All right, we'll get started here. A little market update for you guys as we get situated before we talk about DNYC. We've got DGOS coming in at about an 8.3 Ethereum floor. It's going to run you around 16.
$10,000 to scoop a D-got after that epic 27 D-got sweep by lemons if I'm not mistaken was the the perpetrator of that Incredible sweep we've got dust coming in at around a dollar and sixty-five cents Very undervalued in my opinion
But if you follow me on Twitter, you probably know that pretty biased there towards my bags. And then we've got another undervalued asset. You're coming in at 1.82 East, which is going to run you around $35, $660.
dollars. A little alpha drop for those who do not keep up with the Frank tweets in alpha leaks. We had an air drop icon on one of his announcements before DNYC and I think it's safe to speculate that points are going
be involved in that air drop in some manner. So you obviously one of the least expensive ways to get points. Tonight we're doing a recap of DNYC which I was not fortunate enough to attend. However, Mag was and we're going to bring on some guests to talk about.
that tonight so I'm going to kick it over to Mag. Yo yo what's going on man? Yeah, NFT NYC was quite the shit show I would say in the best possible way. I'll just briefly maybe run down my experience and then see we have some other people up here lemons in a couple
other people that went and maybe just share some other experiences, some pros, some cons. For me, you know, Chief Complainer here normally, I don't have too many complaints. I thought it was really great. Rolled up to public, checking was great, met up with some friends, started off the day,
pretty slow. We had like a little meetup at the rooftop which like gave everyone a chance to settle in. They gave everyone these cool little lanyards with your PFP. I stupidly didn't get one so all weekend I was telling people I'm the guy with the numbers and the mama. That's like how I spent three days straight but if you were smart and you got your lanyard you didn't have to do
that so gave everyone a chance to kind of just chill. I think most people actually went to the SMB event later that night because there wasn't too much going on. Believe it or not, even that was cool. Even an SMB event, if you can believe anything about an SMB being cool. The IRL even the
and be some of them are pretty cool so that was a cool experience and then day two is the pizza party again super low key so like I went into it you know I'm an older guy kind of most of my partying days are behind me so I went into it a little apprehensive like man I don't know if I'm gonna make it three days you know like this is
going to be pretty brutal, but they definitely had more low-key stuff like the pizza party, free pizza, you know, who doesn't like free pizza. Frank was there, you know, and everyone was just vibing, you know, like I said, I come from the music festival world, so in that universe, like you can go to a music festival and like
leave with like 10-20 new friends and that's definitely the experience I had here. Which is awesome. And then I think most of us went to the Clayno event after the Pizza Party. There's also the X+ event. I didn't make it to the X+ event but I heard nothing good. Thanks about that. Clayno line was insane. I know one thing
thing people are going to complain about is the lines in general. I didn't have too, I kind of got lucky. I was with some, some people cooler than me that shout out to Beck and Soulport Tom and a couple of other people kind of got us maybe a little cut cut in the line, but the Clayno line if you didn't cut was probably like two hour line.
So that was brutal if you waited in that line. If you didn't wait in the line though and you got right in, you know, again no complaints, open bar, you even got an air job if you went to the Clean O event. They had these like pre-cool cars, you scan them and you got air drops, some NFT. I just got like a common one.
and so isn't worth much. That was pretty cool. I mean, get paid to go party. Hard to complain about that. And then scavenger hunt also start. I guess that'll be the other thing a lot of people might be complaining about is the scavenger hunt. I know there's some controversy about that. I know there's a couple people.
A couple people, we don't know who won that yet. I was, you know, old man. I was like, you know, I knew there was gonna be some young kids that are gonna outdo me on the scout in front. So I didn't really bother with that. But the events are really cool. I mean, the way that it was set up and all the stuff that they did was really cool.
I got people DMing me to let them on stage. I got you. Yeah, the actual stuff they had set up was really cool. Really creative. I know there was controversy around it. Like I said, I didn't really participate, but that seemed really fun. And then day three, we did the X+ dinner, which if you're an X+ was like,
For me that was like the highlight of the whole trip again like kind of old man So like having the more laid-back dinner was was super cool Really tight-knickered people everyone Everyone super friendly. We even got we even drag Frank there and he kind of did is you know This is our gonna pump love of all you know you guys know Frank when he
he got going at the X plus center and that was pretty cool to see up close and personal and then close it out with the basement party which I mean again I know the line was probably the only controversy there. I kind of just my role of thumb too for the future of these things is like if you go and there's a line and you don't want to wait just
Dip and come back like in an hour, too. That's what I did. I didn't get in right away. I saw a line. I was like, "No, I'm good." Came back two hours later, had no problem. I know Frankie was giving out free merch across the road. So if you were in that line, at least you got a free hoodie and you got the tool of Frank. But inside the Basement Party, man, it#
I got to say, again, open bar in New York City, so people were talking about public hotel, 2,000 bucks, the rooms would have only been 1,500 or something, why did I pay 2K? Two nights of an open bar in New York City, that alone is to me getting your money's worth on the 2K for public.
