["Big Moves"] Life is all about you, and they both are not true.
How do you experience everything that's true?
While observing and experiencing your habit of being a pirate?
Since the question is not the answer, that's the pirate.
Otherwise, you couldn't differentiate between the two.
Awareness, but of who?
We think you hurt them, but of common knowledge,
you let them do it.
We think we're all one, but where have we gotten to?
I'd rather die three than have to live in that state.
I'm only willing to die for you.
So ["Burn Me In the World"] I'll make a good night

Applause The moon is only bright when it's black. Welcome. Welcome. Welcome.
Welcome. Welcome. Welcome.m. Eastern.
It is so fucking beautiful in Miami.
Oh my God!
Welcome to Web3 Exposed.
Never get sick of saying that.
If you didn't know,
this is the number one show on Twitter Spaces.
Don't argue with me.
Argue with your grandmother.
We, oh, my mic. My mic!
Hold on. Hold on. Hold on. Here we go. Hold on. Hold on.
Alright. Demons ain't gonna get me. Welcome to the show. Thanks for being here.
Anyway, like I said, RU with you, Mammy. This is the number one show on Twitter Spaces.
We have such a fucking treat for today. We got two powerhouses in the house.
Shout out to my guy, Michael. Shout out to Amy
Thank you so much for pulling up. We got Will coming on a little later. Give the analysis, of course
We got Jordan here today another fucking
Yeah, it's been a good day. I'm in a fucking good mood. Okay, I'm in a great mood
It's been a little bearish for your girl the last couple of weeks today was a bullish fucking day. It was a good day. I'm in a fucking good mood, okay? I'm in a great mood. It's been a little bearish for you girl the last couple of weeks. Today was a bullish fucking day. It was a green
day. And I'm not talking about necessarily trading. I'm just saying all over. If you
let this shit, you know, if you let all the negatives in this space that comes out on
a regular basis just continue to eat at you and you don't give any real time for yourself,
it will be bad and so
It feels good to do that. Definitely recommend everybody do that, especially if you're building. Let's fucking go
We just keep this shit fresh. Just keep this shit tight
But yeah, there's tons of news to go into today
I'm really fucking excited for all the new trench warriors coming out now that a pump fun is
Is you know has dropped pump swap.
LOL, I don't know. I'm thinking a whole bunch of new metas come about
because there's no bonding curve.
Excited to hear about that.
Excited to hear about everybody's takes.
All of a sudden they're offering a creator fund.
So like if you create the coin,
you make fees on every fucking transaction.
LOL, like why didn't y'all do that before when motherfuckers was running it the fuck up?
I don't know, but you know, I'm not gonna lie. I kind of get it from a business perspective. You can't let all your good shit come out. And then, you know, desperate times call for desperate
measures. I'm not saying they're desperate. I'm just saying like, I get it. You know, you haven't
done it yet. It's the only thing that you haven't done. Why not do it?
So excited to see how that goes about.
I will say, I'm really, really, really proud
of everything everybody at BZ is doing, including myself.
Obviously I'm biased, but you guys,
this is a difficult sector to be a part of.
RWAs are not simple and you can't just,
you can't fuck that and you can't fuck off off with that you can't just like throw some art together and then call it
a 10,000 pfp NFT project and now we got volume and blah blah blah blah blah
like a lot of shitty and I don't care if you generated money I don't care you
could still be a shitty project there's hella shitty projects okay that generated
this revenue and then they go to like raise and then they say these numbers and then the buzzwords
To raise and then you got real fucking products real working daps
With like patent pending shit and like real stuff going on that gets overlooked over and over it
I just want to highlight with my platform right now
Aside from I mean any any RWA platform that's popping off you
know bring it to my attention but obviously I'm biased about VZ a lot of
really cool things are happening in the next 48 hours something huge is about to
release it's gonna be fucking epic everybody's gonna take advantage of it so
if you haven't already head over to the to the account I'll post some stuff up
to the top alright enough blue balls in you guys enough edging welcome to the show
Thank you, thank you, thank you, Amy Mike, I know you guys are busy as fuck so special
Thank you to you guys for being here obviously say as long as you're able to but mr. Jordan
Let's hear what's on your docket for the day if if anything, besides East Mexico. My guy is too gassed about East Mexico this year.
What's the vibe?
How you feeling, my G?
Yeah, that is the vibe.
There's an East Seco de Mayo that got announced
a little bit ago, and I was actually stoked about it,
because if you ever wanted an excuse to go to Mexico
or Mexico City, like CDMX, definitely the spot to be.
So I might just head down there for the vibes,
just to check it out.
And hey, here's the thing, if the conference isn't great
or the hackathon isn't great,
whatever's going on down there, you're in Mexico City.
So I'm kind of excited for that.
But let's get into the news.
Pumpfun, like Profis just mentioned,
they announced their own Dex AMM called PumpSwap.
Definitely check that out.
Pengu Token and Pudgy Penguins NFT,
but was an ETF file.
That's really interesting.
I'm curious how the NFT will play into the mechanics
if that ends up getting approved for an ETF.
And then will there be demand for it, right?
Walrus Protocol, they raised 140 million.
This is a new storage NFT that sorry not NFT
data storage solution brought to you by mist and labs the same creators of
swede a blockchain so they raised 140 million from standard crypto a 16 Z
electric capital and many more Eclipse labs announces the GSVM it's like the
giga scalable you know SVM or something like that. So look into that.
It's supposed to be their more scalable version of a chain
based on the Solana VM architecture.
And then Binance also announces
a $2 billion investment.
This was announced last week led by MGX.
It's marking the largest crypto funding event
in most recent times.
This is actually kind of crazy.
And this means that Binance and CZ and that whole gang will have more money to pump into
the market.
So we'll see how that's going to affect the market.
Flowdesk also announced around March 8th, this is a little bit ago, but they raised
52 million.
And that's pretty interesting because I know they're they're a market maker within the space and mesh a crypto payments
firm you know based on stable coins and settlement networks they raised 82
million with backing from paradigm in consensus let's see what else do we got
over here double zero don't forget about that one, 28 million raised around March 9th.
And then Crossment announces their Series A raising 23.6 million.
I know they do a lot of stuff with some NFT platforms like Magic Eden.
They're led by Ribbit Capital with their funding round.
They're basically they're a notable player regarding payments and
NFTs and digital asset mints.
And so a lot of web two companies are using that
for infrastructure, for example.
So that's about it for the most notable ones
that I can bring to you on the table.
Why are these funding rounds important?
If you're trying to get some gains,
maybe you're down on your portfolio
or you're looking for new exciting products to use,
definitely be on the lookout for teams
that have raised a funding
round or haven't announced a funding round yet, but the product is really interesting
So that's all I'm going to leave it with.
