Welcome, welcome everybody. I'm in the mix mob. Thanks for joining us today. We're going to be chatting with the team here about mix mob and they're
recent beta release and some of the new updates. This space is going to be recorded so if anyone misses it feel free to rewind it after it's over. We can start diving in. I'm sure more people will start trickling in as we go but of course it is recorded so it's Simon guys it's
Nice to see you again, nice to talk to you. I think we had a space a couple of months ago. So when you guys are still kind of in that alpha phase and pushing out some of those tournaments, but it's great to see you guys. Love to see if we can get just a quick introduction on yourself and mix mob and then we can dive right in.
Hey my friend it's always good to hear from you and to see you here. Thanks for inviting us. It's a pleasure and an honor to be here everybody. See a lot of our players from our community. Hello hello Nick is here as well representing and so yeah no we're excited to be here telling you about
our close beta and all the exciting things that are coming up. As usual for those that are listening or that haven't heard from me or from MixMob before, I'll give you a quick intro about me and then we're going to into MixMob. From my side, I've been in the gaming space for about 15 years and I started creating Facebook
games at the time. So you know this is when Farmville just kind of started happening and so I went into into Facebook gaming and I was lucky enough to have one of the fastest growing games from Facebook at the time and it was a really great experience. So what happened
was that gave me a set of processes and tools to create games that are more agile and lean and to validate new IP and concepts faster. So from that success I went into EA and part of my job there was to
to start a innovation session under the FIFA franchise with these processes and to validate and test ideas, IPs with our players, just kind of refining and taking that process into account. And so I worked on FIFA 14, 15, 16, and 17.
And a lot of the innovations that you see there are part of this kind of process of validating things with players faster. And then from that success, I went into Pokestars with the same premise. They approached me and it was like, "Hey, we just want to start innovating and creating new
new features and games for Pokestars. And so I took the same process when they started an innovation side of ARM for Pokestars. And then in 2016, I went into crypto and then from there on, I have a look back. And so that's
just in a nutshell, a summary about me and my experience in the space. Just kind of transitioning to MixMap real quick. So from that experience and the context in the industry in 2020, we saw what Action Infinity was doing.
and a group of friends connected and we were like, "Okay, wow, look, this is the dream, right? This is a game that is the centralized player owned where players can actually benefit from playing the game." And you know, we at that time, the tokenomics
were being explored and all that. But we were super pumped. We were like, "Okay, this is a great alternative for creating games." So we put a team together and we launched our first NFT collection in December 2021. We sold out that NFT collection in less than a day and we got a great community from it.
And so since then we've been validating our game with the community, launching alphas and just getting their feedback and improving it, all the beautiful parts of Web 3. We also raised our seed round and now we grew the team from, you know, we were like six people at the time to 40 people.
And now we're in close beta. And so with that, I'll pass it to Nick and see if there's anything else there to add. But Josh, it's a pleasure to be here. My friend, thank you so much again for inviting us. Yeah, thanks so much. Yeah, I would love to hear from you, Nick. And let's see, are you still a speaker?
Okay, I think you can speak now, but yeah, I would love to hear from you Nick and also just the rest of the team in general about the experience and what brought you guys into a three. Yeah, absolutely. Sorry, I was having some connectivity issues. Are you able to hear me? Yeah, loud and clear.
So my background is I just graduated from Chico State in California and the United States with a marketing degree last year. I've been in Web 3 for about two, two and a half years now. I started off as a mod with a mix mod back in December of 2020.
2021. I also played esports when I was younger as well. Call of Duty, I traveled a lot. I played a lot of tournaments so I kind of, you know, try to bring that knowledge over to MixMob and, you know, bring a more competitive scene in general to Web 3 with MixMob.
I've been here since March of last year. It's a little bit about my background. I do marketing partnerships as well. I'll help with the community, stuff like that. Just try to help wherever I can. It's been great. That's my intro. Thank you so much for listening. It's great being here.
Josh, something else to add, which Nick brought to my attention is, and this is why I love this space, is Nick comes straight from the community. So, after we did the lounge or NFT collection, to validate the idea and the community and the story and everything.
