people here and then get into the game we don't want to we don't want to bust our we don't want to bust our load too early and also i wanted to add something and i

Some more shout outs. What's up, Don Diablo? How are you?
Keptoli in the house.
LL Cub King in the house, my man.
With the alpha dogs.
Great to see people coming in to hang out and talk some hoop.
If you like basketball, this is your space. We start off the show as we do by giving a quick
little rundown of the standings. Holding strong still, the Detroit Pistons, number one in the
East. They've got a little bit of a cushion. They're at 29 and 10. Safe to say that they will be in the playoffs this year,
probably hosting some home games, a home series,
if they can just complete the job.
Man, the number two team surging.
Only six and four in the last 10, but they've been playing some great ball.
The Boston Celtics.
Just playing super, super solid.
Anthony Simons has given this team a boost.
Even without Tatum, one of the best players in the NBA,
they're showing what you can do with a great organization,
great coaching, and they still have, you know,
one of the best players in the league in Jalen Brown,
who is severely underrated, as always, but he's just a stud, all-around stud.
The New York Knicks, this is where we get the little mumbo-jumbo here, again, really from 2 to 7 right now.
They're separated by a total of three games.
The Knicks are in third place at 25 and 16, playing some bad basketball, 3 and 7 seven in their last 10 games but they're still
in third place the raptors are surging seven and three in their last 10 um does the name colin
murray boils mean anything to you we will get to him later on in the show my philadelphia 76ers
my love hate relationship with the Sixers hanging out in fifth place
just still you know they're hanging around
they're playing above 500 hoops
at 22 and 17
sixth place the Orlando Magic which grateful
got to see take home a win
win in Berlin that should be the next Curtis Blow
song my goodness you got the Cleveland
Cavaliers starting to get
into form in the seventhth seed right now.
Miami Heat at the 8th seed.
They are 21-20.
And then you get to the playing teams here at the bottom.
There's a little bit of a tear step down.
You got the Bulls in 9th place.
The Hawks in 10th place.
The Bucks in 11th place who are still trying to build a winner around Giannis.
You can't rule them out. Again, they're not that far behind in the standings. A lot of basketball
to play. The Charlotte Hornets in 12th, and then we've got the Junk, the Brooklyn Nets 13th,
2-8 in their last 10 losers in five straight games. The Washington Wizards, I don't even know
if Trey Young will play this season.
He probably will a little bit at the end,
but that was more of like a future move,
and the Wizards are trying to lose,
and this is what losing teams do.
The tank, we're going to talk about tanking later as well,
because there's an art to it.
We'll talk about the origin of tanking,
and now how it's just good business, right?
It's just good NBA business.
And then you've got the Pacers in last place at 9-32.
Heading on over to the Western Conference,
the Thunder are back to playing Thunder basketball.
Winners of their last 5, 8-2 in their last 10.
Sitting at 35-7.
No more talks about them breaking the record for most wins.
But they are the number one team in the West but they are the number one team in the West.
Will be the number one team in the West. That will not change the Spurs.
The Spurs and the Nuggets sitting there, 2-3, both at 28-13.
The Spurs are looking like that next up-and-coming team who could also win now, right?
They've beaten the Thunder the last three times they played them.
They clearly match up well to them, and they have an alien on the court, which until recently was not
really allowed. It wasn't really a thing. But then the commissioner, Adam Silver, was like,
you know what? We love the movie Space Jam. We're a big fan. Michael Jordan, great guy.
How do we bring this back? Okay, let's craft a 7'6 Frenchman who can do everything on the basketball court.
So we're going to bring in an alien here.
And the Thunder needed some competition, so it couldn't just be just human beings.
Then you've got the most nonchalant, maybe one of the best players,
definitely one of the best players ever.
And Nikolaj Jokic, Nuggets are still doing their thing.
Again, a testament of just championship basketball.
They are a proven championship franchise and hanging around while their bigs get back healthy.
The Timberwolves, I'm a huge Timberwolves fan.
Anthony Edwards, one of my favorite players in the league, sitting at fourth at 27 and 14.
That's a really healthy record.
Man, the West, it's just a lot of teams solidly above 500, and then it drops.
The Lakers, 24 and 15.
The Rockets in sixth place, 23 and 15.
The Suns starting to pick it up a little bit, hanging around there at that seventh seed.
The eighth seed, soon to be Jonathan Kamingalas, Bolton State Warriors at 23 and 19.
That's Pat Spencer's team now.
In ninth place, Denny Avigia's Portland Trailblazers.
In 10th place, the Memphis Grizzlies.
We will talk about Ja and these potential trades.
The trade deadline is coming up.
I still think, again, the hottest team in the West right now,
besides the Thunder,
the Los Angeles Clippers. do not count them out.
17-23, but they're winners of eight of their last ten on a four-game win streak with Kawhi Leonard.
Did the space just rug?
Because I just saw like eight people drop out of the space at the same time.
I can hear, bro.
How about it?
Yeah, I'm good.
I can hear you.
Or did everyone, was my voice just so bad?
People just hate the standings and everyone's dipping out.
Okay, guys.
So let's switch it.
10 most famous porn stars of 2026.
Noah, Jordan, what's going on?
All right.
We're going to finish up the standings.
We're going to finish up the standings.
Dallas in 12th place, 16 and 26.
I'm going in the opposite direction of the Clippers.
My Utah Jazz.
Love the Jazz.
Great colors.
Great fan base.
Awful team right now at 14 and 27.
The Sacramento Kings lost season at 11 and 30.
And then the New Orleans Pelicans at 10 and 33.
What's sticking out for you, Grateful?
Also, that's just weird man literally
like eight people left the space at the same time literally i think everything is like reconnecting
for everybody or something bro something's going on with twitter again i think damn i cannot tweet
anymore are we cooked uh let's see uh i don't know what's going on Space is recording
So all good
I can tweet
I tried to tweet
But it doesn't work for me
So I don't know guys
If it works for you
It's weird
I'm connecting
Connection request
See if we can bring him up to speak
This is a litmus test
We'll ex-avail someone
I cannot mute myself bro
I just cannot mute myself
Maybe I can
Try to drop down and come back
And let's see, okay
I don't want to lose you
I'm not even getting replies
I click on the space
And all of the replies I get the spinning wheel.
Oh my god guys what's going on here like?
Now I'm gonna see if I can reply. Everybody's starting to pull back up.
Guys let us know if Twitter is rugging
I'm just checking the
Oh yeah, Twitter is definitely
rugging, guys. I'm checking the
It's called like Down Detector
or some shit like that and it's saying that
user reports indicate
problems at X
Yeah, consider us some of those users And it started like User reports indicate problems at X.
Yeah, consider us some of those users.
And it started like 15 minutes ago.
And there are 2,500 reports.
Yeah, so something's happening there, 100%. Oh my God, guys.
We're just, you know, weathering the storm right now.
Who's weathering the storm in the NBA as well?
What's a good analogy?
The Nuggets are weathering the storm.
Big time right now.
The way they looked the other night against Boston, I was really impressed.
Honestly, I don't know if they're going to even try to go for anything.
The Nuggets usually don't even try to go for any moves
You know, I mean like they're usually like that quiet team now
Somebody in the draft so guys, I'm sorry, but the Twitter is completely down like I just see the spinning wheels
I don't see tweets. I don't see anything. So this guys, can you hear us in the audience? I don't think so.
Maybe you can, but can you even give us a sign?
No, it's a full rug.
Yeah, so if you want to join us on stage,
I don't know what we're going to do because it's absolutely crazy.
We'll just have everybody just join the stage.
Oh, I can mute myself now.
That's good.
That's progress. That's progress.
There we go.
I can't even get Cub up here.
Oh, I don't
even see... Zombie Rob, zombie's giving us a
thumbs up. I don't even see Cub in the crowd.
Yeah, I don't also see the Cub.
I see Zombie, GG Ma,
and G and GI.
Yeah, I see GG Ma.
What's up, GG Ma?
I see Zombie and LL G I. Yeah. I see G G ma. What's up G G ma. I see zombie and LL cup King.
All right.
you can tweet bro.
What do we do?
I tried to tweet,
it's fucked.
All right.
I mean, this is being recorded. That's fucked. All right. Well, I mean, this is being recorded.
That's true.
We made the space just so we can talk ball.
We might as well still talk some ball.
