So it's going to be just you facing others. We are going to have kind of a preliminary round.
So basically the way I'm going to be doing it is however many people pull up that will kind of like dictate how many like rounds and spots we have.
But it's definitely going to be a lot of fun. I will say that Brededow came through and up to the Annie up the prizes on this.
So it was just going to be 50. It was going to be 50 USD BD Avatar and one of my avatars for the first place prize winner. But now I believe it's what it's like 90.

Yeah, so a little bit about what we're doing.
You guys, like DJ Jagman said, we started as we're a baby DOW, we started about one month ago, a little over a month ago, just getting started in this. And like he said, we've grown the DOW treasury from first, it was a $1 donation, then $5.
And now we've moved into a very interesting spot where we've been acquiring physical items as donations. So that's actually increased the treasury a lot, DJ Jagman. So over the past 24, 48 hours, we've received two watches. One of the watches retail value is around 3000 USD.
And the second watch is under appraisal. So we're hoping that that watch is going to be selling anywhere from $10,000 to $15,000.
That was a donation to the DOW. You guys, we put this DOW together, really, really as an initiative to just see how this thing works. You know, it's a beautiful thing, web three, and our first transaction, it took six trans signatures to get something done.
And seeing that happen, it just ignited a passion inside of me to, you know, really take this seriously and go heads down to work. So yeah, we built up a small DOW. We have a mint coming up on, was it March 1st? It's 222 collection on Solana blockchain at One Soul each.
So those are going to get you access to the DOW. We're going to be splitting it into a sub DOW, right? So season one will have their own pot and season two will have their own pot. All of the funds from the mint go into the season pots for the DOW.

So personally myself, just so you guys know who I am, my name is Ryan. I'm a community manager here with breeder and I've been on board just almost two years now for the team. So I came in just right before the company's year first anniversary.
And, you know, from the ground up, I was there when we started the Dow aspect of it, starting to get people to vote, making proposals, getting the treasury together. And really, I guess the context here is going to be especially cool for Walker because first off, man, big kudos on setting up that Dow.
That is such an amazing endeavor and like raising it up from the ground up is not an easy feat. And very few people would not know that. Not to brag on you guys. It's not even something to brag. It's a difficult time.
But it's something really cool to be a part of, to build, develop and, you know, get together from the beginning because even us, it was a path where I had my own prior experiences in Dows.
And it was about building that unique identity that would really make a Dow stand out. A lot of the times in this space, we saw the word Dow, the company also, the company format also thrown around a lot.
And for the for a time being, the concept of a Dow was just made to legitimize when in reality, the whole point of it is to make an identity out of something.
And so there's where we come in, Breeder Dow, especially, with our main mission to essentially have people understand where we are and what we want to do in the space that we are in.
Traditionally, we are based in GameFi. And so we got some amazing initiatives coming up that I think without the Dow, wouldn't really have come to life in the best way that they could have.
And, you know, just for the context of some people, we have just recently fully released our AI-powered wearables generator AI skins.
That is something that anyone can use and can translate to a lot of different formats, including Nifty, where you can make these custom skins on these 3D models and then turn them into NFTs after you mint and generate them where people can use them and then eventually use them in game.
So that is something that we've been highly working on for recent times. And it's been something that we're all really proud of. And another one being Creatorverse.
Creatorverse is our newest one. It is basically our first game. That's right. A game from us ourselves. And really, the heart and soul of making initiatives like this lie within the system of a Dow.
Because you really do empower the people that support you and care about your progression to be in the position where they can provide the best possible input.
And so, you know, at Creatorverse, we're looking at so many plans for this year. And what's really important to us, however, is at the end of the day, as we're coming into things and as we're growing and developing,
we still look back to the people that helped form the Dow, that helped make the proposals that make things happen and understand that at the end of it, a Dow is not just, you know, one moving part.
It's a combination of everyone with their combined efforts and endeavors. And yeah, Walker, you know, I would love to definitely share some of this knowledge with you probably in a separate call.
But I think it's such a cool thing that you have seen this sort of, you know, very unique open-ended system of Dows. And I've said, like, you know, let's make something from this. Let's make something that's super cool.
And yeah, I'd love to see what you guys have in store in the next coming months as well. You guys are new, but you've still got a ton going on and, you know, major props for doing that.
Yeah, I appreciate you. Like, not a lot of people would understand the difficulties of transitioning from a flexible Dow to more traditional Dow, right? But you guys tap into it. You guys were really early. I think there's probably less than 100,000 Dows in the entire world.
So, you know, super early on that kind of technology. Big shout out to Breeder Dow doing stuff in the in the in the metaverse and in, you know, gaming aspects, making it fun, you know, because to be honest, you know, Dow stuff could get a little bit stuffy and boring.

