All right, everybody welcome on in
If everybody is doing well
We are going to roll right into this one tonight and get started pretty quick because I know some people have some time sensitive stuff
It is going to be a pretty interesting one as well since I know we're talking about in the chat
This is gonna be a very quick competition
It's gonna be a two-day one and then we will reset on
Monday with a full one for the week
So a couple of interesting pieces to kind of think through here as you go about thinking what you're gonna pick this week with that
Being said then I know you wanted to go first
So would you like to go ahead and kick us off with some market sentiment?
And then if you need to do your picks early feel free to do them sure
Just in deference to Vegas is she here you want to just announce her she won before you know, she's not here yet
No, she come in. All right. Anyway, so I don't want to take her
I know I'm jumping in front of her but congrats to Vegas when she gets here kick ass with Nvidia anyway
So look right now. I'm still you know bullish on the market
We're above all the key moving averages and all the key indices. So
We could use the correction today could have been you know, a correction of PC came in hot came in in line
So at this point, this is I love this market because it's great for stock picking
Stops reacting to individual catalysts kind of in a logical way
As opposed to some, you know macro issues, which would make things more unpredictable. So that's the kind of market I'd like
So all engines go, you know, and I think with every bit of news that comes out that's positive for Trump
That increases the chances
I think that they're gonna somehow or another
The interest rates or some other mechanism try to pump the market into the election to help the incumbent
That's standard fare for whoever's in office. I think so
I'm pretty bullish. Of course, you got to be aware of some pullbacks that you know major moving averages
so anyway
What do we do last week? We did well with I over
that worked out well and
Two-day competition Wow, I'm watching a couple things in after hours
One of them well, let me start with Kodak first
So kodk it's a I'm probably gonna lose till we got a terrible open tomorrow morning
But Kodak was is up like 52% just in the last hour. It's up more here in after hours
So they finally there's a report that there's I researched this a lot like a year and a half ago
and I talked to director on the
Board of Directors about this they are finally looking into unlocking
1.1 point two billion dollar surplus in their pension plan. So as is complicated
I don't understand all the details, but as long as they're managing it in-house
They that money has to sit there for whatever reason
But if they outsource that pension plan and kind of sell it to some other company to manage
They can unlock that 1.2 billion and then that becomes like an asset for them
That's the rough idea. I'm not an accountant. But in any case, you can see the market cap here of Kodak is
Let's see what the market cap is much less than that. It was four hundred twenty four million. I guess that's the closing price and
There's a big short position. I believe yet seven days to cover. So this could get crazy
A lot of the move might be in I don't know so I might lose this competition
I am playing it. I bought the news late in the afternoon. I even bought more here in after hours
It might be a fast mover. It might be something, you know exit tomorrow morning. I don't know looking at the chart here
Let's see. We got the 200 day moving average right here right here at 567 and then
Beyond that let's see what kind of possible targets we get on a short squeeze
You know, maybe seven to seven forty possible in the next couple of days
That's the first pick. Wow. We're gonna go in after hours. Okay
Next pick is gonna be something I just I don't know this company
Well Z scaler a lot of you probably do but this is unusual what's going on
Because they beat and they raised
their estimates their EPS estimate for the year
This is my cheat code. I kind of usually ignore everything about earnings except the EPS guide and
Whatever the EPS guide beats the magnitude of the beat versus estimates
I use that as a rule of thumb for how much the stock can kind of re-rate
Within a one or two day period and it works like a charm 95% of time. It's really amazing
So but here we see they raised EBITDA estimates by 9.7%
Which which is 9.2% above street estimates and the stock is down. I have no frickin idea why
At least for competition purposes, I guess I'll get a good open tomorrow morning
So maybe that'll help me offset the bad open we'll get in Kodak tomorrow morning. So there's a two picks for you
And again, sorry, I think Vegas came in late. Sorry. I have to jump in front of you
I got to go to something but congrats on your Nvidia picks. That was awesome last week
Yeah Kodak really running here
57% up 59% up on the day
Pretty wild that makes them up 48% on the year and coming back up to that high from last July as well
Pretty interesting. Okay, got a mark down
Kodak and
ZS as the two picks there from Ben
Great job Ben this past week with the I over play
That one did very nice. It went up to 31 and a half percent
I guess it was the SED
SEDG short that was the right one versus the MPH
But you know what when you have a 31 and a half percent up pick you're still gonna be doing pretty pretty great
You mentioned it a couple of times but a big shout out to our winner from this past week
Vegas doubling down on NVDA and NV DX
those really cruised
Average return between the two of them of 24.58% believe this is your second win in either two or three weeks
So pretty nice to see that I'm excited to hear from you
So let's do for everyone else unless you have to do picks first
Let's do market sentiment first and we'll come back around for picks
Afterwards, but Vegas if you want to go with market sentiment now, let me turn the mic over to you
Yep, and I got I got about sorry. I got about early guys. So thanks. I'll see you on Monday night. Thanks
Alright, so market sentiment, you know what? I am bullish on the market
I think the NASDAQ closed record highs and we saw the data from the key inflation also coming down
And also was looking at some data here and it showed that this is the first time in 10 years
That the last trading day of February will be an up day for the spy. So that to me is really big
The last in 10 years. No one has seen that so it's a good piece of good piece of data
We had big market on close over 4 billion to the buy side nice market pop
I think we had a hotter than expected consumer and price inflation reports earlier this month and the PCE data from today gave a bit
Of a mixed picture and you know, there were some pullbacks later in the day, but other than that I'm still bullish on the market
I kept seeing that the dips were getting bought so many great earnings have been coming out with earnings winners good guidance and so great
Opportunities to take advantage of those good companies that have great information and great growth stories
So, you know still bullish not but not changing my stance
I'm still bullish on many good stocks and I'll talk about a couple of them later tonight
But my sentiment is that you know, why change why change my tune if the markets telling me we're going higher
And I know sometimes hard to believe
But the the signals are there the buy signals are there the charts are showing me that they're still going to the upside and
I think you know spy can open up towards 510 tomorrow or more
So wait to see maybe even 512
So definitely watch those levels for tomorrow and then I'll give my picks when you get back to me. I want you to go back
Perfect, thank you Vegas
Slightly smaller panel tonight because a few people couldn't make it for Thursday
So if you're up here on the panel, feel free to take your time with sharing your thoughts elaborating. No problem with that today
Alright, I'll talk slower when I come back. Okay
You're good, you're good. I just want to know I know I rush people sometimes. I just want to let them know
All right, Nate you want to jump in here?
Yeah, sure thing. It's been
I'm impressed. I mean congrats to Vegas. I go and double down on the video last week
I remember that call and I was thinking that
Takes some guts and yeah, I'm impressed. So very nicely done
In the markets overall, it's it's been nice to see these moves. I was talking a little bit about earlier
You know, you can keep your eyes on the moving averages and I've been using the five-day
moving average and
Just watching anytime spy or QQQ even sniffs at closing
More than one or two candles below that five-day moving average simple moving average. They quickly pop right back above
If you do get that third candle to close you might get a couple of days following that and that's worth noting
But I mean it just is not happening and the trend continues to be powering higher
So I'll just continue to trade the upside until that reverses
even today got a nice nice move up nice lower wick on the candle after the PC news and
Yeah, I mean, I'm not gonna lie. I'm a little bit surprised like I've been continuing to trade the upside
But it's just been such a powerful move
Just basically the exact same angle if you look at the chart from the start of the year
It you could draw a straight line through it for spy and it hasn't deviated at all, right?
It's just holding steady
So interesting to know even the gaps that it's had a couple of gap up days and they have not been filled
at least not yet and
Yeah, so I like to see it and then semiconductors, you know, that's the space where we've got Nvidia leading the way and
They're not showing any signs of weakness either
I mean the same rule applies to that five-day moving average and
It just keeps popping right back above and we had a huge gap up back
Excuse me gap up after testing a trendline and drop them below that moving average just two weeks ago and
No signs at all of weakness. So I'm not saying that that we can't get that rollover
But right now I'm not seeing it SMH the ETF for semiconductors is trying to make another new high here
And we've got names in the space that continue to make moves and continue of room to move
And I mentioned Marvell earlier, which is a name that I definitely like is trying to get back to its recent highs to 74
On semiconductor
they had a little bit of a rough go but have held above the anchored VWAP from
two earnings ago really nicely and continue to hold that and
Build a bit of a base here and push a little bit higher gradually trying to get back above 80
But yeah again, it was up 3.4% today. So you see some big moves in the semiconductor space still
Which I like to see micron is a name that I don't talk about too often
ticker MU and I should be talking about it more. I mean this thing has been
absolutely relentless going back to
September of 22
I mean just non-stop it it's it does the healthy thing of giving their pullbacks and allowing you to buy the dip and
Most recently gapped up pretty massively and is now kind of cool enough, but I'm looking for micron to hold up here
Well above 85 and if it does come back and test 85 that might be a nice buying opportunity
so looking at all these names in the
Semiconductor space is just giving me a lot of optimism for markets overall
And I think though maybe a space to keep an eye on
You know for more of a I guess a positive move that might be a negative
For markets overall is an energy if we do see oil really take off
The names like ExxonMobil and energies sector in general start to move
that could
Put a little bit of a drag on markets overall
But you know it could just also be a little bit of rotation sector rotation taking profits in these names
I've been just absolutely ripping and starting to move into names that provide a little bit of yield and also still have
Potential for upside they might be a little bit, you know underrepresented in portfolios
So seeing that with energy seeing that with industrials a little bit here as you know
Names in the industrial space even small caps are really taking a nice move higher. So
Yeah, overall just like to see the continued rotation into these other names
I don't know that we're getting the breath that we want to get I have to I'll be honest
I've not really done the deep dive there. Maybe some of their panelists know a little bit more along those lines you want to see
you know why
Leadership there and not just a few names and it feels to me like we are getting that spreading out a little bit here
Yeah, I'm overall continue to be positive
Continue to buy the dip and we'll see how that plays out looking forward to hearing the pics this week hand it back to you
Beautiful thanks for the rundown there Nate and by the way, you know
It's an interesting time to continue making these pics because I'm pretty sure you know, correct me if I'm wrong
It wasn't intraday highs, but I believe today was all-time high
closes on both indexes
50 8.4 Q's
I believe that these are all-time high closes on both
So like you're saying, you know, it definitely makes an interesting time to be stock picking out here
Okay, really good stuff there for Nate Jaguar coming over to you for some market sentiment
Yeah, good afternoon, everybody. How's everyone doing?