Do we want to try and be guinea pigs here and rough this one out?
Honestly, let's talk about some trades, too.
What do you guys think about where do you think Jonathan Kaminga is going to go?
Tyler Hero, John Morant, Zion.
I mean, that trading block, it was like 14 people right now that are on the trading block.
Just obviously the big stars, though.
You want to definitely see what they do.
We got Gigi Ma here as a speaker.
They were able to make requests, and I was able to accept the request.
I don't see anyone here.
Fist, fist.
Good morning, GM, GM.
X is experiencing outages to Canada, everywhere.
So we're going to have In-N-Out all day.
Do you guys hear her, by the way, Grateful and Marathon?
No, I don't. I don't. Like, invisible speaker here? I do. Nah, I don't.
Like, invisible speaker here, but I love it.
I love it.
She's definitely here.
That's good.
That's good.
I changed my name again.
Yeah, you're not going to be able to.
Or no, G the original.
There we go.
That's right.
I changed it.
Oh, you're G the original.
Yes, I am.
I changed it because I just had a new great-grandbaby, so I changed it. Oh, you're G the original. Yes, I am. I changed it because I just had a new great grandbaby.
So I changed it to great grandma.
Oh, congratulations.
Number three, two girls and a boy.
Yeah, I'm very happy.
So you can't post anything.
Keep saying retry, you know, save whatever.
So we're going to have that all day. I was like, gonna have that all day i was like i do hear that
i was like i noticed that voice yeah also great grateful gg ma was g the original she changed
the name because just had another grandchild i'm the i'm the gg i'm the grandma translator of the
eight ball club here great grandma great grandma yes you're a great grandma? Yes, I am.
Holy smokes.
Oh, my gosh.
Yeah, we just had the third.
So I have seven grandchildren and three great.
I'm not going to ask how old you are.
I just turned 70.
Oh, my gosh.
Happy birthday and congratulations again.
You were the first
great grandma in the Fisters
community.
Go Fistin'. Unbelievable.
You're always
great support and always
much appreciated. Definitely.
I love you guys. I'm really
seven years old, but
you know. Seven? Yeah, I'm really seven years old, but, you know.
Yeah, I'm really seven.
Of course.
You're switching around.
Zero, seven.
Oh, seven.
It's opposite.
A hundred percent.
Go Knicks.
Go Knicks.
We are totally cooked right now.
Everyone else has left the space. I don't know how.
Maybe it's the great-grandma powers that allows you to come up.
Other requests did not work.
But I see them all. That's interesting.
Well, there's a mint going on.
A Monos mint going on.
Yes, it's Mr. Yang.
Really beautiful art,
but I can't mint. It won't let me mint.
What's it minting on?
Monos MC. Is it monos mc.com
the monos club yeah and um yeah I can't won't let me mint I've been trying for an hour
well it just started at 10 but I was looking at something else as well beautiful art
I'll have to check it out. Yes, definitely.
It's supposed to start at 2.58,
but it starts
at 12.8 all the way.
It's great because they do
common, uncommon, legendary,
rare, instead of like,
oh my goodness, I don't know what I'm going to get.
It's really nice.
They have a lot of nice
NFTs on the site.
Maybe it's Twitter. Who knows? lot of nice some and if he's on the site So maybe it's Twitter who knows or could be my wallet
It's always me that things go wrong
It's flinger Friday. It's flinger Friday. It's fister Friday. Yeah, I meant fister
I can't think of any F-Ls.
I can't think of any of hells
I'm the other F, but I like Flinger Friday.
We love the Flingers.
Yes, they are 3 o'clock in the other side today.
We're going to start to do a Fister Friday in the other side as well.
That would be great.
You could do this too.
We actually should do the eight ball club
in the other sides.
But no, but that's one of the things we wanted to do
is we wanted to get this X space
out and about to just like the non-Web3 peeps.
It's not working too well so far.
Too bad agents on at six in the morning
because then he could do a bubble
and I'll be able to go
because I don't usually wake up so late
you know what's crazy guys that
before Elon
I didn't pay anything for X right
now I'm paying like $60
a month or something like that
and it constantly doesn't work man
it's been like second time in a week
or something that it doesn't work
then the MFR is saying CT is dead then the MFR is like info file
you MFRs that's AI slop get the fuck out and now it doesn't work at all like
what's going on with this like pay us back did you have a show yesterday he
can't hear you oh I also see her right now.
So I don't know if you can hear me now, but I can hear her and see her.
We didn't because I actually went to Berlin for the NBA game.
Berlin is nice.
I've been there.
Did you go to Berhad?
Yeah, the wall was up when I was there.
So you had to drive like three hours and you couldn't stop.
You couldn't do anything.
Or they'd come and get you.
It was really weird.
If you had to go to the bathroom, you were in trouble.
Grateful got to see the Wagner brothers yesterday.
Yeah, man, one of them, he spent like half of the game on a bike there.
That was really interesting to see.
He had a bike, like, very close to me.
And I was like, damn, what kind of, like, what's he doing?
He was all the time on the bike because he's coming out of the ACL, right?
So he was trying to warm up or something.
But man, watching NBA in Europe, like, it's so good.
And I think it's like Ape Fest, right?
Like, you can be part of the community.
Everything is great.
But when you go IRL, damn, it's so, it's so it's so different it's so good man everyone was so excited
damn so good now you guys see what i was talking about with the magic being my dark horse in the
east like i mean they're just they're resilient i mean being down 20 and then coming back like
that's really good that's what i was like they're a young team they just they like i said they need maybe like one more vet but other than that i think the older mo of wagner and then you
know having a bane like i said that's i mean that's those are good enough vets for you right
now to kind of like you know help guide the team right now which i do like and that's something
like i think the magic or actual dark horse again to be looked at for sure in the east
man when the game started i was so pissed
because it was like plus 20 for memphis right jamoran was there bro jamoran was there in his
fancy white i don't know what was that like uh i don't know even what was that it was like uh
i don't know i i will find a photo and i will share it. But he didn't play, which really sucks, because I wanted to see him.
But, yeah.
It seems like people are joining back,
or is it just me, guys?
Is Twitter working again?
I'm seeing a few names.
I'm seeing my cash.
I'm seeing Zombie Rob back here.
I still can't load any twats.
Or see any posts okay so i make a coffee and i can get into
the game and everything and i have also some questions for you guys because i know you've
been to so many nba games irl so it would be cool to see uh the differences but maybe first question
for you guys what do you think that is nba trying to achieve here uh with this game do you think they really want to expand because we have a
oh yeah we have a uh damn what's the name of the european euro euro league right it's the name of
the the biggest league here which i would say is solid like some games are really insane
um i was like 20 years ago i was on the final we had a final four here in prague
so i saw all the games there was like makabit elaviv and other teams it was incredible basketball
i actually met the david stern there so it was wild but what do you think is the goal for them
uh with europe like do you think there's going to be something like NBA Europe? I mean, I go first.
You go first, Marathon.
I mean, I do think that they may.
I mean, more or less like they have their Euroleague, you know what I mean?
So they have like your different club balls and, you know, your different pro pro pro a pro B leagues out there.
So it's like I don't know how much they were going to change it to like have them like interview, like, you know, actually add their own kind of like league out there,
like saying like it's an actual like NBA Euro league.
I think they kind of like, you know,
can try with just having like, you know,
what they have out there right now.
And I think they're just happy with all the players that they're,
you know, producing from these like smaller,
like programs from pro B like basketball teams, you know,
and coming out and playing in the NBA.
So I'm like, I, right now what the NBA is doing is just just like i said they're just marketing and you know trying to go from mexico
all the way around the world like i mean they played basketball in africa you know mexico uh
where else france so it's like you know like they're really trying to just push it so every
they want anyone and everyone know that they you know you you can come and play in the nba you know
i mean like it doesn't matter where you're at like i said we're we're coming out here to show you that we can come play out here,
show you guys.
They're pretty much just saying, hey, we're telling the younger generation,
hey, we're bringing this to you guys so you guys can see what it looks like right now.
And then, like I said, when you're getting ready, when you're prepared,
you come over to the U.S. and play in the NBA.
And I think that there's going to be a team in Europe eventually.
I think that there will eventually be a London team next time we expand.
Oh, wait, are we back?
I think we're back.
My tweets replied.
Seeing some people trickle in.
