I don't. Um, how are you doing? Hope you're enjoying your. Hope you enjoyed your day. Don't comment.
Um, other questions. How to speak? Okay. Hi Yumi, what's up? Are you doing? I'm fine, thank you.
How are you doing too? Well, I'm doing grades. I'm multitasking at the same time,
but my multitask like me trying to calm my brain down because I'm trying to watch anime
so that my brain system reduce. But um, it's been it's been a good day. Oh no, I'm happy um
nine years um birthday to Kadano. I was very happy to like to shout yesterday. Was was yesterday
two days ago? Two days ago rather sorry. On Thursday, on Wednesday, on Wednesday, yeah, yeah,
was yesterday. Yeah, today is Thursday. Yeah, I saw you were blushing in the video. I was like, ah,
you know, an ambassador for Canada. I was like, oh my gosh, oh my gosh, oh my gosh. Don't mind me.
I was that yesterday. Eh, I was just, I was just like, I was quote tweeting.
I think I quote tweeted Canada's post. Then I was just quote it like I was just so happy
that yesterday was like night here, you know, and I was like, did I create a video?
Did I create a video? I was even, I was even on the bed like when the idea of the video just came.
I said, should I create it? It's not necessary. Should I create? I just do one more.
If that is necessary, it's not necessary. Let me just create it, right? So I just, we could do one
or two. So I just posted it there. Yeah, I saw your, your wishes as well. Thank you,
because I know you said thank you to you. No, no, no. Uh, we we are now family basically,
so it's not it's not a big deal now. But um, seriously, I'm I'm happy for your growth.
I'm happy for the growth of Kadano and everything. So um, yeah, I I look forward to being part
of you guys on the educational aspect of it soon. No, I I'll not be hosting space like you.
It's going to just be like normal contents, more on the uh not in consignment the depth aspect
of some just more in depth understanding. I get it. I I am actually working on um Kadano Nigeria
community, so I am also working on committee. People that will be overseeing the affairs
of the community. So I, I've had plans of like sharing it on space today.
So anyone that you know wants to be part of it. So and it would be nice to have like regional leads
as well. You know, it's not just going to be uh one state. And um, yeah,
I'm looking forward to like discussing that today on the space. And anyone would be interested,
so we can start. You know. We can structure everything, and then we start moving from there. So,
we'd love to have you if you if you not mind to be part of it. No, no, sure, sure. Um,
I'm I'm open to that. I I think one of the greatest gift I I have seen over recently the part
whereby um we collaborate. I think without collaboration, we you notice that we are limited to
some certain like some certain place we can grow to or something like that. So, so that's just it.
So I'm I'm open for that, so yeah. Alright, you stay in who you're right. Hmm. Where do you stay?
Which state do you stay? I stay in Anambra. Oh, Anambra. Oh. I stay in I stay I stay in Anambra,
but my school is currently in in the good states, U N like University of Nigeria, so precise.
So yeah. Oh, is Anamb Anambra and Abia not not far from each other? Hmm.
I think Annabran Abia is far from each other. That's where um, that's where um, Ak is staying.
But um, like I said, like my the place I live, I grew up in is in Annabran State.
Like I'm even traveling to that place like tomorrow. We had the memorial service for my dad.
He's late. Oh my God! Yeah. No problem. It's already a year. So um. What's it called? Then um,
but I stay I stay in Enugu, which is like where I school. I school in Sokoto,
like it's a part of Enugu. So at least I have like audience. Yeah, I also have audience
in Anambra as well. There's even an event that I they are reaching out to me
that I'm still considering if I'm going to be a speaker there or not. Um, Anambra conference
or pre conference. Um, but that's by duration. But I I might accept it because I'm checking
how my schedule is going to look like within that period we get. So, that's it. That's great.
That's awesome. Um. So you're saying that you you get you get mouth for Enugu and Abia and Anambra?
No, no, um, I think I I have yeah, can let me just put it that way. I I actually have mouth in
Anambra and Enugu. I have mouth in other places, which like based on um people I know over there.
I don't know if you understand. That's that's what I'm talking about. Collaboration.
So my influence doesn't dead to any place. Seems like you know. Yeah, I get it. I get that.
I get that. But yeah, that's fine. Yeah, and I think. Collaboration would always make
people go further, right? And yeah, especially in this three space, collaboration works a lot.
Like it works a lot, a lot, a lot, a lot. Um, I see. Oh, blazer fingers. It changes PFP.
Who who is this person on this PFP? This is an NFT or what? Let me see. Oh, it's just a picture.
It's a picture though, but is is a mascot. Um, the the original face there is the one
of the co-founders of um Sway, or using the name thing. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Oh.
So they use this face to like do a meme and everything, but that's by the way. Oh, is it
that that that wig, that hair? It was manipulated on this editing. Even the neck, everything,
everything I seen there is manipulated. The man is um bleached, so like he's Malakudo, so something.
