Overview The Harmonic Technology Guild is a NFT utilities and distribution technology development collective. We are a democratic decentralized autonomous company providing a full suite of NFT products and services. Product We build NFT utilities for musicians, music businesses, artists, and entrepreneurs. To serve our clients and their fans we provide: • decentralized audio and video consumption websites, • client domain-hosted, custom aesthetic NFT marketplaces, • in-person and online airdrop technologies, and • NFT-based digital community management and support tools. Our goal is to create online spaces for fan-to-artist micro-communities, where NFTs are the marker of ownership and the tool of interaction. Problem The social media and content monopolies have proven themselves to be bad actors. They have taken more than their fair share of revenues, set the prices for content consumption without regard to artist wishes, manipulated traffic, arbitrarily censored content, and in some cases failed to stop intellectual property rights violations. Solution Our system is designed to help usher in the new era of media consumption by helping artists and fans free themselves the social media and content monopolies. Our democratic autonomous company will steward and administer a market of content creation and consumption. We will onboard artists and fans one by one, meeting them at concerts and festivals and through a network of business developers, labels, managers, and promotors. In onboarding these artists and fans, and collaborating with others in the content NFT space who share our values and transparency, we hope to bridge the gap to get positive network effect and become a primary front end for media consumption. Monetization For our artists we provide custom or pre-defined marketplace smart contracts which respect the collaborative nature of music creation, and management and label contracts. This technology enables us to immediately pass through revenues to everyone who collaborated on the art. It is also the primary component of how we are compensated for our services, alongside upfront build fees. Our group charges between 10-20% of the totally proceeds of sale and 1-2% of continuing sales. With this royalty share, we are able to immediately compensate various middlemen as well, especially influencers, independent managers, and promoters. In addition to our compensation model, smart contract based royalties are paired with decentralized data storage to compose our firm’s governance. They are our voting percentages, membership units for our LLC, and the splits of dividend distribution. We looking to raise funds to support our mission. |

Who we are 1-UP is a blockchain game and metaverse project created by KA Labs. We’re attacking the PC and mobile eSports crowd with a 2D platform battling game and metaverse with built-in custom content creation tools. We believe gaming is what will ignite mass adoption of Web3 technology. Legacy companies like Atari, GameStop, EA Sports, and Ubisoft are entering the blockchain gaming market. At the same time, high level employees and creative directors from AAA studios are starting their own companies looking to leverage NFT technology and blockchain compatibility into new projects. This is a market poised to erupt. Our core team is comprised of 10 members and 2 advisors spread across the globe that came together in 2020 with the idea of creating a game we would all want to play ourselves. The decision to include blockchain integration came from recognizing a burgeoning market that would allow true asset ownership for gamers and a mechanism for an independent studio to compete with the major players in the gaming market. We are small, but battle tested. Our two tech leads have a combined 12 years of experience in the game dev and Web3 space and our product manager previously managed a mobile game with 10 million downloads. So far we have raised roughly $200k from our token presale and another $225k from pre-seed investments. We are next looking for a seed raise of $1.75m to support marketing and user adoption, 15 months of product development, and team salaries and expansion. This would include setting up a unified studio in Vietnam to put our team under one roof. Our MVP game build will go to mainnet early Q4 2022 closely followed by our NFT mints. About our game The 1-UP platform allows users to deposit the 1-UP (ERC-20) tokens to enter tournaments and earn rewards. The available games are based on classic retro style platformers like Mario, Metroid, and Contra that gamers know and love. Players battle against each other in Team DeathMatch, and Battle Royale style competitions for a chance at a piece of the reward pool. Those rewards can then later be withdrawn into 1-UP to be traded on the blockchain. Players will use NFT characters with unique traits integrated into the game with different profiles, clothing, armor, and weapons. The first season features popular internet and web3 figures seen in memes shared across Twitter, Discord, and Telegram. Our flagship creation is the custom character builder, which will allow you to create the perfect look for your in-game avatar and also allows for the upload of your own artwork to create a character to play in 1-UP World. Eventually users will be able to mint these characters as NFTs to list for sale on the open market. A player will enter the game through the 1-UP metaverse and explore for treasures, meet other players to chat or battle, ride in cars, tanks, and helicopters, and also choose their preferred game type. The initial launch will feature two world themes on our custom game engine: Retro World and Meme Arena. Retro World will feature simple 8-bit pixel platforms and art that are more familiar to fans of the side-scroller platformers from the NES and SNES era. Meme Arena is where your anime-style 2D NFTs and custom art can be integrated into a similar platform-style battler. Both styles allow for all match types where the winners leave with the largest share of rewards. Creative-minded users who may not want to play for rewards can also use the drag-and-drop level builder to create a custom level-design NFT and earn revenue from its use in 1-UP World. A game marketplace will allow purchase of game packs, weapons, vehicles, time boosters (to repair damaged armor and weapons), as well as loot box keys and a character rental system. 1-UP token holders are incentivized to lock their tokens into the game as virtual 1-UP where they can receive a portion of the reward pool based on their holding percentage and have a chance at periodic airdrops of NFTs, weapons, tokens, and more. Later updates will continue to expand on the game play, solo campaigns, levels, character skins, and allow for more communities to integrate their NFTs. Plus we have plans for guild creation and more robust advertising inside the game to provide additional revenue to support development. |
