foremost i am your host my name is joe d'antoni i'm the ceo of kocha creations our first product
is kocha.lol and the oysters so that's something that we're pretty excited about we've been building
and working on this for about three years now it's been a long time coming started out as
just a regular digital collectible project. We wanted to add some benefits to holders, provide some real utility,
and it sort of evolved into this launch pad on Solana that I'm going to get into a little bit
in a second. But first, I'll tell you guys about the oysters. Our little motto that we have is the
world is your oyster. And it's a shucked up one we're living in. You might as well make the most
of it. That's sort of what we're rolling with. And we think we're doing a lot of stuff to try and align
the community to be as sustainable as possible. So some things that we've done for the oysters,
first and foremost, we have professional artists that put together all of the assets
or that hand drew all of the art for the oysters. So one of our artists has been a
professional design lead on different teams for about seven years now. His name is Eskitan. He
actually created the oyster character and then we brought on board Ryan Katam. He's worked for
Nickelodeon Studios. He's worked for HBO, Warner Brothers. He was a lead animator for SpongeBob SquarePants, Marvel Black Panther, the animated version. He's worked for hbo warner brothers he was a lead animator for spongebob squarepants
marvel black panther the animated version um he's worked for literally some of the biggest ip on the
planet as a lead animator he actually co-created the other half of the art for us so we're very
lucky to have two amazing amazing artists on our team that developed the art and then for the first
time ever you guys the ones minting, the ones
in our community, are going to actually get to pick all of your assets for your oyster. So we
have both male and female oysters and different characteristics. So you can actually go ahead and
pick whatever eyes, whatever hat, whatever shirt, et cetera, resonates the most with you.
Therefore, also, because everyone is picking their assets,
at the very end, your rank or the rarity of your oyster is going to be determined by what everyone
else picked. So we're calling this organic rarity. It's a new system. We do have some one of ones
that will be randomly airdropped to people that are minting. However, this organic rarity system
is something that we're very proud of
and something that we're able to bring
actually to the kosha.lol launchpad as well.
So you guys, the minters,
are going to be able to pick
all of your assets that you want.
And then the hats, for example,
the hats that are picked the most by everyone,
those are the least rare or the most common.
And the hats that are picked the least,
those will be the most rare or the most common. And the hats that are picked the least, those will be the most rare or the least common.
So it's a pretty fun gamification of the rarity or gamification of the mint process.
We're really excited to see how that plays out.
Are people just going to pick the stuff that they like and that they resonate with?
Or are they going to try and pick what they think less people are going to pick and therefore will be more rare?
So very interesting mint mechanics
there. And that's only possible because of kosha.lol and our co-creator studio over there.
So again, professional artists, you get to design your oyster and you're also going to have IP rights
or intellectual property rights over your oysters. More specifically, what we're promoting or what we're granting is what's
called non-exclusive commercial rights with creator retention and hate speech. In English,
what that means is as a holder, you have the right to commercialize your digital collectible.
However, as the creators or the owners of the company, we reserve the right to terminate the
use of the NFT if you're making money and it
has to do with like hate speech or anything like that. We just don't want our professional, we are
a real business registered in the United States, Kosher Creations, and we just have to, you know,
abide by certain guidelines. So we want you guys to do what you want with your oysters and to
promote them and, you know, do whatever you want, make money, commercialize. However, it has to do with hate speech. We just can't be having that as a real
company registered in the U.S. So professional art, ability to create your oyster at Mint,
you have intellectual property rights. And then we also are granting your oyster is going to be the
key to getting access to our corporate partners. And really what they are is it's going
to be an ever evolving list, starting off small, and then it's going to get bigger and bigger,
hopefully, and all these partnerships will change. But what we've done over time,
but what we've done is we've reached out to different corporations that we think align
with our narrative and align with our community, specifically revolving around being a balanced
human. So we have different partnerships with different travel agencies and different like
bots or trading indicators. We've partnered with companies to create unique trading indicators for
the first time that they've actually done it. This company, TMO Capital specifically,
has been making indicators for about 10 years now. And
we're lucky enough to partner with them to bring you guys these trading indicators, but signaling
for Ethereum, Bitcoin, Solana, et cetera. So we have some travel benefits, we have some monetary
benefits, and then we also have some gym or some physical wellness benefits as well. We partnered
with some different gym chains and we're going to continue to do so.
And as well as, like I said, that's an ever evolving list. It's a growing list. And these are real businesses, real corporations that really the only reason we're even able to partner with
most of them is because of the NFT technology or digital collectible technology. This serves as
your token gated access to our website. Many of these different
corporations require you to have username password access or your community to have username password
access or some sort of wall behind where their links are. And this is a perfect use for digital
collectibles and us to show their value or function. So whether you're here for the art,
whether you're here to build, you like the
oysters and you want to create some IP or use it to commercialize, or you're here because we have
some different benefits that revolve around being a balanced human, then we try to have a little bit
of everything for everyone with the oysters. Last but certainly, I guess two more things.
Second to last thing, we're also donating a portion of our revenue to charity, more
specifically different oyster restoration causes, um, different like Chesapeake Bay
foundation and, um, different, just ecosystem, like environmentally friendly and like ecosystem
restoration projects, um, NGOs, et cetera.
Um, not the, hopefully not the corrupt ones.
We're trying to do as much research as possible, but a small percent of our
revenue will go to those different charities. We have, I think, about four picked out right now.
One, like I said, is in Maryland or Chesapeake Bay. One, I think, is in New York City. And then
I know that there's at least one global partnership or one global charity. And I forget the fourth one
if I'm keeping it real. But so look forward to that. And last, but certainly not least, this is the Genesis collection for kosha.lol. This is the
alpha test for our new launch pad coming to Solana. So let me go ahead and rotate into that.

