So, this is why I'm really confident that we are able to ship all these things next year.
And, yeah.
And then, and then grow from there.
Thank you, Florian.
I think that definitely sounds promising.
And I'm very looking forward to enter 2024 and see Noom accomplishing these advancements
and milestones.
So, everyone, I believe that you have questions for Noom.
And, uh, we will be opening live questions from our audiences.
Please feel free to ask any question you have.
And the team will do their best to answer them.
So, please raise your hand if you're interested in asking a question.
Uh, let me check.
Um, I see, um, I see Christopher.
I have already set you a speaker invitation.
I see DOT.
I see DOT, too.
I try not to miss anyone.
Wait a second.
Okay, DOT.
You are now a speaker.
Please ask your question.
Let's give DOT a second.
I see it's still connecting.
Uh, thank you so much.
It's been an informative PME session.
Uh, my question for this, uh, NUWM is, please, uh, given the fact that this is a new project, uh, in this crypto space, so I would like to know what's the, what's the difficulties and challenges that you face developing your project?
And how did you overcome them?
Oh, thank you so much.
It's a, it's a, it's a very good question.
I think, as always, as a, as a project in crypto, you have to face different challenges and one of them was definitely to find the right people to build it.
And in our case, this does not only involve specialists in, in crypto, uh, uh, in the crypto world, but especially because we are, um, catering towards a mass market down, a mass market down the road.
And, and artists and creators that we have to have in mind to be not as technical as normal crypto startups or crypto, crypto products, though we have to simplify a lot of things towards the end user.
Still, I'm strongly believe this is the future of crypto anyway, that crypto is just in the back end and in the front end and looks like a normal, um, Apple app.
But, uh, it's, it's very tricky to achieve these things, uh, right now.
Uh, additionally, we had to find, um, a lot of, we had to find people from the music industry to help us to identify all of these obstacles, um, in the music industry, uh, correctly.
So this is, was the, another challenge to find the right people.
Um, and, uh, again, we are in the crypto world.
So, uh, legal stuff is always very important.
So we have a, we have a, we have a very strong legal team.
So we have found five lawyers who wants to support us in different jurisdictions around the globe, um, with their free time right now.
So, which is, which is great, but this doesn't matter as this doesn't mean that we are, um, failure free on this end because there is a ton of, um, a ton of different opinions about, uh, crypto legal stuff out there.
Though we are trying to, um, minimize these risks, let's just minimize, but we are never aware of all the risks.
So I think this is something I have to point out here.
It's just crypto.
And we, we've seen what happened the past few weeks, uh, though, um, I think these are the main obstacles, of course.
Um, and then again, it's, it's finding the right partners, I would say was tricky.
Took us, took us a while to find the right, uh, partners for everything we are doing.
Um, and, uh, and, uh, this is why it took us almost two and a half years to build this from scratch.
Um, and I think we, we have done everything right now so far, uh, for all the problems by finding the right people, finding the right resources to overcome these obstacles.
So far, we were very successful also with the bit true, uh, listing.
We did another step because, um, we are a Cardano brave, uh, based project.
And, uh, we are listed on Texas there already, but it always is denominated.
So the pairs you can trade is always a new to beta.
And though this gives all the four artists, which want to join and another friction point if they cannot, uh, trade new to USDT directly, for example.
And this is why we went, uh, why we listed on bit true to make this, the life of artists, again, a little bit easier to entering the crypto world.
I hope this answers all your questions.
If you have, if you have a follow on happy, happy to answer.
Hey, Dot, thank you for your question.
And, uh, we will be moving on to the next community question.
Uh, I see, I see North.
Uh, yes, North, uh, I'm making you a speaker.
You can ask your question.
Hello, can you hear me?
Can you hear me?
Yes, we do hear you.
All right.
Um, thanks a lot.
So, um, I've been following through and, um, all I can say is, um, it's really great to have, um, you guys focusing music on the Web3 ecosystem.
So, um, I would love to know as, um, as, uh, as a personal, um, musician, a classical musician, um, what kind of privileges would I have since I don't have an album and I'm not that famous?
So what kind of privileges can I have on your platform?
Um, though, what do you mean by privileges?
Um, can you be a little bit more specific?
So are you, um, an artist right now?
You have a song.
Uh, have you distributed your music already?
Actually, yes.
Um, personal, personal, um, music.
Like I said, as a classical violinist.
I'm a violinist.
So, so for example, um, if you come to our platform, you, um, you, um, you, um, you know,
you have created your music, you can just release it, uh, with us and we will distribute your music.
And in the end, we will be on the same platforms as you distributed with any other distribution channel right now.
Um, but on the same, in the same moment, your song, um, will live, um, as a marker in your, uh, in your wallet.
Uh, which, which, uh, gives you the power that this wallet will be able to receive, um, the, all the streaming royalties we collect from all the outlets, uh, we are distributing to.
Though in the end, this gives suddenly you, then this is the way where it's very similar to the old traditional world.
But this opens up, for example, for different, uh, crypto enabled, um, um, solutions.