We found Nick and not only that, but a big part of our team comes straight from the community, a community manager, a project manager, and it's fantastic. And this is where I love Web3. It's such a cool space to be in, to be developing games.
and honestly, you know, people say Web3 is a future or that. I just, I frame it as Web3 is a fantastic alternative for game designing and Web and game dev. So, just back to you, my friend.
And chose you might be Newton.
Sorry about that. Yeah, no, I think that's a great segue into the first topic. I believe something that has been a strength of mixed model, a strength of your guys is your community. Under everyone of your posts, under everyone of the announcements, collaboration,
and other things like that. You have a pretty strong community behind you guys and it's pretty impressive. I love to hear. I know Nick was one of the first people I was talking to. We were in first introduced to MixMob. So yeah, it's glad there's somebody, a big part of the organization that has come from that community.
community. So I think that's something in Web 3 that is just necessary, especially if we consider it like independent studios that are building these games, there's that need for community to succeed, right? You're going to need that driving force behind you.
And so I definitely want to jump in here and just kind of talk about your the NFT collection. We can we'll jump between like the game and other things, but just start with the NFT collection. You said you dropped it kind of early on, right? And then the game started to come to life a little bit later and you
We got that pretty die hard community from it. Not wrong. Yeah, I'll tell you about the strategy behind the NFT collection and how that all came to be. And then how that keeps started the community. And since we're on the topic, I'll tell you some interesting
things that we have achieved together. The idea behind the NFT drop was when we got together as the core group initially, the founders, we had this vision in mind. The vision was we want to create the most
fun, competitive and innovative games that we can because we saw that in the space. So part of the process that I brought to the table was the idea of, hey, let's do before we do a game. So in the past, the way game developers work is they come up with an idea and they do what I call a market push. So they come up with a
with an idea they had and it could be good or it could be bad. But then they create the game, spend a ton of time and resources and then they do a market push. And the market push is it's almost like a tada moment. It's like, "Hey here market, here's our game, play it, please play it." And they put either a ton of marketing money
into it and they push it to the market or the game never sees the light. And the way the process, the process that I've created in my 15 years experience is it turns that upside down. And so it starts with the community and players and what do players want. And so we did a ton of research in the space
when Axi Infinity first came out. And what we realized is that players wanted games that were more competitive, players wanted games that were more synchronous, that were more action-based because at the time all the games that were in the space were a bit slow, turn-based, and so we came up with the idea of
a what if we mix Mario cards and Class Royal. So the action and the fun of racing with the strategy and kind of that analytical component of cards. And so that solves all those problems. It's fast paced. It's
synchronous and all the things that players wanted at the time. So that was the strategy was to come up with a casual game or hard meat core game that was fun, competitive, innovative and that we could, you know, launch it to market quickly, validate it with the community, and then part of
the other visions that we had with Empower players with, you know, creator tools and these remix tools, we believe that the future of games is user-generated content and then obviously we wanted to provide full ownership of digital assets and that's why we decided to go into Web 3. So we
those three things in mind, we were like, okay, what is the first thing that we can do to validate this idea and kickstart the community? And so that's when we went into our first NFT lounge. And the idea behind the lounge is if you go to actually Magic Hidden, where
Solana based project. So if you go to Magic Eden and you go to Mixmob, you will see that our first NFD is a mask. It's just a bunch of masks. And the story behind that real quick, Josh, and I'm pretty sure you've heard it before. I'll tell it to the new people that are listening right now. It's the story behind our game.