Interesting day that started off
With NASDAQ on a weaker note and Russell on a stronger note
But then they flipped
by the end of the day
Russell was off
from its highs gave up
half the distance from the highs
While NASDAQ went from red to green
Particularly in the very last few minutes of the session that was pretty interesting and then just ripped to the highs of the session
so there was definitely
You know some rotation during the during the day
if you ask me what stood out for me the most today, it was the simple fact that
You get the hottest month-over-month increase in the core PCE in over a year and
the 10-year bond yield did not break out through
4.35% key resistance if you draw the trend if you draw a simple line of T and X on your
Thinkorswim or if you look at TLT for that matter, which would be the inverse
you can clearly see where those
where those bull flag on T and X and bear flags on TLT are and
So that the 10-year bond yield did not respond to
You know to to PCE core PCE
That was one thing and the second thing was the dollar was actually down on the session
The dollar started out with a little bit of a spike
But then just faded and it also did not respond to the core PCE and I think that
Once the currencies and the bond yields were okay
I think it just basically created fuel to go back into the risk and then as the day folded the market just kept coming
More and more for NASDAQ and then you saw gradual turnaround in the long duration growth stocks
and so as long as that remains the case and if I have to draw a line, I would just say, you know,
Four point three five percent on the ten year and
104 on the US dollar on Dixie as long as this remains the case. I
Think that NASDAQ and you know continue to add more gains now based on this and you know
We can probably just see more upside
But ultimately it has to you know, if we're gonna I don't know it is the jury still out to whether the trends that we're seeing
Develop in front of us in terms of inflation particularly in services side
How sustainable they are only time will tell
Watch the bond yields that will be your clothes and wash the US dollar that will be your clothes
So that's all I have to say in terms of the broader picture and what I saw in the market today
It was just an interesting day with it looked like
Russell was gonna lead but then as the day progressed it was NASDAQ that was actually leading
Indeed it was good points there Jaguar. Okay, let's come over to Michael now for some market sentiment
Yeah, I haven't done it was interesting Nate talking about sentiment or breath analysis and I haven't done all of that yet
But I did already go through all of my monthly charts, which again is something I highly suggest
Even if you're a short-term trader you you take some time and go through the monthly charts
Something that I picked up from buddy of mine JC from all-star charts and he got me into it and it really does
Get you out of the noise and you can see the forest for the trees a little bit
so we do have new monthly closing candles and there is some interest there where
market doesn't look as extended as
You know a lot of people kind of kind of believe it's you know
We're up four months in a row
But you zoom back on the chart at any given time on the S&P 500. We are constantly up four months in a row
Sometimes that leads to a month or two of consolidation
Sometimes it leads to a little bit of a pullback
But very rarely does it lead to the market just completely falling out of bed unless you're talking about 2020
So, you know zoom out a little bit there. Yes a new monthly all-time closing highs in the spy I
New monthly all-time closing highs and the cues and in semis and all the stuff we know
But one thing that was interesting when I did my scanning is a new monthly all-time closing high in
The mid cap index. So the mid caps are very interesting to me. A lot of people look at
The spy with the big names
you know a lot of people will only trade those giant names and then a lot of people look at the small caps and
say oh, well, you know, these are kind of junky things but the
Small caps they kick out their best players by default and those best players get kicked into the mid caps
You know that if you have an index like the small caps
it is going to constantly remove any player that's doing very well and
Push it into another index even small caps or I think it's SMC. I that's going to jump all the way to large caps
But in a lot of cases I find the mid caps and if people are just looking for a ticker
It's just MDY is you the mid cap index. I find this the most interesting because it's not the
Shit companies that are probably going to struggle and have a really hard time
with higher rates and inflation and all that kind of stuff because they're not very good companies and
It's also not the giant mega
Conglomerates that we're all kind of bored of seeing hitting new highs and may look overextended
The mid caps in here are kind of the most promising area to look sometimes
Because you have companies that are good enough that they got out of the kind of minor leagues
You could say they have generally speaking some established business. They're not just you know people taking punts at random ideas
But they're not yet large caps and for me
This is where a lot of the growth can come from because you know any
Company that gets his legs can go here and for the longest time we were lagging
Significantly behind in these mid cap stocks, but now we're actually doing okay. So again an all-time monthly closing highs in mid caps
I don't think is super bearish for the market
So, you know if we're talking very short-term then yes, we are a little bit extended
In the market up four months in a row, but it's still it's only four months in a row
So all in all I'm still kind of incredibly bullish the the market for the long run
I would love to see some sort of longer-term pause or consolidation
If everyone's waiting for that you'll never get it
Zooming in a little bit to the daily chart on the spy I was told I can ramble so I'm certainly gonna do it
We are getting that consolidation. So if you're a short-term trader
And you're saying oh, I want to pull back her consolidation. Well, that's exactly what you're getting right now
We had a big candle on the 22nd and then ever since then one two three four five days now
I've just kind of chopping slightly within that candle putting in a nice little bull flag. So
All signs again point to go to me. I was kind of green
I think it was a Nate that was saying earlier that
Some rotation may take place if we start to see, you know profit-taking in names like Nvidia
or or SMC I or any of the semis
That may weigh on the index
But as I would love to see a world in which the S&P 500 is struggling
but stocks or sectors like the MDY are doing well because that to me is a good area that you can then shift focus and
Pick stocks and you know for what we're doing stock picking is is way more fun. So I
Could see rotation I could see rest I could see pullback
But I'm not really betting on anything because even looking at the Nvidia chart. It's still resting for a potential move higher. So
Everything's green until the moment. It's not which we are always preparing for but like I always say can't survive the bull market
You've got no shot in surviving the bear
Really well put and yeah, absolutely, you know appreciate you taking the time to share Nick you ready to go. I
Am yeah, I'm gonna kind of repeat some of the things that Michael said hopefully with a little bit different take
I just want to go through my ETF list and note the the groups making new highs this week
And it was home builders leisure and entertainment materials retail consumer discretionary
financials and
biotechs I think made new highs
Wednesday or Tuesday and then kind of pulled back today
But the people that were waiting for the market to kind of spread out from just the magnificent seven
That is what has been happening. So while we got extended in the short term on the indexes
There was always one or two options we were going to correct through price or through time and it looks like we're just correcting
Through time and getting that money to rotate into the other groups
if you were to tell me that like XRT, which is the retail ETF was going to be
Continuing to push new highs rising just above the five-day EMA consistently. I
would have been a little bit surprised with how just like talking to
my friends and family how I
Don't know everyone seems to feel like money is tight right now and hopefully that is getting better
But as we know the market leads
Sentiment and the market is continuing to push higher
So hopefully that means that the economy is going to be improving along the way here as well
And then just some other metrics that I look at so I have the dashboard that I built myself
That shows just like the indexes whether they're in an uptrend or a downtrend and above some
Certain moving averages and right now QQQ or the Nasdaq SPY Dow Jones the growth ETF
IWO and even ARKK
They're above their eight twenty one fifty and two hundred days
All of those moving averages are sloping higher and they're all in a power trend
Meaning you have price above the eight day above the twenty one above the fifty above the two hundred. I
Don't remember the last time that
Every single one of those metrics were green
Which is good as you're in the market and enjoying the nice uptrend
But kind of the opposite of where like when everything is horrible in the market
that's when you should start to just look for things that are showing relative strength and then
really try to
Get in on a bounce
Right now everything is great and a lot of the stocks are working and I don't think you need to kind of sell early
but just keep your eyes out for
some cracks in the foundation and
A few of the things that I'm watching for that is Apple continues continues to hold this like 179 level
But if that's taken out to the downside, then that is something to be a little worried about
Another large cap Tesla it has bounced nicely off the lows from like 176 to 200
but usually when a stock is putting in like their their lows of that cycle you'll see a lot of unfilled gaps to the
upside and
We have not had a single unfilled gap to the upside on Tesla
So so that's one that I'm looking for
Some potential weakness if we take out today's low that could be like a hedge
If you want to kind of put some money short while you're still trying to ride your stronger winners
And then the other metric that I look at is the NAA I am kind of institutional investors
We had a really nice drop from the 14th to the 21st where we dropped from
96% or 95.6% invested all the way down to 75% so about a 21% drop which
Is basically fuel for the rally to keep going if the market kind of found its footing and stabilized
And that's exactly what happened. So we had a nice kind of two-week push there
The numbers came out for this week yesterday or even a couple hours ago
Up 14% from 75% to 89 now
Usually when we have these kind of pullbacks you're in that like 95 to even over a hundred percent invested
They were over a hundred percent invested at 103 at the end of last year
And then we had that kind of pullback in that first week
to start the year, so
That's another metric that I'm looking at to if that heats up again and gets over 95 and everything's green
and we're seeing even solar stocks railing or stocks like root up
400% in just a short amount of time if things are getting too too good
You could still play it and I've been playing it more like on intraday swings
but just have your plan of like what you need to see to
Not get out fully but to start stepping out of the market taking profits
Because the past two months and even past four months, but this year has been off to a rocket start and
As great as that is you want to be able to keep some of the money that you make so so far
I'm not seeing any cracks that make me super bearish. I'm just trying to point some things out and
Always like objectively look at the market because I think when you do that
And you kind of like make a plan for yourself every single day
You're less likely to kind of go against the trend
The one the one mistake that I've made a lot is going against the trend
So I like I always try to do this objective kind of feedback every day going through the ETFs the indexes and then
My leading stocks and until I see more things breaking down
Things are things are still good
Perfect. Thank you. Nick. And because we had a little bit extra time today or geese
I saw you jumped up. Do you want to share a few thoughts on market sentiment?
Hi, I just saw the space. I thought I'd just jump in and see you know, I I thought
Yes, we have been consolidating a little bit, you know, but we haven't lost five thousand
So between five zero forty one
5,041 and five one one that's the glitch zone
It is trying to settle what it wants to do, but it has already entered
You're cutting out a little bit for me. It also sounds like maybe there's some wind around you something along those lines
Do you want us we can come back around?
We can move into some of the stock picks now and come back around because I don't think the sound quality is so good on her
Okay. All right. We'll do that. All right
Okay, we are gonna start with our winner from this past week Vegas who had a great return both of her picks were very green
That's because when there was Nvidia and one of them was double-leveraged Nvidia and so 16 percent and 32 percent respectively
Really really nice job. They're from Vegas Vegas
Excited to hear from you this week. Well, your stock picks are gonna be
Should it be a surprise? Well, is this contest because today's Thursday? So
This is a two-day one. Yes, this is a two-day one of them. We're gonna reset on Monday. Yes
Oh, okay. So I gotta give you a good one for the next two days. Okay. Well, you know what? Let's continue with AMD
Because that's been a phenomenal one today and we did great on that one
So looking for continuation with AMD and you know what? I'm gonna pick
I'm waiting for Nvidia to make the move here. So that needs to get going as well. So in nvdx and
AMD gonna be my top two picks
And I might have them again next week. So yeah so far, you know, why change what's working? It's doing really really well
Looking for some serious some serious action on both of them
And I'm really excited to see what AMD does because that's kind of been lagging for a bit and finally today got the real
Kicker so as soon as it opened up and broke 180 is like, oh man. I gotta get the mistakes. It looks really good
I was pleasantly surprised to see where it went today wasn't expecting it to go this fast in one day
That's just a crazy crazy move. So look forward to seeing what it's gonna do
And then I'll have a new pick next week, I know
Dell computers looks good had nice gapping up after hours
So, you know anyone should be watching that one tomorrow, too. No, it's not one of my picks
I do have it at the swing trade
But for now, I'll stick with AMD and nvdx. Those are my very two picks just because the action's still there
I don't only see any kind of selling pressure right now
On those two so I look forward to seeing what it's gonna do and look forward to the results next week on the two day
couple days training
So, thank you
All right, sounds good. So we've got AMD as well as nvdx
Do you have any other this was you have a minute here?
Do you have any other advice for people to approach this market with in the last?