Also the welcome package I didn't mention. I kind of thought like this is gonna be like some throwaway shit like a t-shirt like whatever but it was actually they had some pretty creative stuff. We had like a glass shoe like a glass shoe glass boot to drink out of a shock glass that had like FOMO written on it like the double shot was like Max FOMO the hoodie of
Like a bunch others because we had some condoms. I don't know how many people Actually made use of those probably not that many but you know shout out if you did I'm going through right now We had the D-robe I gave that away to to the guests I was staying with but she rocked the D-robe and then the D-robe was I got good reviews on the D-robe
So yeah, it was great like free bar the events just spread out I would say you know one of the coolest things is that there was something for everybody you know You had the Basin party for like if you're down with you know if you're younger if you're just that party animal and you want to you know just rage all night you know that was definitely your event and
And then, if you wanted the more low key thing, you had the pizza party or the Xbox dinner, if you're next plus, it was really cool. I mean, scale 1 to 10 for me, I would say 9.5, honestly. Totally got my money's worth, met like 10, 20 people that I would consider friends now, exchange numbers, exchange
Twitter's yeah I mean I know not everyone maybe had as great an experience as me but I gotta say I absolutely loved it trying to think if there's anything else off top in my head I miss but yeah that was like the general itinerary and other people probably did other stuff too that's kind of just what I did so we'll hear what other people did but over
I remember all, like APOS, and it was my first IRL event too. I kind of thought, I'm gonna go as a one-off, but now I'll definitely be there next year for sure. So APOS for me, I see some other people on stage that went back lemons. I don't know if you guys wanna hop in and share your guys experience.
Yeah, dude, I mean speak for yourself, like I blew through those condoms on the first site. Props lucky to ever stayed with back. Prost shut us do ever stay with back. You know that's the real utility of the $2,000 versus those condoms.
I mean let's let's like scavenger talk or otherwise we're gonna give Aaron PTSD like I never used been working on finding a solution for that so I won't touch on the scavenger hunt I mean other than the fact that I thought
it was epic but overall yeah I thought the event was great I thought I thought D.G. had killed it I think going forward like everything's gonna keep getting better like the couple minor things that weren't as good like the line being too long not having enough space in the
the basement party, the basement party was given my pores a chance like it was so hot in there so the rest of me was not loving it but definitely my pores were cleared out in that sauna but it was still a riot total frat party but took me back to my college days so
a lot of fun but definitely like those minor things that weren't as good overall like 90% absolutely rocked it and they're just gonna keep getting better going forward. I'm sure the next event is gonna be even more lights out so I'm excited that was good shit.
Yeah, I agree with that. Like the I think my two main things and probably a little bit more space than the the mixer thing on the first day. It was an absolute sauna up on the rooftop. But we just like move down to the rooftop bar.
I think one floor down and it was perfectly fine There's a ton of space and we're able to get drinks and then we'll like hear each other It was a really good time but other than that like I agree like the pizza party was cool because you just like chill you pizza talked to everyone the basement party I got shout out Aaron
I tried getting a little bit later and I was like, "Hey, I got a few friends. I was wondering if you kind of like get me in." And he's like, "No, I really can't, but he just chilled with me an entire time until I got into the base, which a huge shout out. I mean, that's super cool. Show us a team.
really cares. But down at Basin Parties, fucking vibes were fantastic, fucking danced around. It was a really good time. Lemons, are you playing with a rubber ducky in the background? I'm playing with a dog right now. That makes a little more sense.
Yeah, it was lit. It was great. Me and Lavaz are partying me and back repartying You know met so many people and the crazy thing is like I don't know about you guys but like I met so many people that I wanted me so many people that I didn't
even know I wanted me and then I came home and it was like you know I'd see people on Twitter like oh you were there I didn't even like I didn't even see that person I didn't even see that person so it was just not stop and like that kind of stuff just makes you want to go to the next one and meet those people you didn't meet
And also hearing the backgrounds on people, you don't really get it on Twitter. And maybe when you get to meet them, you hear the background. I got to meet an XMBA player. I don't want to do Oxford. That's fucking awesome. And some of the other X-plus guys are crazy backgrounds and crazy stories.
