of web3 and bring more people here uh chimpers are insane. I shared what they are doing on
Instagram and TikTok, and
it's absolutely wild, man. They have really
millions of views on each reel, so
I don't know how they're doing that. The
question is how they actually
bring those people
to their ecosystem, right? If they
sell them like toys or if they
sell them some digital, I don't know,
but it's insane. that's uh that's the long uh the the long path because uh one thing is uh gaining the
followers and and having the attention and the views uh but at the same time to monetize it
somehow i think they're doing a good job in monetizing it in Web3 with different cards and different kind of drops.
But I think, of course, to crack it and monetize the Web2 audience, I think that that would be
amazing if they managed to do that. And yeah, they're doing a really good job. You can see that
it's consistency. And I think this word will keep repeating throughout today because they're
definitely the definition of consistency ever since we got them on the show I don't know how
many years ago they've been doing amazing job and yeah man NFT Paris it's so funny I was doing my
100 things that made me happy in 2025 and one of them them was actually Infitorium in front of Louvre
with the big statues and big installments.

and it's not possible to do it for a small creators, you know, for people like,

you can pay like thousands of dollars a month for animations that make you zero money, right?

right now it's more about like beta testing and stuff like that but regarding the content it's it's so difficult uh because uh
uh you can create tons of content and you can create uh a content that that might have a chance
uh uh to to go wild but uh it's it's also about the timing you know right now nobody really cares
to be very honest about uh a talking ape uh about uh a game, you know,
like to say it in really stupid and plain words.
That's the thing, man.
Like you don't want to talk about like Web3 game and stuff
because like what Chimpers are doing
and what other characters are doing, you know,
they're talking about kindness.
They're talking about fun.

And that's what I think might be a way.
Because if you look at it as a whole,
you have your channel,
you have your social media,

you have videos,
and then you can bring people to the other side
and you can give them maybe the avatar
that they will know from your TikToks, right?
And they can be there as the avatar,
different ones.
We have so many avatars in the other side already. So I think it might work, but it's not easy. And we need to get there
somehow because we don't have to wait for Yuga or anyone else. Like the AI is getting so much better
that it's crazy, man. I don't think we talk about AI agents, but we didn't talk much in 2025, like early 2025, about the AI creation and all the tools.
And even chat GPT, man, like if you prompt well, it's crazy what you get.
I mentioned it by then, and there are more tools that you can use to create like solid stuff, man.
I know Frosty is using something for like, he said like um you can create 13 one minute videos
for like 100 or 200 dollars which is i would say too expensive but the videos are insane what is
he doing on tiktok man at the same time if you compare it to how much you have already paid for
all your content bro with the supporting artists illustrators designers uh throughout the
time and you you did a comic book you did a coloring book you did uh so so much stuff uh i
did as well and and i was working with a 3d artist before uh ai before it was possible to prompt it
and and this cost a lot and uh, we already have invested so much.
And right now, it's so crazy how it has changed and evolved in such a short period of time
that with really good prompting, you can get into really, really decent results,
which are perfect for this kind of funny things like GM tweets and this kind of stuff,
things like gm uh gm tweets and and this kind of stuff because you don't really need a a production
of uh i don't know two thousand dollars uh for one post that that lives only for half a day
you need to have uh so many of these posts and these kind of content types that that you can
basically go uh go the the quantity way of course, in a very decent quality.
And I think the combination of both is, of course, the right direction.
But we talked about it so many times, man.
Nobody from us, I guess, knows the answer,
because if we did, we would probably have done it.
But I think the combination of what you are saying,
really dedicated content
creators in our ecosystem and MBA brands and these kind of gaming things and activations,
I think the combination of these all with some cultural aspects and people from the cultural icons being part of what we are doing.
I think that's the only way how we can do it. But Rome wasn't built in a day and so was not
the whole ecosystem. It just takes time.
Yeah, man, I think with social media, the biggest problem and challenge is that you need to put out a lot of content.
It's not about one reel a week.
It's maybe two or three a day, which is like 21 pieces of content a week, right?
And you cannot pay like $100 or $200 or $300 per animation or $500 because if you are not a brand with a huge revenue stream,
it's not possible to find, it's not realistic, right?
So that's why you need to go down with the quality.
But I see so many artists here, incredible,
like I see Hydro Animation, he's doing insane animations, right?
I mentioned Jubrell, we have a TJ.
Would be cool, I don't know if it's possible,
but maybe they can come
up with some kind of service right that they can polish the ai and they can do something for
many apes that we will basically pay them to do it and uh it would it would like i don't know if
you learn to do something that would take me like five hours if they can learn it to do it in like
30 minutes um and we have it's like 10 of us and we can really pay them.
Because I think what we've done here since day one,
we've always supported artists, right?
Whether it was by buying NFTs, you know, sharing their work, etc.
I think that's also an important part of Web3.
And that was the most beautiful one.
We've hosted so many artists here, man.
And I'm scared to check if they're still in Web3,
to be honest. Yeah, many of them are not definitely. It's so hard with the algorithms.
When you start fighting the algorithms, you mentioned TikTok. And for instance,
with my brand, we have decent following on Instagram, obviously, historically also on Facebook, on YouTube.
And we still haven't cracked TikTok, to be very honest.
And we do have to already like we know that we have the right content
because it works on different platforms, but it's just so hard.
You know, you fight with the algorithm, you post every day two or three times,
which is hard.
And then the algorithm kind of comes back to you
and gives you flowers with a few hundred
or a few tens of thousands views.
But at the same time on the next one,
you get a thousand or 300.
And it's just so hard because you only see these case studies
of people who blew up and have 10 million views just uploading one video
or something like that. But I was now, I saw a video of a guy whose song on TikTok exploded and
he said, I posted that same song for 173 times before it took off. 173 times, 172, nothing almost happened.
Few hundred views on each.
And he kept fucking going.
It's unbelievable.
And it exploded.
It became one of the, I think,
the biggest hit of last year on TikTok.
And it's just, you know, you try,
you tweak, you tweak the copy,
you tweak the overlay tags, et cetera, et cetera.
And sometimes it's about the algorithm likes you and gives it back to you.
Yeah, I think it's just about testing a lot, but at the same time,
you need to know what you are doing and also, you know,
like paid ads on the content
that was working for you organically.
It helps a lot.
So the combination of both,
but as just a regular kind of content creator,
a freelancer, it's basically impossible to do.
Of course, it would be easier to put your face in
because that's for free.
You don't need to animate it, right?
That's the cheat code but yeah uh the algos are crazy guys i think one of my uh 2026 resolution is to spend less time on uh on social media like instagram tiktok
like less scrolling 100 more creating and uh curating the content on X2,
because I'm getting so much politics on my timeline.