Profits back to you.
Appreciate that.
Real quick, I actually would love your quick take on, I mean, we've been trading for years.
We've used tons of, I remember when you guys were showing me Uniswap
in 2015 or 16.
What is the...
What's your take on Radium?
Do you think it'll last now that PumpSwap is out?
Is that a wild take?
What are you, any thoughts?
Yeah, I think that's interesting.
I think PumpFun is trying to...
Okay, so there's several dynamics going on here.
So ever since that whole Kelsey or Ventures
and the whole Jupiter Meteora thing going on
and whatever was happening there,
that was a whole royal mess, right?
Who knows what's going on with that right now,
but volume in general and meme coins,
and meme coins graduating from PumpFun onto Radium have gone a lot.
They're just at all-time lows, essentially.
This was always the plan for PumpFund, I think, regardless of market conditions.
They always wanted to monetize more areas of the stack.
Every time they graduated tokens to other DEXs like Radium or whatever have you, they're
not monetizing on that
once the token has graduated essentially.
And so I think they're trying to figure out another way,
like, okay, this is where we can, you know,
retain more revenue or, you know, get more creative.
And before pump fun had a very rigid structure
as to which you could launch your token.
I didn't read too heavy into the announcement.
I do know there's like some extra features
So my perspective might be a little more limited. I'm sure we could like read up on it in a couple minutes, but
Yeah, it sounds like there's like more things that you can do allowing creators to also profit themselves
If they're creating a token and they're using it for their protocol or their community or their new meme token, right? So
Yeah, not sure what I think about it.
I just can see that's not great for radium, but I think radium will probably either they've already announced this or they're going to create their own token creation product in response,
in my opinion. I don't, again, I don't know how bullish or bearish that is for the space in general. I do know the meme cycle and the whole narrative
was like rotating like every 30 minutes
and it was actually exhausting.
And I had to like step away for a minute from the markets
because I was just like, yeah, this is the trenches.
They're getting too trenchy for me.
So yeah, that's my take on it.
Oh wait, when was this? Getting too trenchy.
So like, before that whole Kelsier drama came out, it was just like, like telegram groups,
where people were just shilling random, like there was just different tokens going up and down and pumping.
And it's like, nothing was sticking around anymore.
So even the OG meme tokens weren't even getting the love that they were supposed to.
We were just having just a mass amount of every different
day there was a new token or something that someone was trying to shill and it
was just exhausting. Like it was just pumping dumps all over and I just think
people were getting wrecked left and right and there was a certain amount of
people that maybe they were profiting. I don't even know if it good luck to you if you
were but I just think there was way too many tokens trying to graduate trying to you know
buy for everyone's attention and even the OG tokens like I don't know like I want to say bonk
with mulligans and some of these other like bigger ones they weren't getting as much love and then
you just had all these like basically just pure shit coins being chilled every like every new day there was a new narrative you know oh Elon said
this is a new shit token uh i don't know and it was just mentally exhausting so i had to like
step back away from memes uh and just like all right i'm chilling off this for a second just
in office for a second just because the market was just way too hot and it was getting overheated.
because the the market was just way too hot and it was getting overheated
No, I agree. Ironically, I slowed down a bit right before the Libra launch
and I don't regret it. I kept the majority of my winnings from the season.
Feels great. You know what I mean? I get to take amy out to eat here in Miami
If things great my my pocket stays good
Uh, everything good if I come down there
Yeah, no, no, no, no
And then and then we're gonna me and abby gonna walk away and then you know, you're gonna figure it out
bad brother
Anyway, um now but appreciate the Well said so Amy and Mike are here as the contributors of the day
No, but definitely want to go into arena in just a second. So Mike, I don't know how much time you got
I don't know if you can hang for 15 or so. I'm gonna talk about I'm gonna alright cool. Awesome
Amy so let's just get down to business. I'm gonna be honest with you
I want to farm the fuck out of arena and I feel like it's a huge opportunity to do so right now
Especially because the other day perfect example. I was annoyed as fuck. I do X like Twitter spaces obviously for years now
I know every fucking problem every issue every debunk method, I know it all, right?
And then the one day the cyber attack occurred,
I was like ready to like delete the app.
And I was like, okay, all right, this is annoying.
Cause like, I really wanted to run the show, right?
And then I couldn't, it was a whole mess.
Anyway, you know, resorted to arena.
But my question to you is from some day one to now
If you don't mind kind of jumping into it and everybody definitely should know who you are already if you guys don't know please follow Amy
Stay stay very close to Amy. She has alpha and sprinkled in her timeline in different ways. You just got to pay attention
But no, can you please jump into like the roadmap?
What a stars arena is for those that may not know and has it been the same since day one or
has it changed? Oh my god it's just the arena now. It's not stars arena.
I'm glad he yelled at you. Thanks for the correction. No, I'll get it.
Appreciate it. Go ahead. Yeah, mean, like just kind of given the lore
of where we've been and where we're at right now.
I mean, the reason that Prophets called it Starz Arena
is because it used to be called Starz Arena
and it launched right after Friend Tech did back in the day
like during the Friend Tech craze
and it got a lot of attention, a lot of hype,
a lot of volume, and it just kind of ended up flopping,
and there was a handful of actors that just weren't fit
to play the part of holding that system up together,
and it all just kind of came down and crash and burned. Jason, who is the now CEO of arena, was a power user in the arena. He also was
like kind of a certified nobody on Twitter, if I'm gonna be honest. Like I've
been trying to bully him for a very long time to like have an active profile. Like
I've been working for Jason for coming up on four years now,
which is so crazy.
But Jay and I have been working on a product called Rove
that's built on Solana.
And he has always kind of been obsessed with this idea
of tokenizing everything.
Like he thinks that everything is computer kind of vibe,
but like tokenize people.
He's like, I think that people's careers
in the entertainment industry are gonna be tokenized
and like people are gonna be able to like bet
on their favorite creators and all that kind of stuff.
So like when Friend Tech came out,
he was obsessed with all social fi
and was deep in the weeds on every one of those platforms.
Starz Arena being his favorite of all of them.
And then when it kind of crashed and burned,
Jason had like risen the ranks in the arena
just by like networking and buying bulk
of big players room like tickets and was
networking like crazy in there and it actually had expedited his career on
Twitter and in the arena and he was like a both a power user a whale and he was
also like one of the top tickets that you could purchase in the arena at the
time which is funny
because he was also like, remember a certified nobody
on Twitter so that he was able to kind of like
use this platform to build his career
and build a name for himself.
So much so that the people in the arena were like,
bro, you should take over the arena.
