So great, so great to hear your voice.
So to kick us off, you have built a really awesome platform
for yourself on web three. Can you talk us tell us about how you got into crypto and your content
Can you talk us, tell us about how you got into crypto
and your content creation journey that got you
creation journey that got you to where you are, you know, like all of that in a nutshell?
to where you are, you know, like all of that in a nutshell?
Oh, man, yeah, it's been a long, it's been a long, long journey, honestly. I started in crypto
Oh man, yeah, it's been a long,
it's been a long, long journey, honestly.
I started in crypto technically back in 2018.
technically back in 2018, I bought Doge, just kind of as like my friend messaged me because Doge at
I bought Doge just kind of as like my friend messaged me
because Doge at the time was like my favorite meme.
the time was like my favorite meme. And he was like, Oh, my gosh, they made a crypto out of it.
And he was like, oh my gosh, they made a crypto out of it.
And you know, of course, years later, after the crypto had already been made, but it was kind of
And you know, of course years later after the crypto
had already been made, but it was kind of getting
getting a little more traction at the time. So I bought some on like Robin Hood, and then, you know,
a little more traction at the time.
So I bought some on like Robinhood and then, you know,
forgot about it. And you know, the years go by in 2021. I was working at a real estate firm as a
And you know, the years go by in 2021.
I was working at a real estate firm as a business analyst
business analyst and doing like call center work, which I'm sure if any of you have worked in
in doing like call center work, which I'm sure
if any of you have worked in customer service
customer service or call centers, it's just so much fun. And so all of a sudden, my the same friend
or call centers, it's just so much fun.
And so all of a sudden the same friend that got me
that got me to buy Doge text me and is like, Hey, have you seen Doge lately? It's going crazy. Did
to buy Doge texted me and is like, hey,
have you seen Doge lately?
you actually buy it? And I was like, I think that I did. I don't remember. So I log into my Robin
And I was like, I think that I did.
So I log into my Robinhood, I read, downloaded everything
Hood, I read download and everything. And it is going berserk. And I have money. And I'm like, Oh,
and it is going berserk and I have money.
And I'm like, oh my God, like this is crazy.
my god, like, this is crazy. Like, I'm one of those people that made money in crypto, like that,
Like I'm one of those people that made money in crypto.
Like that, I thought it was just, you know,
I thought it was just, you know, people are full of crap when they said that they did.
people are full of crap when they said that they did.
So I got super excited and started getting into more crypto, I started trading more.
So I got super excited and started getting
I started trading more and I was kind of online,
And I was I was kind of online, but I didn't have like, I wasn't doxed really. I just kind of was
but I didn't have like, I wasn't doxed really.
I just kind of was like tweeting, just random stuff,
like tweeting just random stuff, you know, like, like doing the reply guy kind of stuff, just kind
you know, like doing the reply guy kind of stuff,
just kind of keeping to myself, especially at the time,
of keeping to myself. Especially at the time, there wasn't a lot of girls in crypto or especially
there wasn't a lot of girls in crypto
or especially not doxed girls at the time.
not doxed girls at the time. So you know, it's one of those things like I just wanted to kind of,
So, you know, it's one of those things,
like I just wanted to kind of, you know, be where I was.
you know, be where I was. And then I changed my username to Ashley,
And then I changed my username to Ashley,
because I can't even remember what it was, to be honest before, because I was more into politics
because I can't even remember what it was,
because I was more into politics back then.
back then. Nobody, nobody likes that. So I changed my name to Ashley, and I started connecting with
So I changed my name to Ashley
and I started connecting with a lot more crypto
a lot more crypto women. And then I also started getting like these crazy DMs from dudes, but I
and then I also started getting like these crazy DMs
from dudes, but I kind of ignored that.
kind of ignored that. And then I ended up doxing myself just because I really wanted to meet more
And then I ended up doxing myself,
just cause I really wanted to meet more women.
women. I made a post like post on your picture. And I was like, Hey, you know, I'd love to connect
I made a post like post on your picture
and I was like, hey, you know,
would love to connect with more crypto women.
with more crypto women don't really know that many got really cool responses. The tweet went
Don't really know if that many got really cool responses.
The tweet went kind of semi-viral
kind of semi viral compared to how it is on crypto. So ended up getting a ton of new, you know,
compared to how it is on crypto.
So ended up getting a ton of new, you know,
girls in the space, talking to me. And then I ended up also getting a bunch of dudes messaging
girls in the space talking to me.
And then I ended up also getting a bunch of dudes
messaging me to show me their tit,
me to show me their tip or tip for me to show them my titties, you know, very common DM pretty
or for me to show them my titties, you know,
Pretty much got that DM or dick pics
much got that DM or dick pics pretty much all the time at the time, you know, it's Wild West, I feel
pretty much all the time at the time.
You know, it's Wild West, I feel like.
like I'm sure all the girls on the stage can relate to something of that nature. Not not sure,
I'm sure all the girls on the stage can relate
to something of that nature.
Not sure, not sure though.
not sure though. So I started getting like really like just just a crazy amount of dick pics after
So I started getting like really,
like just a crazy amount of dick pics
after I posted my picture.
I posted my picture. And so in those requests, so I started making like jokes about it. So like I
And so in those requests,
so I started making like jokes about it.
So like I would post those pictures, obviously blurred out
would post those pictures obviously blurred out. And, you know, like, say, Hey, this is the the
and you know, like say, hey,
this is the person that sent me their dick today.
person that that, you know, sent me their dick today. And I made a NFT collection, I haven't sold
And I made a NFT collection.
I haven't sold any of these.
many of these, these are just for personal reasons, I made a little NFT collection called dicks of
These are just for personal reasons.
I made a little NFT collection called Dicks of Shame
shame, to where I, you know, upload their dick pic and, you know, have a little caption. So that
to where I upload their dick pic
and have a little caption.
So that was fun because it went on Reddit.
was fun, because it went on Reddit, and so many people were roasting these people. So it was
And so many people were roasting these people.
hilarious. And then I started making, you know, titty jokes, I'm sure a lot of you guys remember,
And then I started making, you know, titty jokes.
I'm sure a lot of you guys remember,
I don't do it so much now. But that's kind of where I started just making like silly titty jokes.
I don't do it so much now,
but that's kind of where I started
just making like silly titty jokes.
And I would get just just so many just haters because of it, people were like just super like,
And I would get just so many just taters because of it.
People were like just super like,
it was very controversial at the time, I guess, I don't know, it seemed crazy that people were
it was very controversial at the time, I guess.
It just seemed crazy that people were making dick jokes
making dick jokes, but not titty jokes. So I don't know. I felt that that void that people were
I felt that void that people were still missing
still missing in their lives. And then I ended up making my NFT collection crypto titties.
And then I ended up making my NFT collection, crypto titties.
Initially, it was just like, like, just random thing that I made. And it wasn't really like
Initially it was just like a just random thing that I made
and it wasn't really like supposed to go anywhere.
supposed to go anywhere. And I put it on the blockchain, somebody made an offer on it,
And I put it on the blockchain.
Somebody made an offer on it.
you know, I accepted, of course, and then a lot of people started DMing me and they were like,
You know, I accepted of course.
And then a lot of people started DMing me
and they were like, ooh, you know, can you make me one?
Oh, you know, can you make me one? I would love one that looks like this and blah, blah. So I
I would love one that looks like this and blah, blah.
So I started getting those requests
started getting those requests, and I started just making them and selling them to people.
and I started just making them and selling them to people.
And then I had one of my community members, they said, Hey, you know, you're you're kind of like
And then I had one of my community members, they said,
hey, you know, you're kind of like the titty ambassador.
the titty ambassador, it would be really cool if you started donating to breast cancer research.
It would be really cool if you started donating
to breast cancer research.
And I actually had a friend that passed away in late 2020. From breast cancer research,
And I actually had a friend that passed away in late 2020
from breast cancer research.
it was a lifelong friend of mine. She was, you know, a bit older, more family friend.
It was a lifelong friend of mine.
She was a bit older, more family friend,
But you know, she had cancer just a bunch of times. And you know, just somebody that was near
but she had cancer just a bunch of times
and just somebody that was near and dear to me.
and dear to me, if you've seen my my little weekly show, sometimes I do the afternoon tea,
If you've seen my little weekly show,
sometimes I do the afternoon tea.
I have like a little tea cup, and that's hers. That's her tea cup that I use.
I have like a little teacup and that's hers.
That's her teacup that I use.
So yeah, I was like, Oh, I'd love to do that. So I donated a pretty originally it was supposed to
So yeah, I was like, oh, I'd love to do that.
originally it was supposed to be just 15,
be just 15. But I ended up kind of going a little overboard and getting excited and donating a bunch
but I ended up kind of going a little overboard
and getting excited and donating a bunch
to the American Cancer Society because a giving block was doing their crypto donations. It was
to the American Cancer Society
because the Giving Block was doing their crypto donations.
just a really cool thing that I wanted to do because I felt like, you know, like I'm making
It was just a really cool thing that I wanted to do
because I felt like, you know, like, oh, I'm making
all this money off of these silly titty pictures, why not, you know. So then I had the American
all this money off of these silly titty pictures.
Then I had the American Cancer Society reach out to me
Cancer Society reach out to me, and they were like, Wow, this is the most we've ever had donated
and they were like, wow, this is the most we've ever had
donated in this particular area and crypto,
in this particular area. And crypto like this is crazy. Let's meet for lunch. So I was like,
like this is crazy, let's meet for lunch.
So I was like, okay, cool.
Okay, cool. So I met with them for lunch. And we had a great conversation. And they really wanted
So I met with them for lunch
and we had a great conversation
and they really wanted to know more about the blockchain.
to know more about the blockchain. So I ended up getting to educate them about crypto about, you
So I ended up getting to educate them about crypto,
about, you know, it's kind of everything.
know, it's kind of everything that they didn't even know the American Cancer Society didn't even
They didn't even know, the American Cancer Society
didn't even really know that the Giving Block
really know that the giving block was really doing that with crypto donations. So it was really
was really doing that with crypto donations.
cool. I got to work with them for a while and, you know, do some initiatives with them got to meet
I got to work with them for a while
and, you know, do some initiatives with them,
got to meet with some of their researchers
with some of their researchers and found out kind of where my money was going. So that was really,
and found out kind of where my money was going.
So that was really, really cool to see.
really cool to see. So I created my secondary collection, she survives, just purely donating
So I created my secondary collection, She Survives,
just purely donating 100%.
100%. Originally, I had intended for it to be more of like, like an ecosystem of giving,
Originally I had intended for it to be more of like,
like an ecosystem of giving,
but there was kind of like, people at the time didn't really, really like that. I guess they
but there was kind of like people at the time
didn't really, really like that.