and I still see so many things about Greenland.
I've been there, I love this country, it was great,
but I don't have anything to do with it, so I don't need to see it.

and get people excited about the other side
and build there,

that this would be a game changer.
If, first of all, brands and other cultural icons
are able to create their experiences there
and we know that Yuga has access to many of those uh really
triple a ones uh plus when the the normal guy like the ordinary random guy like uh like us you know
the have a chance to be creating without the knowledge of uh of unreal engine and all the
coding and everything uh with the very uh with the ease of AI,
I think that could be a game changer.
Because that could basically be a replication of,
as we talked, when a video explodes on TikTok.
So imagine just a normal person,
somebody in the audience right now who has their MBA brand
or not even, or has a land
and create something just out of an idea, prompting the AI and creating an experience that
pops up and basically brings tons of people there. And I think if this kind of situation can happen and i believe they can if there there are uh the the if the platform
allows for allows it i think this would be a huge game changer yeah it needs to happen bro it needs
to happen in 2026 guys i really wish it's gonna happen i'm ready for that and i think yuga has a
lot of things for the other side in their sleeve right now.
Also buying that studio from Improbable was a great step
because that studio was behind the MLB experience,
which I also attended and it was fun.

They brought this sense of wanting to be a part of something
to this space that really stuck as a foundation
of what NFT communities became
because everybody wanted to be a part of this club
or be a part of something, right?
And that foundation is like bled out through the nft
communities on ape chain and it lives within this ecosystem but it's that foundation i think that
is like our secret power as well because you can take any type of ip or or chance here and you can
give it to this group of people and they'll tell you if it's good or not you know what i'm saying
and so
i i look forward to that natural growth man to that community getting stronger to the new ips
that pop up on chain and in the other side and i i look forward to web 2 seeing this product that
we call the other side and just seeing it as a web 2 product and and you know what i'm saying
product and and you know what i'm saying it growing to you know unbelievable amounts but i
i think that you know it's it's a day by day it's a it's a handshake by handshake it's a
talk by talk you can show everybody everything you know what i'm saying but it's until they
walk in themselves you know they'll come back yeah it's great to see so many communities joining the other side i think we need and of
course it's gonna happen like we need more things to do in the other side right like you doing great
job uh every saturday and probably more uh more days right now right it's probably not only saturday
well i mean we're helping somebody with something pretty much every day or we're participating every day.
It's just one of those things where we're still at the very early stage of this.

