to know this is, you know, we got, we got a lot of updates, but this is also, this is also pretty
casual. Any, any friends or any projects that, um, want to come up at some point and, uh, you
know, talk about what they're doing or what's going on. Always welcome to participate. Um,
you know, I think it's such a wild ride right now to like watch what's happening like you know
just last week everybody is saying like it's like they want to commit suicide right but now
fast forward seven days later and you know sky's the limit again isn't that the
you know hey who's behind uh syndicate is that is that fox who is that or who's that
gm gm fam yeah this is fox my boy my boy what's up fox what's up brother yeah it's been a minute
i had to check in on you guys see what uh see what all updates are going on so yeah look you
know i mean again the thing is is that people i think a lot of people are so used to communities that just vanish that it's a different breed, right?
Like, you know, backbone, you know, dungeon syndicate, like all of our groups, right, have
been dedicated to the group. It's not just the chain to the group. And like, it goes through
phases and cycles. And, you know, if you believe in the people that you work with, then a lot of the fear isn't there.
And I think what we're seeing is when the number goes up, all the interest in, like, Injective, all the interest in Osmo, all the interest in Dungeon, all these chains will wake up.
They're going to wake up.
There's no way that when this money printer gets turned down and these rates get cut and either Powell leaves or does something right.
Something is going to break where the market's going to move. Like, I think I think we've been backing up for a hell of a start for a very long time now.
We're overdue, I think, you know, in the traditional cycle with the macro money flows. At least that's my feeling, right? So when we do pop,
I'm pretty sure it's going to go crazy because what that pop means is that the next real wave
of understanding about what the problem of paper money is happening on the masses. That's really what we're all trying to ignite. That's the next
real phase is that once the masses realize like, oh shit, holding all this paper money is a scam.
Like we still need it to transact, right? Because unfortunately, it's a unit of measurement,
right? That's kind of what the paper money is.
It's not the store of value.
It's just a unit of measurement of agreed upon transaction, right?
So, so yeah.

So anyway, why don't we get into some updates?
I can do some for backbone real quick.
So Thomas has completed the, he did the marketplace, the collection offers for, he did, redid the contract.
Octane has redone the UI.
We're still refining it a little bit, but Thomas has successfully done the transaction of collection offers on Terra.
So what we're going to do, our next steps are to migrate and upgrade the code base on the other chains with
the marketplaces so dungeon will have collection offers osmosis well collection offers injector
well collection offers and for anybody who doesn't know what a collection offer is it's
it's you can just make an offer uh that anybody who owns one in the collection can accept
and usually what happens is collection offers
are anywhere from like, you know,
a couple percent lower than the floor price.
And essentially it builds like a selling wall
or buying like some people can sell into this or,
you know, it just allows for people to continually
buy in new ways.
This is the feature that I think has been most requested in this time is can we have collection offers.
So Thomas has completed that.
We're getting ready to do the upgrade to the site, hopefully this next week.
We would like to have this next week because there's a lot of activities that are coming up with Prism and a lot of stuff.

spaces are gonna fill up people are gonna start to tune in they're gonna
want to learn and the people who have been here and know what's happening, it's our responsibility