I guess they were like, you know,
were like, you know, if you're doing a charity project, you need to donate 100%. And you know,
if you're doing a charity project,
you need to donate 100% and, you know,
not do anything for building, blah, blah, blah. And I was like, Yeah, yeah, I guess you're right.
not do anything for building, blah, blah, blah.
And I was like, yeah, yeah, I guess you're right.
You're right. You know, because originally, I intended to do like a, like a virtual center
because originally I intended to do like a virtual center
where all these researchers could, you know, gather their research and, you know, whatever,
where all these researchers could, you know,
gather their research and, you know, whatever.
and I wanted to do with some other things. But I was like, you know, 100% to charity is actually
And I wanted to do with some other things,
but I was like, you know, 100% to charity is actually better.
better. So that's what that's what I ended up doing with she survives. So that was really fun.
So that's what I ended up doing with She Survives.
That was a great, you know, thing to be a part of. And now I just kind of like, after a little bit
That was a great, you know, thing to be a part of.
And now I've just kind of like,
after a little bit of that was kind of, you know,
of that was was kind of, you know, in the past, and I'm still obviously kind of, you know, working
in the past, and I'm still obviously kind of, you know,
working on that, but I wanted to do something more.
on that, but I wanted to do something more, you know, it was like, you know, I've been in this
You know, it was like, you know,
I've been in this charity space.
charity space, I've been making jokes, I've been, you know, shitposting for a while, and I wanted
I've been, you know, shit posting for a while,
and I wanted to do more with myself
to do more with with myself, because like, you can't really just make jokes all day and go
because like you can't really just make jokes all day
and go anywhere because nobody really knew
anywhere, because nobody really knew that I knew anything about crypto, nobody really knew
that I knew anything about crypto.
Nobody really knew that I had any kind of experience
that I had any kind of experience with anything other than making jokes. And, you know, that was
with anything other than making jokes.
And, you know, that was my fault, not anyone else's fault.
my fault, not anyone else's fault. So I really wanted to make content that was fun, and somewhat
So I really wanted to make content that was fun
and somewhat educational in like a funny way.
educational in like a funny way. You know, I didn't want to like, I don't like boring, educational
You know, I didn't want to like,
I don't like boring educational content.
content is just kind of like, man. So I started doing that and making content around crypto and
It's just kind of like, meh.
So I started doing that and making content around crypto
and just generally making content
just generally making content just because I was having fun with it. And that started really back
just because I was having fun with it.
And that started really back in November of 2022.
in November of 2022. And I was really inspired by a lot of, you know, great creators, one of,
And I was really inspired by a lot of, you know,
One of, you know, even though this is a mad last day show,
you know, even even though this is a mad last day show, one of my biggest inspirations was, you know,
one of my biggest inspirations was, you know, K-Money.
K money, I'm sure all of you have heard of gay money. But he was one of the few that was doing
I'm sure all of you have heard of K-Money,
but he was one of the few that was doing like skits
like skits and funny stuff like that. So he really inspired me to put myself out there.
and funny stuff like that.
So he really inspired me to put myself out there
and several other people in the space, of course,
And several other people in the space, of course, like obviously, Jakey and many others. But there
like obviously Jakey and many others,
but there wasn't a whole lot of women
there wasn't a whole lot of women that were doing videos. At the time, like not skits or anything
that were doing videos at the time,
like not skits or anything like that.
like that, there was a few that that were doing something like that. And I just was like, I really
There was a few that were doing something like that.
I really would love to fill that gap.
would love to fill that that gap. And obviously, I'm not the first, but I felt like, you know,
And obviously I'm not the first,
but I felt like, you know,
there was not as much female content creators as there were male content creators. So that's why
there was not as much female content creators
as there were male content creators.
So that's why I started going in that direction.
I started going in that direction. And I really pivoted away from, you know, that that other
And I really pivoted away from, you know,
that other content, you know,
content, you know, the city content that I was making, because you can only really go so far with
the city content that I was making,
because you can only really go so far with that.
that, you know, you can only tweet about titties a certain amount of times, and it gets a little old,
You know, you can only tweet about titties
a certain amount of times and it gets a little old.
you know, unfortunately, you can't really keep that going forever. So I really wanted to go into
you can't really keep that going forever.
So I really wanted to go into a more professional,
a more professional, still fun direction. So that's kind of where I am now. And I was really
So that's kind of where I am now.
And I was really fortunate, you know,
fortunate, you know, during the bear market, it was really difficult, because I was, you know,
during the bear market, it was really difficult
because I was, you know, really struggling.
really struggling, I'd been unemployed, I quit my job back in 2021. You know, as a business analyst
I'd been unemployed, I quit my job back in 2021.
You know, as a business analyst,
was just really making content trading, things like that, when the bear market hit,
was just really making content, trading,
things like that, when the bear market hit,
it really, really hit me hard. You know, like, I'm sure a lot of you that were in the original
it really, really hit me hard.
You know, like, I'm sure a lot of you
that were in the original bull market,
bull market, well, not the original original, but but in the 2021 2022 bull, that was crazy, you know,
well, not the original original,
but in the 2021, 2022 bull, that was crazy.
You know, like you could literally throw money at anything
like, you could literally throw money at anything, and you would get a good trade. I mean, literally,
and you would get a good trade.
I mean, literally you could be an unexperienced trader
you could be an unexperienced trader and make a crazy amount of money. And so I was just expecting
and make a crazy amount of money.
And so I was just expecting that
that. Because when you have that much, and this is for other people in the audience that are maybe
because when you have that much,
and this is for other people in the audience
that are maybe experiencing their first mini bull,
experiencing their first mini bull, you know, you got to say that money. And at the time, I didn't.
you know, you got to say that money.
And at the time I didn't, and I was not,
And I was not in plus, I donated a lot of money to charity, probably a little more than I should
and plus I donated a lot of money to charity,
probably a little more than I should have,
have a little more than I promised to. Because I just, you know, was feeling so good, you know,
a little more than I promised to,
because I just, you know, was feeling so good,
you know, it's just really nice thing to do.
it's just really nice thing to do. And I ended up just being in like kind of a weird place. And
And I ended up just being in like kind of a weird place
I'd say early 2023. And I started getting really sad, there's people like coming after me for
And I started getting really sad.
There was people like coming after me
for multiple different reasons.
multiple different reasons, I had a really bad lot of people in the bear market, when they're upset,
a lot of people in the bear market when they're upset,
they kind of like take that and, you know, especially when they see someone doing something
they kind of like take that.
And, you know, especially when they see someone
doing something in the space
in the space, and they like to kind of get you down. And, you know, I have, I have bipolar
and they like to kind of get you down.
And, you know, I have bipolar disorder,
disorder, so I take it much more hard and very, very sensitive. So it just was a really, really
so I take it much more hard.
I'm very, very sensitive.
So it just was a really, really rough year for so, so long.
rough year for so, so long. And I felt like kind of, you know, myself going back into web two.
And I felt like kind of, you know,
myself going back into web two.
And then, and then actually, Amy reached out to me. Amy reached out to me in I think, I think it
And then, and then actually Amy reached out to me,
Amy reached out to me in, I think it was August of 2023.
was August of 2023. And she was like, Hey, you know, I've got this really cool. And I started
And she was like, hey, you know, I've got this really cool.
And I've started to be more into soul.
to be more into soul, I've started kind of getting more into soul in the bear market. And she was
I've started kind of getting more into soul
And she was like, I would love for you to come to,
like, I would love for you to come to, you know, my event, you know, the the rove events that they
you know, my event, you know, the, the ROV events
that they were holding, you know, Solana Summerfest.
were holding, you know, Solana summer fest. And, you know, I'd love to have you be a guest,
And, you know, I'd love to, to have you be a guest.
Blah, blah, blah, you know, like just,
you know, like, just just hyphen this event up. And I was like, you know, I've been more into
just hyphen this event up.
And I was like, you know, I've been more
into Solana lately, you know,
Solana lately. You know, not that I wasn't, you know, into ETH, but I just really like, I've been,
not that I wasn't, you know, into ETH,
but I just really like, I'd been, you know,
you know, into Solana since 2021 as well, but I hadn't really like gotten into it.
into Solana since 2021 as well,
but I hadn't really like gotten into it.
So I ended up going to that event, and I got a job there, where I work now full moon. So that was
So I ended up going to that event and I got a job there
where I work now, Hello Moon.
So that was really, really like just a really great thing
really, really, like, just a really great thing for me, because I really wanted some stability in
for me, cause I really wanted some stability in my life
my life after not being employed for two years. And then now I'm starting to, you know, kind of
after not being employed for two years.
And then now I'm starting to, you know, kind of like,
like, I just got a magic Eden ambassadorship, I'm working with drug radio now. So just felt like
I just got a magic Eden ambassadorship.
I'm working with drug radio now.
So it just felt like a really good come up compared
a really good come up compared to last year. So that's kind of like my story in five minutes or
So that's kind of like my story in five minutes or less.
that's awesome. That's awesome. So, and it's awesome to hear the arc too, because I think
So, and it's awesome to hear the arc too,
because I think people that have been
people that have been in the space for a little while they go through, you know, it's not just
in the space for a little while, they go through, you know,
it's not just all fun and games all the time.
all fun and games all the time. And certainly with the bear market, there's been some ups and downs.
And certainly with the bear market,
there's been some ups and downs.
So it's awesome to hear your trajectory. And you just mentioned that you recently became ambassador
So it's awesome to hear your trajectory.
And you just mentioned that you recently became ambassador
for magic Eden, like our our next guest to Amy. Can you talk about how you made the leap into
for magic Eden, like our next guest to Amy.
Can you talk about how you made the leap
into doing, like how you ended up teaming up with magic Eden
doing like how you ended up teaming up with magic Eden and also for the uninitiated? What does an
and also for the uninitiated, what does an ambassador do?
ambassador do? That is those are both great questions. So I have been a magic Eden fan for
That is, those are both great questions.
So I have been a magic Eden fan for a long time,
a long time, been using them forever, have a great relationship with pretty much every single person

out with everybody that works there, I've been supporting them, you know, for forever for since
I've been supporting them, you know, for forever,
2021. And, you know, that was something like that I had that relationship with before at any time
And, you know, that was something like
that I had that relationship with before.
And anytime that I have ever taken an ambassadorship,
that I have ever taken an ambassadorship, you know, you have to make sure you align with someone that
you know, you have to make sure you align
with someone that you would work with anyway,
you would work with anyway, regardless of whether you were an ambassador with them or not. You know,
regardless of whether you were an ambassador
with them or not, you know, back in 2021, 2022,
back in 2021 2022, when I was first starting, you know, I had taken a couple of ambassadorships for
when I was first starting, you know,
I had taken a couple of ambassadorships for companies
companies that I felt like aligned with me, but I didn't really know of before. And they offer you,
that I felt like aligned with me,
but I didn't really know of before.
