when I was hosting a room in the evening, and I decided to make it a silent chill.
I was busy doing it with something else from my personal page.
And it went for a minute, and I forgot at some point because my phone was on the charge.
It was laying in my room, and I went to just lay in a bed, and I fell asleep, and I woke
up in the morning.
I see there is still people in the room listening to the space, dropping their art.
And there's been a little over 1,200 people that joined throughout the night while I was
sleeping.
And, you know, after that, I started hosting the silent chills at night while I sleep
because, I don't know, people join in.
They share their art.
There are people joining and collecting art.

Well, I know I have stuff from 15 years ago that's still giving me issues.
I got a staph infection in 2008 and almost died.
I still had neuropathy from it.
Oh, shit.
Yeah.
But cannabis works.
It's the best medicine I've found of anything to stop it.
So, yeah, it was about the time that I realized that I had been using cannabis as medicine
my whole life.
It was just for different reasons, whether it was my mental health or my physical health.
That was the moment.
It was about two years before I went into the medical cannabis industry because I was
like, oh, wow, that doesn't hurt anymore.
I'm not getting those weird just shooting electrical pulses and stuff that I'm like, why is this
happening?
So, yeah, I'm a huge cannabis advocate, as you all know, not just from the fact that
I enjoy it and makes life more enjoyable.
It's also just on the body system.
And we have an endocannabinoid system where we make our own cannabinoids inside of our
body.
So, yes, this plant is supposed to be here with us.
And I am.
That's another of one of my missions of how can I get more access to more people to make
the choice if they want to consume cannabis or not?
And if you don't, cool.
But it's all about choice.
Medical marijuana, it does wonders for a lot of people.

Yeah, so just a little bit about Bullrush, a little bit about me first.
My name is Dave Group.
As you can tell, I'm completely doxed.
I work for a major IT company, Cisco Systems.
And I mention that to you because I want to be able to build trust with you up front in our project and what we're trying to accomplish.
We have an NFL foundation to how our project operates, but we've added aspects to really try and appeal to not only everybody in Web 3 that may or may not be interested in the NFL,
but outside of Web 3 and help with that kind of conversion from Web 2 to Web 3, you know, make it more seamless for everybody.
So what we did is we created a bunch of Bulls, Minotaurs, kind of Greek mythology.
And depending on how your individual piece mints, determines a modification score that's going to be aligned to NFL attributes.
So if you're into the NFL aspect, we can really get you involved and you can be as involved in that aspect as you truly want to be because we have lending opportunities where you can lend and trade back and forth real simply to better your scores and all that.
Even if football itself, American football, doesn't appeal to you, there's still that opportunity to benefit because your piece maintains its value through a trade system.
Even when you do lend it, you can earn off of that, right?
And you have the opportunity to contribute on a charity level.
So what we're doing is we're incorporating all holders' charity suggestions and putting those into a pool.
And those charity pools that we have are going to align one-to-one with our product week.
So last week we gave out $300 in Matic, right, for the winners.
And then we donated or we're going to be donating tomorrow $300 to FantasyCares.org, right?
It's a fantasy football charity focus to give out like Toys for Tots and things like that.
But that's not the only charity we're trying to work with.
We're trying to first focus on what our holders want to select as charities.
So if there's a charity out there that you may have been interested in helping in some form or fashion, haven't found the time, don't have the money, come tell us.
We'll look at the charity, put it on the list, and it'll be electable in drop-downs as we build out the amount of charities that we use where the winner of the particular prize can choose which charity the donation goes to.
So we put it back in the holder's hands.
So that's a quick thing about Bull Rush and what we're based on.
The Bull Rush is to have a health foundation.
So when we talk about, you know, marijuana or CBD and the health benefits of that, that's definitely a focus.
And we also have a focus on athletes.
So if you know a Division I athlete, if you happen to be a Division I athlete, come talk to us.
We want to get you involved with the project.

characters with individual storylines and their animation.
We want to have like we're going to have 30 champions on the first run and each of these
champions are going to be like their own storyline, particularly and storyboard.
And then we're going to bring out the animation.
We have already something that I did not plan.
It was part of my phase three, but I can't hold it in.
I released the first trailer yesterday of my game through walkthrough.
That is the phenomenal accomplishment I was able to achieve in my project.
We're making this PC game and hopefully by the end of the month, I'll be able to release
a demo for people to walk through the city, interact with the NPCs and, you know, they
can do a quest and stuff like that.
I really, really, really wanted to make a game for myself and interact this open world.
And once again, this started as a pure passion and now I'm fully invested.
And, you know, it's true, you know, what OG said, we definitely, definitely, definitely
here for the long run.
And there's a lot of exciting stuff that I introduced personally.

