And it's always good to be on the weekend, you know, not much relaxing, but always fun.
That's what happens when you're a founder in this world.
You want me to add Joey or not?
Yeah, you can go ahead and add Joey.
I don't know what he's doing.
He might be in a meeting, but, you know, he can slide in, say some words.
Yeah, if you want to slide, Joey, feel free to do so.
No rush if you want to join.
Thank you for inviting me.
Yeah, thanks for having us.
You guys have been killing it.
So, one, thank you guys for working with us and, you know, getting some time out of your busy schedules to hop in a quick space this Monday.
But, dude, it's been, like, what, two weeks since we talked, a week and a half or whatever.
So, no, wanted to, you know, kind of keep it just relaxed a little bit.
Obviously, like, I want to get some of your guys' followers on here as well.
But, dude, how has the project been since we last spoke?
How have things been shaping up?
I mean, we're just, you know, pushing forward every single day, you know, making sure that we do the correct thing, right?
So, you know, a little announcement.
I mean, we dropped it on Twitter a little bit earlier.
But we have a new website that's launching today.
You know, it's all compliant for, you know, all exchanges and all, you know, LLC information, S-Corp information.
We have the white paper that's going on there.
And then we're also releasing a, like, script writing contest.
So, everybody in the community has been giving us amazing ideas.
So, now we want to open it up so they can submit their ideas.
They can submit their music or audios or voiceover.
And we'll pick a bunch of winners every week.
And, you know, we'll give $500 from Danny to the people who win.
And, you know, the goal is that every single week we'll pick a few winners.
And, you know, people can not only add to their bags and Danny, but they can sit down, you know, on the couch with their wife one night and be like, look what I made.
And they can see it on the TV.
No, I mean, you guys have probably talked about it all.
But for, you know, it's been recorded.
So, for those that don't know, tell us a little bit about kind of like DJ and Danny and how you guys kind of came into the scene.
Because I think, you know, you guys have quite a unique history that I feel like people should kind of know.
And so I have a company, I have an animation company.
We've been doing, you know, a lot of videos and animation since about 2018.
And I've been in and out of the crypto space.
I mean, I've always taken, you know, Solana, Ethereum, and Bitcoin as payment.
So I've always been kind of around it, but never trading necessarily.
And I saw the whole wave of NFTs.
And I saw the creative inspiration behind everything.
And, you know, obviously, I'm a really avid, you know, cartoon guy.
I love like Family Guy, Rick and Morty, South Park, shit like that.
So I've been thinking for a while, like I really wanted to create a series.
And ideally, I want to create a decentralized series where the community gets to decide exactly what goes on in the series.
So, you know, we started putting our heads together, you know, early this year and building up the team and, you know, making sure that everything is perfect, right?
Getting the IP rights, make sure the LC and the corporate information, you know, all good to go.
And just really create something where the coin is attached to the business, right?
Like what people are investing in when you, you know, buy into Danny's, whether it's a dollar or a million dollars, you're investing into the franchise.
You're investing into something that will be, you know, in all hopes and goals, will be on Hulu, will be on the Netflix, will be on the Amazon.
You know, you're investing into a series from the ground floor and you get a say in what happens.
You get to be a creative director.
You get to be a producer.
You get to, you know, really have a say in what happens here.
And what we really wanted to create was a decentralized cartoon series where everybody literally just gets the vote.
And it's worked out really fucking amazing.
And I'm really happy with, you know, where it's going.
And it makes me extremely happy to know that, like, you know, if you're a music producer and you make beats or you make music or you make graphics or whatever,
you can, you know, work with us and your stuff gets in the show.
I mean, 95 or 99, I don't know, like a large percent of the music we use in the Danny series is all made via the community.
Like even like the voiceover is like everything is community made, which is so amazing.
And that's, you know, obviously allows us to control the IP since it's the community that's doing it.
But it also, you know, allows everybody's strengths to be put together and to create something really good and, you know, long lasting and sustainable.
