Good morning. Good morning, good morning. Right.
So let's see everybody today.
Subzander bricks welcome to my phone.
What's going on man How are you. Well well, thank you.
I see Zandra up here Zander gonna co host with me yeah.
All right, send to the co host.
termite Good morning, always good to see you in here. Always first ran man's here.
Try to copy my consumer break round man is I see you everywhere and all the faces and all the streams have here here.
So let's start in just a second. I am putting sugar on my coffee. And then we'll go ahead and kick this off.
We also retweet this room.
You need some energy.
That's good.
Welcome brick society termite consumer break.
People are coming in. Welcome.
And ganglino request he's also a founder from Burke society.
Yeah, let's bring them up.
Go ahead and request ganglino to come up and be a speaker.
All right, I've seen some other people strolling in so we should go ahead and we'll go ahead and kick this off. All right, so, hold on to close my door.
All right. Good morning. Good afternoon. Good evening wax blockchain. I'm Tommy from wax today, we're going to hear from a few projects as they're making their way up to the stage.
Our winter season is about done if you're up here in the north hemisphere. If you've got a project or game that's building on wax, go ahead and throw your hand up and we'll bring you on stage to share I think today we're going to start with bricks, and I know that a streaming
art has something to share for alien worlds and their community as well.
I think we might also be hearing from the hustle. I see there in the in the chat. So I've got a handful of questions that I'll ask for representatives, they join us on stage standards up here helping me facilitate.
We will only have about an hour before we hand off to our end of topia space at 11. So I want to try to a lot about five to 10 minutes for each speaker.
So I've got Xander up here. You don't want to accept my COVID Xander it's all right.
If I can find it.
All right.
Let's go ahead and just kick off bricks you're already up here and I know you've been really excited and I've been looking forward to having a chance to chat with you so I don't know if I guess both of you guys go ahead give us a quick just share who you are and the name of the project that you're sharing and then
give short description of the brick society.
I'm Calissimo. This is Genglino. He's also another founder. We are the brick society. We have a 10,000 NFT collection of many bricks. They were all. They're all one of ones.
We have a staking platform. We have different games that we're involved in throughout the wax space. We have the bricks token which is on tip CC is B R X and then we're on all the major platforms as B R I X someone had already gotten it from another chain on tip CC.
Our our biggest focus is our community like we we really don't make a lot of money for us as founders.
We just want to grow a community where people can work together in not only our NFTs and through our staking platforms but as well as other games throughout the network and teach new members that come in about the chain.
Genglino, do you have anything to add?
Well, yeah. Hi there everyone, by the way. Sorry about my voice. I've had a bit of a cold lately so I sound a bit.
Rough but I'm here community focused. Basically the main focus for us is to make sure that we're delivering for our community.
We're involved a proton of inhaling worlds. We're involved in taco, but obviously the main focus of of the of our project is that is also a new deflation.
We token and we turn 10 K supply called blocks. This is kind of a is it you can exchange it from bricks freely on the market.
And basically, you know, every three every six months, it will just get you know, the max supply will go down by a third.
And so time goes on. So that's our new big thing at the moment, and there's much more to come.
Which will probably speak about later on.
Thank you. Um, I know you said you said earlier, it's like everything's for the community and I wanted to kind of dig into that a little bit more. So let me ask you, like, first, like, what has been the approach to how you've built your community?
How did it kind of start? How have you how have you incubated it to where it is today?
So, we we started on the wax chain about two years ago. We really never did much advertising like paid advertisement most of our growth has been through word of mouth and through the other games that we play.
Like ganglino said we we have a large stake in taco, we have a large stake in NBM, we now own a couple of alien world's lands. And what we do is we try to get the new members around the wax chain into these games that that feel semi safe.
They're they're games that have low entry points for people to be able to get started to play them and start to generate their own tokens. And as they come in, we we also teach them about the brick society.
But a lot of a lot of like the discords and stuff that you get into you, you really can't talk about other projects inside of their discord. And that's just not the way that we are.
We do have a lot of focus on our NFTs and our staking platform and our tokens.
But we're also willing to help the new members from the space that come in from these other games learn about other games and learn about how the chain works and making sure that you have enough CPU and understanding why you need CPU and why you need these things, not just telling them,
hey, go buy this so you can do this.
We want new. There's going to be a lot of new members that come into this space.
We we feel like during this next run and we want to be one of the communities, communities that people know that they can feel safe to come into and learn and not be ridiculed for asking questions that people that have been around a while know, but they don't.
So we want to be like an open forum for people to have live dialogue with people from these other games as well as our games and our hotspots and our tokens and stuff that we do.
Beautiful. I know, like you said, you're expecting a lot of people coming in this next run.
And I think that positioning yourself as an educational platform is definitely a strong way to welcome and encourage people to stick around once they kind of figure out more about your projects as well.
Where did where did bricks come from?
Because I'm looking at looking at your PFP and it reminds me, of course, is like a Lego dude.
So I'm wondering if that kind of inspired some of the art that was included in that you share with the community from your drops and stuff like that.
So how did how did the name and come about?
So we actually when we first when we first started, we were going to go with Solana and we started looking into it and the usage and the way the fees were and everything.
The founders and I were more used to wax.
We decided to move from Solana to wax when we were starting with Solana.
We were doing pigs, believe it or not.
But when we moved over to the wax chain, we were kind of thinking of what can we do to be like building blocks for the community where not only do we build our own project, but we are somewhere that other people from around the space can come in and lean on us and get the building blocks to learn how to how to conduct themselves in the space.
