Oh, oh, oh.
All right, what's going on, everybody? Welcome to Wolf. Happy Monday! It's good to see everybody
here. Man, excited to jump into this week here. It's been a fun little weekend.
Came together a few of us yesterday, did some market talk, conversating,
and it's actually good because I don't believe you guys were in the Sunday space,
so it'd be kind of a bit of a fresh. Take on the market. Actually, I don't think any of the four
of you were. So, actually, I'm really interested to see what you guys think about the action over
the weekend, as well as you know what we're seeing right now. A bit of chopping action
and some serious ranges right now being being tested. I'm watching a hype right now,
and that has been fun to watch. And definitely been a pretty erratic coin the last day or so.
Bitcoin also, you know, making some big moves, shooting up pretty high all the way up to.
It got up to like almost one like 119, 120 ish, and then came right back down, and we're testing,
you know, like the the low 117 area again. So it looks like we're in this kind of range,
just bumping and and I do think that the traders last week or so were saying something
along the lines of expecting to see a bit of sideways action, or at least some of them.
So I'm curious to see, you know, what kind of updated thoughts we've got. But before we do,
if you guys get up up thoughts and retweet the space fan already. Helps out a ton. We try
and put on these shows every single day here at Wolf, and the panels we put together, man,
I I don't think I can make them more star-studded. I I really don't. They've got some
of the the coolest people in the game here on these spaces. So definitely be sure
if you're not already, take a second, make sure you're following the speakers up here.
And then this is a recorded space, so for people who can't make the live stream,
they can make the recording. But X is really bad about letting people know that we have a space
live. So please do cool tweet. Retweet all the things. Bottom right corner,
little purple pill down there, and yeah, man, we'll get into this conversation.
I saw Robinhood tweeted out, "Crypto is the future, or is crypto the future?
" Robinhood's been spending a lot of time paying attention to the various markets.
I know they're probably going to be entering pretty hard, like the prediction market to some point,
a lot more as well. And so, the Robinhood is going to be a really exciting factor,
and a lot of the attention around Coinbase. So, crypto's looking pretty good. I don't know.
I know we're at all time highs, but crypto's looking pretty good. So, anyways,
let me throw the mic over, and we'll we'll get this market talk space started here.
We'll go to Calvin first, get some thoughts from him. Calvin, how's it going, man?
It's going pretty good. Yeah, kind of curious. I'm really interested to see what the other speakers
have to say. Whether you know, because it's it's very odd. In the history of Bitcoin hitting
all time highs, we've never just hit an all time high and just sat around like that.
Like it's so odd. So I'm really curious to see how everyone's interpreting that. Because yeah,
when we were above, we hit like 109, and then we waited, and then we finally popped above that
at 111 or 112. And then we sat on that for a month and a half, and now we hit 123,
and we've absolutely gone sideways on Bitcoin for like 10 days, and it's weird. Like normally,
if if we're really in a hype cycle, we're gonna be we're gonna be popping through that
and running pretty hard. And so, because Bitcoin's going flat, alts are running like crazy.
Like that's just kind of the recipe for an alt season is when you have Bitcoin
in a confident position, and then alts are sitting around. You know, people are bored with Bitcoin,
and so they start looking around. So anyway, I I don't have a strong opinion yet.
I think most of my opinions are still in the same. I'm I'm kind of watching for that kind of frothy,
overextended period where I can start adding some shorts. But you know,
it was getting tempting yesterday when when I'm seeing double digits kind of across the board
on alts. It gets me a little. You know, makes me want to start layering into shorts,
but I'm kind of holding tight because if Bitcoin breaks out again, alt may run again.
So I'm just a little, you know, I'm being cautious, you know, from from a short perspective.
Definitely, definitely. Yeah, you were laying, you were layering into those for a while there,
and yeah, it's tough to know because we're at that point of like almost price discovery that
I talked about, where exactly like you said, Calvin, we haven't like really taken off
from those all time high prices. We're still just hovering above where we're like deciding
whether or not we want to supercycle this thing. And go absolutely bonkers here,
or or if we want to kind of hang out in this range here, and you know maybe not be as exciting
as some of our other speakers' predictions for Bitcoin 11 months ago. Hopefully, it's the first one.
Hopefully, we get some kind of. I mean, I'd be it would be insane, Calvin. I'm not sure what
how you'd amend your strategy or what you would even do in a scenario like this
if a super cycle conversation actually opens up and we start to really separate from what
we've seen in the mainstream. Like, I'd be like, dude, what now? Like,
what what is Lady Trader gonna do? What is she gonna say in our spaces? What am I gonna say?
What is Calvin gonna do? Like, when is he gonna short if there's just endless upside? So anyway,
I'm not sure if you've thought about that, but be curious to see if you've got thoughts. Well,
I mean, those are the those are the conversations that those types of thoughts
and conversations are are total top signals. So when when people think it can't come back down,
that's when you know that we're close. But the way that Bitcoin has acted, like price action,
these these breaks to all time highs and then sit there and do nothing,
means that the enthusiasm hasn't spiked. So same thing when we're dropping, right?
We get a high volume. Wick that drops us low and then it it pulls back.
You know you know that's a pretty solid bottom signal. Same at the top signal.
You want to hit a wild, just voracious upswing and then pull back and then you know okay that's
a pretty strong top. I don't see that. So that that's why I'm still on the sidelines
and I'm not ready to like pull the trigger. But you you bring up a good point though.
You know I don't know. Remember remember our year and a half long bear market that was so grueling
and it just the bottom just never ended and it just never ended. It just kept going
and it was pain every day and all that. We're in the opposite of that.
Like people can't imagine Bitcoin pulling back to fifty thousand. Like it's only going up.
Like people can't even see a pullback, and that's the mentality. You know that you're
you're getting hot. You're getting close. So anyway, yeah, probably some sound advice there.
Probably some sound advice. Let me kick it over to Evan. Definitely want to hear some
of his thoughts on the market overall and what kind of things he's getting up to. How's it going,
Evan? Going great, yeah, great to be on. I mean, it's um, it's ETH season, man. I mean,
as I've been saying, you know, it's ETH season, and a really interesting chart
that everybody should take a look at. It, you know, if you're out trading view, at least, you know,
ETH versus others, and this one's actually following kind of the same exact pattern that
it followed in 2021. If you look at April 21 and Ethereum versus others, bottomed out right there,
April 21, also bottomed out right around April of this year, and since then, ETH has out.
Been outperforming others. Now others is basically all the altcoins, everything outside the top ten
of market cap. And it when it peaked out in 2021, it was in August, early August of 21, around
August ninth that it peaked out. So if it's like that, we got ETH season until about sometime in
early August. And then I mean the only thing going against us to start alt altcoin season so soon,
where alt the majority of alts outperform Bitcoin and Ethereum, would be monetary policy.
Now they're they're trying to get power out. I don't I don't think they will,
but Unless we see some different news at the next FOMC meeting that we're not expecting, unlikely.
But that's the case for potentially all coin season to start a little bit earlier.
My guess is it may be a little bit more extended for an eat season, maybe until like September.
When they do finally cut rates again, is which is when alt's do finally outperform both Ethereum
and Bitcoin. Ethereum right now is obviously you know we're in a kind of parabolic rally.
There's not much resistance really until 3,900 all the way up to 4,100. Excuse me, 4,100.
I would guess that you would probably hit 4,000 relatively soon if you can break
if you can hit 4,000. You know, I would say before August 1st, you got a decent shot
of Making a new all-time high, or at least rejecting off the old all-time high, you know,
forty-eight hundred, forty-nine hundred, by August tenth, I would say, by mid-August,
around that kind of area. But if you do reject now, or reject from you know four thousand,
then you know it could be longer that you would see a new all-time high.
When I do think we would get that. High in August, August 10th. I think that's
when you would probably see some type of summer correction. Usually, you do have a correction August
or September, sometime in summer. We saw it a little bit in June, but I think if you do get up
to let's say 4,900, even 5,000 by August 10th, and I mean it is possible.
I know it sounds pretty crazy, but it is possible. I mean we're parabolic right now.
I would expect a twenty to thirty percent correction from there, so you know you could get up
to five thousand, four thousand, hundred, and come all the way back to you know thirty five hundred
in early September, and then from then onward to a potential peak at the end of the year.
Then you would hopefully you know get up to my big target, which is seventy three hundred.
But you know I would take anything between five and six, anything over five thousand, I would take.
And my plan is to start kind of scaling out of everything between October to December.
Alts in general have been outperforming Bitcoin. If you look at others, others versus Bitcoin,
that one it's been you know it's been depressing all year because you keep thinking it's bottomed
out, but it hasn't. But it's gotten a big jump right now. Looks great in the three week.
So a lot of potential there. Looks great on the monthly right there as well.
So I think that should be able to. Outperformed Bitcoin, kind of into the end of the year.
Previous times it peaked was January of 22, as well as where was it? Oh yeah, obviously
January of 2018. So you know we're kind of in the four-year cycle to a certain extent.
I mean every cycle is a little bit different, but we we still are in the four-year cycle
to a certain extent. I'd say it's more like 2017 rather than 2021 in the sense,
at least for Ethereum and a lot of altcoins. And I think you know now to at least October
is going to be the the strongest time, potentially into December. The reason
I keep mentioning October is because that's 18 months after the the Bitcoin having.
And every time historically, after having Bitcoin, you know, peaked out about 18 months. Also,
if you look at from the bear market bottom, it's all been it would point to October based on
the length of time. It's all been about oh man, I don't know if it's on my head. I think 152 weeks
or something like that. Obviously, could be different this time, but I don't think
it's going to kill you to start decaying out in October. That's kind of the the strategy
I'm looking at for some other alts. You know, Cardano I think has got a decent shot
at making a new all-time high. Avalanche is looking good. I mean, everything's looking pretty good.
I'm in a Doge long. You know, a lot of those good kind of swing trades right now work really well.
So the other thing too is fear and greed is not anything crazy. I do think if Ethereum makes
a new all time high, that would probably be where fear and greed gets really you know high
in the greed era, and we're ready to finally have a correction. But as of right now,
we still generally look healthy. Funding rates are good. I don't have any major concerns.
But as always, guys, anything can happen, so don't bet the farm on it. You know. So yeah. Yeah,
great points, Evan. And definitely, yeah, definitely important to be paying attention to October.
We're all gonna be. Super zoomed in on the end of the year. Tell you what, I will be.
I think it's gonna be a ton of fun, and yeah, man, definitely looking forward to October
and seeing what kind of things unravel there. I mean, we're gonna be we're gonna be covering in
real time with absolutely no idea which way it's gonna happen, and we're just gonna have to go week
by week. And it is gonna be a fascinating time to be alive. I mean, I feel like we're preparing for
like the like end game of end games right here. We're like gearing up for battle, preparing.
We're doing our meetings. I mean, Landy, like, what what are you feeling, man?
You got any thoughts on any of Evan's takes? I'm curious what kind of things you're looking at
in the market. It's good to have you, man. How was your weekend? Oh, I cannot hear Landy.
He may have a co-host curse on Monday. Oh, oh, there he is. Can you hear me now? He's back.
All right. Thanks, Kade. Yeah, I actually got to relax a little bit this weekend for once
and catch up on a little bit of sleep. You know, it's to to Calvin's point
that he was making earlier. One of the things that I wanted to kind of address
because I was looking just back to. February of last year, February of 2024, January into February,
when we saw Bitcoin spike the the major monthly level at 38.5 nearly to a T after the ETF launches.
We hit the high on I think it was like the 11th, the day after the ETFs spot ETF launch,
and then trended down, and then we broke out of that structure above around the $49,000 area.
After breaking above, we hovered above for about 11 days straight, just kind of going sideways
and down, returning to a to a mean average 20 simple. Then we went on to make the new all-time high
before the halving. Shortly thereafter, you know, shortly thereafter, it was a long summer. It was
a long summer for everyone that sideways and down period in 24. But we after the breakout there,
we had eight days of consolidation and then moving up to a brand new all-time high.
And right now we're on seven days of a consolidation after making a new all-time high.
So this isn't like it's not out of the realm of kind of the statistics that we've seen in
this particular cycle for Bitcoin. And it's one of the big things that I'm also looking at
at the same time is during these periods we had Bitcoin dominance take a couple big legs
down as well. To the tune of, you know, just late last year, 11.32%. A little bit earlier this year,
6.45. We saw another one at 5%. 5%, and then now we're down about 8.4% for Bitcoin dominance.
Now this is the longest period that we've seen Bitcoin dominance drop. And of course,
while Bitcoin is hanging on the highs, we've seen, you know, alts starting to run a bit.
And I think that what are we down? 8.4. We're we're down 8.46% as of today on Bitcoin dominance.
So I don't see anything too crazy going on here. We are in a bit of a a swing downtrend structure
on the daily. A little bit of a closing lower low could be set here. But you know,
if Bitcoin's hanging above around, for me, around 115 to 116 on closes, it looks pretty good still,
and and and likely to at minimum try to test back up. You know, we did get a test straight up
to the closing all-time high, and that was in today, early in today's session. So we got a close,
the closing all-time high is right there at 119.860 or so, and we got a spike right into it,
and then a rejection in the early hours. So you know, it's it's one of these situations where.
