Welcome aboard.
I now bring you our host, revolution good afternoon happy friday welcome
to the community communities web 3 space hope everybody is good hope everyone's had an amazing
week so far wow what a week it has been to say the least never mind what a 2025 it's been but
i'm super excited about this space definitely looking
forward to connecting with you guys kf media and learn about who you guys are where you came from
where you're going what you've done what you're doing definitely really excited about it so thank
you so much for allocating the time with us tonight and apologies on the late post of the
space link as well just had so much going on but um yeah after it usually
takes about five ten minutes for everyone to show up and stuff usually when we conduct these spaces
we host a space for two hours we usually feed to two guests giving each guest up to 60 minutes each
to break down their ecosystems now of course i know that may sound like a lot but once we dive
into the conversation time flies when you're having fun but the point is for it to be a slow laid-back relaxed conversation so that you've got the time to unpack the hundreds if
not thousands of hours you put into building your ecosystem and it's also just to have a nice
friendly conversation just to help us learn other people learn help you explain and unpack things
and then we can all enjoy the evening as i'm sure everyone's been working hard
and had a long week already so yeah that being said tonight we are just featuring you guys so
super excited about that but i will go around the room say hello to our co-hosts and then we will
introduce you guys into the space so we have the bacon sandwich on stage bacon happy friday sir how are we today is a day of celebration um so the community community is
part of a collaboration that took place today this was a collaboration with wave wars uh and
sponsored by crypto magazine and basically what we did was we uh we did a uh a wave wars episode wave wars is basically music battles where
we use blockchain technology to basically create a trading chart versus each other
in order for people to vote for the artist or the music piece or whatever it may be that they
prefer the one they like and that sort of thing um it's kind of a cool cool concept but we were doing a fundraiser today for our friends over at poly raiders um and we successfully
raised nearly 300 for him his charity and what he's got going on in nigeria cutting a long story
short what this guy does is he's a high school principal in Nigeria,
and he noticed that there were a selection of girls
that every month for about three or four days were not attending school.
And he knew what that reason was, and he wanted to do something about it.
So he started an NFT project, which is artwork created by his daughters.
There's only $1.50 per mint and 100
percent of those proceeds go towards um towards helping these girls get the products they need
um i believe he's he's helped over 600 girls get a six month supply month six thousand six months
supply of uh female sanitary products um to to assist them to get to school um and today
we were doing a fundraiser for christmas um now this is a little bit different from the normal
stuff that they do this is to basically provide kids with things that they don't have so a kid
without a jumper is going to get a jumper for christmas this year a kid that doesn't own any
shoes is going to get shoes for christmas this year a kid that doesn't have a jumper is going to get a jumper for Christmas this year. A kid that doesn't own any shoes is going to get shoes for Christmas this year. A kid that doesn't have a toothbrush is going to get a
toothbrush for Christmas this year. A kid that doesn't have socks is now going to get socks
for Christmas this year. So big shout out to Wave Wars, Candy, COC team, Crypto Magazine,
and everybody that helps make it possible um it was a really good
space we generated a bunch of money for a really good cause um and it's and it's it's direct it's
boots on the ground it's not like when you donate to like oxfam and like 10 actually makes it to to
making some kind of impact 100 of what was made today will go to making a real world impact
for these kids so um yeah go us go us let's go let's go go hell yeah that's what this ecosystem
is about that's what's benefiting from the technology and the connectivity is it about
we're good friends
with poly raiders we've been connecting them for a long time so kudos on you mate yeah cheers man
z3 is also one of the community community core team members how's it going z
14 members.
How's it going, Z?
Hello, Legends.
Happy Friday, everyone.
I nearly said happy Saturday.
You guys absolutely smashed it today.
Sorry, I couldn't spend long there.
My mate popped over and then I got distracted.
I was at work.
I got kicked out of the space somehow because I was not on the screen itself.
And then I just... Dude, I was at work and I had my volume on the screen itself. And then I just,
I was at work and I had my volume on like one bar so that only I could hear
it and no one else could.
I managed to,
sneak that in while,
while I was working today.
and then obviously I finished work and I jumped on the stage and said hello
and said a few things and shit.
So, but yeah, that was a really good space i really enjoyed it i mean hurricane's
got such a good energy um you know always brings the always brings the fire always brings the party
um but yeah big big love for what we did today good stuff
yeah well said bro amazing and well done to everyone that came together and you know we
didn't have much time but you guys absolutely smashed it well done candy as well for all your efforts and everything you
did and you and evie absolutely made it happen and it was amazing and what a phenomenal what
a phenomenal cause and the beautiful part is we're going to get to see that cause as well because
they're going to capture some content of the experience that they're going to generate for
the kids to go along with the amazing things that they're going to get so yeah amazing all-around well done but and then and then they're going to
send they're going to send us the footage um being the amazing content creators that we are
and we're going to put something together um with the footage that he that he captures um and then
send that back to him so he can put it everywhere so yeah looking forward to that i'm gonna step into really quick
candy hurricane zol y'all killed it it came together what in a week and a half if that
it was literally last week on the mental health space we literally came together and made it
happen so you know just there's that collaboration right there,
making things in the real world happen.
And, you know, I'm just excited to do this again with Poly Raiders
or a different organization, like just making the world better.
And I just, I appreciate y'all and I'm glad that, you know,
we can make it happen together.
So thank you.
Hey, you made it happen. You you know you and candy were the with the
lead on this thing um i was i was just getting dragged along i'm taking zero credit here oh
don't be stupid man you were involved in that dude it was your idea it was your idea to to to have a
us dollar deposit option for this.
And I think without that, I don't think we would have got anywhere near the target that we did.
I'm so glad that we were able to make that happen literally at the finish line.
That's thanks to Candy.
Most of the money came for that.
So thank you, Candy.
I mean, I'm so glad that we did it
So just thank you
Yeah, well done, everyone
Well done, Candy
Funny enough, I was waiting for Candy to jump in there
And I thought she's not even on stage
So we're doing big love, Candy
Absolutely legendary
But yeah, let's introduce our guest for
tonight and it's funny how i think i've seen you around for so long and obviously we're connected
with many people that we're both connected to and that's awesome as well so definitely excited
about this and i was you know making a conscious effort to check out some of your spaces like i
listened to a spaceship made the other day with some updates and stuff and i was like that sounds really good and it seems like you're trying
to really take a slow authentic approach so definitely really excited so yeah we usually
ask people to just you know give an introduction you can go in as much or as little depth as you
like um but yeah happy friday welcome to the stage and thank you for joining us will t
well i know it's late In your neck of the woods
So that's fine
And thank you so much for inviting us
And scheduling this space
Do you want to hear from the community's POV
Or the founder's POV
Interesting
Both if you've got the ability to do so
Hi everyone
This is Will T of Web3 founder of kf media coming to you live
on the community of communities kf media yeah we have some uh cross connectivity and that's the
beauty of the blockchain ecosystem right is that we have this opportunity to collaborate with each other, to cross pollinate, especially when we're tapping into a similar energy, especially when we are tapping into a similar mindset and like mindedness, which is just a beautiful thing in and of itself. So I guess from the founder's
perspective, we can start there. And then we can hear from the community perspective from the KF
Media account, which is still going to be my voice because I'm operating both accounts
simultaneously. Yes, we hacked cross-platform conversations. That's right, ladies and gentlemen.
You can have cross-platform conversations across
various social media platforms, wherever you're at, depending on the capabilities of the platform,
of course. But yeah, we're kind of experienced at it. So let's start with the founder's journey. So, I came into the space in March of 2020 during a black swan event now known as the COVID-19 effect, right? And that had a global impact on not just financial markets, but it had a global impact on humanity in and of itself, of this new novel virus that was impacting us all, impacting our lives,
impacting our daily activities. So I took a leap of faith, retired from the corporate American
mindset, the big corporation mindset, and became an entrepreneur. And I took on a solo client
at the time who was working on, well, let's put it this way. They had just required
a specific IEP in the payment solutioning space. And they wanted me to be assistant in taking that
solution and turning it into something very special. And so with that being said, I became an entrepreneur. I found an LLC in the state of
Colorado, which is where I live in the United States. And it was a good two, two and a half
year run there. And my first task, my first assignment as far as blockchain, because I was
trained on being an options trader in the equity markets.