What are the right things to do? What what do you need to look out for to to learn what scams are to avoid certain websites stuff, stuff like that.
So we had the idea of building blocks, but we didn't want to use blocks or Lego for obvious reasons.
And we figure we figured you can build a society one brick at a time.
So that's that's kind of where we got the name brick society.
I like one brick at a time and kind of couples with what you're saying about lifting up new people and giving them the tools that they need to be able to successful and build their own kind of like fortress and stuff on wax.
That's really, really cool.
We we have a lot of other project owners that are that are in our discord as well.
And we've had people in our discord start projects.
And that's something that we really hope people do.
We want them to learn from us and be a part of our community, but we also want them to to feel confident enough to branch out and build their own communities.
And we we try and help, you know, a lot of the smaller projects around wax.
We we don't mind doing collabs with people that are just starting out as long as they're transparent.
That's that's one of the biggest things for us is making sure that there's transparency, you know, people can see where their money that they're spending on your project is going.
And that's one of I think that's one of the biggest reasons why we've been able to stick around through this through this bear market.
I think it's also a testament if you're going to stick around and take the time to lift people up and be welcoming.
I think that's also another good reason why you're sticking around just the fact that you're sticking around and still building through all this, too.
I think is also a good testament to the community you've set up there.
All right. So, like, let me ask this note if if you could share.
So I want to try and give everyone a chance to speak.
So I want to thank you guys for coming up.
But let me ask you this and go a little bit of detail.
I think Angelino referred to this a little before.
If you could share only one upcoming event from you from your community or what's coming what's coming to your community,
what would that one event or one exciting thing that you want to talk about or you want to share with everyone be today?
So for me, it would be our hotspots and blocks token that we just released.
Hotspots are going to be our version of lands.
So what you'll be able to do is the many bricks.
You will be able to pledge them to a hotspot to earn more blocks while you're earning bricks.
Blocks is going to be used mainly for staking purposes because it has such a small supply.
There's only two hundred and ten thousand blocks that are ever going to be produced.
They have actually already all been minted and they're being distributed based on a rating that's used from our mini bricks,
as well as another NFT that we made called micro blocks.
There's going to be a lot to the hotspots and the blocks project inside of the brick society.
And there's going to be a lot of things that have not been done before on the wax chain that we're working on,
that I really can't go too deep into detail yet just for proprietary reasons.
But there's going to be some really cool things coming from the brick society over the next year.
The first thing that I will say, though, is mining blocks is non-custodial and actually mining all of our tokens are non-custodial.
So you're still able to do things with your NFTs while making tokens with us.
That's awesome.
And also the next thing that's coming up is brick staking.
So you'll be able to take your tokens from TACO, your blocks, bricks, LP tokens, your bricks, wax tokens,
and you'll be able to stake them on our site.
You'll also be able to take your blocks and your bricks tokens and stake them on our site.
And that will also boost your earning potential for bricks compared to other people.
That's the next big thing that's coming up.
That's on the 30th of April.
So have a look out because we've got 10,000 NFTs, mini bricks to sell.
We call it open.
And that we generally open that up for about one month.
Sorry, one month, one week.
But it may be short this time.
And that's like a window for you to be able to buy the NFTs that you want to get.
Around the end of April, that's when the next big thing at bricks is going to be happening.
All right. Well, thank you guys both so much for joining my bricks.
I know you're sticking around.
I think you're going to be in the next space, too.
So thank you for joining.
Yeah, I'm going to go hang out.
Can I touch on one other thing about he was talking about the mini bricks.
All of the mini bricks have not been minted out.
What the way we do it is we open sales for a limited amount of time.
And after that time is over, we close the sale back.
And the reason that we do that is so we can allow people that just get in to be able to still buy a mini bricks during the next sale.
It just allows people to continue to get in on the foundation for a long period of time.
And having the time sales events like that, too, helps drive attention when you want it as well.
It's like a marketing tactic.
I'm just looking from the outside.
I think that can be useful if you're trying to get something going or if you're trying to prep up for another event that you're getting ready to host bricks, guys.
Thank you both so much.
Thank you so much for joining.
Stick around below.
I think we're going to go to consumer break next.
He said he had a quick update and then I'm going to hear from Kaz Keybreak, many terraformers, many worlds.
So consumer, let me hand you the mic.
Hey, how's it going, everyone?
All right. Yeah, I don't want to bug art this too much.
I'd love to get some more newer voices on here.
But but for a little update, I'm break man from consumer break and from an utopia.
The consumer break mobile game is a puzzle game.
It's actually on hiatus right now as of the new year.
But we some some updates with that as we've successfully changed developers.
We're working behind the scenes and we're looking to relaunch later in the year.
But until then, I'm way too swamped anyway.
So I'm dealing completely with the convention and the stream.
So the consumer break Twitch stream is where I have interviews with wax projects.
I've been doing it for two years and I've started doing this monthly, a big six hour stream monthly.
And the next one is actually this Saturday.
So we got lots planned tea break here on the stage is actually having a guest presentation there
and is going to show us some really cool new blockchain technology.
Drawn Company will be there with a presentation with a topic of drop strategies.
And then we have an AMA train, which is we let the projects have a screen share
and show off their demo half hour at a time.
We'll switch from one to the next.
We've got a good lineup, skunky chunks, the goofballs, pixiegon, the pixtalja and the hustle.
