Oops, I was on mute there.
Good afternoon everybody.
Thank you very much for joining the stream.
It is the weekly flock episode seven and this is your host Ace joined with my other host
Brip though bro.
How you doing, man?
How's it going bud good to be here happy to be back
We've had a nice day of pumpage feels good
We are back. Yeah, we are back again
We're gonna give it a few moments for everybody to hop on and we will start shortly
So if you guys want to go
like and retweet this so we can get everybody on here we will start once we
have about a hundred people on the stream.
Well people are following in let me post these charts we can go over once we get
a good amount of people in here.
Yeah let me pull up the schedule for everybody.
Let me get this bad boy open here so you guys know what's going on on today's episode 7.
It's gonna be a good episode.
It's always a good episode.
I was about to say, it's always a good episode.
It's always a good time when we get together what alpha are we dropping today
let me just post this everywhere real quick and then we can go we can get
So we're time for MDTC.
I did that.
It's not the right one.
And then...
Yeah, just bear with us.
We're just getting everything in order.
We're waiting until we have about 100 people and then we will begin.
But if you guys don't mind going ahead and liking and retweeting the links so
we can get everybody in here, that would be absolutely fantastic.
All right, live now.
Let's see if the arena is working for me right now.
Let me also open up this.
I saw they were kind of filing in on the tweet this morning.
But like that, the arena people have stayed in the trenches, stayed posting and stayed
like learning over there. Dude they're killing it and like the chain is doing really
good as well like they're just enjoying all the fucking airdrops all like the
pre-sales over there and CT's not even making a single peep about any of that
stuff and I think it's so funny. I think a lot of people were misguided.
And a lot of fear earlier this year, I think a lot of wrong people had the microphone and maybe a little people, a bunch of people have a bad taste in the
mouth and then people that, you know, had some good guidance or finding like gems
and good communities that were a little less predatory and instructive, a little
more helping hand, you know? Kind of feel like
that's the vibe I'm getting from the arena. I've been enjoying it. Thanks for putting
Yeah, man, no problem. Hold on, let me post over there. I can't. For some reason I can't
log in on my mobile anymore, or on my TV, or on my computer anymore. I said TV.
I had to re-sign another day. But I found where you could sign out and sign in. It's like under the three little dots. How's the market treating you?
What have you been up to in the market?
Anything exciting for you?
What's going on there?
I mean, I've been patient.
I think we're at the...
I posted the charts
underneath if anyone wants to check them out I maybe could go head into that I
don't know how many people are in here yet yeah we got a hundred and eighteen I
can go over that. Yeah so yeah before we dive in just real quick for everybody
that's joining in for today's schedule we're just gonna go over you know just
it's the middle of the month we're gonna go over the PA for that give you guys a
little sentiment check and then after that we'll kind of explain
to you guys what vault products are and how DLMMs can be good vault products for you guys
as well as upcoming content we have for you guys to learn about DLMMs and just get some
market TA that's going on generally with some of the more bigger brain stuff like market
order flow and you know, some of those TPO charts and maybe I'll sprinkle some ichimoku alpha in there
And then I think the one that most people are looking forward to is some DLM terminal updates with what's been going on with us
We are still out here grinding building regardless of whatever market conditions are over here
And we continue to ship so there's been a huge update so I don't know if the last stream we discussed it
I think the update was after the last stream so yeah we'll go over all that
shortly but yeah prep the road take it away with your market analysis if you
have a chart let me know I can either pull up your Twitter or you can discord
it whatever you want to be honest they They're under the Tweet, the Flamatic Tweet on Twitter.
I can go in order chronologically.
OK, hang on.
That works.
We can go monthly, Sol.
Underneath the live now.
OK, one second.
All right, it is open. Just let me know whenever you want me to click on one or whatever. The hourly soul chart for monthly soul. It's the very first one.
Cool, it's open.
Okay, so I kind of under the assumption that we we found a bottom around 120
I know ace got some pretty nasty good fills around like low 118s right around there
Yeah, I was like hitting it like 115. I was surprised it got filled
Yeah, I thought that was like above 100 was like a good round number. They found a bottom
And yeah, we had a little like run up last week, up into the high,
like 130s. And then we fell back down. But I have that line at 120. And I was kind of betting big
down there. I was doing some like, some like, pair trades with BTC before running up into FOMC. There was a good pattern that I extracted from where
Seoul would like front run the low timeframe dump before Bitcoin. So I was extracting that most of the week
and I was able to get like somewhat long again for a scalp today. I'm out of it now. But I think we need to clear that 138, 136 area, that fade high.
That's the roof for me. If I'm like consulting, I know it's not up on the stream guys, but you'll
just have to trust me. On book map like liquidity is around 136, 143 possibly if we start breaking out of here and we had
Listings this week for CME
For so the chart below this but it's extremely low vol so that lets you know that institutions and grown man money really aren't
biting on that product I
used the volume
Candlesticks and you just see a bunch of gaps in price liquidity. So it's not
really extremely like liquid world trade at market just yet but I imagine as
things ramp up and price increases like people are probably gonna start bidding
on the CME. Then if you go down to Bitcoin this is what you really want to watch we had some coiling is the chart up
BTC yeah, okay pull up the CME chart it was just showing that there was low
Low like volume in the the prints it doesn't matter they can they can see. We can go to the ETC one now.
Okay. Let's find the ETC one.
It's like the third one.
Yeah. So we saw some coiling down between like 80k and 85s to level the Cleary.
You want to make sure that it holds over this next Asia session and into London.
I mean, it could dump down from here.
You could be collecting.
But I was under the assumption that we could go to 88k possibly
later this week.
I was just seeing a bunch of offerings up there liquidity wise.
And it really doesn't want to dump below 80k.
So my models are kind of telling me that 84 level has been flipped.
I'm going to be looking for that to hold as support.
We need to clear this 86 level.
And I kind of think it's off to the races to that 88k liquidity level.
And then I have some lines for TPO from the fall down at the beginning of the
March, beginning of this month, like around 90k.
I think that 88k level is kind of matches up with the TPO on the 7th.
