has her hand up.
So I want to make sure that I'm attentive to our guest speaker in the house.
Meow, what is going on?
You're a proud doggo mom.
You're a crypto investor.
You're a space host.
And you also do partnerships, MROCs, part of the Moonsters.
Hopefully, I did that right up in the title there, Meow.
How's it going?
How are you?
Hey, good morning.
Good afternoon, Ms. Crypto Fam Radio. I'm doing good. I'm at work. I'm having a good day, though. I don't have too much time left to chat, but I got to get back to work at 1230.
Oh, back in 2020. So I've been around for five years.
I haven't been in crypto Twitter long, just probably since last year or 2023.
But I did some investing in the blue chip tokens whenever I started in crypto, the XRPs, Bitcoins, Ethereum.
um yeah i just uh sort of gone through different communities um just uh made my way into moonsters
Yeah, I just sort of gone through different communities.
through one of my last community i found out about soul saver and the moonsters and i was like wow
this is the coolest art i've ever seen and i've never seen anything um like it being animated and
high definition and um it's a 404 so i was really interested in that aspect of it versus just a,
just an NFT,
which there's a million wonderful NFTs and founders and artists out there.
I'm not knocking NFTs in any kind of way.
They're amazing.
I have a lot of them from multiple communities for support.
I do enjoy the,
the MROX token that it does so many things as well, but
we have a fabulous community and that's mostly why I'm in the community that I'm in. And we have
amazing community members as well that help. So yeah, I didn't know if you wanted to ask me other
questions or just kind of ramble. No, I'd love to hear about how you got started in crypto.
Let's start there.
We can build up from that.
But thank you for being here, Milo.
Appreciate everyone for supporting as well.
The first time I ever heard about Bitcoin was in 2009.
I lived in Florida,
and I heard about the guy that bought the pizza with the Bitcoin.
And I was like, oh, that's nice.
You know, what is Bitcoin, you know?
So anyway, yeah, that's when we still had flip phones
and like a little bit of internet on our little baby screens on our phones back in the day.
So and then, you know, obviously it's gone amazingly well with the internet.
But yeah, that's how I got started.
And then my one cousin, she was like, hey, it's been 2017. She's like, hey, what are you, are you into crypto? I was like, what's that? And she's like, you know, Bitcoin. I'm like, oh, I heard about Bitcoin a long time ago. And she's like, well, there's, things are kind of moving up. And she said, I have a couple things if you want to get in. She said, you can get a Coinbase account. And I was like, okay. And I said, how do you do that?
She's like, well, you got to sign up on a wait list and they'll give you an account. And I was
like, okay. So I signed up and it took a while and I just didn't, I didn't go through with it.
And I just kind of forgot about it, honestly. So fast forward to 22 or 2020, then I got back into
it. I'm not honestly sure why. I think it's because the Bitcoin
happening is why I kind of got back into it. And I was like, well, in a year and a half or so,
like maybe, you know, the markets will be up, I'll start making money. So, you know,
I'll start investing now. So I actually took a loan out of my 401k to invest because I was pretty
serious. I was like, well, if I'm going to do it, I'm going to do it. So, um, I, you know, put some money in things went really well, um, with
a few of my tokens. Um, but, uh, I didn't stay in one of them that I could have made
a really decent amount of money and, um, retired on it, but I didn't believe in the founder
enough to stay in the token. So I got out. Um yeah, I so after that, I just I held XRP
was my biggest holding. So I held it until last year and I had to cash out a little bit
of it for some personal reasons. But it was my biggest bag. And I had some of the people
that I worked with get into XRP as well. I wasn't like a maxi, but I mean,
you know, they're saying, Oh, it's gonna go to $10,000 a token. So you know, I was like telling
my co workers, they're like, Well, we're gonna get into it. But yeah, hitting the highs that it has
now. It's pretty amazing from because I bought it at like 19 cents, 20 cents, you know, back in 2020. So yeah, I had a pretty decent sized bag. So yeah. So fast forward to now,
I kind of got out of crypto from 21 to last year. And so then I, yeah, I'd spend in meme coins and
finding out about those and how bad you get rugged in meme coins. And because I didn't know enough,
I was a newbie last year and everyone's like, oh, buy this, buy that. And then, you know,
they rug and you lose money. So yeah, just yeah just learned you know the hard way like everyone else does when they first get in the
space um and then like i said i got into um other communities and now i'm in here's where i am i i
didn't want to do spaces i was shy i didn't want to talk and um i'm like you know what i want to
support the moonsters and i'm want to be a space host.