Many people, I think, are preemptively calling alt season, and we know that at some point
we're going to see a correction, especially because ETH is approaching a major,
major level overhead. It's gotten above a a pretty major level on the daily prior to hitting
its highs earlier this well in late December. It was you know running the highs,
kind of three swings at the highs up there, just over four thousand dollars.
And there was a major breakdown once it started to make lower lows back in December.
Made a lower high in January. We just saw the daily starting to close above there
and close open right on it. And then there's a big, big level. I'm not excited about Ethereum
and alt season until I see this big level reclaimed and then broken above, and not just a swing,
but broken above, especially on like a daily, weekly, daily through weekly.
So all the time frames in between, if you like to track the two day, three day, four day, five day,
up to the weekly, so on and so forth. And that's at 39.30 to around 4,400. We'll just call it.
And that's where things get really interesting. So I think that the next big correction for alt is
kind of what is going to tell us whether or not this alt season is the alt season
or whether this is a mini alt season. Yes, things are running hard,
but things ran hard last year quite a few times, right? When Bitcoin dominance fell,
and Bitcoin dominance fell more last year than it even has to this point. So. We need to see kind of
where Ethereum corrects, and if Bitcoin corrects first. Like, let's say it breaks down
from the level I just talked about, 115, 116 on a close, and starts to head down for a retest.
Right, that 110 to 112, maybe 109 to 112 for some people, as like the initial big area of interest
to the downside, outside of the local structure. Then I'd be looking to see, okay,
is Bitcoin dominance bottoming? Are alts holding up well, or is Bitcoin dominance hitting
and setting a low and trying to push back up? And it's really about that kind of trending structure
on longer term timeframes. I think it's going to take a little while, regardless of what Ethereum
and alts do right from here. It's about the next correction to the next higher low in price action.
Where is Bitcoin dominance, and then we can start assessing. I think if the altcoin season,
the real alt season, is here, I don't see it just yet, but the potential is definitely there.
Like the potential for this to turn into an alt season is definitely there, and. Yeah,
for for Bitcoin, you know, I still have pretty simple targets overhead. You know,
above the 112 region, I was looking around 118 to 120 above there. I was looking at 120 to 123.
We hit 123. Above 123, I have a swing area of around 123 to 125. Starts breaking above there,
we're hitting a pretty macro area of interest. Not that price has to stop there,
but 128 to 130 is a 1.414 Fib extension, both locally off the most recent monthly higher high
to higher low structure. It's also a 1.414 off of the prior cycle high at 69k to the bear market
low, so it's a pretty big confluence area. It also lines up with some volatility metrics.
Doesn't mean the price can't get above, but closing above would be, well, that'd be crazy.
And then we're looking at some pretty deep targets above there. Intermediate targets on the daily,
and then potentially more, you know, when the the deep 130, 140, 150 definitely on the board
if we start closing above 128, 230, and then we can start looking at even more substantial targets
to the upside. But I think what I'm seeing on the timeline right now about alt season is kind of
where I think it's a little premature to call it. We got to see that next correction,
wherever that comes in, that's gonna spell that that's gonna lay out the land. Like, hey, you know,
if if if this is real or not, we can begin to watch Bitcoin dominance and see
what's happening there. It's a very methodical, maybe safe approach for myself. But you know,
I'm not seeing any cracks just yet. We'll see how that forms over the rest of this week, though.
Yeah, great take there, Lanty. And it was funny. We we may be closer to the top than I think
because my mom has inquired a couple extra times about Bitcoin. Couple just I don't know,
a couple side comments, like questions, thoughts. You know, trying to figure out what kind
of price points she could buy in lower at. I'm not kidding. I'm not. I'm literally not kidding.
Last night I was on a walk. With her and I was like, I looked at her. I was like, bro,
this is fantastic. So, yeah, that. Well, you're right about the correction.
We'll definitely have to see and keep tabs on this. It definitely does feel slightly premature
as well. Maybe that's just a mental thing. Could be completely inaccurate,
but it does feel a bit as well for me that it might be a bit early. But we could definitely see
some action. We are seeing some action. I mean, Steve had outlined it. I think
last week in the space, or maybe it was yesterday. There was a pretty good amount
of movement actually. And we'll go to CK after this, and then definitely want to hear from
Lady Trader because. After because I had asked Steve a bit about the gaming world
and he actually had some positive reports to say about some of the gaming side of things.
I know Latrice deep in that world, but you know, recently it's not been nearly as epic of a place
to be. I guess you could say to put it simply. But anyways, CK, I want to throw the mic over to you,
man. How's it going? What's up, Gage? Shout out to the to Wolf Crypto. We got land.
Exceptionally cogent, just analysis and discussion of of where we're at, man.
I echo all of that in my view as well. I think that there's a lot of catalyst to the upside, guys.
I so I just shared at the top, right? We have two sides of the equation that we're working. Right.
Not only do we see growing institutional demand, growing nation-state adoption, right,
with these finite supply assets, but remember we are continuing to print on the dollar side.
So there is just more dry powder denominated in dollars that is entering the system,
that is an impetus and a catalyst for institutions that have exposure to such an inflationary asset
to migrate post, you know, haste towards these, you know, towards the bitcoins, the litecoins,
the cardanos, et cetera. And in the space, I think we're looking at the the the Genius Act, right?
Look at what what is the catalyst going to be in in 30 to 90 days when we start seeing reports of,
hey, wow, I logged into my Wells Fargo account, my Bank of America account,
and I got an offer where I can keep my cash in a money market account, you know,
traditionally at three to five percent, whatever, or I can have my deposits moved over
to a stablecoin option, you know, with a premium of three, four percent, et cetera.
Like these kinds of things, you know. And I'm obviously just pulling these numbers out,
but forward-looking catalysts like this, I think, so far we've really I macro model like that a lot
of this year as as tariffs are the the stick and crypto is the carrot, right? Heretofore,
a lot of the attention in the sort of global economics. You know, with this administration,
has been a lot of tariff talk, right? A lot of saber rattling, a lot of positioning psychologically.
We see this, like, hey, we're going to hit you with 100% tariffs, right? They let the market react.
Discounts happen, people position, and then suddenly there's a 60 to 90 day, you know, forbearance.
Then the market's correct. And what is this? This is Creating auspices for renegotiations
in fiat regimes that they know are dying. Right, all of the agreements, the interest rates,
the bonds, the all of that has problems. So even if it blows up, with whether you agree with
the tariffs or not, the dollar has problems, guys. Meanwhile, what can you do? Enter crypto week,
right? You get the legislative rails such that you know TradFi can create the soft landing.
Because look, the dollar is going to have problems. If there is no nothing that underpins it,
there's no infrastructure. There isn't payments into the apples and all the stuff that makes
it easy, reduces friction. This is why we're seeing Kraken launch their Krack.
This is why we're seeing, which is their little mobile app. We're seeing Coinbase moving into
the space, guys. Payments are coming, right? And so the stable coins. What it means is that is
the the powers that be giving up on the Operation Choke Point 2.0 era, guys.
The banks are now getting their piece, so I'm with. I really do think this is a breath
in the market, guys. And we've got many spot ETF products that are going to be approved likely
before the end of this year. We're looking at XRP, we're looking at Light Litecoin,
we're looking at Solana, right? Because we know these folks cook the Martha Stewart recipes
in public, but no one wants to have a an involuntary stay, you know, at a You know,
at anywhere for for some duration. So what do they do, right? We see this X XI play lining up,
but right now the ticker CEP. Not a lot of sex and sizzle in that. Is there? Meanwhile,
look at Adam Back signing paper, you know, with Cantor Equity Partnership, right?
And then we see these. Ooh, eighty thousand Bitcoin on the move. Is this a sale? No, guys.
These were agreements that happened six months ago, pending paperwork.
And if you're paying attention, about four days ago, Jack Maaler said, "Hey guys,
we pushed the paperwork out to the SEC to do the ticker flip from CEP to XXI,
" and and we know one of the major partnerships is who Tether. What Tether just announced
about two days ago, major movement into the domestic U.S. You know situation.
And so what we know is they're going to take the stable, rather the meme coin money
that's cooking on the on on blockchains, on Solana, on Ethereum, etc.,
because every time you stable up. From your meme coin, from your L1 to Tether, they get a cut.
Tether's going to take, as we know, the most profitable company per employee, billion dollars,
right? And they're going to be aggressively acquiring Bitcoin and putting that
on XXI's balance sheet, right? Which is a differentiator in the market from MicroStrategy,
for instance, if we're talking about these Bitcoin treasury company plays, right?
Because MicroStrategy is is really leveraging their Whereas XXI is going to have
kind of a special sauce with this tether revenue. So not only do they have the debt levers that
Saylor has, they they have this really kind of sexy revenue piece with tether.
And when you look at this genius act, right, which just gave the green light to that monetization
from the banks, right. So when we look at this, the pieces are in play, guys.
This is just a breath in the market. There is every reason, and again, I remind you,
I shared at the top. We've printed 131.7 billion more units, okay, in 31 days, guys.
Think about that. That is more than 10 times the micro the the market cap of Litecoin, for instance,
in just 31 days. I mean, shit, right? That I I so yeah. Alt season. This I'll pivot to that
and land this plane. So I think there is a lot more room to run in Bitcoin.
I think we are going to see it a lot sooner because not only do we maybe have
a surprise announcement of again, if tariffs are the stick and crypto is the carrot, what
if there was an announcement that international trade with China is proceeding in oil
for the next right? That's a a ten thousand dollar candle in Bitcoin easy right? Because anyway,
so I think these kinds of things are coming right, and then. It is not incumbent upon Argentina
or any other nation state to say whether or not they're going to announce
institutional adoption of this or that or the other currency, right? So we have catalysts
like this now that the U.S. Is setting the precedent on the global stage,
and we are the canary in the coal mine. Understand these are setting up dominoes that are literally
like 10,000 candle on Bitcoin level sort of things that that I think we do see play out.
So anyone I think at this point that is going, ooh, are we looking at a correction?
Are we looking at you know touching the hundred thousand? Da da da da.
I think we're we're at a breath. I think consolidation occurs above the hundred thousand regime.
Again, I think Landy was really on the on the money with a lot of those numbers.
And I think the impetus for those catalysts to the upside are inbound in
the next sixty to ninety days. Clarity, guys. That's where I'm gonna land this plane.
The Clarity Act is coming. That's the structure bill. But even before we get there, and remember,
they want pen on paper before the end of September. Eyes on Halloween. I think there are
healthy multiples in alts, but I think we get to have our cake and eat it too, guys.
I think we see Bitcoin consolidate, take a breath. Fresh capital goes. Wow,
Bitcoin really did create the new world. There is only four Litecoin for everyone. Bitcoin,
so that's a 280x from from Litecoin's current present valuation to Bitcoin's current market cap.
Landing the plane there. Awesome conversations. Don't get shook. Don't get took.
Do your own research. And thanks for having me up, Kate. I really do appreciate it. Let's go, dude.
Yeah, no, I love that. Love that take. Love that. The commentary there, a breath into the market,
and I appreciate that. CK also saw that Osmium just hopped up here. I think it's flow
behind the account. Just wanted to shout out the guys over at Osmium, and also wanted to say
if you guys haven't already checked out Osmium, they are sponsoring today's show.
They are a trading platform where you can have every asset in one place.
If you look at the very top of the space, I pinned it up at the very top.
If you guys want to check them out, they've got literally every single stock
you'd ever want to have on their platform. We actually the space I was talking about
that we had yesterday over the weekend the Sunday Market Talk space was hosted on Osteum's accounts.
It was just like the same squad of people kind of talking, and so had a lot of fun
in that conversation. Just want to shout out Osteum for that one because they're always
in these Market Talk spaces. Flow usually gives a couple takes. I don't think he's going to be
able to give one in today's, but they are the number one place to trade crypto like Bitcoin,
Ethereum, Sol, and as well as the indices like the S P 500 and the Nasdaq and Mag Seven stocks.
So you trade them all up to 100x leverage. And start trading. Just click the pin post
at the very top of the space if you guys want to check it out, and we'll keep the conversation
rolling here. I'm gonna throw it over to Lady Trader. I know I had brought up the gaming world,
and you know at some point we'll get Stephen in the conversation,
and maybe he can kind of reiterate some of the things that he brought up along the gaming side
of things. But want to get some thoughts over from you. Thank you so much for having me up here.
So first of all, going back to what Kelvin was mentioning at the beginning of the conversation
about Bitcoin consolidating, I've actually seen this back in 2021. Like you,
you guys can go back all the way, look at October and November timeframe.