I see Tony in here.
Did we survive? Let me go to my drafts here, let me fire out a draft.
Man, drafts doesn't work for me, so let's see.
Grateful, how did Morant's attitude look like when he was on the bench?
Was he like, kind of like, you know, cheering for his team when they was up 30?
Or was he like, you know, like. Bro, he was cheering.
I would say it was weird.
The energy was weird, to be honest.
I have a few photos.
I will send it to you in a group chat.
But I was surprised that he traveled.
Like he was, how you say that?
He was limping when he was walking, right?
So I don't know if he was faking it or if he's really injured.
I don't know.
I think, no, that's called a crib walk.
But Germany is actually really big in NBA, I think.
Like, they have a lot of fans there.
Of course, almost, like, not that many people actually had basketball jerseys because i think
there was a difference compared to nba that i had an eight row which was great seat so i saw
everything it was perfect uh but when i was at nba game people were more casual like casually
dressed right here man they had like uh they had really nice like suits and and shirts and shit like that so i don't know
uh why was that so not that many people had jerseys basketball jerseys but of course i saw
so many dirk novitsky jersey there man it was it was all over the place dirk was there personally
so dirk actually had a speech which was so awesome to see him there and also Steve Nash was there and Tony Parker
which were basically my heroes when I was playing basketball right and seeing them there was awesome
I think Angela Reese was there so many other other people uh that uh like so many other
celebrities that I don't know that were fromany but everyone was so hyped man like they they played um there
was a singer from pussycat dolls they watch the language dude that's the name of the band
i'm kidding which i actually don't know what they're doing man but they were oh pussycat dolls
that's crazy i was like damn well i don't I know probably zero songs but they sang the you know don't you say anthem no they sang it anthem don't you wish
your girlfriend was like don't you wish your girlfriend was fine like me
don't you and everyone was cheering for for magic crazy, which was so good.
So I think overall experience was incredible, man.
Like it was really... If you didn't know you're in Germany, I would be like,
damn, that's a US NBA game 100%.
So it was really cool.
And the game was great.
Man, I don't know what else to say.
And it was really...
It was a great experience.
Only one thing that I would love to ask you guys.
It was sold out. I think the capacity was around 15,000 people.
So I think in NBA the capacities are bigger than that.
But do you weight lines before the game?
Like is it common for the regular season?
Yeah, oh yeah. People definitely... Is it? Oh okay like yeah yeah yeah that's what i'm
saying yeah it just depends on you know what arena and who's playing who you know i mean like
say the washington wizards are coming into miami i bet you you know the lines are probably going
to be you know scarce but like yeah other than that like i mean you go to a nuggets game and
shit the lines are out the door literally out the the door, like almost into the parking lot.
So you like you most a lot of people like to show up like an hour early just to get into the line right away.
So and see the warm ups. People like to get in for the warm ups.
It really just depends on how your team is doing. You know, I mean, if your team sucks, then I'll show up probably second quarter if I got a free ticket.
free ticket you know I mean so yeah it really just depends yeah it depends on
You know what I mean? So, yeah, it really just depends.
time and like any activations activities whatever's going on yeah I was
definitely there for the warm-up to learn more tricks but the there are
such a crazy athletes man that you you cannot realize that in uh when you watch in just
uh in tv right like uh that it's it's crazy to see that life and i think this is great opportunity
as i as i mentioned ape fest like you go there irl and you have the best time of your life like nba
game is exactly that right you can watch so many nba games like online but being there is always
the best and unfortunately for me it's not
that easy you know i have to fly probably the easiest way is new york uh but this was this
was 100 perfect and the the crazy dunk man it's already on nba top shot so i i pre-ordered five
of them and and you can get that moment which is what i love about nfts and this is
how it should be i don't understand why you couldn't mint it in the arena that would be the
banger right like have the dunk and immediately get it or maybe get it with your tickets or
something like that because man that guy's insane man that dunk was crazy anthony black being
bro he catches a body crazy game like Like, seriously, Anthony Black has been catching a body every game since he's been with the Magic.
And obviously, you know, I'm a Magic fan since my nephew was playing there before he got traded.
So I literally, like I said, I was always an Anthony Black fan.
And I was happy that they grabbed him because he kind of changed the game as, you know, coming in as that like Sean Livingston tall point guard.
But like, yes, athleticism is just it's just out of this world.
And for him to catch four bodies is ridiculous.
That is a like I would have demanded the poster right away, like right out of just call the timeout and said, hey,
I need my media person to get that poster sent to my house framed in a giant like a giant frame for sure right away.
Have you ever dunked on four guys?
I've dunked on two but not four usually it's usually it's i was just about to make a porn joke but i'm gonna i'm
gonna reframe myself usually it's four blacks on one you know you got the video there too but then
it was just one on it was one on four this time too. The role's reversed.
if we want to dunk on four guys, we really need to
establish the game like, hey guys, you want to join
our game, you need to be below
five feet.
Something like that, man.
Marathon is okay.
They hate, you know?
So we can play against them.
I have dunked on somebody before.
Believe it or not, no one will believe it.
On the timeline, right?
With a tweet, you mean, right?
I don't even dunk on timelines.
I don't even, like, a real human being dunk.
I'm telling you.
Squid is Anthony Black off Twitter.
Squid used to have that sneaky bounce.dy used to have that sneaky bounce.
He used to have that sneaky bounce.
Pogo, man.
They call me Pogo.
I already know.
But what about that Jaron Jackson, man?
He also played really well.
Do you have any more info about him?
I don't know him that much.
I love him.
I mean, he's one of my favorite players.
He kind of came into the league like for his
position like being that power forward to three like I mean even still being like you know switching
off to playing fives every now and then like he's came in and kind of changed the game for Memphis
because he stretched the floor for him he helped everything open up so much more even when John
Morant was you know acting up and doing great you you know, I mean, in his times there, Jaron Jackson was really that piece, that glue that was
really helping them stick together.
I mean, he now is one of their longest, you know, players that's been in the franchise.
But I just, he just stretches the floor.
He's smart.
He doesn't do too many things.
You know, he doesn't have too many turnovers.
He just, he's just a smart player, honestly.
And I've always liked the fact that, like, if he ever went anywhere else, he would help
them for sure.
Like, I would like to see him play along Giannis.
Like, alongside Giannis, that would be dope to actually see him play, because I think
they would both work together perfectly.
Well, guys, I have to BRB, carry on.
And what's up, LL Cub?
You're up here.
What's going on?
I have to be right back. But yeah's up, LL Cub? You're up here. What's going on? I have to be right back.
But, yeah, shoot, grateful.
What do you think about the trade for Jonathan Kaminga from the Warriors?
Bro, I totally missed that one.
So I will have to reverse the question.
What do you think about it?
I mean, dude, Jonathan Kaminga, 23 years old.
I mean, anyone in the crowd who already knows him, he's been pretty much held hostage, honestly, by the Warriors.
It's kind of sad because, you know, I don't know if anyone knows this, but Jonathan Kaminga is the third leading scorer on the team right now,
the leading rebounder on the team, and he hasn't played 16 out of the 17 games the last 16 under 17 games
that's crazy work so that's what it's like they're trying to figure out like it's obviously a personal
issue between him and steve kerr and like just you know the the higher ups but what it was is i think
that like like a year ago when they offered him you know offered him this contract he turned it
down and that right there kind of hurt him because they were like well this is what we you know, offered him this contract, he turned it down. And that right there kind of hurt him because they were like, well, this is what we, you know,
what we think, what we're trying to give you.
And after that, he turned it down.
And that's what I think kind of hurt him because after that, you can see his,
his minutes just started diminishing for sure.
Like from now he literally just fell out of the rotation.
Next thing you know, he's literally like the eighth man on the bench coming in when, you know,
they're up 30, which was rare because, you know, the Warriors aren't really, you know,
up 30 as much when they don't have too many shooters anymore.
So that's like, yeah.
So yeah, with Jonathan Camiga right now, I can't wait that he go,
if he goes anywhere else, he is going to make a bag.
When I tell you a bag, because he's going to help somebody.
He's a 23 year old athletic scoring two to three guard, like all days.
And that's what you want nowadays.
So, I mean, if he goes anywhere right now, I would say that they're going to be –
I honestly want him to go to the Clippers, the Nuggets.
I could see him going to Miami.
I mean, there's a couple other places right now.