is what would you do if an AI deleter culture? And so in the premise of the game, we created this mask to protect us from the AI. So we're anonymous, so facial recognition doesn't kick in and we're invisible to the AI. So you will see those masks and what we wanted
to Validay there with the community was A) do they like the story B) do they like the idea of the art and the art style and C) do they believe in this idea of Mario Kartmys' class royale and the vision that we have for gaming? And you know we sold out in less than a day and so that gave us all that Validay
and kickstarted the community. And so it was a fantastic experience being there one on one. It's honestly as a game dev that comes from traditional EA, Pokestars, etc. Disney. The key thing is that is a dream come true being there one on one with the community. I'll tell you
this super quick story. To get the masks, our first NFT collection, we came up with an idea for an allow list. And so the problem at the time was that there were a lot of bots, you know, going to these allow lists and so on and so forth. So what we wanted to do with the idea of the
creative remix culture is we asked our community to create these masks made out of things that they have in their house and we had about 4,000 entries Josh of people creating masks super creative and we did kind of like a KYC style where they created their mask and they wrote on page
the date and their user the discord name just to validate and so we had about 14 sorry 4000 valid entries of our community creating these super cool masks and that proves that for us that prove that people believe in the concept people were super creative in this community and they were here to stay
That's awesome. And I think that's pretty cool. I think when we first started and we were doing scholars and stuff, and I think in the very early days, there's a lot of creative people in the space who wanted to be part of
Like, already played out part of different gaming organizations, so they really put in a big effort to show that they wanted to be part of that community. So that's really cool. Were you guys doxed from the start? Does that occur?
I know you guys are now. Yeah, absolutely. We were and you know based on our research we found that that was something that players didn't like from other projects and so
We were like, hey, there's nothing to hide here. We were super excited and we're putting all in into this idea and venture. And so let's go all in. So we definitely were talks from the beginning.
Very cool. Yeah, I love to let's she didn't like, you know some people from that are very newer are here and they want to hear about you know the beginning of this love to dive in a little bit more into Laura
bit. And you had mentioned that, you know, it's a AI had pretty much like the validity existence and that's what the masks are for. And kind of where does the racing and everything like that come in?
Yeah, absolutely. And you know what, Nick will pin our cinematic trailer, which we just launched last week and we're getting a great reactions from it. So Nick will pin it here for those that want to check it out. Because he tells the summary of our story really well. And he said,
beautiful piece of content we're so proud about it. But in essence, the idea and the whole lore comes from, yeah, there it is. It's pretty cool. It's only one minute, but it really summarizes everything really nicely. So, but just to answer your question. So an AI glittering
And you know, we're seeing this happening actually right now. We were at GDC a couple months ago and people were like, whoa, you actually came up with this, you know, like a couple of years ago, that's incredible. Because we're seeing more and more where AI is taking over and AI is a beautiful thing at the same time if everybody's using the AI.
or filtered through these AI bubbles, what ends up happening is we end up thinking very similarly. So that's where the idea came from. And so in the story, an AI deleter our entire culture, and as the rebels, as the mix mob, our
Our goal is to obviously protect ourselves from the AI and from the AI created these bots that basically erase your memory and makes you think like the AI. So to protect us from that, from facial recognition, but also to start rebuilding our own culture. And you know, this is a web 3.
that we truly believe in. It's like as a web3 culture we have a great alternative to the normal reality and where the rate comes from is so we create this master protect us and we build these robots to go fight the AI but before we fight the AI
We need to do something with these robots and train them. And so we raise them. And the way we raise them is we raise them in these special arenas. And that brings a lot of competition and excitement and fun. And so if you go to our game, you will see that there is a lot of the game structure in arenas.
and arena settings and you go and play against other players and it's super fun, it's super competitive and the card component comes from a way to control the robots and so you know these cards are special power ups that help you create your strategy but also control the robots
That's awesome. And you know, what is your take? This periodicity again, what is your take on the obviously AI can lead us down to that kind of road. I don't see it.
leading us down that exact road, but I feel like there are always bad actors who can take advantage of the technology of AI. What are your thoughts on that?