Think about it, um, with this, with this, by solving this bottleneck, um, and creating the service we have done.
You suddenly can use the stream tokens as collateral for a loan, for example, because it's, it's, it's your asset.
It's in your wallet and you can use other DeFi, um, uh, platforms to do so.
Or you, uh, have a fan base and you do a giveaway.
You send some part of this, uh, stream tokens we created, and this will incentivize all your fans, for example, to, um, uh, to listen to your music.
And this will, um, we have done some testing so far, we have seen numbers, not doubling your stream count, but we have seen one, one test we did, um, uh, uh, uh, late last year with an artist, um, for the access, your stream count.
So this is something suddenly because the community has listened to it and they're incentivized to focus on these platforms.
So suddenly this gives you also a little bit more of a visibility on these streaming platforms because your community is pushing you.
So right now, these are the incentives we are seeing, but of course we have to explore more.
There are more things you can do with these things highly likely when we are more and more involved, uh, evolved.
Um, as an ecosystem, but these are the, let's say the short term benefits for you.
Additionally, you have to think, um, maybe you're part of an orchestra and, uh, you create a song with 50 people in there.
And the song will go through and become really, a really good, um, song and will always be played for Christmas or whatever.
I don't know.
I don't know.
Let's think about if the orchestra is, for example, it's splitting up, then who is taking care of the royalty distribution.
If you guys went through us and everyone gets his first fair share in their wallet forever, as long as they hold the stream tokens of the song.
Though this, this is another, um, another benefit we are offering by just bringing these things on chain.
It's not that we are offering it.
It's just crypto, which enables us already.
For example, if a band splits up or, or something happens because then you don't have to transfer it into a company, pay a lawyer who is taking care of this one song because it's not more.
Um, and all of these things.
So suddenly all this headache by splitting up as a band, it will be solved at least for the streaming, uh, part.
All right.
So, um, does that mean that when I transfer the token, like when I no longer have it in my wallets, the, um, like I could transfer the token maybe to another person.
And then that's also transfer ownership of that particular music.
And it's, it's not transferring the ownership of the whole song.
It's just transferring the ownership of the streaming royalties created by the song.
All right.
All right.
Um, I think I get that now.
Thanks a lot.
You're welcome.
All right.
Thank you North for your question.
And, uh, I think we're going to have one more, one last question of the day.
And, uh, I'm seeing, um, let me check.
I'm seeing, uh, Steve raising his hand.
Let me accept Steve as a speaker.
Steve, you can now ask your question.
Hey, Steve, are you able to connect?
Hello, Steve.
Your mic is mute.
Oh, sorry.
It's on mute.
Can you hear me?
Okay, now it's fine.
Yeah, yeah, yeah.
I just want to know maybe you guys have ambassador programs.
If yes, how can I pass it, please?
Um, ambassador programs, definitely, uh, something we are thinking about.
Definitely something, uh, we are planning to build.
Um, highly likely we might have, um, referral code in the, in the system first.
Before ambassador programs, but, uh, yeah, please go to our homepage.
Um, sign up for the newsletter.
All the news in regards of an ambassador program when we are rolling it out.
Uh, we'll be in there.
All right.
You're welcome.
Thank you, Steve, for the question.
And, uh, yeah, that has been the last question of today's AMA session.
And, uh, to wrap up this AMA, we do recommend everyone to follow Neum's social media, uh, for
further updates and also to subscribe to their newsletters.
And, uh, Florian, are there any other social media that the community should follow to, to
stay tuned about the project and to interact with the team?
Definitely.
The, the big three are, uh, Twitter, Telegram, and Discord.
Everyone, if you're interested in, uh, the latest update of Neum, please make sure you follow these, uh, three platforms.
And is there anything else to add from you Florian before we wrap this AMA session up?
Nothing, nothing more from my end.
I think, uh, I can just, uh, uh, wish everyone, uh, great holidays.
Christmas is around the corner and, uh, here, um, thank my team because without these people, Neum would not exist.
And I think it's always very important that, uh, we, we say thank you to all the builder out there because without the builder crypto would not exist.
And we all would not be here involved in something to change the whole world.
And I think this is very, very, very important though.
Thank you so much to my team, the 55 people from all over the world, because we are remote first, um, to make this happen.
And, uh, to achieve all these milestones with us and also to our community and all the Neum token holders, because without the community, we would not be here as well.
And though, thank you so much for your trust.
Thank you so much for your support and help.
And yeah, together we are building something exceptional new for the, for the music industry.
And I strongly believe together we can, we can make a change.
Thank you to our special guest, uh, guest Florian for today, for taking the time to be here with us.
It has been a very enriching session and thank you everyone for tuning in.
And before we end, I'd like to remind everyone that Neum is now listed on BitTrue.
Please don't forget to stay tuned for our upcoming Neum staking pool with up to 40% APY opening on Friday at four, four o'clock UTC time.
Staking pools like this often sell out very fast.
So don't miss out the opportunity and stay tuned.
Uh, everyone, thank you for tuning in and see you soon in our next AMA session.
