Thanks so much for joining us today.
I'm current head of marketing at Anino.
I'm really excited about this conversation because we've got some really incredible projects here today.
We've got Mimbo Node, we've got Shift RWA, and RWA Nova.
I can see you're there, but please request to speak uh if you want to participate
each of them is doing kind of really amazing work in their own niches from gaming and e-sports to
stocks on chain to ai driven kind of rwa infrastructure so really interesting areas
of activity and at anino our mission is to really be Europe's tokenization you know engine
and part of that means connecting with innovators across the space learning from what they're
building and exploring how really our infrastructure can help support and scale their visions so today
isn't just about sharing updates it's more about building bridges and showing how together we can
move you know tokenization forward and that's the sort of the crux of today. Some housekeeping
before we begin so before we dive in just a few things to take note of and we'll keep today's
discussion to around 20 to 30 minutes of actual discussion then we'll
open it up to a Q&A at the end so if you've got any questions please feel free to just hold on to
them and we'll make sure to get you go through as many as we can. Before we jump into the discussion
I'd love for each of the projects today to quickly introduce themselves,
maybe just a couple of minutes each on who you are, what you're building, what makes your
enterprise unique. So let's start with, I think, RAA Nova, who is here first. Please just introduce
your project. Thank you. So hello, everyone. This is Kayla. I'm the person who's in charge of marketing in RWA Nova. And actually, we are RWA marketplaces. And then like people, if they have any good products, and then if they want to collaborate with us, they can.
like we can post buildings or some products or anything that's related with real-world assets,
we would love to post on our marketplaces. And also a lot of people, they are investing on our
marketplaces so they can receive profit from there. And right now we are kind of shift to our
rebranding parts. So right now at the same time, we are also investing on different projects as well.
And also soon is October 1st and 2nd,
we are also participating token 2049 in Singapore.
So if anyone's coming to Singapore,
we would love to meeting forward to them as well.

Hi, sure. Thank you for inviting us. So we're a Mimbo game group. You can go out and call us MGG.
And to simply put, MGG is building a Web3 digital economy that can unite gaming,
DeFi and mining, all powered by our token MGG BNB chain. We will unite all these three elements
our main board node infrastructure. We're excited to be able to build in this cycle,
in this bullish cycle.

And the first area is really kind of what excites you about your own niche.
Really go in a little bit more depth in terms of that.
Let's start off with Mimbo.
No, just start.
Oh, sure. So we are in the gaming niche,
and what excites us about Web3 Gaming is that it's not just about fun,
like we were doing Web2 and traditional gaming,
where users, what they get is fun mostly.
But in Web3 Gaming, we're really excited about true ownership, utility, and true community rewards.
Because players, they're not just spending time on our platform or on the games.
But more importantly, they're building a value that will eventually flow back into the ecosystem.
They're building a value that will eventually flow back
into the ecosystem.
So I think that's a real shift in how gaming economies work.
And we like to see and innovate the gaming ecosystem.

That's fantastic. Thank you very much for that um rwa nova
yes yeah so what really excites you about your own niche and really go into a little bit more
depth and uh beyond the kind of introduction what is it that really excites you about what you're doing?
I think nowadays RWA, this section and this part is pretty popular like everywhere. And RWA infrastructure, we are bridge traditional assets like bond, fund and real estate with the blockchain.
So that means more liquidity and transparency and accessibility for everyone.
And like long time ago, when people say crypto, it's like they cannot touch anything or they cannot see anything.
But nowadays, everything is kind of like shift to the real world assets so that it can be your real assets.
So I think this is kind of like interesting and exciting about our niche side.
Awesome. That's fantastic fantastic great to hear that absolutely everything's kind of becoming a lot
more tangible I suppose as we move forward and I think that will kind of definitely spur the new
adoption going forward I mean really what excites me is how your projects are kind of proving that tokenization isn't anymore just a buzzword.
It's real and it's versatile, right?
So, like with your project, let me know, we're seeing kind of gaming, esports, meet compliant finance, really.
Imagine kind of, you know, in-game assets or even esport prize pools that are kind of legally recognized and tradable, which is something
beyond everyone's imagination, while still letting kind of the players and kind of note holders earn
real world yield. I mean, wow, who would have ever thought? And, you know, that's where kind of Anino
comes in, giving them those rails to blend fun and finance in a way that actually kind of secures and future-proofs
everything. In terms of kind of what you're doing, RWA Nova, that's quite amazing as well. And then
you guys are combining a kind of infrastructure with AI to make tokenization easy and secure for
like, you know, different kind of players there. So think of it as turning
real assets to into kind of real yield through no code compliance systems that anyone from a DAO
to a bank can really use. It's, I think it's big picture stuff, really, if we think about it. And
it shows, Unina isn't also just building tech
we're also helping build the future of finance and that's kind of the areas we
also kind of enable projects like yourselves to kind of realize the vision
realistically thank you let's go to the next area so what are your general
thoughts about sort of tokenization and how do you see this developing going into the future?
Let's start off with RWA Nova now.
Yes, so tokenization is not just a trend, but I think it's a foundation of the next generation of the global markets.
Also, I know that this tokenization and RWA have a lot of regulation issues, but with the regulatory clarifying improving, we expect institutional adoption to accelerate.
And also, liquidity pools for RWA will expand for sure, and allowing global investors to own a fraction of assets. And also not only that, but cross-chain infrastructure will make asset transfer and settlements seamless.
And also last year and this year, we are participating in token 2049 in Dubai and Singapore.
And it shows that a lot of people are interested about how they can tokenize their assets so
that how they can bring more investors in this field.
So more importantly, the RWA sector will only continue to grow.
And the reason is very simple.
Cryptocurrencies are intangible and you can't touch them or hold them in your hands.
But real world assets are directly connected to our daily life.
So that's why we believe many crypto projects will eventually move forward to RWA tokenization
because that's where lasting value and adoption will be built.
That's an amazing take there, RWA Nova.