And so we supported Wolf and I, our husband and wife.
So we are supporting by buying the NFTs and Amarok's token.
And yeah, so that's where we're at.
And I'm hosting spaces every Saturday and Sunday now.
So yeah, that's kind of up to date now.
Oh my gosh, that's amazing, Meow. You've had such a journey.
And I'm so curious, before the Moonsters, were you ever a part of a Web3 community or was this like your first community?
I started out in 2024 with the Doginal Dogs. So I was with them for like a little over a year and
a half. So yeah, they're just different things that kind of got me out of the community.
And then, um, there was a break off from that community.
So I went into that community for, I don't know, three or four months,
wasn't really excited over there. And then, um,
I found a soul saver through that community's, um, like leader.
So that's, yeah, that's how I came to be where I'm at.
Very cool. Very cool. Did not know that learn something new every day fam. Uh,'s, yeah, that's how I came to be where I'm at. Very cool. Very cool. Did not know
that. Learn something new every day, fam. What have you learned more than anything about being
like a part of Moonsters now, since it sounds like it's a much better community than where you came
from. So what are some highlights? What are some pros that you've seen being a part of the community
for the last, what, six months now?
Or how long have you been part of Munsters?
Yeah, I found Munsters in February.
We got into the pre-sale token in almost six months.
Five months to change.
Yeah, yeah.
Tell me about that.
Well, Soul Saver was having his chill and chills.
That's where I would start pulling up every day and listening to him and learning more about it.
And we got into the pre-sale MROX token and the pre-mint for the Moonsters.
So we got into that pretty early.
And then it was amazing.
The mint went well and smooth and we were very happy and excited
to get the really cool nfts uh because we're like this is the first animated ones like look how cool
they are and so we put them on soulflare where they move and everything and it's really really
cool you can really tell a difference they're high def um they have the high def option you
can look at them and they're pretty, pretty significantly high def.
So, yeah, you don't have to look at the blurry NFT if you don't want to.
There's a high def version.
But, yeah, I had them on Phantom.
When you have them on Phantom in the NFT section, they don't move.
But on SoulFlare, they do.
So that's why we chose the SoulFlare wallet to use.
And so, yeah, like I said, I found him on Chill and Chill. And then I was,
we're doing all that. And then I just started learning about, you know, join the community,
getting into the Telegram, Discord, just learning about everybody and seeing how everybody, you know,
moved and everything. Everyone's very supportive. That's one thing I really like. There's so many
people you can trust in our community,
which you can't in other communities.
So yeah, I just have really good leadership, a based founder.
I can't say enough about SoulSaver.
We went to the NFT NYC event and it was amazing to meet him in person.
He's everything that he says he's going to do, he does.
So we have a lot of trust in SoulSaver and he's an amazing founder.
Definitely. Definitely. That's amazing. Yeah. Yeah. It really shows how far you've come along,
especially, you know, in previous communities. And when you're exploring Web3, you're always like,
you know, trying to fit in almost this puzzle piece, right? Everyone has different edges to
that puzzle piece. So you're trying to like, figure it out,
right? So, and every day is a new learning opportunity for that,
especially when we're in spaces here, and we're trying to
connect with others and build and cross pollinate, cross promote,
you know, it's just, it's really, really important to make smart choices, right?
And sometimes that's hard.
Sometimes that's hard because people are unpredictable,
but we absolutely love what we do here.
And especially with the communities that we support.
But I would love to hear more about, let's just say,
yeah, the last six months you've been with Moonsters,
it sounds like you're playing more lead roles, which is great.
And you're branching out, and you're trying new things,
and you're taking risks within the community as well.
And maybe something that you haven't done
in previous communities.
So you're like, you're almost like breaking out of your shell.
Can you tell me more about what prompted you to go in that direction with your life?
Well, I know that Soul Saver was looking for more spaces hosts and people to step up and
be leaders in the community.
So I was like, you know what, I think I can do this. And Wolf and I started doing it together as a cat dog
space, which was pretty fun, being he's Wolf and I'm Meow. And so we played the cat dog song at
the beginning of our space, which people, you know, it was pretty funny. But we support each other and
help each other out learning and we're growing every day with the Moonsters.
But yeah, I just, I don't know.
I just really enjoy being in the community.
And I just, let's see.
Yeah, I can definitely see that.
I think everyone wants community, right?
But it's just interesting how you're playing more of an active role, I guess,
in this community than previous communities. And it's nice that you're, you know, you're taking
risks, you know, it just shows the evolution of how far he's coming in like the story, right? So.