You know, I haven't, you know, anyway, right.
So, Holly, what's going on in Canada?
Oh, buddy, in Canada itself, it's been a little sweltering
up here it's been a little of a heat spell up in our area but it's been great man it's like nice
and uh warm but um in uh i don't know man i'd say we've just been waiting for this like btc run
right this is i that's what i think our country your country the whole globe has been waiting
for btc to pump right and then the alt and then the alt run is what we're all hoping for. So we'll see.
Adam's been pumping a little bit.
So we know that if Adam starts going, then hopefully, you know,
the rest of our tokens are going.
And then hopefully, you know,
things like soul and others who are going to be tied into the whole system
are going to be lifting.
So let's just hope, you know, we'll have some ups and downs here,
but let's just hope this is the turnaround.
And that's what, that's what I'm hoping.
And then with dungeon, we're just, you know, we just keep on moving on on moving man i'm trying to make moves i'm talking to different people trying to
figure out ways to you know it's not easy right now selling games and stuff so uh i just want to
point this out there if you were kind of interested in a dungeon game you want to try this new cosmic
dragoon it's a kind of a shooter with dragons and um what we've done is we're gonna we are soon
backbone is gonna uh update it and we're gonna sell sell the Cosmic Dragoon Core NFT, which means you can play the game for $1 of Dragon Token.
So we're bringing down the price.
Now, if you've already bought, you know, the Dragon Core for like, I think it was $15, you're probably thinking like, what the heck?
I should have just waited.
Well, what we're doing now is going to give you 50% off
on the game,
the character NFT. And the character NFT is the
place where you'll have special
characters from your NFTs that are actually
in the game, weapons, upgrades.
There's a lot of special things you can do
to play the game at a higher level.
It's a long game. You can play it
for hours, man. I know people who have been trying to beat it.
At the very end, you fight Xan xan the emperor penguin so you actually battle uh
xanthar if you want to you know get that on but so basically that's going to be our big change
right now we're we're realizing we want people just to play the game so one dollar you have to
play the game it's not gonna make us a lot of money but it'll help people start playing what
we're noticing is um these nfts are creating a lot of transactions for our chain, which is nice.
We're like, I think we're 42nd in, uh, um,
overall transactions in cosmos that are like 120 chains or whatever, um,
which is nice because we don't, you know, we're small, uh, we're, you know,
we're higher than archway and, um, a bunch of other, I saw that there was a bunch
of different ones. I was like, wow, I'm pretty impressed with how, uh,
we're, we're playing out as a,
as a chain right now. Like this is,
this is pretty cool to see that dungeons got all these transactions.
So I'm also like,
I'm trying to work on talking to some other people, like whether they're NFT
collections saying, Hey, let's figure out ways to partner.
Maybe we can make some utility for your game, figure out ways to, you know,
have your NFTs integrated into a game.
I mean, we got to pay our
devs and stuff for that but we'll figure that out and then maybe some chains too i'm talking to a
chain right now and saying like hey like we can increase your transactions we can you know use
the synergy of our communities maybe we can help uh by building a game out on your chain and then
we'd want obviously have you know backbone you know with the entities and stuff maybe we can
maybe start migrating nfts to different chains you know uh with the NFTs and stuff. Maybe we can, maybe we start migrating NFTs to different chains, you know,
and integrating games with them.
So there's lots going on with, with, with dungeon.
We're, we're trying to figure out exactly how to make this thing work.
We, we're also like, I've been really working hard.
I've always been on the crypto side, more than the gaming side of dungeon.
I'm trying to work on creating some type of protocol that's on dungeon chain
that interacts with some other chains but mostly what
it does is it's going to be like a crypto defy game where you come in you you know you you're
arbin back and forth kind of i i loved fortis back in the day we don't want to rug anyone so we'll
create a you know a low danger version of it but a game basically kind of a defy game so we're
working we're working on um a couple different things to try to bring some some more you know
traction we've been we've been building all the way try to bring some, some more, you know, traction. We've been,
we've been building all the way through the,
through the bears,
you know,
we had another game coming out,
a big one.
And then we have another big game.
We want to be kind of like an interactive,
our biggest one.
It's a role playing game.
but the third game we have is almost ready to go.
Our dev is like on a vacation for a three,
a few months,
a few weeks.
but that will be coming out too.
So just keep your eye out.
We're,
we're building on, on that chain. And obviously doing it in synergy with backbone we're we really
believe in the vision of the um the inter chain we believe in the like i always call it the armada
vision where we all have our own different uh ships that we're we're sailing but we're sailing
in the same direction together and got the backbone flags flying so um pretty exciting stuff so i don't
think anyone has any questions for dungeon but let us know i'm always happy to find out i would say like i i
want to just throw this out there please delegate to the backbone validators the the dungeon validators
um i know if you're starting about like our partner validators right like
it really helps a lot especially with with backbone right now trying to get the
you know things growing like what backbone's doing is pretty amazing trying to be this interchain basically like a hub in the cosmos right um and
in partnering with so many different groups so you can get stretched in really quickly you need to
you need to be able to pay thomas and and the rest of the team um so just validators are one
good way to do that if you're like you got stuff you're staking why not stake it with one of the
one of your friends so that's that's uh that's here from the cold north uh hopefully uh you know
things things are gonna uh this summer is the beginning of a crypto summer and we'll just fly
into the fall and i'm hoping 26 is like the the real launch of the bull that's that like we're
we're kind of the proto bull i'm thinking right now we'll see some ups and downs but
unless unless it just goes for it i don't care i'd be happy for it to moon right now obviously but um i'm i'm gonna be patient
i'm just gonna keep keep slowly building and working with all you guys and that's that's uh
that's how dungeon rolls and that's how i'm rolling you know individually and i and i'm loving how a
lot of us when i look at the audience right here i'm looking you see us all in different projects
right uh either you know participating different projects as users
or some of us are building in different projects.
And I love the synergy between them.
And this is, this space even,
like I missed it last week, right?
Cause it's just like,
it helps us all pump each other up,
keep us going.
Cause you know, there's,
there's a lot of ups and downs and,
but we need to be positive.
Like we know crypto in the long,
is the long run, right?
And we see what's happening.
Like if they loosen up, you know, the up the rates or if they flood the market with some,
if they remove Powell and put some cash in there, things pump up.
We're situated in a really good spot because we've been building the whole time.
So that's what I really think for us.
We know there's a lot of people whose spaces we're not seeing in these spaces
or in crypto at all.
It's been really, a lot of people have just been kind of hurting.
So this week's been perfect.
It's been refreshing to see everyone kind of spirits getting back up, getting excited.
And hopefully, you know, this will remind everyone, like we're in this for the long haul and a backbones in it for a long haul.
Dungeons in it for a long haul.
GMC is in for a long haul.
Syndicate's in for the long haul.
All the grave diggers are in it for a long haul. GMC's in for the long haul. Syndicate's in for the long haul. All the Gravediggers are in it for the long haul. So hopefully we all are catching the energy back up and we're gonna