don't get that type of stuff on Twitter and maybe in Discord, but like when you ever get to converse with someone in real life, it's something special. And you get to like see the face behind the screen and there's something special about that. And that's why the RL events are pretty cool. Yeah, and the other things
to see that they're actually really timid and humble in real life. So it's really cool to put a face to the people that you talk to online and see who they really are, see what they're really all about. People talk about community, community, community, and NFTs and a lot of times it's kind of like cringe, but with
You got to come to one of these events and you'll see that it really is like real utility as much as I know people mean about the community utility. I couldn't feel more like it not only did I get my money's worth on the public thing but just so cool being a D.G.A.D. and rolling
up to the other parties too and being like, "Oh, what are you into? Like, "Oh, I'm in the D-gods, I'm in the clean nose, like whatever." Again, and that was like the music festival parallel to like D-gods, definitely the headliner, you know, but there are these other bands that other people are into, you know, and that was like some of these other NFTs and everyone could just#
See we got Aaron on stage shout out to fucking Aaron because Aaron and Finn I saw them a couple times I remember when I met Finn in the beginning dude He was so swamped like sweating in that upstairs room I was like Yo, what's up, man? I didn't want to like take off too much of his time So like big shout out to those guys because they were just like running around with their heads got awesome
but I could just say as someone that went definitely, definitely worked well done. - Appreciate you, man. I'm just so glad you had a good time. Honestly, dude, I think the person we all need to be shouting out who I don't think people realize is the actual MVP here.
is Finn's girlfriend. Finn's girlfriend bless her soul. Pretty much spent like the first half of the entire basement party with Finn checking tickets at the door. So yeah just absolute legends all around like I it was
Very stressful. There's a lot of stuff to do, but we're lucky that we have such a big and great team to help with. Those of you that did make it into the HQ definitely know that how D-God's works behind the scenes is everybody is typically working and then Frank is talking to a whale.
So that's pretty much how it goes. That's pretty much how we all last week, but yeah, I would say big dog and Dude the fucking treasure hunt. Oh my god guys. It is supposed to be fun. It was supposed to be fun back. You mentioned it honestly. It's all good. I'm waiting
to Hugh back from the man himself but I think we're there. I think we know. Good luck, May. I'll support you whatever you choose but get ready for that bud. Good luck. Yeah, it's tough. It's on me.
It's on me. I should have been way more and more so abundantly clear about all the different rules and stuff. I thought we were clear enough, but you know, you learn a lot when you do these kinds of things. What I will say is I think everybody's gonna be happy. It was so much fun though. Like I
I've never had as much fun as I've had over the last like three or four days just Just like flipping through everybody's treasure hunt submissions like watching the videos like oh my god, dude my favorite ones the action movies with the bananas. I don't even know how I thought about that
that. But I had no idea how people were going to execute and everybody, it was just, it was just incredible. Like so many, so many people I could tell just made so many great memories. And that was the whole idea, you know, give people a bunch of reasons to go meet each other in real life, give them a bunch of cool shared experiences.
experiences to have and then see what happens after that. Aaron, I will warn you. The energy was crazy. The energy was so fun like doing all the challenges and like working with other teams like it was literally insane and hey there's always next time for a constitution like the rules right but the
matter what it's going to be great. I will give Aaron a little warning to on the I was in the Uber with Beck on the way to Clayno and this is before any of the cost of her she's she told me she's like I sort of got if I get the air pods I'm flooring my D gut so just you know we can't lose back Aaron make sure she gets some at least a little better than air pods is just throwing that out there#
I'll, you know, you know, mom said it best like we were the only team with girls so I don't know I think there should be some sort of ratio prize, but we'll see how it goes. Yeah, yeah, everybody wants to change the rules after the treasure hunt's done. I get it. I get it.
You're moving the Austin soon. No, dude, you're moving the Austin soon. I'm gonna be pulling up on you if I don't get a good prize. All right, so you heard it here first guys back
Just back wins no team wins nobody. It's just back I don't want her to to run up on me when I get to Austin So yeah, you can deal with all the fun But it's so cool though that like like obviously
Controversy is not fun and like fud is not fun, but what is really fun is like the level of passion that like people had that that participated in this to where like it became controversial. Yeah, I don't know. There's there's something magic about what we
all did last week and I think we're going to keep doing it and we're going to do it bigger. If there's one big lesson I think we learned as a team it's bigger venues. I think that was probably our biggest issue the entire time was really every venue we picked was not big
amount of girls at these events. I got to say I was kind of surprised. I thought it was going to be 99 to 100. It was only 98 to 100. No, I'm kidding. It was actually pretty good. It was actually a pretty fun split. So, you know, to all the ratio haters, we did a little bit better in New York. Just throwing that out there.