First things first, like I said, we're going to be talking about kocha.lol. Very briefly,
this is our new digital collectible launch pad on Solana. It's going to be on Solana at first,
but our goal is to be the most simple, the most powerful and the most transparent launch pad period. And of course, we're going to expand
into different types of software and things like that. So simple, there's no coding required. You
just show up to the website. If you want to upload, you know, an image, a collection, whatever,
you just plug and play. There's no need for JSON files or any of that stuff. Within five minutes, as long as you have your information typed up,
you can just click all the way through and be ready and uploaded
and have your digital collectibles ready for purchase by your community.
So very simple, very powerful, because there's a couple of different things
that we're doing to separate ourselves from the current competition.
One of them is what I talked about with the oysters, what we're calling that co-creator studio.
This is a part of our website where if you are, it's more geared towards typically like 10k PFP
collections, but we have other benefits for all sorts of artists, no matter if it's a 10k PFP
collection, music, et cetera. But this specifically, this co-creator studio is allowing for that organic rarity.
So now if you're launching a collection and you want the different people in your community to actually pick the assets,
you can go ahead, use this tool, upload all the images, and then at Mint, it's like a 2000s video game, essentially.
You can sort of scroll through all the different assets and pick whatever ones
resonate the most with you or whatever you think is going to be the most rare. So this is something
that is unique to kosha.lol. We also have what's called tether plus mechanics, or at least that's
what we're calling it right now, or tether plus payment options for collectors, or I guess if
you're a collection creator or you're an artist, this gives you more freedom, more flexibility, and a little more power over your own token, especially if you have your own SPL token.
Solana goes up 10% one day, down 20% the next day, up 20% the next day.
And then you constantly have to adjust your prices all the time to buy and sell things
or for people to purchase your NFT.
Now you can just tether the price if you'd like to, to a US dollar amount.
And then whenever the minter goes to mint, our tool will automatically calculate.
For example, for the oysters, if we're $24.99 or $27.99, it will automatically calculate, for example, for the oysters, if we're, you know, 24.99 or 27.99,
it will automatically calculate whatever 27.99 worth of Solana is so that you don't have to
constantly be adjusting the prices all the time. Not only that, but if you have your own token
and you're on Solana, you can actually tether your token price at a discount from that.

minter. You'll be able to see the different breakups for mints and how much does go into
whitelist holders, et cetera, for the first time ever. So while we're not, of course, we're never
going to be able to totally get rid of all of the scams and all the scammers out there, we're at
least trying to provide consumers with as much information as possible to make a correct purchase

of robust it's not simple it takes a little bit of effort to put the review garnishing some real
reviews from real individuals that you work with we have complete badge systems, organically and paid. So there's a premium badge
system, which is paid, and there's an organic badge system, which you garnish through reviews
and your portfolio. We also have things coming like ID Verify, KYC, and KYB to strengthen up
that process more. But obviously, it's a marketplace, so there will be competition there.
So that's why we urge everyone to start getting in there right now.
Start building your portfolio because the best time to get in in any project, whether
it's a meme coin or a startup, it's usually in the beginning.

I guess I'm curious for you guys, what's the path to profitability here?
Is there some sort of like, what's the path to profitability here? What's the model that you
guys are looking at? Is it a subscription service or per Lurk or how's that going to work in the
future? Yeah, before I answer that, I do want to mention though, we are working on ways for you as
a host to go into your Lurk space on Lurky and modify it.
If you see an error or if you see a coin mentioned
that is not the right one,
you can go in and add oyster boobs, for example.
Or you can, if you see like a coin
that was transcribed a little bit differently,
you can make those modifications
so that you can provide an accurate representation
and accurate summary to your community. But as far as monetization is concerned, we are
moving towards a subscription model. And we've had a couple of, we're getting close to revealing
that. But long story short, we're excited to, to, uh, to wrap this up
into a nice subscription model, um, and provide some great functionality and some great value
depending on who uses the part of the product. It's just a great idea. Gosh, it blows my mother
freaking mind thinking about all this AI stuff and listening to me and
probably train a voice on myself. God knows no one would listen to it. But yeah, I really like
what you guys are doing. It's such an interesting concept. People are definitely getting lazier and
lazier like myself. I'm just looking for the alpha, pull out the highlights. What's the spark notes
of the space? I think a lot of people are going to want to sit into all
of these. My goal with these longer four hour spaces, people will break them up. But now it's
nice to know that they have the option of just reading the highlights, seeing who showed up,
what projects were there, what alpha they dropped in a quick and easy format, I think is really
beneficial. Do you, do you guys have any, can I pull out any alpha from you
in terms of pricing, like what we're looking at?
And is it like maybe per yearly thing
or per like Lurk, Lurk alert?

And actually Lurk alert thing is something we discussed
at length the other day on Friday. And for those who
don't know, it was it was brought up the other day on a space and it was, it was just the idea
where you would basically tell Lurky what you would like to, to have Lurky listen to for you.
And then, and then somehow get a notification, maybe it could be a DM to your X account saying like,
this coin was just mentioned on the space
or Joe just started his space.
So we're trying to do some sort of lurk alerts
and we think it would be really valuable for you all.
So we're thinking of a couple of things.

but we want it to be low enough
so that we can build some market adoption,
but also provide a lot of good value.
We are thinking having some sort of monthly subscription,
there may be an option to lock in a lower cost yearly rate.
And then we're also considering a lower cost early lurker rate.
And we're nailing down these specifics.

is that we created this blockchain contract to be traded with a small tax on transactions,
blockchain contract to be traded with a small tax on transactions, 1% buy, 1.5% sell, built to scale
and nothing to scare traders away because we live off of that volume and that is how we donate.
So we've already donated to five other charities, which are coolearth.org was the first one. Then the global penguin society.org. Then save the children.org.