It's like all that needs to occur is the price will go up and people start paying attention and speculating.
So I think Jerome Powell needs to be fired.
And if we can get a rate cut, we're back.
We're back in business.
If not, we're just going to go sideways.
Hey, the rate cuts are inevitable.
So the longer it takes, the better it is, really, to be honest.
The market pumping like it is without rate cuts,
that's an extremely bullish sign.
I'm happy
to see whether we slow grind up or
we go to infinity. I'm fine with it.

he's going to have no choice at this
point. It's inevitable.
We're already reacting
the way that we're talking about. It gives you that level of confidence to be like, it's inevitable. And we're already reacting the way that we're talking about.
I mean, it just gives you that level of confidence to be like, oh, my gosh.
And the thing is, most of retail still ain't here. But I do like what you said about being good stewards, JG, and then also Holly,
like how we're all kind of working together and building and grinding and,
I don't know, believe in something.
Like do something, have fun, meet new cool people,
build something with this new technology.
I mean, I feel like that's the whole like ethos of this whole thing.
And whether up or down, just keep on grinding.
Like there's always, there's so much to explore.
Like right now we're, I don don't fear we're collecting mbtc so like on prism and you
know from some of our like tla reports and then backbone got us into the gravedigger set and i
kind of want to start looking into like engaging the skellies community and you know we're bringing
in funds through that validator through the grave digger so maybe, so maybe we start rewarding the Skelly Snipdiggers with some rewards.