Oh. Man, okay. Nice to see you. Bludgeon fingers with your new PFP. Oh God. Um,
the thing is connecting. After I accepted the mic, okay. So, um, let me add some important things
to JT while bludgeon fingers mic is still loading. Oh. Sorry, ah, this this is not my this this is
an out account. Like I am I am trying to work for my bag. I bought some of the memes,
so I am just trying to work for my bag. That's why I changed my PM. This is not my this is not
my real account, though. Oh. But I just I just got just going. So I got my resolution on
for the correct on this other account. So when I got my facialized on this face,
that's why I popped up. Yeah, yeah. Oh, okay, that's fair. That's fair. That's fair. That's fair.
That's fair. Um. Okay, I'm trying to add something. So the JT. Um. Shut down.
I said I'm going to drop now. Can you hear me? I'm going to drop now. Okay, okay, okay, okay.
That's cool. That is cool, cool, cool, cool, cool. So how was your week now?
What what happened in your life this week? Ah, this week. Um, I'm not well, but um,
I'm trying to be strong. I'm not feeling too well. Um. And another thing is
that this week I've been um what did I do, self? Okay, I've been planning on something, yeah,
for the Kadano Njoi initiative, and I've been doing meetings up and down. What again? Yeah,
and I've been I've been attending to my offline customers in my branding and printing business.
I don't know if I told you guys I'm into branding and printing. I'm a printer. So we do that. Oh,
we have favorite here. Hi favorite. Hi. Hi. Dream. Yeah, it's favorite. Dream Ayumi Sugar.
Dream Don Collins. It's nice being here with you guys. Did you say Don Collins? Yeah,
that is named Don Collins. You don't see, you don't see the why they they suffer for their um.
It's nice. He's not calling me Donko. I only when I bring in um karuna ecosystem to my estate
because I really want to learn. Don't worry, we are we work on all of those things together.
Which state are you from? The land of promise. I'm one. I don't know the slogan. Oh, that's nice.
That's nice. That okay. So we have Uyu. We have. Enugu, okay. Um, yeah.
Nice to know that you are from Uyo. I was even telling Don Commander, I'm working on
Cardinal Nigeria. And she wants to sell and pay my crown price. Yeah, she doesn't want to cast it.
So I want to like let people at least really like five or six or seven displays. Then I'll just say
that once and all, so that from there. We we move. Favour, you still up?
I guess it's a gift from you, not me. I using a long hand, try like bless your fingers. Girl,
that vague. No, but I think network is generally bad today, Sha. It might be just like
since this week, my network have been bad, really, really bad. But I think the reason
why Favour said don't call it is because I think there are some people that call our. Nah,
he's really done current. But I just like that done current. It's it's fun. Hmm. Right.
Like I just I think there's some people that that that call R L in words. She?
Just like all these Hausa guys, they don't know how to pronounce F. They will say P. Fifteen,
they say Peptinera. So they don't want to say good done current. It's all good done current. Yeah.
Blade fingers, your network is okay now. Ah, ah, yo, oh, you changed your, you,
you joined with your real account. I know, I know that I'm joined with my account.
I am joined with my account. Ah, yo, mi, which state are you from? I'm from Lagos. Okay,
Lagos state. Oh, okay. Yeah. Born and brought up. Why? Why did you ask? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah.
Why did you ask? No, I just ask now. I never see your joke. I just ask now. I asked my picture.
I never ask your picture before. Why I just ask normally? Everybody, you laugh me. I know they.
Notice I try one you. I know they try. I just the. I know your boy is just out somehow.
You get that kind thing, child. So I can't the doctor one. Ah. I can't the ask.
My boy is sounds somehow. No no no, it's not somehow. Your boy is sweet, one kind.
You get that kind thing. Eh oh, am on. You realize they are poor on you. They poor on inside now.
I sweet. The the guy I thought say is out somehow. He not talking. They sweet. No,
let that change down. No, I talk. I want to say it's sweet. Don't say it sounds smart. I know.
I talk. I talk. Say it sounds smart. Let me say somehow sexy. Somehow sexy.
Somehow sexy. Now, I try to talk with that. So I want to say it's somehow sexy. Now,
please. Which of this um sound sound board um this thing makes this sound
of um like glass is breaking? Which one? Can someone tell me the the symbol the symbol
of sound that has like a sound that like glass is breaking or something? Who knows it? Um, what?
Sorry, what was what was the like what was the sound? And is it like is it this one? No, no, no, no,
no, no. Like like say you break glass for ground. Oh oh, I don't know that one.
Cause the one I know here is bump. I think people used to add that one by themselves. Uh,
I shall be find that. I don't know where it day. I think um you know there are people that use
extra um sound box to like add to their to their and I think is they use laptop
or something like that for it. Hmm. Oh. Oh. Okay. This way. But favorite lights.