All that you can find on my pin to tweet on the consumer break pin.
There's also a giveaway there.
And our next convention will be in May, May 3rd through the 5th.
The booths are available now for just fifteen dollars.
So you can snag one up and be a part of that.
And of topia.weebly.com.
And we started a new wax space as well.
It's been pretty fun so far.
We're going to do another one right here after this space.
So stay tuned if you want.
And we are covering wax drops from the week from any anybody.
So we'd like to just kind of promote wax drops that happen regularly.
And you can submit them to us by in our discord or in the DMS.
And if you have drops that are live any week, whenever you have new ones,
if you can submit them to us, we'll cover them.
And you can come on to the space as well as I guess and she'll all over that.
So there you go.
Haul her at me with any questions about anything.
And if you have a project and you want to get onto an AMA spot and demonstrate your stuff,
then get in my DMS and we could do that.
Get all the promo.
Everything's free of charge.
The only thing that's cost is convention events.
Thank you so much, Rick, man.
It's always a pleasure to have you join our streams and our spaces.
So I'll be looking for you there and hanging out in the next one, too.
Thanks for the update.
All right, Kaz.
Will you go ahead and just give a brief introduction of who you are?
Introduce your game and then just give a description of the game, please.
The floor is yours.
Sure thing.
Thanks for having me here, Tommy.
My name is Kaz.
I'm the managing director at Dorian Games and I'm the creator of Terraformers Many Worlds.
Terraformers Many Worlds are just TFMW.
It's a sci-fi fantasy RPG game set in a dystopian multi-dimensional time traveling kind of metaverse.
That's kind of the basis for the game.
But the lore and all that stuff hasn't really been ruled out.
It's still on the heavy development because it is a bit dependent on what I'm able to implement
as far as the budget goes.
So the core of the game is you got lands, you mint lands, you can still mint lands.
We launched, I think, back in around, I think it started around September, October of 2021
and it's continuing to be built upon.
So you've got lands, your lands make a little bit of tokens.
This is like the more traditional clicker style game that you might be more familiar with around the WAX ecosystem.
The main difference, I would say, though, is that you only got to claim them once a month.
So it's pretty relaxed and you can have other people claim your lands for you to generate, get your tokens.
So it's a lot more relaxed, not as demanding.
I know that can be quite tiring if you got to wake up every three hours to go claim something.
So that was kind of what I tried to avoid when designing the land architecture.
So you got your lands, it's like the fundamental basis of the game.
Everything else is meant to be more complex systems, more in-depth itemization,
more elaborate mini-games that expand upon the land architecture.
So right now, the main focus has been, well, for the past eight, nine months,
has been developing something that's going to be called Many Worlds.
But right now, it's just called Origins. It's still in Alpha.
It's free to play. You can play it right now.
And it's essentially an on-chain dungeon crawler.
And so what you can do in this game is you can basically move around like a knight in chess.
You can equip. You got eight slots of NFTs that you can equip right now.
And in each of those NFTs, you can equip multiple socketable NFTs.
I've seen some players, once you get a nice saddle, you get some nice gear.
And again, this is free to play. You can mint the NFTs for free as well,
as long as you cover the ram cost. It comes out to about 0.1 wax.
I've seen some players, well, they'll pick up maybe 60, maybe even 100 NFTs in one run.
And so these NFTs, they aren't the NFTs that are for Origins.
They aren't under the Atomic Asset Standard.
They are under a standard that's been, well, initially,
it was specifically designed to support this architecture.
And there's a proposal for it.
There are plans to try to get it to mingle better with Atomic Asset
to make it a very seamless thing for users and consumers.
But for right now, you got to kind of bear with me.
It is pretty exciting technology, though.
And it's like, again, it's free to play.
All you need is just like put together a new wallet,
put a little bit of RAM in there, put a little bit of CPU in there.
If you need some CPU,
hand me up, I'm more than happy to stake some for you.
And yeah, you can just go. You find a whole bunch of NFTs.
You get to optimize them.
The deployment, so to say a little bit about the Asset Standard,
it's basically, you know, normally when you have like Atomic Assets
and you got templates,
you're saying exactly what you want on those templates.
With this Asset Standard,
you instead you're programming the templates.
You're saying how they could be,
what socketables they could have,
what traits they could have,
how many prefixes, how many suffixes,
what kind of tags, what kind of rarity schema.
And it's you're basically you have a very,
very high ceiling to how items could exist.
So normally you might think that with the rarest NFT in the collection,
well, we're probably going to see that right on the first day, right?
Well, with this Asset Standard and Origins as a whole,
the odds are the like the best NFTs in the game,
they might not exist for a hundred years.
You know, the ceiling is that high.
So it's like there is no like best NFT
and there is no reason to have the best NFT,
which I know can be, you know,
a bit of a sore spot for those who love to collect.
But also it is something that I believe it will make people be a bit,
you know, a bit more like slow and steady when they're entering again.
Well, eventually, maybe perhaps even exiting projects,
you know, I really don't want to put,
I don't want to create something that's putting anyone in a position
where they're like, I'm all in, you know,
I really believe and you know, like slow and steady,
like engagement is like the best way to,
the best way to build a company,
the best way to build a product that's going to last.
Yeah, you know,
I would glad that you brought up the new asset standard
because if you didn't, I was going to have you talk about it.
So thank you for mentioning that.
