mention is that with the lock supply, it's locked until, I believe, May 31st, June 1st,
2026, where it unlocks. And then once that unlocks, it is selling, Creecoin will be selling
10% of its supply to private equity, which I'm pretty sure they have lined up at this moment in time unless somebody else comes in and gives them a better offer.
But then at that point, they will lock up the majority of the supply.
And I say the majority back up only because they are trying to keep a 22 million circulating supply as much as possible.
So they'll lock it up for a year minus the tokens to bring it back up to a 22 million circulating
supply. But those of you that don't know, CRE coin, CRE means commercial real estate. So it is
the token that will be backed by commercial real estate. You don't have
a fractional ownership of commercial real estate, but the token will be backed by commercial real
estate. And what that means is when they start getting their rental or rent checks in,
in basically 80% of the net profits from those rent checks will go to buybacks and burns. The other 20%
will go to basically any rainy day fund. If you own any real estate, you know that if you don't
save money, things pop up and you need to get them fixed. So you do your best to save that money.
Also, they use them for appraisals, inspections, things of that nature, and just basically trying to get all the paperwork
done. It is a slow cook. So I will say it is a slow cook, but they all are currently having a

Um, we, so we are a decentralized yield platform.
We have a lend borrow protocol and we have RWA offerings and it's the RWA vaults that I want to shill here because that's pretty much our flagship product right now.
They've been doing really well.
The RWA company is a telecom company.
So what it is is you're investing in a telecom company called World Mobile.
They have 3 million customers on four different continents.
You are purchasing telecom equipments, for instance, like the antennas you see on cell phone towers and Wi-Fi routers you would see in people's homes. parties to purchase their infrastructure as they build out their networks and then you own a share
of the revenue so you get paid back so um so my company turned that into a smooth investment
vehicle where you can just put money in the world mobile vaults the money's going to earn you 20%
apr so you put a thousand dollars in there come back a year later it's you're going to have
twelve hundred dollars if you choose to compound that interest you can get a couple more percents
as well you can you can utilize compound interest and that money is going to go to purchasing
those cell phone tower antennas and the wi-fi routers that make up the network for the World Mobile customers. And so World Mobile
sends us our share of the revenue back every single month, and then we put that back into
the vault. So that's where the yield comes from. So this is not, you're putting in either USDC or
USCT stable coins, and then you're earning in stable coins too. So you're not, rewards are not
claimed in any, you know, governance token or anything like that. It's just put in stable coins too. So you're not, rewards are not claimed in any, you know, governance token
or anything like that. It's just put in stable coins. You're earning 20% APR in stable coins.
You can compound your interest if you want so you can claim it when you want to. And then
when you want your principal back, you can withdraw that sets a sell order and then it processes you out currently we have a little
over a million dollars total between all of our vaults we have paid out over fifty thousand dollars
in in interest this year and we've also processed about forty five thousand000 worth of cell orders as well. So we're seeing really good numbers there. It's a very
solid RWA strategy. Telecom is solid. People do pay their cell phone bills. They do pay their
internet bills for their Wi-Fi. That's something that doesn't really change. And so that's why
we're able to offer such a consistent APR so notice
it's not a it's not a variable rate like you'll see in many other places it's a fixed 20 APR so
that's been doing really well for us you can go check that out I pinned on the Jumbotron the the

cell phone towers. I guess my question is what percent of the US, for example, what percent of
the maybe human population do you guys have coverage for?
How many countries? Is it specific to certain regions? How's that work?
Yeah. So if you want to be a user of World Mobile and like instead of Verizon or T-Mobile or something, you want to actually get on a World Mobile cell phone plan, you can do that.
on a world mobile cell phone plan, you can do that. And there's coverage everywhere because
they are building their independent networks. Like they, they cover the entire state or the
entire city of Reno, Nevada. They're in North Carolina as well, Louisiana, but they have,
they have agreements with T-Mobile and I think Verizon as well for roaming. So it's the same,
it's, it's the same as when you're on other plans, you're either roaming or you're on
the organic network. So you can actually get a plan that works across the entire US if you want
to be a user. But just not to confuse anybody, I was talking specifically about the investment
side of things. So the investment side of things is just earning revenue, putting money in the vault and earning revenue. But if you wanted to,
you could also be a user of the network as well and just get it on your cell phone.
And can people use the network without knowing anything about crypto or having anything crypto
related, being involved in the process? Oh yeah. You sign up just like any other cell phone plan
and you get an eSIM for your phone and then you're good to go.
Super simple. Yeah. I mean, I guess that's interesting that we can actually take part
in it. And then the stake to earn, is it diminishing returns after a while? Like if more and more people are staking, then do you still maintain that 20%
APY or is it like slightly less returns as more and more people jump on board?
Yeah. So it's always 20% APY because you're not dealing with any governance tokens or
any like inflation. You're simply buying real assets assets so you're buying antennas or wi-fi routers
which you own and then you're earning a share of the revenue of the people that are paying to use
that network either they're paying their cell phone bills or they're paying uh wi-fi so so like
in the us for instance um it's like 40 bucks a month for their plan.
But where their main business is actually in Asia with the Wi-Fi routers, where, you
know, these Wi-Fi routers cost about 50 bucks each.
And, you know, they service either one home or several different homes.
And they're making about $2 per month. So $50 and then $2. So that's where the majority of the revenue is coming from
is in Asia where the revenue is just such a good spread and the opportunity is there. So
they're in Asia right now. They're about to break into Mexico.
Mexico is also gonna be a really hot market with high APY.
But yeah, to answer your question,
no, the 20% APY will not go down
because it's just straight revenue.
So that's not gonna change.