And they offer you, you know, all this crazy stuff
you know, all this crazy stuff when you first start with an ambassadorship. And you got to be
when you first start with an ambassadorship.
And you gotta be careful with that because, you know,
careful with that. Because, you know, there was a project that I worked with that did me very,
there was a project that I worked with
that did me very, very dirty.
very dirty. So I promised myself in the future, like, hey, instead of working with, you know,
So I promised myself in the future, like,
hey, instead of working with, you know, random companies,
random companies, I'm going to be working with the only projects that either I know the people that
I'm going to be working with the only projects
that either I know the people that are involved directly
are involved directly, or that I already support anyway. So that's how that happened with Magic
or that I already support anyway.
So that's how that happened with Magic Eden.

You can tell that they're, you know,
they have the same tweet, you know,
it just looks all, you know, not very organic,
not very organic, but with an ambassador, it's all very different. So an ambassador is just basically
but with an ambassador, it's all very different.
So an ambassador is just basically like,
like, like, think of, you know, when you go to a football game, and you see, you know, the fun,

like, just some, you know, copy and pasted bullshit. So that is the biggest difference between being
So that is the biggest difference between
being an ambassador and being, you know,
an ambassador and being, you know, just some promo guy. That's awesome. I mean, it's fun to see you
I mean, it's fun to see you make that leap
make that leap, and super cool. So you mentioned before about mental health, and you've also,

have the knowledge of what goes on in the hood, but we can educate today. So when you are a company
of what goes on in the hood, but we can educate today.
So when you are a company that does a raise
that does a raise, and you have a group of investors, and they are investing in a company
and you have a group of investors
and they are investing in a company
that also is going to be launching a token, oftentimes they partner up an investment. Like
that also is going to be launching a token,
oftentimes they partner up an investment
like it's a 50-50 kind of thing
it's a 5050 kind of thing or whatever their split looks like for investment, you're you're giving
or whatever their split looks like for investment.
You're giving upfront capital where you're getting a,
upfront capital, where you're getting a in return, you are getting a piece of the company
in return, you are getting a piece of the company
with like stock in the company. And you're also getting a token warrant. And that way, they're
with like stock in the company
and you're also getting a token warrant.
And that way they're able to kind of spread the wealth
able to kind of spread the wealth a little bit easier and gives the investors a better upside
a little bit easier and it gives the investors
a better upside for their investment
for their investment because it's a more immediate and tastier deal when they're able to get an
because it's a more immediate and tastier deal
when they're able to get an allocation for locked up tokens.
allocation for locked up tokens. So if you look at the space, and you think about who are VCs here
So if you look at this space and you think about
who are VCs here that we see on all these big companies
that we see on all these big companies that do these giant raises, and you look at their commonalities
that do these giant raises and you look at their commonalities
between each one of these companies, and each one of the VCs that have invested in them, you can
between each one of these companies
and each one of the VCs that have invested in them,
you can often tie that some of these VCs,
often tie that some of these VCs, some of these angels, do not fuck with any sort of raise that's
some of these angels do not fuck with any sort of raise
that's not giving them a token allocation.
not giving them a token allocation. So you can do your own research and figure out who those VCs are,
So you can do your own research
and figure out who those VCs are, who those angels are
who those angels are, and like assume like, oh, if this VCs on this, and they're like leading this,
and like assume like, oh, if this VCs on this
and they're like leading this
or they are investing a decent amount into this, then they're getting a saft out of this. And what
or they are investing a decent amount into this,
then they're getting a SAFT out of this.
And what a SAFT is, is a document essentially
a saft is, is a document essentially, that makes sure that everything is compliant with the SEC and
that makes sure that everything is compliant
with the SEC and regulations
regulations when it comes to promising cryptocurrency tokens with your investment. It's
when it comes to promising cryptocurrency tokens
It's like the way to keep things safe.
like the way to keep things safe. Now, if you have a saft with your investors, there are things that
Now, if you have a SAFT with your investors,
there are things that you can and cannot say
you can and cannot say regarding the launch of your token because it's the way that regulations
regarding the launch of your token
because it's the way that regulations work
work in the United States. So Magic Eden is based in the United States, they're launching a token,
So Magic Eden is based in the United States.
They are launching a token
and they like they aren't doing it under Magic Eden's hood, because it would be illegal to.
and they aren't doing it under Magic Eden's hood
because it would be illegal to.
So there is a DAO that they have formed in a similar way that board apes launched Apecoin,
So there is a DAO that they have formed
in a similar way that BoardApes launched ApeCoin
and they have to have a separate entity that uses the on-chain metrics that they're gathering from
and they have to have a separate entity
that uses the on-chain metrics
that they're gathering from the core entity
the core entity that is Magic Eden, and saying, hey, we're going to reward these people and be
that is Magic Eden and saying,
hey, we're gonna reward these people
and be able to also give money back
able to also give money back to our investors through this token, but it's not through the
to our investors through this token,
but it's not through the core company
core company because it's illegal to do so. So they can't say Magic Eden's launching a token,
because it's illegal to do so.
So they can't say Magic Eden's launching a token.
they can say, oh, there's this DAO that's tracking the on-chain metrics of Magic Eden,
They can say, oh, there's this DAO
that's tracking the on-chain metrics of Magic Eden
and they are going to be launching a token called NFT that's going to be giving
and they are going to be launching a token called NFT
that's going to be giving rewards back
rewards back to early adopters and users of this platform. And so Magic Eden can't spell out, hey,
to early adopters and users of this platform.
And so Magic Eden can't spell out,
hey, you guys are getting a token
you guys are getting a token because they can't legally do it because there's a saft.
because they can't legally do it because there's a SAFT.
But they're doing everything they can to spell it out the same way that Apecoin did,
But they're doing everything they can to spell it out
the same way that ApeCoin did,
the same way that all these other people who've launched tokens have done the same thing,
the same way that all these other people
who've launched tokens have done the same thing.
they can't spell it out though. But the cool thing is, is their ambassadors are not under
They can't spell it out though.
is their ambassadors are not under contract
contract and we don't work for them. So guess what we can do, we can go around and do this.
and we don't work for them.
We can go around and do this and they did that on purpose
And they did that on purpose so that you guys, we're not legally obligated to Magic Eden.
so that you guys, we're not legally obligated to Magic Eden.
I'm not, I don't work for Magic Eden, I'm just an ambassador. And there's no strings attached,
I don't work for Magic Eden, I'm just an ambassador.
And there's no strings attached.
I can go speak freely about it and educate you guys so you guys can have the heads up, hey,
I can go speak freely about it and educate you guys
so you guys can have the heads up,
hey, there's a token coming.
there's a token coming. So trying to do the good deed and spread the word, but NFT is a token that
So trying to do the good deed and spread the word,
but NFT is a token that is going to fulfill the promise
is going to fulfill the promise of a token allocation for the investors of Magic Eden,
of a token allocation for the investors of Magic Eden,
therefore it's tied to the on-chain activity on Magic Eden. So go farm away your diamonds
therefore it's tied to the on-chain activity on Magic Eden.
So go farm away your diamonds
because they're directly correlated to the NFT token. Awesome folks, you hear it loud and clear.
because they're directly correlated to the NFT token.
Awesome folks, you heard it here loud and clear.
So that's awesome, love that. And it is tricky, people have to word things
So that's awesome, love that.
And it is tricky, people have to word things
in specific ways in the space and to try not to run afoul of regulators and stuff. So
in specific ways in the space
and to try and not run afoul of regulators and stuff.
So reading between the lines
reading between the lines or just listening to the ambassadors is a great way to figure out what's
or just listening to the ambassadors
is a great way to figure out what's going on.
going on. Okay, so obviously you're involved in so many projects and part of so many communities,
Okay, so obviously you're involved in so many projects
and part of so many communities.
how do you manage your time and mental health in this space? Like is the FOMO real?
How do you manage your time
and mental health in this space?
Honestly, I struggle with this still and I'm like adapting and trying to figure out how to best
Honestly, I struggle with this still
and I'm like adapting and trying to figure out
how to best allocate my time.
allocate my time. In 2022 I was like all live events, all online, Twitter spaces as often as
2022, I was like all live events, all online,
Twitter spaces as often as I can
I can and I still do a lot of those things, but like I neglected my personal physical health
and I still do a lot of those things,
but like I neglected my personal physical health a ton
a ton and wasn't like eating healthy, I was just like eating on the go, I was not working out
and wasn't like eating healthy,
I was just like eating on the go,
I was not working out consistently,
consistently, I wasn't drinking water, I wasn't getting good sleep and it really took a toll on
I wasn't drinking water, I wasn't getting good sleep
and it really took a toll on my physical and mental health
my physical and mental health. And then I was like, okay, I don't like the girl in the mirror,
and then I was like, okay, I don't like the girl
in the mirror, I don't like the feeling I've got
I don't like the feeling I've got, but I love being in this space so I've got to find a way to
but I love being in the space,
so I've got to find a way to kind of regulate that.
kind of regulate that. So I started an aggressive like 75 days hard challenge and did a couple of
So I started an aggressive like 75 days hard challenge
and did a couple of those and like I've kind of got back
those and like I've kind of got back on the horse of being in good shape and working my way to my
on the horse of being in good shape
and working my way to my physical health goals
physical health goals and then mental health goals as well. But I will be transparent and say like,
and then mental health goals as well,
but I will be transparent and say like,
I still have a lot of FOMO because I work full-time for ROV. I also work pretty much like another
I still have a lot of FOMO
because I work full time for ROV,
I also work pretty much like another full time job
full-time job for the arena. I'm working like 5, 6 a.m. till like 10, 11 p.m. at night usually
for the arena, I'm working like five, six a.m.