What are the correlations? What are the similarities?
What are the comparisons that we can glean from this?
Because we understand this is a new emerging financial opportunity for people who are willing to take the risk.
for people who are willing to take the risk. And that was in March of 2020.
And that was in March of 2020.
After a seven-month research project that turned into getting an invitation from a community,
and I learned very quickly by this very special private invite from a friends and family perspective,
the value of community and the value of meeting on a consistent basis and learning from each other
and learning from people who had a greater sense of knowledge than we did about this ecosystem.
Right. And that benefited me very well. And so 18 months, we met every day without fail,
learning about decentralized finance, learning about yield farming, learning about all the various mechanics.
And so this was during the boom of DeFi summer of 2020 or 2021 in that time frame.
And then, of course, we all know what happened in 2022 with the ecosystem,
right? Started with Tornado Cash and then Terra Luna, Fallout, and then, of course,
the collapse of FTX, which I had so high hopes for SBF because he was a rising star
in the ecosystem. And oh my gosh, just whatever. So it was around that time in the fall of 2022 that we left our brand.
So our brand, Kingfisher's Corner, which is owned by KF Media now as a social audio brand.
We launched in February of 2022.
Within six months in, we knew we had to do something different.
We knew we had to have a very specific
focus of an effort larger than ourselves. And it was during that time in 2022, let's say from
August through December, so four months, that we took the time out to have the conversations
with real life educators, with ed tech educators, with homeschoolers,
with online educators, right? And it was through that process of successive conversations,
hundreds and hundreds of hours and attending conferences, because I was on a conference conference hopping tour in most of 2022 that we discovered there's two primary categories in the
education system. And if anybody here has ever been part of a traditional education system,
you kind of know the benefits, the fallacies, right, of that system. So we identified two major categories that were very underserved,
and that was emerging tech, which includes blockchain, AI, near-field communications,
quantum computing, IoT, EVs, right, basically anything that is categorized as emerging tech was very lacking in the
traditional education system and life skills so when we're talking about basic skills like you
guys are talking about poly raiders right and they're doing basic needs for people who have
no access to these basic needs right so we're talking about like sewing, cooking, right?
Basically, if you grew up in the 80s, you might have had some beneficiary to that,
even just some soft skills like customer service, right? So we decided that when we launched KF
Media, that those would be the two primary learning tracks we would focus on out of the gate. Of
course, that can become expansive through time, right? But those were the two primary ones,
and we felt that that was a high attractant. So it was in May of 2023 that we gained enough steam,
we gained enough energy, we gained enough support within our community we had at the
time that we said, okay, you know what? We're going to launch a company or a community inside
of Web3 using Web3 technology and the energy and the value of community of Web3 to do something special and to go out and change the world.
And that's when we decided to set out for the launching of KF Media.
And what we learned along the way is that we had 17 faithful, undying supporters of our mission
and what we were looking to accomplish against a 20-year roadmap.
So I'll stop there.
And if you guys have any questions,
maybe we go to the community perspective
or the KF Media perspective about what has transpired since.
Yeah, I mean, first of all, well played.
And second of all, far away, Birkin.
I was just gonna say, I just hope that the community voice
is ever so slightly different from the voice that we heard before.
Well, I don't know how much different it can be, but I'll give it my best go.
Oh, that sounds like I found that it's really been through a lot and put a lot of work in.
threw a lot and put a lot of work in.
So when we launched the community originally,
we launched on Ethereum and Polygon because we knew we wanted to have a
multi-chain effort.
And that's what we had access to at that time.
And if you look at our community descriptor on our profile,
the best way to describe the community is that we are a community of education enthusiasts, building solutions that make education regenerative, rewarding, and equitable globally.
So we're building on a global scale, right?
And so with that, we've come across a lot of amazing human beings.
And so with that, we've come across a lot of amazing human beings.
I would say the true ethos of Web3, the more holistic, wholesome area of Web3 that really makes Web3 special and beautiful.
Not like the casino gambling parlors you see out there, right?
I'm not going to name names, Polymarket, excuse me, you know, meme coins, whatever, right?
market, excuse me, you know, meme coins, whatever, right? But we really knew that we wanted to create
this very special community of people who could subscribe to a singular idea. And that's building
a model that through time will change the educational system as we know it today, the
traditional education system. And we have to start somewhere, right?
Along the way, so we launched officially on May 13th of 2023.
We formed as a company on June 8th. So we took the proceeds from the original Mint
to pivot that into operational costs
to jurisdictionally found the company because at that time there was no such
thing as launching a web 3 company right you had to have some form of traditional business
jurisdictional foundation to give you the credibility uh tax liabilities as well and um
you know the not necessarily the provenance, because the provenance, I think of it more in the blockchain aspect of it, but giving us the credence, I guess is the best way to describe it, to move forward, right?
We participated in successive grant programs through GetCoin Grants as a fundraising mechanism.
We have a listing on Giveth, which is one of the longest running giving platforms inside of Web3,
where you can give with your crypto and get rewarded by doing so, as a matter of fact.
And we've met a lot of amazing people that have supported us along the way.
So when we look at just me are you
not hearing me so for me you were cutting in and out i don't know if it was just me or if that was
everybody was hearing that yeah i could hear it loud and clear but that silence i will assume that
it was just me then no worries sorry continue oh thank you appreciate it um so what we've done as No worries. Sorry, continue. anybody who's ever given us a social shout out. It goes to anybody who's ever been a contributor
in our grant fundraising programs. It goes towards anybody who has ever signaled their interest
in joining in our community, right? So we have a very diverse, very robust community out there
that I would say at this point is probably greater than 300 people that are
very emphatic about bringing qualified change to education.
Fast forward to today, we have four active programs.
We have products out in the marketplace.
We can talk about those products individually here in a few minutes.
And we're starting to generate revenue, right?
And so I think this is something special because over the course of the last two years,
the cost of doing business for business operators inside of Web3 has decreased
significantly because of L2s and the way L2s operate.
But additionally, because of all the upgrades that have been done to the layer ones to make
them more efficient and cost effective as well. So to be able to sit here today and say just two
and a half years removed from launching the company and the community that we're starting
to generate revenue, I feel is quite an accomplishment because the benchmark for
traditional businesses is that if you're not generating revenue after three years, you're pretty much a failure.
I don't know if you had anything you wanted to add on there, Thay or miss evie but uh we're here for it no i just um appreciating what
you're saying about the difficulties of you know progressing as a business um and being able to tap
into web3 and i was also really happy when you said you had 17 community members that were active
and supportive because that's a lot of people you put that amount of
people in the room i know people may think that they're small numbers but to have 17 people see
value in you or what you're doing is pretty incredible so you know for that well done and
the fact that you're looking to you know provide educational tooling and access for people to gather the education is awesome and
in this space is very important because you know i think the top two most important things
is cyber security and education which i suppose taps into to cyber security of course but
you know they are two separate you know entities really but do go hand in hand which i think
the beauty of web 3 i think a lot of things go hand in hand which i think the beauty of web 3 i
think a lot of things go hand in hand and i think that having the ability to access information
for people to be able to learn the correct approach to take is awesome because it is a
dangerous space but it has also got the ability to be very very prosperous for the people as i'm sure
everybody knows so yeah i just think that's awesome so well done thank you very much and uh
you know we still maintain our social audio brand kingfisher's corner uh we leverage it on saturdays
we're currently in the middle of a web series called building a regenerenerative Economy. So how can we take the idea,
the concept of a regenerative economy,
which is basically a self-replicating circular economy,
and transform that into something
that is inclusive of everyone who wants to participate,
but also is able to take it from a stage of sustainability to a stage of
thrivability, which I feel is the next step up, right?
