Thank you. Thank you. Welcome in everybody.
Welcome Team Money, Doc, Biso, Warden.
We're about to begin so I'll log into the Jitsi.
I just pinned the link to the top and we can get started. Thank you. Thank you. So we have five minutes to the class starts. Everyone click the Jitsi link to join the screen share. you It's been a day for me! It's been a day for me! Yeah, yeah! Weston girl with my bass stuff. Ooh, that pussy good. What you say, that's on my face. But I can't wait to pay me.
Why don't you let me do the extras?
You just got to hate them, phone.
If I quit your BIM, I still rock Mercedes phone.
If I quit this season, I still be the greatest folk.
My left stroke just went viral. Right stroke, put the baby in a spiral. I Sit down sit down about three minutes to the class starts everybody click the jitsi link to join
the links on the dead dog. Hey, watch my soul.
um i'm bringing you up uh let me just send you
yeah just sent you a co-host invite
we have four people uh four people in the Jitsi everybody you Thank you. you I can see only five people on Jitsi. um it's 7 15 i think we're gonna start so
so Thank you. so since since it's all record since it's a recorded space i'm gonna leave the mic on Twitter also on. So on the last class, Brad helped me record the screen so he could save it.
But since Brad's not here, I'm just gonna leave the mic open on Twitter.
You can just tune down the Twitter volume and just concentrate on Jitsi since if you're in the class.
so this is what we were doing in the last class.
We were using this tool board as a reference to draw another one facing the other side.
So we did this with just simple shapes, squares and just circles with the boots also so today we're gonna draw the hand
uh also do a shading for it shade it to give it more look and more depth
so as you can see all the layers here are locked all the layers are locked this is how you lock
the layer so we're gonna start a fresh layer for the first arm, the right hand arm.
Then as you can see here, there's a circle.
There's a circle like a joint holding the first hand.
So we're going to go ahead to the ellipse tool.
Pick the color. Make sure the color is correct. I think this is the color we're going to use for the circle.
Go back to the Ellipse tool,
click on Shift to have it do a perfect circle
because if you don't click on shift you can do it any the circle won't be as perfect
so if you click on shift if you hold shift then draw the circle the circle will be perfect
so we're gonna go there and then draw the circle like this yeah can you hear me yeah i can
hear uh can you share your screen oh well i think i forgot to share the screen what
I forgot to share the screen.
So I'm going to do it again.
I'm going to do it again.
I'm going to do it again. So basically, we're going to start with the arm.
This arm is going to be a circle, just a simple ellipse.
So then I click on the Ellipse tool, hold on shifts.
Then draw the circle like this.
Go back to the Se selection tool and just adjust it so that it fits as it is.
I think that's good. So for this arm we are gonna use the pen tool. We're going to use the pencil for it. We could use the curvature tool, but I
think the pencil would be easier so we can curve it out later.
So after selecting the pencil, you can go to the pencil
or you can just hold P. P is the shortcut for the pen tool. Just P automatically goes to the pen tool.
So you start, we're gonna start around here.
Obviously you have to go to the properties panel and adjust it to the width that you know fits.
this panel and adjust it to the width that fits.
So we're going for only 5 pt for now because that's the width that matches the whole artwork.
So we're gonna draw, just gonna draw it, hold and drag so it curves a little bit then click on the node the node the last anchor the last anchor point you just click
on it that's where the resets the paint tool so it goes back to the straight line instead of Do it like this and click.
Then go here, just click.
It has a curve, it has a bit of a curve.
So we're gonna hold and drag it like this.
Then go back to the anchor, click on the anchor.
Then click and drag it like this.
So as you can see, it's not perfect.
It doesn't fit on the arm like this.
So this is one of the perks of using Illustrator.
You can just go back to the selection tool and just adjust it.
Also, you can adjust the points also with the with the direct selection also has a shortcut which is A.
Like this. Also adjust the other points. so i think this is okay um next we're gonna do the fists fists also. You can do it in the same layer,
or you can just open a new layer for it.
Make sure whenever you open a new layer,
you lock the previous layer so the art doesn't mix up.
As an illustrator, you can select every single drawing
on the artwork, even if you're not on the layer.
So you have to lock the other layers if you want to draw on a new layer
so we go back to the pen tool which is p
we start with the back like this
Don't worry about the curvy edges because we're going to fix it later.
And then you just fit it all together.
So it's not perfect but you should adjust it with the direct selection tool.
And then with the direct selection tool we'll curve out the edges. So it actually looks like the robot fist, not a parallelogram.
So as you can see we have our fists like this but we have to do the fingers, there's two
fingers here so we have to draw it with the pen tool.
You can log the other layer and then create a new layer for that. Okay, so starting out right from here, then here, then up, then back again, then up again.
Adjust it a bit. Then click on escape to release the points
then we're going to curve these places. other one Продолжение следует... It's not looking good. Thank you. I'm going to draw another line here. Thank you. just gonna adjust it till it looks like an attachment fist Thank you. so
we're gonna adjust this point this points are gonna be pointy so we're gonna change the width tool.
Change the width, make it a little bit pointy. Thank you. Thank you. There's another point in blocking it. Thank you. Thank you. Well, I don't think. Thank you. So this is a cracked version. Thank you. Thank you. This is the cracked version.
Whenever I go online, it's hard to display. Obrigada. I'm having issues with Illustrator, guys.
It's a cracked version, so it doesn't want it to go online.
You don't want to go online.
When you go online, they detect that it's an unlicensed app.
I think I'll need to reinstall it.
Thank you though, I have learned a lot though.
Yeah, but like, this call me off guard, like,
Yeah, I always see the app like that.