So I'm going to be watching for that area to be attacked if we can flip and stay above 85, 84.
If not, 80k is still the level to hold. I don't know if prices are going to be able to
I don't know if prices are going to be able to really drop down lower than that.
The wider range, in my opinion, is low of 72 for my parameters, but I'm betting on
80k holding at the moment.
It feels like sellers are kind of just exhausted here, and it that the the popular trade is to go
short and usually consensus is is wrong and it seems like shorts are the ones
that are gonna be hurt in the near term in my opinion yeah but you want to be
watching those levels to hold and you know be on the ball you don't get caught
sleeping things can change really quick.
The market's been extremely volatile,
which is great for a ball trader like me.
And I've really been enjoying it.
I don't know about you.
I know there's a lot of pain.
Spot and bags are hurting,
but I mean, there's opportunity.
It's abundant.
Yeah, it's not bad for me.
I can give you guys my good old
classic cloud take and everything.
But yeah, I mean, I know at this point, Yeah, it's not bad for me. I can give you guys my good old classic cloud take and everything, but yeah
I mean I know at this point like when to trade and when not to trade
I know it can be kind of hard for people depending on where they are financially
But I mean I have no choice but to not trade because if I take trades
I know I'm just gonna make stupid mistakes, so it's been very minimal stuff. I think most of the stuff
I've been doing is just
You know those classic juice gambles, and then just my normal shorting of aetherium, which has been
The only thing that's really been profitable just doing perp shorts on there and doing some option plays on there as well
So that's been good for me there, but let me get some things open for you guys here
Okay, we can just start with Solana.
Hang on, let me post one last now, live now tweet.
Alright for Ichimoku, let me go ahead and get this one onto here.
I use default settings for most people that ask me, so I turn off the lagging span because
I want to.
And there we are.
So for me, it's been just a weekly focus on the weekly cloud over here.
I'm definitely concerning because we broke into it, but I definitely a little
bit of Hopium here for me because of the fact that we're bouncing off of it.
But that's about like the only sliver of Hopium for me on the weekly.
We do need a really good bounce over here.
And then even when I look at Solana over here we still need to get over 190 and
when I look at things over here it's a bearish TK clouds are closing which
again it could turn out of nowhere but right now the correlation between Bitcoin
and Solana it just hasn't been the greatest anything that Bitcoin does
hasn't really been beneficial for Solana in any way last time it was had any kind of
Related volatility was back in November and since then any kind of volatility that Bitcoin does have it's just been shitty for Solana
So that means that a lot of shit coins have been going sideways. That means there's
More opportunity, I guess if you're believing in some of the long-term projects and the people that are building.
So it's just a little bit tricky of an environment right now.
But I mean, things are still all right on Solana.
But when I look at it in a price action sense and we can turn off Ichimoku over here, I mean, this is like the final last stand over here.
If we break this, it's just gonna look like this. And we don't want it to look like Ethereum because...
Let me show you what Ethereum looks like.
This is what Ethereum looks like over here.
And Ethereum broke, so Ethereum needs to break back over,
but with the foundation and Vitalik in charge,
I don't believe it's gonna go up.
I still believe it's gonna go back down.
I mean, to get like a bounce all the way up to up to 4000 is gonna be very hard without people just flooring eat this entire time
So we'll see what happens, but for me, it's big sad because I do have a bag of eat
That's a pretty big bag and I've just been holding it with uh, it's actually down now that it's actually been down the slow
So yeah, I'm in I'm in absolute pain on aetherium so maybe I'm just being a little biased but yeah only
trades I've been doing is just shorting buying puts on this one and you know
riding this down to hell there's also the evive volatility still 71 handle on
on aetherium which is kind of crazy because we're at $2,000 so it kind of blows my mind
So it's like is the fair value price of aetherium at like 60 volatility does that mean that aetherium is gonna be like 15?
1,500 1,400 if we break down that load about like 60 balls, so
Who knows this is still elevated ball levels in my opinion, so I'm not
That's why I'm still kind of shorting Ethereum. I'm not necessarily bullish on it just yet.
And then the final one is the king itself, which is Bitcoin, and that one's pretty straightforward
as well. For me, it's just again the Ichimoku stuff, default settings, turn off lagging span.
One week time frame is all I'm worried about.
Again, if we get a cloud entry over here at that time,
I'm gonna probably wanna panic and apply at McDonald's,
but until then, I'm still in the game, we're still here,
we need to flip over the Keygen,
which it looks like we're gonna be doing,
and we are closing out the week in just a couple more days.
So we can stay above, I would say,
where we are right now now about 85 for the weekend
We'll do really fine, but for me if somebody was gonna ask me are you bullish or bearish?
I would say I mean I have to be I have to be bullish even if like the price looks down
Things should accelerate much faster
Depending on like news and when things happen the fact that we crashed down much faster
Versus just going sideways for a little bit.
I mean, for me, that's fantastic.
I much prefer things that go down in a volatile fashion
than things that get drawn out.
I mean, you guys should be happy too.
Like your guys, this money kind of went down real quick.
Probably you guys are probably down like 80%,
but there's more of a chance of a bounce
of that happening now than
Having to wait until june july august for that stuff to finally pump
but I guess the only last words I have on that is we have sell in may and go away coming up which is
One of the things that I always focus on but we really shouldn't be dumping like everything else
Which should technically be a factor because in my opinion we still are linked to stock and everything like that. 103 should be breaking in no time on Dixie
and once this breaks I think again another catalyst to help Bitcoin pop up and when we look at like
SPY as well I mean SPY looks like it's getting ready to bounce as well unless this trend is over
and it goes into the cloud we should be good there and then obviously everybody betting on
precious metals should be something that and then obviously everybody betting on precious
metals should be something that coincides with everybody betting on crypto and precious
metals are going through the roof. Gold is the new Ethereum. You don't need Ethereum
anymore. You just need gold.
Yeah, but not. It's not going to dump on you.