So there was a a lot of consolidation happening. I think as trader, Steve,
could you please mute your mic? I could hear my own self. My echo. Sorry, sorry. Fine. So basically,
what I was saying is that there there was a lot of consolidation between you know
when we actually got to the top. So that also is something that we need to keep an eye on,
of course, because we are now getting to the point where September or October could potentially be
the top of Bitcoin. I don't really. I hate whenever I hear the word super cycle.
It frustrates me because it just gives People a lot of you know unrealistic hopes,
and it you know it's just like all right, it's gonna be things are gonna be different this time.
There's gonna be a super cycle, and then when we are at the bottom, it's like oh no,
things are different this time. The macros don't you know macros are not gonna line up,
so stay out of the market until Bitcoin hits. Three three thousand dollars.
That's that's what happens at the bottom, and so I don't think there's going to be a super cycle.
If there is, for any reason, like if somehow it plays out exactly how we saw in 2013,
and we could potentially expand it out, it could be December, but I'm not counting on that.
September and October, and we are out. And then the other thing. So basically,
the consolidation we've seen it before many times. Like just have to go back. On the daily chart,
look at it because I do remember what was happening. It was Bitcoin was very slow,
and then arts were going up in value. I also put something on the jumbotron.
This is very important because when it comes to a lot of ETFs, I think we are super early there.
So some individual named Tree, or you know, this is their Twitter account.
They mentioned something that I bought a Fidelity ETH ETF 90 days ago,
and it's outperforming my entire stock portfolio throughout the last four years. Wait
until the investment bankers find out about this. So this is this is a very interesting take.
I really loved it because I think TradFi is still kind of catching up with crypto.
And from that perspective, we are super early, and we are earlier than a lot of these other players
that are now entering the markets, right? And so that's that's going to be key factor going forward
is TradFi and how how it shapes the crypto landscape and how the next four years
are going to play out as well. So that's those are going to be very very important as far
as gaming goes. Again, I think gaming has taught us a lot of lessons, right? In Web three, we saw.
How a lot of projects could be, you know, could be scams. How there were valuations that didn't make
a lot of sense. There were some really awesome players, even like you know,
some really good folks that had companies that they were building, but then they just gave up
before, right before the run to the upside, and that was frustrating to see.
Some good teams are impacted by it, of course. And this is another thing too, like the bear.
What I call this a bear market fatigue. Whenever markets are red, some people just want to give up.
They get stressed out. They just want to, you know, get out of the markets
and move on because for them it's over. And the pressure, whatever they may be dealing with,
just adds up when the markets are not green. And so that's what happened.
I do believe that there's going to be some good projects that are that are going to shine. You know,
Gala is one. Of course, I know a lot of there are a lot of people who hate Gala
and a lot of people who love Gala. I'm one of those people who like Gala. I have it on my portfolio,
and so that's going to be at least you know all of the ones that are on major exchanges
are going to do well. All of the other newer ones are the ones that we need to watch out for
because a they have a ton of vesting still that's happening and so continued sell pressure from
when the VC sell or when the early investors sell. So we need to be mindful of that.
I am definitely bullish on MochaVerse. That's a big one. It's the flagship token for
any Mocha brands. So that's a big one right now. I think it's. Bottoming out. I was really
the last few days. I was just looking at you know anything that I have that I need to convert into
coins. I was just looking for entries to see what are some of the ones that haven't moved as much
that I could still get into. And so I definitely added a lot of ORD around nine and ten dollars,
and also SENT and ALPHA. In my community, I do think it has bottomed out.
Added a lot of DAO Maker tokens at ten cents as well. That I do feel has a nice potential to run to
the upside because it is one of the major launchpad tokens. I'm not staking it right now
at this point. Just keeping it in my wallet. I don't think it's it's safe right now to stake.
As we get close to the end of the bull market, and so I'm not staking it right now.
A few others that are similar. Om is another one. I know Om is a controversial one,
and you know some people love it, some people hate it for what recently happened.
You know with their chart getting crushed so badly. But I did buy the bottom.
I just feel like it could potentially surprise us with a with a nice upside move.
I'm not going too big on these positions, of course, because we are now entering, you know,
towards the end of the bull market, and so we should be thinking about taking profits
and not really re-entering. But some of these have a nice potential to run to the upside.
I also am noticing in the Solana universe right now. Of course, we are, you know,
summer of Solana is a thing. But then also some of the Solana dexes
are moving really well right now. So if you look at the the charts,
Jupiter is doing really really awesome. Radium is doing really, really awesome in the last 24 hours.
So dexes are going to be doing well as the volume comes back into some of these, you know,
ecosystems. So definitely watch out for that. Pancake Swap, Uniswap, all of their tokens
and everything else. So dexes are definitely ones that are going to shine. But yeah,
here to just kind of celebrate. Really, it feels like I don't have to do much nowadays.
Just show up. Clap for myself and celebrate, and you know, go to sleep.
That's that's how it seems like. Everything else is like in between, and you know,
just basically doing what I'm normally doing. But the biggest part is that makes me super happy.
Is just showing up every day and celebrating. That's that like takes over all of the other tasks
and things that I'm doing on the side. But yeah, Ethereum. We should have an all time
high very very soon here. So waiting for that to happen. But yeah, I just I cannot wait
until Ethereum goes to about 8k. There is actually, if you draw a weekly trend line,
I did share it in my in my group. I'm gonna also share it on my Twitter at some point.
I just don't want to encourage people to short because I think going against the trend at this point
is super risky. So I'd be the one buying the dips and not really shorting the top until the top
is in place. But this is a very nice setup where we could see potentially Ethereum hitting 7 to 8k
before we have a nice little opportunity there, where there is a weekly down
or weekly trend line where we could potentially have a short. Play, which again may not be a super,
you know, beneficial ROI-wise, but still, it's gonna be, you know, it could give you a little bit
of downside there. So watching for that, I do want alls, most of the alls to make
new all-time highs, just so I can go back to Kelvin and ask Kelvin, why were you shorting at
the bottom, my friend? Explain that to me. That's the only reason I want that to happen, just
so I can have that conversation with him. No, I'm just kidding. I'm never,
I'm never gonna ask him that question. We all do what we need to do when you know we are at
key levels. So lots of respect for people, regardless of what what they do with their trades.
So yeah, that's all my take for today. I think he just asked him that question.
Alrighty then. No, I'm kidding. I'm kidding. Now great take there, Lady Trader, as always. And yeah,
yeah, hurtling towards the end as we speak. Love the take there. Steve wants to throw you the mic
and let you. I know we had kind of brought up gaming a little bit. If you wanted to
just quickly run through a couple of the gaming points you had brought up in yesterday's space,
it was just like the first time we had a. Slightly positive take on the crypto gaming industry
in a while. I don't even know if I would say positive, but it just wasn't like super negative
or like disappointed. I guess in the industry, and so be curious to hear your thoughts
or if you got anything on on the market as a whole as well. Yeah, what's up, Cade? What's up,
everyone? Yeah, I don't mind touching up on gaming, but only thing is, is I I joined up
where right when Landy was talking, and I kind of would like I. Exactly, second what he says.
I'm gonna. I don't want to repeat like a broken record, but I just don't want to talk about
alts that much because I think what he said is purely spot on. So, Landy was talking about
that Ethereum is reaching a key level and coming from someone that had a massive spot buy
at Ethereum at 1400, reaching a 3800 level, nearly 4k. I feel like a lot
of people are prematurely calling an alt season, so that's why I'm kind of scared to just talk about
alts, alts, alts, like because that's what everyone's talking about on Twitter.
Everyone saying buy this, buy this now. When we're at 120k Ethereum at 4k,
everyone's loading all their money when alts are still at the bottom. People are expecting
10x gains. At top, at like top signal markets. So, I think right now, I can bring up gaming points,
but just before I even bring that up, I think we're due for a cooldown period.
I think it's looking more likely right now. I think alt seem to be have like a little cooldown.
Just looking at low caps, a lot of low caps are still ranging and turning into like kind
of a reversal top around here. So, I don't want to bring up too much about alts,
but as far as that goes, as far as gaming, yeah, I think gaming as a whole,
it's gonna have its time when gaming just picks up in general, just with People playing games,
let's say people on PlayStation, just the gaming community building up as a whole.
Because coming from me, I'm more of like a multiplayer game, and multiplayer kind of died down.
Sorry, the gaming side of things. I'm, I'm kind of with you there. I don't need to crack open
a full discussion on gaming again. It was more so just like the couple positive.
I think there was a couple tokens you had brought up that like had performed well
in the gaming sector, and I was like, oh yeah, yeah. Coins that had done well in gaming,
and I'm sure Ledger was keeping track of them as well. But I just hadn't heard of them in a while,
and so that was kind of like the main thing I was inquiring on there. So we don't have to open up
like a whole thing on gaming. Yeah, yeah, okay, perfect, no problem. But I know Lady Trader was like
at one point around a year ago. She she was really big on Beam, and me as well. I love Beam.
Beams up almost four, nearly almost two to like two and a half x since the bottom,
and Beams really doing well since the lows because Beam took a really big beating.
So as far as gaming goes, there's coins like let's say Beam that took massive hits that are
bear market bottoms that could. Offer you such a such an amazing risk to reward, you know.
And there's other coins like Superverse, which is up two x since the bottom.
You have coins like IMX, not bad of a coin. AVAX is one layer one that is really good on gaming.
So there's are there's a lot of gaming coins that you could diversify in that will be offer
a better risk to reward for you. But if you're still trying to chase those 2021 games,
let's say like Sandbox, Mana, and Ape Coin, a lot of these coins haven't performed as much.
At one point they will have its time some type of short squeeze, but as far as the performance
right now, there's not much new news which will drive them up. But like the newer coins,
let's say Beam, like I brought up Avax, those those have been performing pretty good.
So as far as that goes, yeah, there's some gaming coins that will perform and some that won't.
But I think the hottest topic right now, if we're talking about alts, it's of
course it's going to be AI and RWAs without a doubt. That's the two categories that are standing out
the most, excluding memes because memes have been the hottest sector by far.
I I'm like in terms of my portfolio, I would say like Fifty percent of my altcoins are in memes,
and I'd probably say like forty and like thirty and AI, twenty and RWA,
but and like a little bit in gaming. But yeah, memes have just been on fire. So let's say me,
I was talking about Trump, Trump coin like around three weeks ago, around when it hit eight dollars.
And Trump right now, it had a pretty good day, another ten percent day at the twelve dollar mark.
So eight to twelve bucks since Bitcoin broke out of one hundred ten k.
And we're looking at coins like let's be, let's say SPX. I don't know if you guys heard of
that SPX sixty nine hundred that went from fifty cents to two dollars and twenty cents in
the last two months. A lot of these memes are really performing, even the billion market caps. So,
but again, back to my first take. I think Landy was spot in the beginning.
I would definitely be cautious on a cooldown period. Again, coming from someone that's
really bullish on ETH, I do see a cooldown coming in. We had a massive run from April 7th
all the way to July 21st. Ethereum ran from $1,400 to $3,800. This is a massive run in
just three months' time. So it's not too surprisingly to see some type of cooldown,
but In the long term, I'm still pretty bullish. I would not be surprised to see Ethereum breaking
a new all-time high, maybe six k, seven k, whatever it is. But as far as right now, summertime,
I would not be surprised to see some big, big money people start taking profits,
spending their money during the summer, going on vacations, all that. I would not be
surprised to see some type of cool down midsummer, and then by the time summer ends,
let's say in mid August and August September, maybe we start to see another run up.
But that's currently my thoughts on the market. Steve, I love what you said about gaming tokens.
I did add a little bit of ape, by the way, as well on you know the last actually week or so,
and so that was another one of my plays. But I see what you're saying.
Bitcoin weekly is actually looking like it could be a bit of a near like a short-term top,
maybe here. So I definitely see that as well, like a cool down period that you're discussing. Boom!
Love to take there, Steve, and appreciate you kind of cracking that open a little bit.
Welcome to the mic over to Bits Wealth. Bits, good to have you, brother. How's it going? Morning,
guys. Just making sure I got my short here properly set up and beautifully in profits right now. So,
no, look, I think Lady Trader brought up a good point, which is shorting right now is
counter trend trading relative to the larger trend, but it doesn't mean
that there's not going to be pullbacks and that there's not going to be scalp opportunities. So,
got a really nice ETH short going on at the moment. Been kind of waiting for it to set up,
and it finally gave me the entry. Soul, soul. Yeah, no, soul. Soul's a soul's an interesting one,
and I did say yesterday if it um if it closed above. I think it was the weekly level I was watching
that I'd say some nice things about it, and you know had a had a nice had a nice little move since.
So, you know, like the what I'd be looking for is if if Soul is going to continue higher,
and I think that now it opens up the the possibilities, and really increases the probabilities
actually that it is going to go back, and and maybe see how high it can go here near near
that all time, but. You want to see it kind of hold this like 175 level, right? 180, 175,
somewhere in there. You know, it's uh, it's looking good though. I'm on a daily time frame.
It's not looking, it's not looking terrible. Um, but I'd still be watching it just
because when I look at um, when I look at Soul against Ethereum, um, I'm not convinced yet
that that this is like the like the play to be in based on that chart.