You guys, this is gonna be my first deathmatch. I've only walked around what I've done in nifty island so far has walked around explored a little bit. I did the tutorial and then I found a fire, right?
And I went to the fire and it said I can vibe at the fire. And I did, right? He sat there. He put his little hands out. He did this kumbaya. I don't know what it did for my character or points or like airdrop or I don't know what it did, but it was cool.
And that's my experience in in nifty island. Yeah, so you guys be gentle with me. I'm new.
Oh, Walker, I'm gonna give you tips, dude. So when you're in deathmatch, just use the big bomb. So you get to pick up ammo types, right? And with the ammo types, there's just this one, one thing called the big bomb literally just looks like a giant nuke.
Just use it and you just have to click in their general direction and they will vanish. So that is the that is the meta folks. I know we just announced it to everyone here, but that is my meta. Okay, which is why I'm not in the game.
Which is why I'm not in the game because I'll just be spamming everyone with that stuff.
The first time I tried nifty was wild, man. How about you, Jackman? What was your what was your nifty experience, man?
Bro, my experience has been from the beginning. It's been crazy, like just transitioning from mainly console, like PS5, PS4, PlayStation Boy, you know.
But nonetheless, like, man, I used to play World of Warcraft as a teenager and school, and that was like the last PC game I played. And so it was just like getting back into the rhythm of, you know, WASD and the mouse and having all that stuff, right?
And so it was mainly that trying to get used to that again. And then and then just moving forward, I was like, dude, I'm actually pretty decent at like PvP.
And I put the smackdown on people if I just had a better PC. So I go and I dumped like four or five hundred dollars into parts for this, like, so I've got like this refurbished little kind of janky PC that I got for like 25 bucks and kind of started like checking it out, seeing what I could do to it, see what the specs were and stuff.
And I pretty much upgraded to almost the best stuff that I could put in it. But nonetheless, now I'm about to be like, OK, scrap the whole build. Let's buy a new case, new computer case.
And let's start with the new motherboard. And I've already got a fucking graphics card SSD and a couple other things to put right in there.
So then I could just scrap this box and say, hey, here's a brand new PC, new motherboard, new processor and be even better than before, because I've already got some money into it.
But yeah, so that was pretty much my nifty island experience was, hey, getting back into the PC and then dumping a bunch of money into the PC.
And then now, like just building if you're on my island right now, like literally whenever you spawn in, there's a platform and I have a bunch of marketing stuff for the tournament for my marketplace stuff.
You can go find my tracks, my music and my avatars pretty easily shows everybody where to go pretty much tells them how to find it, how to search it.
So really just learning the builder, learning how to market myself in game in the metaverse and and just helping others.
You know, this is why we're here to help others build and grow. I wanted to do this to really show people like what you could do and give inspiration to some people that maybe don't even have building experience.
And also like in my spaces, I'm going to be giving away a bunch of stuff like I have a bunch of 3D assets that I have in my wallet, like over 100 and I'm going to be doing I'm going to host giveaways for 3D assets that I've got.
So definitely like my spaces are worth coming to even for the information you get.

You know, there's never really a huge commitment to your time or energy. You just drop in, drop out and you do your best to find your spot there because the whole thing is that we're all so relatively early in the greater scheme of things.
So it's just up to us to really take our time, have fun with everyone and get to know the space before it really blows up.
And so that's sort of the beauty of this metaverse, man. It's a shared experience that we're all here early and we can't wait to see just how far this is going to take us.
Yeah, man, this is just just just the beginning. You know what I mean? Like we are just hitting the start of all of this with Misty Island and this kind of metaverse user generated content being driven for like the majority of what's going on.
Honestly, like I can see this going so much further than where we're at now, obviously, but like if you look back to the internet, boom, like that shit took off crazy and then now look at where we're at with the internet and being able to really be places that we aren't even.
And then being able to have like a whole platform to advertise, like, for instance, people who are independent artists, like selling their own art or music or whatever within this platform, really, I mean, this is going to change the game.