So when we do get on the Netflix, we do get on the Hulu's or the Amazon's of the world that everybody who contributed, they own a portion of that IP.
Like if you submitted music, you own the music, right?
So if we're on Netflix, you get your payout.
Every time that you guys keep posting the show or the show keeps obviously like increasing in popularity and, you know, therefore gets into like Netflix or whatever.
And I want to talk a little bit about that as well.
But every time, you know, the show kind of keeps like pushing forward, the token should also kind of reflect that as well.
And kind of everybody should be winning because of that, right?
That's kind of like how you see it.
I mean, I wanted to, you know, I guess what I've been saying since the beginning is like, sorry, I split my coffee.
But whatever I've been saying since the beginning is like, all right, guys, I might be the CEO, but like this is a publicly traded company, right?
Like, obviously, we're not on the NASDAQ, but like this is a publicly traded company.
So the shareholders opinions and the shareholders ideas are what matter most, right?
Like I'm just a vessel for our community's ideas.
So every day, pretty much 20 hours a day, me or somebody in the team are sitting in the telegram, sitting in the Twitter DM, sitting wherever it is.
And really just getting the ideas and talking with the community and seeing how we can do better and seeing, you know, what could be added or what can be taken out.
And, you know, I think that's what's beautiful about what we're doing because, you know, I'm not an emotional guy, right?
Nobody's ever going to hurt my feelings.
So we take the criticism like heavily.
Like someone says like, hey, the mouths aren't moving how they should.
All right, let's figure it out.
Let's spend the next two days and work with the animation team and figure out how we can fix that.
And then we send it back to them and go, is this what you wanted?
And I think, you know, just by watching some of the content you guys have posted, it's just insanely good, right?
And then specifically just, you know, I just haven't seen anything like a crypto series or anything like that.
And when you kind of add, you know, the community's input to that and then just being able to produce content that, you know, kind of like your community writes in a certain way as well.
And it kind of, you know, puts a lot of the crypto stuff out there.
I think it's, I think it's fire as hell.
So, and obviously you mentioned, you know, the streaming site.
So kind of what's the connection to like the Hulu's and Netflix, all that stuff.
I know we chatted a lot this in our call, but yeah, tell us a little bit more about that.
So here's kind of my thought process, right?
Is not only is there, there's usually a lot of blocks when it comes to getting your show on Netflix, Hulu or Amazon, right?
So I work with a lot of people that are top media buyers, top advertisers for a lot of these platforms.
So I have not necessarily insider information, but I have a lot of information about like how things actually get on there.
So I've been consulting with them obviously from the start figuring this out.
And what seems like happens in, you know, most cases when it comes to, you know, these platforms is you sell and pitch your show idea to them in hopes that they give you money to develop it.
And hope that they take a big enough risk on you and they do it.
But the problem with that is you have to build the team after you build the series after it could take two years, whatever it may be.
And then you don't have the eyeballs, right?
You don't have the viewers, you don't have the community.
So they're going to give you a small amount of money and they're going to push you in a small way because they're, you know, they don't know.
It's not like you, you know how it goes.
Cause they're giving you like small money.
So, I mean, they're not going to put all the resources and stuff to kind of like market you or anything.
They're just kind of like testing it out, you know, kind of like crypto.
You just throw a small bag or something and see what happens.
So what I was thinking was, all right, I have an animation company.
I have 12 full-time employees.
And I was like, I'll fund everything.
I'll fund all the marketing.
I'll fund all the animations, all the graphics, everything.
I'll completely do it out of the business, right?
So when we do get into the rooms of Netflix, Amazon, Hulu, whatever it may be, we're like, hey, here's our metrics.
Here's how many views we get per episode.
Here's how many active listeners we have, active viewers.
Here's how many people would sign up on your platform.
Here's all the IP rights.
So then it goes from, we need your capital to invest in the show to go, we want to license out the Degen series, maybe season one to Netflix for X amount of dollars.
So we can add it back to the chart, give it back via burns or community giveaways or contests or whatever it may be.