But I just need to reinstall the app so we can go back to Twitter while I just disabled
the app, we can reinstall it.
So, is everyone on this place?
I can see NAS modules are exographer.
Let's try to reinstall this.
I hear the screen. You'll share it right now.
I'll turn it off until you get.
Yeah, let me just turn it off.
And we can go back to Twitter.
If anyone wants to come on stage on Twitter,
like this caught me off guard
mo juice what's up what's up ice labs how up, Ice Labs? How's it going, man? Yeah, technical issues happen sometimes.
The other day, the neck lord, the neck beard king himself
forgot to record the space.
You see, like, this happens on a daily basis,
so don't beat yourself up on it.
I think we learned a lot from the last time and today
on how everything works, you know.
It's like not necessarily to finish everything
totally up i think you know just leave the program like it is right now and we just concentrate on a
space for the time being until you know the next space starts and you just tell us a little bit
about you about you being an artist you said you are doing illustrator for five months that's crazy
because i'm doing photoshop for five
years and i thought like this is just how long it takes for something to learn shit and you're like
just speed running the process and learning everything in five months like what's what has
motivated you learning illustrator and not paying other artists anymore but just doing it yourself
what have you found along the way yeah you know so uh i have been doing just it's only
illustrator that i've been doing for five months i know how to draw on photoshop i know how to
do core draw really well uh i can i can draw on my phone on medibang too so um i just learned that
illustrator is the like if if you're gonna draw on pc illustrator is the best is the
best software for pc because uh as you can see you can just edit if i was to do if i was to draw this
on photoshop i would i would be just cleaning up shit like uh i could clean something like five to
six times and redraw it again but on illust Illustrator, if you just make a mistake,
you just grab the points and just then, you know, wiggle it a bit.
So I have a good foundation on graphic design and digital art.
My dad was an artist because when he was young,
I still had these portraits of him that he drew.
He can still draw but like he just stopped
when he when he got older so i have a good foundation on this that's why i could do it in
five months just seeing a few tutorials uh and then working on illustrator myself just
playing with stuff that's what made me learn very fast.
I learned things very, very fast.
I just have to understand it.
How did you start learning the process?
Because it is a new language, right?
I'm coming from Photoshop.
I don't even want to touch Illustrator because it was just me being another language that I have to learn for months and months and months to basically achieve the same.
I know it's different, maybe a little bit more professional.
But how did you start the process?
Did you watch YouTube videos or did you just do the old, you know, do and try approach?
Yeah, I first I firstly I watched some YouTube videos on how the tools work and the name of the tools.
Then I started doing it myself, just fiddling with it myself.
I know all the shortcuts.
Most of the shortcuts, like the pen tool, the selection tool, I can just press A, P on my laptop.
It's kind of the same with Photoshop.
And, you know, CorelDRAW is also like Photoshop because it's also a the same with photoshop and uh you know coral draw coral draw is also
like photoshop because it's also a vector based software so i i've been doing coral draw for like
i think like six to seven years now because i've been working in a printing shop in a print press
we do graphic designs for people i'm still doing it, but I do it at home now.
I just get work sent to me, then I do it and send it to them,
then they'll just send me my cuts instead of going to the shop, always.
So I have a good foundation in CorelDRAW,
and I watched a few tutorials on YouTube on how to use the tools,
and I tried it out by myself.
Just watching the kind of tutorials I'm doing.
You know, how to just use simple shapes to create stuff
And you have the Ice Labs collection.
You have it on multiple chains, I believe, right?
Like you have the Ice Pass.
You have been in Tangang for quite some time.
And what has just been your feeling being in the Tangang,
being an artist in the Tangang, like getting all the support
and creating this amazing art?
Just tell us a little bit about your journey in the Tangang.
Man, I actually, Tangang is the first community that's like,
they didn't judge me for who I was before, before I even knew of the Tangang, you know,
I would go into spaces, if I just spoke in the space, they would just kick me out because of my
accent, maybe, because they think people just put shade on Nigerian people.
Most of us have a hard time being in communities.
So I was joining some Solana spaces.
I got kicked out of almost five spaces just because I opened out and talked.
Let me just accept. yeah so Tangang was the first was the first community that really accepted me for who I was
uh really I really didn't hide I didn't need to hide myself I didn't need to hide my accent I
didn't need to hide my identity I was just just being myself, just going with the flow, meeting new people.
And I got a lot of help from many people.
Like Naz was the first person that told me to get up, go to a space.
Like if I want to get my work out there, I need to get on a space and speak about it.
At first I was nervous because I thought when I help on a space and speak about it at first i was nervous because i thought uh when i help on a space
if people hear my english or they hear my accents they're gonna kick me out or they're gonna put
shades on me but like that that didn't happen at all i got the full support i started doing freemint
friday collections i paid artists i paid artists to do collections for freemint friday and then we share the funds
uh for the paid ones then as along the line i started doing more collections and
that's how i got into chia and i did two collections on chia so far uh i'm working on
another one but uh i think i have to finish the 222 Runners space, the 222 Runners collection.
We're calling it the Space Runners.
But you're not going to hear the alpha from my mouth,
but maybe when we decide what we call it.
But I think that's what's on my list right now,
just to finish up the space collection
and then get on with creating and doing my art.
Oh man, you have put yourself in quite a situation.
I was in this space where you guys discussed a collection of 222 pieces
And the guys needed an artist and you jumped in there and said,
hey, guys, I have time, I have the skills.
And they have just, like, put the bird on your shoulders.
And I'm thinking, wow, I would never be able to pull something like this off
And, you know, like using the sophisticated tool Illustrator,
doing it so clean as you're doing it.
I'm very excited to see what you're coming up with in such a short period of time.
