And many of them flew away.

Two houses nearby and behind the fence and was just bringing him back.
And some of the apes did fall and the wall took a hit.
But on Monday, we actually got a cherry picker with my co-founder and some other help.
And we managed or he managed because he's the one. I wouldn't take credit for that, but he managed to glue it back.
Also take care of the other apes.
We cleaned them and put some more glue on them.
So it's all ready for the season.
And it's amazing because under the wall, there is a space.
And it's a very popular outdoor venue.
It's called Dvorek.
And they were supposed to be closed for the summer.
But they prolonged their contract just a few weeks ago.
And it's literally a few thousand people each week down there on
different kinds of parties or any kind of uh like events and stuff like that so it brings it will
bring a lot of eyeballs on us not talking about all the uh the cars driving around you know grateful
there are there are many traffic gems there so people stand there on the traffic lights and just see all the beautiful 50 apes and mutants that we got there
i think this is the way because so many people that are not even familiar with web3
they just told me hey man i saw some some kind of apes on on that uh you know life is porno
headquarters and i was like yeah that's 100% correct.
That's our job.
So it's awesome because really so many people saw that.
Like, it's crazy, man.
Like, if we have these street galleries in multiple cities across Europe and US,
it would bring so much attention to club.
It's insane, man. And I have to mention one
more thing because we also were featured
in that gaming magazine last week or
two weeks ago, which
is the most famous
gaming magazine here in Czech Republic.
And we had like four pages
about BAYC, about our
club and about other side.
And that's unbelievable.
So yeah, everyone has been cooking and uh i'm
really really hype about it so yeah man i know a lot of people dm me how how can they get on the
wall right that's probably the most common question so i don't know when you want to get into it

several hundred apes and mutants there that I've collected and
many of them do not own the ape anymore like I would say majority of them so before starting
this project and getting this wall one of my question was how do I get people there who I'm
pretty sure of course anything can happen but I'm pretty sure they will own the Ape
no matter what, like in a year, in two years. We don't know how long is the wall going to be there.
We rent it for like, you know, like without like unlimited time. So let's see what's going to happen.
But so it's going to stay there hopefully for for quite some time and i did not want to be uh completely random so what we did uh uh also with
you grateful we you have a beautiful database of all the people who joined all the episodes of
grateful show so uh we basically chose the most active people
who have been supporting us
since day one on Grateful Show.
And that was the majority of the people.
Then some other people
who are featured
are from the Czech and Slovak
Ape Yak Club,
which is several apes.
We are pretty active.

that people who are already featured, they will get an airdrop in a few weeks.

It will be smaller paintings because they don't look big on the videos and on the photos.
But don't get me wrong, the larger ones, they are one and a half meters tall,
which is, I don't know how many, like five feet or something.
So they're big uh so these uh the the new ones will be a little bit smaller but uh uh during uh during the events of the outdoor venue uh people will be basically
right next to them so it will feel like a gallery so first we need to uh restore the the facade
the the wall there because it's uh in a bad shape but uh we are getting into that uh in
the in the next few weeks and uh after that and uh this is uh this is alpha because i
haven't announced that yet uh because uh we decided that uh and and and we agreed that we will also put apes on other sides of the building
and the front part is actually from the highway or from the very jammed road
and that's some exclusive spaces and this for this we want to come up with a pretty
cool mechanics on ape chain so we bring in ape chain into the play and want to
make it fun so people will be able to get there just one thing to say entire like none of the apes had paid for being there so it has been fully free i got a
small grant from the ape coin dow gwc uh the rest i paid for my own funds from my brand
because my brand you know my streetwear brand is actually in the inside this building. So it's our space, the forbidden spot. And right now I'm trying to figure out
how to get some sponsoring or some funding
for the rest of the building.
And if we manage to, which I'm pretty sure it will,
I want to bring some really,
and it's gonna be wild because, you know,
grateful from the irl it's uh it's
completely people stand there thousands of cars or like hundreds of cars at least uh every single
they stand there on the traffic light right by the the building so they're gonna be seeing those
apes even more and uh we're gonna do a free mint kind of uh ruffle it's gonna be fun i i don't
want to say too much because uh uh the mechanics is not 100 uh there yet i'm not a technical person
i'm a i'm a builder i'm a creator in uh in in the creative way not the technical way but uh
we experienced we experienced something like that i think it was during the spotlight or