into and supporting you and just feeling that energy of people who want to be here, that
want to build, that want to support because we are all still here because we've been supporting

That structure is huge, man.
I mean, I think about that was a key driver in how I set up my project.
How did I want to structure it to ensure that I am not creating a liability for my members
as well as creating the environment that is exciting, it makes sense, it's very clear
for everyone to understand, and it provides that platform and the education, so the structure,
infrastructure, the tools, the resources for you to take your project and create revenue
streams through print-on-demand merchandise.
Also to do collaborations between the just various projects that we've been working with
and we're already seeing that cross-collaboration.
We're seeing it in the spaces that we do.
I think that already came up about 20 minutes ago.
So it's just beautiful seeing those things because we, myself and our father, I came up
with this idea for Nari F Dao on my own, and I immediately said, who do I want to found
with because I don't want to do this on my own.
So that has been a huge part of my, like, just my drive, my motivation is about just creating
that opportunity for people to choose themselves and put in the work that they want to do.
I worked a corporate job in a cubicle for four and a half years, and I hated it.
Used it to get my MBA and get into the cannabis industry, and I have definitely never looked
back.
And I'm very excited of where we are as a blockchain community, as a Web3, NFT, whatever the terms,
which the verbiage and the terms are changing, because that's just kind of part of what happens
when you have a bubble and it changes.
So, but we're really focused and bringing back that core stuff of Web3, which is the collaborative
aspect, which is the supportive aspect, which is the fun, silly, frivolous, just because,
and stuff that we like, just because, and we're connecting through art, which is what we've
always done.
We now are able to have direct connections with people anywhere in the world, specifically
through art.
Yes, we have shared cultural experiences through movies and other things like that, but it's,
this is different.
That's why it feels different.
It has, and that's what drew me to it was just the, the transformative power of blockchain
tech and what we can do with it.
So it's starting with, this is how I want to structure a company.
I'm using the blockchain for, this is where we get all of our digital art from in order
for us to create that print on demand merchandise for you.
I see a vision where all of everything is, is on a chain and it is multiple chains that
are both private and communicate with, uh, public, uh, companies have them for audits
and other things.
It's just, it's very, it's just so transformative.
And I think that, uh, everyone who's here realizes that and recognizes the power of blockchain
technology and what it is doing for us and the experiences that it's going to create for
us and both economically, because we got bills, we got families, we got stuff we got to pay
for, um, while allowing us to do more of the creative aspects that that's, it's telling
stories of the quintessential human element.
Um, which is what a brand is.
A brand is telling a story about a particular drawing character, uh, image, whatever, uh,
it is.
And you're, you're giving it a backstory, you're giving it values, you're, you're basically
personifying the brand.
And that is why brands resonate with people.
So, um, these are the things to be thinking about as founders, as collectors, as just individuals
that are amassing IP, how do you exercise it?
And do you want to learn how to exercise it?