You know day of this week coming off of all-time high closes on both indexes
You know what? I will say that you know, it's really important for as a trader in general really to shut the noise out
Stop listening to all these people out there
You know sometimes when the market does pull back their healthy pullbacks actually sometimes it's good to have a reset in the market
And sometimes I see people posting that this is bearish the markets bearish and then it can spook you out of your trade
So it's really important to just have some confidence
And if you are nervous about your trade, especially if you do options trading because you know with stocks they can go up and down
But the options I mean the fader decays can be crushing you
So if you're doing auctions, you know if you're if it gets you nervous, especially trading like a stock like Tesla
That is not an easy trade at all
You have to do in my opinion at least one month out on a stock like Tesla
Other you know if you do any kind of options if you're getting crushed with weeklies or zero day trades
Then you know
Maybe just take more time to get yourself some practice to do that and or take a smaller size
Even if you do like zero day trade
Then don't go heavy unless you build up some confidence and have some experience because you know once you get the experience
You know how to handle it
But you know some people just want to hurry up and make the quick money
And the only thing that happens is they just keep losing or they lose a lot and then you know
They don't have any money to trade anymore. So just take it nice and slow be confident
You know nothing wants to do a monthly contract. So sometimes excuse me
It's boring to do monthlies because they don't always roof right away
But I will say the moves are pleasant and when they move you can print some very nice money
So I think you know watch you know take monthlies, or if you'd like
Investments on stocks you know make sure you look at the cash flow balance sheet
Very easy to go to the investors tab on the company's website
Read the latest conference called transcript see what the cash flow says look at their growth
How much you know are they growing that they have what kind of actions going on and take advantage of those stocks that haven't really?
Made the movie at I mean I see a lot of stocks right now have had really great earnings reports
And you know one of them that I'm watching is Shake Shack. I
Really like the growth story on that one and looking for that one down the line to make some moves
So you know if you like long-term or you like stocks to trade longer term
Look at companies that haven't really had the growth movement just yet
Because a lot of good stocks out here with great fundamentals great cash flow great growth that are still in
Development stage so look at those opportunities and see if there's going to be something there that you like so just depends
What kind of trader you are I think once you know what kind of trader you are
Then it's easier for you to make decisions because you don't I don't know if you're an investor
Trader if you're if you if you want to buy stocks
Do you want to hold for a week do want to hold for a month do you want to hold for a year?
You know you don't know look you're talking you have to know your time frame
So everyone has a different time frame you know so once you know what time frame is then you'll know what to do with your money
Beautiful advice, thank you so much Vegas
Okay, we heard from Ben in Vegas who are our first and second place winners from this past week
Third was paper games who unfortunately cannot make it tonight. Let's see who came in fourth. That would be Jordan
Jordan had just Netflix long we had a we had a really green week by the way again
Another week in a row where majority of our picks out performed. I believe that we beat spying cues again this week
I mean we've asked honestly just been on a roll. It's been a stock pickers market
I suppose this year because even though the indexes are doing pretty well some of these individuals are doing really really nice
Okay, keeping it going Evan had pretty good return this past week as well
he actually took that long Amazon short WBA trade because of the
Addition to the Dow and the subtraction from the down that actually did pretty well
4.6 3% for Amazon
2.0 3% for WVBA on the short
So 3.3 3% average between those two so honestly pretty good stuff across the board
Let's come over to Nick Drendel next for some of your picks
All right
First we're gonna go with Celsius. They have a beautiful beautiful weekly base here, and it does trade kind of funky
Which it was hard to get in there unless you were buying against like a gap zone
But today's price action like that's that is incredible and typically leads to higher prices
Highest volume in over a year, and I believe this is the highest dollar volume on a single traded day
Not usually a bear sign especially when you're up 20%
I love how we open down
Right near the 20-day EMA and then just shot higher all throughout the day closing right in your eyes
This is one where for a two-day competition. I'm just expecting this
Excuse me to continue higher as long as the market is is stable over the next two days and
Then my second pick is going to be HI and s
This is another one that had the highest value ever a couple days ago on their earnings was up
I want to say let's see 9 to 13 so about 30 something percent
Really tight inside day yesterday some some weakness today
But what I noticed when I was mapping this against either QQQ or spy was it was completely trading on its own
So it had a morning kind of flush, but then it didn't respond to whatever the market was doing
It was just trading by itself, which
to me just means to treat it by itself and
The stock itself huge gap up consolidating after a 30% move volume starting to tighten up
Which is nice to see and as long as the market holds up
This is a main focus of mine full disclosure. I do have a position in it already
But really looking to add to it
Because if you zoom out
It's IPO stock. I think it IPO'd when was this?
March of 2021 and
Typically at the like IPO highs right around like 17 between 1660 and 1730 is
You see some turbulence in that area. It's called the turbulent zone and
We're not anywhere near that. We're above the previous high in kind of the the W of the base, which is nice
We don't have to deal with those potential sellers and we have plenty of time
From $13 up to $16 before we have to deal with the turbulent zone
So really like how this has been acting how it's trading on its own accord after its HPE here
Okay, very nice so CLH, what was the second ticker again hi MS
Yeah, man, you know I'm on CLH and
Rocking that for a while talking about it for a while. So nice to see it continue to go up
20% today, but up over 50% or at a year-to-date
I'm glad I added to my position when it dipped down to
About 50 it dipped down to 49. I added at 52 and 53
Not that long ago
Less than a month. I think that was a just the beginning of February and now it's already over 81
So this thing absolutely is just powering up
I I'd love to see if it could continue to make that run throughout the rest of the week when a stock's already moved
You know like this much at this point. What's are you just looking for lots of strength?
Well, I'm just looking at at the base
So from August what was this about August 28th till now?
We went through a really nice basing phase and we're just breaking out of that base on massive volume after nice earnings. So
Until we see like a big volume candle down
I'm not too worried about this stock overall like
The a market correction if we get something like that would even be like really nice because this would just flag out and
you'll get probably a lower risk entry point really tight stop, but
Competition wise I think we're just looking for continuation here trading it myself if we gap down to like the $80 area or
We can zoom in on like a intraday time frame to see where buyers stepped in
Yeah, right around 80 would be a spot to manage risk against
But we'll we'll see how it goes if if you're not in it already, and I don't have a position in this
I totally missed it this morning. I am gonna be watching that $80 area, but I
Tend to use like three to four percent stops on a trade like this where if I'm wrong
Like it's already up 20% it can take three weeks and kind of tighten up here and then get going
And I don't want to just like sit in a trade for three weeks without any
Continuation, so if I'm wrong, I'm gonna be wrong like three to four percent
Max and then just look for another entry later on after prices kind of consolidated
but a lot of the times we do get that day to continuation and
It's gonna be one of my focuses for tomorrow
Perfect really good stuff there Nick and then same question over to you
You know any advice for those that are trading this market at all-time highs here. I
mean all-time highs is exactly where you want to be
If you look at the the strongest stocks and the biggest winners throughout history
They all make all-time highs
It's a mathematical certainty if they're gonna be monster stocks
They're gonna be making all-time highs if you're in a very strong market. It's gonna be making all-time highs, so I
Wouldn't be worried about the fact that it's at all-time highs
It's always kind of like how we got there and how we've gotten there
today is we
We first made a high in February. What was that 12th?
We had a gap down a little rally a low or low after a couple gap downs, but then that Nvidia
Report puts us right near our highs and then we consolidate
So we've been consolidating for like three or so weeks now
It's not like we're super extended from the 50-day moving average or super extended from the 20-day EMA
those are two metrics where that that does make me feel a little concerned, but
We've gone through some nice consolidation. We're seeing the right types of stocks breaking out into new highs. So
Always have your stops placed if you're a swing trader
I I would always have stops place regardless
But always have your stops in place and always have like a plan if this happens
Then this so if the market does gap down and some of my stops get hit
then you take a step back in and then you take a look at the market, but
Just have alerts set on some key stocks some key levels
ETFs or indexes and really let the market tell you that it's breaking down before you try to get out too early
Speaking from again that that's been my my weakness as a trader
So I'm trying to pound it into my own head as I'm saying it out loud here
Perfect appreciate the insight there Nick before I go over to some of the other for stock picks
They're geese is your sound quality a little bit better now. Did you want to share a couple market thoughts?
Hey, hi, yeah, can you hear me now? Oh, yeah, we can hear you a little bit better. There's definitely some
Some background noise, but it's definitely better than before
Okay, yeah, so I don't know why that noise is I'm sitting in my airtight car. So
Yeah, so yes, as you were talking, you know, we are just chopping between
5,041 and 5 1 1 3 so far which is still put that put put that in the magnetic field of 5185
Which is the half cycle and it's almost there for all practical purposes
The target is hit for the 50% and now the question would be
Whether it wants to overshoot this or do something in the short term
The market is good and you know, a lot of stocks
The only thing is each stock there there. I mean they are but whatever
They're just letting one stock go at a time for example
Any media is going then SMC is going and you know, vice versa and then
Like 2021 one of they're making one stop the meat like bind is going or some other, you know
Like like Kodak somebody mentioned Kodak. So those kind of stuff is still happening
which means that that is another way to back keep the market balance because
This way they don't have to force the VIX to do anything
So that could be the thing, you know, just to keep the balance
So as of now, I'm just looking for a media as long as it is holding 757 on 729
it's okay to hit higher and
Your AMD did, you know, it has already taken out the cycle high reset to
361 and now it's operating about a 183. So that is good
200 is closed by Apple is like, you know in a very very tight range 181 to a 186
So still kind of holding 183. So overall the market is okay
Microsoft is still not going anywhere, but it's still holding the level Tesla
Also, you know when when when Apple is pulling back they they bring Tesla up so that balance is there
Boeing is also holding so this overall tells that they are not in a hurry to bring the market down
Which can be a good thing, which means we can still look for another 100 to 300 points up
The only thing is we have quadraging starting
I mean the volatility is already started the balancing is already started XPX in ES
We have already seen 10 points balance already happened between the two
so the other thing which could surprise the market is the or rather the very bullish narrative could be
Is you know the quadraging coming in and playing and just to balance the contracts?
They could you know flush the market just suddenly maybe a few days and all that so that can happen
and otherwise
The good thing is the other second tier and the third tier stocks are now breaking out for example AI
C3 AI yesterday they they had an earning and they did very good
23 was a constant hold now it is at 37 now this 37 to 42
Gets cleared this can double or triple from here. The target is not it's not a target. It's kind of a replacement
To 75 80 that zone I was looking for quite some time and only now it looks like it may be
You know, maybe it's still at resistance, but it can do that today Autodesk ad sk did very well
You know so tomorrow above 285, you know, that's the another supply zone it will enter so above 285
We could see some fireworks happening there. I mean these killer
It's like you know
Pull back, but technically it hasn't pulled back because it had a fantastic run
So now it's just trying to come to the come to demand so to 212 to 202 that demands hold then it can you know
Stabilize and try to hit the next zone. So
One of the things to note is the thick the stocks which have already gone much ahead
Are they consolidating or pulling back just to get a rest or this is something different?
So I'm strongly watching Apple Tesla and Microsoft what these two do at the same time and
Then I'm watching these second-tier stocks, you know, whether they are still holding or they want to you know, pull back
So kind of right now it's a mixed signal
But hopefully we will see, you know, once this quadraging gets passed then probably we have we may have a cleaner picture
You know what what happens as far as?