Yeah, sure. So for tokenization, we think tokenization is one of the concepts that definitely sounds
technical, but it's something that we actually can interact with.
So at its core, it's about making ownership and value more accessible, more liquid and
more transparent.
And right now, people only think of tokens as something speculative, but it's actually
that's just the very first use case.
I think if we look ahead three to five years, we will see tokenization embedded to everyday
life in ways people won't even label as crypto anymore.
For example, like real estate, music royalties, in-game asset, and even something as simple as loyalty points or your gaming skins,
they can all exist as tokenized transferable units.
More importantly, users will interact with them without needing to be more knowledgeable
about blockchain and those fundamentals.
And then for us at Mingball, MGG, tokenization is a backbone of what we're building.
The MGG token already fuels mining, staking and in-game rewards.
And with our cryptocurrency, we're taking the next step.
And then when we are launching MGJ Arena sometime soon,
players won't just be spending money to play.
They will be earning real tokenized value back from their time and skill
and their community participation.
So the way we see it is that tokenization is going to mature
from being this niche speculative concept to becoming
infrastructure that underpaints how we exchange and prove value globally and
within gaming is a perfect entry point into that future
that's an amazing take and that's the kind of future i definitely want to live into
i think shift is online now so i'll open this up thank you for joining us
we're kind of into the second part of the discussion and we're talking about really
what do you think you know about general tokenization and how do you see this space kind of developing and going
into the future shift hey everybody sorry for being late can you hear me absolutely loud and
clear fantastic hello nino hello mimo hello hello listeners thank you very much for having us today
um so yeah um from my personal point of view, I've been in the space since 2017,
met Securitize in 2018 when they were very early in the game talking about ERC-20 and real estate.
And these were dreams that were far-fetched at the time, not technologically, but regulatory
and markets weren't ready. And think that cycles um cycles have brought
us to the point and uh after i'd say a lot of years of you know things being um you know i i'd
say the pendulum between meme and tokenization because if you look at tokenization it's it's
maybe the other side of it. Memes are,
I'd say, completely empty. I'm sorry to say this, but that's just my perspective. And it's not that
I don't like memes. I like memes. I gamble on memes, but I'd not use 100% of my money on that.
I probably need to tranche my money and say the first layer of it
should be a bit more responsible.
So maybe RWAs are a good answer for that.
And so from the perspective of the pendulum of the market,
I think that RWAs are currently the next hype
because of meme.
Meme pushes things to the extreme and then RWAs are actually the other
side of it. And then I think that tokenization is just beginning, that we're seeing the first
instances. The first one was stablecoins, the first RWA, the killer RWA, stablecoins. And then now I think we're seeing, I'd say the second wave because real estate is starting to pull up and stocks and bonds are starting to pull up.
B2B has actually been here for way longer than the B2C side.
And, you know, this talk is about breaking the barriers.
And this is exactly what Shift is here to do, because security tokens are not a good fit,
we think, for retail.
So moving them from person to person freely,
no KYC on secondary markets,
and a lot of limitations that security tokens have,
we are trying to lift those barriers
with native cryptocurrencies.
So trying to give every person on earth the opportunity to touch these actually tools that have been blocked off,
not only from people, from jurisdictions, certain countries, and out of all crypto.
Crypto was locked off to touch these tools.
And I think that democratizing this is is the next step onino i know that you guys are fully into this mimbo uh bnb we're with
you on that as well so um love to see these great people with us here today i think that