But, yeah, Jonathan Kaminga should be, like – he's definitely one of the –
I would say the top out of the 14 like is the like definitely to be watched for obviously you know you have your
you know your superstar still but i the young we're talking about the younger generation about
the you know come up this next you know the next generation of basketball jonathan cominga for sure
and bro what's going on with john moront man because i saw some stuff that he that he purchased
the the house in miami for like three million dollars and these rumors uh what's going on
there that's crazy work that's why i was like wondering like how his attitude was in memphis
i mean out there in berlin because i'm like you know i mean like usually when you know a player
like doesn't want to be there anymore he's just like you know doesn't care about cheering for
the team you know i mean he's really not standing up doing anything so
he's not really engaging so that's what i wanted to know because i'm like he bought that house in
miami i'm like dude you're going from memphis to miami the atmosphere is just going to be tear him
apart even more like he can't he can't be around any atmosphere like that's like that right now
and they're going to miami like spalestra is not
the coach that's gonna you know put his balls on the table and be like hey ja moran shut the fuck
up and play some basketball you feel me that's why i'm like i don't know where he thinks he's
gonna go because miami already said they're they're only giving up two pieces for him
no no drought first round draft picks no future draft picks picks, no nothing. And that's like Terry Rozier and something Fontacchio.
Dante Fontacchio, I think, was going to be going in that package.
So I'm like, John Morant, just because of his mindset right now
and what he's done to his career, he's diminished his wealth,
I mean, his salary.
So it's like no one really wants him.
So that's why I'm like, he can't go to Miami.
He needs to go somewhere where there is a non-tolerance.
Cleveland.
Dude, I mean, there you go.
You got to go to a non-tolerance place.
You feel me?
Ain't nowhere to get in trouble, like, type stuff.
Like, he got to be around the right atmosphere, the right veterans to keep him, like, you know what I mean?
Because when Mike Conley left, I think that kind of hurt.
So that, like, that was, like, the one vet on the Memphis Grizzlies that was, like, everybody was listening I mean? Because when Mike Conley left, I think that kind of hurt. So that like, that was like the one vet
on the Memphis Grizzlies that was like,
everybody was listening to.
You feel me?
Like Mike Conley is like the leading person in the NBA
that you want to follow
because that man has never gotten a technical foul
in his whole NBA career.
Every other player on the team
has gotten a technical foul at some point in their life.
That man has not.
So that's why I'm like, you know what I mean?
Like when that left, I feel like, you know, the vet left,
the voice on the team left,
and Jaron Jackson wasn't trying to speak up like that.
He's not that person to do that.
But, yeah, John Morant, that's a tough one.
I hope he doesn't – maybe he just bought a house in Miami just to say,
hey, I'm balling.
I want to live out there.
But other than that, he's got to go somewhere else
for sure. That's all it is.
Absolutely wild, man.
I don't know if you can Google. I will try
to Google, find some tweets from yesterday
and see his outfit
there and everything. It felt like he's
cheering a bit for his teammates,
so I don't know, man.
It's wild. It's wild for sure but one thing i wanted to add that that's what what's beautiful about basketball that you
have people with with same passion right and in the arena there were so many different people because
i think people traveled abroad to germany to see that game because it was a big opportunity. And it didn't matter where you're from, how you look,
how tall you are, whatever.
But everyone was so exciting.
It was really like ApeFest, man, or NFTs back in the day
when you have so many different people coming together,
following their passion.
So I think that's beautiful about basketball.
And Berlin was full of basketball players, man.
I went to the random restaurant and maybe it wasn't that random because there were some NBA players.
So I don't know what I was doing there.
They had like basketballs and jerseys and everyone was so hyped.
Everyone was so cool, man.
So it's awesome to see that, man.
It's awesome to see that.
And I know NBA has been working with Europe for a long time because it has to be like
there was a thing called basketball or nba without borders and it has to be like 20 25 years ago
and they were trying to work with a young athlete here so yeah i think they probably gotta do the
same same thing in china but there was one player yesterday that I really like.
And that's Jason Williams.
You know, Jason Williams is the white chocolate.
The white chocolate.
Yeah, the legend.
The legend.
He was so fun.
We're back.
He was so fun.
What's up, everyone?
Shout out to the homies down there that are still rocking with us
Even after X went down and X is back up. We got Oxy down there Tony rocking a fister. We got a
Ask and vent welcome ask and vent
We've got my man smoking guns four five six e money's on Rob LL Cub in the house. Oh see my man
Have we got the cub yet gmgmgm champs what's going
on what's going on dude stop talking stop talking don't say a word about the fucking clippers or
we're gonna rug oh shit i did it myself you going to make us rug again. The Clippers are so back, dude.
This is what happens when you talk about the Clippers.
We all rug.
You rug X.
You just start us off on a bad note.
What's your beef with the Clippers?
I don't know.
I'm a Celtics fan, man.
I've always hated both Los Angeles teams equally.
So they can both get it.
Champ, sorry, 4-5-6, your team's just as bad.
Bro, if anything, like, again, I get being a Celtics fan,
hating the Lakers.
If anything, shouldn't that give you, like,
a little, like, soft spot for the Clippers?
It's just, like, used to, I think, when I, like,
maybe back in, like, 2006 or 2007 or 2008. And then I think maybe, like, after Steve Ballmer and all that shit,
I just, like, really started hating him.
Like, they're just not a great franchise.
And I've never liked them.
And I've kind of – yeah, the only time I root for them is when I'm, like,
hoping for a draw first time ever in NBA between a Lakers and a Clippers game.
That's something. Cub, the only time I've ever been a Clippers fan – I've been a diehard Lakers and a Clippers game. Cub, that's something.
Cub, the only time I've ever been a Clippers fan,
see, I've been a diehard Lakers fan my whole life.
The only time I ever liked the Clippers was when they had Q Richardson, Darius Miles.
You filmed that when it was Lob City.
You know what I'm saying?
The real Lob City.
Let's go, man.
That's the only time.
That's pure entertainment right there.
I have a Darius Miles throwback jersey.
Oh, that's dope.
Clippers red.
And I have a Mike Bibby.
Hell yeah.
Bibby used to be the best, man.
He played for Clippers?
He played for a lot of Clippers.
No, I have a Grizzlies.
Sacramento.
A Grizzlies.
Grizzlies Bibby. I'm just saying some of the throwbacks that i have yeah bibby uh dominated for memphis for a while
that was fun they had it was bibby they had uh who else was on that that grizzlies team
man i had um it was a bunch of kind of old heads for a while Who else was on that Grizzlies team? Man, they had...
It was a bunch of kind of old heads for a while.
Stro-Miles Swift.
Nobody wanted to beat the rim when that man came through the line.
Like, seriously.
Let me see here.
Good stuff.
I'm trying to remember who the other people were on that team
when they were kind of good for a little bit about 10 years ago.
But honestly, this is probably the first year in 20 years
that I've watched the least amount of basketball, sadly.
And I think it's honestly just because of the TV,
the way they've got it broken up, man.
Even with NBA pass, I miss games because I don't have ESPN or I don't have Peacock.
And it's ruined my season for me, man. Like, I swear I normally know everything with every team because, you know, you see all these new people come in when you're watching your team when you play them but when you don't watch every game you don't know what the hell's going on on
all these other teams so it really sucks to be quite honest cub i feel you bro i feel your pain
because the funny thing is look even out here the nuggets you have to be like have to have an
altitude like log in and like they go off the altitude channel because i guess they're still
beefing with comcast so like all the nuggets fans hate it because you literally have to go to a game because you damn
near can't even watch a game on the actual television when they're playing so i live in
arkansas now but i was living in littleton for the past like six years before that and you know
i went to denver i went to nuggets games all the time. I went to Avs games more. I actually worked at a facility where the Avalanche trained.
I got to watch my buddy cut the ice for them and all sorts of shit.
I got to hang out around a lot of the Denver franchises.
That's dope.
It was really cool to see, man.
That was the worst part of it there.
You're absolutely right.
There wasn't a week you went by where you didn't miss a game or go to a bar at like 10 o'clock at night to watch a game.
And you're there till 1 a.m.
Staying up because it's the only way to get it because they paid for it.
And you couldn't pay for it as a consumer at home.
Just absolute stupidity, man.
What it is is corporate fucking greed.