Yeah, exactly. That's a year full. Peter Schiff isn't going to dump on you because they're
just going to hold forever. This is another cult sort of. Yeah I mean they put golds in a lot
of things. Golds in your computer. I mean gold actually has value instead of bridging to three
L2s to be able to get a cheap transaction through. Yeah you can't just get Vitalik to like fix the fee structure they gotta
innovate L1s L2s and waste everybody's fucking time and fragment liquidity around but
that's a big issue everywhere I guess fragmentation of liquidity but what can you do? Yeah nothing's
perfect we're still in uh infantile markets but I mean some of the stuff I don't know some of the
leadership over there just took a completely wrong turn in my opinion I was a big heathhead for
a while and I don't know it's kind of sad to see. What's the sentiment for you
right now in the markets how do you think everybody in crypto has taken
things? Are normies hitting you up right now making fun of you anything like that
going on? No no I think I think sentiment's pretty bad.
I think I said it at the beginning of the stream.
I think there's a lot of wrong people holding the microphone
heading into the new year.
And then we had some tariff wars
and it was just a perfect mix of things
where a lot of people probably got the short end of the stick.
I don't know, people that don't give up
are always gonna usually succeed in the end. But if, I don't know, people that don't give up are always gonna usually succeed in the end,
but if, I don't know, you're kind of prone
to roll over and show your belly, you're gonna give up.
So it burns some new people,
but some people have stuck around and, you know,
they're sticking it out.
And I think they're gonna be able to, you know,
claim some fruits here from the seeds they planted
if they were able to get some good entries or learn a thing or two, you know. and was like kind of just like posting almost a bottom signal like gloating that Tesla's down into the
200s. Oh that's literally that's literally every single one of my friends right now and like this
one girl keeps keeps coming at me she's like oh Tesla's down what are you gonna do now she's like
fuck Elon it's going it's never coming back up and I'm like yo that's not how a company works
they can burn all the cars they want that That's not going to change their bottom line
in their cash flow.
I'm like, there's so many metrics involved
and things going down.
Yeah, and I mean, the dollar looks like it's
about to fall off a cliff.
I did a write-up on the SPY almost down.
It needs to go down till the August
slows from the run-up from the previous year. Maybe it doesn to go down to the August lows from the run up from the previous year
Maybe it doesn't go down that low like we filled the gaps
but I know no crypto like completely deleted almost all of like the gains and
Like I don't think it's like perfectly touched yet
But it's pretty darn close and it's a full reset of the market. And if you think about the sole ETF coming and all these big institutional
players are getting their entries at decent, like fair market prices,
in my opinion, to be able to do business at,
like they're not buying at overextended prices.
Like they got a full reset and now they can come pick up the pennies that have
been steamrolled over. That's, That's kind of my outlook on things. I think people got an entry.
So many wise things there that I want to comment on.
But I guess the one thing that I want to say is, yeah man, it's the entry of things.
And I think that's the thing that normies don't understand.
I mean, I'm sure all my crypto friends and you guys that are listening in right now probably understand.
But as an investor, somebody that's not doing degenerate shit every week to week if you're looking into buying things
It's ideal to buy things when they're red or they've pulled back decently
And that's like what I'm seeing in a lot of like markets even crypto stocks
there's a lot of things that pull back and
I mean, I know from all my years now
Don't buy something in trend
unless it's the hype or the market sentiment is there but the market sentiment isn't there
to go buy something directionally right now and hold it.
You're just gonna get fucked.
You're gonna be in drawdown and it's just not that good but as an investor if you're
looking at things there's a lot of things that are down right now that what on the news
will be telling you is this fear and stuff like that
What you don't realize is that probably on the back end these guys are buying things while they go on the news and tell you
guys oh don't buy this don't buy that or this is the worst it's ever been and
Yeah, that's kind of like the gauge that I look at for sentiment for stocks
It's pretty much to the point where I think we bottomed out pretty soon because everybody's just going crazy with crypto
I think it's pretty good because a lot of the scammers have you know slowed down their celebrities have stayed away
Just even like deal a man's and stuff like I that's pretty much all I do nowadays is just deal a man and
and stuff like I that's pretty much all I do nowadays is just DLMM and even that
stuff we went from going to like this max fee page and seeing people pull in
what six figures a day on the first page and five figures a day on the second
page and now let me see if I can refresh this bad boy and see what it's at I
probably can't see it right now oh wait here it is I guarantee it's
nothing like that anymore. Yeah look
at the first page. Now you're only seeing one single one that's up here with what you
would call it 100k in fees and there's only a couple of them up at like 20k, 10k and everything
else is just smaller things. And this is like the thing that I tried to tell you guys initially.
I was like I'm not greedy greedy I don't need to do these
1020 K a day pools like obviously that would be great
but I'm very happy with the sustainable pools that are going on like this and
I don't know that's pretty much where I've been thriving and
My thing has been just do DLMMs look for strategies that are like Delta New Jersey strategies where I'm just kind of
Betting within a range and the price not going anywhere and that's kind of like some of the things that
We're gonna talk about next is how this is for my bigger brain people that are listening in
I mean if you guys understand what volatility products are DLMMs are a great way to exploit
Volatility really take advantage of the volatility that's available and in my opinion
really take advantage of the volatility that's available and in my opinion they
are really really amazing on-chain volatility products that I would say for
me are nearly as good as options are or the equivalent to what options might be
I mean obviously options have their own twist and they have their own leverage
thing but this stuff has the same strategies I can still make money
the same way most of the time if you want to make money sideways or if you
want to make money to the downside you have to take on some sort of perp risk or
something like that and I don't got time for that shit I'm not ever here trying
to get liquidated and donate more money to CZ and Ben and whoever owns BitMEX
now no thanks.
Isn't it getting sold? I don't know anyone that uses BitMEX anymore.
The classic. But yeah, one of the things that you said was about giving up and stuff.
I mean, the people that stick it out always end up being the ones that win in this space.
I mean, even for me, like if I had to give out one lesson in crypto space that I didn't realize until now
Sticking around has made me more money sometimes than
Trying to go out of my way to make trades look for trades execute trades
Just being around staying on top of stuff being active helping people out all that stuff
I mean even if you're doing it at a smaller level you don't have to have followers to do that stuff
At some point an opportunity will arise. You don't have to keep gambling away your life on just trading stuff or trying to do some day trader Dave
stuff. I wouldn't recommend day trading to anybody. That's like the worst thing for me.