And we were in Amsterdam at the time
and for a break point,
Jason didn't leave his hotel room
and did the fastest acquisition I've ever seen
in my entire life, and not only in crypto,
but just like in general,
it was like the craziest shit I've ever seen.
He didn't sleep for like four days and acquired the arena.
And it was this crazy thing.
And now it's like under the umbrella,
like Rove partially has ownership of the arena
and he's the CEO of this app.
And he had to like kind of start from the weirdest timeline
where everyone didn't trust this platform.
There were like a bunch of drains that happened.
There was a bunch of stuff that happened
like with this old leadership.
And Jason said, fucking trust me on this.
I've been building products in the crypto space for a me on this. I've been building products
in the crypto space for a very long time. I've built for Amex. I built for the UN. I'm building
this Rove World app on Solana. I've been building on Solana since it was a 25-rank token. Just trust
me. I know how to build a product. And if you guys just trust me on this, it'll work. And the community was so
loving and forgiving and wonderful, and they really leaned in. And now Jason has the number
one social fire app and all of crypto. And so that's the lore. So now let's talk about
where we're at today. It used to be kind of just like the friend tech model where it's
like you buy tickets to people's rooms and that's all there is.
The only difference between friend tech and Starz Arena
back in the day was they had the global timeline, which
is kind of like your Twitter feed where
you're seeing people's posts.
Jason wanted to really build on that and build an ecosystem
where you could really connect with your audience
and people could
grow community and have it be all monetized and have communities and people be able to
really play with a bunch of tools to connect and create.
So the arena has a handful of tools that make itself different from any social apply app
we've seen and it's honestly super impressive.
So if you if you look at the arena today,
we have not only the global timeline,
but we also have where you can click on any ticker.
If you put like ticker,
mahog or you put ticker,
wink or ticker,
blub, whatever in your post in the arena,
you're able to click on it and buy that token
right in the arena app.
So like you see one of your favorite KOLs or friends
bull posting some token,
you're able to purchase that right now.
So he added that feature.
There are badges in the arena,
which he's added a while ago,
and badges represent communities.
You see certain people with certain badges.
And it gives people certain access and rank within the arena.
So that really that OG group of people that stayed in the app and helped test stuff and
really trusted Jason got these OG badges.
And those OG badge holders have gotten like, I think it's something
like $35,000 worth of airdrops over the course of the last few months, or like the course
of the last year, due to just like having that badge.
People want to partner with those people and airdrop them coins and stuff like that because
that represents a community that is diamond handers.
Those are loyal community members.
And so that's a cool thing.
So Jason kind of expounded upon that
and offered it to Pudgy penguins and D-Gods and Mog,
other really strong communities that he sees
like kind of hold on no matter what the market looks like
and have presented to be like really cool communities that deserve to have
a funnel to the AVAC side and more, right? So this is also a multi-chain map. It's not just built on
Avalanche. It has a built-in Solana wallet. It has a built-in ETH wallet. Anything EVM, like all of
that's kind of built in.
So like, that's kind of where we're at today
besides the typical model.
And then recently he launched Stages,
which is a Twitter Spaces competitor.
And if you try it out, you will see that like,
there's a lot about Stages that's 10 times better
than our experience here on Twitter Spaces.
And so there's like lots of cool different features.
You can change your emojis over there.
So you could throw up a middle finger.
You could throw up a clown emoji, like whatever you want to, to like react.
You can have, I have like some cute hearts and fairies and stuff like that in mine.
Cause I'm just like a little bitchy, cunty with the, my emotes over there.
So that's the pregnant man is a vibe. That is a vibe you switch it please I'm actually gonna
steal it from you but so there's that and then there's tipping the tipping
feature which makes it super super cool so imagine we're in the arena right now
and profits is the host and you guys are the audience and I'm a speaker and like
the whole the whole thing like Jord's up here as a co-host
You can target the hosts and as a listener be like wow
I'm getting so much alpha from web3 exposed today
Like I want to tip them because like they made me money last week because they told me about this thing and it's like a huge
It's a huge thing to me. So I want to tip
Just the hosts for for putting the show on.
And so you can send a tip right through the Arena app and then your coin shows up on their
profile in front of everyone.
It says like, bad brothers tipped profits, mog coin or bad brothers tipped, tipped cock
or whatever coin that he wants to tip profits.
I am not tipping profits cock, but honestly, it would maybe be one of the first times so
But it's a very fun
So there's that social element of tipping but not only did the host be able to get the opportunity to get tipped,
the speakers have the opportunity to get tipped, and the audience has the opportunity to get
tipped. So you know how a prophet is always like, drop your Solana address in the comments
if she gives out money all the time? She could do that to be like, okay, first hundred people
that get in the space or on the stage, I'm tipping people. Everyone in the entire room
is getting tipped.
There's one button.
That experience alone. Right, there's one button.
It's amazing, it's really good.
Yeah, and so it's like fun confetti flies everywhere
and everyone knows it's a tipping party, it's very fun,
it's very engaging.
Not only that, they have the global chat.
So right now on Twitter spaces,
if you want to communicate during the space,
you have to put a tweet out in the purple button in the bottom right hand corner and that
kind of sucks like I'm not gonna lie to you I think it's really more engaging and
fun if you were to be able to communicate in real time both with the
people on stage and people in the audience and like really build community
through a global global chat that's live and in real time you can put gifts in
there and like have all sorts of fun
in the comments. It also lists who's tipping in that global chat so like the host can go back
through and like thank the people tipping and like you can be a part of like it makes it a really
cool show experience. So that's like all the features that are in the arena right now. I'm
just going to keep ranting. I'm just like winded here, but bear with me profits.
Okay, new features that are coming out.
Super exciting.
So the tipping features, before I move on,
there's $3 million worth of tips that have been sent out
in the last two months in the arena.
$3 million, absolutely wild.
So that's one piece of it. And then the new tools that are coming out. I'm not talking about in the months to come. I'm not talking about in quarter two. I'm not talking quarter three. I'm talking about in like a week. These are features that are coming out. So Jason's absolutely cooking. He is covid right now and he's still shipping for features. So like shout out Jay.
In the year 2025 he's got COVID.
Yeah, relax.
It's fake news.
Man has no voice.
So whatever he has like COVID or not,
I can't even talk to him on the phone.
Live streaming is going on in the app
and that will have the tipping features
that will have everything where you're able to interact
with creator video, live streaming. It's like we'll have stream flow and that will have everything where you're able to interact with creator video live streaming.
It's like we'll have stream flow and all those good bells and whistles that you really want as a streamer.
They're really working hard on making sure this is the best streaming quality possible.
So I'm excited to kind of see how that grows.
That's going live.
Arena launch, which is the pump fun of Avalanche,
is going to be inside of the arena.