starting to take place and starting to drum up attention the market's starting to turn a little bit of green like you know sentiment all these things kind of like are this mixture
this cocktail that get people or keep people interested in these spaces so i think that um

like every time i join other side it's it's it's so beautiful uh and it's it's also cool to see how
nexus is different to swamp right like you go to swamp and it's so relaxing you go to nexus and
it's more like hype pumped or how to call it right you know it's it's very night and day
um and and i think that we're going to see a lot of the other experiences that come to the other side.
Like if you look at what Outbreak is versus what Bathroom Blitz is, it's very night and day.
It's both sides.
It's two sides of a coin, right?
And, you know, with Primal Instinct coming up, I know y'all know that it's no secret.
We have a build that will be coming up soon.

more yesterday some of the obstacles and stuff it's things are coming out great you know what i
mean um but you know new builders starting they're going to launch new experiences and stuff i think
that that's also going to be a piece of the magic that where all this goes because it's so different
across the border on the experience side and we're gonna need
those super dark experiences we're gonna need those super impactful light experiences we're
gonna need the shooters and the fighters and the racers and all of these things the survival games
the outbreaks the you know um so i think and honestly that's that's what we're walking into
right now like the builders are building in the background.

Yeah, it's very hard to say.
For me, I definitely, as I said already last time,
I found my spot there, what I want to do.
I'm really glad that I bet on the BAYC card or MYC card
and the whole UGA ecosystem, because it's one of the very few left uh
and i'm i'm really happy with it i'm also very happy with the community uh no matter how active
you are on x or or anywhere else you know you can get you can find an a basically in any uh
part of the world so that So that's very strong.
This club is very different from anything I've experienced.
And as Baron said, it's very much like-minded people.
And I definitely, I'm super excited about what's going to happen this year. I really hope that we'll be able to build some experiences on the other side,
because as you know i'm not much
of a gamer and a participant in general but i'm definitely excited about uh bringing uh some of
my ideas into life on the other side i'm 100 ready for that and uh for me i uh definitely want to
experiment a little bit more with my infitorium brand uh uh by the way our
chocolate is now available on uh on one of the biggest chocolate subscription uh uh websites in
the world uh in the uk it's uk based but i think they deliver worldwide uh so both grateful ape and
infitorium chocolates are now part of their packs.

a long way down and they didn't see them anymore then suddenly they're at the top you know and got
airdropped and they're like is this a you know is this a scam or is this real or whatever and
found the discord found the twitter and they're reconnecting um and that's really cool i'm looking
forward to 2026 we've got a lot going on we've put in a lot of money, time and effort in 2025.

yeah we've got the two massive things coming for us in 2026 is um our tiger coloring book which is
going to be launched on world book day um in conjunction with our
long-term um charity partners that we've we've written a long-term contract with
um that as long as they continue to work voluntarily and we continue to work voluntarily
um that we will we will donate to them like solely% of all the money that goes to charity because it goes directly to saving tigers then in Bangabar in India.
And it's not paying people's wages. And that's what we want to make sure that it's getting the most impact it can.
And as part of that partnership, we're going to have some merch launching.
We're going to have some shirts with digital poaching patrol.
And we're going to have a coloring book with a little
bit of education for the kids but also if you've seen the baby cub tigers they're super cute so
we're going to have those as coloring sheets and we're going to launch of course on amazon
with those so they can be distributed you know worldwide without me having to have boxes all
over my living room um and yeah so we're just
we're just looking forward to you know starting to to make our our footprint a little bit bigger
in web 2 using the the ip um to to get out there to to consumers to children to the next generation
coming through that they learn that you know the these animals won't be around in 50 years,
100 years if we don't do something.
But also it's an introduction to Web3.
It's an introduction to NFTs, introduction to other side, the link between Web2 and Web3
gaming.
So that's what we're really focused on at the moment.
And that's what we'll be working on really um for for 2026 um short term
we're setting up our our activation on other side with other games so looking to we've got a ticket
open and we're we're going to book a date in the next week or so with um with Machiavelli and
Honeybee and organize a date um to launch you, officially with the other games on the other side. And yeah, apart from that,
we're just going to keep just trying to grow as much as we can.
And like you said, you know, save as many tigers as we can,
but also prove to everybody that we're not just a charity project. You know,
we have staking, we have raffles, we have a store that you can use Tiger tokens in.
We've given away, you know, this 2025, we gave away Air Jordans.
We gave away one of one silk scarves from Pauza.
We gave away like hooded Mentators and Zards and Gobs.
And we did the advent calendar.
So we're trying to make it worthwhile for folks to hold onto their tigers
and build up a collection of tigers,
not just for the other side,
but for the staking as well.
So people that maybe aren't so interested
in saving the tigers or are very,
maybe they have expendable income,
but they're very focused on their own charities
that are close to their heart with,
so many different diseases and wars and famines and other things.
There's so many good causes.
We need to give them a reason to hold as well.
So we're making sure that we're going to build on that utility and make sure that people
have a reason to be with us, even if it's not, you know, for the charity aspect, because
I think both sides are equally important
if we're going to sustain a community long-term.