I just don't like it.
Yeah, it's extremely stressful but uh to tie into what
you say be hard to kill in the order book or in any market you just want to be hard to kill
you want to be hard to get deleted off the map you want to be able to stick around for that like
precise moment to where maybe Lady Luck finds you and you hit the trade and like that trade makes
your desk and your bankroll and you're able to survive.
You've probably learned lessons by then.
Well, that made you hard to kill
and you're able to survive and find your way in the markets.
There's no one right or wrong way to do things.
Yeah, even coming to learning stuff.
I know the DLMM stuff.
I try to teach people and I know it's not something
you guys will pick up overnight.
It's gonna take at least a week or two of trying,
but that's the difference between the people
that are gonna learn it and aren't gonna learn it.
If you guys aren't gonna stick through it to learn it,
it's hard for you to see why I hype it up so much.
And it has nothing to do with the fact
that we're building a product on it.
The product's coming out of it because I'm a trader
and we wanna see better products
for what we're using every day.
I mean, I've been doing this every single day
as my main strategy now, which is insane
because I would have never thought
that I would have strayed away from Ichimoku
because like five years ago, I made a choice
where I was like, you know what?
I'm gonna follow these rules to a T
and if not, I'm gonna follow these rules to a tee and if not
I'm gonna have to go you know beat myself or something because I
Can't keep losing money and then now learning this stuff and learning how to LP properly
it just pisses me off because I wish people would have taught me some of this stuff early on and
That's like kind of my goal
I want you guys to realize there's ways to kind of offset some of your drawdown
There's tools that are available in this space that really help
Help you guys doesn't regardless of capital and that's the other thing that I like about LPing
It's not a capital restrictive thing to do you can still make good gains and grow your capital
There's been several friends that start off with one or two soul and now they're running like 40 50 soul accounts or some of them are even up over a hundred soul and it's
in a very short amount of time and all that is betting through is is straight
through the HUD none of it is directional betting and that's like the
coolest thing none of my friends are betting directionally yeah you can
somewhat but most of them are L.P. because you can bet within a range
treat it like a volatility product and
Yeah, I'll let you go. Sorry
You're good it is the U show. I'm just Colonel's little helper. I'm here to help you ace
Yeah, no, I mean if you're in the stream right now
We have 600 people make sure come pop in the discord like we are hosting clinics and
we're here to help you there's no sense in gatekeeping this like we're not uni swap back in the
eath days where we're going to keep all our strategies secret we want to share the pie we
want you to come learn and come market make on chain because the more native users that are in
early are going to be able to like kind of make their king's
throne and be able to like be a voice in this market and this industry of digital assets.
Like we don't want the big bankers coming in and running the show and bullying at everyone.
You want like the little guy or the somewhat established trader to win here because then
they set themselves up for basically life if they are able to keep that momentum going and
You can market make your whole career. I mean there are people that do options market making that make the killing
There's people that do sex market making that make a killing. So why wouldn't on chain be the same pattern?
You know, that's the only question I have to really beg. I don't know if you have any.
Yeah, no, I mean, that's the thing.
I mean, most people don't realize that not only can you treat these like volatility products,
you can treat them like market making tools.
And that's the thing that 90% of people don't even know they have access to.
Like 99% of people probably don't realize that they have access to market making tools,
which in most cases would cost thousands of dollars to get set up and running and it's all available to you right on Meteora.
Like literally, all you have to do is go to Meteora and that's about it.
You have access to all these things simply by just using those DLMMs and setting up your liquidity.
And that's all it is. That's all DLMMs are.
You're setting up a pool where people can trade
and then you're choosing the levels
at which your liquidity is gonna be at.
So you can choose to set it up from spot price to infinity,
you can choose to set it up 100% in a 20% range,
you can set it up in 5% increments every so often,
no different than limit trading.
And if you have enough money, if you have enough capital, set it up in 5% increments every so often, no different than limit trading.
And if you have enough money, if you have enough capital, or if you have enough tokens,
there's like things like this you can do where, like for example, oh look I already have the
chart open.
If you have enough supply and stuff, you can cause consolidation to happen.
If you see Jeets that are selling and you have enough capital,
you can open up USD to the downside and absorb some of that selling. Because there's always a
result of like this stuff on chain. It's hard for me to explain in like a very basic way, but
if there's not enough sell, if there's enough money to the downside to absorb some of the selling,
the chart is just going to keep going up only if there's continues to be buyers and sellers aren't
able to kind of break through that support so I mean I see a lot of my
friends that are doing this stuff the wrong way to where they're just buying
up the token and they're stuck with the supply and then they give up on crypto
because that shit didn't work out it's much better to support the chart through a DLMM and treat it the way that citadel does treat it the way that jump does
Like I've dealt with those guys. I know their strategies. I know exactly what they do on chain and
The coolest thing is is you guys have access to those tools you guys can do the exact same thing that jump
As citadel is doing and since you guys are autistic and have the time in the world you guys can do it even better than a jump can in my opinion if you really understand the game i mean all they're doing for the most part is just setting up a range and they're putting liquidity on it and they're managing it depending on how aggressively you're asking them or paying them to manage it yeah i don't think jumps is going to find the next fart coins or be able to
take that liability risk on like a low path like that.
I don't think they're they're buying micro paps.
And if you're able to get in on a micro path and offer or even like want to
offer on like maybe some majors, like some better coins that maybe don't have
like a ton of like concentrated liquidity, maybe the liquidity is poorly spread out
and you're able to get in there and make a quick 40 bucks
just offering your money.
Like there's so many ways to make money with these tools.
Like what Ace was saying where like you can box in price.
That's what market makers do.
They're gonna box in price and consolidation
offer a ton of concentrated liquidity.
And then when they want And then when conditions are better,
they're going to spread the volatility out
and spread the bid and ask.
They're going to raise their ask way higher,
and then price is going to go chase liquidity
with better times and better conditions in the market.