So I'm also a metal artist in my city.
I have proof of work with a consignment contract with an art gallery,
Birchwood Art Gallery
in Winnipeg, Manitoba, located on Pemina Avenue.
I reached out to the Moonsters during this project, and I really seen everything that's
going on.
I'm a small business owner.
I registered a business just over a year ago.
I've been trying to build that, get myself into fine art and work for myself.

to listen and grow and be a sponge and then when I came across Moonsters and decided to um go full
full out when I do something I like to overdo it I never underdo something and I'm putting my heart
and soul um into this project with building a sculpture that the founder has sanctioned me to do.
The Moonsters community has supported it and sanctioned it as well.
They've grown my account to over 500 followers now and growing.
That is statistics of the growth.
Someone mentioned about if you have a community
of a thousand members or more they should be helping you I'm new we have
spaces Sasquatch was hosting a space learning teaching people about how to
monetize your account liking growing what to do how to not get notified as a
spam account and get shadow banned I'm learning a lot in these spaces
and it's the Moonsters that have been providing that opportunity for me to learn and be able to
diversify my portfolio. I've learned about staking NFTs in the process. I want to start learning
about leverage trading, but I'm just taking one step at a time
um if i have a question about anything in the space of late night i'm allowed to go up on stage
and voice and ask a question to one of the vets and they'll take their time and and explain
something to me and i'm like okay thank you and i'm still not doing leverage trading yet i'm still taking
my time i just wanted to give myself the respect to learn as it is a craft crypto is a craft in
itself man i'm a welder i've been doing it for 15 years i'm still learning to this day about new
things in the industry and it's the same thing with crypto man it's gonna take years to learn about hardware software
um platforms network fees all that good stuff so thank you very much joe for having me on the

the stuff that they're working on, another consistent figure. And then I think I said Van Doge, and then we