Corporate fucking greed.
Straight up, man.
Straight up, man.
But it has created a fracture in the fan base, I think, unfortunately.
And I do think that's a result of this new, you know, kind of Amazon deal.
Everybody getting their piece.
Guys, what I absolutely hate about watching basketball is being in the european time zone
because man all the games are like 3 3 a.m and when you wake up you see the results everywhere
man so how can you watch the game like what's going on man so yeah it's it's the best guys
can you just bring like every week a different team to Berlin and I can go there?
That's the one thing that's definitely tough is the time zone for Europe.
Europe is the worst for it.
What was fun though, I lived in, again, I lived in Asia.
I was in Vietnam for a year and it was cool.
I would be up and it was like a 12 hour difference.
So I would get up seven o'clock and the games were like just starting at 7 a.m., which was pretty fun.
That was interesting, being able to stream games over my morning coffee.
I think we'll see more of it.
I mean, you see how they're pushing so hard with NFL right now,
and we have how many more European games now in the NFL?
Like, I can't even remember how many it is like this upcoming
season it's more than it was last season I know they keep doing that and it's intentional they
keep adding more because they go well and then they have new people want have to submit bids
and new countries new teams different stuff like that so it is becoming more of an inter-continental sport, I believe.
Or televised American sports, I guess is what I should say.
I think we're back down again on X.
Oh my god.
Guys. Should have never brought up the fucking Clippers.
It's the fucking Clippers.
Steve Boker, it's your fault.
Developers, developers, developers.
Where are they?
They can't even fix the Twitters.
Obviously a Lakers fan.
So talking about Lakers, guys.
Talking about Lakers.
Kobe, Kobe, LeBron.
What's going on with LeBron?
What's going on?
I saw so much hate this week on LeBron, like that he's
chasing stats, he's not helping
Luka, so guys, tell me, what do
you think?
And I just, I know Squiddy, you have
your list of
best players,
I know LeBron is like the below top
10 for you, I understand, but
be fair to him, okay?
You said Scalabrini number 9 for you, right? LeBron was number 10 or some shit like that, what you said?
But guys, yeah, yeah, the GOAT, the GOAT. But what's going on in Lakers?
He's closer to LeBron than I am to him.
Oh, for sure.
Dude, Brian Scalabrini is a killer, bro.
Yes, he is, man.
He's killing it.
Like, what's he doing, man?
I saw him on YouTube doing one-on-one with some guys, and he absolutely dominated them.
I'm trying to tell you, man.
You know what's funny?
It's like any time I ever played like any NBA 2K, anything back in the day, I always made sure I put Brian Scalabrini on my team because that fool never missed from the three for me.
Like he was a shooter.
Oh, he was guaranteed.
I'm trying to tell you.
But yeah, the Lakers though, grateful.
You got to hit him with that actor.
Shit. You feel me? Like I just right now, have lebron out there who's like
i said we're not saying he's chasing i mean obviously he's trying to chase and pat some
stats but yeah it's just the fact that he's out there and he's disrupting their offense you can
tell that people just don't like they're not they're not comfortable not like comfortable
but they just don't they don't play well with. They're not getting the same reps because he's not getting the reps in practice.
I think he's a little year.
That's what I'm saying.
People are literally, shots are diminishing because he's on the court.
You feel me?
And then the fact that now that I've got to come all the way down from the
three-point line to help on the baseline because LeBron just let somebody go
right by him, you know what I mean?
That tires you out.
So it's like the Lakers right now just have to figure out putting LeBron, I don't know, putting LeBron on let somebody go right by him. You know what I mean? That tires you out. So it's like the Lakers right now just have to figure out putting LeBron –
I don't know, putting LeBron on the bench, bro.
Really just – if LeBron came off the bench for you, that's a perfect six-man.
Like, that's a –
Never going to happen.
Unfortunately.
Unfortunately, it won't happen.
That's what I'm saying.
Like, it's just until the higher-ups and J.J. Reddick sees that, they won't.
And it's like that's what – No higher ups and JJ Redick sees that they won't and it's like
that's what no it would have to be LeBron he would have to develop some sort of humility bone that
he's never had in his fucking life you feel me and you have to say like you know what I'll sit
well I'll come to practice I'll put what he just has to put some shit aside that's all that's all
he has to do if we can get to the playoffs and then i'll give you guys my experience you guys give me your you now and i'll give you my
greatness later and he just he just he don't that's what i'm saying it's crazy and that's
why i'm like i think his mind for sure is just like somewhere else like it's like now he's just
trying to obviously finish his career get the most stats and whatever he can in every lane but
i'm just like i i think he either wants to to go to Cleveland after this because now he knows it's Lucas team.
And, you know, it's kind of just like finish it out that way because I just yeah, his just effort is just not there.
Like you said, Cuban, it's really not there. His mental, because he won't let set shit aside, is literally hurting the team right now.
So I'm just like the Lakers will start to lose a lot more
because, like I said, you already know when it comes close to playoffs
and now teams are going to be doing a lot of trading.
They said playoffs.
Well, yeah, you know, when we get close to that,
when we get close to this, you know, all-star break and everything,
like it's going to be tightened for sure.
Like we're talking about the NBA is going to tighten up
because we're going to see so many trades going around
and like it's going to shift.
And like I said, you've got to play some defense in the playoffs. And that ain't going to help up because we're going to see so many trades going around and like it's going to shift and like i said you got to play some defense in the playoffs and that ain't gonna that ain't
gonna help the lakers because they don't play they just try to outscore people
man i i'm excited for this trade deadline i'm excited for this trade deadline so we went
through the standings right now we're looking at trades looking less and less like milwaukee's
going to trade yannis they're still going to try and make a run with them i yeah they're they're Right now we're looking at traits looking less and less like Milwaukee's gonna trade Giannis
They're still gonna try and make a run with them. I yeah, they're they're trying to get a miles bridges right now
That's what I just asked what I heard. So well, that's Charlotte's gonna be a fascinating team
That's what Greg told me. So he said they're already like in talks with like Charlotte right now
Now, Miles Bridges and one other, what is it, Paul something on the team.
miles bridges and one other was it a
He was playing with the Nuggets before.
But, yeah, they're in talks with trades with, yeah, Miles Bridges.
Paul Millsap?
I don't know.
No, it's the dude that came from Clemson.
He's long gone.
I'm saying, yeah, it's that big dude that came from Clemson last year.
Remember the big old, like, big old stocky white dude?
I know what you're talking about.
Yeah, that's who's on Charlotte right now. And I think,
I think he's going to go on the trade with them,
but the bucks really don't have to give up too much, honestly, right now.
Like they can probably give up Kyle Kuzma and a couple other people really.
But other than that,
somebody's going to have to look up that roster spot and see what that dude's
name is because he was good last year in the playoffs.
He helped, you know who i'm talking about
the name yeah and i remember being like oh this is why he dominated dick clums i was like it's
something paul i know it's like i just i can't remember but yeah yeah i know who you're talking
about yeah but yeah do yeah like i said he's a big chris paul he's a big bruiser for them and
that's why i'm like you know you can put put him on the team you can keep bobby portis yannis you know like i said it's maybe oops sorry sorry i got a call but yeah but yeah maybe like i said miles bridges would help big
time on the wing all day all day yeah so i i get i'm not amongst like a bunch of celtic fans here
but you got to give respect respects due to brad ste. And I just don't think that Brad Stevens isn't trying to cook something up
right now at this deadline that helps JT when he comes back after injury.
maybe they're counting on picks and maybe he's been accumulating picks to
trade right now.
I don't know.
I don't know where their heads at.
Like I said,
I've been more out of it this season than most.
I would cry at this point if we traded D. White.
But I don't.
I mean, I think it'll be, you know, Anthony will go.
He's get the talent.
He'll be the top, you know, reason.
Meat and potatoes of it will be for Anthony probably.
And then they'll probably throw in like a Peyton Pritchard or,
they want,
what's his name?
I forget his name.
The other white guy is really good on,
on my team.
And I'm fucking,
of course,
although Hauser's a fucking baller.
young guy from,
super young guy. And then the European dude, who's really good too now um all their names have been mentioned on trading block kind of is
as moving pieces that other teams have wanted to acquire but i just don't know i feel like
somebody like yana somebody big like a big name is what's going to end up happening
but then i always feel that way and then brad Brad Stevens does his little magic and it's like, wait,
who's coming, who's coming.