We're just integrating RWA stuff for World Mobile, though, they have nearly 100 people total on their payroll.

Just final comments is the reason we chose to partner with this specific RWA company
is because their business strategy is immaculate.
Like these guys aren't going anywhere for decades.
Like I said, they've got 100 employees right now for 3 million customers.
Compare that to Verizon and T-Mobile, for instance, two very similar type companies.
They have 100,000 employees.
They have 7,000 brick and mortar buildings.
And they don't even own all their cell phone towers.
They rent like 60% of them from third parties, which adds more layers of efficiency.

and it's smart, efficient, and that's why you can make money.

that doesn't mean that you know there's somebody that you know you could put faith in like people have to for me
at least people have to continuously you know prove that and and show that they're not doing
it to other people as well like we've all probably been in this position just quick tangent joe
we've all probably been in this position where you, we've people haven't slimed us out, but we've watched them do it to other people.
Eventually, what they do to other people, they will do to you.

any funds around. So that puts another layer of
security. Not one person can be nefarious. And so I'd encourage all kinds of projects. If you're
in a DAO or like that, it's just another layer that you can offer to your community of trust,

But really like, you know, yeah,
like just be safe out there.

but it's not just crypto.
It's like everywhere in the world, there's like scammers and people that are out to do nefarious stuff.

a, is a protocol that connects all blockchains where they can just, it's decentralized, um,
and they can just, with the ZK rollup of, of the chain, they can just communicate with each other
and it doesn't take like that gas token. So that's something that's that Polygon said
they're gonna build and it is built
and it'll help change the game.
It's needed like millions of different blockchains
with millions of different walls isn't helping
like onboarding mass, the masses.
We need it super simple.
And I think next year that like there's going to be some
definitely like big changes coming through that is just going to make it so much easier like I think
um one like a credit card to crypto is just like it's just waiting for those regulations to pass
and that's going to make things so much easier um but the polygon is is like, it's more than a layer two. And they're doing like
30 seconds left. Yeah, they have massive payment rails. And it's just the way. So there's definitely
like big, big companies look at how to move massive amounts of money on EVM and, and they
use Polygon. So EAC tow compared with that is just, it's gonna,
I, my conviction is Polygon and I would just encourage
everyone to like diversify and look into it and not just,
don't put all your crypto into one bag.

It's called the Decentralized World Network.

And we are working on a full schedule right now.

slotted in. But essentially what we're looking at is building the community of hosts who want to be
promoted amongst each other. We're really working on keeping good actors in the space.
We don't want to promote anybody who's malicious
or has a history of malicious intents.
We're keeping a lot of the good actors in the place.
That being said, there's going to be some crazy alpha
popping off in the near future.

I come from in Nigeria itselfia itself by the way known as
the base setters and um the dream project has actually also been a dad in the um reward impact
basically we've moved towards reward impact and reward hazards and so far so good we've been doing
a lot of things yeah in the last 30 days the project has been launched
we fed 200 plus which they have rich events again coming up on 26th after christmas that will be
feeding more than 450 people in nigeria and also and also dedicated a whole lot of people
me personally we've educated people community about how to explore the
future space out space
people in my community and funny enough they will be part of those impacting in
people live with the
Learn and practice cooling system that we just started
That will be starting next year fully. Yeah, so and also the dreams will be
We'll be satisfied. We'll get our certificate soon from the government of Nigeria
So we can actually operate a reality
well it's a people and use the property officially um soon so we'll get our certificate which is the dreams reality limited and yeah we have like four landing giveaway we've given out one um after our our event we have 40 entries now so we'll be
having the spaces mean spaces from 27 to 31st and then we hope to like do the second raffle giving
another land um in nigeria to a lucky order of the dream n which is actually 11 NFTs give you an entry so
we also have that in plan and they will be handing them just certificates of ownership
for the landing and property and they can actually do things
we also have like deals coming in around bringing the Drunking Lab which is a utility for the Ugly Duck Society. You know the one and only reward assets project attached to the Drunking Lab, attached to the used cooking hobby business, attached to the Bitcoin mansion, attached to the green cup a lot of like reward businesses which
holding that head of to use the assets to eat so we will be bringing the
drunken lab to Nigeria which is actually building reward assets for business in
Africa yeah as Africa is actually the biggest the largest population in I know
in the country in the world using crypto so having a
utility here also we bring a lot of people you know reward asset utility in here so people can
also like make use of the assets easily yep and also um we've given us like nTs, which are the UDS NFTs. We have Hyder's token partnership.
Also, yesterday we have Spaces on Hex,
the first decentralized radio station also
sponsoring part of our feeding outreach.
So they give us funds to feed more, 40 people on the outreach.
So normally we do feed 200,
and now we are feeding 240 people at the house so normally we do feed 200 and now we are feeding 240
People were at the event and we have like collisions of like
Farmers from the community
We have relation of like the youths in the community we've reached out to
The people in the transport system from the community
Basically a lot of web tooth people from different niche.
We have pharmacies.
A lot of people will be like,
what's going on with educating businesses,
which dreams that actually took upon itself.
Yeah, taxing will come into Nigeria from next year.
And when it comes to like taxing,
a lot of people will have to pay tax converting
dollars to naira every time but yeah if we're able to train businesses on accepting crypto
there might not be no need to pay excess taxes so they can actually bridge it so this is actually a very big opportunity for decentralization
to explore the nigerian space and that's why we have been doing that i've been having discussions
with web2 attending web2 business um events um web2 um talks and uh yeah yesterday we're also
with like developers in the web 2 spaces talking about
fintech talking about logistics different problems and how the tech system can help the
nigerian ecosystem yeah so i believe this is a big time for web tv to actually scale through
in the country uh that's why dreams is actually looking at the business aspects, onboarding businesses, onboarding talents into the Web3 space.
Yeah, and also Shiny Girl itself.
I've explored a lot of, like, if not 100%, 80% of the niche in Web3.
I've been an ambassador.
I've been a writer.
I've been a space host.
I've experienced being a community manager, a project manager.
I've launched the project myself. i've helped a lot of community
that has been an amazing amazing moment um in the web3 space learning in depth about different skills
and um experiencing a lot of like growth ups and downs so we shout out to everybody that
have been part of the community the part of chanigal and I'll say thank you very much and see
you I will get better better better next year you know how it's good so thank you very much Joe

