fun jazz stuff again with metaverse radio they've got a whole schedule on their website as
well so you can listen to for global and i mean truly global different shows so people from all
around the world tune in this is what's up thank you this has been a great super saturday
i'm hexadeyes and just like any other episode i'm going to just kind of disappear but
i'm glad you were all here