The simple concepts like that, if you understand these things
and the wheels start churning
You're gonna be able to take advantage of some opportunities here in the future
Yeah, and a lot of these guys don't even touch some of this stuff until it hits a certain market cap until it hits a certain
Exchange and that's like where it comes beneficial for you guys
Like I know a lot of you guys are in the trenches all the time
constantly doing stuff constantly looking for
opportunities that are available and
This is where the deal of mems can come into play because if you get in early enough
And you're the main LP on there you guys are earning a significant amount of fees
Especially if you're setting it up properly in permanent loss like yeah, that's a thing, but it's not necessarily
I mean for me in my own opinion
i don't think it's really a thing like it was back in the day or how it is through an amm the
impermanent loss on a dlm is much much more manageable and it's very clear it's more so
hey i picked a shitty ticker it's not hey i got impermanent loss it's like no i'm just stupid
so yeah yeah i mean it's really dynamic it's in the name right it's like, nah, I'm just stupid. So... Yeah. I mean, it's really dynamic. It's in the name, right? It's extremely dynamic.
No, I'm a huge fan of DLMMs. I can't thank you, Brando, and Hitta enough for showing me these last year around this time.
I mean, like, I wish I would have been into them earlier. I wish I would have been into them December of last year. Like back when WIF was like moving first originally. I mean think about how
like much competition was around back then. Way less than there is now.
Yeah and like people back in the day didn't really teach me about Uniswap v3 properly.
Like they knew about options and they were like
Yeah, you should use this like how you would on options and I'm like, what do you even mean and nobody ever really bothered to explain it
And now like I understand like damn if all those tokens I would have done on Uniswap v3
I would have made so much money ranging because I don't know
I'm really good on reading when selling is stopping and when selling is switching around to buying and all that stuff
after just experience but here's like an example for you guys I'm sure most of
you guys have seen charts like this that kind of uh let me lower this down a
little bit more I'm sure you guys have seen charts like this that just kind of
go up they consolidate go up consolidate go up and have like three drives up and then kind of come down and then over here is where
You can like figure out plays of like sideways price action plays or if you guys want to do volatility plays
And that's like the cool thing because I still I'm kind of going back to have their volatility products like for example
If you're seeing a range like this that's over here. Let me just draw the range better hold on
So let's just assume that the blue lines are the range which they're coming out purple hold on
Let's assume those light blue lines are the range and
Purple is gonna be where your liquidity is gonna be placed with a DLMM
so if you're using a DLMM and you're seeing a range that's going through,
a volatility play would be setting up your liquidity in a fashion where
let's say this is the spot price down in the middle over here,
instead of you playing at the spot price, you're playing on both ends
to the downside whenever there's spikes of volatility. And
if you know anything about stuff on chain, the reason you have volatility spikes is because somebody is placing a very
large order that doesn't necessarily support the liquidity that's available at that specific
price so the price moves up or vice versa it moves down because they're selling out
too heavily. So I think the order did a good job talking about how the bins are containers.
Like it just rips through the container because there's not enough liquidity in that container.
And it's really good video.
Not to interrupt this my bad.
You're great. Now please do it. You are the co host. Now that's a really good video that they did recently. And
that's kind of similar to like what we've explained in our articles. Yeah I thought that was a beautiful
explanation. I really like that explanation. I didn't think about like
explain them like they're a container holding liquidity. I'm like oh that would
really click for people watching. I think what also would click for people
watching if like think of them like how you said as limit orders.
If you're putting them as limit orders
and you want to put them up at a certain price,
it hits that price.
You're out of soul.
It's not going to come up on deck screener, which
is what the common person is watching
to see if there's any big sells or if people are selling.
It's just going to fluidly go through that
and all it's going to show up on deck screener
are these screeners like a liquidity removal.
And then you're in and out with kind of hiding your footprint, essentially. I think people don't understand that or know about that.
Even at this point.
Yeah, go give Heavy Metal Cook a follow.
He's one of the guys that run most of that stuff over there
that they have going on with the LP Army and the education.
So always good stuff over there at the Meteora guys.
What else do we have?
Yeah, for people that don't know,
I know some of you guys don't always
have time to hop on streams, or you guys don't always
like reading stuff.
So I meant to tell you guys, there's actually
a mini series that we're coming out with shout out to juice box who's gonna help
them create that up for us over here basically we're gonna do some short form
content for you guys to where you guys can learn about DLMMs there'll be a
whole entire social media page elsewhere where you guys can go ahead and check it
out either be on like Instagram or something like that or YouTube so just stay tuned for that stuff so that it's gonna be something that's coming up with strictly pertaining DLMM
Content in like a video format so you guys can just quickly learn some of the tips and tricks that I've discussed or he's discussed
Or somebody else has discussed on streams
And then we'll have something up coming up with ripto bro
so you guys can learn a little bit more about some of the execution of things and some indicators that we particularly like and just like charting structures.
So you guys can learn about market profile, TPO charts, order flow, and then obviously for me you guys can learn some of the Ichimoku stuff and how all that stuff comes into play because having
Like people might say TA doesn't work and all that nonsense
But once you start doing DLMMs and you're providing liquidity
That just sounds like a stupid statement because it literally relies on you understanding TA
To kind of do some of this stuff and especially when I'm doing majors because I don't always do this stuff on like shitters all Day long I do do sometimes go out to something else and I like to do it on, let's say things
like, um, JLP.
JLP is one Solana is one and they're more reasonable tickers, but I still have to
have some sort of understanding of what the market is doing as a whole.
And if I don't have that general understanding of things
It's gonna be very hard because it's very hard to play DLMMs
when you're trying to play when salon is going down or when salon is going sideways versus playing DLMMs when
you're actually seeing interest in the market interest in Solana and you're seeing proper reversals and
Whether you're using something that I'm using or Bipto bros using I think
Having some series for you guys on YouTube and stuff will be very useful
I'll have to link our YouTube as well because that bad boys back in this is a commission oops
Yeah, we'll get it. We'll get the YouTube rolling
I'll try and make a video or two this week on on some like order flow
I did release if you follow me on Twitter
I know most of you guys have migrated over
and found me through Ace.