The next leg up.
So we have that to our benefit.
We actually will celebrate our four year anniversary of that social audio
brand in February.
So we invite everybody here to come tap into that as well. I think that's quite an
accomplishment in this space because I've seen a lot of spaces hosts that have not been able to
maintain that type of consistency throughout the duration with all the market sentiment,
the ups, the downs, the emotional drain, and the emotional toll that it can take
on individual people within this space
to keep progressing and going forward. But I feel the true believers in the technology that understand
what the technology is capable of and the role that the technology will play in society as the
next version of the internet, especially when we're talking about ownership of your data,
we're talking about ownership of your content, we're talking about ownership of your content,
ownership of your IP, that has a lot of value.
And while some people may not see the immediate returns
on that value in a short-term perspective,
if they focus and zoom out on the long-term perspective,
they'll see that through time,
that's just become increasingly more valuable.
And we're really excited to be connected with you guys
because you guys are a community of content creators, right?
And we have a special program just for content creators
to be able to have them tap into their inner passions
and become monetized in a way that's very creative, I feel,
outside of the social media platforms, which have very
high barriers for monetization. In my perspective, there's an easier way. There's a
lower barrier of entry way in order to monetize content.
So with that being said, with your permission, we will kind of focus a little bit since we've
kind of already described who our community is, how our community can get engaged with
We can focus on either the products or the programs that we have.
You let me know which direction you want to go.
You take it in whatever direction you want to go sir oh my god you guys are incredible okay let's focus on our programs so we have four programs that we've internally incubated we put a lot of
thoughtfulness into these programs we put a lot of creativity in these programs. We relied on our community at large for feedback about these programs as far as viability, as far as attractiveness, as far as being able to create something new and innovative in this space that maybe a lot of people haven't thought of in order to move the needle.
And we sit very firmly on the tip of the spear of adoption.
And we've learned very quickly the value of IRL or in real life events and hosting like wallet activation events.
So that's going to be part of our 2026 emphasis as well is to do more of that, right?
To get the natural community that's not in Web3 into Web3,
teach them the value about Web3, to teach them about the technology and the capabilities
and what it means to be inside of Web3. So the first program I'll start with is our flagship
program called Learn for Impact. And that's our version of Learn to Earn. We have never
in the history
of the community launched our own token, right? And some people may say, well, why not? Why not
take advantage of that energy? One thing we learned from the Token Engineering Commons
is when you're getting ready to launch a token, you should ask yourself, do I need to launch a token? Can I get other things done without launching a token?
And what kind of energy will this token drive towards what I'm doing, right?
Or towards my community or towards what we're building.
So what we've done is we've tapped into other tokens.
We've tapped into other tokens within the ecosystem that are making an impact either inside of Web3 or outside of Web3 from an environmental
perspective, a social perspective, a societal perspective, or maybe a new economic model
that people haven't thought of before, right? And so we take that collection of tokens. And so what we've been able to do is
through success of grant fundraising efforts, we've been able to accumulate and through
tapping in just to other community members, right? We've been able to accumulate a balance of tokens
that speak to these four categories of impact. And what we do is based on the balance of tokens we hold
on our treasury account, we assign a value of those tokens against every course that we have
inside of our learning center. So we did the research on it. And when you learn something new,
it releases dopamine in the brain. When you're part of an altruistic effort, it releases acetylcholine in the brain.
Now, the simultaneous release of dopamine and acetylcholine, also known as ACH, is very
special because it creates a very powerful euphoric response in the brain, right?
And if anybody in here has ever been in a state of euphoria, you kind of know what I'm
talking about.
But this is like enhanced euphoria.
So not only do you feel good about yourself and do you gain confidence because you learned
something new and now you have a new skill set that you can leverage to your benefit,
but you're also being a part of something bigger than yourselves,
which is the ultimate when it comes to the human experience,
as far as, you know, that type of response.
So it's a magnified effect of what happens in the brain.
So we feel that this is a very special program that, you know,
is not only encouraging people to learn something new
that they may not know about. And of course, it's very basic right now. It's very rudimentary. It
needs to be. It needs to be in that fashion to invite people in from the outside world of Web3
into Web3 so they can understand it, so they can rationalize it, so that they're not getting lost
in jargon and technical terms and their eyes glazing over, right? I'm sure all of us onboarders
have experienced that in some fashion or another. But the other impact that we're realizing that it
has by keeping it very basic is that it's very relatable and people can understand it and
digest it on a more granular level so that, you know, they say, well, if you really want something
to understand something, you have to tell them, you know, six, seven, eight, 10, sometimes 20 times
for them to really get it for those light bulbs to click, right? But when we keep it very
basic and relatable, those light bulb clicks go a lot faster than that. So with that being said,
that's Learn for Impact in a nutshell. And it's very special to us because that's how we're going
to move the needle. That's how we're going to move the needle on the adoption curve to invite people in, to reward them
so they understand the value of their participation
very quickly in the ecosystem.
Two other programs we have speak specifically
to adopting non-Web3 natives in the Global South.
When we're talking about the Global South,
we're talking about people who are in developing countries who don't have access to a robust variety of financial
resources like we do in the Western world or like we do in the global North, right? They have very
limited access to financial resources. One thing we learned through our original community involvement,
and this was a main narrative and emphasis back
in 2021. And I feel this was the short-sightedness of a lot of communities that were launched in that
time, is that it's one price fits all, right? And if you can't afford to be in our community
because you don't have the financial resources to participate, then you don't belong.
the financial resources to participate, then you don't belong. Well, how's that inclusive?
If we say that Web3 is an inclusive society of impact makers and change makers,
how's that being inclusive? So thinking outside of the box and thinking about how we do it,
we do it on a voucher system. So we've got a very specific process with a very specific Web3 tool
of where they can download an app.
They can join our community.
They immediately get sent a voucher, right, once we recognize that they've signaled that they want to join our community.
And then that voucher is exchangeable overall quality of life inside of Web3.
So both those programs are called Pathways for LATAM, which was the original program that launched.
And then from there, that evolved into Pathways for Global Adoption.
Both of those are branded, both of those are pending trademarks,
and both of those have logos against them. And we meet on a consistent basis with that leadership
team that are involved in both those programs, not only across Latin America in about six to
seven different countries, but also across sub-Saharan Africa in about four different African countries as well.
And so what we hope to glean from that is from these community leaders, because we recognized
that we can take a message in a community, but it's not necessarily going to resonate if it's
coming in our voice. But if it's coming in their community leader's voice,
it's going to resonate more soundly, right?
So we partner with the community leaders.
They take the messaging in their local communities.
We host wallet activation events.
And then from there, we keep that community engaged.
We get them into the learning center.
We get them educating themselves about what this beautiful experience can be for
them and start them on a trajectory of creating a career path. And then the last one, which is our
most recent program that we launched, is called KFM Talks. And what KFM Talks does is it brings
TEDx style talks. We've had Zal from the Zal.
I don't know if name dropping has value or not,
but I'm going to drop a few names here.
We've had Zal. Oh, we love Zal.
Yeah, I love Zal too.
Zal and I, Zal and us,
we have a very special connection
going back a few years
in some other communities
before we found our current connectivity
on our journeys together.
So, yeah, we love ZAL.
We love the ZAL and everything they're doing.
You guys were talking about Wave Wars.
That's one of the flagship events of the ZAL.
And we absolutely love that.
We love Candy.
We love everybody who's tapped in and engaged in that community.
So, from that perspective, so KFM
talks brings TEDx style talks into Web3. So the, you know, if you ever listen to a TEDx talk,
it's meant to be inspirational. It's meant to be impactful, sometimes motivational,
and just really makes you stop and think, right? So we've had Zal in from the Zal. We've had in other notables like Jimmy Cohen from the Tree Gens.
We've had myself. I've done my own talk in that way to monetize this content.