I think that's a really kind of cool and you know,
with my limited knowledge of anything that comes to programming stuff,
like it looks very exciting and neat in the way that it can just account
for so many different attributes.
That was what impressed me about it.
Thanks so much. I appreciate that.
Let me ask you this then.
So now talk about your community a little bit.
What has been like your approach to building your community?
So back in the day, I'm saying way, way back in the day,
I played, I played a good bit of Art Planet.
So I met a good, a great bunch of people there,
just in the Art Planet community.
So some of them migrated over to Terraformers once they heard
I was having a project.
And then from that point, I think I had a very,
very aggressive, you know, guerrilla, guerrilla marketing tactic
with basically just trying to like, I had a wall, you know,
we're talking about that period in time in WAX
and WAX was pretty close to the dollar.
So every NFT was worth the time.
So I basically, you know, I was just throwing NFTs.
I was doing giveaways nonstop.
And that's what, you know, got a little bit of attention,
got a, you know, couple of eyes on the project.
And then from that point, I slowed down on the giveaways
and I continue to slow down.
I mean, nowadays it's like almost non-existent to be honest.
But I've always, you know, I always felt that there's like
a core set of values that you got to, you got to kind of abide to.
And one of those, like, one of those things is,
well, just treat people how you want to be treated.
You know, I'm not going to try to like mess around with someone
and, you know, promise them, promise them the world.
And then like, you know, try to not deliver on it and all that stuff,
you know, that can be kind of exhausting.
And like a lot of the developments in Terraformers
is kind of a reflection of that.
Like right now, there is no white paper right now.
The landing page, it doesn't tell you anything about the project
because I don't want anyone, you know,
breaking their mind, learning what's happening just for it to be changed, you know.
And that's another thing I want to mention as well.
I'm constantly, like I try to do my best to keep people in the loop
when like changes are happening and things are being updated.
I mean, right now Terraformers in its entirety,
it has several thousand variables that are constantly being updated
and tinkered with.
And it's like, well, to an extent, people have to trust me
because there's no reasonable expectation for anyone other than me
to be able to understand what I'm talking about, you know,
when it comes to like that magnitude of data.
But just like, you know, just being straightforward, being transparent,
being honest with people, you know.
I think that has led to, maybe not the best in building the community,
but it has definitely led to pretty good at, you know,
in preserving and keeping people, you know.
And that's, I think that's a really important aspect
of like any, you know, lasting company.
Yeah, absolutely.
You say you're not building the community, right?
But it's not like you're not setting a strong, stable foundation
and infrastructure for the community to build.
Kind of similar to what Burch was saying earlier.
It's like you build up, make these members of your community
valuable and knowledgeable.
And, you know, like you said, keep them,
like you want to be treated in that and they'll stick around.
I think that's a good approach.
Yeah, absolutely.
Well, I mean, if like the game was, you know,
because right now and like the past could have been,
I've been basically in just developments like super dev mode, you know.
Once I'm out of this phase, well, then I can actually think about,
oh, well, how can I now present this idea?
This is why people should engage with this product.
If the product's not like complete and fully defined,
it's very, very difficult to mark.
It's very, very difficult to just get any outreach.
But my, yeah, so I think as far as like the most,
like the best ways that I've seen people growing communities
go here on WAX is through Twitter.
It is through these Twitter spaces.
It is through engaging directly with people, you know.
And this is like, this is just like a traditional like SEO stuff,
like traditional like social media marketing stuff.
It really does seem to be like just one person at a time, you know.
Work with them, engage with them, right.
And just, you know, see what happens.
Yeah, one mind at a time, right?
Yeah, that's a great way to go.
All right.
So let me, I think this will be the last one I'll ask,
and then we'll go to our next speaker.
Yeah, so one March 2nd, it's in about a week and a half from now.
We're going to have an update to the procedural world generation.
So keep in mind, the whole Origins game,
it's got procedural world gen, the RPG game engine attached to it.
It's all on chain.
And so what this upgrade is going to include is,
it's no longer going to be dungeon crawling per se,
but instead it's going to be just outright space exploration.
So it's not really procedural world gen.
It's more like a procedurally generated solar system.
You can have a central mass.
There'll be like a star or a black hole.
You're going to have several planets.
They're going to generate an octaves, you know, based on a distance.
And they're going to spin around.
You're going to have time travel.
All this kind of, you know, it's a pretty,
it'll be a pretty neat system.
And today that's what I'm, you know, going to be,
I'm building the front end for that today, you know,
got the code put together just yesterday.
So there's going to be that part of the game.
That's going to be pretty interesting.
And then there's going to be an update to the asset standard as well,
which is going to enable recursive socketing.
So this is something that I don't think any,
we've seen this at all on any blockchain.
And what this allows you to do is basically the NFT,
the definition for how the data of the NFT is stored contains itself.
You know, it makes a reference to itself.
And what this means is, well, you can have a character NFT.
And within that character NFT, you can have eight like equipment NFTs.
And then within each of those equipment NFTs,
you can have, well, let's say four socketables,
because let's say they're like, you have a pair of gloves.
You can put four rings on that pair of gloves.
And then within each ring, you can put three jewels on those rings.
And so you're able to have this highly nested recursive socketing,
kind of like a Russian doll, you know, Russian doll itemization.
You know, that's kind of the concept here.
And it's able to basically read through perhaps,
let's say 100, 200 NFTs that each have maybe 10 to 20 traits.
And each trait might have a couple of variables on it.
We're talking about thousands of variables here.