till like 10, 11 p.m. at night usually
and it's a lot. And then I also try to trade and like keep up with stuff in between that
and it's a lot and then I also try to trade
and like keep up with stuff in between that
and I miss stuff because I'm so busy. I also do some consulting calls in between there for
and I miss stuff because I'm so busy,
I also do some consulting calls in between there
different companies that are launching and stuff like that here and there depending if it's the
for different companies that are launching
and stuff like that here and there
depending if it's the right fit for me
right fit for me. And then I do have like these ambassador things and like I do a lot of Twitter
and then I do have like these ambassador things
and like I do a lot of Twitter spaces and speak publicly
spaces and speak publicly and then I do these live events. It's like a lot and I honestly just
and then I do these live events, it's like a lot
and I honestly just hired a mintern
hired a mentor so I don't have to worry about the which is like what I'm calling it. Some people
so I don't have to worry about the,
which is like what I'm calling it,
some people would call it that,
called it that. It's like an intern that goes out and gets mints for you and like does the token
it's like an intern that goes out and gets mints for you
and like does the token hunting and stuff like that for you
hunting and stuff like that for you and air drop farming and just like kind of tells me what to do
and air drop farming and just like kind of tells me
what to do or does it for me
or does it for me and I just like give them the money to do it. Because otherwise I would miss
and I just like give them the money to do it
because otherwise I would miss out on a lot of money
out on a lot of money being made in this space and I have really struggled with the FOMO because
and I have really struggled with the FOMO
because I'd be like fuck, like how the fuck did I miss this
I'd be like fuck like how the fuck did I miss this because I'm here all the time and how did I miss
because I'm here all the time and how did I miss that?
that. Like it's honestly devastating sometimes that you miss out on mints like you people think
Like it's honestly devastating sometimes
that you miss out on mints,
like people think like Ashley's a huge influencer, right?
like Ashley's a huge influencer right and like Ashley will miss out on shit and like it's not
And like Ashley will miss out on shit
and like it's not because she's not getting,
because she's not getting like sometimes you go out to fight for it's like a different kind of
sometimes you go out at a fight for,
it's like a different kind of grift,
grift you know what I mean like you think you're in the discord like grinding for whitelist like
Like you think you're in the discord
like grinding for whitelist,
like the influencers also have to do some of that too,
the influencers also have to do some of that too believe it or not like it's not given to everyone
believe it or not, like it's not given to everyone.
Ashley and I are in a lot of group chats and we're like do you have whitelist to this no I didn't
Ashley and I are in a lot of group chats
and we're like, do you have whitelist to this?
No, I didn't go whitelist to that either,
go at least for that either like how the fuck like um like we've been around them we're in group
like how the fuck, like we've been around them,
we're in group chats with that person,
chats with that person we're in group chats with the founder how do we not get whitelist to that
we're in group chats with the founder,
how do we not get whitelist to that?
like and we there's a lot of missed opportunity because we're very busy behind the scenes or like
And there's a lot of missed opportunity
because we're very busy behind the scenes
or like being frontward facing.
being frontward facing so trying to find ways to still be able to capitalize on things like I have
So trying to find ways to still be able
like I have a lot of friends that are just kind of like
a lot of friends that are just kind of like underground and on traders that are way out
underground and on traders that are way outperforming me
performing me and I'm here every day and speaking loud about shit you know um so I just am trying
and I'm here every day and speaking loud about shit.
So I just, I'm trying to find a way slowly
to find a way slowly to kind of chip away at what I want my life to look like and I'm getting closer
to kind of chip away at what I want my life to look like
and I'm getting closer to it, but it's not perfect.
to it but it's not perfect I'm still succumbing to FOMO every single day and still trying to figure
I'm still succumbing to FOMO every single day
and still trying to figure out
out how to like keep myself on board yeah that is a lot to juggle because um yeah your work with
how to like keep myself on board.
Yeah, that is a lot to juggle
because yeah, your work with rove world and arena app,
rove world and arena app we wanted to talk to you about that and but we're running out of time um
we wanted to talk to you about that
but we're running out of time, but hiring intern,
but but hiring intern god you said that and I was like wow that is brilliant um I need one of those
God, you said that and I was like, wow, that is brilliant.
I need one of those for sure.
for sure yeah we can spare one if you want to I'll talk to you about it all for you oh hell yeah
We can share one with the one Ash
I'll talk to you about it all for.
that's awesome um yeah way to modify the system so we got a speed round for you too aiming
Yeah, way to modify the system.
So we got a speed round for you too, Amy.
eth you want to take it away yeah for sure I was just gonna say too I know Leela's heard me gripe
Keith, you wanna take it away?
I was just gonna say too,
Leela's heard me griping complain this whole week
and complain this whole week because I'm working full time and doing university at night and it's
cause I'm working full time and doing university at night
and it's just crazy to like the FOMO is just so real.
just crazy to like the FOMO is just so real like it just makes you want to quit your in real life
Like it just makes you wanna quit your in real life job
job and just do like web 3 all the time so but anyway I digress um amy we got some speed
and just do like web three all the time.
So, but anyway, I digress.
Amy, we got some speed around questions for you.
around questions for you so uh what was your dream job as a child growing up um
So what was your dream job as a child growing up?
I wanted to be a golf cart girl on the golf cart
I wanted to be a golf cart girl on the golf cart and give out snacks to people on the golf cart
and give out snacks to people on the golf cart.
that's what I might it was the best job in the whole world you get to like be around ice cream
That's what I, it was the best job in the whole world.
You get to like be around ice cream and candy bars
and candy bars and soda and like get to drive around in a golf cart all day like that was the
and soda and like get to drive around in a golf cart all day.
Like that was the coolest job on earth.
coolest job on earth and honestly when my parents were trying to have um their second child my
And honestly, when my parents were trying to have
their second child, my sister,
sister like they were trying to kick me out of the house and they made friends with this
like they were trying to kick me out of the house
and they made friends with this golf cart girl
golf cart girl and they'd stick me on the golf cart while they would go try to make another baby
and they'd stick me on the golf cart
while they would go try to make another baby inside.
and so I spent all this time with this golf cart girl and I was like this girl hasn't made like
And so I spent all this time with this golf cart girl.
And I was like, this girl hasn't made like this is the job.
this is the job so um honestly looking back on it I still don't regret it um I think that that's a
So honestly, looking back on it, I still don't regret it.
I think that that's a really fucking cool job
really fucking cool job and I still respect it to this day because it does you know like a pretty
and I still respect it to this day
cause it does like a pretty chill job.
chill job god respect the caddies and the golf cart drivers out there um what is your favorite
Got to respect the caddies
and the golf cart drivers out there.
What is your favorite mad lads trait?
mad lads trait um that's a hard one I think the galaxy skin is crazy like so so so good um but I
I think the galaxy skin is crazy, like so, so, so good.
But I love the Frida that I have on mine.
love the Frida that I have on mine like I think it's a really strong one I love that all of the
Like I think it's a really strong one.
I love that all of the females in the Lassie's
the females in the lassies have these like strong female like callbacks in history like I've got
have these like strong female like callbacks in history.
Like I've got the Marilyn and the Frida on mine
the Maryland and the Frida on mine and like that's so cool and I haven't seen anyone do that
and like, that's so cool.
And I haven't seen anyone do that respectfully
respectfully yet in the space so I think all of those traits are really cool but I think the
So I think all of those traits are really cool
but I think the galaxy skin wins it for me.
galaxy skin wins it for me it's fucking crazy looking Jakey's PFP is like one of the coolest
It's fucking crazy looking.
Jakey's PFP is like one of the coolest ones, I think.
ones I think gotta give a shout out to Addis and the crowd as well with the umbrellas those
Got to give a shout out to Addis
and the crowd as well with the umbrellas.
things are sick um so now that you're in Miami uh socks and sandals or no socks oh gosh um
So now that you're in Miami, socks and sandals or no socks?
is easy use bodega listening um I would say no socks unless you have to be like a special
Is EZ East Bodega listening?
unless you have to be like a special somebody
somebody and that special somebody is pretty much only easy like I don't know anyone that
and that special somebody is pretty much only easy.
Like I don't know anyone that could pull it off besides him.
could pull it off besides him and then artist I used to work with a while ago teddy swims
And then artists I used to work with a while ago,
um those are the only people I know that can pull off socks and sandals this is crazy
Those are the only people I know that can pull off socks
and sandals, this is crazy.
all right the final question is there anything you can tell us about a project that rhymes with
All right, the final question.
Is there anything you can tell us about a project
that rhymes with pogo shots?
pogo shots yeah I can tell you a little bit I didn't last time but now I will um so there is
Yeah, I can tell you a little bit.
I didn't last time, but now I will.
So there is a project that is launching soon
a project that is launching soon that is called go go knots spelled like astronauts but with go
that is called Go Go Knots.
It's spelled like astronauts,
but with go go in the front of it.
go in the front of it it is a locked twitter account right now we're only letting in a special
It is a locked Twitter account right now.
We're only letting in a special amount of human beings
amount of human beings um before we go public art's not live yet we haven't even gone live with
We haven't even gone live with marketing yet,
marketing yet but we will be opening the discord while it's locked so if you have an interest in
but we will be opening the Discord while it's locked.
So if you have an interest in getting in early
getting it early on something big you can take context clues on who's launching that project by
on something big, you can take context clues
on who's launching that project by,
we'll snoop it around the twitter but go go knots I'm the alphas to follow it you heard it here
we'll snoop it around the Twitter, but Go Go Knots.
I'm the Althas to follow it.
You heard it here first, folks.
first folks make sure to uh be looking for more information on that um leela would you like to
Make sure to be looking for more information on that.
Leela, would you like to introduce our last guest?
introduce our last guest yes so last but certainly not least we have graffito that's soul with us
Yes, so last, but certainly not least,
we have Graffito Datsoul with us.
um so graffito is a super talented artist creating digital art experiences on the salon
So Graffito is a super talented artist
creating digital art experiences on the Solana blockchain
a blockchain that include painting animation and musical arrangement she just dropped a new
that include painting, animation, and musical arrangement.
She just dropped a new collaboration with Drip
collaboration with drip and has been dropping her most recent open edition collection on
and has been dropping her most recent open edition
collection on mallow.art.
mallow.art so we're super excited to have you on the show welcome graffito
So we're super excited to have you on the show.
hey thank you so much am i coming through yes how are you today I am awesome how's everybody
doing I'm just like I've been listening to uh just understanding where people are coming from
I've been listening to just understanding
where people are coming from in the space,
in the space and it was so exciting for me to hear about like Ashley's journey right uh donating to
and it was so exciting for me to hear
about Ashley's journey, donating to charity.
charity what an amazing uh thing to do you know when I hear about these really positive things
What an amazing thing to do.
When I hear about these really positive things
that come out of uh our NFT space I'm just so proud and excited to meet more people who uh see
that come out of our NFT space, I'm just so proud
and excited to meet more people who see it the way I do,
it the way I do you know just a really exciting and fun place to be yes totally exactly do you
just a really exciting and fun place to be.
Do you want to get us started off by telling us
want to um get us started off by telling us how you got started making art in web 3 ah absolutely
how you got started making art in Web3?
so um I'm actually a cyber security professional by trade um you know it's the first time that I'm
So I'm actually a cybersecurity professional by trade.