So we'll have to see what East or Soul East does here. Um. Let me give you an actual level
I'm looking at. So on Soul ETH, what it basically did is it it lost the yearly open,
which is sitting at about 0.0565, and it moved quite a quite a bit below that.
It moved about 15% below that. It's now coming up to backtest that level, in my opinion.
So you know it needs to reclaim that. You do have the monthly open above that as well.
So it's got it's got to reclaim this level. It's you know you zoom out to a high time frame
like a weekly chart or a two week chart. You'll see exactly what I'm talking about.
Like the structure matches this. You've got three moves into this zone as resistance from
from last year. So December of 23, March of 24, and May of 24 were all areas that moved into
this zone, and then from July. Through September, it basically just consolidated at this level,
and then it was above that. Right? It was above that the rest of the time. It held at a support
December of last year. Held at a support February of this year. Held at a support June of this year.
But as of July, we have lost that high time frame zone, and it's coming back up for a backtest. So.
Typically, the way I play these is I'm, you know, if this, if I was looking to trade this,
I'm looking for a back test for a short entry, right, for continuation lower because it's lost
a high time frame level. So, it's going to need either a lot of strength,
a lot of momentum to come up and reclaim that zone. In which case, okay,
maybe there is a Solana summer, Solana fall type of thing that's going to happen against Ethereum.
But currently, to me, this looks like a bearish back test of SOL against Ethereum. So,
and if that's the case, right, so if SOL ETH Is going to get a hard rejection at some point.
Then it begs the question: What's going to happen to Seoul USD, right? So that's why I said,
you know, like if it goes above that level, I'm willing to look at it
through a slightly more bullish lens. But it still got it's got some it's got some work to do,
right? It's got some work to do. So yeah, we'll see what happens. Ethereum is also another one
right now that it's like, all right, you know, it's it's starting to get a lot of excitement,
a lot of hype. Man, I saw a Forbes article earlier. I don't know who shared it,
but it was an XRP one that said like XRP to sixty thousand dollars. So I mean, I I don't know.
Like we're at that we're at that point where I'm just I'm seeing some retardedness happening in
the market and. You know, like, could this thing really go up a lot higher? Sure. You know,
is it maybe still early? Maybe. But yeah, I just get super cautious. Bits,
are you not ready to five D ascend? I don't think I am. I'm going to be left behind, guys. You know,
it is what it is. No. You guys can ascend without me. And you know, getting left behind
like those Solana profits. Yeah, exactly. That's too bad. Sole profits, man. Yeah,
it's all right though. I I I make my sole profits on shorting Solana. It's it's my my trade
of preference for Solana. Dude, that is my favorite sounds. That Ooh sounds, nah, not great.
Great take there, bits. Um, I want to go over to to OTG, and then I haven't heard from
Pricey either. Just realized the space been flying by. It's been literally been flying by.
I have no idea what happened to the time. Um, but if you haven't already,
please take a second to make sure you're following the speakers up here
and have retweeted the space. Also, if you're enjoying the conversation, to some of us not a ton.
Um, man, I'm shocked how fast the I was flying. Hey, that that grayscale Litecoin thing that
I've been talking about for like two months on this space actively and on my on my page,
and I told you guys where I was getting in. It's an 18 R trade for me, based on like the setup.
It's up 76% since I kind of started talking about it. So, and you know,
I'm gonna be peeling some profits at about 100%, 105% or so on the move.
So it still has a little bit of room to go. This thing is flying, guys. Yeah, pretty wild.
And LTC is not doing too bad. Let's go, dude. Let's go. LTC, bro. If I could just put a button
on that, amen. I think that is the number one blue chip move that folks are missing on this market.
It's fourteen years uptime, legacy integration with BitPay. It's the most used cryptocurrency
in rural payment, guys. We're moving into the payment era. They with with okay,
so like dollar for dollar, people say, oh, Bitcoin moves. Let's just pull the numbers out of my ass.
Five billion dollars a day. But you're like, yeah, but Litecoin moves five billion dollars a day.
But Bitcoin does it with six transactions, whereas Litecoin does it with six million, right?
So it's like there's so many reasons why Litecoin's the play. Bitcoin's creating the new world,
dollar for dollar, guys. When we're talking about capital efficiency. The Bitcoin strategy
is working, but think about this, right? There's literally a 280x from when now. This is like a day
or two ago before the the the the step function up in in Litecoin chart. But really, guys,
when we look at the Spotlight Coin ETF before the end of this year, right? We look at from
Grayscale Coin Shares 21, and there's another one, Canary Capital.
But then the the the the other major piece, guys. Mei Pharmaceutical is putting
a hundred million dollars. Now, think about this, guys. The market cap of Bitcoin is two trillion
with a with a T, guys. Litecoin is under ten billion. It's like nine. Now, remember, in
thirty-one days, we added a hundred thirty-one billion of just dollar units into the economy, right?
So, when Wall Street sees, hold on, shit, that's right, that makes sense. Basically,
a hundred million dollar acquisition in Litecoin add a zero to that. It's like you know,
it's it's it's it's Your money goes further in in Bitcoin. Landing the plane on this,
I think the greatest troll in crypto. And I keep telling him, Peter Schiff pivots,
goes Litecoin Maxi. Oh my god! Only twenty four million dollars. That would actually be outrageous.
And then he outperforms Sailor forever. Landing the plane anyway. Yeah. That would be legendary.
That would be the story of the cycle if that happened. Wow, that would be that would be phenomenal
if that happened. Actually, that would be that would be phenomenal. O T G. Let me throw the mic over
to you, man. How's it going? Yeah, going good, going good. That would uh, that would be phenomenal.
That would be the only thing people talk about for the rest of our days. Jesus, um,
I just you know it's the same it's the same story for me. The the big time zoom out levels
are the same for me, and I think that you know I look for the the day in and day out day
trade money, and you know we had a monster ZBCN pump long at about ten o'clock, ten fifteen,
something like that this morning CST. Monster monster trade out of that,
and it's reliable every day. We're getting some money out of ZBCN, and it's that was massive.
There was a couple of really good longs this morning. Around 8 a.m., but last night,
I'm sure plenty of you guys got in on it. There were several, several big cap alts that did
some real pumping around. I want to say it was 10 p.m. Ish, and you know, somewhere between 10
and 11. Some of them had delayed start times on that same pump, but I mean,
it was a a pump that lasted a couple of hours, and it was just just cash, green candles,
and cash for two, three hours. I mean, that was you know, that was everything. Sold everything.
It was just just monster money. The day trading is still there. You know,
everyone has their conviction bags and their their spot holds and their huddle bags, and you know,
I don't I don't think you know for the people in this room, I don't think any any of our Any
of our minds are being changed, right? We're all looking at the same information every day,
which is interesting. How sometimes we can come up with some some different opinions
when we're all looking at the exact same charts. I think that is gnarly,
and it's why I come to these spaces honestly because it's I like to get outside of my box
and and see things through other people's lenses. And I just think it's really great
that we're all looking at the exact same data every damn day, and we we still manage to have
varying points of view and and opinions on the market, which I think is great.
And all it does is help me make money because for me, it just reminds me. Zoom out.
We know where this is going. Everybody knows what they hold. If you're in this space,
you're smart enough to know what you've got and what you're doing. Especially
if you're up here speaking, you know exactly what's going on. And for me,
it's the day trading money. Those easy ZBCNs. I'm just looking for those.
And when we really see the the real moves, soul settles above two, that will be something
to really get you know a little over anxious about for me, and really start cranking up the longs.
But until then, I just look for the easy settles. So. So yeah, if you ever feeling like there's not
enough going on in the market, just talk to uh Taro OTG. He'll remind you that there is things
going on the market. You just need to look harder because they're there. Uh,
the guy's always finding things, so I love that. And um, yeah, awesome to hear OTG. I'm sure yeah,
I'm sure people were jump into some of those trades. One of those people might have been bad price
actually. Price curious to hear what kind of stuff been getting up to over the weekend.
How you're feeling today with Bitcoin and everything going on. Um, apology.
I know normally I'm a little bit better about um doing some more back and forth on the panel.
Kind of time got away from me. We have a bit of a larger panel today, so apologies getting to
the mic over to you kind of late. But always good to have you, Price. What are your thoughts, man?
All good, all good. Really, I just wanted to do a victory lap today on on Soul with Bits,
but Bits did it for me. Bits already did the victory lap, so we're good. Let's see.
I was up kind of late over this Penguin token. Caught a slice of of that move.
It's up like some like twenty percent or something. I missed again. I missed.
I did miss the what on the go was talking about that ZBCN. I've been meaning to trade this.
And it seems like that would have been a good spot to trade it, since it's also up something
like twenty percent today. So anyway, other than that, let's see. Speaking of Soul,
I do have a resistance zone right around where we're at, about one ninety four.
Price did get over one ninety four. Um, what did it get up to today? Bets,
what did it get up to today? Yeah, just just shy of two hundred. It was like one ninety nine. Okay.
All right. Yeah. Well, we're uh. You know, but when I look at some of the higher timeframes, like
when I look at the weekly time frame, it it looks pretty good. It looks pretty strong.
So I would not be surprised to see us get over two hundred. You know, other than that,
if it consolidates, um, has a bit of a fade. It's, I mean, across the board and alts, we've seen
nice moves. So a bit of consolidation, a bit of fading. You know, that would actually just be
healthy price action, in my opinion. So, um, yeah, if you're filling the FOMO,
just kind of like chill out. Patience, you know, let the trade come to you.
Just wait for those pullbacks to find your entries. Other than that, I'm in XRP long.
That's looking pretty good right about now. I really don't know what else to say
that hasn't already been said. To tell you the truth, just trying to find my inner Elijah Long,
you know, aura in this market. Bits kind of turned me on to this guy. Been watching a bunch
of his videos, and you know, I think it helps. I think it helps in everyday life.
So that's kind of where I'm at overall. I love it. I love it, Lanny. I saw you throw up hands,
so we'll go to you for for the final take here of the market talk conversation,
and then pretty excited to keep the conversation rolling here, talking about crypto mining
and zooming in on that topic in the crypto world. But Lanny, we'll go over to you
for the final take. Appreciate it, Cade. I I have to I have to shout out OTG on this fricking. CBCN
because I and it this thing actually makes me nervous because it's working so well
that that actually makes me nervous but I I actually got into a trade when it started to break in
the it was an early Sunday trade I took a a scalp that turned into a swing position and that thing.
Just I was basing it off of what I was seeing on Bitcoin, and then I just went over
and I took along on it, and I was like, yeah, let's see what happens. Set my stop pretty close,
didn't even hit it. Legged up, consolidated, legged up again. I, this thing makes me nervous. OTG,
it makes me nervous. Ah, you trade it, Landy. Yeah, no, I've been trading since you brought it up.
I'm like, you know what? Let me let me just go and. I've been tracking it a little bit more,
but I haven't jumped into any active trades with it, Landy. So that's pretty interesting to hear.
It makes me a little bit more excited to pay more attention. I I don't know why it works.
It doesn't freak me out. Yeah, it doesn't make any sense at all. You but do do you use it?
Do you use a market action for the indicator to go sniffing on it,
or you just kind of like randomly check in on it? I've been just randomly checking in on it based on
the if there's a scalp short setup on Bitcoin, I've been randomly checking on it to see if there's
a scalp long. If there's a scalp long, I'm checking to see if there's a scalp short on it. Yeah,
and it confirmed that there was a scalp long as Bitcoin was going you know off
of that one nineteen area, you know after CME opened, and I was like you know what,
let me just take a flyer on this long and see see if this. This is like the third
or fourth trade I've done on it, and it does it has not missed yet, and that that that makes
me nervous. That makes me nervous. I can't express that enough. It's it's so.
It looks like it wants to go to the moon right now. It it always does until it doesn't, right? Hey,
I just honestly, and I know this sounds like super like strong. Well, I know this sounds like
super basic, but I swear to you, I check that freaking chart regardless of market action.
Now I check that every fifteen minutes, all damn day long. I don't care if I'm traveling,
I don't care if I'm trading, if I'm eating or whatever. If I'm not spending time with my kids.
I watch that freaking chart every fifteen minutes. It's my. It's literally in my process of my day,
right along with breathing, because it's so active. There's so many plays all day, every day.
Like I've easily made more money off of that than I have anything else, but easy.
And that's just in the last, you know, four months. It's wild. Yeah, I'll like five hundred percent
on that. Oh my gosh! Wow. Yeah. Good lord. I took a leverage position, and I was like, "Yeah,
let's gamble." Casual. And um, it's uh, it's uh, pretty. Hell yeah, man. That's awesome. Yeah, well,
that's great to hear, Landy, and definitely filling me with a bit more confidence.
So I'll be paying a bit more attention. See if I can jump into some active trades with that one.
Listen, big shout to all the traders as always for coming through. You guys are amazing.