SMP is concerned. QQQ is concerned. This 441 area is
important zone for QQQ spy
Five zero seven two actually 518 was my target which matches up what is 5185
So there's a little bit discrepancy bit because spy and XPX is much lagging than the the ES
They opened up 55 points different. So that's the reason 518 that just doesn't match it with 5185
So if they want to take it to 518, then of course, it'll exceed 5185. So those are the areas I'm watching
What it can do or you know, if there could be a sudden flush or you know, just to balance the contract
RTY they are trying to take it but poor thing cannot cross
2100 it goes close to it and they bring it back down. So it hasn't gotten a break yet
But let's see in the meantime natural gas and your oil did very good
You know from 13 we picked up the natty and boil when everybody was running around in media and everything that gave us very good
return the oil and gave a very good return from you know, 70 to 79
So those are the there's a lot of stuff around
You know to make money if you don't want to run behind the the big means at some point
They become very costly one important thing to notice here is if you go and look at the IB on options
as soon as in media
Started, you know running
The IV a cross board for even the stocks which haven't done anything their ideas have also gone above hundred percent for earnings
the IVs is generally generally 200 percent above and some is even 300 plus which tells you that
It's a it's a very high pressured market right now. So
And the moose could be crazy
So this is one thing to definitely keep in mind because when the collapse will happen of the idea, of course
Then definitely, you know, the market may pick a little bit direction
Depending on where it is trading. So I am still expecting
sudden flushes basically
To just balance the markets, you know 50 points hundred points here and there and then you know, we go from there
So that's why a little quadratic month a little bit caution would be a good idea
don't play
immediate options
Definitely for a swing April would be a good idea because they will not try to reward March options at all
Perfect nice breakdown our geese
Appreciate you coming up and sharing. Hopefully the the audience got some great takeaways from that as well
We're gonna continue with some of the stock picks here
I'm gonna come over to Jaguar for his stock picks. I'm super excited to hear them
I will also note while we're doing that Nate is only a few followers away from 17 K
Let's get Nate to 17 K before the end of this space. Yeah, buddy
Appreciate that. All right, Jack where you got some pics for us
Yeah, sure
You know wolf what's interesting
This news that's after hours tonight about
New York Community Bank and YCB
This is the company that last year
acquired some of the assets of
now defunct Silicon Valley Bank and
The market cheered at the time and now they're disclosing tonight after hours
that they have found some problems with internal controls and
As a result, they will not be able to file
With the SEC in time as the auditors need more time
on top of it
the CEO is leaving and
On top of it the new CEO that they tried to install
Immediately as that news came out
one of the board members of the company
Basically issued a letter resigning from the board
Because he does not want this new CEO on the board
this looks like a complete mess and
NYCB just a couple weeks ago for its fourth quarter of 2023
Posted a 260 million dollar loss for the quarter
you know this happened in March last year when all the signs were starting to appear in front of us and
Now we're start we're start March again tomorrow. The anniversary is coming up
KRE I'm looking at carry after hours. It's going to be it's it's down about one one and a half percent
Which is telling me that there's a decent chance that tomorrow. We're gonna see pressure broadly on all regional banks and
I only think about in these kind of things. I only think about today's Thursday
This is a weekend contest, right? So we're gonna tally up these performances as of Monday night. Is that correct? Just a two-day one
So you think about this and I'm thinking in the same way, you know
Today's Thursday
you know and
a lot of the times these announcements about when a bank is basically taken under
Coverage is those kind of announcements usually happen over the weekend and I don't want to speculate anything over here
But I just think that this market will react to this news about NYC be tomorrow
As a result, you're gonna see broad pressure on the entire regional banking sector
because everybody will be wondering what's what they should expect going into the weekend and
This is how it typically works out
We also have to keep it and keep in mind that the BTFP program
Which was the emergency lending program to the bank of the Federal Reserve and the Treasury created exactly a year ago
That is expiring in two weeks
It's not going to be renewed. I don't think it's that big of a concern, but it's still so
Just looking at what's happening tonight and how the market may react to all of this starting from tomorrow
My first pick is going to be very simple, which is short KRE
The regional banking ETF. I think that you will see some pressure on that tomorrow. I don't know how bad no idea
But then I think that may continue a little bit into the next week as well
so the first pick is going to be short KRE and
Now I could also extend the same views to suggest that
Russell will likely come under pressure as a result as well because
about 14% of the total weighting in Russell is financial of all the major indexes
Russell has the highest exposure to banks and majority of them regional banks
Plus also commercial reads when you add that to that is a much higher percentage
and maybe perhaps in my
opening comments when I mentioned that it was an interesting day that on when the day started today Russell was the one that was
leading and
Nasdaq was weak, but then as the day progressed we saw
Russell actually gave up more than half of its gains from the highs
while Nasdaq reversed and went from
Being down on the session to up on the session and closing strong
And I wonder and then you get this news after hours, you know that that about NYC B
And that's again ties into Russell having the highest weighting
to financial so I wonder if there was a
There was something to that effect why why the Russell was reacting the way it was reacting. But anyways
The second pick that I'm gonna have it's gonna be gold long gold and in this case
I'm going to keep it very simple and I'm going to say GLD
Now here, let me explain my case here, too
I had completely different thoughts as to why I would go with gold as a long peck
But now I'm thinking about what happened last year in March
when we had the banking crisis first unfolded in front of us and
The similar kind of signs started to appear last year
There were two times during the year when gold abruptly made a 10% move higher in a very short order
That happened within a week or two weeks
Before tapering off a little bit. The first time was in March
March of last year precisely when the market started to get a wind of a potential banking crisis unfolding in the regional banks
And the money flocked for safety and gold wrapped
We also saw the two-year bonds yield came sharply down which something also we could see next week
right and
Then there was a second time and gold responded very strongly with a 10% rally in very short order and that was
When the Israel and Hamas war started because to any geopolitical situation and that happened in October last year
Do any geopolitical situation gold becomes a proxy to bet on it?
And I discussed this case with my clients today in webinar when I showed the technical setup in GLD on both
Daily and the weekly scale and how it's coiling
for a potential breakout here from consolidation that
2100 level and the gold futures could be coming pretty soon and if you take that out on volume
Then you got to really start to look into not only the daily but the weekly scales to actually
Start to see what kind of coil chart that actually really looks who knows that starts perhaps starting from next week
We don't know
So I'm gonna keep it very simple the next big the second pick is going to be long
GLD. So first one is short carry and the second pick is long
GLD I did have a couple other names
I don't know how much time you have but let's skip those if you don't have time. Otherwise, I was considering those as well
No, this is great. This is great. Let's save those others for Monday if possible
So to make sure we get to Mike now said Nate
We are we are doing a good job of filling the time here
We got our first short which was short carry and then we also had long GLD
Jaguar. All right
Nate you ready to go
Yeah, but and thanks again. Appreciate all the followers out there
I mean, it's been a journey here and it's been a good time. Jack. I really like the KRE pick this week
I was talking earlier today about the chart and you know me. I'm just looking at charts, but
The trend line was trying to break and it got above and I was thinking maybe it's gonna sneak out
I'd sneak above this trend line and it rejected a hard like really hard and a couple that with the news
That's a really interesting pick there. So I like that
so two picks I've got this week one actually kind of
Is it's like a traders dream because it's
Lining up with a long-term portfolio. So I'm like looking to maybe add this to the long-term and trade it in the short term
So I just like that kind of it doesn't always happen
Exactly in lockstep and I'm going back to the wealth to one
I traded out too long a couple weeks ago and got me to the podium and I still don't know how to say it
It's either
Jumea or Jumea. Jumea
I'll get it. I gotta get it. But anyway, JMI is the ticker. Jumea Technologies. We'll go with that
Absolutely ripping and for good reason right after their earnings report. They came out and talked a lot about
transformation at the company and
basically
Having to make some hard decisions get leaner more agile and more focused and what they're doing
and they they successfully really made a ton of changes in 23 is what it sounded like and
The markets and you know, it's reacted stock has reacted accordingly
So I'm looking for more upside and given that we've got a two-day competition here
It was up another 9% today and that's after I mean it's moved from just over
$3.30 to almost a double up to the six. It's now at 6 13
So on fire and I do think this one has more room to run
It has been beaten down badly since its highs just a couple years back and then the second pick
Another chart that I like the way it's setting up in the energy space viper energy. You heard me talking about it
had a nice breakout here recently moving from 30 all the way up to
We got up to 36 50 and now we're pulled back
It's formed a bit of a pennant here bull flag and today had a nice pop up
Move from see what was the load today? Yeah moved all the way from 35 68 to
36 30 so solid move today up a point and a half almost or a percent and a half
Excuse me, and I think that might be the start of a breakout and another big push higher
So the NOM is the ticker for a viper energy
Those are my picks this this is for these two days. Well, I appreciate it
All right, Jimmy and
VNOM got them both marked down
Thank you Nate and Nate is so close to that seven. Oh, there you go. It's 17 K. Yeah
Love it. I appreciate you. Well, thanks again. By the way, man
It's been great being on these spaces and connecting with all these these great people. So it's a big part of it
Absolutely. Absolutely. All right, Michael now coming over to you for a couple more stock picks
Yeah, sure thing so
As always these are just algorithmically designed. I just kind of go through
relative strength index
Algorithm that I built and try to find the strongest names on that that look good
The highly doubt especially for a short competition that either of these will win. They're both fairly large and boring names
Charts in the description below just want to say to Vegas AMD is number five on the list
So that's probably gonna be a really good pick, you know, take your eye and combined and I'll go with it
It's probably gonna be good
First one here is just I had to add it because it's very rare to see something that is
Ranked a hundred on this list
so again, just takes a series of indicators and the signs points based off which of these indicators show bullish and that's
NWSA so news Corp again, I don't know exactly what most these companies do but
When I just assume it's news
Paper or something related nice looking chart to nice
Earnings gap from about twenty four dollars to twenty six bucks
Which is a lot for this one, you know
It's as I mentioned these are probably not gonna be contest winners
But could be good little good trades then after that earnings that happened on the early in February
He's been basing sideways and then had a nice little breakout today
On the longer term chart that puts us right near I think around all-time highs or at least the highs from
21 so nice looking trade on that NWSA and slow mover
But I always try to follow this algorithm is often when it does things like this and puts me into slow movers
It's saved me from something that the market may do so that might be an early warning sign
But nothing that would really take too much action on
Next is the Bank of New York. So talk about a slow boring type of name, but
another good earnings gap that happened the end of January and then it's just been
Consolidating ever since with this nice high tight base that also puts us near
2021 highs so a lot of these things are getting close to that high on names that were lagging just a little bit
But holding up there. So a nice little breakout on the Bank of New York. So that's
News Corp NWSA and Bank of New York, which is BK which fun tip
That's I think the first listed company on the New York Stock Exchange with the Bank of New York
BNY Mellon
Nice I used to work out of their building in Philly
Yeah, that first one is pretty interesting
the News Corp chart definitely, you know, really really nice over the past year this thing has just been going up and I
See why I came up on the algo just based on, you know it breaking through I think to all-time highs pretty much
Today or yeah looks like all-time highs. So really nice run through there great picks from Mike now's
So that's gonna give us all of our picks for today
We have from Vegas AMD and NVDX from Ben story trading ZSN KODK
Andrew couldn't be on but he sent me PayPal Nick head Celsius and hymns Michael now's head
NWSA and BK our only short came from Jaguar with short KRE
But he also went long gold GLD and then trader Nate had JMI a
Jumia as well as a second pick which was venom VN. Oh em
So let me just make sure I've got all these tickers. Correct. Yes, I do. Perfect
alright, so what I'm gonna go ahead is I am going to go ahead and post that so for the audience if you've been kind of
Sitting in and trying to
Keep belong and track this will make your life easy
You can just go and you can just like or bookmark or retweet that post which I just put up on my page
Should be pretty easy to find I tagged all the speakers in it if you want to share it with your audiences
Big thank you to the speaker super super fun one. I know this is only a two-day competition
So I'm excited to see who comes out winners, but we will have our next one on Monday at 5 p.m.
