This is our first official Apes Gone Wild space
I've been doing the space NFA space in this position for almost four years now
you and I have worked on a lot of stuff together a lot of spaces a lot of projects and excited for
us to to start to build this time together, promoting, you know, eight spaces, promoting, you know,
eight projects, Eve projects, you know, projects across the board. We want to bring good projects
together and we want to support and build. So that's what the space is about. We're going to
have, you know, a lot of great people coming through here. We have a lot of great people
coming through tonight, talking about what they're building. Hypes will be talking about his upcoming Mint, which
I'm excited about. I'm going to be talking a little bit about OOI and Nifty's World,
so we'll talk about that a little later. And then hopefully we'll get Ralph up here, kind
of talk to you guys about what he and I have been building together for the last few years
and some of the exciting news we have that's going to impact Ape Chain big time.

I don't know your legacy in NBA and history in NBA in terms of basketball
from, like, predating you, but do you know Ralph Sampson?
I do not, brother.

So Ralph Sampson played for the Houston Rockets.
He's an NBA Hall of Famer, so he played there many years.
So you got a local Houston boy.
Yeah, he came out of Virginia.
He was actually Hall of Fame, high school, and college, and pros,
which is there's only a handful of people that actually hit all three.
I think he was one of the most sought-after rookies coming in of all time.
You know, he's played 19. he came in the draft in 83.
He was part of like the legendary team of the Twin Towers.
So that was Akeem Olajuwon and Raul Sampson.
I think this goes back to the heyday of basketball.
You know, Magic, Kareem, Jordan, all the rest. He finished up in, I think his final
year was a 95, four-time NBA All-Star, like I said, MVP All-Star, and ended up in the Hall of
Fame, obviously, with the NBA. So he's been working with me for years, and now we're about to do some big stuff,
and we'll talk a little bit about that
and some of the projects we're working on.
But he's going to be here tonight.

and projects together we feel like this is going to be a staple for us uh going forward on wednesdays
with some some amazing guests and tonight we have an all-star lineup for sure. But before we get

sure yeah let's talk about it what does this crowd want to know because i mean i have questions for them man they want to know obviously
like who you are and this documentary you came out with yeah so uh so yeah i'm a an entertainment
person i built a couple uh low budget studios i've made a ton of films i've produced some big
hit shows for netflix etc made a movie with Ferrell, talked about not one of these spaces.
So I'm an entertainment conventional normie cat.
And then I was working at a real time animation company called Mindshow about four or five
years ago during the whole rise of everything.
And I ended up talking to a bunch of NFT folks.
So Stoner Cats, which is featured in the movie with Mila Kunis. The CryptoPunks came to me and we were going to maybe build like a narrative world for them.
Like I got it. I kind of was on the edge of the space and I was working with some apes to maybe develop, you know, some content.
And then after the crash, I was like, oh, this is a really interesting world and story. And so I ended up pitching a doc where basically I have five apes tell the story of what
happened from like 2000 to 2003, basically. And so it's a funny punk rock, weird sort of like
South Park meets Daily Show kind of thing. And then the thing that we did that's kind of
interesting that I'm not sure, you know, the experimental part is we released it first on a,
on a, uh, with a company called stuff.io, who's doing a media web three token model. And, you know,
I'm a person who normally would have just gone to Netflix or Hulu or those, those are my
relationships. But we started here to like do the movie to the community to just kind of experiment
and see how it would go. It's been interesting, you know, like I've met a lot of cool
people, but the idea of buying a movie that's also sort of an NFT as a media token, and yes,
it's on base, is like, it's been interesting, you know, like it's up and down. It's not like a huge
breakout hit, I'm not going to lie, but it's also been a really interesting way to kind of
meet the community and talk to people and figure out where we should go you know like how to do screenings how to have people own their content
the whole idea is you can own it you can rent it you can have screenings some people had a screening
last weekend on the beach for an nft community that was cool um but how does media kind of cross
into your world you know that's what i'm trying to figure out from my little spot over here um
so that's what i'm listening to you guys for honestly it's like you you know you with everybody sees ip and and
is trying to figure out a way to build projects and build worlds and i'm here to learn you know so
yeah hype did that make sense man hype's my boy go ahead said