that I'm familiar with that I personally reached out to invite. And then at the very end, we're
going to bring up a whole bunch of newer faces to myself
to go ahead and chill so without further ado baba how's the yard looking bro no man it's almost
done i came in to hop on here real quick but joe man man this has been in a great space i i've been
lucky enough even though i've been working been lucky enough to listen in the whole time and i'll
tell you what i mean there's some powerhouse projects up here. It's been awesome to see. I'm going to
have to go through and catch up on all this and follow more people and stuff. Usually I can sit
here and be active with that. And this time was a little different, but it's been, yeah, it's been
awesome. So I'll just jump right into what I'm up here for. And, you know, I mean, this this has just been this is a prime example of what we're doing here.
Why I'm with the Ninja Cat. So I am Bubba Gump. I'm with a community.
It's a CTO on Solana. We took it over.
Man, we're going on eight months now. Conviction is huge for me. I don't jump around projects. And when I plug
into something, I am holding it tight. That's it. I don't like giving up on stuff. I have given up
on very, very, very little in my life. And that's why I do what I do. So we took it over a while
back. And it was kind of rough. I mean, a lot of projects go through
that rough phase, you know, the ups and downs, the bad actors, all that good stuff. I've been in this
space for many, many years. So I've seen a lot of stuff, like a lot of us here. And I kind of knew
what was going to happen. We'd have our initial pump and then we'd come back down and then the
dust would settle and then we'd have a true community. That's to me when you start building. And that's exactly what happened. We pumped to,
when we took it over, it was at a 5k market cap. I did not hold a ton of supply at that time. I was
part of the CTO team, I guess you'd call it. And I was just there to have some fun. Hey,
if we made a little money, cool. And it turned into something totally different for me. And that's where we're at. So I am the lead now through some bad actors weeded out and some things that happened. I am the lead of the project. And this has been where we can really start coming together.
$2.1 million market cap. Currently we're at a $30,000 market cap. So it's a, it's an amazing
time to get in because now we're able to start really putting together what we want to. I come
from a management background. You know, I run a, I run a shop myself and a very small three,
four base shop. And we turned it into a, you know, $2.4 million last year shop. And that was
what I consider a bear market for our market.
You know, it's been rough.
We live in a town where hurricanes and everything always beat us up.
And a lot of places struggled and we just kept pushing through.
So we were building in that bear market.
And a lot of that I just bring right over to this project.
So what I focused on is community.
And I know we hear that all the time.
Oh, we got the best community. We're focused on is community and I know we hear that all the time oh we got the best community
we're focused on that what the hard part with community is most the time that you have a really
big community and an active community it usually comes with an active chart and when that chart
starts to die is when you start losing that community so I just kind of waited until we
got to that point where we knew who was here and who was with
us and we started working on investors to hold us a solid floor and that's the floor you're seeing
right now and these are guys that are invested for not one month not two x but years you know
I told them you know one to two year minimally before you're taking profits and a lot of them
aren't even into crypto they just want to invest in something they believe in. And that was of a go. So we brought some outside investors in, we built a nice, comfortable floor. And then from there, we started building. One of the big things that we brought in, in a something successful when you run a company or when you're looking at a project.
looking at a project, one thing that I've noticed is you've got to have like-minded people around
you and that includes your community. So I focused on building core values for the project
and we made that a team effort, you know, so I came up with kind of a baseline of our core values.
Who are we as people? Who are we as Ninja Cat? Who, you know, do you want to be part of that?
Is that something that you want to invest in and spend your time with so we created our core values um i can put it up top here later on but i think it's a it's a
huge thing i think a lot of communities should look into a vision and core values so people know
that's that's in my opinion how you get true believers you're going to get people that are
going to actually invest and then hold on to it and then help push it uh moonsters is a prime
example of that.
I mean, there's some powerhouses up here,
and I'm not going to go into all that,
but they are a prime example of bringing people in
that have that same mindset.
So that's been a major focus with us.
From there, the community obviously is number one to me.
We don't have utility.
We are a CTO.
So everything we do, we weren't able to implement taxes
and everything else into the project.
So that does give a challenge.
It makes it harder to be able to do stuff
like a lot of projects can when they are devs
and they're building it and making the contract.
So we have to get inventive.
We have to think outside of the box.
And I think we've got a few things in line for that.
Eventually, we will be dropping an NFT project.
In my opinion,
NFTs sometimes when they're dropped too fast
or they're dropped wrong,
they can just be looked at as cash grabs.
You know, it's a big cash grab for a dev team or a project.
So I really, really focused my energy
over to the NFT side of crypto to bring
that in to say, okay, how does it work? How, how does this, how do we go about this with
our community and thought in mind? And that's what we've been doing. So we've been, we've been
learning a lot about that side of it. So when we're ready to do the NFT side, A, it's a revenue
coming in. B, it's going to reward your
holders. It's going to help them out. And C, I love helping other people. I love being able to
bring people in and pay them to provide a product for us. So all of our artwork, there were a few
that were AI, but most of pretty much 95% of the artwork you see on our project is hand-drawn.
I do believe in, you know, still the art of the person, you know, I'm not against AI, but I love
being able to support somebody and give them something in return for providing something for
us. So we're big on hand-drawn stuff. So all of our art is hand-drawn. Our NFT project will be hand-drawn.
That's a decision that we made a while back when that time comes. But another cool thing that we
did, a lot of it with communities, it's really hard to get a solid community built. It's the
most difficult thing in a project, in my opinion. So one thing that we really brought into it is focusing on uplifting
community members, you know, the little guy, you know, I've been the little guy in many projects,
and it's like, Oh, I have good ideas, but I'm afraid to tell them or I'm afraid to do this,
or I don't have a platform for it. So we focus on trying to provide and really empower that,
you know, come out of your shell. and let's do something, let's make
something of it. I started a cooking show, it's really not cooking, we're not, I'm not physically
sitting there cooking something. But I wanted to bring health into the space, I wanted to bring,
you know, the knowledge of what you're actually eating out there, the sugars and this and that.
And in order to do that, created a space around it, we call it
Ninja Cat Cooks. And what it does is it's also showing community members what's out there, you
know, what you can do as you're part of a community. It's like, man, I am not part of this team. But
hey, I love cars. So why don't I do a space on automotive repair? And now you have a whole
different part of that community being
uplifted and supported. So that's been a big thing for us is just uplifting community members,
trying to bring that value into it. You know, we started a program called Paw It Forward.
And basically we created a wallet and we pin it up to the top and we have a community member
that's in need. You know, everyone goes through hardships.
It happens in life.
So rather than throwing 20 bucks at a project that's not going to be there tomorrow, we
said, hey, let's throw 20 bucks in this wallet for a community member that can use it.
Obviously, there's vetting in place.
And these aren't community members that have been with us for a week.
These are guys that have been with us for six, seven months, never asked for a penny.
They're just there supporting because they believe in what we're doing.
And we had one.
We had one popped up that needed a phone, man.
We raised $200 in two hours.
It was amazing seeing it.
A few days later, he posted the phone.
He's got it.
Boom.
Everything's good.
That's the power of community.
That, in my opinion, is what this is all about. And we have slowly been finding spaces and different people in this community. I mean, I could sit here and we're here for you know we've been here for
almost eight months now i mean i've been in the space every single day but for years but
um for ninja cat this is everything this is the first project for me i am happy to get up here
and talk to people about and and and try to get people to see what we're seeing so if you are down
there and you have an idea and you want support from a community, you don't even have to buy a bag. I'm not requesting anything out of it other
than you coming up and giving me that idea and saying, hey, how can we build this out? And let's
make that happen. So that being said, if you want to support something real, you want to help shape
the future of communities, or just enjoy the ride, right? We're the underdogs here. If you want to be part of an

Earn uses a unique system to create arbitration between multiple liquidity pools on different
chains. I think collectively we have about 25 current liquidity pools that are across multiple
different blockchains. And we're growing growing that all the time you know look different
tokens and different coins per se to add into that equation to make it so that the token just
keeps moving all the time um and creating that value capture with these different liquidity pool
mechanisms like clmms and dlmm pools which is what you have on radium versus meteor but yeah
definitely join check us out you know if you guys are looking to buy any tokens at the very bare minimum,
go post a message of being in this space with a screenshot,

So you don't even have to buy anything.
But if you guys want to some exposure to a multi-chain liquidity, pretty much index,
I would suggest go get some earned tokens on any chain,
preferably Solana because that's where the most liquidity is right now,

Yeah. So we have a community of actually several people like admins, but primarily it's me and my
wife for those who don't know. We're out of Chicago. She's actually the lead developer. So
she's the one that created the custom contrast script. This has never been a CTO. Since day one, October of 2023,
we've been here every single day,
grinding and building this project,
getting in on additional chains,
building different liquidity pools,
learning new tech with these different pool structures.
We have two NFT collections that are out

So yeah, it's been an experience.
Back when we launched, Solana was like 18 bucks per coin.
Look at that, base didn't even exist yet.