And then they end up doing what like fucking D white did for,
being coming and being like the best point guard in the league on the
Celtics, just fitting in perfectly.
So I don't know.
I don't know if we're going to get that lucky again,
but I do feel like he's got to be cooking something.
I do. They better not get rid of Derek white white that's my homie they better not dude derrick
white from colorado so yep he is brother that's the homie like i said i got i got some pictures
with him for sure but yeah they they you're right anthony simons would definitely be if he if they
do like want to do a trade package anthony simons got to be in there for sure hands down just because
like he's you know obviously the best scorer right now that hasn't been with the Celtics this long.
And he's on an expiring.
That's what I'm saying.
So you can probably get a good package for Anthony Simons and a couple other people.
I'm like, Peyton Pritchard, I think they might want to keep Peyton because I'm like, dude, he's almost like the heart of Boston, man.
People really love Peyton, dude.
I'm trying to tell you something like, and if Peyton goes anywhere, I wonder why, I wonder
You got to pay him so much.
People like Peyton Watson would start on any other team.
If you think about that, that's what I'm saying.
So you got to pay him so much for sure.
So that's something like, yeah, like, I don't think they want to get rid of Peyton.
He's a, he's a important. He's an important piece for sure.
Him, Derek White.
Obviously, you know, you're keeping your, you know, your two main stars and then kind
of just work around them.
Like you'd honestly want to just I like their young squad right now.
Just it's this dude Brennan or something like Baylor Shireman was who I was earlier that
I think will end up going that I don't want to see go because i think he could develop with under brad as like a fucking superstar but that's what i would say i like
shireman i went and watched him in the uh in the summer league um uh this year and dude he was
killing and that's why i was like him and the other uh the other light-skinned guy that looks
like hugo gonzalez yeah like i think that's who you're talking about uh yeah that's i'm like i
don't know i'm like i don't know if b Boston wants to get rid of those pieces because they can develop into that actual Boston program.
And they fit well.
Everyone on the Boston's bench plays their role.
They come in, do everything that they're needed to.
It doesn't matter whatever the minutes are.
They're still getting their time and they're still doing what they're supposed to be.
I like Boston's program.
Like if they do give up anybody, they got to give up some, you know, G League swingers.
You know what I mean?
Like a couple of people who are like literally swinging like back and forth.
And then, you know, obviously Anthony Simons will definitely go because he's going to help it no matter what.
Yeah, I just don't feel like this team works with when JT comes back the same way that they've managed to find some success right now.
So I'm really curious kind of who they think is going to sub in, you know, who they're going to move as pieces that can kind of go at this point.
Do you think Tyler Hero and Zion are going to be on the move anywhere
because they i mean they're already in talks like zion said he was going to be trying to go to the
bulls but i don't know if i like him at the bulls so i don't know about zion there but
here i'd love to just continue to see being you know a good talented nba player on a team i mean right i mean he could go help anybody he could literally
go help anybody he can right he's a ball he's a hooper which i saw something like i don't know
why they wouldn't want to you know get rid of him in miami you know i mean because it's like
you're kind of you've kind of gotten rid of damn near all your shooters like literally you got you
got rid of canard duncan robinson's trying to do his thing wherever. But it, yeah, it's just like, I think they got to keep hero build around him and out
of bio, even though out of bio is like, you know, he's just that average guy, but still
want to build around him.
So I'm like, Miami has so, I know.
And actually, sorry.
What's his name from UCLA?
Why am I can't remember his name?
The one, the younger guy that they got, he's already been playing three years but um yeah him if they keep those three pieces i think miami
would be straight just build around that i mean i hope they don't get try to go for john miranda
be fucking really stupid but i i don't think it fits with either one of those like i mean there's no way that the coach wise is that that fits
i said there's no coach that's gonna be able to put his balls on the table and literally be like
hey man shut the fuck up and play some basketball that's what i'm like that's gonna be a tough one
wherever he goes yeah not a lot of coaches that will do it but it is what he does need and he needs to get out of
fucking towns that uh you know the the second amendment is so profoundly loved as a trust me
as an arkansan the only thing that makes us better is the fact that we have memphis to look
as to be we're like 49th and they're 50th in the worst. So, you know,
I appreciate Memphis for that,
but it's not good for job.
A little Arkansas
rivalry there. You don't hear about those
too often.
worst for education and poverty
levels and murders
that's the only time that conversation
squid do you think uh philly's gonna try to do any moves or you think they like what they're at
right now you like you think they like where they're at i mean it really all just comes down
to is imbeed gonna be right? I think that they've got
the tools and if they are fully loaded in a seven game series, I like their odds.
You know, I think that they could be able to, to bring it out. Um, they've got the shooting,
right? They've got the superstar and maxi paul george is accepting his role right as the third
guy and he's even said it in interviews he said listen i know i i gotta play defense i gotta do
my thing but he's still paul george right so we talked about like the ego thing with lebron
i think paul george is there you know he's kind of stepped. He's still doing podcast P, but it's a little like podcast lowercase P.
So he knows what he has to do, and I think Paul George wants to win.
He has not had that winning team.
They came close with the Clippers.
He did his thing with the Pacers back in the day, but he sees an opportunity.
I think he's starting to buy in.
Nick Nurse is a phenomenal coach.
They've got the veteran leadership.
We'll see.
It's just going to come down to how tough and beat us.
It's Maxie's team,
but they obviously can't win without Joel and beat.
We got stopped trying to move him,
trying to move him beats.
You're shopping him.
I think he's untradeable.
I think he's pretty untradeable because they're not going to sell low for him,
and they think that they still have a chance with Embiid.
So while I was big on, like, hey, get him out of there,
I don't think he's tough.
You just kind of need him.
He just signed an extension.
It's just going to be very hard to trade him without taking like a massive hit so um they've got the right guys making these decisions right they've got uh
kind of a lame duck and maury fellow board ape yacht club member by the way uh he was the reason
why i bought my board ape so i'll always be a daryl maury fan. And they've got Bob, Bob Ryan, not Bob Ryan, uh, Bob Myers from the Warriors.
So people forget about that. So he's kind of like looking over the shoulder there. He'll
probably be the next general manager. He's working closely with like Josh Harris and those guys.
So, uh, they, they've got the, I mean, besides just having a bad owner,
Well, they've got the, I mean, besides just having a bad owner,
they've got the tools in place.
So, I mean, guys like Grimes, right?
Like, I think if they were to trade someone, it would be Jared McCain.
I think he's got the most value.
He's young.
I think he's a stud.
I think he's a really, really good basketball player,
shoots the hell out of the ball.
Kelly Oubre would probably go in that package.
Yeah, for his contract in terms of just like
lining up money but i really don't know who they would like go and look at right i think one guy
who i would love would be somebody like sabonis if he gets healthy get someone who can you know
give you better minutes as the five but can also play with him because sabonis can shoot he can
step outside um continue to give the space and you
can't have two guys clogging the floor together with Embiid you know Embiid takes up a lot of
space that is a load of a human being he can shoot it he can play defense and he's tough
so that's someone that I think would be uh very interesting again some more shout outs we got
Joe Brill down in the house welcome Joe, Joe Brill. We've got the legendary
William Morris in the house. What's going on,
William? Excited for
what's to come here
with Amazon Gaming.
20 seconds, right? 20 seconds, we're getting the
first drop, don't we?
When William Morris says jump,
Squiddy says hell high.
So excited to see what's going on there.
And we've got a four, five, six down there. Manukel, welcome. We're talking hoop, right?
This is not your typical show. We are doing this just talking ball. If you like basketball,
you like the NBA. We're trying to do our part, right? Getting out there to other ecosystems.
right getting out there to other ecosystems we love basketball we love talking basketball
so we use this hour or so to talk hoop talk the nba because it's fun and we love it and it's
another excuse that i get to hang out with grateful and marathon and cub and anyone else
who wants to come up here and shoot the shit and talk ball um we're gonna we gotta put together
a strategy when it comes to just like getting the show out
to these other nba spaces i did the tags right like you see basketball nba nba players not one
bite i haven't seen one human face besides william maybe because twitter's down bro maybe
twitter and twitter's down right now that is true greg greg was gonna tap in but he texted me and
said twitter was down he's like i can't get into the space. I was like,
oh, damn. Damn, man. I can't believe it
that I got Magic Johnson,
Michael Jordan, and Larry Bird
ready to join us today.