The cool part about this is that it's not only
just like pump fun, but it also has some cool aspects
to the way that they are launching these tokens
that holds coins accountable to help number go up,
which is like what everyone wants in the first place, right?
So he, like what Arena has done is like giving coins
that are being launched from the Arena,
different like milestones that's like,
if your coin gets to this point or this point
or this point, you're gonna have more access to tools and cool community features inside of the arena
to make your community grow inside of here so like your community can get
badges if it hits this market cap your community can get its own central chat
where everyone that holds this coin is gonna be able to access it inside of the
arena and you'll be able to talk to anybody that has that holds this coin is going to be able to access it inside of the arena and
you'll be able to talk to anybody that has that coin and it is verified through the arena and you'll be able to chat with the People that are holding right now and it's not like
Telegram where you don't really know if these people hold the coin or not. You got to have the coin to be in that chat
so that's like a feature that's coming and
there's like all these different fun bells and whistles like
Being a tipping token on whistles like being a tipping
token on live stream being a tipping token in stages all of these things are
exciting and coming to win arena launch but those will be kind of coming later
but that's like what we're looking forward to and excited about arena
launch that makes it special and different than these other launch pads for coins. Not only that, it also has
arena decks, which means it's tradable and has its own decks located inside of the arena. So
all of those things are super cool. The last bit of alpha I'll drop about arena launch is
some of you guys might have seen the AVax tokens have
been popping off lately from KET to Wink to Blub and you might be thinking
to yourself like I didn't get pre-sale to those I don't even know how to get
pre-sale to those like maybe I'll be a KOL maybe we've got to be an AVax OG
like whatever that looks like well the my friends inside of the arena that are the top 500 stakers got air drops of
those tokens so if you have arena token and you're staking and you're one of the
top 500 people inside of the app that were staking those tokens you got
air drops of wink you got air drops of blub and other cool air drops that are
coming now the crazy thing about Arena Launch
that is paired with those Arena Champions,
those 500 top-stakers,
is every single time that a coin bonds
inside of Arena Launch,
every single one of those 500 Arena Champions
is getting a dusting of every single coin that bonds in arena launch
So every single if you're if you're not online if you're not paying attention
If you're not around and you're still one of those top 500 stakers
You're gonna get coins from every arena launch token. So
Take your breath but damn you've been dropping that.
Motherfucker.
That's a D.
That was making me feel right now.
We bout to make some fucking money on arena.
Alright the link is at the top.
I forgot. I always forget to show my own link. There
you go. Get in it. This isn't a paid none of that bullshit. Shut the fuck up. This has
been around. I appreciate a DAP that just gets better since the last time I used it.
And it definitely has, definitely has since I was just on it the other day. So thank you
for all that, Amy.
Is there a chance in the future, I know it lives on AVAX,
but is there ever gonna be a point where,
maybe you said it in my bad,
are you, is it gonna be like you could tip anything
or are you gonna stick to Arena and AVAX?
So right now it's like whatever is listed.
There is a Solana native wallet that is built into the
arena right now so the first tipping token that's on Solana hasn't gone live
yet but I will give you another hint of what that might be before like other
sorts of tokens might get listed it is is gonna be like, Jason doesn't wanna make it
so everybody gets listed in there
and you can tip whatever token.
He wants to treat this like a Binance listing
where it's like, oh shit, this coin just got listed
as a tipping token in the arena.
So it's like a valuable thing for communities
to be able to achieve that.
So it's not like tip whatever token you want.
There's like an application process
or you have to be able to reach and achieve certain goals
within Arena Launch to be able to be a tipping token.
But if you put the pieces together,
Jason owns Rov.
Rov launched a 404 that is called GoGoNauts.
The swap was turned off for the NFTs.
So the main focus right now is Nauts token
that Jason has launched with his other company
that he owns is Nauts, N-A-U-T-S, Nauts.
And he has Solana Tipping going soon live.
So I wonder which tipping token is going to be launched
as the first tipping token for Solana.
I have no idea.
Ooh, Solana.
Are we gonna be able to pop that
and shake that on the stream?
Pop that, shake that, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
I mean, it's like you can do whatever the fuck on arena.
It's a decentralized platform.
Within reason.
Damn, Proffitt's working for the tips.
I don't think, exactly.
I don't think we could pop and shake that on abstract.
So I just gotta diversify when I tap into it.
You can pop and shake it on arena, no problem.
Oh, I'm gonna force him on my
cup of live ideas. There's OnlyFans girls,
there's OnlyFans girls and porn stars right now that have their whole monetization model in arena as like,
buy my ticket and you get nudes in the chat.
Like, we don't discriminate.
I don't think I found my niche.
No, I wear- I wear a lot of different hats, I play a lot of different roles, I got a lot of different buckets,
so like, 10 in the morning, 3 PM.
Fucking will. 10 in the morning, 3 p.m. Fucking will. 10 in the morning, 3 p.m. Shake that.
I'm on, exactly.
So I'm looking for an app to shake that because abstract is different.
So around 3 p.m. tap into the corporate.
I'll get onto abstract.
I'll get onto Twitch, Instagram, everything else.
Anyway, so good.
Thank you for explaining that high level.
Guys, don't be shitheads, bro. Come on. Like it's a weird market. I'm not drifting you I could be I absolutely could be I should be
I'm just kidding. I shouldn't be but yo use the fucking you know referral code. I appreciate you
We're actually gonna do something cool on arena
Purposely just to see if I could break the app
That's what I'm gonna try to do See how good this motherfucker is at building stuff again, not a paid ad or anything like that
I I that this was I'm gonna be real this was for me. I wanted to see what the farming was like
Is there any type of leaderboard going on? What should what's the max way to farm the platform?
Yeah, I'm not gonna lie to you Shanice
You think you're going to love this one.
There is a leaderboard of who is making the most money and tickets
and all that kind of stuff on arena right now.
And currently, I could tell you what the ticket price is right now.
But our homeboy books is number one in the arena right now.
No, I heard this.
I heard this.
So what is he doing?
Like, I'm going to just copy the play without the grift.
What's the play?
I mean, I don't even really understand his sauce,
to be honest, but like, there's no way of cheating it.
Like he's got holders, he's got listeners,
he's got community.
He just has been hardcore on boarding and so his community has come over to arena
And is pulling up so, um
Are you guys gonna let both of you all profit or you guys gonna go to their fucking arena page?
No, no, I don't hey Hey, he's his own man.
Gee, geez, bro.
Um, a lot of good things, you know.
Anyway, I love a little competitive, like a little, just like it's a competition
though, like anybody, it doesn't matter who it is.
Like who's going to beat out books.
You know what I mean?