Yeah, absolutely, Joe. I agree what you're saying. There's always bad actors and I'm a realistic, positive, is person in the sense that I believe I have a positive outlook
yet realistic, you know, so the way you're seeing is very similar to the way I see it. I Trust AI is going to bring a ton of prosperity and growth. I do might the realistic side of me similar to you is like I know there's going to be bad actors and
And but at the end of the day, I think AI is going to bring a better, more precipitated than what not, right? And a couple of outlooks just to give you even more context on where my stand is with AI is. I believe that it's going to take
over a lot of jobs that we don't want as human beings, which is a good thing. Now we as human beings are so creative that we're going to invent new jobs to either train AI and AI is going to bring a bunch set of new jobs. And so there's going to be definitely a transition period, which is going to be
potentially either scary or uncomfortable but at the end of the day I think it's going to be for the better. Now here's the thing that I'm seeing right now and with AI and I see this you know I'm deep into it and you know our project is deep into
design, even with cars, what's happening is everything is starting to look and act the same because we're getting all the same data. So if the data from the AI is people like white cars, SUVs that have X and Y and Z, well, everybody's going to start
designing that and you can see it. Like even when you go to YouTube and certain things, I'll give you a quick example of my daughter. I have a 10 year old daughter and she's starting to get into makeup. And when you go to YouTube, what you're starting to realize is that because of the AI algorithm and the suggestions and et cetera, et cetera,
Everything is starting to look the same. All these makeup tutorials, everything the same, everything the same, everything the same. So I think there's going to be that transitional period where our culture is going to suffer as a result of it. But humans are so innovative and we're so creative that
there's going to be a break from it and we're going to definitely come up with how to use it for the better of culture, for the better of our society, etc. But I hope that makes sense. No, it definitely does. And you made me think about that a lot because that's not something that I had really thought about, but it's definitely
You know what that makes a lot of sense because the AI, you know, it's programmed a certain way and I mean it can learn but let's just take like chat to BT for example It's most it's knowledge of recent events kind of ends like as early as 2021 I believe
So all that information is still like the same, still in 2021 where we've had a lot of advancements and new knowledge and things since 2021. So you always have to take the things from AI with a grain of salt because it might not be, you know, as accurate anymore, which is
Definitely interesting because if we think about us thinking as like an AI or being heavily influenced by an AI, we could be stuck in some sort of loop where we can't escape like the advancements or the knowledge from the past couple of years.
because that's like as far advanced as AI could be, but that's pretty interesting. Yeah, I like that a lot. But yeah, I'd love to kind of dive into, you know, let's dive into the mechanics of the game. We had a bounty this past a week and you know,
There's a lot of people playing, some people making content about the mix mob and lots of here. Just some, you know, the initial high level mechanics of, you know, what can players expect once they get into mix mob.io and what to join a game?
Yeah, absolutely absolutely and by the way the content that your community is creating is so incredible it's so cool to see and Honestly, it filled our hearts with joy to see that This game which is it's a game that you know all of you that that is how
been part of the game dev process or either from a community side or actually developing it, we'll know that making a game is actually quite hard because you have to bridge so many different areas of expertise like 3D programming, community, 2D, like all of these things.
UX UI and game design. And so not only that is pretty complex on its own, but also creating a new game from scratch that you don't have references to is double the challenge. And when
We created our game, we're like, "Hey, there's no other game out there right now. We wanted to bring something innovative to the space and we're like, there's no other game that mixes racing with cards. So we had to validate a couple of things first, before even going deeper into it. We needed to validate that players were able to race.
and strategize and use cards at the same time. That was kind of like the first thing that we're like, okay, let's create a prototype, let's put it to the community what they think. And our initial prototype was pretty much like, you know, let's say almost like Mario Kartish, like you have physics and
stuff like that. But what we realized is that through those physics, it was kind of really hard to focus on the cards. So what we did is we said, okay, let's lock the physics into lanes and let's let the robot accelerate on his own. So players can focus on the actual cards and
instead of having to accelerate, they're focusing on left, right, left, right, and the movement of the robot to switch lanes so that you can strategize. And that proved to be very successful and the community was like, yeah, I can focus on the cards. It's actually fun. It's really great. So that gives you an insight on
to our kind of like core mechanics. So the core mechanic is you have to move left right so easy to play through these three lanes as a robot, right? And as you're moving left right, you have one really cool thing. You have a twist on this.