Eastern as well, so it should be a good one, too
So big thank you to Jaguar Nate Mike now's Nick Drendel all those that have been on with us
We are gonna roll into our next base now, but wishing you guys a great evening
With that being said, let's keep the party rolling. We're gonna keep things talking here
our next base is actually going to be a pretty topical one because
Right now I am in LA but next week in about eight days
I'll be flying down to Orlando and I'll be flying to Orlando to take part in the World Web 3 conference
Which is gonna be happening on the 8th and the 9th tonight. We're gonna be talking a little bit about the conference
We're also gonna talk a bit about blockchain because that's I think the the underlying basis and
It's interesting, you know, none of our speakers
I think maybe they uh, maybe they're shying away from it a bit because Bitcoin pull back a little bit today
But crypto has been one of the highest flying areas of the market overall
You know the miners have been making plenty of appearances inside of our competitions
And I think that just goes to show to be honest that there's more interest in this stuff now than ever
I mean Jason, I'll roll it into you
How about it, you know the run-up that we're having to this conference in crypto just an absolutely raging bull market
Yeah, thanks wolf. I mean you said it best it's raging
I mean, honestly, you know when you look at the chart and you see how far we've come those ETFs that was like
Literally a game-changer for us, right?
I'm I've been
Trading this and making short gains on a daily and it's just been phenomenal
I think we're actually witnessing a little bit of a fake-out right now
In the in the in the dailies here, but I think you continue to pick up steam and there's a lot of bullish news coming
surrounding
Jeff Bezos and if you've caught any wind of that so
Yeah, the conference is coming on March 9th
If you haven't checked it out go to the world conference dot IO our tracks are web 3 technology as a large umbrella
including blockchain metaverse gaming or web 3 gaming crypto currency tech NFT utility usage and AI automation and
Actually, I'm not sure if one of our guest speakers is here just yet, but we are gonna be talking with our friends
Is he up there? There he is. Yeah. Hey, what's up guys?
Yes, Josh, please introduce yourself and tell us a little bit about solarium
because I know what we have a lot of focus in in these different areas in our conference and
So blockchain obviously falls under so many different categories, right?
We've got cryptocurrencies financial services and broad, right?
You have supply chain management a lot of big companies already using that identity identity verification voting systems
Which would probably save our elections, but we'll move on from that smart contracts health care
IP royalties gaming
digital collectibles real estate D 5
Privacy management one of the things we don't hear too often is
In energy trading and I'll be honest and I won't steal any thunder from Josh
But it's my understanding that any energy trading like I guess it's like a blockchain that enables peer-to-peer energy
like a like allowing households with renewable energy sources to sell it excess energy and
Directly to other consumers without going through a central grid. So that's my understanding of it
So I'm really interested to see what Josh has to say about this concept in what solarium is all about to get away Josh
Great. Well, first of all, thanks for the invite guys
I appreciate any opportunity to talk and I caught the last kind of half hour of your guys's show here the
Stock tips. I'll definitely take those home
But regardless so it's on the VPs of strategy for solarium incorporated. What we are is a layer one blockchain company. So
Where most people are familiar with maybe Bitcoin and the mining protocols there where people are spending
Copious amounts of electricity on mining their blockchain to keep it secure and validate the network keep it decentralized, etc
We've come up and done is developed an algorithm where rather than based on computational power or I mean aetherium
Right, we're familiar with proof of stake still pretty computationally heavy. It also does demand quite a bit of
Electricity our algorithms have flipped that on its head. So our validators are required to be
Generating green electricity and you're rewarded for generating a greater value
Of green electricity whether that's through solar wind water, etc
While yet what you were talking about is definitely an opportunity on the blockchain that we're building
That's not one of our initial use cases or rollouts. The energy market itself is this big beast of an industry
And to be able to trade energy peer to peer while it's possible does take quite a bit of time to put that into place
our focus is on
Extending the generation of green electricity through incentives as well as providing accurate minute by minute kind of tracking data
and optimization tips
Through our dashboard basically and I can answer more questions about this in detail as we move forward
But just a simple kind of layer or level one explanation where we've developed and designed a patent pending
New fresh validation mechanism which incentivizes the generation of green energy
And then we also are taking minute by minute data
About how much energy is being produced and consumed within that specific power network and then applying that to optimization tactics, etc
So is it is it fair to say that um
In a sense, I guess because blockchain technology gives us the freedom to kind of
Take ownership of our our stuff, right? No matter what it is. Amen. That's right
Is it yeah, is it fair to say that what solarium kind of offers is a way to take control of your renewable energy in a sense?
I think that that could let it's definitely an opportunity instead of phrasing it like that
Phrasing it like that. There are a few other projects that are out there that have been out for quite some time that are working on and
Have been for years building that kind of peer-to-peer energy network or owning your power. This is a very broad
Um approach that we're taking where um, we're once again providing incentives to any and all users to generate that electricity
Um and building relationships with kind of energy large-scale energy producers producing renewable energy
to install our hardware
Therefore kind of like broadening the security of our layer one network. It's less about owning your power
while once again
Anybody who's running their own kind of local solar grid or local renewable energy grid
They're a that is I mean pair of or the the peak of owning your own power, right?
If you have zero links to the local grid and you're generating power off of your, you know
Solar panels on your roof or whatever it might be. Um, that in itself is owning your power in my opinion in our opinion
What we're trying to do is uh increase the value or the benefit of doing that
Through using blockchain technology. The other added benefits of using our tech is
Very very transparent data
So for anybody who might not be familiar with blockchains and how they operate
It's immutable data the information that's uploaded to the blockchain cannot be altered in any way shape or form and so
Any of the information you plug one of our devices in it will be just a usb thumbstick that you can plug in in series into your
um local energy
What we do is take the data that comes from that system
Upload it while run it through some algorithms and then upload it to the blockchain. So
In theory if we're looking long term, um things that can be avoided internationally
There's some pretty serious manipulation as far as like price fixing and gouging
um for price or for power so what we can do is if we can
You know provide enough incentives for these large entities to install our hardware
That information the data will be immutably uploaded onto solarium layer one blockchain
And then provide that information to whatever auditors or to the public. I mean the blockchain explorer is an open
Protocol where you yourself could go on and look at what say anron or whatever is generating for power in california
And oh they generated this amount and then they shipped it over to nubata
Now they're charging us like a massive premium because they're sending us into brownouts
This is the whole like 2000 ish ganran scandal thing
That i'm referring to
Oh, yeah, I think we remember that I have a quick question actually, um, so
When I first started looking at solarium very closely
I obviously ran straight into solar panels and then I was kind of wondering are you guys taking advantage of uh,
Like wind tidal what else is there? Uh, maybe geothermal technologies. Yeah, absolutely
so, um as we're broadening our uh test scope out we're partnering with further like
More and more entities that are generating power. We have um connections. We have relationships dealt with
Individuals in Paraguay. So just for your guys's casual trivia information the nation of power Paraguay is 98
Renewable electricity they use hydroelectricity
Um to generate the bulk of their power
So we were working closely with some individuals from that
Uh nation who are involved heavily in that
Industry in the energy industry within them to install our devices
Um in their hydroelectric facilities, etc
So, yes, we are I mean solar is obviously we're called solarium
But it is all about just any sort of renewable energy system
So you plug our device into your network that then will be able to validate through your network
All this data is already shared kind of whether it's coming from hydroelectric or geothermal or whatever source of power
Our hardware will be measuring that
Giving out the data of yes this month. This energy is coming from a geothermal
This energy is coming from hydroelectric whatever even if an individual is using various sources in their house
They'll be able to figure that out through our tech
You just said something in regards. This is action here
Um, you said something in regards to Paraguay being able to add solar to their hydroelectric
I mean most like I would say most
Like over 90 of that power that you just stated for Paraguay comes from one hydroelectric that they share with brazil
Is that what you guys are looking to add?
Well, sorry
No, I was saying that users would be able to add solar power to not
Add solar power to their energy systems. We're able to use our
Um by using our hardware
Individuals are able to see through our dashboard what energy is coming from what sources it wasn't necessarily
I was like ready to ask you for equity in the company figuring out
Be an advisor. I'm like, are you kidding me? You got in the hydroelectric? I've tried that deal before I haven't gotten anywhere
Yeah, so we are working towards building relationships with the hydroelectricity producers in Paraguay right now
We got this relationship through an individual who's set up bitcoin mines all across
Paraguay and is trying to figure out a way to
Advertise more or less that it's being mined on renewable electricity
Now if they're able to plug in one of our devices into their system, then this information will be
verified or validated through our
Our hardware. Yeah, that's and then uploaded mining is huge down there right now
Um, because of how cheap the electricity is really what exactly so yeah, I mean you you're basically matching it up
Uh, so both worlds
Just to jump in one more time for individuals who are mining on renewable energy
putting our devices upgrading or not upgrading but sorry and
Adopting our hardware and the software associated with it will provide them an opportunity to kind of double dip if that makes sense
So they'd be validating our blockchain by generating up electricity units in the first place
And then they would be able to spend that electricity to mine the bitcoin. Yeah wolf add deep into the title
Yeah, thanks totally I don't know if you're able to change these things once they're already live but
um, yeah, so I think
Once again going through it
It's it's the three separate facets that kind of make solarium what it is
Number one is the novel validation mechanism which once again not to sound like a broken record
But is incentivizing the generation of green electricity by rewarding individuals for doing so
Number two is having a fully functional evm compatible layer one blockchain
So our our blockchain itself being maintained by these green energy, uh producers for the validate validation
You're able to build anything on our ecosystem or on our layer one blockchain that say
Would be possible on ethereum, right? It's an evm compatible blockchain. So
Coding languages in um solidity use it should be a very familiar development
Environment for any existing projects on ethereum or people who are looking to build on similar chains
Um, and then number three is I mean we're in the information age right now, right data is money data is power
so, um, if we can create a more i'll say centralized database of
uh green electricity that's produced across the globe not just regionally but globally, um
then it provides uh an opportunity for maybe government oversight bodies or
Different individuals or entities that are looking to collaborate with other large-scale energy producers
You can look at anybody you'll be able to look at through our dashboard
Um what powers being produced where we also have um a relationship built with a business that
is going to provide us with what would be this is kind of a long-term rollout, um, but like a
Basically a visual representation of what energy is being produced where and by what sources etc
Appreciate that josh. Um, let's go to I got a ton of questions I feel for you
But let's go lady trader first and then uh, welcome back to me
Hey, thank you so much for having me up here wolf. So really looking into your project josh
I mean everything the fundamentals look great. Um, i am a key opinion leader. I have a pretty strong community that does also purchase
You know good opportunity, uh, whenever we have a coin with a very solid opportunity, right small cap is where there we go
Looking into your project. I mean you definitely have some really solid fundamentals, which is one of the things that we look for
Second most important factor is really the the price and you know, basically just looking into the token a little bit more
So I have a ton of questions for you
Um, I would like to learn more about it seems like you you launch your project around june if that's correct unless cmc is
Sometimes they list is listed later on so I want to learn more about how you lounge like was it
Um, then there was their idea
Would love to learn more about that and then also some of the backers, you know that you have because that's something that my community
Looks into as well
absolutely, yeah, um both good questions, so we did launch with a uh,
there was a two-phase rollout so we had a
An early private sale and a presale as well a public sale, I guess that followed that through. I think it was gempad that we used
And I think the total amount raised at that point was around 150 eth we launched on april 25th, by the way
Each individual I think I can't even remember the metrics of this to be honest. I joined the team
I've operated as a consultant with celerium since pre-launch for about three months before they decided to go live
Um, and then have assumed more of a leadership role within the team as something has gone on
Um, so some of these pre-launch questions i'm not necessarily 100 up to date
I believe the figure that we had raised was around 200 ethereum prior to launch
Uh, then so are you asking about the backers? Is that correct?