And I think it's amazing that you're jumping in and, you know, helping the guys out, bringing this idea to fruition and bringing value to the community.
You know, you guys are going to bring out this collection and then you have people in the Tang and people in the Chia community who want to be part, you know, that want to support.
And this support goes to you
it goes to Monkey Zoo, Edward
it goes to the entire Chia community and the developers
so it's amazing that we have
and closing loop of artists
to make all of these things happen and then of course
the developers that are pushing
every single day so thanks for being part and thanks for always you know bringing value to the entire ecosystem
i think it's it's it's only the way i can say thank you to everybody yesterday i just woke up
like the minute i just woke up i remember there was a space going on so i just hopped on the space
i saw monkey zoo so he was like uh yesterday i was
doing uh a tutorial on illustrator so i could help with the collection so i just hopped up we started
discussing stuff started discussing the name the traits the character and we just started hitting
points um he said he didn't have the time to you know do the whole collection i told him i have i have time since it's going to
be only four four traits uh four four four uh drawings for each traits then the the character
i actually did the character i started sketching the character during the space so towards the
ends of the space uh i gave them a quick sketch, just a rough sketch of the character.
So towards the end of the day, I gave the full polished character, you know, without
So Dijana is also helping with some of the traits.
She's helping with two traits.
And I'm doing the other three traits.
That man sounds great. And this is all supposed to be done, I guess, from your side as an artist in
the next few days, right? Like three, four, five days, and then the guys have to put in the metadata,
they have to mint the collection, put everything out. Is this the correct timeline? How much time
do you have to finish your work part we have less than
less than just five days now
it feels like two weeks that we're doing this
That's how it feels to me.
Yeah, so I actually hope to do more spaces.
I think after the 222-hour spaces,
I actually got a workspace set up.
I got a mic, a graphics tablet,
just stuff to continue grinding.
I'm going to start hosting maybe
Weekly spaces and give updates
Of the ecosystem and also Ice Labs
Finally you come out your fucking shell bro
I'm good Happy happy bro No I'm just glad man honestly You come out your fucking shell, bro Alhamdulillah Naz, what's up?
Happy, happy, bro No, I'm just glad, man, honestly
How long have I fucking told you?
Get your fucking ass over and cheer
There's more people over here that support you
You've got better devs, builders
You don't want to have to go through
We went through the mud and piss
You're a seasoned professional now, bro
Yeah, old times old times i really i really love
i really love the way the way people supported me on post chain like if when before before tang gang
uh nobody would ever go to do a free to mint your entity for free but But thanks to the Tank Gang, we were able to pull this off.
Oh man, I woke up today with such a big headache,
you know, being in the space of listening in
and like while I'm listening,
working on my own collection
and it has been just grinding 60,
16 hours days for the last, I don't know, three weeks or so.
And then everything is finally coming to an end here.
Everything looking really, really good.
Very proud of what I'm creating here right now,
but just had to take a little bit slower the last two days or so.
Tell me about it, bro. I slower the last two days or so.
I fell asleep last night in this place.
At least night I've had in a while.
Midnight, I was knocked out, bro.
I woke up with guys like Louis, you know, always picking it up.
He had a great space earlier today.
And, like, he's very easy to listen to, as everybody knows.
Obviously, it's very entertaining. So that's when I have the most fun working actually in the background when i can just like pop up a space from anybody in the hanging and you know focus on clicking the buttons
for this next week it was 24 hours i mean somebody's always got some one space going
one after the other but it's cool though it's cool cool. This morning, Space, I managed to listen in the Alpha
when Tim and Azur dropped it this morning.
They were talking, I had no clue what they were talking about first
and then the materialized, oh, 222 piece collection to go up for auction.
Azur, did you mention the breakdown of what the purpose behind it is?
We were speaking about doing auctions, but doing 222 auctions at once.
I think Monkizo is going to speak to Acevale.
Yeah, I was there when he asked that question to Acevale.
Or rather, I was listening because I had to jump down from speaker.
But I heard Acevale mention to him to send over the file
and he would take care of it or something.
So it is possible, but yeah.
But I mean, the funds that have been raised from the sale of these NFTs,
the auctions, et etc like have you told
people yet what's actually happening how that breakdown what the distribution purpose is
yeah i think uh they said 50 was gonna go to the artists that's me so um another 50 was gonna go
to developers like uh rigidity ace veil uh maybe uh i don't know the names i don't know the complete names
but i think it's gonna go to mostly developers so um the royalties uh is gonna go to maybe a
port wallet uh maybe a multi-sig that we can use for the next year the next year marathon spaces
yeah yeah that was basically the idea that
monkeys will get this morning.
50% of the cost, or some of, yeah,
5% to Dejena, I believe, as well, because she's
give it all to Ice Labs. That's
what she said, just give it all to Ice Labs,
Yeah, and 50% cost will go to the developers in the community just to help them and any then royalties
between now and next year those royalties will basically be saved up to help fund next year's
events that's the purpose behind it so it's just to help make a little bit of a
you know reserve for everyone for next year.
Yeah, I think that's the breakdown, unless there's going to be changes.
I don't know if there's going to be changes, so I think we're going to announce that.
Brad is up next. Brad, have you spun up?
I just wanted to come up and tell you, sir. Again,
You can feel free to extend it.
And if you want to continue to host, you want to co-host me,
I'll continue to talk and chat in here. I'm working, um, and chilling.
I really don't have anything planned.
I was just filling in because somebody couldn't do three hours today.
So feel free to extend, um, continue talking what you're talking about.