something that's an amazing idea i was thinking i was thinking tino that um like i don't know how
much it would cost or or how hard it would be but what if you had like a dynamic display
in part of the house like maybe in a window or something because then you could have like ape
of the week or something like that i love that i love it it would need to be inside
because otherwise it would be stolen it's crazy here yeah but that's a really decent idea i i like
it uh actually uh it's um it made me really happy when uh apes from Germany, quite a few apes from Germany, from Austria visited an ape from Hong Kong last Christmas.
So it's beautiful that it's this kind of meetup place.
And as you said, we are planning a meetup with the German, Austrian, possibly Polish and of course Czech and Slovak apes there.
I know some of the apes from the UK are planning the visit.
So I think it's great because we also have the venue down there.
So it's fairly easy to organize anything there.

And for the past two years, I've been creating artwork with using 3D files of BYC, right?
And one morning, I just talked, and why not make a full animation series?
And I just talked to a few of my friends who used to work with me on 3D animation and commercial projects.
And then something amazing happened.
Three of them decided to quit their jobs and joined me to follow this dream.
The fuck, man.
The four of us come together and agreed to create animation series.
And two of my teammates also own Mayweather CNFTs.
So we already shared the same passion and goal
and we are simply following that below and but we are also very focused and making the story fun
crazy and interesting and we already finished writing the script but i wanted to keep the
surprise for now and at the moment we are selecting which apps will appear in the
show our 70 apps will be featured in the series maybe some up to the 100 apps and mutant apps or
board apps anyway and we are we are also thinking of including some made by products and in if this
from the app chain in the series extra details maybe some posters on the buildings, maybe some people's drinking
air water anyway, like that. And Megademon has been choosing to play the main villain in our series,
and Adam already shared. And after we finish selecting the characters, we will start working
on the trailer, maybe it's one month of the work on trailer trailer because we are just doing our best to follow international animation standards.

