for a year and a half i think it would actually help you a lot honestly it's it's stress
that's what this does it's for stress this will help you better than wheat uh yes yeah no like like changed my life like could not leave
the house and anxiety yeah something worse better than weed really chemically uh so in your in your
body uh when you have uh serotonin right serotonin is your keep doing this, do more, go more. When you utilize a lot of that, you have a chemical in your brain called GABA, gamma amino buriatic acid.
And what that is, is a stop chemical in your brain.
So it tells you when to stop.
It also tells you when to stop producing negative chemicals in your body. So if you run out of serotonin, your body is heavily used
upon serotonin. You produce more norepinephrine, and you also produce more stress chemicals. So
this actually reduces and stops your body from producing those stress chemicals.
GABA, gamma amino buriatic acid uh but i'll send you a full stack
uh between uh l-theanine l-tyrosine um and uh does anybody ever remember these names i like

So it's a methylation gene mutation, and it takes what we call enriched flour, is actually
covered in what they tell pregnant women to take with folic acid.
Folic acid, that's what it is.
So folic acid is a false version of methylfolate,
which in your body, people, like I said,
60% of people in the U.S. have this gene mutation,
which they're not able to methylate folic acid,
turning it into methylfolate.
So it just wreaks havoc in your system
and it can actually mimic stress hormones.

chain, um, and it tries to methylate it.
But if your body doesn't have the methylation properties, you slowly dose yourself with

Cause that's just cheap B vitamins.
Um, that's actually just cyanocobalamin.

did some work yesterday on our project it's awesome we're having fun with it with um with

showed i showed warden and i kind of did it intentionally to kind of give him you know he's
watching the screen i want him to see what goes into it right and so spun up a client server um
did did a whole bunch of ui we vetted out a bunch of concepts and ideas. Like we got a lot. If I had to say, as far as POCs go, we did about 60% of a POC yesterday, just flying.
Like we were ripping through.
So I'm really excited to do with them.
I've had a lot of fun working with Warden.