hoping to connect behind the scenes and see how we might be able to connect some dots on, you know, what we're building now in Las Vegas and some of the different opportunities to take, you know, different content that we're creating and that we're partnering on to syndicate it into, you know, multiple locations around the world.
So I'm excited to talk to you about that and your future plans with, you know, streaming this content or making it available for
some kind of in-person experience. Yeah, I love that idea. And I want to have screenings where
the community is at and it's a worldwide community. So we're just, yeah, like I think I would love to
do a screening in Vegas for Ape Fest and the distributors down. So we're, we're sort of playing
around. Yeah, we're open guys, but I, I just want to like hang out and laugh with a bunch of apes to be totally honest it's kind of my dream right now that's what i look for in vegas
so we'll see we'll see if we can put the pieces together but i i just wanted to tell like my
version of the story going through it with a bunch of guys that i really liked and the the kind of
dream of the space and also make fun of vcs and you know all those kind of people that I was
interacting with um so sure Sharon tell tell people like unless you know you want to tell
them exactly like what the supply is you know um where they can mint on on uh oh yeah yeah yeah I
know I should do my speak yeah there's like yeah yeah it's minting on a site called stuff.io
we um yeah like we we we've got like 10,000 copies
that you can mint.
Basically for how I'm looking at it now,
it's sort of a premier edition of the movie.
So if you buy it,
I'm literally gonna reach out to the community
and be like, hey,
do you think we should stream this on YouTube with Snoop?
Or should we go to Netflix for two weeks?
Like, I don't know.
I'm gonna actually kind of engage with the community
about the distribution model
and like the screenings and thoughts and stuff. That's kind of my, my goal at this time is like, how do I engage with
the people that we're in first? Because it's going to have another life. Does it have more value
after a window on Netflix? Does it have less? Like, I don't know, man. So like, that's, I'm
sort of on this journey, experimental distribution journey. So I'm hoping that early adopters who get
in and buy it and own it can be a part of the process and the ride with me. So I'm hoping that early adopters who get in and buy it and own it can be