I did release like the Flamatic spheres.
They're just RSI spheres and they pair pretty nicely
with the Lorsentian machine learning algo that's free.
I didn't make that one.
It was a community script and Lorsentian classification
is a great machine learning nearest neighbor script for
Just identifying basically like what price is doing trend
And yeah, we'll be maybe releasing some more stuff on that
Just shoot me a DM on Twitter if you're interested or just at me in the discord and I'll help get you rolling in the meantime
Happy to help.
Let's go and then let me link you guys our youtube real quick so you guys can stay on top of
anything we do release real shit.
We got the nice handle too the Flamatic XYZ handle. Quick, for the people that are in the back, uh...
It's just, for me, it's like super exciting and stuff, cause like, we went from, uh...
We went from this...
Like, this was our initial, like, stuff with, uh...
the terminal when the boys approached me to like, just a gradual progression of things with our...
with the trading side of stuff, which we haven't forgot about the trading side we're just where we're adapting and doing things as as we need and I've
explained to you guys before all that stuff is gonna have like a symbiotic
relationship with everything that we have going on our DLMM side but yeah
just to see like things going from that and then with like our latest update
right now with things looking all juicy like this so I don't know if you guys have had a chance to check
some of this stuff out but yeah you guys I can't see I can't show it all the way right
because my screens the I'm on my big computer but yeah definitely join in join in the discord
let me know what you guys are up to and if you guys want in on some of this stuff. I would absolutely love to give you guys some of the access that we have for this.
I'm out of codes for you guys at the moment, but we should have another refresher for codes
on Saturday.
So if you guys are still interested in any of the testing and getting to know the terminal
yourself, just shoot me a DM.
I'll make sure when we get some more codes on Saturday, I get them out to you guys and you guys can check them out but yeah
things are looking fantastic even some of like the leaderboard stuff so make
sure if you're on the leaderboard you go there and claim your name because it'll
show you to claim your name and then you can see over here like what kind of what
kind of progress are you making over here because it should expand out
yeah there we go you'll see like the gradual progression of things.
Healthy competition over there on the leaderboard. I need to get back into it. Maybe get off the
perps. I'm falling. I'm almost down to 10. I need to get back in the game. You know, I have some
catching up to do. I have some motivation to catch up now. I would. Yeah. Juicebox surpassed you recently. Juicebox is climbing.
And then this whoever the Soyboy guys, he's climbing slowly as well.
We have a Chud among us.
Yeah. Tons of really cool new features every year for you guys to check out.
And again, like it's really welcome for all the feedback
You guys give us I mean we wouldn't be as far as we were if it wasn't for all of our beta testers that we
Have testing out stuff giving us feedback because at the end of day
We want to build something for you guys as much as we want to build it for ourselves. So
Yeah, there's a lot more coming out
I can't really give too much out but it's's just say it's going to be a big spring for
Flowmatic and an even bigger summer.
So you guys are definitely going to make sure you're in Discord and stay on top of some
of these announcements that we have going on.
And most of all, come check some of the stuff out.
I don't want to click too much and give too much away, but yeah.
I mean, I'm just in awe.
It looks super pretty. We added a the background or a
header i said something as like a little sneak peek to see if anyone was interested but ct was
so dead the last two three weeks i don't even think anyone was really around it seems like people are
funneling back in though today um i think seeing fart coin go up 40% in a day is extremely like promising for like
Risk appetite on alts and stuff on soul. I don't know if it's a fluke, but I don't think it is I
Definitely think there's some appetite for risk after two months of down only
You can only go down for so long
Yeah, exactly. Let me link this if you guys don't mind hitting the
retweet one more time so we can go ahead and hit a thousand people in here.
If you guys have any questions at all, let me know. I would absolutely love
to answer any kind of questions. I'm sure BriftObro wouldn't mind either.
Just ask and you shall receive. Yeah, fire away. No question cannot be
unanswered. I will answer anything.
Chives is here.
I saw the fellas were in the Discord on voice. I was wanting to jump in, but we had an important stream. I wanted to open up this one. Chives did this little post over here
that are very thorough right out of this stuff. So if you guys ever want to check out some
of Chives stuff, we absolutely love posting content from our community. I love sharing
stuff that you guys do. It's always fun for me.
So that was a good article. That thing blew up too. That was like right before things
kind of went down. What was that in January?
When did he post it?
Ummm, I think, yeah, let's see. At the end of January, beginning of February.
Yeah, beginning of February.
A great time to post a risk article. One of the few people that posted a risk article before
Before things went south. And obviously if you guys want to go a little bit deeper into there you guys can always check out meteor
Or a meteor has tons of content in their discord. They're always doing stuff their recent video was fantastic as well
So it's always worth checking these things out for you guys
You need premium plus for it's not just regular premium. You need the premium plus to do articles base
I don't have premium plus. I have the blue check now after you told me about it
No, but I can always follow them it doesn't it doesn't hurt me I mean most people don't know that
Avalanche actually has
liquidity shapes, which is nearly the exact same thing as
let me see if I can find it LFJ which is pretty much the same thing as the stuff
that they have at Meteora so it's literally not different at all whatsoever
Meteora actually got some of the inspiration from these guys to kind of
do it like see over here how they have choose liquidity shape and then if I go
over here on Meteora and I click a pool over here
They have select volatility strategy. So it really just depends on where you're at
I mean Meteora is not the only place that does some of this stuff and they're not the only chain with this stuff available
Avax does it Uniswap does it it's just an efficient way to disperse your capital when you're doing any kind of LP.
Well, it's much needed architecture too
for decentralized finance.
You don't have these big firms.
This is what the banks do.
They provide liquidity.
And this is what big companies and firms do.
They provide liquidity to the market.
If you don't have any available liquidity,
you're gonna see like crazy price movements
that are like, just don't make any sense.
Like you need liquidity backing a book.
Do you guys, let me see.
Let me take a look at something.
Let me take a look at something.
Someone asked what's the difference between the volatility strategies.
It's just a matter of how your liquidity is placed.