And I got texts from all the three.
X is down, man.
I was like, come on.
That can't happen.
But next time,
if we have another NBA in Germany, man, Marathon,
you need to hook me up with some of those players,
and we can do, like, board ape interviews with them, you know,
or I can go streaking across the basketball court with my BAYC tattooed over my back, you know.
Man, the funny thing is I literally saw that game late.
I was like, oh like oh damn they're actually
playing in berlin i would i really would have called uh mosley coach mosley man he would have
got you into the game for free that's why i was like man tell franz i was like tell franz you
know cole's uncle said what up man they super cool man for sure next time man next time yeah
but incredible experience guys i'm jealous that you can go whenever you want you
can go to nba game but man you don't bro everyone came out from germany bro to pull up to see the
wagner brothers man they came out for all over europe look at grateful grateful how long was
that drive grateful dirk novitski and the the Wagner brothers icons right there everyone was trying
to stand in line just to get you know just to get the autographs bro it was like four hours but
I actually shared it in DMs man Germany is so awesome because there is no speed limit on highway
it isn't it crazy like there's no like of course you have like limitations on different areas of the highway but basically they're like there's like a sign shows you like you can go how fast you want so
you can go like 150 miles if you want and happened to me not this time but you know i think like a
year ago i was driving like 140 miles an hour and there was a Porsche behind me he gave me like the
headlights and he had to go like I don't know 170 or some stuff like that
and you can legally do it there which is absolutely crazy I don't know what to
think about it's crazy man I think we need an Autobahn everywhere
yeah Autobahn that's how they call that shit.
But I see more people joining us today, guys.
Does it mean that Twitter is up again and works?
Because we got rugged hard during the show.
We shared a lot of things about the NBA game in Berlin.
It's funny that the stadium is very close to the Berlin wall actually so it was I
Don't know if the stadium is in the east or west part of the of the German of the Berlin, but
Damn man, like I think that the wall collapsed or they broke it in 1990 or something 89 89 missed the fun part of the show here comes the political part grateful Q
No, no, I'm from the east part of the show. Here comes the political part. Grateful Q.
No, no, no. I'm from the east part of the wall, so I can share that shit.
Let's go. Definitely Czech Republic was on the east side of that wall, but we have Honeybee here.
So Twitter is back and I have a call in 10 minutes, which kind of sucks.
So I will have to drop down in 10 minutes. But I'd love to see you guys joining.
Please retweet the space.
Bookmark the space. Bookmark the space.
Now we got the homies coming through.
Now we're starting to pop off a little bit.
We're so back.
Now we have like...
What's going on here?
I'm leaving.
I have to drop down and everyone's joining.
Oh, that's a sign. That's a sign. That InfoFi MFR, he was canceled as, you know, on here? I'm leaving. I have to drop down and everyone's joining. Oh, that's a sign.
That's a sign.
That InfoFi MFR, he was canceled as, you know, ex-InfoFi API, man.
I got it now.
I got it now.
We started talking about the team that shall not be named.
That's what it was.
You know what I mean?
That's all it was.
Voldemort.
Damn it, Squitty. Clippers. Clippers! Clippers! Damn it, Scotty!
I love the Clippers!
I love the Clippers!
Ten people about to drop off right now.
Thanks for coming by.
What's up, great grandma?
What's up, G-G-Ma?
I posted some stuff about the outage
and some links to check the status as well.
I was going to give you some Berlin stories.
My daughter's birthday, the wall came down.
I was driving over 100 miles an hour when my transmission completed.
And in Montana, you can drive any speed you want.
Just be careful.
Ta-da. Always appreciate you looking out for us. You can drive any speed you want. Just be careful.
Always appreciate you looking out for us.
And congratulations again.
We have a guy here with Bugatti Veyron and he actually took it in the morning to Germany
and he drove 400 kilometers per hour.
I don't know how much is it in miles,
but 400 is like, it's like a plane.
I will convert it to miles, guys, for you.
I spent eight years over there,
so it was hard to come home.
Yeah, it's called light speed.
Mock five. thank you again i can't mute so i'm gonna go back as a listener damn it's 250 miles per hour
he drove on the public road like what the hell man that's like us in 2021 when we heard there's
a new mint man oh. Oh my gosh.
Meanwhile, there hasn't been a mint in a while, it feels like.
But I love that more people are joining, guys.
We already gave away the all-season passes.
10 all-season passes for NBA.
VIP tickets for NBA Finals. Oh my oh my god guys you miss so much uh
marathon crypto is giving away kobe jerseys signed uh and so on so if you join us just now
you know the next time you have to come early guys to get the best stuff and yeah uh it's crazy
guys it's crazy but we're still happy that you joined and I will be giving away a one dollar Starbucks gift card so you can get a, I don't know what else, what you can get actually for one dollar in Starbucks. Maybe you can come there and say hello. You say hello and you pay one dollar.
man fucking starbucks dude grateful i have a quick question what do you think about gg jackson and
like in live he's he's he's big and fast right for how tall he is bro that's the crazy part
about the live games you know the guys are so big and they are so not only like athletic but
coordinated right like if you play basketball like local hoops and there's a huge guy
he's like a dinosaur, right?
Like he cannot move.
But these guys are flying all over the place.
I was like, what's going on?
But also the, how you call that?
Somatotype or, you know, like you, Martin,
like you have long arms, you know,
you are like basketball player, bro.
Me, I don't know what am I,
but you are a basketball player.
So the guy, man man it was insane and there are so i think dwight howard was also there in berlin and i met i think a lot of a lot of players for like german uh leagues and you you walk into arena and
everyone was like six seven plus man like i think there are a few few guys or maybe even more than few that were seven
plus man seven feet tall and more it was nuts man i i was like a i was like a little midget there i
was like a hobbit man man that's like walk into the nba summer league man go to vegas like
that's all you're gonna see any gym you walk into literally any recruit any everybody's probably
like literally my hiding up
now i mean you're gonna have your know your certain few guards who are like super scores
you know i mean that you know have you know they're short and coming you know coming out of
d1 but the majority though of what i'm talking about like almost 80 to 80 percent like i would
say 85 percent of the players that are coming out, we're talking about like literally six, five and up, you know, and we're talking about six, five point guards, you know, six, five shooting guards.
And then we're going up to, you know, six, seven, you know, shooting guards, six, six, eight power forward, seven foot power forward, seven foot.
You know, that's what I was like. It's the way the league is changing right now.
It's crazy because, like I said, when I mean, I don't know, I don't want to say like, obviously, you know, Joker, you know, like I said, I don't want to say, obviously, Joker, him being one of the –
we're going to say, yes, he's going to be one of the greatest big men
going down in the history of the league.
But when he came in the game, I feel like he changed it
where he could show anybody who's playing basketball at any height,
doesn't matter what it is, that I can do any position.
I can run point guard, run shooting guard, run, you know what I mean?
I can run forward.
I can guard between one through five.
So right now it's just like, yeah, he's influencing that younger generation
who's like obviously six sevens and, you know, going up.
We're like, well, shit, I think I can be a Magic Johnson point guard.
That's fine with me because obviously we had Sean Livingston back in the day
who was a six seven, six eight point guard.
So I was like, it's a lot of the way the generation's going right now is we're going to just see,
honestly, I think we're going to start seeing all seven-foot lineups here soon.
We will literally probably see all seven, close, look, close to a seven-foot lineup.
You'll probably see like a 6'8", point guard, like, you know, like your old school Magic Johnson,
almost maybe, like I said, might be taller now, 6'9".
Then we're going to have everybody up from shooting guards all the way up.
Because, I mean, shit, at Florida University, they had four kids that were 7'1".
You know what I mean?
And they all played.
They all played.
They could play 3 through 5.
So they could all shoot 2.
So that's what I was like.
The way the generation is going, the way the league is going, we're going to see a lot of people from, you know, Europe.
We have so many tall people coming from Europe. Yeah, we're going to see a lot of people from, you know, Europe. We have so many tall people coming from Europe.
Yeah, we're going to see all seven-foot, the closest seven-foot lineup here soon.
Mark my words.
Bro, the Goga Bidace, or how you pronounce that name,
and I was watching him during the warm-up,
and he was flying all over the place.
