good morning everybody nice to see you good good to be here I gotta tweet I
gotta tweet out the space so we do that real quick appreciate it appreciate it a
good day in the land of crypto I'll say as well right here I'm just watching
Bitcoin 45,000 looking nice and I would say for AI did you see the the Google
News they're rebranding yeah Gemini I spent a bunch of time side-by-side
comparing Gemini to GPT for it's fascinating to see what it can and can't
do so we'll have to talk about that on the show what's he's doing then today
Eve was up pretty nicely and retracted over the last hour and a half it was at
2500 almost it's back to it's not that far down 24 23 nice cool yeah we finally
broke through 2400 again so they will march back up we'll see it does all right
nice I'm gonna tweet it out one second that's it's really weird to have hearing
you say that you know you're attracted I'm usually used to hearing the bros
going yeah bro it dumped I wouldn't say this is a dump no but I'm just saying
you're using professional wording exactly we need we need more of that I
know that's a hundred percent sure all right one second well 1.32% very
interesting lady trader what's going on hey I'm doing great how are you guys
doing good what have you been focused on oh my goodness this has been such a
busy week overall a lot of projects are are lounging or getting close to the
lounge because it is q1 of 2024 markets are looking great so it just lots of you
know projects that I'm advising and working close with also a lot of travel
actually these last couple of weeks I had some some family members visiting as
well so this week has been crazy but I'm kind of slowing down now since we
are now be entering the the end of the week yeah that makes sense to me how
about you Poppy doing alright yeah I'm just doing a little bit of housework
before I head to a sweat lodge ceremony with the local natives I got a day kind
of day for myself but it's also been you know pretty pretty busy week I've
had a couple consultancy meetings and how to oopsie yesterday and that I
clicked on a link and approved something I should know then get a drain on one
of my wallets oh no was it yeah about how bad no 25k brutal so sorry yeah it's
like I mean it's been like years since I've been in crypto and I've got a
couple like in the early days got a couple oopsies which you know along the
way I talk about you know crypto being these mistakes being like the tuition we
pay for for you know learning how to be in the space and it was like before I
was going to bed I went on ether scan and I saw something and I was like oh
that that kind of makes sense and I clicked on I was a great there's some
rewards there and as soon as I clicked on it I was like oh no and I ran upstairs
and ran up went jump trade on to a revoke and before I could get on they
drained like 15k USD see and some some torque some pork token that I jumped on
and also some some NFTs is on to within like five minutes or ten minutes so that
bit of a blow for sure but it's also just kind of the reality of things is
we can make it all back and it's another big learn like big you know learning
experience and life continues and this is this is a part of being your own bank
and being in such a you know such a new industry that is you know writing the
rule books as we go so you did not get that reward that you were claiming oh
actually I am owed quite a bit of rewards from that protocol for some of
the sloppy swappies but it was just so stupid of me it was like just I was like
exhausted and chewing it on my phone for the past like hour and brutal I'm never
more stressed than when I am messing around with my hardware wallets it's
like I can't even listen to a podcast or music it's it's so it's unbelievably
stressful hey wolf hey Ryan hey everybody so good what's happening but
yes Ryan I like have like a bead of sweat like across my head every time I
like plug in a ledger I'm like okay am I gonna do this right it's so stressful it
is never happens everything's always perfect but it you still have that
little tiny bit of anxiousness I find 100% it's good keep it that way that's
what you need that's why we're in these spaces every day to remind each other
we do it's okay I mean it is what it is I'm kind of like my way of looking at
things and my true belief is that you know money is is equal to energy and I
just have to let it go and allow it flow back in it's you know if I've been able
to make it quickly then I'll make it back but but yeah I have to remind you
all that I'm in Canada so 25k USD is a lot more than that but all right well
hang in there hang in there Poppy we'll support you through it nice to see
everybody we've got a bunch of great folks on stage good to see you all got
some great folks streaming in on the audience George George ash good to see
you ropo Arctic Edward everybody please hit the purple pill in the bottom right
and say hi tell everybody where you're tuning in from you you'll you'll probably
get followed if you do that right so it's always there's a little self
interest there so make sure to say hi dr. moon hat and good to see you bass
thanks for stopping by yeah so today I think we're focusing on AI excitement
wolf do you want to set the stage yeah absolutely so jumping in here we
briefly mentioned at the beginning of the space but Google is making the full
rollout they're transitioning over Bard it's got goodbye get rid good riddance
it is now Gemini and they are launching a Gemini pro plan as well believe they're
gonna price it the same area as Chatterkey I went on to Bard the other
day and it was a little scary about just how this is literally the exact same
interface as chat GPT I mean these are just carbon copies of each other's
nowadays I I really don't know too much of like even what's different at this
point so I'm excited for you to tell us Ryan and in addition to that the AI
thematic is going to absolutely bonkers in the stock market any stock that can
show that there's AI interest in and that they're gonna get contracts is
going off its rails take a look I'll just give a few examples real quick
Palantir Palantir reported earnings this week the stocks up 50% 50% on
comments this is a 53 billion dollar stock that's insane not a small move in
any way shape or form take a look at SMC I and Nvidia these both create the
chips which are gonna power the AI revolution SMC is of 147 percent here to
date the stock a year ago was trading at $87 a share today it trades at $691 per
share that is under that's mental and 36% interest it's nuts anything in the AI
theme is going crazy is this justified Ryan Wow I mean look at meta right how's
that stock doing it just unbelievable turnaround so yeah I think wolf is right
it I think everybody is realizing that AI is is is the internet right this is
the technology that's foundational now to every business every person every
organization in the world and and and and those that are at the middle of it
the ones that are actually creating innovation are are going to be the
biggest winner so it's gonna be gonna be fun to see what happens so I'll go
quickly into the Gemini news because the first thing I did this morning is create
an account signed up for Gemini advanced which is their paid plan it's 20 bucks a
month but there's you get two months free y'all so I would say everybody
should go do that because just sign up to get two months free now the the
annoying thing is so I actually had to go to bard.google.com I'm sure it's
Gemini.google.com now but if you go there you may not be able to allowed to
use it if you have a Google Apps account so say that you use like Google
Calendar and Google Docs for your own domain like I've Ryan Carson calm I
couldn't actually use it so I had to go create a Gmail address so I could get in
let's do a quick audience poll though give us a thumbs up or a thumbs down
about how you feel about bard right so before they rebranded as as Gemini did
anybody use bard and do you like it give us a thumbs up or thumbs down I'm gonna
start off a little thumbs up diligence thumb down miss gecko's thumbs up
Charlie's thumb and down Wow like action is thumbs up okay and thumbs down no you
got to pick one action sorry which one are you thumbs up or thumbs down now
he's just giving me the power fist you're obviously he's still using bard I
use everything guys come on I I'm the guy that test and complete see the
competition see how they behave I love it well at least your thumbs up thumbs
down we've got some new people coming in Marcia great to see you Marcia had a
pretty wild story about her life last time I was on which is exciting a lot
of respect to her Edward good to see you accidentally on purposes here as well
everybody hit that purple pill in the bottom right say hello tell us where
you're listening from you might get a couple extra followers okay so again
everyone should be signing up for Gemini advance and because it's free right so
it's gonna cost you 20 bucks per month but you get two months free so I would
say everyone should go use it try it and see what you think so I went pretty full
bore testing it side-by-side this morning with chat GPT for which is chat
GPT plus and was was pretty interested by some of the features so I'll break
down some of them so the first thing about Gemini advances it's really fast
like really fast compared to GPT for so I noticed that it was producing code
I'm something like it maybe 10x faster than GPT for but but then when I tried
the code it didn't work so I don't know I feel about that but it didn't really
fast all right action I see your hand go ahead well I just want to comment on
something you said about having a Google Apps account I have a paid Google Apps
account and I'm in there right now and it looks like I have Gemini advance with
this account already like it's what then it's yeah wait a second how did you do
that I want to know I just logged in and it's already it well my my accounts a
little bit weird so I've had my my Google Apps account since the month it
launched and I went premium with it and so I pay I pay for it I don't know do
you pay for yours yeah so I mean I pay you know it's like six bucks or eight
bucks a month for my Google Apps account so Ryan Carson calm is on Google Apps
you know maple dot coaches on Google Apps 121 g.1 is on Google Apps but when
I tried it when I was logged in I didn't have access so there must be some extra
paid tier that you're on it possibly I'm gonna double check my tier right now but
I opened both windows one of my personal like my old-school spam account that I
sent everything to and I get the option to upgrade to Gemini advance but my paid
account my you know action that CEO account it just lets me in there and it
doesn't give me an option to upgrade like I already have it nice okay perfect
so I see people are already commenting on the purple pill action is saying hi I
was told you would get a follow which is true so we've got Charlie Mark from
st. Louis love it dr. Manhattan greeting from New York City good to see you what
else we got in here Shanghai the iron iron mic is from Shanghai I appreciate
that this is fun all right so yeah pop in the purple pill and say hi tell us
where you're uh where you're calling in from all right so Gemini is out we're
gonna see what happens with Gemini versus GPC for I really think they fumbled
the brand roll out on this it just seems bizarre to me that you know it's
barred one minute and then they completely rebranded Gemini which is the
name of the model it just I can't understand why Google doesn't get it
stuffed together with rolling out brand you know on that Marcia good to see you
here are you have you tried Gemini advanced yet no I haven't I'm not for
sure I have a Google account but all right it's your I just gave you homework
okay so your homework today is go sign up for the free trial on Gemini and then
report back two months or two months two months free yeah so I just whenever I do
a free trial probably you all do this because I just set a reminder to cancel
it before the day that goes around so I don't forget so actually why are you
thumbing me down you gotta get that the the temporary credit card where you set
the expiration date on the card so that you don't have to worry about it what
okay this is a little financial hack that I didn't know about tell me but
tell me about this this is one of the main reasons why I like Capital One and
I like I keep one of their cards it's a 2% card but I create virtual cards on
the go anytime I want to sign up for something that I don't want to forget to
you know get rid of it I just said the expiration date so like the date after
you can create a virtual card like so a one-off number what 100% yeah virtual
cards and they will change their numbers too if they're anything like Apple you
just have a virtual card and if you know for security and stuff if somebody
breaks into it you can always call them and it's crazy and change the virtual
number okay I'm gonna be always the same it's an it's an automated system
that creates a virtual number for you okay so how have I been alive for 46
years and I didn't know about the same I've been alive for 62 there you go so
who okay everybody listening do you did you know about virtual cards this is
blowing my mind so give us a thumbs up or thumbs down if you knew I know you
can buy like you can buy them from the post office or you could like years ago
like credit cards and cards as well so you can give them as gifts Wow all right
which is kind of weird but Melanie nice to see you thanks thanks for stopping by
all right so nobody either nobody cares about virtual cards or nobody use them
because nobody is giving us a thumbs up it's a lot it's a lot of businesses man
like I'll tell you what like if you spend enough money with American