We were stress testing in our DAO since January.

We made some UI changes.
And then we actually ended up implementing some of our V2 little things into V1.
So this is V1 of Sharpie.fun.
V2 and V3 are already being worked on.
And we think it's going to change the game. And here's what's lucrative about it. Whether you're investing, launching, trading, referring it out and bringing exposure to the
platform, you're going to be rewarded for that. So say you take a platform
like Pump, right? And you make 300 million in a month. Not only with Sharbi do you get to hold
the meme coin, which it's a paid to hold meme token, but you now like own part of a platform

of people who don't know who I am I am community lead for Cypher AI we've been out for four months
out on the blockchain we're on the salon of network because we have a little token out there
as well that's not our priority but we have an actual application on our website if you follow up there and then also the main page cipher post cipher pages down in the listeners as well a lot of updates will
come off of that as well and you can always tune in so we started out with a
system just to go off of checking for the scans rugs off a pump fund and we've
graduated from there if you look up on our website
we actually have a scanning analysis for CAs pitch to you in there for salon
network you can look at the distribution of the wallets looking at the risk
analysis to the bundles and also we are potentially looking for gems out there
in Mario 2 that's which is harder and harder to find as well we started out
there and then we started building this application further and
further and further and we're actually in the process here at the moment of
releasing our update which is the X insights so to go out and verify that
that CA and the X account is correct and the validity of it and also looking at
trending analysis for it these tools are actually going to be free for everyone
be able to use out there in the market we just do not want to saturate
everything just trying to be paid fees because we really focused on the AI side
when we started to develop the AI side,
and we're still in the process of it, by the way, we realized the amount of information that we can
process so much faster involved in on the AI side. So on the AI side, we can take our insights
and go further into the training analysis and you can isolate
that training analysis to where it is being talked about who's talking about
it by and so on and that that etc we're going to release a lot more information
out on the market here in the next month on AI we're also looking at the trending
analysis for the token itself so going out and trading
tokens uh looking at highs lows by cells on that actual token and look at who's top who's buying
it and who's selling it um we have a lot more information we're going to release on the ai
we built the platform out here to be able to

I want to say attempt,
we can't completely clean up the environment
because we have so many tokens
that come on the market now per day.
Now we've gotten up to like 30,000,
now we're looking at closer to 120,000 tokens a day.
There's no way for anybody to scan through them.
The majority of them we all know is pretty much just
a flat out just want to rug at 4k down now we got the 24k down going down now so we have made a
system to be able to get retail traders that comes right off the street to be able to use to be able
to get involved in the crypto
industry without being rugged and scammed out here because we have so much
that going on and also a system that we have also looking for gems out there and
verification so when these companies release their gaming platform which the
gaming tokens or any company like that, any services out there,
we can have verification for that particular token because a lot of these gamers front run those companies.
So that happens quite often all the time.
That's probably happened to people here in this chat more than likely because it's just too common.
Again, we're trying to build a system out here to be able to have a safe environment for the traders also not only for the traders but now
since we've further developed our ai side uh for the host of spaces and hopes in arena as well
because when a token jumps up here and starts showing out their project. Well, we can have the access tools for a host
to be able to scan and analysis that token immediately.
So while they're up here speaking about it,
they can actually verify exactly what they're talking about
and see if they're not a scammer up here.
That generally doesn't happen overall.
However, we have other spaces where tokens do that and we've all seen
them where they run these tokens they will run these spaces to run a token
and it being an actual scam and it happens quite often unfortunately it's
quite often so again we were building system out here to be able to have for the retail environment
and to have a safer space also when we're done with a salon network building on top of it we're
going to move over to the other chains as well so not necessarily just on salon but base ethereum
etc sui as well so we're going to do that too so it is an entire meme coin and utility coin
sector that we're focused on uh there's long-term plans also for getting involved in alts for
training analysis only again we actually have a llc here in the united states uh just north of
houston texas to show you how much we're dedicated to the environment of building a service for people.
And now the AI side will be gated to the token, to the Cypher AI token, and also it'll be a paid service too, but the others will not be.
What will that entail, the requirements? We haven't released the information out just yet.
It's not going to be terribly expensive. It's going to be more paying $2 per scans, something like that, that nature.
We're not going out here and charging $600 a month for people or some people pay $600 a week for calls and things like that, too.
So, again, we're building something out here that you can get real-time data.
Again, you have these tokens that are running. Five million and five minutes and they are doing it in a way
that is very unethical, but it just happens. And if you wanted
to attempt to get involved in it and try to make to take your
lucky hand at it, if you have it, not saying I don't. I don't
have one of those. So any will have a system out there for you
to be able to do to check those and get that analysis as well.
So, again, we're trying to make a safe environment.