It was fucking crazy, man.
He's 6'11", man.
And he was flying.
I was like, holy smoke, what's going on there?
He's a sneaky good player.
I think he's really good, I don't know how much time he had, but during that game, let me quickly check it out.
With a fantastic name.
12 minutes, he played 5 points, but man, he was flying.
He was the best during the warm-up, so at least he won something.
He was the best during the warm-up.
So at least he wants something.
Just a fantastic name.
Did you see when Goga really kind of like got his fame last year when he dunked on Giannis?
Oh, I need to search for that, man.
Because he was really flying, bro.
No, he housed Giannis.
It wasn't just a dunk.
He armpits to chesty Giannis in the air and flushed him.
So like I said, yeah, go check that out.
And that's what, honestly, Goga's, his mental attitude after that,
dude, he was unstoppable on the magic.
Him and Wendell Carter were almost like battling for minutes at one point.
And Wendell kind of went down and then Goga stepped up big time because when Moe went down, Moe Wagner went down, Goga was the only big really that was kind of just out there.
So, like, I mean, you had Jonathan.
You know, you had Jonathan.
What's his name?
But he's not really a big.
Yeah, Jonathan Isaac. Yeah, I'm not But he's not really a big. Isaac.
Yeah, Jonathan Isaac.
Yeah, that's what I'm saying.
I'm not going to put him as a big.
You're going to put him as – honestly, I like Jonathan Isaac as a 3-4 because he's a mismatch for a lot of people.
But that's why I was like – Goga's a true big for them,
and that's why I was like when Wendell went down and Mo went down,
shit, Goga's fucking – he just stepped up, and he took –
it was one point where it was like five games straight
where he was averaging like 25 for them.'m just watching the dunk bro oh my god
i told you he housed his ass that's insane that's insane that's insane man but i still probably
think that vince carter's olympic dunk is uh number one and will always will be for me but this is nuts
yeah do you guys think that
actually players are
getting higher vertical
that they practice like or train
better than they used to back in the day
and maybe they are lighter a little bit
because yesterday
it really felt like everyone was
flying bro like
yeah like the guys the smallest guys on the court I don't know who actually It really felt like everyone was flying, bro. Like, yeah.
Like, the guys, the smallest guys on the court, I don't know who actually was there,
but they were doing, like, 180 dunks, you know, and stuff like that during the warm-ups.
It was crazy, man.
Dude, grateful.
I'm trying to tell you, bro, that's the difference.
Like, a lot of people don't know, like, there are levels. When I tell you levels, like, obviously, you know, high school from, you know, D1.
Here we go.
High school, D2. There you go. High school, D3, you know, D1. So here you go. High school, D2.
There you go.
High school, D3, D2, D1.
You feel me?
Then after D1, you're going to go try to go overseas, do some, like, maybe Japan, JBL League, some type of pro club ball.
Then we're talking about the NBA.
You feel me?
Like, the NBA is the top.
When I tell you, like, the speed of these people, people, it doesn't matter what position you're at.
It could be a five. It could be a four.
These dudes move like you would
never think, like I said, that a big man
can move. That's what I'm saying. They train for
these things. They actually do
quick twitch muscle training
in the NBA. Like I said, because Tyrese
Maxey, like I said, I've brought this up
so many times, but if you have ever seen Tyrese
Maxey play in real life, he is an act.
Like, you can't, your eyes cannot keep up with him on the court.
I'm talking about actual fast break.
You literally cannot keep up with him because I'm talking about he can take two dribbles from one end of the court and be already down at the other end of the court scoring the layup.
That's why I was like, these dudes are literally lightning fast.
And like, yeah, a lot of people don't know, man, that NBA, it's a difference, man, for real. Like,
even when I play my nephew, I'll play my nephew in the driveway. And he'd be blowing by me. Like,
I'm a cement block. You feel me? Like I'm saying, because like I said, it's just levels to it. And
it's a lot of people don't know. It doesn't matter what position you're at. Like, it's hard to get
into the NBA. You have a better chance of being a brain surgeon or a heart surgeon than getting to the nba literally those are the
percentages so that's why it's like when you're seeing all these people play it doesn't matter
if he's the sixth man or the fucking tenth man on the end of the bench he can still get buckets and
he's still faster quicker stronger than a lot of other civilians so So that's what I was saying. The NBA is just different.
Squiddy, for us to get into NBA,
we need to first come up with an idea for some league, I don't know,
for NFT DJs maybe.
Or, I don't know,
we need to buy a club, bro.
We got to be like a Will Ferrell
in the semi-pro movie, man.
That's, you know, you got to a will ferrell in the semi-pro movie man that's uh you
know you gotta be wrestling the bears in the halftime the owner the point the owner the center
the halftime performer all of the above that's our only chance man we need bayc floor to hit 1 billion so we can get an NBA club.
I think we missed our chance.
I think we missed our chance.
But guys, I have a call in like five minutes, so I will slowly have to drop down.
But everyone joined.
Everyone joined.
We have 30 people here, guys. Also, please retweet so more people can see the space.
We will grow this shit uh we will grow this
shit we will grow this trust me we're gonna get sponsorship we gotta get free tickets we gotta
get all season pass we gotta get vip uh i don't know fly tickets uh yeah we have to think big for
you and uh hopefully it will come uh also that basketball.fun uh squid i saw they are launching
so let's see how they how they are doing but man
uh damn nba will be crazy and also playoff is getting closer and closer right uh maybe not
that close maybe not that close but you know we're definitely closer to nba to to playoffs than uh
when we started the show so it's gonna get even more exciting and yeah we're gonna have fun we have two legends martin and squid here
so yeah it kind of sucks that they didn't uh pick me for that uh basketball halftime basketball
challenge you know because the guys who were there they were total losers i would win it and i would
i would steal the mic and start screaming uh bayc on top ape chain on top but didn't happen those
i never knew that uh you know they i don't know Ape chain on top, but didn't happen. Those are never knew that,
I don't know.
they just pick weird people.
They couldn't even shoot the ball.
I don't know what it was.
They'll never do that on purpose.
They'll do that on purpose,
a lot of purpose,
Never going to pick someone who looks like they can hoop.
You know what I'm saying?
why would they want to give you $10,000 because you're sitting in the crowd?
what we go with,
give it to somebody who can't even dribble. i had to pretend man i because i saw the guy he was walking around with ipad and he
tried to pick someone for the challenge so i should i should fake it man i should fake it i
don't know i have something with my leg and maybe one one arm is shorter than another one i don't
know man so they picked me but they didn't so man next time you gotta you gotta start dressing like you work in like you know like a office like office supply
store you know what i'm saying like yeah that's yeah they picked nerds not freaking kids from
make a wish grateful i should have those like uh what was the when when step had um the chef carry those terrible ones those low
like uh i don't know how they call them so maybe some new balances and let you know levi's jeans
five for ones and i don't know that shirt tucked in you gotta make sure that's
that has to be it jake from state farm out there yeah next time next time you know i'm really
surprised that sivo uh didn't go to nba game
because sivo's from germany i think right so it's kind of it's kind of sad you know that people in
the community didn't no i'm kidding i'm kidding i'm kidding you're just grilling you a little bit

There was some time we were just talking to each other.
But it looks like X is back out there too.
Note to everybody. if you start talking about
the los angeles clippers your app is going to go down
don't do it that's just what happens sometimes um but yeah i mean i'm uh i'm pretty good how are
you how are you marathon you almost ready to rock and then I'll wrap it up if you've got any close words.
Honestly, man, I'm good.
I'm just excited about, like I said, to see where the trades happen,
see the all-star break, honestly,
because I'm just ready for the NBA to just be disrupted.
You know what I mean?
I want to see, like, some crazy trade, like, where we saw, like, you know,
Anthony Davis go for it, Lucas.
So I definitely want to see, like, an actual team get better.
You know what I mean?
A team that's, like, obviously they're in they're in the we'll say like both team.
We'll say both East and West. I want to see both top one through one through five get better.
But I also want to see them, you know, add a couple pieces so I can see like how it really goes.
You know, when we come down to the playoffs, because right now the East is still open.
The West is kind of sewed up. Like if you really want to say the west is sewed up with those top three teams like maybe four but right now it's just like yeah with the east i want to see that get disrupted by maybe having
some west coast players go over there see what that does but yeah other than that i'm excited man