Joe, just first off, thank you for hosting this space. I love the vibe. I love the ability for people to come and pitch. So,
Voltra is actually launching on Friday. So, Voltra is an ecosystem, but I'll talk about a couple things that, you know, we'll focus on today. Voltra is a launch pad that was really
built out of necessity. We, at the beginning of this year, as we looked at what we wanted to build within this community, within this Web3 arena, we saw a big need.
And that need was that everyone was complaining and talking and, you know, working on how do we solve the solution for rugging?
How do we, you know, make it so that it's not just a 1% or less than 1% that are
making money and everybody else is losing money? And as we went through our journey and we started
trading and we ourselves got rugged and tried to figure out what a solution could be, we thought,
what if we build our own launchpad to rival pumped out fund? what if we build a launchpad that the contract on the back
we've built all by ourselves we don't use anybody else's data or anybody else's code
and we lock up certain things for example two of the major ways that rugging happens right now
are the liquidity is you know in the hands of the creator So if the liquidity ends up being a very large amount,
the creator wants that,
they can just pull it out and pump that fund, right?
In some cases that is locked, right?
But then they have another way.
They assign themselves, let's say,
70 or 80% of the dev tokens, right?
And those dev tokens make up majority
of that overall market cap.
And so when the market cap hits 30, 40, 50, or 100,000,
they'll sell their dev tokens all at one time. And that crater ends up pulling away.
Another way that rugging happens is on the trader side, whether it's the creator doing it to his own
coin, or a trader coming in, a trader can come in at the beginning of a coin, put in 10 grand.
And as soon as that coin's doubled, tripled, quadrupled that price, they pull all that coins out the same way that a dev would pull their coins out, right?
And they rug the coin that way. And so as we looked at, okay, this is a real issue. Not only
are experienced people and moderate people, but specifically for the beginners, they're coming
into this space, they're getting rugged, they try it a few times, and they just say, you know what, I'm done.
I trust this person, I did what I thought was right,
I vetted this out, and it wasn't working.
And so Voltra built a launchpad, and we spent,
we got about 40 developers over the last 9, 10, 11 months,
and we just completed this last week.
And this launchpad does several things to lock a coin so that a
creator and even the traders cannot run those things are this we of course have locked the
liquidity the lp so that the creator does not have the one who has access to that or control
it's actually the community that does. We give the ability for a creator
to assign themselves a certain percentage of tokens,
but those tokens can only be released to them
and sold over a long span of time.
And when I say long span of time,
we're talking like over six weeks.
So they could sell two, three, four,
five percent of the time,
but as a token grows,
it's not going to give them the ability to rug that.
They won't have access to that.
They'll be released to them over time.
The other thing we do is we took advantage of Matora.
So Matora has coding that is built for what's called a fee farming token,
essentially a long-term community token.
And that coding allows a launch pad, if we were to build it right,
to do what's called a rate limiter. So what that means is if I'm a trader and I come in and I put $10,000 in and 10 days
later, I've got $100,000 in there, I have the option to sell that $100,000 if I want, but I
will pay a certain tax back to the people. And that's what
that rate limit is. So for example, Matora's suggestion is we go up to 99% as far as that
tax or fee goes. We likely won't go that high, but we may go as high as 75% or 80%, right?
But essentially what it does is it says, if you sell $100 or $500, you'll still pay the normal 1% that most people pay,
right? But if you decide to sell $5,000 or $6,000, you might have to pay a tax of 20% or 25%. And
we're going to have this rate limiter chart on our website for anybody to see. But what this does is
it takes the ability to rug a coin from the trader's end pretty much completely away from them. Because if they were to sell a very large amount, let's say that the fee on $100,000 was 70%,
that means that $70,000 of that $100,000 would go automatically back into the liquidity pool
and not allow that token to rug from that creator.
So on almost every end, and there's a few other safeguards
that we have, but almost every end, the creator cannot rug the coin because they're locked out
of liquidity and their debt tokens are released very slowly. And even on the trading end, that
rate limiter will really discourage a mass pullout. And even if it does, it will give back to the
community. So they'll see a little bit of a dip, but it wouldn't ever be a full rug, right?
The last, and so that's something that we've been working on all year.
We were very, very excited about it.
We're really looking to find creators who are hopeful in Web3 lasting a long time.
And I think we all know that if web three continues rugging and a few people
make money, eventually people are going to get sick of it. Right.
And so we're looking for these creators who are excited about this future.
When they hear this message, they say, yeah, I want to be a part of this.
I want to have my integrity back. I want to have my character back.
And really what we're going to do as well as have a,
I guess a window in our website that shows traders,
all the creators who have tokens that last a long time, five, six, seven months,
showing the history, right? And the highest performing creators, not anyone who pays us,
but the highest performing creators will be featured on our website. So traders can see,
hey, these creators
launched five tokens, and these five tokens have performed well over the last six months.
As time grows, you'll be able to see that credibility grow with that creator.
So we're also going to put resources out for traders on how to pick correct tokens, what
creators have, I guess, shown some integrity in the market things like that
so the last thing i'll do with my last 10 seconds is i'm going to chill for virginia she's got a
space on december 30th it's going to be a mega space so if you guys can come we'd love to have
you there and that's it that's my time epic vultra yeah baby i love it i love the anti-rug mechanisms everything that you're doing
now joe you know joe you can snap that's that's that's so important because you had a vision i
had a vision over two years and i was so scared to build it because of you know of this whole
security measurements and this makes me feel so confident now to build something right and i
could encourage everyone really take an eye on that because it's not easy to build but we have
community we have social capital we have each other right but and now the security that we can
build without fear in the market what every thing you want to build the solution for the next generation because
what we build now will define the next 20 years dear people sorry joe sorry you know me a bit
emotional now right i love it i know i love it jen i love the passion as well and this is exactly
why i keep inviting you back week after week and why I'm happy to bring on any projects that you recommend to us.

