We have built a powerful decentralized exchange mechanism, specially for the trading of fractional pieces of physical assets. Physical assets would be represented by NFTs, and we will use fractionalization technology to fractionalize a single ERC721 NFT into multiple, "equal" ERC20 tokens. Through this process, we can employ an orderbook approach towards the trading of fractional pieces of high value physical and digital assets, just like how a user can trade Bitcoin at Binance. In addition, our marketplace also encourages barter-trading, besides being able to trade fractional pieces of high value assets against stablecoins, users can also trade fractional pieces of a physical asset against fractional pieces of a digital asset. In other words, you can also look at our technology as a financial rendition of the Metaverse where we merge both the digital and physical realms together. The second use case functions primarily through supply-chain financing. By using the concept of Fractional NFTs, we can allow everyone to perform supply chain financing but in digestible bits, where a specific individual invests into selected units of production and earn the difference in value as the product moves up the supply chain. Only Web3.0 platform to combine IoT and Blockchain to create a viable solution to ensure trustlessness for real world asset trading via fractionalization and NFTs. The NEAR Digital Collective plans on doing this by helping to create the NEAR Constitution, a unifying document that enshrines the ideas of self-governance and decentralization into the core of how the NEAR ecosystem works.