And we can use the money to empower the community instead of hoping that they give us money to develop the series.
Like we decided like, you know what, let's just put boots on the ground.
Let's build this all out.
So when we approach them, our pitch deck is so crazy that they're like, all right, this makes a lot of sense.
I mean, you get, we get about 100,000 views a video for the episode.
So it's like, as we grow back.
I leverage you going into that office, you know what I mean?
And just telling them you got XYZ in terms of views, you know, community members.
And I think, I mean, I don't know, they kind of should, the fact that it's a crypto project in general and it's kind of like a bull run, hopefully that kind of even sticks a little bit more.
And like, that's our thought process, right?
It's like, not only did we want to create something that's going to last a long time and be really sustainable, but we wanted something to empower the community.
And that's why we work so hard and do so many things that might be a little untraditional.
I mean, like, I'll give you an example.
We've spent 40 hours working on a new website and it's more of a corporate style website.
It has investor information on it.
It has, you know, news on there.
It has all this stuff that, yes, it's still cartoon.
It still is in the Danny brand, but this is what we need so we can get to that next level.
So we can get in these doors with these either big advertisers or these big platforms, big streaming companies, whatever.
So we have the leverage and we don't ever need to do any stupid deals or do anything that people, you know, do anything that community doesn't want just because we need, you know, to increase, you know, a budget, increase, whatever.
Like, we're going to them with all of the information, all of the data and not needing their money.
The only reason we would do it is for more visibility.
Nah, that's super fire, bro.
That's kind of one of the reasons that, you know, when we hit you guys up, that was kind of like one of the reasons that attracted me to you guys because just the way that you guys are going about it is just completely unique.
And, I mean, you know, maybe somebody else has done it, but I haven't seen kind of like a team that's kind of going about it with the series and then going to, you know, the Netflixes, the Hulus and stuff and shopping around, you know, have them shop around for Danny and kind of, you know, going back to the community and increasing the token like that.
But, dude, so you talked about the white paper, too.
So tell me a little bit about that.
I'm on the website and stuff.
But, yeah, tell me some of the things that you guys are kind of looking forward to doing.
So the new website will come out after this AMA and we're going to be doing, you know, that big giveaway for the script writing contest and all that stuff.
But so for the white paper, basically our thought process was, you know, we had a roadmap that we released and it's completely accurate.
I mean, nothing changed on the roadmap, but we have a lot of people that are like, all right, well, what's like the corporate side?
Like, what's like the, you know, what's the three-year plan?
What's the long-term plan here?
What's the, what can I as an investor, maybe they're not into traditional meme coins, right?
Maybe they want to invest into Danny as a company.
So we're like, okay, let's put it all out there.
So we're talking on this white paper.
We talk about Danny Studios, which is the LLC and the corporate entity that owns D-Gen Danny, right?
We talk about the future and the goals.
We talk about not only like roadmap, like, hey, here's what's going to happen in the short term.
But we also talk about like, hey, this is how we're going to get onto these bigger platforms.
This is what we're going to do to get there.
This is, you know, the breakdown of the season.
This is the breakdown of the tokenomics and exactly what happened.
I mean, this was a fair launch.
So we go into exactly like the team did not have an allocation.
Everybody who's in here bought in equally with everybody else.
We talk about everything from the start all the way up to, you know, how we're structuring, you know, the corporate entity.
So everybody can have a real clear vision of like, all right, let's say you're a traditional crypto investor on Solana.
You can look at the roadmap and be like, okay, this is cool.
I'm very into this, whatever it may be.
And you can see, you know, when the long forms are coming out, you know, when we're going to do the D-Gen Danny meetup.
We're going to launch a foundation and obviously give back.
We're going to do a lot of things.
And that's all on the roadmap itself.
But on the white paper, it's more traditional investor information.
Like, why should I invest in Danny?
What is the corporate structure there, right?
So we wanted to make sure that both types of people, you know, both avatars have all the information that they need.
If I'm not available or, you know, Joey's not available or whatever it may be, people can go on the website and see, you know, kind of everything laid out in an easy format for them.