Love these conversations. They're a ton of fun. I feel like I learn every time,
and I think a lot of people will come back every single day for these.
So I feel like they also agree. So look, be sure if you're on the audience to take a second to make
sure you're following the speakers up here. And if you did enjoy the conversation,
please do retweet the space. It is recorded. And if you're in the crypto world, I mean,
definitely stick around. We're talking crypto mining here. We got the the Quiet team up here.
I got some other amazing speakers up on stage. But do also want to shout out Austin for sponsoring
today's show. Number one place to trade crypto like Bitcoin, ETH, and SOL,
as well as the indices like the S&P 500, the Nasdaq, and the mega seven stocks like Tesla
and Nvidia, all in one place with up to 100x leverage. You can find out more by looking at
the pinned post at the very top of the space to start trading. Again, at the very pin post,
at the very top of the space, just click that and let us know what you guys think. Otherwise,
we're going to jump into this next conversation here with Quai. I think the Quai hat
may have dropped here, Alan. I'm not sure if you see it or if it's down there in the audience,
but maybe we can get it back up here. But kind of wanted to actually, I had asked. Ozzy, about this
and Ozzy, I'm really glad I had asked you. Kind of, I was like, hey, what kind of,
what topics are you thinking about? What sort of things are you paying attention to
in the mining world? And you kind of inquired about the hardware and what
everyone else is kind of looking at there. But wanted to sort of throw the mic over to you, Ozzy,
and let you sort of expand on that topic. Why you think it might be interesting to the mining people
and to people who are interested in getting into the crypto mining world,
into getting to the conversation around maybe proof of work, getting to the spaces.
Maybe they just got their first rig. But yeah, wanted to throw the mic over to you first. Awesome,
man. Yeah, there's a lot of great speakers on here today, so I thought it'd be a great topic
to start out with. Have you know have everyone kind of give a good insight of what they're mining,
what they're looking at. As far as me, I'm kind of starting to just look at my overall setup
and how I can diversify more. I don't want to be too lenient on one sector.
There always seems to be like I I mine a lot of altcoins, so there always seems to be
some new project that pops off. So having the availability of hardware to hop on a new project
is always a plus. So, see, starting out with CPUs, I'm kind of leaning more towards a lot
of Epic setups. The reason why I'm looking towards Epics is, I think one good example
would be Raptorium. A lot of people who had really good CPU setups when that came out made
incredible money, like a lot of money on that play. So, you know, always having a good,
a good diversity of hardware is always there. So, to start off with CPUs, I'm looking at Epics.
Epics, they get incredible hash rates, especially like a dual Epic board. I mean, you're like,
you know. Like a dual epic, you're like 90 kilo hash on RandomX, so like they're incredible
at mining. And the next part is being able to dual purpose those CPUs with AI.
They got plenty of CPU lanes to run a lot of your AI jobs, so there you're kind of killing two birds
with one stone. So that's a pretty great option there. So I'm definitely looking at Epics
and a couple others. I think also the Ryzen 9 7945HX because it's so efficient.
So that's another great CPU option I'm looking into. Some of those like mobile CPU motherboards
with the chips built in. They're just really good deal for you know for the price. As far as GPUs.
I have completely moved out of consumer-grade GPUs. Besides my AI sector,
I've basically converted completely over to CMP 170HXs and CMP 102Tens. From a mining standpoint,
when you're running a lot of cards, it's just for the price you can have
two to three times the hash rate, and you know, literally double the efficiency.
And those cards cost the same as say, like your typical 3060 Ti or some of these 30 series cards.
So, for me, fully converted to CMPs. On the ASIC front, I've kind of slowed down on Script.
I am really bullish on Script mining kind of here in the short term, but I think I'm kind of good
with my L9s for now. I don't really know what deals with some of these hash blades
and similar things coming out in the future, and I feel like everyone saw how well it did
last bear market. But I think I kind of feel like there's going to be too many people
getting overleveraged on their Script side of ASICs. So I'm decent with my three L9s.
I'm just going to keep those as they are. And then, lastly, my Bitcoin mining.
I'm just aiming for efficiency, so efficiency and also being able to get my costs down
for the actual ASICs themselves. So I think last week I spoke. I'm just going full on on T21s,
and then I'm also messing with my 3D printer because I'm taking all my S19s
and I'm turning them into little stealth miners where you can actually take
the little control board, 3D print a case, and you can run a single board on 110s.
So you can actually do like almost any modern day miner you can run in your house as a heater,
and you can run all this through Lux OS. There's all kinds of tools and things that you guys can.
Grab another little shoutout is 100 Acres Ranch. They have a thermostat,
so you can actually take these 3D printed miners that runs next gen hardware, you know, S21s, T19s,
put them in a stealth box, and with the thermostat, you can have them temperature controlled through
every room, so you can kind of recycle that heat. So I'm looking forward to that
and disassembling a lot of S19s and maybe even taking some T21s and turn them into efficient heaters
with Wi-Fi and be able to plug them in wherever. So I think that's a pretty cool project
I'll be working on here soon. But yeah, toss the mic to anyone else if they want to hop in
and talk about things they're doing and get the thing started. Dude, yeah, Aussie,
appreciate you coming in through it and kind of laying that out. And definitely,
I've got some follows, but I'll—I definitely want to get to the panel here as well.
So I'll hold on to some of those and jump into those on this space we have time.
Or if we—if we have, you know, if we end up having a full out conversation, we'll have you know
extra content for another day. But not really, really appreciate that and pretty cool to see kind of
how you thought about it and how you strategized to put together your.
Kind of like your your go to go to market strategy, I guess you could call it.
Really cool to kind of get into the mind of someone who's in the mining world
and you know is looking to get started and then what kind of things you're paying attention to.
So definitely want to throw the mic over to Luke. I know Luke was up on stage.
Crypto Mining Magazine just jumped up here a second ago. Saw that. Saw Alan having some issues,
but I think he's back up on stage. Hobbyist is up on stage, so we'll go to Luke first
and then hit some of these other speakers. Awesome! Awesome! Thanks, Cade Wolf Crypto,
Aussie laying it in hot right away. I love the switch over to the new GPUs, the industrial side,
the HXs. I think that's a great call. As far as the ASIC side too, I'm on the script side
of things quite often, and I've casually started, you know, winding down on the script side
of things. I've sold a few of my L9s actually. That's just my my take on it. My gamble.
I do have plenty, so it's not. I'm not out of it. But reallocating stuff.
The CPU game is really interesting right now. I love your take on Reptorium. There's a few others
that I'd love to try. Tidecoin is one of those. Anything that's more mobile friendly or already has,
like you said, like the mobile CPUs. For example, I use a lot of the seven or the 580Us.
So the U at the end, they're Ryzen's. The U is for low power draw. So you're looking at like
a 15 to 25 TDP. Kind of like your HXs, just a little bit less on the power-hungry side. But yeah,
no, I. Other than that, there's really nothing new on my side.
Other than just I'm still doing phones, which sounds crazy, but that's about
where I'm at at the moment. Love that, Luke, and yeah, appreciate you kind of sharing some
of your strategy there as well. Habi, let's throw the mic over to you.
Let's get that be in the face. Thanks for having me back. Appreciate it. Sad I missed last week,
but no, I mean things are wild right now. I mean it's it's funny. I think most of us that are
that are miners, you know, we've been in this for more than a week, and you know,
definitely noticing the fact of I'd say in the last two weeks, a lot more people
looking to step into the space into mining. Of course, right? You guys know how that is.
We all see these like. Memes and stuff on Twitter, where you know, when Bitcoin's at
seventy thousand or thirty thousand, you know, the line's really short. But when it
when it's over a hundred thousand, you know, all these people are lining up to get into it,
and that's exactly the case. And and I equate that a lot to the fact that there's a lot of FOMO,
right? But yeah, just more and more people stepping in. And as a content creator,
and also as a miner, you know, it's you could see it right now. Getting a lot of you know,
consulting calls I do on the side with people, and a lot of new people stepping in the space
with a lot of money. That you know are really looking to get into mining but have no clue.
They don't know where to start. They don't know where to go from here. So it's exciting. I mean, it.
I love it. I love to see it. And I always tell these people, hey, you should have got in last week.
You should have got in last month. You should have got in last year. But you might as well step into
it. So it's it's an exciting time to be a crypto miner for sure. Yeah, dude, one thousand percent.
I've seen that meme. I know exactly the one you're talking about. And that is
how it happens every single time. I'm starting to gather here. I remember when the Market
was trying to heat up again, this this current cycle, and I'd spoken with my friend Cruz,
and I was like, Yo, we like I'm starting to see the same kind of patterns.
I feel like I'm noticing things, but they look the same, and there's no way
everyone's gonna fall for these all over again, right? And he looked at me
and just started laughing, and I was like, Oh, okay, so we're just gonna have to repeat
the exact same process that I went through, but because everyone who's coming in who's new has
no experience, they're gonna fall through all the same holes that I fell through, and you know,
fomoing at the top, and then you know, leave the space at the bottom kind of thing,
and so definitely, definitely hear what you're saying there. Obvious. So let me throw it over
to Alan. Show you throw some reactions there, and then we'll get we'll give it over to to
Crypto Mining Magazine after. Hey, what's going on, guys? Glad to be on the space. Happy Monday.
Crazy weekend. Typically, you want to fade the Sunday scam pump, but it looks like it had
a little strength to it. So exciting to see some of the momentum carry into the week. Looks
like you guys just came off a trading space. So I'll leave it to the experts on the prior one
and chime in more on the building side here. So got a lot to look forward to on the Koi side.
Got a lot of Koi miners listening in, and a few of them that are been giving us some feedback on.
The ecosystem and what we can be making improvements on. So, you know,
some of the things that we're looking forward to are the further rollout of Kipper,
getting some mobile updates there. Got some cool stuff with Pelagos in the wallet. So,
if you don't have Pelagos installed, definitely encourage people to get that checked out.
Got some UI reskins on the way, and then also working on some cool visualizers.
We have a pretty unique architecture, and so people that aren't familiar with Quai
and the hierarchy of merge mine chains, how they work, work shares, all those things that go into
Decentralization, proof of work, proof of work two point oh, and the uniqueness of Quai.
We're going to be building out a graphical interface that kind of outlines some of that,
so you can get a better feel of the network and you know really really feel what's going on.
So yeah, you know it's been a good week on our side. Just kind of heads down, growing ecosystem,
community, pounding the drum and the pavement on everything that needs to get done. Boom.
Let's get it. Let's get it. Aussie, wanted to keep the mic back over to you real quick
and see if you got any thoughts on last few speakers' takes. Kind of you know as you had opened up
the conversation, wanted to see if you got any thoughts before we jump over to
Crypto Mining Magazine. Yeah, I guess kind of to just expand on some of my points here.
I think a lot of coins when they come out, especially before, like say they go ASIC or anything,
there's really good opportunities, you know, to get in early. I think it was last week
or the week before we were kind of sharing some of our sources of where we find some
of these new projects when they come out. You know, like some of the Bitcoin Talk forums
and looking through some of the mining notes and so forth. A great example too of why I want to get
my CPU farm a little bit larger is I think I kind of lacked there early on. I did really well,
but Zealous came out when like you and Zealous hopped out. It came out on CPU only at first,
and so you know there wasn't a whole lot of hardware on there.
And then eventually kind of moved over to GPUs. But you know having the availability
of you know being able to this can go for ASICs too. Having you know There's you know SHA
two five six mineable coins, there's script coins, having your toes in you know multiple areas
and being able to pounce on a on something right when it comes out is usually a very profitable
and you know that's that that's just kind of where my space has been you know just like
how am I am I being too too focused hyper focused on GPUs am I putting too much attention over here
even though things are more profitable on one sector this moment you know things can switch up
at the flip of a switch and you know. A new algorithm be popping off on your CPUs, or the next week
it could be your GPUs, or sometimes I'm have to lean on my ASICs to get me by. So, you know,
for someone who like me, I live off my mining earnings. I I have to really stay diversified,
and I think that also helps keep me safe in the long run. So that's just what I've been doing. Yeah,
definitely some great points there. Hobbies, I thought you saw you throw up a hand,
so definitely want to get to you. Yeah, I definitely want to reiterate on what Ozzy is saying about
diversifying. I mean, it's it's tough though because like diversifying is super important,
especially when you're in crypto, because there's all different avenues to go,
not just with like hardware, even just like your investments on on you know what you're getting
into. You know, you don't want to be too much into this, and then all of a sudden it pops off
over here, and you haven't you haven't been able to take advantage of that.
The same thing applies with hardware, where like you know when you're looking at it,
and and someone else had spoken about their script miners and such, and like being diversified is
super important. The hard part is is something I've learned over the years is
like we try to be involved in everything as crypto miners, and it's really funny how like.
We try to diversify so much because we want our hands into everything. And unfortunately,
this industry of crypto mining has become so big, you can't be, you can't be in everything.
And trust me, I I play that field. I'm in ASICs. I've been in GPUs in the past. I'm into DPin.