How are you doing now? Hey hey! Look, this is favorite lights. Don't call.
Who are those people that uses L instead of I? It's mostly, it's mostly,
it's mostly an Amrapali shabu. I'm, I'm not from an Amrapali, but don't worry. But that's,
that's the normal, that's the normal thing with them. And Fever Lights, how are you doing now? Um,
Don Collins. Um, I'm doing well. I'm good. So if it's first for light, I will look up, call
blessed fingers. No, it's it's um. There's no way you cannot use that one now. There's no way,
like you know, this thing is mostly common in stuff like rights. Then they be like lights. So no,
this one that like the the the the the covering closing out sound there has way.
That's where you can like you can do the mistake. Cannot be like blessed. No, now you see yourself.
You're going to even chop your tongue, self. So that's the problem. So that's it, sir. Oh boy!
I think it was for L R R R anyone. Yes, R and L, yeah. It's mostly on M R actually, like lights
and rights, and so that's just it. Man, oh wow! So, babe, right? What's up now? How was your week,
nice? I'm funny enough. It's been long upon Ah Jesus. We have not actually spoken in ages,
so how have you been, that guy? As you don't make your one million now, you don't forget about me.
Amen. Amen. God. God's from from favorites. I'm calling. Don't calling. Where do um um Ayomi?
I don't know why you like hosting recording space. What that is right away?
Cause this space will not be anything related to Karan. No, I want to gossip. Um, don't calling.
This thing that is happening to Ogechi. What's happening to him? Cause um,
I really pose about from from him, and it's very funny, bro. I heard that he was like doing
some kind, kind stuff that time, and Nanda mocking him. Don Collins is watching anime. Oh my!
I thought this group was supposed to be long, but I went to go and get the last food in my pot, guy.
Oh, that's the last supper. But actually, um, I don't actually know the guy, but um, you know,
like I told you before, after I lost my old ex account, I left CTNG entirely. You guess, bro?
From the conversation that I I had in the group I was in today. You are telling me that the guy
has been abusing other smaller accounts. Who was going by the name Josh initially,
I believe Josh is something like that. So he like he he doesn't like supporting other creators.
He abuses most of them online and that stuff. Even four days prior to today's safety,
like he told people that like the particular stuff that people are grinding for,
he said he was not going to nominate anybody for it. Like before this thing,
that like four days to today. So if even if you check the quotes, the quotes with although for me,
I I don't because. I cannot say I'm wishing the guy bad or something,
but at least I mean I'm praying that God just helps him and um is able to meet up with deadline.
But um that guy has touched a lot of funds and then I don't know how they lose it.
Like I used to ask myself. Um last year this particular guy made um almost over um. Over hundred
and fifty k dollars, like in dollar, and then right now it does not have anything. I don't like.
The honest truth, I don't even know how um these guys can get this amount of money
and then they fumble it. You have a good audience. Um, you are better than a lot of people
in this space to like know what is right and what is not wrong. So how is it that you guys
can do this and then you lose that that all that money again and then start afresh again?
So at some points, it does not make sense. You get so for me, I cannot say that um.
I cannot say that it's his fault for him not to lose his money, but you know, life happens.
That's something that we assume that is going to be a life-changing stuff,
and then it does not happen. Yes, we know that all this thing happens, but guy,
there's a lot happening. Like I can't, I don't know who to vouch for. People,
according to people's statement with regards to the guy, the guy is wicked. Um,
he badmouthes people a lot, and now he's now begging Nigerians again. Now the people that
he has been badmouthing for them to help him, and now the question is that all his big, big friends,
like people realize, wait, also since all the people that he has as friends,
none of them has even sent him help or something. So it's been funny. It's a lot,
but that's by the way. I will just drop it here because this is not like.
I don't want to tell me who is the guy now. I have been asking nobody.
One more minute though for your gossip. Ayomi, do you know the person? No, no, no, no. Mr. Fingers,
O X G K. I guess that that is. I only know father now. O X, not O X. O X M G, O X G E E K.
And that is post that is made just made like is it 1.1 million impression?
I'm thinking that you're just using it to farm you people. Like, do you know? Um,
farmers even did some, should I say, easy comedy shoot or whatever, mocking the guy
in his um TikTok account. And I saw it in somebody's status. That's when I asked, "What's going on?
" And the the person told me that I should check X. That the guy is trending.
That the guy was so heartless. Did not help or support small accounts, and other stuff.
But people get mine, oh. Okay. And this guy, yeah, this guy they trash it to. Hey, this eh, Wale,
Wale trash it to him one time like that. So Wale talks, say, I don't know
how you are going to make more than something kid that you are going to like waste everything in
a year or so. Wale made one one post. When I comment on that post,
I don't know why this guy they want attack. I don't know why the guy they attack them with that.