Express they have a service they only provide to people that are spending a
lot of money that will create virtual cards for free it's like an added
company that they work with but it's available it's just it's just a matter
of spending enough like when I was at the bull market when I was spending you
know 50k plus every couple of weeks yeah they reach out like they reach out
like hey let's take care of you let's talk all right I love it I saw some
thumbs up Turner was giving thumbs up on the old virtual card so I appreciate
that one of the big hacks that I that I do financially is just I don't have a
credit card I I just use a debit card and it keeps you on your budget so that's
one thing the other thing we do as a family and this may sound hilarious and
kind of small-timey to you all but it works is that we have a going-out budget
and pull the cash out and put a little envelope and we spend our money or going
out budget from a little envelope and it works what day for Ramsey class were
you a part of what year of what class Dave Ramsey oh gosh hey listen the pay
for envelope thing works so you laugh but we don't have debt Ryan I only laugh
because I'm in the same boat I totally get it that's how I got out of that too
like I'm with you the money I think he calls it the money snowball or something
right so anyway good times wait what are we doing we talk we need to talk
about AI so all right Marsha I see your hand go ahead okay um who was that Ryan
that was talking okay Ryan on the Apple virtual card you actually can pick your
date that you want to pay and it's really cool like never can you pick
never oh yeah so I have a story about not paying off my credit card do you
want to hear it okay so this is this is embarrassing but I'm just gonna share it
because let's just be honest about life right so so when I was growing up I was
super lucky so I had my parents paid for my university which is amazing and I'll
be thankful to them forever but they also gave me a credit card just for
things like groceries and I was only allowed to spend money for groceries on
it which I did cuz I was a good boy anyways then I left graduate from college
and moved to UK and I got a credit card cuz I was like yeah everybody gets a
credit card and I saw I wanted to buy a MacBook and so I bought a MacBook and I
put on my credit card and then I figured so if I don't pay off my credit card
then the credit card company makes more money right cuz they get interest so
it's kind of in their interest to not for me to not pay it right so I just
didn't I just didn't pay my credit card and then one day this this I his bomb
bomb bomb bomb on the front door and I was like uh-oh what's that and I open up
and it's this huge guy he's like I'm here to take your laptop what are you
talking about and he's like I'm repossessing your laptop because you
didn't pay your bill and I was like oh my god are you serious and he's like yeah
so I had to give my laptop oh my god that's too funny and right I blame my
parents well just to cap off with that I mean Apple card is amazing and even
though it's a virtual card you can log into your Apple and see everything it
tells you what what is on it what you purchased how much your payment is when
do you want to make your payment I like that love it you earn like three or four
percent back on your purchases do you work for them is this an ad I'm just I
just want to check yeah I think you should be a brand ambassador love what's
your referral code Marcia huh what's the referral code for us to sign up well
you should work on that cuz I'm thinking be good in sales so all right we're
gonna steer it back to AI I sold Kirby vacuum cleaners door-to-door I love it
that's legit all right so let's um let's dive back into AI and figure out
okay where is all this going wolf open up the the show by saying that we're
seeing just wild movements and stock prices for any company remotely attached
to AI wolf I think you look at this a lot so I'm curious do you think this is
this kind of growth is sustainable or are we just seeing an AI hype bubble
I think this is what people are looking at they're basically seeing two pieces
here one the companies that are really surging off the AI theme are going to
one be able to massively expand their revenue based on demand for their
products as people need these products in order to keep up with the rest of
the competitive landscape right so that's the starters a product you know
like an SMCI or an NVIDIA people are gonna need these chips in order to
maintain a competitive company and product and if they don't have them
they're done for so people are basically getting ahead of this and they're
looking at the stock and if you're doing a true fundamental analysis of a stock
which you want to look at is its future cash flow right then you discount that
cash flow back to today and that's how you find a fair value for the price
based on the revolution that we're having right now analysts are looking at
these stocks going we severely our models last you know one two years
severely under underestimated what we expected these future revenues and cash
flows to be we now have to remodel based off demand now that we're remodeling and
it's going way up we now have a higher price target on it cool our investment
arm that looks at and goes that now the one other pieces the other side is by
using AI they're also and this is just part of life not saying it's a good or
bad thing a lot of people are not going to be needed in their jobs anymore and
it's going to massively cut down on the biggest cost for majority of businesses
which is headcount and people and so you you have more revenue coming in and less
cost and that's why these company stocks are just shooting up in any company that
can expand your revenue and cut your costs you're in a good place yep yeah I
mean it'll massively increase profit I mean we've seen now publicly you know
folks like Sam Altman I just saw Gary tan from YC say you know very soon we're
gonna see 10-person billion dollar companies pretty soon we'll see one
person billion dollar companies eight it which is I think actually let's let's
turn around and say well now this is going to be the heyday for solopreneurs
right folks that see a problem and decide to go solve it themselves you
know teach themselves how to code teach themselves how to do finance teach
themselves how to do marketing you know by learning through an LLM and they and
creating companies so I think it's very exciting it's very exciting time to be
here penny how you doing welcome what do you think of Gemini advance have you
given a try yet what's what are your thoughts no the only exposure that I've
had to Gemini so far is when they did that video where they were like more or
less talking to Gemini fake one yeah yeah I was shocked to hear that they
sort of doctored that and thought that was a bummer I'm really looking forward
to when we do have an AI that looks like that but I'm busy enough with grock
and chat GPT I know there are a lot of fans of bard but I didn't spend much
time with it with this new repackaging though I know you mentioned earlier you
weren't sure about them renaming relaunching for whatever reason just
being associated with that fake video makes me want to try it more so I'll
get in and yeah you should try it and your your assignment is to report back
what you think essentially using grock a lot cuz I just don't use grock I tried
it for a while I find fun mode super annoying and I don't know I it what's
the one thing you're using grock all the time for I use it for writing ideas like
if I want to close a paragraph and I'm looking for like a punchy sentence I
might ask for suggestions things like that I think is it so content I do use
it totally makes yeah yeah okay cool Charlie I see your hand go ahead yeah I
was just gonna talk about basically like solopreneurs cuz like me and my buddy
were sitting on the phone for a while and he does basically a bunch of local
llm's and like it's not even like the learning curve is there absolutely and
you can you know ask chat GPT or whatever you're using to teach you in
the modality that you like best you're like hey I'm an auditory learner I want
you to take all this and I want you to you know put it into an audio book for
me and then I want you to resource it and read it at 1.25x speed in the
European accent sure but like where it really gets sticky is no no no I know I
don't but that would be cool you can also like resource YouTube videos or
any type of video you can intake it and be like give me the most pragmatic and
nascent like details within this video and like make them extremely succinct and
so it takes your like learning curve way down but where it really gets like in
the weeds so he he developed an LLM that's self replicating so basically it's
like this it is it can open up windows of itself and and do tasks so basically
he'll ask it you have a link to this you should pin this it'd be interesting
and check it out no this is local he wrote this himself so it's right it's
running locally got it yes yes like like ten years ago he hacked the CIA he went
to prison for a while and so now he works like totally doing like all LLM
stuff the guy that would replicate alums locally to take over the world got it
yeah he's a gig of brain so no the part that gets really cool is like you you
create basically an AI that can self self replicate itself and you ask to do
large-scale tasks so it's no longer mitigated by single instances of itself
where it's you know it's working with only a certain amount of tokens or
whatever it may be so it's like hey I want you to manage a discord and it
starts like going through and it's like I need all these pieces I need to open
tickets I need to respond to people and it will replicate itself across all the
needed tasks and we'll start like operating as five and six and seven
people and like a progressive you know present progressive function so this
totally makes sense like and I think we should all accept the fact that instances
of AI's are going to be the default way that we solve problems in the future
right I actually have an example of this I want to walk you all through real
quick but before I do seeing some more folks stream in Frank good to see a
buddy Andrew thanks for being here I'm already said hi to dr. moon hat but I
like you some say hi again just Amy thanks for being here Dan lucky some
great comments are coming in the purple pill so make sure to pop in the blue in
the purple pill and say hello all right so here's an example whenever we do
these spaces we're gonna try to share useful information that you can walk
away with an action today right so here is something I want to encourage you
all think about so a lot of people are trying to go to chat GPT or Gemini or
any other LM and have it do everything that they need in one prompt right so
write me an entire program that will compute this and do that and then store
the file and then summarize this and that and every and folks are having
trouble that like it's not quite doing what I want it doesn't do what I want
doesn't understand what I mean I'm having to hold its hand a lot and the
reason why is because it's much more effective to break the prompts up and
then feed one prompt into another so here's what I mean so what you can do
for instance is say to chat GPT for I would like you to summarize you know
this one page of text and then you get a summary and then what you might do then
is then pass that summary to another prompt and you might say give me one
word that's that is a example of this summary yeah I would like a object an
inanimate object but you could actually have chat GPT 3.5 do that because it's
faster and cheaper right and then you get that back and then you take that
object and then you feed that object to Dolly or stable diffusion and say create
an image with this object and then you ask GPT 4 to create a good prompt for
you to create that object right so what you're doing is sort of passing prompt
to prompt to prompt result well you're passing the results from a prompt to
another prompt and the results from that to another prompt you can get shocking
results from this like really really really effective outcomes but you just
have to start thinking of these as instances of AI and it's it's very
powerful I'm actually doing this for article writer which is a Python script
that I wrote so seems like such an effective way to like to come up with a
logo for a concept that you have just to you know maybe it's your own words that
you're splirting out or a collection of text that represents a certain subject
yeah and it's about understanding that you know it's it's like you wouldn't ask
a person to go solve a huge project you know by talking at them for a minute
right you'd say okay I want you to break it up into tasks and I want you to
tackle this one first and then come back so I think that's a big unlock if you
start to do that now the key is and I say this every time I'm on stage is you
gotta learn how to code and now everybody can learn how to code because
you have the world's most amazing tutor that never gets tired of you that never
makes fun of you for $20 a month so everybody needs to go learn how to code
and do that so that's gonna be my rant for the day lady trader what do you use
an AI for at the moment that's making you better or faster or smarter oh my
goodness I I'm just like action I want to try everything that's out there and
so definitely mostly using chat GPT have started using Bard and then really one
AI tool that I'm really really looking forward to is the twin protocols twin
technology that's essentially going to allow me to twin myself or have my own
digital twin and I desperately need it deploy yourself out yeah I mean because