And it's able to compute all of that in about like 60 lines of code.
And so basically, you know, like 100 NFTs,
it might only take about a couple milliseconds of CPU to process all of that.
And then you're just gaming, you're just chilling.
So that's going to be, that's like the other pretty exciting thing
that's going to be happening on March 2nd,
alongside the whole solar system upgrade.
That's exciting to hear.
I think, you know, we've talked a few times.
I don't know if you follow me on Twitter too much,
but I'm definitely a sucker for sci-fi.
So that sounds very exciting.
And even having like a black hole at the center of the solar system is also,
I don't know, I'm getting excited just thinking,
I like thinking about the stuff.
You're definitely speaking my interest, man.
Guys, thank you so much for coming up and then joining us, Sharon, today.
Thank you so much for having me here, Tommy.
It's always a pleasure.
Absolutely.
All right.
If you have, if you'd like to share about what's going on in your collection.
So you have a few people down there.
I see then up games.
I see the hustle.
Go ahead and raise your hand and I'll go ahead and start bringing people up.
I sent one out, but I don't think they took it in yet.
But I do have Mr. Zander here to talk about streaming our own alien world.
So let's talk about streaming art, Zander.
Will you please give a quick introduction?
Tell us about streaming art.
Tell us about the community you're building.
Hi, everyone.
Nice to see everyone here.
Streaming art.
So some time ago when, I think two years ago,
three years ago, nearly when I joined WAX,
like majority of us when we found Alien World.
I was a streamer before.
So before WAX, I was streaming on Twitch on other platforms as well.
So I was always with streams and other streamers,
creating our communities as we were growing.
So once I got on WAX, I learned more and more about NFTs and whatnot.
And I didn't know how to explain to my community the viewers
that never had anything related with crypto and NFTs.
So me and two other streamers, we got together and we said,
let's try and educate our viewers because if we are going to work on WAX
and NFTs, people need to learn more.
So we started the collection streaming art streaming
because we were streamers and art because the NFTs are digital art.
So that was the best way to explain to people that never heard of NFTs.
So we tried to explain them just like Pokemon cards only digital.
So we started it because we've seen loads of scammers and whatnot,
so bad actors in any space.
So we said to start the collection and start the community
and try our best to educate and protect our community as best as we could
because the more you teach them, the less likely they'll get scammed and stuff.
So we always said, don't click any links.
No one's doing any giveaways in DMs.
Everything's done public.
So you see any links in DM, ignore it.
So after that, our streaming art community progressed into more than that.
So we started looking at how we can leave an impact on this blockchain, for example.
So we've seen there's loads of collections around that.
So, for example, one collection, one project had some community,
other had their own community.
So we said to kind of bring them together.
So when we came with ideas with raffles and stuff,
so where we took contributions from different projects,
put them in a whole raffle and bring all their communities together
and learn about each other's project.
Because when we were doing the raffle, well, we're still doing it.
The raffle has been going on for more than a year now.
So every time there was a raffle ticket at first where I was sending the prizes manually.
So that was taking me five, six hours for everything to do.
And then we did the packs because who doesn't love pack opening?
So once we did the packs with the help of NFT Hive contract,
so we put the old prizes in one prize pool and we did the raffle pack.
And basically it's one NFT.
And when you open, you get one NFT from random collection.
So you had the option to either investigate that collection and project, game, whatever,
or you could sell it.
So it was working.
It's still working nicely.
And we've heard feedback from the community saying that,
oh, from the raffle packs, I found Novo Pangea and I started playing it.
Oh, from the raffle packs, I found this and I started playing it.
So we got good feedback that made us continue.
And like I said, still continuing today.
So after that, we made our stream token because why not?
It's a community token which acts like a DAO, for example.
So our community takes the decisions.
So whenever we have, let's say we make a new staking pool, for example,
we put it to the community and say, what's the maximum we should allow?
And they put it in a vote.
And at the end, the community decides what the next thing decided.
So yeah, it's more like a DAO now.
And our raffle pack is on NFT Hive every Friday.
They go quickly.
So yeah, that's streaming out in a bit of a box.
Speaking for myself personally, the raffle packs that you do, I think they're fun.
It's always a fun little treat at the end of the week for me to crack one of those open and see what I get.
I think I've gotten a couple miners for yours game.
I've gotten some NFTs from Funko's.
I've seen Funko's.
Alien Worlds, we'll have you kind of touch on in just a second.
So I think it's pretty fun and interesting.
And it's fun to, you know, people like Scratchers, that's kind of how it reminds me of.
It's a little Scratcher ticket.
And I have fun with it.
So that's my two cents to give back to you for your feedback, Xander.
You kind of mentioned how you're building community and stuff.
So let me ask you, if there's an upcoming event for streaming art before we talk about Alien Worlds a little bit,
what would you like to share from the community or for the community?
Streaming art event.
Well, we normally have, like I said, the raffle pack each week.
So each Friday we have 200 raffle packs with a limit.
So two packs per half an hour per user.
We set to make it fair for everyone to at least grab two packs.
And that's about it for now.
We don't really expand that much.
We have like a tight community.
That's why we don't have that many.
We have like 1,000 something community members.
But that's streamers and the wax community.
So we keep a tight lease.
So every time someone joins our community, I always look if they have any common discord.
If they don't, I just DM them and say, welcome.
And where did you find this?
If they don't answer, that's a clear scammer.
And I kick him out.
If he joins again, I ban him.