It was honestly crazy like the ratio was so much different than people were accusing us of like just inviting women and like letting women in that weren't holders and stuff. I can assure you I turned away many many women who who thought they could get into our party because you know
They thought that that would work and I was like you got a you though you got a you got so I think honestly what that really shows is just like how incredibly diverse our community is because like granted I think everybody there was a holder obviously I think you know people sent their you know tickets and stuff that weren't going
whatever. But it's really cool that like the wider community, like the community of D-God/Uts that goes to IRL parties, is like a really cool mix of like all kinds of people from different backgrounds, different countries, ethnicities, religions, genders. It's always just super cool.
not to f*ck the D-gods or anything but the I think the one party that I went to this week or the last weekend that was probably the best of everything was a cake called beast their their venue was huge I'd a pretty sick DJ I don't know if any of the D-gods team members went but it was a pretty
Cool vibe. Perfect venue size. Clayna was pretty good as well. Other than the fat line, it took me like an hour and a half to get in. But yeah, I mean honestly like super easy problem to fix for the DGOT teammates. Just bigger venue.
I mean, obviously there's a lot of people that want to come to the events and then it's just easy to help after that. Yeah, and I think one thing, and again, it's like once you do this stuff, like you started to get the reps, one thing that we should have thought of earlier that we didn't is
So the venue at the public, if it's completely empty, it can hold just over 400 people. For those of you that were at the party, you know that it wasn't completely empty. We did a couple cool things like at the party that took up square footage. So we had like life size rock 'em, sock 'em robots. We had
the Shui competition, we had the ice luge, we had the pictures, we had the TVs, all those different things take square footage and then negatively impact the capacity. So when all was set and done with all the activations and all the staff from not only the hotel
but from our production team that was running all these activations, the capacity was far lower than we had originally planned for. And so what ended up, I mean, you know, if we would have known that or realized that, I think sooner, we maybe would have looked into other venues sooner. But yeah, it's just like one of those things that like, I mean,
I didn't think about it until literally we were doing the walk through the day of and I was like oh wait, so what is this you know? So yeah next time I think Gonna get a much bigger venue. We're gonna get I mean because the other thing too is because I think we've we've come to realize this as a team is like we don't have to and we tested
it out in New York is we don't have to just throw events for holders. We could do much bigger events with holders and then even paid tickets for the public. I think as we expand the outlook on what an IRL event from D-Gods looks like,
I think it could get pretty interesting. So I'm pumped for it man. And I think the rest of our team is pumped. I hope the community is pumped. And I feel like my goal, my only goal really from last week. I mean, I had a lot of goals. But one of my big goals was I wanted to make sure that every single person that didn't go to New York experienced the most
dangerous and potent level of FOMO. They have ever felt in their entire lives. And judging by some of the tweets that I saw, I feel like I hit that pretty hard on some people. So yeah, don't miss the next time. That's all I gotta say. - What's fucking go?
Speaking of next time, is there any alpha on the next event? Is there a de-yat party? Is that actually run through you guys? There's that, it's just some crazy motherfuckers around the boat. What's the deal with that?
There are some crazy motherfuckers of the boat that that's a thing. So yeah, there are I think it's a club base I think they're based in Miami. But yeah, they had an event or maybe they're having an event this month. I don't know. It's on Luma. So there's a lot of community
events happening. As far as the next big official thing, if you're talking scale of what we did last week, you can probably expect that we're going to do something similar for our basil in Miami this year. And then between then, we'll probably do some meetups and stuff.
Obviously, any community members that want to run meetups, shout out Sonny, shout out Mark Coulser, bunch of those guys have been doing a great job with that and would love to put megaphones to that too. But yeah, I think as far as something to the scale of New York, probably Miami.
I'm not sure if you're going to be able to do it.
Watch out. He's already starting the foam. He's already starting the foam. He's getting a major shoe brand for sure. We're gonna have shuys out of like Nike or something. You guys don't understand how hard I tried to get shoes in these things.
Honestly, I just ran out of time. We probably had to cut out like, there were probably like seven or eight other items that we had been planning on that we had to cut out because of time. So yeah, I mean, if anybody works in any shoe companies, hit me up.
Word word we got a flurry up here. I see you's another scavenger on controversy for you. It's so poor Tom you guys have any thoughts about the trip you want to share it was an amazing trip like overall I actually have never felt like more
motivated to come back and just make content and really just like fully make this my career than ever. It was so fucking awesome. I didn't realize that Twitter actually translated to real life. You're a fly guys actually show up in real life. It's pretty fucking cool.
