Overview The Harmonic Technology Guild is a NFT utilities and distribution technology development collective. We are a democratic decentralized autonomous company providing a full suite of NFT products and services. Product We build NFT utilities for musicians, music businesses, artists, and entrepreneurs. To serve our clients and their fans we provide: • decentralized audio and video consumption websites, • client domain-hosted, custom aesthetic NFT marketplaces, • in-person and online airdrop technologies, and • NFT-based digital community management and support tools. Our goal is to create online spaces for fan-to-artist micro-communities, where NFTs are the marker of ownership and the tool of interaction. Problem The social media and content monopolies have proven themselves to be bad actors. They have taken more than their fair share of revenues, set the prices for content consumption without regard to artist wishes, manipulated traffic, arbitrarily censored content, and in some cases failed to stop intellectual property rights violations. Solution Our system is designed to help usher in the new era of media consumption by helping artists and fans free themselves the social media and content monopolies. Our democratic autonomous company will steward and administer a market of content creation and consumption. We will onboard artists and fans one by one, meeting them at concerts and festivals and through a network of business developers, labels, managers, and promotors. In onboarding these artists and fans, and collaborating with others in the content NFT space who share our values and transparency, we hope to bridge the gap to get positive network effect and become a primary front end for media consumption. Monetization For our artists we provide custom or pre-defined marketplace smart contracts which respect the collaborative nature of music creation, and management and label contracts. This technology enables us to immediately pass through revenues to everyone who collaborated on the art. It is also the primary component of how we are compensated for our services, alongside upfront build fees. Our group charges between 10-20% of the totally proceeds of sale and 1-2% of continuing sales. With this royalty share, we are able to immediately compensate various middlemen as well, especially influencers, independent managers, and promoters. In addition to our compensation model, smart contract based royalties are paired with decentralized data storage to compose our firm’s governance. They are our voting percentages, membership units for our LLC, and the splits of dividend distribution. We looking to raise funds to support our mission.

Silicon Craftsmen Guild is a community-led working group supported and funded by the NEAR Foundation, whose sole focus is to develop and advance the Web 3.0 Product Design and User Experience (UX) standards. Silicon Craftsmen founding team is made up of early crypto adopters — OGs with experience with a wide range of protocols, Product Designers — obsessed about the user and building magical experiences, and Builders — creative problem solvers who hustle to make things happen. Now we are uniting under one banner, joining forces under one guild to leverage each others’ knowledge and experience, and, most importantly recruit others like us to help us design the dApps that will onboard the next million users to de decentralised Web 3.0.

A community building and marketing focussed guild within the NEAR ecosystem dedicated to supporting individuals and projects.

At this cross section of blockchain and climate change, the Corpsemen will be the crypto-public facing side of the OFP. We will be the ones communicating the project to the crypto audience and galvanizing the community surrounding its token – $OPN – which is scheduled to publicly launch early next year. In short, it is the Corpsemen’s job to make sure that the rest of the crypto world understands that the future of crypto is green and has a key place in the new carbon economy. In the early days of OFP, before the token launch, the Corpsemen will be the early community of OFP. Our doors will be open to those early adopters looking to learn, research, and discuss all things OFP. As the early community, we will be preparing for the OFP community to come, laying out the blueprint for the ecosystem. By the time of the token launch, the Corpsemen will be one of the pillars of the newly emerging OFP community. You may understand the “OFP Corpsemen” in the way you understand “Navy Corpsmen”: an elite task force in service to the community.