We just didn't want to have a pixelated nft we just wanted it to be a little bit more
so you know how do you change the name of the game how you change the narrative well that was
something that was really important to me because for us it just didn't have to be on the on the
blockchain we wanted more and the question was okay how can we get it to interact how can we
bring it into virtual reality?
Where now, wherever people go, they can take this character with them, not on the blockchain, but on their smart devices.
And that's what we were able to do. We were able to take the digital content, the pixelated NFT, into the 3D avatar of Blockzilla's NFTs.
And then what we did next was we put it on everybody's smartphone on an app
Which is currently on social media and what you can do today is literally wherever you go
Wherever you want to place this character in 3d ever star style
You can now do that and you can do it with three animations as of now
The first and the first animation is the laser coming from the eyes
Which is actually one of the traits for the blog Zillas the other one is the roar
Which is also one of the traits from the NFT collection and the third one is the smoke that's coming out of the nose
Right, but what we're also coming out with two more new animations. That's already been done. We're just waiting it for it to roll out

The next animation is the flex and now you're gonna be able to have the character flex like show your muscles
You know be the person you want to be and the fifth one
Which is the most important one as well is the stomp you you will now be able to stomp as well
So this should be rolling out very soon and I'm very excited about that
So those are two things that we have done proof of work before mint
The third thing is the fidgetal items. What is fidgetal items?
They're basically digital content created into physical items. Now this does not have to connect with merch
I call these the collectible items, which is your blogzilla's blog tag dog tag
Which is actually part of the NFT trade and then the next one is the blog Zillas NFC chip card. Now you can do major plays with the blog Zillas NFC chip card, and that's
what's really exciting. But for now, I would say that it is something, these collectible items,
these collectible items are something that you can touch, feel, and experience. And at the same
time, narrate your story as to what's your story with BlogZillas, why BlogZillas are different, and what do you most love about them.
And I think one of the things that for me is that I think my goal would be to somehow change the name of the game where people will start looking for proof of work before mint.
And I think that's just going to be classy.
When and how, I'm not sure, but the time will tell.
So these are the three things.

blogzilla is growing it's also about the people that are seeing the belief in themselves to grow
and take it to the next level which for me is like awakening the sleeping giant from within because
regardless of blogzilla grows or not it's important for me that people continue to grow
they feel the vibes and they have the belief system that no matter what happens, they can always take in charge of their tribe.
So, yes.
And then something that's really happened already about two, three months ago that Joe said that, hey, make sure you tell them what's happening behind the scenes is that we have a taco place.
So if you're ever out in New York and we get to meet and I was telling Joe because I two days ago I
thought Joe was in New York or something and I was like man Joe I'm gonna have to pick you up
ask you whether you want to have sushi whether you want to have tacos whether you want to have
burgers whether you have a whether you want to have some bagel balls or like some bagels for
breakfast and then even if you want to get a haircut joe um and if your phone wants a repair
or something whatever i'm mentioning you are the people that we have partnered up with that if you
tell them that hey you're part of the blogzilla's nft community um they will be able to give you a
kickback and i personally can't wait for joe to show up so i can say, hey, Joe, let's go show them the blogzilla's NFT. Let's get our taco.
Let's get our burger.
Let's get our steak.
Let's get the sushi.