I need more power right I have I have a lot of clients that I work with there is
a lot of content that I put out there that I create not just for myself but
also for the clients and that's just I'm to the point where I need digital twin
not one but maybe a hundred but obviously one will be enough because I'll
be able to get a lot of work done through my digital twin just train my
my twin and go from that there but definitely check GPT and I think the
recent improvements that we've seen with GPT for they have been phenomenal like
when we talk about the research and and all of that and then also my journey I
absolutely love using my journey and some of my clients they just they are
blown away by the images that we are able to create through mid-journey and
so there is a lot of gap out there that you know where I could see that there is a
need hopefully we see more tools but those three you know mid-journey check
GPT and then upcoming digital twin technology by twin protocol I think
those three are going to be the most important part of my life love it yeah
I agree and and I imagine everyone is slowly going to realize gosh I can
massively augment my output if I just started adopting these tools and figure
out how to use them it really is a power-up that if you're not learning how
to do it you're gonna fall behind so I want to encourage everybody out there it
I I think probably the smartest money you can spend is a $20 subscription to
chat GPT plus right now we'll see how Gemini advance kind of stacks up but
it's just it's almost irresponsible now to not level yourself up with this and I
see Ani and the audience good to see you you know we were talking about this
before and I know she's doing that and and I think we should all be investing
ourselves like that Alex good to see you as well thanks for being in the audience
make sure to hit that purple pill and say hi everybody
action I see your hand go ahead yeah just to comment on the Gemini thing
because I do have a little bit experience actually trying it out and I
think Google was actually doing a much better job than opening eye right now
when it comes to features me to sound off there we go just because it is a lot
easier for a new user to kind of browse and understand what this is going and
how to work it from the the simple features of being able to use your
microphone right on the web instead of having to use the app itself there's a
little speaker there you can just click the listen button and all of a sudden
like you actually get to hear stuff I do Twitter spaces is a live audio feature
within the Twitter it's it's awesome dude and not only there you go like
there's expansions right so after it gave me this whole broken down information you
can click the expand button and it shows you hey I found this information off of
social sprout and this one came from transit or FM like it tells you where
things come from so it's a lot easier for the end user to learn how to use
this thing especially when you have this little button that says modify
responses and allows you to make this response shorter longer simpler more
casual more professional all with the click of a button and we can do that
prompting but most have no idea how to do that so this really simplifies things
and gets the user up and running a lot faster totally agree yeah and thanks for
pointing out extra features they are really cool and again I want to give
everybody an assignment go sign up for Gemini advance because it's a free trial
for two months like there's no reason not to try it in fact if you're not
paying for chat GPT plus go sign up for Gemini advance because it's going to be
I would say fairly competitive with GPT for right off the bat like action saying
there is some really cool features like for instance if you have it right code
for you then on the bottom there's a button that you can export it to replet
which is basically a online development environment that spins up in the cloud
for you so it automatically places the code there and it also allows you to
deploy to Google Colab which is a really cool Python notebook in the cloud so
there's a couple really cool features like that and action you probably know
says as well after it gives you a result it actually parses it and says
something like checking facts or or or verifying information and it's pretty
cool to see that happening then you can click and expand that see okay where did
this information come from even if the information is biased it makes you feel
a little good you know a little bit better about it a little better
Ani how you doing welcome to stage good good this is a great conversation I was
listening in and I was like super taken by what the lady creator I was saying
like just essentially being tabled being able to twin yourself like that
didn't even hit in my head until now and I was like damn if you can twin
yourself you can basically quad ripples down your efficiency your productivity
and all of that and it's gonna be so cool to see and action thanks for
thanks for the Gemini insight I didn't even know that that was possible so I'm
definitely gonna go check that out sign up and yeah how's your how's your new
laptop oh my god it's it's amazing I I didn't really like I had the M2 before
this so it's not like too much of a step up but it is a big step up like it's it
runs everything super smooth very very fast everything's just everything's
great there's no fan sound nothing like it runs love it yeah I I think one of
the best investments you can make yourself is buying a MacBook I really do
well let's talk about their newest product the Apple Vision Pro oh I have
serious a VP from I can't even help myself like cuz I haven't I haven't
bought it but I just I wish I really wanted bad so what's stopping you well
it's like thirty five hundred bucks I mean it's just one of these things like
I know if I buy it I'll watch movies on it once a week and that's all do like
you think you could work in it I feel like people say that you know they
basically replaces the MacBook in some way shape or form where you can pull up
the screen and then you just have your keyboard still but now you can have all
your screens and stuff but the problem I guess is you can only do it for about
30 minutes at a time right right apparently I mean Ani I know you work
closely with Alex like he's just lives in in Apple Vision Pro now right like
tell us what he's saying about it yeah I mean he loves it I like I've been
watching it too and it's like I think I think Alex is like doing it right he's
creating content out of it and like you know using the hell out of it but I feel
like at the end of the day it's gonna be just like the quest when the quest came
out everybody jumped in and they were like in it for like forever and this and
that right and then what happened like it's it's sitting in my closet right now
collecting dust right you're not gonna use it after the hype is over and I
don't think it's worth that much of an investment I would rather like wait for
something that's maybe a little bit more like you know if they decided to build
it in like a sunglass or something like that right yeah and then also I think
MKBHD was mentioning this like you know it's Apple Vision Pro so I feel like
there's gonna be a like a dumbed down version of an Apple Vision maybe like a
series S or something like that or whatever it is but I think like that's
gonna be a cheaper and I would probably try to get something like that instead
of like that $35 that $3500 investment and yeah like dust after the hype is up
yep you summarize my thoughts perfectly miss miss Gecko why don't you give us
your thoughts then we'll go to action yeah no I was just gonna say sorry
actually I know you had your hand up Ani I agree with you a thousand percent I'm
right with you there we go action what are your thoughts on AVP yeah I usually
unmute myself but like Ryan is such a good host that like I feel awkward just
the muting so yeah I'm just gonna put that out there no Ryan like I get it man
like I want to buy one but I can't justify that purchase I don't have
enough money in that envelope that we're talking about you need a fatter
envelope exactly no I and I mean that would like I really do mean that like I
spent almost two years to save up for a TV and I was putting away 15 bucks every
two weeks and like that I do things like that just is it's discipline right
to me it just means it's discipline doesn't mean the money's not in the bank
but I want to be disciplined enough to be able to control myself and that's a
big thing but like just to go back to that you know the idea of this whole
thing having a headset how you can have your windows like I do that with my
quest and I thought it was gonna be phenomenal like it's gonna have a huge
screen in front of me it's gonna be so effective it's not like I rather you
know do everything that I do on the computer on my g9 you know my Samsung
g9 ultra wide monitor then you know my quest so I don't have to shut it down
like right like you're saying yeah like I don't have only 30 minutes I plug this
thing into my computer it's USB-C it's charging and it's showing me my computer
screen and it's still not worth it right I wasn't talking about the battery life I
was talking about where people say it gets too heavy on their faces and it
kind of apparently fatigued yeah apparently the graphics are so good that
you forget to blink so your eyes are drying up that's hilarious feel about my
n64 so I guess we get it right serious serious first world problems like that's
oh 100% I'm not blinking anymore because I have my $3,500 device on my
face exactly exactly uh Mellie good to see your hands welcome back thanks yeah
I have sort of two concerns and I think that one of them is just simply because
when we're when we were kids our parents like don't sit too close to the TV
because you'll go blind and this is like a centimeter from your eyes so I'm
like is that okay I don't know if it's just that I was taught the wrong thing
or if that's true and the other thing yeah the other thing is like he was just
saying that you know you forget to blink but also you might forget to eat because
you know the Sims the simulation game the Sims apparently kids were getting
sick because they would forget to eat and they would just play for like two
days I love the Sims by the way I don't think that's a tech issue I think that's
more of like a parental issue like parents like parenting their kids at
all take your headset I will tell you as a mother of twins my children eat at the
same time every day so I would definitely notice but guys Disney's 1.5
billion stake in epic games I'm sorry it's over they are never gonna sleep or
eat again and we'll finally see that word well it's a different word
interoperate I was like okay I thought it was interoperable but that's cool if
you want to use that word but it's finally going mainstream this is gonna be
huge I don't know what you think about this Ryan yeah I mean it's it's clear
from the tech that from everyone's reviews that it feels whatever you're
looking at feels absolutely present and you put a screen there and it's kind of
shocking that other people can't see it so I think the fact that Apple has
figured that out and has delivered it in today's hardware definitely makes me
excited that you know within my lifetime we'll be you know seeing AR objects you
know all around us probably with just glasses on or maybe even you know
contacts or implants in our eyes that you know I can see it all happening at
some point but I I think I mean I love the movies and I would you know would
implose to considering buying one just for the movie experience cuz I I would
watch a movie a day if I could and I'm actually secretly an introvert so I want
to be by myself and watch a movie so I could see I could see doing that so
let's do a little little poll from everyone listening so if let's let's
think about this who is thinking about buying Apple Vision Pro in some time in
the near future give us a thumbs up if you're absolutely not gonna buy one give
us a thumbs down I'm gonna say I'm considering it
Melly thumbs down pop you down wolf up we got Angie his thumbs up empowers
thumbs down interesting kind of across the board now there's a big problem here
lady trader thumbs down of it there he's definitely thumbing down does not want an
AVP I mean they're really expensive so that's part of the problem I mean who
has thirty five hundred bucks like lying around for basically a movie screen that
you put on your face so there's that all right so let's like I think the main
reason that I'm thinking about buying it is just to have that first mover
advantage and get used to working within these things since I think it's
kind of one of the next moves like for me that was really what started
everything with spaces was I literally saw one or two spaces being tested by
the spaces team and said you know it'd be really cool if I had that and I just
did a bunch of cold outreach and I became like one of their first beta
testers so now I'm looking at this and like oh like should I just get in early
like is it just gonna you know pay for itself tenfold see I think because you
are a content creator right it probably makes sense right to actually and just
do it you know folks like Alex are doing they're just pumping out content you
know Robert Scowill is just talking about a VP non-stop and I feel like for
content creators it's probably actually good investment so we'll see everyone
also don't forget to pop in the purple pill tell us what you think about the
Apple Vision Pro and the purple pill and also what kind of AI using day-to-day in
your life I think it's actually funny cuz I probably buy ten of them today if
I didn't get trained yesterday just to just to feel a little bit better that's