So I keep a tight leash on newcomers.
Well, that's the way to go.
All right.
So switching gears for a second here.
Correct me if I'm wrong about the position, but you're also the community,
one of the community leads or community members for alien worlds.
Will you give, I think everyone here probably knows or has heard alien worlds a little bit.
So would you give maybe some updates surrounding what's going on in that metaverse?
Well, not everyone, but most of the users think that alien world is just a clicker game,
which in part I agree with you.
But if you look at the wider part and wider story, if you go into it more deep,
you'll find that it's not all about the mining game.
So it's the mining game.
It's the mission.
But then you have the DAO.
So with the DAO, you stake 5,000 Trillium, you put it in a planet,
any planet of the six, and then you start your candidacy.
So after that, you get people to vote for you.
And once you become a custodian, you can take part in proposals.
So every week, each planet receives a budget of Trillium,
and then they make proposals to make alien worlds better.
Again, not only about the mining game, they can use the budget to create advertising.
They can use the budget to create new games developed by third-party developers.
So that's how it's been going on.
So before people judge a book by its cover, just come in and look at it more.
So for example, there's the Galactic Hub grant that has been funding a lot of projects.
Like the latest two projects, there's Battlefleet Armageddon,
which is a mobile game that works with alien worlds NFTs and with WAX.
So using WAX, you can upgrade your Battlefleet Armageddon ships.
Again, it's a mobile game connected with NFTs and stuff.
So I don't know how many people knew about the Battlefleet Armageddon.
I'll even post a link in the space here.
And then one of the other latest ones is Starblind Comic.
Again, that's one of the first ones that have been made.
So Comic NFT.
I know there have been others in the past,
but Lightningworks have been given a grant from Galactic Hubs
and they developed an amazing comic.
Again, it's NFT.
I'll post a link on that as well.
So you can go through the comic as you are in real life.
So it's like $3 per comic and it comes in different rarities
and you can blend them and make a better rarity and stuff.
And the latest one is still Galactic Hub launched Target Community Grants.
Again, as I was coming back, it's not just a clicker game.
So now the Galactic Hub is rewarding people that are storytellers.
So you come up with your own story
with a narrative between 1,000 to 2,000 words
around the elements like Trillium and around the new lore
that's been posted in our Discord and on Alienworks.io.
Like Tri-actor technology and the new races and stuff.
So there's a lot of new stuff that probably people missed out on.
Because we have the bad actors and bots
and they're still going like any other games.
We're still fighting the bots.
But in the back, there's great things happening
like the tokenized lore and more,
like the collaboration with Kevin J. Anderson.
So there's many more.
Yeah, and the KVN Creator Program.
Like we are collaborating with the HuxWax Hub.
We're creating.
Because I was about to show it. If you didn't, go ahead.
Yeah, what did you want to say?
Okay, so in addition to all that, because it sounds like,
you know, it's almost like Alienware is shaking off this idea
that it's just a clicker, right?
And so to that end, I think you mentioned,
you can go to like these different hubs
and it can help fund projects and stuff like that.
And I believe that one of the projects that was funded
was to help create content
and generate, you know, videos, articles
and information about all of the new stuff that's coming out.
Some of the stuff that you're just talking about.
I forget the name of it that you just mentioned.
Battle Fleet Armageddon.
Battle Fleet Armageddon, thank you.
That's something new that's coming. That's pretty cool.
The Kevin J. Anderson thing and expanding the lore
and being able to submit your own lore.
It's also very exciting for me who's into that kind of stuff.
The really cool, I really like that how you partnered with,
you know, you reach out to me,
we partnered up with HuxWax Hub so we could have a campaign.
So if you're listening, if you are interested
in anything that Xander's mentioned,
brought up or talked about,
the Battle Fleet Armageddon,
the Lightning Works comics,
any of the other things that are currently being developed
or will be developed,
come on over to Xander.
Reach out to him and he can get you set up
so you can participate in creating some of the content
and share what you see.
Whether that's the lore blog, like I said,
syndicates or the G-Hubs.
Anything to add, sir?
Yeah, I'm, like, yeah, during the...
Looks like no.
Can you unmute it?
Yeah, I can hear you.
Oh, cool.
So yeah, beside the articles, videos and stuff like that,
we want to, like we said, even lore,
if you're a blog writer or a storyteller or something,
your involvement comes under many ways.
So it's not like just to make a video
or to make an article, it's not all about,
like, look, Aussie makes amazing reviews,
stuff like that, truth.
And if it's painful for some, it can be,
but that's truth.
You have to appreciate and respect the truth by the way.
Shout out to Aussie.
I think she's one of the most level-headed
and neutral reporters when she gives updates.
So shout out to Aussie.
Yeah, I love Aussie as well.
All right, Xander, I think I've let you waffle long enough.
Thank you for coming up and speaking and joining me
and being someone that I can talk to about different stuff.
I appreciate you, man.
Thanks for coming out.
Oh, let me add another thing regarding the battlefield
I'm getting before I...
All right, let me bring up our next guest,
Captain of the G-Gen Pirates.
I'm sure that he's going to come up here
and share a lot about his Watch to Earn project
and his community.
Captain D-Gen, welcome.
Last Wednesday, will you please, you know,
give a quick introduction yourself
and introduce and share us and tell us about Watch to Earn.
Yo, yo, what's up, everybody?
It's Captain D-Gen, your boy, your cat.
Oh, I thought I was making a YouTube video there.