I've been loving, um, you showing people how to do it. It's inspiring that you've only been doing it as long
as you have been because you're clearly talented at it and you're already great at articulating the
education to others and easy to like learn and easy to weigh. Like you're worried about your
English and dictation. Don't, it is your your character it is your differentiation that is out there in this education because you're saying it
in the plain of English words everybody else is like trying to compete in this academic field of
uh you know uh dev and and art and stuff when you're just like trying to teach yourself and
teach others at the same time so bravovo, brother. On that note, though, his pronunciation today is extremely clear.
It's the clearest I've probably heard him speaking on Spaces ever.
Well, it's 72 hours of Spaces to listen to, right?
It's like listening to English movies and stuff and learning English that way.
I had a friend who spoke nine different languages just because he sat home after he broke his leg and uh and listened to all these different language films
lean in lean in we always tell you lean in it works
yeah let me let me send you a co-host invite so i think i think this this should be a perfect time to play a track that Briggsie,
I think Briggsie is down there.
Briggsie worked on for the Ice Labs as a collab.
Let me just send you a co-host invite,
and I'm going to play the song.
And you guys can tell me what you think about it.
This is my laptop. about it
real quick guys we only have 10 reposts in here 11 likes on uh ice labs main post let's get some
reposts in here let's let people know that this is where the 222 is happening and continuing to
to go at i'm going to go ahead and share it in the 222 and share it to some rooms i hope you guys
will do the same uh make sure to spread it out to uh uh like all your different telegrams and other
like different social apps get some people that aren't normally inside of these spaces,
give them that opportunity to get in here, get talking, get asking questions.
All right. I'm going to, I'm going to, I'm going to do a giveaway for just like,
like, like repost, like Repose the space.
I'm going to drop three chill boards for three people who like on Repose.
So let me just play the song real quick. I I
I I'm chillin' drops, OG forever I'm stacking the dots Chillin' my soul with the rhythm so hot And the first of the bass are on top
Cold with the flow but the beat don't freeze
I will be fire with the ice on me
Protect us apart What's the whole thing? Go! Oh, yeah. Now, we put a soul. We put a soul. We put a soul. We put a soul.
Cold vibes only we don't chase the heat.
Ice in the pocket keep it moving on me.
Laps at the polls is the future of all.
Penguins are boss turning stories to go.
Step left, step right, let the baseline rise.
Ice labs and go for all well-wise.
Cold will be shine, see the spark of them in view.
Ice is the key and it's all for the crew. Stack that ice, let it multiply. Cold at the mall, we're reaching the sky. Oh Okay. Oh I saw my wrist.
Yeah, shout out to Briggsie for the awesome track.
So, like and repost the space.
I'm going to do the Twitter picker in a few minutes.
It's not asking a lot guys so you said um that you did a lot of design work for ads and stuff like what got you
into art like as a kid like when when did you first start
drawing i think maybe in primary school like uh in arts class we would draw there was
there were actors they had access to do drawings uh i think i was the one drawing for most of my
classmates because uh also in university when we were doing
biology, you were asked to
the practical books just to draw for them.
when I really go into art.
Sorry, I'm drilling about pilot holes.
Yeah, I also did graphic designing as a job i used to work before i went to school i i used to work in a in a printing shop i do ads just random stuff maybe flyers for people selling
food people selling snacks flyers for random shops like and also wedding cards uh
wedding magazines photo albums like i designed a lot of stuff
what's your favorite project you've ever worked on
on nfts or no no like designing maybe even something you haven't gotten paid for
or even shown anybody what's your like favorite memory of art
um i think uh that was when i did i did a photo album for my sister's wedding
so i really put in the work or for that i i really put my all for that, made it look amazing, splash of
colors. I think that was my favorite
the process of being able to create this thing
for your sister, so it's like some of your
passion and being able to create that into
something special for her, or
what was it about the process? Yeah and being able to create that into something, you know, special for her or what was it about the process?
Being able to create something that I know she likes because I know her
favorite colors and all her favorite colors.
So I just splashed it out and really made a design that stand out.
really loved it. She really loved it. That was like two years ago.
That was like two years ago.
your biggest failure you've ever learned from something that like later that
you're like, man, I'm glad that happened because this.
Um, I think I really have to think about that one. Cause, uh,
okay. Think on that. We'll come back to it. We'll come back. That's a big one. Yeah
Yeah, it's like a life lesson of, you know, like, okay, I didn't agree with it then, but now I see why
Yeah, I really have to think about that because
I don't ask the small questions, Ice Labs.
What is some of your favorite media to consume?
I like to watch movies on Netflix. I like to watch movies. I like to watch movies on Netflix.
I like to watch horror movies.
I like to watch action movies like Marvel.
Marvel is my favorite production company.
What about movies do you like? Like long form, obviously over like a short show or something.
Like the names of movies i like no what about movies like what do you why do you like movies over let's say shows right so i'm guessing you
like the longer form what is it about movies that you like what kind of movies and action movies i
like i like movies uh i also watch action series a bit,
but I like movies much more
because I don't like the suspense
they like to give in series
because they could just...
You could be at the end of the last episode
and they're going to do something
that's going to make you watch the next season
and they're not going to bring it out
until maybe you forget about the movie.
movies from beginning to end you can just see what happens at the end in movies too they like
to give suspense in movies when they're gonna do a part two like marvel and uh some of the
avengers movies they like to give like after the credits you know after the credits they just give one
scene one scene is that scene is the suspense that makes you wait for the next one yeah yeah
yeah teaser for the next one like uh in maybe i think end game i think in end game they give a teaser for... What's the name?
Tony Stark? It's been a long season.
Yeah, they like to give teasers of movies in the end credits.