Could you tell me how did you actually decide that you want to build something for Other Side?
Yeah. Yeah. So I've thought about this, how to describe my journey.
So, I've thought about this, how to describe my journey. And just a little bit about me. I've been in this space since 2021. I didn't mint an ape, but I was in pretty early. I bought an ape when they were underneath, I think.
bought an Ape when they were like underneath, I think.
And, you know, been here for the crazy journey
and de-genning and trading.
And I was working full-time in Silicon Valley at the time.
And so I guess I'll send my docs in this ramble.
But, you know, kind of working for the man basically the whole time.
And then the, the, enjoying the, the web three space and the community and all the creativity
is just, it's just been awesome to be part of that and inspiring.
And I've always wanted to do something myself and I've kind of, I've been in Silicon Valley
for over 20 years now.
I'm, I'm, relatively, I guess. But, you know, kind of always working
for big tech. And, you know, it's a great living. It's a great way to, you know, do well. But
you're kind of always grinding for the man. And, you know, I've, I've, I've had an entrepreneurial spirit and I've
always kind of wanted to do it, but it's been very scary. And taking that first step has been
difficult for me. But I've, I've, I've wanted to do an NFT project and I've been, I have a partner,
he's an industrial designer and we were working on an e-bike concept. I have an idea for an e-bike, and we were designing it,
and I was thinking about do I want to take that to VCs and looking into the business.
It was going to be like a multimillion-dollar effort.
I'd have to raise money and do all that.
If you do that, you're working for the man again.
This time you're just working for the vcs um and i that
wasn't very appealing so um you know we got kind of halfway and then i decided to pivot and i was
thinking about what could we do you know with this skill set that we have my partner being a fantastic
industrial designer which you know we we worked together um at samsung years ago, and he can design phones and headphones and refrigerators and cars.
And I was like, well, what if we did something with cars and digital collectibles?
And so we started down this path of designing vehicles.
vehicles. And I got excited about it because I feel like this, I've been in the creative space
in Silicon Valley for my entire career. And I've always been kind of under the gun, having to
expand IP and, you know, innovate under extreme conditions, you know, maybe it's budget or,
you know, tech constraints or whatever, crazy personalities. uh uh i i know how to i know how to expand
ip and i feel like i can do that for other side and um so my my goal is with other rides is to
build a is a you know a net new ip that's going to be built on top of the other side IP. And so these are, you know, vehicles,
fantastic, fantastical vehicles
born from the other side, you know,
inspired by the other side, but something new.
And that's what we're doing.
So I've got a writer on the team
and he's expanding some of the lore
so we can kind of explain, you know,
why do these cars exist and where do they come from?
Who's racing them?
And, you know, we're trying to weave that into the other side story a bit.
And, you know, I feel like that's what Gargis talked about in the past is like,
you know, we've built this other side and come expand on it, come build on top.
And that's what I want to do.
And that's the goal with other rides is net new IP for the space and hopefully something that's exciting for people and they can collect and eventually race them.
I want to build a game with those vehicles.
So at the core of it, it is an NFT, but we're planning on shipping Unreal Engine assets as part of the NFT.
So, you know, there'll be like a JPEG representing your NFT that you'll be able to see online,
but then, you know, you'll be able to get a full model, you know, rigged model that you can drive in the other side.
That's what we're working towards.
And, you know, obviously there's still a lot of work to do and other side is not persistent yet.
But I think, you know, that I think it'll be something sweet.
You can, like, jump in your other ride and in your ape and drive around the other side.
So just as a first step for the project.
And then if that goes well and people like it and, you know, we mint out or get close to minting out or whatever.
I'll use those funds to,
to build a racing game.
So that's kind of the high level pitch,
I guess.
I don't know.
I kind of went the whole spiel,
but.
I never thought about actually driving on other side.
I know mutant hounds said that the hounds are something like horses,
so you'll be able to ride them.
That's exactly what came to my mind.

collection built out at the time of mint so um instant um, instant reveal is my goal. Um, I built kind of a pretty
good team and awesome team that, I mean, fantastic team in my opinion. So we're, you know, but we're,
we're, we're scrambling. It's a boot, it's bootstrapped. Um, we haven't taken any funds.
Um, I'm looking into potentially some banana bill stuff or, you know, I'm, I'm, um, Dilly Dilly is a
buddy of mine and, and from back in the day, um, Dilly Dilly is a buddy of mine.
And, and from back in the day, and I've been talking to him and some of the other ApeChain
hub folks and, and hope, and maybe there can be something there to help us get, get to the
finish line. Um, it really would help, um, some, some ApeChain hub funding. So, you know, I'm
starting to advocate and see what I can do there, but, um, I'm also committed to doing this,
even if we only get one ApeCoin or something.
But the plan is to...
And then the Mint funds will be what we use
to build out the game.
But the asset...