I just like, yeah, no, I mean, the thing is when you've created like, uh, funnels
in any sort, shape or form, you can sell water to a fucking Eskimo at that point because you have idiots that will
listen to you.
And not to say Arena's a bad app because it's not, but they'll listen to you in a sense
of that they say, oh, go download that.
Bam, I'm going to get all the alpha.
So I could already see the funnel and I get it.
I'm not hating.
Well, I mean, liquid water would be valuable to an Eskimo
because you would have to heat the ice
to make the water, so that's energy.
And you know, there's not a lot of trees up there.
Amy, what happened?
I think that the sauce is your own sauce.
I don't think that copying anyone else's game is the play
because I could never do what some of these top guys do
in arena and make it authentic
and keep it up sustainably for me.
Yeah, exactly.
If I feel about my life.
I think you gotta figure out what's sustainable for you
and that you actually enjoy and that your audience enjoys
and run that shit up.
Like that's the sauce.
No, bro, two, couldn't agree more.
There's tons of cringe content that I could put out that I just I just can't because you know
Fuck man, but probably would have
Anyway relax today, I got a little bit of Tourette's today. Forgive me. Anyway, Jordan go ahead
You know all I'm saying is all I heard was tips for the creators tips for the spaces
hosts so right now we're about to end this space me will profits we got our
costumes ready we're about to show up on the arena we're gonna take it and
continue it over there.
No but really though.
Get your accounts ready though for real though.
Real talk though.
We're not ending we're not ending right now.
We're not ending right now.
No no we're not we're not that was a total joke.
No, no, we're not.
I was just telling a total joke.
I heard photos for tips.
I heard photos for tips that's what I heard.
That's what I heard.
But real talk, that is a cool ass feature
that Twitter or X should already have right now.
And also X Spaces is really buggy
and it gets kind of annoying.
So if arena stages are any more reliable than X Spaces
and the bar is not very high, I will say this.
If it's any more reliable, that is a plus.
The one thing you're going to notice when you get over there is the sound quality is
incredible. You could have live musicians playing at the same time and it sounds incredible.
The musicians all have gathered there and they have cute little stages all the time
where they perform and it sounds really, really good and there's no extra bells and whistles
that they have to plug in. It just sounds really crispy really good. And there's like no extra bells and whistles that they have to plug in.
They just, it just sounds really crispy over there.
They've done a lot of studying on like
the social audio experience because like, I don't know,
there's so much rugging and like crappy shit
that happens with this app.
They've been taking notes.
They've also been kind of taken game
from these other social audio apps like Clubhouse
and some of these others that we love features about.
And it's like, what did we love about these other things?
Like, Profits can rug the space
and she won't rug, but she'll leave
and she needs to go take a meeting.
And Will and Jordan can still run the stage and she's gone.
And then Profits can come back in an hour
and be running the stage.
Like it doesn't have to end the stages
because Profits needs to leave.
So like there's like cool features like that
that you'll see when you notice.
I would just like go play around over there
and kind of see how things work.
It's really fun.
You'll really enjoy it.
If you like social audio, you'll like stages.
I love that.
Thank you for that.
Before I go to Mike,
I'm gonna go ahead and pass it to my guy Will. Welcome will welcome to the stage excited to hear from you what's going on?
Won't lie, man. I'm kind of burnt out on social media new and social medias
You know going to new new platforms to try and use their plot if they have some type of integration for streaming
I think streaming is really the way
You know, maybe I might look at that But if they have some type of integration for streaming I think streaming is really the way
You know if it's not if it's not streaming I just don't see the point in trying to create a voice only platform anymore. It just it just doesn't seem
It seems kind of old right it seems kind of like
The reason streaming works so well is because you get the RTMP and all this stuff like that.
And you could stream from like one platform to like multiple platforms and
you can really grow your audience.
Whereas like this, this deck type, uh, play where you're just doing these,
like these studios or whatever, where it's just voice only, you can only do
this on the platforms you're on, right?
Like there's no, there's no plug-and-play
That I've seen across platforms that allows you to cross platform plug-and-play talk across multiple platforms and
Put all that audience into one space
So I mean, I don't know like that's just me though like I I'm not trying to be like a Debbie downer
Anything better say like that it won't succeed. I just I just don't really I don't have the energy to
Move to a new platform recreate an audience or even bring my audience and then
Try and restart back over again. I think it's just a lot of effort to be honest with you
Fair enough
No fair enough. I uh all I had to say. No, fair enough. I felt the same. That's why it took me a long time to go back because it was ran by shitheads.
But it's like the same as Twitter.
And at the beginning of the space I mentioned, it's nice to have an alternative when this
doesn't work and then make money at the same time.
But we got Mike here.
Thank you so much, bro, for pulling up.
He's the goat when it comes to security.
If it's not obvious yet, you should have WalletGuard downloaded on your PC, on your phone, everywhere.
It's like a common...
Well, just to cut you off there, profits.
Really quickly, really quickly.
WalletGuard is actually being sunset at the end of this month.
It will no longer be a browser extension. It's not a metamask snap. quickly while the card is actually being sunset at the end of this month it will
no longer be a browser extension it's not a metamask snap there is no more
dashboard because it's now fully implemented directly into metamask so we
no longer have to force you to be secure you have no choice but to be secure so
just wanted to point that out yes Metamask and consensus acquired us nine the it to everyone because too many people out here get drained and stuff. Not greatly appreciated and you know we wouldn't have been able to get to that point without
the support from all the communities and people really advocating for us and talking about
security in some way.
And I know that profits has always you know in the past invited me up to speak about security
so big shout out to her.
I think it's like unlimited value that you can bring to your listeners to the people
that are in your communities because the last thing you want to deal with is talking
about security after somebody gets drained or completely wrecked, there is
no reason for it.
All of these scenarios that we see on the timeline in the DMS, every time
that people get scammed, they're all preventable.
And it is really sad to see that people don't care until it's too late.
So hopefully people can take away a single tip from this space and help them
help secure themselves, if not other people that
They're on boarding
And the key is to just slow down read what the wallet is doing
You know you don't got a hit accept right away for every link you get in your DM
You're gonna you're gonna make me want to go back to metamask man
No, I mean like the one thing I would say though in this whole scenario is
You know it really shows that you had a real product the whole time even though
You know some people may not have said it that way or other people may have seen it that way because I could tell you
To get acquired in this type of market environment
You have that you have to have a real product, and I felt like you guys always did and I feel like that's why
You guys got to where you are now. No, appreciate that.
I mean, you know, when, when I met Omen Martin in a Twitter space, like three years ago,
and they asked me to be a brand ambassador, we only had about like 300 downloads.
And we were able to scale that up to 130,000 downloads and get metamask and consensus to
notice us and then acquire us all within
a year and a half.
