But there's been a lot of exciting announcements and we figured you know what? Let's take some time, bring up some folks on the cabin team to talk about the latest cabin initiatives. So we have Phil here. What is going on Phil? Welcome. Hey.
Hey, JD, what's up? You know, another day in Paradise here, no complaints. It's great to have you up here. Phil, for folks that are maybe not familiar with all the amazing work you do, I thought maybe to start us off, you would just kind of introduce yourself and give folks a little bit more info about you.
Yeah, everyone great to have you here this afternoon talking about cabin so a little background myself I am the what we call the placemaker at cabin and Cabin was my first and only Dow I'm a bit of a Dow monogamous they're like happens mission
of building a decentralized city. And my background is I work on sort of innovations in real estate and sort of building new cities. So I was one of the founding team members of a company called ColdaSack, which is building entire neighborhoods from scratch without cars.
on the side my partner, Kristen and I do co-living projects. We've started three co-living spaces in California and we like to sort of help people realize their co-living and co-vindreams. Very cool. Phil is the guy.

big announcements, the first being that we are transitioning neighborhood zero, which is the 28 acre retreat center, which was the first official cabin neighborhood within our network. We are transitioning this neighborhood into a full-time co-living property. Now I don't
might know in the past we've hosted a whole slew of retreats and residency programs ranging from weekend trips to week long build weeks to month long creator and writer residencies and those have been so awesome but we wanted to switch things up a little