And then, on top of all this, I've gotten involved in the Mac CTO. I don't know if space has got up here to shill or not, but I just briefly I'm involved in that CTO. We're just a little small community CTO as well. It's fun. I'm helping out in it too. And it's for a little bit of a good cause. We're trying to build it up as well. So we're having NFTs on it,
and we're all talking about taking some of our profits and donating, if we make profits, to that
and donating to animal shelters out there.
We got a couple we're talking to potentially about doing that as well.
So it's a fun little project, and it's a fun community project too out there.
But Cipher ai is my business
it is our group's business that we're involved in cypher and the team and we're well dedicated
to the environment to building something that will change the course of mean coin trading
forever and it's hard work we've been chilling out here for four months and i know i've been
up here and talked about it before but it is a lot of hard work a lot've been chilling out here for four months, and I know I've been up here and talked about it before,
but it is a lot of hard work, a lot of data, a lot of input and output
we have to be able to do in checking before we throw it out here on the market.
But we're going to have it out here on the market, and it's going to be great,
and it's going to change the course of everything that's happening right now
in this sector because it needs to be done.
Something has to be done because we have way too many drop
coins and it's just liquidating the entire market and we're trying our best and also i encourage
competitors to do the same as well because if we can get competitors out here we can try to make
this a more safer market because the reason why is there's so many good projects up here good
good companies good people who are trying their very best, and their charts don't go really high.
And it's the same for us, too.
Our charts, it doesn't go really high as well because no one cares about slow growth, unfortunately.
They just want a quick green candle.
They think they can make a million dollars off $100 and not properly invest into companies.
And, again, I like to refer that to people who real serious about a lot of this this is a company
this is a business and this is the structure we should treat this as and and
if it is treated that way then we can all grow together safer and better and

here really really great and we need to or the world needs to see the web three space needs to
see what we're building together we're building in market conditions unfavorable conditions we
kept we keep showing up and that's really great that's really a plus for us that's really plus
for all the builders out there so shout out to you man you guys are doing really really great so
all right so uh let's just go uh we're just gonna do a recap of what we're building
our indices fight network and what's the latest updates so uh yeah sure so uh in this is fine
network what we're building is not just a token it's not just a platform is an infrastructure
to scale web3 all right what we mean infrastructure we're building a system
for people for project for web 3 enthusiasts for creators for builders for everyone who's
interested in web 3 to build systems to build network on the go plug and play without worrying
about complexity of smart contracts our codes and and back-end management and stuff like
that. So we're creating this infrastructure to allow onboarding of the Web3 communities
on-chain, right? So we're helping transition your community members from Web2 platforms into an on-chain ecosystem.
And we're doing this on the base network.
So here's what that looks like in reality.
So what we're doing, what we're doing is this.
You can, as a web developer, as a creator,
as a content marketer, as a web3 builder,
as a web3 enthusiast, you can create your online community with our
infrastructure just with a few clicks. And this online community is backed by smart contracts
and is saved on the blockchain, deployed on the blockchain. and we then provide a front-end interface where you can
uh communicate and interact with your decentralized autonomous community right so we have a factory
where you launch your dac which is your decentralized autonomous community and then we have
like a lounge like a feed where you can interact, where people can discover, you know,
decentralized community, where people can get engaged
with whatsoever you're building.
And this cuts across not just creators,
not just Web3 enthusiasts.
This cuts across projects and startups
who really don't want to build custom doubts
and undo the functionality. This right, this is like,
let's say, well, like your network, well, like your collaborators, well, like your partner
that is giving you this infrastructure where you can, as a project, launch your DAO, launch your DAC
with just a few clicks and get your community over to the network to shape whatsoever you're building.
And this is what it's going to do for projects.
When you get people making decision
on the next protocol upgrade,
when you give your community members
the right to talk about what they want to build,
to share their thoughts, to share their insight,
and the dev of
this project takes that community uh imputes and turns it into a utility or a use case trust me
because the community already voting for it you're going to have an open market for that utility
you're creating and you're bringing to the web3 space because that's what the
community needs at that part uh point in time now that makes your project sustainable or for the
future that makes your project adjust to community needs per uh per season and part-time. It gives projects the ability to go beyond just having token.
It gives projects the ability to build in sustainable ecosystem because we've been in
the Web3 space for five years now and we've seen one thing in common whereby our team make the
major call on project decision making and sometimes it leads to the downpour of the
project because community begins to lose trust on the projects. Maybe they're vouching for something
and the devs and the team members are doing something otherwise. That's how community
loses trust for an ecosystem. have what if we have active community
builders active token orders active nft orders actually deciding what the project should do
and how they should do it right so that is why the sysfi aggregator is very important when it
comes to web3 decentralization movement and community ownership because we're giving people
are the ability to tokenize their economy tokenize their community and uh create the best of value
for them so what does this infrastructure do or this infrastructure provides the launch pad
where you can create a governance token token that you can use to tokenize
your community or tokenize your projects or maybe you already have an existing ARC token. You can
just take the smart contract address of that token and take it to our infrastructure and launch a
decentralized autonomous community and that your token that you took and created the DAC with is going to be used
as the governance token now that brings additional utility out of the box into your ecosystem without
having to create our smart contracts to work on the back end and the front end and all of this
stuff so we're giving this giving this infrastructure for projects,
for developers, for startups, for Web3 enthusiasts, for people to tokenize, create networks,
build together, and strengthen a community bond.
This is why we believe that this is going to be fundamental
because everybody will need to decide
how their investment should be used
uh it's more like put your put your mouth where your money is that's the slogan we're going with
put your mouth where your money is so if i'm holding a token i should be able to decide
where or not that token should go to i should be able to vote on what proposals, what adjustments, what protocol upgrade
should be implemented, what utilities should be built by the team on the project, right? And yes,
the beautiful part about our ecosystem. So we're not just building this infrastructure,
we're building a tech hub to back this infrastructure. So when you have a network, when you join the Sysfy network as a
project, as a builder, as a creator, we have an innovative hub, which is called the Sysfy lab.
And what the Sysfy lab does is that if your community is vouching for utility, and maybe or
not the dev does not have the technical knowledge to bring this utility to fruition.
The Sysfi Labs steps in to make it happen, right?
So you do not have to really be a very sound developer.
You just joined the Sysfi Network and most of the technicalities is handled by the network
because you are collaborators, you're a member, and you're a part of our system right so
that's what you get for launching your dac or your decentralized autonomous organization inside the
sysfire network you get access to resources to development hub to mentorship to our programs
that will actually facilitate your ecosystem and build utilities uh your community. So this is why we believe that we're
going to change the narrative when it comes to project development, when it comes to building
utilities, when it comes to our project use cases and token use cases in the Web3 space, right?
So where we are now, where we are now is the world building or an MVP or MVP is almost ready.
And it's going to come on chain, on the base network, main net somewhere around May ending or first week of June.