You know, I love it. It's all fantastic. However, I have found that if you oversaturate yourself
with so much diversification, when something does do well, you don't really get to benefit from
it enough. And I imagine others have seen this before. So for me personally,
I've been trying to actually consolidate down a little bit more. And and yeah,
there's a gamble to it, especially especially with hardware and such. But hoping that it pays off
long term. I don't know if anyone else, especially miners here, can can comment on the fact of
over diversifying, especially from your mining perspective. Yeah, I can. I mean,
I'm all into in Bitcoin, and yeah, I have old miners that you know aren't worth anything no more.
But you know, it's to keep up with the new stuff and be up to date. It's it's impossible in a resi.
It's almost impossible in United States of America if if an S21 ended up on your door for free
and all you had to do is plug it in. You're gonna have a hard time profit. You ROI on that thing.
It's gonna break before even ROI on it. If you got it for free and you live in a house,
if you have shingles, if that miner's in a place where there's shingles on the roof, it's over.
Go ahead, please tell me. I'd love to hear. Yeah, let's jump over to Crypto Mining Magazine
to see kind of thoughts they've got, or if they want to also expand on some of their thoughts
on the hardware stuff, and then see if we got a couple hands jumped up as well. Yeah, yeah.
Thanks for having me back again today, guys. Appreciate that. Bear with me;
I am trying to navigate the airport. Yeah, that's why I wanted to give you a couple seconds to
to kind of get acquainted in case you were kind of stumbling around the airport. Yeah,
I appreciate that. I appreciate that. Yeah, no, I mean to hobbyist point, you know,
I think I was in in that situation where really, yeah, I tried to have my hand
in every single project out there, and at some point. You know, kind of what he was saying is,
you know, I was accumulating, I was, I was dedicating so much capital to being so diversified
that I never was building enough of a stack or a bag in any of them to make any real difference.
You know, and I guess the last probably 12 months, I kind of took a step back
and really started consolidating, you know, and focusing on, you know,
basically a couple algorithms, you know, Bitcoin script mining, and that that kind of changed.
You know my whole focus, my whole investment strategy, and it's worked out well.
But at the same time, it's not as much fun. So, to Ozzy's point, you know,
I would like to you know get a couple CPU miners going again. I did pull out a couple of GPU rigs
last week, dusted them off, got them plugged back in. But yeah, I mean,
I definitely think you you've got to focus a little bit, or you're going to have a ton of hardware
that's not making you much of anything, if anything at all. Yeah, thousand percent there,
thousand percent. And by the way, appreciate you coming through, even though you're kind of mobile
right now. Yeah, appreciate you having me, guys. Totally. Let's number two the hobbyists,
and then we'll hit Aussie. Sorry, I'm muting there. Yeah, so it's funny because you talk about like,
hey, you got an S21 that shows up at your door, and like, you can't mine with
traditional residential, and it's absolutely true. I was chatting with somebody yesterday
about the fact of like, it was wild to think going back to like the last bull run, you know,
home mining was was a thing because you could plug in anything and it was profitable,
and not only were the profits there, especially like GPUs and CPUs and stuff,
but Electric rates were significantly cheaper last we'll run versus where we are now. I mean,
everybody across the globe can can equate to the rising electric cost. But when you jump ahead now,
there's a lot less interest in home mining for exactly what you talked about. It's just like, man,
with electric costs so high, mining so competitive, you get one S twenty one at your door and like,
what are you going to do with that? Like, the hard part is is trying to make that work at home.
The electric cost is through the roof, and by the time you're done, you're making you know
barely anything. I have seen a huge influx in people reaching out to me.
I had a call with a guy earlier today that was very much in the situation where he's like, listen,
I got land, I got a Building, I got three phase power. I'm like, all right, cool. Let's, you know,
he wanted to get started. He wanted to buy a number of units and scale. I'm like,
let's take a look at your electric rate. The guy was at 16 cents. He has everything.
He has everything he needs to get started. It's such a power company. But, but he had, he's like,
dude, 16 cents. And I'm like, all right, well, let's say we somehow made this work
in a utopian world. You know, unfortunately, here's how much electric is cutting into it.
And so he was looking for options. What do I do? You know. And so we talked about hosting,
and he ended up going the hosting route and buying units. And within two weeks, he's going to be up
and running. Building a setup at home, it's like it's not going to happen. Unfortunately,
at that power rate, right? That's impressive. I get eight cents, and I'm saying if I had one land
on my doorstep for yeah, if it didn't, if I didn't even have to buy the thing and just plug it in,
how long is it going to take me? You know what I mean? Like literally,
like that's you're making like I don't know twelve, eight, twelve bucks a day
or something maybe off S twenty one two hundred terahertz ain't giving you shit a day.
How long it's going to take to just if you had to buy the miner just to make enough money?
If pretend you had to buy it just to get to that part, how much electricity would you have to burn
to profit that much money? Like you're going to be running a thing for five, eight years.
It's crazy. It does. It makes no sense. I thought you were running a charity. Come on now.
What that? I mean, we are, we are, we're running Bitmain's charity. I mean, Bitmain backs Bitcoin.
We're just, we're just keeping this thing going, right? That's amazing for Bitmain. That's amazing.
Let's go over to Ozzy because he's got a hand, and then Dr. K jumped up a few minutes ago.
I'm not sure if he's had enough time to get acquainted with the conversation,
but definitely want to hear from him as well. Yeah. So back to kind of like what even
like what Hobby was talking about. I think consolidating, you know, your your coins into a
into a smaller focus package is much easier to handle. I think sometimes as miners,
you you seem to forget that you had to dish out money for that power. So. I look at it as, hey,
if I got money in my hand, am I willing to spend my own money for this coin?
What coins am I going to buy? If I can't say that I won't buy that coin with my money, I'm mining
and selling that coin for a profit. And the story, I used to always kind of get into like
that moon boy phase where I just thought everything was going to moon,
but that's not always the case. So you know, you never get broke taking profits. So you know,
you really need to break down what your actual power cost is. You know,
it's Not the best thing that people want to hear, but it's just the truth.
You got to know what your power is, what your cost of production is, and then you know,
like what I'm gonna do here is I'm just I'm gonna have like five to maximum seven coins
I'm gonna focus on. If it makes sense to mine that coin, I will. But if I gotta mine another coin
and sell daily to up my Bitcoin bag or whatever, I'm gonna do that too. So you know,
whatever whatever the case may be, I'm trying to stack. Five to seven, and not get too overexposed
because you know I've ridden some profits like way down. A good example is Chlorai.
I mined 150,000 tokens and sat on it, didn't sell a single coin, and that went from
like 40 something cents and what it's like one or two cents now. So I've learned my lesson on some
of those. You know, when the profits are there, you definitely take them.
Don't just don't just sit it out. Otherwise,
you might have to sit through an entire cycle again before you can dump that bag.
Yeah, I'm curious. Hey, wanted to see if you wanted to jump in the conversation. Not sure if you had
enough time to get acquainted or had any thoughts on this topic in particular,
but I wanted to dish the mic over to you. Uh, yeah. Thanks for getting me getting me up. Um, yeah.
I mean, a lot of positive things to be happening in the markets, right?
Bitcoin's obviously doing well. Uh, mined coins like Caspa are doing well. Um,
so a lot of good stuff going on. Yeah, I will say from a residential standpoint. I would say, like,
what you're really trying to do, if you want to do it profitably, is you're mining to accumulate.
You're mining to get in earlier than you could have otherwise gotten if you had to wait for
liquidity on exchanges. But in all cases, you're doing this speculatively.
I think trying to mercenary mine at residential rates, like, basically, doesn't work anymore. So,
and and eventually, I I honestly think that things that are ASIC driven are going to end up
in a situation where if you're paying for electricity. Meaning you don't need the heat
for some alternative process or building, it's not going to be profitable.
So I I think long term like, ASICs are going to end up as like building heaters for Bitcoin.
But in the meantime, for those looking to mine right now, like you're going to have to do research
and have to do spec plays if you want to make it in this market. Perfect. Hobbyists, see your hands.
Yeah, it's. I would agree. The The last speaker and the one before that,
definitely speaking along lines of like, you know, looking to mine right now as a home miner,
you know, and you know, you're looking at it from a profitability or you're looking at it
from a speculative perspective. And I get it. We all walk into this looking to make money, right?
Like that's it's kind of our side hustle type of deal. The hard part is is the reality of like,
you know, trying to mine at home and what what you actually can turn from a profit perspective.
And I and I do like what was said along the lines of like. You know, if you're home mining
right now, it's really to huddle that coin, and and it's a speculative play,
and that's where like I think you know like GPU mining is fantastic, and something like Koi too.
Like you're kind of mining into it right now, and the hard part is is is separating.
I want to do this to earn a profit, or I want to do this to to have fun and as a hobby. Trust me,
I was there, and all of a sudden, you know, one GPU rig turns into ten, and you're like,
what am I doing with the heat and with the money spent and stuff? The hard part is is I understand
the writing on the wall. We're in a bull market right now. This is
when we're supposed to be taking profit. Not necessarily hodling. However, when you're, I think now,
which this really didn't exist in last bull run, I think now it's a clear definition of
like depending on the miner you are, home miner, you know, larger scale miner
and stuff that really is going to redefine your strategy. And the hard part is you see others
around you taking profits, and you want to take profits, but you're running
these these small home GPU mining rigs. And so, just wanted to reiterate the fact of, you know, even
though we're we're hodling, I think it's really going to come down to where you are as a miner.
Love that take there, hobbyist. Doctor Detroit, saw you also throw your hands. We'll go to you.
Yeah, yeah. Um, no, it is. It's the huddle thing, you know. That's and and my my theory on that is,
you know, ocean. You know, you're getting you're getting coin, you know, from the Coinbase coins,
you know, from them or CK Pool. That's your virgin Bitcoin. You know, if you're gonna mine,
you might as well mine some virgin Bitcoin. You know, if you're if you're gonna do it at home
and and huddle, that's the route to go. I mean. You mine from any of these other pools.
You're just who knows where that Bitcoin's coming from. That that's coming from some wallet
that they have, you know. Until like the way Ocean does it, and if you hit a block on CK pool,
which probably ain't going to happen, but at least that's one thing about Ocean that I could say.
If you're going to huddle at home and mine, even if you're not making money,
and it is just a hobby thing, because it's very you got to live in. There's very few places in
the United States, even with the newest equipment. That you're gonna that that it even makes sense
to mine, let alone like you're making money or something. It just you're not feeling bad
about having the damn thing plugged in. Basically, you're still not making much.
You know what I mean? You got a lot going on to make a ten bucks a day.
You got you know it sounds like your garage is about to blow up. You know for nothing.
But you know I get the whole the whole you know why we're doing this. But you know it's
you know I've looked at my my records of you know years and years ago
and like man that day sucked that day it that day was a bad day but today. Boy,
I'm sure I'm glad I I was mining that day. You know what I mean? But you know,
should I have bought Bitcoin that day? You know what I'm saying? It's there's always that thing.
Should I just bought it? It's it's it's a tug of war. I think in every miner's head. I'll shut up.
Aussie, over to you, sir. Yeah, I I think to kind of expand on that. I think you got to
kind of decide what rev like what avenue you're gonna go. You know, if you're gonna be kind of
on more of like the hobbyist side or whatever you. You know, you probably want to focus on
regenerating that heat. You know, a great example is say you were doing like a little stealth miner.
Um, if you're getting 30 terahash, you're making 60 bucks a month of you know, Bitcoin
that you could just be handing over to your your power company, right? So
if you have a couple of those in each room, each room is going to generate you about 60 bucks worth
of Bitcoin versus just turning on a sloppy heater and just burning off energy for nothing,
because you know, energy is money. At the end of the day, I think one reason
why Bitcoin has continued to climb is because the costs of production and competition
with the miners. I mean, this proof of work has taken Bitcoin to new levels. So You know,
you really got to figure out what your energy cost is, and if you're, you got expensive energy,
well then you should probably be recycling that heat in your house. Take advantage of that
and stack a little bit of Bitcoin. If you want to take this further, yeah, sorry,
what were you saying? No, I've been heating my house for four years. I my house simple.
It's a ranch. I got two ducks. I got two what's miners blowing in one one duck blowing one
blowing in the other. I even dry my clothes with S nine. You just take the dryer instead
of blowing it outside, just blow. You just got to pop a hole in the back.
They're all—it's—it's the easiest mod I've ever done. You could dry your clothes with an S nine.
You got to turn it down, even. Like, it was probably the easiest mod I ever made.
The hot water heaters next, yeah. It's totally a hydro miner is already done. Cold water in,
hot water out. Hook it in line to a hot water heater. It's just gonna take a while. You know,
I mean, it's already built for us. We just got to do it. You know, it's amazing though.
But you're totally right. Heat is gonna make a difference. I don't know if it's gonna change
the game, but yeah, for a hobby, it—it makes it worth it at least. Yeah, I I fully agree.
