The self-proclaimed superior species have sought to express their power through two of its most powerful expressions - that of creation and that of control. The story of Colossus follows the path taken by Veradys, a Draegon slave who as a youth was brought before the leader of the Draegon rebellion and over many years has trained to become an elite assassin. In this role, Veradys is now tasked with eliminating the advisory legislative body of Primes known as ‘The Council’. However, this mission becomes complicated after she falls in-love with a draegon-Prime hybrid named Caleb who has been protected and kept hidden by his Prime father. Together Veradys and Caleb will both win battles and lose battles. They will discover friend amongst foe, and will make powerful allies and enemies alike. Their love will be a beacon of light throughout their journey.