Okay, nice gossip. But I don't know what you guys are talking about. Nice gossip. Uh,
let me quickly do um opening remarks for this space. I don't know where everybody go. Even my coos,
long man, long man has gone to the village. He's not around at the moment,
and network is very bad at that place, so that's why it's not here. But anyways, um, hi everyone.
I welcome you to Kadano Mkomaa Support Xspace, and this is episode ninety two. Um, I'm glad to have
Don Current, Favorite, and Blessed Fingers at the moment on the space. Thanks for tuning in,
and I hope that more people will join. So, one of the things that I thought about about um
this space is that any time um I'm hosting this space, I will do like um an opening remark, just
like I just did, and then just give a little. A little brief about Cardano,
and then we cannot like just talk about any other thing that is trending in the ecosystem,
or and and any other thing that matters. Right, as long as the conversation is not disrespectful
to anyone and it's not bullying anybody, so um I think that is fine. So one of the things
I'll be doing is after the opening remarks, just like I did, just like I did earlier,
I'll just talk about a little. Like just describing cadano in a little way and all,
so it's going to be like a constant reminder for anyone that joins the space. Okay, this
how we do it. Okay, what is cadano? This is this, and this is cadano, and then we just keep drifting
and whatever we want to do or whatever trends or updates I have to say.
Then I will just talk about it. Um, so I will just say what I will just give a brief
of what is cadano and um um. And the protocols that are involved in Cardano,
you know that kind of thing. So, Cardano is a public, decentralized blockchain, right?
It is a shared data infrastructure that allows people and organizations to exchange value,
to exchange value, to build products, to build applications. To create digital assets
and also to participate in governance without relying in one central authority,
meaning that whatever that is done in the ecosystem has no one central authority.
Nobody is in charge of saying this is how we want to move. This is how we are not moving.
It is decentralized. The people make decisions on what will be done in the ecosystem,
and the native currency of Cardano is ADA. Some key things we need to know about Cardano is
that Cardano uses proof of stake, meaning that I mean proof of stake consensus mechanism,
meaning that the network is secured by participants, people, Ada holders, who stake
or delegate their Ada rather than energy-intensive mining like Bitcoin.
So Cardano just uses that consensus mechanism of proof of stake as an Ada holder.
You secure the network by delegating your ADA, your token, to stake pool operators. So in that way,
blocks are being produced to the, to the um, to the blockchain, or to the network. Yeah,
to the network. And the other thing about kadano is that it was designed as peer-reviewed research.
Yes, because this, like this phrase, this peer-reviewed research, it's like um a unique phrase
in kadano that people that they use a lot when like trying to explain kadano. You know,
a typical example, a typical um um scenario I always give people when I'm trying to like give
a little um um explanation of what peer-reviewed kind of thing means is just that when Um, I am.
I am an engineer, and then I want to build. I have this mass, this crazy design in my head,
and I believe that this design make a lot of sense, right? Then I sketch it out. Oh,
this is what this design will look like, and this is how I believe it should be, right? Now,
because I am an engineer and I believe in this, does not does not make it right, right?
So other engineers will need to like vet my designs. They need to like vet um what.
I believe is great, so that there will not be like some kind of um um um what's the right word
to use some kind of a disaster, literal, right? So that is what I call peer review.
That means some other um scientists or top notch people will like vet these researches on us
before like embarking on it in building stuff in the ecosystem. So um,
Kadano is not just about either or sending money. Yeah, I believe generally every other blockchain
is not just about that. Yeah, right. Um, it is more than that.
It is trying to provide infrastructure for things like finance, financial services, right?
So Cardano isn't just about oh, let me send and receive either. Let me send and receive this token.
Let me know it's beyond that. Um, they are trying to provide infrastructure for finances,
for financial services, maybe for payment, um, for lending and borrowing, for stable coins,
and all things like that. They have the technology for any financial services,
and also for ident um identity and credentials. If you are building something in this kind of field
or something, can they not provide infrastructure for things like that for businesses
and and institutions for real world applications, you know, which which like that
for decentralized governance and so on and um. Cardano's vision is giving people more control
over their values, over their identity, and governance through open decentralized infrastructure.
Yeah, because um, like I always say, like I always tell people that I I was even at
an event few months back when I went to the event. So Anna told me that um, I don't know. Okay,
we are taught to like introduce ourselves, like we are trying to introduce ourselves.
It was actually a Web three kind of event. So Anna said. They now ask me what um what what chain
am I like familiar with? I say Cardano. They say oh Cardano is it not that blockchain
that they always call themselves the more decentralized the more decentralized blockchain?
I was like oh really? So you guys so people people know about this decentralization thing
like it is um like a Cardano thing. And a couple of months back, I saw um some news
about some other chain trying to adopt decentralize governance and all.