um you know through club rivalry right uh you know we we started you know if you go back to
the beginning right um the dmt and cheetahs had this rivalry you know shit talking in the club
right and and so late 2023 into 2024 you know this rivalry started with the orange backgrounds and the awkward Marines, right?
And it continued, right?
And, you know, we were on the Banana Boy space at that time.
And, you know, Alpha D-Gen and a bunch of us, you know, were talking about, you know, hosting for United Georgia Apes, you know, the tug of war, you know, at Lisbon, Portugal.
And at the same time, Hoarder and Joe Carro, Joyce, was planning these field day activities, right?
So, you know, we got on the meet at the clubhouse space and we kind of combined efforts and that's how Ape Games was formed, right?
We also had, you know, Barry, Tamu and Dobbins. Right. And recently we had added some new members, um,
you know, uh, uh, uh, Jeff and cool chick. Right. So, you know, um, it started from members in the
club, you know, wanting to have this fun experience, right, and bring it to IRL in Lisbon, Portugal.
You know, Ape Games was a fun activation that, you know, we were able to utilize the hangover
hang at Ape Fest, you know, which Yuga Labs provided that venue. We were on meetings and calls with uh the ape fest production team you know and having
you know daily meeting i mean weekly meetings with them right to plan this event because we
wanted to make sure it was a unforgettable experience right um to bring to the community
and that's how it all kind of started right right? So, you know, fun games like, you know, Cornhole, but we had a little spin on it.
We branded it with Jimmy the, you know, the monkey, you know, so we call it Dookie Hole
because Dookie Dash was going on at that time.
We had Mutant Pong, which is Bear Pong, Flip Cup, you know, Banana Boys Challenge,
putting a banana in your mouth and going through a blow-up obstacle course.
And, of course, the coveted tug-of-war with the eight teams, right, competition.
You know, during, you know, Ape Fest, Lisbon, Portugal, I mean, people had so much at Ape Games.
And, you know, we always got kudos.
And, you know, the Awkward Marines, you know, you guys got the bragging rights.
And, you know, you don't let us, you know, you don't let it go.
You know, you don't let us, you don't let it go that, hey, you guys are on, you know,
won it, right?
So we always got to hear it.
But, you know, we give you all credit for showing up and showing out.
And we want to continue that same spirit. Right. Because it's it's fun to bring people together, IRL and and have these fun activities.
And we know that not everyone can go IRL. Right.
Not everyone can go IRL, right? So the team came up with this digital competition, right?
And it started off as a badge claim on Otterpage, right? Utilizing their technology that they created, right?
So each hoarder, you know, that man, you know, he gets to work.
I mean, I don't know how he does it.
That man, you know, I know there's two of him.
There's probably triplets or quadruplets.
I don't know.
He must have cloned himself.
But he created all these badges and sent them to a lot of the community, you know, leads like yourself, Hype, you know, and so many others.
And, you know, you guys rallied your community behind this badge claim, right?
And there were 14 teams that were, you know, selected at the end of the two weeks badge claim.
And those 14 teams that were selected will be part of Abe Games Digital, which is an NFT that we're going to launch.
It's a burn to level up NFT, right?
So it's going to be 8,888 NFTs, right?
The 14 teams got GTD and everyone that participated got first come first serve
and so these 14 teams will have the opportunity to burn and level up right so it's kind of like
introverse if you remember introverse you burn two level ones um and upgrade it to level two burn two
level twos and upgrade it to a level three. But
within that, you'll have your choice of which team you want to level up to, right? So if you have,
you know, World of Things and Hoes, right? Or Board API Club and Mutant API Club,
you can burn either one and level up to which team you want to be, you know, participating as, right?
So this digital competition, you know, these 8,888 NFTs can essentially be burned to under
300 NFTs, right?
Now, we know that it's not going to be all, there's going to be six levels, right?
One to six.
And we know that not everyone is going to be able to upgrade it all the way up to level six so you know possibly some level fives or fours you
know um maybe a few level threes you know and people might be having some level ones so there'll
be um and and you know there's some utility with holding those NFTs, right?
As far as like when it comes to Ape Games IRL, right?
And so, you know, what better way than to,
the people who are not able to make it to Ape Fest, right?
Have this digital competition and we're going to have prizes, right?
And one of the main prizes we're giving out is a mutant ape, right?
So the winning team, the participants, the people who are part of that winning team
will have an opportunity to win a mutant ape, right?
So anyone from that winning team, someone will Ape, right? So anyone from that winning team will get, someone will get lucky,
right? So we kind of looking at Spotlight and the way things are going with Spotlight, like the top
100, the top 1000, right? People are able to win something for their participation and
their support, right? So there'll be some other prizes as well.
But that's essentially, you know, the digital version, right?
And it's communities rallying together, right?
And that's what it's all about, right?
Having that fun.
And, you know, it's going to translate into the IRL in October at Ape Fest, right?
Where we're going to have the competition, we're going to have the, you know, tug of war,
but we're also going to have an actual obstacle course where five-person teams can compete for a grand prize of $10,000, right?
And so, you know, those who are able to make it to IRL, they're
going to be able to compete. And, you know, so we want to bring that fun with the obstacle course,
some of the same games you played at Ape Fest, but we're going to have it be like an obstacle
course style and compete for a cash prize and other prizes as well, you know. So,
yeah, you know, we're just here to, you know, bring some fun to the community on Ape Chain.
And, you know, we've included Ape, you know, Ape Chain teams for the IRL as well. And,
you know, that competition, that digital competition matters, right? Like, let's see
who can show up and show out
you know because you might be showing up at IRL to compete right so yeah dude I mean like I said
you guys have a lot going on and you know I know that you showbiz if you know you're one of the
reasons I'm on not only on on ApeChain but you know through crossing our paths back in the day

And that was the big announcement. We are going to be launching all of these collectibles on
ApeChain. And this is going to be a big deal for us, not just for ApeChain, for us as well.
My vision has always been to build a digital collectible platform, similar to what Vivi was doing and ultimately build out my
own blockchain to launch it on. But now that I found Ape, I'm super bullish on it. So we're
going to be building our entire digital collectible platform on ApeChain. And like I said, we're
going to bring some heat right now. And Ralph has helped me put this together. So it's exciting times.
We've got a lot of stuff we're cooking up. And we'll talk more about that as the weeks go on.
But we're working on some stuff in Vegas together. We're working on print-on-demand projects

to the pro standpoint, to a Hall of Fame standpoint.
So those are the two major projects.
So, and obviously we're working on a whole thing with NIL as well with you.