And we've had Mr. G. I don't know if you guys are familiar with Mr. G or not, but he's a 25 year traditional educator turned financial educator inside of Web3 who has a very unique
perspective on financial literacy. We have more upcoming people this month that we're bringing
in the studio to record their talks, like Rachel Onchain with Onchain Media, if you guys are
familiar with her. So it's very, what we're finding in this program, it's very impactful, it's very powerful, and it's just lowering the barrier of entry for content creation monetization.
So those are the four programs that we offer right now.
We will be doing another open call.
We do have an alumni set of participants in the KFM Talks program.
participants in the KFM Talks program. And we will be doing another open call in January to look for
new entries of anybody who wants to participate. So be looking for that coming out from this account
on our social signals. We're kind of going through a modification of our branding and our messaging
right now as we have a newly formed marketing team who are a bunch of hungry individuals who subscribe to the aspect of being a part of a meritocratist community, meaning you're getting rewarded for the efforts that you produce.
So we're going through a little bit of a revamp right now, but I think it's the perfect season to do that because we're about to be in high holiday season and not a lot of you know attention
is being driven to social media platforms right now anyway so um but with that being said those
are the four programs we offer and then we also do have our product set uh that we've released
in partnership with stuff.io and book.io.
I wanted to ask,
when Community of Communities interview?
When Community of Communities interview?
Well, you know, that's a great question because in part of this,
refocusing our efforts
on well-founded marketing strategies,
we will be hosting a consistent space.
Now we used to host spaces five days a week, right?
And based on bandwidth constraints and things like that,
we've pretty much gone down to just two days a week.
We have our community call on Tuesdays
and then we have our web series on Saturdays.
But with the new marketing team,
they're like, we want more, we want more. So stay tuned. We will send out the invite. Maybe you're one of our first guests
on our newly launched emphasis around X spaces and using X spaces as a community growth
leverage mechanism around this timeframe a day. But it'll be more expansive right we're looking at doing it
five days a week uh in this time frame and i know you guys do your things on fridays and saturdays
um so you know there's going to be opportunity for community communities come in and vibe with us
and kind of uh you know just be included how about that we'll come we'll come hijack your stuff dude
be included how about that we'll come we'll come hijack your stuff dude
well we look forward to because when we first launched king fisher's corner
uh within i don't know four or five months we had uh we had uh the expert advice show come
hijack our space for a little bit so yeah we're down for it let's go now that sounds amazing dude honestly and um you know like when he was talking
about uh the consistency earlier you know the fact that you've had a consistent show going for
four years is phenomenal that is a long time especially especially in this space as well so
you know it sounds really exciting because you was mentioning something that we we talked in the stand about the um the
barrier to entry for the monetization of content creation it is a different a difficult segment to
enter on on most platforms so the fact that you're providing tooling through and with education i just think it's brilliant um so when it comes to the educational material
available have you got multiple educational ecosystems that you're already tied in with
are you always looking for that what what's the story behind the educational element or is that
something that you're kind of building on over time yeah so it's consistent
iteration and consistent building and connecting with individual uh people uh who want to share
their knowledge base with other people right that's pretty much the emphasis of it i'll just
give you some background so this came out of a concept from our founder will t that he had while
he was conference hopping in 2022 of the concept of reach one, teach one.
Meaning if we can all reach out to one person and teach them what we know that they want to learn
from us, that they can spread that out into their ecosystems, whether it's social networks,
natural networks, whatever, right? So building on that concept, that led us to the learning model that led us to the core curriculum.
We have a team of independent contributors that have done some live learning sessions with us, with our community.
They've done some prerecorded sessions because this is all about self-paced, bespoke or customized learning.
paced, bespoke, or customized learning, right? So we have master classes on blockchain basics,
on decentralized finance, and taking all the mystery out of it. We have courses on navigating
relationships with emotional intelligence. Mr. G, we're working hand in hand with him on bringing
his activity-based financial literacy course into our learning center as well.
We have other independent creators that have come in and created art courses using AI or without AI, right, or animation courses.
I, you know, Will T., our founder, has his own cooking classes of which there's at least 10 lessons in there on cooking, but cooking very basic simply with simple ingredients.
Because we feel a lot of times when people set out on a journey to cook, they may try to incorporate too much complexity to it.
And to have good quality tasting food that is also healthy for you simultaneously does not require a lot of ingredients.
So that's the type of courses that we offer right now. We actually just got tuned in to a new AI tutor that we're looking
to bring into our learning center as well, where somebody could come in at any time inside of our
learning center and say, hey, I want to learn how to do this specific task, right? And then it'll
build a course for them. it'll build a course for
them. It'll build a quiz for them. It'll evaluate the results of their quiz. And then we can reward
them appropriately based on that assessment. We also have some partner communities as well,
of which we partner with them. We say, hey, let us host your content, your educational content on our platform that we maintain on a consistent basis.
And we'll, you know, expose your educational courses to people that you wouldn't ordinarily connect with, right, within our community.
But simultaneously, we can reward them for their participation as well.
So we're always open to co-l. So we're always open to collabs.
We're always open to independent things.
One thing we learned along the way, and you guys probably know this since you're a community
of content creators, right, is the content creation process and finalization of it in
and of itself is a very laborious process, but it's getting better, right?
AI tooling is helping in that area, but it still can
take some time to produce the content at a high level of quality that people are going to engage
with. So I think this AI tutor model is really going to advance, elevate, and accelerate
the amount of content that we can incorporate inside of our
Learning Center for anybody who wants to tap in at any point in time.
I don't know if there's any additional follow-up questions, but hopefully that answers your
Yeah, no, it did. Thank you. I appreciate that.
Just one of the things that we do and have done is we bring people together and connect people.
So as you're talking about the elements of your ecosystem,
we're always thinking about different projects
that provide certain solutions that we could potentially you know connect you with
like one of the ecosystems that came to mind when he was talking about the education
element was salty sharks i don't know if you've come across rob in the spaces yet
we're familiar with salty sharks yes we just haven't i don't think we found a specific synergy
yet not saying that it doesn't exist that can be a benefit to both communities We just haven't. I don't think we found a specific synergy yet.
Not saying that it doesn't exist.
That can be a benefit to both communities.
Yeah, no, of course.
Absolutely.
No, but that's amazing that, you know,
there's so much is available to help assist in people's learning.
I think that's really cool. And the cooking element as well is really cool.
You know, we manage and edit we record edit upload and manage a channel for um a 2012 master chef that survived stage 4 cancer called tinker cooks on youtube um and he does a lot of
cooking content to help people learn how to cook healthy dishes in a simplistic and
moderately moderately moderately affordable manner
well thank you we appreciate that condiment or compliment condiment or compliment i don't know
complimentary right condiments use the right ones don't get me started on ketchup
yeah but no that's that is super cool and and how are people able to access um these tools
is this all available on your website or will be available on your website or have you created an
app so we have our learning center that we
maintain on Charmverse. I don't know if you know about Charmverse or not, but the best way to think
about Charmverse is that it's a web three version of Notion. So if you've ever interacted with
Notion before, it's very similar in the formatting and the interactivity. But one thing that Charmverse does, that Notion doesn't do,
is it taps into a lot of niceties and integrations inside of Web3.
So when we're talking about being able to record not only course completions,
but provide credible evidence that the course was completed on-chain
through Ethereum attestations, That's one of the integrations
with Charmverse, right? So we're able to do that. For all of our courses, we work off a dual
certification model. So EAS or Ethereum attestations are not easy to view on chain,
right? In its current iteration. But what is easy to view on chain is if you execute a smart contract
against another certification that may be have a visual representation for that course. So this way
the user or the learner can see that readily available in their wallet, right? So we do both. We use Unlock app for the certification,
the secondary certification,
but the primary certification
is through Ethereum attestation.