You know, it's the first time that I'm chatting live
chatting live with the lads community so I think I should give a little bit you know a bit a little
with the lads community, so I think I should give
a little bit, you know, a bit of background about myself.
bit of background about myself a little bit a little bit of it so I got into Solana around July
A little bit, a little bit, a little bit.
So I got into Solana around July 2021,
2021 and my first NFTs were uh from Piggy Solgang and I still remember when I got out of that project
and my first NFTs were from Piggy Solgang.
And I still remember when I got out of that project
and I sold my crown to Piggy and this is honestly a bit devastating for me you know I still feel some
and I sold my crowns Piggy, and this is honestly
a bit devastating for me.
You know, I still feel some sense of loss
sense of loss when my own NFTs leave my wallet they're like my kids so um I'm a cyber security
when my own NFTs leave my wallet, they're like my kids.
So I'm a cybersecurity professional.
professional yeah I've held some pretty uh high level positions at some big companies that some
Yeah, I've held some pretty high level positions
at some big companies that some folks might've heard of.
folks might have heard of I was the director of incident response at um at Intel which became
I was the director of incident response at Intel,
which became McAfee later on when they sold
McAfee later on when they sold the company back out and I've run teams as large as uh 25 people
the company back out, and I've run teams as large
as 25 people doing all kinds of things,
doing all kinds of things uh ranging from threat research to cyber security consulting uh learning
ranging from threat research to cybersecurity consulting,
learning how to run a security program
how to run a security program at a very large company and what goes into that right so there's
at a very large company and what goes into that, right?
So there's a bit of management consulting there,
a bit of management consulting there there's a bit of technical a little bit a lot of technical
there's a bit of technical, a little bit,
a lot of technical work involved there.
work involved there and um I've been working with my partner in life and in love um he's he's my
And I've been working with my partner in life and in love.
He's my co-parent, he's my lead engineer,
co-parent he's my lead engineer uh ZeroX Banana for many years we've been working together and um
Zero X Banana for many years, we've been working together.
And like I said, he got me into Solana
like I said he got me into Solana and I I didn't know that much about crypto um you know frankly
and I didn't know that much about crypto.
Frankly, I spent some time in 2017
I spent some time in 2017 going to some crypto conferences and not really finding uh a lot of
going to some crypto conferences
and not really finding a lot of use cases,
use cases that made sense to me you know but I I did attend a women in blockchain conference in
But I did attend a women in blockchain conference in 2018,
2018 right around the time when uh Banana and I were starting our company spyglass security
right around the time when Banana and I were starting
our company Spyglass Security.
and I was struck by the positivity of the people in attendance right these were these were
And I was struck by the positivity
of the people in attendance, right?
These were idealists, people who really wanted to
idealists people who really wanted to use this tech in a way that would help further humanity
use this tech in a way that would help further humanity
and further our goals together as human beings and I left um I left the space like really impressed
and further our goals together as human beings.
And I left the space like really impressed by that
by that and feeling like there was something there that still needed maturation that still
and feeling like there was something there
that still needed maturation,
that still needed thought and additional cycles
needed thought and you know additional cycles to learn through and um and to receive that
to learn through and to receive that network effect
network effect that comes from all of the conversations and discussions that we have not
that comes from all of the conversations and discussions
that we have not just in the bull, but in the bear
just in the in the uh bull but in the bear when uh serious builders are building so it's just been
when serious builders are building.
So it's just been really exciting to be in the community
really exciting to be in the community uh throughout that time and over the last I would
And over the last, I would say six months to a year,
say six months to a year I've started to make a much larger commitment to wanting to involve
I've started to make a much larger commitment
to wanting to involve myself socially
myself socially and to shift a lot of the work that I've been doing in cyber security over to
and to shift a lot of the work that I've been doing
in cybersecurity over to the NFT space,
the NFT space because you know frankly I use these NFTs to process the feelings and the emotions that
because frankly, I use these NFTs to process the feelings
and the emotions that are generated by the work that I do
are generated by the work that I do in that field of information security and I often focus on the
in that field of information security.
And I often focus on the human factors of cybersecurity
human factors of cyber security and that can involve a lot of ugliness and so for me the
and that can involve a lot of ugliness.
And so for me, the opportunity is to make positive
opportunity is to make positive contribution to the space for engaging what is essentially art
contribution to the space for engaging
what is essentially art therapy for me.
therapy for me you know there's been discussion of mental health on the space and I appreciate
There's been discussion of mental health on the space
and I appreciate that so much because it's so important
that so much because it's so important to just be human beings like we might be in you know a
Like we might be in a capitalist grind, right?
capitalist grind right we might be grinding it out all the time and working hard to push our dreams
We might be grinding it out all the time
and working hard to push our dreams forward.
forward but it's so important for us to remember that we're apes on a rock in space that is slowly
But it's so important for us to remember that we're apes
on a rock in space that is slowly turning
turning and our time here is limited and we we want to spend it doing things that are valuable
and our time here is limited and we wanna spend it
doing things that are valuable and meaningful.
and meaningful um and just speaking as a as a woman and uh as a woman a quote-unquote of
And just speaking as a woman and as a woman,
quote unquote of color, right?
color right I'm half uh Dominican my mother's side and I'm half Indian on my father's side
I'm half Dominican on my mother's side
and I'm half Indian on my father's side.
they're both naturalized citizens to the United States and I was born in New York um I I've
They're both naturalized citizens to the United States
and I was born in New York.
I've experienced that having this kind of packaging
experienced that uh having this kind of packaging has caused my recommendation so to speak or the
has caused my recommendation, so to speak,
or the conversations that I have about what to do
conversations that I have about what to do from a cyber security perspective to at times fall on
from a cybersecurity perspective
to at times fall on deaf ears with like a percentage
deaf ears with like a you know a percentage of people um in any given audience it's just something
of people in any given audience.
It's just something that is a fact of the world
that you know is a fact of the world that we live in but it's made the work that I do in cyber
that we live in, but it's made the work that I do
in cybersecurity a little bit more difficult.
security a little bit more difficult and um that culminated with the work that I did in 2020 on the
And that culminated with the work that I did in 2020
on the Biden campaign in which I was the lead threat
Biden campaign in which I was the lead threat uh responder threat detection analyst and incident
responder, threat detection analyst and incident responder.
responder um and from that time my public profile became even more political uh than it was you know
And from that time, my public profile became even more
political than it was, where I work as an activist
where I work as an activist um and promote a lot of issues that I think are really important like
and promote a lot of issues that I think are really important
say data privacy legislation um so yeah now that I've uh started doing this it feels a little bit
like say data privacy legislation.
So yeah, now that I've started doing this,
it feels a little bit impossible to stop a bit
impossible to stop a bit like learning how to do complex things with computers or writing for
like learning how to do complex things with computers
or writing for companies or working on my blog.
companies or um working on my blog so I'm just so happy to be in the space with everybody I found so
So I'm just so happy to be in this space with everybody.
I found so much communion with other artists
much uh communion with other artists now that I've onboarded to drip I've been uh on drip for
now that I've onboarded to Drip.
I've been on Drip for, let's see,
let's see it's been a month and a half I'm getting ready to do my sixth drop on drip and um I was
it's been a month and a half.
I'm getting ready to do my sixth drop on Drip.
And I was recruited by Vibhu.
recruited by vubu it turns out that the work that my partner uh banana had done a couple years ago
It turns out that the work that my partner,
Banana had done a couple of years ago
to build this tool suite called banana tools uh had been used by so many different people in the
to build this tool suite called Banana Tools
had been used by so many different people in the space
space that we weren't even aware of and what we had done was set up both of our artworks our NFTs
that we weren't even aware of.
And what we had done was set up both of our artworks,
our NFTs to serve as gated access tokens for Banana Tools.
to serve as gated access tokens for banana tools and you know this is a pretty uh rough tool set
And this is a pretty rough tool set.
it's not you know a very finished beautiful product like you would see come out of you know
It's not a very finished, beautiful product
like you would see come out of a lot of the companies
a lot of the companies that have been mentioned today on this space but the reality was that it
that have been mentioned today on this space.
But the reality was that it allowed Vibhu
allowed uh vubu and many other folks to do things with their NFTs um on a launch pad that was created
and many other folks to do things with their NFTs
on a launch pad that was created and intended for creators.
and intended for creators uh and it was really valuable for them and it helped them start up
And it was really valuable for them
and it helped them start up Drip.
drip so um shout out to to vubu for bringing me onto the platform and for doing what he's
So shout out to Vibhu for bringing me onto the platform
for doing what he's doing there,
doing there which is creating this incredible uh reciprocal kind of relationship community
which is creating this incredible reciprocal
kind of relationship community.
where today i just finished while i was listening to amy earlier putting together the last finishing
Where today I just finished
while I was listening to Amy earlier,
putting together the last finishing touches
touches um on the artworks that i'm sending out today on the drip platform and now that i have
on the artworks that I'm sending out today
And now that I have 100,000 subscribers
100 100 000 subscribers and uh 60 000 roughly of those are active you know that's the number of
and 60,000 roughly of those are active,
that's the number of wallets that today
wallets that today will receive a copy of one of my NFTs whether that's a common a rare uh legendary
will receive a copy of one of my NFTs,
whether that's a common, a rare, legendary,
or an ultimate for the top thinker uh who this week happens to be deacon poet he was thanking me
or an ultimate for the top thinker,
who this week happens to be Deacon Poet.
He was thanking me with Droplets
with droplets for our collaboration last week so i'm just uh really excited to be here with all of
for our collaboration last week.
So I'm just really excited to be here with all of you,
you just honored to have been brought onto the space thank you so much for having me and um and
just honored to have been brought onto the space.
Thank you so much for having me.
And I look forward to any questions that anyone might have
i look forward to any questions that anyone might have now that i've talked to you you're off
and how that I've talked to you all.
that's awesome wow talking about multiple full-time jobs that's um impressive definitely so um and and
Wow, talk about multiple full-time jobs.
That's impressive, definitely.
So, and nice to hear that you and Banana
nice to hear that you and banana are a total power couple um so so you you say you you know
are a total power couple.
So you said you got into doing the making art
you got into doing the making art on web 3 kind of as a art therapy um but obviously you're super
and web three kind of as a art therapy,
but obviously you're super talented at being an artist
talented at being an artist and um you create videos with thousands of painted frames um and
and you create videos with thousands of painted frames
set them to music you you have this drip house showcase um dropping today which i'm excited to
You have this Drip House showcase dropping today,
which I'm excited to be subscribed to
be subscribed to and i recommend everybody else go get subscribed too um can you talk about
and I recommend everybody else go get subscribed to.
Can you talk about like how you teamed up with Drip
like how you teamed up with drip and what the process was like to make something for them
and what the process was like to make something for them
and you know get it all the way to the drop yeah actually uh uh vivu provides an incredible amount
and get it all the way to the drop?