I just can't wait for all this to happen with the good people, the tribe, the community,

Hey, Merry Christmas, Matt. Always a pleasure having you up here, man. One of these high
quality projects that I'm happy to promote. And it was really great having that community
space as well. So I'm looking forward to clapping more and make sure you guys are
turning up your volume. This is a really, really interesting project that I think could help
everybody in this space. If you're listening here, this is a project you could benefit from. So go
ahead, Matt, the floor is yours. yours yeah I just want to say thanks again for hosting
that space that just went excellent man a really great energy and looking
forward to doing that again so as you know Joe we're offering what no other
project is offering we're connecting the real world economy to the blockchain and
that's complete with three rails, funding, commerce, and payments. Now think
decentralized Shark Tank, think decentralized Amazon, and decentralized Visa. Now, when we're
talking about decentralized Shark Tank, what we're going to offer the community is where businesses
are going to verify themselves and then be able to pitch funding needs to the community about what they need,
whether it be a local pizza shop needing a pizza oven, a gym needing gym equipment,
or a barber needing an extra chair.
So instead of the business going to the bank to get a loan, they'll come to the community who can financially back them and then resolution
is going to attach a smart contract to the business where you'll be able to track in real
time your investment right there on your dashboard then from there you'll have everything uh flow
automatically back into your wallet where you'll be able to financially back them and then financially back you. The second rail is decentralized e-commerce.
This is where we're taking out the middlemen, no more big platforms,
and we're connecting sellers and buyers directly.
In the middle, we're going to use a blockchain escrow,
which will build trust between buyer and seller,
where the buyer can put their money in for the item,
the seller can have peace of mind, send their item off,
and when the buyer receives it,
they release the escrow and review the shop
that they bought the item from.
And it's just more of a streamlined and more efficient way
of doing commerce in general.
And it cuts down fees and it crosses borders
in a way that's not offered right now.
And our last rail, the payments, this is so that the payments flow through the entire ecosystem,
where it's as easy as sending a text.
And eventually, we're going to have a card attached to that too,
where you'll be able to pay for a cup of coffee or pay a light bill in real life
using what is the native token of the ecosystem
Brazil. So Brazil ties everything together. You'll be getting your returns from investment in Brazil.
You'll be paying for the goods and services in the mall in Brazil. And you'll be paying
for goods and services in real life in the native token Brazil. So, you know, like you've used the word ambitious,
and I think that's the perfect word for this.
But what we've done is create a closed loop,
self-sustaining, harmonious economic ecosystem.
And this is what we really believe the promise of blockchain was,
is that not only do we decentralize currency,
but we decentralize the systems that we
use that currency in and we financially back the community that creates the value in the first place
i'm here for you guys get all that look at resolution can pitch and matt can pitch about
it and under a few minutes i think any project should be able to have that elevator pitch ready to go. Matt, I obviously know a lot of the ins and outs about
what you guys are doing, but for anybody that's maybe less familiar, can you maybe
go over either the process for an investor's perspective? So someone who's maybe a listener,
how maybe they could benefit from this and what the process would be like for them to actually
hop on the platform, invest in someone who they are bullish in, and then what the returns maybe look like.
Yeah, sure thing. So the way we're going to organize our ecosystem is everybody in it,
businesses, investors, and consumers are going to be assigned an NFT identity. This NFT identity
will be connected to real world credentials. So we'll know who you are in the real world,
but your information will stay private
through zero knowledge proofs.
This will build a bridge of trust between you
and whoever you're doing business with in the ecosystem.
And on the backend of this NFT,
we're gonna have a reputation scoring system
where you will be able to review who you do business with,
the shops, the people, and that will carry with them through the ecosystem.
So you'll be able to see how each person benefits positively or negatively inside this ecosystem.
And that's really how it should be. You know, we got to build trust.
And that's what blockchain allows us to do is without, you know, putting too much information out there.
We have just enough to where we can move economically and, you know, use blockchain as the economic technology that it is.
Now, for an investor with returns, you're going to read the data on verified businesses.
Remember that pizza shop, it's in your own backyard, right?
You may buy pizza on a Friday night to feed your family. So why not be financially invested in them? And every time they
sell a pizza, you're able to see it on your dashboard and you get paid back in a transparent
manner. And that's the mission statement of resolution is transparency. That's why we chose
blockchain. It is an immutable ledger that nobody can change, that is always available to be viewed 24-7 around the world. And, you know, we think through that transparency that it will create trust. It will create new levels of economic prosperity. And for the investor, you know, you are the ones that create the value. You work your nine to five and get your paycheck.
And we want that to go further. And we want it to impact deeper. And that's what resolution is
all about, is creating economic infrastructure where the community can meet, where it can have
peace of mind, where it can spend its money and back things that they interact with on a daily
basis. I know another beauty of it is that someone in Japan can invest in someone on Main Street right here in the United States and vice versa.
So we're crossing borders, we're lowering fees, and we're creating more economic prosperity
than we have now.
That's what we're all here for. I think anybody who's listening to this space, especially
on X, has sort of come to that point where we know the system is messed up and how do we actually
improve it? We know that crypto is a solution. Well, what are the tools that we have built out
to actually be able to take advantage of these decentralized networks? And I really like that
that's what you guys are building resolution while still maintaining some of the benefits
that centralized oversight offers to investors specifically. I guess my question to you,
from a business perspective, if I'm a business owner or an aspiring business owner,
I'm assuming that there's some level of know your business that you guys have to do KYB.
And then does that mean that it is not really possible to do a Kickstarter situation here?
Do I have to already have an established
like employer identification number and be a registered LLC? Or can I use this also
to maybe raise some startup capital? So what we're offering is a place for the community to gather
around things that they believe in. Yes, businesses that are established are going to have
more opportunities as it should be because they've already done the work.
But if you have a group of people that want to surround a good idea that they can walk in the front door and meet the owner, then they should have a platform to do so.
So you don't have to have everything already in the works.
But yes, we are going to do know your business.
The business is going to be verified by resolution. We're going to vet everyone and everything that comes through the works. But yes, we are going to do know your business. The business is going to be verified