We all dropped, all five of us dropped everything we were doing and moved to one hacker house
to live together to work 24-7 on hyperscaling WalletGuard to the point of acquisition.
That's why I think, especially in Web3, if you could get a few people with the same mindset,
the same goals together to actually execute together,
you can literally do anything. I mean, it's like living in a dream. It's insane.
And I think we just saw a radium, like how valuable that was for you guys to go like heads down and build that out like so quickly and everything.
Because, you know, if you guys waited, Metamask could have built this out over like two years or something.
But like you guys, you know, knew what you have with valuable built it and
like show that value of Metamask.
It's like, all right, we need to get this and integrate this as soon as possible.
Um, and if you guys just waited, yeah, they couldn't just build their own thing.
So, no, I was just going to add to that.
That's typically if, uh, you know, first the market will always get bought out
versus building out their own.
A lot of people are always like, Oh, they can build out their own.
It's like, no, if you can see somebody's actually moving and somebody's actually doing something, they'll get bought out versus building out their own. A lot of people are always like, Oh, they can build out their own. It's like, no, if you can see somebody's actually moving and somebody's actually
doing something, they'll get bought out.
It doesn't matter the costs.
And really, I mean, one thing I would, I'd like to ask though, just kind of
kick it over and slap you with hands.
Um, are, are you guys still kind of operating in that, in that area?
Or was it like an acquisition that Acquire you in addition to that
Oh, they acquired our security engine and part of the deal was acquiring our whole team of five
So we're all now directly at metamask
I'm the senior BD manager of consensus and I'm also on the product safety team at metamask
There's a ton of updates that we've been cooking and they're gonna be rolled out over the next couple of months
I'll drop you guys some alpha complete UI UX revamp, complete performance overhaul,
especially for mobile Metamask users. We're also launching cross chain bridging and swapping and
single transactions, gasless transactions, which is huge as well as support for Solana and Bitcoin.
So 2025 is definitely going to be the year of Metamask. You know, we might move slower than other wallets,
but it's because every part of our stack,
we're focusing on making privacy preserving as well as as secure as possible.
And I think that people are really going to see what's going to happen over the
next couple of months is super exciting.
Jordan, go ahead.
Yeah, I actually wanted to, it's actually good you're up here on stage because
those this recent situation with,
I'll share the other tweet up here.
You've probably seen it just because you're involved in
the security space and you're over here at MetaMask now.
Congrats on the acquisition by the way.
But what's your take on this new stilachy rat situation
and how can users best protect themselves
against it?
Because this is kind of scary.
I don't have a PC though, thankfully, but I'm wondering, can this affect Mac users?
And then two, if you do have a PC, how can users best protect themselves against the
Stellachi RAT, you know, potential malware?
Yeah, and this is a great question.
I think that people should realize that when you choose to self-custody, when you choose
to use any device, whether it's a Mac, a PC, a smartphone, an Apple iPhone, an Android,
regardless of what you're doing, you have to have some layer of security, especially
if you're going to be your own bank.
So this whole situation with this malware, this has been floating around for a long time.
People have been getting drained on the timeline for months because of this malware that basically
steals any sort of data on your computer related to browser extensions, like your wallet extensions,
as well as your credential store, your logins, your usernames, your passwords for all the
websites that you use, and even your cookies for sessions in your browser.
So they don't even need to know your passwords or your two-factor information to
Immediately tap into your Google account your iCloud your Twitter profile. The problem is is that most people just don't care
Most people don't think that they're gonna be affected until it's too late. It's just human nature. You're not gonna care about your security
Until it's affected. You're not gonna care about backing up your files
That are web to like your photos and videos that are on your laptop or your documents that are important to you, until
you lose your files.
You're not going to care about making sure the security for your wallet is up to date
until you get your wallet drained.
So this is not a scenario of like, what do we do about this specific piece of threat?
This is a scenario where we say to ourselves, how do we set up our devices the right way so we don't have to worry about these things? And this is why
I make it so easy when it comes to explaining how there are so many easy wins when it comes
to your security, like simple setting changes or using an actual antivirus. And yes, this
applies to people that have Apple devices. just because you have a Mac does not mean you're not susceptible to malware or
Malicious extensions or key loggers all the same things exist on both Mac and PC
It's just a matter of making sure you have the right security
So when you get a brand new computer regardless of the operating system, I highly recommend getting an anti virus
Most people just don't care and they are not going to listen to me
live right now or in the recording later on. But you will remember me telling you this when you
accidentally install that fake Zoom software for a fake meeting that you were invited to.
When you accidentally install that fake game for that Unreal Engine 5 test that you're so special to have been invited to. Wake up. You are your own bank.
Take two seconds to employ simple wins so that when you do get sent malware,
when you do accidentally click yes instead of no,
or when someone does hit you up in the DMs or sends you an attachment
or tells you to download a file or a game to test out,
you don't have to worry.
You're not sitting there sweating and shaking
every time that you're clicking on something.
Get your security together and I really make it easy.
Check out my profile.
I post security tips all the time.
If you're following me,
you're not gonna see me showing you tokens or NFTs to buy,
but you will definitely see me dropping
unlimited value and knowledge.
Easy wins to lock down your wallets,
to lock down your assets.
So the answer to your question,
the solution is to have an antivirus.
Malwarebytes already blocks that threat.
I use Malwarebytes on all of my devices.
And I also pair Malwarebytes with a VPN,
because there's also a lot of confusion.
People think a VPN is a security tool.
It is not.
It is not an antivirus.
It's not gonna block malware.
It's not gonna block Trojans.
What a VPN is gonna do is it's gonna randomize
your IP address so you're not self-identifying yourself
on every website and every DAPT that you're going to
on a daily basis.
Because your public IP rarely ever changes.
So you wanna make sure to privatize your internet history
and you do that with a VPN because it randomizes your IP.
You got to have both.
Yeah, just-
Before we continue real quick, Jordan, my bad.
Before we continue, if you haven't already,
like, commented, reposted, dropped your Solana address.
Low chance.
Whoa, whoa, whoa. Whoa whoa William, can you hear me?
Yeah, if you cannot
Do those three things there's no chance you're getting free money today. So if you did already
Congratulations to you. You might just be picked in the next 10 seconds. But yeah, like comment reposted space
I appreciate everybody chiming in the point 10 seconds. But yeah, like comment, repost the space. I appreciate everybody chiming in. The point of these spaces aside from having fun
and bullying bad brothers is to give a little bit
of information, a little bit of alpha.
So thank you for tuning in.
Anyway, Jordan, back to you.
Will, I'm trying to get your ass back up here.
Go ahead, Jordan.
No, I appreciate the response, Michael.