So I've been trying to follow everyone. And if I miss you, I'll get to you you I'll be on my notifications and make sure and do
that but yeah as Joe mentioned I've been here well he mentioned since I've been here from the
beginning of the space but I've been in Web3 creating NFTs since January of 2021. So I've been here quite a while. My position coming in, I'm a small builder. I've
built primarily by myself. I did hire a developer for a couple of things that I did.
When I came into the space, my smoke shop was in full swing and I was making a lot of money and I staffed the smoke shop so that I could
focus solely on Web3. I had just come out of a divorce, had survived cancer using cannabis to
treat and eliminate my cancer. I had just gotten back into running my store and crypto took off, which happened to
be another contention point in my divorce. But anyway, yeah, differences in where we were going
to invest money. And I just I had to go. So I started focusing on crypto and my store. And I also have a background at East Carolina Fine Arts back in
the late 80s, early 90s. I went to school for art and then moved over to NCSU graphic design. So I
have a little bit of, you'll see my projects have a little bit of a graphic design feel to them.
design feel to them. I've dropped a lot of projects in Web3. The first one I did actually
in 2021 was a Weed Punks drop, Pixel Weed Punks. And then I started doing some graphic design
things and bringing in Web3 and showing how things had changed based on some of my college art
projects. And yeah, I I dropped a lot of things.
Most of them never sold out and never had a huge following.
I was, you know, within a few months back in my smoke shop
and kind of torn between NFT building on the blockchain.
And I was always there.
I had a Bitcoin machine in the front of my store.
And at night I'd shut it down and I'd shove money into it
and I'd start flipping projects.
And anyway, I went through a lot over the last couple of years even after cancer and all
that I got real sick with toxic mold poisoning I got in a bad car accident almost a year ago that
I'm surprised I survived but I never stopped so I guess I pull that in just to let you know that first of all, I'm not going anywhere
and I will continue to grow and build. I'm doing so much better now. I was known as Nifty Granny
for a while and I recently, and I've kept that up, it's up on my banner because a lot of people
know me as Nifty Granny and you might have seen me as Nifty Granny before I'm the same person.

I guess I did that because it was making me feel older than I needed to be. I had been through so
much illness and sickness and really didn't think I was going to be here in 2025. And now I'm almost
completely better. I'd say I'm 90% over everything that I've been through. I have no
cancer. I'm cancer free. I continue to take RSO and tinctures and things like that to keep it away.
And so after my car accident, I landed on a sofa at a friend's house where I've been building
and dropping projects, you know, while I recovered. And so I did a few things, you know,
back in December, and then I decided I was going And so I did a few things, you know, back in
December, and then I decided I was going to launch the Weed Punks as a generative collection
by myself. And so I figured out how to do that. I already knew how to do layers because in 2021,
it's kind of a funny story. And this is one of my favorite projects that I created was called suck my balls. And it's, it's, it's all satire. It's actually lollipops, but I was,
I was kind of mad because everybody was dropping generative projects and I
couldn't,
I couldn't do it because I didn't know code and nobody wanted to partner with
anybody, you know, small. And I was, you know, I,
I don't know if I was being gate kept or if it just was me, you know, I don't know if I was being gatekept or if it just was me.
But anyway, I got mad.
And so when I get mad, I accomplish all sorts of crazy things in my life.
Go ahead, Jo.
Oh, one minute.

And so I did this 1111 piece project.
I got to tell you about this before I go.
So 1111 pieces called S I got to tell you about this before I go. So 1111 pieces called suck my balls.
And I minted them literally one at a time with up to 11 traits, which I had to enter every single
one by hand. It took me 700 hours. And after I did that, I had a developer that came to me. Yeah,
I know. I see the little cry face like who in the hell does that? But you know what? I'm really
proud of it. And nobody else has attempted that that and I wouldn't recommend that you do um one day I'll put a video
up about the process of doing that but anyway for now I'm focusing on the weed punks getting
minted out um I've got a lot of stuff I'm going to do with that giveaways and just fun things
but I'm focusing also right now on a, on showing,
doing a tutorial on generative projects. And I'm just using some simple things,
color and line and things like that to create the next project to show people how I create a
generative project and then drop it using Procreate. So that's what I'm focused on. And if

price of 50 cents includes your gas on the base chain that fluctuates a few cents depending on
a theorem and they're super easy to mint and that's at the top of my page and I'm open to
collaborations and all kinds of neat stuff my end game is usually merch because I love it and I'm

putting the website up which leaves me with I am looking for someone to help me

launched and got huge volume dumped like 70 bags and ran away a couple of hours after launch
um community immediately took control because of the CA numbers. Our
contract starts with 0x69 like Peppa does and ends up with 426.9, the numbers of Peppa
supply and of course Elon Musk's favorite numbers. So two big narratives in here. And
as I've said, yeah, one of the first custom contracts and yeah i'm there since day one
um i bought a domain on metacreek website and here i just fall in love the token and the community
there um as it is with ctos in the first weeks there are people that just want to pump and find an exit and it got a bit silent in the coming
weeks and we were just grinding between 30 50k market cap and yeah all those that didn't believe
went out and believers bought up the dips and yeah so we took control over everything. Meanwhile, we got the original domain back.
We got a link to the Telegram group back that's written in the CA.
And yeah, all is in good hands now.
We were trying to build some stuff that gives us revenue.

teach the world how to utilize AI technology and build the future with it.
But yeah, collaborations as well is big for this project.

especially gaming experiences, because it creates new platforms and new playgrounds for us to innovate, collaborate, and just have fun with the ball, man.