Dude, that's honestly like the craziest part, because like last year when I went to NFT NYC, I wasn't like, I didn't know a lot of people. I don't know how many followers I had, but
but I definitely was not like Andy Godds, it was fucking SoulSorcer for those of you that remember RIP. But I just went, I met up with
I think they were probably like five or six of us just like DeGaude holders it was like me Alpha if you guys know alpha shock You know a couple other guys that aren't as active anymore And we just like went and like picked a hotel and we all booked the same hotel and we just like stayed at the same place and then like kind of every day
day we would just meet up and we would just go hang out with other people, we would go meet people at a bar or something, we go get lunch. You know, we obviously went to the party and everything, but I, like that was just the best trip of my life. And I've been lucky. I've been lucky to like travel to a lot of really cool places.
But that trip last year in NFT NYC was so cool just because like I mean there was one guy in particular, Aussie NFT guy for those of you guys know he's legend in the D got's community Him and I had been talking like every day working with each other like every day
for months, like months. And I absolutely loved the guy to death and we had never met in real life, but we had this reason to go to New York and somehow like that feeling of when you see like one of your internet friends, like it's the first time you've seen each other, but like you're already
best friends. It's like kind of crazy. Like there's no ice breakers, there's no small talk. It's literally like you just go right into like the same conversation you were just having in the DMs. It's really cool. And Shoutout Alpha, I mean he literally just joined Alpha, I was just talking about you so kind of weird that you just now
joined. But like that trip last year in NFT NYC it was so great and Alpha I mean I even got to see Alpha this past week. I didn't get to hang out with him as much. I was a little bit too busy but it was really cool that like literally I saw him and it was like damn we're back. Like we're fucking back.
So yeah, I think I think as a team like we just want to help recreate that experience at like the highest scale that we can so that it's funny right like it's it's kind of stupid to talk about making friends as like something that's cool because it's like doesn't sound cool but like dude it's like
Actually the coolest thing in the world like those of you guys that are like older too I mean we got some boomers in the group like dude like how many best friends do you have right so it's like as I get older the only thing that I really care about are like my friends and the people that are in my life and it's like damn like we got we got a bunch of
Incredible people that love the same weird thing on the internet together So like why can't they do that in real life and be like real life friends - it's pretty cool stuff, man Yeah, like speaking to that point like with friends like I have been talking to like some guys are my age on the internet like there's not many I know like there's a lot of content creators that are about
21 to 23 years old. It looks like there's a lot of us but there's really not that many of us like IRL It's mostly like older dudes who are cool too, but like there's not that many younger guys and like these couple guys like from Utah from Australia from Missouri like these people who I've been talking to online for so long like been playing chess at night
And just like been hopping on spaces like to be able to like talk to them and like be with them in real time doing like the craziest shit like the scavenger was the crazy shit Was the coolest experience ever and like these guys are like my life like they're like my lifelong friends now like I'm on FaceTime calls with them like multiple times a day We're talking about moving into a house together like the fact that like we have that experience
experience now, just be around like like minded like killers who are age with similar interests who like want to do the same things in life like I'm at fucking Penn State I mean I'm in college and to be around like I feel like I'm just not around like a lot of inspiration much and to be around like other kids that can like really like inspire me within the community is like exactly what I was like before
is why I will never fucking sell my D. God because I just can't. I was thinking multiple times the last couple of days I want to make a thread where I was like shout out to this version blah blah blah and my problem with making the thread was there's like so many people and I knew I was gonna
leave somebody out like the list was just endless like that really is like how good the vibe was and like I said like I couldn't count on two hands and number of people that I consider like my real actual friends that I feel like highly confident again that I'll link up with again in real life so it's definitely not silly at all it's really special actually
Yeah, and one more thing before I head out because I'm on like short time here on like the team even like I I was someone who like when you're making these videos and like you're just you haven't they only doxic a month ago and you're making these videos online and You don't really know like who's actually watching them and who's actually liking them like I thought I was making the cringiest videos. I mean like I was doing sh#
like for god's sake and I was going into the event like kind of scared I was like oh my god if you people are gonna think how weirdo these people are gonna think that I have no idea like what I was doing in like the team just like fully embracing me and like being like hey like this shit you did was actually like really cool and like like they actually like they like read into my story a little bit and like that was like
really really cool just like feel the love like the team and the community and I don't know I can't I'm like just so fucking grateful and I cannot appreciate like I cannot appreciate anyone more and I wish that everyone the Web 3 got to experience the same like type of feelings that I got and I hope that everyone does it eventually hopefully more people can get on board in the community
That's that D guys utility Oh shadow Shack you're full no, no, there's no utility There is no you there is no you tell me there's no utility. It's just like a bunch of dudes doing shuys a bunch of frack guys were all on 21 years old no utility. We're going to zero
But on me, thanks for having me up here. I appreciate all of you. And if I met you this week, I'll make fucking love you. Peace. We're just thousands of grifters making lifelong friendships. You know, it's totally no utility there. Whoever that guy was, by the way, with your hand up shadow, I can see your full name. Just feel free to come on anytime you want. Yeah, yeah, just basically to--#
Right on you know, I'm saying on what sort of flavor was saying was just really cool because you know you see all these people on Twitter We hear we hear each other talk on on spaces and stuff like that and everything so it's just a different vibe when you see everybody in face, you know, I'm not gonna lie I was kind of nervous sort of meeting everybody and putting faces to Twitter now
You know, but you know everybody was pretty cool. You know the vibe was there. It was just it was just time to sort of just connect and communicate and you know saying have a good time, you know. The whole event was just pretty dope and I mean the get you know utility. I mean, there was a lot of shit that people would
getting just from joining in and just being around you know um bags swag you know all that kind of stuff and not to mention just like the scavenger hunt you know like you know indirectly Frank probably just gave me the best trip ever bro I got like a whole bunch of freaking uh pay
I was riding around New York City, talking to people, police, hot dog thing, spreading the love, spreading news. I hope everybody do experience what I experienced. It was such a close knit community.