Anyway...
Give me just a second.
Of course, I just got a phone call and it disconnected me.
Can you hear me?
Yeah, you sound good.
Okay, I think you can hear me.
I'm going to talk.
Do it, we hear you.
All right.
I hear you.
Yo, what's good, everybody?
I appreciate you having me on right now.
Can I be the next talker so I can figure my Bluetooth out?
All right.
Let's go to Brian and you raise your hand up
and you wanted to share something you got going on with your community.
Thank you so much.
What up, guys?
What up, everybody?
God, it feels so weird to hear you call me Brian.
For anyone that doesn't know, this is Kuma.
But what's up, Tommy?
What up, everyone else?
I actually, I was here for Xander's conversation.
I heard Alien World talk.
Not necessarily the biggest Alien Worlds guy myself.
No offense.
But some of the new stuff sounds pretty cool.
I have had some fellow artists and people and friends in the space
that have mentioned stuff about these different kind of programs
that Alien Worlds looks like they're setting up
as far as through the different communities
and funding people to find these different ways to create stuff.
And then, okay, so to now springboard off of that,
also being a part of the Pixie Gone team,
what was it what we got to do to get some staking funds
or whatever to get an Alien Worlds game?
And I mean an Alien Worlds game with a character controller
where I could jump around on a planet
and do some Alien Worlds stuff, man.
What do we got to do, bro?
Yeah, it's pretty easy.
The G-hugs and sign up and make a proposal, right, Xander?
I don't know if I can hear you right now,
if you're speaking.
Can you hear me, Tommy?
I can hear you.
Oh, you can hear him?
Yeah, I think Tommy has a bit of delay or something.
Yeah, I can hear Xander.
Can you not hear him, Tommy?
No, just me.
Sorry, I'll shut up.
Go ahead, Xander.
Be a good boy, Tommy.
Good man.
Yeah, so Kuma, it's through Galactic Hub grant program,
so I'll put a link here.
But if you go on the AlienWorlds.io website
and you click Grant, you'll see top right,
and then you scroll down a bit,
you'll see the Apply Now button,
and then within that area you'll get a form
which you'll fill up and you'll say,
okay, I want this amount of Trillium.
For this amount of development,
it's going to take us this amount of time.
And then the Galactic Hub team will come back to you
and say, how is this going to help the AlienWorlds community?
So you either implement AlienWorlds NFTs
or you implement Trillium or implement any of the lore
and anything from AlienWorlds community
that will help bring and drive AlienWorlds members
into your game and combine them.
That'll work.
Sweet. That sounds awesome.
Yeah, I mean, Pixiegon has cranked out some pretty good games.
It was Pixie old.
They did the Kuma Fruit Fields with me,
which I was pretty satisfied with it.
Also have a couple other games that they'll be releasing
through the community as well.
So just them trying to ground themselves as that, like,
go to like, hey, we make games.
And I mean, I know the heat that AlienWorlds always gets
in the whole clicker argument,
and I'm not here to have that argument.
But I know what I can provide is to offer the chance
for them to have something that could be a super dope
actual gaming experience that, yeah,
could tie in lore and Trillium and NFTs
and all the three if necessary.
Yeah, no, we'll definitely look into that.
If not me, I'll hand that over to Anders
and see what we can figure out.
But, no, definitely appreciate it.
And just keep, you know, everybody keeps staying creative.
Like, if you don't enjoy what you do here, nobody will.
So just enjoy what you're doing.
You know, just keep pushing the bar,
keep trying to do what we can,
and everyone just shut up and keep working.
That's what Kuma tries to focus on these days.
You know what I mean?
The longer you keep your mouth shut,
the more creative shit you can do
in the time of you would have been running your mouth.
So, everyone stay creative, keep it positive,
and I'll see you in the next Twitter space.
Thank you, Brian.
Looking forward to seeing the updates from a pixie gun
in our next space.
Thanks for coming out.
All right, Mr. DJ and Captain DJ and Captain, oh, Captain.
My Captain.
Oh, I'm back now.
All right.
That's good, everybody.
All right, Captain, go ahead and just give a quick introduction
for those who might not have had the pleasure of meeting you yet.
And then will you please share a little bit about Watch to Earn?
Absolutely.
I'm Captain DJ, and I really just came on
to give my magic beast referral code to my homie, Crypto Kuma.
I know he was looking for that.
I got you, bro.
I got you.
But, no, I am Captain DJ and leader of the Deep Pirates of the DJ
and DJ and Pirates of the original.
I like to say the original, but Watch to Earn is kind of vague.
A lot of streamers have been on here for a long time.
You know, Breaks, one of the OGs, Frassels and OG.
There's so many people that have been given away on stream.
We just kind of created a bot that automates it
and has a unique Watch to Earn system on Twitch.
You can watch the stream.
You get gold.
You can use that gold to do many things,
including digging live every stream whenever you want for NFTs.
And you can dig.
We got stuff from all over the WACCCs.
We got many projects, friends that we've made
that are in that pool that you guys can collect.
Fade It's in there.
There's a lot of online.
Las Vegas.
Tufu with Skunky Chunks have been vibing with us.
I think he just dropped like a hundred soil samples in there.
So that's just one thing you can do while we stream is dig
for all these friends' prizes.
You can use that gold.
You can also redeem it for WAX Booty,
which is our on-chain token.
Currently, that's been doing very well.
It was like hovering around WAX's price,
trade value or trading value.
