Hey guys, what's going on? Good morning. Happy, happy Monday. Today we got a special guest in the building. We got people talking, Max from their teams on here. What's going on Max? How are you?
Hi everyone, hi JJ. I'm good. Thank you. And you're pretty good, you know, getting back from from the weekend. There was a hectic weekend, but we're we're back on it. So one, thanks for, you know, thanks for being here with us today, spending some of your time on, you know, on this
I mean, let's just kick it off. So tell us a little bit more about you, kind of like your background. And I mean, how did you even end up in people? Yeah, that's a great question. So yeah, I'm not, and I'm from, I'm, I'm in people.
I'm actually one of the oldest volunteers in Pitbull not by age but by time there. So I've seen it all, let's put it this way. And my story is pretty, I guess unique because I was just a normal investor in
in Pitbull, I remember I joined like two weeks after or even less actually, when Pitbull was born and I was really really active on the chat, on the Telegram chat and I remember one of the admins from that time asked me "hey man
you're very active, you want to be part of the team, you want to volunteer in it. And I say yes, yes of course, and that's how my journey in PitBoost started. So I didn't have a proper background
crypto before but I learned along the way. Now it's more than two years that have been a volunteer of Pitbull. Absolutely, you know, super. It's always cool to see how members of the community are participating and just try
support the project and then they get a role within the project itself. I think it's awesome. So, no, that's what's up. So, I guess, I was a, what's the history, I guess, behind people, like how did it start? Yeah. Yeah, that's that's a very unique story as well. So,
So, Pitbull was born on BSE, now BNB Chain, on March 2021. So, it has been alive for more than two years now, we just passed the two-year mark. And to this day, the original developer is not known because he created Pitbull and the left shortly after, after a renowned
in the contract and everything else. And the community picked it up basically. So a one per true person actually started to work on it and then and then in came me then in came other guys and we started to you know help to help it grow to the best of our
And that's why people is 100% community owned because we, the team, me and the other members of the team, we basically don't have access to anything. We don't even have team wallet, for example. We're all volunteers.
really fell in love with the idea of a project that could be run entirely by the community and without adding external funds, you know, because everything you see in people, every use case we build, everything, every listing was done by the community, for the community,
for free basically we never really paid for anything because because well we don't we don't own tokens so we are now I'm not getting paid for example I'm not I'm a volunteer and I do it because you know I started because I was curious so I wanted to have and now I can say
that are really, you know, falling along with the process. And I really like it. I like to be part of this thing in this community. Absolutely. No, that's that's what's up. So tell us, I mean, for those that don't know, you know, what is people talking and, you know, you kind of touch a little bit on
some cool features of people and other quote unquote being told. Yeah, sure. As I said, we have built an entire ecosystem around the token. We have multiple use cases.
We have of course a swap, we have a pit stop which includes the swap, the chart and everything between. We have pit safe which is a very unique use case. For now works only for BNB Chamber, we want to make it work for every chain that helps
recognize the legitimate projects from not so legitimate let's put it this way and the other cool thing of people are the tokenomics because it has built in tokenomics of on the contract which will
be forever like that, they can't be changed. And so on every transaction, which is buy, sell and transfer, 2% goes to every older, so there's a nice form of sticking and 2% goes to that wallet, which again nobody has access to it. And a cool thing is that just with the transaction
section so just with the 2% of the burning we managed to burn 1/5 of the supply which is 10 quadrillion tokens just with burning alone and just with the transaction alone in the tokenomics which is pretty cool in my opinion because yes I'm
Alburn is not possible, of course. Nobody has access to the loop. And yeah, that's one of the coolest things in my opinion, because over time, the supply gets less and less and less and less. And I think that's one of the coolest things.
obviously depends on volume so during the the bull market we had way better burning rate but the good thing is that we don't have to do so yeah that's what goes in your opinion. Absolutely, I mean obviously
you touch a little bit on some of those features but what would you say are some of the main differentiators between people and maybe some of its competitors slash mean tokens out there what are some of the things that made you guys stand out.