In terms of website,
that's a very interesting question
because we were very much tapped into Bonfire
and everything that Bonfire was created
because it was a very simplistic solution,
plug and play for non-code founders, of which
Will T is a non-code founder, to be able to create a website very simply, but to do it in a Web3
manner in terms of like launching your own digital products to the website. But unfortunately,
back in June, they sunsetted their service and we haven't found another complimentary service inside of web three
that fulfills the same um you know benefit to the community so right now the um the website that
we're highlighting uh on our profile page is our community page on karma and for those that don't know about karma karma is a very uh web three way in order to
record activity and impact that you make right and this has high value especially in the grant
funding programs because the funders want to see that impact right they want to see because you
guys probably know as well as we do that with the whole space of nonprofits throughout the years,
like you guys were saying about poly raters, right? And if that was like on a traditional 501 3C,
there'd be website maintenance, there'd be administrative costs that would come out of
the equation, right? And only truly about maybe two to 5% goes to the area of need. Whereas when
you have independent efforts, like what poly raters created, 100% of the funding can go to the need.
But the other aspect on the other side of the coin is those funders want to see that impact in a data-driven way, right?
So karma gives us and affords us that ability.
And so just circling back to KFM Talks, right? KFM Talks is this event content creation program that is done 100% using Web3 tooling. So when people ask us, are there enough tools to accomplish what we need to accomplish? Yeah, there's plenty of tools out there. You just got to know which ones to tap into.
there. You just got to know which ones to tap into. And so right now inside of Web3, we don't
view it as that there is a lack of tooling issue. Fast forward five years from where our founders
started, but there's a lack of usage of these tools that can really make an impact. So yeah,
can really make an impact.
So yeah, we have passports available for minting
through our marketplace on Third Web.
We can definitely get that link available
out to the community for sure.
If people want to tap in, it's a, you know,
for the Western world and the people who have access
to robust financial resources,
it's 0.0270 on base to get an educational passport and get into our
community.
We do have a link that we can share out for the Learning Center itself in Charm Burst
that is token gated while we're still building up the content level so we can protect the
user experience.
So hopefully that answers your question.
Yeah, that does answer my question. Thank you.
So I guess, I don't know, do we have another guest coming in?
No, we have no more guests.
The floor is yours.
No issues. Okay, so real quick, I just want to talk about the products we have available because right now our primary marketplace is on book.io and stuff.io.
And with that being said, right, what we've also learned is unless you have a dev team
that can create customized smart contracts for you,
it's very difficult to spin up your own marketplace.
It's very difficult
potentially to create smart contracts that can include
larger file sizes, right?
Like videos like 15 minute long videos.
So right now, our current product offering is aggregated there on book.io and stuff.io.
So what we have available is we have an e-book that is written by an anonymous author
who we worked hand in hand with this author over a period of months and successive months on co-editing the book.
And the book is collectible in either e-book format, audio format, visual format,
meaning the animation of the book as it turns the pages is set to the cadence of the audio file,
and then the full immersive experience known as an audio visual book so you
get the audio file combined with the video file like you're actually reading the book and the book
title is called there is something we think you should know and the main emphasis of this book
is to learn the source of fear and how fear comes into our focus as human beings and how to be able
to combat and overcome that fear and become fearless, which we think the more human beings
on this planet that become fearless, what a better place this would be, right? I mean,
if everybody had the
courage and the competence to go forward with their ideas and their concepts without regard to
not necessarily consequence, I don't think that's the right terminology, but without regard to
public sentiment, I think that's a better way to describe that. Man, we can make some amazing impact in this world collectively as human beings.
So that's the first offering we have for your consideration.
And all these, we've done product spotlights.
We've done very specific marketing campaigns against all these products.
So if you just scroll down on our feed, you can find them unless the host or co-host wants to find those and pin them up to
the uh do you guys call it the jumbotron here yes yes jumbotron yeah okay jumbotron because
officially uh ex-developers recognize it as the nest uh in our spaces we call it the garden because
we like to plant in the garden to let things grow oh i like that that's that's that's what we're gonna call that
from now on okay and we'll say it's a we'll say it's in honor of uh kf media aka will take proper
attribution man you guys are amazing okay so that's the first product offering we have on
book.io and stuff.io the cool thing about this marketplace is that they have a built-in player or reader on their mobile app, right?
So if you set up a profile, you go collect it, you can do it in a Web3 way.
You can do it in a Web2 way.
You can use just a standard payment methodology for it to collect it.
They're standard pricing with the industry of what these types of experiences would normally cost.
That being said, the built-in player gives the user or the collector the confidence of knowing that the NFT itself is inside of their wallet, but the file is stored in the player, so they always have access to it
through their Stuff.io or Book.io account for playability. So yeah, that's the first offering.
And it's done fairly well. If you don't know about Book.io or Stuff.io, they were very well
steeped and launched in the Cardano ecosystem they're still very much
tapped into the cardano community but what we're doing because they are a multi-chain platform now
is we're assisting them to expand their base footprint because we're doubling down on base
right now because well for those that aren't paying attention base is very much about supporting
content creators so and so we have an aligned focus
there. The second offering we have comes from another community we're connected to called the
Geysers in Crypto. And so they're part of my original Web3 community. They're three
septagenarians who don't subscribe to be of an advanced age physically,
and their minds are very sharp and young.
And so what they do is they host a space Monday through Friday at 10 Eastern.
No, I'm sorry, 11 Eastern.
Let me get my time zones right here.
11 a.m. Eastern.
So what would that be?
That'd be, what, 4 p.m. UTC, right?
And it's a show about current events, about onboarding, about community inside of Web3.
And they're working towards their 1,000th episode, which I think is pretty cool.
And we've helped them with some of their event collections along the way.
As far as like their special episodes
people being able to tap in and get like a proof of attendance for that event and stuff
so that's pretty cool so they have one of their community members created a song
called scrolling with the geezers and their primary uh host in geezersers and Crypto is a Web3 artist in and of himself.
So what we did is we took the song
with the lyrical overlay
and we combined some of the art
to give it a slight motion
animation to the song to
really make the song come to life. So we have that
available as well.
And it's the Geysers and Crypto animated
on stuff.io.
And then, of course, we have our talks out there.
So right now we've got Mr. G's talks out there of what is financial literacy that's available to be collected.
And then we also have Zal's talk about the Zal revolution.
And he just came into the studio the other day and recorded of which candy i understand you were very instrumental in
creating the presentation for this which we're very excited about uh why farcaster and so we're
very excited to be able to go back edit that publish it and get that pushed out to the
marketplace into so people can collect that as well so yeah that's our current product offering
we're consistently on an every two-week
cycle looking to push more product that we have out there. We have a bunch of recorded material
that we can push out to the marketplace for people to collect and tap into the community in that
fashion if they don't want to go mint a passport or if they don't want to be included in one of our
community leader programs to bring people into Web through to give them access to our learning center in that fashion and they just want to have the content um at
their fingertips uh yeah we're we're looking to push that out as well so
so how how are you finding filecaster because i know a few people that have kind of migrated over there.
So I'll be in one of them.
And they say the experience is really good over there.
What's your experience like over there?
Yeah, I wish we were more consistent, right?
Because the experience is very good over there,
especially now that they've integrated Farcaster
as the social feed inside of the base app, right?
And if you know about the mission of the base chain and the base app
and the support they've gotten from Coinbase Ventures,
it's to onboard the next billion people.
Now, we recognize us as a small community of 300 people.