Yeah, actually, Vibhu provides an incredible amount
of um of creative freedom there in terms of you know what your what your products look like
of creative freedom there in terms of
what your products look like.
He focuses a lot from my perspective
he focuses a lot from my perspective on doing a lot of uh the curation work up front in order
on doing a lot of the curation work upfront
in order to ensure that the artists
to ensure that the artist he's bringing onto the platform are individuals who can or teams
he's bringing onto the platform are individuals who can,
or teams who can produce at a level that he expects.
who can produce uh at a level that he expects and so i'm just honored to even be considered in that
And so I'm just honored to even be considered
category um with with like the 110 other artists or so that i'm in a telegram chat with uh every
With like the 110 other artists or so
that I'm in a Telegram chat with every day
day whose process uh i get to learn more about and share with and you know we we've recently
whose process I get to learn more about and share with.
And we've recently started a series of Drip creator spaces.
started a series of drip creator spaces so there's so much energy and um i don't know just
So there's so much energy and I don't know,
just collaborative opportunity that comes from
collaborative opportunity that comes from just being an artist involved with drip i know that the
just being an artist involved with Drip.
I know that the list to get onto Drip right now
the list to get onto drip right now to onboard as a creator is pretty long like in the in the
to onboard as a creator is pretty long,
hundreds like 800 was the last number that i heard and i have folks reaching out to me on a
like 800 was the last number that I heard.
And I have folks reaching out to me on a regular basis
regular basis saying like how do i get involved with this for me the process was uh being uh
saying like, how do I get involved with this?
For me, the process was being reached out to by Vibhu.
reached out to by vivu he thought hey uh are you interested in getting involved with this this was
He thought, hey, are you interested
in getting involved with this?
This was September of last year.
september of last year and around uh november i think on black friday actually i launched a channel
And around November, I think on Black Friday actually,
and so there was no artwork there it was just kind of a blank space and uh folks were encouraged to
And so there was no artwork there.
It was just kind of a blank space
and folks were encouraged to subscribe for future drops.
subscribe for future drops and so this is really a little bit of an act of faith that required no
And so this is really a little bit of an act of faith
that required no investment upfront
investment up front from any of the given users um but they they were subscribing they were
from any of the given users.
But they were subscribing, they were interested
interested uh based on my my cover image and what i was presenting to the world they thought there
and what I was presenting to the world,
they thought there might be something there.
might be something there and so my uh goal with each of the drops which are they operate on a
And so my goal with each of the drops,
which are they operate on a weekly basis,
weekly basis you know creators can really choose what type of schedule they want to be on but for
creators can really choose what type of schedule
But for me, a weekly schedule has been fantastic
me a weekly schedule has been fantastic because it forces me into the act of production it forces
because it forces me into the act of production.
It forces me to take all of the life experiences
me to take all of the like life experiences that i've collected over the course of a week which
that I've collected over the course of a week,
which sometimes can be pretty intense.
sometimes can be pretty intense you know this uh last week i was named in a federal charging document
Last week I was named in a federal charging document
as like a witness and a victim relating to these swatting attacks that have been uh going around
as like a witness and a victim relating
to the swatting attacks that have been
going around the United States.
the united states and so we um were able to to get one person uh behind bars but there's still
And so we were able to get one person behind bars,
but there's still an outstanding individual
an outstanding individual who issues threats against me and other individuals on a regular
who issues threats against me
and other individuals on a regular basis.
basis so the opportunity to take all of those feelings and uh just complex emotions and
So the opportunity to take all of those feelings
and just complex emotions and processing
processing and to encode that into my work and to have the creative freedom to do so is what has
and to encode that into my work
and to have the creative freedom to do so
is what has been enabled for me through Drip.
been uh enabled for me through drip i have a lot of artwork on exchange art that i don't think i was
I have a lot of artwork on exchange art
that I don't think I was as motivated to explain
as motivated to explain as i am now on drip because there are so many people asking me about
as I am now on Drip because there are so many people
asking me about, you know, like, what is the process
you know like what is the process for this and where does it come from um so yeah i beyond uh
for this and where does it come from?
So yeah, beyond launching that channel on Black Friday,
launching that channel on black friday i started uh my first drop was on december 30th and since
I started, my first drop was on December 30th
and since then I've seen exponential growth in Thanks,
then i've seen exponential growth in uh thanks uh which are droplets that folks send in through
which are droplets that folks send in through the platform.
the platform they can either buy droplets or they can show up every few hours or so and claim some
They can either buy droplets or they can show up
every few hours or so and claim some from the site for free.
from the site for free and the opportunity to send droplets to a creator through the platform is
And the opportunity to send droplets to a creator
through the platform is double the monetary value
double the double the monetary value because you're able to encode some kind of text into the
because you're able to encode some kind of text
into the thank you window, right?
the thank you window right like this little form field that allows you to express something to the
Like this little form field that allows you
to express something to the artist who created this work.
artist who created this work and every day i wake up and i open up my telegram and i see this massive
And every day I wake up and I open up my telegram
and I see this massive list of, like, I'm just so fortunate
list of like i'm just so fortunate to receive this massive list of feedback that allows me to
to receive this massive list of feedback
that allows me to understand whether I'm actually reaching
understand whether i'm actually reaching my audience with my works and are the emotions that
my audience with my works and are the emotions
i'm sending through the screen are they actually encoding in the artworks and reaching the
that I'm sending through the screen,
are they actually encoding in the artworks
and reaching the recipients on the other side
recipients um on the other side and you know only possible on salona yeah totally only possible on
and, you know, only possible on Solana.
Yeah, totally, only possible on Solana.
salona what about what about the stat your style your art style do you want to talk a little bit
What about your style, your art style?
Do you wanna talk a little bit about your inspirations
about um your inspirations for the style itself well that's a little bit harder to explain
Well, that's a little bit harder to explain.
to be totally honest i don't really know um i don't really know where this comes from if you
To be totally honest, I don't really know,
I don't really know where this comes from.
If you would have asked me in, I don't know,
would have asked me in uh i don't know january of 2021 whether i was capable of being an artist
January of 2021, whether I was capable of being an artist,
whether i was a person who is creative enough to be an artist i would have said no i have an ADHD
whether I was a person who was creative enough
to be an artist, I would have said no.
I have ADHD and I'm somewhere on the autism spectrum.
and i'm on somewhere on the autism spectrum so um yeah i don't i don't really have an easy way to
So yeah, I don't really have an easy way to explain that.
explain that i have a way of viewing the world that like every other artist um is unique and
I have a way of viewing the world
that like every other artist is unique
and created as a result of my unique experiences
you know created as a result of my unique experiences and i think the more that i'm
and I think the more that I'm able to access that,
able to access that the more consistent my style becomes totally totally well it does it does feel
the more consistent my style becomes.
Well, it does feel like it's a, you know,
like it's a you know you definitely have have a unique style that um you can sort of see across
you definitely have a unique style
that you can sort of see across your collections
your across your collections and it's very cool like anime um graffiti it's you know a definite
and it's very cool, like anime, graffiti,
it's, you know, a definite mix and it's very cool.
mix and it's very cool so people go check check all of that out um so you uh you like most people
So people go check all of that out.
So you like most people in web three are bridging worlds,
in web3 are bridging worlds you know between the irl work and web3 work and and we were talking
you know, between the IRL work and web three work
and we were talking about them being ambassadors earlier.
about being ambassadors earlier so i was just thinking like do you feel like you're an ambassador
So I was just thinking like,
do you feel like you're an ambassador
for web3 in general by working in this space like what do your irl friends and colleagues think
for web three in general by working in this space?
Like what do your IRL friends and colleagues think
about your focus on web3 or do they even know well uh i've had to keep the world separated you
about your focus on web three or do they even know?
Well, I've had to keep the world separated.
know my my primary account is at hacking but legal uh that's where i do you know my my cyber
You know, my primary account is at hacking but legal.
That's where I do, you know, my cybersecurity work,
security work but it's slowly becoming graffito.sole becoming my primary because it's so like it's so
but it's slowly becoming graffito.sole,
becoming my primary because it's so like,
it's so much happier on this side of Twitter,
much happier on this side of twitter on crypto twitter i'm just having a great time and uh you
on crypto Twitter, I'm just having a great time.
And you know, I haven't gotten any of the aforementioned
know i haven't gotten any of the aforementioned dick pics i'm just having a fantastic time
dick pics, I'm just having a fantastic time.
sometimes people think i'm a dude i love that too i respond to dude and bro and king and you know
Sometimes people think I'm a dude, I love that too.
I respond to dude and bro and king and you know, legend.
legend like i love all of that um so it's it's it's hard to say um it's it's hard to say you
So it's hard to say, it's hard to say,
know like what uh what's really happening there because folks on the cyber security side of the
you know, like what's really happening there
because folks on the cybersecurity side of the house
house are now starting to see that ai is coming for their jobs you know like maybe 15 years ago
are now starting to see that AI is coming for their jobs.
You know, like maybe 15 years ago,
the joke around the cyber security industry or even in tech in general was that cloud was just
the joke around the cybersecurity industry
or even in tech in general was that cloud
was just someone else's computer, you know,
someone else's computer you know like it's not anything that we really need to focus on it's just
like it's not anything that we really need to focus on.
a buzzword it's just you know whatever the latest fad is and i think folks in cyber are now coming
It's just, you know, whatever the latest fad is.
And I think folks in cyber are now coming around
around to realizing that yes ai is having a significant impact on their on their jobs
AI is having a significant impact on their jobs.
and if you are not ai enabled things may become a little bit more difficult for you in the future
And if you are not AI enabled,
things may become a little bit more difficult
not just from a cyber security perspective where people are struggling to handle the volumes of
not just from a cybersecurity perspective
where people are struggling to handle the volumes of alerts
alerts and threats and daily news malware samples right new bad guys in different countries that
and threats and daily news, malware samples, right?
New bad guys in different countries that are hard to get to.
are hard to get to but um just like the fact that uh you know ai enabled products are going to
But just like the fact that, you know,
AI enabled products are going to help cut down
help cut down on a lot of the hiring that needs to be done in that industry and so
on a lot of the hiring that needs to be done
And so layoffs are starting to happen.
layoffs are starting to happen people are starting to see the writing on the wall and i think the
People are starting to see the writing on the wall.
And I think the inevitability may happen
inevitability may happen with blockchain as well but today we're not quite there you know i do know
But today we're not quite there.