Yeah, I think well, first of all, we are one of the other circumstances going strong. I think that itself is a good sign like people enjoy. Obviously people always do for the new things, but also
people always seek for a good history I think. So it was really never had any controversial stuff. And that's because, and that's the reason why I fell in love with it. It's because
It can't happen to me because it's completely centralized. So nothing ever, no bad person can ever do anything to it. Not me, not other members of the team, nobody, basically.
Bitcoin if you will. And I think that's what really made people stand out because over the years we just kept building and kept growing and we still do it this day. We don't really care about the market is good or bad.
Green or red we don't we just keep going you know and I think that's the main the main thing that differentiates pitbull from other tokens the fact that is completely centralized and therefore
I would say. Yeah, history proves that. Absolutely. Absolutely. You know, and you kind of alluded to this earlier on the AMA, but you guys, you know, it's, I think you're set, you say your third year out right now.
You said you said this was the third year of of people being out correct?
All right, so what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has- what has#
I think it makes me feel like I'm just continuing building and people are checking it in my opinion. Maybe all the projects when the market starts slowing down, they start to slow down.
as well. And we never really, we always get going basically. So I think that's the part that people enjoy the most, that people like the most.
Absolutely. So what are some of your guys' plans for 2023? What are some of the roadmap goals or... Yeah.
Yeah, so personally personally the one thing I'm most excited about is that so we have a very big community. We are the most that's talking to be change. We have more than five right now. So I think right now our focus focus should be you know more than growing of course growing by more than growing
will be adoption. And the one thing I'm most excited about is PITPay, which is a new use case that we are working on with now payments with our good partner now payments, which will basically make PITBool
able to be used as a form of actual payment. We will make you an example. We have a very big community in Turkey and in that community we have business owners and people who have businesses and you know over
years they always ask if it was possible to, you know, instead of getting paid in Fiat and then by Pitbull for example, if it was possible to get paid in Pitbull directly, you know, because they love the project, they believe the project and they want to get paid in
pit bulltops and over the last month I say start of 2023 we restart working on that and that is our next use case which will be pit pay and
It really will be the main aim of these use cases. It will be to use Pete Torrance as a form of payment, you know, because we have a very big community and
want to actually use the token and so I'd say that's the most exciting thing I'm most excited about regarding the new roadmap which is our third roadmap actually.
Absolutely and also you guys will be a white list that are you know added to zevics. You know a ray of tokens that people can send per second. You know employers or whoever you know whoever people want to send
payments too. So yeah, we are, you know, feel free to go to app.sevic.io if anybody's interested. And, you know, they want to send some some pit bull tokens around. So that's pretty much it for me. So what I'll do is I'll open it up to, you know,
Anybody that has any questions that's listening to us right now, feel free to request to speak and I'll get you guys in that way you guys can ask, you know, max any questions you guys might have so I'll give it a few seconds.
Alright, so there's one person called "Sauce Slime" requesting, so I'll add him.
So I'm you're on what's going on man. Yo what's up guys.
Pretty good. How are you bro? I'm just chilling bro. I'm hanging out. I saw this on my timeline. I wanted to jump in and I just wanted to be like basically this is a rug pool.
This one isn't doing anything. I've been around the space long enough to know that this is a lesson token. And yeah, bro, no one's going to use a pit bull token. It's a joke. It's like a, it's like a Chinese joke for Americans.
like because we like pit bulls and like she really new dogs so good luck bro I want to put this on your platform but if you're a skimmer to bro so be it all right that's all
Alright, Pooble, any response?
Thanks for having me, I've got to go.
Absolutely, bro. Thanks for the question. Comments.
- Hi, I'm doing great, thank you.
All right, so I don't know what's going on.
I guess that's it. So, yeah, it's a meme coin.
You know, you kind of have to invest in, you know, just see if, you know, if you're interested in that or not, Max, are you there?
All right, then we'll end this. I guess Max is not responsive. I would like to thank everybody for joining. Really appreciate your guys' time. And you know, that's pretty much it. Again, so meme coins have a rather complex context.
right so opinions kind of defer. Let's see what you know what people tokens kind of bring to the table. So I don't know what max thinks. But all right guys I'll let you guys go have a great rest of your week and you guys will catch us on the next one. Bye bye.