Yeah, and then also if you go into uh, you know vesting a little bit
So did everybody who invested through gempad did they get all of their tokens at lounge?
Or is there still like are there still investors that are
No, so as far as the vesting schedule goes we have had some large capital contributors over time and they are on a vested schedule
The total numbers there i'm not entirely certain of I believe we wouldn't have given out at this point
Any more than kind of three to five percent of the supply for the large capital investors. They all joined
uh later on let's say
Early it was whatever the distribution was there everybody received their tokens up front
Which would be if you're looking at our chart
you can see I don't tend to talk price action a lot because it's not exactly where our focus is we're more on the technology, but
chart you can see there's this giant launch candle based on the hype and then
A number of the pre-sailors exiting taking their profits early on and then a long
term consolidation period over the last year or so with slow steady growth over the last kind of three to six months
as far as
Individuals awaiting supply to be dropped to them that thus far is very very limited
Like I said, there might be three to five percent kind of of the supply that's sitting out there
but the the vesting schedules on those is in the three to six month range from here and
All of them are quite close to the team
Quite trustworthy. I guess angels that we've
Had to help fund our development costs
Perfect and will I be able to see that vesting schedule on your website?
No, that's not on the website
That's a good point because I mean transparency is everything and I can speak with our technical team to have that data uploaded
But it has been kind of an ad hoc
Fundraise on an ongoing basis
We haven't done any big raises yet
This so far what we wanted to do just to give you a little bit of insight into kind of where we're at on the roadmap
finally confirmed the hardware that we've been developing for so long is
Uh font to be finalized by the end of q2 this year at the very latest should be sooner than that to be honest
And as we got these further and further details, we've been more and more comfortable to approach
Large capital investors to help us with the expedition roll out
Once we do start to take in we'll say like, you know multiple six figures, etc from
large capital investors
Then we can start to talk about the distribution of that and kind of upload that information show exactly what the tokenomics may look like
Perfect and then can you tell us a little bit about the backers like any notable vcs or any big names that are tied to the
so far nothing nope, nobody uh a few we have a number of individuals that um have
purchased kind of like
We'll say small ish amounts in the realm. So probably no more than about 50 grand
um worth of supply they've uh provided us in
Uh, we we have provided them the tokens for that exchange and then uh vested that out over time
um, but yeah, like I was saying that the amount itself is
negligible in the grand scheme of things and the um
Um, uh, sorry, I was trying to follow up with your question you were asking about would you mind reiterating once again?
Oh, no, it was just about you know, basically the backers, but I can be you know
And I think it's you you covered it. I mean if you you know, don't have any notable backers. That's okay
I actually used to be oh so far
So far just to once again double back to where we are on the roadmap
We are right now in that area where we're seeking
We just finally confirmed and finalized all of the information that was absolutely necessary
Before we started seeking kind of larger backing. So we are going on our campaign for that over the next
Six eight weeks kind of thing
That's great. I'm looking into your tokenomics like not just
The tokenomics we talked about but also what's listed on cmc
I mean you are a small cap which is one of the criteria that I personally look for as an investor in crypto
So that's you know, that's great because you are still at 14 mil market cap, you know
I think there's a big opportunity
Back in 2021, you know
It just kind of reminds me that there were some coins that had solid fundamentals really good teams
And they went up to do more than a billion
You know market cap and I think this times you can basically 10x it because now we are in a much bigger cycle
Which are much bigger adoption and all of these things. So I mean you guys look pretty solid
I'm really glad that you know, well, thank you so much for bringing them up here because this looks like a solid opportunity actually
I appreciate the sentiment. Um one thing that I do want to really highlight and this is
exceptionally valid is we launched with
A mechanic within the ethereum contract that we operate on that is it's considered auto mining
So individuals that were are holding our token are receiving emissions on a 12-hour basis
It's essentially like stake-free gasless staking
And so that began at oh, I wish that cori was here. I believe it was twenty hundred twenty eight hundred percent apy
So the individuals who purchased early on
Have been receiving if they held for a year. They're currently holding twenty eight hundred percent greater
Value in tokens than what they did originally now that has halved on a 60-day schedule. I want to say
And so that means that is currently down to 87 or 88 percent
And that will be exhausted by the time our main net is scheduled to go live which will be the end of q2
or something like that, so
We are at currently about 97.2. I think person's uh total supply in circulation and that will be
All the tokens that are circulating will be all the tokens that will forever be circulating for this current token
Um following up, I guess sorry, right? Can I keep going? Is that okay?
Yeah, yeah, go for it
Okay, sweet. Um, so just so that everybody here is aware
What you guys see trading currently is not the final coin, right?
So we're launching a layer one blockchain that blockchain will have its own coin similar to what ethereum has right ethereum chain
It has ethereum bsc has binance or bnb, etc
Um, we will be launching our own layer one blockchain with its native coin solarium
This current token that's trading would be considered like the speculative presale placeholder coin or token for that
Um, so whenever main net goes live, like I said, our current projections are for q2
Once our main net goes live individuals will be
Provided the opportunity to bridge their current erc 20 token the ethereum token over to the solarium main net
and then um trade use that to trade on the
ethereum network for whatever tokens assets nft's etc individuals are going to choose to do
Launch or whatever work on there
So josh, what's the purpose of this of this specific token that's trading now?
Then like what's going to be the what's the utility of it now?
And what were the rewards being paid out in on that 2800 percent? Was it this token that's currently circulating that's trading right now?
Exactly. Yeah, so we have had a massively inflationary supply over the last year and our chart looks the way that it does currently
That goes to show just exactly the value of what it is that we're kind of building and developing people who got in early
The bulk of them decided to hold because they see the long-term vision of it
Now going back to your kind of initial question, which is what is it that people are holding right now?
It is a placeholder token. So this is the equivalent of holding a commitment from us
To get you an allocation equivalent to whatever you're holding currently of the layer one main net
Okay, so is there where can I see the conversion for that or has has that been created yet or like yeah, so
That's right. So it the conversion has not been well, I mean, it's I think it's public on our white paper
Individuals will be bridging their assets from the ethereum network over into the solarium network
It'll still exist on this side. There will be an ethereum version of our coin and just the same way
I don't know if you trade on
Do if you spend much time through the crypto space? Sorry, am I speaking with jason? So no, sorry, this is dave
Okay, sorry my phone's in my pocket. I'm walking around my house. I walk and talk
Different assets in blockchain have the same asset mirrored on different blockchains, right?
There's w bnb wrapped bnb or wrapped bitcoin on ethereum, right? These are just
ethereum versions of those same blockchain coins now those blockchain coins are only truly useful from a
utility perspective in being used for fees on chain gas, etc
Or for trading with say somebody decided to come along and for whatever reason wanted to launch sheba yinyu on solarium
The world's first green energy sheba yinyu token then they're welcome to do that
They would create a liquidity pool that's paired with the solarium
Blockchain coin what you have currently you can't I guess you could technically pair a token with it on the ethereum blockchain
But that's not the intention of it
Does that make sense?
Yeah, so i'm pretty familiar with the crypto space. Um, I just think I mean if this is the token, right?
That is going to be the native token to your chain
Um, I think maybe the wording is maybe a little bit confusing, right?
I mean what I would maybe recommend is maybe don't use like it's speculative because that just means like
It kind of doesn't do anything, you know
But in mean but when in reality it actually is going to do a lot of things because that's going to be the token
That you ultimately bridge back over. So this is this is kind of a very fair
Yeah, there's kind of like a first that i'm hearing of it
Like of something like this where it's like we released this token and now we're releasing the chain afterwards
Um, that's really interesting. So I gotta I gotta marinate on that for a second. But let me answer another question. Yeah
So to put it simply what individuals are able to do right now is trade on
What would be like the a presale for an IPO or something like that, right or an idea. Sorry an ico
Um, this is yeah, it's the equivalent of that. It's like it's like a presale
Yeah, but you have a liquidity pool for it, right
So like there's people that are swapping out either whatever it is that it's an east solarium pair, right?
So that's it's a live market right on it on a on a dex. Um, yeah
Yeah, so ultimately I guess here's my other question when it comes to um, the actual chain that you guys are going to release
Right. How is this? How does this how do you guys compare to?
Uh the energy chain, right because I feel like energy has been around for a while
I know that they're doing like the like kind of what jason mentioned in the beginning of the program
At the beginning of the show where it was like more peer-to-peer
Uh, and if you can kind of like like tell me if you can like give me the differences and like what sets you apart
Aside from the peer-to-peer stuff. I obviously know that but uh, also what's the difference between sustainable?
In renewable energy maybe and and maybe that's just me and I kind of have to understand maybe the verbiage too
As far as i'm aware sustainable versus renewable energy is the same. Um, it's just gathered from
Sources that are both sustainable and renewable
interchangeable if that makes sense
Um regarding energy chain, are you talking about energy web token? Yep
yeah, okay, so um
Energy web is creating what they've done is created a peer-to-peer energy marketplace
Right, so they're uh energy webs. Yeah decentralized operating system. Sorry. I'm just running through this right now
I did go through this previously. They're they're operating as a proof of authority blockchain. So they aren't giving any sort of
um direct rewards to individuals for generating that electricity what we've done is um
created a consensus mechanism that is completely dependent upon that generation
Got it. Is that fair?
It's perfect
Oh, go ahead wolf
No, you're good bringing it back to you. Jason
I have a quick question because you mentioned hardware and hardware is kind of where computers like my whole
I guess my whole career started my whole fascination with machines started with hardware my father worked for ibm
And i'm curious, um, is this going to be like a device that would literally sit in your home?
Like can you just kind of explain what you meant by hardware and just kind of break it down for me?
Absolutely. Um, i'm gonna put a shout to somebody on my team and see if they can forward some of the um
We just have some basic level renders right now of what the devices will look like
The hardware is being developed at the time at this moment. Um
What our hardware will be is a single usb thumb drive that you plug in in series to your energy generation system
So, um currently what we're designing it around is the tesla powerwall system
But we also have um the apis and the information necessary to kind of build it with other existing um smart meters, etc
Our usb thumb drive you plug in in series to the to your system that information
Your power consumption and generation information is then pulled
To our device where it's then run through the algorithms the algorithms dictate
How much you're um comparing or sorry how much energy you're producing compared to everybody else that's within your network, right?
Where bitcoin says my computer's bigger stronger faster than yours. Therefore i'm validating more than you therefore i'm generating greater rewards
Ours will ping that information up to the blockchain
It does the calculations off chain to make our chain more efficient
It then uploads that information to the chain where those validators are weighed against the other individuals on the network with the devices plugged in
and then that's how your rewards for mining the blockchain are calculated my solar panels my
Generation device is generating more electricity than yours. Therefore i'm getting greater rewards
So the hardware itself is
Sorry, go ahead
Yeah, so i'm just curious it would um, let's say like a giant energy company like duke energies the conglomerate here
They have this entire this huge solar farm out here
Do you think these huge energy companies can get involved in something like this and kind of maybe milk?
Um, the the reward system a little what's your thoughts on that?