We are building effectively a rewards hub that kind of leverages socialfy tools with
different data sets.
We're a software as a service centered on user experience as you should be.
Your user experience is kind of your lifeblood when you're running a project or a product,
especially if it's a software company.
Our core competencies, I guess you could say,
are socialfy mechanisms, consumer reward
and loyalty platform.
We take all of our user feedback as much as we possibly can
and we apply it.

reviews from different users across the ecosystem. Four mainly are Bitcoin products. So we came out
with Bitcoin products first, soon to be on Solana, which is very exciting. I am a Solana OG. I was
there for the first all-time high, and I was there for the classic ftx crash during nft season so i know how the trenches
kind of rumble uh and we built this app exactly for that for people in the trenches uh for people
grinding uh you can reward your community by signing up with us completely free whether you're
an nft collection whether you're a business um whether you're an artist it doesn't matter uh you
can sign up with us completely for
free. And then you can find ways to give back to your users through tokens, through digital assets
on our storefront that we have, through staking, through Socialfy, where you can complete raids
and quests and then earn different tokens and rewards that those projects put up as a user.
And we just take a small fee on the transactions,
which is how we make money as a business.
But we're excited to get over to Solana.
I think Solana as a whole is where it's going to be.
I've always believed that.
So being able to go from Bitcoin,
where we have 40 plus clients as of current,
back over to Solana,
looking to repeat that success and beyond
for the inevitable
future and we're getting close to actually closing our raise as well so if anybody out there is
interested in learning more you know finding out more information on that feel free to hit us in

We're a fully fledged business out in Dubai.