and why I said it wasn't it was DNYC. You feel me everybody in that motherfully public hotel was either D guard or you and it don't matter what you had I'd be like you know what you you know what you got you got you brothers had already like dappin up hugs all that stuff so can't wait for next year
I'll probably be a little bit more open next year. My Twitter name is Shadow. I'm kind of like in the shadows sometimes. I kind of like the peep and I'm saying just be a hot people act. But next time I'm definitely going to be out there more sort of introducing myself and keep going on. So, appreciate it for giving me the stand and I'll let y'all lay
You know, you know right on bro. It's fucking go and to that point too like I was lucky I was saying with somebody and I had a couple of friends that I knew so I wasn't like totally alone but I was a little apprehensive because I'm like, you know, there's thousands of people here I know like three of them, you know, so I was a little nervous But to anyone who has that feeling like just so you know, you're#
alone and once you get there, I've never had ice broken quicker where you're just like, "Oh, that's you, that's you." Like, is much more natural than you think, so anyone that was maybe a little scared or apprehensive about that, next time around I would just encourage you to go for it. Like, you'll be really surprised like how everyone will embrace you. More people might
know you also like buy your pfb or buy your twitter then you see 100% not to cut you off you know how many times when we shared it Twitter I follow them they follow them as I know we know each other so definitely definitely for sure 100% bro glad you came uh woven I see you got your hands up what was your experience like
You know, I had a very very enjoyable experience to kind of tag along about like running into people online I think it was funny. I was just chilling in like the like the public like grass area up front I remember just like walking around I think the cool part about public is like Probably everything a motherfucker you've seen there definitely is on Twitter and definitely
is like part of the ecosystem and you don't know about it and it was just kind of like everyone you kind of talk to it was just like holy shit like I walked up to this one motherfucker he's like yo dude I'm the numbers guy I'm Twitter and I'm like oh it's 143 like oh I know exactly are you talking about like it's all he had to say and I think um I think
It was my I think another time - it was my first day there I like both of my bags I got a bag full of woven sweaters I got a bag full of my actual stuff I'm like stressed and like I got to get all the up to my room when everything and actually is dude carrying a bunch of stuff in a box I look at his hoodie this shit says Alameda risk management and I was dead
I saw this hoodie. I'm like holy fuck. This is this dude's funniest fuck and so I'm like I'm like hey dude That's like a that's a sick hoodie and then he's like woven and it was like Aaron and I was like what the fuck like there's no shot like Talking to the student space is all the time and then like on the elevator just randomly run into him off like
some random ass hoodie dude that was like that definitely was like the first time where I'm like holy fuck I'm about to meet like every mother fucker like it's just so funny who you can meet on the street but like man such a good and memorable experience like hats off to you everyone like just for like getting that whole shit together getting that scavenger hunt together the scavenger hunt
definitely was like the cherry on top like oh like I was thinking like what would happen if that scavenger hunt didn't happen I was just thinking I have no idea like if I would have had as good of a time or like whatever but like man now my homies are going to New York I'm like oh you definitely got to go to the top of the rocks you got to hit Empire State building I'm like you need
to get that motherfucking helicopter right if you don't do it it's so cheap like just go for it dude like I don't know dude I'm pumped for like huge events now man that like really like I don't know it's something to look forward to in life but man super good meeting like everyone here like I see so many people on stage I met and like just like so many good memories for real dude I think we
need some woven sweaters like in the next welcome pack or like maybe for scavenger hunt or something. I think we get that arrange. I think we get definitely get that. I don't know how many more scavenger hunts we're going to do after last. Let's let's be on. Well, we can play hide and seek instead next time. Lower
No, honestly, so like the scavenger hunt, the whole thing was like I didn't want it to go down the way that it did in that the inspiration behind the scavenger hunt. I used to in college I worked for Red Bull, the energy drink company.