And I think that is making a lot of friends. Hi, Professor Oak. Thanks for joining. Yeah.
So that is just what I tend to always do. Any time I open the space, just talk about do
the opening brief, opening remark, and then just talk about a little things about calendar,
just like that. And then we move into any update or any information I want to pass across.
And then we just any other thing or any other business and all. And then we call it a day. So.
That is what I am looking at, and yeah, favorite and blazers fingers. If you check the comment
of this space, you would see a a Google a Google Doc that dropped there.
I said I've already sent it to Don Current already, right? So he's already aware of this.
So for every other person that is here, um, I'm trying to get feedbacks from people on this space.
What they think about this Kadano Nkoma support space, you know. I really want because it's been
ninety-two episodes. That means over a year, more than almost going to two years.
That's that that is why because it's just once in a week, right? And we have how many weeks
do we have in a year? I think we have about fifty-two weeks in a year. Am I correct? Yeah.
So that means it's over a year. It's over. It's over one and a half years, if I'm correct. Yeah.
So I need to like. Um, pause, reflect, and get feedback from people that have already been joining
the space. What they think about the space, what I should improve on, how can I spice it up
a little, you know, all of those things. I really need them so that um I can know how um this space
can be better for everyone, and also how to um get more people. Join more Nigerians,
Nigerians most Nigerians especially. So you know, join this space, learn and have fun.
So you can do well to also check out the um the Google Doc and let me know what you think.
By the way, the doc is anonymous. I can't. It's I'm not going to collect your email addresses.
So it means that I will not know who is saying this, who is saying that is anonymous. I don't.
I will not know who sent um whose comment is this. So I will not know.
So feel free to be honest with. With your feedback, yeah. So that is that about that. Yeah.
Another thing I was saying earlier is that um. Wait though, I'm just realizing you
people's background background picture on your PFP. You all are having the same background.
I don't know some other culture. Favorite. Middle fingers. Don't current. You guys are cautious. Ha.
No, no, actually, is is because of um the base camp that is happening in um next months.
You not talk on, you not talk on forty twenty nine now, right? Twenty forty nine, twenty forty nine.
Yeah, so that's basically, yeah, that's basically what's happening. Yeah, so this has been.
What are you saying? No, this this no one is winding. No, no, I'm I'm not joking now.
If you check my page, just search um Singapore now. You're going to see like posts about it.
That's basically what he means. I mean, this picture, this your this this profile picture
that you have here, it has been there since I since I know you, like. So
since that time in Singapore, no, no, no, no, no, no. I know we started pushing it now.
It's more like community activations stuff now, nothing much. But my my normaldest thing, ah,
if you check my TikTok now, you see my original background now. Do you get? Okay. Okay.
So are you going to Singapore? Well, by God's grace, bro. Currently, um, financially, no.
But will I be there? Yes, with faith, I believe I'll be there, guy. Let me know if you like it.
That's awesome. That's great. Yeah. If it was actually closer, to
because the other Catalan ambassadors are very close to Singapore, so Catalan Foundation
we had just, you know, sponsor those ones there. Yeah, there was actually um, open floor.
To sponsor people that are close by there, so mommy, I'm not close by to be the one near the Africa.
So yeah, but we're gonna push on for where we did, Jerry. But by God's grace, with faith,
anything can happen today, tomorrow, you know. Yeah. So see you, see in Singapore. Don't current.
Favorite? How about you? Are you going? Well, I. You said you don't know what's gonna happen between
today and tomorrow. Um, I walk with your fate. You don't know what's gonna happen between today
and tomorrow. So, see you guys in Singapore. Awesome, awesome. Blazer fingers. You too, Abby.
See you in Singapore. Uh, I am not as rich as an playwright and a current, as you can see.
I am just me. I am just blazer finger. I am a baba. I don't have money. I don't have anything. Well,
but at the same time, see you in Singapore. That's great. I like that. Let's move by faith. Okay.
So, yeah, I've talked about the feedback for Cardano's commerce space.
So the next thing now is about Cardano Nigeria initiatives. I'm trying to pull up. So,
I'm trying to. No, we are trying to amplify Cardano's presence in Nigeria. Right,
so we need an active cardinal community, right? And we also need structuring.
Everybody will know their role. Everybody know their deliverables. Everybody will know
how to contribute, what to do, and you know all of those things, so that no one will be dependent
on anybody. Everybody will know this is this and this and this and that, right? So, um.
I've created an X account. You can see the X account on the jumbotron. Excuse me. Um.
And I also created a um a WhatsApp communi um a WhatsApp community, right?
And now we need ants on deck. My ants, my ants are not doing anything.
My ants are not doing anything. Let me bring it on deck. Let me bring it on deck, baby.
So we need hands on deck. Um, we need. Um, there are some rules that are written down
that would start from. Um, ah, um, and what again? Don't say. What did I say last?