I'm a big uh marvel fan i i i like
like any superhero movie period but um yeah marvel especially and uh i like movies period
always was drawn to movies i kind of had a disparate like childhood a little bit uh 50 50
on my dad's side then most of it you know you know, through, through 11 on, but, um, I liked movies
because it was like an escape, right? It's a place where like, if I'm feeling too overwhelmed
with the world around me, it was a place that I could engross myself into and like, uh, you know,
be shandified into the environment and, uh, always enjoyed that about movies.
Yeah. I used to, I liked. Yeah, I used to...
I used to imagine myself having superpowers as a kid.
So I think that's what grew,
that made me like superhero movies more.
I also like action movies.
I used to want to go to the military.
Military films are my most favorite.
I used to want to go to the military like military films are like my most favorite i used to want to go to the military but after i i have after i learned about the the kind of training you go through the
kind of suffering you go through before you become a soldier like i was like nah that's not me i'm That's for a rank Yeah, I wanted to join
Parachuting, like I wanted to be
In airborne just so I could jump out of planes
My license to be able to skydive
Still having skydives to this day
It was a choice At 18 of I be able to skydive. Still having skydived to this day.
It was a choice at 18 of I was either going skydiving or getting a tattoo,
and I got a tattoo and then never went skydiving.
I think skydiving is one of my top ones, on the top list of things I want to try.
I want to just jump out of a plane, but what if the parachute fails?
That's what I'm thinking the most.
What if the parachute fails, and that would be my last jump on Earth?
So this is what I think about it.
What if the parachute fails before March Madness?
That's why we have a reserve parachute.
So if the parachute fails, you pull a second.
Either it fails before March Madness, like you do it next week,
and it fails, that would be a lost opportunity never to experience March Madness.
But what happens if it happens afterwards?
That's also a huge opportunity loss.
You could last your entire life, you know?
So it's funny how things work out when you like made it in crypto, no?
Like obviously GUI thinks totally different about going to conferences, taking risks.
And it's the same with me.
I'm always thinking like, is it worth doing this right
now? Driving very fast in a car, for example, and shit like this. And then I always realise,
no, no, let's take less risk. I don't know about you guys.
Mic check. You guys hear me okay?
Yeah, I can hear you yeah I couldn't hear a bit there before
yes it's been glitching it's the third time I've had to request I can hear you. Oh, here you are now, yeah. Alright.
It's the third time I've ever tried to cross.
Yeah, we were talking about skydiving.
Have you ever tried skydiving, Naz?
Always wanted to as well,
but I never got around to it just yet.
Closest thing to a skydive.
Well, 200 foot bungee jumps.
Probably the tallest thing that I've ever jumped off.
But that was flipping on.
That was 20 years ago, I think, when I did that bungee jump.
Yeah, 20 years ago at least that was fun it was one of those bungees as well that i didn't just flip in
drop down it was in a theme park here in the uk called american adventure and
you're literally uh you had the option it was three of you next so three people together
Literally, you had the option, it was three of you next to you.
So three people together would go in this harness,
and then the crane lifts you up 200 feet.
And then one of you, the person on the right-hand side,
is the one responsible for pulling the cord to release the bungee.
You have to do that manually yourself whilst you're up there 200 feet in the flipping air.
And yeah, the first time, it was my turn to pull the cord.
and I had my two mates with me,
so I just left them there for a good minute just to scream and shout at me
because they were scared of heights.
but then when you pull the cord,
the ship would just drop 180 feet.
And then as the bungee would tie in,
it would then start swinging back and forward,
pendulum and in front of you there's a fence and as you go towards the fence you literally think
you're going to smash into the fence but you actually go above the fences but yeah that was
my childhood on the bungee but parachute not done it yet i think uh in this kind of situation, the first thing I think is, what if the rope snaps?
I always think about the Megatron.
They opened up a centre, one of these skydiving air things that you get, where you can go into the terminal, so you don't need a parachute, it just blows air, and you can experience the skydive that way.
They opened one here in Manchester not long ago. Yes, I wanted to go
into one of those for years.
I would have gone parasailing
with Jeff inside of Utah, but my leg
was still healing. Still is healing.
What am I fucking saying?
probably break a few legs
I fucking judo-chopped the fucking
ground with my foot yeah that's the first thing i think about in these kind of situations like i always think
about the best that's gonna happen but if i get a chance to skydive, I'm definitely going first.
First, I'm going to let this person behind me jump
until I see the parachute come up
before I'm going to go after.
But sometimes they attach you to someone
They don't let you do the jump yourself.
You're always jumping in tandem if you're inexperienced.
They call it a tangent dive.
Sorry that I missed part one.
But it's really cool that you're able to do this
bro part two part two rug adobe rugged me adobe rug me oh i'm sorry that sucks yeah i was using
a cracked version so when you're using a cracked version it doesn't want you to go online so i was
connected i'm gonna reinstall it and maybe have another space before my last space.
Because my last space was going to be just generating the layers we draw on Hashlib's
So maybe if someone's not going to go on for a few days, I can just have one hour to just
are you also making something with the
monkey zoo, or were you just talking
about it, like, with the whole
creation, because I know they're making
a NFT. Monkey bots by the looks of it.
Yeah, I'm doing the art for it.
I'm doing part of the art, most of the art,
but Dijana is also helping me with some of the tricks.
This morning in the space, wasn't...
You know, Andrew from Chia Music.
I don't know, but that's cool.
I was asking the ice labs, I thought, this morning on Tim Space.
Wasn't Andrew supposed to also be helping you and DeGener with the artwork?
Or did I hear that wrong?
Sorry, Edward. Sorry, Andrew. Oh, Edward. Sorry, Edward.
I'm saying, yeah, Edward.