And so, man, you also dropped something else so scary and I get it
You're trying to you want us to tighten up our security and be more vigilant and I do appreciate that so
You don't hear about people having antiviral software on Macs often right now
Like my stack is I use an iPhone and I have a Mac
MacBook Pro so what antiviral what VPN do you prefer? I'm sure there's multiple that could,
you know, protect oneself appropriately, but like, are there recommendations that you have? Are there
ones that you want to stay away from? Let's get into that. Yeah, for sure. For sure. Let's start
off with a VPN. A lot of people use VPNs like ExpressVPN. There's also like, you know, there's
a few other ones.
But basically the point that I'm trying to make is you want a VPN that's privacy preserving,
that you don't have to give them your email, you don't have to create a username and a
password, and you don't necessarily have to tie credit card information to your account.
The point of the VPN is to remain anonymous.
So the VPN that I recommend and that I've also pinned up to the top in my best security practices article where I give you the links on what
antivirus, what VPN, what ad blocker to use all in one place is Mulvad. Mulvad
is a privacy preserving VPN. There are no emails, accounts, usernames, or passwords
and you can also pay in crypto. So they don't have the ability to dox any of
your internet traffic or to tie it to a
specific account like other VPN services do.
And MulVad has been subpoenaed and audited before and they were told to hand over customer
information and guess what they handed over?
Because they don't have anything on file.
So the ultimate win for a VPN is a privacy preserving VPN like MulVad.
It is very cost effective.
I have it on at all times for all my devices and it's making sure that my privacy on my
traffic and internet history and all these things is private because I'm not self-identifying
my public IP address every day.
Your public IP address rarely ever changes if ever.
So just think about it. You're browsing the internet using the same identity to all the internet service.
How much is it yearly?
Uh, for five devices, I believe it's 40 or 50 bucks.
Is it a DVP N or no.
Someone cut out.
What was it?
Is it a DVP N or no.
It's a software VPN.
You install it on your device.
I shuts out.
Well, they've been using them for two years.
I actually got it on my router.
So any internet traffic that isn't going to the VPN is blocked by default.
So yeah, now it definitely shuts out to them.
And yeah, you can pay in Bitcoin.
So it's dope.
Yeah, you could pay in Bitcoin.
You don't have to use an email.
It's really like the next level when it comes to your online security and privacy.
But again, most people aren't going to do anything because you're not going to care
until you get wrecked.
Next, an antivirus.
So the antivirus that I recommend is called Malwarebytes.
And that's also pinned up to the top in my security article.
It's made for Android, it's made for iPhones,
it's made for Mac, it's made for PC.
And what it does is it has proactive detection.
So anytime you're downloading an attachment,
opening up a file, being told to go to a link,
all those things are being proactively checked,
as well as the running services on your device
to make sure that there's no malware or Trojans or rats
or anything that could be remotely executed
having the privileges to do so.
And Malwarebytes is also super cost effective.
I believe you could get three licenses,
three devices for a year for 50 bucks.
Again, your total investment on covering,
let's say three devices with a VPN and an antivirus
to protect basically
your web2 data and your web3 assets which are probably worth thousands if not
tens of thousands is about 60 to 80 bucks a year. I mean you can't go wrong
right or you could just sit around and wait until you get completely wrecked
and drained I mean that's on you not my loss but you know just pointing it out
there you're probably gonna remember me talking about this if you don't do it now and you
end up getting wrecked because you had no security in place.
It's just a repeat story.
I see it time and time again.
People DM me months after listening to a space and they say, yo, I should have listened to
This happened.
Help me out.
And I'm going to help you out no matter what.
But please understand that if you are simply proactive and you take a couple of minutes to just do the tips that I'm dropping here,
your security will be 99% ahead of everybody else in the space.
And also keep in mind one more thing is that all of these threats and people that we see
getting wrecked on the timeline, they're not wallet drainers, they're not Web 3 threats,
they're Web 2 threats, things that have existed for decades.
You're talking about social engineering, phishing scams,
you're talking about malware, Trojans,
key loggers, password stealers.
These are all things that existed before Web 3,
but they affect your Web 3 assets,
which is why I always say it's important
that we Web 2 before we web three.
Get your web two security together so that you can protect your web three assets and
also so that when you onboard your friends and family, you know what to recommend to
them instead of waiting for that phone call or text where they're telling you, yo, I just
lost everything.
Where's all the stuff in my wallet?
And now they're going to look at crypto as a scam and we remain in an echo chamber
Let's wake up people
No, I just want to say I think a lot of people they
They just think that extra hundred dollars could be a ten thousand dollar play for them that they just hold on to it put it some shit going versus by virus protection in a lot of cases
You know and the thing is that a lot of people don't think about if you've got a you know
I'd say at least a thousand dollars in assets. I think it's worth your time to put one tenth of your
Liquidity into protecting your stuff, so I think that's always smart
I also think like if you've ever you know if you have if you ever been a gamer you've experienced people
Sending you caches flooding your computer.
So you can't play the game, uh, booting you offline, IP,
IP hacking you like there's, there's all kinds of shit that happens in gaming. So you want, you,
you know the game on how this is played.
And so you understand like the security risk,
if they can get to you through a video game, of course,
they can get to you to steal your money
Yeah, I think the people that have played games understand that from a deeper level
So in those case, I think those people protect themselves I think just a lot of people that are new don't really understand the
This the real security risks that you can run into and I think a VPN
I mean, I think with nowhere for instance, like I use that and they, they definitely share information.
They'll share it with government if they ask, but it's a VPN for me at the end of
the day. Um, so I just use it, but I think Nord, they charged me like,
I think $30 for like two years.
You just got to cancel the subscription after you, after it falls off.
And then those, those, they'll send you like a super cheap, uh,
resubscription price. And then one that I'm using too,
and I don't know if you've used this one before or not,
Michael, which is Webroot.
That one's one that I know a lot of IT guys use.
So that's one I've used for some time too.
Yeah, I mean, personally, I again,
the one VPN that I recommend is Mulvad
because it doesn't have the same points of,
let's say, failure
that Nord would when it comes to your personal information.
I don't want my VPN service to know anything about me.
That's the point of it being anonymous.
So if a VPN service is already taking your name, your email address, your credit card
information, you're already self-docsing all of your internet traffic.
So I highly recommend switching to MoVad.
And you'll see a difference.
Actually MoVad has been the fastest and most lightweight VPN.
I even leave it on when I'm gaming and I don't see a difference.
So just FYI, it's really, really effective.
And then as far as like antivirus, for 99% of people, especially home users,
Malwarebytes takes care of almost everything.
I've seen it have the best detection rates
when you compare it to other antiviruses.