um you know this is this is the forefront we need to push this forward. I think that crypto and, you know, DeFi and Tradeify are going to unite. And this is how it is going to unite, by bringing these things to the crypto market. crypto treasury companies and etfs on cryptos on different cryptos so these are these are the
efforts from the tradeify to break into the defy we're breaking from defy to tradeify so that's
that's i think um the revolution that is really starting now you can see that ando went live
yesterday i hope that that's gonna pump even though they're my competitors i i believe that
everything is pushing the market forward so i'm you know. So I'm rooting for them as well. I'm rooting for everybody.
Amazing take shift. Absolutely. I mean, I think the era of stablecoin didn't really bring it to
the masses that really this is a real world asset. People still think probably a USDT,
USDC, I don't't know or whatever die is
kind of funny money but absolutely the first iterations were those and now we've got the
real kind of iterations of kind of real estate and etfs and gaming assets and you name it you know
you've got the whole shebang coming on and i think people are starting to perhaps put the kind of dotted
lines together and connecting these i mean it's interesting that you um shift yourselves sort of
you know tackling something i think everyone here can relate to stocks right so that you guys are
taking like traditional equities and etfs putting them on chain and making them tradable 24 7 wow i
mean that that is something to really blow people's minds, you know,
whereas you don't have to go through a broker anymore,
wait till, you know, opening hours, et cetera.
No middlemen, no waiting for markets to open, right?
Just fully bank assets with proof of reserves.
And that's exactly the kind of credible real-world asset use case
Unino kind of was built to power.
So we're really excited about
this space. And I honestly believe tokenization is going to reshape capital markets as we know
them. We're still kind of early, but we're already seeing assets that used to be kind of,
as you mentioned as well, Shift, kind of locked up, whether these be stocks, real estate, and even gaming items, moving on chain.
And when that happens, suddenly you've got kind of new liquidity, new yield opportunities,
new ways for people to participate. And it's a real democratization of kind of areas that
have been closed off to people. And really, Anina's role is to be the engine that makes this shift possible,
especially in Europe where compliance is everything.
So we've built our platform
so projects can really tokenize assets legally,
transparently, and at scale.
And that's a necessity.
Whether we like it or not in the crypto world,
this is the way this space is moving.
And the more we support partners like
the ones here today the faster the ecosystem i believe really mature so thank you very much guys
for those takes let's move on to the third area of discussion so um let's talk about kind of any
upcoming activities you know people should be looking forward to um about your projects and
let's go to mimbo um on this one. Tell us a little bit more detailed sort of analysis
of what we can be looking forward to with your project.
Absolutely.
Well, the biggest milestone is the launch of our MGG Arena
later this fall, around late September to October.
And that is going to be our Wave 3 Gaming Hub,
where players can jump into titles like Land Expansion, Project E, and other games,
and can actually earn the EMGG token through gameplay.
And our goal is to make Wave 3 Gaming fun, smooth, and rewarding, not overly complicated.
On top of that, we just launched our Mimbo node money
and opened pre-orders for our cryptocurrency,
which lets you to spend directly from your wallet,
back-powered by Web3.
And because our Mimbo team is based in South Korea,
we are really excited to be hosting a site event during KBW.
It's not just about showing the demos and talking about partnerships, but it's more about connecting with our local Korean community and our global community.
So we'll have partners, teams, and community members in the same room. That's something really looking forward to.
Wow, so kind of the whole co-creation thing kind of kicks in
and it's kind of, I think, a real blueprint
for how the space should be developing as well.
Everyone should be a co-creator of our product.