Yeah, with other, sorry, with other communities, it didn't seem like I had a chance to be a leader
or to step up because they had already had their people.
We're being fairly new, all getting together for Soul Saver since Mint and launch and everything.
I think I have a chance to actually step up and grow with this community because there's no pre-picked, you know, KOLs or, you know, your buddies or, you know, that kind of thing. So I feel like I actually have a chance to, like, step up and be what I think I can be in this space and be a leader.
And so that's kind of what drove me to, I'm like, you know what, I can, like I said, I can do this.
So with Wolf's support and everyone in the community, I really enjoy being a leader.
And we're going to be, Wolf and I are also leaders in the Solana crown now we're going to have dows coming out soon.
So we're also leaders in that as well. So yeah,
we were accumulating more Moonstead solana crowns as a representation of
being the leaders in that Dow.
Oh, a Dow.
Would you mind sharing a little more about the DAO
and how you guys are going to be a part of it?
Honestly, we're just getting started with it.
We don't have exact plan for what's happening.
We've been kicking around some ideas.
There's just different traits that people are choosing
and they got elected by SoulSaver
to be the leaders of those DAOs
based on what Moonsters they have and what Moonsters they're drawn to.
So that's, like I said, we don't, I've never run a DAO or I don't know much about it besides,
you know, we kind of do what we want, you know, basically to help the community.
So we're just kind of working it out right now.
It's pretty new.
No, I'm excited.
I haven't heard of it either. That's why I asked. But yeah, when you guys figure it out right now. It's pretty new. Cool. No, I'm excited. I haven't heard of it either.
That's why I asked.
But yeah, when you guys figure it out, let me ask.
All right.
Or I can ask my AI chatbot or whatever, I guess.
But you know, it's such a dry answer, though.
I want an answer from a human.
It's more real that way.
All right, Sam.
So, Meow, tell me, okay, I'm really curious about your name.
I feel like you have an affinity for cats, but it's just a wild guess.
Can you tell me about the inception of your name, why you chose it,
and why you decided to stick with it?
It's easy to say, and people go, Meow, all the time. So when you call a cat, It's easy to say and people go meow all the time. So when you call a
cat, it's like easy, you know, I have a cat. I have four dogs. I have a cat. Her name is Honey,
but every time I walk downstairs, she's meowing. So I'll like meow back at her. And I was like,
you know what? I'm going to call myself meow. I'm a girl, cat, meow. So yeah. So I'm like,
yeah, every time someone calls me up on stage
they're like hey meow so you know I kind of like that so yeah it's just a cute little name and I
like cats I grew up in the country and had all kind of barn cats and they would chase the mice
and kittens everywhere so yeah I love cats too as well so that's kind of how I came up with it
very cool you know I would I would feel like you would, because if you wouldn't,
I don't know if that would make a lot of sense. So,
so it's very,
very interesting.
how people pick their,
I would say,
sued memes for web three,
speak of the devil himself host.
What is going on host?
I see he just grabbed a mic.
happy Wednesday.
Web three women Wednesday. Web3Women Wednesday.
To be exact.
How are you, friend?
Thank you for having me.
Great to see you.
Lovely to see my good friend, Meow,
up here talking about the Moonsters and the Moonsterdows.
Yeah, man, just happy to be here.
You've graced my space a few times,
and I noticed that you had one going so
i just thought i'd come say hey tap in and yeah i love uh love what i'm hearing good to see a meow
everyone's having a great day yeah the moonster daos are uh are very very bullish bro i've also been extended an offer to head team co-lead the Pepe DAO.
So, yeah, lots of fun stuff is coming up for the Moonsters here.
We just continue to build in a very organic and, you know, good way.
Yeah, host, if you wouldn't mind shedding more light on the DAO structure
or how it works
i'd be curious do you know anything more about it you'd like to share so i've personally never
been uh in a dow either so you know i i don't want to mislead you with any information so just
wanted to preface uh what i know know with that first little piece of information there.
But essentially the DAOs are like, so like the Moonsters as a whole, the NFT project,
SoulSaver has the heaviest sway as he is the founder and the developer of the project.
Essentially what DAOs do is they allow
community members to kind of band together uh under the flag of common traits uh be it a bitcoin
crown dao or a solana crown dao or a munster pepe dao and then those kind of sub communities
And then those kind of sub-communities can actually come together and build, you know, different strategies and have different governance in voting on kind of how the Pepe Munsters will be sold and conducted and their strategies to kind of build up people's portfolios within those dows
you know and have a bit of a vault essentially so a dow can be a bunch of different things but
essentially it's like a sub governance for for different traits within a community
different traits within the community.