One of the websites that I use to compare unknown files
is VirusTotal because it checks the file
against 60 different antivirus databases.
And generally Malwarebytes is the one
that's picking it up first.
So, you know, it's always good to have something something is better than nothing
But there's a lot of people out there that are still using like norton McCaffey AVG
I mean those things just I've been the hack to using norton
Yeah, they're they're like open. It's like leaving a door open basically like not only are
Yeah, yeah, there's a lot of fake ones. Yep. Yep
So that's why I just recommend like look uninstall all that garbage
Get malware bytes and you're gonna feel a lot better simple
Yeah, but VPN and antivirus are definitely easy wins and look I'm not telling people to go out and like buy hardware
Firewall appliances and spend thousands of dollars and days setting up their security
I'm literally just telling you look I pinned an article to the top
It's got the software and the direct links right there and super cost-effective
I mean half of the software is open source and free for example you block origin
Which is an ad blocker which is also good to throw on your parents computers because they're probably doing Google and Bing searches
I'm a daily basis Google removed it off of of people's Chrome like a week ago or something.
Yeah, because about that.
And that's another thing. Don't use Google Chrome.
Use Brave. Brave is a privacy preserving version of Google Chrome.
It does not report everything you're doing back to Google.
It is not phoning home every time you do anything in the browser.
And it still lets you use Google Chrome extensions.
You could still sign in with a Gmail account
and sync your favorites.
It's the exact same thing, except it's privacy preserving.
And it also-
And it's Web3 based, they've been around since 2017.
Correct, they have native Web3 features built in directly
at the browser level.
They also have ad blocking built in at the browser level.
So if you combine that with Ublock origin,
which they also didn't remove from their browser, unlike Google, you actually have
multiple layers of security in between you and whatever you're browsing against.
And just keep in mind, when you or your parents are doing searches on Google or
Bing without an ad blocker, the first results are always sponsored ads. And
they're not going to take you to the real place.
And sometimes they're really hard to tell that they're not the real link, that they're not organic.
And if you do anything related to a crypto search, it's most likely going to lead you to a wallet drainer.
So why have to think about it all the time? And why have to try to avoid it when you can just use an ad blocker and never see it again?
It's an easy win.
One of the common things were even OBS.
People were getting duped on a sponsored OBS links that were wallet drainers.
So something not directly related to crypto.
I mean, people always say like, oh, don't worry.
I'm not clicking.
Well, it might be the middle of the night and you're not paying attention and you do a
search and you click on the wrong thing.
Why worry about it?
Why are you giving me an excuse to not be secure?
That's the thing that's just mind blowing to me. People always, I always tell people
like, Hey, it's this easy to not get SIM swapped. All you got to do is go to your Twitter settings
and remove your phone number from your account screen. No, it's don't worry. It's a phone
number that's not even a real number anymore. Oh, okay perfect so
Web you know the dark web already has your Twitter username and your previous numbers attached to it leaked
For anyone to view and since you're telling me it's not a real number anymore
I could just call up any phone company and register the number and then get into all your accounts
and register the number and then get into all your accounts.
Does the cast race or not?
Cast race guy, but malware bytes.
Does it work on the phone as well?
Now our bytes is made for phones, laptops, desktops,
Windows Mac iOS Android.
I use malware bytes and mold that the antivirus and the VPN on
virus and the VPN on all my devices.
all my devices.
What one other thing you can use too,
and a lot of people don't know this,
is you can use things like UV keys and stuff like that to protect yourself.
and those are really like super hyper security type devices and they're not
that expensive either. I think the average are like 20, 30 bucks.
Yeah. The reason,
the reason why I like stay away from like recommending for most people like hardware
2fa solutions as opposed to software 2fa
I recommend never using your phone number as a method of 2fa because you don't own your phone number the phone company does and
Anyone can call your phone company and socially engineer any of the ten thousand employees working there into thinking that they are you and
engineer any of the 10,000 employees working there into thinking that they are you.
And now they get access to your iCloud and your Gmail and your Twitter and all these things.
Because you decided to be lazy and use it as a recovery method as opposed to something stronger.
So the thing that I recommend when it comes to two-factor authentication is actually like, you know,
software authenticator and obviously hardware authenticator like Ubiqui.
But for most people, a software authenticator, which they're probably familiar with but afraid to use like Google
Authenticator, Microsoft Authenticator, Authy, they're all free and what they do is they
add an additional layer of security on top of your hopefully strong uniquely randomly
generated password.
So this way you have multiple layers of defense before someone can actually get into your accounts. And this is why education is so important
because if you follow everything with the security mindset as a default and
you also set your devices up the right way, you're gonna feel so much better
navigating both web 2 and web 3. You're gonna know that you got your accounts
locked down, that your devices are locked down, that there's a lot less chance that
you could be compromised because at the end of the day
Nothing is a hundred percent secure
But if you're employing these easy wins these simple tips and these very easy to enable pieces of software
You're getting as close to 100% as you possibly can
Yeah, I like how you said that too because a lot of people don't understand what that means
It means like if if the hackers determine enough they can get through but a lot of people don't understand what that means. It means like if, if the hackers determined enough, they can get through,
but a lot of people will start backing off the day after they start seeing a
certain amount of layers, right?
And they'll, they'll stop bothering with it.
It's an effort level, right?
Is the effort level worth it?
And if they don't know how much you have and what you have, there's a certain
effort level where they'll just stop trying to, you know, get to get into your
stuff, like a lot of people don't even know like Gmail for instance, has an and what you have, there's a certain effort level where they'll just stop trying to get into your stuff.
Like a lot of people don't even know like Gmail,
for instance, has an authenticator
that you can attach to it too.
I've seen tons of people get hacked to their Gmail
just because the only thing they have is a password.
They don't even realize that they can put an authenticator
on their Gmail.
Yeah, and look, it might,
the thing is it might seem like a huge process
and you're afraid to do it
because it's like so much work and it's not really a lot of work. The articles that I pinned up to the top in the
Wallegard Academy you could sit down and do in a couple of hours for all of your accounts and
trust me you're going to feel a lot better moving forward knowing you got multiple layers of security
on your accounts. The chances of someone getting in are almost zero. It's a completely different
feeling especially when you're your own bank in Web3.
How can we expect the masses to come into Web3
and be their own banks
when the masses don't even understand
how to manage their passwords
or how to use an antivirus?
Like it's a scary thing.
That's actually a scary thing I'm gonna add.
Like in addition to a VPN and antivirus,
everybody should be using a password manager you shouldn't be in the same
password across multiple applications very easy to set up you don't got to remember any of your
passwords again then and uh they're completely complicated so definitely should be using a
password manager easy wins guys easy wins oh a lot of you cannot store your feet free