I have a vision for it, and we're building towards that right now but
the tech is kind of open because we're using a bunch of ai tools for some of the rendering pipeline
um so uh the closest thing we've seen to this i think is uh codemarrows where i think they
use some ai tooling for the for the production of that and there was a live mint process and
that's all awesome i i don't think interestingly, I think we have the tech where we could do an interactive
Mint, but I'm probably not going to shoot for that just because of the complexity and the cost
and the time that it would take. But just so you know, we have some backend tools where we can
kind of interactively Mint, see what comes out,
give the system feedback on what it does.
And just one other note on that is we're perfecting a process where we can kind of,
like I hired an ex-ILM concept artist to do some concept art for the cars.
And he's, you know, the guy's amazing.
I haven't met with him yet to see if he'll agree for me
to put his name on the site,
so I don't want to reveal who he is until I've done that,
but he's done like, you know, Guardians of the Galaxy
and even like a Batmobile render and that kind of stuff,
and was super talented,
and so we've been able to take some of his concept art,
mesh it with 3D modeling that my partner does and then run it through this system and then net net we come out
with a 3d model at the end so it's kind of like it's kind of like i'm speaking in you know general
terms but you can kind of go from 2d mood board to a 3d actual drivable car with our process.
So, you know, we could totally do a chocolate wagon.
That's my point, I guess.
Man, we've already seen a car in the other side.
There's a BMW, which looked amazing.
That's the one that Rita did, which is really cool.
And we have local car maker here, and they actually have been building for the metaverse.
And I,
I think they have 3d models of their cars.
They are part of,
Volkswagen group.
yeah,
so there'll probably be more and more brands,
actually trying to,
enter the metaverse with their,
digital version of their cars.
And also we talk with,nia CEO about interoperability
and about the assets and skins and everything that you will be able to get.
And I think also if you buy the car and you can upgrade it,
that would be really cool because we all, probably not all,
but you mentioned that you've been working in Silicon Valley for 20 years
so you might know this

I mean, it, it, it's all should be possible. I don't, I don't see, like, there might be some,
there might be some sort of intricacies or, or, you know, stuff around the, the physics and like
the, the topology of the other side itself and driving on that topology and like, you know,
itself and driving on that typology and like you know the how that affects the car or whatever um
so you know one possible future is that we do some some kind of like floating platform um road that
that makes it a bit simpler to start and then we do i don't know if you guys remember uh wipeout
xl the game um on playstation i don't know if you've played it but anyway it was like a hover it was like a
hovercraft game where where you were you were going through space and you're on these you're
running these hovercrafts and i think we could do something like that where you're there are these
floating platforms and you know best case these are floating platforms that are floating in each
of the biomes and you're driving through the biomes in our in our other rides um that's kind
of the vision i have for it and uh, you know, I have fallback plans.
If that's difficult for Phase 1,
maybe we'll build just like a standalone racing,
you know, Unreal Engine game space
that you can still drive the cars in.
And I've got some plans for like a garage,
like a virtual garage you can load up.
You know, my thought for that is like the Matrix
where you like load in, you know, just load in all the weapons. Like, you know, you could like load in thought for that is like the matrix where you load in
all your cars and your upgrades and shit
so anyway
I can imagine
that we have space like this in the
other side and then we all go
play a game and we can actually
have prices
there in ApeCoin

there has to be a lot of experiments to figure out what works
the best, what people want to do.
So this is actually great.
And I haven't thought much about transportation there.
And I think cars and bikes, it can be really dope.
But I was also thinking about horses.
And I would love to have stables there.
And I would love to 3D scan real horses and have them there.
That would be my dream, man, to have like horses there.
And I don't know if you can ride a horse in the other side,
but that would be so dope.
Man, it would be like Planet of Apes, right?
They also ride a horse there and I would love to have that.
So we'll see, we'll see, but I can imagine that 100%.
That'd be sick.
Yeah, I definitely, you know, it's interesting, the state of AI, some of the tooling and modeling
is a bit more, you know, four-wheel vehicle focused.
So it seems like there's less capability with motorcycles right now.