Buddy if you have contacts with duke energy, you put them in my inbox. I will talk to them tomorrow
Um, we yeah, that's exactly the direction that we're taking
So our plan is to create not a business
Not that we will not have a business to consumer strategy
But um our primary objective is to have a business to business strategy where we're partnering with either large-scale solar developers
Who are doing installs across america and uh, what north america and europe primarily?
Um, and then we also would be looking at um partnering with big energy producers like I live in bc canada
Um, and a lot of our power the bulk of our power comes from hydroelectricity. So reaching out to and entities like
Bc hydro who's our main power producer here?
That is that's kind of our biggest
Direction that we'd like to be heading and as far as application for the devices
So I think you're following the same trend that everybody does like you get the crowds involved, but you also look for the big money
Um where it exists, right?
Justin do you know anybody that knows a lot about power?
Was that did you say just
That was supposed to be justin on the quantum account because if you want people to know power and have connections with power
Dude, you gotta look at crypto miners. That's our life
Go ahead justin were you gonna say something? Sorry. Oh, no, I just had to figure out my mute button because it's
Thursday and I forgot how it works apparently
No, you're good. Um, so quantum is going to be there as well
So as you'll actually get to meet in person at the world web3 conference on march 9th, so that's awesome
I actually have another question. This I guess will be my my one of my final questions
Well, maybe two if you don't mind josh, I'm sorry you're dominating this thing
But i'm really interested in this because this kind of technology
I wrote a white paper about a year and a half ago on a similar concept that I never followed up on
It never really did anything with it
And so when I saw your company, I was very intrigued and i'm curious about like security and I guess from
the perspective of the blockchain, but also
Like what are what are people going to be able to see?
The usb and the hardware
How do you foresee maybe future proofing this I guess I hope i'm not sidelined you but i'm definitely curious about security
Yeah, sorry, would you mind clarifying on that? Sorry, you were saying how are people going to see
The hardware etc
Is there a way to see so when you plug in the usb drive you become a node?
Are you visible on on the network at um, I and how are how are you kind of future proofing?
um, any sort of maybe attacks or um, you know advanced computers, maybe something like
Um, maybe quantum computers, you know, that's a big concern of mine for bitcoin even
Uh, yeah, that's my thought
That that's a totally fair question
So we have um, if you go through our white paper and to be honest, i'm not mr
technical with the team
My job is more in kind of like business strategy and our go-to-market strategy and coordination within the team and doing some of the pr stuff
Um, but if you read through our white paper, let's see. Let me pull this up. They talk about
our author sim
Talk about talks about being quantum computing resistant. So whatever technology it is that they've kind of applied to the blockchain itself
Um is quantum computing
Attack resistant, etc. We we have future-proofed it. Um as far as malicious attacks on the chain itself
Um, and then the hardware itself, so it's not just universally visible
Not just everybody with a computer is going to be able to hop onto the internet and view exactly where power is coming from
What users are mining the blockchain, etc. Um, we have a software as a subscription
Um or software as a service model where the dashboard itself will permit you to view
Different grades or different tiers of information typically related to your network itself and then
We'll have a general overview of what electricity is being generated where
Did that answer your question?
Yeah, I mean if you're already thinking about quantum attacks, that is
a step above so I have one final question for you guys and
Ultimately in a nutshell, what problem does solarium solve?
That's a good one. Um solarium solves two problems and I kind of touched on them before we
I'm sure that there's more problems that we solve but highlighting on it. Number one is transparency of data
So providing accurate very rapid delivery of power generation and consumption data to our network so that it can be
validated and verified
By whatever oversight bodies are seeking that information if you're trying to gain carbon credits, etc
and then number two is the
incentivization and the broad spread of
renewable electricity highlighting on the value and the importance of that and that we don't need to consume a significant amount of power to support the
infrastructure that is I mean we
We at solarium and in the world that I kind of operate in strongly believe in the future blockchain technology. I think that it is
So far been proven to be one of the most secure ways to store information in the cloud
And we're trying to figure out a way that that can be done without consuming copious amounts of electricity
while remaining secure
We also sorry just I didn't talk about this yet, but it is a big
Point of pride within our team. We also have begun or
incorporated the solarium foundation we have a benevolent arm where
We are currently in talks with multiple ngo's
supporting or installing
Solar installations or and renewable energy installations across the planet. We were just
Presented with an opportunity for I think our early offer was three different sites in various nations across the world for
Yeah areas that have difficulty
Hooking up to a local grid or whatever to a public power network
Do you think there'd be any future incentives?
So let's say like my fault my my brother. He's a co-owner of a solar company in south carolina
And so do you think there would ever be maybe I don't know how to word it correctly
I guess an incentive so if a customer wants to install solar panels on our house
Do you think solarium could be part of that process to or kind of give back in a sense or?
You know just to highlight the fact that you guys exist
And I I would imagine you're trying to pair up and match yourselves with these solar companies
So i'm just wondering if that's something you guys are looking into
Of course it is. Yeah, absolutely. We um have a call actually tomorrow with one of the largest
Distributors and installers of solar panels in the u.s.
Um, we're working towards building a relationship with them for our early testing as well as kind of a long-term rollout
relationship maybe
Potentially adding these into devices and our network to their installs as kind of like a status quo
That yeah, there's multiple
Avenues as far as once again going back to the business to business strategy
we'd really really like to partner up with large-scale energy producers and
Distributors to work with us for both testing and making sure that our network is valid and secure
And doing exactly what we say that it's going to be doing as well as um in an ongoing basis to provide value to those
Individuals or entities in terms of um, uh, the mining rewards
I love it. Yeah, it really sounds like you guys are kind of lining yourself up to ultimately be
You know what like a solution that's available for renewable energy
You know and it makes it attainable and equitable for everyone. I really love the idea. I love the concept. Thank you
solarium, by the way solarium is one of our sponsors at the
World web 3 conference if you want to meet them in person be there at the rosen plaza hotel on march 9th
Doors open at 8 a.m
And we will run the exhibit hall until 6 p.m
And that's when the after party start
Solarium is actually our sole sponsor for the vip dinner right after the exhibit floor closes at jack's place steakhouse
So come check him out. Come rub shoulders
Um big things are happening with the conference. I'll give you some quick updates
First of all tickets are flying
Um, I we're actually getting to the point where I might actually have to stop selling tickets
I'm actually getting concerned about our capacity for club 3 9
Uh, I got four boots grouped up yesterday four projects came on board another project. I uh, what is it?
Yeah, defy kingdoms dreamer and sun bear. They they reached out to me
I got I got dreamer on the main stage now defy kingdoms be there
Um, hit network is going to be there tj dz. Joshua jake. They'll be on the main stage
They just clubbed in with me last week. So that's another huge update
Uh, what else we got going? I had to hire security for three nine. There's so many people now
Um, so there's just a lot going on and um, please by all means, uh, if you haven't already check out the world conference dot i-o
I'd really appreciate all your support
If um, the price tag on the the ticket is too heavy for you contact me directly
We'll definitely speak if you live in florida or in the orlando area and want to connect with me
I have a couple boots left. I'd love to put web three companies or businesses
Really anyone who's really doing something special and in this space to get them
Um on board and uh on the floor and kind of join in with everything that we've built here and what we're creating
So wolf i'm going to let you take away the mic for a moment here
And thank you solarium so much and make sure you like and follow everything
There's a bunch of comments and including their white paper and other material there. So go check them out closely. Thank you all
Thank you guys. I appreciate you having me on here. Um, yeah, like just as uh, you had mentioned
Please take a look through the comments here. I know that some of the team had posted some information some
Uh different links of value for you
If anybody does have any questions or wants to kind of reach out to the team
Um, you can either take a look at our website and contact us through I think there's a contact form at the bottom
If there isn't there's email addresses all over it. Um, you hop into our telegram channel. We've got a ton of
People that are always willing to answer questions
And if they can't answer them themselves
Then they'll forward you to somebody from the team or to send a dm to the twitter account
We've got people kind of all hands on deck at all times. So we'll get back to you asap
Josh josh, what excites you about conferences like these these web three type conferences and having your company involved?
Great question. Uh, honestly, it's just a really great way to um, kind of spread, uh,
talk ideas talk shop with like-minded individuals perhaps get some inspiration or
Ideas that we hadn't considered otherwise obviously there's the possibility or the opportunity to impress
So we'd obviously like to show up and kind of impress individuals with what it is that we're doing and how we choose to present it
Um, yeah, and then I mean obviously just have a good time
I think that um, there's nothing like getting a bunch of people together in a room to talk about
Um for the future technology and cryptocurrency to get a party started. I don't know
It gets pretty exciting pretty quick
Obviously, you got to get security for those party people, you know, crypto people are kind of crazy. So
Got that extra look out. Yeah, I mean you've got three of us coming down. I think that we'll shut it down ourselves. So
Yeah, I think
He's been he's yeah, he wasn't like that. It's it's gone downhill. I gotta say
It's definitely gone downhill recently
But hey, uh, you know, what's not immutable like the blockchain that guest list the speaker list the it's growing
Isn't it like you got new people there? Like I feel like almost every day like dan keller from
Flux like I keep seeing new names pop up now. You're saying that dreamer is going to be out there
Um, he's he's at uh, ethan ember right now. I just talked to him earlier today
So you got some big names coming out for this thing, man
It seems like it's like it may be a little last minute, but it's just growing and taking off, isn't it?
Yeah, I can't even put into words the last month has just been absolutely insane
Um, I don't I don't think i've ever been this busy in my entire life
But you know busy is good and there's so much stuff coming together. I have a list
I I literally sat down and put everything my priorities like okay
What am I missing what what needs to be done because that's the only way
Otherwise things just kind of fall by the wayside the amount of speakers and people that have jumped on board
To uh cryptos r us, you know
he's been also helping network and reaching out putting us out on his youtube channel and
promoting us all over the place and I mean even you guys wolf and you guys have been doing a
You know a huge job with us, you know working with us for gosh. It feels like it's been two months now every
You know every week. It's just been fantastic
I'm gonna skip next week for sure and what we're gonna do is we'll do a wrap-up
after the conference
Um, so next week is just going to be too psycho for me
So I definitely want to have an after wrap-up and talk about what went well what worked
We didn't what we can look forward to the next year
We're actually looking at a new space already
Which is a gaming arena because we kind of want to shift gears and focus on web through gaming a lot
But we haven't really, you know decided yet. So we're going to put a pin in that for now
But yeah, actually you're absolutely right the vip list
Has gotten to the point where i'm getting concerned. I don't have enough, uh dinner slots because uh, it's just it's getting it's getting intense
It's getting it's it's really really exploding very rapidly
I just got plugged in with all these big wigs here in downtown. Orlando and
They're like, well, can we bring 500 people and i'm like, uh,
Well, they can't have all vip tickets, but yeah, it's getting pretty insane
All right, then i'm gonna take back I said that I'd you know, i'd fill in any speaker spot that you might need
You don't need me
No, my speaker waiting list is I have like six different teams of people in a waiting list at this point
I actually had to knock people down because
People, uh, you know like dreamer and and like flux that came in out of left field and was like hey
Can you make space and I was like I sure can
You know, it's like for you guys. Absolutely
That's awesome. So you got you got gaming going on right? So, um, d5 kingdoms. Are they the only games?
Uh, that that's going to be coming out. Do you have more uh game?
I know I do. I have to look at my list. Um, let me see real fast
Well, this is a great this is a great opportunity for anybody to go check out the website. What's the website again?