The robot accelerates on its own, but you have a core booster, so you can press forward to accelerate even faster. But it comes with a nice contrast, which is your health diminishes as you use this core booster. So it's pretty strategic.
So if you accelerate faster your health diminishes. If you run out of health, you stand for three seconds. So it's actually pretty cool the way that works. So that's kind of like the movement side of things. Then the next part is the strategy and the card component.
We've created right now is you can pick decks and certain decks are obviously optimized for certain things. One is more optimized towards defense, the other one is more optimized towards attacks, and the other one is more optimized towards like agreements with those two things, more balance between defense and attacks. And so when you
go into the race and you can deploy those cards that strategy that you've created through the deck and you have attacks so you know let's say grenade mines things like that you also have defenses which are you know like shields and and bandages to
to recover your health and you also have other ones like we call them remixes so boosters like speed and things like that. And so you have this combination of these strategic components of cards with this easy to play, hard to master movement and the last thing
Last twist on all of this is, and this brings us a lot of joy, is that as you're raising, you don't just deploy the cards whenever you want. You have to collect mana or energy through the truck. So you are actually raising for this mana or for this energy so you can deploy the cards.
So you have to balance all these cool things inside of the game and you know from the feedback we've gotten from the community and I'll give you some stats later. It's so fun, it's so competitive and that's the vision. It was to make it very competitive. We wanted this to be a top esports and
Yeah, one last thing for all of you that are new and that are listening. Another cool part about our game is that it's web-based. So you don't have to download anything. You can just go to the web and just access it immediately through Solana. And that is a challenge on its own. We'll can talk about that later, but it's pretty cool. And bring
Obviously some constraints, but you can go right now to mix some of that IO. There's a link there. You can access it. You can play it. You can have it player versus environment or player versus player and have a great time. And you can also compete on our qualifiers on Saturdays and Sundays. So at a high level, that's just that that sums it up, my friend.
No, I think that's great. And the decks that you had mentioned are those, is there a plan for those to be customizable? Because I know right now there's a few like card packs. Is that going to be something that's implemented kind of similar with like TCG and stuff? Like, are they going to be card packs?
drop. You got it. That's the goal, that's the vision where players can come, get these packs, also win the cards through racing really well, and then they can start customizing their decks and building them and bringing that strategy into the race.
That's awesome and just to bring it back a little bit because I know racing just isn't the only thing that you can do within mix mob I know another big part of it that is Pretty exciting and I feel like once there's a good amount of people maybe there's even some like big competitions and a skill level really rises I
I want to talk a little bit about the wagering. I know we can kind of dive into the suds a little bit, but I want to talk about the wagering and how that works and what can be expected, how that's going to evolve as more people get in here.
of core development philosophy is build with the community and validate with the community. So one thing that the community was really excited about was this idea of watching and betting. And the cool part about it is we're like, okay, we plan our features every
quarter. And we are pretty lean, pretty agile in the way we deployed these features. So we got this idea from the community and we validated it with them. It was December last year. And so we built the first prototype, put it to the community and they love
And we all of it. So what you can do with this in this feature inside of our game is you can go to live.mix.io and you can watch other people race. So you can watch these races and not only watch them, but you can see the racers that are actually raising. And you can see some of the
And then you can bet on the racer that you think is going to win. And you can also chat with the community like all in that one feature in that one part of mode. And so it's it's been a lot of fun.
It's so fantastic because it increases community, people can chat, we are live streaming, people can see races and then they can bet SUDs, which is our in-game economy in-game token. And then obviously depending on the results, they can win and earn more SUDs.
Awesome, yeah, that's great. And like I said, I think once there's some major competition, that's gonna get really exciting. And to take you back to the suds there, you know, what's the story behind the, I guess the four letters, the suds and their uses.