I just I just think that you know you got to kind of look at your electricity breakdown
and really take a look for for what it is. You know you can hop on hashrate. No,
look through your ASICs, your CPUs, GPUs. I must warn you though, altcoin ASICs are extremely risky,
and I would not buy altcoin ASICs unless it's script. Stay away from that other garbage.
You're just gonna get burned. But yeah, look at all those. Look at like the cost of kilowatt hour,
like what it's producing. You know, you you can also look at yields and such too.
But if you're burning more power than what you're, sorry, I should explain that better. If you're,
if the power cost is more than the coin you're mining, it would make more sense just to buy it,
unless you're recycling the heat. So that's just something that you really,
really need to look into. Also, looking into good hosting. You know, I'm
I'm gonna try to get hosting up here kind of soon. It's something I haven't really talked about
too much, but I do have a location with 600 amps that I'm working on to get
cheap power for GPU miners to get back in the game. So. Hopefully that works itself out.
I'm gonna be working with Alpha Mines. We're kind of looking at some stuff,
and hopefully we get some things to come through, and I'll keep you guys all informed on that.
But yeah, you just you really gotta look at your cost breakdown. I don't think that mining at a loss
is ever a good idea, really. It just doesn't make sense. So you know, look at look
at your power costs, look at your equipment, and just see what you can do. And at
the end of the day, if you know you're gonna live in a you know if you live in a colder climate
and your winters are brutal, then awesome opportunity to be stacking crypto during the winter
and shut off every heater in your house. Just put stack miners everywhere. That's my advice.
It's a great feeling. Keeping warm with miners, yeah, that's a good night's sleep. Yeah,
I was gonna, I was gonna say, I think Ozzy had said that earlier, like powering the heat
in the house just with those miners. I thought it was pretty interesting as well. Luke,
I saw you had thrown up a hand. I want to go to you. Sure, sure. I love the talk.
Everybody's thrown in some great points. I think the the future of home mining is truly
the recycled energy. I mean, Bitcoin is truly sure it's money, but the grand scheme of things,
it's actually energy. Energy is the real money, regardless. So any way you can find to recycle,
reuse energy. Is going to be the gameplay. So, in my perspective, instead of building out
my crypto farm right now, since we're in bull run, I'm building out my energy globe. So,
I'm looking at you know getting another 600 amp service installed. I'm looking at solar.
I'm looking at alternative energies to make sure that for the next run and through the bear market,
I can sustain through the bear market because everybody's going to probably not everybody,
but some people will drop off. Whether we go into another bear market with institutions is
another story, but it's energy at the end of the day. I think all of you guys have hit it
on the head 100. I think a tip to throw in there for you guys as well is going to be if you're an
at-home miner, I would highly recommend understanding how you can build your own pools. For example,
there's a lot of different coins that come out, and they come out and they start normally at CPU.
What happens then is if they're in any algorithm like Shaw or Script, then they go to
Asics really quick. So if you know how to create your own pool. You sometimes can get
one to two weeks where you're the dominant person mining these coins, and this even happens.
So this happened obviously I had my hand in bells, but this happened for lucky coin.
This happened for all of the script coins that popped off this last year.
Is I was able to make my own pools and profit on script algorithm coins with CPUs.
It's it's actually crazy. Eventually, obviously ASICs too. But you recycle your heat, bring up your
or bring down your electric costs by finding ways to recycle energy. Whether that's hydro,
you got a little creek on your property, find a way to turn that into a few amps and get cooking.
Just just to finish off, I'm just going to say like, all of us here are the gold rush people.
We're we're the miners that mine gold, you know. Modern times, we're we're looking for
that euphoria. We're looking for that next big thing. To where when you're diversifying your assets,
you got to be careful how you're diversifying. So I love the talk of everybody's trying to hone it
down and be somewhat simple, but still have you know a few rigs for CPU, a few rigs for GPU,
a few rigs for ASICs. Just kind of staying away from alts, and where if you're mining those alts
that are more so riskier, like Ozzy was saying, it doesn't match the cost for your power.
You should just be buying the coins, or you know, swapping it into that other hard asset
where energy is stored, and that's you know, Bitcoin at the end of the day, a few others. But yeah,
love that take there, Luke. Ozzy, I'm sure you throw it behind. They would love to work Alan back
in the conversation and Dr. K as well. Yeah, just wanted to expand on Luke. Man,
that was that was great stuff, man. Crushed it there. I'm just gonna say to expand on
that a little bit. As far as your power goes, it's always a good idea to reach out
to your power company. You can actually, well, most power companies do want to work with you. So,
you know, forming an LLC and working with your power company and get your power rates drop down
significantly. Example is down at my location at my warehouse. Went outside a residential rate as at
about eight cents, and after working out a deal with the power company,
they dropped me down to zero four three, so about four cents a kilowatt hour.
So that was massive because you know for me. My power bill, even at four cents, is
four thousand dollars a month in power. Is what I dish out. So you know, you imagine
how much that eats in the profits when you're paying more power. Right, eight cents.
That's already AK. Yeah, yeah, exactly. So you know, work with your power company. Um, if you
if you depending if you're if if you're like a utility or co-op, co-ops usually work with
you a lot more. Like I'm with a co-op, so they're not at profit. Utility companies
usually a little bit harder. I've worked with both. But definitely reach out to your power company,
see what kind of deals you can make. Because you'd be surprised just by talking with them
for a while and them seeing how much power output you have, you probably be able to strike
a better deal, and it's going to end up being a lot more profitable for you. Yeah,
I was going to say that's probably some really, really top tier advice there, Ozzy.
Definitely worth looking more into, I would say. Alan, I saw you also jump in there
with some reactions. Would love to get you back into the conversation. Yeah,
I definitely love hearing how all the miners get creative with continuing to mine
and finding power in a resourceful way. I think one of the things that we're excited about with Quai
and reasons why we've decided to go heavily into GPUs for the algorithm
and maintaining GPU mining is that just the sort of economics around the hardware.
And when you look at people asking questions like, "Hey, if I'm going to build out a farm
or I'm going to build out something and I want to be tailoring it to GPUs,
" I feel like I harp on this every week on this space, but it's just so critical, especially
as we get potentially more listeners. And the space continues to grow. We see more eyes.
Is that GPUs will potentially hold a lot of their value over the time over time,
and you have a lot more sort of flexible capacity and load that you can allocate GPUs towards.
And this future of AI is going to be so important. So the ability to sort of repurpose that is.
More common in that GPU mine space versus if you go and get an ASIC for one particular coin,
and then that coin doesn't perform as well because it's the only one operating on
a specific hash function, which again feels like people have had a few horror stories of that from
from the looks of it on space. So you know, I think for the veterans around,
it's more so all of us coming together and as we kind of take part. In this push here of of what
the cycle sort of looks like over the next couple of years, bringing back proof work mining,
bringing back GPU mining, and making it fun again. You know, when you look at hobbyist's last video
for GPU mining, he's like, you know, this may not work out fully, but it's fun
and it's a fun thing to do. And I think that's what a lot of people look at for GPU mining
is ultimately it is fun and it is something that people can tinker with
and improve sort of the systems as a whole and and kind of at large. And and not to say it's sort
of charity work because I do think there there is Very rational and sound long-term economics
around GPU mining, but also at the same time for people that don't want to go too heavy
into the numbers, it doesn't hurt to have you know a few GPUs that you're sort of learning about
blockchain systems with. You can go kind of deeper into how these systems operate, how they work,
and then sort of spend
the time learning there as you build out your own rig and your own sort of GPU build out.
Hit that on the head there, Alan. How about you, third hand? We'll go to you,
and then we'll hit Dr. K. So that man admitted that he watches my videos.
So I just wanted to point that out here for all the people that are here witnessing.
Just want to put it out there. But I wanted to pivot back a little bit to something,
and I'd love to hear from the individuals, the other miners here. I am definitely noticing more
and more people repurposing heat at home with Bitcoin mining, and it's I feel like it's becoming
more and more popular. I'm very eager to see like one of the projects I'm going to be doing,
and this is just for the channel because it's content as well, is actually installing an S19K Pro
in my return duct. That I'm going to be doing over the next few months to prepare for fall
and winter. So it's going to be a lot of fun working with some of the guys over at
Altair Tech on that. But I'm I'm finding more and more, and maybe it's just more outspoken,
more people talking about it. I'm just more and more people finding creative ways to repurpose heat,
and not just like, hey, I'm going to put a miner in a room. That's been going on for years,
but more like I'm tapping these miners into my home heating setup. It just seems
like it's taking off more and more, repurposing that heat. I'm really eager to see eventually
when this can be done at scale and in a retail fashion, and not necessarily companies like Heat.
I've had challenges with their equipment in the past and their service.
I think it's a good proof of concept, but really finding these bolt-on solutions
for home heating setups that are built and meant for it, and not just like us tinkerers
that are going to make it work. I'm really excited to see what that turns into as time goes on,
and Bitcoin miners get added into more and more everyday devices for that heat.
Love that, Dr. K. One, two, three. The mic back over to you. See if you've got any thoughts
on the conversation. Yeah no um I I I think I think the other miners probably are gonna
probably want to jump in on this one so I'll I'll let them have the mic sounds
good Luke over to you sir. Yes, I think I was kind of talking on hobbyists,
and obviously everybody's talking about the reuse and the reheat. I wanted to put this out there.
I'd love to connect with a lot of you guys who are up here. I'm building a documentary series
right now, directly on that take. I'm going to be pitching it to a few networks,
but on side of that, it's going to go into the retail fashion.
So it's actually going to be pitched not only in terms of like the documentary,
but for actual home builders. The whole purpose is going to be like affordable living,
ways to actually live with you know housing and inflation and everything going up, to
where your your home is all you need to live in. Provides obviously your heat.
Provides like if you're in the winter right now, I'm going to be working towards getting
my driveway redone. And getting that wired up so that you know miners during the winter
can you know mount that driveway. Of course, then you got ice problems you got to worry about.
There's plenty of other things you can you can do with those miners, regardless. Even all the CPUs,
all the mini computers you have in your homes, the ARM chips in your TVs,
every one of those things can be put to use to bring down the cost of living.
So I'd love to get honestly anybody who wants to be involved with that can reach out
and like hobbies. You said you're going to be doing something like that.
Maybe getting some videos of that for that would be cool. Or Aussie, you at a hundred acres ranch?
I know you have connections there. So yeah. Let's get it, yeah, Aussie, over to you. Yeah,
definitely, man. I'm working with Hundred Acres Ranch, doing a couple of things there.
I know he's got a couple hash thermostats that he's going to be working on,
and I'm also going to be working with. I don't know if you guys know who Sat Stacking Pled is,
but he gave me the blessing to start 3D printing and selling some of these 120 volt miners, S19s,
S21s. And those will all work with the hash thermostat, so you can start plugging these in
to your different rooms and so forth, and you can heat your whole house with a thermostat
and have these little miners heat your house. And it's just a either S19 board or S21 board.
They run on APW, I think APW9s. I don't want to misquote that, but basically you can run on like L3
plus power supplies, which you can snag for cheap. They're everywhere, so. Um. Yeah,
that's pretty interesting. And another thing I want to say too is you can heat your house with GPUs.
I like last winter. I heat did my whole living room and downstairs with a 12 card rig.
So you can most definitely heat your whole space with GPUs. And you know, honestly,
I I think that if you're trying to get some yield and believe in projects. Um, you know,
I don't want to shill too hard, so I'm not a shill. But that being said, you know,
a while ago I talked about Quai and looking at the comparison to Quai and Casper.
And if you're looking at yield right now, a single 12 card CMP 170HX rig,
you're pulling in 207 quiet day. So, you know, if if it goes to even a buck, I mean,
that is insane money for heating your living room. You know, so there's really massive opportunities
out there. You just got to go in there and take a swing at it. You'll never know
unless you actually try. So, you know, I I think quiet is a great play.
I think Zelles has a lot of room to run back to its previous all-time highs.
So there's definitely projects with GPUs that you can heat yourself, you know,
heat your house with as well. So you know, always keep your mind open. And then you know,
when winter comes around, just always think when you turn that heater on,
you could be stacking Bitcoin or Quai or some of these other coins instead
of just giving that money over to the power company. So at least you get something in return.
Speaking of, wait, Alpha, you got your hand up? Hang on. Yeah, how's it going?
Can you guys hear me okay? Alpha's in the house. What's up? What's going on, Alpha? Sorry,
I was right in there for a second. I I love this topic, man. This is like one of my favorite spaces.
I try and catch it every Monday if I can. You know, I got work and stuff, but it's awesome. Yeah,
I love everything you guys have touched on. I just wanted to jump in quick and just say, you know,
as as like a hobby, you know, doing this at home over the years, like.
Mining has been like one of the most enriching hobbies I could have ever had. You know,
it's gotten me into so many other things, and I just wanted to like bring it back down
to like energy and electricity, and then just how mining has just like totally enriched my life
across the board. Because when I first started doing it, you know, with just like a gaming rig,
which makes me want to touch on like the robustness of investing in a GPU versus an ASIC.