and is now contributing to the Ophir project
and running this equipment
and the communities coming together.
This is what this is. This is the that's the beginning of the secret sauce.
When enough people are selfless and contribute in a certain way.
Right. That's like that's how like the special events start to come about.
Right. And so, again, that's what I love about crypto is that people from all over the world.
It doesn't matter. You're an anonymous, you know,
pixelated picture or whatever your identity is. If you've been around and you've been working hard
and, you know, you've been networking, it doesn't matter. Nothing else matters, right? It's just,
it's not a social credit score, but it's something essential. It's almost like that, right? But, you know, you get to just live life
not mattering, you know, any
identity besides your JPEG.
It's P-O-R. It's proof of
reputation, right?
Or something like that?
Yeah, yeah, yeah. I don't know why the fuck I
completely forgot how to speak right there, thanks.
But, yeah, man, you know, again, as we move forward in this world right now, in this time, like the financial technology is changing.
I swear to God, in 10 years, what life looks like is going to be so different than it is right now.
God, in 10 years, what life looks like is going to be so different than it is right now.
Just like, you know, 20 years ago before all the cell phone stuff and like the real internet boom, right?
Like really, really, right?
Before everybody just lived online.
Like life was different, right?
And we're going to see like a major shift again.
And it's going to, you know, one of the things that are going to shift is this financial technology.
And, you know, if you believe,
like I believe in this movement, in this freedom, that this is where the value will be. This is
where the store value will be. This is where all the smart money is going to end up tokenizing all
of their shit, right? They are. So as a community, as a user, we want to be as educated as possible.
That's why Backbone, you know, that's why we do what we do just because we're really passionate users, right?
That's what it is.
Like, we don't aspire to run a chain.
We aspire to create culture that believes in projects and chains that we believe in, right?
Like, and again, I'm going to use Osmo as an example because they have such a clear purpose, right?
They're this DEX.
They process a lot of transactions right it is easy to
be bullish on osmo right i'm going to use injective again right there's so many things like and this
is why backbone wants to participate and then i want to use dungeon as an example they have a clear
purpose with gaming and and the person who cracks gaming and uh web 3 that is I mean that's a crazy thing to crack right so that's why
backbone is so supportive of the dungeon efforts and because again it's like as a
community can you imagine the community is able to crack that formula that means
that would just be so epic if from the from the ground up like we're we're able to be the ones to contribute to them solving that.
That's where the play is.
That's the speculation.
And along the way, we're going to have a lot of fun.
That's the other part of this paradigm.
It's true.
It is a lot of fun, man.
I think that's a good point.
Why some of us stick around.
It's like we like our community.
We like what's happening. There's a,
we have a chance here to do something really special.
And I think that's why so many people are sticking it out with,
with this crew, right? Like we, we are seeing like, even though we saw,
you know, Miglu chain, you know, collapse, who steps in backbone.
Right. And I just want to throw this out publicly like
that was a big step for you guys because that's a lot of new headache that adds to your back like
you know what i mean like i know that last week that there's something with the chain and you
guys have to go run with that and that's a lot to add to what what backbone is doing but it's also
you know a dawn move for the community it's like hey community we're not letting you go and so for both big blue and backbone to say okay let's try to make something happen here
and now we have the soul token that we're gonna you know see come together um to help all of the
all of the well cosmos but miglu especially crew out and then you know a lot of the tariff folks
coming through i think there's a a real synergy here and um you know it might take some time and and i know there's a lot of people saying when and it's got to be timed right um but at least
there's a there's a plan there's uh some actual attraction um i know someone who you know created
help with the guppy movement and stuff like that i'm working hard and behind the scenes i'm right
now i'm like trying to figure out like i'd love to have you know a game for guppy i don't know
how that works you know it costs money to dev and stuff, but I'm not forgetting that community.
They were so awesome.
And it's a community made of communities, right?
Just like Backbone is a community made of communities.
And that's what's really cool.
When you have this kind of overlap, there's something unique about it where when one of us is kind of picking up, the rest are.
Like, I mean, it's just like, look, it's cool to see with Galactic Syndicate.
I know that, you know, I was looking at my sin, like, oh, it's going back up in price.
And there's so much kind of traction there in the injective community, right?
So we're trying to connect all these different groups together, even though some might not see it or appreciate it.
We know that we're kind of like the alt cosmos society that is actually, I don't know, poised to uh ride a wave once the once the all right the
thing hits like we're gonna be the ogs right we're gonna be the ones helping show the new people the
onboard and how to connect them and um which i what i love about our community is people do
like if you have a problem like just today i was like ah i have some some side out of them like i
was just going i went and talked to uh i think it was a terror board going like hey anyone know how
to get this into a pool?
And then Lewin, you know, steps up and says, hey man, do this and you can orbit.
And it was just like, awesome.
So shout out to Lewin, shout out to Pixel Lions, Lion Down.
Like these are, this is all part of the synergy that we have going.
So I'm, I'm pretty excited, man.