the traitor in you I like it you don't have that problem now so you can release
yourself of that your mentality is I love it I'm gonna say hi to some more
folks in the audience Brian young good to see you Paulie fives I see you Angie
not Angela is here as well I appreciate you being here grace Robinson thanks for
being here I'm scrolling down a mirror good to be here Peter Fortuna thanks for
coming by so it's gonna be really really interesting to see where AI takes
us I think in the next three to six months right it's really clear that we
have an absolute arms race between the fabulous seven you know it's gonna be so
interesting to see what Apple really does with this we're starting to see
some it's a little bit them tip their cards and show us a little bit what's
happening with Siri and and voice recognition and it's gonna be fascinating
to see what Facebook really does here slash meta it's clear that they're
pushing hard on llama and llama 3 and and open sourcing the models and it's
gonna be really interesting to see how it plays out but I'll say it once I'll
say it many times please after this space go and sign up for Gemini advanced
it's free for two months and just start learning how to code if you already have
chat GPT plus please teach yourself how to code it's imperative that you ride
this wave instead of get crushed by it and I think the time is now
immediately I see your hand go ahead what what do I need to do to learn how
to code in life for robots exactly so I thought so so yeah so here it what I
would say ever what everybody should do is you know close out X after this
space go to your computer and if you again sign up for Gemini advanced like
it's literally free and say please teach me how to make a very simple Python
script or a Python file or Python app and you can even say like a subject that
you think is fun like about you know the movie like your favorite movie or about
your favorite subjects and then it might say things you don't understand so you
just say I don't understand that like you speak to me like I'm you know five
and action-saying thumbs why are you thumbing me down I'm trying to encourage
everybody because I can't leave Twitter man and there's another four hours of
spaces that I need to be a part of well I was laughing I was like close X I
don't think that's gonna happen y'all you got it at some point you got a close X
wolf you know it's true you have to have to invest in your in your knowledge set
I would close I would close X if I had a more advanced robot my wishful thinking
and the fact that I don't have a dog right now well that's sad are you gonna
buy a robot are you gonna get a dog dog today this is true a wolf yes I have a
wolf but no the thing is that I couldn't help but think that if I knew how to do
the the coding and the electrics for robots then I could use AI to make this
dog smile yeah what you all need understand is like coding programming it
all sounds really scary and weird and for super techie people but the truth is
it's not like all it's just like learning Spanish you're just speaking a
different language right so if you just learn a couple words in Spanish then you
can start speaking to Spanish people you can you can do these things right so if
you want to talk to computers all you have to do is learn a tiny bit of code
and you know and then what will happen is you'll make your first Python script
that will probably be dumb and simple and but then you realize oh my gosh I can I
can control technology like I can wield the power of technology and then your
whole life changes and then put it in a road that's right and then you build a
robot dog action go ahead and don't suppose they'll let us be on what was
that oh never mind I thought you were talking about that it was as easy as
learning Spanish because I had to do that too so oh I don't actually know
Spanish that's the problem see you gotta ask GPT to help you with that and that's
actually I just know poor father we go yeah well that's another thing like let
me tell you like you can open some pretty weird avenues if you know other
languages and you need use it inside of GPT because I mean these are large
language models so it's all about language and the things you can
communicate with different languages it's kind of wild and people don't
realize that how do you have time for this I don't have enough time to speak
English to chat I love it all right so I only speak Portuguese at home actually
like my kids I only speak to them in Portuguese and then like since I'm in
the States and like Spanish is all all around those it's easy to pick that up
so yeah but like it's it's it's worthwhile having another language for
interaction with large language models it's really different the kind of
answers you get it's pretty pretty amazing I love it that's a good insight
Ani I see your hand go ahead I just kind of like thought about something when you
were talking about Siri with all this advancement in like chat GPT and Gemini
and all of these that are going on with AI why aren't they really making Siri
better or even Alexa like oh my god I wish I wish I knew I it's hard not to be
like mean to Siri cuz it's so bad right you're just like oh my god I know I'm
like a nice person it's really struggle to be like oh my god Siri like I didn't
say bananas you know what is wrong with you but yeah you're in a crowded space
and she's like what can I help you with like I can't even remember what she says
because it's been off like I've switched it off like since I bought my phone
because I'm like shut up every time I'm having public she's like don't talk to me
but but this is thing like Apple's not sleeping y'all I mean the next when
Apple enters here it's gonna blow our minds right and I'm sure so just get
ready for Siri to be your AI I feel like I read an article and I'm gonna try
to put my finger on it that that's what they were talking about don't think
they're sleeping on Siri it's just not out to us yet a hundred percent yeah I
mean it would be I think just naive to think that somehow Apple doesn't know
what's going on here it's just like a VP I mean why didn't they release a headset
until now well because they couldn't deliver on the promise so I'm really
excited to see what happens so we're getting close to the top of the hour and
getting ready to wind it down well I'm actually so at the next hour I am gonna
keep talking a little bit more in the AI theme and a little bit more in-person
experiences and how they're affected by AI as well so yeah we will we will be
continuing the convo I know you might have to run at that point I've got I've
got a bounce but you all should keep talking and learning how to code at the
same time so so let's let's actually dive into that for a second because that
is gonna be a big piece of this so I I definitely attempted to know a little
bit about coding back in college took a couple of Python classes nice you're
already ahead of the curve I mean gosh but for me it was like honestly not not
easy at all okay so you got a have you tried since large language models came
out no so I haven't so I'm curious like how different I'm I'm not gonna get on
your stage again until you do this homework do you understand I can pull it
up okay so what you have to do is go to do you have chachi GPT plus yes okay
good okay so just pop in there and say I I basically don't know anything about
programming I'm a total beginner please teach me how to make a very simple
Python script and and and just follow it through it'll take you probably half an
hour and your mind will be blown like this it's totally different than the way
you learned in the past or anything you were taught before it's just awesome
interesting yeah what do you think is so different of how it's teaching well
because it'll it customizes it for you like this is the problem is that every
in every classroom we've been in all of us are afraid of looking dumb right on
every form you're afraid of looking dumb but the prop that the wonderful thing is
you can be dumb when you talk to the LN because it's the secret is we're all
dumb so that's the power and then the really cool thing is you can ask it to
customize it say I love the movie The Matrix you know so teach me how to write
a Python script that has to do with The Matrix or like you love finance right so
why don't you say hey I want to build a spreadsheet that models you know XYZ or
ABC like help me do it right and I want to write some Python that actually will
parse some data that I have help me do it so just take whatever is your
interesting and ask it to help you code do you feel do you feel like GBT's been
getting better I don't know I feel like I liked it better in the beginning it
all it it all depends on you know how you prompt it and and how patient you
are I think it goes up and down but honestly I and this I'm just gonna be
blunt like I think people who say GPT is lazy now I think they're just not
willing to put in the work right because it it's just not really true like you
can get the answers you need if you just put in the work so everybody just
put in a little work that's all that's all I'm asking action go ahead so I kind
of agree with you to a certain extent but they're making us work way harder
the hidden master prompt that they are adding on is honestly just confusing the
crap out of this model that's my biggest pet peeve with it because they're trying
to lock it down and prevent it from doing certain things nowadays and the
more they add to that prompt the harder it becomes to get the answers that you
want out of it when GPT for first came out it was so much better than what it
is now and it's this is not knocking the technology itself it's it's just
unfortunate that they are adding so much I think is like bloatware honestly
that's what it boils down to that's interesting let's let's teach a real
bit so what actions is speaking about is what's called a system prompt and you can
actually get chat GPT to tell you its system prompt and when it does it's
fascinating to see essentially its instructions and it is pretty bloated
now but here's what's interesting about that like so I actually did a little
screencast on that on this so if you want to see how to do it there's a free
tool called LM studio it's absolutely free on both Mac and PC you can download
it and then you go to hugging face and download a large language model like
llama 2 which is a really good large language model and you can run it
locally right so you can start to break out of this dependency on an open AI or
Google with Gemini or an anthropic with Claude and you can start to run your own
models on your own desktop and it sounds really techy but it literally it's not
it'll take you 10 minutes you download a file and then you start chatting to a
local model it's really cool so all right we are pointing click man pointing
click you're using God's work out there sharing this stuff people let it know
click that's right yeah so I just did a little screencast on that's on my it's
on my ex I think I a couple tweets ago or a couple posts ago so feel free to
check it out with that I'm gonna quietly exit off to the side it's been a real
joy hanging out with all of you on stage and everybody in the audience you all
are the best appreciate your comments and your and your emoji responses and
everybody on stage thanks so much for having a wolf I'm gonna pass the mic back
yeah we'd love to see a rhyme I appreciate you making the time for us
it's gonna be continue to be good I might be off next week and find a Vegas
on Thursday but I'll continue to be in touch and we'll definitely be having one
of these in two weeks as well but for everyone in the audience stick around we
are going to take this AI chat a little bit deeper into the thick of things now
as we talk about how it's gonna affect in-person experiences as well and just
we're bringing up some more experts on stage I invited in a few more AI folks
that are gonna be joining us so let's keep things rolling here for the next
hour Jason we got you on stages went ahead and dropped you a co-host invite
if you want to grab that in addition I put some info up top we've been doing a
bunch of spaces chatting with yourself with the world of three conference and
kind of leaning into the main themes here and one of the big themes I think
is going to be AI now it's a little bit of a funny topic and and action Jason
everyone else you guys can hear this there's a lot of jokes in the timeline
alright pivot pivot to crypto okay pivot AI right pivot back but these things can
work simultaneously in my opinion I think that there is overlap and then
within both of them I think that there's going to be a lot that happens at the
in-person side of things where you're going to have these AI crypto
conflict CES was probably a good example of this where I think that there
was some crossover in these areas so with that being said you know actually
maybe I'll kick it to you first and roll it in with Jason Lucas we've got a few
others coming what's your thoughts on the kind of the timeline where you see
people pivot pivot pivot between both of them and then how do you see this all
connecting to in real life experiences I mean we're we are gonna call it a
pivot and so it just becomes a norm I think that's just the nature of
conversational line right I mean before back in the day it was like oh you're
gonna pivot to an online thing like that that was just the type of conversations
people were having back then and now it's pivot to AI pivots of crypto soon
enough we're not gonna have pivots anymore it's just gonna be the way that
the world works the AI you know the AI structure is very by yourself doing it
at the comfort of your own home right now and I think that's only because the
people who are really trying the stuff they're not getting out very much and