Building on Bitcoin just took a long time.
And you got to wait to test things because the block didn't go through.
And then the block doesn't go through for four hours to test something it's like oh my god it takes forever to get you know
features out uh appropriately but on solana that's obviously very different we already have a demo
uh specifically you know if if people want to hop in a call and take a peek at that it's not open to
the public yet but it is live and i was just testing it earlier today again like i said you
can find us all over the place we have a linkedin I think at like two and a half K roughly, you know, we've done everything organically.
We get about 250 to 600 K impressions a day on, on the account on X alone. You know, we grind,
that's what we've been here for. And like I said, we built this app for creators, for businesses,
for small businesses, for startups, for meme coins, for NFTs, as a way
to kind of reward your user base and increase your user attention, which I think is the
most important thing that any builder can look for.
Hell yeah.
I think I know a couple that might've hopped in this space that could take advantage of
that.
I would be happy to take advantage of what you guys are building.
But stack it. I definitely like what you guys are doing. I think that the Solana rotation or pivot
is a next natural progression. Makes sense to start out on Bitcoin. It's kind of like the iPhone,
everything takes a little bit longer. I guess Apple takes a little bit longer to get out over
there, but once you're done and it's set, then it's usually high quality and you can just set
it and forget it. And then you can move on into trying out some more adventurous things.
So I think Solana is definitely a fun little playground. Makes sense for you guys to pivot
to next. And I guess I'm curious, let's see how much time we have left here. About three minutes.
Yeah, that's exactly right. Actually, yeah, three minutes. So are you guys looking to do
the exact same stuff that you're doing on Bitcoin or Solana or what are you guys starting with
exactly? Oh, the thing is, is so we already have all these features for Bitcoin communities available
that's like built on top of the Bitcoin blockchain, no other integrations, which is why it took
a long time.
There's like no ICP.
There's like no, there's nothing that like kind of expedites the process and the functions
on Bitcoin.
And for a Bitcoin app, it runs very well.
I would say so myself, you know, biased.
But once again, you can
you can check us out on Trustpilot if you don't believe me, because we have that there from users
that have used us. But yeah, we're looking to repeat kind of what we have on Bitcoin over on
Solana, but even more so in terms of certain functions that we haven't had the time to develop
on Bitcoin, because once again, it takes a long time. A good example is like if you want to reward
your community in multiple pools, right? Like, let's say you sign up you're like okay i have this
business i want to reward my community right now on bitcoin you can only have one pool on solana
we're hoping that you know we can have as many pools as possible and you can switch between those
pools and when they reward and how they reward uh to make it a little bit easier in terms of what
you're giving back to your community uh so there's definitely things that we have that are in the pipeline that we're still building for
Bitcoin that we already have demoable on Solana because of the fact that it just takes less time
to create. Both are built in Rust, so the synergies are already there. So it just, you know, it needs
to be applied appropriately. And obviously audits take time, you bugs take time and it adds up is basically
the way that i'm going to say it it adds up when when you're building something you know functional
for for different consumers and businesses uh and it takes a long time but we're excited to be able
to go on solana and provide these things like i said we already have 40 clients plus on bitcoin
uh hoping to repeat that success over there um you know, like I said, we're mid-raise,
so if people are interested in that, feel free to shoot DMs. But we have some, you know, partners
and things that are in the pipeline that I think even surprised me in terms of who wants to use us.
Those things I can't really get into unless, you know, you're a current investor. But, you know, obviously excitement is like not, it's not a, I should say it's pretty readily right now in terms of the availability and how excited I am with what we've been able to build and who we're going to be able to build with and who we are on chain. It's built for businesses. It's built for NFT founders.
It's built for meme coin founders. It's built for anybody that wants to find a way to reward
their community effectively. I love it, man. I think a great summary. Is there any other call

So what we're working on is actually building the tooling so you can own your voice in the age of AI, right?
So just a few seconds of audio and your voice can be cloned and used against you for nefarious purposes.
But equally, you can actually monetize your voice data, right?

So we're kind of just standing at the precipice
of being able to have fully decentralized identity.
And some of the new primitives that are coming through
with decentralized social, so this is happening both
in the base ecosystem with protocols like Farcaster, right?
Which is, you know, that's a decentralized social protocol
that means that your social engagement can persist
beyond just a single app,
but into like all of your social engagement that you have in farcaster that also
exists in the base app right and then there's new tech that is coming through in solana right nfgs
yes nfgs my homie my g it's not an nft it's an nfg it's a non-fungible graph right and what they're
doing is basically there's there's a there's a new primitive that
means that through merkle trees we can actually have cost effective decentralized social graphs
meaning that we can actually take our entire social network with us right so yes you are not
beholden to our lord and savior elon anymore you can rip your your social life out and exist independently
and own that data so what i've basically since we've been building these uh this this tooling
like what i've come to understand is that the decentralized social and decentralized identity is critical to being able to ultimately own your voice data as well.
And actually, this is the beginning of a revolution that, you know, that started with Web3 and it started,
you know, DeFi has done a lot to expand like the cause of decentralization and we've seen we are seeing
TradFi adopt decentralized rails and this is only going to expand into like every facet of our
digital life so basically I mean what I want to when I want to come down to is like what we're really focusing on now is actually basically
providing the tooling for this is like the new wave of spaces right so and I'll pin something
up here and you guys we're doing a space every day this week on the collaborative project that
we're doing with Zabal which is for a launch that's coming up on the 1st of January. Yes, you've got
to look out for this, fam. This is going to be incredible. And basically, we're hosting spaces,
and what you can do within these spaces, which take place on songjam.space forward slash Zabal, that's Z-A-B-A-L,
is you can line up your existing data from X and you can port this into Farcaster,
meaning that you can port it into the base app,
which, yes, means that you'll be qualifying
for all of these awesome rewards
that are coming through the base app as well.

owning your voice right so it's kind of and and it's really like as much as that you could
understand it as a platform it's also a primitive right so and i think that just like you know with
bitcoin you can own your digital asset you You can literally, you can physically own your Bitcoin, right?
You can take custody of that.
So similarly, the fundamentals of Songjam is about taking custody of your voice.
So you can't copyright your voice.
That's literally true.
You cannot copyright your voice.
That's crazy to think about, but it makes sense because copyright is an idea
of your mind right it's something that you've created it's a creative endeavor like you could
patent something you've created you could copyright a song but your voice is part of your body it's
your physical body so you can't copyright that but you can tokenize it right so enabling like the
tokenization of the voice that that means that it can be secured,
but equally it can be monetized, right? So I think it's a bit of both, but ultimately it's

How are we going to end the rest of the year?
In order for us to figure out what the hell, how we're going to end the market for the rest of the year,

We'll drop some alpha for you guys for what's going on for New Money Crypto. Don't go anywhere
because that's insanely bullish. And we have some crazy alpha coming up with Frankie J as well.