You know, I do know people who have transitioned
people who have transitioned from say web 2 information security over to web 3 information
from say web two information security
over to web three information security
security and have been able to completely either grow up fully in this paradigm as uh as uh you
and have been able to completely either grow up fully
in this paradigm as, you know,
know kids getting their bachelor's degrees or um just transitioning over and saying wow this is
kids getting their bachelor's degrees
or just transitioning over and saying,
wow, this is really cool.
really cool this is a permissionless space this is actually solving a lot of the security
This is a permissionless space.
This is actually solving a lot of the security primitives
primitives that i wish web 2 would have dealt with you know this is uh an improvement on the
that I wish web two would have dealt with.
You know, this is an improvement
on the current state of things
current state of things and allows us to do so much more without having to worry about many of
and allows us to do so much more
without having to worry about many of the base assumptions
the base assumptions that we have in the world of web 2 where things are inherently insecure by
that we have in the world of web two
where things are inherently insecure by default.
default so i think the writings on the wall it's just a matter of time as to when they're all going
So I think the writings on the wall,
it's just a matter of time
as to when they're all going to recognize that.
to recognize that and over time i think there will be more opportunities to bridge uh for example i'm
And over time, I think there will be more opportunities
For example, I'm joining on to the Nomada chain.
joining on to the uh namada chain i've been recognized as a uh recipient of a retroactive
I've been recognized as a recipient
of a retroactive public goods funding
public goods funding for my work in the privacy space and cyber security space i've done some
for my work in the privacy space and cybersecurity space.
I've done some interviews
interviews um for a cyber security company synac in which i spoke with some folks who work in web
for a cybersecurity company, SINAC,
in which I spoke with some folks
who work in web three cybersecurity.
3 cyber security and what does that what does that role look like for them did an interview series
And what does that role look like for them?
and so you know little by little we'll get there little by little adoption is a process of education
And so, you know, little by little,
we'll get there little by little.
Adoption is a process of education, right?
yes totally yeah and you know the more people who can speak um knowledgably about it um the better
And, you know, the more people
who can speak knowledgeably about it,
the better off we all are.
off we all are so i applied all your work and all that you've accomplished in inside and outside web
So I applaud all your work
and all that you've accomplished
in inside and outside web three.
3 um we of course have a speed round for you too eighth you want to take it away i'm ready that's
We, of course, have a speed round for you, too.
Faith, you want to take it away?
gladly that was amazing to hear um by your background um i do have to ask the name graffito
That was amazing to hear about your background.
I do have to ask the name, Graffito.
do you did you do graffiti in the past is it's like what how did you get the name uh so i i do
Did you do graffiti in the past?
How did you get the name?
So I do have, like, an interest in graffiti,
have um like an interest in graffiti but i was never one of those people who uh you know
but I was never one of those people
who, you know, was doing this stuff.
was was doing this stuff and i don't have a hand for it myself um i think that uh graffito was more
And I don't have a hand for it myself.
I think that Graffito was more of a reference
of a reference to um like a longer name that i had that was graffito vulgaris and vulgaris is like
to, like, a longer name that I had
that was Graffito Vulgaris.
And Vulgaris is, like, a Latin term for a common, right?
a latin term for for a common right so i just wanted to refer to myself as a common artist as
So I just wanted to refer to myself as a common artist,
as an artist of the people, if that makes sense.
as an artist of the people if that makes sense just someone who doesn't have a formalized art
Just someone who doesn't have a formalized
training background and who's uh hopefully bringing a level of authenticity to the work
and who's hopefully bringing a level of authenticity
so that's what graffito is all about that's super cool um thanks for that answer uh for
So that's what Graffito is all about.
For anime, do you have a favorite anime show, movie,
anime do you have a favorite anime show movie manga yeah yeah i have to say like i came up on
manga inspiration from that side?
Yeah, I have to say, like, I came up on Dragon Ball Z.
dragon ball z i know this is kind of embarrassing at this point but you know like i i watched it i
I know that's kind of embarrassing at this point,
but, you know, like, I watched it a lot.
watched it a lot dragon ball dragon ball z um someone recently called me out for for collabing
Dragon Ball, Dragon Ball Z.
Someone recently called me out for collabing
on an artwork with Deegan Poet that looks a lot like Bulma.
on an artwork with deacon poet that looks a lot like bulma and after they said that you know i
And after they said that, you know, I just thought,
just thought you know that absolutely is uh a part part way inspiration there but i think the
you know, that absolutely is a part-way inspiration there.
But I think the art that I make, like, on the anime
the art that i make like on the anime uh kind of manga style really reflects the ammo gam of
kind of manga style really reflects the ammo game
of every, like, cartoon that I saw as a kid.
every like cartoon that i saw as a kid and every style that was just kind of put into my head
And every style that was just kind of put into my head.
and i also i have was joking recently about the movie weird science i don't know if anyone
And I also was joking recently
about the movie Weird Science.
I don't know if anyone on this call has seen this movie,
anyone on this call has seen this movie weird science but it's old and i think i saw it when
Weird Science, but it's old.
And I think I saw it when I was way too young.
it was way too young it came out like the year i was born or something and uh it's all about
It came out, like, the year I was born or something.
And it's all about these boys who decide
these boys who decide they're going to use their computers to create the perfect woman and they
they're gonna use their computers
to create the perfect woman.
And they create this dream woman
create this dream woman and all of these hijinks ensue but um you know there was just something
and all of these hijinks ensue.
But, you know, there was just something about that
about that that lodged in my brain at a young age which was that we can we can create a new reality
that lodged in my brain at a young age,
which was that we can create a new reality using technology.
using technology that technology can help take us to this world where our irl looks a lot more like
That technology can help take us to this world
where our IRL looks a lot more like what we want it to.
what we want it to and it helps us shape that so yeah definitely an inspiration for me
And it helps us shape that.
So, yeah, definitely an inspiration for me.
i'm a huge dragon ball Z fan so i have to ask you your favorite character is naturally
I'm a huge Dragon Ball Z fan,
so I'm just hoping that you said that.
So I have to ask who your favorite character is naturally.
You're not supposed to say Vegeta, but like,
yeah you know like there's just something really hilarious about him and the way that
He's my favorite too, so to say it, yeah.
You know, like, check her out.
You know, like, there's just something really hilarious
about him and the way that, you know,
you know he was just so continuously angry and you know could never find true satisfaction
he was just so continuously angry
and, you know, could never find true satisfaction.
Before you'd mentioned Bulma and, yeah, like there's,
before you'd mentioned uh bulma and yeah like there's even with the last season there's like
even with the last season, there's like the blue hairs
the blue hairs reminiscent of the bulma yes a bulma trade as well um so thanks again graffito
reminiscent of the Bulma, the Bulma trade as well.
So thanks again, Graffito, for joining us.
for joining us uh your open edition your second volume of it is it still live right now uh yeah
Your open edition, your second volume of it,
is it still live right now?
it is i was getting ready to close it out because the the drip drop is heading out but if anyone is
I was getting ready to close it out
because the drip drop is heading out.
But if anyone is interested,
interested what i did was i created a piece called in my lane focused flourishing and of course the
what I did was I created a piece called In My Lane,
And of course, the joke is about being unbothered
joke is about being unbothered and moisturized in your lane um and it and it references the events
and moisturized in your lane.
And it references the events of the past week.
of the past week you know like the past week has been extremely disruptive for myself and my family
You know, like, the past week has been extremely disruptive
for myself and my family.
i literally had to um get an emergency motion to have court records sealed like there's just so
I literally had to get an emergency motion
to have court records sealed.
Like, there's just so much stuff happening
much stuff happening that without the art i just don't have a grounded perspective i start to lose
I just don't have a grounded perspective.
I start to lose myself and my feelings.
uh myself and my feelings and so um if you let the piece play a little bit you'll um see some
And so if you let the piece play a little bit,
you'll see some parts a little bit
parts a little bit through the the artwork that allude to the situation in this past week
through the artwork that allude to the situation
yeah honestly i love it i i missed the first open edition that you put out but i saw this
Yeah, honestly, I love it.
I missed the first open edition that you put out,
but I saw this one and I had to grab one.
one and i i had to grab one oh thank you please please check it out um you can definitely pick
Please, please check it out.
You can definitely pick up on the intensity
up on the intensity and sort of the beauty in the piece itself um there are portions of it that
and sort of the beauty in the piece itself.
There are portions of it that are called back
are called back to my days of using psilocybin as well which is kind of funny but so yeah thanks
to my days of using psilocybin as well,
But yeah, thanks so much for joining us.
well i i will i will or won't admit to being a psychedelically enabled artist
I will or won't admit to being
a psychedelically enabled artist.
that's awesome uh leela would you like to do the final segment of our show
Leela, would you like to do the final segment of our show?
uh i can do that sure sure um okay so we're just going to add a fun segment at the end here
Okay, so we're just gonna add a fun segment at the end here
for all three of our guests and we like to call it bearish or bullish where we get your hot takes on
for all three of our guests.
And we like to call it bearish or bullish,
where we get your hot takes on hot topics.
hot topics um and we'll do a short one today since since we're running over time but um we
And we'll do a short one today
since we're running over time,
but we need all of your minds together on these things.
need all of your um minds together on these things so bearish or bullish everyone apple vision goggles
So bearish or bullish, everyone.
graffito uh i'm i'm gonna say bullish i just watched a video on tick tock of some dude
I just watched a video on TikTok
of some dude walking around San Jose
walking around san jose with those things on his face and it's just like walking around compute
with those things on his face
and just like walking around,
just engaging in his own world and spatial computing so like bullish bullish bullish because
just engaging in his own world and spatial computing.
So like bullish, bullish, bullish,
it's just cool totally new world out there all right all right so dating in web three
Totally new world out there.
bullish or bearish bearish very very
and i assume graffito you and banana met not before web three came along so it's not like
And I assume Graffito, you and Banana met
before web three came along.
So it's not like you are a product of web three dating,
you are a product of web three dating right yeah long long before we were 15 and 60 no 14 and 15
We were 15 and 16, no, 14 and 15 when we met online
when we met online and then oh wow yeah so uh i'm i'm gonna say i'm gonna say uh bullish if somebody
and then 15 and 16 in real life, yeah.
So I'm gonna say bullish if somebody builds a good product
builds a good product to help connect people in the space because showing up at these events
to help connect people in the space
because showing up at these events
and having dudes like talk to you about stuff that's not web three ain't it you know like i'm
and having dudes like talk to you about stuff
that's not web three ain't it?
You know, like I'm there to talk about cool tech
there to talk about cool tech and what we're doing in the space and i would prefer for it
and what we're doing in the space.
And I would prefer for it not to go there at events,
not to go there at events but yeah you know just generally speaking bullish if we can make the tech
but yeah, you know, just generally speaking bullish
if we can make the tech work.
work all right there there's got to be an app for that so someday how about point systems for
All right, there's gotta be an app for that.