we're gonna open a whole new can of worms and I'm not saying this year but I
think next year a CES we're really gonna see this stuff come to life because
we're starting to normalize weirdos walking around with headsets it's gonna
give you you know information while you're having conversations like you're
talking to somebody about something you don't know anything about but you click
a button you have AI listen to the conversation and give you tips what to
talk about things to cover so we're definitely heading a very very new
direction and it's just a matter of time before it's you know globally accepted
is the best way for me to describe it just because we thought that you know
that this whole web space was like wait this is gonna be a little crazy what's
happening why would you ever buy something online when you can go to the
store what's the same thing here people are just adopting a new technology and
it's foreign it's a little bit strange but in just a matter of a little bit of
time way less than what we experienced with with the dot-com boom it's just
gonna be normalized and it's gonna be the norm for people to do this so much
so that you mean people are now getting those first implants where you don't
even need a screen it's just gonna go straight to your brain oh yeah we'll see
your leader sorry wolf no you're good I can't wait for the chip that's all I'm
excited for it negatives I'm like come on like so what if you get Rick rolled
in the middle of the night I'll take it it's fair so Jason let me get your
thoughts here because I think one of the ways where AI kind of is most seamlessly
mixing itself into the real world I penny just jumped off but if I think
it's art and I think that's where it's making like kind of this initial quick
effect as well and I'm curious you know running a conference doing in-person
stuff AI being a big theme within the world of three areas you see you know AI
arts making its way into this maybe AI programming right helping people hey
build out what events you want to see I think there's a lot of attention now I
don't expect this all to be done super quick but I want to get your thoughts
hey everyone yeah so when it comes to AI art I'll be honest I'll be the first to
say that I think it's useful when you need something in like in a hurry but
I'm a really really big fan of you know of hand to the canvas you know I really
like custom artwork that comes from the human mind and you know just custom
artwork in general but I do love AI artwork I was messing with those GAN
systems well before anybody was talking about them I was using them in the
classroom showing my students they were generating AI and I was I was even
minting NFTs on the Binance Smart Chain very early on using that stuff I like it
I just I think it has its uses and I still struggle with it sometimes
especially when I'm trying to create AI artwork that has text in it like I'm
like all right add the word NFT or Bitcoin and then it's like Bitcoin with
like two O's and I'm like what the hell you know I don't understand like what am
I doing wrong but I think really where AI shines is kind of like in business is
where you start looking at standard operating procedures right and like in
real life like how are people actually going to be using this whether it's you
know predictive analytics we're seeing customer service chatbots everywhere I
have a team that Mika Bellini is putting together she's actually working on
and there were so we're gonna have you know if people have questions they can
just go to the website the little chatbot will be there and they could
answer all the questions for whoever you know you know is lost wherever the case
may be you also have to consider personalized marketing right we're using
that already with AI algorithms they analyze customer data to deliver
personalized recommendations advertisements marketing campaigns
tailored to individual preferences and behaviors there's that's already been a
thing right and now they're just getting more sophisticated you have supply chain
optimization look what V chain has been doing you know a lot of supply chain
all these big companies Amazon Walmart the people don't even realize they're
using the blockchain they've been using it for several years now and that's all
AI tech and a lot of their fraud systems their AI systems they analyze
patterns and transactions and behaviors to detect fraudulent activities they
help business minimize financial losses and protect against cyber threats right
so there's just so many different uses and I think when it comes into the
business space that's really where we're gonna see a lot of the use case like we
had a discussion I think last week where we touched on I think it was Python like
you could have chat TPT kind of teach you how to you know create code in
Python and you can relay that over I think it was actually Lucas that
mentioned it it may have been actually I think it was Lucas that said you know
you could program an entire video game like eighty ninety percent of the way and
then you kind of just fill in the gaps you know that is super powerful if you
don't understand how to program and you can just literally you know create a
whole object oriented language just by you know using an AI system that's
incredibly powerful and that's definitely something that school should
be teaching even from the beginner level you know as far as I could see it even
not even at the first baby stages at the kindergarten or level they should be
teaching this kind of things but yeah kind of focusing on the business side of
things again you have we're seeing a lot of virtual assistants I know you guys
mentioned the the Apple the goggles or I don't even know what it's called to be
honest with you because I just can't afford more but I see people driving
autonomous vehicles wearing them and they're kind of they look they just
look like robots they're like touching the air and they're they have their
Tesla's driving them around they're wearing these goggles I'm like how is
this legal but you know that that AI that enables you know a autonomous
vehicles even super perceive the environment navigate routes make real
time decisions you know that's revolutionizing transportation and
logistic industries and now the systems are getting so smart that it's actually
able to detect and see what's in front of them in an intelligent level whereas
in the past it was kind of just like given a map and and coordinates and it
was using cameras to make decisions that weren't as smart as they are now so
anyway I could ramble on about these different segments but yeah I mean
that's kind of my thoughts I really think that what AI is gonna a lot of
people think like oh I'm gonna lose my job to AI it's like no you're gonna lose
the people you're gonna lose your job to the people that are using AI right
so anyway that's my two cents and yeah so I'll let someone take over appreciate
it Jay what's up everybody sound a little bit late Lucas I thought you had
your hand up what's up ma'am yo so back to the conversation about building a
game I actually watched a creator on YouTube yesterday create a game using
chat GPT prompts only he wasn't allowed to like update the code at all without
chat GPT and he was able to build an entire Nintendo regular Nintendo game
out of it and I just was super surprised he also built a flappy bird replica and
and I'm talking perfectly it was actually better than the original flappy bird so
he was able to create this without coding anything himself so and he is a
developer don't get me wrong but he was just like look to be fair I'm not gonna
touch this at all guys like I'm literally only gonna use code from chat
GPT just to see if it could really pull this off and it absolutely did it was
really really good which took I did a little bit of research it took you know
almost a year to build flappy bird from scratch it took this guy around 30
minutes so it's gonna give kids that are like four and five years old a the
ability to learn as fast as a 10 or 12 year old and that's what's gonna do for
us as well so like as soon as we get to be a freshman in like high school we're
gonna be learning at a senior if not a you know undergraduate college level so
yeah education is gonna be completely changed by this it's not education is
never gonna go away what it's gonna do is make it so we learn so much faster so
out of a five-year-olds gonna learn as much as a they'll be as mature it's at
least learning wise as a ten-year-old if not maybe sometimes even a 15 year old
so if you imagine that the speed of learning is gonna increase so much which
means everything else we do in this world will increase by two or three X as
well so it's anything is gonna be amazing but yeah so if you could do that
with games just imagine where you could go with this education plus like
building category specific businesses and coding I mean this guy didn't code
one line of code and he just took it right out he took a bunch of code right
out of chat GPT and he was able to build it from scratch that's pretty amazing
one knows crazy Lucas is in one of the one of our AI spaces gets if you
remember this also was literally talking about how his four was his four-year-old
was playing mine literally playing Minecraft and was like like
strategizing with his dad like the whole nine yards and I was like this is
crazy like this is this is ridiculous like the way in which he was talking
about it like it was so it's as if the kid had been playing I mean forever and
yeah I mean we got a couple of AI guys coming in you know they're trickling in
now but you mesh how are you man thank you for coming through and appreciate
you obviously like coming up and accepting the invite well first how are
you hey very well I'm sorry about that I was actually in the process of coding
so I was kind of zoning in and out on the discussion yeah so apologies if I'm
I'm out of context you're totally totally good it's just so ironic he's
like yeah sorry I was just building in AI or I was just coding yeah no we were
just honestly we weren't going it we didn't go into too too much depth in
terms of these guys were talking about how you can code an entire video game
with just chat GPT prompts is what Lucas was just going over so I'm curious
maybe like how are you using like AI like in what you're doing and I guess
can you can you assimilate to what these guys are saying yeah I mean our
situation is slightly different so I'll just give you an idea for last four
months or five months I think now almost 60 to 70 percent of all the code that we
are using in our enterprise level application is generated by AI
completely like without touching it without any kind of so right from so my
engineers now are spending most of their time basically writing the
specifications for the user requirements so understanding what the user
requirements are because we are dealing with like financial services industry
and insurance industry and all that and we have to be very careful so there are
some you know legal obligations and stuff like that so we have to really
work on the user requirements but once those things are done the ideating to
the pseudo code level happens with AI with human in loop and from that point
onwards our agentic coding system takes over and they can generate the entire
code they can do unit testing they can do user testing they can do system
testing and they can come back with a complete code with all the
documentation and everything done and dusted so that's the level we are at but
we are not using obviously chat GPD for that because we can't use chat GPD it's
useless for a certain task so we have a combination of API calls that we make to
GPD for and Gemini actually so Gemini is really good at coding and then we
have open source models mostly on the Mistral fine-tuned kind of a manner on
specific libraries that we use in our our projects basically so that's where
we are currently and the idea is that by end of this year 85 to 90 percent of the
code will be generated by AI for us and one more thing that has happened which
is very unique is that we had this challenge where we could not find a
library which is capable of incorporating all the API calls so for
example anthropic requires a different kind of a prompt structure Mistral has
a different specification open AI obviously is setting a standard but then
Google has a different so Gemini has a different way of making API calls and
there was not a single library that could take care of everything and
forget about the opens other open source models which square different kind of
form structure and we got frustrated with that so we got three models basically
to work together to create a library which can actually work as a common
interface to all the models and surprise surprise we've we got a library
that we use internally which is capable of making calls to any of these models
so we are not using multiple libraries we just have a one single library which
is 100% generated by AI and used by AI so yeah that's where we are as far as
coding is concerned holy shit whoa I oh my so you now have combined all of
those together is that what I heard yeah so if the API calls so if you're
doing API calls if you're consuming any of the APIs close source APIs then you
would know that they have a different structure so for example anthropic has
some some some tokens that you can use to do that Gemini Pro for example gives
you a structured output so you can specify a structured output Gemini Pro
can also generate multiple outputs in the same call so in same API call you
can ask for let's say give me five variations of this and it will generate
five variations so all those things are possible and there was not a single like