It's the world conference.io. I have a gaming company coming out there called hoovy
Um, and I am talking to who am I talking to? No, not blocks media group. That's different
Yeah, I don't know. I don't have too many gaming companies right now
The game man, you got wagmi games and they're huge. Oh my god. Yeah, but they don't have a booth
I was looking at my booth list. So yeah, you win. Yeah wagmi game scott herman
He's the vp of strategic partnerships. He's amazing. If you haven't go check out his uh channel on youtube and also on twitter
He's a gorgeous man. I gotta say
um, and actually I might be wrong, but I think I have
Scott herman on
He's now sharing his space with defy kingdoms
That was the only way I could get them on stage because it's just too crazy. It's too packed. They get along man
It's okay. It's okay. They're both good dudes. They they'll do just fine
Jason do you want to go over real quick the schedule for those that are going to be coming?
Yeah, sure. Let me see
Let me click on the uh page
In fact the schedule that I have is probably more up to date than the one on the website because I feel like I change it
every day
Basically how it's going to start out is uh, we're going to have jason nubauer and alice sam come out on stage
They're going to do a quick introduction
Then we're going to have uh lucas bean. He doesn't like it when I say his middle name
So I won't say his middle name marcus. Uh, he'll unpack web 3 kind of give us a definition
Um, mac dun from medic will come on
After that and then we'll have mica belina. It's me. So we've got I think three or four ai
Speakers now, um pretty interesting stuff mica belini. She's going to do like an intelligent ai system
For businesses, which is really interesting. You guys are really going to enjoy that dan keller. Obviously from flux will follow up
Nicholas hittlebrand he's doing emergent gaming. Uh, I almost forgot
He's also one of our gaming dudes. So he's going to do like an emergent gaming creator economy
And uh kind of like the real use case of sofi applications
Then you're going to meet brian harris now brian harris is really shy. So he actually is bringing his friend
He calls himself consumption and he is going to actually present on screenwriting with artificial intelligence
Wait until you see what this man invented. Uh, it was so mind-blowing. I had to get him on the main stage
Um, it's just I can't even describe him words that have the brilliance of this gentleman
Um, of course metamona and andrew wall will be there
They're going to present a master class in web 3 web 3 marketing master class
So shout out to metamona. In fact, the people that I met with yesterday all knew metamona. So that was weird
Uh a strange coincidence
Moving media will be there quick swap of wolf financial my boy right here
You guys will be on stage with george cryptos are us
And so you guys will do your thing
And then following right after you guys hit network
We'll jump on with tj dz joshua jake and they're going to kind of do like the next trend in crypto
And then we'll follow up with uh, some of our local, uh, orlando natives paul secure sakur
He's the one who runs nft orlando yemi academic and he uh is another nft girl
And then we have anna. I can't say her name for the life of me anna
ganderbura
I know she's super popular and if you probably all know who she is
She is also going to be on stage for the nft utility piece after that
We've got loudmouth chill and chill buffet lunch
So we can host up to 300 people so anybody with vip tickets will be treated to lunch
Otherwise our hodl pass holders can purchase into lunch if they'd like to
Um, so I spoke to loudmouth. He will be there and um
He's letting us brand that buffet lunch
Um, which was very nice of him to do he's super awesome guy
Uh, and then gab will actually mbm seeing wolf financial will be emceeing at that point after lunch
He's going to take the main stage and then we'll have ivan mercado. Come on
He's going to do business automation using ai
And then we're going to have some lawyers some web3 lawyers jump on stage
seong gellis alex levaco and simon sujorski
And they they are going to cover dow law and then the compliance in web3 law
A lot of what they do is setting up tokens outside of the states because of the laws here are such a problem
So they're going to be talking a lot about that and how they do it
Um, so it's really interesting that we actually have lawyers now in the web3 space that specialize in this
After that we have sam arms and wendy. Oh
And they're going to be doing the dangers of cbdc central bank digital currencies. Probably one of my favorite topics
I mean if you don't know
Uh, then you probably will learn a lot if you already know what a cbdc is
Then you already know how dangerous it is, especially if you're in the crypto space
And then after that wendy. Oh will take stage as the mc
And she will start hosting for wagmi games in defy kingdoms
And they're going to be talking about well wagmi is planning on doing the thing on how to build a community community around gaming
I think defy is going to chime in and maybe just talk about their projects a little bit
I'm not 100 certain because they signed on like literally this morning. So I got to get their topic
Ryan horse will then go ahead and follow up
And he's going to be doing a demystifying air drops
And ryan horse is one of the board members for tampa entrepreneurs and he runs a bunch of other things
I can't remember the name of his companies all the time ahead and he'll have to forgive me there
Following up after that. We have jason webb simon again, and they're going to be doing talking about co-opportunity legal
And essentially what they do
is they are
Communities how there's international law that can be used
To their advantage in web 3 that are actually
That actually goes back to the hundreds of years believe it or not
And it's not specifically worded as web 3 tech, but you can use ancient laws
To your advantage. So they have a fascinating
Legal view and standpoint of how you can use old laws to your advantage
Uh in the web 3 space especially right here in the states because you know, obviously
I mean if you're trying to create your own crypto or something
You're probably better off just bringing it. It's your your business somewhere else and at least until we have better regulation, right?
Then we got our gary foeller
Our fowler if you don't know gary fowler he's doing a really big
Talk about how generative ai is shaping our future fascinating gentlemen. Um, go check him out check him out on linkedin
I don't i'm pretty sure he's on twitter too. Gary fowler
Man, I don't know that guy has his hands in everything
Then we have sharon noller and phil falcone coming on. They have a new project
They they were calling it blockchain tv, but now they're calling a queue
So it'll be interesting to see what they talk about
I'm pretty sure it's the same concept
But uh, I think what they're trying to do is kind of like a decentralized television network or something to that effect
Uh, phil falcone is the gentleman who actually resuscitated
Spectrum which is uh, this uh, you i'm sure some of you are familiar with spectrum across the united states
But they are a internet service provider and television provider
And they were on a break of banks rubsy and phil falcone came in and he resuscitated them and brought them back to leg
By the way at that point once sharon and phil are on stage mona will be the mc
So metamona will lead into the next conversation with karate combat kryptos or us an influencer fight club
So that should be really interesting to see them on stage and um
Hear about how they got all intertwined. I'm actually super curious about how they got intertwined following up our closer step on length out
So step on he's going to be doing kind of like the future of entertainment and we're calling it decentralized dreams
And he's our last keynote
basically
Stephon was the
I don't want to fuse the ceo. He was the he was he ran all of itunes for apple for europe
So he's going to be the one it's going to be a very apple-esque, you know speech that he'll give at the end
And then right when he's done we'll have a live performance by our performer goldie hart. She's going to perform four songs
She kicks ass. I'm really looking forward to it
And then we'll go ahead and close the main stage and move into dinner
And of course the after party at club three nine. So I have a bunch of backups and other
You know different things that could go on but it's a it's a packed day. I mean it goes from 8 a.m to 6 p.m
It's a loaded schedule. We got a lot to talk about and it's going to be a lot of fun and a
tremendous networking opportunity
I just felt right. I'm sorry. That was good timing. It was a great breakdown really really good stuff
I love it. Um, we got a few more minutes here. I appreciate jason running through the whole schedule
Jason somebody asked that there's going to be any recording streamings anything like that
So the what we're going to do is we're we're going to stream on youtube because we we were originally trying to work with a couple
A couple of companies, uh through these blockchain these different outlets. We were working with two of them
But nothing really coalesced. So our best bet is just the stream on youtube. Keep it simple
You can go to our our the world wet 3 youtube channel. You'll be seeing the live stream there
We have a full production crew coming in for the main stage three cameramen and a bunch of other people for switchboards and you know
Management so there'll be different angles
It'll be like a full fledged production
You know won't be just one stagnant image or anything like that and we'll be cutting back and forth
And of course the b-roll content will be accessible to all after the fact and we're going to set up
We have an interview room upstairs next to our vip lounge
That will we're going to have people coming in from different projects
Different leaders from different spaces coming in doing one-on-ones
Um little I don't know how long I want the interviews to be
I'm trying to figure that out
I think I might just let them run as they go and then maybe put a cap on them if I have to
But um, but yeah, so all that content will be available and we'll be sharing all that on
our youtube channel and social medias
I'll connect with you as far as timing goes. Jason. I got you on that. Uh, this is why we're friends
Very nice, very nice
Anything else you think would be good for us to touch on here? Uh in the last few minutes in regards to the conference
Oh conference wise no no not at all
But um josh, you had a couple of people in the crowd that dm'd
Um that we're looking for a little clarification on a few things
So, I don't know if you're if your dms are open. Um
If that's cool, I know people want to kind of directly reach out. Yeah
Is that right? Yeah, absolutely. You know what probably best?
opportunities to dm our
Main account here and then either myself or somebody who's got more knowledge from the team
We'll be able to answer the questions in more detail. So yeah, feel free to send the dm to um,
Solarium they're up here as a speaker as well while they're silent
Send a dm to them. If you do have any questions or like I said, feel free to once again
Hop into the telegram channel. We've got it posted on our main account as well. Um, it's on our website as well
Um, and there's you know thousands of people
Hundreds at least that are they're willing and able to answer the questions between all those different um options
Okay, awesome and I I appreciate that
If somebody does send me a dm directly if somebody does send me a direct message on twitter
I'll absolutely respond to it
I just want to make sure that they get the best information in this timely fashion and getting a hold of
The team account is probably your best bet for that
Your dms are are off. Josh is saying also they will know crap man. You know what?
I don't even mess with twitter really. I should probably get better affiliated with this whole thing. But um, yeah, okay
That's great. I'll make sure that they're open. Thank you
Yeah, you're good you're good, um in regard excuse me in regards to the conference
Jason it feels like you said two months. It's been three months. Isn't that crazy?
How like since we started this whole thing, man
so, uh, it's nice to see a uh, like a plan finally like, you know kind of come to fruition and
um, I think it's gonna be a killer conference man, like i'm super excited for you guys and
uh, I think everybody that's going to attend is going to have some
Seriously is going to grab some serious value out of this whole thing
But yeah, man, it's been three months flew by huh? We started this the beginning of december
That is crazy and dave during those three months. Did you get a ticket? Are you coming?
Uh, i'm still indecisive i'm still indecisive undecided
But yeah, I mean I would like to come but you know, there's a real life things that uh,
Is sometimes we gotta handle we gotta make that happen man. I want to see you there
I know. I mean I would love to come don't get me wrong. I absolutely 100 love to come
But yeah, man, either way like it's gonna be I mean, obviously if i'm there it's gonna be that much better. Of course action
Thank you. Um, no, but is it this it's gonna be awesome. Um, i'm looking forward to uh
Seeing uh all the recaps obviously like and if I can make it down there
I would love to see everybody in person. But yeah, man, this was good stuff
Perfect. All right, we can wrap it up with a couple of final comments. Josh anything else you want to share with the audience?
Uh, just say come on by to speak to the team. There's gonna be myself our ceo cori will be there for the dinner
He's got some other things going on for the rest of the weekend
But myself and our cmo, uh brock are going to be there. So yeah, come on down check out
Um what we're doing ask us any questions you want there fairly face-to-face is the best bet and thank you so much for having us on
Thank you
Jason any final comments for yourself
Yeah, no, i'm good. And that was a shocker. Uh, dave. I I didn't realize we've been doing this since december