He's doing the backgrounds.
He's doing the backgrounds, all the backgrounds for it.
Did you guys tag the lurky? who how does the lurkey thing work is it just if you're
the host no no anybody can hear a speaker if you uh are a listener it tracks at all
oh for sure because i want to look you already gave a summary of the space we had i think the thing is automatic
yeah it's really cool to see shout out to money i just retweeted his thing
but shout out everyone who's trying to just represent shia and make sure we're on that
leaderboard and stuff it's been dope to see this whole marathon has been so cool so good shit i i'm glad you could do this
i've tagged it in this one anyway i know some folks have been doing it in the previous spaces
literally just one person just tags lurkey to evo and then generally replies back to say that
new alpha yeah yeah i think when you talk about lurkey when you talk about Lurkey, when you talk about Lurkey in spaces, I think it's listening. Because it gives a summary and it also gives points for talking about Lurkey.
I think talking about Lurkey gives more points on the website.
Speaking of Lurkey, if you sign up for Lurkey using more juicy referral code, you can get a Lurkey NFT sent to you.
Already like nine people did it so far.
Some bots as well, but I didn't receive it.
Dude, literally just before you sent me mine, I was going to say to you, I hope I get number nine.
And then you sent me number eight.
I would have told you to send me number nine.
I mean, no wonder you're saying your own collection is taking long
because you keep on doing these side quests.
Like, I have this collection now, you know, that I've been working on
for months now, and I just didn't want this to be my first collection.
What if I make any mistakes?
I wanted to learn how to upload something to IPFS before. I wanted to learn how to use Mintgarden Studio. So therefore I thought,
let me just do a really quick side quest here, creating some NFTs and giving them out for free
to everybody who's using my referral link. And now I know the process and I now will be able to
compare it. How is it creating something with MintGuard for you versus using Crate for example?
Versus if I would have not done that, I would have never done that with the experience of RedWars now behind it.
No, I have not used Crate yet. I think it's not out yet, right? Like Greg is still fiddling around with last finishing touches.
Fiddling around with last finishing touches.
I can't wait for Krayt to be out so we can do free mint Fridays on Chia.
Hey, now that we have art up here, let me ask you a question because now that I use
Minkard Studio I also realize that there's a cost involved for creators creating NFT collections, especially with high
account collections like 10,000 pieces. It's actually quite costly to create collections
on Shia with MintGarden. Would that be something that Crate does for cheaper at least? Because now
you don't have to upfront the cost of minting NFT, but now basically outsource it to the people minting?
Did I understand that process correctly?
Yeah, I think there's a pricing. If you go to the, I don't know if it's up now,
but if you go to the CRED website, you can see the pricing. I think standard collection is
5, 10 XCH for a collection with claim conditions. That is, if you want to do a free mint, maybe a paid mint, maybe an allowless mint.
I did ask Greg the question earlier this morning.
And he is speaking with the SVL regarding that.
There's something to do with some API integrations.
But initially, that was the plan
because as you've rightly said
you need the credits with MintGarden
in order to mint the NFTs with them
and that's an upfront cost
and not a lot of artists will potentially
especially if you're having a massive collection,
you're not going to be able to front the cost.
So I believe what we're trying to implement,
Art can correct me if I'm wrong here,
is that it'll be like a pay-as-you-go sort of a mint-on-demand credit system
that'll be implemented into Crate.
So when we mint via Crate, it'll just
basically pay for each, or
top up the credits for you automatically
for the artist's account.
assuming that's something that Drat's going to try and get done
hopefully by the end of the week.
All right, all right, because like I was counting
with the 5,000 piece collection, for example,
a mint guide would cost you like $500.
And even if it is only 10 XEH with Crate, that's like five times cheaper.
I mean, this was the issue that we ran into with Mojo Friends.
If you remember, like, Bullish had already set up the mint credits, but because we slant so many transactions through Crate, he ran out of mint credits on the other side.
And that whole rate limiting issue blah blah blah. Then you had to go on top up and then run the Crate queue again.
So I think this hopefully once it's sorted it should just be, yeah Crate will take care of everything.
If you remember back then we had to get Aceville to like expand the
rate limit and whatnot or give a different API but you know dealing
problems when you're building new shit.
Did you see the update regarding the Gophers and the guild?
Well, I was in the space yesterday and I read something today,
but maybe you can just give us this public service announcement with the TLDR.
So I think it was yesterday or the day before.
So I think it was yesterday or the day before,
the Gophers were updated to now asset the G4M XCH LP token.
So Gopher offers are now in LP tokens, basically.
So you can either XCH in the Gopher token or the XCH Gopher LP token.
And those offers will generally be discounted in comparison
to the single assets oh it's a done deal already i thought this process was still in like you know
figuring out mode um none of the offers are there i've bought a few so they're definitely there
the offers are coming through in the LP tokens.
That's the new mode, right?
Like a new offer would first populate in XCH,
and if it does not get taken,
then it would reintroduce to the market in the LP token.
But the long-term vision for Josh,
and that's what he's working on right now with Ace Rail,
is to have every offer always up in XCH, Gopher token, and also the Gopher XCH LP token,
so that the user always has a choice of using any of these.
But I believe the LP one will be slightly discounted in comparison to the single asset offers.
Yeah, exactly. It will basically be like a tier.
It's to incentivize people to LP. in comparison to the single asset offers. Yeah, exactly. It will basically be like a tier.
It's to incentivize people to LP.
And then also the fact that when you're using the LP token to make that purchase
or the offer file, those LP tokens then get burnt.
Correct. And LP already went up by quite a lot.
I think like 40% compared to the lowest amount that I've seen.