I said there are some rules that. Okay, yeah, there are some. Role there's some open roles that
that we need to start. Yes, and also I would love to know if you if you'll be part of this.
You can tell me the role that you want. Like just reach out to me. Let me know the role that
you can be part of because I need to like draft some things and then from there we can now have
some virtual meetings. Then from there we start planning. We start working together
and and things like that, right? Um. So. If you be part of it, please.
I would appreciate you reaching out to me so I can know the role you want,
and also I can also send you the WhatsApp community link so you can also join. And um, yeah,
I'm looking at. I'm glad that um you guys are in different states. I have some people.
I have some guys too from different states. So I'm look. We are looking at also having regional um.
You know, regional leads. Even though we're starting from six, seven states for now, that's fine.
And we're looking at having having town halls. It could be once in a month. You know,
town halls just to a way of communicating with the members as we as we move, sharing updates.

So, so that is that about that. We have Mauricio. Hi, Mauricio. Thanks for being here.
So we've discussed a lot of things, and we have about thirteen more minutes to go.
And this is an open floor for anyone to say anything they want to say.
If you have anything at all to say, and if not, um, if you see something that I posted here
on the Jumbletron, if you guys check, you will see Project Catalyst. Has anyone heard of
Project Catalyst before? Yeah. Yeah. Okay. What do you, what do you know about Project Catalyst?
You want to put me on hot spots, ba? Chiniken now, but um, I think. No, I'm just.
I just want to know. All right, I think they specialize on um helping brands out, right? Okay, um,
not quite like that, but yeah, similar. That sounds like that. Um, actually, project
Project Catalyst now is um they are now like um restructuring, right? Because Project Catalyst
is that I don't know how you guys do in your um in the ecosystem that you've like. Worked with.
I don't know if they have like funding program or something like that. So Catalyst, um,
Project Catalyst is like that funding um program of Cardano ecosystem. You understand?
So they give funds for people to build innovative things. You know, as long as what you're,
what you want to build or what you want to do is bringing about mass adoption of Cardano,
is bringing about um, you know, building things that matters, you know, to the society. You know,
things like that. So But the catalyzer actually funded so many projects,
and it was it was sense that, uh, most of those projects were not like bringing return of interest
to the ecosystem. Like they're just giving like catal project catal was just giving out fund
giving out fund, but there's not like return of Investment in terms of interest to the ecosystem,
so they so they're not like doing some um restructuring and they're trying to strategize. So they,
I think last month was it last month or this month? I can't recall. So they they are not
like testing a new approach that they are use that they want to use now.
So people not just be coming and be taking money and they are not seeing result of the money
they are taking, right? So they are not doing just um pilot testing of um how they are restructuring
and about over hundred projects actually apply for. That round, but they're
able to like select I think about twelve projects at the end of after screening,
and people told me that they did like like this new project catalyst
that they are really doing great because no, they did was they screen those projects to know
that oh okay this project is actually what we really need. It's not waste of money. Right,
so after this pilot this um this pilot um phase, I think there will not be like um
a main the main project catalyst. So now know better how they want to go about it and all.
But this phase only to like test run the new idea, the new structure, your project catalyst and all.
So yeah, project catalyst is um that funding grant. Um, that funding um um sorry that that grant
how do I put that English? Oh God. What you guys understand? I'm trying to say, yeah,
of Kaduna ecosystem. So you can follow them and keep your eyes there. We have Lucas from 45.
Tomorrow is Friday. Ah, man, I thought today. I thought today was Friday. I was like, oh my god,
did I miss? Tomorrow is Friday. I'll be at location space tomorrow. I'll do casting session tomorrow
for the web three onboarding session. I'll be there. Hi, Lucas. Thanks for coming. Doctor,
have you ever joined? Yes, yes, yes, yes, yes, yes. But I missed others. Yes,
but I I I'll be on transit tomorrow, so I just please, um, I mean, if you're joining, please, um,
remember to invite. Just WhatsApp call me anything I beg, because tomorrow, um, I will be traveling,
so I'll because of this I'll try I'll try to leave very very early tomorrow
because I actually want to be in tomorrow's like on. I I I'm going to set like ten reminders,
like one in the morning. Remember Lucas and workshop. Then one in the afternoon.
Remember Lucas workshop. Then that afternoon I'm going to set like ten nine ones. So please,
I I need help. All right, no problem, no problem. Um, how about um, favorite and blazer fingers?
Have you ever joined Lucas's session? Uh, for me, I would never lie. I'm not lying. I won't.
I won't join it. I don't even know where it is done. Is it on TG or WhatsApp or where? Oh, okay.
You will learn. You Lucas will use his mouth to tell us now. Okay, hi Lucas. Hey everyone.
Thanks for chilling my my work. Uh, I was just pinning it up. I'm not sure if it went up.