So if you're doing something like spot over here that just means that wherever
your liquidity is at
it's one soul in each single bin. It's not going to change the ratio of it.
Versus if you're doing something like a bid and ask
It's going to be more towards the lower end of your range your liquidity versus
Instead of it being one one one one
It's going to increase from spot price of one to two to three to four soul to five soul
To how many ever soul until you run out of money?
but always going to be heavier towards the end side and then the curve strategy is basically inverse that and
There are strategies for doing all of them for me typically
I mean, I like doing the spot strategy as much as I like doing the bid and ask
The curve is a very specific strategy that I don't always use
It's in a very specific situation I do. So, but yeah,
that's pretty much a difference in my words.
Yeah, I love using... I mean, you can use all three in one bit, like one range,
to be completely honest. You could start out with like a spot to test the waters.
Then once you get like a feel of what price is doing, you can go bid ask,
capture that downside. If you want to price is doing, you can go bid ask, capture that downside.
If you want to leave it there, you can leave that liquidity there.
And then if you want to price, face price upwards, you can just like keep adding like one sole curve
charts the whole way up until it's out of range.
And it's basically like risks not it's not completely risk free, but you're just like
providing liquidity directionally off your feel of the market.
I feel like I get a way better feel on what a coin is doing when I'm offering liquidity on it.
Sometimes I get denial but that's usually when I'm blown out of range to the downside
which doesn't happen anymore. Yeah and the other thing I get from a lot of people are they're
always like what's the catch-ase what's the downside tell us the downside you
need to tell us the downside right now and I mean I don't mind telling you guys
the downside it's a pretty simple situation with any kind of downside on
this one let me see if I can pull you guys the downside over here.
I'm thinking of new ways to explain things to you guys everyday.
Alright, look at this one.
These are your typical patterns that are available and what's the biggest thing you see in here?
They all follow some sort of way.
But if they follow the wrong way that means that they're invalidated or their stop loss has to be executed
Or if you're stupid, you're just going to hold it until it goes down all the way and it comes back up
With some things in crypto we know go down and they never come back up again
So the downside in dlms since you're setting up a manual range
Is basically if you don't manually
Perform your stop loss or you don't manually have a plan for invalidation or an exit. It's gonna be no different than holding spot
There's no liquidation risk. There's nothing crazy
It's all a spot play over there
But if you're bidding on a token and you set it up on a 20% range and it drops 40%
That's no different than setting up a 20% limit order and
it dumping continuing to dump beyond your limit order same with your cell thing you could set something up at a hundred percent
Same with a DLMM and a hundred percent
But if it goes two thousand percent you only set it up to a hundred percent if you don't manually adjust
Either to the upside or downside
That's literally the only downsides of DLMMs.
You're either gonna end up with the token altogether, or you're gonna miss out on the upside that's available.
Very well put. Very well put.
You gotta be careful about chasing price upwards too, too far.
Because sometimes you'll go all in when it's kind of overextended and outside
your range and you'll create a new, new, new pool up top, new range,
and then it blows back out of it.
And then if you cut the loss pretty, in permanent loss pretty early, and then
And then just make sure you capture some of those profits. You're still gonna be making out like a bandit
just make sure you capture some of those profits, you're still going to be
making out like a bandit.
I'm gonna see if I can give you guys like a real quick
Fast refresher on oh, I'll just give you guys a quick little thing on like some of the mechanics and some of the parts
Of a DLMM and stuff. So like for example, I
Think the bin step and bins are the ones that end up being the most difficult thing for people
But for me the way I explained to people people is that the bins are basically how much
liquidity you're going to have at what price point.
So if something's at $12 and it's going all the way up to $14,
bins are going to be that price increment that's it at.
So on Meteora, you can open up to 69 bins.
So in those 69 bins, you can add liquidity into there
Picking your bin step number is just a matter of how wide those bins are gonna be
So if you're picking a small bin number that means you're gonna be able to fill up all those 69 bins
But instead of them being let's say
5% apart or a hundred percent apart these things are gonna be like one percent apart if you're doing a very small number versus if you're doing a
higher number like a 400 bin step that just means you're still can use 69 bins
they're just going to be spread apart significantly and that's a difference
between providing liquidity from spot price and it going up a hundred percent
and providing liquidity from spot price and it going up 1400%.
If you pick an 80 bin step, that's going to be the scenario one where you're going to
provide it in a smaller range versus scenario two where if you're providing liquidity in
that case, you're going to be providing liquidity with a higher bin step, which is going to
be something like a 1400% range.
So it's just a matter of your range over there.
And then base fee is very simple
That's how LPs make money if you're picking a lower base fee
You're just not gonna make money as an LP unless there's a lot of volume and a lot of volatility
Which right now obviously there that's not the case right now, so picking something low like that just puts yourself at a disadvantage
Normally ideally you want to pick something that's between 1 and 5 percent. You can pick something from 1 percent, 2 percent, and 5 percent.
And max fee is the other thing which people don't realize. So if your bins, aka your containers
of money, only have 5,000 bucks in them, 69 bins all the way up or 100 bins tap, 80 bins tap and it's only, let's
say 100% range.
If somebody comes in and apes like 50k constantly, they're gonna be eating up your bins and blowing
past your bins.
And every time somebody apes through, they're getting hit with a max fee over here.
So they'll get hit up to 10% on their swap.
And you'll make it as the LP.
So making 10% on a swap, I mean, that's a dream come true.
I mean, that's so nice to have that feeling
every time somebody's aping
and you getting a piece of their pie
because they don't know how to properly set up a DCA
or scale in properly.
They're just front-end equity matching through Jupiter.
Yeah, it's like, what are you doing?
Do you just not, are you impatient? Extremely impatient. and percent pools there's no sense in being the first one in and being like hey I'm gonna open up this 1% or 0.5 or 0.8 pool like open up a 5.1 into someone like
lowers the the base fee and then adjust to the market like you want to be making
those higher percent fees on these newer coins while you can let the market weed
out those those higher ARBs for you and then lower
into the pools to the 1% to 1 to 2% pools as time progresses and it gets more competitive. Don't
make it extremely competitive at the beginning, it would be my advice. You're doing yourself a
disservice. Yeah if there's not enough volatility you don't want to be soup.