And so Ralph and I are also working on one catered to the basketball world.
And so hopefully we'll be launching something together and also obviously doing an entire print-on-demand platform that's catering,

is pretty amazing. So if y'all don't know who Eric is, he's probably one of the nicest people
you ever meet. He's my number one Canadian and just love that guy. But I'm really excited about
that. And the phone call we had, dude, Sid, like, I know you know about it. I was going to say, dude, Eric, Eric is the bomb.

you know, integrate his designs into our print on demand. That would be sick.

But that guy, it was special and stuff. So, you know, it's great that they're still venturing out and taking chances and saying, hey, what do I need to do to build my brand out here?

And that's something really special, and we need to help them
so it can make us and open up doors for us to do the same thing
because everybody here is a brand, like it or not.

and NFA and being part of
the family you've spent a lot of time you know on stage with me and obviously you know I have a
relationship outside of web 3 and and I appreciate you always having ideas and and not being shy just
to be like yo you got it you know hear me out I got something dope I want to I want to point you
in a direction I want to introduce you to somebody.
And it fits into my model always of, you know, community supporting communities,
people supporting people. And that's how we really grow. It's the same way that Hype,
you know, was like, yo, Sid, you got to check out what's going on in Ape Chain. I know you were banging on me too, Tio. So I'm not going to give it 100% to hype. But, you know, hype definitely,
definitely caught my attention was like, yo, you know, I think you should really look at it.
And I'll tell you, it's been a fantastic move for me. Obviously, I'm building out the marketplace
who we put in put in the last two years of developing it. It's going to be fantastic.
It's going to be Ape-centric. We've built out some
features and functionality that I think Ape is going to go crazy over. Our launch pad is going
to blow you away. The services we have there are going to blow you away. And I think, you know,
when it comes to collectible side, we're going to start to bring some heat to the chain, right?
So people like Ralph Sampson, the Hall of Famers we have, you know, I have athletes from, you know, over 10 different sports. We have some leagues outside
the country. We have some physical art we're going to bring to the table. It's going to blow
people's minds. We have, you know, I just told Hype yesterday, if you guys, I'm just going to give a
little sneak peek Hype. But if you guys know who Chaka is, Chaka is a legend,
LA legend, 1980s, 1990s. Chaka was probably one of the most notorious taggers ever. And, you know,
I think within a six or eight month period, he was able to put up like 10,000 tags in la on street signs uh and it was i think one of the top 10 most wanted
at a moment time also so we we've been you know old school we've been working with you know with
with chaka and you know over 500 of of the of the legends um and that's one of the things i've been
bringing to web 3 since day one uh but now we're starting to really, really cook. And like I said, I found my home on Ape, and we're going to bring some heat here.
This is where the real collectibles are going to be.
These are where we're going to build a brand, which is the brand I always wanted to build.
We're going to build it on Ape, and this is just the start.
And so we'll be featuring a lot of stuff in here.

I can't talk about what I know, but what's the latest and greatest over there brother i know i know i can't talk about
what i know but what's going on in general uh so for those of you in the space that and i had a
conversation last night we had some big news yesterday that i can't share yet but um timeline
is moving up on some builds and um we're talking to quite a few brands right now in an effort to
piece some stuff together pretty quickly.
So there's a lot that's coming. I'll leave it at that. But I think if you understand that we're not just building digital collectibles that can be used inside our games,
they're going to be used inside partner games and metaverse worlds like Icom Island.
There's going to be a lot of value around the assets that we're building.
So, you know, just just trying to do it right, trying to take the necessary steps to build the right way and build the assets where they can
continue to exist and we don't keep recreating them. So a lot of stuff is happening, though.
For those of you that don't know, and I'll give you this little bit of a teaser if you don't know,
we have redirected all of our efforts towards mobile building this year and our first game will be
dropped on mobile and it will include quite a few brands that you know so um i'll leave it at that
but i just we've had some really really good news uh we switched dev teams we've done a lot of stuff
that um was necessary to talk to the bigger brands of the world that are starting to ask the deeper
questions about security and such and quite frankly frankly, it worked out for us and not good news for him.
But our main developer had surgery.
And when he came out of it, he decided he didn't want the stress of being a blockchain dev anymore.
And as we looked under the hood even deeper, we realized we needed to rebuild some stuff.
So things are being done and things are happening quickly.
So just be ready.
And Dylan's right, too.
There's going to be some new whips inside Income Island
and some cool stuff happening.

space, but we all got an opportunity to hear, you know, updates and stuff as that happened. But

everybody in the space, just keep an eye on us. There's a lot of stuff that's happening.

and what Horder's building on.
Not only the Ape Chain Eco, but what he's done with his own IP
and stuff for the board ape community.