But what's the receipt snaps, Alpha?
I don't have a clue about that.
Do you know anything about that?
I think Josh has already talked about that in the last space.
It will basically be the same rules as the gopher economy.
You will be able to post a picture on X and tag the gopher me butt to gopherize your picture let's say you have a picture of an ice lab robot and tag the gopher
me butt then gopher me would just take a seed snap of that picture gopherize it and put it
into your gopher account with a crown and now you would be able to get the airdrops
with that NFT and other people would be able to buy
that GopherRise, iSlab, SeedSnap,
We'll first populate in XCH and then later on,
and Gantoken and also the Koolkit token.
Just to make sure that we always have new offers up for grabs every
couple of minutes something will populate so how does the seeds not work then regarding the gopher
economy i don't get that like uh you make you post a picture on the timeline tagging the gopher me bot
all right i'll then take a snapshot of that and post okay exactly go for us your
picture you will get this nft under your go for me page and the second offer will be on the
marketplace for people to buy it will have an emoji therefore but when you say it's going to go for
eyes that seed snap picture does that mean then this's it's a brand new gopher account no it will be in your
gopher account so only people that have already a gopher account will be able to be able to get
the c snap right okay so the system knows who's eligible who's not okay exactly
and i think josh is still thinking about the pricing. Should it be the same as the Gophers?
You know, 0.02 XCH for starting price,
And all of his thoughts are developed right now.
Happy World Rhino Day. I didn't hear what you guys were saying. happy world rhino day
i didn't hear what you guys were saying but
i'm still upset with you bro you never gave me the alpha and aster
dude i'm i can't even look at my timeline nowadays.
And they're trading like a $10 billion coin.
Like, go find some shit beside that.
I don't know why they care so much already.
Because C's you buying.'s why yeah it's crazy but uh mr beast bought
and then they said it was the top and then it did dump but i don't know how it's doing now
but i'm not buying that shit shut up perp hay Hayes down there, Goat. He told me about it actually like three days before it popped off Hella. So I wonder, it was probably like 10 cents when he told me honestly. So good shit Goat if you bought some.
since if anybody got in last month this is a 33x already right and i looked at it i'm like
i'm sure i've been following and doing research on that pro on this protocol a couple of months back
and they went and looked and there was two protocols of the same name that was following
and this one had launched another one hasn't and i was like yep typical faded monOR again, as usual. Yeah. There's so much shit.
Because I thought it was on Solana at first.
I almost bought an Aster on Solana just because I was like, fuck it.
I was like, oh, my God, I almost got it fucked.
But I don't even care about all that.
I've been trying to use it a little bit to market myself.
Like, hey, I was asked to.
But I went in a space yesterday, and I don't even want to be in those spaces.
It leaves a bad taste in my mouth.
But I saw just completely other news.
I saw Bass is going to do a Solana bridge.
Well, they already have one.
It's called Universal Asset Bridge.
It's been open for over a year between Base and Solana.
I know Speeches has used that,
changing of the Coinbase wallet
and now talks of the Base
token drop coming at some point.
But yeah, they've been touting
that they were going to tap into it.
And I was aware of that universe
I think it was probably speechless I mentioned it.
And slowly, you know, over the last year
like every month on month,
The TVL, you know, volume through the growing. The TVL, Volume Through the Bridge.
It wouldn't surprise me if the announcement they've made
has something to do with them in the background,
because they were the first ones there
with a shitload of TVL already,
so they've got the problem.
But basically, this past week, bro,
those Lil Bangasers i can't freaking
scroll my timeline right without seeing at least five minutes of that non-stop uh you know the the
nfts and some of these tokens on base yeah they're they're starting to bang you know but it was you
know it is that time of the year again the last quarter
of the bullpen potentially
where you get the hockey sticks
I know exactly what I'm doing
I'm a fucking genius, look how much money I've made
and then it all goes to zero
yeah, and then meanwhile you're trying to buy
I had no money for Christmas presents
because I was buying the tops
of all these things but um yeah that's just cool like i'm really happy that the gang has such
a foundation and bass already and can roll with this and then i'm sure two two years it's taken
us to get there but i mean um speaking of which this month was the highest month for 9mm
ever on base yeah so bad like i i just posted on my other evm account the genesis og because i was
just thinking of 9mm today fucking love that thing dude, dude. And Merkle, like,
oh my gosh, it's been amazing.
tweet from Merkle earlier?
I saw that tweet from Chia earlier, too.
So I'm going to save a little bit of money just in case we touch $7.
I woke up to that message. But either way...
Say that a little prayer for me.
When I saw that, I had to double check for sure myself on SageWallet.
Because it was ten yesterday.
No, it's not six now, but he was just saying...
Because they're going to...
Yeah, I mean, I saw that tweet earlier.
And it makes sense, obviously.
You know, shit has to be paid for.
You know, they cost money so
as a brokie who I don't even
so I need as much chia as cheap as I can get
once again everybody we only have 15 reposts,
and they're probably old as fuck.
Please go and undo your reposts and post it again.
Let's get some people knowing that Ice Labs is holding it down
and hosting it for the 222, his first 222 marathon,
It's all of our first 222 marathon uh your first 222 marathon it's all of our first 20 222 marathon don't miss
it um because this is the first attempt we've never done 222 hours before we've done 207 hours
before we've done 168 hours before we failed at another 200 hour but this time we're going to do
222 hours this year we got the most awesome. We got the speakers
What's that? How many hours did you do last year?
last year we got like 70 or something hours in and then
Edward had didn't have service
I had like a family thing I had to go to and I was exhausted
And then I and I was like falling asleep and nobody could take the mic
for me and my phone was going to die.