So you can get that from the stream.
We just launched our boosters, which are huge,
because when you redeem that gold to WAX Booty,
you started at 25% rate.
But if you got the right, if you built the right ships
and you use these brand new boosters that are launched
all over NFT and NFT blocks and NFT Hive,
you can raise that rate and get more WAX Booty.
So it's a whole kind of system.
You can even buy ship parts and build ship parts
until you get a profit-sharing ship.
And we've been doing this whole non-custodial thing
for over a year now where you don't even got to go somewhere
and prove that you own it.
If you're holding that ship in your wallet,
you're getting daily WAX airdrops.
Next month, we've deposited 6400 WAX
to be delivered throughout every single day.
And there's only like 20 something ships
that have ever been made.
So those people are getting pretty decent
daily WAX airdrops to them.
So yeah, we got our Twitch channel, our project,
a lot of stuff that you can kind of different ways, avenues
you can take to earn multiple utilities for the token.
You can even take that WAX Booty
and send it to our stream while we're streaming
and shoot me in the face with Nerf balls.
We got a Nerf machine gun that will blast me in the face.
We got a silly string can that you can actuate
with your WAX or WAX Booty
and you can shoot me in the face of silly string.
You can pump air into a balloon that when it pops behind me,
we do a big fat giveaway.
So I mean, there's so many different utilities
and things you can do while you're earning.
And we'd love to have you guys come in the stream and learn it.
We got multiple streamers that are using our bot
and our watch to earn system in their own streams.
And they're also utilizing their own earning now with our tool.
We're getting ready to launch to all streamers
to try to bring in a huge amount of Twitch streamers
into the WAX blockchain utilizing this digital loyalty
as a whole new utility or concept
of way of using WAX and blockchain.
So yeah, I know I'm going off crazy just ADHD talking,
but that's the overall process of everything we got going on right now
in the watch to earn system we've created.
One of the most vibrant and energetic streamers, I think, in my opinion.
I caught a little bit of the stream yesterday.
I think it was just a chat stream.
And it was just fun to kind of hang out and just listen,
even though I didn't get to do too much of watch to earn
or digging on that one.
But just hanging out and it's a good vibe
and it's fun.
How do if someone's a streamer and wants to get involved,
where can they go and learn about that or sign up
or join the crew?
Oprahish is saying that at the end of this month,
we believe we're going to be opening it up to basically anyone.
It doesn't have all of the features that it's going to have.
I've been streaming for five years, way before the NFTs and stuff.
So entertaining streaming is my passion.
I've been a class clown my whole life.
So as an adult, as a weird ADHD goofy adult,
Twitch gives me that ability, that platform to be goofy and entertain people.
Making people laugh is truly what I enjoy my whole life.
So blocking a whole concept of rewarding my channel.
But if they want to get more information, just stopping in the discord
or the stream is the best way.
We'll be launching it.
In the future, once we get some more funding and things,
right now they can buy wax boosters.
That's something that helps us fund it actually.
We want to add all features of all these other bots out there for Twitch streamers.
So it's not just watch to earn.
We got shout out overlays.
We're going to have multiple giveaway overlays for streamers to use.
We're going to have email.
We're going to have end credits.
So any streamer stream, they can have end credits going.
So they're going to go for these web two features
that all streamers have always wanted and can get.
But then they're going to learn about digital loyalty through the wax blockchain.
And I really believe that's going to bring a lot of normal people to the blockchain
and show them that it's not all about JPEGs and rugs.
If you find a good utility, blockchain can be used in so many different ways.
And we believe we've just created one new way to bring streamers to wax.
But yeah, long story short, join the discord and over the Twitch stream
and we'll definitely get you and lead in the right direction.
Beautiful.
Thank you so much, Captain.
We are almost at time and I don't want to run over time
because we'll be trampling on Ethtopia space.
Captain, thank you for sharing all that.
I'm kind of going right after you.
Oh, absolutely.
Appreciate you having me, brother.
I'll always be around.
So much love to you and the team and keep up the good work
and I'll see you guys around.
Thanks, Captain.
All right, everybody.
That's going to be our space for today.
So before we break for the week or even better,
let's go and listen to Ethopia's space
as this continues to keep the wax Wednesday riding.
Let me go have some upcoming dates real quick.
So, one, happening right now is the Ethopia wax Wednesday space.
Hang out with Waffles, Brickman and Queen Kostaya
as the team covers the latest wax drop calendar.
Two, if you're watching the latest activities from the Woofie, you know,
you've got a couple of days left until the end of the top 20 NFT competition
and the snapshot takes place.
So remember, in order to qualify,
you'll need to hold NFTs from the top 20 collections
at the end of the trading period.
You can track the collections at waxmarketcap.com forward slash Woofie.
W-U-F-F-I.
And on March 6, we'll be hosting Lukaswika,
our CTO of wax as our guest on wax Wednesday.
So make sure to mark your calendars to hear the latest updates
on our roadmap, Cloud Wallet and more.
That's all for me this week.
Let me give a big thank you to everyone who came up and spoke.
Xander, Captain, Tea Break, Brian, Bricks.
If I'm not forgetting someone who stepped down.
Consume a break, we're gonna go listen to him talk some more.
Thank you for coming out.
Thank you for speaking.
Thank you for listening.
And if I don't see it next time, you know, stay safe.
Look out for each other.
Have a happy Wednesday everybody.
Stay frosty.
Stay frosty.