there was not so you would have to use multiple libraries so you will have a
library for for example Google has a generative AI library open AI has its
own library so you would have to use multiple libraries and that was kind of
creating a problem in terms of maintenance and everything and now we
have one single library which contains all the calls basically Wow I mean
that's got it I'm just trying to even just kind of like put that into scope at
the end of the day like that's a really really powerful thing because I mean for
me personally like GPT has just been getting worse and worse by the day I
don't know if anybody else kind of feel feels the same way but she's becoming
useless literally useless but yeah that's really powerful you mesh so
Lucas kind of to your point I guess I kind of see imagine now if you if you
can code up if your buddy was just using chat GPT to code to code a whole video
game imagine what he could do with something like you mesh just build that's
impressive yeah imagine what happens in a year or two as these things develop
I'll give you I'll give you a peek into the future and it's already there right
in front of you so I guess all of you have heard about Google home right so
where you can control anything from lights to appliances and stuff like that
and with ultra Gemini ultra connected with the Google assistant if you give an
instruction like saying I'm home right like that's let's say that's a trigger
instruction trigger and in natural language you can connect different
actions that Google home will take with the phrase I'm home so you can put a
logic like saying I'm home should trigger lights in this area I want you
to put soft music on this speaker I want you to check the temperature on a
weather channel and set the temperature in the house thermostat in the house
accordingly I want you to check the let's say luminosity outside and set the
lighting accordingly and all those actions will happen when you come home
and say I am home so if you say hey Google I'm home it will carry out all
those actions and you'll be able to see in natural language how those actions
are carried out so that you can edit those actions and even modify yourself
basically and that is there like that library is already there holy shit yeah
this is scary Adrian I saw that you came up I see tech investor talk to me what
are you making this Google home taking over our lives these things have already
taken over a lot quicker than we anticipated no
honey I mean I was thinking like we had a couple years at least no I mean look
the vision pro came out and everybody's literally having lunch outside with the
vision pro on so it only takes a day from the test slug be going on the subway
to be fair I'm sure you know Apple's paying a pretty petty for the people to
walk around so with those headsets on but if you're not using you know the
home automation like are you back in like living 2005 what's the deal Dave
like this is not groundbreaking been doing this for years now you mean you
have a home home assistant I'm talking about not actually though I do have a
couple of homes but yes I am so sorry for my children's children who will
never be able to afford one but yes I'm one of those children action
well here's it here's a key bro you got to find you got to find some old people
that can adopt you hey action when my robot dog grows up will he be able to
afford a house Mellie will do you have a house will you adopt me
you see Dave is really good at doing chores I will say that yeah Dave will
do chores like he follows through when he's not distracted by the way real
quick I just wanted to mention it because I briefly touched on beginning
the space a couple people did yeah me if you are looking to meet up with this
cool cast of characters and potentially the actions new Sun the way to go about
that would be to check out the link in the top of the space that's gonna be for
the world web 3 conference you can come and plead your case there we've got a
bunch of us that are gonna be there in person but even better yet if you've any
interest by the way some great characters gonna be there myself Lucas
action of money many many others that I recommend you go ahead and check out and
they've also really set it up nicely so if you come you're gonna get that
networking benefit they made sure that don't worry about showing up and not
knowing anybody they've taken care of that already the best thing about it's
actually just to DM me the word conference because I have a nice size
discount code that I can get over to you so if you are looking to make some of
these connections and maybe learn more about the world of AI with three some
of these other pieces other questionable items go ahead and DM me that word
conference and get it over to me and we'll make it happen I did see Adrian
was on stage as well Dave I don't see him anymore it looks like he may have
dropped down a little bit but I'll turn it back to you to keep us rolling in the
meantime yeah I appreciate it gab are you gonna be at this conference as well
I need to confirm this I have to book my ticket actually yes I want to come I
want to network I want to be everywhere with you guys so yes I will be there
cool cuz I I'm really looking forward to taking a picture between Gav and Lucas
just so everybody can tell how short I am it's gonna be really exciting wait how
short are you I'm normal size than five six normally when people say that like
and you're a dude you got to say like and a half or something you know I mean
just like you should stretch it a little bit I don't have any trouble I don't
need to stretch anything buddy I don't know how tall you are look at that face
I mean that's a face anyone could love let's go wait wait wait beat you to a
buddy no so can we talk about wait hold on
Ani I know that you and and Alex are obviously constantly like playing with
rock I know penny all the time also but has grok gotten any better because I'm
ready I'm literally ready to divorce GPT I'm not even kidding like it's been
terrible like it gives me like one sentence like it returns me once I did a
quick search I didn't ask you to do a quick search I asked you to do a thorough
detailed search not like quick how are you guys using grok oh my god dude um
grok I've actually been disappointed in grok a little bit it's because so you
know like I understand like prompting is like a skill and you have to say
things a certain way for the for the AI to understand right but with grok the
most disappointing thing is like it'll give you different answers different
times with the same prompt and it is just the most annoying thing because it
will give you like it'll say yes now and then no in like five minutes with the
same prompt same question same information and all of that and I'm just
just waiting for it to get better and I think that's why I think a lot of people
are also seeing that because I saw a huge drop in like grok content nobody's
really talking about it nobody's like you know asking people like oh what's
going on with grok and all that it's I'm honestly disappointing like I really
thought there was a lot of potential but I did there's this there's this other
app that I use it's called hollow world and what it essentially does is
downloads your Twitter persona and turns you into like an AI bot you can talk to
and that they actually did a much better job of downloading and giving you like
your information and who you are and what you are and all of that then grok
so it was like super disappointing to see but yeah it's it's uh but I wanted
to mention that one too if you guys are interested it's it's really cool to
check it out how can I jump in very quickly yeah of course you miss I'm
surprised that so you guys have already spoken about Gemini I'll try today I
didn't miss it yeah you did you want to talk a little bit about it no no no then
it's okay then it's okay because like we didn't we didn't really we didn't talk
about it in this space we talked about in the space right before this space so
that's why probably I missed it yeah yeah you could still if you still want
to talk about it I'm sure it's fine no because you're talking about grok and
like as I think action said or I don't know who said like are you in 2005 like
so grok is like 2005 when you when you when you look at Gemini ultra and I
don't know whether you've signed up for Gemini advance where you get it for free
for two months it's it's it's pretty cool we have tried a few things we
usually don't use any kind of chat interfaces because we have our own
internal interface that works really really well but I tried it out for to
understand how it works and everything and it is pretty impressive and plus
ultra is still not there in API's in GCP Google Cloud API's yet obviously the
only way I can access our try is through the Gemini now bard is dead it's
reincarnated in reincarnated as Gemini and it's it's it's pretty powerful
especially in coding it's really really powerful so try it out if you're you
know want to create some simple code and everything things like Python JavaScript
and go it's extremely powerful on those three really really powerful I mean
Google has done phenomenal job at training that model so the other thing
that if you're not using using the extensions like if you switch on the
YouTube extension and then just type like at the right YouTube like at YouTube
and then you ask question with the YouTube link then it will actually
analyze the entire video and then you can literally talk to the video and get
the summary and get question and answer and the best part is that you can
multithread so you can let's say for example if you're looking at a YouTube
video which is let's say of Bali and you are asking and then you can ask okay can
you show me this particular location in Bali and then it will tap into Google
Maps and show you the location and then if you say okay I want to go to Bali
next month can you find the flights and it will find the flights so you have
that multi model multi extension multi market multi action experience within the
same context window it's extremely powerful so this is something that I
found really really powerful and if you're not so worried about your
privacy that you shouldn't be if you're on Google platform anyways you can
switch on Google workspace and then you can use commands like add Gmail and then
you can say can you summarize last three emails and if you look into
your Gmail account find last three emails and summarize those for you so
all these things and you can even push the information to Google Docs so you
can say okay can you push this information to Google Docs and it will
extract and do the stuff and push the information to your Google Docs so these
are extremely powerful tools at your disposal in Gemini and last thing
from my side I have to go for supper I'm based in in London it's half past six
and unfortunately I'm not allowed phone on the dining table it's strictly
forbidden so I'll step down to listener mode and then jump in back if you guys
are still around so thank you for that thank you those were those were so good
like this is what I'm talking about and this is what I think most of these AI
accounts that we are like talking about saying that if you're sleeping on AI
right now you're gonna be missing out because there's so much that has been
you know that has been done already that if you aren't like taking those taking
those and learning those and putting these things together like how you just
said that blew my mind because like if if I can go and read my emails and tell
me like this is the summary this like give me three bullet points of like what
the emails are talking about like why not you know it's it's crazy so
seriously if anybody's sleeping on AI right now just just get on it like Ryan
was talking about before just get that you know there there's free stuff out
there to just start get started with something even if you wanted to just go
into Chad GPT 3.5 which is free and say hey teach me how to code it'll give you
something right you can get started and then grow into some of that other some
of that more advanced on technology but yeah start learning you're gonna be
missing out so see we got Adrian back up on stage Adrian can you hear us yeah
perfect perfect yeah I'd love to get your thoughts on the topic you know as
somebody who's obviously running this conference as well where do you see kind
of the AI thematic fitting into it I'm sure you're gonna have plenty of speakers
that'll be discussing it
okay that's my fault I apologize I saw the account once before on stage and so
I called on the wrong one but I take full responsibility but we have an Adrian
back up on stage so I'll bring it back over to you Dave we'll keep things rolling
up here but I do my best I do my best but a lot of a lot of faces coming up
on stage yeah and now you're good you're good you're good yeah that was like I
mean he was dropping that that was gold you know what it gets you know what he's
talking about right he said live-action model what are we putting in our it's
the rabbit I'm telling you this rabbit is gonna is finding us it for real like
I know he went to the table I wish you would have commented we have a comment
on the rabbit a action I will real quick before you go over I will say Dave I
completely agree with you on the chat GPT stuff it feels it used to be
exciting to use and now it's like a task yeah it's like I have to fight it in
order to get me like what I want like before it was like okay let me figure
out how to kind of finesse this and like really learn how to prompt but now it's
like you're bobbing a weave in you just like avoiding roadblocks every every
two minutes it's it sucks action you using the what's it called the rabbit no
that was Mona that's got a rabbit I try I'm the real thing guy you want a real
