It could be, as Sandy is insanely cocky, we made her intentionally a bit arrogant and a bit over the top because we thought that's just the most funny way to introduce this kind of technology.
But it really depends on how you want to portray your brand or your IP when you basically start an agent or use use uh use the the infrastructure from from different agents
and what is sandwatch and what is sandy right like could you explain um how that works like the the
sandy is like your uh showcase agent so so everyone can can use your framework or if you could explain?
Yeah, exactly.
So Sandwatch is a company which we founded almost a year ago
when we really started to look into how far is AI-generated movie content at this stage.
Like in the beginning of 2024, we were in a completely different space. It was
still very niche. The content was not really enjoyable. And basically what you can see is how
quickly the space evolves. But back then we started to experiment a lot with, okay,
how much does it cost to make this content? How quickly can you do it? How modular is it?
this content, how quickly can you do it, like how modular is it?
And Sandy is basically our way of trying to provide something like an agent to communities
or to everybody on X who wants to portray a specific kind of brand let's say so how it works is um again we have a we have a framework which
allows you to um provide different data sets um so normally when it comes to personality
of an agent you have first of all a data set then you have system instructions and then you have a
prompt the system instructions is let's use the example of,
if you'd say TGPT, you are a crypto programmer
who is native in all languages across Ethereum, Solana, base, whatever.
And the prompt would be, please now generate me a token
in the Solana ecosystem.
And basically, this sounds a bit complicated,
but for the end user, it's actually very simple.
It's just a few forms that you fill out.
And then the agent basically goes live
and interacts in the way that you want it to be.
And Sandy is basically just the showcase of this.
So we built the stack and then we thought,
okay, let's make a mascot for Sandwatch, for the brand.
So we said, okay, we want her to look like this.
We want her to have this kind of personality.
We want her to interact with those kind of people.
And from that, we basically just let her loose.
And you can see the result of this.
And what really blew us away, because, I mean, we knew that we were on something crazy and that we were way beyond the curve.
But we didn't realize that it would take off that quickly.

if you do it in a high quality and cool way,
can have like a real impact,
especially on the Twitter timeline,
because I think it can hold up very well.
But I mean, the rate in which Sandy has been growing,

so if we if we use the ziri bra example just if i understand it correctly send it is like a
ziri bra and the codex is like the platform yes yes okay yes exactly yeah. So the difference maybe is that we really try to focus on video content with the agent that we made. Of course, the tweets that she does and the replies that she does are also always a combination between videos and text.
text. But we thought, especially when it comes to crypto projects, if you want to create a narrative
around your brand, this could be meme coins, this could be NFT collections, video content is just,
in my opinion, the best and easiest way to do this. And also for all of us digital natives,
less and less people read. So it's just our native way of perceiving information.
So if you basically have an NFT collection or a meme coin
and you want to build on your IP what you've done so far,
if you want to basically let your community interact
on a different level, then creating a video agent
is just a very easy and native way for people to really
interact with your brand and see what you are trying to portray with this.
That's super interesting.

And I'm wondering, how do you differentiate Sandy or how is Sandy, you know, like, different
compared to other agents? Is it, you know, the technical part or is it more the thing
that we see on Twitter? The thing how actually Sender interacts with people,
the video thing, or where is the biggest differentiation you think?
So the biggest difference is, I would say, the consistency.
So everybody knows that consistency is one of the biggest problems in AI,
and this is not only when it comes to video content, like AIs have this problem in general.
I think you know this.
If you talk to ChatGPT for a very long time, sometimes she's a bit losing track of what you were initially asking.
But with the video, it's just the most obvious.
You know, if you have a few texts below each other, you will need some time to realize, oh, she's talking about something completely different now. But if you make one video and
the next in which she has a completely different hair color, the backgrounds are completely
different. She has different clothes on. She has a third arm. I don't know. It's very easy to see.
So when it comes to AI video content, you just need to be very careful and you really
need to have your tech died in for um the content to be consistent and this is definitely in my
opinion the the biggest difference because we just basically spent a lot of time coming up with the
system which allows us to have those consistent models being put out.
I mean, if you look at Sandy, of course, she's not perfect. I mean, she's very young if you compare
it to other AI agents. And for the time that she's alive, she's doing crazy well. But of course,
she's not doing everything perfectly. But she's very consistent in the way that she talks and she's very consistent
in the way that she also looks in the video. And this is a very hard combination to reach.
If you want the character that you want to portray to just be very consistent in the
quality and the looks that he has. And that's, I think, the biggest separator.

After mutants had dropped

I had just gone through a whole bunch of crazy stuff in real life
and found ETH Denver and, like, the whole space just kind of by accident.
And I jumped in, man.
Like, I saw the potential for what this space could be
and started grinding in the communities over on the ETH side.