We may not be able to onboard, you know, a billion people
over the next 10 to 15 years,
but we can still play our part and do our
role. We actually got a private invite to join Farcaster back in July of 2023. We didn't find
the value in it at that time until there started being a lot of noise made about it. And then,
of course, we activated that account when we were doing it. So I think it's very good. I like the categorization of where you can, through the channels, and I know they've gone through a different couple iterations of how channels are subscribed to and stuff, but I think it's more open now, of where you can drop your content to a specific audience so you can have a specific message tailored just to that audience who resides in that channel right um i like that a lot there is also some tokenization aspect of
farcaster now to where you can um you can signal a token that your community is engaged with whether
it's your own community token or another community token you can signal on your profile and highlight that specific token token so then it sends a signal to the
rest of the ecosystem of like oh you know kingfish's media is bullish on this token right now
right and then maybe they go acquired inside the wall the wallet is very clean and simple
you can do everything that you can do on a dex inside of that wallet and uh yeah we're
we're very big fans of that as part of our restructuring on our marketing strategies
we will be posting more content out on farcaster and i've encouraged everybody
on our marketing team if they don't have a farcaster account to get one set up so i've just set up an account over on farcaster um through zol's invites i think it's
kind of like an invite only thing right you have to be invited to be and you have some free invites
but i feel it's more of an open platform now and they do have a premium aspect like um x does where if you want to
be a subscriber not required but if you want to get a subscriber you got a higher level of premium
content that you have access to so my my experience of it so far is um i haven't been consistent on
there i've just made a couple of posts to see who sees it
um not many people are seeing my stuff if i'm being honest uh maybe i just need to be more
active over there i think the subscription thing would probably help a lot um to to kind of get a
few more a few more eyeballs on well i mean that's always been a consistent space with social media
platforms is discovery right and tapping into the right audience uh to be found um i know the zao the zao has a channel on there and it and being connected
to the zao like you guys are if you're posting your content in that specific channel you're
probably going to get a higher degree of engagement i will keep that in mind that's a good shout
actually because i did i did join that group
i didn't really sort of understand what that was but i think i i think i think i get it now
it's like a it's like these um ex-communities type thing right yeah very similar to that and
in that feed in that channel feed they're only going to see content that's been posted specific to that channel oh sweet but yeah i feel like i should i should be more more active over there for sure because
it looks like a really kind of a bit of an untapped resource and i've been watching this um
this gm show that they do um where they kind of like talk about like what they've been doing with
upgrades and other like bits and pieces around the ecosystem and uh it's presented by two female
presenters which i think is woefully underrepresented underrepresented oh my god words
in in web3 um we've recently connected with um world of women which is a a pretty large nft
project with like hundreds of millions of dollars of
volume and this sort of thing um and they've kind of gone down the same route as some other big nfc
projects where they've created a token that is used to uh generate fees that are then used to buy
um the floor of the of the project um but yeah that's that's run by women created by women for everybody um but i
want to see a lot more movements like that i want to see more women in this space because it's an
absolute sausage fest dude it's crazy i mean i think i think there is a fair amount of female
representation in the space it just depends on what information you're tuned into right but
i'm a big fan we're
big fans of jam parkhouse for show we actually got to meet um nounish prof which is one of the
hosts on there uh who's very much in the nouns community and um we met her at east denver this
year um as part of the on-chain creator summit.
Yeah, she seems like a really cool lady.
I would like to connect with her sometime.
She seems like she's got a really good vibe about her.
But you're right.
I mean, there are women here.
I mean, it's not like they don't exist.
I mean, we've got Candy in the audience.
We've got Miss Evie on the stage.
But it is, you know,
because women make up like 50% of the population and about like 10% of we're free.
So, I don't know. Is it because it's considered a financial product and traditionally financial markets and things is very male dominated?
Is it that? Because it's certainly not a case that it's a hostile environment, because I think that this space is particularly welcoming.
environment um because i think that this space is is particularly welcoming it's one of those rare
things where in this space it doesn't matter what color your skin is what language you speak what
gods you you you praise um whether you're male or female it's not it doesn't important uh it's
not important the important thing in this space is integrity.
And yeah, I think we've got something really special in this little corner of Web3 that we've created for ourselves.
Long may that shit continue.
Yeah, no doubt. because of public perception is that this is a financial services industry, which is only a small part of what the blockchain ecosystem represents.
I feel that that may be the case, right?
But when you look at the whole space of financial services,
When you look at the whole space of financial services, I mean, there are some very powerful, confident women and females in that space, too, that have really made a difference.
All the way from venture capital, the angel investors, to being CEOs of companies as well. I feel a lot of it is just being tuned into the right information of what you want to aggregate for yourself and having that perspective.
But, I mean, if the data exists out there that, you know, there's X amount of males compared to X amount of females, I mean, I suppose that could be true. our founder Will T has done since he came in this space is do his best to amplify all voices
within the ecosystem, regardless of race, gender, religion, creed, gender, anything,
because that's the way that he was raised.
he was raised yeah i kind of feel like we're creating like this level playing field it's
it's like for so many years we've been dictated to and we've been told what to think you know by media
and and uh government and and stuff like that and I kind of feel like with this technology,
it's our time to take the power back
and to create the things that we want for ourselves.
Do you know what I mean?
A thousand percent. Couldn't agree more.
Yeah, man.
Yeah, we're on this journey together, man.
No doubt. No doubt. yeah man but yeah we're on this journey together man no doubt so that's uh i don't know that there's much more that i can uh talk about or edify about kf media the community the company what we're doing uh in the ecosystem what we have to offer
how people can tap in and tune in with us i I mean, the best way is if you don't know
how to navigate our community, our ecosystem, is just send us a DM. And we can always set up a
one-on-one call and get you included. Because that's how we started to do onboarding in this
space, right? It was through one-on-one interactions. It was through having very
healthy and robust
conversations to where people had a high level of understanding of how they could participate.
And we continue that emphasis to this day. But with these IRL events we'll be launching in 2026,
it's going to magnify it 30, 40 fold where we can do group sessions. And I'm really looking
forward to that once we get there.
So anything else up here today you want to discuss?
Sorry, dude, I'm multitasking.
No, no, no, you're good. I i mean we've been running for 75 minutes now so yeah yeah i mean you know this this is why we do this thing we we'd like to sit here and chill
and and listen to the people that are building the products and the services of the future essentially
building the products and the services of the future, essentially.
It's what we live for.
We sacrifice our Fridays and Saturday nights because in the UK,
we start at 9pm.
So we sacrifice our weekends, every weekend for this thing.
It also kind of saves me from myself.
It stops me from going out and blowing a bunch of money
and getting too drunk to find my way home and things like this.
So it does kind of save me
for myself too but uh but i mean i'll i'll start by saying like i really appreciate you spending
the hour and 15 minutes with us today you know we genuinely do appreciate it and we we love to
to hear what people are doing why they're doing it how they got here you know that's that's that's what we live for dude
i'm just annoyed that the um the audience is relatively small today and i want as many people to hear about what you've got going on as possible yeah yeah i mean if there's a record right for the
replays of course of course yeah we do
yeah we do get a few good few amount of uh replays as well we've got a few sort of diehards that
they can't make it because obviously you know that it starts at like 4 p.m eastern so there's
a bunch of guys that work until five or six or whatever and they'll catch up and you know they'll
give us feedback in in the community chat and stuff but uh but yeah what i'll do actually i'll
just get the opportunity
real quick to speak about us if that's right and what we've got going on so um we we've been going
for a little while uh we connected initially on tick tock tick tock is really good for helping you
to find your tribe and uh we found each other and we kind of migrated over to twitter
um because a friend of ours was like hey guys you've got to come over here that is really popping
this is where crypto heads are this is where all the big brain happens i'll be like okay cool we'll
we'll check that out so we came over to twitter for a little while and um and we found that there
were a lot of shill spaces where it was like, there'd be like multiple guests. And it's like, right, you've got five minutes.
And it was great because it gave you an opportunity to kind of meet some of the personalities in the space and stuff.
But the problem is, is it's not enough.
You know, you're not going to get investors from a 10 minute chill.
You might get a little bit of brand recognition, maybe maybe which is what i think they're good for
but it's not going to get you investors because people invest in people uh especially especially
in this kind of corner of web free that we find ourselves in and you can't really get a feel for
the person and their intentions in a five ten minute show so we saw an opportunity to create a longer form um content kind of the
idea of education in mind you know it's like look we don't endorse these people that come on the
stage and talk about their products and services um but we want you to use this as a platform of
education for you to then do more research on on these people to see if it is something you would like to put your time, effort, money into.
And we saw people around us that were creating PFP projects and creating communities and things.
We thought, yeah, that's great, but there's not a lot of value creation there.
So we decided to create an entity project, but based around creating value.