Yeah, I was like, damn, the website hasn't updated for me yet.
Well, you know, you guys, everybody here, there you go.
The website should be live after this or in the afternoon today.
So definitely check it out.
And then in terms of, so you obviously the episodes you guys are doing right now or that I've seen so far, kind of like the shorter ones.
So the long form ones are also on the way as well, correct?
So we do two episodes per week.
You know, they're sub two minutes.
I would, well, not sub, sub three minutes.
I would say they never exceed really three minutes.
We do two a week, Tuesdays and Thursdays.
They drop usually about 9.30 p.m. Eastern time.
We have the spaces that go, you know, go along with it.
And then at every season end, so each season has 12 episodes.
So this for Thursday will be our 12th episode.
It'll conclude season one.
And then we'll be releasing a longer form version.
It'll be over three minutes.
They'll kind of encapsulate and, you know, give, I don't want to say like the spark notes,
but it will really summarize the entire season and then set the plot for season two, right?
So we're going to be dropping a more long form stuff, a horizontal video every single end of season.
And then if you also look, we have a bunch of really cool milestone special episodes where those will be, you know,
your longer traditional cartoon episodes.
And all the entire time in the background of all this, we're building our, you know,
our actual long form team so we can have an entire season in our pocket ready to go of like 30 minute episodes.
So those are all being built out in the background as well.
So we can actually start doing like a legitimate launch for the, for the series that is not just,
It's like going to be actually on platforms, whether it's even just starting on the YouTube premium or Patreon
And, you know, obviously we'll do tons of giveaways.
So everybody has access to it and everything, but, you know,
it will be streamed in a long form way, like a traditional cartoon series.
And that's what we're kind of building in the background as well.
Is, um, so these like, uh, short videos, the one to three minute ones,
are they like a part of the longer ones?
Like, could they be like just, uh, yeah.
Or, or are these longer ones that you're dropping just going to be like from scratch,
completely different than these like small scenes you're currently dropping on, on Danny?
So here's the thought process, right?
So each of these short form seasons are character development is how I like to think about it.
So I didn't want to just drop, like, I think that like family guy, for example,
like I didn't want to just drop episode one and then be like, who, who are these people?
I wanted to really set the stage.
So the, the concept of these first couple of seasons is to really explain the backstory
of the entire DJ and Danny franchise and an ecosystem.
Like who are these people?
And to give you guys a little bit of information, season one is not present day.
Season one is the story of Danny.
Like how did Danny become a degenerate?
How did he get his money?
Where did, where's all this stuff coming from?
Why does his wife not work?
So that's what season one is about.
So season two is going to be more like closer to present day.
That shows kind of the aftermath of this.
So the goal is by the time we get to these long form seasons that we're actually developing,
you guys have the entire backstory and we don't just jump into this, a random scene.
You guys know exactly why they're there, who's there with them, how it all develops.
No, I, I absolutely love it.
And the way that you guys are, are kind of like setting it up to where, yeah, people just
They get to know the characters and whatnot.
And then once the, the long form ones are, are dropping, everybody kind of knows where
Danny stands and, and, you know, kind of knows the backstory of, of everything.
Um, we're, we're popping into the 20 minute mark.
So I'm not sure if you want to, uh, have some people ask some stuff, uh, anybody that
wants to, to just hop in and ask Danny anything about, uh, the project, uh, feel free to raise
Feel free to raise your hand.
I mean, we're a complete open book.
I mean, we want, like I said, I mean, I've been saying this from the start.
I mean, I'm just the CEO of a publicly traded company is how I view of it.
So the community, the shareholders, I mean, you guys are what drives us.
So any questions you guys have, anything you want to know, we're complete open books.
You know, whether you don't want to come up here and dox your voice or feel free to,
you know, comment at us, message us on telegram or Twitter or wherever it is.
Let me see if I have anything on the comment section here.
Um, let me see, but yeah, feel free to request it.