rabbit actually no I keep the rabbits off my property they eat my stuff so no
but I don't see the use of a rabbit to be honest with you neither neither
devices actually first let's talk about the AI AI one that people actually care
about everything that it does can be operated through software so the fact
that they're selling hardware is a hundred percent a gimmick I don't know
how to say it it's just it really is a gimmick I mean they're smart because
they're making a boatload of money because the hardware is not that
expensive to manufacture and they are saying it's so cheap but it's cheap
because the hardware doesn't need to be that beefy that's all what it's all
about and they're making money hand over fist and people do like their physical
devices rabbit is not gonna be a physical device forever it is going to
change and it's just a matter of time they you know did the right thing by
launching it as a physical device to get the clout and get people out there no
talking about it but it's not gonna last it's just not you know it's just not
the right model show me where there's something else that exists that's close
to something like that that had that in that employs this lot this large action
model right that that can you literally just talk to it and it'll order your
pizza order your uber everything voice controlled has a 4g wireless card like
you can call around the world cell phone are we talking about that or is anybody
getting it which one the human AI pin pin oh the humane that's did is that's
garbage too like I saw that one also like that one is terrible how much is
the rabbit team pain you Dave you can be honest with us I wish I had a payroll
over there I know I'm gonna have to tuck my tail between my legs at some point
about the rabbit but I'm not doing it yet Dave I'm holding out listen for 200
bucks yeah that's a lot like 200 1500 200 1500 that's why I still have an
iPhone 12 or or you can just look at it you're saving 200 bucks by not having
to get a separate device just saying oh I got that I don't know but like I mean
honey you saw the demo for the well what do you make of the pin I guess let's
let's let's talk about that for a second what do you think of the pin because the
pin is like it's not really conducive it's more like a it's like a wearable
kind of deal like I don't know like I don't really yeah it's like Luke said
actually it's your cell phone it's essentially your cell phone like you
just have you just don't have a device that you have to hold in your hand
because you know imagine our self was could like project or your sunglasses
could project stuff in front of you right when you use that I feel like it's
not like I'm gonna get it I'll wait for Apple to come up with the device like
that but I feel like it's it's the future I think that's where it's going
yeah if you think about it it's the user experience from getting input right
getting feedback to your brain the fastest is not taking your phone out of
your pocket and typing into your phone stuff it's the literally already have it
in your eyes in your head like a heads-up display and if you have you
want something you push a little button on the right the right side of the let's
just say it's not voice controlled but you push a little thing on the button on
the like on the side of the lens or whatever you're gonna be you know using
on your eyes it's the fastest way to get feedback to your eyes which then helps
you translate that to understanding and then problem-solving right and that's
what humans do with the internet you have all the questions in the world at
the palm of your hands now it's going to be at the you know as far away as your
eyes are to the lens of the of the whatever you're wearing whether it's
this new Apple product or it's the Ray-Ban the meta Ray-Ban glasses right
whatever it is doesn't really matter which one it is they'll all kind of
perform you know I mean around the same in terms of like getting information
quickly to you but whether it's like a premium experience like Apple provides
or it's an experience like the Ray-Bans right the the $250 heads-up display and
you know it's all gonna work pretty much the same but I definitely think that the
future is AR with glasses and being able to voice control the problem is what if
someone comes up to you and goes knows your voice commands after they hear you
say it a couple of times and all of a sudden start messing with you like oh
yeah do this do that you know they can mute their thing real quick and they
can start messing with you all of a sudden you're like pulling up all sorts
of like internet things that you didn't really want so I guess it's gonna have
to do voice recognition as in I it's a voice fingerprint so that when you do
actually give it commands it's in your voice that might solve it for a little
while until AI can copy your voice I was about to say it cuz the I can't copy
people's voice right I wonder I wonder if it's gonna be more of a retinal scan
like when it goes to like look it's always you know how your phone's always
like looking or your watch is always looking out if you guys have an Apple
watch but I do it's always looking for your wrist you know it's always a little
flashing a little light like I don't remember how many times a second but it
the same thing's gonna happen with the the goggles too I think it's gonna be
looking at your eye on a regular basis and it's gonna say okay this is not the
person who whoever is on this on the system and now we're not gonna let that
command go through minority report is here I mean if you said Alexa right now
I have Lexus gonna respond so I know exactly wait who's gonna respond your
Alexa come on action Alexa play Taylor Swift I'm just saying don't ever put two
ais like Alexa or PI against like have them talk to each other I tried to be
slick and do that yeah I like didn't really talk to me for like a week like a
week it was like short answers one-word answers you actually can get them to
talk to each other it was actually kind of entertaining like to be honest but
yeah we're actually lucky that AI like Alexa and Siri sucks so bad because even
that command like it activated Alexa but it didn't even do anything you gotta
tell it what to do like right away everybody what's going on hey Michael
how we going I always wanted to throw something in here and see what people
wanted to discuss on that with the AR stuff and like VR I see it not taking
you know this is definitely the own version one here in the Apple realm I'm
sure that we'll see advances in technology and things are gonna get
better and better and better as they release them or you know some other
company may be you know second mover better technology we'll see Apple's
definitely known for putting out good stuff but I definitely see this AR
augmented reality and virtual reality device changing the way learning works
in the way that you can do immersive learning methods on things like for for
pilots learning to fly in simulation and for various like even in the medical
field for like people going into surgeries if they're using if there's
devices or medical devices that are being used for surgery that this could
end up being you know a way of seeing like closer seeing more you know what's
what's happening kind of internally versus like trying to look at it you
know like you got you're manipulating the tools in someone's body while you're
looking to your you know right or up ahead at like some TV on the wall
instead you're actually you know the doc's wearing this thing and doing
doing you know surgery and things like that so I definitely see more of a
initial tech version like use of it the mainstream is going to be very
interested to see how this really rolls out and what people will fully use it in
their day-to-day lives I mean I always see it talking early this morning like I
was seeing that you know like the the picture of the two guys at the burger
joint sitting there just doing their doing their thing on their fish pros
while eating a burger at the place where they run their their course on if it's
fully adopted into like mainstream price points gonna have a bit of a problem on
that for a lot of people but those that can't afford it will definitely you know
as we can see they're already buying them but uh they're interested to see
where it goes I definitely like the industrial serious industrial use for
these things yeah good take man really good take so like Jason maybe like let
me let me ask you because like you're a former game developer right like how do
you see and they said used to used to teach game dev right how do you see I
mean not even just a general question of how do you see AI because like Lucas
holders you could build a whole game with just GPT prompts but for some of
these like triple-a games like we just saw yesterday that Disney bought a 1.5
billion dollars steak in fortnight right like how prevalent is AI in the
building of like games like fortnight like do you have any like can you give
us any any insight there yeah so when it comes to game development AI is used
everywhere it's always been that way like for example like non-playable
characters your NPC behavior AI I mean if you've ever played a really terrible
game with terrible NPCs you know pretty much right away you know they're like
walking in the walls they say weird things you know they're just doing weird
stuff so AI is used to create his lifelike behavior as we can the NPC I
can't tell you how many games I played where you know like I'll see a guy who
should be hiding behind a boulder or something that would protect him and he's
just standing there staring at me and I'm like oh yeah like I mean it's the
story of our lives that we've all seen that so that you know characters they
should be able to react to a player's actions they should adapt to a player's
playability on the you know be able to navigate the environments engaged in
combat solve puzzles you know exhibit emotion enhance overall immersion in the
realism of the game world that that's the goal of you know AI systems in in
non-playable character behavior and it's the cool thing about the AI systems
we're implementing now is that it's just basically enhancing everything on its
own right it's no longer oh we need to change the code we need to go and find
this line where it's bugged because something's wrong the AI systems will
actually go in there figure out where the problem is and fix it for you and
that problem might not even exist because the AI system that you were
building it on automatically generated the code to keep it as lifelike as
you also have procedural content generation right so AI algorithms they
can generate game content dynamically like levels maps terrains textures they
can all do it on the fly and that approach allows for the creation of
vast and diverse worlds and you can reduce development time and enable
endless replayability for example one of the games I'm playing right now lethal
company when you join like the maps aren't procedural but the content that's
inside those maps and once you open up I guess it's a dungeon really because
they're like buildings you walk in all those buildings and dungeons they're
completely procedurally generated which adds so much value to the game so even
though the outside world is the same once you enter a building you don't know
what you're walking into so it creates a it will also change the difficulty of
that map as well depending on how you've been playing and as the game
progresses so you have that adaptive difficulty so AI systems can
dynamically adjust the difficulty of the game based on the skills and the
preferences and the performance and then that will kind of ensure that
players are appropriately challenged leading to more enjoyable game
experiences without frustrating or overwhelming them which you know can
happen very quickly and if you are getting over overwhelmed or frustrated
while playing the AI system will kick in and dump things down for you and make it
easier for you to play sometimes some of the tricks that if you know that systems
are implemented if you've read about the games that you're playing what you can
do is you can actually go into the game and really just get rekt like in the
first level or the first like just go in there and suck like on purpose and then
the game will automatically get easier for you and I've played with those
systems before where I've done stuff like that and then you know then I'll
just go all out ham and then I'll you know dominate and then the game will
turn on me and then I'll get it so much harder so those those adaptive
difficulty AI systems are great there's so many of them I mean I can go on and
on you have natural language processing it's called NLP's which are basically AI
powered technologies that enable more sophisticated dialogue systems and
they're completely automated like so you can use voice activator or like maybe
you're just clicking on text or whatever the case is but you're seeing this more
and more where you you can actually have a real conversation with the system and
you can't even tell if it's a human or human or not right and then the players
can engage with the characters using natural language and that leads to way
more immersion especially if you can use your native language and interactive
experiences in general you got procedural animation right so AI techniques
that are used to generate realistic animations for characters and objects in
game that's a thing people don't consider that like we use motion capture
right so procedure automation and physics based simulations and that will
obviously result in smoother and more believable movement within the game
world that's that's definitely a thing and that's all AI right I could just go