About two and a half, three years ago, we decided to enter the Web3 NFT space.
So, as of today, Popular has transformed into a Web3 NFT platform on Polygon, deeply committed to advancing animal welfare worldwide.
So, our mission revolves around bridging users and their pets from Web2 to Web3, achieved through a Web3 platform that fosters a movement among animal lovers.
So, our first step towards our Web3 vision is the Walk2Earn Gamify app, which is available in beta on Android and iOS.
It's a free app to download.
With the app, users can walk with their pets, earning rewards that promote healthy lifestyle for both humans and animals.
So, with these rewards, they can be used on spectrum of services, thereby fostering a circular economy within our popular ecosystem.
So, the way the app works at the moment is you partake in two daily walks, lasting 30 minutes, and spanning at least 1,000 steps away from your residence.
The app allows you right now to walk one pet only.
Eventually, or in our next phase, you'll be able to walk more than one pet, up to five extra pets.
But you'll need a Popet School Collar NFT, and you'll need to stake that NFT to each particular pet.
So, to fortify our ecosystem, I'm going to outline some features that we had in the past and some new features that we'll be adding on Web3.
So, popular for pet parents, you can share ownership of your pets with your family members.
That way, if you can't walk your pets today and you own the NFTs, your family members can take your pets out for a walk and earn the rewards as well for you.
You can mint your profile picture as NFT as well and create 3D NFTs of your beloved pets.
Plus, you can create an avatar of your pet on the blockchain, and that way when your pet passes away, they will live forever on the blockchain.
You can maintain pet records of vet appointments, prescriptions, and whatnot, all powered by the blockchain.
As well, you will participate in 50-50 profit sharing from ads with the option for users to opt-in and opt-out.
As well, you engage in exciting giveaways and sampling products.
It can be physical products, it can be digital products, and you have the option to opt-in and opt-out.
We have a business NFT section to support our circular economy.
With that, service providers can acquire a utility NFT.
It's a business NFT.
It's NFT as a service provider.
That way, you have the options to run your business on Popular.
With that, you have a booking system, team management capabilities, invoicing, and you can create your own NFTs as well, utility NFT-based.
And you can take payments in cryptocurrency, as well as our Popular token.
And all users who earn tokens and rewards to our app, they can use them towards any particular service that's listed on the app.
So by you listing a service, you have no option but to take cryptocurrency as payment and Popular token as payment.
And our platform, as well, has a social impact section, which is a section for nonprofit organizations.
With that, nonprofits can list on Popular, and they would go through a manual process to make sure they're actually a nonprofit.
With that, we give them a platform to create their own NFTs as well, utility NFTs and regular NFTs,
and accept donations in the form of tokens and NFT-based donations as well.
So users can actually allocate a portion of their daily earnings towards their chosen nonprofits, and that can be done automatically.
As well, we have a pet adoption section.
And this adoption section is only available for nonprofit organizations.
So that way, the nonprofits can do their due diligence towards who's adopting the particular pets.
But we're giving them a platform to list their adoptable pets.
With that, we give a chance for our community to participate in the adoption process by allocating their tokens towards the adoption fees.
As well, they can allocate any other cryptocurrency that we have listed on the platform, as well as NFTs, towards supporting adoption fees.
As well, everything will be recorded on the blockchain, ensuring transparency and security.
Given the sad states of homeless animals, we allow users, we enable users, actually, to take a pic of a particular animal in need anywhere in the world.
They can take a pic and drop a pin.
And with that, an alert gets triggered for anyone in that particular location who's willing to assist through either time or financial contribution.
Last but not least is we have an IoT tracker, which is a physical tracker that we have actually created.
We hopefully will be deploying towards the end of this year, early next year.
With that, it's a physical tracker that connects your NFT to your pet.
So, with that, now, you can actually track your pet's steps, daily steps, calories burned, active minutes daily.
As well, if you ever lose your pet, what happens is you can send a notification and trigger an alert on the app.
And with that, we use an ultra-wideband technology.
So, the technology is it connects to Android network, Apple network, and Popular network.
And we can help you find your pet by pinging to particular phones in that area.
On top of that, we have a built-in NFC that's in the tracker.
Anybody finds your pet that has no idea about Popular or anything else, they can scan the QR code.
It takes them to our website, gives them the information on what to do next.
They can scan the tracker with their phone.
With that, they can find out the owner of that particular pet.
And that particular owner receives a notification telling them their pet was found at that particular location.
And whoever finds pets, they will receive a reward through our system as well.
So, furthermore, 25% of all our tokens are allocated to donations, adoption fees, and assistance for strays.
As well, advocacy for changing outdated laws.
We know there's a lot of laws out there in the world, especially first world countries,
because it's a lot easier to change laws here than third world countries.
So, what we're going to do is we're going to try to change as many laws as possible so they can favor animals around the world.
And because we believe that animals rightfully deserve love and care and protection like humans do.
So, that's why we're here.

We're building the first three-digital collectible toy brand on the Ethereum blockchain.
So, we sold out of our first collection, the Founders Edition, about, I don't know, 15 weeks ago and under an hour.

We launched our Genesis collection maybe three months ago.
We're at about a third of the way through the Mint.
This commemorates the first six characters that David released as toys in 1998.
I started to make Homie toys in 2000 with my company, Vital Toys.
So, this brand has been part of my life for, you know, since the 80s when I used to wear the clothing.

So, bringing this brand into Web 3 with David and his son, two generations of Gonzalez, is creating this with me.
Like I said, this brand goes back to Lowrider Magazine and has really become the fabric.
You know, one of the, you know, key things to the whole hip-hop street, graffiti, Chicano, Lowrider culture.
And so, our collection is made up of the first six characters.
They're all signed by David.
Each of them have a soundtrack connected to them.
Most of them are with Snoop, who's one of our partners at NFA.
You also get three additional NFTs at the same time.
So, when you mint a Genesis, you get three more from our standard collection right behind it.
So, you'll have four NFTs out the gate.
And the reason we did that is we wanted to make sure that people could get a head start on collecting a set or collecting multiple homies.

I invest in founders.
And people know I've supported over 500 projects over the last two years.

So, you know, supporting a founder is the way to go.
And if you believe in what we're all about, what we're trying to build, I'll just say this in my closing.
You know, no, just the one thing that I believe really sets us apart is if you walk down the street and you ask 20 people, do you know what a homie is?