I don't see any, see a bunch of comments, but not, uh, not any questions specifically.
Um, yeah, but you guys have only been out like what, a couple of weeks now, right?
I think we just crossed the one month mark.
I think we're like 32 days, something like that.
Uh, you guys are, are absolutely killing it.
And still like, um, I mean, it's still kind of like a deal too.
Like it's, it's, uh, sitting at like four mil, three mil right now.
So honestly, a deal, um, I, myself bought a bag, uh, and I'm holding, so, uh, I'm, I'm
supporting myself personally, NFA, you know what I mean?
I very much appreciate it.
I mean, that's the thing, right?
I mean, this is the way I think about this and obviously I'm not a financial advisor.
I'm just a, a dude with an animation company that built something amazing.
So here's the deal with the dang thing, right?
I mean, you guys would invest in Tesla because of what they're building.
You guys would invest into Microsoft because of what they're building.
You'd invest in Apple because of what they're building.
We want you guys to have the same thought process when buying into Danny.
Like we don't want you guys to just look for a four minute trade.
We want you guys to invest into something that you want to be a part of a longterm.
You want to be part of the community.
You want to be part of the series.
You want to be part of the entire process, right?
Like that's what we created this for.
Like, this is not a short term.
We've been saying from the start, this is not a, like a pump and dump.
This is a longterm project that you're going to put into your back pocket.
You're going to hold a big bag and you're putting your back pocket and you're going
to check it out and you're going to be very happy along the way.
And you're going to be engaged in the community, engaged in the actual episodes.
And that's why we're doing things a little bit untraditional.
I've been showing my face.
I doxed my business from the moment we launch.
I go on, I, you know, I post pictures.
We have stories on telegram.
I post videos of my face all the time.
Um, literally everything that we do is so you guys understand exactly our thought process
and how we're getting to our goals and what we're doing to get there.
So it's like, we're building in public is the way I think about this.
Like everything that we're doing, we're explaining on a day-to-day basis.
I'm sending an update in the telegram.
Like, Hey guys, sorry, I'm missing today.
I just spent 30 hours with the new website designer that we hired and working to get this
all coded and ready to go.
I'll send this later tonight and I'm updating it.
Like you guys are my internal team, but there's 7,000 people in the telegram, you know what
And that's, uh, that's another reason I liked, uh, the Danny project was cause you guys were
Not only, you know, I feel like anybody can kind of be transparent just over a keyboard
quote unquote, but you guys are putting a name, you know, uh, a face to a name.
Um, and then, you know, it kind of incentivizes you guys to go harder.
Um, just cause everybody's kind of watching you guys and it kind of puts you guys
a trust perspective that, um, I mean, most kind of like meme coins out there right now
are just, uh, lacking, um, but people still kind of invest in them.
So the fact that you guys are out there, your faces are out there, it's, it kind of gives
me more, more trust on the project.
So, um, but yeah, I mean, yeah, I, again, feel free to request to speak.
Uh, we got, uh, you know, we've got like eight minutes left, uh, to kill.
So, um, yeah, if you, I'll, I'll give you guys like 30 seconds or so.
Uh, but if not like Danny, you, anything else you want to, you want to mention?
Um, yeah, I mean, so kind of my thought process is guys, we have episodes that come out every
We have, so obviously we have one coming out tomorrow.
You know, we, we hang out with the community, you know, sometimes I go online and I gamble
on kick, you know, we do VC live streams, you know, obviously I'm on camera, we do a
So join the community, give us a follow on Twitter.
If you guys aren't a holder yet and you want to become a holder, but maybe you don't have
money or maybe you just want to add to your bag, turn post notifications on, on our Twitter.
Not only do we do giveaways literally like every day or every other day in the telegram
and on Twitter, but we have a script writing and a actual submission process and contest
that's coming up today where you can submit your ideas for the DJ and Danny franchise,
You can submit your audio if you're a music producer, or maybe you just have a great voice.
And if we pick you and we use it, the community votes on it.
And Danny, you know, this is open.