on and on and on I talk on time so like chock-full of this information I put it
to good use yeah I really I definitely passionate about it you know to be
honest with you guys I'm just waiting for a micro trip that's like on the
nanometer scale that I can just stick inside my brain and you know stare out
the window and all the I'm thinking about my Google at home and
so I Google I'm on my way home start marinating my state get the ps5 going
make sure Dave is ready as my feet you know and I won't be impressed until I
have a robot that will literally feed my cat for me because that thing bothers me
all day long yeah I mean at what point at what point do we at what point do we
all stop communicating with each other out loud and we just do this baby let's
go if you could hear what I'm saying I said Dave I'm sending you a message
right now do you receive
you'd be happy if I can just say f you to the driver that cuts me off and then
nice I've been using AI just outside of like people that's awesome to hear that
that kind of that level of AI being utilized in game development and future
things it's like people don't realize like how a lot of like normal people
aren't realizing that like you can use AI for so many different things that
you can use it to just help you to develop things even if it's not like a
final product like it can help you get at least a starting point that you can
find like further refine and get to whatever it is that you need to have
that final stage of evaluation on but I mean if you're just looking for spitball
and ideas out there you can tell AI you can tell chat GBT
you know give me you know a list of 25 blank whatever's in headers based and
grouped by subject and it'll spit it out for you and then you can just go okay
well oh yeah this one looks good and you can run with that and build on it and
and do all sorts of things with it I've I've I mean I'm in the military and I
haven't been able to like I'm not plugging in like
secure you know things that are not supposed to go in there but like you
can use it for just like someone did something good and we're going to write
an award for them I'm giving chat GPT the job of giving me a basic award
narrative that I refine that saves me a lot of work and then I can make it
actually sound really good love that yeah it's a little bit a
little bit more difficult nowadays she's gotten lazy by the way Michael but um
that chat GPTs but I wanted to kind of uh ask the guys like action I know that
you've been obviously to a bunch of different conferences so I kind of want
like when you think about like has AI been used like at any conferences right
like I know I you know if there's like maybe like an AI chatbot on a website
I mean have you interacted with any sort of like AI like as of recently action
like going to any of these shows these conferences
not a conferences and not effectively I think the latest one that
that implemented a few things here and there was CES but I unfortunately didn't
get a chance to go out there because you got to think about this
right like the technology is new and it takes time for people to like
come up with ideas how am I going to implement this in a booth set up how am
I going to implement this on the floor so there there is a not only a learning
curve for people to you know get up and going with the
technology but there's also an implementation curve where people are
able to leverage the technology and implement it you know in their
what do you call it the you know the floor where people are actually going to
be walking around so there is a couple of steps that are
missing I guess you I would say before people who actually
use this mainstream there's always the delay you know getting the implementation
from you know the existence of those AI models
yeah good point Lucas like you're big on this on the event circuit
what are you seeing on the AI side well AI has been
used at events for like novelty for a long time
like that little remember that I can't remember the robot right now it had
like the electronic open head in the background of its skull
kind of a thing and it smiled and made frown faces and all
sorts it's like that's amateur hour compared to what we have for chat
GPT right now like the thing is so much more powerful
we have access to it where the other one was literally just the novelty
right now in terms of AR that you know people have been displaying
in VR and since 2016 at events in 2017 2018
there was a big I don't know if you guys know this or not but there was like a
big push just like there is in every category
in tech when it first comes out and like starts to become mainstream
around 2016 2017 it was like the AR VR push any company that had the name AR
VR in its name got funded right it was a a bubble and then all of a sudden those
AR VR companies like kind of disappeared
and they all consolidated and the same thing goes with like AI too right now
you don't hear about that I wish I could remember her name off
the top of my head like I said it's a if anybody's ever seen the the show
Silicon Valley it was in that show as well where they you know they had this
Zofia yeah probably her name so that person that I guess that AI
not really an AI I think it was more manually programmed by somebody else to
just interact but anyway I was just saying
like in terms of events that's that's useful but you know
you know what's really useful is like when you create an event assistance so
that it actually does all the work it replies to all the
people that are speaking at your events for you and then follows up with an
agenda and follows up with okay when you land at an event here's
where you're going to be going here's the ride you're going to get here's the
what time you're going on stage here's where you need to be like it's like a
travel agent for an event right and it should it gives you step by
step instructions so there's it's like the no-brainer
one-sheet document for speakers like that is a very useful tool
to have AI remember things for you as soon as you add someone to a list of
speakers right you could have them say hey remind
these people over and over again and until they confirm remind them every
24 hours or every 48 hours right and then
you know it's also really valuable to remind people and also to get make sure
that if people aren't coming you can have AI
go and replace with second third and fourth string people
that can take spots of like speakers because it happens with every event
there's always going to be people that bail at the last second right there's
always going to be speakers that are like are very
in some sometimes it's legit reasons but most of the time
it's like the imposter syndrome that's coming out and there it is they're
making like a thousand excuses of why they shouldn't go speak at an event
i know it's funny it sounds funny but you know for me and
for me and other everybody else up here that doesn't happen
for other people it does like it even the best of the best
people will not show up because of that imposter syndrome thing and i'm over
here raising my hand saying put me in coach
yeah and use the use the you can use the chat gbt to remind people
of like events every single chance you get and on top of that i mean
there's a million other ways you can use it um doing events but i'll stop there
for right now can i be selfish right now dave for just
one second and nerd out with lucas i'm hoping he remembers this one
um talking about those novelties you remember 3d vision
from uh nvidia how that was going to be the next revolution
of gaming man i was so pumped about that one
like trying that out at a conference back in the day i was like this is
amazing right i mean dude there were so many
systems along the way that now are like obsolete like
how long before like i don't want to date myself here but i i'm a history guy
so how long was laserdisc out everybody was
excited about laserdisc and it was just oh it was just gone
that's true i mean the same thing is gonna happen too with
you know vr think about like the quest you guys were all talking about the
quest earlier do you really think the quest has a
chance at this moment now that the apple vision pro is out
not a effing chance dude like that thing's gone it's the
it's the nintendo we i don't know if you guys know the average
time before you people use the nintendo we and they they put it in their closet
and never used it again but it was uh they used it the average
time for people using it was about 30 minutes and they never played it again
ever again for the nintendo we hey man i got a nintendo weave right behind me
plugged in ready to go okay it's plugged in and ready to go but
that doesn't mean you're using it hey hey no no footing of the we yeah
what's up guys so i know we got about five minutes left here because i gotta i
gotta jump right around that 159 mark so i did want to give jason a few minutes
here towards the latter portion of this to
just talk about what's coming up because we're exactly a month out from
the conference and so i did want to uh get a little bit of coverage here so
jason maybe you can reiterate for those that
didn't hear it earlier what is coming up in a month from today
yeah so i didn't really start out with that so let's cover that real quick so
the world web 3 conference is going to be on march 8th and 9th
march 8th will be a networking event at club 39 hosted by cryptos r us aka
george tung and um his entire team and entire network
will be there so we're really excited about that now the real fun starts on
march 9th the conference will begin at 8 a.m and
run till 6 p.m we have um geez we have so many people uh
big names uh krypto wendy oh a blockchain boy
lucas will be there action ceo will be there wolf you'll be there
um metamona so many so many names in fact um
this has been an ai topic we have i believe i have four ai speakers
i have brian harris he's doing screenwriting for ai
which is phenomenal his invention is just mind
boggling you guys will be able to see that there mica belini she'll be doing
intelligent ai systems for business and also i have ivan marcato and um
jojana marillo they're also doing uh like standard operating procedures for
business owners and uh ai like stuff they can start
implementing today uh which is really cool so
anyway our tracks include blockchain metaverse cryptocurrency nft
ai automation um and we have right now i've got about 36 speakers i'm probably
going to bring that up to 40 to make sure that uh our schedule is
nice and beefy uh we have uh vip members can join us at
jack's place for steakhouse dinner and then to cap off the night after
everything's all said and done on saturday the 9th we're having an after
party at club 3 9 you don't want to miss that
we have dj we have we're gonna have entertainers uh coming in and out
make sure you reach out to wolf financial uh if you want to
get a beefy discount code on tickets so um yeah that's pretty much the game
plan and um i think that was everything i wanted
to cover so yeah thank you wolf for that wrap up and i appreciate the
conversation today everyone thank you so much yeah let me double down on that if
you're at all thinking of coming dme the word
conference i already sent it out to those that did dme
uh it is going to definitely save you some money but overall i mean this is
one of the most affordable conferences that i've ever seen out there
especially when you look at the value that you're getting within it
uh i did see we got a hand up from real lucas
uh lucas did you have any other comments and then we'll probably move uh
to close it out from there in about a minute or two i had some comments about
the the apple vision pro and hd but if you guys are closing up i don't want to
i don't want to start a whole new thing no problem no problem yeah we're
trust me we're gonna have more more conversations on this topic
heads up next week our chat with the world web 3
conference is going to be on tuesday at 1 p.m eastern
so keep an eye out for that that's when that's going to be happening uh
for now jason i think you covered it really well that you have any other
final comments no i think that's it um i'm working on
the schedule as we speak i've been staring at it for the last two days the
internal schedule is nice and full i would like to get it up on the website
by tomorrow but you know that also depends on my
my team that's actually building out so expect to see the schedule up within the
next two to three days hopefully on the
website if you haven't checked it out yet go to the world conference.io
um you will not find a more affordable web 3 conference in this space i
guarantee it um so yes please come and join us come
join all of us there's going to be so many of us there
that are just sitting here right now hanging out and listening and uh check
out the speakers that are going to be there we have some
fascinating uh really really intelligent people that are going to be on stage and
i'm really excited about what's coming guys oh and uh
a little alpha for you guys tomorrow i'm meeting 50 cent
face to face so i'm going to see if maybe we can get him involved in some
way so yeah uh keep this quiet are you going to
meet him in the club
no unfortunately will there will there be many men there
there will be many many many many maybe miss gecko will make an appearance who
knows you're gonna ask him 21 questions
many men as long as he doesn't you know all right we keep this going all day
can't wait oh boy all right this one's been fun central
i love it i love it i love it uh make sure you're following all the accounts
that are up here we'll be back we have more coming up but for now i
got to jump and go co-host another space the space is where i
never end so make sure you're following along i
believe there's more wolf web three spaces coming up too