How about point systems for airdrops?
airdrops bullish or bearish bullish bullish bullish bullish i say most people are hating on
Bullish, bullish, bullish.
Most people are hating on them big time lately,
them big time lately but um it's the best marketing it's the best marketing tool for it if you do it
but it's the best marketing,
it's the best marketing tool for it if you do it well.
well so i say bullish because i love a good marketing scheme
because I love a good marketing scheme.
ashley you look like you concur yep and if you know you yes bullish for sure
Ashley, you look like you concur.
And if you know you, yes.
all right all right we're gonna have to come up with some more controversial questions here
We're gonna have to come up
with some more controversial questions here.
how about um valentine's day bullish or bearish um you know i'd say bearish for me because my
How about Valentine's Day?
You know, I'd say bearish for me
because my sister and my grandpa,
sister and my grandpa like my grandpa's birthday is on valentine's day my sister's birthday is
like my grandpa's birthday is on Valentine's Day,
my sister's birthday is the day before
the day before and my birthday is the next week so i feel like like valentine's day is just a meh
and my birthday is the next week.
So I feel like Valentine's Day is just a meh.
meh Amy i saw a thumbs down there and graffito uh i'm i'm not sure i i'm i don't
Amy, I saw a thumbs down there.
take the fifth on that one yeah i'm just so focused on the art that when you know things
Take the fifth on that one.
Yeah, I'm just focused on the art
come up that are kind of to the side of that i get confused just being honest got it got it
that are kind of to the side of that, I get confused.
well you know nobody yeah okay i was glad this is a good controversial question didn't
Well, you know, nobody...
This is a good controversial question.
didn't know it okay so how about um bullish or bearish on web3 gaming
Okay, so how about bullish or bearish on Web3 Gaming?
oh very bullish because like i just feel that um there's so much opportunity and there's so
Very bullish because like,
I just feel that there's so much opportunity
and there's so much interest that it's just, I don't know.
much interest that it's just i don't know i i feel like it's going to go even further than it already
I feel like it's going to go even further
has i say bullish um i want to give a plug for three lands because i absolutely love what they're
I want to give a plug for three lands
because I absolutely love what they're doing over there.
doing over there their gamified interface is absolutely amazing um so i think i think we're
Their gamified interface is absolutely amazing.
So I think we're going to see more gamification
going to see more gamification in spaces overall and so maybe not even just like straight gaming
And so maybe not even just like straight gaming,
although i've been looking at like br1 because they launched on drip and are doing some really
although I've been looking at like BR1
because they launched on drip
and are doing some really cool advertising collab with drip.
cool advertising collab with drip but um just generally speaking there's no uh there's no like
But just generally speaking,
there's no like downside to moving games to Web3.
downside to to moving games to web3 i think there are only upsides there
I think there are only upsides there.
agreed agreed i'm super looking forward to a bunch of new ones coming out soon so um do you have
I'm super looking forward to a bunch of new ones
So E, do you have any one?
anyone yeah go go okay um i wanted to get your guys's thoughts on civil resistance and web3 and
I wanted to get your guys' thoughts on civil resistance
in Web3 and where we're going with that.
where we're going with that are you bearish or bullish on it
Are you bearish or bullish on it?
you said you said what the symbol resistance if if um if you know what that is
The symbol resistance, if you know what that is.
man i i feel like stupid i've been here for years and i have no idea
I've been here for years and I have no idea.
yeah hey let me okay well i'll okay go ahead yeah so so drip uh just recently did a did some
Okay, well, I'll, okay, go ahead.
Yes, I did, folks, I did.
So drip just recently did some kind of an integration deal
kind of an integration deal with world coin and so that's really the the space to watch there
And so that's really the space to watch there.
um you know that's really a core capability of uh world coin
That's really a core capability of a world coin.
amy amy's raising her hand i would love to hear from her yeah i just think that using
Amy, Amy's raising her hand.
I would love to hear from her.
Yeah, I just think that using blockchain in general
blockchain in general to help shift different industries and structures um is interesting to
to help shift different industries and structures
is interesting to me in general from the jump.
me in general from the jump so civil resistance and like helping with policy change and like
So civil resistance and helping with policy change
and political shit is just another layer
political shit is it's just like another layer of why i was so bullish on web3 in general so
of why I was so bullish on Web3 in general.
So interested to see how the state of things change
interested to see like how the um the state of things change as we we see um more decentralized
as we see more decentralized things
activated within the political realm, potentially.
things activated within the political realm potentially and just seeing that be
And just seeing that be bite-sized
and not like attacking really big concepts
bite-sized and not like attacking really big concepts and just seeing how things
and just seeing how things work on a small scale
and then have that naturally funnel into a bigger system
work on a small scale and then um have that naturally funnel um into a bigger system is my
is my kind of take on that.
my kind of take on that yeah you know when we're talking about um civil resistance generally we're
Yeah, when we're talking about civil resistance,
generally we're talking about making sure
talking about making sure that people are people and that um we're not we're dealing with armies
that people are people and that we're dealing
with armies of bots, the kind of stuff
of bots you know the kind of stuff that we're dealing with on twitter today these are these
that we're dealing with on Twitter today.
These are huge planetary scale problems
are huge planetary scale problems that very few people have come up with um with solutions for
that very few people have come up with solutions for.
and so there's been a lot of criticism of world coins specifically for various reasons uh you
And so there's been a lot of criticism
of world coins specifically for various reasons.
know like how are they incentivizing enrollment and how does that work and you know just the
How are they incentivizing enrollment
And just the general jokes about the orb
general jokes about the orb and the privacy implications of the orb um what's fascinating
and the privacy implications of the orb.
What's fascinating to me is that we're going
to me is that we're going into this new world where there are going to be different factions
into this new world where there are going
to be different factions.
there are going to be different sets of people who have different ideas about privacy on blockchain
There are gonna be different sets of people
who have different ideas about privacy on blockchain.
what does it mean to have privacy on blockchain uh what does it mean to have custody of our data
What does it mean to have privacy on blockchain?
What does it mean to have custody of our data?
do we have custody of our data how do we shield ourselves on chain how do we transact in a way that
Do we have custody of our data?
How do we shield ourselves on chain?
How do we transact in a way that meets our own individual
meets our own individual and our collective privacy goals i think all of that is yet to be
and our collective privacy goals?
I think all of that is yet to be written.
written so it's a really exciting time to be in the space and that's why i i try to encourage
So it's a really exciting time to be in this space.
And that's why I try to encourage folks
folks that are on the web2 side who are feeling very similarly to the way i do where i'm like god
that are on the web two side,
who are feeling very similarly to the way I do,
where I'm like, God, there's nothing new in cybersecurity.
there's nothing new in cyber security this is so boring i'm saying the same stuff again and again
I'm saying the same stuff again and again.
it's you know these are the same solutions because you know we end up having so many problems all the
These are the same solutions because we end up
having so many problems all the way at the end of the line
way at the end of uh of the line where you know you and i and all of us on this space we're just
where you and I and all of us on this space,
we're just individuals trying to cope with the privacy
individuals trying to cope with the like privacy and policy and cyber security regimes that are
and policy and cybersecurity regimes
that are kind of imposed on us.
kind of imposed on us and so the conversation there is just like let's shift it left let's talk
And so the conversation there is just like,
Let's talk more about, for example, what we do in Solana,
more about for example what we do in salona where we use rust we're using uh you know a memory safe
We're using a memory safe language,
language a very heavily typed language so we're doing things with this uh this system that it
a very heavily typed language.
So we're doing things with this system
that already has a lot of security primitives encoded in it.
already has a lot of security primitives encoded in it and that prevents a lot of other vulnerabilities
And that prevents a lot of other vulnerabilities
and bugs all the way down the line that end up impacting like individuals like us in a way that
and bugs all the way down the line
that end up impacting like individuals like us
in a way that we can't control our effect.
we can't control our effect so i really love the fact that we're going into this new paradigm where
So really love the fact that we're going
into this new paradigm where there are so many
there are so many new conversations about how to achieve these things and there are going to be a
new conversations about how to achieve these things.
And there are going to be a lot of different solutions
lot of different solutions for how to achieve things like privacy and security and civil resistance
for how to achieve things like privacy and security
and civil resistance and knowing that one human
and knowing that one one one human equals one wallet for example um and we don't all agree on
equals one wallet, for example.
And we don't all agree on the ways to get it done.
the ways to get it done so it's it's an exciting time to be in the space as a as a security person
So it's an exciting time to be in the space
yeah no doubt i mean it's something that we could have like a two-hour discussion on and
I mean, it's something that we could have
like a two hour discussion on.
And I think maybe we should do that at some point.
i think maybe we should do that at some point it'd be great to have you guys all come back to
It'd be great to have you guys all come back
to talk about it because yeah there's so many methods um there's like kyc methods which a lot
to talk about it because yeah, there's so many methods.
There's like KYC methods, which a lot of like purists
of like purists are sort of against and then no one's really come up with a super good design
And then no one's really come up with a super good design
to not dox yourself but be able to authenticate to only one wallet and of course you know we
to not dox yourself, but be able to authenticate
And of course, we see with tons of NFT mints,
see with tons of nft mints they get bought in um and then like as you guys have been saying
And then as you guys have been saying,
like with future developments like in the metaverse for instance once that gets to be
with future developments, like in the metaverse,
for instance, once that gets to be more developed,
more developed like there's going to be a need for for some sort of civil resistance and
there's gonna be a need for some sort of civil resistance
and having some sort of web three identity profile
having some sort of um web 3 identity profile where you know you can
where people can see your activity within the space,
and people can see like your activity within the space like what you've contributed to like
what you've contributed to.
And then it gets into a whole other realm
of like social credit systems and stuff.
it goes quite deep um in terms of like the word sibyl uh it actually comes from like a story about
In terms of like the word civil,
it actually comes from like a story about a lady
uh a lady a young girl that had like multiple personality disorder and so that's where sibyl
or a young girl that had like multiple personality disorder.
And so that's where civil comes from
comes from because it's like a sibyl attack is like you know a bunch of people using a bunch of
because it's like a civil attack is like a bunch of people
using a bunch of different wallets.
different wallets um it's quite an interesting story you can probably find more out about it
It's quite interesting story.
You can probably find more out about it online,
online but uh i'm just conscious of the time it's been an awesome discussion an awesome episode
but I'm just conscious of the time.
It's been an awesome discussion, an awesome episode.
i want to thank everybody for joining all our listeners and our featured guests and uh we look
I wanna thank everybody for joining all our listeners
And we look forward to having another episode in two weeks

up and also give their thoughts so i appreciate you all we'll see you all in two weeks thank you