Good to know. Good to know, fam.
Because, yeah, I asked that question to Meow.
She was unsure, so it's cool that we gained some insight.
We've learned today, fam. Education is key.
Absolutely love it. Anyway, back to you, Meow.
Don't worry, I didn't forget about you.
I know you have a finite amount of time as well,
so I really, really appreciate
you being here and for your amazing spotlight on Web3 Women Wednesday with CryptoFam Radio.
So thank you so much again, meow. But anyway, back to your cat. I mean, no, not your cat.
Back to the questions at hand. So I would love to pick it up with how you are wanting to build your future in crypto.
Like what's your vision in Web3?
Where do you see yourself going, let's say, in the next few years?
Or let's, you know, let's do a, I want to say one year, but I feel like that's too fast.
Should we do two years?
Just real quick.
Just real quick.
I do have to go to lunch.
Get back to work.
I only have lunch for like, yeah, I only have a half an hour lunch.
But real quick, I do want to just, I'm going to stay with the Moonsters and just, yeah,
work with them and keep progressing and keep building with them.
They're my home base, so we're just going to keep moving and keep progressing.
And yeah, Soul Saver is going to keep us going in the right direction and keeping us strong and based.
And we're just going to keep building with him and our community is going to stay strong.
And I'm proud to be a minister.
Thank you so much, Meow. I really appreciate it.
Any last words before we end this space? Sorry, it's a bit early, fam. I forgot about Meowth's lunch. I actually had a longer lunch break.
We may have to reschedule this too, Meowth, just to be fair, you know?
Like, I want to promote MROCs and, you know, like, what everyone is doing over at the Noomstery's more.
I feel like having a 20, 25 minute interview just wasn't enough. What do you think, Meow?
Yeah, I could go on and on.
But yeah, like I said, I'm limited.
Yeah, well, I don't want you to be limited.
So maybe would an evening space work better?
Maybe next, I'm trying to think scheduling wise.
Next Wednesday, is evening better for you?
Because my lunch is, well, every day I have lunch
from like 12 to 12.30 and I do documentation for my job
from 12.30 to one and I start seeing patients at one o'clock.
So I really only have a half an hour, honestly.
But if we just get started, like right off the bat,
maybe like instead of playing music,
we could like, maybe I can get more in
to talk about the Moomsters
oh sure definitely we can totally arrange that um we can work something out for sure that's not a
problem but yeah I do appreciate the time you had though with us today so thank you um yeah did you
want to leave us with any last words before we get out of here fam
i appreciate your uh getting me out thank you again for coming oh yeah sure anytime um i
appreciate you having me up and it's been an honor to be called from the women of web 3 um i really
enjoy being in here the space and learning so much. And right now I'm getting a Moonsters under
one soul, and
MROX is on sale, so
grab a bag and
go to the moon with us.
Definitely, fam. We
all need to go to the moon,
alright? And I'm a firm believer in that.
I feel like if everyone just works together as a team, we can do more, right?
Why do we want to work separate?
Why don't we want to work together?
We are so much better together.
So anyway, thank you again, Meow.
Thank you for everyone who showed up.
I see DigiJoints and Moon Queen and Homegrown Creations.
A lot of the fam here.
I see new hosts, Nisha, short.
And then we've got Fiat, minor as well.
Appreciate everyone rocking up and supporting.
Meow and MROX and the Moonsters.
And yeah, let's definitely all go to the Moon fam.
Yeah, we'll cut it a little shorter today
just because, you know,
everyone's got time constraints.
But yeah, we'll definitely run it back.
Meow, we could definitely run it back a little bit earlier next week too.
Cause yeah, we can just, it's like part one and then we'll just do part two next week.
Say, right.
There you go.
So part one, you know what, before I end the space, I'm just going to put that in here.
So I remember and I won't forget.
Cause when you write stuff down, Sam, you tend to remember it better.
Well, I think that worked.
One second.
I see it here.
It says part one.
All right, meow.
All right.
We're going to get out of here, fam.
All right.
All right.
We are out of here.
We're signing out.
Thank you again, everyone.
Mike, we got the music. Are we queuing the music?
What's going on? We need outro music.
We need outro music. Play that outro music.
Yes, do it right now.
All right.
You got it unmuted?
All right.
All right, guys.
We'll see you later.