take um for us first like um as i mentioned ahead like we are kind of shift to rebranding
so right now like we are strategic investment we are doing strategy invest and we are putting more
efforts into backing promising new projects.
One of them is like X market is some sort of like poly market.
So we are investing in that part.
And I think they're going to launch on end of September.
And we are looking forward how this project goes.
And also we're going to be part of token 209-2049 on Singapore.
So if anyone's coming to Singapore,
we are looking forward to meeting them as well.

We're in soft launch mode.
So beta testers
are in the system already minting uh the first tokens uh spy and then uh going to launch soon
with meta planet micro strategy bitmine so very uh i'd say uh crypto oriented uh kind of uh stocks
oriented kind of stocks going to be launched first on Solana. So I guess look for us in the
next couple of weeks on socials as we launch with a great incentive program. We're going to have an
airdrop of the shift tokens that will be, you know, every person that actually mints is going
to be incentivized heavily in the first couple of weeks. So I'd say, you know, without shilling, you should join early because the earlier you join, the more you get.
That's literally what I planned, you know, to push that first liquidity, which is actually the hardest one to get, to get the most incentive for that.
So we're now running with that in a couple of weeks. And I will also be in Token and also in KBW and meeting a lot of people there, a few stages
even and pitches and a few different side events.
So really exciting times for us.
My CEO just came back from Tokyo in Hong Kong last week.
A lot of deals are coming in, a lot of activity.
It's really really really exciting for
us so yeah keep keep posted with us uh in the next couple of weeks if you want to join in
actually buy rwas on retail on defy uh together with orca uh camino jupiter uh one inch okx and
um any other partners that will be launching with us.

Really for us, it's a a run up to the october so october is really a big one for us we're
releasing a whole bunch of features um on the platform and that's when we really launched the
unino to sort of public if you like platform um that's our kind of of milestone that we're looking to. All of these conversations then turn
into live use cases, so directly on chain, which is really, really exciting for us. And when the
public and in our platform goes live, more only token utilities will eventually unlock, so
benefiting obviously anyone who holds those in terms of the utilities. And so it really gives our community even more ways to engage and benefit from our ecosystem.
We're also kicking off our validator programs.
We had a really great kind of spaces a couple of days ago with CIDT.
And Trade Vibes is kind of the product that we're using.
And that's really kind of also another mind blowing thing
where it lets you spin up a validator in minutes
and you keep control, full control really of your keys.
So this kind of relies on a lot of professional infrastructure
that obviously CIDT is providing.
It's kind of a non-custodial staking made simple.
So that's the way I like to think about it.
And it's a huge step forward for our ecosystem.
So the run-up to October is going to be full of features
that we're going to be releasing,
partnerships like this that we're going to be announcing,
and a lot of interesting sort of areas.

So we've kind of covered the three areas that we were going to cover today.
And really, I want to get your sort of final thoughts as projects, you know, and really kind of see what you kind of want, anything you want to talk about, really, that's not kind of been into the discussion so far and i think we'll start with shift now

yes i just said this is really kind of, you know, any final thoughts before we go into sort of the question section.

Yeah, I have to say that I really think that the markets are going to wake up soon, but they are not woken yet.
So I think that everybody's talking about a bull run and everybody's waiting for something.
You know what I'm waiting for?
I'm waiting for the day that crypto will be able to affect a Tradeify launch.
So an IPO that we can come in as crypto and actually move things, move the needle on Tradeify, you know what will happen then?
That'll really make an earthquake and show that crypto
is a force to be reckoned with in that sense.
That's my take.

From my side, I think I'm really looking forward that crypto can be more blended into our daily life.
So nowadays on Twitter, a lot of people start to make payments with the crypto, like a crypto card.
I think this is like beginning parts.
So I really looking forward is that like more people,
like regular people, like my friends and family,
they can be more used to with the crypto
so that this can be like our daily life soon.
This is my dream.

You know, it's like we really understand how we can move the needle.

Last but not least, Mimbo.
Yeah, so I think for us,
we're really excited about the move
from the pure hype cycles
into more of the real world use cases
and adoption.
Because, you know,
over the past couple of years,
we've seen speculation driving the headline,
all those big price swings and meme tokens,
especially last year.
But now I think Gen25 is where we're going to start to see crypto actually work for the people
actually work for the people with rwa becoming the mainstream and more people will probably
with RWA becoming the mainstream.
have crypto as part of their daily lives payments and i think tokenized assets will be the thing
that regular people uh gonna connect with and use in the incoming future.
So yeah, and I mean, we, I think we're very lucky because we're based in Korea.
We're lucky to have one of the most vibrant web trade markets in the world.
And our Korean community has been leading, has been leading the charge in
crypto and also in gaming space.
So yeah, I'm excited to see how this bull cycle will play out and how we're gonna see
more and more people adapt to crypto, seeing the space have more real-world use cases.
Amazing. I mean, visionary thoughts from all three projects,
pearls of wisdom for sure. Yeah, it's really,
I think it's exciting to be riding the wave that tokenization
and Onino, we very much think the same.
We're riding that sort of front wave, as it were,
of the kind of next
wave of crypto, really hoping that these cyclical kind of behaviors that are really price based,
based on obviously the halving, all of these things that have been going on, kind of really
mature out. And we start seeing projects that don't kind of suffer with the cycles of the
bull and bear. And I think that's really important um
for me personally as well and um for the project that you know real world assets brings that i
think to crypto because it's um no longer kind of based on those four you know the the two cycles
that we discussed so thank you very much guys for sharing those final thoughts. I think this feels like a great spot to open up things for questions. So if you've got anything you'd