So what we did was we decided that we were going to make a kind of a marketing push for the brands of Web3,
where we would invite different IPs, different brands to join us on this thing where we're going to create a book.
where we're going to create a book.
And this book will basically have one page of artwork,
one page of story per NFT page purchased.
We call them the NFT pages.
You could purchase a maximum of two per project.
So just to stop someone from completely taking over the book, essentially.
What we've also done, we've kind of combined a few IPs together as well
to allow us to
tell a bigger story um and that sort of thing so these are all kind of short stories they've all
got kind of like deep and meaningful conclusions at the end and stuff like that um and we're now
basically the the point where me and a couple of the team members are gonna get prints into our
house so we can now go through it
uh make sure that the the print is coming out okay there's no issues with the art where the
paint might bleed or you know maybe some punctuation issues or some formatting issues
and things like that um so once we've got those books in our hands we'll then be ready to to
launch this book um each of those pages cost 150 matic so at the time people paid anywhere
between like 20 and like 120 i think um i think there might be one person that paid like 140
dollars because you kind of bought the top and we've been working really hard on this thing um
it's it's kind of taken a long it's taken longer than we wanted it to but that every member of the team has had some level of
trauma or anguish or or something um like for me personally i've separated from my partner i now
live in my camper van and you know there are life challenges on the way to stop you from making
progress right um so we're now at a point where we're ready to launch this thing um we're gonna
right um so we're now at a point where we're ready to launch this thing um we're gonna launch
it on amazon as a print-on-demand service which means that if you're in america you can get it
printed in america sent to your door if you're in asia you can get it printed in asia sent to your
door if you're in australia etc okay europe wherever right wherever you are you can get this
thing printed sent to your house using amazon print on demand means the margins are really slim so we're not really making any kind of money out of this and most of any
funds that we do make is going to be deployed we want to support the people that have supported us
all these years and you know support their projects financially we want to have a treasury that we can
build over time to then you know expand the ability to
do more charitable things like things we've done today um and yeah ultimately that's kind of where
we're at at the moment also we do these interview platform is what the interview platform thing that
we do as well um that's obviously how we connect with with with all these people um we connect
people with people like some people will hit a bit of a roadblock
in their journey and they don't have a particular skillset
that they need.
And we know someone that's trusted within our community
that can be like, hey, I can help you
with the thing that you're stuck on.
And we've seen a lot of really cool stuff happen
through the collaboration of people around us,
people that we've connected.
And that's kind of really cool.
It's quite impactful.
And we love it when we see someone,
we do an interview with them for an hour or two
and then they disappear off
and then they come back here and there
and come say hi and let us, you know,
they update us and stuff.
And then we'll connect with someone
and they disappear for like six months
and they come back six months later and like,
hey guys, check out this cool shit we built.
You know, that's like one of my favorite things.
I don't know if I'm speaking for the whole team when I say that.
But that's one of my favorite things in the world is seeing people go off together into the sunset, build cool shit.
That's like my favorite pastime of what we do here.
So, yeah, books come in. That's that's the main focus at the moment
and we've got a really good partnership with the crypto magazine sorry i was really loud
we've got a really good partnership with the crypto magazine and they're helping us
in regards to their publication so they're putting us in their publication we've had
two full page ads in in their magazine so far.
And that's globally distributed, 22 countries, I think it's 24 if you include airports.
We had a page 13 slot, which is like the second most premium spot in a magazine, which is
like basically the second advert in in the magazine there so uh and then yeah obviously we uh we're
trying to get this out to as many people as possible to to highlight the good people doing
good things in the space so uh yeah that's us that's that's what we do um that's that's what
we've been up to you know i mean but yeah that was we're killing it dude i kind of feel like we're just about to to hit like an
exponential ramp in growth um there's a few people that have participants in the book and i think
they've kind of maybe lost faith in it or they've not really been keeping up with with the updates
that we've had and stuff but i think that i think everyone that's participated in the book is going
to be really really happy with what we've created Because there's a lot of these brands that don't have characters or any kind of story narratives within their brands.
So we're hoping that what some of this might do is is to kickstart their creative journey, using those characters, those narratives, those stories to to build upon and to expand within their own ecosystem.
So that's book one.
We plan to do 10.
So once we launch the first book,
we'll then start accepting applicants for the second book.
Obviously, we can kind of showcase
what it's going to look like.
I think the second book is going to sell quite quickly
because I think a lot of people wanted to get into the first book but didn't really quite get it
um or didn't really kind of see the value proposition and once they can obviously see
a physical tangible project uh product i think that will reassure a lot of those kind of those
people that were sort of on the edge um reassure them to to be like you know what this this this
could be quite cool for us and our brand so uh yeah that's basically what we what we've been up to uh did i do a good job there guys did i did i uh of course
you did i think you've done it enough times that you've perfected it but i wouldn't say perfected
it it was a bit all over the place but but yeah that's basically our elevator pitch. So, yeah, what do you think, KF?
Love it, love it, love it.
And I know we have a lot of cross-connectivity and, you know,
cross-pollination amongst various communities.
So we're very honored and blessed that we got extended the invite to be here
today, highlight, showcase what we're doing,
that you guys got to highlight and showcase what you guys are doing.
And I feel that there is a lot of connectivity and synergy that can be had
in the coming months one thing uh that people should be paying attention to on our social feed
is we are going to be launching a telegram community um soon we want to make sure it's
airtight and locked down to keep the scammers out because that's the last thing we want to do is
have one of our community members scam because i'm sure we've all seen enough of that over the
last five years or even longer within this ecosystem but we're also gamifying it and
gamifying it in a special way to where it's going to create more engagement for our social posts so
um that's coming soon we're also a meritocratist just just before you move
on to the next thing oh go ahead um just just to touch on what you were saying there um we so i've
kind of made a connection with a brand on telegram called hubs and they're just kind of launching
their product now um so keep you into the ground because i do plan to bring them on here for for a
chat so you can kind of really get an understanding.
But essentially what they've done is they've created a way to verify NFTs to create gated communities.
Now, what you can do is you can have your telegram already set up and you can have sort of a sub room within that telegram that is subject to NFT or token verification.
So if you hold a particular NFT or you're holding a certain amount of a particular currency,
you'll get access to the private chat. So how we would potentially utilize that is we'll have like a book club, essentially,
where people that have the NFT versions of the book can come in and talk about the book
and suggest ideas maybe
even suggest changes you know people might see there's something that's potentially problematic
or something they'll be like hey you might want to change that um so yeah so i think uh keep keep
me to the ground because i think hubs are doing some really cool stuff i i know some of the team
personally from previous projects and uh they're really good guys um and i i kind of
anything that nikos is is involved in i i trust it intrinsically uh because i i trust him um and
he wouldn't he wouldn't attach himself to something that was bogus um because he's just not he's just
not like that it doesn't roll like that so yeah so so hubs keep an eye out because we'll be doing
an interview with them um hopefully within the next two or three weeks maybe not before christmas i'm not too sure i've been
trying to i've been hounding gina for a little while to make it happen um i think what it is
is they want the products to be launched and then it'll be part of their like getting the word out
and this will be kind of part of that but yeah you might want to listen to that because i think
that you might find that quite beneficial uh to have like a little gated section of your telegram there.
You know, we were just brainstorming last week in our marketing meeting with our marketing team,
which now is a bunch of, you know, independent marketers that each have their own special skill set.
And I said, has telegram moved to gated communities yet?
So look what's been manifested i love it i'd love
to have a gating aspect to a telegram uh community uh to where you can have isolated conversations
specific to that topic and only the people that are the main core contributors
for that emphasis are involved So thank you for that.
So we'll definitely be paying attention to that. So yeah, we're getting ready to launch our own telegram community.
I feel the time is right. I feel the, um,
shininess of X communities has kind of worn off a little bit and that people
aren't engaging the
way they used to. So for us to be able to have like a community hub where we can be fully
communicative with our community, especially since X direct messages have migrated to either
encrypted or unencrypted and the encrypted version is just very cumbersome and, you know, a high barrier of entry for most people to give the attention required to those chats.