But you know, I don't want to go on too long. You know, just playing around with my gaming rig.
You know, I realized that like I can I can use it. Got me into like how I can make money
with the equipment I already have, right? And then you know ROI the investment,
and then really I started going in too hard with like my six cents a kilowatt hour rate,
which didn't last forever. So I needed to kind of like expand more and more. And you know,
I just I love like the the heating of the house, and so I had to like learn
how to become an electrician. I had to learn how to like take profits at certain times.
So I'm like learning. I had like literally no idea anything about markets or the economy,
and now even in my day job, it's like bled into that. I literally like run the finances
for the place that I work at, which is just not what they originally hired me to do.
But because of mining, like I now have like set up my own sub panels. You know,
I'm building out solar totally on my own and using the solar to power my monerigs
and to power you know kind of like the AI GPU compute, which I kind of view
as like a little bit more robust. As an investment, but you know, to just bring it home,
it's like if I would have never gotten to mining, like I wouldn't be doing any trading
or any investing or any market stuff. I wouldn't know anything about electricity,
and now I'm like building solar, and like someday, you know, I'll be
able to just kind of like totally be on my own and like just totally off grid, right?
With like all this stuff, and it's all as a result of mining. So yeah, I don't know.
I just love the topic. I love everything you guys are saying, and can really relate.
Thanks for letting me jump up here, dude. Off my appreciate you coming up to a ton,
and thank you for always coming through and catching the shows. We Try to put these on every week.
So thanks for coming up, and definitely can not. I'm not personally a miner,
but I can definitely you know relate to what you're talking about there. You get into the world,
find yourself in this whole new paradigm, doing all these things you never thought you'd be doing.
Next thing you know, a couple years down the line, you're so effective in this one random department
because that just happened to be something you had to focus on, and now you've moved on
to the next thing, the next domino. And so really, really cool stuff,
and really awesome to hear that. Honestly, just just from like. A phone call there.
Not sure if hopefully it's not still going, but definitely just from like a opening up of a world
and a new career aspect. Like maybe hobbyists, you could speak to this a little bit.
Like you've created an entire career for yourself and able to leave the proverbial nine to five
and enter a new paradigm to your journey. I mean, maybe you could speak to this a little bit
and see if anything comes to mind. Yeah, it's wild to think that, like you know,
starting out as a hobby, last bull run, you know, GPU mining. My first card was a GTX 970 on
Raven Coin, and now fast forwarding today, I mean, it's really, it's definitely tough,
and it's also very expensive, as you guys have we've mentioned as home miners, you know.
And now more than ever, I mean, man, we had an easy last bull run. I feel like as miners
versus today. You know, hash rates are significantly higher. Crypto is more mainstream now.
It's more of a household name, especially with Bitcoin. It's tough, definitely tough,
getting into mining. But it is, you know, it's weird to call crypto mining
or even crypto in general just a lifestyle. But it is fun. A lot of crypto miners can relate,
especially where. Just talked about like oh you become an electrician like I knew nothing
about electrical and have kind of fumbled my way through it and learned quite a bit.
Somehow I've you know learned a ton about HVAC and air movement and managing heat management
and it's like all these things that you never would have thought you got into
but it's all things you fumble through right. There's no like playbook for crypto mining.
There's just YouTube and. You know, lots of forums, and you kind of learn as you go
and learn from other people's mistakes. So, but it's been a blessing to be able to step away
from my nine to five. I was an executive at an e-commerce company in IT,
and step away from that to pursue this even more. To say it's easy is a lie.
It's definitely a lot of work, but I am much happier and a lot less stressed. Let's go, dude.
Let's go. Yeah, it's such a cool story, and I, like I said, can relate a ton to this. You know,
I did the same thing. I dove in. Just happened to be the NFT season when that was popping off
in 2021. That happened to be the original thing that piqued my interest,
and then dove into the world of content creation in all of crypto land. And then a few years later,
ended up, you know, building out here with Wolf Wolf Crypto. And so, yeah, very cool stuff, dude.
Very very cool stuff. Alan, wanted to throw the microphone to you. Get get some of your thoughts.
You know, obviously you guys are also in a similar position. You guys have gone full fully all in
on crypto, you could say, with Quiet Network. And so I'm sure there's something you could speak to
this on. Yeah, I mean, I think you know, with Quai, our vision is pretty broad,
and we we look at the systems that are already the largest ones in crypto that are rivaling rivaling
traditional finance. You know, we have the banks going and adopting Bitcoin. All of that in
the early days used to be just wild cyberpunk pioneers going and mining with CPUs
and slowly mining with GPUs and tinkering with technology. So I I think at the core of it,
we like to lead with that view: is like, hey, this stuff can become very real and very tangible,
and how do we create the future that we want to live in? Because ultimately, again,
while it is nice to sort of see that return and see the You know, tinkering and and the
and the hardware and and all of the other sort of sort of more in the nitty gritty. You know,
we still see this wider vision and idea that we can go and and replace money
and make money better for society as a whole, rather than just people within the individual system
and and the people that are using it today. And so, I think that's what really inspires me.
That's what really inspires. I think a lot of people in our community as well is that there is
a larger change happening. And you know, while Quai is a relatively smaller project,
it's still something that's you know and a huge. Roadmap and milestone to get to this point,
and and for everything we've accomplished, you know, there's still a lot more to do,
and there's still a lot more as sort of part of that vision, which I think ultimately ties into
the rest of crypto and and ties into the things that allow you to sort of plug in a computer
and earn magic internet money that you can go spend it someplace without having any intermediaries
or people that can tell you no, and I think that's a powerful thing. So yeah,
that's what keeps me motivated, and it's definitely a lot better than you know pulling away at some
of the other potential jobs out there that are just sort of built to be a cog in the wheel. Yeah,
thousand percent there, Alan. Appreciate you sharing that perspective, man. Aussie,
slide your hand shot up. Over to you. Yeah, I just you know want to give props where props is due,
and I just want to say you know thanks to the Quai team, man. You know,
given kind of giving GPU mining another breath of fresh air, and and having a project
that stays true to decentralization, and you know that whole cyberpunk movement that
you don't see as often anymore. You know, it's just. You know, you see a lot of these companies.
You know, I don't want to throw them under the bus, but you know, you got like Radiant, for example,
letting another entity take over their entire network. You know, and so when you have somebody
who is dedicated to decentralization and supports us GPU miners, I think
it always helps having spaces like this or places to have your voice heard and educate people,
educate them on why decentralization matters. And you know, really show your support for those
that support us. You know, we're all kind of a family here. I've met some amazing people,
and I think it's just good that we get out and speak and really keep with the education,
let people know why decentralization matters, and really take that hard stance.
And nothing speaks decentralization more than GPU miners. Well, the take there, AlphaMine.
So let your hand go up. Over to you. Yeah, hell yeah, Ozzy. And I wanted to just echo something that
Luke had mentioned, and how like much I like Quai. And anybody who like sees anything I say on
the internet is, you know, probably aware of that. But Luke had mentioned, you know,
like running your own pool, building your own pool, and how that can like kind of expose you
to opportunity early on, which is great. But I remember when I first started mining, I was like,
man, I I just want to like, I want to set up my own node. Like that's so cool, right?
And I had like no coding. I had no coding experience at the time. I was like,
I'm gonna set up my own node and mine to it. And I just can, you know,
say from experience that like running your own node and like mining to it
and just being part of the ecosystem, like just touching it in that way,
just made me feel like more connected to blockchain and like the true reason
that we're all doing this. I mean, I guess we're all in it for the tech, you know, J.K. But most of,
some of us are. Some of us really are here for the mission. So, you know, I just wanted to say like,
why the reason I like. So I didn't like do anything on YouTube and post a lot on X is actually
because like I was like I'm gonna build my first node and mine to it and it was like a little bit
after the ETH merge and I was like discovering new projects and I discovered Caspa
and I like stumbled on Quai on Reddit and I was like reading about it and I was like holy shit
this is awesome and I'm gonna I'm gonna this looks pretty complicated too
so I'm going to like mine to my own node and like the support and the community I got in the Discord
and you know Dr K or Alan will probably tell you I've been around Quai since you know one of like
the second the second testnets or whatever but like I learned so like I have a pool
now we just launched the second coin. And like I, I have somebody helping me and stuff,
but like everything I learned, you know, like the skills, the valuable skills,
the community you make, um, is just been like, it's just been crazy. So you know, I, I,
I just want to like recommend everybody mine to your own node. You know,
keep an eye out for things that are like truly decentralized. Those like stand the test of time.
So like a decentralized mining pool, all that good stuff. I don't want to ramble too long,
but you know, running your own node is is a lot of fun. It's just like one more thing I ended up
learning, right? Like so now I'm a miner who's like literally teaching myself development. Um,
and you know, it's it's it's really fun and exciting. So yeah. Dude, I'm loving the.
I'm loving this space. I really enjoy this conversation, especially toward the end here,
kind of getting some of your, like, how you guys think about the industry and what you know,
what kind of life changes is made for you and how it affects you. It's really cool. And and also,
by the way, like impossible to know unless you guys were to share it, because 99.9% of Earth is not
mining crypto, um, yet. And so it's like you know, majority people aren't haven't tried it.
They've heard of it, but they haven't you know taken that extra step to dive in.
And so I love these conversations, and it's hard to find people who will jump on.
So I appreciate you guys coming through and talking mining for an hour
and kind of sharing the insights that you guys have picked up along the way. Was gonna say,
you know, we gotta we're Come up on the top of the hour, but if there's any final thoughts,
anyone who hasn't given a take who wanted to throw something in there or a last thing
they want to share with the audience or the stage, definitely throw me a hand. Otherwise,
I was going to say if you're not already following Quai and Dr. K and Alan up here,
definitely be sure to do so. They're sponsoring today's show, and love having those guys on.
There's some really really cool stuff at Quai. Be sure to follow along with what
they're building over there, and as well as the other speakers. You know, take a second,
make sure if you're listening that you're following the speakers up here.
That if you're in the mining world, you're mining curious. That you've got these people
on your list, and they've got them in your following. And if you haven't already,
please do retweet the space. It is a recorded conversation, so if people can catch the space,
if they miss the live stream, they can catch the recording. So, anyways,
that's kind of like my housekeeping there. I don't see any other hands,
so I'll toss it back to Dr. K and Alan, see if they've got any closing comments from the Quai side
of things. If not, we can wrap here. But it really has been an excellent space. So, Dr. K,
I'll throw the mic over to you. Yeah, thanks everyone for coming. I mean, kind of at the end there,
we're talking about the ideology of Quai, I suppose. Right, the whole point that I got interested
in crypto. You know, it wasn't necessarily about the tech. It wasn't necessarily about the mining
or the GPUs, but really just the idea of creating something that can separate money from the state,
so that you have a libertarian backbone of having independent, apolitical money,
so you can realize a moral society. And you know, I've taken my skills as an engineer
and applied them for the last seven years in a way that I think creates a system that's
most likely to be able to do that. And so, you know, why do we care about decentralization?
Why do we care about GPUs? Why do we care about mining? Why do we care about crypto?
It's really because we care about the original vision manifest in the Bitcoin whitepaper,
which is peer-to-peer electronic cash. And with that vision, we believe that we can create
a better world. And that's why we're here working at it. That's why we're here talking to you guys.
Um. So yeah, appreciate people for coming. Appreciate people for spreading the word. Absolutely,
powerful stuff there, Dr. K. Alan, didn't know if you wanted to follow up with anything
or anything of your own. No, I think Dr. K summarized it well there. I was going to say
it's going to be hard to follow that up though. Like that was that was kind of like that's pretty
that was pretty motivational. Yeah, I mean it's it's hard, right? When you look at again the ideals,
right? Fix the money, fix the world. I think Bitcoin started something unique.
Quai is going to carry the torch, and the more people we can bring in on the mission
and journey with us, the better. And it seems like as long as you guys got some GPUs humming
and buzzing and helping us along, then we're doing our part. Let's get it right on, guys. Well,
listen, again, appreciate everyone coming through. I hope you all have an amazing rest
of your Monday. We're trying to do spaces and streams every single day here at Wolf. So definitely,
if you're getting into the spaces world, if you're enjoying this medium of content,
just live stream, live content, live engagements and conversations. It's so fun
because you can be in a space with someone's in the audience. They just hop on stage.
Next thing you know, you're talking directly face well face to face, voice to voice.
With these people, and you build some really, really cool connections,
and you get to speak directly to these people. And so, just want to say shout out to all you guys
coming through, and all the girls, and all the guys, and then all the girls, all the guys
and girls who come through to these spaces. Appreciate all of you guys for coming through,
and we'll see you guys all in the next one. We got a podcast stream coming at you in like 30 minutes
or so with DDC Enterprise, their Bitcoin treasury company. So interested to kind of poke their brain
and figure out what's going on in the Bitcoin treasury world
from their end of things. And we'll see you guys in the next one. Take care, everybody.