Now there it is. Yeah. Yeah. I was coming up as you were starting to talk about me,
and I'm sorry I joined so late because just focused sending invites for tomorrow,
which is already very late to send invites for tomorrow. But you guys know already what the times
are now. So yeah, yeah. Everyone's very welcome to come. We've been running these workshops,
especially more intensively during September. The link is above. It's just 45b.io/web3, and yeah,
we love to talk about web3. We have a number of like diagrams and high-level,
simple things to share with everyone. And also, you know, there's one side of this initiative
that's going to continue after the funding ends, after the formal like workshops end.
We're gonna continue what I'm now calling. It there's several adjectives. It's asynchronous,
meaning like you can study on your own time. It's multilingual, meaning
like today I was speaking French for a fair amount of time with Baudouin and people from Congo.
So we can speak Spanish, we can speak Portuguese whenever someone joins from those
from those languages. And if you want to bring your own community and speak Japanese in the calls,
I will do my best to capture them, and maybe even explore instant translation, so that we can.
Like I think Google Meets is eventually going to do it better, even. But already in Google Meets,
you can switch on translation and see it in in your own language. So yeah,
we would love to continue exploring this kind of stuff with a knowledge base,
with simple diagrams on the knowledge base, content translated to several languages,
and then we host these calls from time to time to discuss. Today, for example,
Bodewin was asking if he could put his events in our in our website because we have a listing
for events, and I said, "Well, why why shouldn't we put them on the blockchain?
We shouldn't be putting events on each other's databases. Let's publish the event to the blockchain,
and then we all query the blockchain, and we can see each other's events.
So now we have an idea for a project that came out of one of these calls.
" I see Chichi in the room as well. Thanks for for joining. I'm going to be sending invites for
tomorrow at one thirty UTC. I really, really hope you make it. Yes. Sorry, I'm going on. Yes. Sorry.
No, no, no, no. Sorry. I wanted to ask, how do you know that her name is Chichi? Like,
who gave you that? Like how do you know that you could call her Chichi?
How do you know she's been participating? You know, it's it's actually one of the things
I wanted to talk with you both and more participants of these groups. I I'm thinking of of merging
the group that I've started since March with Kimball Labs and the group that I've started
two weeks ago with Chichi. So tomorrow we are going to have um I'm that's literally what
I was going to schedule from I don't know let's see 1:30 UTC to four to 3 p.m. UTC.
I was going to have the Chichi's cohort and then jump to Aomi's cohort.
I think I'll I'll do something funny here. I'll I'll bring them together and I'll overbook them.
I'll I'll overlap them on purpose so I can speak a bit with everyone and and take it from there.
Would that be okay? Yeah. Hi, Lucas. You didn't answer your miss question.
What gave me the the authorization to call you, Titi? I think. Say, how did you know?
How did you know? I think yeah. Since the first call, you're very you know communicative
and nice to everyone, and you put me at ease to to call you, Chichi. So,
I am mixing that was I'm I'm in your class. That's why she. Yeah. Yeah. Yes.
It's good when we all meet. I also surprised. I I also surprised when you said Chichi. I was like,
I found him on the on the forum. I found I found Lucas on the forum, so I enrolled. Yes,
I need to make an update on Cardano forum. Thanks for for meeting. Yeah. Cool, cool. That's great.
That's awesome. Um, I, ma'am Chichi, hope you are good. Hope you had a beautiful day. Yes,
there you. And everyone, hi. Yeah. Thank you. Um. So anyone that wants to start their journey
in blockchain and Cardano, please, um, follow 45B as well. And try to join his sessions
because locals teaches all of these things, and you would enjoy the class.
Cause I also attend the class, just that I've not attended about about two three classes now.
But yeah, I do attend these classes, and to be honest, I enjoy it because people like it's not
too crowded, right? It's not too crowded, and locals usually have that time to explain things to you
as if he's talking to as if he's talking to his friend. He explains to you very well, right? So.
Do well to sign up on. You see the jumbotron. You see a post from forty five B on the jumbotron.
Just click on it and then sign up or take a look at any link you see there,
so you can um get started. And I think tomorrow is another session for English. Yeah,
anyone that speaks English or something, so you can join the session tomorrow as well.
Cause I'll also be there tomorrow. So tomorrow we're going to start looking at business models
in Web3, not just the technicals. We just went through a whole week of discussing what's in Layer 2,
what's digital identity, what's all this, and tomorrow we're going to focus again,
like we did on the first part of the trainings, in um. As examples, real examples. Deconstructing:
How is Book.io making money? How is Wayup making money? How do they go to market?
How do you get someone like Chiti and and make her a Web3 entrepreneur because she's already
entrepreneurial in a number of different fronts? So let's let's try to mature those ideas.