I got to say something like Deving's own real quick.
He helped build something for Guppy Yuppies to view our NFTs that he didn't have have to do he just added us to this the system why because that's how this this whole thing is
working like we're helping each other out and i love that it it's not a one-for-one transaction
it's kind of like i'm going to help you and get you know help you promote you and help you with
some problems and then someday it'll come back and i don't know who's going to come back through
but it's gonna and that's what i've been noticing it does come back people step up and say hey i'm
going to help you or all of a sudden you have a post,
someone saying awesome things about dungeon or backbone or, um,
this is, this is special, man.
Like what we got here is actually what I think a lot of the cosmos has kind
of, I don't know.
Sometimes I feel like there's a bit of a cynicism that happens.
And so we're, we're trying to fight that.
Right.
We're trying to be like, you know, uh, my friend is talking about this return of the, of the earnest.
Like we want to like be serious about things and, and,
and like really push and help each other. We don't want to cop on each other.
It matters to me. Like when I see you know, someone's validator, I'm like,
Oh, I want to help them with that. Or if I see backbones launching a new project
on a different channel, like let's, let's help with that.
Like a good example is like Rooji's exploding right now, right?
Well, that's awesome because we know,
you know, CBUT and Fox are going to create
a new NFT series on Ruji
and some of that income is going to come into the GMCs.
Boom, this is all the synergies that we're talking about.
And I don't see it happening at this level anywhere else.

I mean, that is just a case study on how to
um you know fumble evolve and then and then do better right like they have just done so well
uh hats off to jp thor hats off to code hands right like these guys just hammering through the negative shit i mean really did anybody think
that they would pull that off to be honest right when i did not honestly no dude and they're doing
like a stellar they're doing a stellar fucking job dude it's amazing to see i'm like wow they
pulled it off and you know what they've got going on and that liquidity layer with the app layer
I mean, it's kind of this like alter you know, it's cause of space, right?
So it's like you're seeing like these behemoths come about both as cosmos and now like this Thor rune
Energy there which I think is gonna be pretty interesting from like cash flowing
Lp and trading and also money markets perks and all you know
all the stuff that comes with it honestly so when i when i zoom out and i look at cosmos
like the things and i you know we're everywhere right a lot of places so i don't want anybody
i'm not saying this from backbone i'm just saying just saying this from like my own thing, right? When I zoom out, you know, at the Cosmos,
Ruji is super exciting.
Prism is super exciting.
Adam is potentially super exciting again, right?
If that executes right.
I think Akash is super exciting
for a whole different set of reasons.

Seeing we put a lot into Rooji because we saw its DeFi potential.
And seeing it hits time and time again, it was kind of disheartening, right?
And then all of a sudden to see it popping up, I'm like, Ophir, let's go.
Like it's pretty awesome, man, to see like the long-term the long-term commitment okay let's make sure we have enough in bc let's have something
like the blue chips and we have something in the mid-range like laying on a proper portfolio is
which is your specialty patrick uh or kelly b uh it's uh it's it's pretty exciting so fears now i'm
like okay this is like now we're starting to see some movement right so yeah like who would have
thought ruji would do this well there's a few
of you guys i know we're kept saying like keep going and and a lot of us were like oh i will
wait and see like i have enough exposure i'm like oh i didn't have enough exposure
yeah i think and then also just like you know from a know for your perspective just
we're just trying to increase like sources of cash. And we're not trying to grow super crazy.
I don't want to use our token to pay for much.
I mean, definitely can use that as rewards.
But long, sustainable growth.
Yeah, maybe it's not going to be as jazzy and cool as just going balls to the wall.
But there was a time for that.
Right now, it's like hunkering down, playing around in Prism, finding good strategies there.
When Ruji and Storechain are kind of up and running, right now we've like bought TTY,
so we're earning Rune every single day and we stake it.
The next would be getting, bonding to a node operator once we have enough, then LPing.
It's like building these foundations, right, of like your portfolio.
I just take what I do for myself and then i just apply it to fear and it just and
it doesn't have to be me you know like you know if anyone has ideas we kind of like talk it out
see what we want to do and then we make it happen and i just kind of the custodian
some of the fun hey and i want to tell you i want to say bro you've done such a good job like um
for everybody who doesn't know uh calabee is part of backbone um in our
merger we um we're happy to bring him uh into our team and uh the management and the um
professionalism that he brings it has it has made my life a lot easier i would not be able to handle, I'm not even lying, right? To handle all of the multi-sigs
that are required to do a DEX and to do these types of bigger products, it's quite daunting.
I'm not going to lie. And so I'm super grateful. And it's been such a good experience working
with you, bro. And Ophiris, I mean, bro, you're hungry for knowledge uh and so you've definitely maximized
i've watched you grow over the last like two years really and you definitely maximize uh the
knowledge and you put it to use and and and the cool thing is is that you with oh fear you you get
this platform and this playground to kind of put it to use on a bigger scale and you're seeing that
your these strategies are successful i I think that's really dope.