I mean, we might pick five winners.
It's as many good scripts as we want to use.
And as long as the community, uh, you know, votes on it.
So go ahead and give us a follow, join our telegrams and look forward to that.
I mean, like I said, guys, if you're not a bag holder, you just want to add to
it, you know, use your creative brain and submit some cool ideas and, and, and load
up on your bag because we're not stopping.
I'm full-time Danny, you know, to give, to give some reference.
I have completely, you know, dissolved like 99% of my other company and I'm all in on
I work on this 20 hours a day.
I sleep, you know, three to four hours a day and we're just cooking full-time.
So I added, uh, DJ and Brian in the, uh, in the space.
You know, at lunch right now, just trying to get into the, uh, the space.
Thanks for being here as I always see you in all of our spaces.
So shout out to you and shout out to all the active community members that are always
following and joining in on everything that we do, commenting, you know, retweeting, joining
the spaces means the world to us.
Well, the content, and I can't wait for the, uh, the vegan Danny pop figure eventually.
And any, any other questions or anything, any questions or that was pretty much it.
I think that might've been it.
Uh, no, that's, that's what's up.
Uh, we love, um, yeah, we love Danny.
So anybody that loves Danny, uh, we embrace him.
Um, yeah, I don't see anybody else.
We got somebody called Rio boss.
Hey, we're doing something early for you.
Like, it's been a while since I could, uh, join the, the, the voice calls.
It was unbearable for me.
I've been following Danny since like 400 market cap or so.
And, uh, yeah, I, I saw your first, uh, video chat on TG, uh, for like six hours or so.
And this is like, this is my most bullish, uh, project on Solana as far as meme coins go.
So, like, this is not, for me, this is not just like, uh, put a lot of money and get money back.
This is more like, I, I really want to see this, like, go far, like, uh, maybe Netflix or something like any platform that just could give us some exposure, you know?
Like, cause I think this really has potential to go far, you know?
Like, I really believe in this project and that's why I be keeping, uh, pumping my bags as, um, as much as possible, you know?
Thank you so much for the kind words.
Um, no, that's what's up.
And we definitely, yeah, I mean, the fact that you guys are, are transparent and, uh, the fact that Danny, your face is,
it's kind of like out there and people kind of recognize you and you engage personally with the community.
I think it's, uh, it's a super plus.
I don't really see that, um, with a lot of projects.
So, uh, the trust factor is, is there.
That was the goal, right?
I mean, that's why I was like, I'm going to show my face from the start.
So they know we're not doing anything stupid.
We're building a real company.
Um, yeah, anybody, it doesn't seem like there's anybody else.
So, uh, Danny, I appreciate the time.
Any, any closing, any closing words you want to say?
Uh, again, shout out everybody that showed up.
I mean, we appreciate the time.
Anybody, anything else you want to say, bro?
Well, first and foremost, thank you.
Thanks for giving us, uh, you know, an opportunity on your platform and for being a supporter.
I mean, much love and appreciate all the work you're doing for us.
And yeah, I mean, like I said, guys, I mean, as, as far as what we're doing here is we're,
we're building in public, we're building something really great.
And, you know, follow us on Twitter, join the telegram.
It doesn't matter if you're a holder right now.
There's always opportunities for you guys to add to your bag or get bags through our giveaways,
through whatever, um, you know, check out the series, do your own research, look at the
website that comes out, check out the white paper, check out the roadmap and, you know,
let us know what you think.
If we can improve on anything, if we can do anything better, our DMS are always open.
You know, we're a community driven, we're literally crowdsourced like content.
So, you know, all of your guys' advice and recommendations are, you know, much needed.
Uh, that's, that's pretty much it.
So Danny, appreciate the time, bro.
We'll definitely be talking, uh, in the backend.
So, um, you know, excited, uh, to help you guys out and, uh, yeah, uh, Joe, we also
appreciate the time you hopped in for a little bit.
So shout out you as well.
Thank you for this opportunity.
Thank you for this opportunity.
Top of the week, everybody.