I worked with Bobby, he's on our team as well, we worked together. They do this thing called Red Bull Can You Make It. And the whole premise of it is they get groups of college kids around the world, they make a video and you have to like get voted in all this shit. But they fly everybody out to Europe. They send everybody to a different starting city.
They take their wallets and they give them a case of Red Bull and there's a finish line in another city across Europe. And the entire game, it's like a content thing. You can like go watch the videos and everything. It's a scavenger hunt across Europe using only Red Bull is currency. And so you have to trade cans of
Red Bull to get tickets to trains, hotel rooms, whatever. In the past, people have gotten on the stage at major music festivals. They've gotten first class tickets. The whole idea from the brand perspective is a Red Bull in your time of need is worth more than gold. That's the idea from Red Bull's perspective.
Did you go no so no so when I worked at Red Bull we did it one year and it was kind of like my job to get people from my college to sign up and so every semester we would do like a regional meet up and so we did one in Fort Worth Texas we did it in downtown Fort Worth and we did a mini version of Red Bull can you make it
So everybody in like the regional team we split up in a team has got a case of Red Bull and did like a scavenger hunt around downtown Fort Worth and during that scavenger hunt I along with other people traded 12 cans of Red Bull for a tattoo tattoo is on my back left
shoulder blade it says gives you wings and I traded 12 cans of red bull for it because the tattoo artist was like a big fan of red bull and so like that was like kind of the inspiration around this entire treasure hunt was like well kind of like crazy shit could we like just have in there that
like actually would be worth it if like the incentive is good enough. And so I think in the perfect situation, right, the perfect situation, like you're trading something that like we've created to people, and like they see it as valuable. And so they give you cool stuff that, you know, does the scavenger hunt. Obviously
We don't really have anything like that right now. So it was like challenge, but I think like in the future I definitely want to like get closer to like that crazy type shit where it's like it sounds impossible when you when you think about it because like it sounds impossible to get from like fucking Madrid to Amsterdam only using Red Bull as currency.
But like it is possible people do it and it's documented and it's actually like banger content So yeah, that was like we're the whole the whole idea came from that and I was I pledged a fraternity back in the day, you know And so I was like them, you know, we'll mix a couple of this stuff together and maybe we'll have a little bit of fun
I'm getting phoma from that red bull thing now. I want to do that. Speaking of the red bull, that was another great sponsor. I forgot to mention was the liquid death. We had a couple of water
that I think say at least reduce some people's hangovers by you know a little bit I think everybody hit those up if not earlier in the trip definitely after the Basin party those were super clutch
Yeah, dude shout out liquid death again like small world So a guy I used to work with at Red Bull now works at liquid death, so I just like hit him up a few months ago I was like hey, so like I do this like weird stuff in crypto now, but
maybe we could do an event. They were down. So I think by all accounts it was pretty successful and so hopefully we can get them involved in some other stuff in the future. But yeah, dude, honestly, we had some pretty six sponsors.
And like we had we had Bud Weiser we didn't get to do everything we wanted to do with them, but but they were on the docket We even had November I don't know if you guys realize that they were in the welcome bags They were like little coms like no shave November
So yeah, I mean dude next time bro. I'm telling you book it check the welcome packs. They're gonna be insane. You know speaking of that by the way I know a lot of people did and they're welcome bags got to the you know this is secu
you're not supposed to find it. Now I know you're gonna say I don't have the alpha but I mean is there any kind of hint you can give us on that any kind of plan for the future with those chips because I know everyone is curious to tell about that any any little tidbit you can give us Aaron on the scanned items in the welcome bag.
Which items were scanned? Well, I think the bag was scanable or the shirt, the hoodie. I don't remember. I know I scanned something and I got to that little like you're not supposed to find this
secret thought you guys.com but maybe I'm crazy maybe I did it wrong but like it just led to that and that was it like is there anything coming from that down the line is there like a plan with that was there any kind of alpha with that
What do I see here? Everything. So, I mean, yeah, there is chips. There are chips out there. A few items have chips. I won't confirm which items do have the chips which don't.