You guys, the Minters, the people in the community actually get to pick all of the assets
that you want
at Mint. Whatever hat you want for your oyster, whatever shirt, whatever eyes,
et cetera, that you want, you can go ahead and actually pick that. And therefore,
we also have the community is determining the rarity for the collection. We're calling this
organic rarity. We believe we're the first project. We can't find anybody else. We've had some,
or there are projects that have done something similar to this. Doodles has done something
similar and a couple other projects, but not quite to this extent where we're having the
rarity of the project, excluding the one of ones, getting determined by the actual Minters. So a
little gamification of the rarity for you. We're calling it Organic Rarity. It's only available
on kocha.lol. Also big shout out to Crypto Cam.
He's actually going to be one of the beta testers as long as everything goes pretty well
with us finishing up in a timely manner, which is looking pretty likely. So I'm pretty excited
about that potential opportunity. So the oyster is professional art, ability to create your
character. You also are going to have intellectual property rights. I'm not going to get into all
the ins and outs of that right now. You're also going to get access to our corporate partners.
These are essentially real businesses at the end of the day that we're going to be adding to this
list. We already have a couple that are lined up at Mint and they essentially revolve around just
being a balanced human at the end of the day. We have some partnerships with some gym chains,
as well as some partnerships with some gym chains, as well as some partnerships
with some custom trading bots or trading indicators. And then we have some travel
benefits as well. And we're going to be expanding upon those as time goes on, getting more and more

And two more things, last or second to last is we donate to charity, in particular ones that are
giving back to the environment and more specifically, typically charities that have to do with oysters
and helping different regenerative projects and ecosystem restoration, different things like that.

And then last but certainly not least, this is the alpha launch.
This is the Genesis collection for kosha.lol, our official launch pad for digital collectibles.
Our goal is to be the most simple, the most powerful and the most transparent digital
collectible launch pad.
At least it's going to start off as just a launch pad and it's
just going to start off on Solana initially. Once we nail things there, make sure everything is
running smoothly, get some updates from both our alpha tests as well as some beta testers.
Then we're going to go ahead and release that puppy live to anybody who wants to just upload
their art and their assets. They can do it in a few clicks or less, and they have
access to such a powerful community and even more empowerment than ever before.
I already talked a little bit about the organic rarity system. That's one tool that we have
unique to kosha.lol is this tool, essentially, if you're a 10K PFP collection, for example,
you can come, upload all your assets
and then in just a couple of clicks just a couple of minutes you can actually have your community
then picking their assets similar like a 2000s video game or you know some time period when
you're creating your own character so we're calling that the co-creator studio and with it
we have organic rarity that's available on kocha.lol. And if you're not a 10k PFP collection or anything like that, no stress. We got some new innovations for you as
well. One thing we're doing is called the Tether Plus token mechanics. You can tether the price to
a US dollar amount. It doesn't have to be stuck to some Ethereum or Solana amount. You don't have
to keep going in and adjusting the price constantly, trying to keep things fair for all of your Minters. You can actually tether the price to let's say $24.99 USD,
but then still accept Solana, still accept meme coins, whatever you want. We are giving you guys
more power, a little more stability as well. And it just requires a little less hands-on of nature
compared to what's going on right now. So that's
the Tether Plus token mechanics. You can also, if you have a token, Tether the token at a discount
if you'd like, which is something unique. So no matter what, let's say it's $24.99 that you're
pinning the price to, you can say if people are using your token, then the price to mint will be
like 20% off. And then at the time of mint, then the minters can,
when they click the mint button, it'll automatically calculate for you whatever 20%
off of $24.99 in this example is, and that'll be the price that minters pay. So incentivizing a
little more value capture at the end of the day, and also just a little more power to the creators,
a little more options for minters as well to empower them to do a little
bit more with their tokens. And then last, but certainly not least at all, one of the things I'm
the most proud of, we're going to have to keep updating this, make it more user-friendly as time
goes on and expanding upon it. But it's what we're calling MetaView Plus. So I went over, we're
simple because no coding required. You don't need to
know anything about JSON files. Just come, plug, and you can sell your digital art. That makes us
simple or powerful. We have a couple of tools that haven't been implemented yet in any other
launch pads yet. We are going to keep building upon them as well. And then last but not least,
we aim to be the most transparent launchpad and how we're starting off by doing
this is something called MetaView Plus, or at least that's what we're calling it right now.
For the first time ever, finally, minters can actually see what they're minting before they
mint. Underneath of the mint button, there's also going to be a button so that minters or the
consumers, they can actually click and see all of the metadata that's been input in a very clean, very user-friendly way. So if it's a 10,000 collection
you guys are releasing and 9,900 of them are going to the founder wallets, you'll actually
be able to see that for the first time ever. Whatever the breakdown is for the whitelist
holders or this or that, you can actually see more or less where the value is coming from
and where just how different things have been separated
to just allow for a new layer of transparency,
which hasn't been done before.