Nobody surpassed last year's record then.
We already surpassed last year's.
Oh, Lurkey replied, yep, fresh alpha.
So summary will be posted once we're finished. Thank you. So I met Gene.
Oh, I thought I was rugging.
Yeah, I just ran the giveaway.
We have our three winners.
Can you move your mic or something?
I don't know what happened.
Yeah, I connected headphones.
So our three winners are B3555, BrickZ, and Debur.
Are you all in the space?
They're all wizards and amazing.
Are you calling in the air now?
Oh my god, it's echoing so bad.
A little bit too much for that song, but almost enough.
D-Birds is not in here, but shout out to Brie and Be Free.
I'll be free's not in here.
So I'm going to pick two other winners.
Ice, I think something happened here.
It's just a bit muffled and I'm echoing.

Oh, fuck. Oh, fuck. Oh, fuck. Oh, fuck. Oh, fuck. Oh, everyone.
I'm speaking as loud as I can.
Your mic is picking on us talking.
Yeah, I connected and disconnected.
So I don't know what's wrong now.
I've never dealt with this.
Let me try reconnecting the headphones.
Okay, how about now hello oh better let's go you can can you hear me yep it's clearer and it doesn't echo either
yeah okay sorry i'm gonna i'm gonna pick i'm gonna pick two other winners since uh
briggs is the only door briggs you can just comment your address down in the space.
StepSR. They're all in the
space. Yeah, I can see ChioGrapher.
Oh, I don't knowographer. And, uh...
Oh, I don't know if Steve's in here.
Geographer is in here, but
Yeah, I don't see Steve stepping in here.
Just comment down your address.
I'm going to pick another one.
Hopefully you're in this space.
Doc. I can't. Nope. I don't think so.
Damn. All of these winners are goats, but they're just not in here.
They got too many PO points as it is.
Orange peel. Neil. so re-roll drum roll orange peel Neil
are you just like removing everybody from the space
before you announce their name
Okay, so Stubbs, is Stubbs in here? Stub stops in here let's go stops comments down your xch ready and you get a bot in a minute
congrats in a minute. Congratulations. um so i think i'm gonna drop down because i haven't had dinner unless uh anyone's going to hold the space up.
What's the... Who's the next one?
Okay, this one was for Brad.
Well, while you're checking, bro, i just want to say i don't have enough time to always see everyone's posts and stuff and like support everyone but i've fucked with your art dude
thanks for sharing i wasn't there for the last one but thanks for sharing your knowledge too
good stuff there for the last one but thanks for sharing your knowledge too. Good stuff.
Kill bots are still minting.
Yeah, I'm looking for them right now. I'm trying to buy one.
Azure, did you tell everybody the other thing yet? Has that been mentioned? Does he what?
Is he giving away 5,000 chia?
There is another collection coming.
That's dope. That monkey you posted up there looks super sick
I wish I was there for the last one
How long have you been drawing?
Well, I'm gonna get a chill bot right now, maybe two.
I love supporting community members.
That reminds me, I also need to get...
I never even got one of those bepes that Tom Tom minted for Prophet Master, so
Wait, for Prophet Master?
He posted them yesterday again.
They're just called Beppe, but
there are still wizard hats. I need to get
I forget who drew them but yeah Tom minted them for him they're only 300 Testing, testing. Am I still here?
Oh no, it's back to the last...
Yeah, it sounds very popular.
Are you doing your Jitsi again?
I am in now. Are you doing your Jitsi again? Can you hear me now?
Okay, so I have to reinstall
I think right after I have dinner
I'm going to try reinstall it.
So maybe tomorrow if there's a free space
then we can go back to Jitsi and try it again. dinner i'm gonna try reinstall it so maybe tomorrow if there's a free space
then uh we can go back to jitzy and try it again
for sure dude did we find out who's up next aren't is it yourself yeah that's me i can spin up a space cool
all right let me just wait a bit uh before you spin it up then i'm gonna pin it up and go down
yeah man you can go and eat if you want i'll i'll pin it as soon as i'll start it
all right right thank you everybody for attending. I really appreciate all of you.
Everyone in here is a goat.
I really love people supporting me.
Oh, maybe cost as well, just in case.
I freaking love the Tang gang.
And I'm excited for Wizard Wednesday to be part of this too. I just got a pirate chill bot but then if you look at Dexy trades I also got that Beppe
with a wizard hat and a sprout.
I was just looking at that collection bro I remember NFT mention that last month but
I didn't realize that he'd already dropped it. Yeah, I was fading on accident.
Time to get XCHPOOT again.
That's what we were saying.
I haven't really talked to him much so then it was dope to actually like talk to him in person and he gave me even a bit more
uh insight into like the gang so it was dope but he was just telling me
to like think about even when you buy coffee think about it in chia and like you don't want to be xch poor all the time but yeah
bro i tell myself that every time and then i click
like for a neck lord yesterday about a neck lord that one was a no-brainer though. Sometimes it's like, even if it's a lot of chia, you just want it so bad.
Well hopefully, that's something I'm planning on doing, maybe in the next week or two, get
10 wasn't enough or 9 or whatever I got previously
Yeah, I only have two and I need to get more
Gotta bring it back to the Grove
Do you guys know where the Bohemian Grove is?
Do you guys know the Bohemian Grove is?
I know we're about to switch spaces, so it doesn't have to be a whole conversation,
but I was just near it the other day.
We're about to chill there one day after Chia goes up, it's like where the Illuminati goes.
There we go, space is pinned at the top, in the nest, should see in a minute.
I'll wait for everyone to move over before I leave.
Hour 77 to 79, let's grove!
Let's grove on a joint. you azure you still there? Thank you.