But yeah, I would be lying if I told you that like we had a specific plan for them right now More so our idea is like we want to do something really cool one day So might as well start getting chips out into the wild now so I don't know
I think whatever it is, it's going to be exciting and it's probably going to be somewhat of a surprise, but I think we're just really excited about the idea that, because with these chips, it's not just like, "Oh, there's this chip out there. It's oh, there's this chip that came from this person who
who got this bag staying at the hotel in DNYC. So there's like a lot of really interesting things we can do, depending on like which chips we want to activate and all that stuff, a lot of games to play. But I don't have any like alpha for you right now. It's something we're cooking. So let the cook.
I know I think there's one chip at least in the shirt. I think there's one also in the bag and possibly in the sweatshirt. I know for sure if two. I don't know if there's anywhere else hidden. Maybe somewhere in the bathroom. The 9 DCC hats also have chips.
Those are those are G-Money chips. He has his own chips system, but yeah if you missed that tap your hat Tap the hats everybody tap the hats We got so poor Tom coming up here another dude that I was like you know I first went so poor Tom like no fucking way your so poor Tom I was like fanboying a little bit guys like super down there is super
which is so Tom any saucy. Okay, but before Tom goes dude, I swear to God like he is this guy. Okay, I think I was talking to him for like a minute or two. Like we were like middle of conversation and like he just like said Tom like halfway through a
I was like wait, like Tom like like so poor Tom this motherfucker was trying so hard to stay under the radar But I caught you dude I caught you and it sounds like everybody else caught you So I just wanted to hold that over your head for a second because I know you were trying to be stealthy, but yeah, we all got you man. Yeah, what's up?
guys. Yeah, I mean, first event, a lot of people didn't know what I looked like, so I managed to stay under the radar, didn't get swarmed too much, so you know, that was a positive, but didn't stop me from getting sick because I have COVID right now. So, here's what it is. But yeah, it was really good. I stayed at the the D-Hose
I booked it in February I think when it first dropped and you know I really enjoyed it. The only thing I would say is like you know ordering food or something like 3 a.m. when you're like absolutely smashed and they don't down to lobby and seeing like a million NFT G gens you know bit rich
But you know we managed to uh duck roll cover you know check the corners see who's around and then sneak off to get the delivery and then come back up but yeah no I had a great time um yeah I mean it was it was quite an experience being everyone like at the debate
I was like outside with Aaron and Chil and I was just like talking to them, you know, like seeing them scan everyone in and just talking to like reboot. We're just having a conversation about tech and everything where everyone else has downstairs pilings. That was a cool experience for me and obviously when I first
arrives at the pubic I saw Finn and then I was like hey I'm Tom and he's like oh what's up Tom and I was like whisper in his ear like I'm so what's up with the he was like no fucking way then like he dropped all this shit so yeah no it was cool meeting everyone you know spoke to a lot of people online for a long time so yeah quite
experience I really enjoyed it. I saw everyone having fun, a lot of people drunk and stumbling over, a lot of people absolutely smashed and you know like I think what I didn't realize is like when people are like oh yeah let's go for a meeting I'm like cool yeah meeting you know you expect the old you know sit down talking but what people really meant by
meeting is just like, "Oh, let's go get absolutely smashed." So, you know, I couldn't say no. So I had to drink it down and then yeah, it was a rough week. Let's just say that, you know, late nights, very, very incoherent thinking. But yeah, I enjoyed it. It was fun.
>> Absolutely. Every time I saw Tom, he had at least like seven girls surrounding him. I just have two questions. Number one, did you warn all these ladies about the COVID? Have you now given every single NFT woman COVID? Secondly, if you're available, could you just throw down some Riz lessons or
right now because we can all use it up here. I have a message a few of the the old females they haven't got COVIDs that you know that's all good on that front. Riz lessons I don't know be yourself. Offer off to get people drinks even though it's over in bar you know people are too drunk to know
So they're like, "Oh, I'll get you a drink." And they're like, "Oh, shit, yeah, that's nice." They think you're absolutely, you know, sweet human, but really it's free. So you're just like actually just going to the bar and bring it over to them. So, you know, just, I guess, see your environment, use your surroundings for your aroundage, and then you have the rooms,#
Nice little wrist lesson there from Tom and and for real though as well just use me being I think the real advice there is like be yourself in these events and and you'll be surprised like how many connections you make so very
Very cool to me all you guys for sure. We are coming up on the one hour mark. Does anybody have any final thoughts, final fud, anything that want to throw it Aaron before we close this one out or are we good to go?
Until next year baby.
you guys there next time. And to everyone that hopped on stage and shared your experience, thanks a lot. I really appreciate it. The spaces is actually a blast. I got to kind of relive New York City a little bit with the homies, like tons of people on stage that I actually chilled with. So this space was like very special, very cool. Appreciate everyone coming up and I'll see you guys for the next one.