Yeah, I mean you mean lowering your fees, right?
Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Yeah, don't be that guy that goes onto Meteora and is like,
oh man, there's a 5% pool, let me open up a 1%.
Then you see a 1% and then you open up an 8.8% and just keep going lower.
Like going lower does not always mean better because if there's not enough volume and volatility
You're just gonna fuck yourself and you're gonna lead other people to like a shitty fucking
Drinking hole you're leading them to like the rad pool where there's a bunch of radiation and it's not beneficial where you could just be
In like a 1% pool like a normal, make everybody money and take advantage of the system.
Yeah, because I mean, it's just like the overflow.
You're thinking about the people
that are pulling from your pool.
Like they're gonna be a phantom phone traders
or like they are sometimes people on computer doing that too.
Maybe they don't know about Meteor yet
and they're just going through Jupiter,
but like let the market weed out the 5% pools you want those to stay alive as
long as possible it you're just doing everyone a disservice by going into the
lower lower fee pools too early in my opinion I also want to mention because
several people mentioned to me that uh they swap on Meteora you should always
be swapping on Jupiter never ever swap on Meteora. You're just gonna get fucked in the end
Their swap is not set up the right way so and you're swapping directly through the pool
So that's not something you do it just it'll show you a big old warning saying you're gonna get hit with
You're gonna get hit with slippage and all sorts of stuff
slippage and all sorts of stuff so if you're gonna swap like
so if you're gonna swap like juke dot AG is the way to go and
I want to take this time to shout these guys out because if it wasn't for Jupiter
I know everybody hates on them and like
Stuff on social media, but they are the one of the most extremely beneficial products on Solana that I don't think people understand
if they didn't invent Jupiter and they didn't set up the routing the way that they did and
introduced like this lovely little ultra feature and manual feature, I mean DLMMs and a lot
of this stuff probably wouldn't get the same volume and attention in my opinion that it
did this year because if you guys ever take a look at some of this stuff it'll show you
what the routing is when you swap into something and if you have it on ultra that means you allow yourself up to 3
to 4 percent maybe even 5 percent slippage rate and if DLMMs are running at
that point and you're doing a power swap that just means that they're gonna try
to get your tokens like an AMM in a very extreme fashion they don't care about
the price they want to make sure when you hit that swap button,
those tokens are in your hand within 10 seconds. Now if you're a smart person like me that doesn't, isn't impatient,
I'm gonna set it to 0.5% and I'll sit there and I'll keep going
swap swap swap until my swap goes through because I want to get the best price possible and I don't want to get slipped on
my pool. And since this is just something that normies do, a normal person is not going to go into
settings and set that to 0.5 slippage.
They're going to be A scared to and B once they start noticing that their transactions
are failing, they're going to be like, all right, well, let me up it up.
And that in itself is the reason why DLMMs in my opinion do really well is because of
that lovely ultra feature over here
So look into the routing of Jupiter. They do a really good job. Shout out to those guys over there
Yeah, I love the cat's product
They've done a great job. I would have got into soul and jupe earlier. I wish I would have got the very first jupe airdrop
Yeah, that's the only thing I fucked up on I should have I should have first jupair drop. Oh no. Yeah.
That's the only thing I fucked up on.
I should have done more Jupiter trading
in the beginning, but I was just kinda...
I don't know, I was so obsessed with
perps and doing other things that were more
advanced that I was like, you know what?
I'm too good for this, and I think that was my mistake.
I should never...
Every time I feel like I'm being too stubborn for something, it always does really well.
Another recent example is hyperliquid. I could have been with my friends on like the six figure,
seven figure ship, but instead I was like, I'm not touching it. I'm not bridging.
Yeah, and now it's like an extremely liquid product.
I love it.
Well, at least we're in the right place now.
Count your blessings.
Any questions from anybody before we wrap this up?
If you guys have any questions about the terminal, if you guys have any questions
about DLMMs, markets, whatever it is, we'll leave you guys the floor to ask us
whatever else you guys have for us.
Are there questions on Twitch right now?
I'm not, I don't have the Twitch pulled up.
You got insider information from the White House? Nobody believed me. They thought I was just, they thought it was a joke when I was saying
it was a joke when I was saying uh saying what I was saying yesterday but um maybe maybe or maybe
saying what I was saying yesterday, but
not but yeah they did announce that he's gonna be talking about a bunch of stuff and we'll see
what comes out with that I think they were gonna have some kind of conference and he's gonna say
something during that conference or whatever but on Thursday it's Thursday. There's a conference going on right now and he's speaking at it on Thursday
But yeah, I just had this
Bird that flew in my window was like a ace
Go long go long and I was like art say last bird. I'm gonna go long right now
And here we are today. We are up on Solana
We're up on and like that's a thing, the volatility on Bitcoin right now is fantastic, like $2000
moves, like man, if this was last summer I'd have been fucking enjoying it in the hot tub
just sitting there perp trading because we're having so much volatility, but I don't live
that life anymore, I've put down the pipe, the perp pipe.
When can we get you to pick it back up I don't want to
touch it again I just got a little scalping vendor I'm ready to pick it up
back here again here for Asia session I mean there was just so much nice of a
walk up on soul and BTC starting last night during heading into London session
and it just carried through.
Any final words on your part? Anything you want to show? Anything you want to say, tell people?
Yeah, we have a token. If you're an early supporter of us, come check us out.
and early support of us, come check us out. I think that's allowed, right? And yeah, come
check out and ask to get on the list. Ask me anytime you have a question. I'll help you
with scripts and we'll get that TPO stuff rolling through. And yeah, have a great week.
That's about it.
Cool. Yeah, I don't have anything yet.
Yeah, we're having a big revamp coming up of everything, so just stay tuned.
The best place to do that would be in Discord, and you can join the Discord directly either on the tweet that I retweeted or if you hit over here.
We actually haven't... Oh, look, the landing page that went live and the boys didn't tell me.
Oh, yeah, they did.