Yeah, absolutely. So real quick, those sads were really part of the sads, Josh. And I'll tell you why and for those that are listening that are here or that are new to the game. So when we launched the sads,
You know, let's say Fortnite, Roblox, they have their V-Box and is an in-game currency or they have, let's say, you know, the Roblox. And these are in-game currencies and they're cool, right? Now, the challenge with that is that those currencies are super centralized, right? And in V-Box,
visible to the eye of the player. So, let's say Roblox can create tomorrow Agisilian Robux and nobody knows. Now, what we did was we said, how can we bring this to the blockchain? This concept of in-game currency in a nice
like Web 3 way. And what we did was Solana has this really cool feature that basically creates unidirectional tokens. So what that means is our token, our SOTS token, can only be trans, you know, trans,
or transacted between mix-mob and the players. The players cannot transact that between players. So it acts as an in-game currency, similar to Vbox, except on the blockchain. So players can go to the blockchain and see everything that's
going on with suds and why that school because well we just talked about you know betting people can go there and see who's betting who's winning and it's all transparent and it's all in the blockchain we haven't heard about any other game that has done this and it's super exciting and this is only the beginning
beginning of the power of unidirectional tokens. The second thing is SADS unlock our universe. You can take SADS, go into our game and play versus player mode and the way it works is you pay an
So you pay 150 cents and what you do is every raise you win you get 50 cents per race. So you can pretty much make your entry fee back in three races and then anything after that it's you're making
more sets. So he has that kind of like risk-lose component which is a lot of fun. Our players are loving it. And then not only that but the last thing I'll tell you about sets is that well two more things I'll tell you is when you when you bet the sets you get 90% of
the bet if you win. 5% goes to maximum but the other 5% goes to the racers that won't. So it's a pretty cool ecosystem where we're rewarding the great racing, great gameplay, also predictability and the use of statistics.
And it's all in this transparent token that it works as an in-game token. And the last thing is the other beautiful thing about this being in the blockchain and working on an in-game token is that when we have our governance token, which is part of what
3 and you know it's the it's how we see the the future of this being more decentralized and more decentralized players can exchange that in game token for our governance token and that's what is going to be really beautiful because that's how we see the decentralization of the game going more and more and more
That's really cool. I know the masks are obviously a big part of that ecosystem and everything like that. What is the utilization? I know that you can use
masks within game if I'm not mistaken. And you know, what are going to be what is what's going to be the next I guess advancement with those flirty utilization of those masks.
Yeah, so when we launched our masks, the key component was to reward the community, build the community, and the utility we had for the mask was as an access pass to our universe.
And so the first Alpha and the first even up until now only players with a mask can access the game and benefit from the game. So that was the kind of like key benefit of this. And why was that important? Well, because players can play the game tested
give us feedback but not only that they can also participate in the economy. So you should see some of our best players. They've they've benefited from the ecosystem incredibly already. They've made five X their sides and
and it's so fun to see. So that was key component. The second component of the utility of our masks is that mask holders get in-game tokens. And so we did our first air drop where they all got 10,000 sets.
We didn't do this to all the traditional crypto narratives that you hear. We did this on purpose all the time to the game so players can get the 10,000 subs per mask so they can help us validate
data economy and play and test it. And so, you know, you see a lot of our hardcore players in our key communities. They are there playing, testing the economy. We're seeing it all in the blockchain. We had a bad actor a couple months ago.
And in the community, which you and I were just talking about this. So this is a beautiful part. A key member of the community went to the blockchain and said, look, this is what happened. This person is a bad actor is not telling the truth because look, I saw this transaction went to this wallet and like the player figured all
out based on the transparency of the blockchain. So how freaking cool is that? So that was the key kind of utility of the masks. And when you also think about it in terms of gameplay, just real quick,
The mask unlock your identity, give you access to the game and key tournaments. So one other thing, Josh. So right now we're doing qualifiers and an tournament for, you know, where right now we're close beta, we'll call it season zero. So anybody can participate.
and mask holders can invite their friends and they can friends can come over and they don't need a mask which is pretty cool. Now if you own a mask your winnings yield USDC price pools from the price pool. If you don't own a mask
you you your winnings give you game in game like masks or tokens and things like that. So that's another really cool benefit of owning a mask is you participate in exclusive tournaments give for exclusive rewards. You know the other
part is you have access to our Gated Community and live events and we're moving all these towards membership and season passes and so the masks are going to unlock that and it's such a cool concept, it kick out the community but it rewards them big time.