And on Saturday, like I said, Saturday morning, we're gonna have a multilingual space
in the morning. Well, not X space. Maybe I could do it on X. That's a thought. You tell me. Sign up,
get in touch, and. We will decide as we go. Actually, one of the things that
I'm going to add as well is on the Learn.45b.io platform that everyone gets to log in,
share their availability, and we book things for when you can make it. So if you go by
and say next week I can do this and this and this time, we then overlap everything
and we book it for that time. Yeah, awesome. Thank you. Thank you. Thank you so much, Luke. Yeah,
my pleasure. So I see some people join the space. I see big. Stan, I see Sir Richard and um Ativa.
Hi, thanks for being here. Um, this is Kadano Nkoma Space, a weekly space. We host it every week,
8 p.m. UTC. That is 9 p.m. Nigeria time. We come together to learn, have fun,
and connect with ourselves. Right. So um, if you are a Nigerian, earlier I just talked about um
an initiative I'm trying to work on now. Hmm, that is. Excuse me. That is amplifying
Kadano's presence in Nigeria. So I'm I'm working on a Kadano Nigeria um community,
and um we also need committee people that will be working together, that will work together
to you know make it a success. You know to make to keep um Kardano's presence in Nigeria active. So
if you're interested, you can send me a DM and tell me the role you think you can take. And also,
I would send you the WhatsApp link so you would join the WhatsApp community as well.
And then I'm trying to like um align so many things together from there. Going to Um,
maybe having meetings and then would start discussing and every that thing in the long run, yeah.
So um, what again? What again? What again? I think that's all for today.
And if you've been attending the space and I I haven't told you about the um the feedback form that
I created, please if you check the comment of this space, you'll see um a feedback form that I wrote
that's that I dropped in the comment section. Um, this is this is it. This is the um.
We are on episode ninety two. That means we've had ninety two episodes. So I need to reflect
and know from you all what you think about this space, what I should do better, what I should add,
what I should subtract, what I should, you know, anything. Just to, you know, keep aligning
and keep doing the right thing, right? Because I can't just be hosting this space
and I will not get feedback from people that we are doing together. Because I'm not doing for
myself. I'm doing it for everybody. So I will need feedbacks from you all,
and I will appreciate your honest um response. And mind you, the feedback is anonymous.
I won't collect your email addresses, so it means that I will not know who says this, who says that.
So feel free to be honest with um whatever comments you want to drop. Thank you very much, you all,
for being here today. Thank you, favorite Madame Chichi, Don Current, Blessed Lucas from 45B,
Big Stan, Sir Richard, Robust, and Achieva. Thanks for being here. I hope to see you
next week Thursday again, 8 p.m. UTC. Any final thoughts from anybody before we call it a day?
Any final thoughts? Congratulations! I didn't know it was so many, so many years, so many weeks.
I'm gonna quiet down. Please go ahead. No, Lucas. Go on. Someone else was was gonna jump in.
That's why I was giving some space. No, I was going to say hi. GM, thank you for having me.
I got an application from Don Current, Faith Wright, the Zephyr, our community members,
and I'm here. I'm a newcomer, but I'm here to support at the same time. Thank you.
Thank you very much, Big Stan. We appreciate your presence here, and we hope to see you in more
of Um, the upcoming episodes as well. Thank you. Yeah. So look, have you seen something? Um,
I was just gonna say, yeah. Like, is it two years that you've been doing the space or? Okay.
Ninety weeks. That's almost two years now. Divided like fifty-two weeks for you.
It's not up to two years. It's not up to two years yet. But I started. Uh, you know,
this is not my actual account. I don't know if you know. This is not my real account. Yeah.
My real account was banned. So I had to like start using this one. So well before, oh yeah, yeah,
yeah. Before I remember, I was hosting twice in a week. Yeah, I remember. Okay.
I remember I was hosting twice. I was hosting on, I think, on Thursdays and Sundays. Yeah, before.
So later I now like let me just make it just once in a week. You should like try to find out
what date you started. Maybe celebrate two year anniversary or one year anniversary if that's
the case, and. What I try to do with the epoch spaces, which now I haven't done these two,
these two epochs, because I'm so busy, is maybe have some kind of memorability,
and I don't know the word, but some notes on the call, some some main moments that you try to clip.
I don't know some kind of yeah distillation, yeah, yeah, yeah. Yeah, maybe probably
when I get to episode on with, I think it will make more sense. Or, or for example, get a list.
Try to keep a list of people that are coming by, so when you have the main events,
you can engage them in coming by to celebrate. Like, like I was saying, these moments. Yeah,
that's true. Just some suggestions. Yeah, I appreciate that, Lucas. Thank you so much. Yeah, yeah,
yeah. So, you guys, I cannot call it a day. I hope to see you next week, and don't forget,
if you want to be part of the Cattle Nigeria thing.
Make sure you reach out to me. I love you all. Bye.