We're going to have that community hub.
Another thing coming soon with our marketing team is we're really going to hone in on the messaging, hone in on the branding so that we're putting a more consistent message out there into the ecosystem instead of
being, you know, focused this week on like program spotlights or product spotlights or whatever,
just to get this really good message. And then our core three priorities, of course, for 2026
are going to remain the same as they were for 2025, which is community growth, fundraising
efforts, higher level fundraising efforts and then
um you know content creation and growing the uh content library inside of the learning center so
but thanks for having us again thanks for the invite we appreciate it i know we wouldn't
run it for 90 minutes you guys usually go for 120 but uh we have nothing else uh i have just posted a link to their um x account uh which i'm gonna not pin to profile
uh if i go to share i should hold on how do i pin it to the top i can't remember you do that now
hold on you should be lower right and then i think they changed it to where
lower right and then i think they changed it to where the space is kind of in the middle
next community so yeah like copy link share via and then yes but in the meantime as i know
candy's had a hand up and on the stage so candy fire away have you got a question or anything
you wanted to add but also happy friday and well done again for today yes thank you guys no i couldn't have done
it without you guys and about uh miss evie's genius idea to add a fiat button like who would
have thought and so it really made it um you know extra special because we would not have been able
to raise that much for them without that so um i
think you're right i think that really did make the difference yes definitely especially too after
um you know whenever i think you came up and asked questions about the um finding the donate
button on the wave wars page and i was kind of afraid of that too that like that's you know like that's a high
ask for somebody to go searching for it and have to pay soul you know and then so i was really
worried about that and this honestly it worked out perfect and i'm just it makes me shiny i think
you may need to make make it big and shiny i think that's uh how you you need to for someone
like me when it comes to ui you need to make it really obvious yeah well actually speaking of that um you know i i'm glad that you heard
hurricane say how smooth the donate button was um on the donate button that i made and actually we
just went over last night um i'm going to start like redesigning the wave wars home page and um i
started digging into it last night um but i was like that's that's the one thing that like we
really got to get right is you got to have you can't be in blockchain and technology and have
like a messed up home page you know we got to have like a smooth homepage. So that is going to be underway. Of
course, it'll probably take a little bit before it's published. But yeah, so I agree. That is
definitely a button that's going to be a lot bigger. And I also, I mean, I feel like there
should be one at the top and one at the bottom. And even on the the page like what it's featuring the battle
while it's live i think it should be on there but uh yeah because that's great but yeah no uh
kf media i definitely i loved hearing everything about what where you guys came from what you're
doing and all of that um i know we spoke um had call, um, it was probably almost a year ago now,
um, about my friend who has the fashion book or it's more about, it's, it's just how to dress
yourself for like your type of body type. So like if you're certain shape or if you have this type of, you know, it's I'm a really bad explanation person at her at her stuff.
But all I can think of is blockchain words. It's hard to describe fashion of blockchain.
So anyways, but that's but she just called me the this over Thanksgiving and she was like, we have to meet and get this book published. And so I'm
going to send you a DM as soon as this space is done here. And so we can, I can get your Calendly
so that we can set up a call with her because she's got the book edited as much as that she
can do. I, like I was telling was telling her I think I think we're
spinning our wheels here I think we need a professional so um she is ready like overly
ready so I will send that link to her as soon as I get it and we will set that up and actually now
that you I learned about the audio animated visual like with with the syncopated pages with the audio book.
Now that is just amazing.
And the reason why it's also amazing is her book is full of pictures
because it's, you know, it's all about fit.
It's like where, like things you have to see,
visual, self-image is her thing. So yeah, so I'm super excited about that, but just wanted to throw
out the warning that she is ready and it is definitely go time. And she's been somebody I've
been wanting to get into Web3 for quite a while now. And I think we'll get to learn a bunch of fashion stuff, Miss Evie, from her.
So that'll be fun.
But yes, just wanted to shout that out to you.
Yeah, I remember that conversation that we had some months ago.
And, you know, we're here for you when you're ready for us.
And DMs are always open.
And yeah, let's create something special
as a content publisher now.
Since we launched the first book back in September,
we're doubling down our efforts on that
and independent content creators.
And we can provide them with a greater opportunity
that would exist from a traditional agency model
in terms of monetization.
So, and that's what the web 3 experience is all
about see that's what i'm talking about stuff like that that's that's what that's the shit
that gets me excited sorry i'll shut up it gets me excited too bacon i love it and especially now
candy i don't know if you've been following or not, but we have a new partnership with an upcoming film and fashion now in Latin America.
That's very much focused on bringing Latin American citizens into Web3 through the university level in the film and fashion industry.
So there's a lot of synchronicity there.
Anything else, guys?
No, I think we'll call it a night it's been an
awesome space i know we've had you uh longer than an hour so we appreciate you allocating that time
and unpacking everything and diving into everything you've been amazing it's been great to
connect with me on a space i'm sure it will not be the last time absolutely and i definitely look
forward to uh you know seeing all the things that you've been building and talking about and seeing how we can help support and highlight
what you're doing to more people as well.
So, you know, just thank you so much for tonight.
You've been amazing.
But, yeah, no, it's about sums up the space.
We appreciate you.
And thank you you of course to
uh to the community community core team to the community to everyone that's listened in
thank you to you as well kf media aka will t and thank you candy as well it's been it's been an
amazing day all around and uh yeah no we look forward to uh checking out you and your spaces
i see that you have a space set tomorrow will for 4 p.m i did
pin that at the top in case anyone wanted to see that but i will uh i'll make sure i show that i
share that out as well and look forward to jumping in and and listening to that as well so you know
keep up the great work well done for the consistency and uh you know it's amazing to see
regeneration um regen education sorry it's a really amazing concept and i love that it's just a complete
circle path of progression and growth and we will absolutely be calling that the garden from now on
in honor of will t the founder of kf media you'll hear that many times let's go you guys are amazing
and one thing that we are working on in the background is we refer to all of our educators as regenucators.
And there is some lore that we're building around that.
And we're working with an independent animator on creating an animated series around all.
You want to do what Jimmy does?
You want to do what Jimmy does where he's created his whole new like vocabulary um you know inserting the word like
grow and uh yeah yeah yeah yeah mate his language i love i love the way that he's been he's been
doing it for so long yeah yeah bro yeah so great club exactly so like it's what really fascinates
me is how that's just his normal language now it's not like he's trying to do it. That's just what he says
It's such a genuine good deed
We have a partnership with the tree gents now we're gonna be the official
Educational hub for them as well, and we're helping them launch their ambassador program
also and their first course is gonna be
Speaking directly towards their ambassador program
and they're going to get rewarded in their native community token the tgn so yeah that's going to be
very special yeah that's cool man we were speaking to jimmy a few weeks ago maybe a few months ago
now actually um and we were saying about uh the education side of things and uh he was he was
super bullish on uh on having having that to hand and uh
yeah i'm glad he's doing it with you that's pretty cool
let's go i i hope we might have had a bit of inspiration to like get done uh in in that in
that regard so uh i hope that maybe we helped to push that to happen another hand in the pot from video editing or book editing or whatever just
have another set of eyeballs or different perspective on it just tap in
and we're more than happy to help yeah dude cheers well I'll say again cheers
for coming man we really appreciate you spending the time with us it's been it's
been nice to get to know you I've seen you around and never had an opportunity to speak to you,
so it's been good.
Absolutely.
Well, thank you very much.
And, yeah, it's been an amazing space.
We will call it a night.
We will be back same time tomorrow, 9 p.m. UK time.
We are definitely looking forward to tomorrow's space.
It will be a bit of a music space, so we're looking forward to tomorrow's space it'll be a bit of a music space
so we're looking forward to that and uh yeah thank you everyone for tuning in and for anyone
that listens back to the recording thank you as well stay stay growsome and let's grow
appreciate you everyone thank you so much
thanks everyone for joining.