time the floor is yours what you got for us yo it's gucci so uh we had a bullish gdp print today
um 4.3 percent surprising to the upside and this is kind of what i have been talking about that
we're noticing an uptick in economic growth, economic momentum, even though the labor market remains weak.
Why does that matter? Why do we care what the labor market is doing? Because that means the
Fed is still going to cut rates. And when you have a Fed cutting rates into an accelerating economy,
that is a very bullish thing. And so this is going to continue as we head into 2026.
More rate cuts, more acceleration, especially as the big, beautiful bill ramps up spending,
cuts down on taxes and deregulates so that businesses can do more and so that the economy can
essentially perform better. This is one of the major catalysts that we need to see for the
business cycle to take place, to expand. And it's one of, if not the most important thing that we're looking for,
if we want to see any kind of alt season. And it's something I've been saying for a long time,
if you're familiar with the macro updates at this point, we're waiting for that business cycle
expansion. We're waiting for that economic expansion because that is heavily correlated to altcoins going higher to ethereum outperforming
bitcoin that is essentially what we're waiting for and so this this this is uh it portends very well
when you're asking yourself you know are we going to get that are we going to see that economic
expansion because again if you want people to invest in risky things,
they're going to need money to do that. And no one's going to be doing those sorts of things if they're feeling quite broke. And so that's a big reason, I believe, why we haven't seen an
alt season this year, why this cycle, this time feels so much different is because it is. Because we never had
that economic upswing. We never had that expansion. We never had that broadening out.
All we had was a liquidity cycle in some other parts of the world. We didn't have one in the
US. I think we had one in China, but I think they still have some work to do as well
next year. So this is why things feel different. The tightening phase, the liquidity drawdown phase
took longer this time around. And so as a result, things were slow to reaccelerate. And we saw that in the fact that only Bitcoin
outperformed. ETH barely reached its prior all-time highs. It stopped short of making
a new all-time high, and then it went back down. On top of that, the October 10th liquidation event,
people are not appreciating the magnitude, the gravity of that situation.
Everyone's upset.
End of the year week.
It's over.
This and that.
They're not appreciating how big of a deal that October 10th event was.
30% of market makers got wiped out.
30% of market makers got wiped out.
I mean, think about that.
That's 30% of volume. That's 30% of market makers got wiped out. I mean, think about that. That's 30% of volume.
That's 30% of liquidity gone. And it makes you realize just, you know, how manipulated a lot
of the space was. That they were needed to keep that price action high, to keep that price action
going. They were needed for that. And, that. And they weren't there to do it.
They're not here to do it now. And we're seeing the results of that. So looking ahead to 2026,
I'm seeing all of the things that normally lead to a bull run seem to be happening next year. Seems to be the situation
where next year is going to bring us the things that are actually required for a bull run to take
place. Can I guarantee you that that's going to be the case? Of course not. Does history and the
data tell us that as the business cycle expands,
ISMs go higher, PMIs go higher, the Fed cuts rates,
the Fed expands its balance sheet, they print money,
markets do well under those circumstances?
That is what history will tell us.
And so I think it's a wise bet.
You have some of the greatest macro risk managers calling for a bullish 2026, and then you've got a bunch of anons on X telling you that it's so over.
These are also the same people who probably want their favorite altcoin to start doing more marketing and start doing more Coindesk articles.
They probably want to see more announcements. They probably want to see more partnerships. They want to see more listings. These are not serious people. You cannot listen
to these people. You cannot make decisions based on what these people have to tell you.
They have no idea what they're talking about. They have no idea what they're talking about.
So please ignore the bears. Ignore. I mean, there are smart bears bears there are people who have like actual legitimate bear
cases listen to those people listen to yourself first and foremost but listen to people who are
presenting you with facts and data and evidence who are who are keeping a level head those are
those those are the the sources of information that will probably help you become a better
investor whether it means staying long whether it means getting the fuck out of information that will probably help you become a better investor, whether it means staying long, whether it means getting the fuck out of markets.
Everyone has to make that decision for themselves. You can't rent conviction. You're not going to
find it from anybody else. I can't tell you. I'm an ambassador. I'm a market analyst for a lot of
smaller projects and a lot of private communities for some of the bigger, some of the bigger influencers in the space. I can't tell you how many DMs I've been getting
this week asking me if, if I think that, you know, this token is going to go higher or if,
you know, this, you know, is this going to happen or what, what do you think about this?
It doesn't matter what I think, you know, I do my best to give people what they need to go off
and make their own decisions.
And that's that I realize is a lot to take in.
So maybe go back and listen to it because, you know, at risk of sounding immodest, this this is this is awful.
This is helping you understand the probable distribution of economic policy outcomes.
You have to make the decision what you want to do with that information.
There's always two sides to every story.
There are some potential negative catalysts next year, but I really just don't see many of them. You know, you could see the Fed decide to
maybe hike rates. You could see the new Fed chair be a little bit hawkish. You could see things that
are not bullish next year, but the probability of that is low. There's a low probability of that.
So anyways, those are my thoughts on markets.