That's awesome. And did you say so right now, you don't need a mask, right? You just need suds. But earlier it was you needed a mask, right? Exactly. Earlier you needed a mask and we opened
it to the public in a way that only mass holders can invite others. And right now it's the same. Mass holders need to invite others. And so we have referral links going and we have a referral
link from mixmov obviously so technically speaking to your point you you don't need a mouse you can come through our referral link but it's still somehow gated and the idea is to keep polishing this towards our open beta which is coming pretty soon
Awesome, you know, something as we kind of come a little bit closer at the time. You know, some topics that I want to discuss is, you know, the upcoming milestones and what you see is kind of comfort like the next, I would say like
What do you see? What are you most excited about for, MixMob? And then after that, I'd love to hear, where do you think MixMob is heading in like five years? Let's say like two to five years, where do you see heading at that point?
You can be as realistic or bullish as possible. I love it Josh. Yeah, I know these are fantastic questions and I hear a little kid on your side. Is that you? Is that your kiddo?
Yeah, that's my daughter. That's amazing. Is your newly, fairly new parent? Yeah, she is one-years-old. Nice man, congratulations. I have to keep it.
two kerosene you know their mind's duration is so cool and so mine are a bit older so 14 and 9 or 10 sorry 14 and 10 so gotcha I can't even tell you so but that age is so fun
and yeah, congrats my friend, but back to your question. Yeah, appreciate that. So real quick, in terms of what's coming, and we released this to our community, we're super, super excited about it. And so we are right now on season zero close beta. We've been, we just released our trailer, our cinematic trailer.
And that's creating a lot of hype and momentum for us. And we're about to release our next surprise coming soon next week. And all of that is geared towards our second NFT collection, which is our mixed bots. And mixed bots are coming
I won't tell you exactly when, but they are coming pretty soon. And the exciting part about the Migspot is that you get all the utility that we've talked about the masks and like special arenas and tournaments, you know, participation in the economy.
economy of the in-game economy and all of this stuff. Plus, you can actually raise these mixed spots in the game. These are your actual vehicles, right? So it's going to be super exciting and honestly the way we have the drop is probably one of the most innovative drops I've seen. It's pretty cool.
You know this tends to do and there's a bit of game theory on every decision you make as you are going through the drop. So I'll leave it up to that but it's really exciting. That's coming very soon. And then at the end of our season, which is in July, we have our season zero tournament and we have a price pool
I believe through the entire qualifiers and tournament of 5000 USDC and this is towards our you know, mask holders. But if you're not a mask holder, you also have we have a price pool of our digital collectibles, our in-game currency, you know, a really cool special reward.
So that's coming and I'm really excited about that tournament. And then all of that is kicking off what comes next, which is we're we're planning the biggest tournament in Web 3 and we're putting together a bunch of sponsors and partners and we believe that honestly Web 3 has
so much to offer and the revolution is to come from between and we need to make something so cool that people from the outside are like, whoa, what is that? That's so cool. I want to kind of join in. And so that's what we're planning. That's what's getting me really, really excited is the idea of kicking this off our game is competitive by design, by choice.
making it so fun and so competitive and packed with so many cool things from between the industry that players from and people from the outside like wow I want to participate on that. So that's the short term amongst obviously we have mobile like cool features like mobile so players can play on the go that's
coming and we're so pumped about that and other really cool surprises. So that's the next six months and in terms of the future just to answer your question the way we've seen Mixemap from the beginning is user generated content player owned decentralized
So that's the future. We see this where players can come in, create their own digital assets, sell them in the marketplace, and not only digital assets, but the future of MixMap is players can take our IP, create their own game. I'm just giving you from it. They want to remix Tetris with our IP, for example.
do that and put it in our economy and all this decentralized open economy where everything is governed by our, you know, the governance token, our community and everybody benefits from it. That's where we see this going and we're working extremely hard to make that a reality.
Josh back to you, my friend. I believe we lost Josh