Yeah, no, it's cool seeing everyone just kind of coalesce and, like, find their own niche,
but we're also becoming, like, this organism
where there's, like, overlap, but not so much overlap
where we're, like, fighting, but we want to, like, help each other.
We all have our, like, distinct lanes that also can converge and it all kind of like has that history and terra and migaloo and
like seeing who sticks around and there's like true like mindshare here that's like mindsharing
community and at the end of the day we spend all this time building technologies to kind of like
build trustless systems but it also like i was talking

to learn and it's like versioning maturation that we're kind of like starting to see and like you
know yeah if you want to put a little bit towards the means do it but be smart about it don't go
risk like all your portfolio on some like thing that was you know just created out of thin air
but there's there's art and science
to meme coins too they have their own place but knowing how to be responsible with that
i think you know that's part of that stewardship and that because there's going to be let's face
it next couple months if this is you know i think if we're still in that cautious territory i'm very
like optimistic but if it does go the way we feel like it's gonna go
there's gonna be a lot of new people onboarded at a time that's probably
going crazy and they're gonna need someone or groups of people to be like
hey look you know here's here's your options here's what you do not financial
advice but like here's the lay of the land because you know I did this all
mostly on my own and talking to some people and just, like, reading a lot of, like, a lot of articles and listening to people.

we've had, we've been able to add a few things.
So they've updated the light paper and, you know,
now we're looking to add a community validator

so yeah and then i've had i've had some time to um to improve the artwork and things like that so
so overall i think it's going to be good and also the you know the market timing will be better
as well so yeah i'm excited man and i think we're pretty close to being at like a pivotal point in
the market where i think you're gonna probably
start seeing alts uh start to run you know not it's probably not exactly going to be like last
cycle in my opinion like you're not going to see every alt run but you know plenty of them if
you're positioned well um we're going to do well and i think injective and a lot of a lot of projects
across the cosmos are going to be doing well and And yeah, Backbone Labs has done a good job
of spreading out across them.

like it this is how you survive and this is how you thrive right you don't you don't stop you
don't give up you learn from your mistakes uh you learn from the ups and downs of the market you learn from like who
you can trust and not trust that that's honestly the hardest part in crypto just like for me like

the best part and the worst part because when you you feel like you got betrayed you see something
happen it's like ah but then you push through you're like but there's all these amazing people too that i've made
connections with people i trust that have my back and i have that here in the crypto sphere and it's

once you learn through the battle scars how to watch out keep eye out for them then you start
to see hey who's legit and i'm really excited because
i'm trying to surround myself with more and more of the legit legit people i see like another good
example would be the red planet dial folks right like they're dropping a validator now uh with
dungeon chain excited to have them on um they're building like there's an overlap between our
communities like this is the way we move forward is like looking for those people who uh have that grit to push
through right as a hockey fan like in canada we're talking about the whole elbows up thing it's just
like yeah whatever happens like you don't give up you just keep pushing you don't know what's
going to happen man you can score a goal in the last one second i've seen it right and that changes
the entire playoff picture so you this is what we're talking about like we are the people who
you know there's 30 seconds left.
We're pushing.
And then all of a sudden, boom, there's atoms shooting through the roof.

And the people who've left, hopefully they come back.