We're building our own system
and we have like a local build,
you know, local AI on a local machine
where we do some of the processing
and sort of the education of what quality is.
So, you know, it's all, it's kind of exciting.
It's like, I mean, I'm sure everyone knows this now by now,
but it's like, I mean, I'm sure everyone knows this by now, but it's like, you know, working with AI is often non-deterministic, right?
Where you're like, I want this thing.
And then AI comes back with something that's kind of what you asked for,
you know, but not exactly.
So, you know, what we're trying to do with other rides
is build a system that I can consistently ship.
You know, I want to have trait maps like you're used
to having with NFTs, with board apes or whatever, but for the vehicles. But then AI-assisted,
so there might still be some happy accidents or interesting stuff that comes through that,
but where I can still control it. That's sort of the system we're building. Anyway,
that where i can still control it that's sort of the system we're building um anyway it's uh it's a
lot of work but it's fun and exciting i mean it's you know and it's taking advantage of some of the
new ai um it's not like ai agentic ai stuff it's more um ai production system stuff but still ai
yeah it will it will be so helpful uh also for non-technical creators like i believe in few years
you'll be prompting and you will get those objects in you know it's probably not going
to be the same quality as as like if you are a 3d designer but it will be good enough uh so
can't wait for that it's coming i mean yeah like in five years or who knows maybe two years at the
speed of this stuff maybe you'll be able to just say, like, give me a horse and like, it'll just,
it'll just make you a horse on the other side or whatever.
Man, you have a, you have a, basically every iPhone has a,
right now, like 3D scanner, the LiDAR, right?
So you can, you can scan objects with it.
Like, it's insane.
What can you do?
Like you can, I think Google Street View has,
there is a plugin to Unreal Engine.
So you can actually clone the street into the games or something like that.
It's wild what you can do.
It's really wild.
And we definitely need to bring that Ape Street Gallery into other side.

i want to share always some uh motivation here because i've seen so many people quit and man
papa you probably experienced it too right i? I talk about it many times here
about the opportunities in your life
that you often look back
and you see all the opportunities
that you maybe got monthly,
you know, or three times a year
and you just didn't go for them, right?
You saw them, but you didn't go for them
and they were there
and they are here all over the place. And I remember back in the day, I think it was around
like 2004, something like that. I had a, I had a phone. It was a Sony Ericsson. It was, it was
almost like an iPhone, right? It was P900. And since, I knew that this is the future.
You're going to have internet browser in it, et cetera.
And then 2007 iPhone came and it was obvious.
But so many people were fighting that.
And they were like, it's not a future.
You need a keyboard, et cetera, et cetera.
And a lot of people starting doing apps.
And I also did my app.
It failed and I quit but the guys they had
the door next door they were next door to me and the company is still around and they are doing
millions of dollars in revenue because they didn't quit and i believe the web 3 is the same
opportunity even maybe bigger than uh than app stores and everything
that was happening around iphone so guys don't fucking quit try to find a way how to make it
because this opportunity is insane you know i also saw the the movie blackberry yesterday and i was
like holy fuck that was wild time so yeah just a reminder every day, whenever you feel down or something,
just take it step by step and try to stick around.

I mean, it's part of the founder's journey,
which I'm starting now
and there's definitely going to be low times and tough times um so like knowing keeping the eyes on the prize and you know
grinding i mean i've i i do feel battle tested a little bit having lived in crypto and web3 for
the past four years so so maybe maybe it won't be as hard but uh uh know, just even being a community member can be rough.
So, you know, we have our scars, and I really want to do this for the community and build something that people love and want to trade and, you know, drive, and I'm excited.
I mean, it is, it's difficult to create a new product space. Right. And that's why people do like, you know, Amazon. Amazon generally just does fast follow of what somebody else has done because it's already an existing product and they just make it faster and cheaper. And that's what all they do. I don't believe in that. Personally, I like to I believe that there's still space to do to be successful, building something that new and innovative and exciting.
And, you know, hopefully digital vehicles will be that, or it's like not a PFP.
It's something you can own and collect and get excited about, but it's not, it doesn't have to be your identity.
You already have an identity.
Everybody has virtual identities already.
So here's something cool that we can get excited about in our space that we can own and celebrate so
um but you know people have to actually get it and want it that's the that's the tricky part
but uh you know we'll we'll at other rides we'll do our best to make something that that's um
compelling and exciting and you know try to have some token stories and you know we're definitely
definitely working i'm working on a white paper right now for, you know, having like a other rides token ourselves.
We'll have something internal to the system and then obviously connecting with ApeChain and figuring out how that goes, how that works.
But, you know, the rewards should be in ApeChain, but maybe there's still a token internal to other rides.
And that can be something that people can get excited about
where your car is also your key to this ecosystem and to having advantage. There's some financial
benefits potentially. Obviously, that's just part of the, again, the Web3 aesthetic is
building totally new ecosystems that have value.