I think hoarder and I spoke back in the day about the bagels and a couple of
other stuff that he was building. So excited to have him here.
Yeah. Yeah. No, it's been a minute, but, but glad to connect. And, you know,
I think all, all roads lead to a chain and I'm happy to be back here here building and talking to you. Yeah, I appreciate you coming
through, brother. So give us a little update on what you're up to. I'm excited to talk to you in
the back channels about what we're building. That could be some stuff that we could collaborate on.
So just kind of let people know what you're doing that might not know what's up. Yeah, no, thank you. I think IP has kind of been the play for me.
And as I've fallen down the rabbit hole,
I come from more of the corporate professional side of it
with supply chain logistics
and being a kind of partner in the hospitality group
with bagel shops and restaurants.
So, you know, as COVID hit and we had to shut down and kind of move away from nightlife more into dining,
you know, really kind of learn from that experience to take a harder look at, you know,
take a harder look at, you know, the IP and consumer packaged goods and, you know, transitioning,
transitioning from kind of doing this for, you know, these larger Fortune 500 companies to
then take these proven products and look at doing that with the IP here in this space,
right, and scaling that out. And, you know, I think for me, it's
seeing the opportunity and leaning in more with my existing cafes, you know, kind of seeing where
hospitality is going, right? Is, you know, more of this experiential kind of hospitality, less transactional?
How do we potentially move away from and redefine what kind of showrooms are?
And I think there is definitely this redefinition of showrooms through cafes in where, you know,
in where it's this third space that people come,
sometimes multiple times a week,
where they're introduced into different things
in addition to a community, right?
So when I take a step back,
what I've experienced here in this space
and where I see cafes and events
being kind of a catalyst in,
in building communities, it's really, you know,
how can we engage in communication and how do we share these experiences?
And I think, you know, when I look across, you know,
spaces like this or, you know, what Hype's doing with the other,
other games you know, all thesepe's doing with the other games.
You know, all these are just examples of that, right?
And connecting it all together, right?
So, yeah, I think it's a little bit of product development against, you know, some of these events and the setting of a cafe.
But, you know, where,
where is the trend leading to? And I think there's a lot of,
a lot of energy and focus on the health and health and wellness space as we see
kind of also nightlife and events transition there. So for me,
it's kind of like trying to take a step back from there
to look at the products that
we can create and develop
against that space
having this showroom
in my cafes but then also
standing up experiential
things like Ape Games
and leveraging Ape Fest to
kind of
garner further brand awareness and products penetration.
Yeah, brother, I love what you're building.
Obviously, I'm an IP guy.
That's how I built my whole career through all the different industries
that I've been involved with for the last 35 years. And, you know, watching what you're doing is, you know,
hopefully an inspiration to people in the space who are sitting on all this dope IP and hopefully
will utilize it at some point. That's really been a big part of what we've been building at NFA.
And so, you know, I'm really excited for your success and really excited to kind of fill you in on what we're building in Las Vegas and how we're going to utilize the IP that we've acquired and licensed to push the vision forward.

you know, how do we, um, kind of put on and, and show up for the community to, um, to kind of, uh,
you know, really, really kind of get the eyes on it that we, we want, you know, and, um, that's
where I've also partnered with, um, Ape Concierge andge. And, you know, we're kind of taking over the Conrad Hotel on the Strip, booked out about 60,000 square feet of their hotel to do a bunch of different things.
One being Ape Games, you know, also like the official after party of Ape Fest will be there as well.

So looking forward to it and definitely would love to connect with you
to see if there's any synergies there.

sooner than later, but we have the property. We're working right now with architects to get it laid
out and finalized. I'm hoping to have actually some CADs back in the next week or two. We'll
